The 50 best breakfast and brunch in Alpharetta

Had breakfast here twice while staying at the hotel. One time at the restaurant and the other was room service. Both meals were great. The menu is very meat forward but I was able to get a breakfast biscuit sandwich without ham and sausage gravy (still charged the same price). It was really good but also very heavy. The grits were really good. The service at the restaurant was oddly slow which was strange since it was a weekday morning and pretty empty - only 3 tables had patrons. The room service order was good - just had scrambled eggs and a side of grits.

I'm not big on bougie restaurants. To me you can be just as satisfied with your meal as if you were going to the local burger joint or waffle House. The reason for the 3 stars for the food was because of what was on the menu. Not much to choose from. I know that breakfast or brunch can only be cooked a couple of ways, scrambled, over easy or sunny side up. I had the brisket hash. It wasn't what I was expecting. Sorry but I was not impressed.

Staff and waitress were nice. Food was meh, not a fan of the buttermilk waffles but the chicken, cornbread and biscuit were good. The drinks were good but it was not even half full😆.

They serve brunch until 2pm. Their menu changes seasonally. Shawkat my waiter is so kind and knowledgeable about the dishes and described the flavors and nuances perfectly. The green fried tomatoes benedict is wonderful as are the biscuits, mimosas and the crab soup!

8-9-25 - My wife wanted to eat here for breakfast since we talked with the manager the night before. Great conversation. Buffet was mentioned but after seeing the menu we had to refocus our idea of Buffet to the restaurants menu. The wait wasn't long, after we were placed in the system. I wanted something different and decided on Brisket Hash, scrambled eggs with cheese 🧀, and a side of cheese grits, with cranberry juice. My wife chose the chicken and waffles, eggs sunny side up, coffee ☕️. We had a great server, who took care of us. It wasn't crowded till later on. Our food took a lil while but came out after some biscuits and cornbread muffins were brought over. The peach preserves were delicious. The brisket was cubed, contained more fact, and wasn't seasoned, and with the cream sauce over the hash and other items it was greasy tasting. Tried adding several things to make it appealing. Meanwhile the crust on my wife's chicken was rather crusty, hard, etc. The odd thing is we mentioned it to our server and the manager came over right away to work things out, and gave us a whole hearted apology and recommended desserts if we save room. We obliged and my wife had the banana pudding and I had what was like a cream puff with pistachio filling. If not for the service here I would have recommended a 2 or 3 stars. Thanks all.

Disappointing experience all around from the food to the service. I ordered the $20+ ham bennie and what came out was pitiful. See the picture for the two teeny tiny pieces of ham that were so old and crusted they were inedible. I would have complained but the only time we saw our server was to drop off the food and then the bill. Skip this place if you want good food and service.

This was one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had. My son and I enjoyed everything so much! The food was delicious and Rio, our server, was one of the nicest servers either of us have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We will definitely eat here again!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food and service were exceptional. I recommend the chicken salad sandwich and fried green tomatoes. The tomato cucumber side salad is tangy and addicting. If you like fried okra, you'll like theirs because it's super crunchy.

Cute breakfast brunch place in Downtown Alpharetta, the food was very good , we got the pancakes, avocado toast and the Cobb Salad , the service was not bad but no too friendly either, but is ok I can handle that

We have been on the road about 50 days so far this year. This is one of the best places we have eaten at. It has great southern comfort food. The food is extraordinary. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our waitress Ariel went above and beyond she was fantastic.

First time at the Southern Porch. It looks like it was an old house that was turned into a restaurant. It’s a quaint restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. I went on a Saturday late morning and it was packed. I had the fried tomatoes, beignets and fried egg. The beignets were good with whipped cream. The fried green tomatoes were also good with the house sauce and the tomato-cucumber salad that they served the friend tomatoes with. I define plan to return for brunch! I want to try their pancakes and other brunch items.

It’s been a long time since a restaurant blew me out of the water. Like…. I want to CRY at how incredible this place is. The scrambled breakfast (whatever it’s called) and the fresh beignets were *chefs kiss*. I hope they consider a second location. Parking was impossible on a Sunday for brunch and couldn’t even go, came back the next day and did find a spot. Truly a pleasure to be here.

Go for the food, the service and atmosphere are a bonus. Chicken and waffles were excellent, chicken was so tender, glad I ordered it. Bacon scramble on grits was out of this world, so many good choices on the menu. Nice friendly service as well. We are on the porch, inside is nice and cozy so depends on availability and the weather.

What a great place. Food is great. Some of the best grits I ever had. Service is excellent. Surroundings are cool.

Chicken and waffles leave something to be desired. Staff was friendly and well versed on the menu. Music was tolerable. Menus were very sticky and left on the table for the whole meal. Lots of dust. Again the waitresses are very friendly and do their job well. If you're looking for a quick bite it is a good place to stop.

Another Broken Egg Cafe was full of light and space. Our server was beyond sweet and asked if it was our first time visiting. It was for me and she brought out some free, and delicious beignets. Such a nice, and did I say delicious, surprise! In the spirit of being in the South, I decided to go with the chicken and waffles. I have to admit, they were kind of a disappointment. Not that they were bad….I guess I was expecting something “WOW”, being in the south. It was more of a “hmmmmm. I’ve had better in the PNW”! The hot honey sauce was even a bit of a downer. Truly, kind of a boring, semi-flavorless dish. The omelette my nephew got looked fabulous. So, maybe stay clear of the chicken and waffles and try something else. Did I already say the beignets were delicious? I would definitely eat there again. I’d just order something other than the chicken and waffles.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is one of my favorite breakfast places. It is slightly more expensive that some of the other smaller cafes I've eaten at, but it's worth the splurge. When I eat out for breakfast, I typically like to order something that I would not make at home, and that usually means chicken and waffles. ABEC makes a great chicken and waffles and serves it up with a chipotle honey syrup which brings a perfectly balanced combination of sweet and heat to the dish. They also offer a nice selection of breakfast/brunch cocktails, mocktails, and spiked coffee drinks, but their regular coffee brew is quite good as well - rich, smooth and not at all bitter. My sister was visiting from out of town and when our waitress found out it was her first time eating here, she brought us a complementary plate of their beignet donuts - which, sadly, I cannot provide a photo of, as we snarfed them pretty quickly. ;) I highly recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe for your breakfast/lunch/brunch date.

Abigail is a fantastic breakfast server who makes every customer feel welcome with her bright energy, attentiveness, and quick service. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience, whether by anticipating needs, offering helpful suggestions, or simply having a friendly word for everyone. Her efficiency and positive attitude are a great way to start the day, and she deserves recognition for her excellent work.

Abigail was our server and was fantastic. She was attentive and kind our whole visit, and treated us to a complimentary half order of the biscuit beignets - which I would recommend, especially if you're familiar with zeppolies. I got the Oh Lucy! Omelet, and the quality of everything was great. My friend got a blueberry lemon mimosa which was fantastic, and the rest of their drink menu looks well worth trying as well.

Everything was great! My favorite place to eat. My server Ivette is always so attentive and always has a friendly attitude. Make sure to try their Broken egg breakfast sandwich!! It’s great! :)

I want to have a good breakfast with Wifey and this seemed like a good place to be on my top choice. I came here first time so had no idea what would be a good thing to order, so I did what any sensible person would do. I checked some google reviews. In one of the review someone was bragging so much about Smoked Salmon Benedict that I was not able to resist it. Wifey order Floridian Omelet with Crab meat. Both the dishes were so good that we both made up our mind to circle back in few days for another breakfast. Overall the experience was good. If you haven’t given them a shot, you are missing out! The family size biscuits and sausage/mushroom gravy is divine, with a subtle spicy kick, and so affordable for the portion size 🫶🏻 also note worthy, fried green tomatoes, hash browns, bacon, and cream cheese grits were all quality taste. Initial review: Firstly, Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of the block, to the restaurant on the opposite corner. Standard Southern comfort food, but it was disappointing. I would never return as the silverware was dirty; obviously, the washing machine needs service, and the staff should be trained to inspect prior to placing them at the collection. The excessive use of single-use plastic makes it feel more like a McDonald’s experience.

The food was good. For me the menu was a little confusing. The staff was great. Outside seating was ok. There were no utensils I had to wait a bit for them.

Was in a local hotel that ran out of eggs this morning so i walked a few blocks to Maple Street Biscuit. Boy was it hard to select something so I chose two items. The featured seasonal cinnamon waffles with fried apples satisfied my sweet tooth. I must say the waffles were perfect- soft in the middle and lil crunch on the outside. The Hash bowl with two eggs was also delicious. Filled with cubbed seasoned potatoes, topped with spinach, cheddar, bacon, peppers n onions. They had a steady pace of customers. Great place to bring the family or meet up with a friend. I’ll definitely be back… after-all, I didn’t get to even try the biscuits.

Just had a brunch here at Maple Street Biscuits. The service was very nice, from the order taker, to those in the kitchen who kindly altered my food order per my request. The food was great, hit the spot for exactly what I was wanting today. I'd recommend this spot. Also, inside they have a couple huge tables for a party of 9 - 12 persons. Smart move on the planners. We’ve been loyal customers of Maple Street for years — long before this location even opened. Since moving to the area in 2020, this specific location has been our go-to, and we’ve always had a great experience — until today. We placed an online order, and the biscuits we received were half-baked — doughy and undercooked on the inside, completely lacking the rise we’re used to. The top looked fine, but the inside was raw and dense. We came back to let the team know, and the person who bakes the biscuits came out to speak with us. Honestly, he was pretty rude. When we explained the issue and said we’ve been coming here often, he just said, “That’s how we bake them,” and followed up with, “I’m the one who always bakes. I don’t know where you ate before.” It was a dismissive and unnecessary response, especially when we approached the conversation politely and just wanted to get it fixed. I can guarantee this is the same location we’ve been coming to since at least 2020 — and I have photos, not just from today but going back years, showing that the biscuits are normally nothing like what we got today. We’ve always loved Maple Street, and we’ve been loyal for a reason. That’s why today’s experience — both the food and the attitude — was so disappointing. That's $10 straight into the trash and waste of 45 mins. And honestly, maybe they should check how many customers are trashing it as well — because I noticed, and it doesn’t look good.

Biscuits are yummy as well, BUT wait time is unacceptable for this type of fast-casual establishment that they brand themselves as. Waited 40+ minutes for 2 biscuits. No line to order, was not busy at all, and plenty of empty tables. This is not an issue in other locations which are usually 10x busier. They are clearly severely understaffed. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat!

We stopped by here on a Friday for an early dinner, around 530 pm. The service was very good. The wait staff did a great job. Over all, the food was fine and enjoyable meal. We really enjoyed the fried calamari and octopus, I highly recommend that dish. The fry was light and crispy. So very good. 😊 The actual dinner dishes were fine. I have had better seafood but at the same time I have had worse. I can say the portions are very generous. Overall, it was a fine dinning experience. If you are in the area and want seafood you can certainly do worse then coming here.

My husband and I were enjoying a beautiful date night. We had the most wonderful waitress whose name was Lauren and found out that this was only her 2nd shift. Let me be the first to say she represented herself like a seasoned veteran. She was courteous, friendly and professional. She was an excellent representation of what we have come to expect from Pappadeaux. This is in part why we continue to come back. Again we were completely pleased with our experience and of course the food here was delicious! Mr. & Mrs. Lewis

The atmosphere always gets me. The flowers at the entrance are beautiful. ( I’m a flower girl so I’m very excited to see how well things are landscaped.) The drinks are on point, I can only drink one margarita, they had enough Patron in my margarita for three people!! 😝😝 You will get your money worth for sure on the drinks and the food. I love the soft shell crabs, trust me when I say they are fried to perfection and so darn delicious, best around here unless you want to drive to Virginia!! The oysters are very good as well. You can’t go wrong when visiting Pappadeaux everything is on point each time we have dined in here. Y’all get a A again and I’m a hard grader!!! 😜😝

I recently had the pleasure of dining here for lunch, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a seafood restaurant with great service, delicious food, and excellent drinks, look no further! Our server, Nikita was attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made great suggestions! The Passion Fruit Lemon Drop was the bomb (do people still say that?) Well, it was so good. But the stars of the show was the food! For starters, we had the crab and spinach dip, it was amazing, very tasty. The crab cake was truly exceptional. It was packed with crab meat and perfectly seasoned. It's easily one of the best crab cakes I've ever had. We also ordered the crawfish trio platter, and it was an absolute feast. The portion was incredibly generous, easily enough for two people to share. Overall, it was a great lunch, we left feeling completely satisfied and already planning our next visit!

I've been here several times (more than I care to admit), and they never disappoint. The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The portions are very generous as well. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back! Pictured are the seafood cobb salad with crab meat (takeout) and shrimp and a couple of martinis at the bar. This salad is my go to, but everything I've tasted has been wonderful (scallops, stuffed shrimp, mozzarella sticks, swordfish are all delicious...probably forgetting a few items 😬)

The food was great, except for the drinks. They are tiny drinks that are very watered down for $13 (my mother and I had just a basic cocktail, that wasn't one of the specials,). The waiters/waitress were very kind and on top of their game! The atmosphere was great but there are so many speakers that it can be hard to find a table where you're not sitting underneath one or underneath a vent (which during the summer, I'm totally not opposed to!!) it's just the speakers that got me. I had to basically mini yell to the people at my table, as did other people at their tables, so it can it very loud. Even still, I recommend it for people to go to!!!

Dined in for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time. Our server Shane was fantastic and helped us throughout the entire night. I highly recommend asking for him! The food was amazing and the dessert was sooo good. Definitely will be back.

I went at 11:04 there was no line and it was quick. The bagels and cream cheese were good. Especially the apple cinnamon crunch cream cheese.

We love the bagels at BBs Bagels. Our favorite are the everything bagel, pumpernickel, and french toast. They have great spreads too. Make sure you get the strawberry spread, regular cream cheese and vegi cream cheese.

Amazing experience!!! Food was great, but their customer service stood out above all else. Such a welcoming place, great vibe, cool signage and everyone went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Didn’t meet a person who didn’t ask how we were doing. 30 minute drive very well worth it!!! We will be back!!!

These bagels are 🤌🏽 The food and service is exactly what you need. The portions are huge so come hungry, even the coffee cups are big. Service is great and attentive, and they will even get to know you if you are regulars. If you want to get your food to go, then go to the left side of the building and place your order at the window. Service out there is generally fast, but they do have a lot of customers, so have a little bit of patience.

I ADORED THIS PLACE...in all honesty new location is an epic fail..industrial park, way out of the way!! Bagels are still fabulous but totally disappointing after driving 30 minutes there's no tables to eat at, take out only!! Cashier was very frazzled and not particularly cordial or welcoming...I was dying for their whitefish salad..she looked at me like I had 4 heads...said "we don't make that..". I'm from NYC and have been a die hard fan since they opened...your front counter will kill you!! Attitude is always your altitude!! At least offer some outdoor tables..humans don't always want to eat in their cars!!

this is our favorite bagel place. we moved away. we are back visiting and had to stop. it was a nice surprise to see that they have done some updates. we always try to sit at the counter. the staff there is always friendly. today it was not busy so we were able to engage in a nice conversation. I enjoy their flagels and my husband loves the nova platter. as you can see from the pictures they don't skimp on the nova.

I haven’t even finished eating my burrito yet and came here to write this. Hands down. ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast burrito I have ever had. By far. No argument. If you haven’t been here. Go now. You will not be dissatisfied.

Finally found Swedish Crepes, had to finagle my order i.e I ordered 3 crepe shells and asked for lingonberry on the side. As I didn't want what was on the menu Crispy thin style pancakes. I prefer crepes. So along with a side of well done bacon. Freshly squeezed orange juice, I was keen on the coffee bit harsh flavour reminded me of Starbucks regular. But my crepes were amazing.

Nice place and pancakes were very good! Reason for the 4 star on food was potato pancakes were very greasy tasting and had to send back but waitress was great about it and took them off the bill. Replace them with the delicious pancakes. Both myself and husband felt the coffee was on the bitter side but that's just our personal opinion. His crepes were absolutely delicious as well (no pic of them)

The Original Pancake House – Alpharetta, GA Percy was our server, and he did an excellent job. Attentive, friendly, and he kept our coffee cups full the entire meal. I ordered the Western omelette with three pancakes on the side, and Michele ordered their iconic Apple Pancake. The omelette was fluffy and loaded with flavor, and the pancakes were light and delicious. The Apple Pancake is truly something special — large, rich, and worth the wait. We shared both dishes and left completely satisfied. A great breakfast experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Good - nothing to write home about. My pecan waffle had raw pecan bits that did not go well with it. The raw taste of the pecan was in conflict with the waffle, syrup and butter. My son ordered the Georgia Peach Pancake, which was extreme in terms of size. He did not eat even a quarter. He did not like the eggy butter, he said it made him nauseous. He ended up drinking my coffee to calm his tummy. My husband the only one who enjoyed his blueberry pancake. Ambience- it was quite loud with the family next to us speaking so loudly we were drawn in to there conversation unwillingly. Our server was the best part of the experience and the reason for the 3 star. She was pleasant and engaged us throughout.

The coffee is always hot and servers keep it coming. The vast menu will satisfy everyone’s palate. The food is served hot and the taste is always on point. Our server Ruth was Very friendly and kept checking on us throughout the time we were there. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great breakfast at the Original House of pancakes .. but the surprise was the service by Percy .. he is such a great waiter ! I felt I was in a fine dining restaurant. He came by 3 times asking about refills for the coffee and even brought the cream with him ( as I ordered the cream the fist cup) . He was attentive and very very pleasant ! I kept on thinking that he needed to be working at a fine dining place . But luckily for us , he is working here. The food was good and it was exactly as it should be . But the service was outstanding .

Great place for home style cooking. Some portions are insane, like the 6 egg omelet, for example, enough for two to three people. The blueberry pancakes were superb, also enough for two people. Overall, good food. A little pricey unless you insert some efficient ordering skills. Service was on point.

We had a group of 8 first timers, and we all had a great time. Our waitress was awesome. She got our orders right, even the particular people that wanted this, but not that on their plate. The manager stopped by just to make sure we had everything was right. This is a chain, so I am sure that we will try it again along our travels. You, too, should give them a try

This restaurant is great! Everything about it is good from atmosphere, friendliness and food. My only complaint is they don’t serve outside on a beautiful day when they have 7 or more tables outside. The only difference between serving us outside or in, is a door. It doesn’t matter if they don’t have a lot of servers, they still have to wait on us either way. As regulars we know you are busy and are patient. We had to go to our second place which served us outside. We will be back! I will call ahead next time. The Fosters

Nothing fancy, but delivers solid food and service. On the weekend during the busy hour, be prepare to wait for a table. Roswell FD personnel were also dining in there when we were there (that's how you know this place is a solid place to dine if your local FD folks are also dining there.) Generous food portion. We will recommend and will revisit!

Wow, what an awesome diner! We were visiting from out of town and were so happy to stumble upon this place! Mike took care of us, and everything was great! If you’re looking for a delicious diner with friendly staff look no further!

My husband and I were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and seated almost immediately. Our server, Sierra, was incredibly friendly and attentive. The eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious and I can’t forget the doughnuts …YUM . We will definitely be back for more.

This place is awesome!!! (Eggs Up Alpharetta)This is absolutely a neighborhood gem! Food is fantastic and fun. The fresh strawberry custard mini doughnuts were a treat! Lots of options for breakfast or lunch - and on the weekend the mimosas are nice! (Great fresh fruit, great country fried steak with eggs and biscuits with gravy, omelettes, and pancakes!) And I like that their food is not greasy! Not only is the food good the service is outstanding! The people who work here are like a family and they make you feel like you’re part of the family when you’re here. Well done eggs up! #LivingMyBestLifeAtEggsUpGrill!!

Raw bacon and it didn’t do any good to ask for some gravy. She forgot that we were sitting here. No coffee refills. I hate that I can’t control when I become invisible. But the check comes anyway.

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. You will always receive a warm greeting from the hostess, will not have to wait for your drink order to be taken, the service staff is Amazing and my food always come out in a timely manner and cooked to my specifications. Adriana, the manager makes a point of always visiting each table/customer to inquire how everything is. I would highly recommend this restaurant. You can’t go wrong with their skillets, Eggs Benedict or the pancakes.

From reading the old reviews, looks like this location is certainly working on improving their service and food quality. My friends & I visited this spot for brunch and we had a good experience. I ordered the Chicken Crepe, hubby the Strawberry Waffle & a burger (forgot which one) and my friends had the Oat toast and housefried potatoes. All of us had a little bit of everything - family style and loved them all. Prices were fair, service was fast and the place was bright & inviting. They have 2 parking lots with ample spots.

Had the steak and eggs with potatoes. Eggs were outstanding. Steak was perfectly cooked to order. A little small but good value for the meal cost. Staff was polite, attentive, and hustled.

This is one of my family's go-to places for a breakfast treat. The interior is large and nicely decorated, the menu offers a wide variety of delicious items, and the service is always excellent. I love their skillets, pancakes, and huevos avocado, and I always leave feeling full and satisfied.

We wanted to go to brunch on a Sunday morning and use the check wait list Google service to find out how long we should plan to arrive and wait. It said there was no wait and when we arrived we were seated immediately around 10:30 a.m. The server was there with a smile and taking our order within a minute of sitting down. She was very pleasant and attentive all the way up until we were ready to leave. By then the restaurant have filled up and she was covering multiple areas. It took 10 minutes to get our check and pay. Other than that the service was great. We had thai, Maple, French toast, an omelette, and an Christopher's Benedict.... All of which was very good in portion and in flavor. The only item we receive that was not good was the cheese grits. They were very watered down and to us were inedible. It was like eating soup and we needed a spoon instead of a fork. That's not the consistency that cheese grits should have. Even the coffee and the orange juice were good as well. All in all, it was a great brunch!

This note about kids on your menu is so cringe. Really reeks of "Children are meant to be seen and not heard". Kids are often messy, often loud and despite this they deserve to exist in public spaces so they can learn how to act!

Been coming to J. Christopher's location at Windward Pkwy for many years, probably when they first opened in 2013. The difference is the people that work there. The manager (Adriana, hope I spelled it right) works along her team members. Her positive attitude, constant smile, and helpful demeanor is what makes J. Christopher's a Great Place to have the family come together for a meal!

This small breakfast gem is the perfect spot to start your day. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it has a cozy, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger over your coffee. Everything is made fresh to order, and you can absolutely taste the difference. We had the breakfast plate and the blueberry waffles with fruit — both were delicious. The waffles were fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the fresh fruit on top was the perfect touch. The breakfast plate was hearty and satisfying, with every item cooked just right. Even though the place was busy, our food came out surprisingly fast, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Don’t skip the smoothies — they’re fresh, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with your meal. A great find for a laid-back, tasty breakfast experience. We'll definitely be back!

Spent a few hours working from here & I will definitely be back! Great service during my visit, food was very tasty, I had the seasonal panini & seasonal latte. The drink was too sweet for my taste but food was delicious phenomenal. I also tried the ginger peach iced tea and loved it! Refreshing and you can customize sweetness level. The music can be loud at times but managed to work. There’s also outside seating for when the weather is nice.

The environment was quaint and beautiful. I sat with a friend at a 2 seater table by the window. We had breakfast, beignets and coffee. We topped the visit off with mimosas to celebrate a new job for my friend. Everything was absolutely delicious! It's a vibe.. Great place for a quick breakfast or coffee. I had the Breakfast Plate and it was delicious. It’s hard to find a place that cooks scrambled eggs correctly but they cooked them perfectly here. They have seating inside and outside. I sat outside under the shade of a tree and enjoyed my breakfast and a delicious cappuccino. I would definitely come here again!

This location is very nice, friendly staff and very clozy atmosphere. Their food quality felt very good, rare these days. Chicken bacon grill is superb and Salmon burger is amazing. Ingredients definitely are pretty good.

We had a nice experience overall at Village Tavern. There was a mix-up with our peanut allergy note on the reservation, but the manager and our server were both really nice and got the situation corrected quickly, which we really appreciated. The food was mostly great — the French onion soup was flavorful, and the calamari had a good spicy kick. The mac and cheese was so good with that crispy breading on top. The steak and asparagus were cooked well, and the sweet potato fries were tasty, though a little too sweet — they really don’t need extra sugar. The mashed potatoes had good flavor but could’ve been a bit creamier. The martinis were good. The water had a strange taste, the Sprite tasted more like 7UP, and the glassware was a bit sticky, which was noticeable. Overall, good food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff handled our allergy situation really well, which made the visit much better. A few small details could be improved, but we’d come back again.

This was by far one of the best meals I have had in Atlanta. The service was OUTSTANDING- Sampson was kind, funny, fast, and made excellent recommendations. This will be our new weekly go to.

A dear friend and I took the opportunity to enjoy a late lunch at The Village Tavern, and we were sooooo lucky that James Nash was working that day! He was our server, and did a terrific job making some recommendations to us for our luncheon choices! My friend ordered a Rueben w/fries, and I chose the Club Sandwich w/sweet potato fries. We split a salad, and each selected our own dressing. Outstanding lunch, Restful, Welcoming environment, Excellent iced tea, Spotless ladies’ room, plus Top-Notch Service! We’ll be back! Note: Coming into the restaurant about 1:30pm allowed us to ‘miss’ the busiest lunchtime dining timeframe, and we really enjoyed catching up in a calm, quiet, and very clean location! Not a bad dinner, the food was as expected, I wouldn't say it was amazing, and it wasn't bad. I had the shrimp, and at first, I enjoyed it, but the more I ate the saltier the shrimp seemed to be. Fish was also good, and the appetizer was "ok." Outside of the food, the atmosphere was freshly nice, and I didn't enjoy the bar scene, but it looked lovely from where I was. Cheers

Very good. We had the calamari in peanut sauce and burgers. Everything was cooked properly and was very tasty. The atmosphere is dimly lit, cozy, and comfortable. Our server Tikisha was very pleasant, nice, and professional. In pur second visit our server Justin was awesome.

Started off with the French onion soup that was simply delicious, then the filet with crabcake which was amazing paired with the yukon gold potatoes and sautéed spinach. I would highly recommend the village tavern the steak was cooked to perfection.

Collette’s is my one and only French bakery! Not only is everything excellent, but the staff are friendly and helpful. This afternoon I specifically went for crêpes, not realizing that they stop making them at 2:00 pm. However, they graciously accommodated me because I was there for an anniversary of my partner’s death. Thank you again!

This was the essence of taking time for me. I’m on vacation, came here alone and had a savory breakfast crepe (devoured before I even thought of a pic) and then had a magnificent almond croissant with a cappuccino. Don’t walk - RUN HERE. It is MAGNIFIQUE!

I get so happy whenever I visit a place from my bookmarks so guess my mood when my bookclub also chose it for our meeting 😃 :D It's a beautiful little pastry shop that also serves crepes, brunch and drinks. To one side is an assortment of yummy pastries, cakes and all kinds of sweet treats. To the other side of the shop is a gorgeous-looking antique bookshelf that extends all the way to the back. Guess which side I picked first- books of course!! One whiff and I was hooked to them. The lovely bookseller Joshua walked me through the collection and explained about them very well. I was too tempted to sit and read before realization kicked in that I had a bookclub meeting to get to lol. I bid my sad farewell and went back to my buddies. In between the meeting, I checked out the amazing lineup of pastries and picked a delicious looking Nutella roll. I was initially eyeing the eclair but settled for the roll. Crepe station was closed but I made a mental note to come back and check it out. My Nutella roll was very flaky and tasted good. My friends got different drinks and they all loved them. A bit pricey overall for my liking but definitely good for occasional visits. Seating area is a bit limited so I wonder how they'd manage if too many people dine in. That might be an area of improvement for them. Parking can be tight but not very hard to find.

This cafe has authentic French pastries and macaroons. I had cappuccino and almond croissant , both tasted really good and the staff are nice and friendly. The place is worth trying if you like good coffee and bakery.

Had a delightful brunch with the feeling of being at a cafe in France. Cappuccino and croque monsieur were amazing, the salad was the perfect accompaniment and very fresh. The strawberry basil macarons were the perfect sweet treat without being too heavy! Also, the classic books are the most amazing touch!! Will be back soon to try the crepes!

I would recommend this Cracker Barrel because of the staff, especially Dana. I came in one Sunday on a whim and have been returning every Sunday since due to Dana, who should have 5 stars if one were available. Super friendly and attentive, and memorized my preferences (I’m picky). Great start to my Sunday. Go early and miss the churches turning out, plus limited parking. Single use straws are disappointing which is why Dana never brings me one.

It is one of my favorite places to have breakfast or lunch until late, the dishes have a very good flavor, in addition to being an adequate portion, I always love the service they provide, the calm atmosphere and that in addition to being a restaurant, there is also a store where you can find different products always varied depending on the season of the year

Party of 10 was there on Saturday afternoon. Waited an hour to get our order. 2 of our catfish platters had 2 normal size fillets 2 tiny pieces which looked as if they were cut in half. The waiter said she’ll get another piece, which never came. The shrimp platter, everything was hot but the shrimp were still frozen. At least 4 people touched the shrimp the manager apologized, took the platter, brought the platter back out same shrimp, same fries and same 2 hush puppies. I left the platter as it was without eating any of it. One in our party was eating her greens and a long piece of hair was mixed in her greens of which there were 3 servings at our table. She immediately started throwing up and had to leave never to return. The manager offered to take those 2 plates off but we had to address it and she didn’t seem to take it serious how disgusting that entire experience was.

Been going to cracker barrel since I was a kid.and the food was always well good country food as you can get. In the last couple years there food has changed if you ask me! This is about the 3r or 4th time we stop to all different locations & we'll the food tast we just wasn't there anymore. Service is still good & there country store is still nice. But I'm pretty sure they changed things up in the kitchen recipes & etc. Cracker Barrel needs to do better in the kitchen. Sorry people I'm just not a fan of Cracker Barrel right now anymore. I had the pot roast & my wife had the country fried chicken & we both said the mash potatoes were stale & the gravy was like tasted burnt-out & my roast was just off taste.

Was in town for Father’s Day and met up with old college friends at this stylish Atlanta gem. The food? Absolutely fantastic! I ordered the "Dirty Bird"—crispy chicken tenders and fluffy scrambled eggs on a perfectly cooked waffle, all smothered in rich, chunky chicken gravy. I also added one of their signature flying biscuits, served with a delicious cranberry apple butter that stole the show. My daughter had the steak and eggs and loved every bite. The only downside was a leaky roof that dripped near our table, but the friendly staff quickly made up for it with several $5 coupons for a future visit—great customer service! The Flying Biscuit is a true Atlanta original and a must-visit for anyone craving comfort food with a creative twist.

I had an amazing experience at The Flying Biscuit Café in Alpharetta! The staff was super friendly and attentive — they made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely incredible! The biscuits truly live up to the hype: fluffy, buttery, and served with that famous cranberry apple butter that I could eat by the spoonful. I ordered the Hangover Hash and it was hands-down one of the best I've had perfectly seasoned, rich, and comforting. The Chicken Sausage Breakfast Burrito was also packed with flavor and so filling. Their menu has something for everyone, whether you're craving a hearty Southern breakfast or a light, fresh option. Everything tasted homemade with a special touch, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. If you're in the Alpharetta area and love breakfast served all day with a fun, laid-back atmosphere, The Flying Biscuit is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Freaking PHENOMENAL!!!! The shrimp and grits were amazing, the biscuits big and soft and fluffy, some of the best fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had, my date loved his breakfast tacos. This is my new “I have to go eat there every time I’m in Atlanta” place.

We loved the breakfast experience here at the flying biscuit, service was amazing, food was delicious and the ambience was great. Loved the breakfast tacos and their chicken sandwich for sure and good coffee. You can avoid the orange juice as it is not freshly squeezed. Do give them a try.

I took my wife and son to have brunch and we did not have to wait long because it was not that busy we were sitting outside and basically a lot of the windows are dirty and just wondering who cleans the windows? The pancakes were a little stiff but they had a lot of flavor we ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes along with biscuits and gravy and a omelette. We will be back but hopefully the place looks a little cleaner.

Yesterday I went bagel boys I was very disappointed I always go eat there .. bought bagels for my family and friends But yesterday I bought some bagels the person was not prepared listening I don't know why he was so hurrying...plus I told him to cut in between the bagels but when I came home there was missing pieces like. Been coming here for years every time I come in town. Clean, fresh, organized, and delicious. Consistency is huge especially when it comes to bagels and breakfast. Customer service was fantastic, food was hot, didn’t have to wait long. Got bagels to go home, per usual. Good “spread” of options 🤪 Make sure you get there early to get what you want or you’ll be left to the basics, it’s that good!

I absolutely love this local café! The food is always hot crisp and filling ! The bagels are always crispy on the outside, but soft with just the right amount of thickness on the inside! They have a variety of bagels and they even have some seasonal right now they have pumpkin, they have one called cinnamon crunch, which is excellent with butter and their almond honey spread toasted, and you’re healthier bagels, such as spinach, everything with whole wheat, and multigrain . They also offer a variety of egg and cheese options with a variety and other breakfast ingredients ! If it wasn’t for their front counter customer service I would honestly give them five stars! Because they’re cooks and back end service are A1 every time! They really are a true staple in this community and you can see from all the notes people leave on their boards they take their time to build that community with a good food!

Yum 😋 for $5 you can get this bagel melt and it is delicious!! I don’t eat eggs so I always have a hard time finding quick breakfast when I’m on the go. This is so up my alley. I’m also not a biscuit fan so bagels are more my jam. Also they don’t skimp on cream cheese, I hate it when you get a bagel and it’s all bread and barely any cream cheese!!!! I don’t have to ask for extra this time. The best $5 breakfast!

This place USED to be pretty great until now. For my birthday celebration recently, I invited friends and family over. I told them all about this place and bragged and bragged! I decided to buy everyone brunch for my birthday and told everyone how much they would LOVE the Honey Almond Cream Cheese Spread. I made sure to buy bagels at the grocery and I purchased bagels from Bagel Boys. When the order finally came to my home (delivery) there was ZERO Honey Almond Cream Cheese Spread in the bag! NONE. I was so upset and in shock I quickly called the restaurant and explained their mistake. At first I spoke with a woman who did NOT apologize at all and basically left it up to DoorDash to give me a refund on the missing cream cheese and I, as the customer had to pay again (with me having to pay the difference, tip the delivery driver again & taxes + fees for the second delivery) just to get what I ordered the first time around. My friends did not have a lot of time to wait but I assured them it was worth it. The order finally came a second time and I was hoping all of this was over with. I ripped open the bag only to find the PLAIN cream cheese spread. I burst into tears because after ordering twice and having to pay extra for your mistake Bagel Boys! Of course I immediately called back the store, and somebody by the name of Diego answered, claiming he was the manager. He promised to refund as I told him my friends had to leave. After several weeks of waiting, OF COURSE I GOT NO REFUND. So I called up Bagel Boys again and spoke with this supposed manager, Diego. He was NOT friendly or apologetic and told me to take it up with DoorDash. This is not the responsibility of DoorDash when your store is not correctly packing orders for the drivers. TWICE in a row at that. I was lied to about the refund and NEVER did get the proper compensation. I was SO shocked that he did not even care about ruining my birthday. I said to him before we hung to please have the owner call me. Needless, to say, I am STILL waiting for the phone call. SOME customer service and SOME birthday.

I was hesitant to leave this review, as I've come to this restaurant for the last 15+ years. I moved out of the area so i was unable to frequent it, but occasionally will make the drive as i love their bagels. The last 3 times i have been over the course of a year, it has been horrendous. I don't say that lightly...the owner used to run the most amazing family friendly business. It has gone so down hill, the only thing i can assume would be the reason for that is the owner is not present in the store like he used to be. The girls and the Hispanic guy who run the front area are so incredibly unfriendly, they do not greet you, they are not welcoming...in fact, they are abrasive and rude. The restaurant is so dirty and run down now. There has been food all over the floor and tables in the eating areas every time I've been over the last year. The bathrooms are unkept and you can barely get into them as the baby changing table that has been broken for a year now will not close. The bagel case is nearly empty every single time I've gone and it has taken a minimum of 20-30 mins to get 2 bagels after ordering. I understand that they have expanded business and opened other stores, but this was the first and the condition of this place is so far from what it started at. This last visit (Father's Day 2025) will probably be my last. The people running this restaurant, or lack thereof, in place of the owner, are seriously going to run them into the ground if it continues this way.

Tried Einstein bros for the first time today. It smelled so good when I walked in and I immediately got hungry. The lady there recommended me the Santa fe. The salsa was a good contrast to the standard breakfast egg and cheese, and it created a unique flavor profile. My friend had the egg and cheese and enjoyed it also. Overall, it was a good experience but it didn’t wow me, hence the 4 stars.

We recently visited this location for the first time and was disappointed by the experience. The staff were unfriendly, which made the visit less pleasant. When we placed our order, we found the bacon and cheddar bagel to be on the dry side, so we asked for some butter. However, the cashier informed us there would be an additional charge for it. While the extra cost isn’t the main issue, it’s the principle of good customer service that matters. Moreover, we were concerned about the egg on the bagel, which appeared to have been modified with preservatives that are known to be harmful. For this reason, we requested the butter to remove the eggs. Unfortunately, the staff seemed stressed and responded rudely to our request. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I booked this location for a breakfast catering job for a 3 day company office event. LOVE LOVE LOVEEE the Mgr Olivia!! She is the BEST. The level of care, professionalism, and personality is unmatched! She took a huge weight off of my shoulders for this event. Thank you!!! Highly encourage booking for catering.

I placed an app order on 07/04 and picked up inside store. After coming home I realized my bagels were not sliced though I mentioned in my order. I thought to inform them about it and slice them myself and gave a call. There were like not ready to accept mistake and told me that they do not see any app orders with my name that were picked and asked to double check if I picked from Alpharetta location or somewhere else. I was very frustrated and headed to store again with my unsliced bagels. The lady didn’t greet or apologize to me, just took my bagels, sliced them and handed over back to me. When I asked her why it was not acknowledged on phone, her response is that my problem has been resolved now and just went back to her without even apologizing for their mistake. Do you think I am going to return this location with such a rude and unfriendly staff. Definitely not, will go for a different location.

Their service was unpleasant. One rolled their eyes and one can’t do their job correctly. I ordered 2 small drinks and never gave it to me. I think to commit to a workplace, no matter your bad days, they should still put a smile on their face.

I see a lot of bad reviews. But my experience was different. I ordered a coffee and blueberry bagel to go. The server was quick to take the order and delivered it in a few mins I am giving 4 stars only coz the bagels weren’t upto my expectations. It didn’t taste fresh.

I have been to this IHOP many times in the past and this was by far the worst experience. The place itself is old and falling apart and needs a total facelift. My table was wobbly, my chair was wobbly, and entire restaurant looked very run down. The food itself was decent, but hard to mess up breakfast food. The water was disgusting and undrinkable with particles floating in it so had to order a very overpriced orange juice. But the worst part was the service. Our waitress was grumpy and didn't smile one time. It's as if she didn't want to serve us nor wanted to be there working. When I paid in cash, she was very rude and seemed upset having to bring me back change. I reluctantly left her a tip even though the service didn't call for one. I for one will not be back until they renovate this building and train their staff to be more kind and hospitable to their guests.

I came in yesterday( Thursday afternoon) as I always do on a weekly basis. I have always had an amazing experience. This is one of my favorite places to go to! It looked as if there may have been a new lady there since I have never seen her before, and she was very disrespectful to a young Hispanic girl that was also working there that day. There was nothing but profanity spewing out of her mouth to this young sweet girl. I am writing this in hope this will be addressed by management. I will be calling this locations management and corporate. I was appalled since everyone that I have dealt with here has been nothing but extraordinary. This employee should not be allowed to work here. I know I was not the only one to overhear her. I tried to get a look at her nametag and could make out D-Shawn.

We had newyork cheese pancakes and tres leche pancakes. Both were good. The only compaint is that the syrup on the pancakes was way too little but when we asked them, they were able to provide more syrup on both.

Urgent Sanitation Concern at IHOP My best friend Tiffany and I had just left a memorial service and were both very hungry. We were glad to find an IHOP nearby and headed straight there, looking forward to a comforting meal. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, we were hit with a strong and unpleasant smell—similar to sewage or fecal matter. The odor lingered throughout the entire restaurant. We were greeted kindly, and I was seated right away while my friend went to use the restroom. The server let us know the women’s restroom was out of order and that she would need to use the men’s room instead—which was already concerning. While I waited alone at the table, I noticed a customer sitting nearby who looked extremely uncomfortable and was covering her nose from the smell. Clearly, we weren’t the only ones who noticed it. I brought it up to our server, but he seemed unaware and said he didn’t smell anything. We hadn’t even placed our order yet, but I had already decided I would not be eating there. I didn’t feel comfortable or confident that the restaurant was clean or properly maintained. Whether or not my friend chose to stay, I was no longer okay with dining in that environment.

Amazing Service and Delicious Food! Jose was absolutely fantastic! He greeted us with a warm smile, was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, and made sure we had everything we needed. We went through the Krystal drive through yesterday 6/02/25 around 9:30PM and tried to order 4 double cheese Krystal burgers, and the lady told us they were out of the meat for the Krystal burgers, so it was going to take 30 minutes to make our order. We were the only car in the drive through, and there were no customers inside. I just wonder how in the world it could take 30 minutes to make 4 double cheese Krystal burgers. We weren’t going to wait that long, so cancelled the order. The service at this location has been terrible the last few times we have tried to eat there. I doubt we will be back. Maybe they need some change with management.

We’ve eaten at this Krystal and couple of times in the past and it was very good, but not so much today. The food had been sitting around for a while as it was not hot. There were way too many onions on the burgers. Probably won’t go there again after today’s visit.

Came 12 mins before breakfast ended and asked the cashier if it was OK to order breakfast. I ordered the scrambled in cup and if was half filled and a piece of cold cheese thrown on top and I took it back and they fixed it but blamed me for coming for breakfast late.

Drove over 12 hours to get to the hotel from Dallas and saw krystal and wanted to give it a try. Says Open on sign and 24 hours drive thru. I pull up and place looks vandalized with every light on and no one inside. Terrible 1st experience and they need to either fix it or sell it.

This location has been closed for several weeks. There is no power to the property. All signage, the parking lot lights, and the building has been completely dark and has been closed day and night for a couple of months.

Apparently these people are riding the clock all night. Looks like they leave and lock the doors with all the lights on to make it look as if they’re open and never answer the drive thru. This is extremely trifling. Corporate or whomever should fire EVERYONE and hire individuals who actually care about their job. Your employees are making your business lose money and just taking from you. Maybe I should buy this joint and fire everyone myself. This restaurant has been here for YEARS and has gotten worse and worse. Somebody should really fix this issue. No point in claiming to be 24 hours if your employees won’t work.

Disappointed with Customer Service and Refund Policy I placed an order through the official Krystal app, but quickly changed my mind and tried to cancel. The app instructed me to contact the store directly, but no one answered the phone after multiple attempts. I then drove up to the location in person to request a cancellation and refund. Despite showing them that the order was placed directly through Krystal’s own app, the employees insisted they couldn’t help because it was a “third-party” order and that refunds weren’t possible. I explained clearly that this wasn’t a third-party order like UberEats or DoorDash — it was through Krystal’s own app — but they still refused to assist. In the end, I was stuck with food I didn’t want and out of my money, all because the store refused to take accountability for an order placed through their own system. Extremely frustrating experience with no resolution or effort to help. I expected better customer service from a brand’s official app and store.

I absolutely did not appreciate the Wednesday movie promo decor at the restaurant. Distasteful and very negative to have such a look at Wendy's restaurant. So surprised this got approved. Horrible cemetery images and naming menu item meal of misfortune and other horrible imagery. I absolutely changed my mind about eating here once I saw this. Where is a social responsibility to put out messages of value. I will return to Wendy's as a customer wants this Wednesday movie materials are removed.

Place was clean and very festive for the holiday. (See photo.) Fries and burgers were well prepared.

Fresh food with friendly staff and a clean store. I had dinner last night and the overall experience was very good. The fries were hot, the hamburger exactly as I ordered it and they have excellent sweet tea. It looked like they were busy and slightly understaffed but my experience was good and it’s nice their dining room is now open.

I went here to grab a quick salad & the lady that took my order was such a beautiful person. Her energy was everything. Brighten my day, this will be my go to location. My food was fresh, experience 10/10.

The service at this location of Wendy's was a pleasant surprise from what I am used to. The workers seemed welcoming and appeared to genuinely enjoy what they did. It made me feel more comfortable and the food is exactly what I expected and even though fast food isn't always the best for you Wendy's food tasted great and was fresh!

I had to train at the FedEx store for 3 weeks and this restaurant was next door so I chose to go there often for lunch. I’d often order the same thing Biggie Bag Double Stack with the bacon. I noticed a drastically difference in service depending on who is behind the counter. The crew that is mostly Hispanic/ Latina always were on point. And to be frank, if they weren’t there I’d try not to go bc whether it’s lack of attention to detail, or something else there would always be something missing or wrong; I.e un fully cooked burger. I prob will never be nearby to eat again but I wanted to post this so management could have feedback to do better. I’d order a lot through the app but it doesn’t give option to review. Other than the inconsistency with food, service and cleanliness between the shifts, it was mostly ok. 6 out of 10 experiences were good.

I appreciate the number of workers this location brings in for the morning rush. Consistently 5 or 6 which allows it to be a truly fast stop. Inside is pretty clean, and they have a small patio that doesnt look like it gets used much. Not quiet enough to work here (inside or out), but def a solid DD location to grab a quick coffee in the morning.

I just went at about 12:15 on Sunday November 19th. My first experience while ordering through the speaker the girl kept talking to her coworkers while I was trying to order which made her repeatedly get my order wrong. When I finally got the chance to pull up to the window she was very rude every time I said “thank you” to her and her coworkers they responded with “yeah”. Lastly the food and two coffees were awful. The food almost seemed hours old especially the hash browns which were soggy, pure oil and completely falling apart. My coffee was absolutely burnt and my partners French vanilla ice coffee ended up being caramel. I get it they are teenage girls but at least pretend to care.

I asked for a Large coffee and the cup wasn’t even full… I thought they added whip but nope nothing. The Turkey English muffin was cold but after warming it up; it was pretty good.

Today (August 31, 2025), at around 8:56 a.m. I arrived at the Dunkin Donuts drive through. When asked, I respectfully asked for an order of avocado toast, and two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. The middle-aged woman attempted to read back my order: “one avocado toast, one bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, and one plain bagel. Still respectful, I replied: “one avocado toast and two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. No plain bagel.” The woman attempted a second time to repeat my order: “one avocado toast, two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, and a plain bagel.” I replied once more: I don’t want a plain bagel. She responded, I needed to choose which type of bagel and I told her the type. Then perhaps unaware her microphone was still I hear her say, “stupid.” I pull around to the window and ask if someone just called me stupid. The younger lady at the window, smiled, seemingly aware of the conversation from her headset, but quickly informed me it must have been someone in the back — since she did not take the orders. This place is trash.

The team here truly goes above and beyond. Whether it’s the friendly staff remembering your go-to order, the speedy service during busy mornings, or the consistent quality of every order ~ this Dunkin’ always delivers.

Literally never gets the order right. Came to the store to make sure I actually got the white cheddar cheese on my wraps, and they still gave me the American instead. They also never give the complete order, always missing hash browns when I doordash.

Amazing donuts and coffee. I loved the coffee so much I started shaking like I was being electrocuted. There was a small cup with a foggy pink liquid in it on a table but that just added to the experience. Definitely coming back

This was my first time at Snooze and they didn’t disappoint! I tried their French Toast Neat and Lavender Latte and it was the best combo I could’ve asked for. The French toast was sweet and fluffy, not dry at all. The lavender in the latte was perfectly balanced with coffee so it wasn’t too overpowering. My boyfriend tried the strawberry pancakes and that was awesome as well!

We have visited many Snooze locations in 3 different states. And I will have to say it as our favorite breakfast/ brunch place ever! it is a family event when we go with friends and family in town. The food is always delicious and the staff is always amazing at all locations! Their gluten-free options are beyond endless, and amazingly delicious!

This morning, after dropping our son off at his activity site, Lela and I hightailed it to Snooze for some foodie magic. Spoiler alert: Our taste buds did a happy dance, though my palate had a tiny salty showdown! I dove headfirst into the Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice—and oh boy, what a flavor explosion! Picture this: jasmine-garlic fried rice mingling with tender braised habanero pork belly, sautéed red bell peppers, onions, poblanos, and carrots, all jazzed up with pineapple and a sriracha maple aioli. Topped with two crispy sunny-side-up eggs, scallions, and a kick of kimchi spice, it’s 930 calories of pure breakfast bliss. The only hiccup? It was a tad too salty for my liking—my tongue threw a mini protest! If they could dial down the salt and crank up the spice, this dish would be straight-up heavenly. Still, I devoured it with a grin. Lela, meanwhile, opted for the Basil & The Bee Burrata Toast, and let me tell you, it’s a work of art! I cannot say enough about the food here. SO SO good! The French Toast was absolutely delicious, The Hash Browns were seasoned perfectly & the Pork Belly with Fried Rice was outstanding ! I strongly recommend this breakfast restaurant. And the service was excellent 👍 I can't wait to go back.

I work at a popular breakfast restaurant in a nearby town, and was excited to try another upper end breakfast spot. This place did not disappoint at all. It's a little pricier than waffle house or IHop, but this is Alpharetta baby what can you expect? I kept it simple and just had over medium eggs, ham, and hash browns, my wife got a breakfast burrito and we split biscuits and gravy and a pineapple upside cake pancake. My breakfast, even though simple, was cooked perfectly, and I loved how they did there hash browns. My wife's burrito was huge and flavorful, and reminded me of a classic costa Rican breakfast. The espresso martini was strong and delicious, and our ice coffee was just as good. Our server Alexis, was super sweet and attentive. We were stuffed after eating and had to take half the pancake to go. We came on a Friday morning to no wait time, and the food only took about 15-20 minutes to come out. I'd love to come back again next time we are in town. Even if it's out of your price range, it's worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a very large party of over 25 people, and our waitress was Outstanding! Alyssa is hands down one of the most attentive waitresses I’ve ever met. Super on it, knew her menu, was personable, and gave honest feedback about each item. She accommodated every request, and there were many. The ambiance at the restaurant was upbeat, and the food as well as the service was on point. I’d recommend anyone to go there, and ask for her personally. You’ll have a Great Experience 💥

Really not a great experience. Yikes. Ok the flatbread was ok and the Brussels sprouts were decent. Other than that, no bueno. Steak: ordered medium. See photo. Super overcooked, like almost well-done. I rarely ever order red meat, so this was a pretty decent size splurge for me. Disappointing. Baked potato came out nekkid. Had to ask for butter and sour cream. After the dude brought it, I realized there was no salt/pepper on the table. I didn’t bother him by asking for any since he was apparently traveling back and forth from like Narnia each time. (He was nice enough, just felt like somebody randomly dropped him into a server position, and him having zero grasp of how to do it). Water: ok this even sounds petty to me. But the water tasted like….I'm not sure. Some kind of chemical? Martini: OMG ok I’ll also attach a pic of that. Ordered a Tito’s martini, dirty. It came out brown. I just thought ok, they went a little heavy on the dirty. All good. Nope. Not olive juice. It tasted like a whollllllle bunch of vermouth. I didn’t think vermouth was brown though. No idea. Was gross though. Risotto: tasteless and bland. Should have asked for that salt/pepper after all I guess. Really, really not good. To state the obvious: not recommended.

Had an amazing experience and Tek was an awesome server. We ordered the white bean hummus as an appetizer which was delicious and very filling. It came with pita triangles which were very tasty. Would be nice to have veggie options (carrots, celery, cucumber, and olives). Our main course was the pork chop and the trout. Unbelievably delicious!! The pork chop was served on a textured slate plate which I was not a fan of but it didn't take away from the dish. I'll just ask for a regular plate next time. We'll definitely be going back!

We came within the last 2 hours on a Sunday night. Service was veryyy slow and it was very dim. There wasnt anyone or a sign I could see to direct us of what to do. The bartender noticed us standing and eventually told us to take a seat anywhere and our server would be with us. I didn't expect too much out of a hotel restaurant but for the prices, I expected something. I had nachos with brisket and it looked like pieces of bacon. Cheese and other things straight from a can. Not even fresh guacamole. Just very subpar and with no one who works there in view for us, we had no idea what to do from start to finish. And we are two people in the service industry. Maybe it's just because it was the end of the night. I don't know but I didn't like my experience

I have to say we are Hilton rewards members and I was slightly underwhelmed. Our water spout was labeled incorrectly and it took us almost 20 minutes to figure out that the hot water was labeled cold but the cold water was labeled hot. Also we had a myriad of ladybugs and a broom which you can get rid of lol. And I know it’s not much you can do about them having consulted someone in pest control but still was A very unique encounter at a hotel. Also previous Hilton state some really spoiled me their breakfast you have to pay for but when I originally booked a hotel I was under the impression that it would be included, it however it was not which threw off my morning routine . The staff is definitely the reason they get any stars because the service was impeccable!! They were friendly and accommodating and once heard we had any struggles they made sure to try and take care of our needs ! I feel like for the price it was not worth it .

Had the salmon and it was utterly delightful and yummy. Swapped for the mashed potatoes instead of thr tomato salad and was consumed by the taste.

Much improved. They have really stepped up their flavor game. Had the scallops risotto, and was just as great as any other Alpharetta restaurant. Service was on point and so was the bar service. I look forward to my work visits for the meals here.

The golf games are fun. Our group really enjoyed playing. Our server was not good. Forgetful and neglectful even though the place wasn’t very busy. We had long waits for water and drinks throughout our 3-hour play time. The fajitas, queso, and salad setup we had was delicious. Everyone noted the great food. The facility is nice. Plenty of parking is available.

I had never been to Top Golf before and I now can say I understand the hype. The staff were so sweet and informative to me and my husband so we knew how things worked. The waitress was on top of it all and helped us out on setting up the system at the bay and ordering drinks/food. The only downfall was that they were slow of customers but it took our entire 1 hour slot to order and never got the food until after we had paid 10 minutes into an extra 30 minute slot. We had the Mac Bites and Chicken Katsu Sandwiches and the food was beyond amazing! We enjoyed every moment of the trip and look forward to our next Top Golf date night! FYI they have a Veteran Discount & it is 6 people per bay.

I was excited to do this for my birthday. I have been interested in trying Topgolf for years. We did everything online through their app which made it easier when we arrived. They just told us our bay number and we went outside to find our area. Everything is done now through their computer system. We just started playing and a waitress arrived to take our orders. We got the golf club alcohol drink with glow lights. Delicious! We played Sonic and Angry Birds golf games. After 10:00 p.m. on the weekends They have a DJ and it's cheaper I think like $40 per Bay. They have other deals during the week also. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We will do it again at a later date and bring more people.

I had such an amazing time here! From start to finish, the experience was so much fun. The golf setup made it easy for everyone to join in, no matter the skill level, and hitting balls out into the colorful targets under the night lights was such a blast. The food was delicious the wings were perfectly seasoned and crispy, the nachos were loaded and full of flavor, and everything paired so well with the refreshing drinks. I went here, expecting to have a good time with my friends as I was coming from out of town. I was trying to buy an alcoholic drink with my friends and I immediately get told my ID is fake multiple times by the manager. She went so far as to bend my ID so much that there is a bend in the middle of my ID. I just purchased this ID a few months ago and now it is already ruined. Thanks to the manager there that is such a genius and thinks that she knows everything about IDs. She then refused to serve alcohol to all of my friends that were there because she was insisting and saying it was fake over and over again and then backtracked and then said I didn't say it was fake that many times and that I needed to relax and that they could refuse me service. I'm not going to be told multiple times and accused of having a fake ID especially when it is real, and I even pulled out a picture of my passport to prove that it was real and they looked stupid. I have never experienced such a ridiculous service from any place and I hope that you all never experience something like this. The manager was rude and condescending to us. The way that I was approached and immediately accused of having a fake ID is crazy and they even told me that it's scanned fine but that it was "bendable" and "the light could go through it". I have never had an issue with my ID before and I even went to another bar right after and they scanned it right in front of me and it was fine. Get better managers. I’m reporting this to corporate since you all want to bend my ID so much you literally put a bend in it. I’m not going to be told to calm down when I’m being accused of fake IDs and that you aren’t going to serve my friends and YOU bent my LITERAL ID. Ridiculous. Anyways, here's my drink

Awful experience!!!! We went on Saturday night (October 25) to the Top Golf on Alpharetta and it was the most awful and un respectful experience I had in over 10 years on this country. We reserved two tables for a crew of 12 people, once we arrived we ordered food and drinks (that means the waitress checked on our Id’s), after we enjoy a while my husband and I decided to drink a shot of tequila on the bar and the bartender had a really bad attitude, she asked for the ID again so I showed her my GA driver license which is expired but the reason why I showed her that one is because is usually easy for them to find out the birth date, however as a back up I have my international driver license which is a legal document and valid on US, so she decided to ask the manager to check it, then we asked to speak with the manager to explain the whole situation and she said that if the bartender was uncomfortable she can refuse the services because of the different address, we showed her that my husband’s ID and mine has the same address but she wasn’t friendly, polite or even willing to have a conversation she just took a judgement attitude asking personal questions about legal status, when I refuse to answer that she decided to not sell us the drinks, then she trow the IDs on the table, walk away and let us with the words in the mouth. We totally understand is the law to check you are over 21 but that isn’t the situation. Then she started the harassment to us and our friends who didn’t know was going on. She was taking pictures to our names on the screen, she was laughing with the other members of the staff and then she kicked us to the place without finished our time to play and make the payments, so she took advantage on it to tell security we weren’t going to pay and threaten us with calling the police because she thought we will be scared of. So to be clear about this whole situation it was a persecution and racism. Because: 1. Why was she asking for a legal status of a customer ? 2. Why she laughed with the staff and specifically with the bartender? 3. She is the manger, a person who should be able to manage situations with customers with professionalism and be the example for customer service for the whole staff. 4. The staff has to be able to verify different types of legal documents because if not people such as tourists with a foreign ID are not going to be able to enjoy the service on your place. 5. we thought we can spend a joyful night playing and having a good time with friends in a place for entertainment free of judgment or hate, free or political ideas. As a conclusion, the poor management skills of the manager turns the experience on a nightmare and as I mentioned before in over 10 years I have never received a treatment even close to this. Also is alarming how you can see more reviews describing situations where the customers were treated the same because apparently if you don’t agree with the manager judgement the solution is kick you out. Hopefully you can understand your place is full of fun but customers don’t deserved this experience at all.

Brunch at @eggharborcafe in Atlanta!! It’s a really lovely breakfast spot with great food selections and great service. We loved the ambience there too! They have seasonal selections that you can pick from and regular evergreen items too! Our favourite pick here is the lobster scramble which was great value and super tasty!

Went for breakfast. Seated very quickly. Orderd many options at table. Food vet flavorful. Only issue that being from out of town, meal seemed a little pricey. Outside of that, a must go.

The food was not very flavorful, had to put hot sauce on it. But I think this is more appealing to older people who think salt is too much seasoning. The coffee was great and so was the jam + biscuit. On Sunday, if you get here at 7-8 you get seated super fast. We saw lots of people waiting when we left around 9.

We had such a fantastic breakfast at Egg Harbor Cafe this morning! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. I had the San Antonio Skillet which was packed with flavor, while my table enjoyed the avocado toast, eggs benedict, lattes, and fresh fruit. Everything tasted amazing and came out quickly. What really made the experience special was the outstanding service from Brittany and Haydee. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They worked together seamlessly, always checking in at the perfect time without ever rushing us. It’s rare to find servers who combine great energy with such genuine care, and Brittany and Haydee made our morning feel extra special. The atmosphere and service was great! We were served quickly. The food was very underwhelming though. I got the farmers market benedict on a biscuit and the hollandaise was flavorless, the biscuits were very salty, and my grits were also flavorless. It seemed like they were just cooked in water. The potato hash is like french fries. The coffee was good. Overall, with so many other breakfast spots around, I would not return.

I don't know how they did the magic, but their waffle tastes way better than IHOP. 👍👍👍 The service is splendid! Even though it was a busy Saturday morning, the waiter provided excellent service by refiling hot coffee, removing finished plates, and didn't bother us or rush us to pay. 👍👍👍👍 Moreover, the decorations was old fashioned but in a good way. I personally like antique style decorations, such as wood beams, mosaic tiles, Tiffany lights, etc. The atmosphere gave a feeling like I was dining in my grandmother's kitchen and enjoyed her homemade waffles. It was so warm and so touching.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Overall, an okay experience. As fancy as this place is, the price is a bit much for an espresso drink. I asked for a coffee drink that came not even half full. We ordered a coffee and latte. Service and atmosphere were great though. Visuals were wonderful. Beautiful set up; interior and exterior. Great for small and large parties. There is inside and outside seating. They serve small snacks, coffees and alcoholic drinks. Not a restaurant, just do everyone knows. Till then, let’s sip!

They have a hot chocolate section on the menu! I chose the Mexican hot chocolate. Tiny little chocolate morsels await you at the bottom of the cup, slightly melted. There seems to be little bits of gritty vanilla or sugar crystals throughout the drink. It was delightful. A hot chocolate will cost around $9. The atmosphere feels like 1950’s Europe. A mix of Italian, German, French style. Dimly lit. Lots of two-person tables created an intimate setting. 6 bar stools. They don’t take reservations. Free parking in the lots behind the Main Street. We sat at the bar for our hot chocolate. The bar tender was great. He checked up on us just the right amount and threw in a few jokes that just made for an even more enjoyable evening.

Best coffee give it a try. After eating at Rumi’s at Avalon with my hubby we stopped by Cafe Intermezzo 😍. I had the Cafe Italiano and my husband had the cafe latte we had it with just froth no extra whip cream or flavored syrups. It was the best coffee ever I felt like we were in Italy at a cafe sipping our bougie coffee 🥰. Give it a try because it was such a genuine great experience with coffee and the vibe there 💯💞

We absolutely love this place! Adorable seating area especially outside, you can watch the hustle and bustle of Avalon shoppers. The breakfast croissant with eggs was so delicious and cappuccino and chocolate raspberry cake was delicious! Our server was very pleasant and a bit flirtation when he caught on that all the girls were swooning over him😂 we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. Thank you so much for your lovely service!

We were in town for a wedding and we wish we would have found this place on day 1 of our trip. Hands down best eggs Benedict I've ever had. Our waitress was amazing (wish I would have remembered her name)! The other people in our group had the crepes and French toast and said they were really good! 100/10 recommend!

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the coffee is excellent—easily the best part of the experience. However, the food was disappointing and doesn't live up to the high standard set by the drinks and service. Very charming southern themed restaurant. The menu was varied and I had the omelette and biscuits and gravy, which were really good. The portions are large though. Service was fast and the waitress was very friendly. They typically serve breakfast and lunch only, however, on fridays and saturdays, they serve dinner. Please realize they are strict with the cutoff times and won't serve breakfast if it's lunch time. There is also a porch. I would definitely go back. There is a 4% credit card surcharge, cash is accepted.

This is our second time here. The first time was months ago and delicious. The first time made a good impression so we decided to come back. I got the Sunrise Breakfast Special. The bacon, biscuit, grits, eggs, and pancakes were delicious. But the hash browns were oily. Drenched in oil. I was super hungry and I ate all mine but it wasn’t like any other hash browns I have had before. The top was crispy. But the inside was soggy and tasted like soggy strips of potato. I saw some oil drain from the hash brown and it got on my biscuit a little. We also got the Country Omelette. The picture shows all the liquid that seeped from it. Service was good because the issue was taken care of by replacing the omelette. The atmosphere is authentic and a chill place to eat for breakfast. We sat inside but they also have a patio with a cute cat outside.

Serving up home-style country comfort food since 1994, Midway Meal provides a casual and laid-back dining experience both inside and outside, all at reasonable prices. The yeast rolls and cornbread, while nice, could use an upgrade to real butter instead of whipped spread. The standout dishes include a delightful broccoli salad and a generous helping of freshly made fried onion rings. The one-pound hamburger steak, adorned with grilled mushrooms, green bell peppers, and onions, is a massive and flavorful feast. The fried pork chops, both sizable and tasty, paired excellently with the fresh collard greens and black-eyed peas. The attentive service added to the positive experience, and we left with enough for dinner tonight. Midway Meal proves to be a great little eatery, weaving in a rich local heritage into every bite of its comforting dishes.

I have seen this restaurant many times while passing by highway 9, always thought why they are so busy as i have seen so many cars parked all the time. We thought to try for breakfast on my birthday. The first impression when we entered was very traditional style American restaurant. The staff was super nice too. We ordered most of the breakfast items, steak n eggs were good, quite big portions to be honest. Fajita omelette was good as well. Kids loved pancakes and hash browns. Though most of the things were good portion but the prices were really not high, they are pretty fair I would say. Overall good experience, will come again for sure. Suggestion for owner: Please add cappuccino to your menu. Suggestion for Customers: The breakfast meal portions are pretty big, so try to share if you can in family otherwise lot of food might get wasted if you are not a heavy eater. This is Forsyth County’s best breakfast, by far. They have an extensive breakfast menu, but my favorite is the one egg (or two egg) plate. The egg plate comes with 4 pieces of bacon, an egg cooked your way, a bowl of grits, a bowl of gravy and a biscuit. The biscuit is large, buttery and crumbly. The gravy is creamy and peppery. The grits are some of the best I’ve ever had. Additionally, they are very affordable with our 2 meals and drinks costing under $20. The staff is super friendly and the service is very fast. A word of advice - on Saturdays, I recommend you get there before 8:30 to avoid having to wait.

OMG, what happened to Panera??? I used to like coming here for their tasty and satisfying sandwiches. But we ordered two sandwiches and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. First, the soup had no more than 3 spoonfuls of anything solid. it was all broth. i was digging with my spoon and could not find hardly anything. so i went to the sink and slowly poured out as much broth as i could. i wish i took a picture. My wife laughed. Then, the sandwiches. Great bread, but where's the beef??? Or chicken in this case. The chicken bacon ranch had maybe 4 slices of chicken and a few pieces of bacon bits. i did take a pic of that and compared to the picture on the menu. My wifes sandwich was just as bad. she ordered hers without onions but there were onions on it. I mean, I can't see ever going to Panera again given their high prices, low quality food and terrible choices for sides. In fact, i think this is a good short sell candidate on the stock market. At least the coupons saved me $10

This is my favorite Panera Bread. The location and hours are very convenient. Janice and her team are so friendly. The food is delicious and service is always above and beyond. Special shoutout to Sherrie - you can always count on her to greet you with a smile!

I am an Activities Director for a Senior Living Community, and I took my residents to this Panera Bread for lunch this afternoon. The entire staff was so helpful and patient. There is one specific woman (I wish I could remember her name - she said she had just started this week). She in particular was very helpful and constantly checking in to make sure we were all good and enjoying our time. She offered assistance and made us extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location to anyone! We absolutely enjoyed our experience today.

Service could be improved. Some of your employees really don't like millennials and they were very vocal about it. Edit: I got home and my food is TERRIBLE. The grilled cheese isn't even grilled. Edit edit: spoke with a MoD. He refunded my order and was displeased to hear about the public age shaming. I'll update my stars to reflect.

$9 sandwich, smells weird, colors are weird, completely unappetizing and a weird smell when we walked in.

I never write a review, but in multiple occasions I have asked for lightly tosted bagel and instead get these crunchy hard over toasted bagels when I get home.Also, the amount of cream cheese inside has been cut in half. Lastly, last week a side of egg and bacon was 3 something and today was $4.50. I liked this place a lot, but will stay away from now on.

The French Roast I ordered was strong but smooth, while my husband's Original Brew had the balance and freshness that too many brunch spots fail to deliver. It was, quite simply, excellent coffee. The Atmosphere If there's one element that detracted from the meal, it was the interior environment. Crowded, noisy, and chaotic, the space felt more like a transit station than a café. Customers flowed constantly--waiting in line, grabbing to-go orders, hovering for seats. The food deserved a calmer stage than the one it was given. Outdoor seating is available, and in retrospect, that is where the experience would have truly shined. This café manages to balance authenticity and variety with an efficiency that keeps the line moving, even on a busy Sunday. The food is fresh, the flavors deliberate, and the coffee among the better offerings in a brunch setting. While the indoor seating leaves much to be desired, the quality of the plates more than compensates. Rating: (4/5) A destination for anyone seeking hearty, well-crafted breakfast fare--just do yourself a favor and sit outside.

First, I never write reviews (might be my second ever?). Second, the bagels are really good so no complaints there. What’s unfortunate and the reason this will be my last visit is the service. I ordered ubereats pick up, arrived about 15 mins later and waited…and waited. The line inside was very long so they were busy, it was Sunday at 11:30am. However, I watched person after person order at the register order, wait a few minutes, then receive their food. I asked the employee and they said 5 mins. 25-30 mins later, the line is almost empty and I ask again and they say 5 mins. Shortly after that, I get handed my food. Previous visits it’s always been a little hectic picking up my order and weekends are busy so I understood a little wait. But it seems the in-person orders are completed first so I would suggest not ordering online. Brooklyn Bagel’s business is doing just fine and they’ll be fine without me but I just wanted to share my experience for others.

Delicious food, friendly staff and a great interior. The biggest difference between an amazing small restaurant and a locally beloved one isn’t only great food; decor and the placement of the seats, the piles of neatly packaged Jewish pastries and snacks, the huge variety of drinks and cream cheese, the tile checkered walls and TV placement all play a big role in the overall atmosphere making it a desirable place to eat in at. I’m 28 now and this place hasn’t changed at all since i was a kid, which amazes me. If they ever closed it would be absolutely devastating.

Haven’t been inside of the bakery. I’ve been ordering from Uber however, these bagels and the sandwiches are so good. I have eaten this for breakfast lunch and saved some for dinner. The bagels are delicious. I kept mine in the refrigerator and when I took it out it still tastes fresh like I just got it. I had their tuna salad on everything bagel so good. My new favorite place.

I’ve been coming here for years, and their pastrami breakfast bagel has always been my go to. But this last visit changed the game. When I ordered, I mentioned “pastrami bagel,” and the lady asked, “Do you want the platter or the bagel?” 🤔 Platter?? I had no idea that was even an option. So of course, I said yes... and boom, I’m glad I did. The platter basically gives you everything that would normally go inside the bagel (eggs, pastrami, cheese, the works), but all separated so you can build it how you want. I still filled up my bagel like normal, and somehow still had plenty left over. Perfect portions, perfect flavor, all around win for me since I love scrambled eggs. Everything was fresh and tasty... the pastrami was loaded with flavor, eggs were soft, and the bagel itself? Just perfectly toasted. The people here are always super nice too, which makes the experience even better. Only heads up: parking right in front can get a little tight, especially if you show up during the morning rush. There’s a bigger parking lot off to the side though, way easier to park there and just walk over. If you haven’t checked out Brooklyn Bagel, do it. Grab the pastrami platter and thank me later. VERY GOOD. I had the Chorizo Skillet with jalapeños added. It was very good. My over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly, and the biscuit was crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. I sat at the front counter, and my server was great. The atmosphere is "neighborhood diner"

When we walked in, the two staff members were having a conversation and didn’t turn to acknowledge us after what felt like a full minute, once sat our server didn’t seem genuine and almost annoyed that we came in to eat. I didn’t appreciate seeing cleaning rags and to go boxes on a dining chair at a table in front of us, either. On the bright side, the food was good, very affordable, and I loved the home made whipped cream. I don’t think I would return to visit unless I knew these few issues were resolved.

Food was ok. Everyone around our table are being greeted and getting attention of the server but she never even smiled at us once and we had to wait atleast 15 mins if we want her to come to our table. The French toast we ordered comes with the whip cream but when it was missing on the plate, I asked the server about it and she said - oh you need whip cream too!! I can get you some. She wasn't even sorry about it being missing and acted like as I am asking something extra that was not part of our meal. Never coming back.

Great selection on the menu & I really love how many things you can get as an extra. Sometimes I just want a not standard combo and this place is great for that! Everything was cooked perfectly & service was great, never had low coffee or water!

Great place to have breakfast, food is good, atmosphere is great, the staff is mostly great, well not all of them, I keep getting the same waitress and she is not my favorite, but that's ok, next time I am going to ask for someone else. Brunch here during the week was a decent experience. Service was good. Prices are affordable and the value is worth it. I wanted French toast with chicken instead of chicken and waffles and they made it happen. The mimosas were a bit weak but they did have bottomless mimosas. Adding it to our list of brunch spots.

This might be my favorite restaurant. I know it doesn’t look like much from the outside but stay with me. Think of a dish that you love, made by family, this place will top it. I’ve been a dozen times and almost always get the French toast platter and everything is always cooked perfectly and is delicious! You can tell when a meal is made with love. Today I got the San Andreas Benedict and it was the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had!! The hash-browns were so fresh and tasty. Their coffee is great, service is quick and food is to die for. It’s that perfect home cooked comfort meal you wish you could make yourself. It’s definitely a hidden gem. We always go for breakfast but I’m dying to try their dinner too.

If you're looking for donut perfection, you have to try the "Fancy Pack" at Sweet Apple Donuts!! 🍩 We were blown away by how light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious they were. It was our first time, but it definitely won't be our last. The friendly staff just added to the amazing experience. Don't walk, run to this place!

This place is kind of tucked in a corner. We went there on a Sunday morning. It wasn't crowded when we first got there, but within 30 mins a lot of traffic started coming in at once. Looks like Sunday may be one of the busier mornings... Anyway, I found the shop kind of mellow. There's lots of color everywhere and there's a large wall with pictures of customers. The owner was there and served us with a good morning when we walked in. We got a small assortment of red velvet, blueberry chocolate, sourdough and sour cream donuts. The owner even threw in some free donut holes. While all were freshly made, i think the sourdough donut was the best. The sour flavor definitely came through and it was super soft. The others were a bit dense for my liking but still flavorful. The icing was perfect on each...not overly sweet. Kinda wish there was more selection, but if you are in the area and have a craving, give it a try. It's a change-up from the madness at the other chain places in the mornings.

Absolutely delicious donut shop. Amazing selection of gourmet donuts but they also have traditional glazed and simple crusted donuts for children. We enjoyed Reese's peanut butter donut, a chocolate frosted donut and a latte. The staff was so kind and sweet to my child. Prices very reasonable. Indoor and outdoor seating. Cant wait to return to try more donuts!!

The owner is also the chef was very kind. I didn’t know he put four more mini donut balls in my order. The bacon 🥓 donut was surprisingly tasty. The store is not fancy but good service and donuts. Highly recommend.

Service is very poor. I got a chipotle chicken sandwich. When. It arrived it was cold and the bread wasn’t toasted well, and the inside was not warm. I asked it they could toast is again, but was told they couldn’t take it back and asked me to use the microwave. Why would I use a microwave in a restaurant when the food is supposed to arrive hot and tasty. It’s a rainy day so I wanted something warm. Staff not friendly or polite.. sorry but I will not be going back there.

Ordered a chipotle avocado chicken melt on the mobile app. The sandwich had neither chicken nor avavado.(See photo) Seems like they just forgot to finish it and sent it out anyway.

Very nice experience, got a Frontega which was delicious and an Italian market salad. Only complaint is that nothing I ordered should have had cilantro on it but both items had it on them??? As a former employee im guessing the workers dont know the difference between cilantro and basil lol

Best Panera Bread I have ever been to! The staff were so lovely and swift with making me and by boyfriends meal. The woman working the register was funny and made great conversation with us and kindly answered my questions regarding the menu. GREAT music inside the facility; good vibes! These people deserve a raise! We were so happy with our service!

Drive thru was quick maybe too quick. Order the Benny Croissant with ham and egg. Customer service was good food mediocre. The eggs were and looked very processed which causes inflammation in the body. I asked for real shell eggs and they could not accommodate. The hollandaise sauce was not that good either. I thought Panera was one of the better restaurants but even Einstein provides real shelled eggs.

The location is pretty convenient, and there's plenty of parking as well as seating inside and outdoors available. Food was pretty good, but it took waaaay too long even though 6 people were working and filling orders. It seems there was more focus on filling drive-thru orders than those placed inside the restaurant.

Walked in, there were three tables and all the rest had loads of dishes in them. We stood for about five minutes and none said anything. I got up and cleared my own table! They then sat someone else there that came in after us! Cleaned two more tables so at least three people waiting had somewhere to sit. Our server Scott was extremely rude. He is not in the right job. Then tega is sweeping the floor, memes fell on the filthy floor (doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in weeks) he picks the nasty menus up and put them in the holder on the back of the table. Terrible experience. Will NEVER be back. Several customers were complaining about the same thing. Management needs to possibly start over with employees. Then all tables were served at different times. Two waffles to two different tables. Order of bacon to our table. Still sitting waiting for the rest of the food UPDATE: Deshawn (Andrew) was supposed to be at work at 1pm as that is what the schedule said. It is now 1:45 and he is not here. How do I know that? Because the employees are telling it across the store

I visited Waffle House and had a good breakfast experience. I ordered scrambled eggs, raisin toast, grits, and also tried waffles, hash browns, and sunny side up eggs with toast. The food came out hot and fresh, the waffles were fluffy with just the right sweetness, and the hash browns were crispy and golden. The service was quick and friendly, and the place had the classic Waffle House atmosphere. Overall, I give it 4 stars because everything was tasty and enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again for another meal.

The food and service were just great. I had not been to a Waffle House before but tried it out and wasn’t disappointed. No fights or chair flinging so I wonder if that is an extra service?

This was my first time visiting a Waffle House (and the Southern US) and the experience did not disappoint. The staff's hospitality, service, and kindness was top notch. Went in for breakfast and sat at the counter - for the authentic when in Rome experience. Cee Cee and the rest of the seemingly all women staff were all very friendly and helped me order a breakfast combo so that I could try a little bit of everything (and lower the cost). They even swapped out the meat for a side of grits bc I'm vegetarian. The food was really good but I'm fairly petite so the meal was definitely way too much food and I only managed to eat a little less than half. They let me know that next time I could order from the kids menu 😆. The waffle was absolutely incredible and I look forward to trying the pecan waffle in the future.

Even for Waffle House seems kinda crazy to allow the cook to sleep in the both during his shift. Wish I could get paid to sleep! Every both was dirty and I had to sit at the low bar just to have a clean place to eat. If I could leave a 5 star review just for the server I would. He took my order, cooked my food and was trying to keep the restaurant clean. Leaving 1 star to get management’s attention that they have a lazy cook riding their clock and overworking their other staff. 7/31 - 8/1 came in at 2:30 am

Dear Waffle House Corporate Team, I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience I had at one of your locations involving an employee named Lisa. After a long night out with friends, I arrived at the Waffle House intending to place an order. However, Lisa refused to take my order, claiming that I (or someone associated with me) had placed an order at a different Waffle House location and had not called to cancel it. I explained to her that I was not the one who placed that initial order—my friend, who was no longer with me at the time, had done so. Despite this, Lisa insisted she would not take my order until the other location was contacted to cancel it. I had to reach out to my friend, ask her to call and cancel the order, and only then was I allowed to be served. Even then, Lisa refused to assist me directly and had another employee named Carolyn take my order and payment. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unaccommodating customer service at Waffle House. I’m a loyal customer who frequents your restaurants at least twice a month, and I expect to be treated with basic respect and fairness. Lisa’s actions were completely out of line and do not reflect the customer service standards I’ve come to expect from your brand. I strongly urge that she receive immediate training or be reconsidered for employment if this is how she treats paying customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see appropriate action taken.

I love chick-fil-a and I was excited when this one started doing breakfast because it's right by my work. They seem to have some issues to work through. I've given them the benefit of the doubt on the chicken scramble bowl. First time I figured it was a mistake. Second time I thought, maybe it's me... so I visited the next closest location and the portion was normal. Thought I'd try here one last time and got another reduced portion. I asked the girl at the counter and she stared at me, confused, and said that's the portion. It should be the same I would think. Needless to say, I'm not going back. $5 dollars for half of what you'd get in the burrito is BS.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a sandwich with extra pickles — something I’ve done plenty of times at other locations, where I typically receive about 5 or 6 pickles. What I received was completely drenched in pickle juice with what looked like a handful of pickles piled on. It was inedible. I went inside to explain that I didn’t want that many pickles and that it had soaked the sandwich. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I could hear staff in the back laughing. They remade the sandwich — with what I counted to be 23 pickles — which felt very intentional and mocking. When I asked someone in the drive-thru for their name, an employee named Destiny, working the register inside, suddenly jumped into the conversation very aggressively. She said I shouldn’t be speaking with the other staff member and that she was “busy.” We ended up bickering, and I was shocked by how unprofessional and hostile she was in front of customers. After that, she FaceTimed someone right at the register and turned the camera to show me, while ranting about the situation. It was incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable. A manager named Xan eventually stepped in and disconnected her call, and to his credit, he remade my sandwich the right way. Weeks later, the franchise owner reached out and I shared what happened. His response was dismissive — he claimed it was a misunderstanding and implied the initial issue stemmed from how the order was labeled — saying it showed “+5 pickles” and that, in-house, this means more than five pickles. That made no sense to me, especially since I’ve never received anything like a handful of pickles or 23 pickles before when requesting extra. I explained clearly that the issue was too many pickles, not too few. He seemed to gaslight my experience and blamed the situation on my reaction rather than acknowledging the poor handling from his staff. I don’t understand how staff could have gotten confused when I clearly stated the issue with the first sandwich I received. He even mentioned during our call that the staff had to discuss putting the sandwich in a different package because of how many pickles were added — yet it was still served to me in the regular sandwich packaging. That further proves this wasn’t a normal or justified preparation but rather an intentional exaggeration of my request. The fact that it caused so much internal discussion but was still handed to me as if nothing was wrong only reinforced how dismissive the response was — and that his explanation was more of a justification than a real solution or acknowledgment of the issue. His exact words were, “I don’t know what to tell you,” in a very nonchalant tone. At that point, I began recording the call, and he immediately disconnected. When I tried calling back, he spoke quickly and hung up again, saying there was no need for further conversation. On a second call, he told me not to return to the location. This was not the Chick-fil-A service I’ve known or expected. I felt mocked, disrespected, and dismissed as a paying customer. I won’t be returning to this location, and based on this experience, I don’t feel comfortable recommending Chick-fil-A to others.

Today I was very disappointed with this salad, it's visibly how rotten the strawberry and apple were, not to mention the lettuce. I hope you pay more attention before putting it up for sale!

We ordered two large ones when they brought only one and when we asked to replace it they simply ignored it, such a mess with potatoes we ordered 4 large potatoes they got 1 small and 3 medium ones. We also waited 30 minutes for this order. It's not worth your money or time

Slowest Chick Fil A in America and ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG before pulling off. The comprehension level and following simple orders are NOT done at this location. Today had I not checked my bag, I wouldn’t have had my M fry that I ordered. Then when I said to them that I was still waiting on my fry, the boy in the blue at the drive through today questioned me if it was in my bag as if I was lying…! Boy, if I just asked you for it, what do you think? And his attitude was VERY unpleasant..! I wish I thought to get his name but usually the customer service is very friendly here especially in the mornings but they are just terribly slow and again, they mess up your order or give u very small portions like not filling your ice cream up, not filling the salad plates up, not filling the fry cups up and sometimes even the drinks. This location seriously needs a reset and training, it is way below the standards for Chick Fil A.. I have never been to one like it! I’m completely done with this location after the many chances I’ve given it and it’s sad because it’s literally right behind my house. It’s worth it to pass it and go to another location to get what you ordered, fulfilling portions, and FAST drive thru wait. I always do mobile order and I STILL have to wait forever for my order.

if i could give a 10 star review, i would!! First of all, my food was hot and fresh, prepared very quickly. Then, on top of that, the young man literally flagged me down after I pulled off and gave me the sandwich I originally ordered, after discovering he accidentally put the wrong one in my bag. He took immediate accountability and went the EXTRA MILE to fix it immediately!!! Talk initiative!!! This location also has a perfect 100 health score! What more could you want from a Chick-Fil-A?! I got ordered two croissants yesterday afternoon. One was extremely burnt and rock solid. It ended up damaging 4 of my daughter's teeth. I contacted the store later yesterday and have yet to hear back from anyone. Update: I have called the location twice. No one has responded. It's been over a week.

Well maintained coffee shop. Courteous staff. They were polite with all customers and didn’t have to wait long to get what we ordered. They gave us a complimentary coffee with Heart shape.

I normally order in the drive thru but I had to use the restroom. I walked into this location about 5 minutes ago ready to place my order…. No one said welcome or hello. Every person behind the counter looked at me and didn’t say a word. Two people on headsets walked by, still not a word. Another Starbucks employee walked to the register and I thought she was coming to take my order. No, she only came to grab $3 from the tip jar and proceeded to do whatever it was she doing. I thought about going to the drive thru since that’s where everyone seemed to be working. But I decided to leave because at this point, I don’t even want to spend the $15 that I planned on spending or use the restroom… I won’t be back at this location. Teach employees general etiquette.

The guy who took my order snarled at me because I had pulled a little too far where he couldn’t see my face ,and wined about how he had to put on his head seat to take my order. Told me not to do that next time. Honest mistake on my part but to go out of your way to say that to me just cause u had to put on your headset? Really?!. What crawled up your ⬆️ this morning? I’ve worked service a good portion of my life and kept things like that to myself or addressed them in a nicer more reasonable way. On top of that, he kept making looks at me thinking he was slick with it like I didn’t notice but I did. Realized latter too that my grande coffee was a bit lighter after reading another review about how it happened to them too (the smiley face girl). Would go to another Starbucks if possible, (there are so many others in this town).

I was very disappointed when ordering this morning-drive thru(6:40am)and a guy was taking my oder. I asked for light ice on my drink & instantly a female got on the speaker & gave me a song and dance about how that drink is made and if I wanted her to level the drink up with more milk? I said no. She wrote on my drink with a smiley face right at the line and left my drink half full. It was insulting and I am offended by this. I don’t need a lecture when ordering or my drink half full just because I ask for light ice either! She made sure she drained every drop of coffee because I asked for light ice. Just nasty of her! Great place to visit. Vast variety of plants and garden supply. Beautiful displays of plants for home project ideas. The staff members are very knowledgeable, the younger staff at the store are very friendly and helpful. It’s worth the stop even if you are not buying plants, they have a café with great food and service, plenty of areas for walking and sitting to enjoy the landscape, and animals for kids and adults to see and enjoy the day. It’s always a great stop and should be included in places to stop and visit.

Impressive! As a coffee snob and culinary major in college, the cafe delivers! The food and espresso are top notch. The farm/garden offers a super sweet way to kill an hour or two, especially if you're interested in plants. Bonus, they're dog friendly! Great place to walk and browse with the family.

This is a lovely place that has a store and garden center along with animals. The cafe has a wide variety of choices and the food is just exquisite. I loved the quiche. The menu does change seasonally. There is plenty of parking. You can engage and feed the animals too.

My expectations were high because I heard so much about this place. Blew my expectations away, this place 9s incredible. The staff is the best ive ever experienced and most friendly. The goats are so awesome as are tue chickens. The beautiful guard dog loves head scratches. I should have taken more pictures. If you haven't been here, you owe it to yourself. I hope they soon start to carry bonsai trees. 10 stars.

Definitely going to return, great pumpkin patch, and the garden center had a great variety, my husband has spotted a couple of trees he’s liable to purchase. Then walked through the cafe which looked amazing some of the foods and drinks and coffees coming out of there, but ended up in the Pavilion where the super kind Ashley recommended the Wagyu burgers. My husband and I and 2 sons truly enjoyed them, not counting the amazing homemade seasonal donuts and cheesecake and ice cream we tried! Compliments to the chef, highly recommend it!

Scottsdale Farms is amazing! I like that there is something for all ages, not just for kids. My mom and I visited and were able to pick up some plants from the nursery, grab a bite to eat, and shop in the boutique. But there were also plenty of kid-focused things too like the pumpkin patch and hayride. They do different events and host classes pretty regularly - wish I lived a little closer so I could visit more often!

The lady charge extra for lite ice on my strawberry refresher, when it doesn't happen in other locations, avoid arguing but that was robbery, almost two extra dollars because I didn't want too much ice, I hope they charge me less if I ask for the same size with extra ice, absurd.

I've been coming to this location for 5 years and normally it's great service and they make my drink the way I like it especially if I got it made wrong at another location I normally can count on this location to get it right. But today around 11:15 this morning the young girl with dark brown hair working seemed stressed and was confused about how to remake my mocha frappuccino for me. Then when she went to service me my drink she over filled the drink slung it on the counter and it was dripping so bad I had to ask for a larger cup to put it in and even then after tasting it she obviously did not make it the way I asked so the nice young guy step in to assist with clean up and making my drink taste somewhat better. Her customers service skills was rude for no reason just because she couldn't understand how to add extra mocha and raspberry to a mocha frappuccino 🤦‍♀️

Does not open until 8am. When it does open you will wait in line behind 5-10 people while one woman struggles to make the 20 drinks they somehow ordered. Then on top of all that when it's finally your turn your items will be sold out. But wait that's not all! Then the drink you order as a large will somehow have less liquid in in than a medium. Not to mention you paid $6 for 8 oz of coffee in a large cup... Oh and they can't heat items because idk I guess $100 microwaves in 2021 are unheard of.

Starbucks lost its mind. Charging $2 for cream and sugar, that is a 50% up charge for something that should already be included in coffee. Smh...The girls are nice though so my complaint isn't about them. They just work there.

This was my first time at Egg Harbor Cafe on North Point and I give it a 10/10! Amazing service, our server RJ was very friendly and accommodating 😊 It truly lives up to the hype with the fast delivery of your food and the employees acknowledging your table. You can taste the freshness in the food and the restaurant was very clean , spacious and not too loud. I ended up buying a mug from them as well. 100% will recommend, I say give them a try :)

My mom and I have been eager to experience Egg Harbor Cafe in Alpharetta for a while. After passing by, we promised ourselves to return. To avoid the busy weekend crowds typical of breakfast spots, we decided to take a refreshing drive from Cumming, filled with excitement. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the vibes were uplifting. Our server, Jasmin, initially seemed to be having a tough day. We sensed that she might be busy or overwhelmed. However, as we started joking and sharing smiles, Jasmin opened up, her mood lifted, and her service transformed into something truly outstanding. We are grateful to her for being so knowledgeable about the menu. I chose the Lobster Scramble and swapped the bread for a waffle, while my mom crafted her own skillet with lemon poppy seed pancakes. However, when our food arrived, it was uncomfortably cold—not quite the experience we envisioned. After waiting for some time, we found our pancakes and waffles barely warm, and the butter didn’t melt. Despite our disappointment, we decided to keep the Egg Skillet and Lobster Scramble, not wanting to impose. But when the fresh, hot waffle and pancakes returned, they were absolutely delightful. I truly hope Egg Harbor Cafe in Alpharetta sees this message and inspires a return visit, perhaps earlier next time, to ensure our meals are fresh and hot. Remember, no matter the hour, you'll always have customers eager to embrace the joy of dining in your exceptional establishment. Very nice restaurant. We got the scrambler and it was very good. The eggs tasted fresh unlike a few breakfast spots around town. The French toast was amazing. They made in an in house strawberry cream cheese which was alright but the French toast was very fluffy and tasted great. Nice vibe. Clean restaurant. Friendly service

I ordered the caprese avocado toast, and it was so good! Everything was so fresh. My eggs were also cooked perfectly. My boyfriend got the grits, and he says “those were the best grits” he’s had.

Where do I even start… Hands down the BEST place to eat. I have nothing but positive thoughts, vibes and love for this place. The ambience in the restaurant is so beautiful. The staff are all amazing people, they treated me with so much respect and kindness, especially the lady up front Mazie. I could ramble on about her. The food was so delicious! We are regulars here and have never had an issue until today (9/15). We waited over 20 minutes to be waited on, no one even asked for our drink orders. After someone had to go get a waiter, he was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him. Food took forever to get to us and people before us got their meals first. We have never had an issue with this place and the staff has always been great until today. The only helpful/nice staff member was a girl wearing black and white plaid/checkered pants. If we had cash we would’ve tipped her and only her.

My first visit. First of all, the menu is full of so many appetizing selections. At least I was with a party of 4 also we could share bites of all the goodness! Our visit was on a Friday at 9:15a and the place was busy but still plenty of seating and prompt service. Our waitress Judy was perfectly attentive and knowledgeable of menu questions. If you order coffee you have a small pitcher on your table as needed!!. The jam they serve is a mix of 3 fruits and you can purchase small or large jars to take home. All kinds of omelets, avocado toast selections, egga to order and plenty of pancakes to choose from. If you like bacon, its a must order. Great place to meet eat! They have a coffee bar with lots of choices. Now I wish I didn't live 300 miles from this place. But next time I am in town I'll be back!

Sharon and Mike are the best. She gave the rundown of best times to come. Between 1-3 pm is shift change that's when people have been turned away also 9pm and 7am at those times avoid coming. You'll get best atmosphere and service if you stick to these basic rules. Fast service great hospitality. Great coffee! Thanks 😊

Three Waffles, Two Syrups, Zero Sense I ordered three waffles from this Waffle House and they only sent two packs of syrup and two butters. I don’t understand the logic here. How are you supposed to enjoy a waffle without syrup? It’s basic math: 3 waffles = 6 syrups (at the very least). The workers clearly didn’t think this through. It’s frustrating when a place literally built around waffles can’t get the waffle basics right. If you’re going to serve food, please understand the simple concept of pairing condiments properly. Disappointed.

The food looked good on the plate but if I saw the filthy stove top and preparation area before I ordered I would have left. It was really difficult to eat the food after seeing how poorly the grill and cooking area was maintained.

I ordered Chocolate Chip waffles and never got it. I asked for no eggs and all three platers had eggs. There is not a platter you can get that doesn’t allow you to add eggs which is why I asked for nine in the note section. The grits are too salty and they don’t add sugar packets. The eggs make your toast soggy so would recommend you put it to the side. I waited a week to come here on a convocation all to get disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all.

While dog-sitting at my daughter’s house in Roswell, I decided to order from the only WH that delivered at noon. Glad I did. I got what I ordered. Food was good. Condiments n cutlery included. And I didn’t have to reheat it. THATS A BIG PLUS FOR ME! With prices the way they are, WH is still a great value. Two could have shared this or save for leftovers 🙂Thx WH

Visited this location Christmas day. Because of CVID my hotel was not serving breakfast so decided to grab breakfast from the waffle house. The meal was awful, Cold waffles, runny eggs when asked for scramble well, brown it. Half cooked bacon. The only thing I could have eaten with satisfaction was the hash browns. This experience was a failure. I found an open ihop, where I ended up having a better breakfast experience. Unfortunate, when I am in the south the waffle house is a must. Now it will be a distant memory.

I've always associated Chick-fil-A with quality service and consistency, but my experience at the Avalon, Alpharetta location was an absolute disaster from start to finish. If you're considering dining here, beware-especially if you're thinking of ordering the Pimento Cheese Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Where Do I Begin? 1. Pimento Cheese Scandal: I ordered the Pimento Cheese Spicy Chicken Sandwich, expecting the rich, creamy topping that makes this sandwich special. Instead, I received a barely-there smear of pimento cheese—so little that I had to order a side of pimento cheese just to make the sandwich edible. 2. The Price Shock: That extra 1-ounce side of pimento cheese? A jaw-dropping $1.89. That means Chick-fil-A values its pimento cheese at an insane $30.24 per pound-more expensive than premium steak!
Even the shift manager apologized for the ridiculous pricing and shockingly small portion cup, admitting that he spoke to the owner. 3. Owner's Appalling Response: The manager relayed that the owner's response to the complaint was:
"People will pay if they want it." 4. This level of greed and disregard for customers is downright deplorable. 5. It Gets Worse... 6. • Flat Coke Zero - Completely Completely undrinkable. * Side Salad Disaster - Half-full container with just ONE grape tomato. * Mac & Cheese Mess - Ordered a large, received a half-filled portion. * No Customer Service Resolution - I reached out to Chick-fil-A corporate through multiple calls and emails.
Each time, I was told the owner would contact me. It's been months-no response. Even corporate seemed shocked at the owner's lack of follow-up. * Final Verdict: Avoid This Location This is not the Chick-fil-A standard I expect. The quality, portions, pricing, and customer service are beyond unacceptable. Until Chick-fil-A corporate steps in to ensure this owner is held accountable, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. If you've had a similar experience at Chick-fil-A Avalon, I encourage you to speak up. Customers deserve better than price gouging, poor service, and outright neglect.

The customer service here from the women is unpleasant. I will no longer go to this location and would rather stop at the north point location right off the highway. My experience this morning was taken aback. After my encounter with the female shift lead (African American curly hair braces walked away when asked her name) or whoever she was that took the cake for me. Very rude very passive. They messed up my meal, I brought the entire meal back and they said they couldn’t honor a replacement. Wowwwww really? After a male manager over heard what was going on he said it was ok. The fact that i come here just about every morning and had to go thru such a hassle is definitely not the normal Chick-fil-A standard. The food is hit or miss at this location. Nothing is consistent. Which is why I’ve decided to leave a review. Prior to this incident I would just call and let them know. I don’t ask for anything for free but when you keep messing up now you’re costing me my time and my money. I was completely over ordering chicken minis at this location small and hard. I’ve went back on several different occasions to have mine replaced with fresh ones. Why keep eating here? It was convenient on my way to work. Now I know to stop off Haynes bridge exit.

Maria is very rude. She worked the shift 4/1/25 around 10:30ish AM. I said good morning & she went straight to “can I get a name? What can I get for you?”. I would say thank you and she would be mute like I was talking to a wall. I was the only car at the moment so I don’t understand the rudeness but I do understand people have bad days - nonetheless she definitely did not give the CFA standards. Anyways, anything NOT relating to Maria, was great. Her coworkers were more friendly. My food was fresh and everything like napkins, sauces, straws, and fork were included in the bag. Service is super fast too!

I just left the restaurant my order was wrong. I asked for the 12ct nugget combo (fried not grilled). I don’t know what is going on but they really need to pay attention to order placement. I was also rushed when ordering. The gentleman in the drive thru seemed a bit bothered when I had to switch from my bank card to my credit card. When I called to speak to a manager I couldn’t reach anyone. I paid over 16 dollars and for the order. Either refund me my money on my credit card or replace my meal for free.

This location has to be one of the worst in customer service and basic competency. I frequent this location as I work next door and today was just the icing on the cake of terrible experiences and free 50 app point sorry our mistakes. This location proceeded to make my meal incorrect not once but twice and then once a simple chicken biscuit with cheese was asking for too much I asked the manger overseeing training according to the name tag for a refund on my meal as this was now a display of incompetence and a waste of my time. She proceeded to inform me my meal had been refunded but couldn’t provide me with a receipt for proof. As of now we are still here with no chicken biscuit and no refund. Please choose any location other than this one.

Recent visitor to the Atlanta area, I couldn't miss out on a chance to eat some Chick Fil A. This location lived up to the standard as expected my most Chick Fil A locations. Clean, friendly staff, prompt and accurate food order. Looks like a lot of recent poor reviews on this location, didn't see any signs of that during my early afternoon visit.

I’m only giving 3 stars because the staff is always pleasant. This is the second time I have received moldy frozen food, a combination I will never understand. Why was this even given out?

This is the location I always come to due to convenience as my neighborhood is right next to the Starbucks. However, many times I spend $7 for a cup of coffee for it to be 3/4 of the way full. I didn’t touch my cup of coffee until I got home and it looked about half full this time. I don’t want to mess with going back for them to fix it so writing a review.

The drink was bland just like the girl serving me with the eyeglasses today…she was rude, no thank you and just put drinks on counter. Made me feel as though I was bothering her. But I’m a visitor in this area today…my Starbucks in Sandy Springs is the best all around!

This Starbucks is consistently bad. I avoid this one and frequent the other local Starbucks in the area. It’s the most convenient for me but I go out of my way to avoid it. The coffee doesn’t taste the same. The proportions (the amount of cream or sweetener) are always off. The service is usually fine, but quality and freshness of food/coffee just doesn’t seem right.

The manager and much of the staff is very friendly. The service level sucks. I have an order that is exactly as it was put in the menu but this location has the ability to mess it up more often than get it correct: Peach Citrus White Tea Lemonade no cane sugar. Also, having staff member MaKayla cop an attitude when I bring in two incorrect drinks from earlier in the day... That were pineapple - you're lucky I'm not allergic! Yes, I'm going to question if your peach is actually peach when it has been pineapple all morning. I'm sorry would have gone a lot farther than your attitude. Instead of just taking my remade drinks and going home without a second thought - you get this review. Attached are pictures of the two remade drinks (also not full but whatever) and the smiley face is made by my usual Starbucks Barista. Can anyone else guess which one has peach in it!?!?!

I order a hot chocolate did not ask for whipped cream or marshmallows. I got to the last of my drink and felt all of these chunks. They looked green and like mold when you move the drink around in the cup. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I went into the location to show the store manager what was being served. They said they had never seen that before but tried saying that it’s the fat from the milk…. I have never had this happened and I am absolutely disgusted and hoping I don’t get sick from whatever was in the cup considering the manager could not actually determine what it was. They gave me store credit, like I would want to come back and order anything. Something clearly was expired or spoiled in my drink.

I had a terrible experience this morning with Maria at the Starbucks on Windward, Union Hill, Alpharetta GA.. While I was simply ordering my coffee and cake before heading to work, Maria, for reasons unknown, chose to be extremely rude. She wasn't even the one taking my order or delivering it, but she decided to still barge in and be unnecessarily unpleasant. I love Starbucks and am a regular customer since it's within walking distance from my home. However, encounters like this make me consider looking for other places where the coffee might not be as good, but the staff is certainly more courteous(and you totally want that, don't you?) Thanks and I hope you take my feedback on board, as this incident really ruffled my Friday morning.

Food and drinks were great at this location, however, the customer service at the drive through had me never wanting to come back to this location again. The staff member (Maria) was impatient and rude. I understand if it’s busy and I did take a little longer than usual to figure out my order, but at no time do you sigh impatiently at customers and not provide basic customer service manners. With a newborn in the back seat that was finally sleeping, I decided to treat myself to some coffee only to be met with such rudeness. Thanks Maria dampening what would’ve been a good day.

I love this Starbucks! Great service, high ceiling, and super spacious. I’m so happy now they serve drinks in mugs!! So much more eco-friendly than disposable cups.

They made my drink iced when I ordered hot on the app. I took a few sips and she told me she wouldn’t make me another one unless I let her dump the incorrectly made drink out, which would have been a complete waste.

The mobile pick up station is located outside and offers quick service. It is handicap accessible. They have ample parking. Current hours: Open Monday-Friday 5:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday 6:30 am – 7:00 pm.

While I believe the word trypophobia is a misnomer ( most people are disgusted by these things not afraid of them…and fear and disgust don't come from the same part of the brain) if you are someone who is triggered by trypophobia (nasty holes) or you're OCD, I imagine the decor at this McDonald's will set you off. Just go through the drive through or skip this location altogether.  I gave it 3 stars. The staff is friendly, but the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were long strands of hair all over the sink.

So, I’ve been a loyal customer at this McDonald’s for over a year, but I’ve been consistently disappointed with the quality of their food. Most of the time, my orders are wrong. I usually order a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit without cheese or onions, and I normally order two, but this time, I only ordered one. When I got my sandwich, I was shocked to find what seems to be wax paper cooked in with the order. I’ve heard that the drive-through lady has an attitude, and I’m not sure if that’s the case. I’ve always been polite to her, and she’s always been nice to me. However, this time, it was the last straw. When I went up to the manager of the store to express my concerns, she couldn’t do anything to fix the problem. She just said, “I’m sorry, she didn’t reprimand her staff.” So, I decided to opt for a refund instead of having my order remade. I let her know that if I get sick today, my lawyer will be contacted. I will never order here again and honestly I will mostly likely leave McDonald’s alone as a food sources.

It was good, ice cream machine wasn't broken. The nuggies were good. The burger was awesome. Fanta tasted like chemicals.

This is a large fry? No way you missed this. Just don't care i guess.

I’m a true McDonald’s customer I come literally every day this one McDonald’s this is my first time coming to them. They were very disrespectful. To be my first experience at this location, it was my worst experience at McDonald’s and maybe it’s just because I’m in Milton and I feel privileged, but I recommend that you don’t come to this place. My first experience was in the drive-through. They have the wrong person on the very unwelcoming and combative also argumentative then when I go to the counter and politely ask for an extra Syrup, the woman indicated that there’s always two syrups in the bag and that they don’t mess up and it would be an extra cost for another one once we looked in the bag there were only one we showed the Worker that it was only one and she gave us another one at that point. The manager came from across the building, stopped her from giving us to Syrup and told her that we can only get two the female tried to tell her that they only had one. I literally had to put my bag back through the window to show the general manager that I only got one. This is poor customer service, and poor management truthfully, and I mentioned it in detail to the world so that you can see how incapable this location is, and it surely stems from the management team in the building if the leader is unprofessional, the team would be as well. I read their Google’s and realize that this problem is ongoing at this location and maybe it’s because it’s a franchise store I have no idea But if I can save anyone time and money do not ever come to this location.

Neatly maintained. I saw they cleaning up the trash cans often. Customer Service can be improved as there was no warm welcome or happy delivery by counter personnels. May be it was a long day!

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries and a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie as a medium. My smoothie taste fine but it looked like a small; the same size as my fries. My fries tasted like they had been sitting for a bit before placed in my bag, just hard and it had no salt on them. The display of my sandwich was sloppy but at least the chicken was cooked thoroughly. Overall, not worth my $10.81!!

Located in Windward and the place is clean always. There is a kids play area too, you can sit and enjoy your coffee/meal while your kid(s) are playing. (although their coffee machine is broken mostly). There is no vegetarian friendly food here. Service is fast and staff is quite helpful.

Food quality has gone down, the burger was very tastelessness, and chicken was chewy.. The nuggets are good snack to have always and the kid loves their happy meal...

This location usually is pretty good, but there seems to be a specific crew that doesn’t like the customers. People stand in lines waiting to get a chance to ask for items that they did not receive with their orders. When they still don’t get those items, this very specific Hispanic manager lady comes out yelling at the customers. I witnessed this happening no less than 3 times this morning around 1015 am. Drinks were missing from my own order. When I finally did get most of the drinks, I got only one straw for 5 drinks. I never received my daughter’s hot chocolate that I had to go back to the counter and ask for. There are no napkins available without asking a staff member, who are angry that you are asking for anything. They seem to be too busy mispreparing orders to address the customers they already misserved. I should say my general rating of this location is much higher normally. It’s just this one crew.

What can I say about McDonald's. It's there objective to make sure they are all the same. This one fits that bill. It is the McDonald's food that you would expect, the service that you would expect, and the cleanest that you would expect. We're all good. Not outstanding but all good.

This place is an epitome of extreme racism and the worst ever customer service. I have personally experienced the staff being racist to me when there were other customers who seems to be the friends of the staff being treated properly and myself and my family were treated extremely badly. They messed up our orders quite a few times and we have reported in person and we were treated as if like we ate the food and then went back for complaining. Even the staff, a young lady who might be in her teen ages, started shouting at me and her manager or supervisor tried to stop her and she did not even listen. She went on and told me if I want to complain I could, and she doesn’t care. This is the extreme of atrocious Customer Service and even personally you wouldn’t do this to somebody. I had reported the customer service experience to McDonald’s and I was told the staff would be sent for training. I have not seen any changes even afterwards. Just simply browse the experiences from other reviews from customers and I don’t think they even care about the customer feedback. Whoever owns this franchisee must notice this and make sure you are addressing these. Even though the store is open until 12 AM, they close the doors at 10 PM.

Upon arriving to the McDonalds window and providing my code I was told that I would not be able to receive my McFlurry that was with my order. I said that was okay and then asked for the rest of my order. I waited 20 minutes only to be told that the restaurant was unable to make my order and that I needed to cancel it. This is unacceptable. I ordered my food a whole hour before close, only to be told that they werent able to make my order because its a big order (mind you, my order included two double cheese burgers, fries, a snackwrap, a quarter pounder and drink). I felt completely disregarded as a customer. If your establishment wont be able to serve its customers an hour before close, make it known to your customers so that we dont have to waste our time. In the time it took for the restaurant to tell me they cant make my order I would have been able to get food at another establishment. This experience leaves a very bad taste in my mouth, and I didnt even get to eat any of your food.

Came in on Monday and the girl working the front was incredible!! I wasn't able to get her name but she had glasses and a ponytail. The place was packed but she handled everything perfectly. I wasn't sure about what I wanted and had difficulty with the computers and had to order with her, and even though it was busy she was extremely patient with me and explained everything perfectly!! I absolutely loved her energy and her smile. I will say there was another girl working with her which I was disappointed in. She was complaining very loud about another customer and was very dismissive to customers. I asked for her help first but she just put up a finger and said "wait a minute" thankfully the girl with glasses came to my rescue!! I really appreciated her and I hope she will be here next time I come in!

This is my first Google review, but I want to be known that this is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever eaten and I will not be coming back. The chicken is not cooked right and the service was mediocre.

This Chick fil a location has great service and good food! The sandwiches were excellent and the fries were perfectly cooked. Everything is well kept and clean, as well as the bathroom. There are lots of seating options available. + every table had fresh flowers on it, which I thought was very cute touch.

I want to start by saying the food is always good, when you correctly get what you ordered. And the staff is always friendly, never had an issue there. But my main complaint is the drive thru. I frequent several locations in the area and all of them tell you which car to follow behind when the drive thru lanes merge. This location does not do that. So this morning, going through the drive thru, 4 cars had completed their orders in my lane while the truck in the other lane was completing theirs. When the merge happened, that truck got in front of three cars whose orders had already been placed. So then we all had to wait behind that truck while staff caught up on orders. It’s just so frustrating sitting there watching it happen and knowing this issue doesn’t happen at other locations.

We were rushed by the cashier didn’t even get to put in our full order. Got to the window and we were being stared at until we put our drinks down then rushed us, thank god we didn’t have our full order because we had 5 packets of different count of nuggets?? Then had an attitude when we said we could exchange mc n cheese for fries because we were in a rush and couldn’t wait 10min. Not 1, “hey good afternoon” or any nice welcoming words. Also kept trying to give us other peoples orders 3 times even though we said the name of the order 6 times.

I always loved this place, never had an issue... Last time I was there, they forgot the toys (kids meals). Of course my girls were very disappointed about that. Two days later we picked up lunch and I asked if it's possible to get these toys to make my girls happy- NO was the answer. About what we're talking? This was a disappointing situation again ...

Since this location was demolished and rebuilt it is stunning! The interior is HUGE! Lots of seating, clean, employees are super friendly and food is always quick and fresh. They have outdoor seating and a large parking lot. They also have a large double drive thru that moves very quickly - typical chic fil a fashion these days, the experts they are. Highly recommend this newly rebuilt location!

This location has the BEST biscuits. Always hot, fresh, soft and fluffy! Order is always correct which is a huge plus. This location isn't convenient for me but my chiro is around the corner so sometimes swing by when I'm in the area.
