The 10 best breakfast and brunch in Sandwich

This was the cutest place. We just happened on it leaving the Cape Cod area. The omelette was super fresh and flavorful and my husband had the lobster grilled cheese which was very good. Sometimes seafood sandwiches taste too "fishy" but not the case here. Service was good and all were very helpful. Bakery items looked good but we were too full to try any. Be prepared to spend a bit more on breakfast but we expected that. Loved it!!!

The food and service was very good. Sandwiches are fresh and healthy ingredients. Do not skip desserts, I had a toffee cookie and it was amazing. It got real busy around 12:15 and it was raining. We were lucky to get a seat. They have a little outdoor seating for nice days.

When looking for a place to eat lunch in Sandwich, we came across this place. When we walked in, it was bustling, and we could tell it was going to be good! We ordered food at the counter and then it’s delivered to you by calling out your name when ready. They had gluten free bread available for any sandwich. Both of our sandwiches were delicious. They came served with Cape Cod chips.

We went back here three times on vacation. Perfect for breakfast, no complaints. The staff are nice, and have a good system for seating you. i only disliked my food once and that was personal preference as I don't like greek yogurt. They have a small selection of desserts. We had cookies and muffins and they were delicious. I liked the breakfast platter with all the options, and both the french toast and pancakes were good. The breakfast sandwiches were also great. I think the highlight for me was the baked goods, the blueberry muffin was so full of blueberries and steamed as you broke it open. They have good drink options, and the food was really nice. Indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of shade. I would go again- a fourth time.

It was okay. Have had much better Cobb salads. Great portion but didn't like the quality of the chicken breast and bacon. The lines could be arranged better as takeout orders, sit in orders and bathroom queue can all get mixed up sometimes. It was very busy though so the other stuff on the menu might be good

What a beautiful cafe for all the senses! Lovely woodworking inside and the most amazing chocolate chip toffee cookie I've ever had. The Vermonter sandwich was delicious. Coffee was rich and dreamy. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

When you visit Sandwich, Ma., you must have a breakfast at Cafe’ Chew. The sandwiches of any type are huge and most of all made fresh. Coffee is delicious and atmosphere is delightful. Got to watch a morning crew of ROMEO - retired old men eating out at a table next to us. You have to try the Apple Bomb. Pastries made fresh each day

OMG breakfast! We tried four different entrees. Everything is fresh and tasty. A must breakfast place if you are in Plymouth!

This is a little gem of a breakfast place we discovered this year!The food is great and portions are very generous. Great value for what you get. Waitresses are fast on their feet, and the cooks crank out the meals quickly. We did not have breakfast but we did eat wings and they were delicious. We got a nice chocolate brownie with ice cream at the end and it was delicious! Only Request - We would request this place to serve breakfast items all day long! Travelers like us miss the mornings in commute and would love to try it in the afternoons! Kids would specially!

Marshland is a great local casual spot for a nice home cooked meal. We had not been here in some time, since it can get super busy in the summer. But this time of year there is no long line to get in, so we only waited a short time for a booth. The lunch counter had plenty of seating but we were in the mood for a booth. I ordered the meatloaf plate and my hubby got the Schrod. Food arrived promptly and was nice and hit and fresh. The meatloaf was a super generous portion. So much I took half home. It was great and served with a yummy mushroom gravy, which I requested be served in the side. But the highlights of the meal - for me - were the absolutely fresh and perfectly cooked green beans and mashed potatoes! As good as you can get! My hubby said his schrod was very good, but not one of the best he has had on the Cape. He, too, loved the sides and ate all the rest of the gravy, pronouncing it “addictive!” We cleaned our plates for sure. Service was fast and very friendly and there is a great on-site bakery too. A must visit in the Sandwich area!

Great old school breakfast spot. Menu has everything you need to start the day, including coffee that flows quickly. The lobster Benedict was solid. Plenty of big chunks of meat, with perfectly poached eggs and buttered English muffin. Home fries crisp. Wish I knew about this place years ago.

We lucked out and got counter top seats for 3 right as we walked in. Others waited for booth space. Coffee was really good as was the service. Clam Chowder was excellent and I finally tried a cold lobster roll. It was good. The bun was amazing, fries amazing. Every time I try lobster I always wonder what the big deal is? But that’s just me. So expensive and I guess I just prefer fish but the portion was generous and I ate most of it. Everyone was happy with their meals. Coffee was very good and the baked goods looked wonderful but was too full from the lobster roll to have any.

Nice diner style eatery with plenty of parking, good service, and very good food. The omelets are fluffy and large. Actually enough to share. I had one with corned beef hash and American cheese. It was very good. Great coffee as well! We went there twice during our three day visit to Sandwich.

The accessible entrance is around back, and everyone was very friendly. It did take maybe 20 min for my egg wrap to come, and there was very little flavor to it (I added a lot of a salt), but the hibiscus, kiwi, strawberry Harney and sons tea was phenomenal!!! Super super busy! There is parking around back, but it is one way, so a bit tenuous. Well decorated!

A quaint little sandwich shop with friendly service and good food. There is limited seating but takeout available. Sandwiches and salads were tasty and well made and quick to come out. Prices were reasonable given the portions. A great place for lunch in the area.

Everything here is delicious. We went once to buy a birthday cake and kept going back for baked goods, lunch, and coffee. The only negative is limited parking and them being super busy. I'm happy to see small businesses busy, though. I'll never complain if I can't get a seat! Super nice staff too.

We stopped here randomly & we were SO happy that we did! Their coffee was delicious, but their quiche was absolutely amazing! The staff was kind & we got our food & drinks quickly. If you are ever coming through this area, I would highly recommend!

Beth's Bakery and Cafe is lovely! They have many delicious drinks, sandwiches, and pastries to choose from. I am gluten free and ordered a few GF pastries which sadly were frozen and not my favorite. However, all of our sandwiches and drinks were delicious! We will be back!

Food-lunch menu pricey for what it is you'll have to decide on your own, quality quantity vs price. $14 salads small with sliced turkey deli meat,my bad it did mention it on the menu. A nice piece of bread to accompany the salad would have made it a little more special. Baked goods are good / really good

What an awesome breakfast spot. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Definitely try the coconut muffin and espresso Americano. There is outside seating and they are pet friendly.

First time at this cozy, comfy place with so much ambience and appeal! The staff were friendly, happy that we came in, ordered chicken on Ciabatta rolls, one with pasta salad, the other with chips. The server was a student, very efficient and we can recommend this spot as GREAT for breakfast and lunch!

Totally bland California chicken roll up. Very fresh ingredients-lots of spinach. Minimal chicken, cheddar cheese, and avocado. Very nice staff, clean place. Maybe they could add an herb? Increase the chicken cheese or avocado? My husband loved his chicken club.

Cafe Riverview is simply the best! The employees are always so kind and welcoming every time I come in. I’m absolutely addicted to their BLTs — they’re fresh, crispy, and perfectly made every single time. The food is always amazing, and the service makes you feel right at home. This place never disappoints!

Perfect little spot for breakfast and an amazing coffee selection. Staff was friendly, and we opted to eat outside on the patio. It was perfect weather and the perfect chill spot to start our morning, and eat some yummy food.

I had a lovely brunch with a client today. The service was flawless and friendly. Food was tasty and served hot. I had a salad with tuna and had a special request for no onions. The tuna salad was great. My client had scrambled eggs and homefries. She enjoyed them very much. The price for two breakfasts with two beverages was 40.00 before tip. A great spot on historic 6 A

I checked out of the motel down the street and came here for brunch at 11 am on a Saturday. The service was VERY fast. I ordered two pancakes and got them in less than 5 minutes. They were hot and tasty, and I liked that they use authentic maple syrup instead of the pancake syrup they use everywhere else. Prices were a little steep but nothing too crazy. I’d definitely eat here again.

Easy breakfast on our way off the Cape! This place was great. Sunday morning, 10am, dining room almost full, and kitchen was hopping. We got a table quick and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Corned beef hash is fresh and not like the greasy hash you’ve had before. Burrito fresh and not loaded down with cheese. These guys churn the tables and make great food. Why stand on line for an hour for a donut when you have this?

Small, mom and pop restaurants are always my favorite. The 6A Cafe didn’t disappoint. We were in and out of this restaurant in just over 30 minutes during the lunch rush…talk about speedy service. All of our food had good flavor.

Just stopped here to have brunch with friends who live nearby. All the food was really good! We got French toast, pancakes, eggs Benedict, corned beef hash. Every item was delicious and generously portioned. The wait staff was accurate and attentive. It was a little cramped, just be aware of that.

This place is a hidden gem in sandwich, massachusetts. Chef Wally cooks some delicious food. Today my girl had a breakfast burrito with home fries. I had a fruit parfait. The fruit and yogurt were very fresh and sweet. If I could give 6 stars I would. Come see Chef Walter and his crew and you won't regret it.

Quick service and good French toast and pancakes. $10 for 2x pancake is a bit expensive.

This place has been historically one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to as far as order accuracy and getting your order on time but I feel like I’m the past month or so it’s been doing really well. Seems to coincide with when the new kid that works mornings and makes the food on the end of the line started and that old, cracked out lady hasn’t been there. I know it seems crazy to know this so intimately but I go every morning and it pretty much affects how my whole morning goes, especially when my order was like 10-15 minutes late some days after ordering ahead 10-15 minutes.

Today, I got to see Andrew Savary, giving his all at a very busy time, Dunkins was filled with lots of after school high school students, as well as regular customers, as busy as it was orders were coming in and going out, customers greeted with a smile and the pleasant nature that is Andrew, Matt after making a supply run , joined him and the line of customers dwindled quickly, Matt shows great team leadership and truly cares about the customers as well as his team. Both Andrew and Matt impressed me with their work ethics. Its Truly what makes a productive team. GREAT JOB Andrew and Matthew, its great to see young men putting fourth such effort, and PRIDE in what they're doing, and working together as a team.

I don’t need to pile on what other reviewers have said, but this place is still terrible. The old lady with the ponytail is still there and as miserable and rude as ever. Because of her terrible management some of the other staff members are now feeling empowered to be rude as well. Avoid this Dunkin’s at all costs.

Ordered a LG Hot Chocolate via the Mobile app when I got there to pick it up it was 3/4 full in a medium cup did not even get all that I paid for

after waiting 10 minutes to get served, The COFFEE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSING. Service was slow should have known when everyone kept coming back to tell them the coffee was horrible. NEED TO WASH OUT YOUR COFFEE POTS MORE OFTEN, AND DO NOT USE OCEAN WATER.

Amongst my favorite coffee shops on Cape. Their espresso drinks are top notch and they've got phenomenal pastries as well. They manage to really make a cozy communal vibe at each shop and it's cool that they show their source chain for each roast and provide a taste profile as well. Imo the Snowy Owl is the pinnacle of what coffee shops can be.

Very cute cafe. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and relaxed on the couch. Definitely a great spot to read a book or go to get some work done on the lab top. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. There is also seating outside. I will definitely be back.

Try the Hibiscus Cold Brew...VERY different but great choice. The chai latte might be the best I ever tasted. Takes a little bit to prepare but worth the wait. They sell glass pour-over brewers, canned options from Peru, and apparel, trinkets, etc. Theres a mini-golf course next door...plenty of parking.

Very busy coffee house with great coffee. There is indoor seating as well as a cool outside area that is shaded with andorondak chairs to relax.Very cool concept.

Pumpkin spice latte was decent and the bean empanada was good. Definitely pricey for a small pastry though.

Terrible and ridiculously expensive. I stopped in to grab something quick for breakfast and that was a big mistake. I bought a bacon egg and cheese empanada and that was dry and just terrible. It had peppers in. It couldn’t find any cheese. I also bought a chocolate chip muffin, but this must’ve been just a concept because they were very few chocolate chips in it. That was also dry and lousy. I’ll never ever go back again that’s for sure.

Very cute coffee shop inside and out! Great craft coffee they are calling it because they are using their own beans! Very limited menu , but what they have is made on site. Cute area of sandwich photos included of a 6 minute drive away to the ocean and then 15 minutes to Sandy Neck Beach which is very nice! Coffee and a drive to the beach equals to a great day!

So I said they must be FREE, "OHH NOOO!" the Girl behind the counter yells out, almost before I'd finished the word, "free,". In the WHOLE store,there was,ONLY, One Stainless Steel, HOT, Travel Mug. But it was in a Gift Bag, I asked if I could buy it for that was the ONLY HOT Travel Cup Available & it was with a bag of Ground Flavored Coffee. The person I was getting the Travel for drinks Regular coffee Not Flavored, they also prefer the K-cups for the Keurig, WELL, NEEDLESS to say, BUT, NO SALES, Were made,today! The look of the Store INSIDE&OUTSIDE, is the Redeeming Quality! It's Gorgeous, well maintained, Clean, Spacious and Inviting for a couple to sit& have a Hot/Iced Coffee with a quiet conversation! I paid for a medium vanilla bean coolatta. They gave me the drink, and it very clearly wasn’t full. Not entirely sure how they messed that one up. It tasted good but would’ve been better if I actually got what I paid for. Also the drive through layout is absurd due to the location of the store. If you don’t want a full drink this is the Dunkin’ for you!

Hair in my food the only 2 times I went. Both incidents almost two years apart. Today 11/12/24 second incident. Two very long dark hairs in hash browns. Ordered a lot of food. Ate none of it. Coffee sucked today too. Will never go back. Reporting to corporate.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.The girl working yesterday 2/13/25 was the rudest person working behind a counter that I have ever encountered. She was slamming things around while making food and swearing under her breath. Absolutely uncalled for. There are a 100 Dunkin' Donuts within a mile radius. No one should have to go here to listen to someone with clear anger issues or be treated in that manner while simply just trying to ordering food.

I like this Dunkin Donuts but they must have some pretty high turnover. It seems like the employees have a hard time getting orders correct. Most of the time you have to repeat your order again when you get to the drive-thru window. Maybe this is training thing, I'm not sure. Just check your order before you leave.

Got my order wrong. 3 out of 4 things wrong! And they were not nice about it, and made it very clear they had no interest in making things right. I don't know why they would treat a customer that way. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

My absolute favorite Dunkin. My food and drinks are always great and the one time they made a mistake they were happy to remake my coffee. The workers are polite, competent and clearly care about their jobs. I don’t have to worry that my regular coffee order will taste different every time I go. The only Dunkin I will go to in town.

My "munchkins" were really just torn up donuts. Of the three flavors requested, my box contained one type of actual munchkins- which were not asked for. This was especially problematic since the torn up jelly donut was everywhere. For $9 I received a box that was both sad and unappealing.

This Dunkin Donuts is usually alright. They forgot my straw which is no big deal, it happens. But when I went to eat one of my donuts and there was legit dust bunnies and hair on it, I realized that one of the employees had dropped it on the floor and still put in the box. I am pretty tolerant of mistakes and mix ups but a floor donut is just absolutely disgusting. There are way better Dunkin’s further down cape. I will not be going to this location for a long time if at all.

One of these days a napkin or two will appear with my takeout order. It’s kind of hard to eat a croissant breakfast sandwich without Getting it all over your hands! 🙌🏼

I bought an avocado toast with bacon and they literally put a box of bacon for a dollar and a half, horrible that a chain as good as dunkin has employees who do their job as if they didn't get paid, I won't come back

Worst Dunkin' ever! Would give a zero if we could. They are often slow and get orders wrong at this location, but this was a new low! Apparently if they're out of munchkins, they literally rip up donuts (even the jelly kind) and throw them in a box without warning. Sucks to discover this after you're miles out from the drive thru. Paid too much for these expensive "Munchkins" and ended up throwing them away. How about just saying, "sorry we're out"?

I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and it tasted like mildew. I returned and asked for a black iced coffee instead and it was even worse. It tasted so burnt, so I threw it away. Don’t go here!!

Severely understaffed. Monday morning 6:45am. 1 employee on drive thru and 1 employee making sandwiches. No one working the counter. on line orders, drive thru and walk in customers piling up, not to mention the school kids haven't started coming in. Waited in line inside for 10 minutes and had to leave because of work. Not the first time this has happened. Where is the Manager? I understand that employees may call out but even if they had 1 more employee like most mornings they are still understaffed because the service is bad.
