My husband booked a night in this hotel since he had business in Lacrosse & asked me to join him. I have to say, I was blown away by the hotel, staff/service, restaurant & rooftop bar. The location was perfect, close to the river, trails, gardens, & downtown. Tiffany checked us in & she was awesome! She told us about the history of the hotel & where to go & what to do. There was live music that day in the park on the waterfront. Went to the rooftop bar & had some great libations & apps. The restaurant had delicious food & great service. The room, even though somewhat small, was very well appointed had a fantastic shower & A/C, and a very comfy bed & pillows. I was so impressed with the hotel & the area, I can”t wait to come back for a long weekend!

This old iconic hotel was fabulous! From the late 1800’s, it still has the original old brick and wood floors, it’s just such a beautiful and quaint hotel. Rooms are amazing and so comfortable for our 2-night stay. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful to make our stay so comfortable. The rooftop bar was so fun and the inside bar was perfect for happy hour. Conveniently located downtown and near the river where you can take a walk and watch the river traffic. Would totally recommend this place for your stay.

I was really disappointed with my visit, especially given how nice the restaurant appears. I ordered a BLT, which turned out to be nothing but cold, greasy bacon slapped on bread—definitely not what I expected. I asked for dry toast to salvage it, but it was never brought out. Our server, who was also the bartender, seemed more focused on wrapping things up than providing any actual service. He asked if he could close us out early and then disappeared entirely. For a place that looks upscale, the food and service were shockingly poor. I won’t be returning.

Charming hotel in a former candy factory, right at the edge of downtown LaCrosse. Easy walk to downtown, beautiful parks and the Mississippi and LaCrosse Rivers. Gorgeous walking paths in the park, riverfront. The hotel itself is nicely renovated with spacious rooms. Really fine linens and towels. The room I stayed in had a big, deep, old fashioned bathtub. When I booked the room I requested a big soaking tub. Given the price point (in excess of $350 on a weeknight) I requested bath salts as well. I arrived at the room exhausted, ready for a long soak and NO BATH SALTS! So disappointing. The hotel has a top floor open air bar which seemed hip. There is a very nice coffee shop on the entry level. Overnight parking is not available in huge (logical) lot to east of building. The bill was adjusted for not meeting my expectations (no bath salts despite specific request when booking room) but I expected better from 5 star hotel. Recommend

The Charmant is lovely. The room was beautiful and very well appointed with an amazing view of the river. The service was excellent and SJ, the valet, was outstanding! He's a natural and the reason the experience was so good.

Best staff - so friendly. Great, clean, beautiful rooms. Came back once and will come again! Our dog loves it here too ☺️

Always an excellent choice for breakfast! Lotsa Tots are my go to (with cheese vs sausage gravy). Pancake of the month is usually good, too (June was Pineapple Upside Down Cake). No cost 2 hour parallel street parking is available, but there's a parking ramp across the street, too. Usually busy, so expect a bit of a wait. It goes pretty fast.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! This is a true American diner serving up some amazing dishes. The place is decorated with 80s and 90s memorabilia, and videos from those times are playing constantly. The menu provides classic dishes with a twist. Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Staff was attentive, and the food was great! It was extremely affordable! This place was one of the highlights of my visit to La Crosse. Two thumbs up 👍🏾 👍🏾!

Very good breakfast food! Stopped in on Free Bacon Friday's (purchase of Bloody Mary req'd). I had the corned beef with potatoes, onions, and green peppers. The corned beef was so tender! Loved it!

Breakfast burger and hash browns 4* Pancakes 4* Bacon, egg and toast 3* Vegetable omelet 2* I was not expecting canned mushrooms. Those were hard to eat. Also I prefer real eggs. Plus I asked for pepper jack cheese and was given American cheese instead. This restaurant has a cool 80's theme. You can also play Ms Pac-Man or Galaga, which is fun.

An excellent gem of a restaurant in a charming downtown. We visited the area for the first time and found this place while meandering around.... Definitely worth a stop!! Delicious food and excellent theming. Most excellent.

Wow! What an awesome surprise. We googled it for breakfast and then blown away by the atmosphere. Played 80s trivia during our 30 minute wait for the food. Which they post the wait time expectations on a sign as you walk in. Definitely worth the wait! 1000% recommended!

We really enjoyed this spot, the drinks we're spot on delicious. The food was pretty good, overall we we're happy with the experience. The drinks and food did take a minute to come out, thats the only compliment. I know places have been short staffed so I understand... I still definitely recommend it!

Busy Saturday morning. Seated quickly. Service was slow. Had to ask for water. Menu had great choices. Ordered Avacado toast with extra eggs. Flavor was good and food was fresh but alittle "wet" my wife ordered a bowl with veggies ham and eggs. Her dish was "wet" as well. We figured it was the oil or the butter the food was cooked in. The bowl had way to many onions and potatoes where cut very big so where not cooked thru. I did order a cappuccino since it was a coffee resturant and was very disappointed. Not a recommended breakfast choice based on our experience. We thought it had potential but food was mediocre at best and service was slow.

Amazing omelets and lattes! My mom, 4 year old brother and I went here for brunch. Great food, great environment. When we were waiting there was a lot of things for kids to do, entire corner plus stuff you could bring to your table. Amazing place, would recommend for sure. Needed extra stuff and asked, got it almost immediately. A lot of people got food/drinks quickly even though they were super busy. Bacon and cheese omelette(pic below) was sooo good!!

The food was really good, ambience was really aesthetic. I got Iced Vanilla Latte and it was so good!! They were pretty busy but managed to give us an amazing experience here! Definitely recommend!

Went in here the night before the LaCrosse Half Marathon, hoping to carb up on the Pesto Bruschetta Linguini. Unfortunately, by the time we got there for our 7:00 reservation, they were all sold out. Instead, us runners opted for the Mac and Cheese. I ordered mine "hot" (spicy) with Sriracha and Jalapeños and added pulled pork. While the dish was tasty, I didn't find it at all spicy. However, I do recognize that I can tolerate a fair degree of heat, so for me, adding a few more Jalapeños would have been great. My sister-in-law requested bacon on hers, and there was a lot of flavorful bacon added, which stayed nice and crispy. The Wisconsin Grazing Board was a nice, shareable size for the table with a great assortment of flavors. This is a cute spot, with lots of room, perfect for families and larger sized parties. Our waitress was great, being very attentive and patient. Definitely a place worth a return.

Had a great breakfast at the Hungry Peddler. Waitress was very friendly and introduced me to Jalapeno bacon, and I'm hooked. The are renovation now, but they are open and ready to offer up some good food

The reviews lived up to the hype. I am here for the state track meet and I walked here from campus to see what the hype was about and let me tell you, this place is legit. Please visit if you are in town, you will not be disappointed. Good job Hungry Peddler’s, you all are doing good.

Excellent stop to eat and relax. Top notch service and food. I had the Eggs Benedict wife had cinnamon french toast. Both were excellent.

WOW! What a great little gem of a local restaurant! The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. We started with French Onion Soup w/ gigantic garlic toast croutons, which was absolutely delicious. Clearly homemade! I had the $22 filet special that also came with an additional side as well as the soup or salad. Every dish our family ordered was fantastic! The desserts were also amazingly delicious. Now let’s talk about the atmosphere and value ! The restaurant is decorated in antique photos and vintage beers cans, which added cozy charm. The whole meal was a great value, less than $100 for four of us ! Finally, our waitress decorated our to-go food container for my son, which made his night ! Do not sleep on this restaurant !

Service was great . Food not so good which I was disappointed as I have been there before. We ordered two Filet mignon both was very bland no flavor. My other son ordered two deep fried catfish which he said had a strange taste and texture. When we got home we looked at his leftover piece it was very slimey and still pretty pink inside definitely not done . Tenderloin tips where good . Paying $170 plus a $50 dollar tip you would expect your food to be better. I Sure hope he don't get sick from the raw fish

Long wait. The hostess and the people clearing tables extremely slow. There were several tables that would of been available when we first arrived, except that no one had cleared the tables. Hostess didn't greet anyone, she waited until people walked up to her. Our server was great, but there was still a fairly long wait to get our food after ordering. Food was ok, but nothing worth bragging about. The peppers and onions in my western omelet were under cooked, as well as my hash browns. I ended up feeling nauseous after finishing my meal. Probably will not come back for breakfast. Would not recommend.

Amazing reuben! I had mine on sourdough. It has an extra piece of butter-grilled bread in the middle to beef up the sandwich. Fries were delightful; crispy outside, fluffy inside and not greasy. It's has always been busy when I go there but the service doesn't slack and is always pleasant and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the vibe is cozy and comfortable. My go to stop when in lacrosse for a hearty meal. I never leave hungry...ever.

My sister and I decided to stop by for breakfast during our trip to La Crosse. I ordered the hazelnut breve and the classic oats with blueberries, walnuts, and honey. It was worth the stop. Drinks and food were awesome, and we can't wait to stop again. If you're traveling by and want to enjoy a great cup of coffee and breakfast, so by and give Bean Juice a try!

Bean Juice has the best iced coffee I've ever tasted! They have delicious pastries and fun seasonal drink ideas. The staff are always welcoming, and the atmosphere is quiet and cozy. It's the best place for catching up with friends!

Is coffee a food? Well it is in my review. I've been ordering online and having delicious beans mailed to Virginia for the past +4 months. The online service I receive perfectly complements their coffee. Bean Juice is exceptional! If only we had one in the state of Virginia. Keep dem beans roasting ya'll!

I have been here several times and it never disappoints! The best coffee in town! I love buying the whole beans and grinding them as needed at home...as well as the fact that they roast them in house. Great customer service and love the pastries! I had the breakfast sandwich this week and it was delicious! Customer for life 😊

I’m back on the road again, looking for some of the best food and drinks throughout the midwest! The first stop was La Crosse, Wisconsin, where I was able to catch up with a good friend of mine. When we were talking about where to go for lunch, she said she had heard all about this restaurant, but hadn’t been. With the name like The Damn Tasty, we figured we better check it out and see if it lives up to its name. It was a little hard to find because they don’t have the most obvious sign directing you to their space in the strip of shops and we did have to put our name on the waiting list, but as you can see, it was WELL WORTH IT. The menu was fairly limited with some breakfast options and lunch options, but you could tell that the menu was curated and it was limited because they focused on doing everything well. Let’s get down to the food… We ordered the Kimchi Toast with kimchi cream cheese, thick cut bacon, fried egg, chili crisp, dressed greens, grilled sourdough. Honestly, this was 10/10. A little messy to cut up, but holy cow the flavor… Bánh Mì Burger with a potsticker pork patty, pickled veggies, shaved cucumber, garlic mayo, chili crisp, cilantro, fried egg, seeded roll! Another one of their best sellers and I can see why. Finally, we had the French Toast with blueberry compote, lemon curd, honeyed whipped cream, cinnamon crunch. I guess we figured we needed a little bit of sweet with all of our savory!

Across the board, this place was truly damn tasty! Great food, great coffee, clean restaurant, and friendly staff. This is one of those kinda-unsuspecting top-tier restaurants tucked in a pleasantly humble building. I can't wait to come back!

The Damn Tasty definitely lived up to its name when we visited around noon on a Sunday. Everything arrived hot and packed with flavor. While the place was busy and not big on elbow room, the vibe was still somehow relaxed. Great people and fresh food on the North side. Represent!

Not a large menu, but definitely the most unique brunch menu I’ve seen! The chef curated a menu with a lot of thought into creating wonderful flavor from scratch.

Tasty is as Tasty does. Daaamn Tasty! No wait I'm lying, never go here. It's only good on the third Thursday after a blood moon. But not on Friday mornings, like ever. So, um. Like. Yeah just don't go here on Friday when I am off work.

Visited on 6.30.2025 and had breakfast before driving to Minnesota and Iowa. After about a 20 minute wait, I finally got served by Amber. The French Toast was excellent. I think a 4 rating is fair considering the restaurant wasn't full and several servers looked at me until Amber took my order.

Enjoyed the Alaskan waffle so much! It was covered in strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream with a nice big scoop of ice cream. Price was excellent for the portion. The server was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return to eat again when I come to visit the area!

This was my 2nd time coming here, and I loved the food so much. Our server even gave my daughter something to color with while we waited for our food. I thought the $7-$8 plates might be too much for my 3 years old, but to my surprise, it was perfect. My husband ordered the butt steak, I think it was called, medium rare, and it was amazing. Their pancakes and waffles were huge, which is definitely a plus! We couldn't finish all of them, but were able to get a to go box for the rest. Will come here again when we have time.

I was surprised this morning when I asked for orange juice and they brought me a glass of fresh squeezed. What a nice surprise! They give you generous portions and don’t price gouge you. Great place!

The food is meh, the prices are too, and the service is TERRIBLE. I’ve been here on 3 separate occasions now and every time I’ve left feeling rather upset. On my first visit it took over an hour after we were seated to have our orders taken. On the second visit we had food that was ordered and paid for but never brought to the table. Today on this visit we decided to order ahead because we knew they would be slammed. Within the ordering service they use we were given an estimated wait time of 10 minutes. With more than that amount of time passing by the time we arrived AND the app clearly stating “order is ready”, we reasonably assumed we’d be able to walk in and grab our order. Instead, we had to stand and wait 20 extra minutes before being handed our food which I might add was done wrong! I was given an entirely different skillet from the one I ordered! I will be spending my money elsewhere from here on out

We were seated right away and had a great waitress! Food came out quickly. But, my tomato juice, hashbrowns, French toast and eggs were very bland. We sat right by the waitresses work area and they were talking/ complaining very loudly about other co-workers. Just wasn’t a great vibe or atmosphere. Won’t be going back.

5 Stars for Rosie’s Café – A Hidden Gem Worth the Detour! While driving home from Rochester, Minnesota to West Michigan, we were on the hunt for a great local breakfast spot — something with character, not just another national chain. That’s when we found Rosie’s Café, and let me tell you, it was worth every mile of the detour. Located just outside of town in a quiet neighborhood, Rosie’s is small, charming, and absolutely packed — a sure sign that locals know what’s up. We actually missed our exit and had to backtrack through town about five miles, but it gave us a chance to see the area and build anticipation. When we arrived, the place was buzzing. It's not a huge space, so there isn’t much room to wait inside, and the communication on whether to seat ourselves or wait could have been clearer. That said, the staff was friendly and handled the crowd like pros. We were seated within 10–15 minutes, which flew by. Once seated, we were greeted quickly and warmly. The menu had tons of great options — everything from classic breakfasts to local favorites. We had a few questions and custom requests, and our server was super accommodating. Despite how busy it was, the service was attentive and upbeat. The food? Hot, hearty, and absolutely delicious. Generous portions, great presentation, and flavors that made it clear everything was made with care. We left full and happy, no question about that. One highlight? Their homemade cinnamon rolls with house-made icing — you can take a half dozen to go for under $17. Of course, I grabbed six… and asked for one extra with icing on top for the road. No regrets. Rosie’s Café is a small-town treasure with big flavor and genuine hospitality. If you’re ever passing through this stretch of Wisconsin, make the stop — it’s worth it. Thanks, Rosie’s! We’ll definitely be back.

The food at The Café was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was excellent, and I would definitely come back again for the food alone. The service, however, felt a little rigid. Our waitress was polite and professional, but she stuck strictly to the basics and wasn’t very engaging. I felt like she could have been more attentive and helpful in guiding us through the menu or checking in. Overall, a great place to eat, but the service could be warmer to match the quality of the food.

Worst experience this past weekend. We have been customers of this place for over 20 years and have never had an experience like this weekend. We ordered 2 cheese omelets, one with ham and one with bacon, and an additional side of hollandaise. This was a pick up order to go and at pickup, the employee told my partner that one omelet was missing the bacon and asked if he was fine to take just a cheese omelet....he said that would be fine. When we got home, neither omelet had meat in it and when I called to see about a fix for this, the employee was rude and extremely argumentative with me? ("well, I told that guy that we would make a new one and he said no, so what do you want me to do about it?"). Our bill was $36 and no one could explain to me how our bill was this much. One staff even did the math...$11 per cheese omelet, $4 something for hollandaise and $0.75 for the to-go boxes (that's only $27.50, so how did my bill add up to $36??). I assume we were charged for the additional meat that we did not get, and staff was obviously aware of this! The price that we were charges for an incorrect meal is insane! When I reached out via FB, the manager/owner/FB page manager let me know that I would need to provide proof that our meals were missing the meat in order to fix the issue 😂. We will never return to this restaurant. What a sham and a shame.

Service was really good, food came out hot and it didn't take that long. Very nice portions of food and my burger was really good. I'd eat here again if I'm in the area, but I don't know if I'd go out of my way to do it. If I have anything less positive to say, it would be that I felt the prices were a bit high, but that seems to be the standard these days. Definitely not over the top by any means. Also, please update the online menu, it's really old.

If you enjoy frozen food and sauces out of a bag, this is the place for you. I had heard good things so I made plans for breakfast here. Big mistake. I ordered the beer battered pancakes with sausage links and one biscuit & gravy, because if you have B&G on the menu, I'm going to judge you by that alone. My brother had a spicy avocado eggs Benedict with tater tots because he's a tater total addict. Nothing could have prepared us for how awful the food was. They literally just put beer batter for fried fish or cheese curds in pancake mix. I'm not sure why you'd want a bitter beer aftertaste in pancakes but they went for it. Probably the worst pancake I've ever had. The biscuits and gravy was a frozen biscuit with powdered sausage gravy mix. I can look at it and tell you it's a mix without even tasting it. I'm 90% sure it's from Sysco. My brother's Benedict was just as bad. They took powdered Hollendaise sauce and blended it with a canned cheese sauce and threw in some spices they thought would liven it up. Eggs were cooked correctly but it was a weak outcome. His tater tots had more sodium than a salt lick which was odd, because they didn't salt the tots after cooking them. They had all that salt inside the actual tots. It was an insane amount, like a recoil amount. Not the restaurant's fault, but it is what it is. All in all, it's just not worth the higher prices. You can find much better food for cheaper anywhere in LaCrosse. It's too bad really, I had heard good things.

Went here during Octoberfest so very busy. Food was amazing and very filling. I got the Ultimate omelet.

Coworker and I were heading to a nearby city for work from another state, and knowing fast food costs are wild now, would rather find a good burger from a local place…was literally just a “nearby restaurant”…I had the huge BBQ bacon burger, buddy had the wings special. Lots of locals, and it was sand VB folks coming in from their courts in the evenings to eat. If you are local or traveling through, worth a try.

I recently was at Nutbush this past Sunday for breakfast and had the best experience. Halle was my server and she was amazing. She was very friendly and made sure our entire table was taken care of. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again!

I love the sweet crepes they have. They change flavors every so often but they’re always delicious. I tried the grilled cheese with Kale pesto and it was also really good! I always come for the coffee but occasionally will sit down for a meal. They have the best coffee in the area!!

Corey and Jared run a fantastic cafe! From the lovely decor (I love the plants at the front and as a divisor of the space) to the super tasty Gibraltar (i.e. cortado) along with the beautiful latte art, this place is a hidden gem. The coffee selection here is also veryich on point! The only thing I regret is to not have bought a bag of the Colombian coffee that they were serving that day. I'll definitely come back whenever coming by!

We came in from out of town and were so happy to find this place. It exceeded my expectations. We are from Oregon and have had a lot of great coffee. The coffee and the food was delicious. My fiancé and I both loved the breakfast biscuit sandwich. I got it with a gluten-free bun and it was great. I loved the unique flavors of the specialty drinks. The best part was the relaxing atmosphere and the great service. Everyone there seemed happy to be there and happy to answer my long list of questions I always have when I order at a new place. We came back the next day and brought the rest of our family and they loved it too!

The location is great right off the river near the park. The food is decent and prepared quickly. I'm not a fan of self-serve. The roasted bean juice is the best part. Not a big fan of the interior change, the past setup had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Though I like the hosted local art.

Delicious, filling, high quality breakfast sandwich and falafel bowl. Employee/owners have forgotten more about coffee than I'll ever know. Wonderful artisanal selections that anyone can enjoy.

I really like this location and tend to dine in within the bar area. Prices are very reasonable, food tastes good and what you would expect from a Pub & Grill. My go-to is the California Burger with a side of fries (photo attached). There are two parts to this pub. One side of the building is more a family setting with a proper restaurant dining area. On the opposite side is the pub/bar. Seating around the bar is ample and there are also dining tables for those who want to have an adult beverage with their meal in a more casual setting. They typically have fresh popped popcorn that diners can help themselves to while they wait for their meal or while having a beer. Overall - it's a good place to stop in, have a drink, and enjoy a no-frills lunch or dinner. My only disappointment, thus reducing the overall to 4-stars, was they recently stopped doing a Tuesday night dinner special on burgers as it became a ritual among myself and a few friends each week to stop in, have a beer, nibble on some popcorn, and eat a burger combo. I'll still go back though. I've never had a bad experience and staff is pleasant.

Neat atmosphere. Service was a little slow at times, water glass got empty but overall she was friendly and it was the end of the night so I’m sure she was trying to get other stuff done. I’d never tried breasted chicken before. Not a huge fan. Menu was deceptive. Offers 1/4 or 1/2 a chicken. One would assume this meant a breast, wing, thigh and leg for a half. Especially when it says you have to pay $1 more for all white meat. I got two breast/wings and asked the waitress but she said they only offer white meat which is a bummer since the thigh is my favorite. Seems crappy to that they charged the $1 extra when I didn’t even have the option for dark meat. I’d go back to try some of the other stuff on the menu.

Had supper here on 6.27.2025 and was served by Alyssa at the bar top. Fantastic Food and Great drinks. The Chicken Cobb Salad and Cheese Curds were excellent. Definitely will eat here when I come through La Crosse, Wisconsin again.

Food is always excellent no matter if it is breakfast or dinner! Love love love the popcorn, best I have had in town. Only complaint I have is one of the hostesses there is not very kind, and hasn’t been on multiple occasions , just always seems to be bothered that we came in and never smiles . The owners wife is very kind and attentive to customers needs. I have seen her on many busy mornings handle the customer seating flow seamlessly and with grace . She really appears to genuinely care about her customers!

This is one of our favorite places to get together when we all get back to LaCrosse. Consistently good food & service. Our server this day was hilarious, practically became a member of the family by the time we left! It wasn't real busy and she let us hang around for about 3 & 1/2 hours. ❤️

Amazing service. We came in 5 minutes before the kitchen closed and Addi still happily served us! Jacob and Addi my absolute favorite we got free drinks and shots because the kitchen was closed and had slow service! We absolutely love both Addie and Jacob and happily served us past kitchen closing time. I ordered breakfast from this place for this first time via DoorDash and didn’t get most of what was described on the menu. The veggies aren’t sautéed, so the onions overpower everything. I ordered a peach smoothie with my order, and instead of calling me to tell me they didn’t have it, they waited till I got there. The coffee is just okay at best. Very overpriced for basically hospital quality food. I likely won’t be back.

Lovely little corner cafe that we would return to often if we lived in town. Great prices, friendly folks, cozy interior. The maple cappuccino and sausage biscuit were phenomenal!

Ordered a hot vanilla latte & lavender buzz. Very awesome. The baristas were very friendly and very welcoming personalities. Very awesome and a most enjoyable time there. Definitely, a must visit place for anyone, local or passerby. Definitely get the lavender buzz. Very rich and creamy. The cool whip and shot of espresso took the flavor over the top. The store itself, as you can see in my photos, has lots of sitting room in the front part, plus this place has a large back room for parties or groups. Plus, there is a small children's area with toys and a good children's books section. Very cool. I also want to make a positive note about their merchandise like shirts, cups, and other souvenirs. All cool. I bought a coffee cup that was cool. And, if you want to have some fun, there's a seat with a horse's saddle on it that the kids, or other adventurous person, can sit on and take a picture for a good memory to look back on.

Pretty decent food for what it’s worth. Cheap so I’d consider it justified.

Glad that I stumbled on this place during my time in town, great little coffee shop with a fantastic atmosphere. The only problem is I don't live nearly close enough to be a regular! Yummmmmmyyy!!!!! This place is super good, affordable plus Way More than a coffin shop!!! My wife & i stopped here while delivering a load up the street, we had Megan as our barista and were very lucky to have her help us out with great decisions on the Epic selections they have. Made our coffees better than we hopped for as well! If we are ever in this area again, we are definitely stopping for the scenery for the atmosphere. For the great selections of coffee and food, not to mention,great baristas like Megan, it really brings it home for us.This place is a must stop at!!!

Most of the order was wrong and just done horribly. Croissant for the sandwich was burnt like hell. One of the breakfast wraps had avacado at only each end of it and both the REGULAR large chai frappes had coffee in it which we didn't order This stuff is on the pricey side so getting most of the order being wrong is ridiculous I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one got me.

Waitress was good. The steak was cooked well. needed more salt but perfectly medium like I like. BUT I do wish they would have considered how the waffles looked before bringing it out. The cook should take pride in their work and the waitress should want only the best for their table. To bring a waffle that is falling apart to the table is… I didn’t eat it. Left it how it was. Charged me an extra $1.50 for it but that’s fine. I eat with my eyes before my mouth and I really wanted some waffles . And it was really dark looking for a Belgium waffle.

Had a great experience at the Perkins near the hotel I was at. Perkins has a great deal of a half pound burger, bottomless fries, and pie for $10.99 that I gravitated toward. The service from Denice was very good and the food was good as well. I’m not sure what it is about the fries but they are pretty good. The seasoning I think makes it good and the pie is always awesome! I recommend stopping in for some good home style food and breakfast all day!!

Jessica is the best waitress ever. Hard working, friendly. Supplied us with coffee, refills and good conversation and service. Aleena was very accommodating also by talking with our group and taking our picture as we left. Will definitely stop again in our travels.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Took us over 10 minutes to be seated and we were the only ones waiting. Got sat down, waited another 15 minutes for someone to simply take our drink order. After what was about a 30 minute wait she brought them back finally and took our order. Super slow, and the workers are barely out unless to give you your food. We won’t be back!!!

Well what can I say besides dismal.. I was seated rather quickly but let's be honest I arrived 15 minutes after opening. She asked if I would like something to drink and then brought me coffee which was quite bitter, something I'm used to because quality coffee is apparently hard to find at most chain restaurants. I asked for extra sweetener in anticipation of the bitterness to which my pleasant surprise was an actual handful leading me to surmise it wasn't the first time. I came in knowing what I wanted so I told her I would like the tremendous 12, she asked how I would like my eggs to which I replied "how's the cook?" She said "he was good" so I ordered them lightly basted, which apparently is one of the most difficult things in the world because it seems most cooks have trouble getting it right.. I also asked if I could get onions IN the hash browns to which she replied absolutely, but either she didn't write it down correctly or the cook didn't care to read the order, but they were on top.. again it's not the end of the world. That leads to the pancakes.. they were not the nice fluffy buttermilk pancakes I remember, these were as if my daughter made them for me on Father's Day when she was a little girl telling Mommy she wanted to do it by herself.. they had very little taste and were completely flat and I ended up using half the bottle of syrup just to be able to eat them .. but the icing on this "cake" was the sourdough bread, I couldn't really make up my mind of what it was I was smelling.. either wet dog or stinky feet .. now I'm not saying it was so bad but it definitely wasn't good by no means... I did eat it all because I abhor waste and if I can choke it down I will .. the waitress did ask if she could have anything remade for me but it's been my experience that if they couldn't do it right the first time I won't give them a second chance to disappoint me.. like I said shortly after bringing me my food the waitress came back and asked how everything was and I explained the issues I noticed to which she said would I like them to remake anything but no I told her it wasn't the end of the world but it's really not the same as I remembered it to be... I didn't ask for any discounts or concessions of any kind and when I got my bill I wasn't disappointed it was as I thought and I was fully charged including the .99 cents for the cold Onion sprinkled on top of my Luke warm hash browns, oh and we won't mention the somewhat soggy Bacon.. the most annoying thing was that there was an incredibly stubborn fly dancing around my table to the music from the kitchen that drowned out the house music and the old lady hacking in the booth right behind me... Needless to say I don't believe I'll be coming back to this Perkins in the foreseeable future if ever...

Atmosphere was quiet. Lillie was exceptional as a server. She was pleasant and extremely helpful, polite, and was constantly working to take care of whatever she was responsible for. She is in the top 1% of any server in any restaurant that serves customers. Additionally, the person who checked us out made eye contact and was friendly and courteous. It just so happened the Asst Mgr came through the counter check out area and one can sense they have a quality working relationship and support each other. We were just passing through town and stopped to eat dinner.

Jessica was AMAZING! She was so sweet and very helpful! Kept the drinks full and always checking on us! Will definitely be coming back to request her! Food was great as well!

Visited on Saturday 6.28.2025. The Bacon Omelet and French Toast was Amazing and Delicious. Definitely will return the next time I am in La Crosse. Highly Recommend for an outstanding home cooked meal from a local establishment.

As a Black Man in America, going to places where no one in the room looks like you, can be challenging at times. In this case, everyone was so kind, graceful and just happy to be at a homey spot eating great food. I am here in town for the state track meet and I walked to this breakfast joint all the way from campus and it was totally worth it. The server was phenomenal and made me feel at home. This place has great food, prices, and people. Get here as soon as you can because they close at 3pm.

I truly don’t understand how this place has so many positive reviews. The waitress slide menus on our table and walked away without saying anything. There were only 5 other tables but it still took 45 minutes for 2 pancakes and 1 omelette. The pancakes were flavorless and not fully cooked. The only positive thing about it was the cinnamon roll, but even that took 30 minutes. It wasn’t even warmed up, so it took half an hour to put it on a plate and pour on some frosting?? We watched people who came in after us get their food before us. After reading other reviews, this seems like a common occurrence. The waitress was also watching as my partner was signing the receipt almost to see if he was going to leave a tip. I genuinely don’t um how this place is still in business.

We got the breakfast burrito challenge. We did not get the t-shirt. Excellent food, amazing service. The staff and the other guests were very friendly. Fun place to eat. My whole crew left very full

As soon as I got into the restaurant it smelled like a musty basement, I knew that wasn’t a good sign. Got seated and the window was covered in flies, by then I lost my appetite. I ordered steak and eggs anyway and my steak was super rare and tasted like iron and was bland, egg whites weren’t done and were slimy. Hashbrowns only had a few crispy parts. Went to the bathroom and it smelled heavy of urine and there were about 20 flies in there. This place was nasty. I do NOT recommend!!!

Older cafe vibe on the North Side of La Crosse. Counter or table seating available but it's a popular spot and can be busy. Omelettes were amazing and our server was fantastic and friendly. Amount of food for the money was insane!!

Decided to check this coffee place out. Glad we stopped by. Asked what were the most popular latte flavors, decided on a caramel vanilla iced latte. It was amazing! We also got a flavor of the day pistachio, which was really good. Wasn't too busy. Nice atmosphere. The two girls that were working were welcoming.

Used to be great, quality of food being consistent and service is just dwindling. I reached out to try and get my order fixed the day of a messed up order, told I have to let them know when I’m there anyways I had a baby with a stroller, no seats were available and my order was TO-GO. I’ll post the picture of the food. Supposed to be a LOADED blt, saw one piece of bacon. So if you go here, make sure you don’t tip, and doubt check you’re food before leaving and ask for a remake because they want that treatment instead of just fixing the food or offering a refund regardless if I came back the next day. Totally unfair. Hope they enjoy the income from half feeding us. 👍🏼 never going back when I’ve gone for 6+ years. Neither will my family. Still ate it because we were hungry and on the go with a baby but they are inconsiderate of people money and time.

I had their Thai chicken wrap and it was really good! Bummed I was only here for work, but if I ever come back I definitely am ordering it again. Coffee was great and staff were all friendly.

I love a cafe with a patio! I had the veggie wrap and an iced matcha- both great. The interior atmosphere is a good place to work or for a casual meetup. The patio is large and offers a number of different spaces to sit- picnic tables, table and chairs or outdoor couches. Always a solid spot!

We were visiting La Cross and went here for a coffee and breakfast. I had an ice maple latté that was 10/10 and the Tuscan sunrise egg sandwich was was amazing as well. This coffee shop was very quaint and cute. They had good seating inside and outside. There was a mural outside the building that was neat too.

I've visited this cafe a few times and have loved it every time. The food is always delicious and the coffee is even better. Includes both outdoor and indoor seating.

I normally make Mobile orders before I get to a drive thru restaurant because I don’t wanna sit and wait. Once I pulled up to the drive thru they told me to give them a minute but had me waiting 7min before they did take my order which it was just a simple mobile order. Once I got pass the drive box I was sitting and waiting in line behind 2 cars for 15 minutes. Wasn’t considered fast enough for me. Even tho it’s supposed to be fast food!.

Ordered Burger King off door dash and it defaults to this one based off location and every time something is missing. My fiance and I did not receive one of our drinks, both of our fries, and gave us the incorrect sauce for our chicken fries. It's not hard to read the receipt and look for the correct items to put in the bag

Had a great experience. Super friendly and conscientious employee took my order and even brought it to my table when she saw be balancing my drink and ketchup. Veggies on the Whopper were crisp and fresh. Fries were hot and perfectly cooked.

I went to go get some food for my girlfriend so I walked there because it was not far and the doors where locked no problem they asked me to come through the drive through on the intercom and I ordered outside the staff was super amazing and inviting I understand that there are rules and regulations for closing the lobby at a certain time so it was amazing that they still let me order food was made fresh and tasted amazing the staff were well mannered the whole experience was amazing the facility looked clean no complaints at all and taco johns is better than taco bell all day I highly recommend you go here.

Great food... Taco Johns is the BEST fast food restaurant in the US. Tacos are full of meat, cheese, and whatever else you want. They also have taco specials every Tuesday...

Bryan the store manager just got off the phone with....he refused to explain where the roach came from or refuse to replace my food. Already query with the health deparent and corporate......he said that it's old news about my loss and the food. I should have said something before leaving the restaurant.......believe me the food here sucks. And this out a very BAD taste in my mouth. NEVER again!!!!! This isent fair at all

Stopped in after 9 pm. At the window, he let me know the food was going to take a few minutes as the food was made fresh.

You know, this has gotta be the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They always have an attitude when you go there to order very bad customer service. If you don't like your job, don't work there. You don't need to get attitude with a customer just because you're short-staffed and then telling people before you even order that you're gonna have to wait. You have to wait at every restaurant you go to order at. This is not the first time this has happened either. This happens all the time at this Dunkin' Donuts. You can't even go to your local Dunkin' Donuts to enjoy a coffee without getting a attitude from Dunkin' Donuts, workers.

The kids and I went to this location after our haircuts next door and we waited at the counter for 20 minutes and not one of the employees working even acknowledged us, they were more focused on the window, than the counter. I had 3-4 employees walk straight by us and out the door with orders but didn’t even look at us, did not even say “hey, sorry we’re backed up, short staffed, etc” nothing. I gave up and went elsewhere. The owners of this location or the managers need to do better, be better.

As unfortunate as this is to make this review it’s well overdue. I love Dunkin, but every single time my family orders from here it’s an awful experience. I always place mobile orders for our convenience and Dunkin’s… but every single time we are asked to pull forward and wait. After pulling forward, 5 cars passed in the drive thru getting their orders while we were still waiting for our mobile order. Just 3 drinks, no food. We walked inside to grab our order due to no one coming out even after the drive thru was cleared. Our drinks were clearly made awhile ago due to the condensation sitting on the cups. So while all of this is always an ongoing issue, so is the inconsistency of our drinks!! My latte tastes like garbage today. It’s literally a brown latte and the other latte we ordered is white. Why is there so much of a difference? Mine looks like an iced coffee with a “splash” of milk. Not what I ordered. Due to these kind of experiences, we no longer want to continue to come to Dunkin. Just a waste of time and money at this specific location. You’re better off going elsewhere for your coffee.

I have never written a review before but I feel the need to as it’s been an ongoing thing. This is the closest coffee shop to my house and I’d rather go across town than engage with the most rude and condescending staff here. Every time I order something, I don’t make up my own drinks by the way I just go off the menu, the man that works there consistently either cuts me off or rudely corrects me, and just acts like I’m doing the biggest inconvenience by simply ordering??. The people that work the window sometimes are pleasant, or just open the window and don’t talk to me, and then gives me my food and I’m not sure if I should just drive away. I’m not saying yall have to tap dance and use confetti poppers I’m just saying some basic customer service would be nice. Makes me sad because I love dunkin but probably my last trip for a hot minute.

Unless you want to wait 20 minutes for the mobile order you place before leaving your house, then I would avoid this location. I have given this location several chances to improve over the years and they have not. The customer service and attitude of some of the workers is beyond unacceptable. I understand we all have rough days sometimes, but this is habitual when I have come to this location. Today was my last straw and I actually left before my order could be walked out. I had made my online mobile order at 8:04am, gave them about 10 mins before I left my house. Then sat in line for another 10 mins, just for them to have me pull to a different parking spot to wait for my food. That is not the point of a mobile order. By the time I decided to leave this whole fiasco from the time I placed my mobile order was reaching 25 mins. If you want a better experience, just hit the McDonald's down the road. I parked in their lot, made my mobile order, had it within two minutes. If you want coffee, we have way better local restaurants with drive thrus as well as bakeries with exceptional donuts and other pastries. I like to go here now and then for convenience but this has solidified that it'll be my last resort.

Guy working there was super rude when I asked for 3 dozen and wanted to select them. "Probably don't have enough", but I was looking at them. They were really low on doughnuts for it being 1030am. Glad I don't visit often.

The manager on duty was incredibly rude while taking my order, even walking away while taking it. He also appeared to be the only person in the store. He proceeded to ignore me to take a drive-thru order and make it . And when he did take my order he was, once again, quite rude.

I come here every Tuesday night for years. Have only had great service. And food Tonight I was very disappointed. We put an appetizer order i and waited. I finally went up and asked about it and she forgot to it put in. We finally received.it. After putting our food order in it took almost half hour. Totally disappointed. I hope this review is read.

Stopped in to Kramer's Bar & Grill for a wine and a take out pizza. I had cheese curds whike I waited. They were yummy. My supreme pizza was super tasty. So good! The owner waited on me and had a super good, big wine pour. Thank you. I look forward to my next visit to Kramers. Stop in. You'll be impressed with the food and service. Cheers.

Went here for brunch on Sunday, was very low key during this time. The parking entrance was hard to find but the place has a nice atmosphere with a big bar and several old school arcade machines in the back. The decor is a mix between contemporary and old school, but it meshes together quite well. The staff was friendly and service was great. As for the food, we got the 3 egg custom omelette and the sausage gravy hash browns. The food was delicious, seasoned well, and the hash browns were definitely crunchy! The food is a little on the heavier side, but it certainly fulfills the comfort food criteria. Nothing overly exciting but good eats after an exciting Saturday night, plus it was very reasonably priced! Would recommend for drinks and some American pub food.

I ordered a large vegetarian pizza last night and it was by far the best tasting pizza I have had in the city of La Crosse... Not to mention the price was a bargain.....And the bartender was kind enough to carry it out to my car, because my left arm is in a sling and practically unusable....

The perfect little local spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Highly recommend coming for breakfast. One of the best breakfast burritos in the country. Make sure to ask for Rusty's hot sauce. Perfect heat and flavor👌 Loved the atmosphere and all the workers. Already looking forward to my next week of multiple daily visits while working at the brewery across the street.

This was my first time at Kramer's and I had breakfast. Their menu has a little bit of everything for everyone. I had the Country Hash Browns. It was delicious; compliments to the chef. There are a lot of cool and unique items on the bfast menu, like "Rum Chata French Toast", "Jalapeno Bacon" and "Beer-Battered Pancakes!" My husband and I really, really enjoy going to breakfast together, and I absolutely love Kramer's. The coffee was good and they got that international delight 👌🏼

Pretty nice little place. Went there for breakfast. Country benedict and hash browns were pretty good. Huge portions for what they charge.

Stumbled into another era. Cold cold Old Style on tap. Bacon burgers cooked on a grill 10 feet from the bar. Odd characters just enjoying the day. Thought the barkeep was from Psycho. Turns out he is one of the most unforgettable people ever. Don't be afraid. Just go.

I got the brunch burger and it didnt disappoint. The picture doesnt illustrate it but the amount is absolutely huge. This place is an awesome greasy spoon.

The customer service depends on who’s working there’s a young man in there tht is always rude, compared to the young lady I’ve interacted with. The food is most of the time good this time he burnt my food and was rude.

Came in for a bite to eat and a cold fresh drink. Food was phenomenal and the bar tender Jaden greeted us with beyond exceptional customer service. Chill place, great vibes!! Will be back.

if i could give less than 1 star i would, the workers are always upset when i come in to get food and they are mad they actually have to work. i came in one night at 7 and the bartender/cook was the only one there and was whining on the phone with his girlfriend, came in a few weeks later and he glared at me while i tried to order food because he didn't feel like doing it. and said they closed the kitchen at 8 even though there hours sat open till 10

My friends and I needed a place to go in town for breakfast. We showed up here and thought we had the wrong address…it doesn’t look like they’re serve breakfast here. The french toast was delicious and it’s the best bacon I can remember having at a restaurant. The staff was also very nice. But the setting was a little unpleasant and the women’s bathroom door needs to be fixed.

Great breakfast, burgers and curds. My go to for a quick bite near the downtown area. Wonderful food and even better service.

Food was good, not a problem. Main concern is why there is almost no customer service in McDonald's anymore. They utilize kiosks so you can order food yourself, which is interesting as I would find that to be a last-resort deal when there is a line. But no, nobody was at the register and it was kinda odd to walk in without seeing someone in uniform looking your direction. Do what you need to do obviously, just found that weird. Another thing I noticed was that the tables in the restaurant were dirty as a whole. I understand if you are understaffed or too busy to deal with that, but they had plently of staff and it was relatively slow. Could've been better, not a big deal.

Just grabbing a snack before heading out of town and don't feel like stopping. McDonald's is almost too expensive. $14 for 2 Cokes and 2 large fries. The fries are really good.

We were shorted a hashbrown during drive thru service. 2nd time I've ordered decaf coffee that was cold and wondering if I got the remaining of the pot. Y'all need to keep the decaf as fresh as the regular. The food was ok, eggs were mushy. Nothing seemed really fresh or hot.

Insane prices. Probably a 20% error rate on your order via the app. Impersonal, anti human, dystopian interior that makes it a sad experience when you try to get your missing items. Feels like McDonald’s has contempt for their customers.

I was on the fence today. I bought chicken nuggets and some apple pies. My nuggets were placed perfectly in the box. I've never had that experience before. I was impressed. But my apple pies..they were from 1:35pm. I got my order at 4:45pm. So with the good came a little not so good.

I've been here several times. The staff has always been friendly, especially to my kids. I've never had my order mixed up. I typically go inside to order. They do prefer you use the kiosks to order, so if you like to order at the register you may have a bit of a wait.

No accuracy on orders!! Not sure if your staff cares or not BUT…… when you order 2 dbl cheeseburger 1 single cheeseburger an order of 8 chicken fries! And you get home to find that you got 1 dbl 1 bacon double 1singke and ONLY 4 chicken fries! Mad and Bad!! It’s Called ORDER ACCURACY!!! Learn it and Use it!!!! SMH😡

We go through the drive through. Food is always good. Get a fish sandwich and whopper w/cheese. Only complaint is sandwich must be already prepared because they are usually only lukewarm when we get them. If they could be hotter it would make the meal much better

This location is a hit and miss for me. They advise burgers for breakfast, but then I'm told that it takes 45 minutes to heat the grill?? 🤷‍♀️ I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there, and this was after me saying aloud "Hello??" Then she responded with "oh I didn't even know you were there!" Annoying.

Enjoyed the shroom and swiss burger with fries. The restaurant was very clean and the service was very good. I would definitely go back again.

It says they close at 10pm on the store hours. Went to the drive thru at 9pm. No one would answer. Drove up to the window and knocked. No one would come to the window. I seen workers walking around.

Walked in and was greeted but was certainly not the cleanest atmosphere. Few dirty tables and restrooms could definitely use a thorough cleaning.

Waited long time in drive-up and when I got my impossible burger this is what I seen instantly went in the garbage!! Cold raw and not very happy!!!!!

Clean and has many options for being such a tiny airport. We had rum and cokes, house salad without cheese and croutons and the beer battered fish and fries. All were very good and came out quickly.

As I sat down after a security search that yielded no results it became known to me that the bar had at lest a battalion skinheads waiting for a drink. I dropped My luggage exchanged pleasantries with my people and settled in. After speaking French with my one liner vagabond I sat down at the swiftest rate to accommodate the bar. One thing will be said. There is a sweet old woman with a smile to will warm the coldest critic frowning with a listful of descrpanxies. As I close my tab and grab a napkin I’ll look back on this place with a smile and gladly welcome a delay knowing this old woman will give me 4 beers with nothing but a smile on her face

Got charged twice on my card. Called but they said they only had one charge....my bank said differently. Use cash.

Bryan the store manager just got off the phone with....he refused to explain where the roach came from or refuse to replace my food. Already query with the health deparent and corporate......he said that it's old news about my loss and the food. I should have said something before leaving the restaurant.......believe me the food here sucks. And this out a very BAD taste in my mouth. NEVER again!!!!! This isent fair at all

I went to go get some food for my girlfriend so I walked there because it was not far and the doors where locked no problem they asked me to come through the drive through on the intercom and I ordered outside the staff was super amazing and inviting I understand that there are rules and regulations for closing the lobby at a certain time so it was amazing that they still let me order food was made fresh and tasted amazing the staff were well mannered the whole experience was amazing the facility looked clean no complaints at all and taco johns is better than taco bell all day I highly recommend you go here.

Both the food and service was good. The meat was fresh and juicy, not dry like it is at other places.

Great food... Taco Johns is the BEST fast food restaurant in the US. Tacos are full of meat, cheese, and whatever else you want. They also have taco specials every Tuesday...

Low they arent professional i order 3 nacho crunch beef burrito 3 oleys and got only 3 bean burritos and wouldnt fix there mistake so one star it is

Stopped in after 9 pm. At the window, he let me know the food was going to take a few minutes as the food was made fresh.

We when though the drive thru and our order was taken fine. We were a little surprised 2 kids meals and 2 large meals came to 35$, but understandable. However the QUALITY of these chicken wraps is poor. We did try them their first week in restaurants; today there is hardly any cheese, the tortilla was folded over itself in the wrap, and just drowned in spicy sauce. The George Street store always has the worst quality for us, so I’d recommend a different location.

Messed up my order, TWICE came back. I was super understanding (even though I live twenty miles away) came back Gave me attitude for their mess up. Told me they promoed my already paid for meal- (NOPE) they definitely didn’t. Lied, and honestly if I’m going to pay 8.49 for breakfast I’d rather go somewhere I’m treated with respect especially when it was their fault! Stay clear unless you want to be disrespected for their mistakes!

Honestly- I would give ZERO if it would let me. I Went through the drive-through to pick up a meal for my daughter who was just getting off from practice And ordered the double meal for Her. They get the order wrong. Ask me to pull up to the next window to wait. I realize after 6 cars or so pass by that I had sat there for 10 minutes and nobody has come to bring me my sandwich. I had to go park, walk in and asked for a manager, told her what happened and she tells me oh I’m sorry that wasn’t communicated - when it was a manager who told me to pull up. Nevertheless, I asked for my money back because I was upset, returned the food and was late to pick up my daughter and still had no food for her. This is unacceptable and terrible service- she did nothing to reconcile the situation.

Typical McDonald's, fast se vice, order was correct. Easy entry and exit. Had to edit the map marker as it was across the street in the overflow parking. NEW VISIT: They did not get our order right this time, if you ask for bacon on your breakfast make sure you look for it before you leave.

Fast food = Fat food and i only ate there a handful of times. It's a child's playhouse full of germs, sweaty kids,and messy stations. If it is going to be Family friendly it should be kept germ free, clean, and stocked. It a busy place and long lines in the drive thru. There needs to be training on speed and maybe multiple people at the door.

Went through drive through this morning. I ordered a sausage biscuit and they gave me a burrito instead which was on my receipt im guessing they misunderstood me so that was fine. I took the loss of my extra money and asked for a biscuit instead, pulled out of the drive way and still had no biscuit but a sandwich and BBQ sauce for a breakfast sandwich?? I ended up getting a refund and was late for work with still no biscuit.. 🙄

Uuugggghhhhh, love them so much. Please be careful, they're good enough to accidently spend $200 in one month on. I have proof, I don't regret it but like, omgggg, was it bad month, and like, they were my comfort food? Absolutely great, and their energy drinks are like perfect for like candled bubble baths and a book, deadass Treat yourself, love yourself, get yourself some caribou coffee

Caribou is one of the most consistent chain coffees out there, no matter which store I go to, I know my drink is going to come out the same way. Their lattes made with 2% have a better and richer mouthfeel than most other coffee shops can achieve with a breve. Always a job well done

We placed a mobile order from our hotel and I drove over to pick it up. It was fast and convenient! The Barista was very cheerful and friendly. That cheerful part must be contagious because I realized I was smiling when I pulled back onto the road.

By the Gods this iced coffee is the most heavenly elixir to grace my taste buds! A refreshing symphony to experience such a divine treat that rejuvenates my senses. I am utterly spellbound by the sheer perfection of their contrivance.

The service was good but I wanted to dine inside and this shop is walk up or drive thru only. Awesome people though.

Disappointing. On a university campus. Not very helpful staff. Hard to find. Google maps said it was closed but phoned and they said they were open... Darkno lights. Almost like we interrupted their no business streak

UPDATE: This location has new management and has gone down severely in quality and customer service . They use pan release spray to make their cinnamon sugar bagels instead of using REAL BUTTER as they are supposed to do. Just one example of why I no longer recommend this establishment and suggest you go to the Einsteins at UWL. Einsteins is a GREAT place to come for coffee and a bagel, or try one of their scrumptious bagel sandwiches!!!! The staff is very friendly and you'll leave planning your next trip back! They are located right inside the Todd Wehr Memorial Library on the BEAUTIFUL Viterbo University Campus. THE PUBLIC IS MORE THAN WELCOME!!!! Call ahead to order a bakers dozen bagels and shmear for work or family and friends. Will be closing for the summer on May 12, 2023 and reopen August 29th 2023.

Terrible service, people were rude, didn't take time to make the food or care about it....definitely won't be back or recommend it to anyone.

Can’t lie this place blows. They either will give you the wrong order or forget about your order. Or the best yet, take your order, forget about it, then sell out of the thing you ordered. They can’t get it right!

Yes terrible service. They got my order wrong and then ran out of coffee took them 15 minutes to get a new pot of coffee put into place. I know it's inside a student union but the public deserves better from such an outstanding chain
