The Italians are moving back to Poughkeepsie! Lina, and her family, took over the Poughkeepsie grind on Main Street, one block from the train station, around two years ago. She is the sweetest and makes one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. I just found out last week, It’s because she roast her own beans on site! Absolutely fabulous

We had waffles with fruit. The fruit was great. The waffles were dry and lacking of flavor. The service was good. The place is very small. The pictures are deceiving. The pictures gave the illusion of a bigger space. The pricing was reasonable. I would not go back. Location, we live too far and do not frequent the area. This is a great place for locals, but definitely not impressed enough overall to come back even of we were in the area.

Excellent breakfast, coffee, and customer service! Came in over the summer and forgot to leave them some love. I ordered a chicken wrap with a hash brown and potato chips and an iced Chai latte. A bit too much time has passed for me to flesh out the details but I remember chatting with the staff behind the counter for awhile and they made me feel like an old regular. That hash brown was sooooo good, so perfectly crispy on the outside and warm and soft inside. Nice portions at an affordable price.

Early to the train station, I was lucky enough to be directed to The Poughkeepsie Grind and Cafe when I asked a kind taxi driver where to get a cup of coffee. Not only was the coffee fresh and hot, but the egg sandwich (of which I am a connoisseur) was the best I have ever had-- a soft bun, a generous portion of buttery, scrambled egg, and just enough mayonnaise to give it a litte flair. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and warm. I was a happy commuter that morning!

So the place was nice and cozy We were a 2 guest party. I ordered Waffe,eggs, bacon note everything is separate so that means $$$$$. The waffle was good bacon was good as well but I ordered eggs with cheese. The eggs didn't look nice presentation wasn't good they basically slapped the eggs on a plate and there wasn't any cheese which I asked for.. So I went to the counter and told the young lady I asked for cheese in my eggs she said ok sorry. I sat back down and they came back for the eggs LONG behold they took the eggs I had put it basically back on the grill and added cheese.. Me I thought they would have gave me new eggs with the cheese.. What they came back with was black eggs topped with cheese.. I never leave bad reviews but this blew my mind... So you cross contaminated by taking my food back and added cheese... I expected more from this place. THIS was my first time here I came based on the reviews. BUT my last... Thanks..

The food was outstanding! Ordered the omelet and the ingredients were very fresh and filling. The cheese covered home fries were very tasty as well. And really good coffee too. Definitely recommend for breakfast!

So happy we stopped here before ending our trip. The best part? This is probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Everything about it was so fresh and it was delicious! My mama shared with me and even wished she had ordered her own it was so tasty. Of course I ordered a chai and it was also so good! The rest of the group had a breakfast sandwich and tomato soup which I got to taste and that was also wonderful to dip the bread in. The cashier was so kind and funny and the atmosphere was lovely. I would enjoy doing some work here and hanging out. The worst part? Nothing to add! I even loved how all the art work on the walls was for sale.

What a fantastic coffee shop! I had a latte that was done very well (the chains never get that right). The taste was smooth and perfect. The Cuban coffee was also a hit at our table. Again, made well. These people know coffee. The Dulce leche cruffin was bliss. Home made and delicious. The Avacado toast was served with fruit and the presentation was divine. Loved every morsel of it. Disappointing was the accessibility, or lack thereof. Although the staff was lovely in helping bring our order up the steps, it was an issue that able bodied people do not always understand. The steps were uneven and dangerous. The wheelchair life was not working.

Had my first latte at The Crafted Kup and absolutely loved it. Super smooth, no bitterness or burnt taste like you sometimes get at Starbucks. Totally agree with the other reviews—it’s just perfect. This is officially my new local coffee shop. Definitely worth trying!

Perfect place to hang out with friends or get work done. I always order an oat milk cappuccino with either a sandwich or pastry. However, sometimes the service can be slow, even when the café isn't crowded. On several occasions, my order has been completely wrong despite confirming it at the register. Despite these few occurrences, I still enjoy coming here and highly recommend it. UPDATE: I ordered an avocado, egg and cheese on a croissant which was very delicious. I also ordered the Apple & Turkey on sourdough which was also very tasty. UPDATE: I recently had the hot chocolate scone and cheese danish which were both very good.

Wonderful experience, customer service was amazing and the food was delicious. Definitely a great place to get work done when it isn’t too busy. If I lived in the area this would be my everyday coffee shop. Also the prices are amazing. My friends and all got drinks and breakfast sandwiches for around $50 including tip

I love this shop, the staff are really nice and the pastries are incredible. I was surprised the first time I ordered a sandwich by how big and high quality it was for the price. I haven’t had a single thing that disappointed me, and I come here anytime I have a free morning (even bringing my guests from out of state). Definitely try one of the pastries, the dulce de leche cruffin is very sweet but not overly so.

Had an appointment at doctor across the street,in Eastdale Village,which is a very quaint,well planned out new "town" that reminded me of a utopian small community only seen in movies. I could sense the aroma of amazing coffee from across the street. I saw the awning that said scratch baked goods,and I decided I had to visit this visually welcoming cafe. Once I entered,I was immediately drawn to the glass case of what could only be described as a plethora of obviously well crafted baked delicacies. I was mesmerized and fixated on what I can say with full conviction were the biggest most decadent cinnamon rolls I had ever seen. They couldn't even be described as any typical "roll" as they resembled heavenly bricks of sweet deliciousness. One could easily feed 3 people with just a single order. I know you're probably thinking," Ok,they looked great,but did they taste as good as they looked?" Well,the extremely courteous counter person packaged my purchase in what looked like a custom fit box where the icing had no danger of sticking to the top as long as I kept the box level. When we arrived home,I opened the box like a treasure. After cutting a small slice and warming the roll for 15 seconds,I dug into what was an experience that exceeded euphoria if you know what I mean. It was the perfect balance of sweet,not overly sugary,and the perfect blend of cinnamon everywhere. The icing I cannot describe in words that would do it justice. To me, it was a combo of cream cheese and butter cream. It honestly was one of the best baked items I've ever consumed in my 52 years on Earth. RUN, don't walk. They are that good.

We visited Kelly's Bakery twice during a short trip to Poughkeepsie. Both times we ordered our regular lattes, which were perfectly crafted, and indulged in their baked goods. The apple cake was perfectly spiced, the chocolate babka was tender and delicious, and the spiced Chai breakfast roll was full of flavor and AMAZING! They have a very comfortable and cozy dining space with garage door style windows they can open when the weather is good, as well as a few outdoor tables as overflow when the inside tables are full. Everything was very clean and well organized, including both bathrooms. Every employee was kind and welcoming, even during a busy Sunday morning rush. Kelly's Bakery is definitely on my DO NOT MISS list. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did!!

Very delicious bakery! From the toast to the banana bread to the basque cheesecake, everything is really well made. It’s also a very relaxing cafe with open windows.

My absolute favorite bakery cafe in Dutchess County. The atmosphere is comfortable and fun. The pastries and breads (banana bread!) are delicious and beautiful. They make authentic flaky croissants and a variety of country loaves that I’m always happy to serve to friends. The coffee is great and the owners and employees are uniformly friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I stopped by Kelly’s earlier this week while passing through town, and to my surprise—and delight—they were featuring a caramel crack pie. It’s a dish I helped develop nearly fifteen years ago as part of the opening team at Chef Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar. The recreation was so spot-on that it instantly transported me back to those early days—same texture, same sweetness, same little spark of mischief that made the dessert famous. Huge thanks to the Kelly’s team for nailing it so perfectly.

The mushroom toast is definitely my absolute favorite! I have to say, it's probably one of my favorite toasts ever, where the savory, meaty and woody mushroom paired perfectly with the creamy cheese! My wife also loved their avocado toast where the avocado spread was also very decadently creamy! The staff were also friendly and kind, conversing with us casually and it was a pleasure speaking with them. The cafe is very cute with spacious seating and welcoming designs all throughout, providing a comfortable ambiance for diners to relax and enjoy themselves, with both indoor and outdoor seatings. Overall, it's a very cute cafe and I highly, HIGHLY, recommend their toasts for a quick and light bite, especially the mushroom toast if you like mushrooms! Thank you for reading and best of luck!! The people here are incredibly sweet and kind. They have a strict no outside food or drink policy that they make very clear. The staff handle anyone disrespecting that with absolute grace. Watched a trio of Karen’s get kicked out because they repeatedly crossed this. Heard the Karens say “wait till you see our yelp review on this place” and stormed off. So I’m here to say that the staff here were super respectful and gave them many warnings. The food was stellar and their flavors for lattes are top tier. Absolutely will be back! Edit: attached photo of Karen/Deborahs Review. I was there and saw it all. Wrote my review before I even left. Had the owner come up to me, gave me a hug, tour of the bakery, and even a loaf of bread to take home. Lesson of the day: stay humble, follow the rules, be kind to service workers, and support small businesses. The good karma will come back to you.

Such a nice vibe diner with retro interior and fun tables. We had food with great portion size and sweet juice. Just a tad bit oily but love the cake display! I had a carrot cheese cake! The coleslaw was great but very sweet! Close to Culinary Institute, quick bite with booth seatings.

We were a party of 7 and were on our way back to CT while we stopped here for breakfast. The staff was exceptionally nice and the diner was great. The food was average diner food. The fresh orange juice was great. A lot of parking available.

The food was really good for a late night dinner. The staffing was low as expected for a midnight dinner. However, my friends and I are grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you!

Stopped by around 1pm and it was half full. We ordered 2 breakfast and 1 lunch plates. I ordered the eggs Benedict with sausage and my daughter ordered grilled portobello and Brie Panini. The panini had no actual Brie, just a slimy spread of what they called Brie. The mushrooms were disgusting and not grilled at all. My eggs Benedict was raw and the whites were running. When I showed the waiter, he became rude and annoyed. He took both of our plates back. My daughter got mac and cheese instead and it was good. Mine came back out with overcooked poached eggs on top of the raw eggs. It was disgusting. The waiter never came back after delivering my plate. We never got any refills either. It was over $50 for bland, undercooked, greasy food. I used to love this diner but I will never go back.

The quesadilla was edible the French onion soup was bitter and I couldn't finish eating it the sandwich which looks delicious but it's as hard as a rock. The second picture is a side of Mac and cheese it doesn't even look bad but it was totally inedible even by 2 - 16 year old boys that eat everything. Service was awful, no one checked to see how the food was, couldn't get a refill of water to choke down what we tried eating. Went to the register to speak to the manager met the lady that said she was pretending to be the manager that evening and I told her that I wasn't going to pay for the macaroni and cheese that was totally inedible took almost an hour to get a check so we could leave and on hindsight I should of left a five on the table for the dried up baked potatoes that was the only thing eaten for dinner which I didn't take a picture of

immediately greeted with warm energy when we came in on a rainy Monday morning. awesome old school retro vibe. the only diner i’ve been to that gives you FOUR different kinds of sausages to choose from: skinny links, fat links, impossible (vegetarian), AND patties! got a classic order of two eggs over easy, fat sausage links, extra crispy home fries, and white toast. everything was hot and fresh. our waitress was also extremely attentive and kind! their freshly squeezed orange juice is also amazing.

i’m always very annoying when i order thru uber eats (photo for reference) but my food always comes exactly how i want. the brownie sundae was prepared better than i could have asked & this isn’t even the first time. i’m always satisfied when i order take out from here

While visiting Poughkeepsie, I loved Alex’s Restaurant. Breakfasts are hearty, filling, and genuinely delicious. Inside feels like a 1930s movie set—pressed-tin ceiling, cozy leather chairs—and the music fits the vibe perfectly. Only downside: they’re not open on weekends.

Sat at the counter and ordered the eggs Benedict with potatoes. Really good. A classic, done right. Service was genuinely warm and attentive. A place that gets the basics right and makes it feel easy to stay. I’d come back.

Came from Long Island with my girlfriend to get her animals to a vet, and I was starving for breakfast, amazing atmosphere & food, friendly service, and Frank Sinatra blasting away, loved it.

Ordered the over easy eggs, homemade corned beef hash, and hollandaise on a toasted croissant. It was still hot when it arrived at my house and was absolutely delicious. Generous portion and flavorful food.

Stopped in for dinner and was promptly seated. The place is large with plenty of seating, and they have display cases with many wonderful looking desserts. It's hard to choose. I ordered Gus chicken sandwich with grilled mushrooms, peppers, onions, and melted cheese. It was excellent and filling. It comes with fries, pickles, and coleslaw. I got strawberry cheesecake slice to take home. The server was extremely friendly and checked in many times.

The is a Very popular diner that serves fresh baked desserts and delicious foods all day long. The service is great and today we had Julia as our server. What a pleasure! She’s skilled and friendly. She gives her opinion on food choices if asked and we were lucky today because some days she’s the cashier and we received terrific service from her for our party of 5. The portions and prices are aligned with kindness to the consumer. Next time I eat here I’ll be trying out some of their desserts.

I really do love this diner. I run an open board game group that meets here every Wednesday, and the staff and owner have been so accommodating and lovely to us. Coming to this diner every Wednesday is one of the highlights of my week. I almost always have a really great meal, and if I don't, it's purely because it just wasn't to my taste and not due to the quality. Our server, who helps us each week (Meghan) and the rest of the staff, is so personable and kind. I highly recommend this diner.

I enjoyed my order of nachos very much, but I enjoyed the service even more! We had a very friendly server (Santiago) and he made our visit comfortable. It's what you expect from a diner , with a good assortment of dishes to choose from. The food came out quickly, which was a plus, and everyone at my table liked their meal. But the customer service was a standout!

This is my favorite diner around. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. The waitress, Megan, is enigmatic and friendly and she is amazing at her job. Our group holds a game night here occasionally, and they allow us to enjoy a few hours of food and board games. Love this place.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the girls at the Dutchess Diner — Meghan, Cristie, Annie, and Julie & korrine are truly the heart of the place! Manny is also fantastic only male I like at this location ! Jose, he is a younger bus boy but he is so kind and attentive — will go out of his way from what he is doing to help the best he can. Every visit feels like catching up with friends who genuinely care. They’re always smiling, quick with a laugh, and somehow manage to make everyone feel like family no matter how busy it gets. The service is always top-notch — friendly, fast, and full of good energy. Whether it’s your morning coffee or a late-night meal, they go above and beyond every single time. First time here. There was a big group in front of me but the gentleman got through them pretty fast. I ordered my food online and paid when I was in store. I ordered a Tex-Mex chicken wrap and added roasted peppers. The salsa makes the wrap a little soggy at the bottom but otherwise had a good kick to it and the fries were crispy.

I’ve been here quite a few times and the food has been pretty good. I normally order a panini with fries and so far they haven’t disappointed. The fries are always perfectly battered and crispy. I got the sweet potato fries once and they were not as good as the regular. The place gets pretty busy during lunch time, so seating is pretty limited and it might take you a while to get your food. They do sometimes mess orders up, but it’s understandable given how busy it is during that time. I’d recommend calling and placing an order ahead for pickup if you’re going during lunch.

Sugar & Spice Catering were absolutely fantastic! They are extremely accommodating to food allergies-they were able to make my wedding entirely gluten free as I have celiac disease. They had great communication throughout the planning process. Billy and the entire team were incredibly kind and wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, we got so many compliments (and guests couldn't even tell everything was gluten free)! We highly recommend!

I've lived in the general area for 10 years now due to work and Sugar and Spice remains one of my favorite places to get food from. What I like the best is their paninis and wraps. It's just the right size and isn't overfilling relative to other places where you get less healthy or bigger portions you end up bringing home and snacking at for a few days until fully eaten. They also catered my wedding (smaller event of 20 people in 2018 and everyone enjoyed the food). Really love the place and one of my faves in the Hudson Valley

We got the Homerun and Western Omelet. The Homerun had homefries and we weren’t a fan of the taste. The orange slice was very yummy as well as the french toast with sausage patty. He didnt like the dryness of the omelet and the ham used. otherwise, yummy! the space is small, a little cramped but evem though it was busy, could still find a place to sit

This is a really nice place which is great for breakfast and lunch. They may serve dinner as well but I only ordered from their breakfast menu. They have some innovative sounding breakfast wraps and omelets along with pancakes and pastries. I simply had their bacon, egg and cheese, sandwich and it was very good. A nice woman behind the counter took our order and gave us a number card to put in the holder on the table. When it was done she brought us the food. Very nicely decorated atmosphere with tables and chairs and some booth style seating along the walls. The bacon was cooked perfectly (I'm a bit picky about bacon - I like it crispy but not overdone and hate it dripping in fat. This was done just right.) My friend had scrambled eggs and bacon that came with home fries. I'm not a big fan of home fries but these were REALLY good! We didn't partake of their delicious looking cookies and cakes, but I'm guessing they are just as good as their food. We stayed past 11 and already it was getting crowded for lunch. Nice place, good prices, and very good food. I highly recommend it.

The food really is delicious but the customer service here is really awful, I was sitting waiting for my food for almost an hour about 45 minutes and then while sitting the older guy who works the front counter ran into my chair with his body instead of saying anything. I only got a soup, it’s just sad cause such a good restaurant should have better staff. My food was done 2 minutes after I ordered it and they just didn’t bring it out. It’s delicious but just needs a better staff or for them to care alittle more

Hi readers <3 I picked up another order today but my review will be for my general experience. Overall, the staff at this location are nice during my take out interactions. I saw a review mention the pricing but it’s higher for delivery than if doing take-out/dine in. I don’t stay but there’s always a decent amount of seating when I stop by for those who might want to eat indoors. I order from here quite often and would say a tip for those who have bacon in their salad: air fry it. It’s usually “fatty” but air frying the chicken and bacon bits makes the Green Goddess salad a 10/10. Panera Boy is also nice when I come in Tuesday night’s so him and the lady in the glasses make my pickups less anxious <3

The afternoon/night management is much more pleasant than the morning staff. Food is okay but a lil bit over priced realistically. Fast delivery which is a plus.

Got the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad…. No strawberries? Nothing on the website said they were not available. All three sandwiches ordered were half filled and soggy.

I used the self-service kiosk to order a lightly toasted bagel. Turns out there was no option for lightly toasted on the kiosk, so I simply ordered it untoasted instead and left a comment at the end of the transaction about how they should integrate an option for lightly toasted in the future. Turns out whoever made my bagel immediately saw my comment and brought it out lightly toasted!! These guys are great!

Took 30 minutes to get order. Place wasn’t particularly busy. Staff moving at a snail’s pace. About 90° inside—maybe a/c broken. Staff not the least bit apologetic about the wait. Food tasted good and fresh

Ordered the Mediterranean chicken with grain salad. No grain, chicken was shredded. Couldn’t even find a bite-size piece, lettuce was brown, onions were soggy from being days old, cucumbers were not fresh either. This is the second time I’ve encountered such disappointment in this location.

This was such a cute neighbourhood restaurant. Stopped in for breakfast with my mom and Aunts. The food was great, the coffee was great and the service was excellent!

A great place for breakfast! The breakfast burrito with chorizo was excellent. Each bite was flavorful and the melted cheese added a great texture and more flavor. The salsa was great and added some freshness. The pancake had a great consistency and was tasty. The service was great!

Wonderful little diner in Poughkeepsie. The food was cooked perfectly, and it felt like a true diner experience. Great pancakes, great eggs, great sauces. The price was also exceptionally reasonable. The only thing I wish they had was real maple syrup, instead of pancake syrup. I'd absolutely recommend!

Wish I could get my tip back... Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheeses. Delicious. Also ordered an Arizona and repeated myself 3x. Was not charged for Arizona when paying and tipping. I walked out cause the older lady just didn't seem fit for her job taking orders after asking her yet again for the Arizona. 2/5

Local old fashioned no nonsense diner. The food is solid diner food but - their regulars will get food before visitors - expect about a 30/40 minute wait when busy as a visitor. If you have that type of time- it’s a solid breakfast. Super nice waitstaff.

I haven’t been here in about 3 years I didn’t realize John the owner retired . I honestly wasn’t impressed with the quality of the food I got. I ordered a BEC on a bagel and hash browns. I ended up getting a Super stale bagel. In addition to that I thought I was getting John’s Shredded hash browns and ended up with diced potatoes that weren’t crispy! So said John retired! It looks nicer in there now but honestly I wasn’t in there for the atmosphere I was in there for the good quality food. Prices went up slightly but that was right on par for today’s world. Anyways gonna have to find another old school spot that has good quality food. Service was great though I will give them that.

What a treat eating at the Big Tomato! Perfect diner/luncheonette vibe and food to match. You can sit at the counter and watch them make your food or sit back at the many tables. The staff is super friendly and you feel like you’re watching a sitcom as you eat and enjoy the banter between the cooks, servers, and register person. Lastly, the prices were reasonable and I got a few coffee refills! I’d love to go back if I’m ever in town again.

The store atmosphere is always very inclusive and cheerful:)) And today the service is TOP!!! I got up too early and order the wrong lavender drink without realizing it. When I got the drink I was a bit confused, so I asked the barista and soon realized it’s my silly mistake😅The barista immediately asked me if I need a redo, I thanked the generosity but said it’s okay. Still ten minute after I sat down, the same barista brought me the right one I wanted and gave me a knowing smile!!! Hands down my best Starbucks experience ever!!!😍

I frequent this Starbucks location weekly! I love and adore the staff as a former barista myself. They are usually the highlight to my morning when I stop in! However today that was not the case and if the experience repeats itself I won’t return to this location as there are other locations closer to me that I go past just to experience the atmosphere of this location. I came in today and was merely greeted by Jenn (who I believe is the manager) for the first time. I’ve seen her on the counter, but not as a greeter and I just have to say I think I know why. She couldn’t even crack a smile, doesn’t greet you with a kind, warm hello, and doesn’t even seem to enjoy working with customers. I gave her my order and the entire time she blankly stared at me and I could tell she was annoyed/agitated but couldn’t tell if it was bc of me or how her morning was going. She also bluntly cut me off at the tail end of my order and sternly said “your name..”. With the same annoyed stare as if she was bothered to take my order or I was taking up too much of her time. I waited patiently in the corner for my order as I always do and when my food was ready rather than politely calling my name she nodded at me with the same displeased look and tossed my food on the counter and walked away. I also couldn’t help but notice the tip jars aside from a few spare coins were completely empty and this was after 9 am. I spent several years working as a barista so I go out of my way to be patient, understanding and to tip well because I know what it takes to provide good service and a quality experience and this location usually is above and beyond my wildest standards. However, my heart was broken this morning by this experience and I’m really hoping it doesn’t continue and force me to go else where…

I consistently have gotten some of the worst made drinks in the past month or so from this location. It’s like we put no effort into even trying to stir the drinks. Won’t be going to this location at all anymore.

Walked in and when I tell you every single person working said hello almost in sync, talk about service with a smile. I have a Starbucks closer to me but this is definitely the location to feel appreciated and welcomed. Thank you everyone for making my day!!!!! Also blue hair yasssssss!!!!!!

Unfortunately this location lost a long time customer. I will refrain from using Starbucks in the future. I brought my 4 year old in to use the restroom however they refused to allow him to use the bathroom. Told us it was for paying customers only. If only they knew how much we spent on Starbucks in the past 15 years. Very sad day when this is where society has come too. Well done management.

One of the cleaner Starbucks, but they take forever to make a drink. I ordered in the app, estimated wait was 9-12 minutes. It’s been 25 minutes and I’m at the store still waiting.

Excellent. Coffee and cream/milk all empty with a lunch rush. Ask manager Karin to help me out. She was friendly, professional, and courtesy and exceeded my expectations for customer service. I loved that she was so cognizant of her public facing communication, including the quick eye contact while she was busy finishing up her prior order, just to let me know she is aware and on it. Her level of politeness afforded to me was over the top. That's rare these days! I can see why she is the manager. Props. Sip club has gotten me into Panera, and I am glad and really enjoy the brand now. Usually, I take out, but the warm interior environment is usually overpowering, and I opt to eat in. Had the full-sized French Dipper. It was delicious! Coffee always decent. Food would be 5 stars if the portion was a bit more generous for the price. Bagged kettle chips as good as they get.

I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a cinnamon roll with coffee. The bagel took about 10min it was ice cold. The bagel itself would have been good if it would have been still warm. The cinnamon rolls tasted old. Any Pillsbury cinnamon roll is better. My wife had a sandwich which took 20min to prepare. Please improve your service.

Worse Panera Bread I’ve ever been to in my life. At 2 pm they were out of the two main soups-creamy tomato and chicken noodle. Ordered the broccoli cheese soup and it was Luke warm at best. Asked for it to be heated and was directed to a nasty microwave underneath the coffee bar. The expensive drinks were either tasteless or syrupy.

Space is big, nice and clean. Service is always amazing. Food is good. Lot of parking.

Absolutely AWFUL. Came in, used the order tablet, charged my credit card and waited n waited, at least 20 minutes to find the order didn't go through. It was an awful experience and of course I was extremely right for time. They have never been particularly efficient but this was the ultimate in bad business practice.. Make the machines work!!!

I’ve been coming to Panera for years and I am so disappointed on how things which I use to loved to eat when down hill, coffee , and the Asian salad I just had was just the stem of the lettuce cut up, no green lettuces, A little bit of nuts, no seeds and no cilantro at all. It was so disappointing and it cost $ 13.50 and the whole place has a smell like dirty rugs

Food is always good, portions are kind of small for the price. Great atmosphere, restaurant usually clean. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful excellent service!!!

Tried the McDonaldland Meal. Not sure what they put in the shake but after drinking 1/2 of it I didn't feel well. 2 hours later stomach still upset. Can't say I would recommend it! Also, had to go back to counter as they left out the quarter pounder I had ordered with it. Dining room and rest rooms were clean and in good shape even during busy lunchtime.

(Poughkeepsie: North Rd. McDonald’s) The customer service is terrible! They ran out of regular whipped cream and so they gave me pink whipped cream instead. Since that wasn’t what I ordered, I asked the employee to please give me a milkshake with the white whipped cream like I ordered, to which he responded that they ran out of regular whipped cream. I asked why they wouldn’t just do no whipped cream or ask me what I wanted to do, to which he snapped “this is what the boss said.” So then I requested he give me a milkshake without whipped cream. After he closed the window to get the new milkshake, I could hear him loudly complaining about my request, cursing, and even mocking me with a rude imitation of my voice. Then he opened the window and handed me the shake, and mumbled something (some kind of nicety) before closing the window again. Customer service was truly terrible, and the new milkshake was obviously the old one poured into a different cup, which was evidenced by the pink whipped cream residue on the inside of the new lid. This place always has such poor customer service, but tonight was by far the worst.

The service is awful because the employees never listen to the instructions and they never fill your drink for you in the back which wouldn’t be a problem if the soda machines didn’t taste off. There are many other locations much better.

This location is pretty good! The wait time is very short, and the food usually comes out with no issues!

My fries were cold. Had to wait 10 minutes until I reminded them that I was still waiting for my fries. When they gave me my fries back my burger was cold. They took my burger back with the fries but gave me back the original burger. Yeah, not the best experience.

Went for dessert with the family. Bought a snack size Oreo mcflurry for the kiddo and 2 regular size Oreo mcflurries for myself and the girlfriend. We went through the drive thru. They took our order quickly, paid just as quick. But wanted us to pull up to the "waiting area". That's okay I guess, takes time to stir up the Oreo crunchiest maybe. By the way, no one was behind us ordering until right before our mcflurries came out so not exactly sure why we had to go to the waiting area. We received our mcflurries and I started to drive off. My girlfriend looks at the cups and then says to me they're not really full, like maybe a little more than half the cup. Not for nothing, but if they charge almost $4 for what amounts to 1 scoop of ice cream, then people should start complaining more. When we got home, we called the store and they said to come in and they'll make it right. Not really what I'd like to be doing on a Sunday evening. Driving back and forth because they didn't get the order right the first time. I'm placing 2 stars because we were served in a timely manner and we were greeted with smiling faces.

Tasty food and clean for the kids however Their employees need to be held to a higher standard. Sat with my children and listened to this employee FaceTime on speakerphone with some male clown and have an inappropriate conversation and inappropriate language throughout our entire meal. This employee should be terminated and management should be more mindful of what’s going on besides arguing and yelling back and forth with each other behind the counter. Also waited 20+ minutes for fast food that they messed up on, forgot my cup and my daughters milk. Great establishment and employees. I see why they plan to close so many McDonalds across the country Wonderful language and behavior in front of my 3 year old and 11 year old

You wait on long lines on the drive-through such that your food is cold and soggy by the time you reach the pick-up window. Ordering in-person means that the underpaid overstressed cashier (who also seems to handle drive-through orders simultaneously) hurriedly takes your order through your mask, her mask and 2” of hanging plexiglass (‘Rona-proof sneeze shield), which insures that some details will be missed. Other than all that, peachy!

Went in yesterday for a pick up and the cashier who was a young (either Hispanic or Middle Eastern) man was very rude to me. This was about 1PM yesterday. I told him I had a pick up and he just kind of gave me a side eye and ignored me. The female manager with the pink hair “Sam” didn’t even care. Every time I go in there, it is always filthy while she is on shift. Not a care in the world. This location always makes my stomach hurt. The bathroom is always filthy as well. There are always fries all over the kitchen floor and the sandwich maker wasn’t using gloves. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder why I always get sick every time I eat here. The Fishkill location is a lot better and cleaner. Go to that one and ignore this one..

The burger was sooo burnt. Did they not see it when they put it on the bun. Awful! This was the drive thru so we were down the road before realizing how burnt it was.

Horrible service. The man that brought me out the food just shoved the food into my car, didn’t say a word. My burger was messed up so I went in, he spoke time “what’s up”, I asked for it fixed, only to discover when I got home they messed it up worse. Isn’t the first time I’ve had issues either. I went to Burger King and got 3 DBl bacon king, 1 Dragon whpr MCM, and a whopper MCM, but I'm missing the whopper MCM. I called, but the lady was no help. She has bad character.

Workers have no idea what they’re doing. Sitting for a DoorDash for 10+ minutes while the workers are talking in the back messing up food when it isn’t even busy.

I’ve noticed a decline in service recently and wanted to share some feedback. I also believe management should reconsider the setup of the drive-thru line—there’s currently no way for a car to exit if needed. Today, I waited nearly 25 minutes just to get a coffee. At one point, I wanted to leave, but I was stuck with no way out. This could be especially concerning if someone were to experience a medical emergency or need to exit quickly. I hope this can be looked into for the safety and convenience of all customers.

What I learned while waiting for my order was don't walk in go through drive-through. drive-through is prioritized, they will push every mobile order on drive-through above walk-in's...manager said to another client. I waited 22 minutes for one latte no food.

When I read all of the negative reviews, I admit that I got nervous about the kind of service that I was going to get here. Regardless, I decided to give them a chance. The baristas behind the counter are polite and time-efficient. They are well-informed about their company's policies, and they showed integrity by following through on those policies and informing the customer of any policies where appropriate/applicable. It is evident that their priority is customer service, even when overwhelmed by staff-shortages and long bursts of customer traffic. There were only two baristas behind the counter when I first got here, one taking the orders and the other making the drinks. They were always running back and forth, and they were clearly doing their best with the resources they had. Please--if you're short on time, choose another location. If you want custom messages on your cup, don't expect them when they're experiencing staff shortages. The main priority is giving everyone fast service, as Starbucks is technically a fast-food chain. Also, despite the negative reviews regarding staff unfriendliness, the staff I spoke with were very friendly! Don't let that keep you away. Thanks, Starbucks, for your service!

Great coffee consistent with the typical Starbucks quality. They are also occasionally offering small amounts of coffees grown in single-origin, small central or south american farms, which can be quite a treat for coffee lovers. There is also coffee with collar (nitro brew). The service is quick and friendly. And although they’ve taken dozens of coffee orders from me and my friends, they have never messed up any! There is plenty of comfortable seating and the internet service is pretty good too, restrooms are clean. Parking spots are usually available, frequently right up front of the store, even if the plaza is busy. Otherwise there is always the drive in service window. I definitely recommend a visit, they won’t disappoint.

drinks took 20+ minutes, the one lady made my drink filled the cup with ice and didnt write anything and the guy with blonde and brown hair wrote on the other order and seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing.

This drive through is unbelievably slow. I always think it will be different, but there will be 5 to 10 minute stretches with no movement. I've worked in this business. This is unacceptable and jobs need to be terminated at every level.

I do believe something's happening at this store. Once again, I waited about 25 minutes in the drive-through (7 cars) to get a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee, but the bag with the bagel had only a bagel and a knife, no cream cheese. The coffee was also missing the Splenda. I would have gone back in the drive-through line to fix this, but I wasn't willing to wait another 25 minutes or more. The staff is friendly and polite, but they seem rushed. Perhaps staff shortages are contributing to the service issues. If so, this is certainly not fair to consumers or staff.

Went to get a donut on my way to work and thought I was going to enjoy it, but I open the bag and they were thrown in there. Yes not expensive but wish I could have gotten to fully enjoy what I paid for. Never again.

Very slow service , they are taking online orders over in person purchases , waited 20min for a black coffee ( that was cold - should have been hot ) do yourself a favor and drive on past this place .

I like this dunkin donuts but when it comes to putting cream cheese on bagels they are beyond stingy. It's like a teaspoon amount thinly scraped across the bagel. Its basically non existent

Good customer service goes a long way! Dogs are treated better than I was this morning at Dunkin' around 6:30 a.m. I'm incredibly disappointed in how I was treated today. I even had to call the police—not because of my situation, but because someone spat on my car. What a disgusting act! Let me provide some background about myself; not that you should care, but here it is. I've stopped eating fast food due to higher prices, yet I remained a devoted customer of Dunkin' Donuts because of their coffee. However, after today, I'm terrified to drink Dunkin' coffee. The incident I experienced should never have happened. The cup I received was defective, with a faulty lid. I'm in so much pain, and even though it's past noon, I’m still feeling the effects of this early morning incident. On December 2, 2024, I purchased a medium-sized coffee, a croissant, and three munchkins at Dunkin' on Main Street, just as I have been doing for the past six months. I've also bought coffee from other Dunkin' locations without any issues until now. After receiving my coffee, I got into my car and hadn’t even reached two blocks before the cup spilled all over me. The coffee burned my stomach and thighs. If there had been another car in front of me, it could have seriously endangered my life! I drove back to the Dunkin' Donuts store to file an incident report, but they told me they had no such report available. I demanded to speak with a manager. When "Cameron" finally approached me, it was clear she had just woken up. I was extremely disappointed that this shift leader had no information about how to obtain an incident report and showed no remorse for what happened. There was no apology or assistance offered. I got the manager's contact information and left the store to head straight to the hospital since my entire body was burning. As I was leaving, someone spat on my car, prompting me to call the police. The officer informed me that there was nothing they could do, suggesting it might have been retaliation for reporting the incident. They advised me that management should look into it. This has been the worst day ever! The doctor told me to stay home for two days and prescribed medication for the pain. I promise myself that I will never drink Dunkin' coffee again due to the lack of care and empathy shown by the shift leader regarding my health and well-being after this horrific experience. Management, PLEASE HELP!

Not terrible, but also not great. I come here as it is closest to my workplace for my morning coffee. However, anytime I order ahead, my order is usually missing something. If i order a cold brew with cold foam, the cold foam is forgotten. If I order an avocado toast with bacon, the bacon is forgotten. However, the workers are usually polite and are quick to fix the issue.... just sets me back a little if I am on my way into work. I hate to sound like a Karen.... I understand it is busy, and it's not that big of a deal, just wish there was a little more attention to detail. Also, this Dunkin' is the heart of the City of Poughkeepsie, so don't be surprised to be bombarded by loitering people asking for money or "wanting to talk".

Great Dunkin’ location. Plenty of seating. Clean inside and fast service. Lots of parking. Seating available outside too with umbrellas.

It was my first time coming here on Jan 23 2025 and I’m appalled at how some of the staff talk and behave. I understand making drinks is difficult as I used to work for Dunkin back in 2017-2023 but still knew that there was a time and place for specific behaviors. Callouts like “stop making drinks!” Or “this is bullshit!” are unacceptable. I am also surprised with how low they serve the coffee, not even up to the trained fill line. And the way the staff talk to their leaders is just not okay.

I rarely ever leave reviews but had to say this Dunkin was so convenient for us since it’s close to home, but honestly I’ve had too many poor experiences rather than good. I’ve given them more chances than I should’ve. I’ve found hair in the cream cheese that’s on my bagel. I request my kiddos bagel “not toasted” because they have sensory issues. Too many times the sticker will literally say not toasted and it’s steaming hot out of the bag. Our most recent visit I got my kid a plain bagel and it looked and felt like an old, over toasted bagel! So gross! But lo and behold there was hair in the munchkin box I also purchased in the same order. The staff is always unpleasant too! Will not be returning to this location anymore after this last visit!

Every time I go to this location my drinks are always filled 3/4. Why am I being charged full price?? The customer service is very unfriendly and if you ask for a cup carrier they act like it comes out of their personal paycheck. Management sucks at this location!

Stopped here one early afternoon on my way to visit some family, ended up wishing we had just stayed in the car. The place seems to be run by a teenager and a bunch of untrained employees. I'm not one to complain, but when the so-called manager is sitting on his phone, laughing, while his employees can't seem to make a single drink or food item correctly, I have an issue. Not only did I spend over $15 for two drinks and a snack, I was also made to wait over almost 20 minutes for a toasted croissant, which they forgot the butter on. If I could, I would request all of the staff at this location be retrained and management replaced. In addition to my issue, I watched three other customers need their drink to be replaced or remade due to incorrect order-taking and completion. Of course, the cashier had an attitude when corrected... chewing gum while her acne flaked off of her face. Hygienic much? If the manager spent less time talking and being rude, I'm sure his employees could do their job more effectively, maybe with a little less snark next time? I'm never spending my money here again and I hope no one else does either, considering all I'm seeing is negative reviews and bad experiences at this location.

The service in this establishment in the past week has decreased horribly the product quality has decreased and effort put in. The staff doesn't feel welcoming, or motivated, the only two employees who make this place seem welcoming are a girl with a blue shirt and a tall guy other than that almost all of the staff and managements don't seem to care for their customers or each other. Honestly the food and drinks are mediocre and most of the time they get my orders wrong or they come with some sort of mistake and it seems like the ones who manage or own the place don't really care for their employees even if there are rude customers. Their hiring decision's for the type of people they decide to be in their team is also questionable always with someone who cant do their job right even though i may see them for weeks or some who just don't have common sense. Overall quality of the food and drinks are poor, management and owners are not ever present or instead just not being helpful and honestly creating more problems for their employees.

Horrible, i don't understand how someone could mess up an order this bad. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and got bacon only... 2 plain bagels with cream cheese and i got 2 bottoms of an onion bagel with butter, and they didn't give me the other bagel. I can't even imagine how this is even possible

I recently visited your location to order a drink and witnessed a deeply upsetting interaction. A male customer at the counter was speaking in an extremely rude and demeaning manner to a young female employee. What was most disturbing was that the manager on duty, Jamil, was present and did nothing to intervene or defend her. Rather than asking the disrespectful customer to leave, Jamil allowed him to stay and continue his behavior. The man even sat down to read a book afterward, as if nothing had happened. This lack of support undoubtedly made the young employee uncomfortable and unsupported in her workplace. As a manager, Jamil had a responsibility to protect his staff from abuse and create a safe, respectful environment. He failed to do so. Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the employee decides to quit — and I wouldn’t blame her. I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope you address this situation and take steps to ensure your employees are treated with the respect they deserve

Regular fast food place. It was clear and nice. Refill station doesn’t do any ice, so ask the cashier for a cup with one. Service wasn’t great as the packed dine-in order as to-go and were slow on drinks.

So I had a really long day of doing deliveries and I was about to do my last deliver but my phone died which I needed to complete my delivery. I had no charger and realized I was also hungry and I saw the golden arches. I walked in and the place was very busy and was greeted by lovely woman named ayesha. I asked her if there was any possible way someone had a charger I could use to charge my phone while I eat my dinner. She not only plugged my phone in for me and kept an eye on it, she made sure my order was correct and was very courteous and caring while managing the dinner rush. I finished my meal which hit the spot and my phone had just enough charge to get me to my next delivery. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and was so impressed by how she managed the floor with elegance and kindness. Not only did I leave happy, she helped me so I could also finish my work and go home not stressed. She really runs the place well and definitely deserves a raise. It really meant a lot to me.

Food was very good and fresh nice and warm. Staff was a little bit slow to take my order. Kind of hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

I ask for 2 fish filets and a large mcflurry, they fail to tell me theres only 1 size mcflurry and half of it is empty in the middle. I ask about it and the girl at the drive thru tells me thats just how they make it and gets nasty when i ask if they can fill it at least somewhat close to the top. Ten minutes of waiting for the fish filets yet there were 3 people in the drive thru window hanging around doing nothing. This mcdonalds location never fails to disappoint, and im surprised they actually got the items in the order right this time. Its sad that there is only 1 mcdonalds in the area that gets the orders correct and has friendly employees and its the one on freedom plains rd in lagrange

I have been to this location a few times. Most times I have not had any real issues. I decided to stop by for lunch. I ordered a burger, nuggets & fries. I did not receive my burger. Unfortunately, I made it back to the office before I realized I did not have it. When I went in the store there were no customers and the drive thru had no customer either. Next time I will be sure to check the bag.

Restaurant is constantly forgetting food and sauces at drive thru and curbside orders employees rush don't double check orders then I get home to see food is missing horrible customer service will not dine here

Great job with customer service and my crispy chicken sandwich actually looked like the sandwich in the BK advertisements 😆! The whole crew this Burger King had working Thursday, April 10th 2025 early evening was fantastic (rt 44). Got me thinking I was in a commercial for a second lol....😑 I better not find myself in a BK advertisement on the Internet stuffing on my face

Well I didn't go in I went through the drive-thru so I can't really give a proper critique or I don't know whatever you want to call it about this restaurant. Though Burger King food sucks. It always has in my opinion. The fries are always cold and it seems like the burgers and chicken sandwiches etc never have any flavor. As a matter of fact the only reason why I went there is because I had to get something for my son who demanded Burger King. I give him a pass on that cuz he doesn't know any better

Burger King used to be better back in the day. By the way there is this big guy in a blue dress that is like a local comedian that goes by the nickname of “Grandpa Goober” that comes here everyday and he is like the mayor of this restaurant

This location is disgusting. The bathroom smells so bad you'll puke. The customer service is not only horrible, it doesn't exist here. I don't want to know how they handle the food. 🤮

All I tasted was salt. If I had high blood pressure I would have been dead. They shouldn’t use so much salt in their food. Burgers kings food changed throughout the years it use to be good.

I went through again today. I did not receive my correct order. When I noticed I attempted to call 4x. Each time they picked up, pretended to not hear me and hung up. $20 down the drain. They are a waste of time and money! They are scammers. Stay away

Surprisingly variety of salads, pizzas, sandwiches & WINGS even some unexpected offerings all made fresh. Picnic table out front overlooking small open parking & onto a farm. Literally a deli-market on the corner. Lots of drinks & coffees to go. Super-friendly. Really good wings. Pizza was decent. Prices r below restaurant.

A very nice surprise, you wouldn't know that this place has one of the best slices of pizza around. Very good breakfast sandwiches, reasonably priced. Tucked away behind a very unassuming facade, Country Corners has a wide selection of deli, pizza and breakfast options. We've only recently discovered this place but they have us as repeat customers 😁

Not as good as it used to be. I hadn't been in a few years but I got the same sandwich I used to The chicken bacon ranch and the chicken just wasn't crispy, the bacon was very chewy. The new redesign makes it feel very small, and the service was fine but not very friendly.

Excellent wraps. Could have had a bit more lettuce and onions but still gave it 5 stars because there's only so much you can stuff in a wrap and it was a great wrap! We had the buffalo cauliflower too. We had the mild and there was just enough zing in the sauce to really enjoy them. We forgot to ask for the ranch dressing to dip them in. The cookies were, as always, totally fresh and delicious!

Food is great but don't like the new design. Staff is nice. I like to see the meats & cheeses which you can't anymore. Plus my bill for exact same thing is different every time I order. Paid same way. Kept all receipts because of this. GREAT BREAKFAST!

Everything I've ever had here has been wonderful but so high priced. For a country deli you would expect it to be half. It is a beautiful place. They put in these new self-serve computers to order. I've never used one. I like the human factor. Never had their Pizza but it always smells and looks wonderful. Definitely if this is a place and if you're looking for a high-end sandwich you can go and get a good one!!!

You wouldn’t think eating healthy would be possible at a deli but it is at country corners.

This location is so ghetto and dirty😭. The bathroom is disgusting and there was no soap so I know employees don’t wash their hands !!!!! The food was garbage and a waste. The outside looks run down and needs to be updated. All the money that store makes and the owner continues to let it look rundown. I would add a drive thru, add more space to the parking lot, update the sign and make it look noticeable and want customers to want to come in and continue to come in. I’m from out of town and I’ll never go back. I hate spending money on food and the food and experience isn’t that great. Don’t come here to waste money

Absolutely rude staff. I ordered online and when I came to pick up my order they started talking to each other about what to do with the items they didn't have without asking me, then gossiped about it by the trash can outside. Joke of a dunkin location. Please shut it down

Love their bagels. They are professional and courteous. And I always seem to buy two coffees just for me. Great Decaf.
