One Street Down Cafe, a charming eatery nestled inside an adorable cottage, offers delightful American breakfast and lunch options in a serene setting. With a patio for outdoor dining, this quaint establishment serves up scrumptious dishes such as eggs benedict with daily-changing varieties, accompanied by home fries. Their French toast is made from thick slices of cinnamon bread that are battered and grilled to perfection.
We sought this restaurant out because of the good reviews that said they had great gluten-free bread. They weren’t kidding! It’s a delicious homemade sandwich bread that is wonderful! They also have regular wheat bread for those that prefer that. Lovely homemade menu and delightfully friendly service. My husband and I had sandwiches here and delicious drinks under the canopy of this amazing pine tree in the shade on a glorious June day. What a great find!

I came in right at opening time on a Sunday during a golf trip with a group of 10. They were able to seat us and get food and coffee in only a few minutes. The latte I ordered was perfect to my taste made with whole milk or cream and nicely balanced with the espresso. The loaded hash browns were perfectly crispy and complimented by the ham peppers and gravy. I could eat this every breakfast. Meadow was our server, she took great care of us and even helped take a group picture.

This was a very nice dining experience. Our waitress was so welcoming to us. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. I gave the 4 for service as both pur water glasses had remnants of lipstick on them. However, I honestly can't wait to return.

Recently moved to this side of the mountain and have heard great things about this cute spot. The food was delicious and the service was very kind and helpful. Was going to get some pastries I heard about as well but they were sold out so next time! Glad I found a hidden gem. I got the Thanksgiving sandwich with homemade chips and an Irish cream coffee

Excellent menu with great portions! Family was very Happy! Beautiful Avocado Toast! Yum! Thank you! Will be a favorite when in the area!

Great breakfast spot in Redmond to go with friends and family! Generous delicious portions of food as well as good coffee and service. We ordered a giant cinnamon roll for a breakfast appetizer! There were only 3 of us, but it could have easily fed 4-6. We could have just had that and coffee, but we were going for a big breakfast. I had the avocado toast. It was good. There was a lot of arugula. So thats a good thing if you really like arugula. I would recommend you have breakfast here if you're looking for a spot in Redmond!
Sierra H — Google review
We love this place! The chicken fried steak and stuffed hashbrowns are the best. Their gravy is something else! Another fav is their chicken salad sandwich.
Sarah — Google review
This quaint and comfortable cottage offers up delicious breakfast food, hot coffee (and other drinks), and a staff who genuinely seems to be happy you've come in to eat. We make a point to visit multiple times when we're on vacation in the area, every visit has been great and the quality of the food is always consistent. If you want food that you know was made by someone for you to eat when you ordered, and a place that feels welcoming, do yourself a favor and stop by for a meal. And maybe give yourself the chance to go more than once if you can!

Pancake restaurant
The Original Pancake House in Redmond has been a local favorite since 2009, offering a casual setting to enjoy classic American breakfast dishes all day long. While they serve traditional favorites like biscuits and gravy, omelets, and bacon and eggs, their specialty lies in an extensive selection of pancakes ranging from traditional to unique options.
There are a lot of "Original" pancake houses out there. Finding ones that live up to their name, sometimes requires a hunt. We'll save you the time if you're in Redmond Oregon. We were out mapping clean restrooms for our directory and stopped in here to actually just have a nice breakfast. Their clean restrooms, just an added bonus! But when you walk in the doors, it just feels like a good pancake house. For us, it was the experience and quality we were hoping for. Job well done!
PeePeeStop — Google review
Wanted to try someone new and wasn’t disappointed. I had the Hawaiian Pancakes, Jr. plate, thanks to the waitress suggestion as I wanted bacon with it. Saved me and I still got a great order. Pancakes were great! Husband ordered biscuits and gravy and it was huge, as very tasty. Our friends ordered an omelette which was huge and she ordered hand and eggs, huge slice of ham! And it was all great. The waitress passed us several times when we wanted to pay without looking our way which is the only reason I marked down 1 star.
Sharon R — Google review
My friend and I were going to have a late breakfast after playing pickleball at my place (Eagle Crest). My friend was generous to offer to buy me breakfast. My friend said he loved the bacon from the Original Pancake House at the Bend location and he was going to have some with his breakfast. He had scrambled eggs with bacon and pancakes. No complaints. I tried the ham and cheese omelette with pancakes. My omelette was overcooked . This omelette was odd shaped. Very well done in the middle with a large gooey ball of cheese also in the middle. There was too much of it along with a lots of diced ham. The pancakes were very dry even though I put a lot of butter on them . I don't use there syrup because I don't care for fake syrup. I'm into real maple syrup. I've had the Dutch Baby at the Bend location which was pretty good. I would go with that next time out here.
Alan L — Google review
Ordered takeout on a Sunday afternoon. Was easy to order over the phone. The buttermilk pancakes were plentiful and came with butter and maple syrup. The peach crepes were also plentiful and delightful - fresh peaches and homemade whip cream. Highly recommend. Located near the Redmond airport. It is good so it stays busy!
Ashley R — Google review
I have never been to a pancake house and the selection was awesome! Prices were very decent and the service was great.
Tasha K — Google review
The Pancake House has been a favorite for years. I ordered bacon and eggs with a side of ham. Their sides are a meal itself! No Pancakes for me, which usually come with the meal. My sister had the Apple Dutch Baby. It was WONDERFUL. The food came out hot. The new waitress, Addie, was great, attentive, and has a sense of humor. The bill came to $42 with the senior discount. There's a reason this place is always busy, because the customers actually matter and the food is outstanding.

We have always enjoyed OPH for consistently great food and a wonderful atmosphere. However, I want to spotlight a very special waitress at the Redmond, Oregon location who is nothing short of amazing. Her name is Sherri, and she has served at OPH for many years at several locations. The last two times we ate there were extraordinarily busy, one being Mother’s Day. During each of those visits she didn’t just treat us just like valued customers, but instead like we were her own family. She never acted as though she was rushing, but took time to ask us continually how we were doing, always remembering what we requested and going out of her way to make our meal so enjoyable. Sherri, you are the best and deserve any and all accolades that come your way!

Ivy been here numerous times and I intend to go here forever, probably. Everything is great. They delicious breakfast burritos, omelettes and a homemade apple cinnamon syrup that's to die for.

Mo's Egg House is the perfect weekday morning spot, offering a no-nonsense approach to service, a cozy and unpretentious ambiance, top-notch cuisine, generous portions at reasonable prices. I visited on a Wednesday morning at 6:40 am and was promptly seated with no delay. During my hour-long stay of enjoying food and reading, the attentive wait staff never faltered even as the restaurant got busier around 7:15 am.
2/23/25 First time eating here and the service and food was great! I especially appreciated how they cooked their eggs for both the omelet and croissant sandwich. The whites and yolks are blended beautifully before being cooked in a thin layer and folded over. The croissant with avocado and egg and tomato was delightful. The hash browns were also very good. The coffee cake is complimentary but it was much too sweet for my liking. It is moist and served warm and complete with a glaze and powdered sugar. It probably pairs quite nicely with coffee. There were enough fun items on the menu that I was sad I wouldn't be able to return weekly to try other items.
Shana B — Google review
My mom and I went to have brunch and decided to stop here. The customer service was the best. Everyone was so kind and checked on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was okay. Before we left, a server made sure to give us a complimentary coffee cake on our way out. The food was also very good, the curly fries were crispy and the cheeseburger was nice and hot.
Sarai S — Google review
You definitely have to try this place, going back again today it was so good! Crystal our server was fantastic and the whole staff you can tell works great together! Now the food is delicious, the complementary coffee cake was fall apart fireworks in the mouth. We had Texas chicken fried steak and the Hawaiian French Toast with mango butter 🧈 😋 👌 😍. The biscuit and gravy was amazing! When in town definitely a new must stop place. Thank you!

One of the best breakfast restaurants not only in Redmond Oregon but definitely at top of my list. Homestyle Cooking with great menu choices and flavor. Probably some of the best pancakes, French toast and steak and eggs I have ever had. As soon as you enter you are greeted by the great staff and Americana decor. Thanks and hope to be back soon. Get there early, this place usually has a wait.

Corn beef and it was very good. Not the best I’ve ever had but very good. The service here is outstanding. And I love that they give you free coffee cake.

All I can say is wow! It was a bit busy and we had a 20 minute wait but well worth it. The food was really good and service was excellent.

What a pleasant surprise Mo's Egg House was. I have heard about this restaurant from several friends for years. A few days ago, I went there for the first time with a friend. Cozy place but everyone gets along because they are eating great food. They serve breakfast and lunch. I had Eggs Benedict, a difficult dish to cook, it was perfect. The people next to me had Blueberry Pancakes, they we're sure enjoying it. Our server was Zak. One of the best waiters who has ever served me. I'm well experienced with restaurants for decades and Zak is a stud. Pleasant, experienced, checked on us several times after our meals arrived, and poured plenty of coffee for us. Great food and excellent service. Gotta check this place out when your in Redmond, OR

We were in town for a wedding this last weekend and we went to this place TWICE while visiting! GREAT food! Great portions! And the staff are amazing & so friendly. We for sure didn’t turn down the complimentary coffee cake which was SO good! It was packed with a constant wait both days, but you order and your food comes out quick! So hats off to the cooks, for busting their butts to get that amazing food out! If we’re ever in town again, we will for sure be back! 10/10 recommend! Wish I would have taken pictures because I love visuals! But I promise you, it’s good! ;)

Big O Bagels, which first opened its doors in 1994, has become a beloved bagel chain with five locations throughout Central Oregon, including two convenient spots in Redmond. These locations are perfect for grabbing a quick bite before heading out to explore the stunning outdoor scenery that Redmond has to offer. With an impressive selection of over 20 bagel flavors and 10 varieties of cream cheese, there's something for everyone.
I loved this place! I was trying to place what was different about the bagels and after reading some of the reviews, I think it might be that they don't boil the bagels before baking, or they at least don't boil as long. This does give them a different texture (not as soft), but I wasn't mad at it! We came back 2 days in a row (visiting from out of town) because I was sad to leave them behind. The first day, I got the garlic and herb bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. The girl helping us was really nice and gave her opinions on what she likes as I was debating on cream cheese for my bagel. The second day, I got the bacon and cheddar bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. Both days, I was blown away! The flavors are great, and the cream cheese was soooo good. I had the nantucket OJ to drink the first day, which was bleh, so I got apple the next day, and that was a win. We went in on a Saturday morning and a Sunday morning and didn't have a line really or have to wait. Staff was attentive and quick, as well as being friendly! Sad that these aren't out here in Vegas, but if I'm ever back, this will be my first stop!
Ericka S — Google review
I was very impressed! It seems to be difficult to find good bagels anywhere in the PNW but this place was it. They had a really good selection of bagels, cream cheese and even breakfast and lunch sandwich options. I was excited to see they had a sundried tomato bagel, which is a fave. I ordered that with the garlic herb cream cheese and it was delicious! Anyway, I'm guessing it's a popular place for locals since the line was out the door at times, but if you're from out of town (like we were) definitely go check it out.
Peggy P — Google review
Edit: I have been back 3 times since this review 1 out of 3 of those times they forgot to put something on my bagel so most the time they have gotten it made correctly. If your order is messed up the owner said they will fix it but I am usually in too much of a hurry so don't check and hope it's right. I'd still suggest checking out before you go if it's not something they normally make. I'd still suggest coming here as their bagels are tastey. The staff is usually very nice, however they only get my order right about half the time which is very frustrating at times. When they do get it right it is great, just make sure to check your order before leaving.
Courtney P — Google review
Tasty bagels at a great price. The sandwich was huge, very tall and packed with fresh ingredients, and a great value.
Madison T — Google review
While walking up to the shop I noticed three separate groups eating their bagels in their cars. Upon walking in I understood why. Place was a mess, crumbs on the back counter along with dirty utensils, and the register counter was also covered in crumbs. Not a single customer or employee in sight. Atmosphere was bleak and very unwelcoming, I don't even think they had music playing. A little bit later I waited for an employee to slowly make their way over to acknowledge they had a guest, never smiling and obviously very unhappy to be there. Took my order (cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese) and told me to wait at the register. Total was $4.50, left a tip and noticed it was more than they quoted so I texted my receipt. Yup, credit card fees being passed to their guests without a sign that I could find. Maybe it was there or I was just so focused on the mess everywhere. Good business practice, don't charge your guests for paying you for product. Build it into the cost of doing business. Left the shop and went on my way. As soon as I got home I dug in, noticing that the outside of the wrapper had soft onions and poppyseeds stuck to it. My cinnamon raisin bagel also came with pieces of onion stuck around it. Not a good combination to have onion in every bite of my cinnamon bagel. Can only assume it was from using a dirty utensil to cut the bagel or placing it on a dirty counter. I'm not sure why Big O Bagels is still around. Have yet to have a great experience here. Maybe it's because they are the only bagel shop in town which is the only reason I went in, definitely for the last time. I'd rather drive all the way to Bend to get a decent bagel.
Jess T — Google review
I've been going here for years. Always loved this place. They have breakfast and lunch sandwiches and even coffee now. I'd say its worth stopping by!
Irie S — Google review
Yummmmm! A definite MUST !! They have nondairy cream cheese also which is a huge bonus for me being vegan ! Thank You Big O Bagels 🥯😁
Arianna J — Google review
Friendly staff and great tasting bagels. You can get them plain with cream cheese, or try one of their great tasting bagel combinations. Many different types of bagels to choose from. I personally always get the Eye Opener. While your there, grab some bagels to go by the 1/2 or full dozen. They even sell bagel toppings, coffee and the lemon bars that are really delicious. My family and I really like this place. If you're in the area and in the mood for a bagel, you should definitely check this place out!

Mexican restaurant
La Frontera is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine. This vibrant eatery offers a delightful menu filled with fresh ingredients, featuring mouthwatering options like gorditas, sopes, quesadillas, and chilaquiles. The tacos are particularly noteworthy—huge and made with homemade tortillas that elevate the experience. Be sure to try their carne asada and al pastor; they’re among the best around! The atmosphere is lively, adorned with colorful murals celebrating Mexican culture.
Best Mexican spot in town and there was only other Latinos inside. Highly recommend. There is a market attached to it as well.

I’m a street taco connoisseur always looking for the best tacos. The tacos here are huge with home made tortillas. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed. Try the carne asada and al pastor some of the best I’ve had! Great friendly staff, they get busy especially around lunch tine so be prepared to wait but it’s so worth if your visiting Bend it’s a 15 minute drive to Redmond and worth every minute of it. The atmosphere is cool the walls are covered with murals of the rich Mexican culture. Really neat. They also offer a great selection of salsa! The sopes and gorditas are so good as well!

If you want the real authentic place for Mexican food look no further! Their food is delicious. There is not one particular thing I would recommend because it is all good. They do have homemade tortillas which makes everything even better. They have some flan and jellos if you have room for dessert. They have horchata, sodas and beer. It is always busy. Seating inside is available. Clean, fast service and good customer service.

Carne Asada tacos were excellent. We ordered tamales and picked them up a couple of hours later. Too many jalapeños in it for our taste, but I think they were very well made.

Came in here as a place for my wife to take a work meeting and for me to grab breakfast. Nice open space, outlets and USB ports for working. Great selection of beverages. Friendly staff, took our order with a smile and kindness. Our food came out pretty quick after our coffee. The three Fingered Jack Burrito was really good and filling. I don't normally go for vegan specifically, but didn't want meat this morning. I'm glad I did, the burrito was great, nice and hearty and tons of flavor, I really enjoyed the ranchero sauce. My wife got the bagel Breakfast Sandwich and was quite happy with it as well. Good grab and go items like parfaits as well.

We went on Mother's day after church, so it was very packed. They did a great job for how busy they were. We were served by Justice, and he was fast. Had great time and tempo with drinks and food. Also you can see he enjoyed his job and where he worked. Super respectful and kind. THE FOOD was amazing! I got the prime rib Benedict!!! Worth every minute we had to wait for it. Soooo good. Over all great experience. I would say the restaurant has a modern diner feel. Family friendly.

This was an amazing experience! We saw a comment in these reviews that stated: "the only place with seating on saturday" and boy were they right. While we were here they had 15 doordash orders come in and out. They kick ass in here. Blue haired person takes no shit and we loved that. Food was perfect. I had the shrimp po boy and my husband had the sirloin. The garlic cheese curds were absolutely worth your time. They had a garlic breading! I wasnt into the chili sauce with it, ranch was a perfect trade off. Mac and cheese was so good I had to remind myself to breathe. I really loved that they had THC cocktails here. 100 mg caffeine and was a great pick me up.

I get breakfast here every week, and Amber is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She always greets me with a smile, remembers my usual order, and somehow keeps my coffee full before I even have to ask. She’s friendly, attentive, and has a great sense of humor that makes my mornings a little brighter every time I stop in. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Amber makes this place feel more like a community than just a restaurant. If you come in for breakfast, make sure you sit in her section, you’ll be glad you did! Chicken and a biscuit!

this location still has tables and still has a restaurant feel because it is a restaurant. there's not very many restaurants where you can still go in and be waited on and checked on sitting at a table. I appreciated the waitress reading us upon arriving and checking in for refills of our beverages. she then also caught an error in her charging and was honest up front preventing a problem later on. I would absolutely go back there the staff was very friendly and prompts and the environment felt cozy comfortable and clean.

Even though the place was packed ,Michele did a phenomenal job. Drinks were always full, food served hot and exactly how we ordered with our food sensitive. Highly recommended, and we will always ask for Michele!

Logan was our server and they were amazing! Service was great, very attentive and efficient. The food came out quickly and it was tasty, I ordered 2 alcohol drinks and 2 apps and I paid $30 that’s an amazing deal ✨🤌🏻 but honestly, more than anything, Logan was such a trooper cause they were busy and under pressure and they made the whole experienced so enjoyable 🥲 Will come back!

We had just ended a weekend at a festival in the area, and altogether we amounted to a little bit of a high maintenance table. Our sever, Logan, was sooo patient w/ us, and made it a very relaxed experience. It's not often you get a winning combo of humor, vulnerability, patience, w/ sprinkles of some classic self-deprecation. Haha, we all loved our experience w/ Logan & repeated that sentiment as we left the restaurant. Also, the blackberry BBQ sauce is great, as well as their milkshakes.

If you're in Central Oregon and want a delightful breakfast or lunch experience, make sure to visit Regios Cafe. This local establishment has been serving customers for over two decades and is a true hidden gem. Carlos and Dolores, the owners, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cafe attracts many locals due to its great customer service and cozy ambiance. The food is outstanding - their juevos rancheros are particularly exceptional, even rivaling those from Mexico itself.
The best thing about this restaurant is the family that runs it, the food is delicious as well however the family is so welcoming they enjoy having the restaurant, they had been in business over 23 years I think they said. It’s a smaller restaurant but nothing is small about how they make one feel welcomed. This was the first restaurant I went to when I moved here and it is my go too. They also make home made cinnamon rolls which are absolutely delicious and fresh a must for those who like to enjoy pastries? ❤️🙏

I was really expecting a quaint little place, but everything was so old, seemed like the chairs could break at any moment. Opened in 1998, I'm sure absolutely nothing has been updated since .. which would be fine if it made up for it in the food, pricing or service, all of which were subpar. $7 for one sausage patty, $9 for a glass of orange juice?! Insanity..

Read the reviews and everyone was raving about the chicken fried steak. Let me tell you it was amazing. The staff was super friendly as well. I love Mom and Pop shops.

I loved this little hole in the wall. Excellent food. I had Popeyes omelet both times. homemade salsa, homemade bread and great portion size. Regio and staff were absolutely amazing!!
Liz P — Google review
Probably the best restaurant I found when visiting this part of Oregon. The owners were extremely nice and friendly, the food was really good (even the toast), all the customers seemed to know the owners, and the building and photos in the walls just gave it this old school feel. If you are visiting Redmond, make sure you stop by this place.
Sergio L — Google review
Nothing beats a local diner. Coffee was good food was good. He seemed to know all the locals names which is amazing customer service.
Crystal M — Google review
I am so sorry we didn't try Regio's sooner. It just didn't look like a breakfast place, ya know? But when I was trying to figure out where to go the other morning I saw they had a bunch of reviews raving about their breakfasts. They come to play, I had the Regio's omelet and it was one of the best omelets I've had in recent memory. The hashbrowns aren't the rehydrated shreds out of a carton, either; they're actual potatoes. We were well into our day when we came in (it was after 10) so she had a bacon cheeseburger which was definitely not a premade patty. For sure we'll be back here.

Burger King, a popular fast-food franchise known for its flame-grilled burgers, crispy fries, and refreshing milkshakes, recently delighted a customer with an exceptional visit. This satisfied individual had not been to the establishment in quite some time but was pleasantly surprised by the flawless order they received. The food arrived piping hot while their beverage remained refreshingly cold. To add to their satisfaction, the bag also contained napkins and a straw as requested.
I was there on Saturday during this time and it was not as bad as this person was saying. They had some machines go down on them and was doing their best to get everyone's order completed on limited equipment. They are also training new staff members. I get that is you are in a hurry that things would seem upsetting. However, they are very kind, accommodating, apologetic and we just need to give them grace while they are training their new people and fixing their equipment so that they can get your food to you faster. I went there this morning and I was in the drive threw and I was only there for 5 mins. They were kind, friendly and my food was perfect!!! This crew that they have here are so much better than what they had. It is sad when others from out of the area come in, expect unreasonable expectations and forget to give grace to others. We are all human and trying our best. Please just give grace and it is getting better!!!

Super slow today. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and fries w/o salt. By 12 I asked for a refund and walked out. I've never had issues before this. Though they are slow, but not this slow. Many waiting customers walked out. Not sure what was going on today.

The last two times I’ve ordered here are unbelievable and ridiculous due to rude encounters with their staff. If I had one recommendation, it would be to make the drive 15-20 minutes to the Bend BK location. Where the slogan is "have it your way" this location does not live up to this claim. The drive thru times are a long wait, be warned, and the staff here are just not happy in the slightest. Our order consists of the same burger I’ve been ordering for 3 years now, "plain with cheese." Simple right? Well, apparently not. Last time I went here, I dealt with a man whose response to missing cheese on my burger was to aggressively hand me cheese half-wrapped in a paper wrapper, a silent order to do it myself. Alright… great. This last time (our final time here) the burger was made with the cheese, but upon checking I discovered it not plain. Went in to make the correction only to listen to the woman in the back infuriated that she had to make it again. I understand you guys are busy and I never go in asking for corrections in anger—mistakes happen… but if it isn’t made correct the first time be prepared for customers to come back asking for what they initially ordered. Don’t make them feel like garbage about it. I would like to thank the manager I spoke to about my first visit, (I think his name was Matt?) he was kind and understandably in disbelief. I would also like to thank the drive thru/front counter employees from today for being nice and understanding about our situation, unlike the spiteful woman in the kitchen. Despite their kindness, I will not be returning to this location any longer. Hoping the Bend location has food just as good with better service.

3 of us came in on Saturday at 930am for breakfast. We ordered 3 croissanwich meals and it took 25 minutes for our order to come out. Once we had our food, we asked for our coffees that were part of the order. We were told they were out of coffee, so we had to wait another 8 mins for fresh coffee to brew. As we waited, one man stormed in, said he had just waited 30 mins in the drive thru, and that they forgot his syrup. Including my party of 3, there were a total of 5 people dining in; I don't know how many people were in the drive thru while we waited, but obviously it was an equally long wait. Despite not being very busy, the staff seemed really in the weeds and this was the extreme opposite of fast food- the only reason we choose to stop at BK. I don't expect to pass thru Redmond again anytime soon, but I know one place where I'll never stop again.

Love their business story. Very inspiring. Always enjoy the blended kicker. Got local roots. There sooooo busy which makes it hard to get drive through service, but that is a testament to their quality and popularity.
College K — Google review
Just recently started drinking dutch bros and although I love their rebels I strongly suggest getting them blended or no ice because the last 3 visits it's been almost the whole cup filled with ice. This picture reflects the amount of ice left after a 20 minute drive home so some has melted but this is still way to much and a waste of money. 2 stars only because they do taste amazing.
Shannon D — Google review
When my friends and I arrived at the line, we ordered our drinks and Kaitlin M was our server. Initially she had a positive attitude when we ordered but after just a few moments, it seems she had an attitude problem and nudged our drinks towards us. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

I go to this Dutch bros a lot due to it being close to where I work. There’s this one girl I see a lot I think her names Katlin, she is always very rude and seems to be unprofessional and very unfriendly. She seems to have a bad attitude everytime. McDonald's, a well-established fast-food chain renowned for its burgers and fries, offers a mobile app that unfortunately lacks the option to request sugar and creamer on the side for their coffee. This resulted in overly sweet large coffees upon ordering. Furthermore, despite requesting honey-mustard sauce for the 2 ten-piece chicken nuggets, only honey was included in the bag. The overall wait time of approximately 10 minutes for 7 sandwiches and 4 drinks seems reasonable.
Me and my boyfriend came thru the drive through today. One of the employees, Chris, was very sweet and kind. Employees there are amazing. Thank you, Chris.

Joe R — Google review
Went through the drive through, waited over 30 minutes to get my food. They park you in the parking lot, I watched them fulfill like 20 other drive through orders that came through after me. My order was a burger and fries. The sweet teas were unsweetened, I asked them to change it and they told me it would be another 5 minutes. I chose to drive off and not get my drink before loosing my mind.
Rex S — Google review
Im sorry to have to post this , but tonight was a disaster!! Incredibly backed up the crew was practically standing around looking like a flock of half stone chickens with their heads cut off, bad attitudes , poor service , there must have been well over 40 cars in the parking lot waiting for their orders and when I finally got mine everything was ice cold and tasted old and nasty. I have no clue to what happened but the owner and the management need to address this problem as I have seen simulat reports in the past couple of days from their reviews. Like I said I have never really ever given a fast food chain a bad rap but tonight was off the charts horrible
Nate P — Google review
I think I'm going to scratch this location off the list. The store is squeezed into a tight location with a tight drive thru. You can order 15 minutes ahead on the app and my order is never ready. The general vibe is chaotic and unprofessional. Suggest trying the location on Hwy. 97. Those people have it going on. Much better experience.
RLM — Google review
This McDonald’s used to be the best McDonald’s in Redmond over the last couple months has turned into a dumpster fire. I am met every visit with a poor attitude, Horrible customer service and I’m always asked to pull around to the front. My past four trips through this McDonald’s I have been met with the incorrect food when I go back through the drive-through and ask them to correct it. I am met with attitude and discontent. I don’t know when the Attitude and culture at this McDonald’s changed or shifted, but I sure do wish they would bring it back to how it was before. You used to be met with a hey how are you? What can I get for you? Thanks for stopping by today. Now you’re met with nothing but what can I get you? Their food is nowhere near as fresh as it used to be. Today was my last day choosing this McDonald’s for mine and my family’s meal.
Mrs F — Google review
My experience at the Nolan Town Center McDonalds started off just like any, I tend to always use the kiosk so that I can just hand the worker the receipt and there should be no mistake. This is what I did this time. My order was a (1500) redeemed point cheeseburger that I spent the $1.25 on to add an extra patty which wasn’t missed. I also asked for no pickles and they also honored that. Now the next part of my order was the $5 meal deal which would bring my total to $6.25. The meal deal comes with a burger, fries, nuggets, and a drink. The only thing I got was a burger and once I told the lady that gave me my food and showed her proof on my receipt she didn’t know what to do and looked for “Gabriel” who brushed me off and didn’t honor my payment. Because of this I will no longer buy McDonalds when I was a main customer before. In conclusion this store shows poor training and management along with service.
Malikye M — Google review
Waited 25 minutes for a milkshake, cookie and a pie that never came. I finally asked the counter clerk if my food was forgot and she asked me if I ordered at the kiosk using cash as my pay option Yes I did! She then told me I had to pay before my food would go through. I had my 5 yr old grandson with me and we had waited long enough,so we left. Why doesn't the kiosk tell you to go to the counter immediately and pay or why doesn't someone yell out your order number to come pay before you waste your time waiting for food that is not being made?? Again, this is the second time in a month that McDonald's Redmond has completely wasted my time and given nothing more than a blanket apology. Is this normal? Bummer! Again, this could be the second time I quit going to McDonald's and for good this time!

Food was good per the Starbucks usual. The coffee tasted like the beans were straight burnt. We went back in to have it remade which I already hate doing and the barista was offended & passive aggressive.

I wish Starbucks would be more flexible and possibly even a little more like some of their competitors. There's very few choices. And a lot of my favorites are seasonal so I only get them for a short period. The food is really just okay and kind of the same old thing. Very little for a lot, definitely mass purduced.

Full Throttle Java is an exceptional small store with enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff members. I acquired a remarkable cup for $20 and savored some of the most excellent coffee I've ever tasted. Although the wait time is slightly longer due to everything being freshly prepared, it is undoubtedly worth it. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're interested in adding 10 milligrams of CBD to your coffee for just $2 or exploring their extensive array of sugar-free options.
I was so sad that Starbucks no longer had pistachio flavoring and for the last three months, almost, I'd been craving my usual Iced Matcha Latte with pistachio. Except I can get tapioca here and I made the mistake of getting a small cup to start. So I went back 40 minutes later for a much bigger one 😗🤣 This revelation alone makes this one of my favorite places 🫶🏻🧡✨️

You wait a little longer than normal because everything is made from scratch. I would definitely recommend. You can get 10 MG CBD added to your coffee for $2 and they have TONS of sugar free options. They also have food options like biscuits and gravy and soft pretzels. They also have yogurt parfaits and oatmeal. Pricing is very comparable to other big and small coffee chains. Will definitely be going back next time I come to Redmond.

On occasion, not having working or charged mobile device to utilize app and deals, management has been over the top 5 stars with accommodating deals and prices. Other members of staff, not so helpful or willing to facilitate good customer service ( skills ) for customer satisfaction and retention (0 stars). I decided to skip the drive thru because I thought going inside would be faster since I only wanted a drink and some fries. I forgot how much I dislike McDonald’s self-ordering kiosk. Once inside, I could not get the kiosk to work properly and accept my code for free fries. One employee cleaning in the dining area said she was new and couldn’t help me. It took 5-10 minutes before I got help! Ugh. Of course, the yummy hot and salty fries quickly took my mind off the dismal ordering process.

I had no idea this place was so good! The cinnamon roll is huge! It's also delicious, not sure if they are making them in house but holy cow! My iced latte was perfect! Exactly what I wanted and they gave my pooch a cookie. I will be going back for sure!

I had one of the best Iced Carmelizers in a long time. I asked for extra caramel drizzle. And I got it. Good to the last drop. Thank you. Wish there was one here in Prineville.

Typically would stop at this DB as we are headed out of town... Ordered a 16 oz and received a 12 ounce! What?! Why? We were 5th car in line upon ordering and never informed they were out of 16 oz sizes at all then or when my drink was passed to us. Staffer was sweet, cordial and uninformed. ..denied and tried to convince us it was truly a 16 ounce hot mocha. Girl, it's printed on the bottom of the cup! I overlooked this once before during a prior evening stop, but not again.

They are not as generous with the caramel drizzle As they used to be. You don't buy food there it's a coffee shop

My favorite Dutch Brothers! Everyone here does a great job! The woman standing outside taking your order on the tablet while the snow comes down to Asher cranking out the awesome coffee drinks! I got a great hot coffee drink and came back 10 minutes later and got the same drink again it was so good! Nice job everyone! Thank you! 🙂☕

This dutch is amazing! My husband and I got our drinks originally from the hwy 97 location and they were inedible! We were otw out of town but saw this dutch and asked if they could remake our drinks and they were so kind to do so! It wasn't their mistake at all but they were happy to correct it. Sammy helped us and she was super friendly and accommodating. Thank yall so much! Drinks were delicious!

Dutch Bros has the best customer service and training program because all of their shops are consistent in service delivery. I had a decaf latte with oat milk and it was far superior to Starbucks. The music they were playing at the kiosk though maybe wasn't so great lol.

Dutch Bros Coffee is a lively drive-thru that offers personalized coffees, Rebel energy drinks, cold brew, tea, and more. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and devoted following, this coffee establishment has gained a cult-like status. Their mobile app is highly user-friendly and enables customers to tip easily. A staple in the Pacific Northwest, Dutch Bros serves excellent coffee and their own unique version of milkshakes. The staff at all locations are consistently friendly.
Classic Dutch Bros. With great service and fast made drinks. Location is good with easy on/off driveway. Great for a quick beverage anytime you need one. Drive through only, or order online.
Matthew K — Google review
I was pretty stoked to try Dutch Bros for the first time, welp. I got a large cold brew and coconut milk, but it had way too much ice and tasted incredibly watery. My friend got a small Decaf cold brew which had much less ice and you could really taste the difference. Therefore, I'd give it one more go at a push but would ask for half the ice. Staff are super friendly and a very convenient location.

Our favorite place to get the best coffee in town! The fur babies love their pup cup. Friendly staff and fast service.

I love my Dutch brothers, but I wish the prices were going up all the time. Three times my favorite drink has gone up this year!!

Nestled in the heart of downtown Redmond, Junction Roastery has quickly become a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. This charming coffee shop, housed in a historic building, boasts a vibrant atmosphere complemented by an inviting outdoor patio. Known as a Social Club, it serves as an ideal gathering place to connect with friends or immerse yourself in the community.
I had the pleasure of visiting Junction Roastery for a brainstorming and goal-setting session with a fellow REALTOR, and it was the perfect spot to fuel creativity and connection. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and ideal for both work and relaxation. Their honey lavender latte is absolutely delicious—smooth, balanced, and the perfect touch of sweetness with a hint of floral. It’s a must-try! Whether you’re meeting a friend, setting goals, or just need a peaceful place to enjoy great coffee, Junction Roastery delivers. The staff is friendly, the drinks are top-notch, and the vibe is simply unmatched. Can’t wait to make this a regular stop on my coffee shop rotation! ☕️✨

Worked in here for 4-5 hours, it was a great coffee shop for anyone looking to: work, hangout, meet up or just grab a bite to eat. Lots of seating options, parking, food and beverages. Staff was kind and helpful.

I LOVE this place. What a great find. The service is awesome and the food is incredible. Had the coffee cake which is the signature and some big bites and coffee. Everything was amazing. If you are in the Redmond Oregon area, you definitely have to check this place out.

I haven't honestly had any of their food so I can't comment on that. The coffee is pretty good. I usually have the Dirty Chai! Very relaxing place to hang out with friends or get some computer work done. It's a very relaxing atmosphere and ultra cool vibe. The have nice relaxing music and plenty of seating.

Very cool place to grab a coffee and bite to eat. I hear their coffee cake it dynamite, so that'll be on my next visit. The people are super friendly, and there's a wide selection on the menu. They even roast their own coffee beans on site. Fun place to go!

Love this place. We got both coffee and tea and some pastries for breakfast. We brought our dog and he was welcome out on the patio. There was a family next to is and we could see the kids were really enjoying the games they had for patrons to use. We will be back!
Heather V — Google review
Passing through the area and wanted a good cup of coffee. We definitely found one! The atmosphere was so welcoming and happy. The service was excellent and I loved talking with the girls. They could answer all my questions and seemed happy to do so. I was with my mom and my grandpa and we all were very happy with our drinks and treats! The barista even made a little heart on my grandpas latte! Overall we are very pleased and I wished I lived closer to enjoy it more!
Jessica B — Google review
The best iced mocha latte with oat milk and banana bread with walnuts and chocolate chips!! My favorite type of banana bread! 🤤 Stopped by twice during our 3 night stay in the area and can’t wait to come back! We didn’t get to hangout inside but on Monday morning there were lots of people working from this cute cafe both inside and outside on their patio area.
