A Total Disappointment at Cracker Barrel Pembroke Pines Today, my partner and I visited this Cracker Barrel, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience we’ve ever had at any location—and we’ve dined at many Cracker Barrels across the country. From the beginning, everything went downhill: • The bread was raw, literally undercooked. • One of the side dishes arrived at the end of the meal, long after everything else. • My meat was completely burnt and overcooked, so I had to send it back. • My husband had to eat his food cold while waiting for my plate to be redone. • I spent more time waiting than actually eating. . They only put one paper napkin per person . The salt shaker's hygiene was the worst: the salt didn't come out. The only positive aspect was our waitress. She was genuinely kind, apologetic, and did her best to handle the situation with grace. It was clear she felt bad about what was happening. It’s truly disappointing that the kitchen’s quality fell so far below the brand’s usual standards. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously—no customer should have to go through such a poor dining experience. It was one of my favorite restaurants and I definitely wouldn't go back.

Proportions have gotten much smaller over the years. The location has spe t money updating g it's interior so a newer nicer feel. Service was great.

Our server, Jessie, was amazing and so friendly and professional. He went above and beyond at all times. The food was alright, but definitely NOT reminiscent of the old Cracker Barrel. I missed that I couldn't get vinegar for my greens and the gravy on my chicken fried steak was pretty congealed like it had sat out. But overall the experience was pretty good

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. As a regular Cracker Barrel customer who visits other locations without issue, this was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Multiple system failures: • App wouldn’t work (demanded non-existent update) • Inventory systems disconnected (website showed items as available when they weren’t) • Called for phone order, told to use app, app failed, redirected to website Poor service recovery: • Roast beef “ran out” after I’d already ordered and paid online • Manager only offered a drink as compensation for the major inconvenience • Final order was wrong - manager removed entire meal instead of replacing as discussed SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY ISSUE: Found a green bean in my fried apples container when I didn’t order any green beans. This suggests cross-contamination problems that could be dangerous for people with allergies. In addition, the sides were served cold. Bottom line: This location has operational and food safety issues that other Cracker Barrel locations don’t have. The combination of technical failures, inventory problems, inflexible management support, and cross-contamination makes this unacceptable. I’ll stick to other locations. Management needs to address these systematic problems immediately. Second visit to this location, definitely my last!

Cracker Barrel Was Just Okay The food was fine—not bad, but nothing special either. What really stood out was the lack of service. Our waiter only came to the table once, so it felt a bit rushed and impersonal. Not the worst experience, but definitely room for improvement.

This eatery has been around for quite a while. It combines olde country style home cooking with a general store for unique and not so unique shopping. Both are worth the visit. Friendly service in both areas. Prices are competitive. Food is good. Adequate free parking. Entrance a little crowded so wheelchair access might be a challenge. Rewards program may worthwhile for some people. Some specialty menu items are worth coming back to try. Outside checkers and rocking chairs. What's not to like. P.S. The Cracker Barrel logo is just fine the way it is.

Been going to this Cracker Barrel for years and unfortunately, they always seem to have issues with the kitchen and it was no exception on August 3 slow service poor quality , reduced portion sizes, increased prices country charm sanitized with the new modern interior.I can’t see going back to this location again it’s not worth it. You can get a much better breakfast elsewhere. Also if you want milk for your coffee and not those ridiculous creamers, they’re gonna charge you for a full carton of milk like they did us. $65.28 was what it cost for breakfast for two ridiculously expensive for the subpar quality and service.

The food was actually better than I expected—super fresh and flavorful, especially the shrimp and grits, which totally hit the spot. The staff was friendly and kept the coffee coming, but the wait time was kinda rough, and the noise level made it hard to talk. Still, the vibe was bright and chill, with a nice modern Southern feel, and the portions were generous, so I left full and happy overall

Our server Joelle was awesome! As a first time guest she went through the menu with us and was extremely attentive and pleasant! I’m a creature of habit and always order Eggs Benedict - they were good and cooked well but did not knock my socks off. My hubby had the pumpkin spice waffles which were good. I will be back though for their Beignets!

Came here for a business breakfast. Very busy with what appeared to be one server with a little help. Summer our server was great but clearly overwhelmed. Food was ok but didn’t appear prepared fully and just thrown together. Multiple items were swapped and incorrect. It was a lot but the food tasted good for the most part.

I was excited to try this place from a recommendation. Nice atmosphere but service was slow. Food order came out wrong and no manager came to table, server corrected bill. By that time , I wasn't up for reordering unsure of the wait time. Complimentary beignets came out after main meal.

great service from the bartender/server. explained the menu well to first time guests. delicious Crab Cake Benedict and French Toast. do have to say the portion size is a bit on the smaller side compared to the price.

We had a little bit of a wait , but it was worth it ! I ordered the biscuit and gravy meal which was out of this world! We ordered a pitcher of blood Mary which was half of at $19.99 on the weekend. My fiancé ordered eggs blackstone Benedict and he loved it ! The service was amazing. Thank you !!

Great service and a nice southern style atmosphere. I ordered the lox eggs Benedict. I was unsure of what to expect but I was underwhelmed. The egg was not runny and there was not enough lox. The bagel felt naked. Overall, it was missing some pizzaz, something to make to so tasty it was memorable. Would try something else next time. Home fries were delicious though.

Again, and again First Watch did not disappoint. We were greeted and seated very quickly. The food came out fast and fresh. Our waiter operated on his strong memorization skills and took our order with no pen/ pad and it was served correctly. Very impressive. Kudos to First Watch for keeping the level of quality throughout its different locations.

From start to finish, our experience at First Watch was exceptional! We were greeted promptly, and even with a short wait, the staff kept us informed and made sure we felt welcome. Once seated, the table was clean, comfortable, and in a great spot. Our server, Evan was incredibly attentive—checking on us just the right amount without being overbearing and making sure every request was met with care and a smile. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was seasoned perfectly, and the portions were more generous than I expected. You can really taste the freshness and quality in each dish. To top it off, the manager Yvette, came by to personally check in on our table and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and truly appreciated. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Came to First Watch on Labor Day and I thought it would be an overwhelming task to get a table. It wasn’t! The wait was only 10 minutes. (I came around 10:30am) The staff was super friendly and just about everyone I made eye contact with said hello. I couldn’t find what I wanted on the menu but my waitress Diana modified a menu item (the Pumpkin Pancake special) and I got just what I wanted which was pancakes, eggs and bacon! Diana was so friendly, accommodating and attentive. Thanks Diana for making my breakfast a pleasant experience.

This is my son's favorite breakfast/Brunch. The food is good and the have great service. There is always a lign unless you go late after 1:30 pm

The food was good. I preferred the bacon over the sausage, they use cinnamon with their American Toast (Mmm!), and the eggs were right on. The coffee was a tad bitter for me, but I add a little honey to knock that down. Clean and well organized as well. I felt it was a little pricey, but that may be a part of their 'animal welfare' philosophy. Not sure if this for living animals, or the ones that were dead on my plate (which I enjoyed). Oh, and I'm not sure what 'First Watch' means. I thought Law Enforcement, or maybe even military in some way, but I think it's more of a farming thing. Not really sure. As my final observation, the service was great, but $4.99 for two sausage links, there lies the rub for me.

My family of four had an excellent experience at First Watch! Even though the restaurant was very busy when we arrived, everything ran smoothly and we were seated quickly. I ordered the Works Omelette, my wife had the Chimichanga, and our kids both enjoyed the Tri-Fecta. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and came out faster than we expected given the crowd. What impressed us just as much as the food was how clean and well-kept the entire place was. Despite the high volume of guests, the tables, floors, and restrooms were spotless, which really speaks to the team’s attention to detail. Shanetta, the General Manager, was the highlight of our visit. She personally checked in on our table, made sure we had everything we needed, and her leadership and positive energy showed in how well the whole staff worked together. You can tell she sets a great example and truly cares about the guest experience. We left feeling well taken care of and will definitely be back soon

The food was amazing here. Only dish I don't recommend is the Grits, no good at all. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, OUR SERVER WAS THERE FOR US ALL THE MINE AND VERY RESPONAIVE TO OUR REQUESTS The ambiance was great and, we decided to eat outside.

Had a wonderful time and a delicious breakfast 😋 Salmon was so fresh. Coffee was super good. Bagels 🥯 are their specialty. That was evident. ROBIN was a great and attentive server. It's so special that a restaurant has its owner there.Making sure everything once smoothly. I think he really cares.

This place was great, it's kinda tough to get a table on the weekend. But besides that my wife and I had a great breakfast there the other day. Also, PS. DO NOT order the salted bagel, in general I like Salt, but this is for someone who has salted tattooed on their body.

This place reminded me of bagelmania but a little bit smaller. That's actually a good thing. The food is solid. My only issue was getting coffee refills and getting the check when we were done but I can tell you I will go back. The place is celebrating their 14th anniversary. But I swear that I went to this place in the same exact location about 25 years ago. I'm wondering if they took over another restaurant.

We were looking for a new place since our former Sunday Diner closed down and found this great neighborhood cafe to keep going for breakfast. Very homey and the people are amazing. And the food was delicious.

I went to breakfast this morning here my food came out cold, so the waitress took it back and brought me new food, when she brought out the new food, it was also cold so I asked for a refund and she said she could not do it so I asked to speak to the manager. She said she would get him. He never came to the table and I was told that we can’t get a refund. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I don’t recommend this place to anybody because if your food comes out cold, you’re not gonna get anything resolved,most places will replace or give you a refund or something they did absolutely nothing. The food was horrible. The owner wrote my sister back after she wrote a review and he said he wasn’t there but then waitress never came back to let us know if he was there or he wasn’t there. She said she was going to get him and never came back. And to top it off, nobody answered me disgusting

Cozy Vibes, Tasty Bites, But a Bit Cramped Mayor's Cafe packs a punch in flavor, with a smiley waitress that adds a nice touch. We dropped in on a weekday and got seated right away, which was a relief. The Philly Cheesesteak and burger were delicious—no complaints on taste. However, the cozy atmosphere comes with a downside—the place is small. It felt a tad cramped. If you don't mind rubbing elbows with your neighbors, the food is worth the squeeze.

The 3-3-3 Breakfast with a side of potatoes I ordered was good. This place has great food quality. The French toast is an acquired taste. The breading used wasn’t horrible just different. When calling to place order the gentleman who answered was very welcoming and helpful.

Save your money and time—go somewhere else. Almost 2 hours for a simple meal with only 3 tables in the restaurant. Service was slow, inattentive, and unprofessional—no greeting, no drink refills, and 25 minutes just to get the check. Food was worse: burnt sandwich, oily reheated chicken tenders, a hair in the mac & cheese, and fries that tasted like old oil. The staff seemed disengaged, management absent, and food safety questionable. This location needs serious leadership, accountability, and quality checks. Until then, I cannot recommend dining here.

Very disappoited !!! We ordered our food !! And it litterly took them an hr for them to make it wasnt busy at all!!! I looked up and seen that their was a table for two sitting down and they ordered their food and got it like in ten to fifteen mins!!! We were a table of 7 i understand it was a lot of food but come on!!! The waitress was never around we called another waitress and told her to pkease get her manager!!! He comes out and says one more minute !! We waited and then the food came out!!! Just look at the video!!! The resturant was dirty the tables we disgusting with stuff on them !!!

This is the most cozy, clean and friendly Denny’s I’ve been into thanks to this guy Ricky, he’s fast, careful and a professional server with great communication skills. A guy like him is what every single food establishment should have, I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets a promotion or his own restaurant soon. Oh! I forgot the incredible eggs of course! You cannot go wrong with this place, thanks a lot.

It was a nice experience specially because I went with the family but the service was good even though some people complained but to me and my family it was good. The food was also normal but not really any different between this and any other place, it tested the same, maybe it’s the standard food for restaurants. It’s not expensive at all we were five people and the bill came around one hundred dollars for the amount of people that’s actually good, which means the average spent was 20 dollars each person. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was delicious we got to talk a little bit to our waitress and he explained to us about the difference of normal eggs and the liquid eggs and powder eggs, it was a learning experience because I didn’t know about all of these different because I never heard of any type of egg besides the normal shell egg, but apparently the other types of eggs are very common in the restaurant business. So next time you go to a restaurant, if you want eggs just be specific and tell them you want shell eggs otherwise they will give you any other type of eggs.

Steak was horrible, not seasoned, and looked horrible. I was scared to look at it. My husband asked for medium well. I steasd he received medium rare and the blood was all over the plate it was disgusting looking. Also, I ordered two pancakes to my surprise. The pancakes weren't done( batter)! The manager was a professional ( lovely woman), but whoever was on the grill shouldn't be there! Embarrassment to the company! When I attended Chefs Academy, breakfast shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes, or you're fired!

Air conditioning was broken and they said a part was on back order for a couple more weeks. My son’s hamburger was dripping with grease. Staff was nice and I felt bad they had to work without AC. They told my the kitchen was up to 104 degrees. Will not go back.

Robin was exceptional, personable and fast. The food was hot and delicious and our order was exactly as requested. Despite the order changes, she never became impatient and met every request. Nice sense of humor.

Joann is the best server ever . Very caring, very professional, very sweet, caring. She is totally on her game. When me and my mom come here eat we look for her. Our food is always the best. I had an amazing time here! Food was fresh and delicious, coffee was hot and sirloin tips were AMAZING. Joann was our server and she was so kind and very attentive.

I go to this location mostly on Sunday mornings. The server Stephany is very polite always attentive and with a smile. Today I ate the chicken fajita omelette and definitely was great. Last weekend had the avocado bacon with poached eggs on McMuffin with fruits. One of my favorites.

Dimitri was my server and it was a great experience. He is such a hard worker and was super attentive. He had many tables and i never felt neglected regardless of how busy he was. He always checked on us and any request we had he did it right away. Such a good experience!

Food wasn’t good at all. fries had no seasoning, ordered chicken tenders came with no sauce & none was available only had ketchup. Tenders were double breaded hard some areas not good.

Poor customer service nobody would acknowledge that I was standing in line then when my food was being prepared the cook was stuffing his face with food, that’s pretty disgusting. I almost asked for my money back. I hope the sandwich is delicious.

They take forever to get your order done. Even if the place is empty. Forever to even go through the process of charging you. Now let’s talk about prices… $7+ for an orange juice and see the size of it OMG! I bet the owner has no idea how this place is managed.

We ordered a Spanish sandwich and 2 cod croquettes. The sandwich is a very fine slice of cheese and not to mention the Serrano ham, the chorizo, nothing you have to pay extra for. The croquettes are pure flour, terrible, I don't recommend it, you have a better breakfast at McDonald's

First of all, I would like to say that we visited your restaurant based on a strong recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived until we left. Upon arrival, we were told there would be a 15–20 minute wait. However, after waiting, we received a text that our reservation had been canceled, something we never requested. This created confusion at the entrance, where it appeared the hostess and another staff member were arguing about the seating arrangement. Once we were finally seated, we did enjoy the appetizer: the guacamole with onions and sausage hot and flavorful. However, things quickly went downhill from there. We ordered the platter that includes pork, steak, plantains, rice, and beans. Sadly, everything arrived cold. The pork and steak didn’t appear fresh, and the overall presentation and quality were very disappointing. The flavor was off, with an overwhelming taste of charcoal. We sent the dish back, and our server mentioned she needed to show it to the manager. While she was polite, the experience left us unsatisfied, both in terms of the food and the overall atmosphere, which felt cold and uninviting. Sincerely, I will not be returning to the restaurant.

i normally dont make reviews unless it was too bad or too good, in this case i want to mention the professionalism of Catalina and how she made me feel i was eating at home, super sweet and very friendly. also want to mention Freddy that when i sat he came right away and told me if i want something to drink while catalina will arrive to take my order. very happy with the service thanks

We eat in El Balcon of Sunrise very often, it’s always very yummy, tonight it was great. Freddy was an excellent, all our food was fresh, on time and so tasty. Such a homie comfy time, Thank you!

It was mothers day and we didnt have a reservation, but the staff managed to squeeze us in after a short wait, amazing service. They prepped a seat for our 2 year old and and crayons! The food was amazing and staff extremely friendly.

Overall the empanadas were delicious. The chicken/pollo was a little on the dry side, but the beef was seasoned perfectly and the caprese was incredible too. Pastries were yummy. The woman at the cashier who also took our order was a little snarky and impatient. We ended up ordering 1 or 2 more things later in our visit and that employee who helped us was very friendly and kind

Amazing place to go to for Breakfast or a delicious bizcocho. All is perfect with their items in the bakery, food, etc. But do NOT order a cake from them. Every time I have ordered a cake from them it has come home like this. Extremely disappointing. Blue cake was on 2/18/24, you could tell the layers of the cake were falling off from one another, in this case I did not notice it until I put it out for my baby shower. The pink cake was on 11/22/24, I went from the bakery to my home (about 2 miles) once I got in the house & opened the box this is how the cake looked. When I saw it i the bakery it looked similar to the blue cake but I was in a rush as it was my daughters birthday and took the cake, only to get home and see it has completely fallen apart. A great way to ruin your party is purchasing a cake from here.

We were evacuating from the West Coast, due Storm/hurricane Helen, and in our way to the campground, we found this bakery/cafeteria. Our welcoming/smiling cashier, offered us the menu, and we ordered the bfast specials, a baked beef empanada, churro with dulce de leche and café con leche. Disappointed with the churro, since the flavor wasn't what we expected. The croissant bfast was flavored, and tiny. If you are hungry, this is not for you. The bfast medialuna deluxe, was decent, 2 fried eggs(exactly how I ordered!), prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and a small croissant. The baked empanada was fresh and delicious!. Café con leche was rico. Very tempted for the pastries and sweet treats!. Maybe next time.

Great breakfast plates. The bacon was very crispy, and the sausage had an excellent taste.

Nice surprise. Stopped in while on a work errand and grabbed a cafe con leche and an empanada (or two, but who's counting?) The coffee was great, and the empanada(s) were perfect. The pastry...wow. The dessert case is really impressive and should satisfy any sweet tooth by the looks of it. I will be back with my fairer half to let her destroy some pastry. Breakfast looked awesome as well, and I'm looking forward to trying it!

I went today and The customer service is amazing the manager even stops by each table to check in, the employees are super helpful, and everyone has a big smile on their face. Good quality and great service especially from Daniel! they always make sure to give me extra sauce and are always super attentive. I love to come here with my family every weekend it’s a great place to spend some quality time!

All wrong with the order and bad service. First, we received all the food cold, the boxes all dirty and greasy. They couldn’t give me the receipt either because something went wrong when entering the payment. We complained with the manager, but it didn’t help too much. He redid the order, but everything was not what we had ordered. We received 2 spicy sandwiches, and we ordered no spicy, especially because my wife is breastfeeding. The drinks came 15 min later. Hope this helps to improve the services and the food quality at this location.

Staff are friendly but this is easily the slowest moving chick-fil-a I have ever been to. 10-minute drive thru when it wasn’t even very busy and the order was still wrong. After returning and walking inside the manager was polite and apologetic but honestly he just operated at a very very slow speed that explained why everybody else did. The replacement sandwich was not good either, and overall I wasted 25 minutes for it. I would advise skipping this location

Joseph was amazing. I noticed how busy the store was since it’s going to be the holidays. I let him know that his hard work was noticed and that he should keep managing things with the superb attitude that he had. 5-star service for sure.

Place smells. Went you come in front door bad scent. Parking to dine in Couple spots only mailed the parking are for pick up this place it looks like Burger King don’t come to Miramar and dykes go to the one in pines or mirarmar and flaming the one in dykes suck in all aspects. We always come to this one because is closer to home but lately is more like a what’s abuger lol they suck they change all the staff and services is not good.

Popped in here today. Was greeted by the McDonald's style kiosk to order. I didn't like that, just because I don't think of Panera as cheap fast food. Outside of that it was nice. The restaurant was clean, the food was ready quickly and delicious.

This location used to be good. One can pull up to the drive-through and get your order in a timely manner. Now, even when there is only one car or none at all, it takes at least 10-15 mins of sitting outside the window waiting for your order. But the food itself is great. I would suggest perhaps getting adequate coverage for both indoors and drive-through window.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop at Panera Bread. The girl at the front was nice and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the concerns I had about the menu. I received my food from the window, went and sat down to eat. I noticed that my sandwich looked a little flat. I opened it up and saw that there wasn't that much meat inside, and it was meat only on one side, so I took the food back up there and complained, and they got it correct the second time. By that time my soup had gotten cold, so I then had to take that back up there for them to correct it. The dining room was packed but by the time I was ready to sit down, someone was leaving. So lucky me. Overall, very busy location. The food was so so:-)

Well, I come to a panera bread and most places have a microwave, or like this place, they would warm up your food if you don't want to eat or like cold food. Myself I like the pecan bread, my wife likes the bear claw and we get bagels from here all the time. If a Panera bread has a microwave, I will stick it in for ten seconds or so it softens it up and makes it warm. Most of the time, they are pretty cold and hard at times. It's not like they're giving it away, so whats the big deal . So, I asked today because they don't have a microwave to please warm up my food. Other places do this with a smile, I got a flat out, No, my manager says we're not allowed to do this anymore. Why? Customer service seems to be out the window these days, and it seems like no one cares anymore, business is doing so well they they can have a smug addatude and a take it or leave it response, They are doing so well that they can turn around and basically say screw off. We just don't care, Whatever happened to customer service? We'll, I guess, it's waiting somewhere else. Although there's a steady trickle of people coming in, they're not as busy as they used to be, and now I see why. You would think they want to keep a customer happy. The manager Diana was no were to be found and I don't know if she was even telling me the truth. At the same time, there's a customer complaining that the coffee's were all empty, this has also happened to me several times and I wonder how could this possibly be something that every time I come here, one or two of the coffee pots are always empty, especially in the morning rush. SMH With the thousands of restaurants closing and the high prices, every dollar and every customer counts.

Unprofessional some manager not paying attention to customer. Some employee yelling like a mad woman. Only one employee working. Food ready and they let it sit there. Not the best and not the worst. Got a tomatoes soup. It was served fast and hot through the drive thru. The girl that was taking the drive thru orders might be new because she didn't know what went in a green smoothie that I asked about. I'm disappointed that the silverware is not individually wrapped for the drive thru orders. It's OK. Inside it was clean. Bathroom was a little dirty.

I ordered breakfast today and my tostada had mold. Not sure how they don’t realize the bread has mold when they put it on the toaster. They also forgot an item in my order. I am disappointed because I normally never have an issue with Vicky Bakery but this was gross.

Horrible service. Please dont ever buy from this bakery. Vickys bakery to have the reputation it has for years this store is the worse. I order chicken empanadas yesterday , payed over the phone and when arrive to the store i am given BEEF empanadas and when cut through the empanadas they are frozen and raw. Called the store and was told to "put them in the oven so they can continue to cook". Whats the point of buying something made from a bakery? Asked for money back... oh we have no manager at the store...

This is the WORST Vicky Bakery ever, and I’m cursed with having to keep ordering from them because they’re the closest to my house, but they shouldn’t even be allowed to call themselves a Vicky Bakery. I gave it 2 stars because the pastelitos and bakery items are fine, but they don’t make the coffee like the others, the Cuban toasts are a JOKE, never fully toasted ,barely ever fully buttered, they always smear just 1% butter on them and they don’t have the breakfast options other Vicky Bakeries have. The service is horrible always slow, always disorganized, always a new young employee that doesn’t know what’s going on or how to make the items. Franchise owners you’re not running a Vicky Bakery because you’re not adhering to the standard and expectations everyone has for this brand, please call your bakery just anything else but calling it Vicky Bakery is deceiving the customers at this point. If you think this Vicky Bakery is good, I beg you go to any Vicky Bakery in Miami-Dade county and experience the huge difference yourself.

Unfortunately i have to give them a bad review. Empanadas, tamal and croqueta served cold. When asked to warm up please which you should never have to ask at a restaurant. Not apologetic at all, looked at me like i was bothering her. I always give a second chance but they warmed them up in the microwave so they were soggy, oh yes hot! I burned my tongue. Steak sandwich had no flavor. Vicky’s special breakfast eggs and ham was nothing special. They need to pay more attention to the quality of their food and bump up the service because the screen shows you tip options to have to stand up 4 times to get your own food over the counter because your order comes in pieces not all together as it should so the family can enjoy the meal together. Hope you can improve

NEVER EVER GO HERE. I picked up a cake and the woman guaranteed it was fresh - i asked multiple times and she said it was. When we cut the cake it was so dry and disgusting must have been at least over a week old! The strawberries were so wilted it was horrible! They don't even make the cakes on-site its delivered from a warehouse - YUCKK!!!! I have tried calling corporate and the local store - NO ONE gets back to me! So sad i have been a loyal customer of Vicky Bakery for a long time! I WILL NEVER RETURN. trust me don't go - your better off at another bakery. so sad how bad the quality and service has gone down.

One of the best Colombian restaurants I’ve been to in Pembroke Pines. The ladies who work there are wonderful, food was fresh and big portions. Their picante is super good. Highly recommend

Best Colombian food in the area, no competition. Pan de Bono was perfect, soft in the middle, and just crisp enough on the outside. Sancocho was ridiculous, beyond delicious. The Bandeja Antioqueña defies description. Think of it as Bandeja Paisa on steroids with even more meat.... Pastries looked incredible, as did the hot and ready to eat empanada selection. Simple, clean decor and friendly service added to a pleasant and bustling atmosphere full of families that were clearly enjoying themselves. Had a great visit and will return with regularity.

As a family we have been going here for 15 years. The quality of the food has been amazing, always. The service, their prices and atmosphere… all a 10! Every time we have company from out of town we bring them here and coffee dates with pastries are perfect! Today it was a paisa breakfast with a cup of chocolate… usually it’s with a white arepa but on this day I wanted to add a little sweetness…

It is with great pleasure that I write this review. If you want authentic Colombian food, natural juices, awesome bakery/pastries/bread, and amazing customer service, this is your place. The ingredients are fresh, portions are nice and big, pricing is excellent, the place is clean including the restrooms. Jorge, the owner makes sure his clients are happy and even goes to your table to make sure you are having a good experience. Believe me, there is no bad dish. Everything is delicious here!!!!!! The food doesn't take long to come out and the servers are very nice. It was recently remodeled, giving it an overall nice, modern, and clean feel. Their menus are easy to read, with plenty of options, including a healthy menu page full of delicious guilty free food! There is plenty of parking space and it is easy to get there. They offer a cantina service as well as cargo and money transfer to Venezuela and Colombia. Come ready to enjoy awesome food, great conversations, while listening to a good variety of music in the background.

I got my order, and the box containing the fries was on its side. Not one fry was left in the box. It was all thrown out into the bag! I ordered two drinks and got one straw. I ordered grilled nuggets and got no utensils. Then, I went to eat the fries and it was stale. This is frustrating!

If I could give this Chick-fil-A zero stars, I would as someone who’s ordered from Chick-fil-A multiple times this has to be the worst experience that I’ve ever experienced at any location. The customer service was not only terrible The employee on the phone tried to gaslight me, saying that this catering platter that I ordered was messed up because I picked it up an hour later, although I was not complaining about the fact that it was cold or even the fact that they gave me two small platters when I paid $80 for a large platter . As you can see what they gave me looks like they just threw scraps into the platters and I paid $80 for it. And instead of owning to their mistakes, the employee on the phone was rude and condescending . Telling me that I should’ve returned the platter right away even though I was hosting an event and couldn’t leave and by the time it finished, the location was closed, so I guess I was supposed to hold on to them. I’m actually disgusted by this location and I do not recommend anybody ordering catering from here just go to a different location even if it’s farther.

After ordering my drink, ice cream cone AND provided Angie my phone and told her its for a free sandwhich. I was given only my drink then told to move to spot 1 and they will bring my food. Waited 30 min for someone to come and asked for my name then left. Same person came back 2 more times with nothing in hand but to verify my name and my order. After waiting another 5-10 min a guy I'm guessing a manager come to tell me Angie the employee never charged me. So waiting about 30min to tell me I wasn't charged for it smh. Never going back to this location EVER.

I had been going here for a long time, and everything was great until the past recent months it all has changed. My kid doesn't need to hear lead employees complaining about other employees because of how they look. One guy in particular does this. Frequent too. It is not a good image for Chick-fil-A. I left them and I drive down the street to another Chick-fil-A. I went there four days a week and bought food for my son that is in after school classes. No more they well they get my money. I won't deal with misogynist comments while eating there. Otherwise, the rest of the staff has been nice, and food has been good. I feel bad for the women there. Hearing the complaints often I got my food cold waiting on their rants.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast foot restaurant. They are faster, have great service and have better food quality than any of the other faster food chains I have visited.

I went yesterday at 10:45 pm and the service was slow I assume they were making orders fresh, I was given cold food that appears to have been cooked 25 to 30 minutes prior. I returned the food and the fries were fresh and the nuggets were cold. Food is too expensive for this 😫

came here for some breakfast and had Muneerah as our server. She was very sweet and outgoing, came multiple times to the table to check up on us. The food was brought out quickly. Very nice experience.

I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our server! He was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. My coffee was always refilled without me even having to ask, and they made sure our food came out just the way we ordered it. They checked in on us at the perfect times—never rushed us, but always made sure we had what we needed. It really made the meal enjoyable, and you could tell they genuinely cared about giving great service. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in a while! He was also super funny:)

The guy in the drive thru really was bad, acted like he didn’t want to be there. The coffee was horrible as well that I ordered. Also, Starbucks needs to stop having their employees put a tipping option in our face in the drive-through. The company needs to pay their employees more, not on our dime. If caffeine were a love language, Starbucks would be my soulmate. The baristas here deserve medals for putting up with my sugar free, extra-hot, extra whipped cream, strawberry puree topping-but-not-too-much-puree requests, and somehow nailing it every time. I don’t know what magic they put in those cups, but I’m not asking questions.

this is one of teh few starbucks that say "have a good day and I feel like the actually mean it. They were on top of my order and even gave me and extra treat for waiting. For years, I have chosen specifically to come to this location, even though it is not near my home. Mostly, the staff have been professional, enthusiastic, and fun. They have been mostly engaging, but my most recent experience changed all that. I ordered a venti strawberry acai with light ice. What I received was a venti more than 50% full of ice, and water instead of lemonade. The lid was also not secured properly so it popped off when I went to take a sip and spilled all over as I was driving. I had to go home and change. Later that day, I went by and asked the person working drive thru, if they could make a new one with no charge, if not, no big deal, I'd pay for it. I guess Miguel is manager now and he was rude and unprofessional (there's a more precise term, but I will not use it here). He even mocked my name. He didn't apologize for the mistake earlier, remade the drink with an attitude, and degraded me in the process. It was enough for me to call corporate. I will not go back there as long as he works for Starbucks. In fact, I will probably finish using my rewards at another location and stop going to Sbux altogether. As a customer who has gone to this location, almost every day (except while they remodeled), for two years, I just don't feel it is worth it if someone is going to treat me like this over a $6 Venti Acai they made wrong in the first place. The treatment left a bad taste that has caused this location to lose about $500/month from my family alone. I hope Sbux takes this review seriously and re-educated Miguel on the appropriate manner to treat customers, especially loyal customers who experienced an error with their order.

I had a new fall drink...Pecan Carmel Oatmilk Lattee. It was excellent!

Years ago we loved Einstein. What’s not to like about huge, authentic bagels available at locations near you in south Florida? Within the last couple years, we started noticing the bagels looked to be about 2/3 their former size. My tiny wife used to need to stretch a single bagel across two meals, and recently finds she’s still hungry after one. I need two myself. Now they’ve found a new trick—take a look at the air puff packing foam now passing for a dense, chewy bagel. They’ve still managed to double prices in a couple years, however. Somehow. They’ve also begun denying patrons who don’t order ahead on a phone app the deals they’ve received as loyalty club members for years. It’s a special favor when the cashier allows you to give a phone number or other identifier instead of going that route. Makes we wonder what’s behind this shrinkflation decline after years of greatness, and hope they’re going to be okay.

Love this place! Whenever I visit family in Florida I always come to this location for breakfast. The food looks like it's straight out of a magazine and is always made to perfection. The inside is always very clean and inviting and staff is great! Will be back on my next trip to Florida. **Updated** Came back to FL and ate here literally every single day for breakfast. Always ordered the same thing: asiago bagel with turkey sausage on 2 eggs and cheese. Never disappointed!

Place was quiet but nice, the manager said hi when i walked in i think she had colored hair which was nice because i had green hair. i think her last name was silver. I usually go to the one in hollywood but they were friendlier here. Ill deff be back here after my doctor appointments. It smelled clean which i never noticed before but was welcomed.

If you want bagels and a variety you won't find it at this location, I walked into the store at almost 10:00 am and they were sold out of almost everything. Staff told me 30 minutes to 45 minutes till new ones come out and he could not tell me what kind of bagels will be ready. When first meeting him I requested a bakers dozen he had no idea what this was, he wanted to know if i wanted cream cheese on all 13 bagels instead of asking me if I want cream cheese with my order. It's mid morning for crying out loud busy location like this is out of bagels? I drove 15 minutes out of the way to another location.

With a name like “Einstein” in their name, you would assume they excel & specialize in everything Bagel. But it is actually the opposite. They know nothing on what a bagel is or should be!! We went there with my family of 5 and ordered 5 bagel sandwiches. I specifically asked the cashier that all my bagels be extra toasted. He asked me “you want them toasted 2x?” I answered “I am not sure if that’s 2x or 3x or 4. Just pls toast them until they are dark”. 10 minutes later we received 5 bagel sandwiches that were slightly warmed up and rubbery. I went back to the same cashier and very politely reminded him that I wanted all my bagels toasted dark. He quickly grabbed them from me and handed them to the staff explaining that they should be extra dark toasted. You would think they would remake my 5 sandwiches? NO. They lined up my sandwiches (cream cheeses, tomatoes, avocados and everything else) inside a tray and put them directly inside an Airfryer/toaster oven!! I objected and asked for new sandwiches or my money back. They begrudgingly remade my sandwiches which were slightly more warmed up. They handed the sandwiches to me in a to go bag even though we were eating there. I didn’t want to raise an issue again. We ate 5 rubbery bagels and left. Suggestions to the owner: Invest in a proper commercial bread toaster and train your staff on how to toast bagels!

I went here last week Saturday and on the way out I stopped to get a pup cup for my puppy and a drink for my daughter. Alicia was so rude while taking my order. She rolled her eyes too many time and had a look of discuss on her face once my puppy approached the register. I quickly decided not to order anything and we left. Never again from this starbucks. Alicia was not warm, friendly or inviting. She shouldn't be working for Starbucks with that terrible attitude. Worst experience from any starbucks I've ever been to and I go everyday sometimes twice a day.

We came by this Starbucks because my Wife went to Joann Fabric. We were stopping by for some cold drink. The staffs were Super Helpful and Friendly. They kept the place very clean and organized. We definitely recommend others. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Horrible service. I never do reviews but I had to this time. Just left this place on 11/29/23 at 6:30pm, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the short girl that was at the register at the time. I placed my order around 6:00pm. She fulfilled the order of the person that payed after me who also just happened to work at the mall, and then she just kept walking around while I thought she was doing my order, then more people just started to come in and she just kept taking orders. Almost 20 minutes later my mom asked her where was our order, and finally she started to make our drinks after she obviously forgot about it, then gave us our order which was trash watered down drinks basically. You could also tell she got mad at us when the only thing we wanted was our drinks so that we could leave that place. Definitely not coming back.

Cannot go wrong with a cinnamon latte and egg bites. The staff is amazing. They are always super attentive and they make sure your order is correct. I come to this Starbucks a lot because I work remotely and at first the music was always super loud but now they’ve lowered down and it is more pleasant to work and have meetings.

I recently bought an impossible breakfast sandwich from this Starbucks store and did not realized it had green mold. As I found out immediately called the store. The manger first said that it could have been cross contaminated with the previous sandwich. I reemphasize no I can see the fuzzy hairs. He was lost for words and apologized to the convenience. Warning check your food I would hate for anyone to get sick.

So I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, which I know has whip cream at the top and bottom. I usually always get this drink and never have any issues but I don’t know who made my drink today but I had 90%whip cream 10% of the actual drink.

I ordered the iced pecan crunch latte for the 1st time at the drive thru. I requested no dairy froth milk since I'm lactose intolerant. It was very good, but my favorite drink is still their iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk! There was a delay in making my order, but the clerk/Barista was very apologetic, and friendly! I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will be back to this location!

Just got an ice shaken expresso that was given to me 3/4 of the way full and the coffee smelt and tasted like spoil milk. So grosssss I had to throw it out. On top of that the butter croissant was so stiff and stale I couldn’t even get a refund.

This is by far the worst location I have even been to. The drive thru is horrible. They are extremely slow, then try to rush you out without giving you all of your food. Every time I order an ice cream cone for my daughter (along with other food), they don't give it to me. I have to tell them I am missing the cone. Also, they NEVER put the sauce in the bag. What is the point of having the sauce on the receipt if they just ignore it? Lazy and completely incompetent. Also, the sandwiches are made extremely sloppy.

I’ve been here 3 times and I each time it’s like they refuse to give you sauce. First two times I thought I just forgot to ask and was low key upset they didn’t ask to like remind me but w/e. Then most recently I know I asked because I got so many nuggets. Silly me had too much faith in them to check and here I sit with 40 dry nuggets to give to a table full of kids who are demanding sauce. On the bright side I used this to sell the kids on the idea that we shouldn’t be going to such nasty places and if we want to be happy with our meal we just take the time to make it ourselves

I have ordered many times from this store and again i am missing an item i ordered. This time i did not receive my Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes. It is very obvious that this location does not take the few seconds it takes to verify that all items in an order are given and in the bag before giving it to the delivery person for delivery. The manager or someone at this location should just be tasked with checking that all items are in the order because i know for a fact im not the only one to have a problem with their order. I like many other people try to avoid going and ordering from this location because i know that there is a high chance of them making something wrong or completely forgetting something. I hope they start checking orders and taking this process seriously because like many, we do not like the constant repitition of orders missing something or not made correctly. As many people should be aware the delivery person does not have the ability to verify the orders and the items inside because the bags are usually taped when they are ready for pickup/delivery and the responsibility to verify all items in the order is on the store itself causing the customer to request a refund for missing items after delivery when a refund for the missing items could be easily and quickly be avoided if someone from the store checks the receipt and the items in the bag before they close the bag before the delivery person arrives and delivery. I would suggest that this location do with many other restaurants do, grab a marker and check the receipt that is on the bag and verify that all items that are on the receipt are in the bag and of course, if there is more than one bag do it with all bags and ensure that all items and bags are given to the delivery, person for delivery. When a customer request a refund, does the manager of the location or their employees receive any consequences as the store is losing money every time the customer has to request a refund? Unfortunately as my orders keep not coming with something I ordered. I believe the last time I ordered from this location will be my last as this location and it's manager cannot do a simple task as checking the receipt and the bags to make sure that all items are there. I also do not receive items when I go in person to the store even though an employee at the store tells me that I have to wait a bit for my order. There are still items missing or made wrong. I know that the location will probably never see this review but in the very small chance that they do I hope that they start taking their job seriously as what they are currently doing now does not work and is not wanting customers to return as they do not receive the correct items or simply not an item they ordered. It's not that difficult to check and verify all items are in the bag before giving it to the delivery person for delivery! It's not rocket science! You work at a fast food restaurant! Every single order should come out 100% correct every single time with absolutely no complaints from any customer no matter if they make a purchase in store or for delivery! This is seriously dissapointing!!!!!

Came at 11:30pm on 4/29/25 (tuesday), through the drive thru. Me and my girlfriend came at noght and the ice cream machine was broken. However the gentleman at the drive theough gave us many other options, was very kind, and gave us the time we needed. He was quick and made us an AMAZING frappe. Did not catch his name but he had the blue shirt (manager I believe) and was working this day at the pembroke pines location!

Service is hit or miss. Today at break took them 20min for an order of burger, 10 nuggets and a drink. Even someone order after me got their order before me. Only 3 customers inside and none in the drive-thru. Disorganization. Ordered before another customer, similar orders burger and drinks, and he got serve first. My ordered was place first online and his was through the walk-in. Photo shows my order 1644 and his. On the other pictures shows his order been served first before mine. Also careful, not the first time. But burgers are close to raw.

My one year old consumed this drink on 10/06/2022 he has experienced vomiting literally all night the store is located in Pembroke Pines Fl Chapel Trail location. They wouldn’t answer the telephone so when I went back the manager was very very rude and did not assist me with this matter. I have been in the emergency with my child since last night trying to find out what the heck this substance is. We ordered 2 drinks but my daughter didn’t drink hers and they both had the same substance in them.

The Taco Bell outside Pembroke Lakes Mall has really gone downhill. Lately, the quesadillas come stuck to the paper, the crunchy tacos are soggy, and one time they were even out of all carbonated drinks and the Baja Blast Freeze. It used to be a solid spot, but the quality just isn’t there anymore.

Every Order seems to get less and less food. It seems they are skimming you on every chance they get. Attached is supposed to be 5 layer beef burrito with black beans added.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! They have the door locked during service hours. The manager is scratching his skin and making food with the same pair of gloves. The drive thru girl has absolutely no customer service skills put her skinny ass to make the tacos or to clean since she wants to be mute so bad. Don’t waste your time coming here unless desperate for food!

This is an absolute lack of respect for the customer. They didn't give us one of our drinks and were too busy horsing around in the kitchen to make it right. Quesadilla was burned on one side. Never again 30 minutes for taco bell. Unbelievable!

The drive through can back up into another shopping center parking lot . No indication if you should drive towards the Taco Bell parking lot or come in from the other shopping parking lot. So bad we had to go inside to order. We waited 25 minutes and they messed up the order . Another 10 minutes wait. Not overly impressed with this location or service .

Management needs to figure out the staffing situation. I don’t know why I should have to be stuck in the drive thru for AN HOUR at 12 am for an online order!!! On top of that, they hold you back for a few minutes to avoid resetting the car count timer. It’s very inefficient during the busiest times. Fries were soggy and unappetizing. Burrito was flattened. Chalupas were burnt to a crisp with barely any filling! This location has consistently gotten worse and I won’t blame the local management because I know corporate is responsible for fixing these problems for a busy location.

Imagine waiting thirty five minutes for a taco you ordered an hour ago. It seems every time I visit this location and this girl jasmine is workingThere is a line of twelve cars and horrible service taking place. What makes it worse... Is everyone inside of the restaurant ... the so called employees are just enjoying themselves and not taking anything serious at all, as we sit and wait... so after giggling, while telling me I still have to wait for one taco and I asked for the manager, the manager comes to the window giggling, refusing to give her name at first and then finally giving 1 name and saying she doesn't have a last name. Are they the type of people that you chose to run your fast food restaurant? Is this a punishment for us choosing taco bell instead of something healthy? I could have gotten fresh food, faster and cooked in less of the amount of time that I waited for junk food.... Do you not care about your customers that much?? You're lucky i can't post the video here... but you'll see it elsewhere...

I came in to dennys to do a Carry out and I had Ms Ruby to take my order she was so nice she help me with my Choice of eating When I tell you, it was a great pick for my stomach she even save me some money by Letting me know about Denny app Denny was very clean. The workers was very fast. Food tasted very hot and delicious. Even the bathroom was clean. Miss Ruby have great customer service and she deserve to know this. Keep on going with your great performance. See you soon. This Denny’s made me feel like home.

New server Angelica was great, attentive, presentantly making sure we had the right order and everything we needed. She is one of the best servers there and hope she stays there. The resturant itself was very hot we were all sweating and despite our server asking to turn down the a/c they did not. It was cooler outside. The food was good for me, my party did complain about the spagetti being horrible but slam burger was AMAZING!. 3 starts for the horrible heat 🥵 server gets 5 she was awesome, sweet and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Denny’s thanks to our incredible server, Tammy! From the moment we walked in, the host made us feel so welcome, setting the tone for a great visit. Tammy was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food came out super quick and was absolutely delicious. Tammy checked on us often without being overbearing, and her positive energy really stood out. Big shoutout to the whole team—especially Tammy—for making our visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service! Let's start, I'm waiting for 5-7 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive-thru. I'm waiting on the left side of the drive-thru. Here comes a car that has just arrived pull on the right side. And lo and behold someone takes their order right away! When they decided to finally take my order I told the young lady. That was wrong to skip someone who was in line first. She never apologizes. In fact, she had an attitude toward me. So the same car that had skipped me. She was still in the line when she had already gotten her food. I believe she and the young lady were friends! I blowed my car horn so she could leave the young lady who works there asked me what my problem was! I then said she has her food, and she's holding up the line. This happened at 11:07 pm We just wanted to get our food and go home. Please talk to your employees about customer service.

HORRIBLE. They messed up my order multiple times in under 10 minutes. I ordered a sausage bagel and they gave me a bacon bagel. Received2 hashbrowns instead of the 1. The iced coffee was not sweet at all. It was just a bad experience today (October 5th @ 9:10 AM), which is rare for McDonalds. 🫥 Disappointed in the items I received. They charge full price ≈ $3 for a large water.

Its a joke at this point but the ice cream machine was broken at my time of visit. First kiosks (which you have to use because there are no employees out front) dont have receipt paper so if you choose for here and enter a table tent number you have no idea which number is yours...which in theory shouldn't Matter because if you dine in the expectation is that they bring it to you.. except that didnt happen so 3-4 customers are all poking through the food on the counter trying to see whose food is whose . Then my burger was raw , ( picture attached). Getting someones attention to have it remade was a challenge again as there was no cashier up front . So 35 minutes later I'm eating my burger long after my family has finished .

We ordered to eat inside with self order machine and it asked us "ti eat in or out "we did chose to eat inside and we picked up our number. And We supposed wait our food from the table. But the front person called us to pick up our order without shelf with bad attitude. My experience was really unhappy because we did go other location ( compare) I m really disappointed with this location.

I ordered breakfast through mobile order and arrived before 10:30, but at the drive-through I was told they couldn’t make my order and that I’d need to call for a refund. I explained I had already lost time and didn’t want to call, but they condescendingly told me to speak with the manager inside. The manager was dismissive and said I’d get my refund in 24 hours. Not receiving my food is fine, but the customer service here is terrible. I will not be coming back

Customer service was horrible…. Not one bit of good customer service was shown… Drive thru lady just assumed I wanted a large meal (which she didn’t even ask me what size for my meal at all)and then when I changed it she had an attitude. Then the short lady that gave me my food was rude from the beginning then had the nerve to get an attitude with me because she forgot my McFlurry and to make it WORST she didn’t even mix it!!! I’m giving this location 1 star simply off of the communication. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car on the left side so I went to the right side. Once the car on the left pull up I assumed I would be next, but no. The next car to pull up on the left go there order taken. I kept saying hello into the speaker but no response. After the 3rd car pulled up on the left and got their order taken I drove out and around to make my way to the left side. The car behind me had pulled up and also realized no one was taking order on the right side. When I pulled up . I started by saying “ Hi I just wanted to let you guys know that I was just in the lane on the right side and no one came to take my order. I had 3 cars on this side go before me” and all I heard was silence. I said “ hello” and the female then said “ ok so do you want to place an order” I was a little taken back because I thought I was doing the right thing by making them aware that their drive thru right side machine was not working however that’s not the response I received. So I said, umm ok did you hear what I said ? And I heard silence . I said hello again and the female then said “ ma’am there’s nothing I can do about the other lane not working . At that point I was already frustrated because what was so hard to just simple provide some understanding to the customer. She couldn’t simply stated . I’m sorry about that ma’am I will let my manager know or something like that but no. So I got off the line and then I called the store and asked to speak to a manager in which was a mistake because the manager was just as rude. Will not go to that location again.

I've ordered from this specific location various times, and each time they carelessly pack my order, leaving out items I specifically paid extra for. No matter what time of day it is, something is always messed up

This McDonalds has recently underwent renovation on its interior, and I have to say, it is great. I visited about last week and not even 5 minutes after my order was placed I got my food. The waitress was kind and I had a good experience.

Walk in - service was horrible there was no cashier for a long time, so they couldn't take an order (had a promotional coupon, so it had to be ordered manually), the food has become really bad. The chicken nuggets had no chicken flavors and no chicken meat, just some weird mass inside. The you can smell the chlorine in the drinks. Sprite drink was watered down, you couldn't even taste what it was. Fish sandwiches also had no flavors. Stay away.

I understand that this is a fast food cafe. And it seems like - what do you want for that kind of money?! But guys, it seems to me that the oil for French fries needs to be changed more often! The smell of bitter old oil is all over the street. And the potatoes they gave me were clearly not freshly cooked. The potatoes were heated up. This is unacceptable. You like to poison yourself - poison yourself.

Terrible service, I placed an order in person and it took more than 30 minutes to be ready and when I got home items were missing from the order, we were very dissatisfied with the service, the snack they delivered was a disaster and the potatoes were soggy and crushed. I was at a loss because I didn't get the correct items. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this burger king at all costs. The staff here are so rude. My friend was in the drive thru and asked the woman to repeat the price of the water and the woman was so nasty to my friend and didn't even take her order. There's plenty of other burger king that are better.

Bought two combos #2 n #3, nothing was wrong till i asked for sauces. Couldn't get any needed to buy them for 25cents, when i said sir I'll buy two they said they need a 1dollar minimum. When did this became a thing..?? So i went on the app bought the two i wanted online with no minimum ofc.. 56cents whatever. Now for the burgers, they were fair. Got them almost right away. They were warm as if it was just sitting before wrapping it up. I eat fast, the food got warmish cold by the last bite..

Had me waiting in the driveway thru line for far too long the line behind me was getting longer and longer with no one coming to the mic to take my order, finally ordered and the lady was rude no manners and the burgers were thrown together so sloppy made me completely lose my appetite. This is the worst service ever. There are other, friendlier stores. When I go back, it's always a problem for a sauce. They charge me $0.50, ask for the coupon, the date, and more when I use it. I placed a mobile order at this location on Pines. When I got into the restaurant, I went and stood at the pickup window and waited for about 5 minutes or so and noticed that people that ordered after me were getting their food so I very politely asked a young lady if she could check on my order, instead of asking me my name she accused me of not checking in at the window that you place walk-in orders. Why do I need to check in at the ordering window when I have already ordered on the mobile app? Then the manager walks up and said the same thing and said these are the rules and pointed to some sign up high above the register that I could not see. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and taking my name they doubled down stating that I needed to check in. This entire episode upset me and the 15 employees were all looking at me like I had just broken the law or something. I learned long ago not to upset restaurant workers as they may do something to your food so I turned around and left and requested my money back from the app. Also, this restaurant has a very bad sewer smell covered up by the smell of bleach. Save yourself, don’t go to this location ever!

Nostalgia I recall going here with my Family growing up and so it is very special stopping by every chance I get and ordering my favorite meal.

I love the food. Service is usually okay. Besides getting usually soup, I get once a day a medium hot cup of milk with sugar. The person has always ask brown sugar or regular sugar. Tonight at almost 7pm I went to get my cup of hot milk. I asked the lady please with sugar. The lady told me if you want sugar you fix it your self. I told her I always get my milk with sugar it taste great when is all done by the machine. She said well is different in the mornings. I don't know what that means. The girls here work efficiently, hardworking and sweet.However, one of the males in the morning not so much you can tell his annoyed and lacks people skills. The plain croissant is always fresh it’s my favorite. The ham and cheese one is sometimes fresh sometimes the ham has a after taste. The cheesecake brownies are to die for. The chicken empanada is disgusting who puts chunks of carrot in a empanada. For the prices they charge everything should be top quality. The 3 stars if for the overall food quality ratio to price and the young mans demeanor. The girls get 5 stars.

Everyone is so pleasant, nice and friendly , and so attentive that they remember your name and know your order makes you feel like a family. Always with a smile, Patricia is always willing ot assist and knows what I am going yo order .

This was a life saver while we had the visit to the hospital. We were there about a week and the soups and empanadas were on point! They were open to a decent time. However they named it right, Au Bon Pain. The pain comes when it's time to pay. Kinda, expensive.

The nastiest coffee, stale bagels and expired muffins. On top of the 2 women in the front have a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to be there I am sure someone else wants your job!!!!! Why have an attitude, people are only in the hospital because they have to be there!!! I’m fighting the charges with my bank because going back to get a refund is a waste of time talking to the nasty 2 women that are there right now!!!

I even gave her a compliment, and she looked at me like I was bothering her. My drink was leaking, so I honked twice for napkins, but no one came back to help. I drove quite a distance since not many Taco Bells are open late, so being treated this way was frustrating. I understand it’s a late shift, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I work hard and treat others kindly no matter what’s going on in my life — I’d never treat a customer the way I was treated tonight. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to be there and was looking at me with attitude, almost as if she wanted to start a confrontation. The order was around 330 am and the food was over priced and cold. My beef burrito supreme had no beef at all. Cold nasty and the crunchy tacos were not crunchy. Look I know you're closing at 4am but at least if you aren't going to give warm food get the ingredients correct for what they charge here just go to Burger King around the corner instead I should have it would have been half the price and probably at least warm. Sorry y'all need to hire grown ups and pay the night shift a bit better and pay them to stay a bit later to put the food away in the fridge after close. I will be by to get my refund for the bean burrito you sold me for the price of beef burrito supreme. I went to order a 4 peice tender. OMG I NEVER saw tender peices so small in my life. And they charging $5-$6 for it. That's nuts, the price already went up so high they want to serve the smallest pieces they can pick out in the bunch. Poor service. They skimping on all the orders.

I placed an order online, got there 15 minutes later to pick my food up. Waited inside the store at the counter for another 20 minutes. There were (I counted) 9 employees working at the time and they all were incompetant. Cant wait till machines are the only thing ill have to deal with when getting fast food.

I ordered the loaded taco fries, soft tacos, and the new blue raspberry lemonade freeze. There may have been some miscommunication in drive thru because I received a blue raspberry freeze without lemonade so I got another one with the lemonade add. Upon inspection of the "lemonade" it was a syrup consistency. The soft tacos were good and but the loaded Taco fries were really unexpected. I thought it was really good it was like a hard with nacho cheese and ranch over french fries. Taco Bell needs to bring back the chicken rolls!

I love to eat here but recently when I get my sandwiches, one of the girls is notorious for smashing them after she makes them. This ruins the bread and I buy for a family of four so I pay too much for smashed food. Can corporate send a memo not to smash people’s food? Otherwise I love this location. Update: Spent almost $50 at this location today and was given raspberry lemonade instead of tea curbside and this has happened several times before but I never complained thinking it was an accident but I only get tea if I walk in. My husband picked it up and they didn’t inform him of being out and replaced it. Plus why replace tea with lemonade? If you didn’t have that flavor why not still replace it with the? Ask the customer? Or even warn them of a replacement? I’m done with this location because other locations are better. I ONLY have issues here.

Tesla charging, typically our spot but as of today, 1 charging portal is still broken and 3 other portals didn't connect. Service is 50/50, they're either really nice or they don't acknowledge you. Likely best to look somewhere else for a more comfortable tesla charging environment.

POOR customer service I am appalled that this guy is ACTUALLY the manager. A black guy with dreads. We come here so many times and never have I been handled in that way.i placed an order and requested a special order so they could call me over, K was never called over so I went over and said “excuse me” and this guy looked at me like he wanted to kill me. He did not ask me “how can I help you?”, he did not ask me “what did I needed”. He side eyed me and did not open his mouth. When I begin to explain what I needed, another gentlemen that was making food walked over and assisted me. Telling me that that he already made two of my items and was going to call me over to make the third item because I “selected special order once” . The manager is supposed to lead by example. What is he showing his employees if he treats customers those way. I will be going to another WAWA for now on. I spend too much on that one to be disrespected.

Quality is not the same of food and service. You make a order for curb side and they won't bring it out until you call the store from app. And they never answer the phone. Then bring cold food, melted whip cream and offer no compensation. Done. I rather cook my own food. Order # 206.

Extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience my friends and I had at this Wawa location. While we were having a normal conversation among ourselves, one of the workers—who had been stocking boxes in an aisle—went out of her way to walk behind the counter just to get on the intercom and loudly say, “If y’all don’t like the workers, then y’all can leave.” This was completely unprovoked— as our conversation had absolutely nothing to do with her. When one of my friends calmly clarified that, the employee became extremely aggressive. She started yelling, and acting completely out of control. I was the first woman in our group to speak up, and she targeted me—getting in my face, yelling at me, and becoming so threatening that my boyfriend had to physically push me out of her path to prevent her from possibly hitting me. She also yelled at my 2 other best friends and even went as far as threatening to “call people” to come after them. That crossed the line into dangerous and unacceptable behavior.. To make it worse, other employees joined in instead of de-escalating the situation. They kept yelling and arguing with us inside the store, dragging the situation on instead of handling it with any professionalism which resulted in items being threatened to be thrown by the staff. One even told the men in our group to “let the women argue,” as if it were some petty fight, when in reality we were only speaking up to support our people and try to bring peace to a situation that was escalating out of control. This experience made me feel completely unsafe and disrespected. I would never return to this location, and I strongly urge Wawa corporate to investigate this incident and hold their staff accountable. No one should feel threatened while simply shopping at a convenience store at midnight trying to get some late night snacks with friends. Completely disgusted with every staff members behavior.

It’s not nice to take pictures of WAWA employees to be mean when making complaints. It’s never that serious to be that immature to speak on your experience or experiences. Some customers need to do better. The entitlement is beyond outrageous.

Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wawa. For one all the workers have a stank face don’t even say or help you. THEN TO HAVE ONLY MENS bathroom WORKING??? The heck!? Only men can use the bathroom it would be nice for a sign at the door to say other wise. I’d understand y’all want money for other things with but the stank attitudes the workers have all their face definitely doesn’t motivate me to buy even a 25 cent candy. Will Never return to this Wawa. Pitiful.

The workers here are awesome. Their positive attitude is infectious. As soon as you walk in you order your food from the counter on a busy Sunday afternoon it felt a bit chaotic but we managed to get our order in while one of our friends snagged a table as they are first come first take. The restaurant overall was clean and spacious. The serve yourself coffee bar was awesome. The chicken platter was alright. Good chicken strips the smashbrowns were also ok. I think the star of the show truly was the biscuits and the coffee.

First time here on Oct 5th at 10:30am, you basically review the menu, order your food, take a seat, and your name will be called. The manager brought us our food, extremely helpful and making sure the customer is being satisfied. My son ordered the chicken and waffles and love it. I ordered the classic breakfast tacos and it was good.

Biscuits are great, but the place needs some management. They have an orange juice machine which does not work so they offer bottled juices instead. Classic lemonade is just a simply made poured into a cup. Cutlery available to get on the counter were all dirty with flour and batter. Jam and sauces are definitely out of shelf products as well. The Staff was nice

It’s my first time and I absolutely LOVED IT! Marchele was an absolute doll. The chicken biscuit and scrambled eggs and jelly what exactly what I needed today. My friend didn’t feel well but after her waffle with chocolate chips and strawberries, her appetite picked up with NO problem. The biscuits and gravy and The Retro were DELICIOUS! We were digging in each other’s plate like crazy. She took care of me and my girls and we all agreed to come back soon. Make your way here asap and let the sweet staff serve you!

I’ve had the pleasure of getting served by MJ/Marsha. She’s very efficient and pleasant every time I visit. The atmosphere and staff is great overall. I had the five and dime with peach berry lemonade, my friend had the steak and classic taco with mocha caramel latte, and we both enjoyed our meals. I’d definitely recommend, especially the Pembroke Pines location.

It was my first time here and I was beyond impressed. The food was fresh and so delicious. The biscuits. OMG. The biscuits. They are fluffy and soft on the inside and just the right amount of crispy on the outside. MADE FRESH DAILY. The staff was so friendly and kind. MJ was amazing. 10/10 would recommend and I 100% will be back.

I have been going to this place for a long time now. I love the breakfast, atmosphere and staff always wonderful. But on 09/14/24 I saw at the register a man with a dog in its hands by the food and one of the staff was petting it. I was not able to take more pictures because the restaurant was full. Please this is a food establishment, dogs have hair and deceases. Don’t allow them inside. They are not human. Hope you understand. Thank you.

Love the place. Been a customer on and off for 18 years. Last few months the place was running great great atmosphere and fully stocked and clean. The Gentleman at the front Juan was great attentive and courteous Last 2 visits have been Aweful. At noon no variety and low stock of bagels and staff dont seem to care much. Also the coffee in the thermos dispenser it was cold and the tables where dirty Cant wait for Juan to come back from Vacation.

The atmosphere was great. The fast pace service was greatly appreciated, as I was in a rush. The employee was attentive and knowledgeable. So I was able to get in and out in no time. My food was absolutely amazing. I don’t know but this may be my new favorite location.

I recently returned to this location for the second time in years, and I must say it was just as impressive as my first visit! Patrick, the manager, assisted me once again, and he really knows how to elevate the experience. The staff is outstanding! I decided to try the 6 cheese bagel paired with a hot chocolate made with almond milk, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The establishment is spotless and has such a welcoming vibe, thanks to Patrick’s leadership. I will definitely be back!

I took one sip out of my drink My iced coffee tasted like complete sugar couldn't even taste the coffee. when I asked the manager to switch it to a hot coffee he was more interested in arguing than fixing the issue. Very rude and confrontational had to ask about five times and argue with the guy before he switched the drink. Five stars for the food zero Stars for the service manager here is a joke

They always ask for a donation and times when I say not today, because I usually do everyday, they give u a nasty attitude about it. They always forget something in the bag like the sauce or straw. The morning staff is one of the best morning crew this Mcdonald’s ever had most of the staff are always doing their jobs and the right way, every time I come in it’s always been a good experience. their amazing at what they do and their always able to help and assist me if needed. I ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies today at different times, one around 7:00 AM and the other around 5:00 PM. They were both horrible. The AM smoothie was half filled and watery. The PM smoothie was not blended. They need to provide better service than this!

This is the best McDonald's drive through I've ever used. Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was hot. It was nicely made. And the staff was very friendly. This is probably the best McDonald's in the country. Thank you guys.

I waited 20 minutes for a single hamburger. When I informed the manager, Elizabeth, she could not have cared less. The assistant manager, a young Caucasian girl was sulking around at turtle speed. She honestly looked drugged out. I have to manager was as well considering her lack of caring about a lobby full of customers waiting 20+ minutes for orders. Again, 20 minutes for a single hamburger.

Today i had a situation where i bought some food and 2 caramel frappes. i ask for a cup holder since i was on the drive thru but those cup holder wasnt working or the employee didnt put the cups the right way. and as soon the employee handed it to me both caramel frappes fell inside my car. The employee and the store manager only gave me napkins with a smile on her face like nothing happen and didnt care at all when clearly was their fault. im outraged as a customer . i have been a customer for more 20 years and is not fair being treated this way. now i have to spend 350 dollars to clean all the mess inside my car.

Kevin is a hard working employee! Everytime I come he is working above and beyond. Today he even helped out while he was on break. Give him a raise. Especially from the other night when the lady with the red hair kept bidding him around. I hope she was not a supervisor.

I love the food and the staff is friendly and I know they work and as efficient as possible but this place is SO crowded and the tables are SO close together. There’s no wiggle room and you rushed because a lot of people are standing waiting for one of the 7 tables. But the food is hands down AMAZING, actual authentic Colombo cuisine. I can’t name every thing we ordered cause it was a lot but none of it disappointed.

By far the best Colombian food in the área. The staff is very friendly and service is extremely quick. Its a little clamp if youre dining there but definitely worth it for the food.

Que simple no ponen sal a nada, gaste mi dinero. I ordered a bandeja Paisa and I was very excited because it looked good and well cooked. Sadly though bite after bite I come to realize we're still living in the 1800s when salt was worth gold. There was salt on NOTHING. The only salty food was the sausage and of course that's cause it's like that out of the box. The eggs, beans, rice, chicharron, steak, all without salt. You all are wasting a good cook because everything was cooked right just without flavor. No salt no seasonings no marinade. All they have on the tables are bottles of ketchup no salt shaker so you can save yourself from this.

I’ve been coming here since a kid (over 15 years) to get my favorite Colombians snacks. The empanadas, pan de bono, arepas, and all those never fail to satisfy. I haven’t really had their meals but it’s always busy so don’t doubt those are great as well

As close and convenient as this Dunkin is to me I would never spend money there again. The two Hispanic ladies ( I believe one is a manager) is very rude and don’t have customer service skills. This place has went down since the young African American left.

The two Hispanic lady's that work early mornings are often rude and it's a frustrating experience trying to order because they don't understand English very well. They need people who are able to take orders in English early in the morning. Please stop wasting customers time repeating the order incorrectly multiple times and then having us wait for long periods and backing up because of Dunkin Donuts time. Usually me and my toddler goes to Starbucks but since we moved in the area we decided to give this Dunkin’ Donuts a try. Yesterday after I picked her up from school we came here to only be ignored for 10 mins and I should’ve noticed the last few people who walked out with their hands empty. On June 10, 2021 we came in the early morning to be ignored for almost a good 7 mins.. which is how I never experienced Dunkin’. My daughter was sad but we’ll stick with Starbucks from now on.. it’s expensive but the customer service is 5 stars always!!

Yesterday, I visited a Dunkin' Donuts for the first time, as I’m a fan of their offerings. I was feeling hungry and decided to stop by a nearby location. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter seemed frustrated—perhaps she was having a bad day—and her attitude came off as rude. After paying, I received the food I ordered for my 4-year-old, and when I asked her for a straw, her expression was quite unwelcoming. I decided to let it go and left the line. Once I started eating, I found that the food was not well-made. The drink I purchased was lukewarm, and the hash browns were greasy. This experience made me hesitant to return. However, another employee kindly offered to remake my matcha drink. When she brought it to me, I requested a little extra matcha. Samondra, the girl serving me, came over with the same unfriendly demeanor and insisted on giving me a refund instead of fulfilling my request. I told her there was no need for a refund; I just wanted the drink. Despite my response, she was very insistent about giving me my money back. Since she was so persistent, I asked if she could refund the entire order, but she refused, responding with an unfriendly attitude. I work in customer service myself, and this was my first time feeling the need to file a complaint about someone. I believe it's important for your employees to receive proper training, and it would be beneficial for a manager to be present to supervise staff interactions. This was my first and likely my last visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This location is the absolute worst. I pull up to the drive thru @6:48pm to place a quick iced coffee. Nothing to major and the person on the other end doesn’t say welcome to dunkin may I take your order or something to that effect. No the person says “what can we do for you”. Mind you with an attitude. By all means I am not looking for you to be all smiles but at least some type of customer service. I politely told her that’s was ok and drove off. And that is why I will spend my dollars at Starbucks.

Worst location it I’ve been to. Had a mobile order and waited in line for over 10 mins before I could even get to the speaker to let them know I was picking up; once there I was told to wait and after 5 minutes I had to leave. Never again. Now I have to dispute the charge to get my money back.

I think I experienced some racism from the Spanish workers in there and it was soooo obvious, I walked in stood to the counter for about 5min the lady kept looking at me then she finally said one moment but after that she still kep fidling around not helping me and then a Spanish customer walked in she immediately start speaking to the lady in Spanish I think she actually took her order so I said so you don't see me standing here then she actually called another employee from the back to help me something she could've done 10min ago, then lo and behold another black customer walked in she let him wait a little while then told him 1min then a Spanish guy walked in she didn't let him wait one second she immediately started talking to him in Spanish then after that she decided to take the other black gentleman order, I will never go back to that establishment and she let the wrong person experience they racism, they will definitely be getting some unannounced inspections.

Honestly every single time I've gone, I've had only positive experiences. I always feel welcomed and at home. if it's taking long, try and understand there's more customers who came before you. and trust me when i say this. the drinks especially the salted caramel cream cold brew. It's always done perfectly. ALWAYS, i've tried in other starbucks. and it's not the same.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and paid $6.15, but this is what I got (see photo). It was watery, with a strange yellow color that looked like artificial dye. Honestly, it didn’t taste like coffee at all — more like some random mix. Very disappointing and makes you wonder what kind of “drink” they are actually serving us. Definitely not acceptable for Starbucks.

Don’t bother doing mobile, orders, ahead of time. I put my order in and then had to wait 13 minutes for a chocolate chip cookie. That’s all I ordered! I sat there and watched people walk in order these large, extravagant drinks and get them long before me. I finally walked up to the counter and asked where my order was, and was told it would be on the way. All I wanted to do was treat myself, and instead, I end up late for work. Thanks a lot!

I ordered a coffee off DoorDash and it came to me spilt twice already. The bag was dripping from the coffee. Both DoorDash drivers told me the cup was not properly closed and I paid $17-20 for both orders

I’ve patroned this store four times with the same drink that I've ordered for over 20+ years… And they still haven't gotten it right and include a bad attitude when remaking it.

Love this place can't go wrong. Obviously if your gonna go in the morning it's gonna be extremely busy. But I get my food and the things I want in a reasonable time. Don't get mad at the workers. They try their best and work hard. I'd give a 5 stars if they got more help. And if the parking was better

I come here and order the same thing every week and my drink always tastes AMAZING but today I noticed there was a dead bug on the inside of the lid of my iced coffee🙁 This is the only time there’s been a problem with how long I’ve been coming here but Im still grossed out about the bug in my cup.

Food was Luke warm.. and no dumplings in my soup and the top has a sticker that says "caution " not hot at ALL.

A bit hard to find, but a favorite spot at the school. The staff is great! Great drinks and as long as you treat them with respect the service is lovely :) the food is kinda definitely subpar and they're usually missing a lot, but hopefully that won't be a problem anymore when it comes time to open back up again!! Also usually pretty quiet if you come in at a good time so it's a good place to get a drink and get a project done

I get coffee everyday and i would think by now they would get my coffee right. But its usually good, but sometimes since i usually go in the drive thru i think they just make it how they want, which is whatever way is easiest. Other than that, no complaints.

Managers like Stephanie deserve a raise (and recognition) for the way she handle extremely difficult clients, even when those clients are rude, racist, or disrespectful. She always shows the best attitude, manages herself with professionalism, and keeps the store running smoothly despite how busy it gets. I’ve read some reviews saying this store doesn’t have good customer service, but that is completely FALSE. The environment is busy FOR A REASOON the food is always fresh, the service is efficient, and the team works hard. Every time I visit, I never wait too long. And it’s just COMMON SENSE: if there’s a line of people, you can’t expect your food in 30 seconds, that doesn’t mean customer service is bad. On top of that, every single time I see Stephanie, she’s literally running around the store, looking like she’s in a rush, NOT because she’s stressed, but because she’s working hard to make sure every customer gets their food as fast as possible. This team is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and Stephanie is a big reason why. She deserves recognition and a raise for the way she leads and sets the example for everyone else. Add on, this is the most cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been…. Period

Nice DD!!! Clean, well maintained and very friendly and attentive staff. I was having a problem with my DD app, and the cashier was very sweet and patient with me. She was able to help another customer while I cleared things up. When I returned, she still had my ordered queued and completed my transaction. So refreshing to see staff that really care about the customers. Keep up the good work!!!

Got a cup full of ice and pumpkin flavor. I ordered a medium iced coffee with 3 creams and 4 pumpkin flavor. Does this look like coffee is in it? Not only did I have to wait 15 mins for a curbside order and had to go to work, but they said this how it looks.

Just left rn as pleased as always! I work by here and they always have my order quick and on point. Coffee is always strong and tasty, even the iced one. Food always piping hot, girl at the window quick!! No complaints!!

Terrible and rude manager! There should be a sign that specifies that it costs money to use the rooms! I paid for coffee and sat in one of the rooms where the door was open, and there was no sign indicating it cost money to sit there. After I leave the manager yells at me across the street and demands me to pay for sitting in the room. It would be nice for them to either put a sign or at least tell people that they charge to sit there. No need to be rude to a regular customer, unbelievable!

By far one of, if not the, best Dunkin locations I have ever been to. Excellent service, personable, attention to detail. I have never had a bad experience, it is clear that the team who runs this store takes pride in what they do.

I’m only giving a 2 stars because the woman in the front was very sweet. But there was another big girl who was making food and her and her little work husband were making fun of me. They were accusing me of being under the influence when I was just tired and wanted my coffee. I work 48 hour shifts at the hospital and felt very offended when they said that. And instead the manager saying something to the ones who STARTED it he tried to kick me out. I used to really like Dunkin’ Donuts now I will never step foot back in one: Anyways #CALICOFEEIBETTRR

I went in to pick up my mobile order I placed 20 minutes before arriving. There was only one other customer there and she was waiting on her order. My order was missing its sandwich. The workers were either oblivious that there was another customer there or intentionally ignoring me. I gave them a few minutes to realize I was there... nothing. I then try to get one of their attention by saying "excuse me" with a kind tone. Nothing. I say it 4 more times until one of the two ladies there turns around and say "no no, I don't handle things with customers. I stay in my own little spot, whatever you need, needs to be handled by her" as she points to the only other employee there. I'm flabbergasted at this point as it was now obvious she was ignoring me on purpose and I didn't do anything to warrant that kind of behavior directed at me. But okay, I go to the other side of the store and try to ask the other employee for my missing sandwich, and she looks at me like I'm crazy while staying at the mobile order station without saying a word. The sandwich was not there when I obtained my other items from the same location. She could have used her words to say, I just placed the sandwich there, or something to that affect, instead of making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I will never return to this location. I don't know what these two ladies are going through but taking it out on the customers is completely unacceptable.

Service is here and there, always training new employees. The manager, she’s a bit unfriendly (the light black female with short blonde hair always wearing a hat). The older black gentleman that works there is very personable. Even wishes you a blessed day and thanks you for your order.

I don’t know where they got these workers from but they definitely don’t know what they’re doing and lack any any basic skills. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work at Dunkin’ Donuts just very bad training and laziness. I went through the drive-through. I asked for two corn muffins, he said move forward and then when I move forward, there was another car in back of me and he’s talking to the person in back of me saying that there’s no corn muffins well hello you woke up too slow to respond on top of it the car in front of me which I could not pass because I was stuck in a line without even getting my order they were taking their time and resolving the issue with the customer in front so I was blocked between two cars and couldn’t leave the drive-through. I don’t recommend this location. Stay away by all means what’s the point of having corn muffins on the menu when you never have enough corn muffins at 3 o’clock in the afternoon it’s ridiculous. Hire people who more fast and want to work There are plenty of people out they’re looking for jobs.

Placed an order for two dozen donuts for pickup. When we went to pick them up, we were told they were out of donuts and the order did not exist. How is this possible?

This place is the worst the breakfast sandwiches are always burnt so of course they taste burnt. I go out of my way to go to the Silver Lakes location because they have their stuff together. Management and Customer service sucks also... Ive complained about wrong or burnt orders and all I get is a shrug.

The drive thru is painfully slow. The inside lobby is always dirty. The donuts are never fresh and always sticky. They look like they have been sitting out overnight. This is the last time I am coming to this location. Waste of time and money.

Yet another successful Pura Vida location. This one is at the heart of Reserve, an upscale padel club. This location offers their usual menu, which is rife with healthy alternatives and will cater to many different tastes. Seating is ample, with inside and outside options, and a variety of couches and chairs. The place has nice lighting and decoration. Importantly, the food is excellent. My recommendation continues to be the perfect egg sandwich, paired with some vitamin sea and the vegan banana bread. Prices are on the high side.

This is an excellent option if you are looking for healthy food if you are not do not worry they have amazingly delicious sweets too. The staff is super nice and the place is super cool and cute. I really enjoyed my visit and I will return every time I will visit Miami.

My new favorite Pura Vida location! The atmosphere is amazing and the view is gorgeous. The staff is amazing as well, Edward made our day! He was super attentive and friendly, and brought us some delicious croissants, making our experience 10 times better. We got the Pesto Chicken Sandwich, The New Yorker, and the Smoked Sammy, alongside Pura Vida iced lattes. All of our food was delicious and paired perfectly with our outside view of the paddle courts. Will definitely be back again soon!

visit the Dania Beach location, but this time, I visited the Sole Mia location, and the experience was amazing! During my dinner, I felt my food was spicy for me, and the staff immediately saw my face and asked me to change my food. They not only did it perfectly, but they also did it really fast. This location is acceptable but does not meet the usual Dunkin' standards. The staff could be friendlier, but my order was prepared quickly. I believe that additional staff training would greatly improve this location.

This location is terrible at making drinks. It tastes like I'm drinking hot water. The workers need better training. Will not be returning. There are better Dunkin Donuts in the area than this one, where the workers know how to make drinks.

I barely ever come into this location because whenever I get my coffee the woman behind the counter who predominately speaks only Spanish has a problem with me asking for Stevia Sugar. Today I went in after 5 months of not coming to this location because of this reason. I got my coffee and went to add my sugar and saw there was no Stevia so I politely asked her if I could please have some Stevia and she flat out with an attitude said “we don’t have that we don’t have anymore” so I proceeded to tell her the green packet you don’t have anymore?? She still replied “yes” not knowing that I can see with my own eyes a whole display FULL of stevia. I said “you have some right there” to which she was shocked I could see it. I’m never going to this location or Dunkin period. You want to give me a hard time over a couple of packets of sugar. I cannot stand this location and won’t be coming back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Went just now with my baby asked the cashier up front for a spoon and she answered NO with a nasty bad attitude when I told her back oh you have a nasty attitude she answered thank you! I’m sorry what ?? First off how do you not have a spoon she just clearly did not want to give me one, second it was for my baby!! This employee needs to be evaluated this is not customer service and she clearly does not want to be working here. Will not be coming back here!!!

Unsanitary! I left after seeing the employee handling the trash to then “wash her hands” with ONLY water to then attempt to complete my order. When I asked her to please wash her hands properly, she got upset and refused stating that she used soap. This location needs attention

One of those places that never disappoints. Today I tried a salmon burger and it was delicious. The portion was large and the salad amazing. I'd love to know how they make the dressing so I can add it to my salads every day 🙈. I recommended the lentil soup to my friend, and she loved it.

Food is the only good thing about this place, staff isn't friendly, doesn't want to answer questions about food or rewards program that they offer. Place is dirty, women's restroom doesn't even have a toilet seat. My guest is handicap and couldn't use the facility because she couldn't hold herself up with the lack of seat. When asking the staff about it they responded with "oh it's broken" with a screw jutting out the back and no sign or anything indicating the bathroom being closed. Nothing but apathy from management. Someone should look into this location.

The food here is great! I usually order the Legal Wrap which pairs really well w/ the cilantro sauce. I'd also order coffee w/ oat milk added which is the perfect blend. I visit often to study & the dining area is always clean & inviting. The staff is very courteous & respectful. Whether you are dining in or taking to go, your experience will be awesome.

I have to say that this place caught my heart♥️ from the moment I stepped in here, everything just clicked. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, great vibes, and carefully curated. The staff is well dressed and diligent. They helped me with every question I had and catered all my needs, which I am usually very particular with. Carlo's recommendations were amazing! I had the ancient grains salad, he suggested a side of grilled chicken that was delicious! And an avocado toast. He also made sure my order was perfectly taken and Hany made sure the kitchen followed. She also made a Cortadito coffee that hit the spot! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this place! They are pet friendly too ♥️🥹

I ordered a chicken platter with sweet potato on the side and they didnt deliver the chicken, just the potato and the presentation couldnt be poorer. I called over 10 times and no response. Extremely upset.

Barbara provided excellent service!! She was so patient and friendly. This was my first visiting and she answered all of my questions and provided her honest feedback which I appreciate. I ordered the 1/2 chicken Caesar wrap w/ 1/2 Brussels sprouts salad along with a side of tostones and caramel ice coffee w/ oat milk. The food was very fresh and the ice coffee was refreshing. This was an unplanned visit and I’m glad I decided to have lunch here. Try it and you will not regret it. Thank you Barbara for your great service 😊

Cute little spot. We tried baked goods, their chocolate croissants are awesome. I didn’t care for their cakes, as to me they were somewhat average. Coffee is exceptional. Service is amazing, wonderful!

False advertisement to the max. I ordered the holiday bliss platter based on the photo they advertise and i go something completly different. See picture. Their excuse is that the picture is of 50 pieces and i ordered 25. I said well if you would have told me that the 25 piece is not what is on the picture then i would have ordered the 50. I paid $32.99 for this piece of crap platter. Waste of money. Never ordering from there again. Look below at the picture i ordered from and what i got.

The place looks very clean and organized. Prices are a bit high, but worth it if food and service are good. However, I was given the wrong item, and the staff member put it back in the display case after I returned it — without knowing if I had touched or tasted it! That’s a serious hygiene concern. The coffee was hot and fresh. The pastries were delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more treats. We had the guava pastelito, the dulce leche pastelito and coconut pastry. All 3 were very very good!!

Coffee was prepared fresh and tastes great! Customer service was excellent and the place is clean. They also have lots of pastries 🥮 to choose from! Highly recommended!

Cheese pastalitos were soggie not crisp pastry and the cheese inside was sour and tasted old. My daughter and both got sick. The loaf of cuban bread was also stale. We gave it a second chance but wont be given it a third. The coffee however was good.

I liked the bakery. It was nice. I was happy with my order. I got a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, ham croquettes, and cheese pastelitos. The sandwich was a good size. The croquets tasted good and I loved the cheese pastelitos. I ate inside. They brought the food to the table. That was nice. Service was friendly. The bakery had a nice, chill atmosphere. They had Spanish music playing. This shop is in a shopping plaza. It is at a corner of the plaza with a huge sign. It has plenty of parking all around.

The best smoothie place in town!!! Food, smoothies and juices always 100% fresh and delicious!! The staff is soooo nice and friendly. I’ve tried other places around and they do not compare to smoothie time. Always reliable with being open during their hours. 10/10 recommend!!

Great Find! Quiet little corner place on Taft and Douglas RD. Super surprised and right next to a not so healthy, little ceasar’s place. Just the right size, and portion bowl of goodness. A bit pricey but the quality and packaging makes it worth it! The cashier was a little timid, I stood there looking at the menu, but he never asked me if I had any questions maybe a language barrier? Not sure but that’s the only reason for a 4 on customer service. Im planning on going back to try the other delicious bowls and the incredible natural smoothies!! Oh and did someone say empanadas? Yes!!

This place is so nice! The owners are so friendly and their smoothies and wraps are delicious. My fav of all time is the Avocado toast the bomb.

One of my absolute favorite breakfast and lunch spots! The food is consistently fantastic—worth every penny even though it’s not the cheapest. The vibe is super chill, the environment is stylish and welcoming, and the customer service is always top-notch. I love it so much, I’ve planned extra detours in my morning routine—even if it means being 5–10 minutes late to work—just to grab their breakfast. That says it all! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality food, great atmosphere, and a spot you’ll want to keep coming back to.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, and the employee behind the counter seemed visibly annoyed to even be at work. It was clear that providing good service was the last thing on her mind. If you’re working in a customer service position, your job is to engage with customers and make them feel welcome. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case here. It’s frustrating when someone who is paid to provide a service doesn’t seem to care about doing it well. If you don’t want to be there, then maybe it’s time to find a different job. Overall, the service was horrendous, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. I hope management takes note and makes some necessary changes. At least the place was clean.

I have visited several locations and always great service! The servers at this location 16024 Pines Blvd were amazing but that manager who was on duty today at 1:15-1:30 is not pleasant at all. I prefer peanut butter instead of the Nutella. She squeezed peanut a bit on my açaí bowl I asked for a little more she said that will be $1.29 more she put the bowl down and walked away never waiting for my answer of ok. I went to pay for it and the server wasn’t even sure how to charge me. I said that is okay thank you for trying because she wasn’t responding to him trying to get her attention to help. I’m sure Tropical grill won’t have minded she gave me a little more. Her interaction with another customer was even poor. I’m trying to spread the little bit she did squeeze out🫤

HA! I love this place. The breakfast and lunch wraps are delicious! I really enjoy pairing them with the Bahama Mama smoothie using "Pair and Save" I ordered from here almost 4 times last week 😅. They are always running specials like Fan Fest! Where a smoothie is free with a food purchase. Safe to say I really enjoy TSC and will be back soon. Whenever I order online my food is ready at the time said and pick up is fast and speedy.

Excellent for take out, just be prepared to wait a bit either way. (Food & drink is worth the wait though). Staff were friendly & helpful. Only suggestion would be expansion to include outdoor seating (if possible).

I sent my sister to pick up smoothies under my name and the older lady working was so beyond rude. kept trying to correct her on how to say MY name and wouldn’t give her the smoothies with my name clearly printed on them. she was actually trying to do everything so she couldn’t the smoothies saying she ordered it to the wrong location and then the younger girl got involved and handed the smoothies over almost immediately. I get that you don’t want anything to be stolen but you absolutely could be handling customers with more class and respect. If you can’t read that’s fine but don’t correct someone on how to say their name especially if they’re repeating it to you multiple times.

The acai bowl is 30% acai and 70% fruits and granola. You taste everything but acai and $11.34 is a Rip-off! 😡🤯

IMPORTANT: Before you pay, double-check that they have what you’re ordering in stock. I ordered and paid for two bagels only to be told they didn’t actually have them in stock. Trying to replace them with items of equal value was harder than it needed to be, partly because they didn’t have a lot of other options in stock and partly because the manager was unwilling to be flexible on price, even if the replacement items were over by only a few cents. After an unnecessary amount of back and forth, I ended up with a much lower-priced sandwich in place of the two bagels I ordered, and the worst part is I couldn’t even finish it :(. It tasted like I was eating a spoonful of dijon mustard with every bite. Anyway, this store has a lot of great reviews, so I’m sure they were just having an off day or something. Though obviously I’ll never know for sure because I don’t intend to return.

Einstein Bros. Bagels always delivers, but my last visit stood out because of Jona and Paris! They were both so friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. The bagels were fresh, the service was quick, and their positive energy made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the excellent service from Jona and Paris!

First thing as an open the door, staff greet me with kindness and a smile. great food and great service on top of all of that. one of the best bagels shops i’ve been to for a while. 5/5 for sure

Great location! Dominic is an absolutely outstanding manager relaxed, helpful, and thoroughly professional. I was in the store with my husband when a customer (who later posted a negative review) treated him in a disrespectful and immature way. Dominic stayed calm and courteous throughout the encounter, showing true professionalism. It’s unfair to see that misleading review, so I wanted to share what really happened. Dominic deserves recognition for his excellent service, and this store remains one of our favorites. Remember: staying relaxed and treating others with the same respect we expect is key.

Einstein Bagels already has me hooked with their bagel sandwiches but honestly, it’s the general manager named Paris, who makes the place shine. She runs the shop like a pro, keeps the creeps in check, and still manages to light up the room just by being there. Not only is the food 🔥, but so is the vibe when she’s around. She's sharp, gorgeous, and always in control of her staff. This spot is a five-star must. PS team member Joanah means business and strictly about the company she is a black belt in mixed martial arts. Just order your bagel and go lol j/k she rocks too keep your distance.
