The chicken fried steak was the best I’ve ever had in my 37 years of life. The cinnamon roll pancakes? Gosh dang heavenly!

Darcy's is a quaint, cozy little diner that, true to form, is easy to miss if you don't know it's there but difficult to forget once you do. With a very down-to-earth atmosphere, snug seating, and plenty of character, Darcy's welcomes you in with a smile and a hug. They are, as they put it "better than your grandma's, as good as your mom's", and the slogan fits the vibe. The menu is diverse but not overwhelming, with plenty of unique specials and tried-and-true staples for everyone. We tried a few dishes, from the classic Benedict (perfectly prepared, though perhaps a bit too generous with the lemon), to the biscuits and grave (again, exquisite texture and presentation but a bit on the sweet side), and finally the Kasper special, a pile of eggs, potatoes, and corn beef hash, which ended up being the highlight of the meal. The coffee is hot, delicious, and flowing, just as it should be. Darcy's is worth a stop, anytime. 💙

Amazing. Staff is polite, food is really good, reasonable prices! I ate here on weekends I was off, I recommended them to my coworkers. My go-to was Daves Special with cinammon roll pancakes, coffee and it hit the spot everytime!

Not sure why I waited so long to try Darcys. It's small in size, but the food experience is huge. The biscuits and gravy with the maple gravy was everything you want and more. Flavor packed, not "in your face" heavy and perfect biscuits, lite and held up nicely with the gravy. The Kasper Special was awesome. Great hash and lots of fresh veggies. Both meals stayed hot the entire time we ate, that's rare at any resturant. The ladies doing the serving were amazing, smiling and quick on their feet. They definitely kept the place hopping. The cooks thou I didn't see them, I appreciate the down-home style of food and their speed. Looking forward to my next visit. SEPT 8th, the pumpkin pancakes were fluffy and flavorable, perfect side dish to the #2, the German sausage was wonderful and the kraut was vert good. The servers were amazing and kept the flow moving. Kudos! DEC 8th, OMG moment - the cinnamon bun pancakes are the best! Nice and fluffy and if you close your eyes, it's like eating a premium cinnamon bun, paired with the German sausage, it's an almost perfect breakfast.

Breakfast was amazing, the 2 girls working there besides being very pretty are super nice and helpful, will definitely come back to this place next time Im in Grand forks

Darcy's is everything I remember and everything I expect! the professional waitress service that you will get treated too is going to be an experience that is wonderful. Food is fantastic and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the good service. That is a commodity that is hard to find so thank you for the beautiful meal in attentive service! 🥳 I will definitely be coming back!!

One of our go-to's and a true staple of Grand Forks and deserving of the name. Even though it may be a smaller, more cozy setting than you may be used to (almost elbow to elbow with your neighbor if you sit at the counter) You will ALWAYS find good food, and friendly staff whenever you go. I usually get the Dave's Special with a side of Hollandaise Sauce or the Chicken Fried Steak. The Maple Sausage Gravy is out of this world. A slight hint of sweetness to counter the richness of the gravy. Hubby gets whatever strikes his mood, but usually it's the Kasper Special, or Smothered Burrito (both are delicious) he'll even add his own little flare to it. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile.

Menu was big with plenty to pick from. Stayed with breakfast and it was okay. The corned beef hash was very tasty and the sausage gravy with hash browns was to thick and over salted. Good portions and the service was quick and friendly.

Basic, American foods done pretty decently, and the dishes are conservative enough that picky eaters won't have an issue here. Nothing is going to blow you away, but you'll leave satisfied. They do get busy here and there can be a wait, but the line seems to move fast.

12 of us were able to get right in on a Sunday morning! The food was decent… Happened to find a large hair under my hashbrowns. The pancakes were large and fluffy! Service was quick and friendly. We would definitely try it again.

I went there 2 days ago. I sat at a table and 2 waitresses were having a conversation at the bar. Business was slow. I was in plain sight not 20 feet away. They didn't notice me even though I walked right by them. I sat for a long time and got no service. I walked out and went elsewhere. This was unacceptable. I spent my $20 for breakfast and tip in another restaurant.

Good food, decent service and very comfortable dining but my review will be 1 star because the cuban sandwich on the summer menu is NOT a standard menu item and it will REMAIN at 1 star until that changes, it is borderlining criminal activity that it isn't. I want that sandwich available around the clock to warm me up in the winter, too >:(

Good food, good service, and our waitress, Dolly, was friendly and fun. Glad we took a chance and stopped by this morning. Before today's visit, we had only been here twice; both times were shortly after the restaurant opened for business, and both visits were terrible. This one was perfect and a great way to start our day. Thanks to Northside Cafe and Dolly!

Had the new york cheesecake pancakes and they where very good. Definitely reccomed them. Had a lovely waitress. Had to wait awhile to be seated as there was no one to be found when we arrived

We go to IHOP in almost every city we visit. And sadly this one was less than average. There was only one waitress out of everyone that was smiling, cheerful & conversing with the customers. Ours was nice, got our drink order wrong for a party of 2. And one of our meals had what they call (crispy American fries) I’ve had a lot of potatoes in my life and I cooked in a restaurant for 10 years. Most people wouldn’t have let these leave the kitchen. They were sad. And then the manager even said (well they are crispy… but you’re right. Place was clean. Only about 7 other tables. Service was slow. During our meal all the staff Were standing out front chatting.

This place has incredible food… but that’s it. Horrible staff. Had to wait 30 min to be seated and then eventually just seated myself. There was workers “on break” out front, then go get someone else who’s not on break to seat us. Then waited another 15 minutes for water. Waited another 15 min for someone to take our order and then another 20 min for food to come… Very lazy staff. Worst I’ve ever seen.

I'd give you no stars if I could. Apparently having your name on the list doesn't matter, you could be waiting 40 minutes and be next up in line (because the people ahead of you walked out as well) and the hostess takes and seats some random couple who just walked in, no updates on wait times nothing. And when you bring it up to her nicely that you were next in line and that the people she just took to be seated had came in after you and 10 other people, she cops an attitude with you, gets extremely rude and ignores you and takes someone else. Why this place is still open is beyond me..... Your hostess needs a class on freaking manners

NEVER order from here, you will spend way too much; I ended up spending way too much on one tiny meal (I ordered for 5). Not great food and clearly either lazy or cheap.

Always a good breakfast here. I assumed supper would be too but that's definitely not the case. Dry overcooked burgers. Crepes looked like they got run over by a truck. Server was great though.

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! Originally, we placed a delivery order for two sandwiches, and two mac & cheeses. One of the two sandwiches was delivered and both the mac & cheese were delivered. We called back to ask for refund as well as a replacement sandwich which was an inconvenience as we had to drive to the restaurant. The pictures below are of the sandwich I was given as a replacement. The original sandwich was supposed to be a hot sandwich. The sandwich I received did not contain any bacon and was a pitiful mess of a sandwich. I expect higher standards of a well-known establishment and this is unsatisfactory! I don’t know if it was the manager on duty when we called to deal with the replacement, but he was also very rude. Thank you for your time.

The girl taking our order was very nice and friendly. I ordered a Greek salad which was overall good but unfortunately had several pieces of wilted lettuce. My sister ordered the "pick 2" combo with a salad and Chicken Rancher sandwich. The sandwich portion was tiny for the price! She also said it was flavorless and overall not good. Portions could be better for the price.

My mother and I walked in to this location. We were not greeted. I noticed an unkept looking guy leaning against the back wall. I asked if he worked there. He said ya. I haven't been to a Panera Bread in a while, so I was not familiar with some of the new menu items, and I have food allergies. I tried asking some questions, but this guy was so rude we ended up walking out. Never will I go here again.

Great menu, however, it was good that there was a staff member there who explained it to us. The menu can be complicated depending on what you want to order. My tuna salad sandwich could have used twice as much tuna salad. The French onion soup should be saltier, more cheese and croutons. Otherwise it's just onion soup. It was alright. Bottomless drinks with a nice selection was a nice touch.

Great place for something different. I like the seasonal menus when they come out. Food is great and the staff is fun. Very quick service. I wish they'd bring back the zero or low tea drinks. The super charged leomades are nice, but to much sugar. UPDATE: July 12th, the Black Forest and gouda melt was very tasty and a great compliment to the tika marsala soup. Great variety and keeping the menu fresh. 8/11 UPDATE- the new melts are fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed the turkey chili, great taste, flavor packed, but not overly spicy. Keep bringing us surprises. Oct 19th, a must try is the autumn squash soup. One of my favorite soups they have at Panera. The sunflower seeds add a nice crunch factor and it's not overly sweet. DEC 16TH UPDATE: I really enjoyed the 4 cheese souffle, tasty, creamy eggs and a nice crust. I'm glad they moved the supercharged drinks to the back. I'd like to see the old drinks come back, more sugar free or low sugar. UPDATE Feb 3rd, great breakfast sandwiches. Packed with flavor and hits the spot.

Been by here many times. Went for a late lunch today. This place is awesome! The line up was long and it was 2:30 in the afternoon! The paninis are amazing and fresh. The soups are also amazing. Highly recommend coming here for sure. We will be back soon. Wish they had a Panera in Winnipeg!

I got kicked out for having a coffee cup with me. The waitress said there’s a sign on the door that says no outdoor drinks or beverages. I’m not the best reader, but I don’t see it. My Bill at this establishment over the past 2 1/2 weeks between the fuel station the bar and the café has mounted to almost $2000. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Its been awhile since I've been here. The food is ok, very under seasoned and the mashed potatoes were tasteless and lumpy. The chicken tenders were thin, lightly breaded, but moist. Got pancakes, but no butter ot syrup. To me, over priced for what you get.

If you want a quick and easy breakfast this is a great spot to hit up. The portions were insanely big which is always a good sign and the service was quick and straight to the point as this kind of place should be. Will definitely be returning

Went in to & placed an order to go, one of my to go containers is half way almost melted plus the fact I’m missing half my breakfast & also don’t have the right items as well. I live half way across town & am also pregnant. I’d appreciate if my food was made correctly the way I ordered it & my food containers not almost melted to my food!!

The food here is very good and the portions are generous. I had the country fried steak breakfast. The pancakes are kinda dense but good just the same. The cornbeef hash is good also. Hailey is awesome, she has great customer service skills. I will be back.

Very big fan of this places Turkey dinner, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and the soup i had last night with my Turkey was my favorite, i hope they have it for soup of the day often. Good food, great portions too for a reasonable price.

This might be the best chik fil a location I’ve ever been to! They are so on it, the service is great and very attentive and efficient. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. Special shoutout to Tim, I have visited a few times and he’s always been so friendly and was very accommodating with my gluten intolerance. Can’t recommend this location more!

The staff and most importantly the manager really take care of their customers. They were all so friendly and proactive. The food was amazing as always and it’s all because of the amazing staff.

We went through the drive through around 5:00. I am usually very happy about my experience but I was ever disappointed this time. The guy that took my order over the headset sounded like he wanted to do anything else other than be there. If you’re going to work at a fast food restaurant then learn how to talk to customers.

Very unimpressed with their online order process. I ordered carry out and unbeknownst to me, they only start making your food once you confirm you are at the restaurant. Most places you can choose your pick up time which was not an option. Why would I order ahead online if I still need to go into the store and wait for my food anyways? Still had to wait over 10 minutes before getting my food, defeating the purpose of why I ordered online in the first place. And a great way to waste your lunch hour.

My family loved the food here. The environment and music is fun. We love the cows vs chicken battle. The presentation of the food was amazing. The tables were clean, forks, knives, and straws available to grab. My kids love this place and we would love to come back when we make it back to the area. I would recommend this place to family and friends any day.

Very nice and friendly staff with neat uniforms. The food is hot and fresh. The salad is very fresh tasty; lettuce, fruits, nuts, dressing,and grilled chicken. The deluxe chicken sandwich is hot and very delicious. The chicken portion is tender and juicy with very tasty breading flavour. The buns is soft and fine texture. The waffle potatoes is hot, cooked well, tender from inside, and taste good. The food quality is great. The crew member which is working at the lobby never stopped cleaning and sanitizing the tables, chairs and the floor. She is doing a great job. Also, play place and the rest rooms are clean. The restaurant is serving dine-in, take out, drive-thru, delivery, and catering service. There’s a decent attractive play place. High chairs are available. Hand sanitizer is available too. I would say, I will visit Chick-fil-A again and again.

People are very nice but it is extremely expensive for a breakfast and would never recommend it to anyone or step in it again. I paid $40 ($55 including tips & taxes) for a breakfast for a single person that didn’t have a steak!! I only got ( 3 eggs, potato, 2 tiny strips, plain waffle, cake slice, and a cup of coffee)!! Why the heck do you charge $14 for a plain waffle and $15 for 3 eggs and breakfast potato and small strips. I could have gotten a buffet breakfast in a 5-star hotel with this price! I think this order should have been $25-$30. Which means it is %100 more expensive that what it should be!

My family loves breakfast at Perkins. My kids absolutely love Heather and Brittany! Everyone is always so nice and friendly and the attention they give to the kids makes them feel so welcomed. We continue to come not just for the great home cooked food, but for the people!

We came in with the family, and our extended family (neighbors) for a meal. We all enjoyed the service, and the food was great. The staff was helpful and we left full.

Tried going to Perkins this morning but was not sat because as the manager Heather stated "we are too short staffed in the kitchen to fill the restaurant" I have dealt with this manager before and have been treated poorly by her. Will not eat here again. This place needs new management ASAP!!!

Heather is the BEST in the Industry (in my opinion). If I could go home with her I would, that's how much I love her SPIRIT demeanor and above / beyond hospitality. Krystal and Becky were GREAT. The Shrimp skillet was DELICIOUS. The atmosphere is Relaxing. I totally enjoy watching the world 🌎 go by as I'm having my meal, this time served by aa Fine young gentlemen (Andy). Go there, tell them Robert referred you, and enjoy the ambiance.

This place was amazing. I woke up in Fargo and somehow ended up here. It looked like reviews were favorable. I got there at 8:30 and a waitress was cleaning the windows. Once inside presentation was everything. The place was organized and super clean. I liked that they had raised booths. I haven't seen that in a long time. Kinda felt like I was in a scene from Pulp Fiction.

Classic diner food that's comforting. I enjoy the meatloaf but I do mix it up. Portions are hearty and you won't leave hungry. Only disappointment would be a bowl of lettuce with a couple of croutons doesn't make a salad. Server was friendly but service was a little slow. If you crave diner food, then this is the place to visit. UPDATE: a very busy place and the food is still pretty good. The hash was tasty and not salty. Food came out hot and was enjoyed.

We came for breakfast and we got in there before several people, then they got seated before us. We eventually got seated but they weren’t even going to clean the table, we had to ask the staff to clean it again. The waitress didn’t check on us and my father had to get up ask to get napkins and more hot water for tea. It took a while to even get the menus. We ordered our food and it took a while to get our food and then several things were cold and my sister found a hair in her food. The silverware wasn’t very clean because there was residue on them. Unfortunately I can’t give it a 0 star review and a 1 star is too generous.

I just love a restaurant that serves breakfast anytime. I had the Belgium waffle with strawberries and cream...delicious! My hubby had the hot hamburger dinner and he said it was great. Our server Diana was attentive and spunky ♥️ We will definitely eat there again 😋

After a long and arduous previous day, this breakfast joint started my new day with lots of joy! It's the 2nd day of my visit to Grand Forks and I was extremely happy with my visit here. The location could use some TLC with the exterior but don't let that fool you from discovering its charm inside. It has a 70s or 80s style feeling to it. But, everything is clean and orderly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our food arrived pretty quickly and was spot on. I felt like I was transported back home to one of my favorite low tempo breakfast spots. If I lived here, I'd likely be at Gramma's several times, monthly. Easily. I'd also bring all my friends here. This gem needs to be vastly more popular.

Great food and even better service. I mentioned my soda tasting off and they kept bringing me new ones until it tasted right. Also made sure my bacon was made right (I didn’t even ask haha). This is a great choice. Beware they have a credit card up charge though

We went here for a little treat, this place was beautiful. When we ordered our drinks that’s when the lady put in our drinks wrong. My friend ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade, light ice, no berries. Whenever we got our drinks we realized that there was berries and regular ice. Minus the fact that this happened it was a good experience and we hope to come back

I order my morning coffee from this store about 3-4 times a week. This time I just wanted a cup of water. Apparently a new policy prevents this as you have to buy something first. I wasn't even given the option to pay for the cup of water. As a prior ASM kinda wild to do that to a regular.

I’m from Louisiana. This morning my Sister who lives there ordered a Latte and we were on the phone. She needed a penny and because she didn’t have one the young lady at the window said she needed that penny. My sister said ok and handed the young lady her credit card. Yes you heard right she had to use her credit card for a PENNY! Really! I hope that they are paying her a lot if she used a credit card for a PENNY! That’s sad

I usually just order coffee as I work night shift,so it varies what time I stop by this location,but by far my favorite location in town! the guys and gals here are so friendly always a smile on there faces and good coffee a must ☀️ ☕

Me and my children always have to wait at this location. The drinks are overstocked. No one‘s picking them up while the rest of us are sitting there looking at other peoples drinks waiting. This is all the time thing and it’s like five or six of y’all working at one time I think you guys need training from the Starbucks that is right across the street from all true family medicine that is right there by Hugo like literally they do an amazing job. We never have to wait long for our drinks over there and we have never been told what we’re backed up and behind. If you’d like a refill, you can go up to the front and get a refill after my children have been sitting there, looking at everybody’s drinks waiting for theirs , and by the way last time I was there you guys forgot the cake pops but the Starbucks across the street from Altur Family Medicine Pharmacy door that Starbucks definitely makes it right and makes up for you guys as mistakes. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted bad. Plus, since they don’t sell a lot of espresso by itself, I had to pay $9.00 for a very small cup of coffee! $9 for one small cup + unpleasant coffee isn’t a good way to get customers excited to return. Update: management reached out to work to correct these issues, so I’m modifying my original review to reflect that.

This is one of the best coffee shops. The staff is welcoming and the atmosphere allows for private conversation. If you are in Grand Forks, stop by. There is a meeting room for 8-10 people.

We stop at the store on Columbia road and really like the place. The cinnamon rolls are fantastic and they serve them warm. My coffee always has the right amount of coffee and chocolate flavor which I have found that other places make their's too sweet and usually gives me a belly ache. Not with Bully Brew. Anyways, we will continue to visit them on our Saturday morning trips.

Im so glad I tried this place. I read it was " bad overpriced coffee" but I was VERY happy with my order. Not a local, so im not sure if they rotate recipes but I ordered a "malibu" for my husband and a jersey something for me.. And they were both very delicious!

It Has The 'Amazing Grain' Sensation Mix With A 'Starbucks' Feel. This Is Great Place For A Latte And A Sandwich!

The entire building is so hot. The service was awful. I heard the employee complaining about filling our cups and taking them to us as he didn't know that the order he was talking about was mine. They forgot things on our order. And the cheese burger was covered in mustard.

Food was great. Hot and fresh! Seemed like they were training in a few new staff possibly. Front order taker was extremely slow. Front manager was loud and kinda obnoxious

Stopped here for dinner with my family, We ordered Impossible whoppers and a 4 piece nugget kids meal. They made the Impossible whoppers fresh as we had to wait for them, which I didn’t mind. My kid played in the play structure, it looked dirty, the room was soooo hot, there was no air flow in that room. The kids meal didn’t come with a toy because they ran out, they gave chocolate chip cookie instead - my kid was disappointed. I love BK, so I would eat here again, but I was a bit disappointed.

Horrible service man on the drive thru was tude. I slowed down and was respectful. Made sure I communicated CLEARLY about what I wanted. Got something else entirely after waiting due to being short staffed.. I know I wasn't given the wrong order because EVERYTHING else was there. Paid for 2 double bacon and got 2 regular double cheese... I felt for the man understood he was overwhelmed and doing to much. I gave my patience and empathy and received crap service (asked for no pickle only stacker sauce.. still got completely regular doubles. One had an ungodly amount of pickles on it)

Went today and ordered a medium whopper meal no onion and a medium original chicken meal. Both with cokes to drink. They proceeded to hand me 2 flat cokes with no ice and had me pull to the front to wait for food. I pulled to the front and went inside to get the drinks fixed and was told sorry no ice available thats what we got. Ended up throwing them away. 20 minutes into waiting I finally said id just take a refund. Employee then tried to say it's almost ready and I can wait so then I pushed back and said I've waited long enough im taking a refund. Manager came and approved refund and said to still take the food. Took the food just to find out the whole order was wrong anyways. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I went to get a early dinner for my family and the customer service was excellent and I ordered a few things and I also ordered the new BBQ brisket whopper and omg it was amazing burger king needs to keep that new sandwich on the menu I would definitely order it again

A step above McDonalds. Food was cold but I didn't have time to waste getting fresher food. Bacon and cheese whopper was ok. Onion rings with the zesty sauce saved them, but the weren't hot. Service was great, polite and quick, to my surprise a military discount. Really need to make the food hot, especially when the place was empty.

The inside of the building smells gross. It makes me think of the smell of a humane society oddly enough. Very slow service with no one paying attention to the front counter. I went up to ask for a couple waters I forgot to add on our order and the way the employee spoke to me and looked at me it was very clear she was annoyed and thought I was an inconvenience. After making my request for the waters she said nothing and walked away. I never got those waters. When we finally got the food we had to go to the counter to get it even though we were dining in, and had been instructed to grab a table tracker. We only knew our food was up there and ready because another customer asked if it was ours. The food was was warm but didn't taste particularily fresh, which surprised me as they were busy. The fries had barely any salt. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for 9pm. So I did go in expecting delays and trying to give some grace. Even so however this visit was poor at best.

My wife and I stopped there on our way out of town to go to a wedding. We spend over $30 and our food was virtually unedible because of the dramatic amount of ketchup. Thank goodness I got my daughter chicken nuggets

Literally can’t listen to the simplest order and then when I try to talk to figure out the issue, I’m met with nothing but attitude even when the error was on their end. So unprofessional

I have had alright experiences here in the past but the last few have been nothing but HORRIBLE. It is constantly dirty and not taken care of. I have attached photos of how utterly disgusting it is. Also, the service is terrible. I went in one night on my way through town and wanted to pay with cash. I kid you not, it took at least 12 minutes of them walking past me for pickup orders until I finally went back there and asked if someone was going to take my order. no worker up front. they see you and keep working in the back.. you are forced to use the self order device in the front or use the mcDs app. i hadnt eaten at MDS in a long time. great way to clear ur stomach

Service here was decent. I had a new person working the order desk, but he asked questions as needed of his trainer and did good job. The restaurant was a little dirty, but I was able to find a clean table. An employee cleaned the tables while I was eating after people cleared out of the tables. The food was very good. I really like the signature bacon smokehouse burger and hope McDonald's keeps this around for awhile. I typically don't eat at McDonald's since I prefer their competitors sandwiches, but this smokehouse burger is something their competitor does not have and this sandwich is awesome and full of flavor. The fries were hot and crispy and great, which is something McDonald's seems to have perfected. McDonald's Coke mixing is the best, meaning the way it's machine mixes and dispenses Coke provides the best tasting Coke anywhere. Every McDonald's is the same in this regard. The restroom was clean. My only complaint is the hand dryers, they take a couple cycles to dry your hands. This site could use upgraded hand dryers.

When I got my coffee at this shop this morning, I watched the employee Elena take my cash and cash me out, then proceeded to go make my bagel and my coffee without washing her hands or putting on any sort of gloves. I feel super unsafe and uncomfortable with that and I truly hope none of the other employees have the same disregard for health to their customers. Truly hope we all learn to wash our hands

I received an email stating that I had a free treat from Caribou for my birthday and what a GREAT treat and idea for my 70th! All the workers greeted me with a Happy Birthday wish! So thoughtful of them. And, like always, my coffee was absolutely delicious!! Thank you again!

Elena at the drive through was very nice and attentive! No fault of hers, the scone I ordered was a bit on the dry side, but decent flavor. the Honey Lavender Iced latte is heavenly! hope it could stay as a staple on the menu!

I think this photo of bagel will fully explain my experience. Unfriendly customer service. They don’t know how to cut the bagel correctly. Unbelievable. Although I asked for if this was supposed to look like this. They answered with bad excuse “during this time of a day… blah blah blah.” Shut up. You guys are working under the well-known trusted brand. You were supposed to apologize first. They even can’t follow my order. I ordered latte with emphasized words “light ice.”Then it came with regular amount of ice. Have those employees stand on the line by themselves when they know where they are workin. Never coming back.

IMO better coffee and beverages than Starbucks. My wife and I both prefer the Americano from Caribou Coffee than anywhere else. Staff are helpful, patient and friendly. I love the country lodge atmosphere. I wish there was a Caribou Coffee in my home city.

(6 pack and a pound) that was nice. We don't have a Taco johns in Fargo or Moorhead anymore, so it was great. The woman who took my order through the drive through was polite.

I ordered ahead for pickup in drive thru. I was asked to come inside to pick it up instead which usually isn’t an issue, but this restaurant is not built for that so it was a pretty difficult task to get out and then get back in. When I walked in, it was pretty busy in the lobby but they only had 4 orders on the screen. They didn’t have my order ready, it took an additional 10 minutes, and everything I ordered is cold. Very disappointed

Came through the drive-thru and got a bunch of hard shells and soft shells and there was like a couple specs of cheese and not much meat on each Taco pretty skimpy definitely won't be back anytime soon.

Food is amazing. Service is great. Every time I go. I try to play quick game before I get my food. I can’t even get a swipe in before they serve me amazing.

We're from out of town and ordered a rqther large order to go. Within 5 minutes we had fresh oles and tacos wrapped tight, bagged and in our hands with ease.

Joey there at the taco John's was so polite and the food actually tasted good. Not only tasted good but it was also fresh.im an over the road driver and always having to eat fast food, these were the nicest people I met other then the KFC.

That was the best hardshell lettuce taco I’ve ever had. I ordered three hard shells between all three of them. I might’ve had a quarter of an ounce of meat on them. At least the potato lays were hot.

This location needs to close. For years it has been an epic disappointment. My wife was craving Burger King for Mother's day (strange I know), so we placed an order ahead on the app so there is no reason anything should have been wrong. All our kids meals were missing the cookie (it asked if we wanted a toy or cookie with each kid meal and we selected cookie). All the kids nuggets were dried up shriveled rocks that they couldn't get through because they were so hard. All of the fries in all the meals were inedible because they were so hard, cold, and dried up that they could not be eaten. I ordered halvies (half fries and half onion rings), but got all fries. The whole restaurant had only 2 employees in the whole building who were NOT able to keep up with anything. We continue to give this location a chance, but will officially not be trying again. Beyond disappointed. Will not ever be back unless something is resolved.

The manager, Al, was so great with customer service and was quick to solve the issue with my order. He definitely has fixed the issues with this location, and my opinion of this BK is significantly better. For those who see bad reviews/have had bad experiences, please give it another chance. Al has done a great job!

Messed my whole order up and it took forever to even have our order taken. Everything on the receipt was right but the food was messed up. The cooks need to learn to get everything right. The lady at the window was nice tho

11-22-24 approx 5pm. I'd like to start off by saying i typically prefer BK or McDonald's but will never return to this location again. They were not busy we were the only ones there. The staff was very rude and had a hard time with a very basic order. The frys were cold. Drink order was wrong. Burgers were lacking on every level. Staff did get the kids crowns but made it seem like an inconvenience to them. Wont return to the south Washington location. See attachment of cheese burger and 3 whopper Jr's and what there supposed to look like.

Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with cheese and no lettuce at the drive thru. Receipt has it correct. Didn't look at the food until over an hour later when we arrived home. There's lettuce on the sandwiches and no cheese, yet I got charged $2 for cheese. I'm livid. I didn't expect the food to be hot after the drive home, but I did expect it to made correctly.

I ordered through uber eats as DoorDash is awful and they always mess up everytime I order they never listen it’s not hard to look at their screen to see what the customer wants or doesn’t want on it I have worked at bk before it’s honestly not hard to do I understand mistakes happen but seriously everytime I order from there

This place has friendly staff and great food! If you don't drink coffee, they have other options. They also have dairy free options for anyone who is lactose intolerant.

Wow what a cool atmosphere. Very polite and patient guy at the till! Very helpful for a couple of people who have never been there before. I had the onion bagel with herb and garlic. Wow what a combo! Will be back for sure! Next time I will try the breakfast bagel. Looks great! Thanks guys.

I come to Caribou for a light roast. I ordered a light roast brew of the day (Guatemala) at 3pm. Took my first sip which tasted like the other coffee place. I went back to the counter, asked if there was a mix up. The response was, "oh sorry, I told them not to brew another pot and to give you what we had." Nothing I could do because the system asks for a tip before you have to walk to the counter to drink coffee you didn't want

I usually go to this McDonald's cuz it's close by my residence... It's usually good no issues, however I was craving some hot and golden fries... And I get them and they are so undercooked seems like the nuggets are all right though

It was a little dirty when we ate there but we had a great time hanging out with my father-in-law for my son Kingston who just turned 3 years old so we had breakfast there with Grandpa before we headed back out of town. But you know McDonald's their prices have gotten out of hand for being a quick bite so if you have time yesterday's call a restaurant and place an order in my opinion but when it's convenient and you want McDonald's I definitely use them

Well, I am a difficult person. McDonald's is different in some places I go. So sometimes I like to give my taste buds something new and then it is difficult to order the things I want like for example liquid sugar but this location doesn't have. Good store helped find the store number for a different store. All items fresh and packaged correctly. And the ice cream machine works.

This has been a long time coming. I honestly was considering being a Karen and going straight to corporate which I still may very well do. I would give this location specifically a 0 star rating if I could. So, the late shift is where my issues lie, and this isn't just a one time mistake. I have a person who works there and has admitted to things happening. The staff will literally mess with your food, leaving out items, leaving out or switching around ingredients just to spite or mess with customers. The manager here has appointed her 18 year old daughter as assistant manager who was actually one of the people who was making our food the night we had went. It has been said that she goes to her mom's office all the time and cries about the stresses of the job. I thought that there was supposed to be no relation such as that in the work place. However, she has the assistant manager rule. It has also been said that she told one of her employees that if a customer is rude, that they can be spiteful and rude back. The night we had gone, we pulled over to make sure our food was all there because almost every time we go, there's always something missing. After waiting about 15 min to get our food, and us being the only car in the drive thru, the staff, whom are all mostly teens, were clearly messing around, because we could see in the window them not doing their job since it took so long to receive the food. This isn't necessarily a big issue, however, as we pulled over to check our food, the big Mac was missing. We decided to go in and grab that, which the teen who had to assisted us, gave us attitude as if we were the inconvenience. We got home, and as I opened my cheeseburger, the only item I ordered, they had completely left the patty off. They intentionally overuse sauce on their burgers so that it is literally oozing out the sides. This seems to be poor management at this location and someone should look into this. In the summer months, I'm pretty sure they had a 12 year old boy working there because his voice didn't even hit puberty yet. Could this be another child of a staff member? ? Whole place should be investigated and I would not be surprised if they spit in the food they hand out.

Absolutely horrible experience, ordered on the app for curbside pickup. Watched everyone get there food before us who came later. Mind you all we ordered was a happy meal. Eventually had to go in to get the food after waiting 15 minutes and still forgot our fries. Steer clear of this location.

This restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, my last two orders were burnt. The eggs had had a greenish texture. Costs have gone up and quality has gone down.

I just wanted a hot chocolate. So I had to go to the kiosk, find the right spot on the menu, press all the buttons and go and wait for my hot chocolate. I miss the customer- employee interaction. It was very sterile. But the bathrooms were clean.

The drive thru line is ridiculous. I ordered one meal deal and was told to pull up even though no one is behind me. I asked if I could wait and the manager told the worker at the window that I had to go to keep the time at the window down. That is 100% cheating the system, hurts me as the customer because I have to wait longer, and makes the team members have to walk out to cars unnecessarily. They really need to get their times together and fix that rather than making me wait longer around the building.

3pm on a Sunday, not busy enough to justify a 15 minute wait for food seating inside. Watched multiple cars from drive through get served. Is this supposed to be a "fast food" restaurant?

Disappointed. Growing up a wise man once told me if you order a cookie tote oh get fresh cookies. This man was a manager at our local McDonald’s and took pride in his work. Fast forward to today where I get in my car during the dead of winter, freezing I pull up and order a cookie tote. Instead I am disappointed when I open my tote to find yesterday’s cold hard cookies. This is just unacceptable I feel betrayed by McDonald’s.

I enjoy Tropical Smoothie but the employees not so much. Today my friend and I went in and ordered 2 smoothies. Mind you there were PLENTY of employees, so our 2 smoothies shouldn’t have taken long. If the MULTIPLE spray tan dummies worked as much as they talked, there would be no problem! Not to mention my friend and I were seated right at the counter and they stood talking doing absolutely no work, RIGHT INFRONT OF US. The only employee doing work was making food and oddly enough someone not even in uniform was making a smoothie faster than the girls on the shift. Not sure if they just didn’t care, or are poorly trained :)

Waited for 15 minutes for one smoothie and it wasn't even busy. There was only like six other people in the store and all but one was waiting like I was. With 2 people working the front, not one smoothie got made until the manager showed up and knocked 'em out. Strangely, once all the smoothies got made, they all say there on the counter while the staff washed dishes and cleaned up. Wth?! Not one person acknowledged us or even bothered to look up...and not one person apologized for the wait.

I had a lot of high school friends who worked here. However, most have moved on. I have in my been here three times, so take what I say without too much weight. I've never tried their food however I've heard the food is good. The smoothies are good, don't get me wrong, but they're not spectacular. To me, they are average smoothies, giving them a 2.5/5. Workers were always friendly and never had a bad experience when it came to service, and the interior is a nice mix of wooden and modern. 3/5.

Was in there Sunday at 1pm. Food was fine. Workers not so much. One worker with sleek brunette hair and small gold hoop earrings was clearly upset she had customers to attend to. Being another industry worker, I get it's frustrating. But to clearly be mouthing words about people coming in to eat and saying that you just want to go home is kinda lame. I'm not expecting someone to be all happy and stuff to be at work. But making sure people see you're visibly upset kind of ruins the atmosphere. Like, girl chill it's your job. You will be able to go home.
