OMG! Loved the food and the service! Heatherton made us feel at home and her recommendations were superb. We had the Pretzel and the Chicken Schnitzel with Jäger topping. This German food has been thus far the best German food we’ve had stateside. The German Mimosa had the perfect blend of juice and alcohol. It was so massive! One was enough for me. Needless to say I’m glad we decided to stop here.

Very good schnitzel here, a lot of place will overfry their meat and have it end up a little dry, but here it's perfectly done and retains all it's juiciness. Same with the brats and side dishes here, all are excellently done, I was surprised to find a german comfort food restaurant of this caliber in a small town.

This was the second time in my life I've had a German sausage meal. The Bratwurst Sampler at this restaurant was delicious, not too salty. I also ordered a German beer, and afterwards, we had an apple strudel with ice cream. The service was excellent, and the restaurant had a romantic atmosphere. The waitress were very friendly; local people also very nice , they nodded and smiled at us. I really liked this town and this restaurant

My boyfriend and I went on our first date and it was absolutely AMAZING! We got our food so fast and it was delicious, however, we did go pretty close to close(sorry about that) so that probably played a heavy part lol but it was still great. I got a chicken salad, and he got this really good dish with mashed potatoes topped with meatballs and gravy, I can't for the like of me remember the name lol.

Get the pretzel!! I've never really had German food before and I am a picky eater so I was hesitant to come in here, but we were in Granbury to see a show and this was too conveniently located to not stop in. Seeing the wait staff dressed up really made the whole vibe feel right. They have decal clings on the windows to make you feel like you aren't in Texas anymore. And the food was wonderful. First time ever trying schnitzel! We got the pretzel appetizer, meatballs, and the chicken schnitzel. The pretzel was so fresh warm and fluffy (possibly best pretzel I ever had!) and I loved the schnitzel! Lovely time had and our waitress was so attentive and helped answer all my questions about the food (since I wasn't sure what any of it was!). Will go back if ever in the area

Update: Got to try this officially and this place is wonderful. Heather was an excellent waitress, very knowledgeable about the menu and determined to make sure we were comfortable and liked what we ordered. I loved the chicken apples sausage, and their battered fries are out of this world. Original review: Excellent food! Some of the best I've had in Granbury; full of flavor and the portions are huge. Staff is also friendly and welcoming . They offered me a drink while I waited on my to-go order. Will be back if I'm ever in the area!

This was my husband’s and I first time in Granbury. We went to Paradise Bistro for some coffee and breakfast. Inside was so cute! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was perfectly portioned and tasted delicious. Our tea and coffee was also perfect. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place on the square for breakfast! Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The place is small but plenty of places to sit inside and a few outside. We were hungry so we got omlets which came with home fries and excellent bread! Thick wheat toast and we got a muffin that was moist and flavorful. Made the start of the day easy!

Should you find yourself Hungry while in Granbury head on down to the Historic Square for some GREAT dining options. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful if you are unsure what to order. We love coming in to sit down and enjoy the amazing breakfast options or lunch (depending on the time). Grab a cup of coffee or a specialty drink and just enjoy the atmosphere while gathering with friends. Plenty of parking options so you don’t have to miss out on this little gem. Park behind the building in a large lot or you can park inside the square at the courthouse.

Paradise Bistro & Coffee is such a cute spot with wonderful food and great coffee, which makes this so disappointing. If you go on a Sunday for breakfast or brunch, you’ll likely see open tables and think there’s no wait. But what you don’t realize is that the kitchen is buried in catering and to-go orders. Even when the dining room isn’t full, the wait for food can be well over an hour because in-person guests are pushed aside. It’s sad to see a great local place lose sight of the customers who helped build their reputation. This has happened to us multiple times now, and it feels like they care more about catering than the guests sitting in front of them. They could fix this by separating or limiting catering during busy dine-in times or by holding spots in the ordering cue for dine in customers, but until then, we’ll be choosing other great options on the square that still make their in-person guests a priority.

Great pancakes, good eggs, sausage wasn't good. Overall service was good. I would try something different next time.

Best food and really good coffee! WAFFLES ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! Pancakes are also really light and fluffy and delicious. The staff is really friendly and the prices are good! We stop here every time we go to Granbury! It does get a little crowded early mornings but it’s worth it and there’s plenty of seats outside too.

While looking to try a new brunch spot, I came across Paradise and it looked to have good reviews and it was one of the few restaurants on the square we hadn’t tried. Since it was a Sunday it was pretty crowded and with it being seat yourself the only spot we were able to grab was a tight little spot in the corner right by the front door. I was excited for the avocado toast only to be let down by a smorgasbord of ingredients on top of a soggy piece of bread. It was so oily it was making my stomach churn; so, I didn’t finish it but did pick off some of the avocado and cheese. The fruit cup was nothing special, just your regular melon melody sitting in liquid. My White Chocolate Iced Latte though was really good. My boyfriend ordered one of the breakfasts that came with pancakes and bacon and he did said it was good and finished it all. He did compare his “Americana” however, to “Maxwell House Drip coffee” which was incredibly underwhelming considering it’s a “coffee shop”. I did really like the atmosphere, the dimmer lights and total coffee shop vibes; I could definitely see my self taking my laptop up there during the week and quietly working. Overall it wasn’t horrible and I think we will give it another shot and try different things given it has good reviews from others. Maybe we just had a one off situation.

Our Uber drive suggested this place. Great local spot with inexpensive brunch, and decent coffee . Serving size was large, food was excellent and service was the best, always topping off the coffee.

Not a bad breakfast place. I’ve been here several times and the food is always good. I really recommend the chicken fried steak or everything omelette. Let’s be honest, breakfast food is kinda hard to mess up. The atmosphere is fire fighter or firehouse theme. Good food.

It's always a gamble visiting small diners for me. But this place was beyond anything I could have hoped for! Menu is wonderfully varied and had something for everyone at my table, With huge choices in customization and substitution! The place has an extremely comfy vibe, and all of the staff was wonderful and worked quickly! My table of 6 got our food in less than half an hour! And I haven't even gotten to the portions! Ordered the smothered biscuit, and got a plate larger than my own head. Safe to say, I'll be eating well for the next few days! I for sure recommend if you're in the area!

Great cafe. Inexpensive breakfast, I loved the hash browns. Pancakes were as large as the plate. Service was the best, always topping off the coffee and drinks

The Food, the Service, the people who waited on us, All outstanding. Randy said it was the best Homemade Biscuits and gravy he had in a long time. My pancake and hash browns were awesome. The Cafe was super clean and we enjoyed everything. We are from Horseshoe Bend AR, visiting family here in Granbury. Thank you Firehouse Cafe, you started our day off perfectly. Super cute cafe and friendly staff, I got a tall iced latte with vanilla + hazelnut and an extra shot and it was really good. Im a big coffee person and like to try out new shops when in another town, quality machine and roast, I'll be back! It was pretty busy, but I still got my drink fast.

Ordered the pot roast with carrots and gravy , corn and mashed potatoes with gravy. The gravy was almost black. I don't know what they did to that. The mashed potatoes, which are usually homemade were instant potatoes. I can make instant potatoes that actually taste OK in a pinch, but these were almost liquid with zero flavor. The corn was just out of a can and with no seasoning, no butter, no nothing. The roast beef was stringy and tough. I don't know what's happened to Firehouse. They've gone up on their prices and went way down on the quality. The meal was about 20 dollars with a drink and tip included. I'm just so disappointed.

Breakfast taco was full of flavor. Salsa is just very mild picante, though. Nothing spicy to put on the tacos...:( Pam's breakfast was very tasty. Full of flavor. Enormous biscuits. Spanish omelet was very full of flavor. Staff was great and very attentive.

Pam’s Restaurant was just what I needed, breakfast for lunch. The blueberry pancakes were quite tasty. Friendly ladies working and a lot of locals visiting for lunch. It’s cash only, just a heads up. I’ll be back!

Prices great, food not so great. Chicken Fried Steak, sub par, not a real steak. The hash browns awful, made from freeze dried potatoes. Gravy no flavor.

A quintessential American breakfast 🇺🇸 Simple yet blissful. What a great way to celebrate 4th of July! Tasty food at an a VERY reasonable price in a nice family setting; friendly, prompt and attentive service. Good variety menu. Two eggs over easy, hash browns, toasted slices of bread and a nice steaming cup of coffee! Couldn’t ask for more. Wish we had a place like this close to where I lived! I would go as often as I could when craving a simple breakfast and a great experience. True, they accept ONLY CASH or CHECKS. Yes they have an ATM in the back that charges a fee; but they tell you right upfront on the menu that is the case!

Awesome breakfast at Pam’s! Parking lot crowded but plenty of open tables. Quick service with a warm greeting. Food did not disappoint. Shared the Spanish Omelette and pancake, ample portions. Loved the salsa. Highly recommend.

Nice, simple, low-priced diner. The staff is friendly, the menu is standard diner fare, the portions are large and the pricesarea bargain. My only complaint was the available seating. We didn't have to wait but there wasn't much square footage. Almost too cozy. If I lived in Granbury, I'd come here frequently at their slower times to not feel so cramped.

Get ready to drool at this menu! From homemade layers of sweet favorites to savory croissants and a full plate of fresh breakfast- Baked is the place to be! Plenty of room for working and catching up with friends. I can’t wait to come back here on my next Granbury visit.

UPDATE: I think the response might be more frustrating. The burnt cheese was under the egg so at first glance it was fine. I've worked in the front and back of the house at several restaurants... Quality control starts in the kitchen. When you're backed up and you burn a dish, you have to start over, period. The server and the customer shouldn't have to correct that. The kitchen knew and served it anyway. I appreciate the response but we'll be heading to Sweet from now on. I hate that because there are many great things about Baked. Come back in and we'll make it right would have been more appropriate response. I've been here a few times and the bread, pastries, and coffee are wonderful. Today I ordered breakfast and for $10 dollars I'm very disappointed. Is this what the expectation is for Tortilla Rita? Two stars because the cappuccino was great but for a total of almost $16 dollars not sure if we'll be back.

Me and my three friends went there for lunch, and it was SO good. I got the ganache brownie and the turkey bacon avocado melt, and I would not hesitate to get it a second, third, or fourth time. It was a little busy, but we did find a table. The service was incredible, and everyone was very friendly.

One of the best bakeries in Granbury area. Baked bread & pastry was highly recommended by family & friends. Very impressed with food quality and selections. Very casual atmosphere, fun, country experience. Plenty of seating both inside and fun patio experience. Awesome customer service and staff all super friendly and helpful. A must stop for breakfast pastries, great coffee and lunch selection items.

I’ve been to Granbury many times but never out to breakfast. I came back for a weekend getaway with my husband. Found this place while searching online for a good breakfast spot. This bakery and coffee shop did not disappoint one bit. We arrived at 9 AM on a Saturday and there were still plenty of options of pastries to choose from but the line to the door did grow as time passed. The service was great. There was a Huge variety of pastries, it was hard to choose just a few. The cinnamon roll French toast was out of this world!!!! The Baja croissant sandwich was also great. I also really enjoyed my vanilla lavender. London fog. I especially enjoyed the Christian worship music in the background. Staff were friendly and prompt, could tell they were all working hard. We do not live far and will definitely be back!!!

BAKED has a variety of pastries, breakfast and lunch items on their menu. Everything we had was delicious but my favorite pastry was the poptart! I will definitely be back to try their breakfast.

Great atmosphere inside, we had a jalapeño and cheddar bagel with cream cheese, a cinnamon roll, and a strawberry pop tart. We also had iced vanilla latte and cold brew with vanilla sweet cream. Overall it was really good, the cinnamon roll was super sweet, so have a drink to cut it with, lol. We will definitely be back!

Decent breakfast. Was able to sit down immediately at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. I would come back, and will try their lunch and pie at some point.

I've had breakfast here several times. Great atmosphere and great food. I'm not a huge chicken fried steak fan but theirs is delicious!

Have to say this place just blew the Ole South Pancake House out of the water. We dined there yesterday and was very disappointed. Came here for this delightful breakfast this morning! Was very good. One of our go to places!

Recently a dozen men met at Carrie’s for breakfast and conversation. Some of us arrived slightly before opening time. Julie was the only waitress on duty. She invited us in, put down her coffee, pulled tables together and began to serve us. Julie did a remarkable job. Thanks Julie.

After getting drinks we were left unattended, 6 people came in, got their drinks and ordered, we were just ignored. Got up to pay for drinks, told the cashier what happened and she apologized and did not charge for drinks. Still really bad experience. I believe the waiter was racist, she walked by and pretended not to see us at all.

I honestly really like eating at Cari's, it is a friendly environment. Everytime i have been the waitresses were attentive. I have a food allergy, and they took good care of me.

Man I love this place. He's my problem. It's a toss up, we'll call it 50/50, if I'm going to get pickles on my sandwich even after staying "I just want pepperjack cheese on top of a piece of spicy chicken, between 2 pieces of bread. Nothing more, nothing less". I swear the last one I got looked like the pickle was laughing at me. I'll add the picture and you can judge for yourself.

This is the second time within a months time that I have ordered a frosted coffee and both times I have not received a frosted coffee. I have no idea what this is. It is not brown like the frosted coffee nor does it smell or taste like coffee. Whatever it is, it tastes awful!

Stop by here right at 12:30pm lunch. Lines in drive thru were full so you would think food would be fresh. Nope. Worst chick fil a I have been too. Super disappointing. The nuggets were fried in old oil and overcooked and the fries were soggy and you could tell they had been fried couple times. Food was also not hot at all.

We often get Chic Fil A in Granbury. It seems here lately the service has gone tremendously downhill. Ever since they changed the drive through from a single lane to now a 3 lane ordering system that filters back down to one lane (traffic jam from hell), the food service has also gone downhill. This is the second time my family and I have ordered nuggets and we get all the way home to find out there isn’t any sauce included in the order even though the receipt shows we ordered some. 10 years ago, this was the absolute fastest Chic fil a I had ever been to and everything was perfect when you went. Now, I’m not sure if management has gone downhill or what but I get more accurate orders from McDonald’s it seems. They need to figure out what went wrong and get back on track.

Chick-fil-A has a standard at all locations. This locations is sub par on location staff, cleanliness and friendliness. Other locations do a better job. Food was average for Chick-fil-A possibly a little less than average

Always make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive-through! My boyfriend and I had a long day at work and wanted to grab a quick meal from Chick-fil-A. We had paid for two meals and only ended up getting home with one. By time we got home they had already closed. Completely disappointed, definitely a bad end to our night.

Every time I go to this location thy literally always forget an item in my order and it causes me to have to go back in. The line always goes very slow as well. I'm used to living in a town with 2 lain drive through this is a 2 lane that goes down to 1 lane so its very slow compared to other stores.

There's always something wrong I can never get a completely correct order. When I order ahead they only once saw that I didn't want ice on my coke, my food more than once taste like it's been siting out, and when I get there on the schedule they give I always get there at the last time slot it gives and I always have to wait 5-10 min at a slow time and on the busy times I wait 15-25 min. I would go to the glen rose location and they know what to do so I know it's a location issue and not a company issue.

Got a jr whataburger and jalapeño burger. Way too much mustard. The mustard burned more than the jalapeños. Too much to be able to eat it. Never had a burger where the main ingredient is mustard, typically they have flavor, not just mustard. I cannot stress enough how much was on it. That is all you can taste. There is not even a hint of any other flavor. The bun is soggy because it's soaked up half the mustard.

The only good thing about this location is that their workers are nice. However… this is THE slowest Whataburger I have ever been to. Every single time we go they mess up my order, or leave food out of it. This past time we went they just put a bag of apples inside of a bag and gave it to me for my kid’s meal. It’s almost become like a joke at my house to see what’s going to go wrong when I drive thru here. But like I said, the people are nice.

For a fast food chain these guys rate off the charts in my mind. The manager that was there made it a real experience. The customer service was top notch and the food was fresh and tasted delicious.

Place very clean and no mess in the beverages, staff kind and helpful, small parking lot but efficient, the order was ready quick and all went good, recommended!

Decent for a whataburger, seems like the employees are overwhelmed a bit service is fairly slow, but not slow enough to be a big problem right now. Food is usually good.

I ordered chips and salsa, chimichangas and queso biria tacos. The salsa came out hot as hell and tasted like boiled tomatoes. The chimichangas was overfilled with rice and hardly and chicken. All the food was bland beyond repair. We couldn’t finish it.

So delicious! Those homemade tortillas are heaven! The prices are really great! Of all things, my family was particularly delighted by the chicken tenders my daughter ordered. Everyone tried some and agreed they were breaded to perfection. The burritos were wonderful! Well done!

Authentic Mexican comfort food. Wanted to show my boyfriend what pozole tastes like(his first time trying it) & the pozole here was right on point! Great flavors. Good portion sizes and prizes are not too bad. The restaurant could look a little more decent, maybe a renovation or something but the food was great!

Best Mexican food in all of granbury arguably. Authentic. I moved from California and it’s been terribly difficult to find anything that meets my standards. I do not care for Tex-mex and this place has great, authentic Mexican food. Their tacos are great. Their quesabirria tacos are delish as well. And I love their mole sauce. 😍 I can’t wait to explore their menu more.

This is the third chance I’ve given this place on takeout and man I get the same dish every single time which is the chicken enchiladas. I have attached a photo down here to describe what I’m talking about. The chicken inside the enchiladas is more like beef jerky. Every time I get it. My food is cold and this go around. I opened it in the car immediately. The chips are from yesterday and stale, the amount of rice and beans, portion, wise, terrible. I tried to give it three different chances, but each time somethings missing from the bag and each time I cannot even chew the chicken. I would say you’re better off going to fuzzy’s unless you have or know of a better local Mexican food restaurant!

I decided not to judge a book by its cover and try this place out even though the outside sign and appearance is unappealing. We came in on a Saturday one hour before closing because we were at the beach across the street. Our server was kind but besides taking our order, did not check much on us, we had to keep waving or calling to get refills or any other thing. Staff seemed to be more focused on putting things away and cleaning since they were approaching closing time. Our kids got quesadillas and gorditas and they liked those. My wife and I had the parrillada and it was disappointing. Meat and chicken were overcooked and hard to chew. You only get two small links of sausage that are cut in 4 to appear as if was more food. Charro beans were some of the worst we have had. Tiny portion of rice was very good, left me wanting more. Home made flour tortillas smelled amazing but far from being fresh. Maybe they were awesome early when they opened but an hour before closing you could not fold the flour tortilla without breaking it. Towards the center of the tortilla where it wasn’t so toasted you could tell they tasted good. It would have been amazing having these when they were fresh. Tres leches cake was old and felt dry. Flan was very good. Based on this experience I would not come back.

I love the food here! My husband and I always take our out of town friends here, and they love the food too! No matter what food or drink you try, it will be good!

Ordered the $10.99 CFS lunch special with corn and corn nuggets, the price also included ice tea and a slice of chocolate sheet cake. Good cheap diner fair. We also ordered the fried catfish and hush puppies and green beans: much better choice. Ice Tea is strong as it should be, no colored water served here. Staff were amazing.

Cute little restaurant, service is lacking even tho they have multiple servers! Bringing my bill with my food so they dont have to come back and ask if everything is okay or if we wanted anything else takes the great place to eat out of it!!!

This place at one time was so good. I would not feed their food to my worst enemy. Ordered the steak fingers, tasted like fried cardboard. The hash browns were not cooked all the way. The gravy was nothing to celebrate either. The toast was burnt. The waitress never refilled our drinks & acted like she was scared to do anything. It was lunch time & there was maybe 4 tables, when before it was standing room waiting for a table. And their prices are WAY to high for the crap they are serving. Do yourself a favor & just don't eat here.

Friendly place with a lot of regulars. I had the catfish plate consisting of large perfectly cooked catfish filets, hushpuppies, and fries. I chose green beans for my side. Good food and service. The next time I am in town, I am looking forward to checking out their specials which seem to be a great value.

I keep going back because Pam's Too keeps being good. Usually Thursday AM I order breakfast food for breakfast, but sometimes I get the hamburger because it is so good.

Breakfast and lunch are always outstanding! They recently began staying open until 7:30pm. We ate there tonight, CFS, mashed taters, gravy & a roll. Never disappointed!

Burritos have not been the greatest lately. We went yesterday and the hot sauce was frozen and the food was cold. My wife paid with her card and then gets a notice today that they added a $1 tip. She did not put a tip on the receipt, and I know it's only $1, but they are taking money that was not given to them. Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Just be careful when using a card at this establishment. If you want a good breakfast burrito, go to Fondita De Christina. They are amazing and hot.

*Edit - they did not give us a breakfast burrito. They forgot our burrito and this tiny thing was corn tortillas rolled up. So they charged me for food they didn’t give lol. Tried this place for the first time—won’t be back. I was excited because I’ve loved spots like Albert Tacos in Colorado Springs and Poncho’s in Casper, where you get giant burritos and flavorful, authentic Mexican food. This… was not that. Their breakfast burrito was so tiny it fit in the palm of my hand. Is it a Burrito or a Chiquito lol. And the carne asada? Dry and completely flavorless. To top it off, the drive-through was a disaster. The order and pickup window are the same, and the menu is awkwardly placed right there, making it hard to read—especially with misspellings and the angle you have to crane your neck to see it. When I asked what they had, the girl just told me to read the menu. Super helpful, right?

Be aware whenever you pay for your food. That lady with the curly hair will still your money. She over charge. Make sure to ask for receipt and take photo of the price for what you eat. This is not okay

Just got my normal pirate burrito…only had egg and a little cheese, no bacon no sausage no onion…this place has gone down hill in a big way the last year or so. Definitely other places in the hood to get the burrito fix in the morning. Sorry it’s been fun but I’m done with Monte’s

The burrito was almost all egg, the chorizo had no flavor and was almost non-existent, some of the potatoes were cold and soggy and the tortillas were thicker than I care for. I couldn't continue eating after bitting into the cold potato.

These Monterey chalupas today didn't taste like the ones at lake whit. location at all. Looked funny and didn't have much cheese on them. Just didn't have a lot of flavor but I smudged things around and added that lovely green sauce and it made a big difference. 😋

This place was my favorite. But it has gone downhill. Super thick tortillas and frozen French fries for the potatoes now. Some are still cold inside. Yuk.

We visit this Starbucks location at least five times a week and have never had an experience as disappointing as this one. We ordered two venti coffees but were handed grandes by mistake. The woman at the window was extremely kind and apologetic—she told us to go ahead and keep the drinks we were already handed and had taken a sip from, and that they would remake them in the correct size. However, another employee came to the window, took the headset from the original lady, and told us we needed to return the drinks—even though we had already been told to keep them and had already started drinking them. She then handed the drinks back out the window without a single word—no apology, no thank you, nothing. Just cold, rude service. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location. The attitude and handling by that second employee were completely unprofessional and made us feel like we were the ones who had done something wrong. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses it—because if this becomes the new norm, we’ll stop coming altogether.

The service in the drive thru was great but, I was so disappointed with my drink. My grande iced drink had so much ice in it I got about 3-4 sips. So I basically paid $6 + tip for flavored ice. Then my daughter tells me now if you order light ice you get charged extra?! Time to learn how to make my iced coffee at home. First pic was before I had taken a drink.

I used to love this Starbucks but lately they keep messing up the orders. We the CUSTOMERS always have to pay extra for how we want it made! So why does the staff argue with CUSTOMERS to fix an order? Just fix the order, it’s not coming out of your pocket fixing it! It’s disgusting having to pay a lot for something and then having employees argue and be rude to the customer when the customer is asking you to fix it because it’s made wrong! To all employees, when you go somewhere and pay for something do you expect what you paid for? Yes, you do! So why be rude to your customers? 🤦🏽‍♀️

Ordered three different drinks, and all three tasted watered down and lacked a good coffee flavor. These drinks were reorders from other locations and ideally should have been identical.

Don't order on the app. They will give your food away to someone else and then give you old food from under the heat lamp. They should really hire some employees that can read.

This location is awesome. The staff is sweet and very attentive, and made our drinks fast! We also got a sweet message on our bag. Great for the journey back home. Thanks!

Got a big mac, wilted lettuce, tiny wipe of sauce. Here's the kicker, patty with a bite taken out of it! Called and all they can do is put me on a list. I'll take what I can get a guess but I'm not sure if I want it at this point.

Wanted to try the new smoothies. Ordered one thru the app and as always, the machine was down. Requested a refund. No one knew how to refund. Had to request a drink of a lesser price. Wound up paying too much for what I got. Will not be using the mobile app for summer drinks, shakes or smoothies. Ugh!

Had a great time! Just stopped by for a drink and a sundae. Sundae was half melted by the time I got it, which is odd because it took them maybe 5 minutes to get our large drink, apple pie and sundae out.

This McDonald’s is always fresh and the drive thru doesn’t take too long. My main complaint is this location is always forgetting sauces!!! I’ve had to pull up and go inside after going through the drive thru to go and get my own sauce. Ridiculous

Let’s just say they should sale gas in the drive thur if you’re the only there your lucky if it just 5 min if is 3 or more in front of you it’s 20 min and no receipt there register is always out of tape and see pic it’s charcoal and the edges are hard as concrete will never go back I will go across town. It has been this way for 2 months.

went through the drive thru at 1:20 pm Friday, no answer for about 4 minutes at the intercom. saying hello to get attention but nothing, next car pulls in behind so I had enough waiting. drove around to window and skinny guy in black shirt refused to even look at me. drove off no lunch and wasted time.

Ordered twice from them in the same week and twice they SCREWED up my order. So I then called to speak with manager today and a lady answered saying the manager is not available, (hardly believe her). Anyway I explained to her this was the 2nd time in 1 week they messed up my order and she immediately says "well accidents happen and we get busy". I say to her I understand restaurants get busy but that can't be an excuse each time they mess up and the least she could do is talk with her team to reinforce they slow down and pay closer attention to what they're doing. She has audacity to get upset, cut me off, and repeat herself about them being busy is the reason why. She was rude and disrespectful so I just hung up, and won't be ordering from here again.

I have gone here twice and the first time I was shorted on my change back, then was told “there’s a line your holding it up, your change is right now go” Second time: got shorted 2 tacos and a wrap. Was given no reciept so wasn’t able to get what was not given that I paid for. Over all rude staff, money snatching, and just can’t get a order right.

Got the order wrong then had to wait for 2 tacos. Never called us that they were ready and had to go ask for them. Women’s restroom had no bathroom tissue.

BEWARE THEY OVERCHARGE!! Went there this morning and ordered 2 sanswi he's. Menu showed price but the window person told us more. Told said person what the menu said and he said he changed it. So we paid and he handed us a receipt charging me the higher rate not menu rate. Took photo of menu to send with receipt Pic to management.

I've had better breakfast... however, it hit the spot. Coffee was real good... croissant turned out to be a bun... hmmmm.

The guy taking the order was respectful. The girl at the pickup window dislikes her job and has no consideration for the customers. I asked her if regular honey was in the bag because I didn't see any and she said yes. When we got home no honey! Called to let them know she is lying to customers and the manager said well she's not the one who bags it up sorry and immediately hangs up! When we called back she said she heard the phone click so she thought we hung up! Cell phones don't 'click'. If that were true she would have answered when we called back from the same number. Instead we had to use a different line and then she answered They have an employee and a manager lying to customers which is very unprofessional. The general manager to that location should really start looking for better replacements because they're going to lose a lot of customers!

At the time of this review, the date is October 8, 2025. At 5:00am, by which time this McDonalds on Morgan Street opens each morning, was closed. It remained closed for the 2 plus hours that I sat in the parking lot. It is very unprofessional of this facility owners to not give a proper notification of any time changes and closing. I heard this particular location is indefinitely closing due to Morgan Street Expansion Construction to begin in the future. However, I read that this is not to start until January 2026. Either way, there should have been a sign on the entrances giving at least a 2-week notice of closing. Highly unprofessional and rude!

There was trash everywhere, the windows were so dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. They had fly traps hanging from the ceiling. Wet floor signs up when the floor definitely wasn’t cleaned. Caution tape barely hanging on tables that were table topless. Overall worst experience at a McDonalds but the food was good lmao. The workers were very inappropriate and very inattentive.

Avoid coming here at night if you don't want to get screamed at. Went through drive thru, couldn't even get through my order before the women was yelling at me "what else", "what drink do you want". Like ma'am can i finish? You could tell she didnt want to be there. When I got to the drive-thru window, the gentleman was rushing me. Rushing to take my card, rushed to hand it back with drinks. On top of everything else, they gave me old fries..

Got a Happy Meal for my granddaughter. Her fries were barely warm. She always gets double fries instead of apples because that is her favorite. She wasn't happy. Maybe next time

For the first time in years I can truly say that this was the worst McDonalds I have ever ordered from! I had to repeat my order several times at the drive through, and then was ON PURPOSE given what I didn't order! This was done I have no doubt by the so-called "manager", and I'm sure that one day their mockery of elderly citizens will be revealed to their detriment!

The first window you go too. Lady is very nice and sweet. If she is having a bad day you would never tell. Go to the second window. They act like they don't care to be there.

Do not even second guess coming here! One of the best smoothies ever and the wrap was even better! Customer service was on point 🫡 Get the Baja Chicken Wrap. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to come back for seconds 🤤

I got a mango monsoon and a chicken pesto flatbread. The food was delicious and I would 100% order it again. Everyone there was so sweet and helpful. I’ve never been to a tropical smoothie cafe before so they walked me through how the menu works and were overall so helpful! I would definitely recommend!!
