We had breakfast here a year ago, so when we made it back to the area we had to be sure to go here for breakfast. We love the butter syrup and French toast. Just look at the cinnamon bun breakfast with eggs and sausage. Don't miss out on the delicious food and friendly service.

Had the best hamburger steak I’ve probably ever had today! It was seasoned perfectly and the onions, mushrooms and brown gravy were delicious! The sweet potato casserole was good as well. The Mac and cheese was fine, but I prefer mine baked. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.

Don't expect quiet, the place is always packed & for good reason. Friendly staff, super home style cooking, and coffee to die for. We had the most amazing breakfast this morning (see pics). Be sure to order the Dutch potatoes, they're a fabulous Julianne potato casserole!

Great experience at Bakers Kitchen. We were driving through New Bern from the beach when my spouse suggested we eat here. I pulled up the website and was able to add my name to the waitlist. I then received updates for when our table was ready. We easily found a parking spot near the restaurant and checked in at the front desk. My spouse purchased a Nutella cinnamon roll (not photoed) from the front. The staff member was kind and told him how to heat it up at home. It was delicious. Our waitress was super friendly. She came to our clean table quickly and we had a nice conversation. My husband wasn't sure what kind of potatoes he wanted so she told him if he didn't like his choice she'd bring him something else. Husband ordered the hunger farmer. He loved everything except the Dutch potatoes. They were lacking in flavor. My child ordered an egg, bacon, and toast. She ate it all. Our waitress made sure she had plenty of butter and jam. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a Belgian waffle (which my child ate all of. Everything was super good. My picky child asked to go back again soon so I say it's a win!

This place was good. Wait was around 30 minutes but Saturday morning so it didn’t matter much. Server was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Food was alright, nothing special and while other dishes were good, I definitely would not recommend the funfetti pancakes. The space is large and decorated nicely, which overall contributed to a solid Saturday morning brunch.

We had a wonderful experience at Baker’s Kitchen. The service was friendly and attentive, and the menu offered plenty of delicious options to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The highlight was definitely the fluffy French toast with butter syrup: absolutely amazing and worth the visit on its own! A great spot for breakfast or brunch in New Bern. Highly recommend!

This place is very popular and can have crazy wait times, so we got there right when they opened. The service was fantastic! Our server kept our coffee topped off. I got the Hungry Farmer with French toast and grits. I do not recommend the grits. It might have been a one-off but the texture was not pleasing. My wife got the country fried steak with a sweet potato biscuit. Other than the grits, everything was quite tasty.

We visited this place for breakfast while on vacation. We were acknowledged upon entering and the staff member told us she would be with us in a moment. I ordered an egg sandwich with a side of oatmeal (this was plenty for 2 to share)and my boyfriend ordered an egg plate with sausage. The food came out relatively quickly and was very good. We had to return to the counter to try one of their delicious looking muffins. We chose the cinnamon roll muffin. It did not disappoint! She even heated it for us! I could have eaten one myself but we shared it. And the food was reasonably priced. We will return on our next trip.

10/17/2025 The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I had a SEC biscuit and a side of grits and it was delicious. Great portion sizes and quick service. 10/10

Before you read this, let me point out to you that Yelp is not nearly so kind as the current 4.1 rating and I'd also check that out before ordering here. My wife who is going to get hip replacement surgery soon recently got food delivered from this establishment. She had three or four deliveries and was initially very pleased. However, this last experience was so overwhelmingly disgusting (and unsanitary) , we're never going back and I have to give this establishment a "one" star rating. Today my wife ordered a salmon salad for lunch. There were specific instruction to cook the salmon “well done.” The salmon was delivered raw, contaminating the whole salad so she couldn’t salvage any any of it. The owner/manager’s response was to tell her to stick it in the microwave for a second or two. After my wife pushed back, she was told it could be remade if she could come pick it up. She said she couldn't and no offer for a refund was made. My wife had to turn around and re-order from Country Biscuit for delivery. She's probably eaten there well over a hundred times and never had any issues with undercooked/raw meat. Go to Country Biscuit and not this establishment. Later in the day when I called and spoke to the owner/manager to express my concern with my wife’s service, he seemed indifferent to the complaint. I think he only partially understood how egregious serving raw fish was once I made the analogy of how Gordon Ramsey deals with this stuff, as he eventually only gave a half-hearted apology.

Delicious food, great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I specifically enjoyed the fresh cut veggies that were in my southwest omelet. Great place! Quality food, and wonderful atmosphere.

Simply put this place doesn't meet any criteria I have for a return visit. We ordered pancakes w/ a sausage side and a ham & cheese omelet. Food was terrible - no way to sugar coat it. My omelet had little holes throughout most likely due to over spraying with some oil or butter. The cheese was some horrible congealed mass that lacked any taste - the egg had no taste either. Overall I finished less than half. In all my travels this was the worst omelet I've ever had! If you cannot get the simple stuff done well, why would I trust you on the more complicated dishes? I tried my son's pancake which wasn't tasty outside of cinnamon added in powder form on the top. It had a bounce to it that made it impossible to cut with the plastic fork provided to us (had to use the plastic knife). Finally, upon returning to our short-term rental I noticed the receipt had a $0.25 charge for a water cup. What?! Also a first. A can of soda (diet pepsi), $1.69. One smaller sized sausage patty, $3.49. My assessment: I will steer anyone visiting my son in the area to avoid this place. I do the same to any visitor - find other options! Otherwise you will be disappointed by every aspect of this "restaurant."

We came in an hour before closing and were the only ones ordering (there was a small group at another table already eating). We ordered our food (veggie omelet, French toast, and kid's grilled cheese with applesauce) for $27 and took a seat. The kid's food was delivered first and included only about 1/3 cup of applesauce. She was completely finished with her meal before my French toast was delivered (2 standard bread slices with about 2 strawberries cut up on top). We had to ask for silverware. About halfway through THAT meal, the omelet was delivered, about 25 minutes after ordering. The fella asked if my husband also needed silverware for the omelet. Um, yes. The food tasted fine, the service was very underwhelming. And we all left hungry so stopped by McDonald's.

The receipts that they handed out do not have the pricing of the items and in some cases aren't clear with what they charged you for. We got charged for two things we didn't order. I dont know if we weren't clear with what we wanted, or the person taking our order just didn't understand. We received a fruit cup that we never ordered and it was one of the sides that costs nearly 4$, the fruit cup held about 3 pieces of fruit. We also ordered grits and there was an extreme amount of butter, to the point where you could see the butter rising over the grits itself. When we tried mixing it in, it did nothing. It seemed like the people at the counter didn't know a lot about the food which made it difficult when we were trying to ask questions about what we were ordering/ordered, and they never asked a follow up question to further clarify either. Even though they were nice, their service wasnt the best even after we got a refund on one of the items that we were charged for. The main courses were alright and we didn't have much to say about them. Overall, it just wasnt a great experience and we will most likely not visit again.

Nice place inside, staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately $9 and change for a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with a small coffee is beyond excessive for what i got... The bagel barely had any spices on it. Might as well been a plain bagel. Maybe 1 egg on the sandwich and a smallest piece of bacon physically possible. I wouldnt go back here Unfortunately.

Great bagel and delicious shop! Signature sandwiches are available. The "Hatteras" is fantastic. It could use a little more meat, but the concept and flavor sure is yummy. A large selection of bagels prepped anyway you would want them. A clean restaurant with plenty of seating for dine in, with a fast turnaround for take-out.

The staff is awesome, the food is great. The food was so good i forgot to take a before picture, so a halfway picture should do. From the outside it looks empty but once i went in it was packed, ON A WEDNESDAY! That should tell you something. They treated me and my service dog very nicely. Thank you! I will be coming back!

I was seated and waited for a server and she took the order of someone who came in well after I did. The service was slow I only ordered a cheese bagel and I've been waiting for more than 15 mins. She definitely knows she isn't getting a tip

Just had bagels and coffee. Coffee good, Bageles wonderful. Had an everything bagel and it was NY style. Both boiled and baked. Makes that chewy outer layer that is so good. Some bagels are more like bread. No no. My daughter once owned a bagel shop. So I know bagels. Good job guys. They also supply my local coffee shop. The Bean in Oriental NC. So I get them there too.

We went here 3 years ago and wife ordered a pastrami sandwich. It arrived with 1 slice of pastrami. Never again. Then we were in the area 2 days ago and I figured we would try again. Guess what? Two slices of pastrami on a burned everything bagel. I don’t mind paying extra for a sandwich with extra meat but this is rediculous. Not looking for a Katz sandwich but this was pathetic again. Make a sandwich or take it off the menu or clue the sandwich person making this that it is not Iberico Ham. Never buying here again.

My server, Hayze, was exceptional. She has a warm friendly personality and she made sure everything was A-Ok with my food. The Pumpkin Spice Pancake combo was absolutely delicious!! 😋😋😋

Today’s my birthday I can for breakfast My waitress seemed forgetful. It took about 20 mins for her to greet me She took my whole order then Another 15 mins For my drink Order as in everything’s smooth I know this isn’t there fault but the lady next to me didn’t like they put pancake mix in the omelets and is acting like she’s going to throw up 🙄 I’m tryna ignore it I ask for syrup cause mine was about empty She comes back to talk to the lady next to me…. No syrup So I’m like awwww 😩 It was just annoying It was nice that before I left she brought a lil ice cream and did a lil happy birthday I really appreciate think that was nice I’m just kinda bummed already Ooh and ps: It was hot as hell in there for some reason

I had the pleasure of having Amber as my server not once but twice about almost 3 weeks apart. First was when my dad came down to visit me and that where we decided on breakfast, the place was packed but we were seated relatively fast. She came over got us our drinks and we placed our orders, food came out in a decent amount of time and Amber gave me the compliment out of nowhere saying I was very pretty (which I'll never forget everytime I see her or go there.) and then today 9/19 I went to grab a bite to eat after I got off work and had the pleasure of having Amber again, great customer service both times. Anytime I go I hope to have her as my server. You were great Amber, thank you!!

On Sunday Oct. 19, 2025, Andrea F. (aka Nikke), our server was absolutely on top of her game. She provided excellent service and gave our group of 6 people impeccable service. When we go back, we will ask for Nikke! All of our meals were cooked perfect and were delicious also.

I normally haven’t done any surveys, but it was well worth doing this one this morning. The food was great. The service was excellent. Christy took her time. Make sure to ask me what I needed was quick, responsive very professional need more servers like Christine

Hayze was a great waitress. Courteous and service with a smile! The food was plentiful and good. The basic price was good but the price for a side of hashbrowns with onions(5.08),coffee (3.49)and orange juice (4.59) was a little much!

Breakfast was great! We got a wonderful waitress named Hayze! Outstanding service! Only thing wrong prices little too high! Side order hash browns at $5! Coffee at $3.50. Just little too rich for me.

I love Chick-Fil-A but ever since they remodeled this store, the accuracy of orders is annoying to say the least. Today I ordered through the app and went through the drive thru line. I always check my bag before I drive off because they consistently leave something off. Today they left off the three cookies I ordered. I told them the cookies were NOT in the bag. They assured me that they were. I stupidly drove off only to discover at the stoplight that NONE of the cookies were in the bag. I circled back around and went inside to explain to the manager what the problem was. He told me to "remain calm, it's not that serious". When I have to keep coming back into the store because the drive-thru messed up my order it IS THAT SERIOUS! Take the time to get the orders RIGHT! Nobody wants to go through the drive-thru only to have to come back to the store, come inside and say "where's the rest of my order!" This is NOT my first rodeo with them. This store is the worst one in the area!

I go there almost every day, extremely happy, the managers Michelle, Laverne,and Molly top notch. Molly went above and beyond to get my order right with a great attitude. The best crew ever.

This location is often times a miss when it comes to food quality. I just picked up a breakfast burrito this morning, got home to eat, and realized it was all torn up, broken, and wet with something on the outside of the tortilla. If it's so hard to put extra cheese, then it SHOULDN'T EVEN BE AN OPTION. I absolutely love chic fil a, but I'm getting so sick and tired of this location screwing up my food. What a waste of money.

They remodeled to have two drive thru lanes and they funnel you down to one. Drive thru process is slow. 20 minutes from start to finish.

I have not been to this Chick-fil-A for a while because of the volume of people, and the wait . But whatever they have done to the parking lot, and with staff, it was awesome at lunchtime today!

First of all. I am not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-a, but there are some items that I do like, and I know enough picky eaters to just go ahead and give a 5-start. Putting my opinion aside. One thing I can say is that the atmosphere changed quite a bit. It used to be a kids friendly atmosphere when it had the playground, and that cause the busier drive-throughs. It is still nice but not the same as it used to. Service wise, I think it is good but not as good as it used to. It used to be more motivated and more welcoming, but it is still better than 80-90% of other businesses. I'm just basing it on before and after renovations. I'm not trying to discourage anybody from going. It is still a very good choice, just not what I'm and others I know are used to.

We went through the drive through and when we picked up our order, they did not give us straws for our drinks, they did not give us any napkins , and the sauces we ordered were missing as well. I had to go back inside to complete my order. I really love this restaurant and I only give this review so the kids can learn from it.

This is a nice place and I was super excited about trying it out. When we first walked in, we was greeted by two nice employees. The atmosphere was nice and modern. The fresh food and good choices was a plus in coming here. We did eat in and got our drinks pretty fast. The coffee was okay but nothing I would order again. We got food that we thought would come out fairly fast, like a salad and some tacos, but we waited for a long time to get our food. I did like my salad but we were all still hungry after we ate our food. The music playing kept going in and out and sometimes completely off which affected the experience. Overall, I think that we may try this place again for a quick pick up smoothie but I doubt we will eat dinner here again. It is a nice setup though. I would work on getting the food out a little faster and maybe provide some type of appetizer or neat samples for customers to try prior to getting their meals. I would also recommend setting up some calm, relaxing background music to take away from the loud sports pub next door. Be blessed!

I absolutely love this place, especially $8 Wednesday wraps. Every time I eat here, I am never disappointed. Great place for eating pure foods with light modifications. You can get it very clean. Works well with detox diets. Fantastic smoothies, too! Fresh every morning!! **I will add that the price normally ranges from $10-20 for one person. Though it is worth it! Forgot to mention $8 dinner from 6-8 every night!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love The Vine! Every visit is an amazing experience. My favorite meal is the Nutella French toast (SO good!) and the açaí bowls are always fresh and delicious. The steak is a 10/10 — perfectly cooked every time. The service is always great and the staff makes you feel so welcome. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

Vine is a local business that has a great reputation and unique menu .... the food and service is very good with an outstanding atmosphere for dining inside or an outside seating experience. They offer discounts for numerous individuals to include military, seniors and those in the fields..... service can be slow but the food is high quality and delicious.... great for vegan menu options...

I live about 45 mins away and everytime I go to New Bern I have to stop here for lunch. I like to have gluten free options as well as vegan and i'm never disappointed. Food is always delicious, very healthy and service is always wonderful plus the prices are amazing! Kennedy served us this pastime that I took my daughter in, and she's just as sweet as can be and very sociable. Keep up the good work Kennedy!

Lunch at the vine was tasty and filling. The shrimp tacos were seasoned perfectly and the homemade chips I can’t resist. Friends with different food preferences were all able to be satisfied here. Sam got our orders correct and was attentive to our needs. On a day like today the outside dining made it feel like a vacation!

We eat here at least 1-2 times per month. Amazing food, great atmosphere, & the service is also great. You can not beat how clean the food is & it tastes amazing. Prices cannot be beat. Kennedy was our server this time & she was awesome!

Never had a problem with this location before but tonight I ordered the baked potato soup for the first time ever. Pretty much got handed a cup of water that taste like maybe potatoes got cooked in it? Not sure but I’m wondering if this is typically how it looks or what? Will definitely eat here again regardless I’m just a bit disappointed with this soup

So this location doesn't have any different menu than all the other locations....BUT with that being said this location does have very polite staff, very clean tables/ chairs and booths. The bathrooms are always clean and we come here pretty regularly. We have never been let down by them and would have to highly recommend you coming to this location!

What happened to Panera the place is dirty and the food was just ok. They used to be so good I would not recommend for the price you pay.

For years I have always looked forward to enjoying a Cinnamon Crunch bagel with a cup of tea in the morning. That was until two weeks ago again today when I bought the Bakers Dozen and saw that they were just over half the size and almost no Cinnamon Crunch - the best part. I could not believe it. You have taken most likely your best seller and ruined it.

Seems like quality has declined on my last two visits. Figured I offer some grace as sometimes we have off days. Today, I came in and placed an order for a pick 2. I was very adamant about them not serving me wilted lettuce or any greens for the matter. As this was my experience last visit. Asked for additional dressing, didn’t mind if I was charged for it. I get back to my office and was completely unsatisfied. They skimmed me on the dressing and the soup was just broth. No consideration as to how the customer might feel while they try to cut corners. Not cool at all.

Ordered hot crème brûlée latte, got iced latte. Didn’t taste any coffee in it. Ordered hot Madagascar vanilla latte and it wasn’t the same as I ordered before. Very disappointed.

Im from out of town and I was treated so kindly. Needed to make changes to my order and the whole staff even manager jumped in and assisted. I am perfectly satisfied. Satisfied with my food and the warm southern kindness I was shown. This is my preferred location when im in town. Thank you team.

Our waitress was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Food was good. It was breakfast food. Affordable for the amount! Had to wait on my pecan pancakes for a bit, but it was ok because they were very tasty! Busy ..as they usually are, had to sit at the counter area, so kinda cramped. Overall good experience though!

It's a Waffle House... there's not a lot of difference from one to the next...that's the point. Sometimes you get a grouchy, rude, cluless server and sometimes you get a great server. Always a good price with a good serving size.

For a Waffle House, everything was good. The server was very nice, the food was good, and we didn't wait long for food. Could've been cleaner. Overall 7/10.

Good waffle house. Friendly servers. Not the cleanest but when you're serving mass amounts of people quickly and efficiently I guess thats what comes with the territory. I've yet to visit a waffle house that didn't go by this model.

Well place not busy at all and just down right filthy inside waitress acts like she is fresh off the press and don't know what to do. I had the cheese steak on Texas toast great flavor, but my goodness it was salty. The steak was over cooked and dry. And I watched him take the raw meat from the cooler. During idle time workers need to be cleaning. Waffle house never practice this all that I visit are the same.

This place was a complete train wreck. Employees arguing. Silverware had to be replaced twice. Just not clean at all. I eat at allot of Waffle Houses. This one is top 5 worst!

Food was as expected from a fast food place. Sat at the counter 6-7 minutes before served coffee. Ordered eggs over medium came out over light.

Just ordered the Choc Chip Mint iced coffee. I got a plain iced coffee, nothing added. Its pictured with whipped cream and syrups on top. Got none of that either. I said "This does not look like what I ordered." Both girls at the counter turned their backs and walked away. Never again.

The grandest shout out to Amanda for helping this frantic Momma - who was on her way to deliver cupcakes to a surprise party and had a cupcake catastrophe in the back seat of the car on the way. Amanda was kind and calming and helped me pick out replacement sweets quickly so I could be on my way in time for set up. I am ever grateful.

Terrible attitudes. I stood inside for awhile without being greeted or waited on. I ordered a frozen coffee and didn’t get the whipped cream on top that I always get. The district manager added it for $1.07 after lecturing me on frozen coffee doesn’t automatically come with whipped cream. I just didn’t appreciate the sarcastic tone coming from the district manager.

This is a Dunkin’ not to miss! Unlike many Dunkin’s, they make their donuts on-site as opposed to being made off-property at one of their distribution points.

Lady said she was the general manager couldn’t see her name let alone she had the worst attitude. Ordered coffee how I get it everyday and she said it not Dunkin standard. She’s a snobby old lady and is nowhere near professional. She has a horrible attitude makes me want to never go back to this Dunkin. And me and my crew go here everyday. Sad this lady ruined our Dunkin spot for us.

Huge shoutout to JJ at the Carolina Colours Dunkin’ Donuts! Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever received at this location. JJ was so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such a great attitude, and JJ absolutely made my visit a great experience. Dunkin’ is lucky to have him!

I travel often and visit a lot of Starbucks and can say for sure that I’ve never seen a better team than the one working at this location. Their operational strategy is well-planned and appears virtually seamless. I watched them for about a half an hour and was so impressed by their teamwork, positive attitudes, and customer service that I complemented them before I left. It was clear that everyone had a specific role, which allowed other team members to move about freely behind the counter. It was impressive, fast, and pleasant to watch. Their product was delicious and flawless. GREAT job, everyone! Every Starbucks could learn from your work.

The people who work here are very kind, cheerful. I always enjoy Starbucks products so that goes without saying: 'Tis a great coffee adventure!

We stopped in for a snack on our way thru town. Our food was prepared quickly. We got the roasted red pepper egg bites. We really enjoy these! Bathroom was clean when I visited. This Starbucks is unique for a few reasons: there is a a small sharing library and coloring books with crayons/markers for the kids, there is a community board with info about New Bern,. There is also a board that introduces their baristas. The manager of this location obviously takes an interest in their community. Bravo 👏👏.

I ordered a strawberry acai lemonade and I didn't get ice or my strawberry's and I've ordered this over 17 times and it came with the strawberries and the ice, I'm disappointed in this drink

The staff at this location are rockstars! They are always friendly and attentive. Today, there was a mix-up with my order and it was resolved promptly in a professional way. 10/10 customer service!

Very very long line at this Starbucks because they're doing a lot of drive-thru service. Place my order for a grande dark roast pour over, the lady said it would be 5 minutes there were four cars in front of me. I paid for my cup of coffee at 11:29 a.m. was told that the time that she had just started my pour over so had to wait an additional 10 minutes in front of the store didn't want to stay in line and hold up the window, due to lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer. So total time waiting for one cup of coffee for 16 minutes. 6 minutes in line and pour over started once I made it to the window 10 more minutes waiting for it to be delivered to me in the car.

Can't comment on the coffee items because I'm not a coffee person. However, the light fare and treats are well worth the few steps from the tourist district. Sandwiches and other light fare are all tasty and fairly priced. There are also sweet treats. The only downside is that this is a breakfast and lunch place - they close the doors before dinner and dessert hours.

"Ask, and you shall receive." This is where I go when I want to have coffee alone or on a morning date after walking at the farmer's market. Wonderful ambiance. The sheddar biscuits are made fresh and only available a.m. When busy, they call your name to pick up your order at the counter. They don't offer table service. But the servers are very sweet and also bring plates to the table when business is slow. My kids love their fruit smoothies. I love asking for my coffee in a mug. The warm, heavy ceramic warms my hands, 💋 and soul. 🥰☕️

Gorgeous little shop right downtown. My latte was only $4!! What a deal!

When we arrived and went to the counter to order, the person at the counter told us she would be with us in a few minutes. She turned her back on us and continued to restock bagels. Her attitude was less than pleasant when she took our order. The first part of our order came out within 5 minutes. The other half took another 10 minutes and was incomplete. Our table was dirty when we sat down. The second half of our food came out burnt. Needless to say, I have no desire to come back to this establishment the way it is operating currently. I highly suggest that you train your workers to be much more efficient and customer-friendly!

Always friendly, always excellent coffee drinks, and tasty pastries! I love the relaxed vibe and the fact that this is a local business. They always have a nice group of folks who are happy to enjoy the numerous seating areas. One of my favorite spots to take visitors to see the friendliness of our little town!

Coffee is recycled. Guess they refrigerate the espresso? Coffee almost made me want to puke today on an empty stomach. For $8 that’s a robbery. Come to get fresh espresso and coffee and you get days old refrigerated who knows what... Pretty tough for a place that calls themselves a coffee shop and for customers who can just make better at home….

The tropical smoothie was literally orange juice slushie. My wife’s coffee had coffee grinds in it. The only plus is the spot is very nice and the boston cream donut and the parfaits were good.

Horrible. Zero customer service. Employees AND management ignore you when you try to order, as if you are unimportant. I waited over 5 minutes at the front counter with multiple employees ignoring me. I finally had to raise my voice to get someone to pay attention and she came over RUDE AND ANGRY. I was stunned. When I asked for the manager he came over and was combative and abusive. When I asked for his name he yelled and said he would call the police and began screaming and threatening me. Ever since this restaurant went hard with screens to order you can’t get any decent service. This sort of atrocious behavior would never be tolerated a decade ago. Shame on this company.

The staff is slow. They took over twenty minutes to change a creamer package. Then instead of serving me. A off the clock worker came in and they made her order first. This place is beyond horrible. Nobody was at the front counter to place orders. Wasn't very busy for the workers to not be doing anything. I'll be going to market street to make a formal complaint.

This place is a joke. From the manager to the staff. I ordered two 4 PCs nuggets and ordered a separate 10 PCs. Not the first sauce on the bag. When I asked about it the cashier came back with one sauce and told me that they charge for extra sauce. How the hell do you charge for something you already purchased. Then the cashier had family there and he started running his mouth at me. DO YOU JOB!!!!

I've never had a problem at this location...until today. The cinnamon roll I ordered must have been under that heat lamp since the Obama administration. It was hard as a rock and the icing was more yellow than white. Maybe you should start putting a time stamp on them so you know how long it's been solidifying. And, no, I didn't go back in to complain because I got it to go and wasn't driving back. I just know to skip the cinnamon roll next time.

so I went thru the drive thru and left my card by accident. When I called and tried to get my card back no body knew anything about it. Crazy. I locked it and cancelled it. The point is I know they didn't give me the card back and she walked away from the window so I couldn't see, thought the card machine was right by the window why didn't it get handed straight back to ? Luckily I noticed before any transactions took place . Def need better employees, they probably stealing out the register they pull some mess like this. And the food was old. Negative five stars.

I usually have a decent time here, food is typical fast food. But I just got a mobile order around 12 on 8/17. The girl that brought me my food was wearing sunglasses and was so rude. She spoke too fast for me and I got confused on what she said, told her I was confused when she asked me if I was missing drinks bc i hadnt recieved any of my order yet but she just said "nevermind , here" . She obviously was annoyed with my confusion and I get it, its a lunch rush and shes probably in a hurry. But there was no reason to act like that when I simply didnt understand what she had said. Im not sure if maybe they usually give drinks at the window and then ask the customer to pull up to the curbside pickup area, if so then it clearly wasnt my fault

Cold fries No straws out (would bring with food) Everyone waiting a long time for food. The young lady behind the counter definitely did not wanna be there.

So I walk in there's not a line there's an African American lady standing there with her cell phone shoved up underneath the cash register while she is taking my order she's texting not paying attention to anything that she's doing I'm trying to tell her what I want she's on her phone texting he keeps looking at her phone she orders me the wrong food when I get into the car I realize that the food is not right then I call in there cuz I don't have time to go back in there and get it because I'm on the way to work and the manager I guess was very apologetic but didn't sound like you care very much what kind of culture is this does the woman not need her job why in the world can't you take a minute off your cell phone to actually take somebody's order that's what your job is you're supposed to be taking orders she did not give a damn about what I was ordering she was interesting in texting the food was horrible I couldn't even eat what I got I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody the lady needs to take those great big eyelashes off her head somebody needs to take the cell phone away from her and maybe she could see what she was doing and do a better job because this is getting to be ridiculous.. my 5 year old niece could do a better job than this lady

This store is disgusting, they need to do more cleaning and less talking. Roaches are literally crawling on the floor when you walk in. The employees talk way too much that’s why the orders take so long to get out. DO BETTER!!

They did not have enough people to run the store and I want at lunch both line wrapped around the building and people just getting fed up and leaving left and right it might have been good if the could have kept up with amount of people

If I could give it a minus 5 I would. My whopper had an unidentifiable bun, no lettuce (others had a dribble not brown and rotted slimey lettuce) and looked more like a cheeseburger Without the cheese. The onion rings and french fries were all pieces from the bottom of the tray. Just way to much bad food in one meal and a complete waste of $50. My spicy nuggets were so over cooked and severely dehydrated that they almost broke everyone's teeth. I spent $50 and that was with coupons for my son's birthday. I won't go back as long as the MANAGER isn't running this place properly and definitely isn't showing or taking any pride in this place. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF AND HIS INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DISGUSTING FOOD.

Struggled with how many stars to give this restaurant. The food was good, after finally getting it. The restaurant did not seem that clean. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Talking among themselves while waiting on customers. The wait for the food was longer than it should have been.

Two bites in and I can't find the meat in this Whopper Jr. Jr is definately the word. And my Dr Pepper drink tastes just like sweet tea, wanted to throw up. Fries were good. Staff definately not friendly.

Everytime i order through the drive thru. My order is never correct. I understand once but numerius times is unaccepatable.

I wouldn’t suggest people waste their time stopping here, being that I ordered online and was almost rear ended in the drive thru I bypassed the speaker to have a sarcastic child talk rudely and have the manager come back her up at the window when my initial statement was apologizing. You know what y’all can do with your donuts🤣🤣🤣

First off the manager (a guy working in the am on 10/10) pretty much told me I was lying when I told him I use to get cinnamon sprinkled on my chai tea. I use to go there EVERY MORNING Monday through Friday at 5 am when I worked at the hospital. I started going to 7 brew once I moved and haven’t been to Dunkin in a while. Thought I’d stop by this morning on my way to my doctors appointment, instead had a really nasty experience. Instead of the gentleman telling me they no longer do that, he told me they NEVER did that! So untrue!!!! Maybe not with him but I did! Also; some employees had on dirty tops with animal dander all over it. I will Never patronize this location EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!👎 I also waited 20 minutes for my tea but I cancelled my everything bagels and got a refund

Cam the manager on shift great person that took my order. When I got to the window and was giving my total Brody may not have a spell correctly read back what she thought I had order. I said no that the flavors were correct the items were wrong. Brody says " well that's what you should have ordered and slammed the window shut". I parked to go in because clearly there was some form of miscommunication and to speak to a manager because she was just outright rude. Upon entering the store I asked for the manager and that is when I find out that the person that took my order Cam was the person running the shift and he acknowledged that that's what I did order.It was her that did not understand or maybe she didn't hear however. I did address her about the communication that she delivered via the window, and she had the audacity to attempt to complete my order.I told her I don't want anything she closed the case and walked to the back.

I'm not a general fan of Dunkin donuts as much as I used to be. However this particular branch of Dunkin donuts has changed my mind. The staff are always friendly and sociable and delightful. They always assist me in all of needs when I walk into this restaurant. The selection is always bountiful and plenty. Prices are moderate and fair. I always leave with exactly what I came in there for. Overall come to this branch of Dunkin donuts if you want the best service in the area.

Of course the drink I ordered on the mobile app was sold out and I could not get cold foam on the replacement drink. When I tried to get a refund the website kept saying there was an issue. The young man inside was nice and helpful but when I finally got corporates number. The lady said it will take 14 business days for my refund. I don’t understand the hype. The 1 other time I tried Dunkin the drink was gross.

this is the most poorly managed Dunkin' Donuts on the planet. Pulled into the drive-thru at 7:30 a.m. there were six cars in front of me stayed in drive-through till 8:10. Ordered a large hot coffee coffee. Got to the window paid, they tried to hand me two or three different orders and I repeatedly had to request just a large hot coffee that's it. Sat at the window 10 minutes and watched the drive-through orders stack up for the people behind me. A young man-boy comes to the window and says we're working on your order. I repeat, it's just a large hot coffee. He repeats again we're working on it and gives me the excuse that he's got 100 orders. I tell him to just take it one at a time. he says don't tell him how to do his job I remind him somebody needs to tell him how to do his job if it takes longer than 10 minutes to pour a cup of coffee and hand it to a customer. That's how long I waited after I paid at the window.... 10 minutes. And no I did not get my coffee. The tweenie something man-boy had a breakdown at the window and flip me the bird.we exchanged unpleasantries and then I left for Publix to get K cups for my Kerig.

The best on Neuse Blvd. Enjoy is friendly. Coffee always fresh. I'm there almost every day. If not coffee ,it's the sweet tea.

I really didn't want to make dinner into a "thing" so I popped over to Taco Bell. Easy to order a couple of burritos on the app, grab them from the pickup shelf inside with a few packets of "Fire" sauce, and be on my way. The restaurant was clean this evening and the condiments area was properly stocked. Burritos were assembled mostly properly - one end of one of was not folder right and spilled out. Otherwise, stuffed with the right ingredients.

I come to this tacobell almost every single day for lunch. The Staff is always kind to me and very rarely do they ever make mistakes on my orders. Today was no different. The whole vibe of this store yoday made my heart happy. I walked in, ordered my food. While I was waiting the gentleman in line infront of me complimented one of the staff and said that he was doing great. The employee showed his appreciation to him, then a young boy came in wearing a white button up and a red bow tie and the whole staff complimented the kid on his outfit. He did looked "schnazy". The whole vibe was just way awesome today and I sure hope they do read this cause it was heart warming to watch. Thank you.

They almost always mess up your order and will forget an ingredient, such as today when I ordered two spicy potato soft tacos and only one of them had the spicy chipotle on it, give you the wrong item such as last week when I ordered the same thing and they gave me a crispy chicken taco but with potatoes added in, or make you wait an incredibly long time such as last week when I waited over 40 minutes to pick up a doordash order that I was only paid like $2 for. When they do get the item right however, it is usually low quality and bland compared to other taco bell’s. Staff is polite but generally incompetent. Incredible frustrating store to order from.

At 9pm if you have enough people to run the drive thro and your lobby doesn’t close till 11pm why are you forcing me to go through drive-through? I am not going to eat in my car. This is ridiculous. Do better!!!!!

Just wasn't good and got the wrong chicken taco so was displeased. Guess have to say the whole food item cause there's too many similar items now. But it was taco bell so I shouldn't complain

Delicious food at Taco Bell! Since I do plenty of traveling to many locations,a familiar restaurant, it's always available & certainly appreciated. The variety of fine meals, in their menu, is definitely commendable. Please take your whole family & enjoy,by the way, remember to stay healthy.....

Another food joint staffed by the laziest generation. I will NOT be doing your job for you. Y'all to busy to help customers, but got time to laugh and cut up. It's a damn shame how lazy folks have gotten.... McDonalds, what ever happened to customer service????

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had! I came in with my 2 month old baby and he just got his shots today so he is fussy because he is not feeling good. I live an hour away so I came in briefly trying to change his diaper and get something quick to eat. First off I go into the bathroom and there is NO CHANGING TABLE so I had to change him in the sink.. 😩. Then I finally get done with that and go to order. Guess that there is no kiosk that works!! So I order on my app for table service table 109 because with all of this my baby is still crying and upset. I order my food and knowing my baby is upset and crying and I ordered TABLE SERVICE, they still called my name to make me go all the way across the restaurant with a whining baby to get my food. And I told her I didn’t have my drink which I ordered. I went back and sat down expecting for them to bring my drink to me and she gave me an empty cup!! Made me get up and go across the restaurant again with my crying baby and fill up an empty cup. I am never one to make bad reviews but this restaurant made me so upset and angry I had to make a whole google account to do this! I don’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone definitely go somewhere else!

Waiting in drive thru for 20 mins before someone took order... line moved slower than a snail. Got my food, but was missing pickles. Inside was small. Long line waiting on any one to come to the counter. That was another 10 mins for the lady in front of me to get her drink (and she had already finished her food!) BUT THE WORKER WALKED AWAY FOR MORE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE WAITING. Some even left due to the wait!!!! Do better. Or shut down like the rest of newbern!

While at this location, I talked with three customers who could not use the kiosk and required help. No one would help, and I know 3 customers and myself left because of no assistance. We went to Chick-fil-A because of the service. Not ever again will we visit New Bern McDonald's. Purcell family we use to enjoy your McDonald's locations.

Came here for breakfast and ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. That’s it. They made me pull up and wait 12 mins for one item. Then when I opened it, it was just sausage and cheese on a hamburger bun. Went back to the drive thru and asked if they were out of McMuffins and she said no. I told her the food was incorrect and they proceeded to give me a sausage and cheese biscuit. Once again that’s not what I ordered. Finally they got it right but the attitude they had handing my food to me made me want to get out of my truck and go inside and see if they had the same energy. If you don’t want to work at McDonald’s, quit. Make better life choices. It’s not my fault you work there and can’t get a simple order correct.

Lack of help made service slow. Order said ready, however it took 15mins after wea proved from order ready for us to recieve our food.

The staff are nice but seriously, its not that difficult to NOT put syrup in a latte that specifically asks for none. Let alone twice 🥀

I hadn't eaten at a Mickey D's in years because their quality and service have been lacking across the whole chain, not any particular location. I was in town visiting my mother - she's old so of course she lives in New Bern, New Bern has become the Florida of North Carolina, God's waiting room - and got her a Big Breakfast at this location. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was prompt and friendly and the food was made right. Also, the price point was reasonable - I figured with today's prices the meal would cost about 15 bucks, but it was about half that.

We had the worst experience at this McDonald's I have ever had! There was no staff at all except for this one guy who was doing everything. He was trying to help the customers inside with orders and hand orders out to the ones who ordered at the kiosks and he was also in charge of taking out the orders to the cars for pickup. It was not busy that time of day and there was seven people standing around waiting for orders and trying to be helped we finally give up. Decided to go out to the drive-thru when we got to the pay window they informed us that it was cash only but there was no sign to be found. While we were trying to find some money we saw this irate gentleman standing outside of his car in one of the pickup spots waiting for his order which looked like he'd been waiting for a very long time according to how mad he was.

I arrived about 1025 and didn’t leave till about 1045pm I ordered a value meal and added and paid for a apple pie and As I got to the window (I didn’t get any names due to refusal) the two caucasian men tried to alert me and let me know they were out of apple pies and I could wait 15 minutes. I politely declined and asked if I was able to be served 2 chocolate chip cookies in the place of the missing apple pie. The guy turned to the man who claimed to be the manager dressed in a camouflage zip up jacket and black jeans who was packing my order and repeated what I asked and gotten no answer. I then asked the guy who was not packing my order and who was helping me to please make sure I have my honey mustard with ketchup please. He then turned around and repeated that as well and still got no reply from the man. I asked the man is everything alright due to him seeming frustrated with getting no response. He told me he apologized for the guy’s behavior. I then asked could I add a 3rd cookie and pay the difference for it being I had to ride 45 minutes home and worked 16 full hours today. He told me yes I could and told the guy to add another cookie totaling 3 at this point. He then proceeded to finally reply and when he did he told the guy to tell me “no” he said no he wasn’t just going to give away a cookie. I said excuse me trying to get his attention to than explain I was paying the difference for one. He ignored me I asked for the manager he then told me I was the manager and to speak it I wanted to I told him it was rude and unprofessional how he was handing the entire transaction. I tried to explain to him what I was trying to do and he began to become louder and irate and verbally continued to assault me. I was disgusted to say the least he even told me “People like me want something for nothing” i told him money wasn’t an issue and I’d like a full refund along with a copy of my receipt and the number to corporate I was shocked humiliated and disappointed that all of this came from Nothing but a cookies and apple pies and it turned into a nightmare. He was so rude verbal attacked and seemed like he wanted to physically assault me. Both of the other employees told the guy to relax and stop and to give me the food and the cookies and he refused multiple times and wanted to flaunt his authority of being manager I feel like this goes against every guideline possible as far as customer service and the integrity of fast food. I am very unhappy and am seeking legal counsel for the matter. I also have contacted corporate and thought I leave this here as well. Very disappointing as I spend a lot of money at this particular location and never had an issue. The guy was African American about 5’6 maybe 150 pounds with black dreads with brown tips in his hair he refused to issue a refund refund to give his name and or the number to corporate. After I turned my car off and refused to leave without a refund he then decided to issue one. The guys who were there with him were two caucasian men one with a red macdonalds shirt on and the other I don’t remember but both tried to intervene and help both tried to stop the guy and even return my food with fresh cookies I declined and waited for my refund and left. They both provided my receipt and an apology and the number to corporate.

Absolutely pathetic how this McDonald's location is operated. Why has it been cash only for so long? Clearly there's a huge problem not being addressed. This goes beyond the employees and managers. It's just McDonald's though so people will constantly come back and they know that so I guess that makes it okay for them to just not take the people seriously. Place is junk.

The drive-through window girl was so extremely rude and did not speak up and rolled her eyes and was speaking to other coworkers like they were arguing. And mumbling then kept getting the order wrong because they didn’t ask questions and was angry about it. When pulled up to the window to receive the food they had the order wrong and, the other girl replied “I don’t do the orders. I just bagged the food.”

They closed for hood vent cleaning and had no signage anywhere stating it and still were excepting DoorDash orders and mobile orders. If you know something like this is coming up you need to plan accordingly on the apps you use, or at least put a sign on the door.

Please HIRE SOME HELP FOR THIS LOCATION!! The wait times are ridiculous! And for the past few visits they’ve been out of something I ordered. Yesterday I ordered strawberry frosted donuts and vanilla they were out of both!!! None of the staff look happy and mostly they all looked so stressed. Please do better! I’m a regular customer here I use to come daily but now I barely come at all. How is it you order on the mobile app but still have to wait more than 30 minutes to an hour for your order. Please hire some help.

Ordered on the app for drive thru. When I arrived there were 5 cars ahead of me (which is usually the case). Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. When I got to the window, the server gave me a total which was someone elses total. Even after giving her my name, she still tried to hand me the wrong food. This is by far the worst DD around service wise.

Put a drive thru mobile order in before arriving and sat in the drive thru for 57 mins, 45 before even getting to the speaker. All 3 coffees were like warm at best and they didn't even have the glazed donut I ordered. Unacceptable for 9 am. Dunkin on Glenbernie needs to do better.

By far the slowest dunkin I have been to. Every time I have been here it is a crazy wait. I had enough time to do this review after placing my order. They have a small selection of doughnuts and the drinks are inconsistent. Definitely need new management

We go here every Sunday morning for coffee and usually everything is great. However this morning was not it. We decided to go in instead of drive through to order. Ordered a XL hot coffee and small iced. I didn’t question to price since it was normally around what we pay every Sunday. Well turns out both drinks were incorrect. My xl was a small and is mocha was a macchiato. They made us do a refund and pay the difference for XL which is fine. We got mine and waiting on my husband and they didn’t make his drink, so we asked and they acted like me didn’t pay for that so we showed them the receipt. That’s when I noticed his was wrong. The mocha is 3.29 and a macchiato is 4.49- they didn’t refund us for the extra we paid for this drink and acted like it was a bother to make a drink we paid for. It wouldn’t bother me for not refunding the extra we paid on the macchiato if they didn’t make us a do refund and pay the extra .20 on the hot drink. Was highly disappointed this morning with Dunkin. There were two ladies just standing around while the other was working away. Do better.

Went to Dunkin when I was meeting my daughter in New Bern. The employee that took my order and that was at the window was friendly and courteous. I Ordered a medium frozen coffee and a strawberry refresher with lemonade. The strawberry refresher was OK But the frozen coffee was awful. It was bitter didn’t have any sugar in it. After 2 sips I ended up throwing it away.

Went here this morning and there is a handwritten sign on the door that says “nO dOnUts” looked like chicken scratch or a serial killer wrote the note. Looked disheveled and dirty. What Dunkin doesn’t have Donuts? To the owner: DO BETTER!!!
