We had the Farine Breakfast and the eggs Benedict croissant. Food was Amazing, latte and coffee delicious. We spent $50. Walked in with a beverage from another establishment and ordered. We were told outside beverages were not allowed after we ordered and tipped. Totally understandable, although the message(request) could have been handled with a bit more tact and professionalism. Customer service is Everything!!! Regardless, food was tasty.

Friendly staff and polite customers who bussed their own tables so others waiting could have a clean table to sit 🙌 Food was visually appealing and tasted fresh. I loved my bread (served with Shashuka) but my husband's croissant was way too buttery. It was breakfast but we were stuffed until 3pm! Filling but we didn't feel that our food was tasty. We both loved our coffees (mocha and cortado) though. That was good. 👍 I want to go back to try their sweet pastries but maybe a different location. This one was narrow and too crowded.

Very tasty breakfast option for Redmond. I had the Shakshuka, which was well seasoned and came with some very tasty bread. Eggs were perfectly cooked. However I felt that the sauce was quite liquidy - I prefer a thicker texture more akin to a sauce while this was more soupy. It was a very tasty soup tho. 8.5/10

Very nice place to grab a cup of nice specialty coffee, have a croissant or an eclair. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Products are high quality. Can be quite crowded in the morning but also in week-ends. The products have high quality ingredients.

I was excited to try this place as someone new in town, but unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing 🥲. The strawberry matcha was the blandest I’ve ever had, with a thin layer of strawberry syrup. I also ordered the French toast that was supposed to come with fresh berries, but it arrived topped with jammed berries instead. Overall, not what I was expecting and pretty underwhelming.

Quick shout out to these guys, every single server went above and beyond in being helpful and kind. With how busy they are and how quick order get taken out and all the noise they made an effort to stop and actively listen when we needed something bravo guys bravo We got to this beautiful place on a weekday morning 10ish and wow they were packed!! But we luckily found a table, so yes packed but you can find a place to sit We ordered the Farine breakfast and Waffle dippers and guys you might think the dippers are for kids, but I am telling you order it for the table it is so yummy and so much fun. The waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It comes with three sauces, caramel, chocolate and maple and they comes warmed up YUM!! The Farine breakfast is a hearty breakfast, I got mine with merguez and scrambled eggs and it also comes with roasted tomatoes, potatoes and toast, woohoo carb loading!! Listen these guys care about their customers and their standards, AND they are still one of the most affordable establishments around

The current 4+ star score is deceiving, there is no reason for this to be above a 3 at best. First off the server was cold and robotic, wouldn't look us in the eye and just threw us our check like 5 minutes after we started eating. We just assumed he's having a rough morning... But then we looked over and saw him smiling and laughing with other customers, which made us feel unwelcome. We thought "whatever, at least the food should be good with this high review score!" Sadly this was also not true, as my Eggs Benedict was tasteless even with copious salt and pepper. If it was cheap I wouldn't mind, but at nearly $20 it better have some flavor. I couldn't help but compare it to the DELICIOUS Pork Belly Eggs Benedict down near my work at the "West Hill Deli". They're $13 there and PACKED with flavor. My fiancé's "Asian" Chicken Salad was a disgrace to salad, chicken, and Asian culture. You can see in the picture that nearly HALF of the meal was those cheap fried noodles used as filler. The chicken was somehow very dry even though the salad was wet, and the whole thing tasted like a $5 prepackaged grocery store salad kit sold for again, nearly $20. Maybe this used to be better, maybe the reviews are written by only regulars. Either way our experience was massively disappointing, gonna give this one a few years before coming back to check for improvements.

I've been here a few times. It's a classic American diner which are hard to find anymore. The food is average; not amazing, not horrible. If you're a foody, you'll hate it. If you like comfort food and don't care how it looks, you'll be okay with it, which is why I've been here a few times. Staff is a bit odd. They love the regular customers, you'll see them laughing and chatting it up with them, but they seem wary of new faces. They get the job done, but it's a strange vibe.

We had a group of 8 for a Sat brunch. Since we planned the gathering, we arrived early to put in our request. Host was pleasant and said it would be a while, we were fine with it. But just a few moments later a waiter from the bar said he could set us up in there. Since we were early, we asked if that was ok with the host. He was good with it. So we were seated in the bar, about a half hour before our group meet time. After about 5 minutes, and taking our drink order, the waitress decided to rail into me about "holding" a table for so long when they were busy (empty tables in the main dining room). I explained what had occurred at the host stand, but she wouldn't listen nor speak to the waiter who showed us in. She was basically rude and out of line. Wasn't happy about the treatment. That aside, we all received our food in a timely manner, and it was good. Boy, are the pancakes and cinnamon rolls enormous!!!! Beware when you order or a doggie bag is in your future!!!!

It’s a great place to get a small to medium size group of friends together for lunch or dinner and conversation. My group has been 4 to 7 men at different times and they’ve easily accommodated us. The food is very good at a very reasonable price with a wide variety of choices. The service is also quite good although the waiters/waitresses seem to be a little overworked sometimes. Atmosphere is reasonably quiet, casual and friendly, with no televisions or loud music to interfere with conversation. They seem to have a small problem with their ventilation, as the front dining area often smells like smoke and burned toast. The air is better in the back dining area. Although I’ve given them four stars, not five stars, for food, service, and atmosphere, you shouldn’t expect five stars for these prices. I still highly recommend Lil John’s for a casual, friendly and inexpensive lunch or dinner.

Some other food can definitely be mediocre but their breakfast fair is very good and ready very quickly. They make a sincere effort to connect with people, and it creates a welcoming environment. The plastic booths and decor feel a little worn and dated but that's simply reflects their priorities and their commitments to good food and good service. They are not inexpensive, but they are pretty reasonable for being on the Eastside.

An Eastside favorite! It's been there for years, and happily so. Coffee refilled frequently. Waitstaff are friendly and solicitous. The cinnamon rolls are huge and THE best! 😁👍☕️🏆

The food here is absolutely TERRIBLE. I’ve traveled the country and have been to hole in the wall/mom and pop/1 in 100 mile breakfast joints. An I just have to say, the food here competes With jails. The staff are very polite mind you, the atmosphere is throwback and welcoming… But the food leaves so much to be desired. If all you have ever tasted in your life is eggs covered in dirt, or off brand rubbery ham, this may be alright for you. But in my experience, everything I ate was essentially survival food.. It was really REALLY bad, and sure as hell NOT worth the prices they charge. I’d have paid maybe $2.50 for the ham and cheese omelette I got. Instead is was almost $20.. I should have just ate in my truck or just went to the nearest gas station…

Don't you just hate it when all you can eat buffets are just not that appetizing? Well me too, that's why I LOVE Eques, Their buffet is not overly packed with items but still plentiful and continuously refreshed (well except the chocolate croissant, come on guys do better) The service is always friendly and we were promptly seated (reservations are best guys) it did take a moment for our server to come back to us but soon we had coffee and juice and hit the buffet. There was scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, potato medley, pancakes, and a bunch of other warm items. I will say the make your own omelette is no longer part of their buffet and I do wish waffles were but alas. Lots of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, jams, toast and the coffee is nice and strong, heck the view isn't bad either. Will be be back as usual

I MUST give a shout out to our server Ruth. She is amazing!! She remembers her guests even though we don’t come that often (from Canada). She knows what you like and how you like it!! The brunch items have a lot of variety and VERY fresh!!

Went to Eques for brunch and had a mixed experience. The service and atmosphere were great, making for a pleasant dining environment. However, the food didn't quite hit the mark. I tried the Eggs Benedict, and while it was tasty on its own, it came with nothing else on the plate, leaving the dish feeling incomplete. This seemed to be a common theme with the meals we ordered. Overall, Eques has a lot of potential with its good service and nice atmosphere. But right now, the food needs some improvement. As it is, I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back.

Stayed at the Hyatt regency and had breakfast every morning of our stay. Our servers - a bald gentleman (don’t know his name) and Angel were great and so friendly. Even when it was super busy, Angel kept her cool and was still kind and checked up on us several times. Service is probably the friendliest I’ve ever had (felt in a genuine way). Food - we ordered the Belgian waffles, crab omelette, salmon Benedict, crab Benedict, tiramisu pancakes and I enjoyed them all!

It’s average and kinda disappointing after I have read those 4-5 star reviews about their breakfast buffet : the varieties such as the green salad and bread are very limited. They charged extra for making omelets, the bread is not tasty, so dry, no French toast, the pancake didn’t offer other topping choices except for butter. Only the hot food area I find a bit of value, yet again, the selection was very limited and the egg dish is no better than other cheap hotel’s free breakfast.

The buffet at $35 / person is quite expensive for what it offers. It comes with juice and coffee, and a small assortment of hot and cold food including made-to-order omelets. We’ve been twice for the buffet but it’s really not worth the price. The service was very good and the atmosphere is nice. The food is average and the buffet leaves something to be desired - it’s lacking French toast and other breakfast favorites like biscuits and gravy and a potato hash. I might be back to try the items off the a la carte menu, but I don’t think I’ll be tempted by the buffet again. They also mislabeled an item as vegetarian that had meat in it!

If you stay in the Hyatt hotel and you're a Globalist, you can eat at this restaurant for free...just charge to your room. I had always passed by this place but never stopped in to see how the brunch was. But I did because I'm a Globalist and it was free and I would say that it's delicious and I would probably go back and pay for the brunch even if I wasn't a Globalist. Don't eat a lot of food the night before which leaves you plenty of room to try pretty much everything they have. It's a really good brunch with me to order omelettes and many many other options for pretty much any dietary need.

Multiple veg and vegan options. We had California Benedict, Grilled Veggie Hash and Fresh Berry Waffle. 5/5 for Waffles. Removing one star for portion against the cost. Service was good and friendly.

Decent Spot, But Overpriced and Disappointing Omelette Village Square Cafe has a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, but my experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The coffee was shockingly expensive for what it was—nothing special, just an average brew at a premium price. The biggest disappointment, though, was the omelette, which was overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected something much better. That said, the service was good, and the cafe has a nice, welcoming vibe. Maybe other menu items are better, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t go out of my way to return. If they improved the food quality and adjusted prices, it could be a great spot.

Such a lovely spot for breakfast! The kids' menu is fantastic — we had pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon, and my kids absolutely loved it. I went for the breakfast burrito, which had a bit of a kick but was incredibly tasty. The place is cozy, clean, and the perfect way to start the day on a happy note.

We had breakfast at Village Square Cafe in Redmond and tried the California Benedict and avocado toast. The Benedict was okay—nothing special, just average. The avocado toast, on the other hand, was really good, with fresh avocado on crispy toast. The cafe has a cozy feel, and the service was friendly. If you’re looking for a tasty and simple breakfast, the avocado toast is a good choice.

Fantastic brunch spot with good service! The veggie omelet is packed with fresh vegetables and cooked to perfection. The pumpkin pancakes are incredibly delicious - a definite must-try! Expect longer wait times on weekends

I had the cornbread hash with an egg, and it was delicious. My daughter ordered the French toast, and she loved it. The wife ordered the eggs Benedict, and she also loved her meal. I would say the place is an excellent breakfast place. We thoroughly enjoyed this place.

A decent amount of parking and conveniently right across from the marymoor light rail. Nice little stop after the trail. There are nice picnic tables outside, and a couple indoor tables. Really easy to find the cashier and order the bagels. So many options and so many combinations. Everything bagels were amazing, they were extremely generous with the cream cheese. If you like lots of cream cheese you're in luck. I'd you like a lighter amount you might want to let them know. Really like the garlic herb cream cheese, looking forward to trying all their cream cheeses. This is definitely going to be my go to bagel spot in the future. Tried the Beecher cheese bagel for the sausage, egg, cheese sandwich. Absolutely amazing. Soft and warm. The toasted it well. Got a caramel macchiato, it wasn't piping hot so I was able to start driving it immediately. If you're used to getting super hot coffee, might not be your cup of tea. I really like how they has some free doggie bagels. So feel free to bring your dogs, they even gave water bowls. UPDATE: I went again!! The very next day 😆, craving it in the morning. Funny surprise was they have invisible bagels, I really love how in character the staff was the invisible bagels! I did not order the invisible bagels, but I did get a photo. I ordered the Zoe Zuckerman with Chevy Cheese bagel. Got the pepperoni pizza bagel with garlic herb and a ham breakfast sandwich with an everything bagel. Absolutely amazing everything! I’m definitely going to be trying every bagels and cream cheese flavor eventually.

The bagles were good but the breakfast bagle I ordered the cheese wasn't even melted which was a bit disappointing. The other sandwiches were good according to my friends and husband. The flavored cream cheese and the variety of bagels was great. I'll try another sandwich sometime. That staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. Lots of space to eat outside! Definitely will try again!

10/10 experience. The food was great and the outdoor seating was really nice. Very clean facility with kind staff. It was a quick walk from the Redmond Inn & it opens pretty early so you can hit them up before you head out of town. I thought about that bagel the whole drive back to BC. We will be back!! *bonus points for being a nut free facility!!!*

Place is very large. Plenty of fresh bagels. I had the breakfast bacon everything bagel and it was very good. Place is dog friendly, and offer bagel treats for them. Your missing my favorite bagel, everything toasted with butter and cream cheese with salsa on it. If you would have had this I would have enjoyed it more. I highly recommend this place.

These aren't technically great bagels. Closer to grocery store bagels, but it makes up for it in a large variety, good sandwich construction, friendly environment and fun location near Marymoor park and the train station makes it really easy to recommend.

I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a gluten free bagel. Got bacon which is okay but not what I ordered... bagel is cold and very hard. Falls apart with each bite. Whole sandwich is cold, didn't even melt the cheese one bit. Very disappointing. Couldn't even get coffee because their machine was down.

Every time we come here, the experience is consistently excellent. The food is always amazing, and the staff greets you with the kind of friendliness that makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. I recently brought my family here for the first time while they were visiting from out of state, and they absolutely loved it. We stopped in on a weekday around 10–11 am and it was perfect—not busy at all, so we could take our time enjoying the food and catching up. On weekends it can definitely get crowded, and sometimes there’s a bit of a wait to order and get your food, but honestly, that just shows how popular and loved this spot is. The quality more than makes up for the wait. This place also has a really nice setup for different types of visits—there’s outdoor seating, some indoor tables, and it’s kid- and pet-friendly, which makes it an easy choice whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast or lingering over brunch. It strikes that rare balance of being casual and comfortable while still serving food that feels special. If you’re in the Redmond area, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Whether you’re a bagel fan, looking for a family-friendly brunch place, or just want something fresh and satisfying to start your day, this is a place worth going out of your way for. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Great food. Top notch service! The hostess and our server were very engaging. The hostess had a back and forth game of tic tac toe with our son. Very friendly atmosphere and made us feel at home. Definitely a recommended diner in the Bellevue/Seattle area.

If you’re ordering delivery from here save your money! Total rip off, paid $20 for a corned beef had breakfast meal. I received a country fried steak with two eggs. No hash browns or toast. I’m sure they don’t treat their customers like this when dining in… or at least I hope. I don’t recommend

If you're a regular here, I'm sure it's great. If not, prepare to be ignored. Took my order, served my food, never checked on me once. Waited ten minutes before having to flag someone down for a coffee refill. Never got more jam for my biscuit or extra napkins I'd asked for. Servers were too busy chatting with the regulars. Ordered the chicken fried steak because it said "smothered in sausage gravy." It was not. It came with regular country gravy. No sausage.

Fresh, fluffy, sky-high biscuits made my day. Housemade corned beef hash was excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere is basic, but welcoming. We'll be back next time we're in town.

We came here for breakfast and were very disappointed. Our server didn’t even know what a fried egg was. The coffee was served cold, the biscuits were cold and dry (and no toast option available), and the bacon we ordered never showed up. The service overall was not friendly. What we did get: 2 cups of cold coffee, 2 dry biscuits, 4 eggs, and a very small portion of hashbrowns — all for $48. Definitely not worth it.

Like we do, woke up in the morning and started looking for a place to grab some breakfast/brunch. We found this place, had some good rating, nothing fancy and we decided on this place. The place was crowded but we didn't have to wait for seating. The staff is really friendly. As far as the food is concerned, it was good, nothing spectacular, I felt like the eggs and hash browns probably could use more seasoning. Check out pictures for more info.

I grabbed quick breakfast over here. This place is in the back of the gas station, so watch out first timers. I really like the food and staffs are auper friendly. I would definitley recommend it. Would be not easy to find parking spot if its peak hours.

It was a classic IHOP experience. The food was good. The coffee was actually really good. And the server was friendly and on top of everything. I went late at night. It was a bit empty, but the food was still good. We also got dessert. Ihop doesn't have a great dessert menu. But the waiter helped us pick some sweet stuff. He was nice. This IHOP feels like a classic IHOP. The building isn't one of those modern ones. So that's nice. The bathroom was clean as well.

As always, this place and it's service never disappoints! Food is always so good here and the staff are very hands on. You can tell a lot by a restaurant by the way they cook their salmon and chicken! Always cooked to prefection. The cooks here are so underrated.

Our server Matt was quick with the refills on coffee, polite, consistently checked on us, though it was busy, and made it a general pleasant experience. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The steak bites I got were seasoned nicely, tender, and juicy with a side of green/yellow beans and steamed broccoli. The omelet my friend got looked really good and was very large with a nice, crispy looking square of hashbrowns to go with it.

I love this place. Polite staff and food is good. This time we ordered strawberry cheesecake waffle combo , which came with eggs, hash brown and pork sausage/bacon. As I am vegetarian, there was an option to swap the pork with the plant-based one. We also took grilled chicken biscuit with a side of fruits. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Service was exemplary, they were super friendly and came by several times to make sure everything was to our liking. My wife had the Dutch baby, which was so big she couldn't finish it and I had the sourdough french toast, four slices cooked to perfection. We bought a set of the hand thrown ceramic coffee mugs....they are great coffee mugs

I came here with my daughter for the first time ever. The place was not too busy nor was it noisy. My daughter has many allergies so accommodating her needs was tricky. We were told by the service person that pancakes and waffles here contain peanut oil (unusual additions to the batter, in my opinion). We selected a French toast kids plate. My daughter was very happy with this meal. I had a cup of black coffee, which was tasty. Reasonably clean restroom with a sticky floor. Might come back. :)

A cute location in redmond town center! Loved the combo here - super crispy bacon and probably the best French toast I’ve ever had. Quality and taste is a lot better than the Waffle House. My server Emma was very delightful to speak with and service was awesome from the staff here (:

Hidden gem in Redmond Town Center! Got their seasonal berry french toast and it was very filling. They offered a variety of drinks including flavored lemonades and coffees. If I had to take my family our for breakfast or brunch, this is the spot I'd go to. The prices were on the higher side compared to a dinner, but it you can splurge this is a great place.

The server was nice, but the kitchen gave up a long time ago. I ordered an eggs Benedict, but got sunny side up slapped on a pile of mush. Blueberry pancakes were flat and lifeless, seem to be made with frozen blueberries and left to sit for long enough that the blueberries lose their shape and leak into the dough. And it was $40. Could not emphasize enough how much I recommend avoiding this place.

Cute little cafe nestled along Main Street! The toasts are decent but not consistent, so sometimes the pink hummus is generous and other times not. Cortado and cold brew are good! They also have a good display of local artists’ artworks.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning and there was no wait and tables available. Matcha was very delicious- I tried their seasonal blueberry matcha. I stopped by just to try the pink avocado toast and was not disappointed as it was full of flavor. Will be back.

One day off, I wanted to go out to a cocooning place other than at home. French, the break is sacred ☺️ so thank you for offering this atmosphere, because it is very rare when I feel good in a cafe around here. The jazzy sound is good for the ears, the latte was delicious, the very warm welcome and the avocado toast really good!

Solid spot for coffee and food! It can be challenging to find a good coffee shop that also has good breakfast options, but we were definitely thankful to find this place.

I absolutely love this cafe! It’s one of my favs, I love their blueberry matcha I was sad to hear it’s out of season now. I always get their pink avocado toast, it hits the spot every-time! Today I also tried their açaí bowl for the first time. Everything tasted great, the granola had peacons in it which made it super rich and delicious and the berry base was so tasty but the texture of the açaí was too watery. It tasted good but had a unpleasant mouth-feel. Overall still amazing place, would 100% recommend it!

Love stopping by here despite how busy it gets. Patio was full since it was such a nice sunny day. Long line inside worth the wait. While we waited we watched the team by the bakery window rolling fresh croissants.There was no room to sit so we had to-go our order. We bought a loaf of baguette for home, two almonds croissants and one chocolate Croissants were freshly baked and every flake was just yummy!!!! We ordered a latte as well which was not the best. Coffee and pastries are pricey compared to other bakeries around. Place gets busy so does get dirty with crumbs on the floor and dirty tables. One would hope customers would clean after themselves, but no. Overall great vibe, cute merchandises for purchase. Will be back for baguettes.

Despite being on a busy street, having a coffee and cruffin on the outside patio in the early morning was quite enjoyable. The short line moved very quickly and I was greeted at the counter very pleasantly with a smile and a bit of small talk. There were ample options to choose from like a wide variety of pastries, drinks, teas, full breakfasts, and more. I had an iced caramel latte with soy milk and it was easily the best coffee I’ve ever had, but this was also my first stop on my first trip to Seattle. The option of glass dishes for dining in was certainly a bonus.

This is a wonderful breakfast/Lunch spot. The food is delicious, the sweets are all good and the coffee was wonderful! They have a good variety of options. The service was great. The place is always packed. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. No street parking, but they do have an underground parking, with free 2 hrs parking. Just follow the directions for registering your car, by following the QR code on the parking garage walls.

The fries were golden and crispy, and that dipping sauce? Chef’s kiss! And let’s talk about the Pistachio Paris-Brest… Dreamy choux pastry filled with light pistachio cream, topped with powdered sugar and little roasted nuts. Heaven in a bite! 🥐✨ Plus, their pastry case looks like it came straight out of a Paris bakery – everything is picture-perfect and impossible to choose just one! Just amazing! The food and coffee both are great. We go for their orange peel mocha and also had their seasonal afogato. Both the coffees were great. We also tried their egg shakshuka which was very good. Overall the ambience is very nice. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Very good ambience. Absolutely loved it ..

Tried the Quinoa Salad and Veggies Basket Croissant — both were fresh and tasty. 🥗 Qenua Salad: Light, clean flavors. Quinoa was well-cooked. It could use a bit more seasoning or texture. 🥐 Veggies Basket Croissant: Flaky, buttery, and filled with delicious roasted veggies. Very satisfying! Cozy spot, friendly staff.

Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I shared the pain au chocolat, the mocha croissant, the breakfast sandwich, and the shakshuka! They were all super good especially the mocha croissant, perfect sweetness. We also got a spicy chai and a Belgian mocha with whip! All under $55 which is insane! Great prices! We were shocked by how reasonable everything was! Got our heated pastries in under 2 minutes, our drinks under 3 minutes and our main food around 10 minutes which was amazing! Definitely will be back to this perfect breakfast spot!! Highly recommend!!

The pastries were are really good and the prices are reasonable. Especially compared to other places in downtown Redmond. Had the fruit tart and latte and both were exceptional. Staff is friendly and warm as well. Love this place. Update Came to get some pasties to go. There was a line but didn’t take more than 5 min. I added a latte to go as well… big mistake. I stood there waiting for 20 min. They put me down with the wrong name. WTH! So annoying. I asked for a new one which they made but even fresh it’s lukewarm at best. They need to turn the water temp up.

Coffee is good. Food is good. Prefer this place to Starbucks. I like that now you can sit outside, with sunny days and blooming flowers the atmosphere is definitely different. Inside it’s clean but the table are too close to each other which doesn’t look that private . There are about 6-7 tables outside and we were lucky to get one.

I love pastries and recently discovered this place! The first time I went there I didn’t know what to order because everything looked delicious. The servers waited patiently until I was ready, no rush at all! I had a Turkey and Cheese croissant and a fresh fruit tart and both were very tasty.

Nice atmosphere and decent quality pastries - although I bought a slice of mango cream cake and the cream was too dried out, and was not to the quality I used to get from them. Not sure it was the end of the day kind of issue or their quality is down — definitely overpriced. For $6 I expected a fresh cake not dried out one. I got my cake in paper plates, sat outside to enjoy my cake. The staff closed without checking the outdoor tables. One was still full of their plates, silverware, and mugs. I knocked on the door to let them know, but they didn’t acknowledge it.

French Bakery is generally not my top go to dessert place. I never felt the great about their service or even pastries or coffee in there. However this one flavour in the Redmond City Centre location really blew my mind. This was likely a new and limited flavour - Uber and Coconut. I kid you not - this is actually really good. I loved it ! If you are in the area and you crave something sweet, do try this out while they still have it.

First time here, and honestly, the place felt a bit rundown. There’s plenty of space inside, and the panini with the pastry was actually pretty good. But it no longer feels like the French bakery it once was—no smell of fresh coffee or baked goods. It’s kind of lost that charm and feels more like a not-quite-fast-food spot now.

Wife & I popped in here a couple of days ago for a lunch. We have never been and were curious to check it out. I've lived around here for a long while and was happy to see this as an addition to the Redmond Town Center. We were warmly greeted and given ample friendly service. Upon entering we were immediately welcomed with the enticing scents the bakery had to offer. We had a dish and coffee each, of which was swiftly produced and we nabbed a table outside to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The coffee was delicious, the food was equally so. We even grabbed a handful of pastries to bring home with us. We will absolutely be coming back again. P.s.: If you are waiting for your order pickup, give room for others also coming to pick up as well.

Went here on a Saturday evening with a friend and honestly had such a great time. The food was incredible, and the service was genuinely warm and welcoming. The vibe of the place was elegant, nicely decorated, good lighting, and chill, stylish music in the background. It felt like everyone there was enjoying themselves, not just us. The menu looked thoughtfully put together, and what stood out was that the head chef, Jovane, came out to say hello to each table. He mentioned that they change the menu every month, so I won’t get into too many specifics. But just for context: I had a goat cheese and fruit-based starter, a chicken salad, and a steak main. Each dish was flavorful, balanced, and beautifully done. The steak especially was a standout, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Dessert too was a total showstopper. We had a platter with a few different mini desserts, and every single one was delicious and felt thoughtfully made. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. I’m already thinking about going back. 😍 ♥️😋

Came to the restaurant for an amazing French dinner. The first thing I saw walking in were their yummy pastries and further in the dining area there's merchandise and a bar. The ambience is great for dinner with friends or romantic meal. They changed their menu every month so you can always find new favorites! We were here on the last day of their June menu and all the dishes were had were delicious. I had a goat cheese and apple in toast, chicken salad, fish main, dessert, and kombucha. Also friendly staff and chef Jovan came around to check up on us and presented us with dessert. I'm sure their July menu is just as great and will be back to try them!

100% recommended! The staff is fantastic, they're not only super helpful but also incredibly knowledgeable about their wines. And don't even get me started on the coffee and bread; both were absolutely amazing! A must-visit spot if you are in the Bellevue area. The pairing with the chocolate dessert was the best. Got the quiche Lorraine (comes with salad) and cafe mocha and both were really good🙏 The other pastries also looked delish, but didn't have enough space in my tummy to try them😁 Service was very sweet, and the ambience was nice. As with most places in Bellevue, pretty pricey for what we had ($30++ for a mocha, a latte, and a quiche), though the quality was very good.

What an absolute waste of time. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, 1 decaf mocha, and 3 butter croissants to go. First red flag — they barely have any staff, especially on a busy Sunday morning. The same girl taking orders is also running around serving food to others, which means you stand there forever before even placing an order. We waited 20 minutes just to order, then another 15 minutes after ordering. Finally got our 3 croissants, but when we asked about our coffee, suddenly they say, “Service is a little slow, we’d like to refund you.” Excuse me? After 45 minutes of waiting in the store, NOW you tell me you can’t make the coffee? If you knew you were backed up, you should’ve said it before taking our order — but no, they’ll happily take your money and keep you waiting. Feels completely intentional and greedy. Don’t trust the glowing reviews and waste your time here. I saw several people just wanting coffee or to dine in, and the staff were turning them away saying “reservations only” while plenty of tables sat empty. The management is clearly too greedy to hire enough staff to handle weekends. One extra person could’ve fixed most of these issues, but nope — they’d rather run skeleton crew and ruin people’s mornings

Pretty good food, at decent prices. Pretty busy, casual dining atmosphere with fast service, but nothing that left me overly wowed. The dumplings and pot stickers were good, but the spicy beef appetizer was too salty.

Edible, but could be better. I believe the dumplings are made from frozen batches, and it shows in the taste. The zucchini–shrimp dumplings were almost flavorless, and the beef soup broth was quite plain. The tea, however, was very good. Overall, it might be a decent spot for a quick bite, but don’t expect much in terms of flavor experience.

Atmosphere is clean and bright. The service is nice because it is table based. However, they hassle you to pay unnecessarily. I ordered pan fried beef 3.5/5 and pork and shrimp 3/5 dumplings. They were served very unattractively upside down. Best thing on the plate is the pickled cabbage 4.5/5.

Ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings. They were upside down and all stuck together which I've never seen or experienced. There was no vinegar or soy dipping sauce which was also disappointing. The smell was off-putting as well. Definitely would recommend other places to this.

I'm so disappointed by how deep the food quality declined at this place. I used to think their Xiao Long Bao is as good as Ting Tai Feng's. That was 5 years ago. Today, the Xiao Long Bao I had here taste like trash. What happened? I don't think I will come back.

Dough Zone is a franchise, but they do a great job with the food. You get what you expect and it's delicious. Highly recommended. Service was good. The place can use some work. I think prices went up since last time I visited, 6 months ago.

Just got wrongfully jailed for nearly a week, and wanted to treat myself first thing out, and saw this place (which I’ve been dying to try since I moved to Seattle anyway), and wow!! Granted, my baseline was pretty low after a week in King County, but Taylor was SUPER pleasant and helpful and made me a tremendous cold brew that lit my ass up after a week with no caffeine 😅 She got me signed up for a Mercury’s Rewards, so my understanding is that there’s $10 waiting for me the next time I come back, which is a pleasant treat because I LOVE this coffee shop and would be back anyway. Terrific people, great coffee, GREAT location - worth going a little out of your way, or if, like me, you’ve just always seen it while waiting on a bus, take the leap! They’re great 😊

A casual cafe that seems like an excellent option for grab-and-go, as well as for folks looking to sit down for a little break. The seating is limited, but the layout is comfortable and flanked by windows that allow for natural sunlight on a clear day, cozy indoor vibes on a rainy one. There's a large variety of savory and sweet food options. The maple cruffin reminded me a little of a cinnamon roll on the inside (very buttery and moist), but with a croissant-like crust and a tasty maple glaze. When it comes to Americanos, I generally expect them to range from "fine" to "how I imagine battery acid to taste," but when I don't want straight espresso or the volume of a drip, an Americano is an acceptable compromise. So imagine my surprise when I order an Americano from Mercury to find that was... Actually easy sipping and smooth? A tasty and comforting beverage that I wanted to sip and enjoy? That, along with the overall friendly and welcoming energy of the staff, made my morning. Swing by and see for yourself if you have the chance.

whoever is sending out door dash orders today around 2:30 PM has completely given up - coffee drinks completely butchered with multiple major ingredients (cold foam x2, salted caramel flavor - missing entirely). These drinks are ghastly and there is no ticket checking for obvious errors i.e cold foam missing on 2 drinks). DO NOT order delivery from this location.

This place is really just a drop in for commuting people with limited pastries and food. It is very cold inside and only a few bar stools for seats. It's not a place to gather and there is no parking around. It's not the ideal location to meet up at. I would recommend their other location. This could have been a really cute coffee shop if it was situated in a better location with more seats.

Classic pancake house, with some twists that make it feel a little old-world. Definitely try the potato pancakes wrapped around sausage, with apple compote! We went in with a large group (7) and were seated within minutes. Our server was fantastic, and the food came out quickly and hot.

The food was fresh and cooked to perfection! My wife had the potato pancakes and the had an amazing flavor. I had the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and a single pancake. I had grilled onions and cheese on the hashbrowns. Everything was yummy. I'm glad we found this place on our road trip.

Friendly service and nice atmosphere but the food was hit or miss. My mom’s corned beef dish was really nice and my dad’s combo was good too, however my eggs Benedict were inedible. They were caked in sauce, even after I removed a bunch it was too much and the English muffins were soggy from all the sauce they absorbed. However my parents ate the hashbrowns and the eggs so it didn’t feel right to send it back so I can’t dock them for that as they didn’t get a chance to fix it. My dad’s French toast had a hair in it and the pancakes weren’t great in our opinion they tasted like they came from a box mix

First time here after 6 years in the area and I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. We usually go to Village Square Cafe, but the wait on weekends is NUTS!! We were seated in 5 mins on a busy Sunday morning, food was awesome - empty plate as proof. Loved the hash browns - crunchy yet soft inside. Coffee was great, atmosphere was bustling and our server Crystal was terrific. I'm coming back next Sunday 😊

Came here because I was craving pancakes and they did not disappoint. I ended up ordering eggs Benedict with pancakes and they were super yummy! the service here was great! Everyone was super kind and check in on you often, atmosphere feels great, cozy, and so welcoming. I enjoyed every bit of this place, will be my new favorite spot to go to

We came here Saturday and the young host with the mole on her nose and dark hair who apparently was new was not very friendly and should get a job where she doesn't have to interact with people. Our waitress was much nicer and the food was pretty good, overall a pretty good breakfast spot.

Their coffee quality has really dropped. They used to be incredible doing wonderful art on the top. Now everything is just dumped together and tastes bitter. The breakfast sandwich still slaps.

Vibe was cool, well designed, but not really my thing. Coffee was very average, it wasn’t really bad, but wasn’t good either. Prices were high (but that is expected considering the location) staff were warm, and atmosphere was cozy. Good if you want coffee for a study, not the best if you’re expecting a great cup of coffee.

Went in at around 9:30am for a take out 8oz matcha latte. The attending baristas were not hospitable at all, no smiles not any greeting. The matcha latte tasted like warm milk. Latte not well blended and very little matcha taste. There are plenty of coffee places in downtown Redmond now. I don't think I will ever go back to this one.

Nice options for pastries. Good variety and always fresh. Coffee is improving and making the effort to be more consistent. Nice atmosphere to just chill and take in the rotating art they feature on the surrounding walls. And a fun playlist of variety music in background.

I’ve stopped here a few times over the years because a friend likes to go here. The drip coffee was not hot and I had forgotten that from earlier visits. A dollar for a refill seems too high . I’m also put off by the lack of drink prices posted on their board behind the counter as well as in the pastry case.

Wrote a review over three years ago. Still zero stars. Prices have skyrocketed, service still sucks, and they still can't get things right. I took a picture of the menu of what I ordered, and then what I got. It's just amazing to think someone making at least $15/hour thought this sandwich was acceptable; it had two (2) slimey tomato slices, a layer of iceberg lettuce and the mozzarella ? It was like a smear of butter in one corner of the bread. I know. I know! I should take it back and ask them for a redo, but then you have to deal with the employees who originally made the sandwich thinking this was a proud piece of work. Like now customers are schooling them?

Disappointed to the point I had to write a review. Paid $9+ for a grilled cheese with bacon that had 2 slices of bacon and a tiny amount of cheese. Bacon was $2.70 extra so a dollar per piece of bacon! The salad was also $9 and it's tiny! This restaurant used to be outstanding fast quality. It has fallen so so far. Not worth the cost for the quantity and lack of quality. Order from a legit restaurant and you'll pay the same amount for what you actually expected. Look at my photos for proof.

Stopped by for a couple of Kitchen Sink cookies - our favorite! Cookies are great, as always. But, please provide tongs to staff to minimize reach over the pastry case. The server was reaching in front of the cookies for another item and her bare arm came in full contact with the cookie. We watched her do this exact same thing with the next item she pulled. All contaminated product should be discarded immediately. I don't want arm sweat on my cookie, or any other item!

I had to repeat my order 3x and still the cashier didn't seem to understand. I asked him to repeat it back to me and did it in a thick accent and it was incorrect 3x. Started heading to the kiosks but he insisted he could help me. I asked for a receipt with a list of items on it. Finally it was correct. Manager started paying attention after all the drama at the cashier.

The establishment looks clean but the server doesn't speak good English. I have to repeat numerous times. Thought finally got my order to go which were 2 sandwiches, 1 cup soup and 2 chocolate croissants but when I came home found that 2 croissants were missing. Total was $50 not cheap!

🍰🍵 The French Bakery has so many cakes, pastries, and beverages to choose from!! Their staff is very helpful, kind, and friendly. 👍🏼 I enjoyed their Matcha latté and a sandwich with a side of salad. My friend had a ham and cheese croissant with their Chai Tea latté. The line wasn’t long when we came for brunch. Our hot lattés were prepared promptly and our food was served in about 15-20 minutes from the time we ordered. There’s a lot of parking around Crossroads Mall, so parking won’t be an issue. Next time I’ll try a couple of their French pastries 🍮🎂☕️

The place was packed when I visited. It has nice ambience although I wish the distance between the tables is slightly more. We had croissants and they were good.

Unfortunately, I have come here many times and keep being disappointed. I love a good Nutella/fruit crepe, but this place just butchers them which is so hard to do because they are so easy to make. Every time I order one, they are smothered in so much Nutella it’s overwhelming. The strawberries always taste old, or like they were once frozen and now defrosted and days old. Yuck. If you’re looking for an exceptionally good crepe that balances the ratio of its ingredients well and ALWAYS uses fresh ingredients, pls do yourself a favor and go over to The Royal Bakehouse in downtown Bellevue. They offer validated parking in the garage next to them as well, so it’s always easy to find parking.

The owners must struggling with panini crisis, the worst panini sandwich I’ve ever had, no pesto sauce, barely any turkey or cheese, the bread so thin you can see through it. DO NOT BUY! Dirty floors all over, people are stepping on bread crumbs nonstop, perhaps on xmas I’ll donate vacuum cleaner

I really hoped to like this bakery, but unfortunately, it just didn’t work out for me, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The hot chocolate was very watery — I couldn’t finish it. Maybe the proportions were off because I ordered a large, but it really lacked flavor. I also tried a few different croissants, but they were quite tough and didn’t taste very fresh. I especially love the twice-baked almond croissant at Bakery Nouveau, so I was hoping for something similar here, but this one didn’t quite meet expectations. The chocolate chip cookie was also not to my taste, and overall, the baked goods I tried didn’t leave a great impression. I visited early in the morning, so perhaps it was just a rough start to the day, but the staff seemed a bit distant and not particularly welcoming.

Got a fresh fruit cream cheese tart with strawberries for my first time try. The filling was pretty good, but the croissant itself was very dry; like perhaps it wasn't made fresh. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't find myself spending money here again. EDIT: After the owner's kind response I decided to give this bakery another try. This time I got a mango cream croissant and it was so delicious and clearly fresh. I also got a double shot breve latte with caramel and I am very picky on my lattes but it was so good! The barista even did some lovely latte art as well.

The cakes are amazing!!! I wish the chocolate cake a was bit more moist, but this is as close to perfection as I have gotten in the USA. The service is ok. We have to clear our own table, so I don’t understand why we have to tip. I have worked in the hospitality industry before. The tipping has gotten out of hand, but it is not only here. A plus is that you can park in the in door garage and let the person that takes your order know and they will give you free parking for two hours, very convenient when the street parking is taken.

Disappointed with the special $85 cake I bought for my bf’s birthday. Ordered the Princess Torte believing it had raspberry jam as one of the layers. Barely taste the raspberry! Here’s the first 2 slices, 2 sizes. Wish I knew the raspberry wasn’t really a noticeable part, would’ve chosen differently. The cake itself did taste good!

First time here, staff was very kind and friendly. No wait in line. Had the cake of the month which is raspberry lemonade cake. Good cake, moist with just right sweetness, not too sweet, nice balance of flavors and textures, moist cake. 4 stars for the cake Now for me I was not a fan of the cookies. I got the chocolate chip and a lemon crinkle. I like gooey and chewy cookies with crisp outside. These cookies were not what I was looking for. 2 stars for the cookies. These cookies were dry and crispy throughout. So just depends what kind of cookie fan you are. They have free street parking if you can find anyone and paid parking garage, they will validate your parking for the garage so that is wonderful.

I think I tried enough items from Hoffman to give a well rounded review. The place is really good but there's better coffee and pastry places in this area. Coffee was good but I haven't found better coffee than soul coffee house in Redmond area. The coconut Macron was bit too sweet IMO. Other items were okay. Service is good - good folks and nice ambience.

As a passionate food enthusiast, I visited the Hoffman’s today. The bakery had assortments of muffins and cakes that caught my eye. So I tried corn flavored jalapeños muffin, chocolate croissants and veggie sandwich. Muffin was moist and had pinch of spicy flavor. That was completely new taste that I loved it. They have plenty of options for cake and pastries.

Amazing cakes, helpful staff. The BEST cakes in town! Once I started buying Birthday cakes from here, stopped looking elsewhere! Their Coconut cake is heavenly and we love every bite of the cake! We also love the Tiramisu which has the right pairing of lady fingers and coffee! Princess cake is not for us as we are not fans of marzipan. They also have an amazing breakfast, lunch and coffee options. We love their Pesto Sandwich - it's simple combo of Bread, Cheese , Tomatoes and Pesto. No meat. We also like their Breakfast omelet with Potatoes and Bacon (you will need to order before 2pm). You can park in the building and get validated

I stopped coming here because the drinks were always bad. Went today since it been like a month since I’ve been to this location and thought I’d give it another chance. Nope never again. Drinks are still bad. Got a simple white mocha every time. ALWAYS tastes like they only put half a shot even when I pay for more shots. Not going to waste my time or money coming here. ALWAYS taste your drinks before leaving.

Came in and was faced with political statement flags. Did not come here for a hostile environment if I didn’t agree with their viewpoints. Just wanted coffee with a friendly atmosphere. Went elsewhere for me coffee.

They’re definitely not making the matcha latte the way it’s intended. Just came back from Hawaii and every matcha from there was on par with how Starbucks typically makes it. I’m pretty sure they’re not mixing the matcha powder first with the milk and just adding to a regular latte. I could be wrong but either way it keeps me from coming here. Service though is always perfect and staff is really friendly and I guess that’s what really matters.

We did a quick stop to buy sandwich and frapp. Barista was friendly and welcomed with smile. Parking is bit tough. Though their timings are incorrect on stores front door but mobile app was showing correct.

Some of the Employees at his location are extremely rude. Condiments are super limited, nothing in counters for customers to help themselves. When your order is brought out they don’t bring ANYTHING needed for your food (ketchup,straw,napkins) you have to get up and asked them (you’re lucky if they even acknowledge you because they’re too busy in the back) never enough staff also. And if you decide to NOT use the kiosk to order your food they huff and puff because they have to take your order(again, you’re lucky if they see you right away) just no sense of urgency, it’s almost like you’re such an inconvenience.Drive thru it’s hit or miss, items missing 95% of the time so we have to park and double check, which is inconvenient. If we aren’t around this location and want McDonald’s we go to a different spot. And their hours are not what it says on the website.

The service was terrible. I waited over an hour for my food and nothing was prepared. When I asked, the waitress wouldn’t even let me speak and just kept waving me off saying she was busy. The waiter ignored me, and no one was at the front desk. People who ordered after me had already finished eating and left. Finally, I went to the kitchen door and told them my order had been over an hour, and they just said “nothing.” My later orders were left out and spoiled, and the earlier order they had lost completely. I don’t know how they manage this place, but I will never go again.

Actually they don’t even deserve 1 star. The lady who taking order was so rude to me. The way she asked about the order was unclear and made me misunderstanding. So when I drove to the window and supposed to pay I thought they charged order altogether but she made me pay separately but I thought I was done so I was about to move the car forward then she yelled loudly no no you have to pay again and she looked so mad. So I said I was sorry instead of saying oh no problem she said nothing. I didn’t expect her to say sorry or anything but she should let be this rude to the customers. And btw they also gave me the flurry that looked like someone already ate it. So this will be our family last time going to this McDonald ! Lady if you have no service mind don’t do that kind of job that you have to talk or deal with people directly just go do something else.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever visited. The staff mopes around the restaurant with absolutely no sense of urgency in trying to fulfill customer orders. When you try to talk and interact with the staff, you either get monticelloic grunts or nearly no communication at all. This store does not sell Happy meal toys separate from buying the entire Happy meal, which is sad because most other locations do. After waiting over 15 minutes for my small mobile order to be fulfilled, I returned to my car to eat it to find the fries cold and the burger falling apart. There are far better McDonald's locations too frequent than this one so I would recommend taking a pass and finding a different franchise. This store seems to only have foot traffic because of its productivity to many housing developments and the golf course. I was there at 5:30 this evening. There was barely anyone in the place and my order still took over 15 minutes to fulfill.

The employees on 8/19/2025 around 7pm...were OMG levels of rude. There was one lady who was yelling so loud at her co worker, it was intensely unprofessional. They kept going at each other with these very strange passive aggressive remarks, that were supposed to be funny I guess, but no one ever laughed and there was a very toxic atmosphere in the whole place. To top it off my order is ready, i walk up to pick it up and say thank you and right as I finish my sentence she abruptly turns away without any you're welcome, or anything. It was bad. The burger was good though.

Food was at McDonald's standards - nothing special. The place was clean. Counter service is on request - they are pushing the automatic menus now. No self drink dispenser... And they dropped Coke zero from the drink options. I understand the need for cost cutting; however, the changes make me want to look elsewhere.

Placed an order that included chicken nuggets and should have included a free sauce with the order. When I went to go pick up the order. The sauce was missing and when I asked for a sauce, they told me they could give me one but they would have to charge me for it. Absolutely ridiculous....

I like the look and style of the dining space. The service started out extremely slow. To the point we were not sure we existed. It got better. We ordered the omelette with chicken sausage, bacon, and Swiss 3/5 (chicken sausage very good just overcooked). It came with potatoes 3/5. Avocado toast with over easy eggs 3/5. The coffee 4.5/5.

Happy hour had $3 off most appetizers, and discounts on DeLille wine and Woodinville Whiskey drinks. This bar is five stars but with a seriously slow kitchen! The peach pizza and the lemon aioli with truffle fries are incredible. The server was personable and was pretty fast with the drinks. It is a lovely outdoor space, and even on a warm day I was grateful to be sitting next to a beautiful fireplace. In contrast, the peach pizza took about 40 minutes and two gentle reminders. I know, because I sent photos to my husband when I arrived and then checked the timestamp when the pizza did not arrive. No water refill so I chose to get my own water from the hotel spigot. I had lovely company and it all worked out. The bar gave me the pizza for free since it was so incredibly late. I heard they were down two staff. Five stars, with a slow kitchen.

I visited AKB during my recent stay at the hotel, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how inviting the space felt — beautifully designed with modern touches, warm lighting, and an atmosphere that’s both elegant and relaxed. It’s the kind of bar that immediately makes you want to stay awhile. The seating was thoughtfully arranged — a mix of plush lounge chairs, cozy booths, and a sleek bar setup that made it easy to strike up a conversation with the bartenders or other guests. The music was perfectly curated — upbeat enough to give the place energy but never too loud to drown out conversation. Now, let’s talk about the drinks — incredible. You can tell the bartenders here are passionate about what they do. I ordered one of their craft cocktails (the AKB Old Fashioned) and it was expertly balanced — smooth, rich, and beautifully presented. Over the course of the evening, I tried two more cocktails recommended by the bartender, both creative takes on classics, and each one was outstanding. They clearly use top-shelf spirits and fresh ingredients. Service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were attentive without hovering — always checking in at the right time, making great recommendations, and genuinely seeming to enjoy their work. It felt like the kind of hospitality you’d expect at a five-star property: polished yet personal. I also sampled a few small plates from the food menu, and every dish was a winner. The presentation was lovely, the portions were just right for sharing, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The truffle fries were especially good — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. What I appreciated most about AKB is the overall experience. Whether you’re traveling for business, staying at the hotel for a getaway, or just looking for a great local spot to unwind, this bar fits the bill. You could easily come here for a quiet solo drink, a casual date, or an evening out with colleagues. The vibe transitions seamlessly from relaxed daytime lounge to a lively evening social scene. I ended up coming back the next night just to enjoy the atmosphere again, and it was just as wonderful the second time. The consistency in service and quality really impressed me. All in all, AKB isn’t just a hotel bar — it’s a destination in itself. Elegant without being pretentious, with genuinely friendly staff and some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely make a point to return next time I’m in the area.

Amazing prices, geeat quality and service! can get a little crowded during happy hour. Food is good and has great quality of fresh ingredients. Nice ambiance if you're staying at the hotel.

This restaurant offers delicious food, we tried breakfast and the maple bacon sandwich was incredible, we also ate here twice for dinner during our stay at the hotel, everything was delicious and servings are good. The first night a guy was our waiter and he didn’t want to be there the service was horrible until he saw we left a good tip when we left then he came to say goodbye and smile, the rest of the time al other waitresses were so friendly and even one of them spoke in Spanish with us since it’s our language.

Great food and service! I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and Sharon was such an incredible server. Super quick, kind and welcoming. The food was great.

Using my last 5% to tell you this place SLOW. They will prioritize DoorDash and window orders. I’ve been waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes and they gave me a melted shake. I hate it here :(

The new remodeling looks nice! I ordered take out twice since they re-opened. Friendly service, but definitely double-check your order before you leave! Both times they were missing multiple items, and I had to go back in and ask for stuff that was clearly printed on the ticket... 😕

Inflation does hurt consumers. I ordered a LARGE fries, and it looks like medium fries to me. Also my daughter requested double fries to substitute apple slides on her Happy Meal, she only got one fries.

Serving raw chicken! Absolutely unacceptable experience. I spent about $43 on a meal for my family, and my chicken was raw—completely pink and undercooked. As someone with a background in food handling and safety, I know the risks of salmonella and cross-contamination, and serving raw poultry is dangerous and irresponsible. When I called the location to report the issue, the manager essentially insinuated that I was lying. I calmly explained the situation and my concerns, yet she responded defensively, as if the refund was coming out of her own pocket. It’s baffling that an employee making $18–$20 an hour would act like they personally owned the franchise. McDonald’s is a multi-billion-dollar corporation—refunding a customer for a valid safety concern should not be an issue. To make matters worse, I was told I needed to bring the entire meal back just to get a refund or have it corrected. That’s an unreasonable and frankly ridiculous policy, especially when your product could have made someone seriously ill. I’m incredibly disappointed, not just with the unsafe food, but with the way it was handled. Do better.

This locations service and food is a gamble more so than any other McDonald's I have ever been to. If you get lucky and they happen to get your order right, I have found it's about a coin flip chance that your food is even warm. I have visited this location many times where the other side of the drive through will service 5+ cars before they get to you watching people pull in minutes after you and be serviced well before. It's a stretch to call it fast food.

Very friendly and quick service! Açaí bowls come in large portions! Comes in a plastic tub but I would say it’s study enough to be kept as a reusable container, which is nice. I got the Frutas, if you like an assortment of fruit/medley, would highly recommend this one! They give lots of sweet and fresh fruit, and the dry toppings are a nice balance/crunch! Got a flan as well, just the right amount of sweetness. Nice and smooth texture, with a good amount of sweet sugar syrup to go with it! I accidentally ordered a hot espresso using the self-order screen but I quickly went up to them and asked for an iced one which they were able to quickly change for me. Overall, very open well-lit store and low-key/chill atmosphere. Will be back to try some of their bakery items, frozen items, and take a closer look at the stuff they have in the other small room on the side! First time coming here today since my husband asked me to pick up a coffee for him, he said it was really good and he’s usually pretty picky about his coffee. Looking forward to coming back again with him!

I wish this place was closer! The coffee was amazing, and I ordered the ham and cheese to go but as I was waiting for my coffee, people just kept coming in and ordering the Kitanda bread so I had to try it too. Amazing! The staff was super friendly and I would make the drive from Federal way just for more!

Best drip coffee! To be honest i did not expect it because it was in a thermos but it really was delicious! Also they had the coconut treats. I'll post pictures of it they were very yummy too.

Save yourself from expensive acai bowls which they refuse to fill up all the way, leaving the container half empty. Not worth the money and when I brought it up to the customer service lady, she demanded I pay more in an unkind manner. I asked for honey on a separate container and I got it with a side of insects. Dirty unprofessional establishment. pease refrain from stepping foot here, and go to Nektar instead where they dont try to upcharge for substitutes and actually fill your container. Not to mention, equally priced with far more yummy fresh ingredients

Really nice place! Friendly and helpful staff. Mini market has a bunch of Brazilian items (like Mate gourds and loose leaf!). The Spinach, Egg, and Cheese Kitanda Bread looked and smelled so good I ate it before taking a pic. The pão de queijo 'bun' was amazing. I've only been to the Alderwood location previously and wasn't too impressed, but this location changed my mind.

I’ve always wanted to leave a positive review for this place, as I truly enjoy their açai bowls. I was a frequent customer for a long time, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing experiences with the customer service. The staff often seem disengaged, lacking friendliness, and have been unhelpful when I had questions. It’s unfortunate because I believe they could attract more business if the staff were more welcoming and attentive. I really hope they invest in better training to ensure their employees are treating customers with kindness and a positive attitude. If I could rate the customer service separately, it would unfortunately receive zero stars

I order starbucks online 10–15 minutes in advance, and at every other location, my drink is ready when I arrive or 5 mins after. Unfortunately, this location is consistently an exception. I’ve had to wait at least 15–20 minutes after arriving, every single time, despite ordering ahead. It's frustrating and defeats the purpose of online ordering. Definitely needs improvement.

Both drinks we ordered were made incorrectly when I brought this up the employee just went "oh" before an awkward pause before I just said ok and sat back down. They told us after we ordered that the machine for the drink my fiance ordered was broken and suggested a "comparable beverage" which was not even close to what he ordered. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap and just got a mocha frap. It was all ice and blended poorly. Disappointed in this location and the lack of care when this was addressed.

I used to have a hard time going to the Starbucks but I've been going here for several years now and it is a great place to go nowadays. I'm not happy with Starbucks corporation and what they are doing but this is one of my stores now since the workers have been wonderful.

They made me wait 20 minutes just for one drink, which made me late for work. My boss yelled at me because of it, and honestly, it ruined my morning. This is the last time I’ll come here—the service is way too slow.

Waited 20 minutes for beverage. Seven people were working behind the counter, ONE making drinks. Folks who ordered after I did got drinks ahead of mine. When I asked when I might expect my drink, the rude barista said "There are eight drinks up now, I'm sure yours is coming up". I walked out and wont waste my time there ever again. Beechers cafe in the hospital, very near, has much better service, food, and attitude.

The morning staff at this location is superb! They remember customer's names and are genuinely nice to their customers. Keep it up!

That is so little organic food that I could not order anything.

They tried to charge me twice for the same meal saying that the payment didn’t go through while I had my phone up with the exact time and the money pulled out of my account from Apple Pay and still decided to argue the payment go through. Whoever place or manages it, please reach out. I understand things happen but this needs to be addressed. This morning I left with $24 less in my bank account and no food. I’m sure you’ll be able to see my order when you review your till. Happened 20 minutes ago I was the only one there. Treated like a criminal to get food I payed for.

Cannot customize your order in the self checkout. All I want is no lettuce and I have to ask someone in the kitchen to come take my order. Corporate needs to fix this BS. If I want to add an entire chicken sandwich to my burger make it happen if I'm paying for it. Ffs.

As far as fast food options goes this place isn’t bad. I love their seasoned Curley fries as well as their chicken ranch Swiss burgers. Overall, this place is better as has more options than places like McDonalds or Burger King.

Drive through is ripping people in this location. Last night i was charged 17$ for only buying Oreo Shake and Fries. When i came home and saw the bill I saw cheese burger and taco added in the bill when i never ordered/received. Please check your bill before your drive off.

…Staff was very nice. Editing this original review- spent almost $20 for my food- the cooking oil was horrible. Tacos literally looked black, fry’s are hard like they are burnt. This place needs to figure out how to cook using the oil they are given- either the oil is used way too much, or they simply need to change it more often because more times than none, the food/ tacos are very badly done and it looks like it’s the oil they used. This happens way too often here which is too bad…it could be a good place but the tacos are so bad I had to throw all of them away. Way too oily and burnt. See pictures of what every taco liked like and it happens all the time. Until this is fixed, I would suggest going somewhere else- I am unfortunately.

Paulina gave our party 5 star, world class service. She was so personable, gave us recommendations, and the food was great. The store and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Great spot!

Finally tried Jack’s barbecue. It was pretty good, not amazing, but good. There were chicken, wings, brisket, ranch beans, mac & cheese on the table. The mac & cheese is delicious IMO but I found the brisket kind of dry except we’re heavily fatty. The ranch beans were good, but really just not my thing. I guess I was expected something sweeter so I will not judge those. The chicken wings were phenomenal and definitely the best thing I ate this lunch. Definitely worth checking in. The service was great and friendly. It was slow at the time so the atmosphere is hard to critique as well, but definitely worth stopping in and drying.

We are from Texas and we have certain expectations for BBQ. Here is what Jack's BBQ does right: friendly staff, butcher paper for plates, no sauce on the meat unless you ask for it, sweet tea, Shiner Bock beer, good corn bread, tender meat with good bark, smoke pit with real wood. I would have liked a bit more meat for the price. But all of the food we had was great (brisket, pork ribs, coleslaw, corn bread, garlic mashed potatoes, corn pudding). Plus, they have an Excellent food safety rating (as of Jan 2025). I would also prefer a year round discount for Veterans. Jack's BBQ is as close to real Texas BBQ as it gets in the Seattle area.

I’m really disappointed with the brisket we ordered. It was dry, overcooked (my husband said it tasted like it had been cooked too fast), and the slices were very thick and uneven. Usually brisket is cut more evenly and thinner, which makes a big difference. What makes me especially sad is that I’ve always gone to the Sodo location and the food has been absolutely amazing every time, no complaints at all. That’s why I had high expectations this time. Unfortunately, this was meant to be my husband’s birthday dinner, and it just didn’t live up to the experience we were hoping for.

I ordered a la carte so I could try both the chicken and the beef. That set me back $40, but it was good. The smoked juicy chicken was exquisite. The brisket was a little too done and dry for my taste. But your experience may be different.

Nice place for BBQ. The sausage and chicken were delicious. They brine their chicken so it was flavorful and moist. The sausage was very tasty. The pork ribs were smoked well but a little on the dry side. The brisket, which should be the star of the show was a let down. While smoky it was overcooked and dry, which made it hard in texture, almost brittle at some ends. Some pieces were rock hard dry, yikes. The bark on the meat was not great either. Not a lot of flavor which required us to use bbq sauce. The Caesar salad was good but the fried pickles appetizer was meh. The server was great and the prices are reasonable for the portions you get.

Good place for brunch. Not too crowded on Saturday noon. Good food (I got brisket, cheddar and jalapeño sausages, Gramma’s COLLARD GREENS, and chili, they are all part of the DOUBLE TROUBLE menu item). Of course, it's not the best Texas brisket, but it's decent. The sausages are really good, and the chili is better than I can cook at home.

Service and atmosphere were 10/10!! Food flavor was good, but very very oily. I lived in cen tex for a while and love that style BBQ. Clear grease dripped off the food here and the rib cuts were very fatty. Sad because i really wanted to love this spot, if i come back im just getting the chicken / sausage / sides.

Wow, this place was super busy. I think there were like 25 people in here during lunch. The food was really good. I would recommend coming a little early if you plan to come for lunch. I will definitely be coming back here for my lunch breaks. I haven't had a French dip in so long and this place makes me wanna get it at least once a week! I was surprised to see outdoor seating, so I'm definitely bringing my dog here next time

Wow, I’m so frustrated that I hadn’t found this place until today. This will for sure be the go to lunch spot now. Atmosphere is so quintessential deli, and the take out/order online process was so easy. Counter person was friendly and efficient But the sandwich, golly. Got the Godfather. While not the fanciest thing you may ever see, it was such a great, straight forward sandwich. The baguette was perfect texture, the sandwich fillings were an awesome ratio. Deeeeeelicious. Will be back for lunch as often as I can, as it’s only 3 minutes away!

Freshly made and really good breakfast sandwich for less than $6? Say no more! This will be my go-to breakfast joint from here on out whenever I am in the area. Highly recommended!!!

GREAT value sandwiches and excellent casual atmosphere. Free drip coffee and cream/sugar provided too. Friendly service! My sandwich (with no modifications) took about 30 minutes to come out but this was my first time so I can't say it's a consistent issue.

I would have posted the sandwich photo, but it was so delicious I ate it already. The hand delivered order of completed order is a great touch. The comfy couch and clean area are enjoyable as well.

Eating here weekly 8 years in a row. Best sandwiches in town and prices are GREAT! Real small business and owners are always here. This place is NOT a fancy coffeeshop with baristas that talking with each other longer than preparing your food. You coming here at morning to kickstart your day and then get back to the business park to work. Love it!

Been coming for 16 years, but the new owners have changed things. They moved the start time to 10:30 AM for 2 weeks . I arrive at 10:35 AM , wait for 10 mins to order. And then order a breakfast sandwich. But they say we are not serving breakfast sandwiches at this time. What? Really? But you just opened? Poor customer service! No more for me !

With all the Starbucks shutdowns that are happening, people need to stop complaining. Imagine if we don't have this location in the middle of the woods anymore, you'd have to trek to Bear Creek Shopping Center. Stop being petty about the little shit, be supportive and humble, and feel blessed that we have this location.

Great Starbucks. They were kind and fast at making the drinks. I came in with a group of about 5 friends and we left only a few minutes later with drinks.

I used to be a regular and order ahead to avoid the line. Today I had to wait for 30 mins and while doing so checked with the folks couple of time about my order and their blank,blunt answer was we have backlogs for orders online. After 30 mins of waiting I head over to the counter to ask the worker if I better order in person instead of over online to get my order fast and she was "yes". I was at my wits end. So asked her about what to do with my online order as I had already paid for. Then she was unhappily checking the system and asked around with co-workers about my order. They didn't have it ready despite it is in the system. Not even a lame acknowledgement of their mistake....it's just that they were doing my order that time as if a favor to me. This is the last visit. Folks you lost a regular (as in daily) customer and with it goes the tip that I generously give everyday....

Usually pretty quick. Mobile order is super fast at this location! We go here pretty often as we live minutes away. They take the time to talk to people too and remember things about you, such as your drink. Not every Starbucks does this.

Poor service- I was the only customer, walked in and took around 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I was shocked, normally Starbucks are great about welcoming you. I placed my order for coffee, and then the person walked away without saying anything. I then waited another 3 minutes to be given my drip coffee that was just sitting on their side of the counter the whole time.

Unfortunate - They where out again! This outlet does not always have Nitro available. It is understood inventory runs out - no complaints about that - especially the current state of things. The unfortunate part is to find out when you get up to order and not before. Finding out after waiting for 3 or 4 cars. Then unable to leave the line and needing to go through and exit the drive thru only to go to another. In addition when we arrived at the window no one was at the window, they scurried away. Would have suggested they put up a courtesy sign, something like "Sorry we are out of....". The big deal is this is the 3rd time in 3 months. Honestly it is extremely poor service and is a "to bad to sad" moment. Coffee is great, and the staff is super friendly. We went there for coffee and it wasted 10 minutes of our day. Unfortunate.

The location is great, just a quick walk from the new light rail station and right next to the Downtown Redmond park. It’s pricey, but my husband and I compared the prices to the same sandwich order at the other bagel place…. Only $3 difference total :) plus, Rubenstein’s actually has plenty of room to sit down and eat, which is a bonus. The staff was extremely friendly, and the whole place felt clean. The bagels were gooood (and I’ve been to New York a few times recently, so I feel confident comparing). I would not call them New York style though, but it is good in their own right. The ingredients felt super fresh and so did my bagel - definitely more on the moist and chewy side, but not hard at all. We will be back!!

I swear, they have more bagel varieties than I have excuses for skipping the gym. Everything from your classic everything to...well, let's just say some combinations that would make a purist clutch their pearls. But hey, variety is the spice of life, or in this case, the sesame seed on your cinnamon raisin. The vibe? It's like a sunshine-filled hug. Bright, airy, and buzzing with the happy chatter of people about to devour a mountain of dough. It's the kind of place where you can happily judge someone's bagel choice without them noticing, because you're too busy debating between a salt bagel and a poppy seed. A serious life decision, people. And the bagels themselves? Forget those sad, dense rings you get at the grocery store. These are the real deal. Chewy, fluffy, and so gloriously substantial, you could use one as a small, edible pillow. I'm pretty sure I saw someone trying to hug one. They were that good. So, if you're looking for a bagel experience that's less "breakfast" and more "religious experience," Rubinstein is your place. I liked this place and I’ll be back. Friendly staff, good service, my bagel sandwich was tasty enough. The atmosphere was off putting - very big, quiet, and echoing. My friends and I felt weird sitting down and talking at a normal volume. We realized we were running late and the person at the counter was really nice about switching our orders to takeout after we had ordered.

Bagels are amazing. I also love their bagel version of avocado toast. I have had their coffee twice and both times it tasted watery and for $6, I expected more.

Best bagels we’ve found in WA state. The traditional types that you would judge any NY bagel shop on (plain, sesame, salt, everything) are fantastic. Always fresh and delicious. They might be a little more expensive than some other places, but let’s face it WA is expensive. Highly recommend!

i was thrilled to try out this place for the first time! i was especially excited to get a breakfast bagel. i ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel to-go. when they finished my bagel, i didn’t check my order to make sure it was correct especially because it was labeled with my name. unfortunately, when i got home, i opened the wrapping to see that i was given an everything bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage instead. everything was slightly off. it wasn’t what i had ordered. it isn’t a big deal but it was also 14$ for a single sandwich. overall, i’d say probably order and eat there to ensure you receive the correct meal!
