We had MN Nice cater our wedding in November 2024. Our food was WONDERFUL! We had pork roast, beef roast, with roasted baby red potatoes, glazed carrots, and a side salad. The meat was extremely flavorful and tender, and their herbes de provence sauce is incredible. We had a variety of cupcakes, the caramel cheesecake cupcakes were a huge hit! We got so many great compliments on the food from our guests. We worked with Danielle, and she is fantastic. She was so easy to work with and was very organized. For our couples cake, she made a turtle cheesecake that was to die for!! I highly recommend MN Nice for any catering needs that you may have.

Short wait to be seated, comfy dinning room, Good service, for being steady busy she was good. Food was really good, pancakes so yummy. Good hot coffee I would recommend to try if your looking for breakfest .. im sure the other meals are good too :) will be back to try next time!

Have eaten here several times on our way to MI. I love the Irish Benedict with their in house made corned beef and my husband had the special that day. This place never disappoints. The staff have been working there for years and work like a well oiled machine. Service is always with a smile, orders come out quickly and hot. The portions are large and the coffee is good. What more can a person ask for.

Recommended as the place to go! The wait had me curious, however in the end the food was pretty ordinary with the exception of using wild rice mixed in with normal food. Not terrible but knowing what I know now I would not wait there to eat. Nice trying something different.

Always a must stop when I’m in Bemidji. The wild rice pancakes are absolutely delicious - and filling! There may be a wait on weekends, but it’s worth it!

Incredible, made-from-scratch eats. Everything from the coffee to the cakes to the eggs were put together with the love of a mother. Didn’t have room to give the Hummingbird cake a try, good chance of my eyes rolling back in my head followed by a solid blackout so I couldn’t take the risk. Id recommend bringing a strong family member and a stretcher along because the portions are quite hearty. I pert near left in a body bag, but that won’t stop me from coming back! Also, great story about how the owner fulfilled her lifelong dream of owning and operating a popular cafe. Love to see and live the American Dream while it’s in action!

Quaint Cafe. Order at the counter. Coffee is good. Atmosphere is great with lots of windows...a nice place to meet a friend and grab something delishous to eat. Yummy muffins and sweet breads. Breakfast/lunch. Rotation of local artists displaying on the walls. Not sure why the food and coffee was served on a paper plate and cup. Would recommend.

Wild Hare Bistro is definitely a rabbit hole you want to go down to discover outstanding food with unique wholesome food with depth in flavor. Because the cook's /owners have previously worked at Concordia Language Village a multicultural Camp here in Bemidji area they bring a diverse palate from around the world to this little Bistro which anchors a strong "Artsy" groove. Open for breakfast & lunch and sometimes special occasion for art showings, specialized dinner events. Staff are always welcoming and provide a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a family-friendly food experience inside or out on the quaint little patio. Wheelchair and handicap accessible. Nursing Mom Friendly & an open and accepting atmosphere for ALL walks of life. And an absolute awesome choice for vegetarian/vegan choices from hummus plates, Veggie wraps & sandwiches & wild rice salads! Like other cafes and restaurants they also host art showings on a regular basis participating in Bemidji 1st Friday Art & Sculpture Walk. ☆☆☆☆ four stars because they do need a little bit of updating on some of the decor however it's easy to forgive considering the exceptional taste & quality of the food.

Food was alright, nothing too special honestly. Not bad, but average. The baked good I had was super dry and not very good for something that is normally moist. Drink was good.

The Wild Hare is a nice, authentic place. The style and atmosphere seems sincere and old style, which is really unique and is not something I've seen a lot of. The coffee is really good, and not crazy sugary. The staff are nice and seem to be hard working, especially since it can be a busy place. If you like good coffee or want a place to have a good sandwich, try this place out!

This was a pretty run of the mill breakfast spot. But to be honest, I was expecting more then average out of a cozy little breakfast restaurant that I just dont see around that often. I would like to start with the service, the easy low of this experience. Both the lady at the front desk and our waiter were purely passionless. There is no other way to say it. Our waiter never really checked on us more then once and the lady at the front desk looked like she was about to fall asleep putting my money in the register. I know it may be unfair to expect more, but I feel like you guys would want your customers to have high expectations of your restaurant if you want to be successful. The food was pretty good, decent rates on that all around from our group of 4. The main negative of the food experience were the eggs. They were so cold I thought I was going to get a brainfreeze. I probably owe this to the 25 minute wait. Otherwise, I suggest the country sausage biscuits. Overall, I am still searching for the 'perks' of eating at 'perkins', and I will hope for a better experience next time around. I have had better, but I have also definitely had worse (I am looking at you double j cafe)

First off the restaurant was really dirty, garbage in the corner. There were seven of us and they shoved us in a booth even tho there were plenty of tables they could’ve pushed together. Took a while before they came and asked us about drinks. When we ordered food, we read exactly off the menu, and one of us asked for a steak medium well and it was the rarest steak of the other two, who asked for medium rare, the mashed potatoes were really dry. The macaroni and cheese was basically colored noodles, really dry and no cheese. The waitress seemed like she really didn’t want to be there at all. The bathroom also was a little dirty and no toilet paper. The music was really good tho.

Lived in Northern Minnesota all my life. Perkins WAS always good Food and service. But WOW today and past few times the Food quality and service (especially) has diminished greatly since our first encounter and experience. I ordered breakfast ham & cheese omelette mine came with no cheese on the inside and a sprinkle on the outside. I come back because they used to be really cheesy not just a flat. My husband ordered the “tremendous twelve” but got the “Really sad eight” - Pancakes never arrived. The past 3 times they have missed his pancakes. We each ordered coffee 10-15 minutes waiting for coffee and the thermos arrived with 2 1/2 cups. We waited our entire time there for our server to come back by to let her know about the pancakes and needing fresh coffee. We didn’t see her until she brought us our bill after about 20 after we had already finished and have been waiting for coffee or pancakes. So I guess I wanted to share that the food we received in the service we received was just not what we expected time after time from Perkins but is apparently the new standard. I suggested from now on we just go someplace else since this was our third time actually not getting pancakes and receiving poor service. So we’re going to go to Lazy Jack’s next weekend for breakfast. My husband said “Less food and less service - is not a good formula for keeping repeat customers”. I declined the past few times to say anything about the poor service and quality of food, but I feel now that if I don’t say something about it it’s going to continue (not for us - we made our choice) but for others who hope to have a good experience “going out for a meal”.

Cold, dry food. My husband's banana nut muffin was so dry, he could barely even taste what it was. We informed the waiter (young male), and he only offered butter to go with it. He didn't seem to care otherwise. Our pancakes were cold enough that none of the butter would melt. We mentioned the muffin at the register, and they didn't care either. He managed to eat 1/4 of it. The gravy was super salty, way more than normal. It looked strange as well. We aren't picky people, but this was a waste.

We stopped at the Perkins in Bemidji, MN. We were seated, given menus. No one came for a beverage order. We waited 20 minutes. No server came. Three staff were standing behind the counter at the till on Their phones. They said nothing to us when we walked by to leave. Horriable service ! We went elsewhere to eat.

We picked Perkins to have a late lunch . The door hostess never spoke to us. She took us to a booth gave us our menus and walked away. Waited 20 minutes for a server which never showed up to take a drink order. There was at most 10 people in the restiraunt. I observed 3 servers standing behind a counter all.on their cell phones completely ignoring us. We got up and walked out. Stay away if you are thinking this is good service we have traveled alot and this was by far the worst service ever.

My family came into the restaurant for an early dinner on the way back from the lake… we were served drinks immediately and then the waitress didn’t come back for 45 minutes…. My family is still in the restaurant…. I had to ask for the waitress to come back to our table to take our order. Then it took 45 minutes to get the food…. My food was cold.. I mean cold. Not like warm…. I told the waitress and told her to forget it and walked out. My wife and son were so hungry they stayed and ate their meal. Not sure if they charged me for my meal or not. They took the order of 3 other tables who got their food and ate it and left before we got our order taken. I am not a complainer but Holly smokes… my wife just came out and said they took my meal off and gave her a a 20% discount… not enough…

This was one of the worst meals of my life. I ordered a Cobb salad, poutine, pot roast and mushroom Swiss burger. The Cobb salad use deli meat instead of actual pieces of chicken/turkey Mac & cheese that I ordered with my pot roast was Kraft mac & cheese I had no idea a restaurant would dare to sell such a thing . Pot roast was overcooked and had no onion Tanglers. Burger was overcooked, bun was stale, and there was barely any mushrooms on the burger Protein had no gravy. It was cheese fries with bacon and they threw cheese curds in there. No balance just a big pile of grease Look at the photos. It's absurd I pickup my food and ate it within minutes of picking it up but they did make me wait for 15 minutes for my food to be ready and the guy was pretty rude This is cafeteria level food for 60 bucks with a 20% off coupon

Good meal. Service was quick and friendly. They also had a salad bar and soup area you could partake in, I believe for an upcharge. I got the Ribeye Bourbon Steak, and it was delicious! Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience today! Kyeleigh was my server and a delight! She was super friendly! My food was cooked too perfection and delicious! I even found a little heart speed shrimp on my plate! It's the little things that make me smile!

Food was great, wide variety for good prices. Service was also excellent. Atmosphere is nice and quiet. Definitely will go again and recommend others to go here!

This place is disgusting to say the least. Stopped in for a birthday celebration at 4:30 pm on a Friday. Walked in with a party of 11. Stood at the podium to be seated for at least 5 minutes while the workers stared and whispered like they’d never seen people before. Finally someone asked how many of us and when we said 11 the panic set in again. They scurried away to clean and set tables. Keep in mind there was only 2 other patrons in the restaurant at the time. Why weren’t the tables already cleaned? Once seated we had our drink orders taken and delivered. Now we sat for at least a half hour to get our food orders taken. Placed our orders and waited another 45 minutes to get our food. We were all finished with our drinks by now and we’re not asked if we needed refills. All of our entrees were cold and not edible. Kraft Mac and cheese? What the heck?! Cold fries, cold and overcooked onion rings, limp lettuce and undercooked bacon. Add to this our waitress never asked questions like what sides we would like, what kind of bread for our sandwiches etc. By all appearances it looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work nursing a nasty hang over. $150 later we left with most of the food still on our plates. We are local and have frequented this establishment for many years, not sure what has happened but I would recommend you find somewhere else.

Waitres spilled my cheese curds and made the comment, well I guess I owe you, I was over charged for my meal and no credit for the missing cheese curds. They fixed my check and it was more that before. Tried it a second time and service was about the same and the waiter was plugging his other job to everyone he helped. The hot beef had the skin from the gravy in it and the beef was dry and over cooked. Had to ask for refills both times

This place serves very good Anerucan diner food. Nothing fancy but the portions are ample and the price is reasonable. This is our main place to eat when we're in Bemidji. The hours are great and so is the service.

Red Stu is a restaurant that specializes in breakfast and brunch fare. Here you’ll find pancakes, French toast, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, etc. The food was solidly good, but nothing too special. The staff was very friendly, but the service a bit slow (by the time we sat at our table to the time we left was a little over an hour). The atmosphere was chic and classy.

Ordered Jeff or Jeds cajun smash burger. Was a little overcooked and not very spicy. Burger had a really crispy crust on it. Nice flavor in spite of being overcooked. Smash burgers were a little thick too. Price at $17 was (sad to say) reasonable for a place that sells Corona in a bottle for $7. Also got a laugh out of the Boys to Men signs outside the bathrooms.

Wonderful warm atmosphere to enjoy a hearty, dellious breakfast. Our waiter Nick greeted us immediately, with great service.. portions every generous, warning the cinnamon rolls are huge, a meal in itself. great location for couples and friends to enjoy a great cup of coffee, in a quiet cozy enviroment. WE will be back, bringing a couple of friends to enjoy all that you have to offer. Special thanks to Nick and the great service he provided.

We stopped in here for the reviews were good. We were seated right away. Waitress was friendly and took our order. I ordered a side of hollandaise. What came out was a cold, gelatinous, solid glob of nothing that resembled hollandaise. The waitress didn't check on us at all nor did she offer refills. Food was so-so. Cute atmosphere though.

Excellent service and fresh delicious breakfast perfectly prepared. Raspberry jam made in house is perfect for dipping your toast. Out of towner and they remember my name and order after just three visits. Coffee is awesome and somehow always ideal drinking temperature at every pour.

We stopped here for brunch on the way down from fishing on the weekend up north. We selected this place because of its high rating, and also the pictures of their excellent looking food. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and heard the chill. Dad Rock and had a really wonderful server named Nick, who despite being slightly new, was very friendly and an extremely gracious host. He made our breakfast drinks, and was a joy to hang out with. The food was also fantastic and filling! Really enjoyed the Magnum bloody Mary, easily, one of the largest bloody Marys I think I've ever had.

i get the same thing every time i go, and every time i'm given the exact opposite. i always order a bacon quarter pounder, no pickle/mustard/ketchup. i pay extra specifically for the bacon. and just about every time, without fail, i get a plain quarter pounder (no bacon), with no onion and tons of ketchup, mustard, and pickles. just about every time. support does nothing no matter how many emails etc i send. i know its just mcdonald's but when this has happened 5, 10 times, it gets really old. attached is a pic of my "bacon quarter pounder with no mustard, ketchup, or pickles"

I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Bemidji. I used curbside delivery with a mobile order and still waited over 10 minutes for a single McChicken sandwich. When it was finally brought out, the staff member looked irritated and clearly didn’t want to be there. The sandwich itself had a smashed bun and just looked thrown together, like no one cared at all. The prices have gone up over the years, but the quality hasn’t. There’s no real dollar menu anymore it’s just overpriced items and “deals” that only give you a discount if you buy two. Bring back actual dollar menu items that cost a dollar. The one positive is that they have public restrooms, which is useful if you’re just passing through. But honestly, unless you need a bathroom break, I’d skip this location. The service is bad, the food is overpriced, and the experience doesn’t reflect what McDonald’s used to be.

They don't listen to your orders , big difference from apple slices from fries happy meal , when receiving the food the employee didn't not say a word when handing us , just looked at me and nodded , that's it . What ever happened to saying welcome to McDonald's and thank you come back again. Very disappointed . That's why I don't give them my business very often.

How in the world do you manage to mess up 2 hamburgers. Both came with cheese, almost no ketchup or mustard, and one pickle each. The amount of times I've seen this here it's ridiculous especially for how overpriced it is. Not to mention they came barely warm.

Today was super busy and the service was slacking and the food was just thrown in the container. Time to step up guys and gals at this location when it gets busy or otherwise we may not be coming back.

Good food, but the place was messy - almost every table was messy, and the workers were not too busy. The workers didn't know the difference between a caramel macchiato hot and/or iced. We hope the night manager makes things right.

A friend and I made two separate orders for drive through pick up. I ordered two five dollar meal deals online. One of them was with the mcdouble and the other with mcchicken. We were repeatedly being told they didn’t have what we ordered; I had proof of my online receipt. We eventually recieved an order. They gave us a coke instead of a sweet tea, none of the nuggets that belong in the meals, no sauces, and they forgot items from my friends meal too. I understand it is a busy holiday, but I should receive all of the items I paid for. I haven’t had any issues before, so I don’t know went on tonight.

3rd time they’ve accepted mobile orders during operational hours but are actually closed for staff reasons. I get it, labor issues are out of your control sometimes. But when you come in the next day and ask for either a refund or the drink and the manager hands you a “guest relations” card in response and tells you to jump through some more hoops, I’m good. It’s an 8 dollar drink, just give me the drink, or 8 dollars. Plus just generally a rude manager. Won’t be coming back

This is our first time visiting a Caribou coffee. We were helped by Linda- who was extremely helpful and friendly and offered recommendations as well as explained things on the menu for us. Inside the shop is comfortable- they have plenty of indoor seating. There’s even a cozy fire place inside. We ordered two hot medium caramel high rises from here. Delicious. I hope during our road trip we can visit more Caribou Coffees to try different flavors. We’ll miss being helped by Linda though :) ☕️

I live 62 miles away, and getting an iced coffee is a treat for me. I have gone there 2x in the last 2 weeks, and both times, they were closed! I have been a loyal customer, but it looks like I will be jumping ship and making Starbucks my coffee shop. 10/10/24 UPDATE: Caribou left a response to email them, and someone would get back to me, so I did, well.......no one has contacted me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by their lack of customer service. It shows how much they care about their customers!!

The customer service and the quality of the coffee is amazing! I love caribou and will continue to go to caribou coffee. Best coffee around. Others don’t come close to the taste and quality of this coffee.

Our local Caribou by the freeway is the best Caribou in town, possibly the best and most reliable coffee as well.

Big Apple Bagels has some of the best employees ever, they're service is so magnificent, the staff there are so kind Henry is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he goes out of his way to help anyone. Trenton is a very good worker and is very kind to customers. My overall experience was amazing and I will definitely be back!

Stopped for lunch today. They were super busy but they were all energetic, smiling, and getting orders pumped out fast! The woman at the counter was helpful and polite to everyone. The food was delicious and it didn't take long for me to get despite being 5th in line!! A+experience as is the usual for BABS!!!

I have never been disappointed by this establishment. The food is great. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is light and they even have a free book exchange inside.

This morning is my first morning here at Big Apple Bagels. There is a lot of traffic through here as I sit and wait for my Northern Omlet breakfast bagel. It smells delicious in here and there is definitely something about this little nook. Now that I've had a chance to taste my breakfast bagel, I know that I'm going to be back for breakfast and coffee again soon.

2024-06-23 food was standard diner food. I had the sausage and cheese omelet with pancakes. Omelet was good, really cheesy if you like that. Hash browns were done well. Prices were reasonable.

Nice restaurant. Food prepared well. They serve thick cut bacon which isn’t my favorite but was still good. My wife said her pancakes were great.

Restaurant was clean, and seats were comfortable. Had breakfast…eggs were a perfect basted medium. Hashbrowns were delicious, and my husband's veggie omelet was cooked to perfection. Waitress was really sweet. And the coffee was exceptional too!

I really enjoyed coming here and sitting down for a wholesome meal. The staff are nice, and the food is a great value. Wasn't too busy when I came so we got our food pretty fast. I got the sausage omelet and it was great, with buttered toast and perfect hashbrowns.

Took ten minutes to order even when there were no other guests in line ahead of us. Man who took our order seemed rather angry, and food took a while to get to us as well. Walked in at 5:30 on a Wednesday to get food before work, and ended up being late :/ Id recommend the other burger king in town over this one but sadly neither are great

I have never gotten my food in less than 20 minutes here. Even being the only person inside and ordering a single sandwich. Today I got 2 sandwiches which was a mistake because I waited 40 instead. Just go to Qdoba if you end up in this building. The like can be out the door and you’ll still get your food 10 mins before bk.

Worst experience at any Burger King ever! 1. Waited 10 minutes for food (while it waited on the rack and no one to assist me) 2. Fries were cold and unsalted. Asked them to salt them and still tasteless even after as well as the 2 rodeo burgers I’m not from this town luckily, so won’t EVER have to deal with them again. Waste of my money 😡

This Burger King location is incredibly inconsistent, which is unfortunate as I have had good experiences here in the past. Recently they have made bad food. The employees also don't seem to give a darn, which seems to be the cause. I ordered a Kind Sourdough plain and they gave it to me with onions on it and burnt buns. I asked for them to remake it and they gave me the back same sandwich with onions still on it. A simple remake or a properly made sandwich would have really made it fine. And though it might be minor they didn't have ketchup either.

Sat in Drive Thur for 25- 30mins, noone came and talked or took the money until after the food was made. Just to watch the closers have no gloves on making our food, screwing around, yelling back and forth to eech other. Not even about the food. I was watching and listening to what they had to say and do. Not to impressed! About it all. Will not stop there again!!

This is the worst run burger king I've ever been to. Completely useless untrained employees, tried to give me the wrong change, then gave my order to the car in front of me, whom held onto it for roughly 10 minutes b4 employee came back out, gave him the wrong order again then tried to give me what I had ordered that had been in another car for 10 minutes. I will never give any business to this location ever again. Shameful...

There was grease on the floors almost slipped. The workers were on phones and not being professional. Place was dirty and some one walking in kitchen with there hair down. Don't think was working . Every one seemed confused. I have worked in the food business for manyyears. Will never go there again. Just ordered ice cream and had to wait to long.

It’s a normal McDonald’s. Fries were warm (clearly not fresh) and service was very slow— we waited 10 minutes for a McChicken to be walked out to the car. The lady delivering the food looked that the hard a rough day and was not happy to bring food out to us.

Wrong burger only one Pattie when I paid for two no cheese, the fries were cold soggy and unsalted food was packaged wrong terribly. I am concerned that the fries were not cooked properly. Do not eat here. The service I received was unruly.

Employees are great. But pricing is not visible until you pay for it ! A small shake and med fry over $9.00 ridiculous ! If you noticed owners never respond! 🤬

They let a guy who was caught smoking in the bathroom stay in the building with kids around. We were a high school softball team trying to enjoy food after a game and this is what we were met with. I’m disappointed they let a bum like that stay for as long as he did in a family restaurant. He was scratching and grabbing himself and being overall disgusting. Very frustrated with the workers lack of persistence to get him out. Made our coach be the one to call the police and eventually get him out.

Our fries were limp and luke warm, seemed reheated half way through. Chicken sandwich was soggy. The play place was utterly disgusting with food spilled on the floor, tables all sticky and dirty. The women’s bathroom had poo stuck to the side of the toilet & smelled bad. This poor resident needs new management.

The building was disgusting - the bathrooms, tables, floors, everything. I don't even want to think of how disgusting the play place area most likely is. They also forgot the medium fries with our order but quickly gave them when reminded.

What happened? The portion size is a joke. Why are you even making these? It’s just tortillas with a hint of meat and cheese. This was the last time for me. Grow up or close. Do you think people won’t notice? Also you couldn’t fit one more ice cube in my cup. This is a slap in the face for a $13 lunch for one. Bring back the taco trucks.

On the evening of "National Burrito Day" (4/3/25) I placed a mobile order a Six Pack & A Pound, a Kid's meal, and what should have been a free Meat & Potato Burrito (promotion). I didn't have an opportunity to fully investigate my order's contents until I got home & no physical receipt was attached. When I unloaded the bag, the complimentary/promotional Meat & Potato Burrito was missing. I'm upset & dissatisfied that order that ought to be easier to read/fulfill was delivered incomplete & I'm not going to drive all the way back to the restaurant to try pleading/justifying my case to them after they made the mistake.

They took my order quickly but I waited for almost 10 minutes for the 3 for $5 Street Tacos. I chose steak but they have a pork and chicken option also. I still gave four stars because I wasn't in a hurry and I knew my tacos would be fresh. And they were. They were really good! The only thing that would have made them better, in my opinion, would be more cilantro and a salsa verde. They have very hot green sauce but I don't do "very hot". I will eat these again! The girl that took my money and gave me my food was super friendly and smiled the whole time. I always appreciate that.

Store was not crowded and staff kept the area clean. Staff is courteous. Had the 2 for $5 Fiesta tacos. Very good!

Been told by many to not eat at this taco johns but people are very very wrong every time we come to bemidji we eat at this taco johns and it's always perfect great excellent management makes sure the customer is very well taken care keep it up will always stop by when in town

Coffee was amazing! I wasn't sure what to order when I pulled up the the outdoor menu. A gentleman asked if I would like a suggestion and I said I love Hazelnut but I didn't see anything hazelnut on the menu...he said no problem we can do a hazelnut flavor! I ordered an Iced hazelnut latte! Delicious!! I ordered 2 muffins and wasn't crazy about them but I'm picky! Friendly staff at the window! Overall 9 out of 10!!

What a knockout on every level! Tried the Holy Cow sandwich…and holy cow was it good! 🤪 Horseradish sauce was outstanding, caramelized onions were amazing—perfectly toasted bagel. Safe to say, hubby and I both enjoyed it! We also sampled the wild berry macaron, chocolate eclair, and raspberry cream puff. OMG so yummy—not too sweet, and just expertly done! We are very full and definitely had some happy food dance moments. Glad we stopped! Oh and peeped this little cutie in the bathroom! 🐭📚 I think every place needs a hidden book mouse now! 💕

My husband and I love prelude! Our favorite food item is the flyers wrap! It’s the best! I love the vanilla iced latte! And the donuts are incredible! Our favorite donuts is the glazed! Definitely recommend! Your life will be changed after you have the flyers wrap!

Rothers did an amazing job on my son’s birthday cake! It was delicious and the design was awesome, would recommend them for any of your baked good needs!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Rothers Just Deserts is amazing. Lisa took the time to sit down with us while we tried flavors and really got into detail to make exactly what we wanted. I know we can a little more complex design than the traditional wedding cake and she completely knocked it out of the park. Thank you again so much and we cant wait to stop in next summer on vacation for some treats for the road. :)

We have a child with food allergies and they were able to provide an excellent dairy-free cake. Highly recommend!

Soft opening February 5th for the Bagley location! Gorgeous interior! The breakfast croissant, latte, sugar cookie and caramel roll all get 5 stars! Barista knew how to make a specialty coffee! Better than Starbucks. Highly recommend checking out Bagley’s new addition to the business family!

One of sandwiches was burnt. My wrap was still frozen in the middle. And all the cashier said was do you want me to put it back in? Like wow. I come here often and I have never been treated so poorly. Get better staff.

I go to Dunkin' every week if not every other day and I'm always happy with it! The people who work there are always nice and I've even gotten a free drink a couple of times! Service is typically pretty fast unless of course you go when the parking lot is packed but that's not the worker's fault. I'm sure my dog would also give 5 stars, he loves the pup cups!

We spend about $40 on our group’s afternoon snack. The service was honestly awful. The cashier didn’t greet us, wasn’t able to keep track of what we ordered (had to ask us 6 separate times to repeat the entire order), and didn’t seem to care at all that she was inconveniencing us. We waited 10-15 minutes for the workers to make our sandwiches AND they had asked us what sandwiches we ordered AFTER paying 4 times. The floors desperately needed to be mopped and the restroom was disgusting. Three young girls were working without a manager and they all stood around doing nothing but making themselves personal drinks. They made me two ice coffees instead of one, and yanked the “wrong one” out of my hand when they noticed the problem. They forgot our donuts and we had to specifically ask them for them after being in the store for 25 minutes. There was no one in the drive through or in the restaurant so there is no excuse for this service. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. I’m really disappointed. Idk what happened but Nothing has been cleaned, the ice cream display was dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. Honestly, the cleanliness has gone straight to hell. My boyfriend and I didn’t even bother ordering. Even behind the counters were just as messy. Wasn’t worth the risk of ordering.

I had a cake made for my son's birthday and not only was the cake super cool looking, the baker/designer called me personally to make sure everything was made as I wanted. Nice Job

Ordered ice cream cones. Smallest cone and scoop I’ve ever seen. Should have taken a picture. Asked them to dip in chocolate. They dipped the top 1/2” of the cone. Up charge was 2.29. Total for the cone over $8.50. Maybe 3 bites of ice cream. Total ripoff. Will never go back.

I love this location and the people that work there. They remember your name and your drink and always go out of their way to make sure everything is exactly how I like it. Especially when it’s pumpkin season! :)

This Burger King used to be the best for my family who are vegetarian, to get dinner on the way home. We still grab food, but the quality of the food and wait times have gone down. The employees are extremely slow with their service with no urgency, and are sloppy at assembling their burgers. I went today, and the sauce and cheese on my burger was missing. There were little to no onions and lettuce, and it took extremely long to even get our food. My family and I are extremely disappointed in this establishment. Do better.

Bemidji MN. location, the cashier looked past my son and I when it was our turn to place our order. She looked at the man standing behind us and took his order. Even after he told her we were ahead of him. So we ended up placing our order on the touch screen thing. Even had to grab ourselves the condiments because she refused to hand us sauces and our cups. We never been treated the way we did a few days ago. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The food came out absolutely disgusting, bread was moldy. The windows were smeared wirh fingerprints and god knows what else. The parking lot was littered with garbage. Numerous flies buzzing around. Not to mention that the bigger lady (assuming shes supposed to be a higher up manager) was yelling at a shorter guy with glasses and black hair (think he's the restaurant manager) in front of customers and belittling him. Not sure what kind of owners you have to let this happen but we will not be returning here and will be reporting to the health department for the moldy bread. Do better burger king.

The restaurant is clean and the food was well prepared- which are the two most important factors to me personally. The service was subpar. I approached the counter and the employee behind the cash register completely ignored me and stood there scratching her head- not making any eye contact. Finally another employee came out, stepped in front of her and took my order. He was pleasant. The soda machine was unfortunately out of most popular brands and only had lemonade, root beer, and iced tea. There were no signs indicating this and the staff didn't let us know prior to ordering. Would I return? Yes. No staff member or soda machine will come between me and the Impossible burger.

Interesting. There were 3 customers in the whole place. Figured we'd get our food quickly. Nope. My son got his order right away but I stood there drinking most of my soda, listening to the 3 counter workers chat while they just stood there doing nothing. No idea how many people were in the back cooking. Now, 35 years ago when I worked at a Burger King there was no way the manager let anyone stand around goofing off. "If there's no customers then there is ALWAYS cleaning to be done." Prices have also risen a bit too high. Not much difference in prices between fast food places and places like Perkins or Country Kitchen. Maybe we'll try to stick to the drive-thru.

Website states they are open until midnight. Sign on their drive through window says they are open until midnight. I was there shortly after 11 pm and sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes No one took my order or responded to me.

Placed my order for a large drink got to the window gave them my card and they swiped my card and said 18.50. I only order a drink so I had to wait 45 mins to an hour to get my refund. giving me all the excuses in the book about why it took so long give my money back. Never going back again.

Great experience. The best service and it’s always clean.

Lauren and Alena have been so helpful the last few times I have been into Caribou! When they ask how my day is going, I can tell they mean it! Both of the girls have also given me new recommendations on new drinks to try!! Great customer service from all of the staff I have encountered!

I wasn't a coffee drinker, but I am now! The staff was so helpful in helping make a decision. Coffee isn't my forte so the barista Lawren chose for me and it was amazing! I will most definitely be returning when I need a special treat. Helpful staff, great coffee.

Everyone who works at Caribou is super kind and respectful! I’ve had a huge pleasure working here and would recommend this Caribou to anyone :) Will definitely be coming back and visiting lots.

This place is great everytime I come in before work Lena and Lawren make my drink just how I like it. Helps me get through my shift. Great customer service from very helpful baristas . Can’t see how anyone would have a problem with those nice gals..
