10/22/2024 (Tue) We hadn’t visited this place for years after a past experience where the restaurant was extremely crowded, the space between tables was uncomfortably tight, and the atmosphere felt hectic. On top of that, no one came to take our order for over 20 minutes, and even the neighboring tables left before getting their food. But this time, we were pleasantly surprised—the interior had been completely renovated, creating a fresh and open atmosphere. The seating was much more spacious, and the once chaotic ambiance had transformed into a relaxed and inviting space. We had a Monte Cristo ($15.89) and a Fresh Strawberry Waffle ($14.99) with 2 sausage links ($1.99), along with coffee. The comfortable layout allowed us to truly enjoy a relaxing meal. 10/29/2024 (Tue) We ordered the Oregon Hazelnut French Toast Special ($14.99) and a Grilled Tuna Melt with Salad ($13.69), plus two coffees ($5.98). The adorable animal paintings on the walls added to the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. 12/02/2024 (Mon) This time, we had the French Toast Special ($14.99) and Ham and Eggs with Pancakes ($14.99), with coffee. The decorations had changed from warm autumn Thanksgiving tones to festive Christmas decor, making the place feel extra charming and inviting. We’re so glad we decided to come back after all this time!

It's been a few years since we last visited Tom's. I got the Dutch Baby German Pancake and I remebered it was good. I ordered the Yankee Pancakes today. It was fine. Nothing special. The butter was definitely not enough for 4 pancakes, so I had to ask for another one. My partner ordered the regular coffee but servers weren't attentive enough. Our server, Roxy, was very friendly though. I saw a server dropped a fork on the ground, and he just put it back to where it was stored. Disgusting. I also would like to mention a white manager-looking guy who is probably in his 50's ignored us when we went in and were waiting to be seated even though we were right in front of him (the lady next to him did greet us.) I won't go back.

Was on my way to the airport but you guys don’t care about that, you want to know about this restaurant which has absolutely nothing to do with the airport. Ok here goes, I really wasn’t hungry to begin with but couldn’t resist a nice steaming cup of hot chocolate and a country sausage omelette so that is exactly what I ordered. Servers were friendly enough but seemed a bit confused as to whose table each has. I was seated by one, and asked if I would like something to drink at which I requested my nice steamy cup of hot chocolate then another server came by to ask me what I wanted to drink so I told her I had already ordered my cocoa. Hot chocolate arrived but was lukewarm with a small dollop of whipped cream . Food arrived in good time but also was not hot enough. Omelet was thick but like every other breakfast restaurant was not cooked the way I prefer. Omelets should be light and fluffy with the ingredients mixed evenly on the inside. This was just neatly folded like they had just picked it up from the dry cleaners up the street. There was a bit of cheese inside the omelette but not enough to make any noticeable difference in taste. The bits of sausage and country gravy were just poured on top. Not sure why but there was a very different taste than what I’m used to in either the gravy or sausage and it didn’t really appeal to me. I turned my attention to the pancakes which came with a tiny bit of butter to put on them and a small container of syrup. I like a lot of butter and syrup on my pancakes and although this amount was sufficient I would have preferred more. Pancakes were nothing spectacular, kind of crispy and rough on the edges but still tasty. Plus side was that they don’t skimp on the portions. I ate all I could of the pancakes and omelette before sacrificing the rest to the great garbage bin in the sky. I wasn’t asked if I wanted more hot chocolate in my small cup but my ice water was refilled with not so icy water which made the remaining ice cubes melt right away .All in all it was necessarily a bad breakfast but for the price ($20 for all) I found it a bit high. Not sure if I will return as I don’t live in the area anymore but I would be willing to give it another shot sometime.

If you are looking for a cozy place you have found it! We have come to this place since we moved two years ago and I have loved the very delicious food including the desserts!! And above all the service, the employees are all very attentive and friendly especially Cristy is very nice and helpful and the man who is always at the bar a gentleman already older but always helpful and that is what has always led us to call him our breakfast place because not only do they serve you the food but they also take the time to make you smile, so I invite you to give him a chance that I promise you will not regret it

We were not the biggest fan of the beef stroganoff, my turkey sandwich was good. Apricot pancake was a little heavy for me. I will have to come back again to try more items. Maybe due lack of people we had to wait long for the bill. Except that the service and atmosphere was nice. I will try other items next time :)

Kelly was our server this morning, She gave us the very Best service. She was so kind, kept our coffee topped off the entire time. II ordered the German pancakes and she let me know it would take 20 minutes. It sure was yummy. The other 3 loved their food too! Thank you Kelly for making our experience so pleasant. This has been my 3rd time going to the waffle window. The chicken and waffle were average. The chicken lacked crispiness and lacked flavor, the gravy and syrup helped make it more pleasant. The Spicy Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno was alright, I felt like it needed more flavor and spiciness. I tasted the bacon more than the sauces. Overall it was eh.

Got my birthday waffle and that’s a lot of value for free to celebrate me! It was delicious! I’m coming back for sure but to dine in. Great overall menu, fantastic service, busy place! Sorta loud but not terrible

Food was delicious, customer service was amazing, prices were reasonable, and clean tables for dining in. Finding a parking spot can be challenge on a busy day but I was able to secure a spot in the back lot. Definitely will come back to try something sweet if I’m ever in the area.

Chicken was ok but kind of dry, solid waffles, same with the salted caramel ice cream. However, it would be nice to serve wet-naps along with sticky maple syrup. Also, if you’re going to ask for a tip, don’t ask customers to bus their own tables.

Staff are super kind and you go up to the front to get your food yourself! Prices are pretty ok and the food tastes amazing! I got the strawberry Nutella waffles and they were crispy and soft. It is a bit sweet for breakfast but there are also takeout boxes for to go. Only thing is it might be hard to find parking, but worth a try!

Enjoyed the tasty side of chicken to buffer the delicious waffles we've enjoyed for years. Liege waffles (cake batter with butter and powdered sugar), you can customize ten different ways with savory or sweet toppings. Lots of people watching, lots of tables and 52 chairs in a medium sized place. 4 bar stools, 10 chairs in the waiting area. COVID style counter service, pick up food from counter, bus your own table. It's foodie legend in SE Portland, but felt a little faded glory from those summer nights when we'd fight for a parking space in the neighborhood streets and then amazing chocolate strawberry whipped cream treats at the picnic tables. The coffee espresso latte etc are excellent. Consider asking for a little less chocolate fudge, one waffle was drowned. service could be better (the plate was loudly bounced off the counter with casual disdain, short straight hair blond lady.)

One of the breakfast places that I was excited to go in Portland was The Waffles Window. Their waffles looked amazing, I thought it is such a cute concept to get them over the window. To our surprise, when we got there, the window was closed. I was so sad, until we realized that they are actually in full operation in the inside. So, the “window-serve takeaway joint” was inside the cafe, which worked out great for us. It was nice to have a table seating. Inside the cafe was very large, with lots of tables and chairs. They offer sweet & savory Belgian-style waffles. I love Liege waffles, and excited to see how they do it with Portland Twist. Their menu was big, there is something for everyone. We decided to order one sweet, and one savory kind. We got Seasonal Special item, Rose City made with Strawberries, Rose Cream, Rhubarb Sauce, and Whipped Cream. It was super beautiful, the tart rhubarb sauce went great with the sweet strawberries and whipped cream. The waffle was amazing and fluffy, super tasty! For the savory kind, we went with Three B’s. It is made with Thick Cut Pepper Bacon, Brie Cheese, and Fresh Basil, service with House Recipe Peach Jam. It was delicious! The combination of pepper bacon and brie was amazing, and basil added that extra flavor to bring them all together. Delicious! We had a really nice breakfast here. We loved the waffles we ordered, we enjoyed every bite. I wish if we could try so many more!

We had lunch at noon last Saturday. The place seemed very busy, but there was no waiting time. I got the chicken fried steak with 2 egg combos. The way they cooked the steak was good, but I just didn't like the taste of its meat (I do love beef.) I had a better one at a different restaurant. I also didn't like their biscuit much; so dry and not warm at all. It crumbled so easy it was hard to eat. Onion rings and over easy eggs were perfectly cooked. I wish they were careful not to pour gravy on the orange (shown in the pic.) Great value for the price though!! The portions are huge. You can have lunch for less than 20 bucks and actually get full. Our server, Eduardo, was very friendly with a smile the whole time we were there. He and other servers made sure my partner's coffee was full. I didn't see any flies, but just a little dust on the exhaust fan. One of the employees was vacumming the carpet and she almost hit my elbow. Lady, wait until we leave the table lol

Visited Black Bear Diner in Beaverton, OR and had a bit of a mixed experience. The overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the experience was generally pleasant. However, the service was just average — not bad, but not particularly memorable either. The biggest letdown was the food temperature and seasoning: the home fries arrived cold, and the spicy Italian sausage was overly salty to the point it overpowered the plate. That said, the rest of the meal was solid, and the portions were generous. If they tighten up the execution a bit, this place could easily be a four-star stop. Worth another try, but with tempered expectations.

The stars are mainly for the waitress. She was really sweet and listened to requests but the poor rating is because I went in today and ordered a grilled chicken sand which…I had already eaten some of it when I noticed it wasn’t fully cooked. Also I don’t know if they rush but our food came surprisingly soon after we had ordered and keep in mind it was busy when we went in so I thought the food would take a while. My son's mac and cheese was brought out almost immediately and was very cold so Im hoping they didnt have it sitting there. I also hope the cooks are using a meat thermometer. I brought it to the waitress’s attention about the chicken and she took my plate and offered to bring me a new one (which also came surprisingly quick) but I didn’t think she’d use the same plate which was probably already contaminated 😭I didn’t want to send it back again so I didn’t say anything….

My first time at this place and the 30 minute wait for a table was absolutely worth it. AMAZING! Fantastic food, large portions, and the person dressed as a bear was funny and made the meal a whole experience.

I was excited to see prime rib on the menu. Unfortunately it wasn't sliced off of a roast. It was pre-sliced and tasted like it was frozen and individually wrapped. Then it was seared till crispy on all surfaces. Just ruined it and cooked out any juices. I will go back for the pot roast or chicken pot pie. They looked mouth watering.

First off, overall I LOVE to eat here. With that said, not sure what is happening. Maybe "shrikflation?" I ordered the grilled chicken club. That has Grilled Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, and Avocado. Basically a fancy BLT with chicken. Well...it tased great though when I got half way through the sandwich, at which point I was not going to refuse to pay for the meal, I noticed that the second half of the sandwich had two VERY small pieces of chicken. When I say small, I mean barely existent. MUCH different than when I have had it previously. I was going to leave this in feedback on their website but alas, they asked for a review. My honest opinion at this point is be selective, check your portion to make sure it is at leas acceptable, and refuse any that you find in this manner prior to eating any of it. Oh...and over $18 for a half of a sandwich (essentially) and an unsweetened iced tea...yeah...WAY too much. I did leave a good tip since the service is always fantastic. BLACK BEAR - FIGURE OUT THE PORTIONS or people will stop coming.

I have ordered breakfast early AM a few times. The food results seem to vary, or they sell something online that they don't actually have. Sometime the Bacon is great, other times it isnt worth the cost. Amazing Chicken Fried Steak, then Grits that were definitely instant. I have tried enough.

A solid place to come to for brunch where there's both indoor and outdoor seating. The place does get busy during the weekend, but we were lucky and got seated right away. I had the eggs benedict as that was the recommended dish. My friends also had that and a mushroom and bacon omelet. My eggs benedict was good. I tried some of the omelet, and that was good as well.

Feels like upscale casual. Staff were friendly and efficient. Prices are typical and normal. Pulled pork hash was ok. Didn’t get any smoked flavor but it was still good. For me, there was just too much pulled pork I couldn’t eat at all. It also made the potatoes that soggy because there’s so much moisture in the pulled pork. Scrambled eggs with herbs or tasty. Reports from my breakfast companion where that the chicken fried steak was really good and the gravy was OK not fantastic not bad. The relaxed vibe overlooking the lake with two fountains was pretty nice. Rather relaxing. Little chilly this morning, but sitting outside would be pretty nice as well. There’s great patio dining with a big gas fireplace.

The best veggie omelet! The goat cheese gave it a great burst of flavor. Our server was attentive & personable. Great atmosphere sitting outside with a lake view on a summer morning. Top notch all around!

Not even a fruity freshness. 😢 1/2 eaten, hoping to get better and it did not. 1x⭐️ Kids pancake - grandson ate 2 bites and stopped. 4x⭐️ Cheeseburger combo - daughter-in-law really ENJOYED her burger, though it came out with all the fixings and another bun had to be grilled and brought out. I’ve eaten here 15-20 times over the years. Today, I had the worst food and lack of concern in all of my meals here. What is usually a 4.5 ⭐️ meal was unexplainably BAD. I say unexplainably, because the waiter could not explain. I think he only added fuel to the fire when saying that he “would bring this to the attention of a manager to see what they could do, but there was not one on duty.” So you realized the $85+ meal was bad and did not have any recourse whatsoever because there was no manager on duty? No reading reviews over the last few months, there has obviously been some change, and not for the better. What has happened to this great little place to eat on the water?

This was an amazing find for us during our short trip to Beaverton. Loved the food, service and ambiance. We ordered the veggie omelette, murray hill benedict, belgian waffles. Also the outdoor seating is beautifully done with great views of the pond!!

Father day Sunday and we were just lucky to get two seats at the bar, without reservations! Excellent food, Excellent services! Will be back next time, I am in town for sure!

The service was excellent but the food was cheap. It was obviously using frozen foods and the over flavor and texture were meh at best for the savory dishes. The sweet dishes were okay but it’s hard to make that taste bad when things are smothered in frosting. I’ll likely never bother to come back.

There was a bit of a wait when we got there, but I would say it was definitely worth it. The food and drinks were on point! I am not from the area, but I was traveling from Michigan and would for sure recommend this place! It was also my first meal out to eat, and It set the standards pretty high. Thank you for the good experience!

My fiancé and I had brunch here today and it pretty busy, but we the staff were still super attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We noticed it was taking a while for someone to take our order and our server was super apologetic and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was worth the wait and the portions were generous. We will definitely come back again. Their outside seating is a nice atmosphere.

I typically avoid Biscuits, but it was convenient so I thought I would go for breakfast, and it was just as I remembered it. The service and servers were very good. However, the food is just ok, and the atmosphere is awful. The black ceiling with the cheapest daylight color led lights makes for a very harsh, grim environment. An ICE detention room could learn a few things from here.

Most of the food came out cold and lukewarm. Corned beef hash was extremely dry and bland. Biscuits and gravy was okay. Nothing special. Everything needed more seasoning. Presentation was good, but the taste was disappointing.The staff also looks miserable working here and the food seems to be overpriced for what it is.

Came here two weekends in a row. First time as a family of 3, then came in a group of 5. Both times were on a Saturday and we had brunch here both times. We waited for less than 10 minutes out of the front door both times. Good vibes and parking was easy. The food was good. The presentation was good. The food portion was great and we got leftovers to bring home. Everyone left with a happy belly. The service at the table, however, was below average on both times. I get they were busy, so the wait time on getting our order taken and for the actual food to come out was a lot longer than expected. We also had our order came out wrong today. The buttery croissant was delightful on both visits - as good as we remember from when we visited France a while ago. Overall, would dine here again, though not if we have somewhere we need to be later.

If you’re looking for a breakfast or brunch place, La Provence is a wonderful option. The atmosphere is wonderful, our server Caleyanne was excellent, and the food is fresh and carefully prepared. As a big coffee drinker, I loved the fact Caleyanne kept my coffee refreshed. Our table was given good attention without feeling hovered over, lending to the excellent service provided here. The seasonal French toast my friend has was excellent, the croissants are famously good, and my corned beef hash (with a couple extra eggs) was top notch!

Came here with friends and I have to say, the food was really delicious. It wasn't heavy but still filling. Staff was so nice and made sure we were ok, topped off with water, etc. I would come back again if the chance arises

I used to love this place, but lately there have been some really bad dishes. Yesterday, I ordered my usual Monte Cristo for lunch there and a beef bougenion to take home for dinner. The Monte Cristo was good, but not as good as I have had before. It was shorted on tomatoes and pineapple. The beef bougenion was awful. It was very expensive and when I opened it, it looked more like corned beef hash than beef bougenion. And the beef was dried out and inedible. I really hate when restaurants send crap food as take-out. If I had been served this in the restaurant, I would have sent it back. Although, the service was not great, so maybe not.

Very Prejuduced Condescending looks from hosts/waiter staff. Y They def will try to judge yoyr appearance or shoe brand vs how much acres you own lol. I love my buttery croissants from here though.

First time at Elmer's yesterday. We went in at 12:15pm and there was no waiting time. This place is spacious and looked clean for second, but our table had a big greasy spot. Whoever cleaned the table didn't do it well. There was also a little bit of food debris on the floor. I did not spot any flies though. Our server was a young lady with blond hair named Alana I believe. The other servers looked tired, but she was very friendly and was smiling the whole time. She was even humming while she was walking back and forth. I ordered the German pancake combo, which was good. I've never had a German pancake before. It was more like a crepe. I liked how it wasn't too sweet. It was nice that the plate was warm as well. What we didn't expect was we were able to pay by QR code. Awesomeness.

I ordered the chicken fried steak bowl. The chicken and breading were flavorful and crispy, and the gravy was creamy and tasty. I do wish it had a bit more seasoning overall. The hash browns were hit or miss—one part was perfectly crispy and well-cooked, while the other part was undercooked and mushy. They were also placed upside down in the bowl, which meant all the melted cheese and most of the vegetables ended up at the bottom. Personally, I prefer the cheese on top so I can enjoy it with the chicken.

11/08/2021 When we come here occasionally, I always go for the delicious Slow Roasted Prime Rib in the evenings (since service starts at 4 pm). It's our go-to, thanks to its succulence, tenderness, and rich flavor. The dinner salad is also substantial, providing a satisfying dining experience. 02/19/2024 It's been a while since I've been here, and now they only serve breakfast and lunch. We had German Pancake, Dungeness Crab Salad, and the Hungry Rancher. All the pages of the menu have been condensed into one, it's unfortunate that the Prime Rib has disappeared from the menu...however, offering a variety of choices that include both familiar favorites and new additions. It's now a more curated selection, making it worthwhile to explore. 02/27/2024 We ordered the Denver Omelette and the Florentine Benedict. Unfortunately, both dishes had been left under the counter warmer for too long, resulting in scrawny and hard hash browns. The yolk of the Benedict was also so firm that it didn't flow when broken. Despite the lack of many customers during our visit, we were disappointed that we didn't receive any coffee refills that day.😢

My partner and I came in and we got the German pancake and the stuffed hash browns 😋 the food was amazing! The service was mid... the lady had RBF with us but was smiling with the other customers. Not sure why but the food made up for it 😄

Great Father’s Day treat. Wait was not long. Friendly and clean. Waiter prompt with drinks. Order came out 12 minutes after ordering (3 people in our party). Mind you this was a fully packed restaurant and our food came out this fast! The food was hot and delicious. If you go, we highly recommend the German Pancakes and the Lingonberry Crepes. Wow! Enjoy!!

Nice little place to eat breakfast. Food was ok. Would go back but not necessarily for being great. Just ok. We had the eggs benedict, which were ok. And the chicken fried steak. I had to ask for more gravy because didn't have enough to even cover it. Also, the meat had many uneatable pieces. Orange juice was good.

Karaoke night, always fun to listen to the greatest being belt out by happy pub visitors. Positive atmosphere and great service. Delicious fried pickles and Mac n cheese. Had one drink this time, was just as expected and will definitely be back.

I feel like maybe we went on a bad day since they have a lot of people saying their food is good. That just was not our experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. We ordered some of their BBQ options since it’s in their name it should be good, right? Nope. The brisket was dry, tough and flavorless. The pulled pork was just okay. I think they are scared to use seasoning here because everything else was bland or off. We had classic mac and cheese and buffalo chicken mac and cheese and both had little flavor. The chicken pieces were so tiny, it was almost like it was minced. The smash burger, which was a regular patty and not smashed, was flavorless. The fries were flavorless and not crispy. We got the soft pretzel with cheese and it was also no good. I felt bad because we left so much food behind.

This is the greatest place I’ve been in a long time. Great food, great atmosphere. And the bartenders make sure you are well taken care of. And I add extra for tips thank you.

Stopped in to use my secret red envelope.. Got a free appetizer, Thank you Harris, Great pulled pork sliders, Friendly staff, And large open or tented seating in parking lot. Got two enjoy a little sunshine while enjoying great food.

Demanded tip for sub-par service. Added it on their own afterwards. Never again. Edit after owners response: I’ve tried reaching out and am blocked at every turn. After multiple attempts at resolution, your bar manager gave a patronizing “sorry” over the phone and told me to not come back. Do better, pit stop.

Very disappointing experience. If you're not a regular, expect to be ignored or treated poorly. They seem to resent new customers and will even add a tip to your bill if they feel you didn't leave enough. they charged my card however they pleased. I won’t be returning

I really like this little place! Nice, chill atmosphere with a separate bar and dining area. The food was pretty good..I thought the mac needed some salt but my husband liked it as is and I thought the sliders were delish but my husband wasn't that impressed but he still gobbled it down lol fish was AMAZING so..4 stars for the mixed reviews. Great, strong drink and a quick friendly waitress/bartender..my husband and I will definitely be back to check out the pool tables!

Disappointing experience. My Mushroom burger was dry. The waitress was nice enough to get me mustard & ketchup. The tuna melt ($18) was boring. When going out to eat, I look forward to eating food that is cooked better than I can do, when it is not, I get disappointed. Everything on the menu is overpriced. The old looking ambience is quaint, but what makes the restaurant is the food. There is an automatic tip for a party of five, yet this restaurant is not that big. automatic gratuity is with the assumption that there’s more work for the service staff to serve a group that big. If you like the style of a 50’s diner and don’t give much thought to what you eat, and you don’t mind paying a little more; this is the place for you.

I had the corned beef hash and it wasn’t good at all. My date had the blue moon burger and said it was decent. We plan to go again to try a traditional breakfast so I’m hoping that will be better. Overall the atmosphere was so cool and I loved the oldies they were playing.

Disappointing experience – not worth the price. It was my first day in Oregon, and I stopped by Blue Moon Café. I was surprised by the high prices at first, but even more disappointed by the quality of the food and coffee. The coffee tasted burnt and old, and the eggs with chicken steak were served with a sauce that didn’t go well with the dish at all. Gratuity of 18% was already included in the check, but we were also prompted to add another 18–25% on top, which felt excessive given the overall experience. There are many great places to eat in Oregon — unfortunately, this isn’t one of them. ⸻ Let me know if you’d like to make it a bit softer or stronger in tone.

As others have noted, this is a 50's themed diner and they've done a truly fantastic job of creating that dining atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and the portions are large. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food and are certainly comparable to other breakfast locations in the area. As a final note, I think the chicken fried steak might just be the best in the Beaverton / Aloha area.

Coffee tasted really burnt and bitter, we were sat without silverware and I had to flag down a server for help. The food was good and at the standard that I've had at biscuits before and loved. If I could only tip the cooks I would. Plus the tables didn't feel clean and the menus stuck to the table.

My friends told me theres a place nearby to checkout. Their breakfast menu is gorgeous and delicious especially biscuits and pancakes. What won me over was the waffles with cinnamon flavoring. Phenomenal. We returned a day before heading back home and stopped in for food. I ordered the classic club sandwich, there french fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

The place was basic, the food was mediocre, and I would not give it another shot. The cinnamon roll was more of a Danish, the eggs were dry and service was less than that of a Walmart greeter. The bathroom smelled good but was very dirty.

If I could give our experience a zero star rating, I would. We placed an online order for pickup that was roughly a $100 paid in advance and upon going into the restaurant to pick it up, the server tells us the order was canceled and she has no control over the online orders or giving us a refund since we did NOT receive any food. She then gives us her managers number in which they did not answer the phone. Won't be coming back here again

Food is amazing. I have enjoyed the Joe's Scramble on more than one visit. I have one large complaint. It costs all of $.39 to make a gourmet waffle. Why are you charging $10.00 for a single waffle added to a meal? There is one thing I won't do again and that's pay $10.00 for a single waffle with my meal. You can be more realistic than that. Even with inflation, this is off the chart. Thank you for the quality food. Reply to the reply: I'm sure it's probably gone up by 20 cents since I left my review, but it still isn't justifiable even with time and labor to add a waffle for ten dollars. I can get two amazing waffles at a Jamba juice for 5 bucks as a stand alone item. I buy frozen restaurant waffles in a case for $16.00. Please let your management know. I'm interested to hear their reply.

Like so many restaurants, this place is gone downhill tremendously since covid. One thing I would expect from Biscuits Cafe is the biscuits to be warm and fresh and it was hard as a rock. Very disappointing. Portions are much smaller.

Normally This one was our favorite place to eat breakfast but today our server ali was rude with us we didn’t ask for free breakfast we come to eat and pay but I don’t know why she wasn’t nice to us she did offer coffe she look so mad to us onesly we never come back again here

Waitress was nice and great but once my food came out, I was disappointed. I wanted something quick and fast so I went with the quesadilla… it looked like a 5 year old made it with mom’s help… they also forgot the salsa that’s mentioned in the description so I had to ask for it.

Right off the bat, walking in, I really wasn't sure where the place was open or not because less than half the lights were on and all the shades were drawn. There were maybe 6 other people in the restaurant, all seated in one area, not including the 2 waiting to be seated before my son and I. We had a 10 minute wait before we were seated in the same side room as most everyone else in the restaurant. The atmosphere was cold(literally and figuratively), dead, and dark. It was, like, really dark in the building. The vibes were giving they were closing soon or the building was about to be shuttered for good. The waitress seemed nice but she rushed me like she had a full building waiting for her to take their orders, and she misunderstood when I tried to ask if they offered mac and cheese as a side, as in a la carte. She kept saying she was going to have to charge for another full kids meal so I finally just let her gather the menus and walk off because I didn't really want to be there anymore anyway. When the food came, it looked sad. Literally, my son's happy face pancake looked like 😐... my pablano burrito was mostly cheese and hashbrown, and the fries were lukewarm. Everything was cheap but the experience was not great. I definitely won't be returning to this place in the future.

Food was good. Floor under the table had lots of syrup on it very sticky and bathroom was really smelly one sink busted. Kids shoes and my own got syrup all over them by just sitting at the table. They never cleaned up after last family. It was enough to make me not want to eat the food.

I haven’t looked at the food yet. Tried to order on computer and wouldn’t work so tried to call in an order of one build your own omelette and it was too confusing for her. Went inside to order as I am at the hotel next door and I need food right away. I ordered a large ice tea. He brought me a small one for the same price and acted irritated that I wanted the large I ordered. Tried to get ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper for my eggs. Was able to get some ketchup. If you’re sending eggs out to us need salt and pepper packets. I’m afraid to look at the food at this point I bet it’s awful. I don’t know why I came here. Just cause a place is close to your hotel doesn’t mean you should subject yourself to their BA and throw away a bunch of money for a bad experience

Lots of staff behind the counter standing around. Nobody greeting us. 15 minutes to be seated. Only one waitress serving anyone. Then we sit for 10 minutes with menus. Coffee is another long wait. Food came fast when someone finally took our order. Manager needs to be replaced. This is our last time here.

Ok. Not great. I ordered an omelet, substituted 3 pancakes for 1 slice of French toast. Told it was no problem. Then the bill arrived, with a $3 charge for one slice of FT.

Today marks the fourth time in a few months that I've received an item entirely different from what I ordered- in fact, the one I did get tastes like they didn't even complete all the steps of *making* the drink. I truly want to like Dutch Bros, and on the right day the coffee and quality of service is great, but this location has a serious problem with consistency. Didn't help that the employee taking my order STARED me down while I entered my tip. Like, relax, I'm going to leave you a 20% tip, just please, give me the nearly $10 coffee that I actually ordered next time.

Employees are always happy. Drinks are so yummy, and always warm me up as the cool fall weather arrives. I often grab an extra to take home and heat up the next day as well! They reheat really well - at least my white chocolate chai latte does! Would love to see more muffins and breads offered (pumpkin, zucchini, banana, etc) like they had before Covid.

Good coffee and great service. They have a lot of breakfast options like sandwiches and pastries. Ample of sitting space available and can be a good place to hangout with bunch of friends for coffee. I liked the view on the backside of the store…you get to see the lak with ducks swimming around 😃they also have a smoking free patio where you can enjoy the view

Great location, great hang out coffee shop on the beautiful lake at Progress Ridge shopping center. Coffee, food and setting great. The problem with the facility is that while the employees congregate behind the counter to socialize, many tables are dirty. They may want to clean around the edges a bit too. If the setting were "cleaned" up a bit, I would hit the 5 star on Atmosphere.

While for a simple latte I stop at Starbucks, for this coffee shop I drove 4 miles to get a good quality latte like in the pictures they have posted. The coffee so bland and tasteless that I just threw it outside their shop. They did see that… you want people to come back , at least put the shots required for the serving size. Disappointment…

Unfortunately although the baristas are good, we had multiple issues on a couple of occasions we visited this place. The outside tables are always dirty, rusty, and not organized. The espresso drinks are very low quality and don’t taste good at all. For the food and drink prices you expect a much better quality but every time we come we end up leaving disappointed. The cafe has amazing location but unfortunately because of these issues we end up picking the alternatives close-by. Very unfortunate of how this place is run and not managed well.

You’d think for $50 2 medium coffee’s and 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches the bagel would at least taste good. the bagel was hard as the Smithsonian rock. Seriously 16 dollars for 1 bagel sandwhich, the size of a footlong philly cheesesteak at jersey mikes and it tastes like patrick stars house.

Einstein Bros. Bagels, What's a great experience. I was passing by the area when I saw the advertisement on one of the windows of the shop and decided to stop in to get a bite to eat. It was early in the morning, so I got the breakfast brisket with one egg which was ($7.99). They also sell a variety of coffee drinks there. There was a small line when I got there and they had plenty of options. So It gave me time to think about what I was going to order. The brisket was great and had plenty of flavor to it. The jalapeno bagel gives a little kick of spice to it. If you're not a fan of spicy things you can always trade out bagels, that is an option. Overall, would recommend customer service was great.

I got the avocado toast on cheese hash brown bagel and it was amazing! I also got the lemonade and that was great too. I recommend this for people who want a good and simple breakfast.

It was ok. Breakfast bagle had no flavor I had to add seasoning. My sons avocado toast was burnt. Their Mocha was overpriced for what you get, it tasted watered down. I haven't gone in years and the quality has changed. Everything cane in a bag we had to eat off our wrappers at the table. It's more like a fast food experience with high prices. Overall not the place I'd go to next time I want to treat my kids. The pictures look good but to flavor in the food. Went there again. Got the avocado egg white bagle. It was ok

Ordered all nighter with one slice of cheese on the regular cheesy bagel that it comes with and they gave me this nonsense. Was already going back-and-forth with myself to come here just to receive the wrong freaking order. How disappointing completely ruined my breakfast because it says it's supposed to have bacon on it but it has Canadian bacon or ham or whatever the hell this is.

Pretty solid espresso at this location. Not as many options near the mall so they have a nice area to support. Decent pastries that range from outright donuts (brilliant) to croissants and scones. Would love to rate higher but nothing was organic.

Everyone here is very nice and the atmosphere is very cute and hipster (the wall mounted bicycle was our favorite). The drink we ordered was yummy, they went out of their way to make it the "Starbucks way" which was appreciated. The only issue here was that there isn't anything savory on the menu available to someone who doesn't eat pork. I would be happy to see breakfast options that are a little more inclusive for vegetarians and those with religious reasons to not eat pork.

I came visiting this place and I wanted to find some good coffee in Portland. I searched and came across this place and read that it was new but also read some good reviews and thought that me and my girlfriend would check it out. I was not sure what I wanted so I asked one of the barista's that worked there and he suggested turmeric late with oat milk and a shot of espresso. This was a great suggestion. Almost tasted like a chai but it did not have any spice to it. But it was silky smooth. I would definitely recommend this. We also ordered the Unusual Sandwich. I got it without the cheese and it was fantastic. The apple pear butter was amazing and I would order it in a heartbeat again. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The service was exceptional and it had a great ambiance to it.

I use cappuccinos as a test when I got to a new coffee shop because there's more ways to mess one up than not. The baristas here nailed it! It was very rich, the espresso in it was strong but had a lot of flavor, yet it was smooth at the same time. Perfection. The parking is easy, and the service is alright. I'll definitely be coming back!

What a great experience we had. In from out of state, we happened upon this local coffee stop. What a find! We were greeted by a joyful, enthusiastic barista. His Portland vibe and love of community is infectious. I’d be a regular, did I not live thousands of miles away. My traditional macchiato was perfection: smooth and full of punch. Their coffee offerings include a variety of local roasters, continually changing. Baked goods include some yummy gluten free options along with standard, wheat-based delights. We also came away with a house brand of kombucha: pomegranate rose. Such a clever flavor; how could you not?

I just happened upon this little coffee shop. Quaint shop with a small assortment of pastries to choose from to pair with your coffee. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They also have a local artist paintings for sale; always a nice touch to see small businesses helping looking artists.

This little gem of a coffee shop is located in a strip mall that doesn't look like much from the outside. But once you step in, you immediately can feel the love of good coffee and chill vibes. It was a bit crowded around 1pm on a Sunday, but that probably speaks more about the loyalty of its customers. Will be back. 230312 update: went back today, coffee was still great and the environment was still nice.

Apparently they have been open since '97 and I'm just now trying them. I can see why they have been in business for so long. Food was good. Service was phenomenal. I do feel like $5 for a muffin is kinda steep. I would get a breakfast sandwich again though. Definitely give this place a try. I love supporting small businesses.

When a customer asked why they were burning down their store cause of burning smell when she walked in, an employee responded “just burning a bagel”. Turns out that burning bagel was mine and she just covered in cream cheese and sent me out the door. A waste of $7 and no breakfast cause nobody cared about their job today.

I’m not at all surprised to see this little bagel cafe be rated so high- This place is great!!! Been coming here for years now and the service has always been exceptional. I love it here the service is prompt and friendly without the disingenuous engagements for extra tips- the staff are simply wonderful., AND deserve the tips- great job ladies. Aside from this the food is great, bagels sooooo fresh and an excellent variety. Don’t forget the double chocolate muffin. 🙌

Bagels were decent, the food/ingredients in it were not the best. Egg was soggy and flavorless. The blueberry muffins were fresh and good which is why I gave it three stars. Had I not tasted the muffin it would have been one star.

They have a variety of bagels and toppings. I personally love their everything bagel with Bacon, egg, cheese. My parents love their lunch bagels! They do a GOOD thick amount of cream cheese. The muffins they have are available in mini & big sizes with unique flavors and always fresh. They have tubs of cream cheese available to buy- I’d recommend the cinnamon honey! The ladies working are always so helpful and sweet! Last time I went I had a super awesome conversation with one of them about fantasy books. Store is always clean whenever we visit. Inside and outside seating available.

We placed an order on Monday, not knowing they were closed, and were charged for the order that we weren’t able to pick up. The employee that I talked to over the phone to resolve this was extremely rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend not doing business with these people. The bagels and muffins are mediocre at best and terribly overpriced. This was a convenience stop for us. The Starbucks next door has excellent service on the other hand!

It is a nice and cozy place to meet up with someone for coffee. There are some choices in pastries to choose from. I bought a small loaf of bread for my kids and had them slice it. There are many breakfast and lunch options to choose from. My husband loves their sandwiches and I always get a cup of soup. Today they had 6 soup options to choose from. Looks like a nice quiet place to study , there were several people there with their laptops. I like the iced coffee free refills. Overall the food there has never disappointed me and the items on their menu are consistently good.

I was looking for a bread bowl over at the Hillsboro location they didn’t have any and staff wasn’t as friendly came to this one staff was very friendly called before hand my call was answered quickly Andrew at check out was very nice and helpful was able to do what I asked for and made sure everything was good with me I really appreciated him!⭐️

They have a good variety of sandwiches, soups, baguettes, salads, amongst other things. We choose two entrees under their 'Pick 2' offer where you can get two half size entrees for a bundle price. I had the creamy Tomato soup with the Green goddess Caprese melt (baguette sandwich); you get to also choose a snack from chips or apple or bread. Both of my entrees was really good and I'd definitely order it again.

Food was good. Basic and fresh and fast. It was expensive for me. I paid $15 for half a sandwich, small Mac and cheese, 1/4 bread and a soda. Service was good and people were friendly.

Happened to search for waffle places on maps and found this place! The chicken was very crispy and tender. We got a buffalo sandwich and chicken on waffle. Both the dishes were tasty and very heavy. It’s a best place for brunch if you are craving fried chicken😍buffalo sandwich could not hold the chicken it it but was overall tasty..surprisingly they had amazing coffee- Cappuccino too! Do visit this place for brunch!

The waffles have never failed me and I've been coming for about 6 years. The mimosas are delicious as well. The Mac & cheese balls was what was a bit bland. It tastes like just 1 cheese, there was no cheese pull. The cheese balls are the only thing I'd recommend on skipping, def not worth the $8. Everything else was good.

I’m honestly hard to please, but Batter Up completely won me over. I ordered the chicken and waffles with macaroni balls—everything was fresh, not frozen, and cooked to perfection. The chicken was crisp and juicy, the waffle had great texture, and those mac balls were golden, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can taste the care they put into every dish. I wish I’d found this place years ago. Even though they’re moving farther from me, I’ll still make the drive—the food is that good.

It was AMAZING as always! The Pumpkin Spice and Lemon Blueberry waffles were delicious. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. I brought more new friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

And it's also right off a bus line so it is easily accessible. We went during a busy hour, don't do it. It can take maybe 15 minutes for food to get out to you. We love the waffles in this restaurant the best. They are always freshly baked, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We had the seasonal limited edition pumpkin waffle, and the chicken waffle. The chicken is always freshly fried and tender. I like it the best among all chicken waffles I have ever had.

I’m a drive thru kinda girl so this was our first time eating at a Chick-fil-A and it was a great experience. Very clean, service was excellent as always - they had fresh flowers on each table, which was such a cute touch! The manager came over and gave us a free lemonade because there was an extra from another order. There’s a little indoor area for kids to play… overall really nice location!

For quite a long time, this was our closest Chick-Fil-A! And, it's fantastic! The location is convenient, with ample parking. The restaurant is always very clean. And, the team members are friendly and helpful. It's almost always busy, at all hours of the day, while service is prompt and accurate. Now that we have a Chick-Fil-A closer to home, we might not eat here as much. But, we'll always be happy to return when we're in the area.

Me and my husband went through the drive-through at Chick-fil-A and the lady over the intercom taking your order was so rude and had this nasty attitude for no reason and I was being nice so she either had a crappy day or she just hates her job. My husband literally said this was not the Chick-fil-A experience that we are used to, she didn’t even say “my pleasure.” And I even remember a couple months ago I came here and they were doing an interview inside and the lady was always talking about saying “my pleasure.” So they need to work on their management. Wish I could give service zero stars. At least food is good.

Better than average run of the mill Burger King experience. Wasn't over the top, but nowhere near my worst BK experience, either. So yeah, all in all, satisfied my hunger without feeling disgusted with myself, so yeah I would recommend this location for a quick bite. 👍

Half the time I go there it's a normal fast food experience, the other half it's a nightmare. I've gotten many orders messed up with missing items or even completely wrong items instead of the ones I ordered. There is at least one associate that is always very rude and dismissive when dealing with customers. Another doesn't seem to understand English, which is totally fine but they put them on the drive thru way too often. There is at least 2 amazing employees there that always go above and beyond what they are paid for and are delightful to interact with. It's really a 50/50 whether you get a good experience or bad one here.

This burger King was a good place to stop for a couple of burgers and a drink to go. I went inside so I could stretch my legs down diving. Very clean dining area as in spotless. The staff I encountered were very friendly and professional. My order was ready in about 7 minutes. Fresh, hot and tasty. I don't get to Beaverton often as I live in Gresham. But if I'm back this way and am in need of a quick hamburger fix, I know where I can go. Thank you and keep up the good work folks! ✌️💚🙂

They should rename Burgerking, "Honey, we shrunk the food." Or maybe, "All our burgers are now impossible" "small." Don't go here unless you have a lot of money or a small appetite. Food, what there is of it, still taste like Burgerking. Service is great, as usual.

Joey is the nicest and most well spoken employee I have ever had at this location. Super polite over the speaker and at the window I can tell he has great customer service skills. First bite I bit into something like ground up bone in the burger patty. Then again in the third bite. I guess I have to eat here at least once a year to remind myself why I dont eat here regularly. Too bad there isn't a Five guys or Burgerville on this block cause I would gladly pay double for quality food. Unfortunately, I have to sometimes stop in this parking lot for lunch breaks.

The employees here are really nice but sometimes aren't the most efficient. I've had issues with this place taking a while without very good communication, even when it did not appear to be as busy. The food is fairly consistent for Taco Bell standards, sometimes a bit greasier than usual. I do think that the inside is relatively clean, especially for a fast food restaurant, which I appreciate.

Who the hell is putting nacho cheese in the cups? I ordered an extra side of nacho cheese and they give me 1/100 of the cup filled. What an absolute joke. Whoever does this all the time is slow.

Night shift orders are wrong 90% of the time but I keep ordering because it's the only place open and they SOMETIMES refund part of the order when they miss things. (See picture for crunchwrap supreme missing beef)

I got a nachos bell grande with extra cheese and sour cream and the people working at 4 AM on Tuesday morning absolutely killed it! Gave me exactly what I wanted!

Few fast food restaurants are open late, and I work the overnight shift at a local manufacturing facility. The staff at Taco Bell on Cedar Hills Boulevard in Beaverton are consistently welcoming whenever I visit. Allen and Ray D. are my two favorite. They are both courteous, professional, and always deliver what I order, and the food is about as good as fast food gets, aside from the fantastic service. I’ll definitely be back soon.

It was very hard to order. They were focused on the drive thru. It was too expensive. I asked how to order an item and they didn't know. The employee was very nice and working hard. Again, it's too hard to order. Just shut down the counter.

I tried the online app for the first time but what I didn’t expect was the extra charred bagel. I was able to pick up my order with little to no issues but maybe I should have inspected my bagel

First time trying Einstein Bros Bagels. Went in around 9 am on a Friday morning and there was a steady stream of customers coming in and going out. That didn't deter the employees. When you come in, you order your food on the right hand side of the counter. You then move to the left and pay. I found that interesting. I ordered an Apple Cinnamon Bagel with plain shmear and a large cold brew. The bagel was fabulous and the cream cheese shmear was very generous. The apple cinnamon topping was just right, not too sweet. The cold brew was a little bit bitter, but, that counter acted the topping and cream cheese. My order was ready within minutes and I ate in the restaurant. I wasn't asked if I was dining in or if it was to go and my bagel was in a "to go" bag, it would have been nice to have a little plate to eat off of, but, I made do. Employees were friendly and quick. I won't hesitate to come again and try maybe a bagel next time.

Sometimes, you just need a bagel sandwich to satisfy the morning hunger. I placed an order online for pickup, which was a good thing as they were pretty busy when I went to pick up my chorizo sunrise bagel sandwich. The jalepeno cheddar bagel was a good choice of bagel to use. The chorizo had decent flavor, and the shmear that came with it went well together.

I don't know i think it was pretty pricy. The food not bad. The bagel was really good I got a jalapeno cheddar bagel. Ohh and the lemonade was amazing.

Not worth delivery service. We’ve only ordered here twice and both times we’ve received just ONE bagel in our delivery bag. No receipt or order on the bag. Just our name with sharpie. No way to call the store, puts you on a recording loop. Uber eats refunded us for what’s missing but we are at a loss with the delivery fee and tip to driver. So $20 for a single cold bagel on my doorstep. We’ll cut it up into smaller rations to share, I guess. Lmao.

I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwhich with 2 eggs on door dash and received 0 eggs on it. I then went back in and they corrected it quickly, however when i checked the eggs they were an odd grey color on the bottom and disgusting. Something is wrong with this location

The staff made my drink wrong, the bagel was fine but the menu is super heavy. So I ended up just getting a bagle with cream cheese. I wanted more of a breakfast sandwich. I also was in a hurry so I didn't notice the drink was wrong till after I left. Next I go I'll be sure to give myself more time.

Fast service at 10am, but fail on size of coffee. Ordred Large got a Medium iced coffee, it's on the cup and receipt.

I ordered a couple double cheeseburgers and they were cold and the cheese was not melted (and no it wasn’t sitting on the counter I grabbed it as soon as it was done). I told the shift manager and he said that’s just how the cheese is and said he can’t do anything about it. He didn’t seem interested in making it right at all. Shortly afterwards the owner noticed that I was taking photos of the food and that I didn’t look happy. He went up to me to see what’s wrong and after showing him the food he promptly apologized and said he’ll remake them with the cheese melted. The first 2 pictures are the original burgers, the last 2 are the ones they remade which is how it should have been. The owner is the only reason I didn’t give 1 star. Had the shift manager simply did something, anything, to make it better rather than brush me off and blame it on the cheese, I would have given 5 stars. But the interaction really soured my impression of this location.

Just went through the drive thru, not only was I rushed through my order, when I was watching the screen because things were being rung up wrong I tried to correct him and he’s like ‘well I heard this’ and then tries to fix it but I was still charged for something I wasn’t supposed to be charged for. Then we get home and I open my daughter’s happy meal and there’s no burger patty on it. The guy taking my order had such an attitude and if he would have taken the time to actually listen to me and not rush me through then less mistakes would happen. Really need better energy here and understanding. Mistakes happen and that’s okay but this was totally avoidable.

Went in fro just 1 breakfast sandwich took 17mins they take care of drive thru and door dash or uber eats before inhouse customers. My coworker ordered 2 sandwiches 4 hashbrowns oj and it took 23mins. I got my 1 sandwich which both orders was to go and I ate my sandwich and was there waiting for him and his meal really the total in-house customers was 5. 1 lady showed up gave order and all the other 5 people was shocked that her food and drink came out before all of our meals. The cashier knew the lady so it was giving her way better treatment then we all received

Went through the drive thru and this is how many fries I got.

The inside and outside of the restaurant were full of trash. The trash cans were overflowing with trash all over the top and the floor, with trash being left on tables because it was impossible to pile any more onto the garbage cans. Long wait for food and left before my order was ready after seeing the condition of the lobby and an employee preparing food in the kitchen touching their hair in between each order.

I went to this location like an hour ago the exact time that is on my receipt is 3:15pm Sunday 09/01/2024 I order TWO pies one apple and the other pumpkin along with a burger fries and a frappe. I asked the person at the intercom for my pies to be fresh since the last time I came both of my pies were very old like 8 hours old when I went there that time it was 10pm and the pies said like 2pm I explained this and there was no sorry or nothing about that experience. But anyways back to today they told me it would take 12 minutes for the pies to be cooked I said that was fine and I was really expecting them to take about 15 minutes. When I made it to the window they said they were already dropped which it was then 3:18pm I pulled to the next window to wait on my pies as I had already received the rest of my order but the two pies which was Apple and Pumpkin. I waited until 3:45pm and that when I had enough of waiting as it’s been 28 minutes since was told they were in the oven and 30 minutes since the order was placed. I go in to tell them I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and was told 12 and the lady with short brown hair whom looked to be caucasian and was maybe 5’3 looked kinda young but maybe in her 30s told me there was 40 seconds left I said how because it’s been 28 minutes since they have been dropped and then she said well I don’t know how you’ve been waiting 30 minutes if the oven has 40 seconds left and then walked away she then took another 4 minutes to get the pies together, which I knew I should have checked but didn’t until I made it home they were both pumpkin pies and I tried one which it looked burnt and most definitely tasted burnt. Will never return here again.

Edit* 10/26/22 The service is still bad, and the food is mediocre. Also the app needs to stop having limits on how many and how often you can use a deal. This McDonald's is like any other McDonald's. The service is what you'd expect, and the food is like any other one. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years now, and have seen all the various changes internally, externally, and even traffic adjustments. One thing to note though, is that They tend to be over busy and understaffed at all the exact opposite times than usual. Like I've gone at 2am, and they will have 12 cars in the drive thru. I've been there on Black Friday morning, and they have orders taking 30+minutes... That's not to say that this one is bad, simply hard to anticipate. I've gone and ordered $20 of food at 7pm (middle of the dinner rush) and there isn't a slow down at all. Also the men's room tends to be in better shape here, than many other McDonald's. So take that for it's worth. There isn't all that much seating in the lobby, but I'm sure most of their business is now done through the drive thru anyways. I'd recommend this if you're craving some, and don't want any other number of food option that are 1-2 blocks right down the road from them.

Imagine being a DoorDasher very thirsty picking up an order and ordering a soda. Get to the payment window with your money out and get told that it's comped wow how generous thank you. Get to the order window and some woman starts yelling at you that you didn't pay for your drink and they treat you like you're trying to steal the DoorDash order. I suggest dashers avoid this place

the whole time they were being rude and laughing at us while taking our order. every person talked to 3-4 were completely disrespectful and didn’t care for any customer service. tried to extra charge us for changing our meal.

Went with my husband in the drive thru, ordered online, gave them our code and waited 30 minutes, waste of gas, time, and money. They couldn't figure out our order, apparently it wasn't in the system. This is why we hate fast food in general. Never coming back to this one. They even handed us the wrong order and asked for it back which is a health code violation.

Horrible attitudes, orders wrong all the time, they file people quickly through their system to help their times but get everything wrong or move you to the front and make you wait there forever and give you cold food. When you point out that you didn’t receive what you ordered they’re in a poor attitude even when I have a receipt saying what I should be getting and that it’s not in the bag. Worst McDonald’s location. Needs new management. When I call to ask what is going on or that they made a mistake they’re never helpful and frequently hang up on you.

The fries were super fresh and my drinks cold. The bathroom was cleaner than usual and the dining area was clean

My wife and I ordered Water and McChickens, and the water not only had a yellow off setting appearance, which we thought might be the reflection of the yellow on the cup, (It’s not) it also tasted offsetting. The sandwiches usually never disappoint, but the water was very off putting.

I would never stop here again, especially for fries. It took so long just to get one order of fries and one orange juice. Fries were made in very old oil and some pieces were cold and soft. Probably the worst fries I’ve ever had in McDonald’s.

The store is good! . I ordered a hash brown and a chocolate chip cookie, and the service was super fast. They even have a special play area for kids. The crispy chicken sandwich was average

I visit this McDonald’s every day with my kid, and Manager Nereida always makes our experience wonderful. She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. It’s clear she truly cares about the customers and her team. Thank you, Nereida, for always making our visits enjoyable — you make this location feel like part of our daily routine!

This is a typical McDonalds and the food quality is no different from other McDonalds. I had a bad experience when I stoped by for a quick noon burger. I and other customers waited about twenty minutes for our orders to be delivered, others who came after me started receiving their meals before me. Not a big deal, I wasn’t in a hurry. I waited another ten minutes before asking the counter person for a status on my order. She told me that they didn’t have the order in their system even though I had the receipt. I asked to verify and out of frustration, she just gathered the items on my receipt and half heartedly threw my meal on the counter. When I inspected the contents of the bag, I noticed items missing. With a lot of huffing and puffing, she reluctantly completed my order. 35 minutes in total with a near empty restaurant. After placing the order, I did notice two of the employees shuffling their feet and walking around in a daze. The first thought that came to me was drugs. I really hope I am wrong. In the future I will avoid this McDonalds.

The employees here are working very hard, but they're consistently understaffed. It doesn't help that ketchup and drinks are all behind the counter now. If you come here to dine in be ready to watch cars in the drive thru get priority for 15-20 minutes while you wait. I feel bad for the staff, they seem genuinely pleasant and polite but the dine in customer is clearly an afterthought.

Everytime I go to this place they don't have the frozen coke ready or there's a problem with the machine. This happens per much everytime I come to the window to get my food. Yesterday I had to talk to the Manager and let her know cause it happens all the time and her response was "you should ask if we have the frozen coke or not before you order" This was not handled well or satisfactory in any way. She really didn't care about my complaint and kinda brushed me off

It is a Jack in the Box. By far not my worst fast food experience but definitely not a great one. The service was excellent. I guess I am just not a fan of the food. Something about it just made me feel icky the rest of the day. An identical feeling to the last time I had Jack in the Box. The location itself is easily accessible. Just a hop on and off HWY 26.

Awesome service. When my client in a wheelchair wanted to spend $1 for an antenna ball they gave him one for free. Would recommend this place to anyone, especially caregivers and the people they support.

Pulled up at 6 am alone, supposed to be 24 hrs but no one came over the intercom. After 5 mins pulled to the window and can see someone in the kitchen area hiding. Car pulled up behind me and got the same treatment. Reading through the reviews this seems to be a common practice here. Not sure if the owner cares. Both of us ended up just driving away.

Placed an order with the app and one of the items was out of stock and I did not receive a substitute. I was told to request refund online. I submitted a request for refund and a week later, I have still not received a response.

There was zero wait in the drive thru line at this particular jack in the box, 3:26 pm on Friday 7/9/21. This was the only item ordered (bacon cheddar potato wedges), and somehow still managed to do us dirty like this. Imagine ordering nachos and they hand you a plate full of dry chips with a sad squirt of cheese underneath said pile. Someone should have really caught this before handing it out the window, to be fair we're going to absolutely check the food before leaving the parking lot from now on.

My bf and myself got food poisoning from this location, we started puking about 10 hours after eating this. As a manager of a business, please teach your employees proper food safety and handling!

Placed a mobile order to use points, to get cookies around 10pm, guy at drive through took the points and then told me there were no cookies, that he could give us cini minis but we had to pay for them (even though he took the points from the mobile order and refused to give them back) I stated he had to return the points if he wasn’t going to honor my mobile order. He said no he didn’t, and that the points only get used if you make a minimum purchase. After a circular argument about the points, I drive to the window and asked for his manager, he walked away and brought back ciniminis and practically threw them at me while stating I have to make a minimum purchase to use points, and still used my points.

I never leave reviews let alone bad ones. But I have never had anyone be as rude as the guy in the drive-thru was to me on 6-21@12:30 There's no reason an employee should ever laugh at a customer for asking for pricing. He was very obviously and purposely being rude and looking at all the other reviews this obviously isn't the first time. Maybe the people who are rude to customers shouldn't have a job there

The drive threw speakers are so far away from the menu you cannot speak to the employees and read what is on the screen at the same time. Certain parts of the day, the sun reflects back on the screen and blinds you. The employees are always impatient (I assume because they are dealing with this all of the time) when taking your order. This should have been fixed years ago

This Burger King is a bit tricky to find the entrance to, and the drive-thru line is confusing as it wrapped around the restaurant. My food was ready in a timely manner and tasted okay. The restaurant on the inside looks a bit out dated.

Burger King What's a great eating experience. The place was nice and clean, and there weren't that many people dining inside. I got a medium number 1 which is a whopper with cheese, medium fries, and a drink ( Price $13.53). I also got a side of onion rings (price $3.69). Overall, would recommend coming here and getting a bite to eat.

The Hispanic guy working the drive-thru right now (7/12 at 6:30 PM) is completely incompetent and shouldn’t be handling the drive-thru. We placed a mobile order and went through like normal, waiting in line just to get to the window and be told we had to pull around and go inside to get our food. My husband went in, and the guy was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying, “Next time you need to check in at the speaker.” My husband told him multiple times that we did check in, but he just kept repeating the same thing. When my husband tried to ask a question, the guy just stared at him and walked away. Completely unprofessional.

It's within the Safeway. I have a 25 dollar gift card I need to use up so I went and got myself a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino! Straight iced fire!! Went with the venti, which is slightly larger but only 40ish cents more.

Extremely rude for no reason. The blond girl with glasses on shift today at 5:40pm was so rude. While taking my order she assume the size I was getting and started writing on it. When I asked what sizes my drinks came in she all of them and rolled her eyes. At that point I just canceled my order because I wasn't gonna deal with her terrible attitude.

I had a couple of things to ring up, and the worker was free. She purposefully lied, and said she couldn't ring me up unless I was buying a drink from her. Why would I help keep someone employed when they lie to my face.

I was running late for work but still needed my morning hot tea. So I had to stop at Safeway. While there I decided to go ahead and get tea at Starbucks. I noticed they do not have anything close to the tea I drink so I just ordered a large hot water. The short loud, obviously in charge gave me a sigh look then grabbed my double cup. Instead of putting hot water in the cup she put a pitcher under the hot water and turned it on, put her back to it turned towards the training person and continued to rant about giving out water and how they cannot just give there cups away. She ranted about if they order more than one or multiple cups of water to only give them the smallest cups because they just can’t give all of their large cups away. By this time her pitcher was half full and the trainee addressed me that she would be right with me. Then the rude loud mouthed lead person said” I already have her. Then finally gave me my hot water. I proceeded to ask how much was it because she continued to give me a ride look while saying “there’s your water”. I then for the second time I asked for the total to pay. Then she proceeded very rudely to shake her head basically saying that it was free. I responded back with “ I didn’t know it was free. I had my wallet out to pay the entire time. I believe that she made her trainee feel very uncomfortable. This is not how you train, more less treat first time guest because I was going to get a lemon cake slice. Unfortunately, instead of asking me if I wanted anything else she began ranting about my hot water order. There is know way I was going to spend my money when someone is being extremely loud and rude. Lost sale!!!!! I’m a guest service expert, so if you need I could certainly train your trainers how to greet and serve professionally! I won’t be back. Uncalled for situation! I’m very disappointed in Starbucks today 😕

This is the worst place to get coffee in the morning. Went in during a time I knew that they would be busy and there were 5 people ahead of me and that would have been fine except there was only one person working meaning that the person taking your order was also the person making your order and after waiting in line for 15 minutes only one person had been helped. Left without getting anything and went to one of the many other places to get coffee that are within 2 miles from here. Won't be going back.

I went in like I always do, had to wait a while for her to get done cleaning and labeling and what not.... fine, I’m patient. She was rude, I told her I didn’t like foam and she pushed it to me didn’t say a word and it’s half foam! Seriously nearly half of my venti drink is gone by the time I’ve taken it to my car and I haven’t even had one drink out of it. Make it wrong, let me wait..... whatever I’ll still be back. But she was so rude. I won’t be back while she’s working.

Worst customer service I've had at any starbucks. I ordered a grande vanilla cold brew. I received a tall iced vanilla coffee. When I asked why it didn't have vanilla foam I was rudely told "that's not what you ordered" actually it was and instead of being concerned that I was paying for something I didn't order I was just rudely asked how did I want to pay. I had a gift card on my phone and gave it to her to scan and after trying 2x simply she said it's not working and I've never scanned one of these before. Guess what, not my problem. I've never had a problem before at any other location. I owed 5 cents after she finally figured out how to scan my code. I gave her a 5.00 bill and she clearly didn't have change so I just told her to give me the 4.00. I'd had enough at this point. I thew the coffee in the trash because it wasn't what I wanted and for some reason the ice was half melted when it was handed to me. I also waited way too long for only 1 car in front of me who only ordered 1 iced drink. I only stopped at that location because it was convenient with a drive thru and I had a gift card. There are too many other places in this area to get a way better coffee and way better customer service for the staff to be rude.

The people working here had such nice energy and curtesy with the customers. That's the only reason I'm posting a review 😊 Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere, but I enjoyed being there to prep my class and tried their summer drink, which was super fun!

The person named Jen, that was the name they gave me, she took the order and was extremely unprofessional. My little daughter is learning how to order and the lady was so aggressive that she started yelling at a little girl telling her to hurry up. She wouldn't let me talk so we could order. We couldn't even order everything we wanted. Very bad service, an extremely unpleasant experience. It took them more than 10 minutes to give me information on where I could call because they knew what this person had done. Very bad service. I definitely do not recommend this place, very bad service, I hope this helps them to do something about it.

I'm not one to write bad reviews very often, but the service today was something else. I was asked for the first time in years if I wanted an extra shot, which historically meant it was on the house, which is what I understood by how she asked and didn't give me a total until I got to the window. She then charged me for it and I let her know kindly that misunderstood thinking it was on the house and I was ok without it. She rolled her eyes and gave me a look which I did not expect. I stayed kind and clarified why I misunderstood despite the fact she should've clarified that and she sarcastically told me "its a sales thing called an upsell, lots of businesses do it" then shut the window in my face. I understand people can have bad days, but there's no excuse for that kind of treatment, especially when it was a simple misunderstanding that was on her to have disclosed. I tried to make a complaint over the phone as to not humiliate her and address it professionally but they said that all their managers are on leave for the next week. Someone needs to properly supervise this location. No excuse for that kind of treatment.

I love this location especially since it’s close by where I live. They have excellent customer service! Very organized and clean always! I got a hot matcha latte with 6 pumps of vanilla syrup and it tasted ahhhmazing!!! I also bought a breakfast sandwich with bacon, cheese, n egg and oh my god, it was super mouth watering! Would definitely get again. I got a gorgeous Starbucks mug there today, I must say it’s sooo dazzling! I couldn’t resist and bought it, but I am holding myself back from buying all their cute tumblr cups! Gahaha!!! Smells great like a strong coffee smell when you walk inside.

The coffee from the espresso machine has a burnt flavor, which makes it un enjoyable, even by adding sugar and creamer.

My first visit to this Starbucks was a great experience! The baristas were welcoming. The cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax. Consistent drinks all the way.

I would rate the interior of this location as one of the most attractive Starbucks restaurants I have ever been in. Rich wood grain colours in the tables and walls, brick accenting the menu boards, and luxurious leather backed chairs around very generously-sized tables. On to the visit: all good. Was here bright and early (6 AM) on an autumn time-change morning, parked only 50 ft from the entry, received a pleasant greeting when I walked in, and had my coffee barely 5 minutes later. Baristas friendly, overall an excellent rating for this Beaverton OR Starbucks.

I could go on forever about how awesome each staff member is. Gina, especially, is the reason I’m writing this review. By far the best starbucks location in the PNW…!! The location itself is snug, super clean inside, super welcoming.. my drinks here are always exquisite and consistently delicious.. shoutout to the starbucks team here.. constantly making my mornings RIGHT.!

A short jaunt from our sons house we have visited this Dutch Bros many times. Our grandkids love to plant the Dutch Bros seed in Grandma's head on every visit. It has become a tradition for us. Choices are only limited to your imagination. They have a variety of coffee drinks, both hot and cold. You can even get them blended like a shake. They have lemonade drinks and energy drinks. They have sugary drinks, drinks without sugar and drinks with sugar free syrups. Customer service is always friendly and engaging. The young work here and all we have met possess huge personalities. No shrinking violet's work at Dutch Bro's. Drinks are outstanding and therefore the tradition continues.

The worse Dutch to go to because they’re rude when asking for certain things and has an attitude. When we order a double blended drink to be double blended it’s not made correctly. Their drink is watery and it’s not the same as other Dutch locations. It’s sad because this location use to be so good but all the good people left. We throw away the drinks because it’s not what we’re are used to. The locations in Hillsboro OR and the Tigard by Walgreens is the best by far. We will not be coming back as of today.

Definitely busy like they all are, but they took orders super fast and did there best to acknowledge people as they showed up with I think matters a lot. They service was fairly quick given how busy they were.

All locations are friendly. However, excessive talking does slow down the process. Like how they take orders while you are in line. Raised prices July 1st assume it was because minimum wage went up, but I thought they paid higher than minimum wage

I love the coffee here and used to visit everyday. However, since a disrespectful employee made comments about me having road rage after I expressed how upset I was because the person in front of me in line recklessly passed me in a school zone and put children’s lives at risk I will not be returning.

Barissista could not make a Snickerdoodle freeze. 2 times and still not correct. They seem to talk amongst themselves instead of getting orders correct.

So, not only did we have a great time in Chick-fil-A but, upon leaving my two year-old saw a truck with a crane coming into the parking lot. He was beyond excited and waving. As the driver got out, I told him somebody thinks you are the coolest… He said hey buddy wanna see inside my truck? Walked us over to the truck asked if he could hold him picked him up and let him honk the horn. He’s only two but I’m pretty sure he’ll never forget this! I think Chick-fil-A has the nicest customers as well. Thanks for making our day hoping somehow you see this..

I usually have great experiences at Chick-fil-A, but this visit was a letdown. My chicken sandwich came out cold, which is really unusual for them since the food is normally fresh and hot. The staff were polite and the service was quick, but the quality just wasn't what I've come to expect. Hopefully it was just an off day, because this location is usually much better.

Went for breakfast only one car in front of me. Person taking order was very slow. By time I was done 4 mobile orders jumped in front of me. Ordered yogurt parfait with cookie and spicy biscuit. Received yogurt with granola and biscuit and spicy chicken were warm. I handed the warm sandwich back and asked for a fresh one. Pulled over and parked to wait. Only to have the manager come out to tell me “in the future….. we cook everything every 3 minutes” well I waited in line 10 minutes and the sandwich wasn’t fresh he continued to argue yes it was. Well the new one was definitely hot to touch when unwrapped the other wasn’t. Very disgusting for a manager to argue with paying customer just fix the order and move on. Not coming back here!

Lemonade with whipping cream is one of the best drink there. All there food was great. If you eat any chicken item in their menu, you will know the difference from other fast food chains. Parking at this location is so spacious. Only thing observed was no enough additional supplies that chick - fil- A are famous with, we’re not available although it was only 8 Pm.

I had gone in for my breakfast and one of the workers Jessica was rude to me when handing the food to me and asking what my order was (my order was a mobile order). She would only act nice when other workers would come near by. She asked what sauces I had asked for and told her and she gave me other sauces that I didn't even ask for, my order was wrong which I'm guessing she did it on purpose and I just didn't want to go back and waste my time. I l live in Woodburn and this was the first time I come to a chik fil a down in Beaverton but never again I'll just stick to my usual spot.

Food is great as usual but my family and I are finding that the reputation for good customer service is a hit or miss nowadays. Not sure if they are short staffed at Cedar Hills location but many of the employees act like they don’t want to be there or they’re unhappy which is reflecting on poor customer service.

This Starbucks location is fantastic. They're open as early as 5am every day, which means I can go in after work so I don't have to wait half an hour or longer for my train home. Especially good on cold mornings. I usually get breakfast here on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

We had just left a different location with a coffee that was not good but too far to go back; so we stopped by to buy a different one. Isaac (the barista) offered great advice on how we can better order in the future, had a remake made for free (which was delicious). Not only did they provide outstanding service and help, but had a great personality and really made our day so much happier. If you see this Isaac, thank you for being such a positive force!

I am fairly confident I was a regular who tipped decently but still my orders were made incorrectly plenty of times. I have reason to suspect it was intentional. I told them it is hot inside so they increased the temperature even more. That is how loyal customers are treated here if they are not local. Some baristas never smile. Go someplace else where there are non-judgmental people.

Can't take my dog for his pup cup anymore cause he isn't a service animal, so won't be spending my money at this location. He loved going to Petco and coming in, but no more. Staff seemed to always be happy and loving he would stay in my hands and never cause any issues.

After waiting 30 minutes for our coffee, we asked what the hold-up was? Well they did make our coffee in a timely fashion, yet there was a communication breakdown in letting us know. The lady that we inquired our query as to the long wait responded, "I was wondering why you guys were just hanging out here?" ...Yes we were hanging out with no coffee in our hands... They got our order wrong as it was. But they gave us fresh coffee with and extra hot chocolate for the kid.

I ordered two falafel pockets, and they sent two chicken pockets. I am a vegetarian, I don't understand how the two could've been mixed up. That sucks, because I really liked the staff here too.

Waited for almost 10 minutes for my mobile order waiting by the counter- no one greeted me or anything. I noticed no one was working on any drinks and I asked the barista if they got my mobile order and showed her my phone. She said they didn't get the sticker and cheerfully made my coffee, but I wish someone had checked in on me instead of letting me stand there to waste my time.

Service is fine, but the remodel did this store a real disservice. Significantly cut down on the amount of seating, got rid of the comfy chairs and replaced them with an empty space and some cabinets. Even if we accept the concept, it really feels poorly considered. Used to be much more "cozy"... Hopefully they try something different next time!

I had an early morning online order. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by 5+ employees all standing behind the counter, who had recently knocked out a big amount of online orders including mine. My spirits were lifted and they gave me a great start to my day. Thank you to this awesome crew who are so positive and happy! Keep it up!

It wasn't crowded when we went in at roughly 4pm. After a long day at work and a long list of todos still to do, it was a perfect place at the perfect time.. The staff was fast and friendly. Nice to see how clean and organized the store is. The texture and flavor of the drink was perfectly made. Keep up the great work and attitude.

Staff very friendly and welcoming but may need re-training on some drinks! Reminders of which espresso-forward drinks come with an extra shot, such as flat whites and shaken espressos. Also where “half sweet” is an option on POS.

This is our local Starbucks still. Been a regular here since 2012. The remodel in 2020 is excellent. I like to work from this shop or just be on a date with my wife. I will say, the bathrooms always smell pleasant... Before and after the remodel! Hey... It matters!

It makes me happy that Starbucks doesn’t discriminate against the LBGQT community. However, I wish they would also not discriminate against the handicapped community. We walked in and notices the handicap table was occupied by non-handicap people. My friend is obviously handicapped, and the designated table makes it easier for me to feed him/pour his coffee. The people sitting at the handicapped table were from corporate Starbucks, or at least district management. We used to come to this location a lot, but it seems like its now too big of a deal to give proper handicap seating. We will be going back to the other surrounding locations that serve all types of people, unlike this location. Also, aren’t business meetings done in offices? (Pic is blurry, but i am referring to table near front door. All occupants are on their laptops, and employees said goodbye on their way out)

They do not know how to mak a drink properly. I had order a triple blonde vanilla latte, and they did not add the vanilla. Twice. They tried to remake it but forgot the vanilla again.

I ordered a hot coffee this morning and 20 minutes later the lid started cracking on its own?? I looked down during my drive to work and it looked like the lid was splintering. The next time I tried to pick up my coffee, the whole lid broke and coffee spilled everywhere! And just to be crystal clear, the coffee itself was good, the staff were wonderful when I ordered, but if you don't bring your own cup to pour your drink into, it looks like going here might not be worth it!

Have always had a good experience at Coffee Rush which justifies the$7 price tag for my coffee. But today the employee was not listening and it was apparent. Wanted extra ice so upsizing the cup for extra ice which she didn’t do. No chocolate bite on the coffee which she didn’t explain would be missing. Mixed up the half caf and decaf which I will find out in a few minutes if she guessed right. Overall very poor customer service and makes me sad that this has changed my feelings about this place. Will resort to making my coffee at home.

Absolutely loved this place, a quick pit stop on the long drive. The coffee was strong and exactly how I needed it to be. They have quick bites too. The staff were amazing. They adjusted sizes and flavors for us as needed. Very friendly behavior even when they’re busy I got order in time and didn’t felt rushed at all. Will definitely go back anytime I’m in the area.

I love Coffee Rush. I have been away 6 and a half years, and in all that time, I never found a Mocha coffee drink I liked. None compares to what Coffee Rush makes. That first sip, I felt like I had died and gone to heaven!!! My husband gets regular coffee, and it was done with just the right amount of cream and Splenda! Give this drive thru a try. I bet you won't be disappointed !!!

I've been buying my coffee from the Rush for a very long time, and they have been and alwsys are so frickin INCREDIBLY! Shawna is always concerned about my life, and following the loss of my wife been stepping up and offering encouragement when we greet one another! ⁷

I did not realize that this place was not open before five so I just showed up and the lady was kind enough to serve 20 minutes early before they open up. I meant to get her name, but I forgot. Whoever was there this morning, thank you so much and great service! She deserves a raise!

Tried to explain to the girl with black hair,bob haircut,that my credit card sometimes takes couple swipes until it works,but she cut me off while talking saying "nope it's declined",if she would listen to the customer instead of being so rude. Then the other girl working there just walked off like she couldn't care less. I'm not coming back.

I just stopped by this place and it’s amazing! The pastries were so tempting I bought two and got a caramel hazelnut latte. The staff were friendly and prompt. There were a tables inside and outside to sit. Run, don’t walk to this shop and enjoy pastry and coffee

This place is an absolute hidden gem. We've been twice and they always have a great variety of items, that change seasonally!! I love the chocolate twist because it's like the best version of a chocolate croissant. The cookies are massive. The girl who has been working both times is lovely and charming, offered to warm things up and is super personable. We haven't stayed there to eat but it's really cute inside. A perfect hidden away morning stop with tons of options - they have sandwiches and coffee too.

I ordered a hungry caterpillar themed cake and sugar cookies for my daughters’ baby shower. I cried when I saw how beautiful it all looked. Better than I expected. I am so grateful for the care you took. It made the day that much better. We will definitely order from Bamford again. 😊

My son ordered some items from here online and raved about them so we went in person. The cardamom roll is his favorite and he loves it. I ordered the Marion Berry gluten-free scone and it was not good at all. The texture was off and the flavor was very bland. I bake and my amateur opinion is to add some lemon zest to brighten the flavor. I might even drizzle with a lemon glaze. 🍋 The lady was very nice and friendly. I will choose a different gluten-free pastry next time. 4 stars because all the pastries my son got were fabulous.

If you are in the area, you NEED to stop by here for a coffee and treat!! I work directly across the street from Bamford and visit the coffee shop every Friday for a coffee and pastry. EVERYTHING I have tried from here has been beyond incredible! This morning I tried their new strawberry danish... oh my goodness, SO delicious! Their coffee is great quality and they make their coffee syrups in house which just elevates their coffee even more. Not to mention the service is always incredible and the staff is always so kind. HIGHLY highly recommend!!

Stopped in today because I was curious about their new grand opening sign. The gal working was very friendly, and the espresso drinks had great pricing. I liked that they had alternative dairy options and there were delicious-looking baked goods and desserts. I’m looking forward to coming back to sit by the little fireplace and enjoy a bite to eat.

Self order kiosk was extremely slow and glitchy. Big Mac was made wrong.....2 buns back to back on top instead of in-between patties. Getting ketchup was a whole mission and ended up getting 4 tiny packets to split between 2 happy meals and 2 large fries ....

The Diet Coke here is not like other McDonald’s. The formulation is wrong….. more syrup than usual and the fizz was barely there. The McDonald’s in northwest industrial is the best. This one sucks!

I eat here fairly regularly and my experiences have been consistent. I almost always dine in. The food quality is always high. All of my complaints are related to fast food retail trends. Service is not that great; it's hard to flag someone down if you want to pay cash or get the bathroom code or if there's a mistake in my order (only twice in a dozen visits. The dining room is claustrophobically small; again that's the trend in newer or remodeled stores. Too bad for us folk who just want to sit and read while eating breakfast. I prefer a bigger, better staffed location when it's a good option.

Very disappointing experience. A customer ahead of me went through the drive-thru, paid for sauce with his nuggets, but wasn’t given the sauce. He had to go inside just to get what he already paid for—completely defeating the purpose of using the drive-thru. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager insisted he needed to pay again. As for my order, I bought a chocolate sundae and asked for peanuts—twice. The person helping me said "okay" both times, but when I got it, there was barely any chocolate and no peanuts. When I asked for more chocolate, the manager said, “That’s all we give.” The service was awful. The manager seems more focused on nickel-and-diming customers than delivering basic courtesy. If they need that extra 25 cents so badly, they can keep it. I won’t be back.

I wish I could give a 0 the worst service in the drive through! The woman basically threw my food at me with her phone out in her other hand! Wouldn’t even look at us so we could ask for catchup! The manger comes over with a huge hickey on the neck and tells me to pull forward to wait and they all laughed as I told them the se is I was getting! I asked is that health policy to be on your phone when you are handling food they laughed and shut the window. I will never go back to this one and will tell everyone I know the same!!

My milk was sour. The counter staff didn't care. They offered me a refund or a more expensive drink which they expected me to pay for. Where I come from you are expected to make it right with the customer not invalidate their experience by making them feel stupid.

They took my order and payment online and refused to honor it when I came to pick it up or give me a substitution. When I explained it was already paid for they shut the drive thru window and ignored me. Their customer service is absolutely deplorable!!!

I got the gluten free BLT this evening, and it was so good! No extra charge for the GF option either. Can't wait to go back and try different sandwiches.

I'm so impressed with Smaaken in Hawthorne Asylum! I was providing brunch for an office with a variety of dietary restrictions, and Smaaken had something for everyone. Plus an amazing variety of both sweet and savory waffles. I placed a large order (14 sandwiches total!) for a meeting, and Ari whipped them up lickety-split. The meeting attendees said the sandwiches were delicious, and I'm so grateful for the fast and friendly service.

This place is located in Hawthorne Asylum food trucks hub. I had the Chicken BLT sandwhich, which also had Sriracha aioli on it that was such a great touch that worked well with the sweet waffle and wasnt greasy. Got an order of small waffle fries with chipotle ranch and those were good, I also had the hibiscus tea with some lemonade and that was sorta bland but the service, atmosphere and the food were great. This place just never disappoints! Came back and everything was fabulous.

Please stop by for an experience with the "Waffle Whisperer!" I frequent this spot when I visit Portland because of the great food and friendly people. I recommend the Tabor and the waffle fries with chipotle sauce on the side. Vegan and vegetarian friendly options are available. Don't forget the maple butter, also.

Food was okay tasting but very sad looking. I expected the sandwiches to be thicker from other pictures but ours looked like they had little in them. Honestly, not worth the price.

Smaake is located in the Hawthorne region downtown inside of a walled off community of food vendors. The atmosphere here is. Very welcoming and inclusive, though can get crowded based on location and the great experience. The food is a pretty creative take on comfort breakfast foods and standard American fare. Due to it's popularity it can take a little longer for your food to be prepared, but it's well worth the wait. I would use this time to explore what else the food court has to offer or just hang by the available fire pits. There is some construction going on due to expansion inside the court, but it shouldn't interfere with your meal too much. Because this is located downtown, parking can be at a premium so plan accordingly. I recommend public transportation, or biking if possible.

We had an in store experience for my mother in law’s birthday. The service was great and so were the tea, salad, fruits, sandwiches and sweets! It was worth the money. Thank you and we hope to go back! ❤️

What a wonderful tea shop. The Chai is out-of-this-world good! The staff and owner are warm, friendly and always willing to make a recommendation! Love having such a lovely shop right here in Beaverton! I'm a customer for life!

Such a fantastic and cozy place for tea. They have tea and chocolates, they’re pretty wonderful I thought! My favorite tea of theirs are lavender fog and the matcha latte. They make their matcha latte on the sweet side just so you know. If you don’t like it sweet just tell them. The seating area is my favorite, the chairs are so comfy.. I love it!

Sat and drank a lemongrass ginger tea while reading. The chairs are comfy, the energy was friendly and wonderful. I didn’t try any chocolates but they looked good. I love that some of their profits are donated!

Incredibly dirty restaurant. Counter not staffed, couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get restroom Code only to find out it’s printed on the door 🤦🏻‍♀️ not a single clean table and bench, and we were only ones in restaurant. Drink station and. Bathroom we’re disgusting and dirty. Employees were rude and legit having a food fight in the back. Not the best Taco Bell experience - would not recommend

The food looked horrible I've seen piles of dog poop that looked nicer. it look like they threw whatever on the food the girls in the drive-thru were laughing and playing around she handed me a drink that was leaking all over the cup and then hands me a napkin and says sorry all jokingly after I'm wiping it all the soda off before placing it in the cupholder. When I get home and open everything I called him to complain about my experience and the young kid that answered the phone hung up on me I called back again and they didn't answer so I left a message I hope the manager here's the message and they don't end up deleting it because you know how kids are these days they want to hide stuff under the rug. I will call to make sure they got my message in the morning.

Visited on 08/08/2025, place was littered wit trash as all the trash cans were overflowing with trash, even the salsa and cutlery counter littered with trash, had 5 employees so not short staffed and only 6 of us in dining room and not busy drive thru, food quality poor Posting pics as proof also with my order ticket

I waited in line in the drive thru for 25 minutes, get to the order screen and am told they are only accepting door dash pickup. Then I have to sit in the line just to get out for another 20 minutes. Unbelievable. Almost an hour later and now I have to go find something to eat somewhere else.

We took the whole family here for the first time in a long time. Boy, were we disappointed. First, the dining room was an absolute wreck. There were ZERO clean tables. The drink area was covered in sticky soda mess, with straw wrappers and used sauce packets everywhere. My daughter actually stopped and cleaned the mess up for them. I don't know how long it had been since they had swept the lobby. Then, I tried to use the bathroom. It wasn't as bad as I expected after viewing the lobby (but it wasn't clean either), but the vomit smell in the bathroom was so overwhelming I nearly vomited myself. When you looked back at the area where they made tacos, there was food all over the counters and floors, as if they hadn't used a broom or a wet rag all shift. When our food came, all I could think was, "if this is the condition of the store, how is the food going to be?" The drinks strongly tasted of some kind of cleaning agent. My wife couldn't eat her Mexican pizza as the she said it tasted "off", and most of the rest of the food had wilted dark lettuce, was lukewarm, and just didn't taste good. Rather than complain and try to get our $30 back, we just resolved never to step foot in this foul Taco Bell again.

Showed up at 1220am on a Friday night/Saturday morning - hold up and the girl working said we’re only taking DoorDash orders very rudely and said it was on a sign Outside which was no where to be found. Store says open until 3 am - don’t believe it

So we went in and we asked for two drinks we asked person who was taking order how much drizzle we can put as a topping and then they adi basically as much as u want and then I asked for 1/3 of the cup they barely put 2-3 scoops then I drove up to park to go to the window 10:01 it was open the window then once they saw us parked they closed the window I just wanted the extra topping drizzle on the size then they opened door saying they closed I let em know they was just here and they said they already put 5 scoops in each which clearly isn’t true white teen girl July 3 9:59Pm time

Got the Golden Eagle drink which tasted good but i tasted something gritty. I opened my lid to see if it was maybe sugar or coffee grounds but i noticed a spot on one of my ice cubes. I will not be back.

I honestly don't know why I come back here. Went to get my mom's regular coffee and decided to get myself something today. The order was made wrong and tasted like watered down chocolate milk. So I circled back in the drive thru and asked if they could give me something else, and toss the drink that was made wrong. The lady made a stink about it saying they can't do it because I already drank off it, but would make an exception this one time. Makes no sense, if you go to any other coffee shop and take a sip to make sure it's right, and it's not, they take the drink back and remake it without making you feel embarrassed for even asking. A bunch of young teenagers and young adults with no skills on how to actually deal with customers or how to make decent coffee. And what do you know, the second coffee I ordered is wrong too. I won't even waste my time going back because the people there made me feel embarrassed the first time and I already am not the type to ask, if I get something made wrong I usually just suck it up. But it was so bad. Disappointed yet again.

This place never disappoints! Everyone is so friendly and happy! The coffee superb! New to town and they were helpful with navigating to my next stop on the list until I got the hang of my new navi system which was malfunctioning! No worries. They got me. And I'm so much better caffeinated! Thanks to these beautiful people! My favorite location for sure!🩷

Busy place, it make a variety of wonderful drinks. I wish they didn't have to play their music so loud. 9 out of 10, they have very good service.

The service is wonderful EXCEPT they don't really move along the line well. Example: they will go down the line to take orders but won't encourage or tell customers to pull forward and allow others to pull up or even move. It's in a very small space and the line quickly blocks the parking lot exits and streets even if it fills up fast.

Love this crew! Everyone here is fast, friendly, efficient and always seems to be having a good time. If I could make any improvements it would be to build a Hotwheels style curly ramp thing for the line; cause it does need to be at least 50% longer than it is now. And if you can afford jet packs for the team they would probably LOVE that!!! Oh and #1 drink of all time is the Cocomo!

That's funny how employees doing live videos while working .. Where are the managers of this place? Are guys were able to watch the videos? Be careful people!!, never complain if they mess with your order, this place made me experience the worst time of my life, it happened a few days ago when I order 2 Sandos and I had one missing I have to return and let them know my order was wrong. The employee simply just put GARBAGE Inside my food I ended up sick 🤢, I tried to contact the Manager but I was only able to talk to Ismael Vildozola he said we going to contact you and I just wait several days for nothing, then I Contact Northwest Group Inc I explained my issue they took notes Jeff send a text message asking what happened, I explained to him and that was it, He never back, I tried to sue them but just because I didn't died or ended in the hospital 🏥 I can't proceed, The piece of garbage that they put inside my sandwich had Horrible quimical test, I was unable to eat for around 4 days I'll request the video right away at the next day unsuccessful so we can open a Investigation because beside trying to get a monetary compensation, I would've liked that the Oregon State Health Department would've taken their license to be able to serve food to that employee who did this purposely.

Be careful when ordering in the drive thru window and don't complain if you got ur order wrong. These people will put garbage in your food if you complain about your order. When I was in I had the worst experience in my life and I've been to a lot of places. Complained that my order was wrong thru the drive thru and had to come back so they can fix the mistake but to my surprise instead of helping fix the issue they made it worse by putting a nasty 🤢 and dirty used napkin in my food. Disgusting food and nasty service worst of all the fast food places. None of the managers care even after I put my complaint they said someone will reach out and it's been more then a month and nothing to this day , This is not fair please do your job right.

I've rediscovered Jack in the Box after years of going to other restaurants. I love the quality of their food and usually the employees are always nice. So after the 3rd mistake I told myself I'd contact someone. So 4th issue with this one woman in the drive thru and here I am. I'm prefacing this with that I am always nice to the employees and they are always nice to me. The issues started with this same woman in the drive-thru. It's always the same woman it started with that I asked her if I could get extra pickles at the window. There was no that's 25 cents or 50 cents she simply told me they were out of pickles, as I ate my burger that had pickles on it. And she only gave me half of my sauces. Every time thereafter, she would give me half of my sauces, and if I ordered a burger it would be messed up. So the next two times that I ordered food and the sauces were not all there and my order was messed up I promised the fourth time I was going to complain. I'm not sure what I did to this woman but this fourth time once again I got half my sauces and my burger was completely the opposite of what I asked for in the app. I understand that she does not cook the food so whether she does this directly or indirectly I don't know. I used my rewards to get this burger and I also got some fries. It was disgusting. I asked for no ketchup plus mustard extra mayonnaise and I paid for grilled onions. This burger was drenched in ketchup and that's it. Coincidence that my orders always messed up when she's working quite possible, but I doubt it. When anyone else is working my food is perfect. I feel very strongly about anyone messing with my food. Even if it means just mixing up the ingredients and leaving stuff out of my order. So thanks to this woman which I have a feeling is a supervisor. I'm not going there anymore because I don't want my food messed with. By the way all of my orders are always ordered ahead of time in the app. Again I must say my orders always right when it's anybody other than her . They are always Pleasant even she's not really nasty or anything. But she certainly isn't as nice as the other people So knock on wood that she's not doing this to other people that she doesn't like for whatever reason.

Every time I place a delivery order from you, the order arrives incomplete. The staff at this location truly aren't doing their job properly, which indicates poor management. You've been like this for many years, not just recently.

It took so long I literally left with no food. Every time I think I should give Jack in the Box a break and Trust them, something like this happens. Update: this is the second time I have left with no food because of the incredible delays in service

Had to repeat my order 13 times. Kid at drive thru was high af. Next visit. Got a mint shake that was not mixed just mouthwash at the bottom of a vanilla shake. Still slow af at noon. Forgot half my order. Update: 10:00am ordered 3 bfast plates online. Waited to make sure they're done. Pull thru drive thru and get handed 1 plate. Explain it's 3 plates. Pause for 2 minutes while they look at the order. Then have to wait in parking lot for other 2 to be made. 5 minutes later got all my food.

The ultimate breakfast sandwich was good and the hash browns were tasty, crispy and hot. $10.49 seemed like a lot to pay for the amount of food I got (the combo), though I forgot to check the app first for deals. I don't go to these places that much anymore, but I feel like they were a way better deal before 2020 back when I did.

The place looked empty except for one car ahead of me in the drive thru, but it still took 15 minutes to get a single cold, dry burger that tasted like tofu. The cashier tried to hand me the order for the car behind me and when I told her what I had mobile ordered, she fussed and started trying to ring up a new order and complaining about it in Spanish to the cook. I don't think they even wanted customers because it was an hour after sunset and when I told the cashier that the drive thru menu signs were not lit, she said that she hadn't had time to turn it on. I will not go back to this place.

I normally don’t leave reviews, unless I get a really crappy experience. (Or amazing one) For instance, today I came here to get some breakfast. The lady that was taking my order over the speaker was rushing me, and made me feel like I needed to hurry up. I noticed as I was driving away my order was not correct on the screen so when I got up to the window, I reiterated what I wanted to make sure everything was correct. The lady at the window couldn’t even understand me at all and hardly was able to communicate with me. So the girl in the back that was cooking or whatever had to come over to the window. Added on another hash brown to my order, but then still only gave me three hashbrowns. So I went back through the drive-through and I explained that I was still missing a hash brown, even though I paid for it. When I pulled up to the window, they handed me silver Ray and napkins. I told him I needed my fourth hash brown. She rudely said to me “I gave you four “I said no you gave me three in my churros. She rolled her eyes, walked away, went and grabbed a hash brown and handed it to me. Super frustrating. I understand not everybody has good days, but if you’re going to work in Customer Service, you need to learn to have proper customer service. I was very nice. I felt bad and kept apologizing because I didn’t want to be an inconvenience, however, I was treated with disrespect. I know what it’s like to work on Customer Service, but I also would never treat people the way I was just treated.

Good food, love the onion rings and curly fries. I usually swing by in the evening or late night at the drive-thru, and have never had a problem (well, they might have been out of onion rings one time, but if that's the worst you can say about a place, it can't be that bad, right?). Seriously though, easy place to go for late-night burger/fries/rings cravings. In fact, I'm having one right now! ;)

I went there a few hours ago and grabbed a burger with fries. I was really hungry, so I dug in. Unfortunately, I'm feeling pretty sick now and not doing well. The owner and manager of this location you need to talk to your employees to make a fresh food that sandwich was sitting for hours also talk to them about wearing gloves I saw the employee put the fries with bare hands Seriously!! Avoid this location at all cost if you care about your health.

I come here once a week and get the same order every time. 2 Jr chicken sandwiches. The employees who work here are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. A young Hispanic guy and girl in particular. They put the sauces I like in my bag without me having to ask. A small feat that goes a long way in my book. I feel terrible for not remembering their names but Jack in the Box is a better place for having them.
