Consistently amazing food and service with a super cozy and pleasant atmosphere :) I would highly recommend the Grand Ol’ Benny with a side of their hashbrown casserole, as well as their Cinnamon Roll French Toast and their Bee Sting latte. ALSO I accidentally walked out of the restaurant with your cup please let me know if you guys want it back 💀

Staff was super friendly and food was really good! I got the breakfast burrito and hashbrown casserole and both were phenomenal!! They also make homemade bread for toast from what I saw. My only “complaint” which isn’t much was the bathroom needs a face lift. It was clean but definitely could use new toilets and fixtures. Overall I would highly recommend this place!

Loved it! We were visiting family in Fishers, Indiana and they brought us to this restaurant. Enjoyed the atmosphere - quiet - so that we could talk and the food was great. It was my cousin's first time there and he plans on returning. He enjoyed it as well. We would definitely return as well should we visit Fishers again.

I was in the fence: 4 or 5 stars? The first impression wasn’t great - the sign was only half lit so the restaurant name looks like “oost” instead of The Roost. Inside the booth space was a bit tight. My ‘healthy’ friend had to push the table to feel comfortable. And overall just seemed slightly used. However, when I tasted the “Huevos Divorcé” i had to go 5 stars. Two Crispy corn tortillas, spread with refried beans and topped with an over-medium egg that was perfectly fried. One was topped with verde, the other rojo. ¡Increíble!!! And the server was super-attentive.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 One of the best breakfast spots in Fishers. Food is all high quality, staff is always friendly, and never really need to wait long for a table. Same faces I see at Sahm’s and Rockstone which is cool with the staffing. Definitely tell the staff is on that grind which is respect. Love the local owned and operated business. Support local!! I’ll be back to try the lunch and let you all know! If your in the area check them out!

They really need better descriptions of items on the menu. Extremely disappointed with what I received vs the menu description. I ordered the tenderloin Benedict. Nowhere did it say that if you order with one egg, that you are only getting half of a biscuit. Also a paper thin 3" round previously frozen tenderloin. It is listed as a biscuit with our breaded tenderloin. Not a 1/4 of our breaded tenderloin and half a biscuit.

Would have give 5 stars if host seemed at least a bit happy to be at work. Other than that, everything was great. Chilaquiles are as close to a real Mexican breakfast you can get. Waitress was very polite and super attentive. Lots of options on the menu for the family

I was disappointed to say the least. The food was ok. But no flexibility in ordering at all. I don’t do well with eggs making most breakfast spots a challenge. I tried to substitute and they just don’t do that. I also like ketchup on my hash-browns so I tried their Uptown Ketchup. Not good at all. I asked if they had other Ketchup and they said no very abruptly. Then the couple behind us said they always bring in their own ketchup packs. I will not be returning…

Nice breakfast place. Nothing astounding but nothing bad either just good breakfast place. Quick service, pick food that was good and served hot. Coffee was good not watered down like some places. I had an omelet, hash browns and toast. All good and my wife liked the French toast. Would recommend to anyone and would go there again.

First time visiting this place and it was a major disappointment. I ordered biscuits and gravy with cornbeef hash. When it came out the biscuits looked like dinner rolls, they were not cut in half and the gravy was on the side. The gravy was bland and lukewarm. The so called corn beef hash was just chipped corned beef put on top of the hash browns. It was burnt. I then took a couple bites of the both items and it was not good at all. I would not serve that to my dogs. I will never be back. I am actually shocked this place is still in business. If I could rate this place a -5 I would.

McDonald’s breakfast would’ve been better. Terrible food, and whatever 14 year old snobby girl you have working there needs to be fired immediately. She was complaining about cleaning RIGHT next to us, and slammed our hot chocolates down on the table with them spilling everywhere, then she said nothing and walked away. I’ve been going here since I was born and it’s honestly just turned to shit. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR 2 BREAKFAST BURRITOS AND 2 SIDE OF HASHBROWNS.

We love Sunrise Cafe! My husband and I stopped in this past Sunday for brunch. I was so excited to try it and it definitely lived up to my expectations! My breakfast was good & I tried the chicken tenders despite my husband never wanting me to have a bite of his food. It was all so good! It was pretty busy when we were there, so we clearly aren’t the only ones who enjoy it! Our waitress was super kind & quick as well. It wasn’t overpriced brunch food. Worth the money spent. We will definitely be back!

Katelyn was a great server!! We had amazing food on a busy day and got great service! I highly recommend the breakfast quesadilla!! The egg white omelet we got had to be sent back but they fixed the situation quickly and we didn’t mind because stuff like that happens! Katelyn was super nice and made our time perfect with her kindness, patience, and attentiveness!

I was greeted with a smiling face when I came through the door. I ordered the Combo 3 breakfast with 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties and 2 dry wheat toast and a glass of orange juice. The food was hot when it was served to me. The eggs were cooked perfectly, scrambled and not browned all over. The sausage patties had small but hard grissel nuggets in them. The strawberry preserves that was served with the toast was the best I’ve tasted in awhile. The place was clean and quiet. The waitress was very friendly. I like that a cook from the kitchen brought me my food. Excellent service!

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and this is the first time I was dissatisfied! It has really ran down. Service was slow, menu prices were increased greatly, choices for condiments was not there sat down, only had utensils, no napkins, had to ask for a straw, didn’t receive it till near the end of my dining experience, booth seats were broke on both sides Booths across the way were visibly worn and tattered, men’s restroom hand towel dispenser was not functioning and had hand towels to unroll from the roll yourself! Order the breakfast sandwich ask for mayonnaise was not an option. They did not have any. Bacon was tough and chewy, I ordered iced tea came out in a 4 ounce or 6 ounce cup. My sandwich was made with sourdough and the bottom piece of bread was real soggy with something. And the windows were filthy in this place. I will not be visiting this restaurant again

Absolutely not what it used to be. My coworkers and I used to come to the OPH a couple times a year to catch up and talk, but so much has changed since we've been last. I got the Meat and Eggs plate that was about $15 and a coffee that was almost $4. My sausage was pink inside and the eggs and potatoes strictly tasted like the butter stick they used to cook them with. Service wasn't all great either. You used to be able to order an omelette for $12 now they're $18! Insane new pricing and the food has downgraded. I don't think we'll be coming back.

We were just passing through, but would drive all the way back. Best gluten free pancakes I've had and the cherry sauce was mouth wateringly delicious. My husband had the sweet pepper omelette that was slathered in delicious salsa and more sour cream than he could eat- it was so good! The coffee was great and our server was a hoot! We'd go back just to visit her again! Two thumbs way up from both of us!

The first and last time I will EVER go to this establishment. My great aunt decided to treat me and my daughter to one of her favorite brunch places. First off the prices were really unreasonable for what’s offered, first red flag. I won’t be returning after finding a piece of HAIR in my food 🤢 They offered to remake the food, did not apologize, and when I asked to speak with a manager she was super nonchalant as if it was no big deal 😒 I told her I never got an apology and had to give my crying toddlers food back because let’s be real here who has an appetite after finding hair in their food… I looked over at the employees who were all sitting together just chilling and told the manager the hair that was in my food could’ve came from any of the ladies that were congregating around the kitchen area since nobody had a net but everybody had loose hair smh FIRST and LAST!!!

My husband grew up in the area and when we got here this morning, this was the first place he wanted to go. It totally lived up to the hype! The decor was classy but not overwhelming. The waitresses were very helpful. All that was nice, but the food was fabulous! My husband had the apple pancake and it was huge. It tasted like apple pie for breakfast. I went for something a little more traditional and got the strawberry pancakes. There were several of them and the homemade strawberry syrup was very yummy. Would definitely recommend!

First impression- not busy at all, at 9:30 On a Sunday, not even half full. We were sat as soon as we walked in the door waitress got our drinks and waiter took our order. Looks like 3 waiters/waitresses for the restaurant. Tables clean but basic, not a fan of the color scheme, reminds me of an el rodeo restaurant . I would have liked more light in the restaurant. So besides my preference on paint and decor, they got me seated and my order really quick. Just brighten it up… Food was pretty good. No complaints at all. Biscuits and Gravy are really good didn’t get them this time, but had ordered them to go in the past. Grits were cooked well. Skillet was okay, and omelette was okay. It’s nothing to rave about just good breakfast food.

Tony's is a bit lack luster and the food portions were a bit on the small side. I have to admit the place was absolutely spotless and we were the only customers in the building so we received good service. I gave them three out of five stars because I consider them to be ordinary not extraordinary.

It was amazing. Never had a better skillet in my life! Young family owns it. Martin is the owner and cooks. His wife was waiting the tables. Their little boy, ‘Tony’ was running around with pajamas on. I highly recommend it!! They serve breakfast all day. Going back soon!!

They know how to make a good omelet. They have a lot of kid-friendly options, and their menu is reasonably priced. I felt like they also did a good job of following covid protocols. Employees had their masks over their noses, place was clean, tables a good distance apart.

Food is ok, I went in to order food & was barely given any, don’t know if they are cutting costs but, I didn’t appreciate that, specially for what I paid, the food is mediocre at best, I’ll stick to 4 seasons were the food is delicious & they give u enough for now & later. & now this is their new small cup of grits size went from small bowl to a toddler cup size rip off. Classic diner atmosphere. Quiet and easy to have conversations. Servers were good and friendly. Food left a lot to be desired. We asked for fried eggs not sunny-side-up. There were several egg-shells in our potato. Food was not really seasoned very bland. Overall Best Bet is not a great bet. If you are looking for a specific type of environment this place is cool. But as a restaurant its not great.

Ugh! Don’t waste your $ here. We wish we didn’t. The server came around with a basket of toast with butter and asked if we wanted any and we said yes and well they charge for toast .50 cents! If you are offering something you should probably say it cost-who would have thought you would have to pay for toast?! The food when it came out after the toast was BLAND NO Flavor at all! Not even the pancakes-how do you go wrong on pancakes?? Also, the biscuits and gravy had no flavor at all. Not going back here, we use to come a long time ago and it was great-I’m assuming like everything new owner or management?? Anyway-save your $ and eat a good breakfast somewhere else. I don’t like giving these reviews, but I hate to see people waste their $ on not so good at best food.

Over priced for the quality of food. The gravy for biscuits and gravy was bland. Burgers were huge but over cooked so they were dry. The only thing that saved the burger was the toppings. Machine they use for payment way over calculates the tip. Our bill for 4 people was over $60 and all 1 person ate was 1 biscuits and gravy. The payment machine calculated a 20% tip on $60 at $18.00. Don't waste your time.

Unique breakfast spot in Noblesville. Seemed to be on the slightly expensive side but the service was great. It didn’t seem like they had the unlimited toast like last time we visited.

We have ate here many times the food is always great. This time the service was not good. I sat for a very long time with an empty coffee cup she finally came by to fill it and asked if we wanted toast. We said yes and she never brought it and never filled our coffee again. They were not busy at all. The other waitress was taking care of her people but our waitress was nowhere to be found. When we paid we told her we didn't get our toast and she ignored it and told us to have a great day. The waitress was Beth.

Such a great vibe at this place! I got the blackened mahi mahi (it did have a touch of a kick) with Mac and cheese, and green beans. Husband had the honey dusted half bird fried chicken with crispy brussel sprouts and it was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also started with the biscuits (2) for a cause and they were well worth the $4.50 and we shared the banana pudding. Ashley was out server and she was awesome! Definitely will come back and try the chicken and waffle!

A no dilly-dally, get in-get out, good eats, diner-like for parties of no more than 4 as parties larger than this will be broken into several tables. Baskets of Unlimited buttered toast with complimentary donuthole-like bread... very delicious! Can't believe we didn't know about this place earlier; and they've been open for 12plus years?! I especially enjoyed the gravy over cheese biscuits! Service was very friendly.

We got the chicken Lo Mein and Mongolian beef and they were disgusting. The chicken and the beef didn't look right and the texture was not right. I am the least picky eater so it's gotta be bad if I didn't eat and had to leave a review.

Five stars for Bento Café? More like five stars for turning my taste buds into ninjas! Seriously, their sushi rolls are like little flavor explosions in my mouth, and their bento boxes have more variety than a sitcom marathon. I think I’ve found my new happy place, and it’s shaped like a bento box. Can’t wait to go back and indulge in another round of deliciousness!

I LOVED vegetarian meal they were able to arrange it for me. The service was fabulous - they were attentive to my dietary requirement. I picked Basil Bento Dinner Box - they customized sushi role with avocado & cucumber, vegetable mix, white rice, veg rolls, miso soup, rice and sauce. It was DELICIOUS and I was VERY FULL. I plan to visit again.

I got carryout, but would have enjoyed eating in the restaurant. The namesake Bento box is a delicious variety packed meal with different tastes and textures. I always have at least one meal from here when I visit from Cincinnati. I home someone opens one in my area.

Wow, I was impressed with the size of the rolls. We only got 5 rolls and took up an entire tray. Great flavor. The Philadelphia was my favorite. We will try less fried rolls next time. Having sushi all over the U.S, I can say this is priced very well and very good flavor compared to others. We found our new sushi place in Indiana!

The service was so good I didn't even notice the servers. I was having a very in depth conversation with the person I was dining with and the service never interrupted by asking if I wanted more to drink or extra napkins. They just brought them. Food was good, and arrived hot. Great place to dine.

Decent food for the price. However, I did curbside because I have a disability and called them that I had arrived. They said that their power had gone out just before and was now fixed. My order was going to be delayed another 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the curbside spot just to come in and search for a server to find my order. It was already ready to go and no one had brought it out or contacted me so it had been sitting there for a moment.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. When I walked in, it was a bit busy, but it was expected since it was on a weekend. My family and I were greeted with an amazing smile and seated by the sweetest lady. I can’t remember her name, but she complimented my shirt and I complimented her earrings. Then, our waitress greeted us with just as much kindness and made sure we had an excellent experience. The waitress was so fun to be around. I can’t remember her name either. The food and service were perfect!

Terrible service from the waitresses today. I come every night for dinner and today I was frustrated the food took a long time and they charged me $1.99 for 4 small slices of jalapeño. I complained and a waitress told me that it changed the day before!! I usually leave a $20 tip but today I didn't leave anything. because my waitress never came. The dishwasher took care of me very kindly. What's up Ihop??? I'm leaving disappointed. I have a restaurant and I know how things are, and this service to a customer like me is unfair.

Sonia has outstanding customer service skills and goes above and beyond her job duties. She made sure that my order was correct and gave me a great recommendation on trying the cheeseburger after I asked her should I get the quesadillas or a burger? I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this IHOP and Sonia’s service. Thank you Sonia for going the extra mile for my wife and I, you ROCK girl!!

Went to breakfast around 9am on a Sunday, with a friend of mine. We both had the house coffee and she had the Loco Scramble, I had the corned beef Benedict. We had a lovely waitress who was quick and very nice. The food was excellent, with plenty to take home as well. Looking forward to trying some other menu items on a return visit.

Top tier service honestly. I came with my grandma this morning for breakfast about 1030. Expecting a wait. No wait, food was fantastic, eggs cooked perfectly. And the service was fantastic. Sam did a great job handling my demanding grandma needing something every time she came back to the table all while taking care of her party that came in right after us. Management even stopped by to check on us. Theo was great to get to know and it really was a wholesome experience today. My grandma is a hard lady to impressed and finally she had a meal she didn't complain about. 10/10. Great job wild eggs 🎉

This was our first time to visit this chain restaurant that has a nice menu for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The food was really good - between three of us we ordered fluffy pancakes, thin pancakes, eggs, home fries, hash browns, and a sandwich. The only negative thing I can say is that while my hash browns were good, they were just a little dry. Everything else was great. I had a Turkey Club sandwich which was tasty. Nice balance of turkey, bacon, spinach, cheese, and pesto aioli sauce. Next time I'll get the home fries instead of hash browns, and that will make a perfect lunch. The pancakes were fantastic, especially the fluffy Dutch Baby pancake made in a cast iron skillet and the thin King Cakes weren't as thin as a crepe and really good. The restaurant was bright and the servers friendly. We got exactly what we ordered and while it was a bit pricey for what it was, the plate portions were good sized. Our bill was just over $60 for three of us. That also included drinks. I got Amber juice, a blend of pineapple, honeydew, ginger, and cucumber juice which was pretty good, for $6. There is a variety of menu items so we will be back at some point and try something new. There's a lot of breakfast/brunch type places in Indy and I always rate relative to other similar restaurants in the area. A Solid 4.5 rating that gets rounded down to 4 stars on Google's rating scale.

Nice staff, clean open layout. Chicken and waffles was a joke though with three anemic little strips of chicken. Not exactly the “speciality” we were expecting.

We walked in this morning and left 10 minutes into waiting at the table for no one to show up. Mainly senior citizen customers in a half empty restaurant at 10:45am on a Sunday is a bad sign. Service is unacceptable and the vibe was "dying waffle house". We went to Another Broken Egg down the street and had excellent service. La Peep is dead.

Sandwich was really good and I appreciate the substitution being easy. I am however curious why I was charged more for the sandwich(not the extras that makes sense) than what was presented on the menu? Maybe with the changes things are exactly accurate but It would be nice to know exactly what I’m paying before ordering.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places! I’ve visited many times, whether dining in or using the drive-through, and the experience is always excellent. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is outstanding, and the indoor seating is cozy and comfortable. Last time I went there for breakfast, and everything was just perfect. I’ve tried most of the menu and have never been disappointed. This place is a top favorite of mine, and I strongly recommend it. I’ll definitely keep coming back for more great experiences.

Pure joy fills my soul every time I walk into this store. I’m bound to find some awesome treasure of goodness. The staff is always so nice and friendly and the dynamic duo of manager “Sht” and Team Lead “Onya” are always leading the team. Today the Frontega Chicken was simply delightful. I have never had any trouble with this spot getting me right.

Y'all make it really difficult to leave you any stars when you are CONSISTENTLY out of bread bowls by dinner. My granddaughter does a better job at managing her lemonade stand. Why not just drop "Bread" from the name? Also, why even have registers when employees ask customers to place their order on the kiosks? Do better Panera!

I ordered a box of coffee and a dozen donuts for my company meeting this morning. I received my bagels with Cream cheese and they gave me my box of coffee without cream sugar cups nothing! So before I left, I asked if I could please have all of the necessities to go with a coffee (I always pick up Panera breakfast and it always comes together. I usually never have to ask) And it took 15 minutes to To get me cups, creamer, sugar, and lids. Now I am late to my meeting. Thanks a lot. There is no urgency at this location for customer service that is there for a rapid pick up. I will never go to this location again.

Couple of times I’ve gone to this Panera and I’ve been told that they aren’t taking orders through the drive thru, they’re just handing out mobile orders. So I pull away and submit a mobile order. The first time I did that, I came back and was told that the drive thru was closed, so I called her out and said that ten minutes ago they were taking mobile orders, so I submitted a mobile. The seething rage with which I was handed my order was the most satisfying part of my experience. I did the same today and received the same indignation masked with a forced smile, but with the addition of a stale butt end of a baguette and a grilled cheese made with only the heels of the loaf of bread. 🤣🤣🤣 I’m curious at how mad I can make this person by asking them to do their job. They cannot be fun to work with. Will definitely return. Can’t wait to find out what they have in store for me next. Stay tuned.

I come to this Panera bread often and I recently ordered a tuna salad sandwich with a banana and I got a rotten banana that was squishy and overall, disgusting. Whenever I order the tuna sandwich I get just tuna and the rest of the veggies. Okay, regular stuff but this time, I got purple stuff/red onion that comes with a tuna salad and pieces of celery that come with the sandwich and to be fair that’s what it comes with generally reasonable, but like I said I come here often and I never got red onion and celery stuff in the tuna and It ruins the overall taste making it bland. You guys should investigate who is serving a rotten banana and a mediocre sandwich this isn’t the only time I’ve gotten questionable food from here. As I once ordered a load of bread that was freshly made that same day and they claim “Sorry, that bread is for another time” so you’re saying you don’t serve fresh bread on the daily, leave it until it’s about a month old then, serve it to the customers?

I have been a member of the sip club for years with no issues. In the past 3 to 4 weeks every single drink has been flat and room temperature. Disappointed 😞

One Best coffee shops in the North side. The seasonal lattes are delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The drip coffee is really good too, but my all time favorite is the pour overs! If you want the best coffee taste this will do it. The baristas are super friendly and can help you decide if you're not sure on what you're looking for. My only complaint is the chairs are too hard and they don't help my back pain. There's only one cushioned chair and I try to get there early to use it 😆

Fourth time getting coffee at The Well. The atmosphere has a great vibe which is warm and welcoming. I got the Cuban coffee this time and probably the best i have ever tasted. Highly recommend this coffee house.

Only location in Indiana, and a great spot for drinks and talking! Some coffee beans were over $30 for a 284g bag. But pour overs are only $5 (except one for $8). A rum espresso tonic is $5.75. Our barista was super nice and when she saw me filming her making the pour over, she explained the whole process well for me to document. All the tables were full on a Sunday afternoon, and everyone looked to be having a good time. We opted to sit outside, and the sun hit us perfectly right to keep us warm. All the drinks hit the right spot, atmosphere was great, and people were kind. All I ask for in a coffee shop!

Cool place and they have a great Cuban! << try it! They’re a little on the pricey side, but the environment is awesome. Get there around 9am on a Saturday and you’ll get your drink quickly. 10 AM or later and you’ll have to wait a few minutes. Seating is well organized and I’ve always been able to get a table. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. I find it a great place to get work done. Be sure to check the hours during the winter. As of April, 2024, the bathrooms could definitely be cleaner. Parking is confusing for first timers. I always park in the free garage just to the north. This place is a vibe.

New to the area and staying in a corporate apartment close by, needed to find a place to satisfy my coffee fix. Mission accomplished! Walked over and was impressed as soon as I walked in. Very clean, you can tell they take pride here. Customer service was outstanding and my coffee was a light roast today and quite tasty. Hints of chocolate. I ordered a cold brew for the road and I’m excited for that. If you order a larger drip, apparently you get a free refill. Also, they have 2 good sized private rooms for conference that appears to be open for anyone. Great job, I’ll be back. Come out and support your local businesses and avoid chain coffee shops! I highly recommend this place.

The food here is SO good, the staff however take it over the top!!! A must try! If you’re super hungry or wanting to share the biscuits and gravy is crazy, feeling something compact, handheld? Get the breakfast burrito!!! Need a treat? The Pop Tart is on a monthly rotation and there has not been a bad flavor yet! The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and easy to share with the whole table(if you can bring yourself to share) I have to specifically call out two staff members because they have made every single trip to RIZE special for me and my children. Niara and Thai are not only great servers, but they are wonderful people. There is a reason we keep coming back and while the food is good and worth it, they make it feel like we are visiting friends, even when my daughter starts getting antsy from sitting around they are kind and helpful!

Rise is perfect for a girlfriend meet up, a birthday celebration or a morning coffee break with great food. Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! Anything that you pick off the menu is very good. The potato tart is to die for, it's very filling, every morsel, every bite is just delicious. I recommend going here for a late brunch. Also the caramel latte is delicious.

I had wanted to try the cinnamon roll forever, and I will have to agree with others that there isn't really any cinnamon goodness to taste, but the frosting was very tasty! The biscuits and gravy were flavorful. My husband really enjoyed his food (omlette), more than I enjoyed mine. I'd definitely come back and try other items on the menu!

The food was good for the most part but, the service was sub par for the price. Had the rize burger and my daughter had the bowl. She said it was refreshing. The goose wasn't very good. It didn't look very good either the veggies appeared to be under cooked.

The bowl itself was a bit narrow and made the salad a little hard to eat without making a mess — you kind of have to fight your way in — but once you get a forkful, you understand why it’s worth the battle. Then came the Fruit Cup, which I didn’t expect to be a standout item — but it turned out to be a major highlight. Hands down, this was the best fruit I’ve tasted in the Fishers area. Every piece — from the blueberries to the strawberries, the cantaloupe to the pineapple — was ripe, juicy, and full of flavor. Nothing bland, under-ripe, or filler-like about it. It truly felt like dessert in a cup. To complete the experience, I ordered a brunch cocktail called the Rize + Shine Mocha, and it was the perfect balance of bold and smooth. It’s a cold brew-based drink with vodka and chocolate syrup, and while that combo might sound intense, it was surprisingly mellow and refreshing. The drink wasn’t overwhelmed by either the coffee or the alcohol — both flavors blended beautifully without overpowering one another. The optional whipped cream on top added a creamy finish without making it overly sweet. If you’re into adventurous breakfast beverages, this one’s a win. The vibe at Rize is casual-chic with a welcoming, open atmosphere. The staff was attentive without hovering, and the outdoor seating provided a nice view of the surrounding area. It’s the kind of place you could enjoy solo, on a brunch date, or with a group of friends. All in all, Rize exceeded expectations. It’s one of those rare spots where nearly everything you taste feels like it was made with intention and care. While there are small areas for improvement (like the salad bowl size and biscuit moisture), the overall execution, flavor, and freshness are what truly define the experience.

This our family's favorite place! The food is always amazing, the workers are always so kind! You can tell this place has an amazing work environment. Everyone is always so happy and smiling at each other and checking in with one another! We love this for this place, as it shows in every aspect of this restaurant! To everyone working there, you all are an amazing team and it makes us come back again and again! And of course your food is delicious!

The fritters here are actually really bad. They are really dense, chewy dough. Feels like eating a loaf of bread. Wish I hady money back for that one. They should really look at what Titus donuts is doing with their fritters. Otherwise, their donuts are stellar. Everytime I'm on the Northside, I make an attempt to visit. The Carmel icing is like salted Carmel, and no other donut shop touches it. Overjoyed they're keeping the lemon blueberry around - blueberry is my favorite fruit and is THE perfect flavor pairing with lemon. Everything else on their menu, only have raves!

I have been here several times. I was overdue for a review. I really enjoy the donuts here! The donuts are airy, light, and not overly sugary. The donuts felt fresh and would highly recommend. I usually show up at 7 am and the staff are super friendly. The powdered sugar donuts get everywhere but i do not mind.

This ain’t Dunkin Doughnuts! It’s an amazing doughnut and pastry shop that does a heck of a business with SO many options. They are all good from the assortment we sampled. It gets busy on Saturday but they still had a huge selection! It’s an amazing premium doughnut for $2.25 Nice staff as well !

When you walk in you know this is a legit bakery....They're making delicious treats in this building. Go get yourself a donut...go get yourself a Danish. Personally I think these are the most legit donuts in the entire city of Indianapolis period hands down. They seem to be all over the city but the one that I usually go to is in Fishers. But fair warning, prepare yourself because in the morning there's a line and you have to be willing to wait at least 10 minutes to get in the door. That is unless you know the trade secret. 🔥💯🙄😭😉✌🏾

Beautiful decor and friendly staff! The bakery is a great quick stop on a walk through the Fishers District! We love the donuts and coffee. This visit we bought the apple butter and fig ham, can’t wait to try them! The cashier was kind enough to look in the back for the right size jar of jam for us, too. Great place to buy cookies, Whoopie pies, or any normal pie, too.

First time trying these out after hearing about them for several months now.... they did not disappoint! All of their donuts just melt in the mouth; even the basic glazed yeast was perfection. Tried a 6 pack of mixed donuts and the only one I wasn't crazy about was the lemon filled.. just wasn't enough tanginess for me. Let's talk about their cookies though 😍😍 the oatmeal raisins are perfection and a great price. Probably gaining 5 lbs this weekend but they're worth the calories

Their diverse coffee selection includes rich dark roasts and lighter, floral options, all consistently well-crafted with smooth textures and balanced flavors. The café provides a great environment for coffee lovers, whether for work or relaxation.

Feels (and tastes 😋) like a premium local coffee shop. Amazing quality for coffee, drinks, and scones. Currently they have some limited fall drinks both with coffee and non-coffee options. Shop has a lovely atmosphere, plenty of comfortable seating as of a Thursday afternoon. They were even able to accommodate us for our request for coconut milk when asked about their milk alternatives. Get their scones!! Sam makes them in-house, change daily, and they're absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to return tomorrow while we're in town 😋

Stopped in today because we wanted to try somewhere new and this place did not disappoint. Had a bit of a wait due to them changing out the nitro, and then our other latte was picked up by accident. But, who I would assume was the owner apologized for the wait and had our other drink remade right away. And, I've got to say it was so refreshing hearing him say, "we make it right, every time." I feel like that's rare nowadays. My campfire latte was excellent!

All very good. Great friendly servers, with a smile and more than a “Wadda want?” A nice corner lounge area with four easy chairs. A counter seat area looking outside and tables and chairs along a window and in the center of the room.

Stoped for coffee and also got a few Snickerdoodle Cookies. The lady said they were gluten but pretty good. She was right they were soft and delicious! Highly recommend. Great service w a nice cozy atmosphere.

Having the prices on the drive up menu would be helpful. I paid $20 for a small coffee and a sandwich. Sticker shock! The bagged chips were overcooked. Not the shop's fault, but a new chip Co might be in order.

Loved everything about this coffee shop! The building is absolutely beautiful with exposed brick and hardwood. The barista was very kind and helpful as I decided on a drink. The place was packed but there was plenty of seating upstairs and on the outdoor patios. Bonus points for the Little Library outside!

We love schoolhouse 7, always good food and yummy drinks, friendly staff, and the cutest atmosphere! We’ve rented out there upstairs a couple times. Including last minute when our outdoor wedding was rained out! It’s also great to support a local business.

We rented the Schoolhouse for a party and it was a terrific experience. Staff was so easy and accommodating with all of our plans. Very affordable. And the space is perfect and so welcoming. The food and drinks are amazing. A true gem, thank you Carrie and team for a wonderful experience!

I’ve always loved Schoolhouse 7 Café – the drinks are great and the vibe is cozy. But today we waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru for two drinks with only two cars ahead of us. The staff seemed to be working so hard but were clearly overwhelmed. Management really needs to hire more help – not just for faster service, but to support their hardworking team.

Elle was so sweet. She got our orders perfectly and the bowls were delicious! We tried three different ones for our first time and so delicious.

Had an amazing bowl here at Rush Bowl and experience! You have to try the PB&J bowl and do it “The James Way”. Also, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service and enjoyed eating something fresh and healthy that was very filling. Will be back for sure! Clean space with some indoor and outdoor seating as well.

I recently tried rush bowls for the first time. Other smoothie bowl places I’ve been to haven’t compared. First I got the Aloha Bowl and it was delicious. Tasted like it was made with love. The trendy aesthetic of the inside when ordering was gorgeous. Lastly the service I received I felt like I was VIP. The worker Maggie took my order and gave me great recommendations for bowls. I will definitely be back soon!

I finally was able to go here for breakfast. I have been wanting to go for a very long time. My friend and I were very excited about going, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We were told before we got seated that we had 90 minutes to be seated and eat our food and leave because they get extremely busy on the weekend. That kind of left a bad taste in our mouth because we felt rushed and our waitress definitely was rushed. They were bringing out food so fast that one of the waitresses dropped a tray of water and broke glass all over the place at the party that was sitting next to us. When we left I noticed a piece of glass was stuck to the bottom of my shoe. Our food was very salty because the service was extremely rash. We weren't sure when the 90 minutes started. Did it start when we sat down or when we received our food?. We felt extremely bad for our waitress because she was all over the place. She forgot to get the silverware and napkins. She gave my friend her orange juice so fast that it spilled on the table. Willing to give this place one try just not on the weekend.

Very nice breakfast location! It's clean and the aesthic is very pleasant. The wait staff is friendly and very attentive to detail. I had the skillet and the mimosa flight. Highly recommend both! We will be back.

First time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised! It’s much bigger than the spot on Lake Circle Drive, and the wait was way shorter than I expected. They told me 20 minutes, but I was seated in about 10. Plus, there’s a nice covered seating area out front while you wait. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I decided to try the Southern Eggs Benedict for the first time—absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned with cheese and gravy on top. I paired it with the French toast, and it was the perfect combo. Parking was a little crowded, but I lucked out with a spot opening up right at the front. The parking angels were definitely on my side! Overall, great experience—highly recommend.

Husband and I was in town for a game and found this place!! Absolutely LOVED!!! Our server Bree was amazing. She had good timing with everything. It was one of the best omelets I’ve had and who doesn’t love a good mimosa flight! Husband tried the Tres Leches Pancakes and they were fire!! Will be back for sure!

What a sorry excuse for breakfast. You’d think they’d put as much love in their takeout as when dining in. The bread was tough, eggs were not runny and burnt although we specified. Avocado was old We ordered for takeout 30 min ahead and the food was not ready when we got there. (Place was pretty empty) so no excuse for being 45 min. Terrible terrible experience Ps: I love mornings and come here very often. This is very disappointing

After waiting 30 minutes, a nice gentleman was seating us at a table when another server interrupted to inform us that the table was reserved. She said that were was no room for us and made us feel like unwelcomed trash. I’ve always felt that the staff at this nursery is unfriendly and after this disappointing visit to the cafe, I will not be returning.

This place is such a cute cafe! The kids meals were a great deal and I enjoyed the food overall. I loved the salad and the French fries! The flatbread wasn’t as flavorful as I’d hoped and the service took a very long time even though it wasn’t that busy. If you are not in a rush, it’s a great spot to enjoy the beauty of the nursery with a friend, family member, or on a date!

Reasonably priced and a nice little brunch spot inside of the home and garden store. Everything was very fresh and the home fries were delicious. The breakfast sandwich was great.

This happens to be one of my favorite spots for a calming brunch. Surround by plants, unique home decor, and nice people. Every dish i have tried has been top of the line delicious! Not many tables but the feeling of sitting on an indoor patio while enjoy some fantastic coffee really brings you down to earth. This would be a good place to so some work or read a book also.

The best hidden secret in Fishers. The food is extraordinary!, delicious and creatively represented. The service is excellent. The Managment of Allisonville garden and homes is very gifted. The idea of having a nice lunch and dinner place like Maggie’s Bistro indoor while people shopping and attending different workshops is an amazing idea. Lord’s willing, we will come back here many times for lunch or dinner. Maggie’s Bistro is just added to one of our family’s favorites.

Much like the majority of the plants for sale at the nursery, the food is way over priced and low quality ($8 for a waffle). Love the atmosphere and the staff, but it’s not worth going back.

Nice restaurant with the usual Cracker Barrel yumminess! The fried pickles are amazing as always! We went there on a Saturday night and surprisingly the place was empty, so we were seated on arrival.

I will be filing a lawsuit. I made a mobile order and specifically said no onions or papers as i’m allergic, and they put them in there i went back asked for another one and they did it again so im very disappointed that i have to write this but as a company you need to do better and listen to your customers I AM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS and you have caused me a hospital visit.

We came in for breakfast on Saturday and the service was so good, we had to come back on Sunday. Both days we had Summer take care of us and our grandson. Wonderful service. I had sworn off CB, but due to the great service, we came back. Cracker Barrel is fortunate to have suck a great employee as Summer. Keep up the great work.

The food an atmosphere were very good as usual. However I have to comment on the Rewards program--I received an email offering 20% off of a meal if I spent $25. Really? If I have earned the pegs by purchasing meals, I shouldn't have a minimum spend to use the pegs. I am only one person and I would have to buy at least two meals to spend $25. Need to update the program.

We have been repeatedly disappointed in CB over the past 3 years, but decided to give it one LAST try. Glad we did, because the entire experience was stellar. The food was hot and tasty, the store packed with holiday offerings and the fireplace roaring with a welcomed fire as we came in from wind and rain. However, the real star of the day was our server, Nikki. She was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly - something we haven’t seen at CB in years. A very pleasant surprise all around.

The manager Kathy was completely amazing. She went above and beyond for myself and my mother during breakfast. Our server Katie was also super fantastic. Very friendly, and attentive. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!!!

I’ve been going to this location for a year now and I LOVE IT!! This is my favorite Qdoba to go to (and I live right next to one so that should share A LOT). The store manager is wonderful, the servers are amazing, and the cooks do an absolutely fantastic job. I love the entire team, they have never let me down! I’m eating my burrito as I’m writing this because I’m so happy and I wanted to share the great experiences I’ve had with this location :)

If you want a meter check of the worlds condition come to this place. Nothing but young people refusing to work. They're always out of things hours before it's time to close. Sometimes you don't even know there open because the shut off everything and pretend they're close. The sign says they don't close til 10pm and I'll come in at 7:30pm just to be told there out of everything and refuse to cook anymore. It takes over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because everyone work late shift only concern is going home. You can tell that they DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE but these very same people wants to get paid. Corporate needs to shut this place down since they don't want to be there anyway or fire everyone at night to bring in some people to actually do the job. I bet if corporate checks there night time numbers it'll speak for itself. I wish I could give this location negative stars. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.......side note once they get rid of everyone by saying there's no food hours before they close they get on the phones and DO NOTHING instead of making food to serve potential customers. I'll also post pics of this so you can see for yourself........ This 116th Street Fishers Indiana location needs some emergency attention

This is the nearest Qdoba for me. I prefer Qdoba to Chipotle or Moe's and this location is very good. Plenty of parking and always plenty of places to sit down and eat. The workers are normally very friendly at this location.

Only one employee working. He did a great job however the management style is setup for long waits and cold food.

QDOBA used to be really great, but this location has really gone really down hill recently. I ordered online for in store pickup that said it would be ready when I got there. After waiting a half hour inside and having everyone else’s food made isn’t the greatest experience. Don’t offer online service if it’ll ultimately be ignored.

Tried to order my food online for about 45 minutes and the app it just was not working. I was trying to order my food and also redeem my rewards for free chips and queso. So I went ahead and I drove to qdoba and waited in line. Thank God there were not a lot of people there. I showed the manager my app let them know I tried to order online for about 45 minutes and the app is not working. The manager was really nice and gave me my free chips and queso for free. Ordering from the app is a waste of time you might as well just go inside

Some how was able to order a product they “don’t have”. Wasn’t given the substitute either. Beverages are watered down. Absolutely worst location I’ve been to. It’s an ignorant amount of ketchup and no other condiment but ketchup on my quarter pounder. Just unedible

It was like any other McDonald's but the employee running the food was amazing! She was kind, energetic and seemed to be in top of things! So refreshing! Great customer service, bravo! We were there Sunday the 28th of September if the manager would like reference.

Technically, I always eat here, but I feel the service was worse. The waitress didn't listen to what I was saying, she was waiting on others, and every time I told her what I wanted, she didn't give it the right name. I wanted to pay quickly, but the waitress took forever. I ordered a Mocha frappe, and she gave me a caramel frappe.

Been here twice and both times, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with ketchup & cheese only. Both times, I received both burgers with everything on them. I am allergic to onions so this is very dangerous for me. They make you sit at the drivethru speaker forever but the order is still wrong every time. Receipt is correct.

DoorDash driver you get the ability and the opportunity to visit a lot of restaurants that you normally wouldn’t visit if you rank the McDonald’s and the fishers area this is one of the most efficient McDonald’s there… As a driver, the food is always ready and as a customer if you use the application, your food is always ready… I see so many people so upset when they’re waiting for their food and what they don’t realize is that everyone else ordered their food prior to even showing up so they are automatically at the end of the line… Here’s a tip use the app and save yourself some frustration

This was my best experience at McDonalds in a long time. Kisha went beyond to make sure my kids had a fun time! She gave them two different toys in their happy meals, which seems small, but makes them so happy. She also listened to them and made conversation and they loved that. This is our new McDonalds because of Kisha!

Tried to order on app but they didn’t have that option but that was ok, ordered drink and she said I could use my card that they want to be linked to the app so I used my chip cc and then I wanted to scan my app to get points and she said oh it is to late for that and laughed, she should know her job and ask to scan my app because I had it out to pay for it , very disappointed!!!!

Ordered what I always do a mocha cookie crumble. This time It is just a cup of large ice chips with whipped cream on top. Can’t even get the ice chunk a through a straw. They were also out of large straws. I would have been better if buying a bag of ice and a garden hose to drink it through.

Horrible experience. I can’t remember the guys name but he was working on September 1 with a lady named Sherry.. around 6:20 pm. I come to this Starbucks A LOT & I will never return. They have completely lost my business. It’s disappointing that Target would let someone do disrespectful and rude work at their business. I have never been treated so poorly…. all because the barista made my drink wrong. When I told him it wasn’t right…. He said to me “I don’t care”. I am very upset and have contacted corporate office for Starbucks and Target.

Starbucks to me has the best tasting coffee. The coffee I order always tastes consistent and very rarely are mistakes made. Service is fast and friendly. When I go inside, I enjoy the array of items for sale. I can pick out a new stylish travel mug or grab a snack. I can sit in a comfortable atmosphere and answer emails with the free wifi on my laptop or chat with a friend. I love Starbucks!

The young man at the window , I’ve had an interaction with on a few occasions the past week , an normally I let it go with his condescending attitude. I’m not normally one to write a nasty review .

Enjoyed a hot beverage today while I was at target shopping and picking up glasses. It’s nice to have target and Starbucks all in the same place makes life a lot easier sometimes. Just wish sometimes that the arrestors had a little bit more knowledge about the drinks and they could get a better otherwise I’m good thank you

Every since a young age I've only ever gotten the vanilla bean frappucino because i knew I loved it. Today I saw a smores option and was intrigued but nervous to deviate from my norm. I expressed this to the cashier after asking her to describe what all is in it. Not only did she give me a very thorough explanation of the ingredients, she also was willing to go ahead and make me one and if I did not like it she would make me a vanilla bean instead. With that being said, I tried the smores one and LOVED it! I couldn't have asked for better service.

Look Qdoba is good, but the corporate greed on the pricing is getting outrageous. It's literally cheaper at this point to just go get authentic Mexican food. 20 dollars for a bowl and a drink is ridiculous. The food cost more than you pay the employees for an hour of work.

I had a terrible experience at this exact location last night and I should have explained to the manager but something told me the lady( black, heavy set, short, with braids,) I can’t remember her name. But something told me she was actually running the place since she was the one ordering him around as if she was the manager and he was her subordinate. I went in to get a bowl. They didn’t. Have much of anything I went in around 7:30pm. He’s making veggies and she’s barking orders. I tell her what I want they don’t have it so I get what I can. I get down to the register and she charges me $20 for a bowl which barely had anything no rice it was a mess. I ask her is there anyway I can be compensated for my inconvenience she shakes her and then yells for the manager, I’m still waiting on an answer. He walks over and ask her “what is it?” She looks at me and says “well tell him he’s the manager!” I have been to this location several times. This lady is doing this establishment a disservice. If you can’t serve people properly find a new job. I really hope corporate looks into this behavior because this place was so out of wack. She had no respect for management let alone anyone that came through the door. Thank you to the manager for basically making my order, while being yelled orders and taking care of my bill at the end.

First time customer. I was sorely disappointed that they were out of carnitas. They appeared to be short-handed as the wait was longer than I anticipated it to be. I definitely prefer Chipotle.

STAY AWAY We were the only customers during lunch time and it still took 30 minutes to prepare a shrimp bowl. The employees seemed confused about the food (tried to give the spiciest salsa when we asked for mild), payment (tried to charge us twice) and if they were going to be out of items (claimed no mango salsa when they were making it). A really horrible experience. The food was fine but, other than one woman, the service was truly TERRIBLE.

They treat you like garbage. No ingredients served. No ice. Whatever I got in this bowl is good. First and the last time I’m gonna be here.

Just came back with my delicious take out order. We went in very close to closing time and despite this, the two employees working in front made our large order to go. They were super polite and took extra care to make sure everything was prepared the way we wanted. I love this location because of the service we received!!!

My food was stolen out of this place before it could even be delivered to my house. This place is very unprofessional and I still haven’t received a refund for the food that I never received. They will let randoms steal your food / take your food without verifying that person as a door-dasher. I don’t recommend this place at all.

*MOLD REVIEW* Absolutely disappointing. It was my first time visiting BAB after a quick google search for a local bagel place and reading the first top 3 4-5 star reviews convinced me to go and try them out as I read that they not only have bagels but have great muffins too. I decided to give it a shot and I don't believe I will again. I ordered a Start Fresh breakfast sandwich on a honey oat bagel which is egg whites, tomatoes and turkey sausage. I substituted the tomatoes for red onion. As I was eating it, I kept thinking this tastes kind of funky and with every bite I took I continued to have this feeling. When I inspected the sandwich, I noticed the egg white is MOLDY and very clearly showing a green/gray/blue colour on the egg white as you can see in my photo. I was absolutely disgusted and am feeling rather sick at this moment due to that. I called the store and spoke to the manager at the time and her name was Jane (not native english speaker it seemed like). I let her know that her egg whites that I got were moldy. She did not once apologize for this, she instead decided to plead her case that "No, our egg whites are fresh, not moldy, but we can make you a new sandwich if you like". I did not appreciate her response to my having just ingested their moldy egg white that is making me feel sick. Did not offer a refund, only a new sandwich. I will be bringing whatever is left of the sandwich to the store today and showing them as it seems as though they did not believe me. I will also be contacting the general manager as these are franchised owned business and there was no indication that they would take off the egg whites from being sold. I can only hope that after the call, they checked on their egg whites and disposed of them. I also tried their mini muffins. At the time of writing this review, I tried the cookies and cream and it was tasty. I don't expect to have a mold related issue with their muffins. Please be wary.

I went here after passing by this place all the time. My wife ordered a turkey sausage egg bagel, she wasn't impressed. I ordered the California club it was ok. I was going to place my order then the lady behind the counter got a call so I'm waiting i thought she was done then she took another call,another lady who came in opened a second register which was cool. This was my first time here and I'm not trying to trip the service was ok and the food was alright, I'm sure i could have went to McAllisters or Potbellys and got this type of sandwich.

Best bagel place ever!! We love their everything bagels and even tried one with salmon on it today. Great prices, awesome service, and even better muffins. We loved trying their many muffin flavors by buying a dozen of their mini ones. They also have cool coffee flavors with random ones popping in each month. Love going here on Mondays, too, to get $1.50 big muffins!

Stopped in for the first time today since breakfast was over at most places. So glad I did! Customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered and I was given suggestions on what to order.They have a variety of breakfast bagels that are big enough to share. They also offer turkey sausage as a substitute, which is what I ordered for my bagel and it's really good, very flavorful. The coffee is delicious as well and they have a nice variety. They also have this little jar of powdered chocolate for you to flavor your coffee and of course, I went crazy with it 😅 Overall, great food, great customer service, and cozy atmosphere. I'll be back!😄

Beware - *Those reviewing 5-Stars (recently) seem to lack discernment and give 5-Stars for every review* We had bagel breakfast sandwiches and mini muffins. Muffins tasted mass produced and like chemical preservatives. My children didn’t even care for them. Nothing was fresh. Bagel was not toasted-what kind of bagel place is this!? Bacon was thin strips, see-through strips and microwaved. Scrambled egg was a cartridge egg mix that was microwaved. Cracked egg had shell fragments in it. No love put into the food preparation. Anyone can microwave food and/or receive in a mass produced shipment of baked goods. Don’t bother wasting your $ at a BAB. 1st and last time for us. -Fishers should be embarrassed to keep this place in business. The 1980’s called and they want their restaurant back.

$10 for a below average bagel sandwich is wild. I have known about this place for years, and today i decided to stop in. Are the bagels even fresh? I will stick to good ole broad ripple bagel deli.

We’ve been coming here for awhile, but after today we will not return. Our food was not very flavorful as it has been less and less over the last few times… Cashier was asked about their iced drinks so we ordered a vanilla but she took our order then made a hot drink instead… I could say more but I’m just going to leave it at that

Did not have a great experience with McDonald’s today. I picked up a group of mobile orders for my office. One drink I did not receive and had to return for, but the staff took a while, questioning me and asking to see my receipt after I had been hold up my phone phone with it. They said they could no longer find the ordered on their end. Like, just please give me the drink so I can get back to work. My coworker who ordered the beverage said is was nasty. It was very milked down. Also later when I opened up the apple pie I had bought myself, I found some hair cooked into it as shown on the pictures.

First of all how do you serve a burnt happy meal? Can’t you see that the bun is burnt? Plus it’s for a kid. My kiddo innocently told me mom the bun is burnt and told me it was okay. But we headed back to the store and asked for a new one or a refund for the inconvenience which workers and management were not help at all! Totally unsatisfied! Poor problem solving, poor service and poor customer interaction.

So I placed a mobile order this morning for 6 glazed donuts. Regular GLAZED donuts. I pulled through, get my order, and when I get home just wanting to sit down to eat, what do I get? 2 glazed donuts and 4 chocolate donuts. I HATE CHOCOLATE DONUTS! Like despise them! Tried to call the store no answer and I'm too exhausted to go back out when I have to get ready for work Im so disappointed and upset. I added what I ordered and what I got photo wise. Not ordering from here AGAIN.

The computers were broken so we had to order at the counter. It took forever for someone to come and get our order even though there wasn't any line. They did get are food out quickly after ordering though. The food was good.

I decided to do the McDonald's drive through this morning before I went to work. And it seemed to be there might have been some sort of malfunction with the mobile app, because the employees were struggling to find my order. Which I can understand happens, however, when I talk to the second employee and we finally got my order.She lectured me and was very rude to me about making sure I placed the order on the mobile app. Which I had already done a good twenty minutes prior to that and she told me that I backed up the entire drive through line because I didn't order on the app when I protested and told her I did and that it was not my fault.She said, fine, whatever, have a great day. I was not okay with this. There is no reason to talk to customers this way when they have done nothing wrong. I did what I was supposed to. When I tried to call the store I was hung up on multiple times. I even tried leaving feedback in the app and shockingly enough that didn't work either. This will be the last time I visit this location. Do better McDonald's!

I ordered on the app from this location at approximately 7:45 ish just a little while ago. I ordered two sandwiches two apple pies and a large Coke drove through didn't ask for a receipt since I ordered on the app first bag that I received was wrong as well as the second bag they took both bags back through the window and finally gave me the correct sandwich only it was not correct but close enough at that point once I got home and unpacked the food I pulled out the apple pies and noticed they were really dry the time literally said 9:25 a.m. so they are selling 10-hour old apple pies.. when we tried to call the location no one answered the phone.. Won't be going there again unless I'm just getting a coke awful

Probably my sign, I shouldn't have gotten ice cream but got a sundae and mcflurry forme and my husband. they gave us a cup of vanilla ice cream with a little bit of M&Ms, on top, we even splurged for the Regular versus mini lol, terrible service.

Always seem short staffed. Will randomly close early due to not enough people. Also waited 15 minutes to get my pickup order with only 2 cars in front of me. Workers are nice but definitely poor management.

Every time I go to this location, this is what the cold foam looks like. I clarified if it did have cold foam and the barista said “Yeah, it sinks to the bottom” and walked away. Every single time, at this location only. I order the same thing at multiple other Starbucks locations in the area and never have this issue. This one is the one closest to me, but I prefer to drive out of my way to any others in the area. I understand there will be some variation from drink to drink but charging an additional $1.25 for foam and saying it “sinks to the bottom” every time is wild. I have gone to this one only 3 times this year because I avoid it knowing my order will be bad (same with DoorDash) and this is what my drink has looked like every time and doesn’t taste remotely similar. I get mistakes or errors will be made and literally hate even asking about it , but doing so kindly and being dismissed each time is frustrating. It’s a $7+ drink that just gets trashed. I’ll exclusively go to the I69&116th or Cabela Pkwy location in this area from now on.

I recently visited this Starbucks multiple times, and I was quite disappointed. Every time I tried to order something, the items I was craving were often out of stock. The service wasn’t particularly great either, and I just didn’t feel satisfied with the experience. I was hoping for a better experience here, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

Our drinks took forever to be made. They had plenty of workers and not busy. (This is the usual at this location.) Employees were chatting with each other. Playing on a customer’s phone and didn’t wash their hands and continued making the drinks. Corporate did give me my money back. I truly couldn’t bring myself to drink my coffee from seeing the uncleanliness. But, staff needs to be trained how to do their job like all of the other well run Starbucks nearby. Sanitary concerns should be an important priority, and the customer should be apologized to..not given excuses for their bad practices.

My new favorite Starbucks! This store is close to my work so it’s really convenient. The store just opened about 3 months ago, and so far the employees are amazing! They’re friendly, they make customers feel appreciated, they make the drinks exactly like they should be, the seating area is usually spotless, they have convenient pick-up parking. Love this store!

I placed a mobile order for two lattes. The level of disinterest when we picked them up by the staff was appalling. Add in that one was only 2/3 full, ordered extra hot and made lukewarm (I arrived BEFORE they were made), and they added zero sweetener as requested lets us know we will never come back to this location again. Thank goodness for gas stations so I could make my $7 coffee drinkable and hot.

I live near this McDonald's and went through the drive through today l around 8pm. Everything was fine but left short 20 chicken nuggets. I did not realize this till getting home, tried calling twice and was hung up on both times. Thanks McDonald's.

Very incompetent and unreliable. Ordered simple drinks and a frappe. Neither made correctly, then made the excuse that the modifications requested weren’t paid for. Not n because they weren’t asked but because the lack of attention from their staff.

They regrouped old fries and thought I would leave and then too far to come back. I had them drop new fries and then after I left, I found out that they made my Big Mac completely wrong! I haven't received a reply and compensation to replace the meal.

Went thru DT and ordered 40 chix nuggets and two large fries all cooked to order so that they would be piping hot when we got home to eat. I expected to be parked to give them time to prepare the cook to order. Red flags and bells went off in my head when my order was handed to me at the window. I asked the window person if that was the cook to order order and she said yes. I tried a fry and it was piping hot so thought great, done right🤷. I was sorely disappointed when we got home (took 7 minutes) and unpacked the bag to find they had topped cold fries with a few hot ones. The chix nuggets were room temp, all four boxes. Sorely disappointed that they lied just to get rid of cold food. Yes, I understand it is fast food and it is a crapshoot as to whether you will get what you ordered🤦 Disclaimer: I totally understand that they do not care and that my complaint will fall on deaf ears. I was in food service management for over 30 years training my servers to give quality service and just disappointed in the decline of good guest service.

I wish I would have taken photos of the pathetic ice cream cone and sundaes they handed us. Barely any ice cream. It was double the size last week. The employee said this was the way it’s supposed to be and refused to remake them. We returned them and left. Very poor quality and service. If I do go back I’m taking photos to post.

The last few times we ordered through the mobile app, the order was either incomplete or we had someone else’s food with ours. When we tried to explain, we were met with blank stares. Very disappointing.

This is what Taco Bell handed me after I politely asked them to fix their mistake. I ordered black beans, got beef, and when I asked for a replacement, they gave me this… thing. It looks like someone dropped it, kicked it, and then tried to reassemble it with zero effort. It was greasy, and completely unappetizing — like they were trying to prove a point for daring to ask for the right order. The tortilla was burnt in spots and soggy in others. Whatever was inside was a mystery mash of regret. If I wanted something that looked and tasted this bad, I’d microwave leftovers from three nights ago. This isn’t food — it’s a cry for help wrapped in a tortilla.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ate from. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Upper management needs to be ashamed of their selves. All of our food was cold, and when I say cold I mean winter cold, like the food had been sitting outside before they gave it to us. And on top of that our whole order was wrong. Instead of giving me my nacho bell grande, they gave me chips with no cheese. I am fully disappointed in Taco Bell. I ordered my food at 11:18 at the Taco Bell on Olivia way. Every time I give them another chance they disappoint me even more. Also I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do to help me in retrieving my food. I was even willing to bring the food back but wasn’t able to do that either. I plan to hear from someone about this matter. Because at this point I feel like I’ve just been robbed. $30 for a bunch of nothing I ordered and missing items. Whoever is in charge needs to learn a thing or two about customer service because this business will not last much longer with the way they do things.

We ordered through door dash. 3 of the 7 things we ordered weren't in the bag. The food that was in the bag was obviously not made with a care in the world. Literally every aspect was terrible. This location used to be great, I'm not sure why it's gone so far down hill

place was very gross, the employees was extremely rude. even employees scared for their environment & apologetic for the people that were working around them. profanity type of music as soon as you enter the door. just wasnt a good place for ANYBODY, dnt recommend, will be calling board of health.

The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes, even though there was absolutely no crowd. When I asked the staff about my order, he told me to ‘wait.’ I waited another 5 minutes, and when I asked again, he casually said that my order was ‘taken’ and had to be remade! What made it worse is that the employee was deliberately stalling my order, laughing as if he was enjoying making me wait, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue. When I asked for the manager and explained that I had already been waiting 30 minutes with no order delivered, he did nothing! Instead, he allowed the employee to continue laughing and intentionally delaying me even more. To make matters worse, another staff member told me, very rudely, that I ‘had no right to ask about my order’! So instead of being compensated or even receiving an apology, I was met with mockery, laughter, and complete neglect. Customer service here is zero, respect for customers is zero, and it felt like they were deliberately trying to humiliate me. Honestly, this will be the last time I ever deal with this place, and I strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to reconsider, because they neither value your time nor respect their customers.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My order was completely messed up and there wasn’t things on there that I paid EXTRA for. Went in the day after I had ordered and they told me it had to be within 72 hours to get a remake. I showed that it was WELL under 72 hours and the manager rolled her eyes and went to go “talk to another manager” came back and told me it’s actually 24 hours. Which would mean I had just missed it. I’m not even mad about the money I lost, just the moral of it. I would highly recommend not ordering from this location because they get almost every order wrong and will refuse to do anything about it. They need managers that actually want to help people. Very disappointed with the way I was talked to. Will not be returning.

so hear this. We walk in order our food on the screen and take our number and sit down. And then we get our order and don’t receive our large fire that we ordered. So when the lady came out to talk to us, I informed her that we did not receive our five and she took my receipt 10 minutes later. I still did not receive my fry so I went up to the counter. The manager demanded my receipt as I tried to explain that one of her workers had already taken it, then proceeded to make her workers dig through the trash to find this receipt and eventually after looking at cameras and re-printing my receipt several times gave me my fry.

Walk in, say hello several times, and wait for about 15 minutes. Nobody come out to ask what I want to order. That is terrible.

Hispanic Mgr acted honked off to have to take my order. I think his name was Esteban? He then was pissed off cause I gave him a 100 dollar bill. He was not treating a black young man working very nice!! He was very rude. If the Mgr can't handle the heat, then demote him!!!!!

Absolutely awful. We arrived here around 1:30 p.m. there was already a line of cars around the drive-in, so we went inside. Just a few people but they are all weaning. One gentleman complained that his order for a 10-piece chicken McNuggets had already taken 20 minutes. There was a sign on the register encouraging us to use the kiosk. So we did, but it would not accept the digital coupon. In the full time that we were there, (about 15 minutes), no one ever came to the counter. So we left.

The guy taking the orders was using a funny voice and I enjoyed my trip here because of it. The food was also perfect for our modifications.

I stopped by this Dunkin’ today and ordered through the drive-thru for myself and my kids. We got: • 3 Egg and Cheese Croissants • 2 Strawberry Frosted Donuts The total came to $16.23. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is convenient — right on E 116th Street with the drive-thru entrance located at the back. I definitely recommend giving this branch a try. I really liked it and will certainly be coming back!

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to stop here- have never had an issue. Today the coffee was BITTER and so burnt. Like it should’ve been changed. I went to the Kroger down the road to buy half and half to try to nurse it back to health. Wasted my money. Still bitter. Had everyone at work try it and one girl literally spit it out. The nice girls working remade it for me but the coffee was the problem. Very disappointed on not only the waste of 3.99 but the waste of the money of 2.95.

I went to pickup donuts for the kids, and was told by a young girl with a thick accent they didn't have my order. My wife placed a second order which we got double charged for. When I drove back through, they gave me one order, under the exact same name but did not mention the first order. When I drove back to correct the error, she told me that I was wrong and would not offer to make the situation right. She was perfectly content letting me drive off with a missing order that she claimed never existed under the exact same name as the second order. My bank clearly showed both orders went through. I don't know if she was embarrassed or busted. The whole situation felt like a grift and the look on her face felt like she had been caught. The whole situation felt so gross and scammy, with zero acknowledgement from them. We have visited this location for years but I think they are under new management. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, over basically a $20 mistake most likely due to a thick accent. Completely ridiculous, recommend avoiding this place until they get their priorities straight.

This is the 3rd time my sandwich has been completely black & burnt. The coffee was cold. The employees were rude. If you’re looking for Dunkin’ Donuts I’d go to the one of Fall Creek and avoid wasting your money here.

Worst coffee experience ever! Only in this place, if you buy a latte, you pay for nothing. I ordered a large latte, but got one shot of latte and all other volume of cup was filled with foam. Unacceptable! Same situation with my friend, he ordered a latte too.

Every time I order from this tropical smoothie, everybody is always so nice and so helpful. My orders are almost always correct, as I have to modify most everything due to my milk allergy. If by chance something was received incorrectly they will go above and beyond to accomidate to make it right and even compensate me back for it. I absalutely love the ability to modify anything I order and i order quit often (2-3 times a week). Best location in Indy/Fishers area!!

So I place an order for 2 smoothies and a wrap and my husband goes in to pick it up when it's ready. Walks out with 2 smoothies realizing he's missing the wrap. He goes back inside to ask for it - blank stare from the employee 'we didnt have the ingredients for the wrap'. It was SO strange, they just let us walk out with the order knowing something was missing and after we asked, no apologies or alternatives offered and no refund offered. We had to specifically ask for our money back, where she just tapped his card and handed it back without saying anything. No receipt. The whole thing was WEIRD. Long story short check your orders to make sure it's all there because the employees do NOT care 😂😂😂

Staff were excellent. We bought our Iowa Lakes Soccer team in today and they were able to get us in and out in about 30 min. Top class.

The wraps are just ok...nothing spectacular. Very little fillings.. Thai was good.

The smoothies here are perfect. I got the Sunrise Sunset with my Thai chicken wrap and it was absolutely perfection. It was pretty huge too, particularly since it only cost an extra $4.59 to add it to my wrap. The cookies were pretty good too. There were more chip choices than I expected (Lays baked, Sun Chips, and a variety of Miss Vickie' s flavors). The only downside was that it took a little while to get the sandwich orders (the smoothie came out super fast), but I think that is to be expected as they just opened and there were a lot of customers crowding in on a Sunday afternoon. Next time I will probably use their online ordering system, particularly if I'm in a hurry. All in all, I had a great experience and I will certainly be back.

Helped our Soccer Team of 30 people. The service was quick and all the workers were super friendly. Recommend coming here for any large groups!

I’ve been here several times. Service has been great. I got a free Dunkin’ T-shirt once and gave it to my daughter. It was too large. I usually go to the drive window to grab drinks as I’m normally on the road. 😂

I stopped going to Dunkin’- until I found this location. After being continually disappointed in Dunkin’ serving burnt expresso, I gave up on the company for a long time. I happened to be in a hurry one morning and stopped at this location. I was instantly SO happy to taste my drink and not recoil back at the burnt beverage I got used to receiving. I’ve been back several times to this Dunkin’ and have not been disappointed! I can see that proper training has been applied at this location. The owner clearly cares about serving properly pulled shots and well crafted beverages. I definitely will continue to make an effort to stop at this location. However, I wish this location was the standard for Dunkin’. 9/10 times when I stop at a dunkin’ I am prepared to receive a drink that may not be drinkable. There is only so much sugar and milk can do to mask burnt coffee. Thank you to this location for allowing me to enjoy my favorite Dunkin’ flavors again!

Love D and D. Glad to get into the store as awhile back they would only do the drive through. I hate the drive through only option as it’s if you don’t know all the names ! All good today with a friendly staff. They were pretty sold out when I got there at 10am, so ask if they have the kind you want, in they back. Bummer was no sour cream doughnuts!! VictorB

I had a frozen coffee w/ 3 shots of cinnamon tossed in. It was my first time getting one, a co- worker ordered it for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Epiphany and Dunkin Donuts! 🍩

I bought two drinks and none of them had the original taste, I think they should improve on the preparation. My nearby store is Pendleton Pike. I will definitely not return.

After being denied a full drink with less ice by the Dunkin on 116/allisonville, the manager here was more then happy to ensure I got my Dunka-late with LESS ICE AND FILLED TO THE BRIM. If I’m paying you 30$ for breakfast, I should get my drinks however I want.

I go to this Dunkin almost daily. The staff members are amazing and usually remember my order. My daughter and I do her homework here after school and it’s always nice energy. My iced coffee is always spot on and I love using the rewards system!

Donuts and drink was good but the drive thru worker tried to keep my gift card. He told me there wasn't anything on it. It was brand new and hadn't been used yet and my order was like 6 and some change. He argued with us about it and i was like even if it's pty I want it back. I checked my receipt He gave me with the gift card and even clearly on the receipt it says there was over 4 dollars left. I know 4 isn't a lot but I can get me an iced coffee with that. So if you go through the drive thru with a physical gift card make sure you get it back!

miscommunication abt the sweet and unsweet vanilla in my drink but when i went in to have it remade the guy who was working didn’t make me feel bad about it at all even with it being so near to closing time. he also threw in some donuts. i really appreciated his patience and kind gesture. this was 10/5/25 around 8:40pm. i wish i would’ve got his name!!! shout out to him!!!

Today after paying almost 30$ for coffee and breakfast, I was told that less ice means less liquids in the cup. I’ve been coming here for a few years and have never had an issue. I promptly asked for a full refund and went to an establishment that tops my drink off when I ask for less ice. I will never come here ever again.

This is the cleanest, best organized dunkin I've visited in ages. Order was ready quickly and was perfect. Thank you for a quick, easy stop!

Good, quick food, but had a communication problem ordering due to my american accent and their Indian accent. But they were careful and got it right.

The donuts tasted fine and the coffee tasted fine. However my latte was not full all the way. It’s a waste of money if they won’t take the time to do their job properly. It also took 20min it’s to get my avocado toast.
