The 16 best breakfast and brunch in Mount Airy

This place is truly unique as is Mt Airy. What a gem this little Mayberry city is, right out of the Andy Griffith show. The food was unique as well. You have to have the breaded porkchop sandwich all the way !!!! It's very good and very filling. The ladies behind the counter are wonderful but because this place is pretty busy you don't get to talk to them much. Mt Airy is a must do as well as Snappys. Breakfast is served until 10:30 and then it switches to lunch until 1:45.

Stopped in for lunch after visiting the Andy Griffith museum. The prices were reasonable and the service was outstanding! We were excited to try the 80 year old *famous pork chop sandwich.* We will return!

A true historical restaurant in Mt Airy NC. (Aka Mayberry) The famous pork chop sandwich is delicious. All the servers are extremely friendly and polite! Great place to enjoy some awesome food and relax and take a trip back in time. Oh ya, the prices are like going back in time too!

Unpopular opiniom: the pork chop sandwich isn't great. It's large! And the prices are great! But, (I got mine "all the way") it's pretty flavorless. Doesn't come with a plate, the cutlery is plastic (I didn't ask for it, only saw they had it, along w the condiments that could've made my sandwich better, on my way out the door). Service wasn't terrible, server checked on us for refills & the manager swung by too. But no uniforms or name tags. I'd give it less stars but we stopped for the nostalgia, and it delivered on that. And again, the prices can't be beat. If you're there for 'Mayberry', its worth the stop. Otherwise, I'd suggest skipping it for a tastier lunch, with more options, on a plate, some where in Mt. Airy.

Excellent pork sandwich! Cheap prices! Great location! We'll worth stopping into. Can be a wait to get inside during lunch time. We waited 10 minutes so not too bad around 1 Pm on a Tues.

I had the pork sandwich and my other 2 lunch mates had the fried bologna sandwich. The pork sandwich was mediocre. The piece of pork was huge so you didn’t walk away hungry. I guess since they are known for their pork sandwich I expected it to be delicious. The chili tasted like it came from a can. The others said the fried bologna sandwich was good. Service was quick. There was a line to get in but it moved quickly.

Nice little cafe to eat at for nostalgia purposes. We stopped in for dessert. They make/bake their own desserts. I had coconut pie, and my husband had caramel cake. Both tasted very good. Service was great and prices reasonable. Be aware that seating is tight if you use a wheelchair.

We were having a Mayberry Day with family visiting from out of town. We had just gotten into town and took a walk down Main Street. We decided to stop in Barneys Cafe for a bite to eat. We were able to sit right away and the server quickly greeted us. My sister got the daily special, the Hamburger Steak with no gravy. My wife also got a daily special, Chicken Pot Pie with a side salad and an additional side of Beets. The Beets wee delicious. Chicken pot pie was average as was my sisters. I got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, it was not bad, my niece and nephew both got Bacon Cheeseburgers. It was a nice experience.

First time to "Mayberry" and we couldn't have picked a better place for lunch. You can really feel the small town vibes. Fast service and friendly people. The food was simple but fantastic. The chocolate pie is delicious and all the desserts are homemade. It was difficult to choose! My kids loved the fresh lemonade. Thank you for making our day trip memorable!

Great service and wonderful atmosphere! The food was middle of the road, I had the chicken tenders and fries. The cakes looked great but I did not try any. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and inviting.

My wife and I headed over to Mt Airy for the 'Mayberry' experience. The town didn't disappoint but this cafe did. Visually, there's alot of Barney Fife memorabilia and Mayberry items. Nice pictures and a reasonably interesting theme going on. Food wise, I should have gotten breakfast. Don't bother with the french fries..grease logs. The hamburger was warm and tasty but those fries really blew it. One hit wonder, for certain.

A gem with ole time prices. Only drawback was a hot fudge sundae In a solo cup. Barney burger and fries were good. Can't wait to try the pineapple cake!

I would definitely recommend stopping in here and having a bite to eat. We got breakfast. The price is reasonable, and the amount of food you get is abundant. The service was fast and friendly, and the decor was all Mayberry. We even came back for cake and pie that afternoon.

Cool little diner in downtown Mt. Airy. We went on a Saturday after lunch rush, so it wasn't super busy. Great friendly service and reasonably priced food. We can see why this is a favorite of the locals.

Old school diner feel. Stopped in late on a Saturday morning with the internet of trying one of their burgers, but since they serve breakfast 'all day', I tried a biscuit and gravy with a side of sausage. The gravy was definitely stick to the ribs thick - I may not eat anything til tomorrow.

A sweet little dîner with good diner food and the personal touch. Came in with my daughter and toddler grandson, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and considerate getting him crayons right away and seating us as quickly as they could.

1st time there after reading reviews, we decided to try on our way to VA..We were impressed with everything. Food was great and price too..Service was quick..Only thing is they only take cash or check ..which is unusual anymore ..They do have an on-site ATM..

By far the best lunch on Main Street! Leon’s had super tasty food and the wait and cook staff were super nice and helpful. It was fun to watch the grill master cook the food in front of us. Food was well priced. Places to sit at the bar and in some booths

I have been eating here for my entire life. The breakfast and lunch is very good and everything that I have ever eaten here didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is really old-fashioned. Overall great food and feeling. Highly recommend

Stopped by for brunch. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. I ordered the double California burger with a runny fried egg and a hot dog with chili, mustard, and onion. The burger was perfectly cooked. Perfect amount of grease and the burger itself was amazing. The hot dog was great as well, the chili was good, the bun tasted grilled a little, but overall I'd order it again.

The service was good. The pancakes and eggs Benedict were outstanding. The home fries were not good—bland and somehow both mushy and not completely cooked at the same time. I would absolutely go back but might make different food choices.

We often visit Mt Airy, but not had a chance to try Rusty Rooster Southern Breakfast yet. We really didn't know what we were missing! We arrived for our breakfast late, luckily they serve breakfast all day. We started with ordering French vanilla cold brews, served in Mason jars with handles and topped with whipped cream. They were so good. We told our server Savannah how much we enjoyed them, she explained that she has been told she makes them really well before. We definitely agree. He choose to pair fresh squeezed orange juice with his bacon, egg, and cheese on toast with home fries on side. I ordered the breakfast burrito, also with home fries on the side. Both meals were fantastic! I wish I had added an order of pico de gallo to dip my burrito in, but didn't even think about it until I was almost done. We are already looking forward to our next visit and planning what to try next.

Really good food with really slow, inattentive service. Slow day with only a few tables occupied, so sat quickly...then waited over 10 minutes for a waiter to greet my party. We were gathering our things to walk out when someone stopped by. The food portions were HUGE and everything tasted good! But we were only checked on once, and no drink refill offers. Again, the food was decently good! The service just lacked all around.

Everything was very good! Freshness, taste and service. Huge menu. They have a bit of everything.

The coffee is good my food had a lot of flavor which I enjoyed. It was huevos rancheros potatoes and pintos. I'll be back

Great price for portions and quality of food. Love the atmosphere of this diner and it just felt like Mayberry though no relation to the show. Clean restroom with friendly service and would definitely visit again. Also plenty of parking for larger loads.

I stopped here on a road trip to Fayetteville NC. It gave me the old school family diner feel- friendly staff, home cooked food and filled with locals on a Thursday evening. Homemade onion rings, sweet potato pie, rib eye sandwich, Greek souvlaki.... It was all so good and prices fairly. If you're in the area, I would add this to a place to grab a bite!

Great family dinner that I’ve been visiting for years. The pancakes are huge!

Small local family restaurant, but they have a remarkable selection on the menu. I had the Friday special of freshly fried flounder. Came with fries, Cole slaw and Hush Puppies. Absolutely delicious. Many local couples there; I heard the servers call them by name. You definitely won't be disappointed here.

While visiting, we were so impressed with this place, we went twice in 5 days for breakfast. Portions were great and you get a lot of bang for your buck! The owner is super personable and I like the fact that she hires people from all different cultures to work there. The servers were fantastic and I will definitely be taking hubby there when we return to NC!!

Ordered side salad and was given this...clearly rotten and tbh I'm disappointed cause there's literally a produce store behind the building. I'm just gonna order from a different spot from now on this is a joke can't even get a dang side salad without something going wrong thanks derby. On another note i just realized they put my food in a melted box too. Glad I didn't get a drink to go tbh

This was our first time eating here. Several of our friends have eaten here many times and have recommended Derby Restaurant. We enjoyed our meal. We both had the Fried chicken. I added fried squash, pinto beans and Mac and cheese. My husband added green beans, mashed potatoes and fried okra..

Very tasty southern lunch cooking. The fried squash was breaded just enough, collard greens had a good flavor, green beans tasty without too much grease, and country style steak tender. The only so so was the potato salad. It wasn't bad but could use a bit more flavor. The waitress was top notch!

Everyone is so friendly here! Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We got the ribeye steak with baked potato and a salad for $12.79. Great price and cooked perfectly.

An eclectic facility, large with many booths & tables. No where near the tourist locations.  It's our first time here. We've driven by several times, and it has always been busy.  Staff is friendly and cordial.  Prices are very reasonable with good value.  Additional 3% when using CC. We're coming back for breakfast tomorrow.   Lots of parking.  Menu photos as of June 2025.

I travel for work and eat out almost 90% of the time, 5 to 6 days a week in different cities all over the country. I stayed in Mt. Airy over this weekend and visited this restaurant on Sunday morning. In my experience over the last year, or more. I have rarely had such great and friendly service as I experienced today. YANA was awesome! She really made me fell welcome and she was very attentive. I hope the Derby Restaurant knows what a great asset they have in her. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely be back here to eat again. Thank you!

Service was good. Staff was friendly. Really enjoyed the collards and mashed potatoes. Everything else was pretty good.

We stopped in around 1:30. The restaurant was not crowded. The cheese bites were good. The tenders were not juicy, kind of tough. The hash brown casserole was cold and dry. The apples were also cold, but the taste was good. The only items besides the cheese bites that came out hot were the fried chicken and the dumplins. It wasn't my best meal here.

We stopped here, extremely hungry, headed home from our beach trip. We thought it would be perfect since it wasn’t busy at all. When we were seated, we ordered our drinks and asked for biscuits as an appetizer. While waiting, the servers were yelling at each other in the middle of the restaurant. We were all given our drinks except my husband’s water shortly after. When we ordered our food, my husband asked for a salad with his food, our waitress asked him if he wanted it ahead of the entrées, he told her “yes”. A little later, she brought all of our entrees out along with his salad, but hurried to sit everything down to go answer a phone call on her phone. They forgot my husband’s loaded baked potato, all of the silverware, napkins, the strawberries and syrup for my daughter’s pancakes, the ketchup on my other daughter’s mini cheeseburgers and again, my husband’s water. We had to ask her for everything that was forgotten at least three different times, and she acted like we were crazy every single time. My daughter’s grilled cheese wasn’t even barely toasted it was like the bread was straight out of the bread bag. My husband’s steak was supposed to be medium rare, I will add the picture so that you can see why he didn’t even bother to eat it. When she finally brought out my husband’s loaded baked potato, she said, “it’s supposed to have sour cream on it, do you want some?” He said, “yes”, he then had to ask her twice for it. Also, I think they need to ask how the service and food was instead of asking the temperature of the food. Overall a complete waste of time and money seeing as how the food was not even edible and the waitress was disappointing. I would like to add the lady that checked us out at the front desk was so sweet & my girls loved her!

This was my first time ever eating at a Cracker Barrel. Everything was OK, almost nothing was great. The biscuits and gravy were lukewarm; almost everything seemed pre-made. The bacon was lukewarm. The saving grace was the blueberry pancakes, which were genuinely excellent. I would return for the pancakes only!

I’m honestly not sure why there are so many negative reviews on Yelp—every time I come to Mount Airy, Cracker Barrel is a go-to stop for my family and me, and it has never disappointed. We’ve been coming here for several years in a row, and the consistency in both the food and service has been great. We stopped in for lunch today as a group of 7, and everything was spot on. Our server, Taylor B., was absolutely excellent—attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly without missing a beat. I ordered the meatloaf with fried apples and mashed potatoes, and it was fantastic. The meatloaf was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the apples were warm and sweet, and the mashed potatoes were classic comfort food. If you’re in Mount Airy and looking for a solid, satisfying meal with great service, don’t let the low ratings scare you off. Cracker Barrel continues to deliver every time for us!

We think the serviced wasn't the best because of the kitchen. Not sure if they were short on help. Ordered a appetizer and it took over 20 minutes to get and it was barely warm. I Ordered chicken tenders and then was told yall was out of tenders so I ordered the homestyle chicken and it was extremely small compared to what I've always gotten over the years. Ordered cornbread muffins along with our biscuits but had to ask for them again when the biscuits were brought out, also had to ask for my gravy again. The chicken and dumplings could have used more broth on them also! The pintos was barely warm. We've definitely had better food and service at this location before!

Service has been unfortunate. I would love to rate the food but I'm still waiting on it to get here. Sat for 20 minutes before any wait staff even spoke to us then another 10 minutes before we got a waitress and an hour and 15 minutes after that we are still waiting on our food. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. The waitress who did come finally to take our order was pleasant enough. Thankfully this is not one of those horrid new cracker barrels with the white walls and no atmosphere.

We went to the Cracker Barrel in Mount Airy, North Carolina. It was a Monday so it wasn’t too busy. Our server was great. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. She said that she had worked there and left and came back because she did not have a gold star on her apron. She could not have been any kinder the woman who seated us when we arrived was very nice as well. We did have a gift card and the cashier was able to handle it without any problem. We always enjoy ourselves when we come to a Cracker Barrel.

Took mini vacation with my Mom & 4 grandkids. We stopped here to eat before heading home. Overall we had a great experience, food was good & fresh. Good selection for the grandkids to choose from. Our service was a little slow but I’m pretty sure our waitress was fairly new so was no biggie, patience goes a long way.

Great buffet price point for breakfast, lunch and dinner, simply can't be beat. Why would one go elsewhere for breakfast? Get a full omelette here for less than $13 and get all the sides you want! Bacon, ham, etc. Don't even have to pay $3 for a cup of coffee, as a drink is included.

Food was fine. I've had better and I've had worse at Golden Corral. But the air conditioning is broke and was the last time we were there over a month ago. Both times the outside temp was 95 degeees. Don't know how they get away with that with the workers. I had to peel myself from my chair after 30/45 minutes.

First and foremost we have been loyal customers to Golden Corral Mt Airy for many years. Over the last 6 months the buffet has continuously declined. Our last 4 trips there May 2025 the food on the buffet was cold, left over items from the day before on the lunch buffet are not heated properly, chicken is hard as a rock and lukewarm at best, burned meat loaf, left over burgers that with cold center. Fruits on salad bar were mushy and not fresh. We finally had enough and asked for the manager, before I finished talking to the manager a lady walked up and voiced the same concerns and complaints. We heard multiple customers complaining. We will not return until this issue is fixed!! Our server was absolutely wonderful and apologized multiple times, it’s not her fault the restaurant is failing now. Also noticed they currently have 90 health score that’s the bottom of the A rating. It should be lower with old cold food!! Someone will get sick!

I really love this Chick-fil-A and rarely have any complaints. The service is always great, and everything is usually fresh and consistent. That said, it’s pretty disappointing during tomato season to get all green/yellow tomatoes. Every tomato on our salads today looked under-ripe and unappetizing. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference in the quality of the meal. Just wanted to bring it to your attention!

This has become the worst Chick-fil-A that I go to. There were probably 12 cars ahead of me in the breakfast line and I waited a little over 30 minutes for my order. A line well into the road formed as I waited as well. Once I got to the window I had to pull ahead and continue to wait for a small breakfast order. I was given a choice of desert card as a apology for my wait which was several months expired. And my past visits have also had terrible wait times no matter what time of day usually paired with food that is somehow barely warm. Any other Chick-fil-A I go to in Winston or wherever I get my order quickly and it's fresh. My recent visit included a half filled order of cold hash browns and a chicken nugget sized piece of meat for my biscuit. I love having a Chick-fil-A locally but after today I've given up for this location.

You should probably pick your more out going non introvert employee to handle the pickup orders. Someone that isn't scared to call out names to hand out food. He was litterly letting 4-6 orders pile up on the counter. There was a line at the pickup when I walked in so I just assumed they were behind. After waiting there for awhile I walked around to the front of your counter where he was standing. I got his attention and my food. I only stop a Chic filet when traveling for the sole reason of it being ready when I arrive.

The perfect CFA!! Employees are so nice and helpful. They welcome you, enjoy their jobs, appreciate customers. They are trained like corporate would want them to be. It's so clean in this CFA. Met owner too! Great young man. He even stood outside for hours helping w/ food drive! What boss does that?? THANK YOU 🥰

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to! The building exterior is clean and inviting, the interior is spotless. The flowers on each table were beautiful and alive. The service was above and beyond and the food was some of the best Chick-fil-A food we have had. Absolutely outstanding! We will be adding this as a regular stop when in the area!

They're prices are a little high for what you get and I don't need C/F telling me how many condiments I can get. If I'm paying for it I'll eat it the way I want. Not the only mediocre chicken fast food place around.

A fine fast food breakfast place. The best sausage gravy I've had at a restaurant. Eggs a bit dry, bacon a bit small but it's fast food so understandable. Good fast service. Some of the best biscuits in town

I came in to order a bacon platter. I asked for gravy instead of the hash brown they give you. I was given a hash brown and the cashier lied to the manager and said I never said anything about gravy. Then I decided to get grits because I wasn't charged for the gravy. I was asked if I wanted butter to which I replied no. To then watch them pour butter on my grits. I lost my appetite and couldn't even eat it. I called to complain about the liar they have working the cash register and was given an attitude about me being the one in the wrong. I basically paid $12 for a Southern Punch drink (which i didn't even drink more than a few sips) which isn't even that good. So there you go. If you want to spend a lot of money for an ok, mediocre drink that you only drunk a few sips out of, this is the place.

These restaurants are mainly located in NC, but there are a few elsewhere, and so I took an opportunity to dine there during a recent trip and detoured over to Mt. Airy, NC. Upon entering the business I was immediately reminded of a similar style of restaurant, Tudors Biscuit World that are mainly found in WV, the main difference is that Biscuitville doesn't serve lunch/dinner items, only breakfast. When you walk in you are able to see the staff making fresh biscuits up at the main counter. Speaking of staff, we were greeted immediately after waking in by the friendliest ladies that gave you a similar feeling as if you'd just walked into your mother's, or grandmother's, kitchen. Our orders were prepared fresh and in a timely manner. I ordered the Biscuit & Sausage Gravy, Sausage Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit. All were tasty and combined made a filling lunch. The main reason that my rating is only four (4) stars is simply the size of the biscuits vs price. For a business to call itself Biscuitville, I'd expect it to serve biscuits that stood out amongst the competition, not blend in with them.

Ordered and scheduled a pickup last week for this morning at 7am. Arrived for pick up. Of course it was under the wrong name, so we had to figure that out. Waited 25 minutes on order. What was the point of scheduling a 7am pick up??? So I was late dropping off for teachers as a PTO breakfast. Teachers were unable to enjoy before students arrived. After last year's order not being ready on time and this year's order being even later...we definitely would not recommend. We will take our business elsewhere - to a business that actually values our time.

I have to say one of the best sausage gravy biscuits I have ever had( other than mommas and my wife's). The country ham is the perfect amount of salty and the fried egg is perfect. I rarely give 5 stars on a breakfast place but.... if I could I'd give it a 6!!!!!!!!

Yummy! Who doesn't love a delicious homemade biscuit. The menu offers biscuits just about any way you can imagine. I can vouch for the bacon egg and cheese. Kind of a little pricey but so is everything these days.

It’s been a bit so I’ve since I’ve been to Biscuitville, probably four years. I remember they had the best biscuits ever. Unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to that. My wife’s biscuit was very small eggs were rubbery and flavorless. I got a breakfast platter that I would never get again disappointing food. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

Breakfast before exploring downtown Mount Airy's sites, Mrs. K. and I decided that it was going to be the Waffle House. We arrived and got the last table that our waitress was just cleaning off. And since we knew what we wanted, she took our order right then. It's always fun to hear your order "shouted" to the cook! Not five minutes later, my hashbrown bowl arrived. Cooked properly with slightly underdone hash browns, ham, eggs and cheese. For a change, I had it topped with Bert's chili and while it's good chili, that was not a great choice for breakfast. I'll do that again for an evening meal. A moment later, my wife's waffle arrived. The report from my wife was that the ladies room was five stars. Super clean and that's pretty awesome to hear because I've heard some stories. But not today. A very filling meal, great coffee and we were on our way to see the Andy Griffith Museum and more here in "Mayberry."

I love eating at ANY Waffle House, but I am biased to the one in my hometown of Dublin.. but nonetheless, we love the franchise, so we stopped here on a Saturday, mid-morning... We were on our way back to Radford from Myrtle Beach and was starving by the time we hit Mt Airy. Did not disappoint at all. Nice and fast, clean service. Thanks so much!

My husband and mother and me stopped in for lunch. There was only one table left opened where we sat. I have to say our waitress was a positive person and did her job really well. I wished all my experience with waitress was this pleasant. If you want good tips this is how it's done 👍

It's just not what it used to be, haven't been in 15 years now menu is a small placement used to be like 4 times the size heck it used to fold you opened it like a book.no more steak and eggs visible on menu.toast was 3"×3" at most and expensive! I guess if you were craving for a waffle or hash browns 3am and drinking it would be pretty good!!

The food was excellent and our server was excellent. However there was an employee talking really bad about another employee. The golden rule is to never talk bad about another employee especially in front of customers.

The waitress was rude and inconsiderate. It was the worst service I ever received at any restaurant. To that woman who made a party of 7 visit miserable get another job. You don't talk to people the way you did us. I've been a waitress quite a few times in my life and I couldn't imagine treating people the way you did us.

If you order water, two people could easily get lunch for under $10. Fantastic value. Comfort food was average for the area. Facility is a little dated and could use new paint and cleaning.

We were staying across the street in our RV and walked over for breakfast. Service was quick and the food was very good. The sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious! Great prices too!

The inside is very dated but CLEAN,im 45 miles away and plenty of food joints in between but Im going back Thursday for another BBQ plate and I will visit often the day I was there they also had salmon cakes, chicken casserole,BBQ don't remember the 4th,BBQ was all I needed to see! Portion sizes are very large!

This place great breakfast. Gravy and biscuits are delicious.

Spent time with the people there karaoke was fun and the people were great.

My go to every Saturday morning. You can't beat the quality of food at a great price.

Oh my gosh, just go! There isn’t a single thing I don’t like about Brady’s. The service was amazing. The donuts made me want to cry tears of joy. The coffee was some of the best I have ever had. It’s cute, it’s small, it’s local, you can drive through, you can walk up, you can buy bag of their coffee to take home, they have frozen hot chocolate. Truly, what more can want? You haven’t lived until you’ve been to Brady’s. (Not pictured-cinnamon sugar donut because we ate it too fast.)

Best coffee around! The white caramel latte is so yummy. Coffee and lattes come in one size so it makes it easy to order. They serve gluten free donuts each day. The gentleman who works there is super knowledgeable and has a great attitude towards his customers.

Stopped at Bradys in the drive-through on our way to Floyd, Va and I ordered one hot and one iced Brian's Favorite Caramel White Mocha. Delicious! Not too sweet and beautifully blended. Wish I had ordered donuts after I heard how good they are. Service was with a smile and our dog was even given a treat. Will definitely be back.

About $3 a ‘donut’… and yuck! They are tiny and taste gross. Hopefully the coffee is killer! The donuts are a flop.

The coffee is absolutely delicious but to tell you the truth after the energy and friendliness and and just awesomeness of EMMA, I really didn’t even need the coffee lol! Thanks y’all good job!

Really delicious drinks, I ordered Brian's favorite (white mocha and caramel) for myself with whip cream and a strawberry smoothie for my big sister. The drive thru was very quick which I love! The menu was small but was right next to the window so it definitely helped me to order. The prices were listed next to the items. The descriptions were also listed beneath each drink. This place throughly help us customers with this menu. Thank you for my good service, I will definitely come again!

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The buns were all stale, fries cold and limp. Service was subpar at best.

They don’t listen, a specific manger was RUDE to me for no reason regardless if I had worked there before. And when I when to go talk about it today one October 8th an employee decided to flip me off. Get better McDonalds DO BETTER SERIOUSLY ITS NOT HARD TO BE NICE 😂😈

Just came in with my mother to use the bathroom. In my stall there was no toilet paper except a large roll…..that was laying on the ground by the toilet. It was deeply gross but I had to use it and left it on the rail. Went out the stall and my mother had lathered soap all over her hands ….just for NO WATER to come out the sink???? There wasn’t any hand paper towels only the gross air blowers so I had to go back into my stall to get the floor tp to give her to wipe the soap off . Very unhygienic and low brow. I felt trashy.

Most of the time I come here.The order is wrong or takes forever. Also at dinner time they have a bad habit of serving old soggy cold fries. The staff is usually friendly but the food service needs to be better.

Got the special on the sausage and egg McMuffin with hash browns and coffee for $5! Pretty good!

OMG THIS WAS THE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER BEEN IN . THE PLACE SMELLED BAD LIKE ROTEN FOOD THE TRASH CANS INDOORS WHERE OVER FLOWING ALL THE TABLES WERE DIRTY .TRASH ALL OVER THE DRIVE THRU AREA. (BUT THE ICE CREAM WAS GOOD. LOTS OF GOOFING OFF BEHIND THE COUNTER. AND THE A.C WAS ON LOW IF IT WAS ON AT ALL. This was a mid day visit and the place was empty.

Worst service This is happening me a 2 nd time I ordered 1 mccrispy , 2 stake biscuit, 1mcgriddle and hash brown They don’t give me a mccrispy biscuit

Just came through the drive thru excited for the snack wraps to be back, and the guy taking my order became extremely rude for no reason when I asked a simple question. He then continued to patronize me through the entire ordering process as if I was supposed to know the answer to what I was asking. I get to the window, the manager on duty takes my money and when I complained that he was extremely rude she quite literally turned her head and didn’t say a word. I said “oh so no one cares here, okay”, and she continued to then ignore what I said and asked if I wanted to wait on my food since it was going to take time to make. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I have worked in fast food AS A MANAGER for many years and nothing warrants you being so rude for no reason. I will say upon receiving my food, the guy that took my order walked it out and apologized which I appreciated, but the manager lady provided zero words of any kind, and showed zero concern when I spoke up. To top it all off, when I drove away, the majority of my order was wrong. When I drove back around to the speaker box, the manager answered this time and didn’t ask me what part of it was wrong, she just proceeded to remake the part of the order that was actually correct; so when she handed me a new bag of food, it was only then that I was able to explain what was wrong with it which then gave me 5 more minutes of waiting. So all in all I have spent a good 15 minutes of my night receiving poor customer service, the wrong food, and an extended wait time for an extremely simple order. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s restaurant.

Poor service at best. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal. After reviewing receipt, noticed a $2.29 up charge for the bacon. Menu clearly stated quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal is $10.19. My meal cost me $12.48. I could have ate at chilies for less with better food. I brought this up to the cashier, and got a shoulder shrug.

my boyfriend made an online order, picked up his food, and noticed we did not receive the item he purchased. i went to the store, spoke to a manager, and waited nearly 30mins before driving back through the drive-thru (also saw the manager i spoke to sitting in an office) to receive the sandwich and luke warm fries. i got there at 4:11pm, left at 4:50pm. most definitely the worst experience i’ve had at this mcdonald’s.

Sucks, and the food is usually cold by the time you get it ?? Maybe McDonald's should listen to a man that knows: Reinvent McDonald's or renivate, because it is a poor man's cheap food, people were nice and slightly helpful, but slow and managers need to rested the manager training again and include lower employees, either re-Invent Mcdonals with a new look like KFC did long ago, as I did by thinking and coming up the large sweet tea with your purchased meal, Also got a plack for my Ideas and people see me and always ask for advise about their businesses workings and upgrades and gimmics, simple thoughts,easy for me to thinking see how to make situations better ? I never tell lies, ever as my seller duty for God directly...

Place mobile order, get to McDonald's, wait 5 min for food. Why did I order on mobile when I'm still waiting.. People are driving up, going through the drive through, paying, getting food before my mobile order is done....

One of the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. Will Not go back!!! Employees are slow and lazy. At 7:30 am Coffee was ice cold. Food was sub par. Restroom smelled like old urine, trash overflowing.
