Decent portions, great service, great food and a very nice atmosphere, are the reasons this breakfast restaurant is a favorite. I visited with my family and decided to give it a big thumbs up. There is only one set back: PARKING is very limited. Server was amazing, but I didn't get her name. I loved the theme... would you send me a t-shirt if my pictures reach 5,000 potential customers?

We had The Hungry Owl, omelettes, a breakfast sandwich, and bacon, with plenty of coffee refills. Loved it all, especially the bacon! The atmosphere was fun and traditional diner, with regulars bantering throughout the meal. We will be back!

Fantastic diner experience. Good and plentiful coffee, delicious food, welcoming atmosphere. The food punches above its price-point and although the place is cash-only, an ATM is helpfully placed in the foyer.

I love breakfast and brunch and it is the perfect place for me. The food is so good and its service is even better. Their breakfast is huge so if you are very hungry, it is the best way for you to make yourself happy.

First the good news. My Greek Benedict was outstanding, with the best poached eggs I've ever had. There were two options for the sauce, and the waitress talked me out of the cheese sauce I wanted and into the hollandaise. She went so far as to bring me generous samples of each. Now the rest of the story. It wasn't busy, and we were there for over an hour and a half - we weren't lingering. There were long waits for a greeting, then to order, then for food (which I never mind), then to get the check, then to pay the check. "Beans available on request," according to the menu, a Lowell tradition that I discussed with the waitress at length and clearly requested, didn't appear. When our food came out and I reminded her, "my beans are coming, right?" her reply was a simple "No." My wife and son described their food as average and their iced tea as awful (but only later). I love that these places still exist, throwback diners, and I'll probably return, hoping for a different waitress.

Four Sisters Owl Diner was such a gem! The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere felt like home. We loved it so much, we went twice during our trip! If we were locals, we’d be regulars for sure. Thanks again for the great experience!

Was recommended this coffee shop by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. From the pressed sandwiches to their lattes, everything tasted incredible. Also didn’t pay an arm and a leg for it. The portion size of the sandwich was plentiful. Now I’m wishing this was my local coffeehaus. I definitely would be a regular.

Persuasian sandwich on an everything bagel! Brew’d is the best, one of the few places that properly toast a bagel when you request it toasted. Staff are friendly, food is delicious, and the cafe drinks are absolutely delicious. Check out the seasonal items for limited tastes.

Very good espresso; served in mugs as I prefer it. The server informed; they bake their items daily. I enjoyed a corn muffin and it was they way I expected. Texture and sweetness as Caribbean style. Very nice to my taste.

The matcha lattes here are the best I've ever had. I recently tried the strawberry cheesecake iced matcha latte with my sister and it was so delicious!! I definitely recommend

One of the best coffee shops that serves some of the best lattes out there. Matcha lovers would also love to hit this spot and grab some matcha lattes as they are also quite good. Everything seems fresh here so far and its a great local owned buisness. Pricing seems fair as well for most items. They also serve pressed sandwiches here.

Ordered thru DoorDash. Food and drink was good but I would really appreciate if they secured the drinks a little more than just slapping some tape over. /:

Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! A must stop if you’re in Lowell! It’s rustic, priced reasonably, and overall, an amazing piece of history!

Old school trolley that's been serving sandwiches out for a very long time. If your from the lowell area you most definitely had one of the boot mill sandwiches. These sandwiches are just what you need after a night out to make you feel normal again

Our bedroom window overlooks the diner; we could probably throw a ball and nail it. We've been here for almost a year, but hadn't visited the diner until this morning. Walking over just seemed too easy and nothing on the menu makes you feel like it's a "have to" experience. We've been all over New England and nothing seemed to feel more like Massachusetts than Arthur's. It's family owned and operated and that's apparent through the door. If you grab a seat at the bar, you'll see first hand how smooth that operation is. Service is fast and friendly even in what must be a high stress environment. Atmosphere is super cool. From the outside you can't imagine how they could possibly prep and serve full meals, let alone there be space to enjoy them. ..but there is. We got bootmills. My girlfriend with sausage, mine no meat. It's egg and cheese and potato. They'll ask you if you want mayo and/or hot sauce. She also got a tea for a buck. The whole deal was $15, cash only. Big value here. Simple food done really well. If you're not on foot, the Joseph Downes parking garage is a block over. $11/day to park. No bathrooms on site. Without having visited all breakfast joints in Lowell, I might still say that this is the best one.

there are still thousands of these restaurants across America. most are cheap food for comfort. 50 years ago you could go out to breakfast get a meal most people were fine with that now its time for the next thing

An old fashion American dinner next to the cotton mill factory. I throughly enjoyed my experience here, a run down dinner with a family members running it. The Menu covers an all American breakfast, omelet and sandwiches. I had the American breakfast with eggs potato and Turkey bacon along with raisin toast and strawberry jam. Egg cooked as requested and the food was delicious. Sat in a both while watching the show between the guys in the kitchen and the customers interacting together with laughs in between. Average price of the meal $8 and it was perfect and the size was the right portion not ab oversized American breakfast !!

This diner is definitely a must go to! The food was really great and not expensive. Atmosphere was definitely not something you see every day nice trolly style dining. This is a CASH ONLY place so future visitors know. The staff was very nice and I have to commandate them I witnessed something that I know in some other diners the staff wouldn't do. 5 stars and definitely well deserved.

Been coming here since age 14, owners have come and done, Arthur and Dot, but the food still keeps the place going . Great people , delicious food and The Bootmill sandwich. Try it all and you won’t be disappointed

The baked bread smells amazing from outside of the restaurant and is what "drew" us inside. It's a small family style delicatessen- soups, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, smoothies, desserts, etc. It was a large conference in town so it was a little overwhelming for them to process but they did well. The food was decent and the prices (especially for desserts) were amazing. Worth a try.

Everything is spectacular at Purple Carrot. The desserts are to die for, especially the cookies, I love the breakfast cookies. The Buffalo flatbread pizza is one of the best I've ever had. It has chicken and sausage on it, plenty of cheese, the sauce is great with a decent kick and the dough/crust is a 10. They make some of the best bread in the state and I'll argue that all day long. I pick some up for every family event and everyone raves about it. You need to try Purple Carrot Bread Co for yourself.

High quality, made with care. The olive& rosemary bread is 👌👌 so good. Tuna melt stuffed with Tuna. Tastes great. Short rib panini is super tasty, melt in your mouth meat. Both sandwiches come with a noodle salad, garlicy heaven. I don't know if they have it on their menu but I'd buy a tub of whatever sauce they put on the noodles. Croissant with jam filling. The croissant its self had a delicate sweetness and fruity flavor. The jam inside was delish, not overly sweet, tasted housemade. They clearly put a lot of work into their food and it pays off. Cute interior.

Too often will I order avocado toast from a place and the avocado itself will be under seasoned, or not at all. The avocado was perfectly seasoned, the poached eggs also perfect. The Cafe itself needs a remodel ..but if we're talking food alone it's a 5 star joint.

We grabbed advacado toast and a caprese panini. The toast was fine but the panini had two extremely thin mozzarella you could barely see it and one slice tomato I was disappointed confused on why they chose to sell this sandwich also extremely oily which I could live with that part but sadly I literally ended up with with oily toast. Dont know if I'll try this place again but I knew my aunt likes this place so yea she was shocked

Great vibe and the couch is the best spot in the house! got the brie/apple/fig jam panini...was great, just a bit too much on the sweet side. side of macaroni salad was decent, just bland. my friend got the cobb salad which was good. also tried the vegan fudge balls which were so good!! overall, reasonably priced and will be going back!

was waiting for a pizza on my lunch break and heard a guy coughing very grossly from the kitchen area. not just a simple cough, but hacking very loudly and it was enough to make me never come back. counter lady was great and food was delicious but now I’m worried I might catch something from whoever was coughing all over the place. if u don’t care abt things like that then you’ll like the place cuz the food is good it’s just that 1 thing enough for me to give a bad rating. didnt learn anything from covid, SMH.

Found this awesome little cafe while waiting to kill some time. Highly recommend for a great meal and awesome service. I got an omelet and had zero complaints.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I asked for a fried egg over medium and that’s exactly what I received. I got a large hazelnut iced coffee and it’s delicious. They brew the coffee hazelnut rather than adding flavor shots which is great. The two ladies working the front were fast and friendly. I thought the price of $10 was very reasonable for what I got. I’ll definitely be frequenting this establishment.

Absolutely delicious! First time I ordered from here I got the star burger for lunch... SMACKIN! Ever since then this is my go-to for breakfast or lunch when i'm working in Lowell. Pictured is a build-your-own omlett: Ham, Swiss, spinach and onion. Your choice of toast (wheat) with homefries. With a side of bacon. Large ice coffee in background.

Very nice atmosphere, small thoo.. but the food was pretty good. The French fries. Yum all day long.. delicious.. egg rolls samosas. Mmmmmmmm

I used to spend a lot of time here in college, and even now a few years later, the food quality is still the same-hot and fresh, and the bubble teas are even better! My personal suggestions are the cheeseburger, buffalo chicken, and crab Rangoon eggrolls, and a Taro bubble tea! If you really want to impress your coworkers for Friendsgiving or a get-together, order the eggroll platter! It will easily feed 4 to 5 people and maybe more if it’s just an appetizer. Although they are addicting!!

One of the best bubble tea places in Greater Boston Area. The bubble tea is awesome and the staff is so friendly and courteous. My favorite is passion fruit. The egg rolls are also very good. Have tried many of the flavors, my favorite are steaks and cheese and crab rangoon

With over 16 types of hand made egg rolls, bento meals, amazing soups, Bubble tea, Vietnamese coffee and homemade desserts; it's no wonder the super popular Eggroll Cafe has been serving people for 18 years. I love their soups but this time I had to try as many of their egg rolls that I could, including the samosa, the taco, the curry chicken and Peking Eggroll. I also got their Supreme beef Bento and a pina colada boba. Next time things on my list are, without a doubt, going to be the housemaid Vietnamese coffee, handmade macarons, and Thai Green curry. It's my favorite local breakfast spot. Awesome vibe, service makes me feel like family, food is always terrific. My favorite is the full Irish breakfast. They go through great lengths behind the scenes to make sure everything is top quality. They use real maple syrup, not corn syrup like most places.

The most incredible omelette I’ve ever had. The eggs were cooked perfectly, light, fluffy, and balanced with the rest of the ingredients. Home frys are perfectly cooked as well. Best diner I’ve been.

Brought my daughters out for breakfast. Tried to go to the owl diner, but they didn't want to wait. Glad they didn't. This place was great. We all really enjoyed the food. And the staff were incredibly friendly.

I'm a big fan of the Mill No. 5 sandwich they have, but sometimes I'll just get a simple bacon egg and cheese and my choice of bread. No matter how complicated or simple the food item, they put their all into it. The service is great too. It pays to eat local ❤️

I recently visited Club Diner in Lowell and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home. The menu offers a wide variety of classic diner foods, and everything we ordered was delicious and served hot. The pancakes are a must-try—fluffy and perfectly golden! I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the diner was. The Easter Morning’s cook was disappointing. Ordered steak medium. But, was given rubber. “CASH ONLY” no problem but, their ATM wouldn’t accept our bank’s debit card. Was quick to give a check but had us sit there for a while to get a to go box. Because the waiter was too busy talking to regular customers. I walked in and the place just had a weird smell. Definitely need a clean up inside had to leave even without eating because of the smell. Had a weird yellow fix by the door need to definitely clean/renovate this place

This was my first time trying fitzys with my daughter. The place was small and cozy, the service was great. Everyone was friendly and the food was fresh and came out fast. It was a nice place to go for some quick good priced breakfast. It looked family owned which was always good to see. The dedicated hard work and love they put into running it warms your heart. I had 2 eggs with white toast bacon and home fries. My daughter had French toast with a side of home fries. We definitely will be back to try other things. I liked that they had specials on the board as well.

Went for breakfast because of the great reviews. The food was horrible, undercooked scrambled eggs, burnt and raw tasteless home fries, bacon was scooped out of the fry pan with all the grease. The toast had black crumbs on it like someone ran a dirty knife. so awful. Would never recommend or go there again. For $28.00 +tip there are too many good places. Lesson learned read the bad reviews they are closer to the truth! Just awful.

Breakfast is always on point whether I am inside or I grab it to go or delivery. Especially the breakfast sandwiches and the benedicts.

my sister and i went here this morning. the decision was last minute since vic’s was closed and we had never been here before. for context, my sister and i are brown skinned asian women. the second we walked in the environment was off. it’s not just the staff but it’s the other customers who eat there as well. it was almost as if everyone was disgusted by our presence and we weren’t welcome. our waitress didn’t make eye contact once, not a single smile and barely spoke to us aside from taking our order. when we did speak to her it was a nod or she would put her finger up. there was no greetings or goodbyes. the cook was the only employee who greeted us as we left which we appreciated. for this place to be located in lowell.. an extremely diverse town with a high asian/cambodian population. continuing to see and experience this treatment is distasteful and under no circumstances acceptable.

Something I tend to do after traveling is go out for breakfast the day after I come back. So I chose a tried and true waffle house I've been going to for a good 20 years. Only once did I have a bad experience, but every other over the span of two decades far overshadowed that singular time. I went from only ever ordering pancakes, to their waffles, their eggs, their fresh squeezed orange juice, among other choices on the menu. Nowadays, I'm a sucker for an eggs benedict. The server told me I should try the spicy hollaindaise and god knows I will probably never order it any other way now! Thank you for being a big part of the local community, love your food, so glad to see this place still thriving.

Vic and his family have a great establishment, that is always buzzing with energy. Food is on the top tier side of diners/waffle houses. Worth the trip if you're in this area.

As a tourist, this is an absolute must try! Food is delicious, crispy waffles, the best bone-in chicken in a waffle (try their gravy as well) , and hearty portions—but what truly made the experience special was our server’s warm smile and welcoming attitude.

Amazing is an understatement. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. Friendly staff and delicious foods. It's in the name, get a waffle. Perfect spreadable butter at the table and perfectly cooked corned beef hash. Well done Vic's, until we meet again.

First time coming here because we had a wedding to go to and let me tell you the wait is worth the weight you will not be disappointed in the service or the food. The quality of both deserve more than 5 stars

I first visited this restaurant about seven years ago and had a bad experience — the fruit cup I ordered had moldy blackberries. Seven years later, I decided to give it another chance with some friends, but it turned out even worse. The service was awful. Our server dropped off the food and walked away immediately, then placed a check without saying a word only 5 minutes later. She never checked on us once. When I asked for water for “us”, she only brought one glass. The coffee cups were tiny, and we had to wave her down for a refill. One of us ordered decaf, but she poured regular coffee for everyone. She didn’t even bother to check what she had written on the notepad, which was already sitting on our table with the receipt. Our meal was also missing a side dish, and we had to call her over again to fix it. The worst part was when she reached between my arms to grab the check while I was holding my coffee. I didn’t expect my personal space to be invaded at a Waffle House. She even took my saucer while I was still drinking — incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we stood up to leave, just a few steps from the booth, she rushed over to grab the receipt. It really felt like she only cared about collecting the checks and getting rid of customers. The entire visit lasted less than 30 minutes, and it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had in the U.S. You still have to pay for the experience, even when it’s one you’re completely unsatisfied with. The food was also disappointing — the berries on the French toast was actually a sugary berry compote, not fresh fruit. I wish the menu was clear about that.

We were driving back from an overnight stay in Manchester and discovered this diner while searching for some breakfast. This was the most AMAZING experience we’ve had out to eat in a VERY long time!! My husband was skeptical because parking was minimal and we had to wait for a spot to open up. Then he saw the crowd of people waiting to be seated…..(Which I thought was a really good sign!) he said “we should probably find somewhere else” But I said let’s just see what the wait is….We were greeted by the sweetest woman who took our name and told us 15 minutes, but we were seated in 5! Had a seat at the counter and Jeanine immediately greeted us to get our drinks and take our order. She gave us impeccable service the entire time!! We had a great view of the “behind the scenes” action and let me tell you, as my husband and I are both former restaurant workers, we were IMPRESSED at how smoothly this place runs, everyone in sync with each other and cranking out delicious food nonstop. We get our food and OMG SO GOOD!!! Everything from the fresh juice to the Belgian waffle to the homemade corn beef hash!!!! We mentioned to them that this was the best breakfast ever and Vic himself came over to greet us and thanked us for coming in. Although we live about 2 hours away, we will absolutely be back!!!

I waited too long to visit Cameo Diner. I’ve lived in the area for years and finally made it to this mainstay diner in the Lowell area. Family owned and operated, Cameo has been part of the community for years doling out delicious, hot food while keeping that diner charm alive. Food was fresh, hot and had great flavor. Coffee was perfect. We sat at the counter until a booth opened up and were quickly waited on. We ordered the following: Eggs Benny(classic) Blueberry pancakes Omelette Jennie’s home fries The eggs Benny was so good, simple but lots of flavor. The Jennie home fries were wicked good, with onions and jalapeños and came out piping hot. My husband enjoyed his omelette and the blueberry pancakes were stellar, nice and fluffy. It took too long to visit but now it will be a breakfast staple!

The Cameo is a well established food staple in the Merrimack valley ! The food , the service and the atmosphere is great. Best Irish Benedict around and if you want to indulge get the kitchen sink omelet. The owners and staff are the best people and always pleasant.

This place is number one on the diners list hands down. And the services is unmatchable. Wished they had a dinner spot how good the good is.

Classic, authentic diner atmosphere with tasteful, modern updates. Family business run with great pride in their food, setting, and history. Great omelets, grilled potatoes, and they serve the famous Cote's Beans, made at Lowell's 100+ year old, beloved Cote's Market in the French Canadian style (not traditional Boston Baked Beans because they have no molasses or sugar). Comfort food breakfast so true to the old style you will think you are back in the day!

Food was very good! Would definitely come back by. Friendly staff. It does take a little while for the food to come out but the food and service with a smile was with it.

Came to eat here for the first time. The diner was closed, so my boyfriend and I stood under the awning outside trying to decide where to eat instead. It was raining out pretty hard so we wanted to stay covered. The guy behind the counter who was closing up came outside and asked if we "planned on standing there all day". I said we were looking for somewhere else to eat. He repeated, "I asked if you planned to stand there all day". Not sure why he was so incredibly rude but I certainly won't be back. And I'm leaving my first negative review. Ever.

I asked for a simple request, which I asked for other branches 10s of times and always were more than ok. I told they guy I need small coffee in a medium cup and he refused???? This bad service.

Food i did not get the opportunity to experience as I was verbally attacked by the coffee maker behind the register upon entering the establishment. The service I have recieved there was absolutely unacceptable. That same masked woman with the audacity to verbally attack paying customers also aggressively ripped the chair I sat beside in an effort to put me in fear so I would leave there. The place is not well maintained there is trash all over the floor like the coffee makers they have behind the counter. This woman works the early morning shift is maybe in her early 40s and still to this day wears a mask even 6 years after covid requirements suggested this. I assume it's so she can treat her bosses paying customer's less then the trash that she wouldn't take the time to pick up off the floor, she walks on while she's ushering paying customers out of the door with threats of harm and intimidation tactics. This is not typical to encounter in any place of business nor should any consumer anticipate inappropriate treatment of paying customers by staff even if you are a cashier at dunks your not exempt from that standard of consumer care.

Staff here are on a different dimension. Had to wait 10 minutes in line when the place was almost empty. . 20 minutes later they tell me "we are waiting on the muffins to thaw out'!!! Can't just say we're out. It took me 25 minutes to get egg and cheese in an empty restaurant.

No drive thru at this Dunkins but the lady working by herself early in the morning was super nice and made everything correct. I would recommend!!

I came in this morning and had such a horrible experience. While the cashier was very polite, the person around the counter making coffee was extremely rude. She had blonde hair and bangs tucked into her hat with a face mask on. She repeatedly made negative comments about my perfume and said it was making her sick. She kept saying "who ever has that perfume on it is too much, I am going to throw up, oh my josh". This is not the experience I'd hoped for as a paying customer. This behavior was inappropriate and completely embarrassing. I really do hope management addresses this situation and hires better staff. This is not acceptable, started my day off badly and as a result, I will not be returning.

Busy place. Very good service especially when it seemed they might have been understaffed. Really wish they would carry Chocolate Frosted Cake Donuts. They never seem to have them so I typically settle for the Double Chocolate Cake Donuts. Also, would be nice if they also had chocolate milk.

The food and service at Dragonfly are excellent. They offer a fantastic gluten-free menu, and I’d honestly love to come back and try everything on it. However, during my visit, there was a “free mic” style event happening, and unfortunately, one of the speakers began by telling the audience to leave if they felt uncomfortable with what she was about to share. That approach didn’t feel very welcoming or inclusive. I chose to stay and simply focus on my meal, but the atmosphere shifted noticeably. This was my second time dining at Dragonfly, and I truly hope this was an isolated incident. I appreciate the space and the food, and I hope the management considers how to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all guests moving forward.

What a fabulous cafe! Tucked into the first floor of this exchange building the Dragonfly Cafe is worth seeking out- especially if you are gluten sensitive! The atmosphere is SO chill with undercurrents of warmth coming from the staff. A wonderful place to pop in or hang for the day! The avo toast (without the spicy stuff for me) was the perfect size and super tasty! The ginger turmeric tea was delicious. The baked goods looked drool-worthy. I will definitely be returning to try a bowl or smoothie. So glad I found this spot!

Life Alive + Capital One cafe vibes. Came here for a quick breakfast on the patio, and it ended up being a solid find. It’s probably the only spot in this part of Lowell with a nice setup, and honestly, one of the only gentrified-feeling corners of the area. Inside, it’s spacious and inviting with plenty of couches and tables. For a relatively new café, prices were surprisingly reasonable. We tried two of their toasts and the Uplifted Bowl. The bowl was the best thing we had here. It was very reminiscent of the warm grain bowls at Life Alive. Seasoned rice, raw cabbage and carrots, and that familiar peanut sauce combo. The toasts, though, were underwhelming. Signature avocado toast was just smashed avocado on a piece of pretty mediocre toast. No acidity and heat (could barely feel the chili crunch). Tasted more like a hotel lobby version of avocado toast. The Banana Toast was even less appetizing. Not sure if it was the cinnamon powder or just the heavy smear of peanut butter, but it was extremely dry. The honey and cinnamon probably pulled out even more moisture, turning the peanut butter into this thick, paste-like spread. The bananas helped a little, but I still ended up picking off the toppings and leaving the toast behind. Still, if you’re in the area and looking for a spot to chill, get work done, or hang on a patio, this is one of the better options in Lowell. Just stick to the bowls.

Thanks to the kind, efficient service, I always have a great time here. The events, in addition to the clothes and book drives, are fascinating. Whether you're planning a weeknight or weekend getaway to Dragonfly Cafe, they are the perfect complement. You won't be disappointed with a Dragon Fly dinner because it is nutritious, balanced, and plentiful. Making your own bowl gives you a lot of leeway. It doesn't matter if you're searching for baked items made in house; they make fresh food every day. Stop by this hidden gem whether you're in the mood for a quick bite, a cup of coffee, or a meal. Rest assured, you won't be sorry you did it!

Had a great experience here. The space is vibrant and inviting, there’s plenty of different seating options to suit your needs, and the food is amazing and fresh. I built my own bowl which had white rice, mixed greens, roasted sweet potato, cucumber, bacon (which was unreal), and a sunny egg with chipotle aioli. 10/10. A friend of mine got the Revitalized smoothie which is pictured as well and was really good. Definitely coming back here!! UPDATE 1/31/2025: The motivator sandwich is small, not very well seasoned, and nothing comes with it, very disappointing for $10. The chai was watered down and not great. I got the renewal smoothie which was good but for $11 the size is a little ridiculous. Dropping a star for this visit but I’ll be back again.

Food and service were excellent. I love the concept of celiac diet. Having a bunch of Gluten Free options sounds like a dream to me. I only downside to 3 starts for atmosphere because i didn’t feel welcomed by the people that goes to Dragonfly, however, I do not care and will go back to try their whole menu, but maybe I will take it home instead of eating there, that’s all. I had a sandwich BLT, and a Habibi salad, total was almost $30. Again, really loved the food and service!

I know pulling out a tape measure is dramatic but I needed you to have a visual, when I tell you this is the smallest sandwich I’ve ever eaten I’m not kidding.. literally 3 inches haha and for $11 that’s wild.. I’ve come a handful of times and each time wasn’t great. The first time I waited 15 mins for my iced latte (that’s the only thing I order) even after ordering ahead online 15 mins prior. While it’s cute inside, I don’t see this place lasting. Their staff isn’t the best either and customer service is poor. They tried responding saying that it’s because of its gluten-free bread… This is the first time that the bread has been so tiny and I’ve ordered the sandwich several times they are just making excuses for poor service and quality.

Horrible location. Avoid at all costs. They ignore you when you go inside and wait at the counter. Their computer systems at the drive thru always seem to "go down" yet it still lets you place an order. The staff are rude. If I could give a negative, I would. Their is no way to complain to the manager when inside because no one even acknowledges you are at the front register

Franchisee hasn't reached out in a week to resolve major issue. Dunkin corporate is useless. Told me it's the franchisee who handles refunds and they don't deal with this. Corporate doesn't care about their customers and this is not resolved. 250 points to resolve this? Lol, I spent $10 on something I never received. Im reporting the busienss, it's ownership, and dunkin to the proper regulatory agencies and going from there Had worst service imaginable today!! Considering never visiting another dunkin ever again after today. The absolute worst experience I ever had. I placed order for drive through at location. Was told to wait and I was fine with that. 20 minutes pass so I finally go inside after being told my order doesn't exist. 3 employees working. 1 was a madman. He was absolutely raging and screaming in the restaurant about everything. I was ignored after initial response. No communication between the parties obviously. Awful communication and awful employee conduct. I paid around $10 for my order and want a refund because it was never made or collected. It was never made. It was never given to me and I wasn't staying another 20 minutes at this toxic location. He was the worst employee a franchise could have. Im a business owner and would never treat a customer like he treated me. I left without my order. As a veteran of the United States Navy with severe PTSD, I hate confrontation so I decided to stay calm, cool, and collected. I didn't want to enrage him further. The franchise should be shut down and training should be mandated. State regulators should not give this business a license to operate until they know how to interact with the public. 1 star.

Lastctime am visiting this location.. Rude server who couldn't get a simple order right. Kept repeating back thing that were never ordered and got salty when corrected. Not what I needed first thing in the morning.

I went to order a coffee for myself and a strawberry passion fruit for my daughter the young man repetitively tried to sell me a golden something instead. When I got my coffee it was wrong I politely asked for a remake. They did . Then after I listened the young man and lady bad my uth me to each other so I told the young man , I come here to buy things as a customer, not to listen to someone talk trash. Horrible service from those two, which is sad because I usually have such great service.

Horrible, came through the drive thru around 12:30 asked for an ice coffee extra extra, and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and there was no cheese on the bagel, and when I went inside the lady whose name was Theresa gave me a rude attitude when I approached about the situation and what had happen, I had the food and sticker from the bagel, but yet still decided to say I was lying and had a problem with the situation. I know it’s hard working fast food, but at least don’t have attitudes with customers who are proudly paying for their food.

The best Dunks in Lowell . I travel every single day. I pass 2 other Dunks in my area. Though I know Amanda an her crew make everything to perfection. I do not have to go back, they get it right the first time.

I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. They are always extremely friendly and so kind. Usually always the same workers, so I look forward to getting my drinks from them. I hope they get some recognition for their great customer service!

This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The staff are always so kind and somehow remember my order and me even though I’m a fairly new regular. The food is also so good 😭🩷

I ordered a large coffee and three bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wraps around 12:30pm. The coffee tasted fine, but the wraps were all somehow both burnt and filled with pockets of ice. It's understandable nauseating taking a bite of food only to have a pop of cold water wash down your throat when you're expecting hot egg.

I always make sure to visit the Dunkin' on Gorham Street in Lowell, even though there are several others in the area. The team here consistently goes above and beyond to make my breakfast just right. From the perfectly brewed coffee to the delicious sandwiches, I can always count on them to get my order spot-on. Their friendly service sets this location apart, and I truly appreciate how they help kickstart my day with such great food and a positive attitude. Thank you, team, for always making my mornings better!

First off, I get there after a long day of busting my arse at work at the union labor department and I come to drive to McDonald’s hoping to enjoy a nice dinner. Well that didn’t age well enough. I get there and order my usual meal and then I saw I had a coupon and went to order the coupon of the free cheeseburger that my mama earned for me for my birthday. I order it on the intercom and the guy responds saying “give him the free version of the cheeseburger.” I thought nothing of it. I pulled up to the window and the dude hands me two bags, one of them noting a very insane amount of oil pillage at the very bottom of the bag. It neatly broke as I grabbed it. As I open it, the cheese burger bun was SOAKED entirely in oil. I’m talking wet back type of oil. If I wanted to eat oil for dinner I’d go down to the union oil department. I’m writing this so no one else gets discrimination for free McDonald’s coupons. I’m here now with a bottle of Tums and diarrhea with a giant pimple forming. Thanks a lot

This is the worst place to go and get food! This is not my first review or issue with this location! The customer service is horrible and they can never get their order correct! And when you do receive your order it’s like someone already stated to eat it and all the food was cold! Really wish someone would either close this location till then get the right management team cause the employees and management strait out don’t care about the customers at all or the money we spend their! I rather take a longer drive to another location than to get any of my food at this store! My husband got this food this morning for me and it was ice cold and look like someone had there fingers all in it I ended up throwing all of the food away wait of money that we don’t have to keep throwing away cause of their carelessness! Def don’t recommend This location at all!

They’re in such a hurry you can’t understand a word they’re saying and they rush you through the drive thru so fast I have no idea how much I’m being charged or what order I’m receiving. There is no service it’s just taking money and throwing food at you through the window. I know I can’t expect much from McDonald’s but this location stand out as poor service. I will however say the food was hot and I certainly received it quickly

My review is only because of this guy Manfred. I order my food the restaurant was very busy and many was complaining that food was late. I waited 30 mins then I decided to ask about it, Manfred was very attentive, he went right way to the kitchen looking for my order, when he found my food, it was cold already, he kindly changed my fries to a fresh fries. While I was eating noticed he checking on some customers, making sure the order was good, cleaning tables and attentive to the balcón as well. We need more people like Manfred.

My wife ordered a pickup order and sent me a screenshot of the pickup. Brought it and showed the manager, he insisted it was a drive through order. I told him it wasnt, called my wife and verified it wasnt. Then the woman at the register started saying that I had to have the phone that put the order because it has to be "within radius" for pickup from the app. Honestly she didnt sound like she had any idea what she was talking about. You dont need your location turned on for the app, so how would they know you are within the radius anyways? My wife has ordered before and Ive picked up for her on the way home. I even tried to ask to just cancel the order and reorder right there, and that was a process too apparently. Absolutely insane, just ended up leaving.

I didn't expect to walk into this McDonald's and saw so many Vietnamese people doing their morning coffee chat, it make me feel like when I was in Vietnam. It does bring back so many childhood memories. Love it.

Stopped in late afternoon. Restaurant was clean, employees were pleasant and love the addition of food being brought to your table when you "eat in" The hottest French fries I've had, very good and not too salty.

I go to this location 3xs a week. Service was good on most days. Some was very happy and some can be very moody. Today wasn't a good experience. I made my order ( drive through). My usual order are 2 cups of hot coffee. Before I can finish, I was about to add 1 more thing. She cut me off..so I was like ok, I'll just ask her at the window. Nothing big. When I did, she said, make you sure you ask while ordering so we don't WASTE OUR TIME! Her tone. How rude was that?! I wanted a medium size empty hot coffee cup. Mind you, she was the only person working and only 1 car behind me.

I love Death Metal. I listen to very loud music every time I come to this drive thru. It has never once stopped them from providing perfect service. They wait until I turn my music down and they take my order PERFECTLY

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and they gave me a 4 piece nugget instead. They still charged me the chicken stripe though. Of course I didn't see it until I got home. Who wants to to turn around and drive back because people can't be bothered to pay attention. The last time I went to this McDonald's, they gave me a Big Mac instead of a Quartet Pounder. I don't understand why it is so difficult to literally read an order from a screen and fill it. I wish I had the luxury of being this bad at my job. If I make a mistake, someone could die, but these people can't even distinguish between a chicken strip and a chicken nugget. This is the last time I will ever go to this location.

I have been to very many McDonald's locations, and I rarely have a bad experience at them. Except this one. I have a bad experience every other time I go here. They regularly fill sprite with just carbonated water. They do this REGULARLY. They almost always take so long. I got really bad food poisoning from here once. Took me over a week to recover after losing over 10lbs.

The place is very nice and well kept. The rooms are large, but there are no controls to set the room temperature. It wasn't hot out (about 55F/12C), but my room was too hot to sleep. Even with the window open all night it didn't cool down. Also, they only give you two pillows, which were flat as pancakes. We arrived on Monday when there restaurant is not open, and there is nothing else close by to get anything to eat.

They changed managers and have since had poorer service. Things like missing items for mobile order or replacing items with smaller value items. More recently and specifically, I had a mobile order code that I told to the drive-thru Cashier, and their response was we don't have that code come to the second window. I get to the second window and then they proceed to tell me that I never told them the code and to go back around. The cashier did not admit to saying that he didn't see the code and told me to go to the second window.

Service is unbelievably slow. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a shake on the app. I entered the building as soon as I got the notification claiming my order was ready and then waiting an additional ten minutes for my food. If I wanted to wait I wouldn't have ordered fast food.

Bad service had ordered 2 snack wrap meals got to the window only got 1 then said we hadn’t ordered but somehow gave an extra drink so they made me pay again for the snack wrap meal but where was the drink I payed for with the meal??? Make no sense don’t work if you can’t do your job correctly.

Rude, scrappy customer service, waited to be acknowledged and to order, no one looked at me, or said they would be with me shortly, walked out. Never seen such rudeness. Maybe I am the wrong color skin. Never coming back ever.

Staff is friendly, but sometimes get the order wrong It seems like there were options in the app that the folks in the restaurant are not familiar with, like explaining what low-carb is So if you’re used to getting things a certain way through the app, this may not be the best for that

Whomever decided to hire these people is on a mission to tear this place down. 15 minutes and not one car moved an inch. The same people at the front already got their food and just talking to their friend working there. No wonder there has been an overwhelming 1 star. The dirty parking lot look like a third world war zone.

First off I sat in line for a half hour, waited 15mins to order , I get to the window I had to repeat my order back I then get my food my mozzarella sticks order of two one is missing , the fries for a meal I paid not in the bag . This location is disgusting and does not even deserve 1 star. The food is completely inedible always cold and never fresh. I don’t understand how this location remains open. My burger feels like rubber is paper thin and can tell it’s been sitting out for a good amount of time.

Most of the Dunkin I go to, they solved the issues. This Dunkin on Dutton St. The employee needs to get train on Dunkin App. I have receipt showing I order on the go. For some reason, the ticket didn't show on their end. Not, my fault, I have my proof and they didn't care. He was rude, he needs training how to talk to customers.

I ordered veggie cream cheese spread on a croissant. After I left and opened the bag found out they gave me avocado spread, and there was no plastic knife to spread it with either.

1 star is too generous. Suppose to be open 24/7. Just walked in got ignored by every single employee was not greeted the place is a mess 4 homeless people sitting outside shooting up. There's packs of ciggerrettes lying around on the counter 3 differrent kinds.. just never coming back. The woman in the pony tail was rude and the greasy kid with the beard just looked at me and the wall at the same time and walked away.

I ordered a whole half dozen donuts and a strawberry coolatta, I only received the coolatta thsi is the second time this has happened to me, the uber delivery guy said they only gave him a drink. Everytime I drive there myself they always out of donuts make it make sense. The workers don’t want to do nothing.

Surprised to see Ronnie's review posted two days ago, as I experienced the same thing today. Ordered Latte today but didn't taste any milk/cream. A few hours later, I experienced a headache and stomach hurt.

Horrible service. Yesterday I went here and both my drinks were made wrong and I forgot my Sandwich when I came back to get a refund The manager was not there so they told me to come back in an hour. When I came back in an hour they tried to tell me I couldn't get a refund that they would remake my stuff. I did not want my stuff remade. Then the employee who made the food tried to tell me that I took the sandwich twice. So they were accusing me of stealing food that I purchased and never received. Then I told the manager I want my refund. You can look on the camera if you want to to see that I did not get my food. The manager then apologized and gave me my refund. But it is just so ridiculous and very upsetting that I had to go through all of that. I will never go here again .

I don't usually review places after a single visit, but this was ridiculous. I ordered two muffins and two omelette bites. It took a full 3 minutes for the two women working to start making the omelette bites even as I stood there with nobody in line behind me and only one mobile drink order being prepared. They were two busy talking, both to each other and on the phone. The woman who heated the omelette bites handled her phone with the same gloves she touched my food with. I'm not even that much of a germaphobe but phones are generally gross and hers was all over the food prep area. I won't be back.

stopped by here yesterday for a breakfast sandwich and some coffee. 6 hours later my stomach started to hurt really bad and I ended up with food poisoning. whoever was handling the food that day was being very careless.

Ordered an iced macchiato with extra espresso, an egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, and a double chocolate donut. What I received was iced milk with one espresso shot, an egg and cheese on a plain bagel with burnt cheese, and a donut variety I’m unfamiliar with. I didn’t place a very complex order.

I bought iced coffee one morning. It was really iced with coffee but not coffee with ice. Because the cup was already filled with ice when they come to add coffee, caramel, sugar and cream. 🤣🤣🤣 Besides this, it's a quick run in run out place for your quick desserts and goodies...

I waited 34 minutes for a medium coffee, a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel, and a donut. They also charged me for three sausage egg and cheese instead of the one I ordered. There was one non rude staff member, no one got the orders correct. Horrible service.

I missed breakfast this morning, so I decided to support the bagel shop at UML instead of going to Dunkin Donuts like I normally would. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. What I like was how there was more than just a few sprinkles of bacon. It is a little more expensive than Dunkin Donuts, but you get more out of it. I would recommend, if your looking for a good bagel.

These ladies deal with some of the highest customer volumes I’ve ever seen. Every hour there is a line down the hall, and they consistently rock it. I was in a line of 50+ people and I still got my bagel in 15 mins (even though the bagels were on the way out of the oven). Management and employees are incredible.

About a year ago I wrote a review regarding the rudeness of staff but have since had the complete opposite experience with different (I think new) staff members. Haven't seen the rude ones in a long time so I don't think they work there anymore. The current staff couldn't be nicer, even when they're getting slammed with customers. Highly recommend, especially if you're on North Campus. They have almond milk for those who can't or don't want to consume dairy.

Worst bagel shop ever. None of their items taste good. Long wait times, and do not go after noon because the bagels aren’t even fresh. Always ask for extra cream cheese on bagels and shots of espresso on coffee but seem to never get it. They do not care about customer service. Such a rip off for students especially!

the food is adequate, when it comes out correctly. ive had back to back days where my order has been wrong. how does one forget to put an egg, in an EGG sandwich. theres maybe one employee who actually cares about the quality of the food being put out. if my order is going to take 15 minutes to come out, it better come out correctly.

Service Here Sucks! Waited about 15 mins in line to refill my mug. Then when I suggest to open a second "express" register the employees lash out at me, calling me "privileged" and" not special". They tell me to take my problems up with the manager. How unreasonable is it to want to get coffee quickly that is already made and waiting for refills! Not to mention they were all out of regular blend and the hazelnut tasted like ASS! Terrible service and coffee. TL;DR DON'T GO HERE

It's good, they have a couple different types of hot coffee. They are usually pretty efficient and can get through a line pretty quick as well. I still wouldn't go there when classes just get out though.
