The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The food is ok. But the service is great!!!!

My husband and I pass this restaurant several times a year enroute to visit our daughter. Each time we passed we noticed a jam packed parking lot. This past Saturday we made our initial stop and based on our experience that will prove to be the first of many visits. Great atmosphere, large portions of delicious breakfast favorites all at very reasonable prices. Our server Diane topped off our positive visit by being patient with us answering our menu questions. She was a real delight.

This is the diner to go to! Excellent food, fantastic service, and a very family-friendly atmosphere! The burnt ends were the best that I've ever had and the mac & cheese was to die for!!

Really good food! I had the philly cheesesteak and it did not dissapoint and the fries were nice and cripsy!

Had a GREAT new years dinner here. Was busy but was seated quickly and had drinks within 4 minutes of seating. Ordered and food was just perfect. Waitress made numerous trips to see if everything was OK and if I needed anything else. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Hands down the best classic Diner option in the greater Reading area. The price was reasonable, all the food pictured + 2 coffees with unlimited refills for 38 incl. tax. Not only that, but their pancakes are the softest and tastiest I have had at any diner out here. There was a little bit of a wait on Saturday around 9:30, but it was worth it. I highly recommend them.

We had their food before through friends and it was great. But we did go in as we went but to look very nice. Handy cap outside easy to use wheelchair lift because a lot of steps

Great place for co-workers going out to lunch or meeting with friends. Not very family friendly or a great place for young toddlers just because of food options. The service was good, nothing amazing. Got the turkey avocado sandwich and the tenders and both were fabulous. Also got an apple cider slushy which was great. Also got two tests to go home. They were good. I would come back!

Found this little cafe on a whim, and I will definitely be back! Seems as though it’s more farm to table with fresh unique ingredients with a rotating menu. Tried their chicken tenders, as well as their club sandwich and seasonal iced coffee. Everything was delicious. I also ordered some dessert to go. I’m not a cheesecake person, but it too was delicious. Not super heavy, and sweet. If you’re looking for somewhere for a quick lunch, or grabbing some breakfast I definitely recommend you stop In. Can’t wait to return to see what other specials and menu items they have.

Food and coffee is really good, however be careful when ordering desserts from the cabinet up front- while they look amazing they can be dry and hard from sitting in the case as single slices. Opt for the discounted desserts in the freezers instead!

Purchased a red velvet cake for my mother’s birthday. Express how I wanted the cake a week prior to pick up. Now we drove about two hours to pick up her cake up and it’s not what we purchased in the past. Supervisor stated he’s unable to do anything about it Despite the fact that they still false advertising if they don’t have the product that they have On their website. Should the company rightfully give me a refund for falsely advertising a product that they no longer have? Unfortunately, I didn’t get to look at the product because my daughter picked it up and they literally were closing we arrived right at closing? If I could rate the supervisor, it’d be a zero he literally sat on the phone and lied in my face, like if I never purchased this product before.

Honstly think the certain food could be better for example the Turkey club. Only had 1 slice of turkey but have way to much lettuce and tomato lil bacon. Had to send it back and definitely over pirced. But the dessert are 100% good.The tenders where over cookd and Burnt. On the other note I found a place right across the the street called Rollies and got a way better quality of food and quantity of food at a great price so I'm happy about that turkey club sandwich can't even fit in my hands enough to feed three and the wedding soup was amazing no disrespect the Street cafe tighten up because the next by is doing it better.

Great place for lunch for the sweet tooth. They have a rotating menu and a static breakfast/lunch menu. They also have made to order individual dessert items or full size dessert items in their freezer. Food is decent but not anything to rave about.

Our server, Candy was polite and got our food to us just the way we wanted it. She gave us extra water and complimented my dress. The soups are super yummy! And the salad bar was packed with delicious veggies, potato salad, slaw and even rice pudding. This is a great, affordable diner.

Very good prices and service. Ie senior chop steak is 14.99. Convenient On the way home from Lancaster PA.

Loved the old school feel. Our waitress was on point my coffee cup never hit the bottom. The food was very good, generous portion, and affordable.

Really nice place and very clean! Our waitress was wonderful. The food was great and I wish I had been hungrier. Honestly the chicken soup was probably the best I've ever had! My daughter is attending school in the area so im sure we will make this place a regular stop going back n forth. Wish they were closer. A great "old fashioned" diner. Good coffee and pretty good service. If you can, visit them for lunch. They serve up lots of sandwiches with fries or cups of soup as lunch specials. Their soups, hamburgers, unsweetened iced tea, and French fries are particularly delicious! One of the few diners with an actual salad bar. They have lots of good food at good prices! Also great music from the 1980's!

Definitely a no frills diner with good food done right. Staff was friendly and attentive. The fish and chips that I ordered were very good, not overly breaded or soggy. Likewise the burger was a nice medium with really yummy fries done well. Plentiful parking in their lot with easy in and out access.

Nice place But....food is very basic. Fries were gross and honestly tasted and looked like they were old and reheated. Staff just talking about other employees the whole time. And uhm we cant forgot the little cockroach that was on the wall next to me and on the seat. Wouldn't recommend.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and was impressed with the cleanliness, quiet, and variety of seating options as well as two rooms that can be closed off and used by groups. I ordered a Frisco burger and fries and a key lime pie slice to go. All very tasty. Staff were all friendly and there seemed to be a few regulars there, even outside typical lunch hours. I’d definitely come back again and now I have an option for a quiet business meeting with food!

Absolutely zero complaints about anything! Food was very good! I had breakfast and everything was perfect! Portion sizes, taste and freshness. Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Pricing is very reasonable. I ordered more than I could eat and took my stuffed pumpkin pancakes home where I ate them for lunch. I really enjoyed the entire experience!

Always love going to Crossroads. The food is better than average and their salad bar is always well maintained (though not a huge selection). Don’t pass up their desserts at the counter when leaving either.

We had the turkey club which was HUGE and the fish & chips which was also HUGE. The service staff was very friendly and courteous. The food came quickly and was very good. The diner has been a staple in the community for a long time and the food and service has always been great and consistent.

We love Crossroads! I grew up here but now live in Baltimore. Every time I come home to visit my parents we go here! My favorites are salad bar (amazing ranch dressing) & ham steak & mashed potatoes & pork chops! And their homemade bakery goods!! But everything is good! All homemade including the ranch dressing! Waitresses/servers/cashiers always friendly & efficient. Tonight we had Michelle & she was exceptional!

We used to be regulars and loved it here. We hadn't been out to eat for sometime due to some health issues. Iwe got the seafood combo and were disappointed in the meal compared to what it used to be.

I ordered french toast, home fries and sausage for breakfast. French toast tasted good. Home fries were ok. Sausage was absolutely terrible. I took one bite and knew something was off with it. I informed the waitress who whispered to me, "Between you and me I also hate the sausage here. it's not good at all." After bringing it up to her multiple times as well as the lady up front when paying my bill I assumed that they would take it off the bill considering I only took one bite of it... Nope not at all. Made me pay full price for it anyways. I felt pretty sick later that evening and had nothing else to blame but the sausage. DO NOT GET THE SAUSAGE HERE EVEN THE WAITRESS AGREES.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich, waited for 20 minutes for take out and was told they had no eggs. Got a refund and left with nothing. Complete waste of time. Just go elsewhere, you'll be happier. *edit My wife ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, it came with no bacon and an anemic amount of egg. No thanks Panera. Not coming back.

I usually visit different Panera Bread locations, but I have never experienced such terrible service before. I ordered a coffee and waited 20 minutes just for my cup. They weren’t even busy like other Panera Bread locations. When I went to the counter to ask about my cup, one woman who was just standing around yelled at me to wait at the pickup area. Ok, I waited there for about 15 minutes more. Then I asked if I could just take a cup, since they were right in front of me, but another woman yelled at me again to wait. She wouldn’t let me take a cup and suddenly started asking me for my name — for no reason. Finally, she handed me a cup, but it fell on the floor. Instead of replacing it right away, she tried to give me the dirty cup. When I asked her to change it, she did, but rolled her eyes and said “Oh Jesus, Jesus” the whole time. It was such an unpleasant visit, as if I was the one bothering them. Definitely not the Panera Bread standard.

The girl who ended up checking us out had an ear pod in her ear. The sweet girl who was in the register had to ask for her help 4 times before she heard her. When she finally came to the register to take our order she never gave us our cups for drinks we had to reach and get them our selves. She never gave us a beeper so we didn’t know our food was waiting for us. There were 3 of us, we ordered 3 sandwiches but only got 2 plates??? We had to share plates. I have been a long-time subscriber of the Sip Club and usually enjoy my visits. However, my recent experience left me very disappointed. I ordered coffee from the kiosk and approached the cashier to get my cup. Despite being ready to show my email confirmation, the cashier refused to provide me with the cup. The cups were right in front of her, but she was rude and insisted I “pick up and wait there.” I ended up waiting for 15 minutes until I finally approached the manager, who helped resolve the situation. This experience was upsetting and not reflective of the service I have come to expect from Panera. As a loyal Sip Club member, I hope you take this feedback seriously so that future visits can be pleasant and efficient.

Panera has always been a favorite but this visit was definitely disappointing. I ordered a large broccoli Mac and cheese, mango lemonade, and the bear claw. After ordering at the counter, I was able to find a booth easily and the table was clean. After setting in, I got my food in just about fifteen minutes. Unfortunately the large broccoli mac and cheese I had ordered was not nearly large enough for the price I was charged. It was over cooked and mushy, not hot at all, and certainly didn’t taste fresh. The bread that comes on the side was also cold and just ok. The lemonade on the other hand was much better. It wasn’t too sweet and you could definitely taste the fruit flavor. The bear claw was delicious and not too dry. Overall it was just an okay experience, but other locations might fare better.

First bad experience with panera. This branch cannot handle rush. Waste of time to come all over to this place with fuel and wasting time to find out that order will take 1 hr to complete and in the end food was not properly made. May need to avoid this branch on weekends in this area and might have to find other restaurants to save time and get quality food

Half filled bowl of cold soup. Never got the text my order was ready and they let it sit on the counter for like 10 mins before I finally went up to ask. Was pretty busy so just thought it wasn’t ready yet one to find out it had been sitting there all along 😡. My friend got two chicken teriyaki bowls want to take home to her husband and it was barely enough to feed a toddler definitely not a $13 meal will not be going back!

Wanted to politely let our server know there was CLEARLY a bug in my french toast. After graciously taking it off the bill, we went to leave and the manager came over and tried to embarrass me in front of the entire restaurant. She yelled at me trying to say it was vanilla extract that hardened in the cooking process. You can see clear as day it has legs and antennas. It’s a bug. Will never be returning especially after the conversation with the manager.

My wife and I stopped at Mount Penn Family Restaurant on a Thursday morning to have a late breakfast with family during the holiday travel season. We had a party of six people in our group. When we arrived, three of our group were already seated and had their coffee. Our server came to the table quickly to get our orders and there was a Carafe of coffee already on the table. Our server was friendly in an East Coast manner. It was not Southern Hospitality as we are accustomed to, but she was efficient. Our orders arrived quickly and were accurate. I had a three-cheese Omelet with Potatoes and toast, and they were cooked well and very well. They have a full menu with a large variety and selection. I found many items on the menu I would like to try out if we are back in the area again.

The salad bar is Great,fresh veggies and rolls, soup was good. I ordered the fish sandwich, Was the worst I ever had. It ,I believe came from a frozen patty , did not taste like fish at all. I ckearly ,made the wrong choice, something else may have been better. I think if I return, I'll stick with the salad bar and soup. Service was good.

Had a nice lunch at this lovely little diner. The staff was friendly, has a nice laid back ambience. I ordered the greek gyro and it was quite good😋 they have a soup and salad bar that was small but good, especially liked the stuffed grape leaves. The soups were pretty basic but good.

I havent even been served my food and I want to leave. The cook has his pants 50% off his body....he probably pulls these up with his bare hands all day at work, I also couldn't find a single clean spoon at the salad bar for my soup. I sure hope I don't get sick here....update here was my Texas burger 🤢

The best chicken croquettes I've had in years! The service was awesome. Jen (I think that was my servers name) was quick professional and a hoot to boot. I'll be coming back just for the service alone.

Our waitress was the best! She's been working there since 1983 and she's a pro! She also has an awesome attitude! She should train any new employees so they will be able to follow in her footsteps! And the food was good and hot!

I ordered a Mac and cheese burger the top of the Mac and cheese was burnt . The fries were old. Not sure how that made it into a box and sent to a customer without someone realizing it was not fit to serve. The only thing I could think of was no one cared enough. The cook had to see that it was Burnt. Thats ok but remake it .. just did not care enough to do so . Oh well .

I guess I went on a bad day because they were out of multiple flavors of ice cream. When the server came back to explain how they were out of each flavor option I wanted I eventually found one they did have in stock. not even 5 minutes after replacing the ice cream order their delivery truck arrives, as I notice this the server came by and said to us "oh look at that, and you're not getting any!" then laughed as she walked away.

Tonight we had broccoli cheddar soup that was very yummy, a double all american cheeseburger with fries. A huge cob salad that was spectacular. Of course, we had to have dessert.Can't leave without topping things off with friendly's ice cream. The food came out very quickly, very hot. The service was wonderful as always.

Every time you get delivery from here there's a problem. Tonight I ordered a byo Sundae. Shouldn't be too hard right? Since when is crushed cone a soggy cake cup cone instead of sugar cone? Also hot fudge is what I ordered not chocolate sauce which I hate. Nasty runny chocolate sauce all pooled at the bottom. So nasty I couldn't even eat it. It's a real shame that none of the employees there seem to care at all. Oh well, it's not like there are a shortage of places to get ice cream since I am never going here again.

I don't think I've been to Friendly's in 20 years. Now I know why. Blah menu and the food was only so-so. Extremely expensive and the atmosphere is quite loud. The best part was the service and the ice cream for dessert. The waitress was very friendly (pun intended) and attentive. And you can never go wrong with the Jim Dandy!

A disaster, done on purpose? How can it be this bad? Fries were SO salty that we had to throw away 3 of the 4 we got, not edible, that bad. And check out the dressings, had to eat most things dry and it was an $80 order, and no, the dressings are not “free” but included in the price and meal experience. They added extra of the things only one of us eats and messed up everything else that was obviously stated on ticket. 2 Chick-fil-A instead of 8! 3 Buffalo instead of 1. Etc etc. Very disappointing. Oh and food was totally cold but that may be on the dasher, place is 7 minutes away and it took 20 to arrive, probably didn’t have proper insulation and kept AC directly on it, can’t explain it otherwise, unless the store gave old items which could be a possibility looking at the sauces and salt situation. Only chicken nuggets were hot, the rest was fully cold.

It just keeps getting worse. As of 7-25-24 We are contemplating not going back. The evening manager was a bit rude to my wife and her staff. The order was incorrect again. The mac and cheese was barely half the container. We are very disappointed.

Drink was fine, waffle fries good, chicken sandwiches tasted as if they sat on a warmer tray for quite a while the bottom part of the bun was hard and the chicken was warm at most I would think with the price of fast food becoming unaffordable for the average American family they could at least make it when it's ordered. Instead they make it ahead so they can have a good time in-between customers.

I had an awesome experience thanks to Sam. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was right. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Great service like this is why I keep coming back to Chick-fil-A!

If someone says no bacon maybe it’s for a reason I’m glad I actually looked at the sandwich before eating it and ending up in the hospital

Loved the gluten free option and being asked if it was because of my health that they made sure nothing was cross contaminated. But the gluten free bun was delicious. Definitely will be going back.

This was my first time here and I had a really good experience. The hostess and waitress were super friendly, and the place was super clean. I ordered the Country Style added cheese. The portion was generous and everything tasted really fresh. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in with my best friend and her 4 month old baby. We had an amazing time. The staff was very accommodating. They sat us at a table with a flipped high chair for the baby’s car seat. We were very comfortable. The food came out hot and delicious. BABIES first breakfast hut experience was a success. We will be coming back!!! 🥳🤗

Love this place. Love the workers, and the owners. I used to be a regular but moved out the area I haven't been here in a long time but when I came here on Saturday August 2nd I was still greeted by name and asked how I am. They were busy but no matter how busy they are the food always gets cooked and served fast. This is my favorite place for breakfast. Great friendly people and amazing food.

This is literally one of my favorite places to come to for Breakfast! I was here earlier this morning with my best friend, we had a nice breakfast date and Bible study together! We had a server named Maryann who was very friendly and did a very good job serving us! I had a Cheesesteak Omelet with onions & mushrooms with a side of home fries and toast! Very good! We recommend this place to anybody that loves breakfast! 😋

I really love the breakfast hut. The food quality, portions, and kind people that work there are always great!! My ONLY complaint is that the pick up orders are placed directly into the styrofoam to-go box while hot and it melts the inside of the styrofoam sometimes and gives the food a weird taste. Makes me not want to order pick up :( all they need is a thin piece of tinfoil on the bottom like most restaurants do so it wont melt the styrofoam. Even the side of breakfast meat melted the styrofoam in the small box. Only a pick up order issue. Anyway... everything else is awesome!!

Chick-Fil-A got it going on for breakfast. They are egg, bacon, sausage, cheese, five stars. Give them a try and you'll be back for more. Also they have a variety of chickens chicken grills nugget salads

Pretty lacking on the customer service experience. Staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than greeting/attending to customers. The only words a staff member said to me was to call out my name. Not even the basic “thank you for coming” afterwards. I thought customer service was Chick-fil-A’s selling point?

I need to get a message to an associate by the name of Paola…… Today I was in at your location in Broadcasting Square (Reading, PA) location around 12:30pm, right at the busy lunch time rush. I am a dasher with DoorDash, so I do frequent this particular location daily in my DoorDash runs. Anyway, out of the goodness of her heart and just out of care and concern, an associate by the name of Paola asked me if I wanted a cup of water to take with me as I continued my DoorDash work orders. She even got into some short conversation with me, and kept it professional the whole time. I have never experienced the kindness of customer service and care like that in a long time, so I happily accepted the water of course! She was so sweet about the whole encounter, and even topped off my water cup right before I left so I would not go dehydrated for the rest of my day! Paola, thank you for your kindness and compassion today :)

Me and my granddaughter have been going here once a week forever. Ever since they upgraded the store the service is wonderful but the food is horrible! We do breakfast hash browns are always in crumbles and everything is cold! Today I changed because the mini sandwiches are always torn and missing meat so I got a burrito and it was a horrible mess and cold so cold the cheese didn’t even melt! I guess we need to find another place to go! What a bummer!

This is by far the dirtiest and worst chick fil a in this area. Without fail I will always get food poisoning at this location. This does not happen at any other location but this one. I’m not sure if it’s just kids not washing their hands or the management just being incompetent, but I absolutely do not recommend going here. Used to be one of the best locations but with all the changes made it’s now the worst. Like I shouldn’t be getting food poisoning over a chicken noodle soup, that’s insane!

Ordering online was easy except my coupon wasn't honored. Soup was expensive and baguette was sold out for the day and no alternate bread was offereds. There was literally 6.25 croutons given in the FOS and cheese was minimal. Probably would only go back for a bagel.

The food and pastries are delicious as usual, however the service is really bad at this location. The employees chit chat and avoid the front counter area. Even when you make eye contact, they ignore you. If you wait about 15 minutes or so while looking at them, they will eventually help you.

My husband went to get me a bagel for Breakfast. When I pulled the bagel from the bag it was covered in mold. Why didn’t the staff member see that when placing in the bag? No breakfast for me and we won’t be going back

Very rude employees. I wanted to pay cash the girl that finally came to the counter had a bad attitude because she had to take my order so I could use cash. The soda machine didn't work and I tried asking an employee about it and he totally ignored me. The food wasn't good. The bread must have be stale because it fell apart when you picked it up. The French Dip sandwich was greasy and it shouldn't have been. Definitely would not go back.

In general I like this location. I prefer its older styling to the new locations. It’s cozier. However the iced coffee is absolutely disgusting. When I received it, I should’ve sent it back but I was lazy. It looked watered down and it tasted like watery milk. Also why can’t you put cream cheese on the bagel? If I’m in the drive thru I don’t want to park to put the tiny little container of cream cheese on. Two is also a better amount.

Anytime I go to this specific panera, there is always something out of stock. Recently I’ve tried to eat there on three separate occasions (atleast a week apart if not longer). Each time there were multiple soups and sandwiches out of stock, as well as bread that comes with the mac and cheese/soups. Last time I was there I tried to order 4 separate meals and every single one was unavailable. It’s gotten to a point where now when I want Panera I drive further to a different one just because I know there’s going to be something unavailable here. It was not like this a few months ago and I’m not sure what changed but it has really gone downhill.

Unbelievably slow drive thru service. Not even worth going thought it. 20 mins to get through. There was no one in the parking lot or inside the store. I am never coming back here again. I am still in the car line waiting for my food when I’ve posted this.

Went here for the first time since the shutdown and order 2 Texas double whoppers. One had lettuce one didn't I made no special order and some how the one without lettuce tasted worse than the one with. For what you pay these days the quality was disappointing I used to love whoppers and it's nothing like before 2020.

I ordered the new Dragon meal but they made it wrong. I should have said something before I pay but I didn’t at was my bad but at the same time They told me I had to tell them one by one what I wanted. But it show you right behind you a whole picture of the meal and everything it comes with. So how hard is it to mess up. I ask for the ice cream it come with ten minutes later I walk up where my ice cream. The guy said oh I get right on at. If I would have never ask they would have never made my ice cream. Which they should have started making it right after I ordered it. Not ten minutes later when I ask where my ice cream. Then I had to wait an after 5 minutes.

I went through the drive through around 730 tonight. The person taking my order started with "welcome to bk where you ruuuuuleee, lemme take your order childdd.." I was like um and proceeded to place my order. He continued to mess with me, until a lady took over the mic and tried proceeding taking my order, while I still heard this dude in the back yapping. I just drove away and went to McDonald's. Ill never go back to this location. Extremely odd, and immature.

This store is always slow which is fine that doesn’t bother me much but they always mess up orders. Most recently the employee was incredibly rude to me and when I tried to reach out to customer support it was near impossible just give me a number to call so I can speak with someone what a joke. Terrible store followed by terrible corporate. Hope McDonald’s and Wendy’s puts you guys out of business. Pathetic.

Food's decent when they aren't out of something, and don't even bother to try and order a shake everytime I try to order one the machine is down! And forget about making the order any kind of different than the way it's made, you want no pickles with extra onions? You will get regular pickles and less than regular onions...lol

Genuinely slow service all over but everything else is fine. Seems like they prioritize drive-thru customers over those inside even when there are only two people in person.

The wait for my food was ridiculous, and for my order to be messed up is insane. I ordered the Maple bourbon BBQ Whopper, and this is what I received. There should be crispy onions and jalapeño on this sandwich, but there is only bacon and the BBQ sauce.

By far the the worst experience I've had at a burger King. First of all the dining area was gross. And not like 20 minutes or we had a rush gross like we don't care about our customers gross. They were out of multiple items the most bizarre being onion rings. That's one of your signature sides... It's like running out of fries. I got a twelve piece chicken fry and the staff obviously can't count because i got 10. I didn't bother asking about it because they were too busy talking about their personal business so loud everyone could hear it, that I figured they didn't have time. They forgot my wife's sundae and when she asked the woman at the front was too busy gossiping to pay attention and tried to give her a Hershey pie.... She had to explain what a sundae is and then was given a fork to eat it with? Clearly these "employees" don't care about their customers and whoever is managing them tonight shouldn't be in charge of anything. The picture I snapped was all I felt comfortable doing because of how aggressive the staff talked about how they "handle" things outside of work. If I want Burger King again I'll drive to Exeter. 5th Street is clearly mismanaged and the staff have nothing but contempt for their customers. Do better.

So normally I don’t leave reviews but lunch break stays ruined definitely leave them one now every single day unless you put your your order for delivery, you will be waiting over in no exaggeration 10 to 15 minutes even for a chicken sandwich with fries a double cheeseburger and fries and don’t combo literally if u standing there waiting to order they’ll look u up and down like your dumb or at the wrong store before delegating who is gonna help you, Service 🙄 is horrible trash and honestly, it’s really not worth it. Honestly, I’m bout to just start eating Wawa gas station food. At least it’s made quicker.

Our simple order for 2 people took over 20 minutes. There was no lack of staff. Some of our food was cold by the time we got it. I didn't get the sauce I ordered.

This Burger King is well run with fast and friendly service. There's ample seating and the building and seating area is handicap accessible/friendly. There aren't too many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu but there are some available - including the Impossible Whopper The drive thru lane seems to get backed up pretty easily so I recommend the BK app whenever possible. With the app, they have a loyalty and rewards program to earn points with every purchase and regular discount offers like $3 Whopper Wednesdays Fountain soda machines have a few options for flavors. I would say this BK meets any expectations that most people would have for a fast food restaurant.

We placed an order through the mobile app for pickup. When we picked it up, we waited a long time for the order to be ready then were hurried on our way. Unfortunately, despite the wait, the food was cold and we were missing 3 items! For what you pay and what you get, BK is not worth it. Find another place to eat!

Went up through the drive-thru, my wallet fell out of my pocket so it took me a minute to find it between the front and back seat, on the drivers side door. It wasn't long, just a minute. I apologized, yet got a snarky comment that it was an inconvenience. Then, I got my $14 bacon king meal, and the burger was cold. The individual at the second window was extremely rude, much worse than the first. From this point on, I'm done with Burger King. The poor food is one thing, yet the service is the worst I've seen. This is multiple locations now. Peace, Burger King, you used to be a nicer place. It is what it is. Now, it's in the past.

⭐ Shout-out to the amazing team members today! ⭐ I went through the drive-thru around 12:15 PM on August 29, 2025, and even though the line was long and could have felt overwhelming, the employee taking my order and the one serving my food went above and beyond. Went through drive through for my son in my girlfriend's car. By time we got home we realized his large coke cup, those thin plastic cups, had a crack and leaked in her cup holder. Uuugh. Not their fault. My son enjoyed his food.

QP was great. Fries were fresh and hot but way too salty. I could only eat half of them.

Drive through. It was dinner time. Back in 80's and 90's as I recall you order your food. Their standard burgers or sandwiches. So why do I have to pull off into a waiting spot and have to wait ten minutes?

Food is ok. However, they do mess up the order's a good amount . The employees mostly are polite and apologize often for the enormous amount of time you spend on a regular will spend in the drive-through.

I will never go to this McDonalds again. They had me waiting 40 minutes for what I ordered at the drive thru. It took 40 minutes to make the new 6 spicy honey chicken tenders (which they put in a 10pc box), 2 apple pies and a chicken wrap that only needed the chicken and flour wrap. When I placed my order I originally wanted a McFlurry. They told me they didnt have any ice cream which was a lie because while I was waiting, there were people who got milkshakes and ice cream cones. Then I asked for 2 apple pies. They told me they only had 1 and were making more would I like cookies instead. They gave me a choice of sugar or chocolate chip. I wanted sugar. The girl comes back and tells me they dont have sugar. So, then I just told her I'll wait for the apple pies which she told me would take 7 minutes. That took over 30 minutes. The manager should be fired for doing this to a customer. I know it was a he cause he came to the register when I was paying for my food. He couldn't even come outside and offer me a soda for waiting or even apologize to me. Not only was this a bad experience but they made me late for work. I attached photos of the food they served me and the tickets that show the times I waited. Hope if anyone else goes to this McDonalds they dont ever experience this. I will stick to Burger King and Chick Filet. They dont make you wait and dont slop their food together.

Ordered my meal incorrectly and didn't realize until I got to the window to pay. Sat in drive through for 20+ minutes and when I got to the window I asked to change my order from fries to onion rings. The girl at the window told me it was too late. I went somewhere else and will never go back to this location again if the crew is that rude.

I watched an employee that waited on myself and my friend scratch his butt and put fries in a bag. But because I didn't get fries and had whoppers made from the back employees. I let it go. It was take out, just chalked it up to young people. However cannot dismiss the baby roach that literally came crawling out of my whopper that was half eaten. That being said I called and reported it to save others so they look at the problem. I will not be dining here anymore. It was soooo long since I had a whopper. I just really wanted one. But I'm good. Just be careful if you eat here and check your food.

The place was disgusting short staffed drive threw person talking front cashier not cleaning lobby then they wanted to have an attitude when they were told the lobby was dirty and complained they were short staffed NO SUPERVISOR WAS ON THE CLOCK and then the workers wanted to talk about the complaint unprofessional tables weren’t cleaned floor was dirty and had a spilled that was there before I even got to the restaurant 5th street highway would never let its store look like that!!

I only go here because my daughter likes the Royal Crispy. They NEVER get the order correct. We order extra bacon - get charged for extra bacon- rarely get extra bacon. When we complain they give us a few small burnt bacon pieces. The service is lousy slow and rude. I have never seen a place where not one person cares about the smallest customer service. You can stand at the register for several minutes before anyone appears to notice you. A few weeks ago the sandwich I ordered had all the wrong toppings and when I told them they said that's what I ordered. I said I did not order it and wanted a refund which they refused. Many times when they screw up the order or take a long time to take my order it's not even busy. Worst run franchise I have ever seen.

Wow. Maybe if workers spent less time on their FaceTime they’d get orders right! Unfortunately never gave me a receipt so I have no idea if I paid for my missing item nor can I even fill out the survey. I appreciate them putting my two drinks in a carrier but I didn’t need it and politely asked to just have the two cups and I got eye rolled about it. If you hate your job that much get another one. But with that kind of attitude- probably can’t.

Management and staff needs an urgent training. Everyone works with long finger nails and without hairnets. I witnessed several people touching their faces and scratching their heads. They did not wash their hands after attending their need. Not acceptable when working with food.

I went in for a drink and decided to use the bathroom. This bathroom was disgusting. They put a sign on the mirror saying they clean the bathroom frequently, yet the sink and soap dispenser looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over 2 weeks. The soap under the dispenser is hard and has probably been there for over a week. I walked into the bathroom and walked out. don't put a sign up if you as employees aren't going to bother to clean the bathroom. This is just disgusting.

Stopped in to get a coffee. Not busy inside but took a few minutes longer than it should have considering there was one customer in front of me. There were 3 workers and a long line of cars which is normal for this location. The girl at the register was overwhelmed and the woman handling the orders as a whole was at best barely handling every order in rush mode. The third worker popped in and out, I saw her once in my 15 minutes, got my coffee and headed out

The staff have always been professional but not friendly. I'll accept that. Its usually early when I get there. However, yesterday morning I had the worst service. She was rude, short, dismissive, and gave me an attitude. I dont want to return simply because of that interaction. The drinks have always been well made, but the service needs to be changed or this location will slowly fail.

Stop by early Saturday morning. Walked in waited 3 minutes in the lobby. Could hear movement in the rear, leaned over the counter and said hello. Blonde lady looked right at me and continued to put stuff in the oven. Waited a minute longer said hello again her statement be there in a minute a continued to do what she was doin. Was in the facility for 5 minutes, no greeting just ignored. Left without any service.

For Father's Day my daughter wanted to buy her dad's favorite donut and when we got home it was the wrong thing. Actually exactly opposite of what he likes. Our Two donuts are out there with somebody else. It's the first time we've been to this dunkin' and I am completely not impressed. And from now on it's on me to check behind the clerks.

I am a DUNKIN loyal customer for years and years. I’m officially done. I never write reviews EVER. They have had plenty chances to get it right and failed horribly. I’m sick of paying 3.50 $ for a flavored hot water… absolutely ridiculous. I wish it wasn’t just this Dunkin also. It’s a ton. Teach your workers how to make an actual simple cup of coffee instead of maximizing profits… back to Wawa it is…

I swear nobody ever listens and gets my order correctly and yet they upped the price of coffee again over 4 dollars for a large and I can't even get serviced correctly. Maybe spend some of that money on better equipment, maybe a better drive through mic, and employees who care about their job.

This store has skipped me out on food every single time I have ordered. This has happened 4 times now with ordering DoorDash, the bag is always sealed but I am missing items or the items are incorrectly made. No one seems to follow directions on orders or seem to even care!

I did a Mobile order yesterday I ordered a xl hot tea with extra cream extra sugar got to work it was coffee. I called the number multiple times and nobody answered and the voicemail it full. So I go in today speak to someone tell them what happened he said ok I will get you another one. No I’m sorry nothing. My fault I didn’t check get to work it coffee again!! I am not looking to get anyone in trouble but I think either the manager or owner should address the below review as to make sure this business stays a float. I went through drive through and noticed people parked right next to the entrance door by the drive through. They were yelling inside the establishment and laughing. Most likely just visiting friends that is fine, however, I had to repeat my one medium sized coffee not once, not twice but three times before the employee finally heard me. After she finally got my drink I could hear them yelling through the loud speaker at their friends I was referring to above. After getting to the window (they were not busy) I was asked to pull over to the side for my one medium sized hot coffee. After being handed my drink, I took a sip and it was ice cold. I had to call them back to make it hot. Unless things are put in place and the employees learn some customer service skills I definitely do not recommend. I would assume to just drive down the road a bit. Below is how it was handed back to me.

IF you can avoid this Dunkin I suggest you do you will thank me doesn’t matter when you go. I can promise you the coffee is unbreakable every single time you go it’s not going to change. This store sold me a donut with mold. They did not even cared. Manager did not even apologized that i digested a piece of the donut. Excuses that the donuts are shipped from another state. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this location at all. Horrible!!!

I went to this location today, Memorial Day 2025, At approximately 1:30 PM. As I walked in, I could see one person in drive-through and one person at speaker are ready to get their order taken. I was the only person inside. There were two people working. I waited approximately 12 minutes and no one greeted me or gave me any type of communication. Not a I will be right with you. Or sorry just give us a few seconds. After 12 minutes of me, seeing these two people walking in circles, I finally said something. And the manager, who was a female, Said oh I’m sorry and instructed the other worker to take my order. Apparently, she was too busy making food. I poked my head back around the corner and asked her if she was the manager and she said yes and proceeded to make her food. I went to tell her how I was waiting 12 minutes and she was very dismissive. This Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke. This is at least the third or fourth time I have been there in the last six months and have experienced something this sort. Absolutely no time management skills. Absolutely no customer appreciation/service. And everyone moves at a glacial pace. they need to just shut down this location because there’s nowhere they are making any type of money with the type of customer service. I have witnessed a few times. I have been to this location.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Service was fast. And even at 8am on a Sunday morning the manager engaged me in conversation while she got a door dash order prepared for me. Best morning experience I've ever had at a Dunkin' thank you 😊

Ordered several cream filled donuts and none of them had cream. One donut is a mistake, all of them not being filled is a management issue.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Doing DoorDash after hours and waited 10 mi s at the window but no one came. Went to drive thru and was told I need to go to the window. Waited almost another 20 minutes until someone showed up only to tell me the order was already picked up. No decency to actually check people at the window and look for the orders in a timely manor.

Went trough the drive trough today around 8:00 pm. We were waiting for someone to respond. Dead silence for a while. My husband is learning English and asked for a meal. The girl taking the order was laughing at him, so I placed the order. When we went to the window, she still laughing like we were not there. This teenagers have no manners. That’s so disrespectful and unprofessional.

It feels like a very unsafe place. Many strange-looking people stare at entrance of the establishment. Many children performing dangerous maneuvers in the parking lot with their bikes.

The food was hot. The drive thru took a little long. Overall pretty good.

If I could put 0 I would. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and please explain to me how they literally gave me a bun with all the toppings and no chicken. These guys "try" but could really benefit from better training and pride in their work. We ordered the deluxe quarter pounder with cheese and they forgot the tomatoes. All the burgers were also overloaded with salt. They tried to make it right, but when they remade the saltiest burger, they forgot the tomatoes again and still had loads of salt on it.

This is the worst sandwich I had bought in my life. The sandwich looks like a jock, it’s not look like the promotion picture. The taste is awful, I couldn’t eat it. The chicken is cool and hard. The play place is dirty, and smell bad.

The employees were excellent and definitely overworked but they continued service with a genuine smile and you could see how hard they worked. The food is same old same and the prices are crazy high!!!!!! It's nuts for me and my 2 grandsons age 10 and 8 to have a lunch bills for 27.00 especially bc I only ordered a double cheeseburger for me, no value meal no drink or fries just one sandwich! The place was filthy. Ketchup dispensers empty. A woman was working behind the counter with her purse on her body that kept hitting the food areas. Gross. Trash all over soda area. The floors were slippery with grease.

I give 3 stars because the food is usually always good and made fresh but as far as store appearance it never looks clean inside. Trash is filled, ketchup is out, every single table is dirty and not cleaned, the floor is sticky and the play area is off limits. I really hope they get it together because this is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the area and I’m disappointed in my visit here because I know they can do better.

Let me start by saying I never patron Dunkin because they I've never liked anything about it, but my daughter wanted to go because she earned a reward and that was her choice. I told her we'd go in in order to see the donuts so she could pick something. Walked into an empty lobby and waited and waited while the employees gabbed and gabbed no one came to the counter to wait on us. We left and had to go thru the drive thru and shocking they took forever to get a few donuts and the order was wrong. Never again.

I had been to this dunkin' donuts before and had excellent service. This time it was okay not as pleasant as my last experience. The donuts were not super fresh but good. Service was on the slow side and didn't really speak much or smile. Atmosphere I don't believe you can sit in this dunkin' donuts, It's just grab and go.

They stepped their game up. The ladies that are working today all had a positive vibe and made us feel like we were their regulars!

Went to Dunkin’ Donuts on 1905 N fifth street. And got my order on my way to do my early errands and found this on my sandwich.. this is not acceptable, at all smh..

Truly excellent and welcoming service. Cute little place. Food was above average but did not blow us away. Classic Eggs Benedict were solid. Excellent poached eggs but Benedict sauce was average. Veggie omelet was decent. I wish the potatoes were better, seasoning was oregano heavy( can't explain why oregano is there in the first place). Would we go back? Probably, service and atmosphere were good but more because we're in the area versus choosing to go there.

Such a great atmosphere and friendly vibes. Really great food, I definitely recommend. There was another reviewer on here recommending the breakfast burrito and I can attest to that, it was hands down the best thing on the menu.

We just went in for the first time because we heard about their gluten free waffles, pancakes, and French toast. The place was very nice and decorated well, we were welcomed immediately with warm welcomes. We sat down and ordered pancake tacos and I got a gluten free banana chocolate chip pancake. We also got bacon and potatoes with cheese on them. The food was fantastic, best coffee and pancakes I’ve ever had since going gluten free. Our waitress was also amazing. Her name was Stacey, and she was funny and liked to talk with us. She gave us good recommendations to make the whole experience amazing. We will defiantly come back and hopefully when my boyfriend and I aren’t crippling college students in debt, we will become regulars because that was the best breakfast I’ve ever had anywhere

Updated review * On the second visit, it was still just as delicious, and I got pictures this time! 1st review*My sister and I just visited for a late breakfast. It was our first time visiting but will not be our last! The staff were friendly. Our server never gave me the opportunity to ask for anything, she was always one step ahead and very attentive. I had the breakfast burrito, which was very delicious and my sister had a breakfast sandwich on one of their fresh croissants. I usually take pictures for my reviews but once the food came, I forgot all about pictures. Everything looked so good and it was!

I’ve traveled all over the untied states and I must have dined in over 100 diners, searching for that perfect breakfast. After years of travel and reviewing breakfast spots, I found my heart restaurant. A place I know I’ll think about quite often through my lifetime until I’m able to come back once again. The crooked hen is a quiet little establishment right in the heart of the hills of Pennsylvania. I love them so much my first try, I came back a second day in a row. My firet try, I ordered the lox on the NY bagel. You get a GIANT portion of smoked salmon, kapers, cream cheese and fresh tomatoes. Absolutely decadent. The salmon was perfectly smoked and still fresh, which is hard to achieve considering the cost of this ingredient. The crooked hen nailed it. The lox and bagel were better than anything I’ve ever had in New York and honestly, New York could learn a lesson on portion from this place! My second try, I got the crab cake eggs Benedict with hash browns covered in cheese, peppers and onions. WOWZA! The immense burst of flavor out of that first bite of crab cake blew my mind. Incredibly fresh, not too fishy and light! The HOUSE MADE hollandaise sauce was thick yet creamy and perfectly balanced. Most places serve “gritty” hollandaise sauce because it’s been over cooked, set in a heat tray for too long or over heated during the cooking process. The poached eggs were actually poached too! Which is quite impressive because most restaurants choose to fry eggs for eggs Benedict because poaching an egg is hard to perfect. The crooked hen nailed that too!!! Considering eggs Benedict is what I always obsess with over during my travels! I’ll be DREAMING of those decedent crab cakes for the rest of my life! The hash browns were also perfectly crisped and the peppers they layed on top were perfectly cooked and perfectly sweet to off set the savory. Again, I’ll be dreaming about this dish for the rest of my life!! In to the staff and establishment: PERFECT. The facility is incredibly clean and the staff is so clearly well taken care of by management as the waitress I got two days in a row was a soft spoken and polite young lady. The crooked hen is so incredibly lucky to have this young lady!!! She was quick to serve, she was quick to make sure I was taken care of during my entire dining experience. (both days). I plan to come back over the summer on a personal trip. That’s how good this place is. No wonder they’ve been voted best lunch. (Even though I got breakfast items during lunch, there’s a good reason for that too! - DELICIOUS!) Bravo, crooked hen. Bravo.

Delicious food and a great staff. What else could ask for. The red pepper hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was fantastic. Like to try the Chipotle hollandaise sauce next time.

Went there for lunch, and it was delicious. Cute little place with great service. I had the Farmhouse Omelet with assorted meats, eggs, and cheese. It was really good and the hashbrowns and toast were a great compliment to the dish. The waffle was phenomenal!! Limited menu but great choices. It was average priced for the quality of what you got. There were a few things I really wanted to try, so I will definitely be back.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. This place runs a buffet-style setup, but they serve the food to you—so you’re stuck with whatever they put on the plate. I ordered fried chicken and rice, and it was a huge letdown. The fried chicken was lukewarm and partially cold, which is not only unappetizing but also a serious food safety issue. Food that’s not kept at the right temperature is a breeding ground for bacteria. The rice tasted burnt, like it had been sitting too long or wasn’t cooked properly. I spent $14 on a plate I couldn’t even finish, and I left feeling frustrated and concerned. This place needs to tighten up their food handling practices before someone gets sick. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this was too poor and potentially unsafe not to say something.

If your ever in Reading PA., and want to eat some of the most delicious home cooked Hispanic food then do not go anywhere but here. I have eaten just about everything on the menu and it is all freshly made authentic Latin deliciousness. I cannot speak on any of the fish entees but they look great and the mouthwatering smell will have looking for excuses to come back again

Most of the food is excellent quality, I did a catering service for a party and my guests enjoyed all the food. The service is fair, sometimes they low on staff, I’m and out 15 min. The location next to Maria pizza 🙅🏽‍♂️. Food is great tho.

The food is okay. Nothing special. The service is not good at all. They will see you standing in line before others and wait on them before you. The Atmosphere isn't to my liking, but it isn't the worst.

Great Spot For Some Latin Food! Does Get Crowded But The Food Here Tastes Great For The Most Part ! Needs Their Own Parking Lot Because You Have About 5 Minutes To Run In Here And Order Your Food Before Seeing RPA Ticket Your Car... But Great Restaurant Overall!

I normally don't make reviews or complain about my food, but why is the egg blue, is that mold? And I also found a hair in my food.

I tried to give this location another chance. Forgot two items the other day but they were busy so tried again. Came back today and im waiting for the cream cheese to enter the chat. Workers seem great but obviously need more training.

Don’t give them your money. They refuse to refund an order never picked up. I placed an order on the app but didn’t realize it was for a store 2 miles away. The Dunkin we went to said to simply call the original and that they would refund us. Nope. The girl who answered first stated, that there were no drive through mobile orders. I said it was 45 minutes ago. She said nope, we have none. I asked “you've had no mobile order in The last hour” to which she then replied yes we have. I swear my brain was broken thinking, “then how do you know you didn’t get my order, since you didn’t ask my name, or any other detail?” She says what’s your name. I give it and immediately she says nope, it’s not here which, lol, it’s sure AF on my bank statement. She proceeded to speak over me and insist that I contact her manager tomorrow to “see about” a refund but that I should really just do it online. She didn’t give me the chance to state that it was under a guest order, and that I could tell her the amount and last four of the card used, before hanging up on me. Dunkin has horrible customer service, in general, but, this was over the top rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Placing the responsibility on the customer to call multiple times to get a refund for something they didn’t receive, is ridiculous. Guess who else works a 8-5? Everyone. I dont have time to chase down my money and they intend for that exact eventuality.

I can't get no ice. Is that a pain?Seventy cents or more. I refuse to pay 41 quarter cup of coffee in the rest.Ice. So I drink a lot more at home, make my own. By duncan's coffee once to twice a week now, instead of like 4 or 5. Times a week. And just this big a problem is they can't get it right half or more of the times when I order. Probably make out better.At hiring someone older and paying them more..

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the customer service experience has been consistently disappointing. The employees taking orders are often rude, rushing us through the process and speaking with poor mannerisms. It feels like there is little regard for customers, even though we are paying for both the food and service. On top of that, despite being hurried through placing our order, we were made to wait at curbside pickup because the order wasn’t ready—only to receive an incorrect order anyway. This isn’t an isolated incident; it has happened to us numerous times. I sincerely urge management to prioritize customer service training for their employees. A little effort in this area could make a big difference in the overall experience.

These people here can't perform the simplest task, like adding sugar to your coffee when I requested it or correctly make a sandwich with the correct protein, but I blame them too much at the store level. I blame the regional and district managers for, obviously, not supporting the store managers. This is one of the reasons so many stores are clothing, people are done with such terrible customer service.

The place is run mostly by teenagers with very poor management. The manager is not properly trained and is a liability to the franchise as a whole, as she has been breaking labor laws and putting the store at serious legal risk. I hope the company steps in before this affects customers and staff even more.

Ordered NO CHEESE, Light mac sauce... Grill slip says exactly that. Saw the cheese, so I took it apart to scrape off the cheese and extra sauce, and there was a day sticker labeled "SHREDDED" stuck on the cheese!! I mean, not paying attention to the modifications printed on the grill slip is one thing, but how can you not see that there is a big white sticker in the lettuce when assembling my sandwich?!?!? Please pay attention while making other people's food, especially if you are getting paid and it is part of your job! Things like that are considered contamination and can involve the Health Department. Please take your jobs more seriously and pay attention while working for your customers' safety and well-being. Greatly appreciated.

Ordered a simple order that took 20+ minutes. The amount of lettuce they "threw" on each sandwich I received was not anywhere close to the enclosed picture amount. I spread the lettuce pretty evenly between the 4 identical sandwiches. It was slower than molasses in lobby, yet 7 people in back rushing around for online orders and the only saving grace was the single person in lobby cleaning the local vicinity near doors.

What can I say…. If you’re okay with getting attitude for no reason, having items forgotten or incorrect and if you like your food to be wrong each and everytime, I highly suggest this place 10/10. Regardless of the time, you WILL get something WRONG or they’ll forget something. Each and everyone of them looks like different levels of stoners so you should expect that right? WRONG…. We placed a ONLINE order meaning at NO time were they rushed by us AND at all timers could they read the receipt of said order. Not only did they add EVERY SINGLE THING I REQUESTED OFF but they gave me a plain top bun???? How tf do you mess up a BigMac??? It’s a staple and you have me a PLAIN TOP BUN??? Then no one was behind us by the time we came around to get the forgotten items the lady at the window mad at us like IT WAS US WHO PACKED THE WRONG ORDER??? They literally only making money cause Wendy is also fumbling the bag but honestly they’ve messed up my last 3 orders at different times of the day so at this point it’s just the location. And if I sound mad… I AM. My first meal of the day and it got 3 issues like bffr 😂 in conclusion, thanks for the pickles I didn’t eat, thanks for the cheese I’m sensitive to, thanks for the extra lettuce and empty top bun, thanks for all the forgotten sauce and for making a quick online order pick up a 40 minute hassle. I appreciated every single minute of this lesson at learning patience.

This place is so going downhill. Ordered a vanilla milkshake and when I was handed the milkshake I noticed that is was too runny. Showed the girl at the window and she said "I don't know what you want me to do" and proceeded to close the window and walked away. WTH is wrong with the service these days? The manager in this place should be fired because attitude reflects leadership. This one on Lancaster Avenue in Reading , Pa is probably the worst one of all but to be honest, McDonalds in general has been getting worse by the day. I won't be doing McDonald's again. Too expensive for the quality and service. They actually suck.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from the drive through and was asked to park and wait for my food. I went in the store I was told the employee couldn’t find my car and that’s why they didn’t bring my food out. Then on top of this, they stuffed multiple sauces for my chicken nuggets inside of the large fry container instead of filling the fries up completely. My wife was so upset she started laughing in disbelief. This McDonalds location is an absolute disgrace and I will not be ever returning here again.

It was okay. Better than most I guess. Looked like they messed up my burger and just scraped off the wrong toppings though. But I got everything I paid for so there's that.

Order kids meals on the app. I did not see there was an option for drive thru vs pick up inside that is my fault. But I had asked in the drive thru if they could do it since I had kids and dog in the car. The person said no and made me go inside after he looked at me funny and told me I had to pay more money. I went in they didn't give me drinks or nothing. I had to go elsewhere for drink for their kid meals. I have had issues before and I keep telling myself to not go back. This time I have to stick to that.

Me and my friends were waiting in line for a pierce the veil concert and we went in to get coffee and use the restroom. The workers were all extremely rude making comments on our appearances and the way we were dressed. None of us were dressed inappropriately. I was just wearing a sweater and jeans and so were a lot of people they complained about. And then they told us paying customers we weren’t allowed to use their restroom while cussing and yelling at us. Multiple people in line complained about this same experience with them today. It was cold outside and lots of us were in line for hours we just wanted a hot drink and to be able to use the restroom but the workers were all incredibly mean and disrespectful about it

This is a homeless hangout. And the workers are rude. I sat in a chair watching the counter for my food. One of the flamboyantly classless woman said to the other while making eye contact with “ I don’t know people gotta stare”.. first of all you aren’t much to look at and ya work at Dunkin the guy “me” isn’t looking at you but rather I am making sure a homeless person doesn’t run off with my food while I am not looking. I will never stop here again. Lancaster Ave is ghetto too. North 5th by the stadium is the only decent location I been to in Reading

I Was told not to order from this location due to them ALWAYS forgetting or messing an order up, but unfortunately doordash is assigned to the closet location. So I didnt have any choice but to hope for the best, and of course I was disappointed. Order 3 specific Specialty donuts along with a big order and all 3 were NOT included in my delivery. complete careless employees at this location.

Still a five star place! But my iced coffee was kinda watery and definitely did not have sugar in it like I ordered...hopefully it won't happen again...

The people who work here don't know how to read. Every single time I order door dash or Uber, my order is wrong, missing parts or hasn't been prepared correctly. Do NOT order from them for delivery

The morning shift I always seem to have a problem they are rude and talk back they got my order wrong multiple times and the manager was kind he understood what had happened and fixed everything.

the staff members don't care about talking to you they care more about talking to outsiders that making your order right

We LOVE the employees at this Dunkin. They all know us because we visit A LOT. They came out with a brown sugar espresso which we love, however, when getting a large, half way through the drink it turns to practically water. So with that we thought, let's just ask for less ice. We were told because of their required measurements it would be less. Ok we thought it couldn't be that bad. This is what we got. The owner or Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves. We literally live 3 blocks from the place and we have decided we may have to go somewhere else. Its a shame cause the employees are terrific. Not their fault.

Nothing is ever toasted when ordering from the app. We always go back, hoping it will be different, but it never changes. Doesn’t matter if you specify toasted on a bagel with cream cheese, it will have the cream cheese on a cold, untoasted bagel. The last time I ordered a breakfast sandwich, I took it apart when I got home, toasted it, and it was 1000% better. I think I’m done. They’ve regularly forgotten parts of our order and act like we are completely putting them out when we ask for it. I’ve worked both retail and food service, so I know it’s hard, and we’re nothing but polite, but my patience has run out. Do better Dunkin’. I was excited to have one so close but we’ll go somewhere else from now on.

The service is almost as bad as the food. The donuts taste dry and grainy, the coffee is always bad, and “toasted” apparently means “burned”. At least the food isn’t out of date. I hope.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced here. Short red hair girl and a dark hair tall man. They do not belong in the custom service portion of this company. Got both my moms and my drink screwed up and then proceeded to give me an attitude and the man argued with me that my cup had light ice when it was literally more than half full of ice 😂, I’ve gotten light ice every single time and that air was an ugly way to treat me over requesting light ice after asking several times for it. He then took it back inside dumped ice and a quarter of my drink out and handed it back to me. DISGUSTING!! Usually I’m not one to care and usually just say it’s okay and take it and go on my way but there was an attitude at the very beginning and that after proceeding to yell at me? Crazyyyy.

By far the worst Dunkin around by far. They are pretty much closed up 40 mins before closing time zero coffee. Young kids working mostly, don’t know to blame them or management.
