Don't sleep on them. Largely imaginative American Bistro food. Their hummus is amazing, salads well made. We will be back. And the value! You get your money's worth here.

Great local breakfast spot that feels homey! We ordered the suntoast and suncakes with scrambled eggs & bacon which was all delicious! Service was fast and kind from our waitress and the hosts!

Very nice retro decor good food, great service

YT is a classic breakfast place for me. I always get the Kill It Skillet because its hard to top! They also have a vast menu, not just breakfast. Service is always friendly and fast. Ive never had any issues eating here or getting take out. Prices are reasonable especially compared to the portion size you get!

One of my personal favorite restaurants in mentor. Amazing food and great service. Must try to the chicken sandwich. Watch out for the Tickle Man. The burgers are also great! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Very disappointed. Have not purchased from you recently. Was so looking forward to your breads. Purchased a wheat loaf and cinnamon swirl on Friday 12/27. Dug in as soon as I got home. Both loaves were on the dry side. Have not enjoyed at all. I don't mind paying more for someone really like. I feel I wasted $20.

Their breads are always delicious and made that day. Hallah is a great choice if you make your own french toast. Get a fresh made sandwich - I like the Smoked turkey and the cuban.

We live in a Great Harvest desert (Buffalo, NY) so we sought out a Great Harvest on our road trip route. I reached out to the Mentor, Ohio location, and the owner, Chris, got right back to me. I was able to place an order (to stock our freezer with awesome Cinnamon Chip Extreme) for the day we were driving through. Yesterday was that big day, and Chris came through brilliantly! He called to confirm our order and had our freshly baked bread all set to go. We also enjoyed sandwiches on our stop and got take-out salads for our dinner, as well as a few loaves of their grain breads. The service mentality must run in the family as Molly, Chris's sister, was super helpful in seeing that our order was perfect. We HIGHLY recommend this Great Harvest Bread Company location and look forward to our next road trip through Mentor! Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond!

I would like to know if preservatives are used in your Dakota bread. It never gets moldy. I have a slice on my countertop for over a week, it was the last slice of a loaf, and it still looks perfect, but it is dried out. Also, is this bread made only with whole grains? I cannot find confirmation of that. The bread is tasty, but I want whole grains for healthy eating. UPDATE; 5/31/25: I placed dried out slice of bread into plastic bag with 4-5 teaspoons of water, and then placed bag into dark warm kitchen drawer. Still no mold at all after an additional week. Why will this bread not grow mold?

I went here because they offer gluten free bread and some desserts on Wednesday's. My family has different dietary needs and they loved everything I bought. Cookies, brownies, biscotti, bread, rolls, and pizza roll. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is very clean and cozy like a bakery should be. I hope they give a vegan gluten free bread a try that would be awesome! I will be back. See you guys soon!

I order a lot for small (6) to medium (25) corporate events and Great Harvest and their crew always come thru. They have wonderful options if your looking for something light or a hardy, Great Harvest has you covered. So glad we have you

Pepperoni rolls are way too big and heavy from dough. The taste of them is good but they should be small and easier to eat. Threw away 3/4 of it. Bought 3 of them and threw out 2 and 3/4.

Its odd having someone interrupt you eating your meal to clear your table from breakfast stuff. Why not just wait until the customers are finished and leave to remove things from tables? But, idk maybe its just me. Food is good and good prices. Love seeing the old pictures that are hanging up on the walls.

Love the staff ! everyone is so friendly. We have a church group that meets there once a month and even with our large group they are efficient and accommodating. Food is delicious and very large portions. Perfect family friendly restaurant.

Our waitress could not of been any more rude. She had a very negative attitude making us feel like she was doing us a favor by slamming our plates on the table. To top it off my food was hardly warm and the meatloaf sandwich was hardly edible. Hours later I had food poisoning. No thanks. Never again.

The dinner was wonderful. Everything tasted fresh and the mac and cheese was wonderful. Our waitress was to busy talking school with her friend to give us service. Almost walked as she took forever. But the food was truly yummy!

They say you can judge a kitchen by how clean the restroom 🚻. The food was great the service was excellent. Their men's bathroom needs a lot work. The stall door is fall off the wall, the toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years, the soap dispenser is broken so no clean hands.

Great and cozy restaurant. I only come here for breakfast however food is great every time. Staff are very friendly and hard working. Waitresses take your order fast and food is ready in no time.

This place is a unique standout in the area. I'm usually cautious about places calling themselves "Family restaurant" since a lot of them tend to be pretty poor quality. Market Street is the opposite. The food was prepared fresh and the ingredients were of very good quality. The menu has good variety and the server was extremely polite and attentive. If I have one critique - coffee could be a little stronger - but that's more from personal preference. Would recommend and will be sure to come back when I'm in the area again.

Nice. Dishes are unique combinations, but always good. Mom and Pop feel with Franchise prices. Server's and Hostess are always attentive. Friendly, while just doing their job. Almost a "truckstop" feel. They will help you when you ask, but don't expect a manager to "table tap"

Used to come here twice every weekend, service became so bad we decided to go elsewhere and have been for over 1.5 yrs. Decided to come back and try again last weekend. Service was worse. Said maybe a fluke and came back today. Service just as bad. Seating decisions put people on top of each other instead of spacing them out for a little comfort. We will not be back. Poorly managed, which brings me to the fact that the manager never once made a dining room appearance. No pancake or waffle gluten free option

This is a good place but not cheap. I like going with my best friend for brunch once in awhile. The food needs to be a little better to cost as much as it does but that is why we don't go all the time :)

This place is a small little gem in Mentor. The food and service are amazing. The portions are generous and the price isn't bad. I had a Mexican inspired Omelet with Chorizo and it was delightful. My husband had a breakfast taco that he said was amazing. He scarfed it down then complained when it was gone. My only complaint was I had the tiniest portion of potatoes and the "loaded" potatoes my husband had were nothing more than cheese and scallions. That really isn't loaded.

This restaurant is immaculate and by far, has some of the best servers in the area; prompt, professional, and pay excellent attention to their customer ! Wide variety of breakfast and lunch options - the omelettes are huge and stuffed full of fixings, as well as the burger I got : also quite large_ Was a great surprise , for an Angus burger! Couldn't believe how big the bun was, either LOL Mouth watering, even now as I think of it, just the right blend of seasoned meat, sweet buttered and warmed bread and savory lettuce tomatoes onion n mayo! Was perfectly done, with just a hint of pink in the center, not over cooked :) Haven't had such a juicy, succulent hamburger in a very long time 🤤 Cook did a great job, food was wonderful/!

Our to go orders are always quickly prepared but overcooked or something is missing. Alway check before leaving. But restaurant appears to be clean and servers are friendly and attentive. With the experience, the expectation should be to enjoy the food.

It was pretty empty but we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. (Two of which were omelets). The food was cold and unseasoned, the drinks were not good (Arnold Palmer would have spit this one out, juice tasted watered down) Cheese never did melt on the omelet and the potato skillet made bad cooking look good. Including pictures. The coffee was even bad. How do you mess up coffee?

I took my dad out for breakfast to the Bob Evans on Reynolds Road/306. The restaurant was not busy at the time we went in. It was very clean and welcoming. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL but I unfortunately don't remember her name. Her personality is what we need to see at any restaurant when we're being served. She makes you smile and laugh while you're enjoying your food. I had no problems with my breakfast. I got the blueberry pancakes. They were amazing! The reason I gave the food 3 stars it's because my dad was extremely disappointed in his food. He got the french toast with fried chicken and was very excited to try it. Unfortunately, the chicken was very hard and rubbery, so he had a hard time eating it. I was having a hard time even cutting it for him. I let our amazing server know but I wish I would have asked for another meal to be cooked for him because he went home very disappointed and hungry. He did not feel good the next day. I'm not sure if it's because the food. Hopefully he doesn't experience any problems with the food in the future because he said he was looking forward to coming back again if he can get something served that he can enjoy.

The food that is Bob Evans was very good. We ordered the cup of soup with either a half a salad or a half a sandwich and have to say that it was very filling and reasonable at less than $9 per person using this menu item. They served a reasonable quantity for the soup and the salad or sandwich was more than enough with the soup. We had a very good server and overall the interior was clean. Well lit and we did not have any wait for a table on a Thursday night?.

*High Prices* service was good, food was good. we wouldn't return back to or recommend this location. If they didn't charge so much for their orange juice & 2 pieces of toast I'd give them 4 stars and probably return.

Really concerned with how the staff was being treated by management here. Our server was SO nice. She got us our drinks quickly and took our orders as soon as we were ready. We waited about an hour for our food, which she profusely apologized for (even though we knew it wasn’t her fault). However, about thirty minutes into us waiting, we saw someone walk out of the kitchen and tell three managers having a meeting that a chef was by herself making food. One of the managers literally scoffed at the girl, rolled her eyes, WAVED HER AWAY, and said “She’ll be fine.” Then they proceeded to talk badly about the employees loud enough for our whole table to hear. No wonder we waited so long for our food- Management was cracking jokes and not working for an hour while their staff was obviously struggling. It was so disheartening to see and I won’t be back, not because the employees weren’t great but because management was treating them so terribly.

We've ordered the same breakfast sandwich bundle once a week for the whole damn summer. 3 bacon and 3 chicken sausage. I call it in.. I speak with a nice young lady on the phone.. she takes the order and then I pick it up. Today I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with someone with no customer service experience and had no interest in trying to figure out how to do her job correctly so I was just told "we don't do that here".

Mother’s Day breakfast was sent to me from my daughter in Florida, very nice thought since could not be here. The pancakes with strawberries were not done, the potatoes were hard, bacon was not crispy, the eggs were not good and everything was cold. Only I enjoyed were the biscuits and gravy. I love bobs Evan’s. Very disappointed.

The food was delicious made fresh 😋. The service was very friendly. The new building is very nice and comfortable and seems to be kept very clean 🧹. Had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the homestyle chicken noodle soup very good. The toasted Italiano with the Caesar salad was also tasty too.

1st time at this location. I did not order from the kiosk. This location was full of people sitting inside and out. I went to the counter to order and a lovely young lady answered my questions and took my order, extremely professional and polite. I had gift cards (more than one) that had to be entered manually. She did so pleasantly. The reviews had stated that there were long waits. I did have to wait but I ordered coffee and had some paperwork to do so my wait didn't seem long at all. Observation. - As multiple people ordered from the kiosk very quickly the kitchen is not as fast as the kiosk. That's not the kitchen's fault. They are all working very hard. You can see that from this seated area. All of my food was extremely fresh and not lacking in any ingredient or size. Coffee was very hot. All milks were full and all coffee pots were full. Clean floors, clean tables, clean restrooms, delicious food. This place is a WIN , WIN , WIN. Bon Appetit!

The worst order I’ve ever received from here. Asked for 2 cans of soda, received two fountain drinks with melted ice. I figured whatever, not that serious. Then I opened my sandwich. APPALLING. Some crumbs of turkey and a tiny chunk of avocado with the a portion of the pit still attached. Mostly just bread, barely and chipotle sauce. Cold soup. A tiny piece of baguette for my friend’s salad. Absolutely pathetic. This place is trash.

I stopped here for breakfast this morning. There were lots of choices, but I settled for a ham, egg and cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread. My partner got the Steak & Wake and a Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait. I was surprised they didn't offer any hash browns or other potatoes, but the food we got was freshly prepared and tasty.

Missing 1/3 of my order so you have to go find someone and because they have you order off this little kiosk it's not like you have a reciept to show them. Never got 1 item because it felt like they were upset everytime I asked for what was missing

Just so slow in the drive thru. Always have to “pull around” and wait for one item. Pull around spots are always full. If I didn’t already pay, I would just leave. Update: Got my sandwich - drove away but the sandwich was freezing cold ( It was a hot ham and cheese croissant). So...I walked back in to get a new one, they said they were remaking it, 6 minutes later I asked where it was, and they informed me they were out of one of the ingredients ( not sure which one - there are only three) So I got a muffin instead. I lost about $9 on this Panera Journey and way too much time out of my life.

Every time we go to this Panera location the wait time is incredibly long and the past few times they have forgotten part of our order. Today we only recieved part of our order from the drive thru and had to go back around and wait in line again. For how much Panera costs and how consistently bad the service is, its just not worth going here anymore.

It was clean short on staff so had to wait to be seated and eat. Staff were nice .

I was super happy to get something to eat but turn off after I saw hair in my food and my burger look like the smash together and put back together with cheese. It look good but definitely horrible experience. Mentor has to many businesses near by for the carpet to smell and the bathroom is horrible. Needs to be removed and remodeled asap. Staff need to be trained to be clean and sanitary.

Waitress took our order at 5:38. Finally got out food at 7pm. Customers who got here after us were done and gone before we got our food. Managment wouldn’t allow any discount.

Per good Google reviews for Dennys in Mentor, OH & the servers Susan & Hailey's great service reviews, I went there for breakfast on June 12, 2025. Neither servers were on duty, but a very pregnant McKinsey was, & she provided good service. However, the food was not good! The scrambled eggs looked congealed, the bacon was so thin you could see thru it, the hashbrowns were mushy & cold underneath, the toast had no butter, and the coffee was not hot. The most serious issue was the link sausage. It tasted strange, why I ate it idk. I barely made it home before my stomach exploded! I experienced an upset stomach for two days. It was my worst restaurant experienced ever, & just the thought of Dennys makes me sick to my stomach. I can't even watch their commercials. I'll never eat at Dennys again.

Nice waitress, decent food. Coffee strong. Music good and not too loud. Menu offers choices of healthy or not. Facilities in need of a remodel. Carpet onion thin. Upholstery has rips. Clean though. Slow morning here. Had the ultimate omelette without bacon and redskin potatoes, with gluten free muffin. Good for them to provide gluten free products.

The Food Is Slow... Me and my family came here for fourth of July and for breakfast and we've almost been here 2 hours and only got my drink like half an hour ago and still haven't had my food. This place is good if you want to waste your time... I recommend JT's diner. You get your drinks fast and same with the food you can get refills with your drinks as well.

Picked up food while traveling through. Location is convenient, right next to the Super 8 we were staying at for the night. Takeout was fast and the employee was friendly. Curbside pickup was a breeze, too. Unfortunately, the food was both extremely oily and bland. The steak tips plate was especially depressing, the picture attached is what we received and saw upon opening the takeout bag, minus some eating of the hashbrown. Overall, we paid $14.99 for this plate (and $32 total for the order) and were very disappointed. Way overpriced for what we received.

Food taste great! Definitely coming back! I haven’t ate at Bob Evans in years! I got 3 pancakes, chicken sausages, hash brown, scrambled eggs and sweet tea! All under $15☺️

At 2:00, we stopped for lunch and waited 10 minutes for a table, even though there were several open. I assume it was because there were only a couple of servers. It then took 15 minutes for someone to take our orders. My husband's steak tips were dry and overcooked. The home fries he ordered were cold and tasteless. I ordered potato soup and biscuits. The biscuits were cold and more like large croutons, pretty crunchy when I bit into them. They were also cold and quiet dry, like they were left over from breakfast. I the soup was ok, but I've had better. It was a cold rainy day and the soup was hot, making it the best part of the meal. I only ate about half of the soup and asked for a container. After 10 minutes the waitress brought our check, but no container. We called her over 15 minutes later and reminded her about the container, she laughed and apologized before bringing the container a few minutes later. We normally frequent a Bob Evans in Willoughby Ohio and have always had a pleasant experience. We won't be returning to the Mentor location.

On Saturday May 18th I ordered two dinner totaling $42.00. The food was not only awful, but there was very little of it. The portions are terrible anymore for cheap frozen food. I will no longer be supporting Bob Evans no matter where I go anymore. I don’t see Bob Evens staying in business if they keep this up.

Bad service. Seemed like they didnt want us there. Went with the kids for Sunday dinner. Host was nice. Servers talked about not wanting to be seated. Sat us in an empty section. Felt ignored, had to get up and ask for silverware, never asked how the food was after drop off, no refills until the end had to put them in to go cups. Manager took our order but wasn't friendly. She checked us out too and asked outloud how much we wanted to tip. Unprofessional. Food was pretty good.

we ordered online and picked it up. the portions for the hash browns and fries were very chintzy, and the fries were soggy. also didn’t give syrup for pancakes but that wasn’t really a big deal. everything was decently good, burger wasn’t super filling though.

As a school group with 27 kids and 6 chaperones, we were extremely happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. We placed our order early and it was being set out in an organized way as soon as we walked in the door. They exceeded our expectations and we are so thankful we choose to dine with them. A+++

Delicious! We ordered two whole desserts and they both were very good. The cheesecake is fantastic. It's one of the best I've had since my grandmother's homemade cheesecake. The crust and filling work perfectly together, and everyone who tried a slice was very pleased. The lemon supreme pie was light and refreshing. Flavorful and had the perfect amount of "sweet." You'll want this on your dessert table on a nice sunny day. Check them out.

The food was great the service stellar the two host boys were super cute but the bathroom..damn. only reason for losing a star. Chicken fried steak was just as it should be though not the correct gravy. Omelettes we're both good. The skillet was tasty. The biscuit was flaky and perfect. A suggestion is when a customer with a walker comes in the farthest table is not a good choice. And over medium means no runny whites. Prices were pretty good except for pie and cake. I do not have any idea how they can justify a nearly $60 carrot cake.

We've been coming here a few times a month since they re-opened as "Village Inn" and it is an awesome experience every time! I love the revamped look and atmosphere on the inside. My boyfriend has become obsessed with their strawberry crepes. The whole staff is super friendly, but Alecia has hands down been our favorite employee there! She makes sure to get us right in and right out with our food always coming out incredible. We will continue to come back!

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Everything about this place is wrong. The prices are higher than every other mcdonalds. The service is slow. My order was wrong. My nuggets were old and hard. My burger was half cooked and grease soaked through the packaging and the bag and onto my car. They didn't follow any of the customized burger options either. You name it, they screwed it up. In the end I got cold wrong expensive food and now I need to clean my car.

I had my food delivered to me. I had 2 sausage egg micmuffins. 2 burritos meal and a stake cheese bagel. And the completely forgot a whole meal. So I got one sausage eggs muffin meal when I was supposed to get two. And it wasn’t for me it was for my family. I’m not getting my money back for it either because they don’t want to. I called up and they don’t have any phones working. If your going to be a business maybe make sure all the food is there before you pack it all and send it

Concord Family Restaurant is a hidden gem in town. It’s a small, family-run spot that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is very clean, and you can tell someone put real thought into the décor. The dining room has a tasteful, modern style—simple, fresh, and uncluttered—that makes it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The service was excellent. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. My server’s timing was spot-on, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and well-paced. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generous in portion. I ordered the Brit Fish & Chips, which came with fresh-cut fries, a soft roll, and tartar sauce. The fish had a light, crisp batter that was fried perfectly, and the fries were golden, crispy, and seasoned just right. Everything tasted homemade and satisfying. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are very reasonable—you definitely get great value here. Overall, I’d give my dining experience a full 10 out of 10. This is exactly the kind of small-town family restaurant worth supporting, and I’ll make a point to come back again soon. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Concord or looking for a good meal at a fair price.

The best restaurant ever. Fresh great food. Amazing friendly staff! Very clean and tasty food. Food quality is amazing. Parties orders are served quickly maintaining the same high food quality. No clue they are the best restaurant in the area, they just got an award of the nest restaurant in the country and wast Cleveland. All the best guys.

My husband and I love finding small quaint family restaurants that the locals frequent when we are on vacation. Our latest was a little restaurant near Painesville, OH I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great service, huge portions, delicious food and you certainly get that down home feel. We enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely be back.

Knowing for there soup and salad bar and there breakfast bar we must have come in at the wrong time as at 2:00 the breakfast bar was still up but was not a option. They told us that it would take 20:00 minutes to switch out the buffet we waited 15:00 minutes and no progress was made on the buffet table so we opted to order off the menu. The food was well portioned seamed to need a little bit more flavor the ice tea was good

Weekend brunch buffet definitely worth it. 2 adults $37 before tip. Well worth the money. 2 adults 2 weeks before breakfast at Bob Evans $41. Food was always hot and replenished and tasty.

I have tried a lot of different dinners and have loved every one of them. The soup and salad bar is always fresh and a great option. Have yet to try breakfast/breakfast bar but have heard its all delicious. If you want great food,great atmosphere with fast and extremely friendly service give Concord family restaurant a try. Normally don’t make reviews about chains but they need to know that their location needs major improvement. The dining room is always dirty with trash and food thrown everywhere. I just ordered a half sandwich and chips and ended up paying $9 for a quarter sandwich with a tiny bag of chips. Management needs to get it together, do their job, and actually care about the customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

$30 for two bowls of velveeta shells and cheese fresh from the microwave and two drinks. Out of baguettes today, too. A bread company out of bread. Fantastic inventory management. Dining room is nasty. Food all over the floor, filthy tables, seats and dividers. Sign on the counter that says “only kiosk orders”. Employees ignore you until you read the sign. Kiosks are filthy. Bowls had crusted food from the last sad suckers who ate here on them. Silverware was disgusting. My daughter said “look dad I can peel off the old food from my bowl”. I’m pretty sure I will never eat here again because it’s a breeding ground for disease and infection. I hope I can stay out of the hospital after this visit.

Tables were dirty. They raised the prices in the register but the signs show a different price which is way over priced. Manager just laughed when told price is wrong. Won't be going back 😞

Always have to watch what you order here! Thought that ordering the teriyaki chicken with broccoli warm bowl would be a safe bet, but NOPE! Chicken is dark meat (which should be clearly stated on the menu, but it’s not), chewy, and stringy. I wouldn’t mind that much if it wasn’t so expensive. My fiancé said his avocado chicken sandwich was okay and the mac and cheese was fine, but come on, it’s mac and cheese 😆

Food is pretty good, as long as you don’t have to interact with the staff! Over the past few months, every time I have been there, the “customer service” has been unwelcoming. It seems to be that all the employees (4-5?) are in the back, just chatting loudly and hanging out. Today when I went to the counter to ask for a cup (there was nobody else waiting in line) the person who was standing near the counter said, “Yes?” I asked for a cup for water, then they replied, “What?” I repeated myself. The person handed me the cup. I said, “Thanks.” They didn’t say anything and just walked away. I got the feeling I was interrupting them by asking for something.

Worst Uber delivery order EVER…. You think Panera would get it right! Not at ALL! Spent $75.00 and we had missing sandwiches, a chicken sandwich ordered had NO chicken in it, The begets were thrown in the bag laying in pieces everywhere. Worst company EVER, with no pride in their work at ALL! Oh and MELISSA THE “SHIFT MANAGER” could care in the least! Good luck to you.

Great place to enjoy a very reasonably priced meal that includes soup and a salad bar. If you come early before 4 you can enjoy soup, salad and a sandwich of your choice for under $10 A truly great value! Its no wonder so many seniors on a fixed income come here! Great job

This was the first time visiting. The inside appears to have been remodeled and looked nice. The service was friendly and nice, however, never asked refills on drinks. Food was terrible. We think it was just pulled from a box and microwaved. I ordered the pork chop special and was hoping to get an actual pork chop, but instead two microwaved breaded pork patties. Having a soup and salad bar is nice.

This the best place to chill and get stuffed at. Great atmosphere and people and they have all types of nationality of food I love it here. They will serve you with utmost service they can provide.

Went about one on Wednesday. Not many people in the place, but no staff masked. Not great on Dec. 15, 2021. Food was good for what it is. Yep got the chicken fries steak and eggs. Eggs were done correctly steak was ok, more chopped than normal cubed, a mushroom omelet that was good. Issue... Hostess should look at customers and ask where they would like to sit especially if they move poorly. Closer is usually better. Anyway, the service was not good. Our server was dismissive at best then too busy talking behind the bar to bring our toast out and forgot the juice, then she disappeared at the end. She alone forced the 3 star rating. Also, how many of you would like a salad bar included in your afternoon or evening beeakfast? I know I would and it would not hurt food cost at all. Just a thought.

My friend and I stopped in last night. My husband and I loved this place. However, it has changed and I don't think for the good. My friend had the soup to start, all only had broth and were 1/4 full in all 3 containers. She had the pasta, which she said was old sauce. I ordered the city chicken. I could not cut through it with my knife!! The iced tea was at that fine line of being spoiled. I told the waitress about the meat and food she did apologize. However,I know 2 that won't be going back!!

Our server Vee was an absolute delight. We were so well taken care of that we will definitely return. The food was fabulous and quite reasonably priced. Fish fry with unlimited soup and salad for less than $12 is unheard of in this area. 🥰

Ordered 2 pancakes with bacon. The pancakes were hard, had to cut with a knife. Couldn't choke them down. They were like Frisbees. The server admitted that the cook wasn't very good, but didn't offer to make new ones or give me a discount. When we paid, the girl behind the counter didn't care that we had an awful meal. Plenty of other places to eat in the area, we are done eating here.

Kinda sad whenever I order food here I never have an issue with my my condiments. But today my Avocado spread was disgusting. I had opened it and saw that the top layer was all brown and it smelled bad. I thought maybe expired but nope the date was April 2025

I love going to this location and usually don’t have any issues. The baristas are all very nice. This morning was very odd. I waited 8mins for them to make my single drink. I was very displeased when I finally made it all the way to work. I found that they did not add any syrup to the drink and only filled the cup up half way. As the price increases for a simple latte, it aggravating to only get half a cup.

Twice they’ve mixed up a FALAFEL pocket and chicken one resulting in someone who has not eaten meat in 10+ years accidentally ingesting TWICE!!!!! The chicken pita is full of cream cheese and I’m lactose intolerant, making me Sick TWICE. These types of oversights can truly result in deaths when there’s allergies involved and people aren’t paying attention and taking their job seriously. Do better. Won’t be back to this crap location.

Go to Starbucks everyday this has to be the worse one I go to unfortunately it’s on my way to work the workers are so rude and it at least takes 10-15 to make a drink (don’t mind waiting if I wasn’t the only person there) also I’ve never had to tell others to give me my drink because they like to set it on the counter by the drive thru and then go do something else. It’s aggravating everything I wish they could undergo training from the other locations and be a little nicer.

BE SPECIFIC at this location, especially on weekends. I always order the oatmilk shaken espresso but my way, and today it was made wrong. Now I'm running late, sad cause I didn't have an extra 10 mins for to it to be remade (was offered, but after all the waiting, didn't have time), but not happy cause it tastes awful. I also asked for it to be changed to blonde espresso cause I forgot to tell the cashier and that wasn't done. I get they're busy and look short staffed, but it was a simple request. I also didn't know the oatmilk drinks came with any other kind of milk. Other than that, most are friendly here and get drinks out fast or say that they're working on it, finishing it up, etc

I love this restaraunt out of most. Not the biggest fan of their food. But their coffee and soft drink selection is pretty good and priced good too. The service is better than most, and the quality is unmatched in the realm of fast food quality if their is a such thing. The food I do like is consistent always made well and hot and served fast. It's convenient in location and the stuff are unmatched. Definitely worth the time if you are selective like I am.

I ordered a very simple order of a $5 McDouble meal deal and simply asked for no pickle and extra onion, they some how gave me a plain burger, I called back and was met with an extremely rude manager when I asked for options to fix my order they wanted the food back and my receipt so be careful they may selling returned food that was made wrong. Also the manager refused to do anything but that even though I explained I could not return because I was on lunch at work. I called McDonald’s corporate and I’m waiting for a call back. But just had to say they were adamant to receive the wrong food back in assuming they resell it. I will not be going back untill they fix this issue

This location is so convenient, it saves them from my choosing another, when you ask for a "double cheeseburger", you really shouldn't expect to get the slimmer new value version. I've eaten McDonald's nearly my entire life and when I place an order, this is the single location where I receive unwanted substitutes almost each time, even if I make a point of it. Truly hopeful things improve, the entire surrounding area finds it convenient, but a very large number of us, as true neighbors, frequently have discussions about how almost careless the customer facing staff is. I think the food is still awesome, but I prefer to receive what I hoped to be enjoying.

Absolutely horrible experience employees are extremely rude and don't seem to care to do their job. food is cold 95% of the time. Definitely not worth the price you pay highly avoid this place as much as possible

I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel like I need to say this: this is by far the worst McDonald’s in Cleveland. The prices are noticeably higher than other locations, and even employees have admitted it. On top of that, the service—especially at night—isn’t friendly unless it’s the older lady that works there she is always pleasant. Tonight, I ordered two snack wraps and, as I always do, asked for mayo on them. I was told they “can’t do that” and instead offered a cup of mayo. That’s strange, because I’ve ordered them with mayo here many times before with no problem. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold—both the wraps and the fries. It’s extremely disappointing to come home at 9 p.m. with overpriced, cold food from a place that seems poorly run. This location really needs a better system in place, both in terms of customer service and pricing, because right now it’s not even close to the standard I’ve experienced at other McDonald’s.

Food was excellent, as you would expect, but the service at this particular McDonalds left a bit to desired. The staff is very polite and courteous, however, the week I visited here everyday and done mobile ordering via drive through, I have been asked to pull over into one of the parking spots and to wait for the food to be brought out. Sometimes I waited 5 or so minutes before it was brought out. Which doesn't seem like a lot, but when you are on lunch on a time limit, every minute can count. I am not the only one either, I see many people being told to pull over. This is the only McDonalds out of many that I have been to, that does this. I don't know if they are short on staff and just cannot get the food out fast enough, or just slow in general, but I would suggest getting whatever the issue is, sorted out asap.

First time outing since we moved into the mentor area. Left very impressed by the experience. The lobster and brie omelette, whilst massively rich and indulgent, was out of this world good. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her salmon eggs, Benedict, too. If you are in the area or shopping for a new breakfast spot. This could definitely be it. Top marks!

My husband and I really enjoyed our first time dining in at Another Broken Egg. For a busy Saturday morning, everything ran smoothly. Our server, Destiny, answered our questions, made us feel welcomed and was very attentive. The manager even came over after our meal to speak and ask us how everything was. I had the Apple Fritter French Toast with bacon and potatoes (substituted for eggs). It was delicious! I really enjoyed my meal. It wasn’t too sweet. It was just right! While I was sitting there eating I was trying to figure out when I was going to come back. I also had the Lemon Blueberry Mimosa which was one of the best mimosas I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely get the bigger size next time since I know how good it is now. My husband had the Supreme Omelette which he said was really good and filling. He couldn’t finish his whole meal that’s how filling it was. We’ll definitely be back soon. We told others about our great experience and they said they’ll also be visiting soon.

I really enjoyed brunch here yesterday. There was a long wait (approximately 40 minutes) so the two of us decided to sit at the bar. I enjoyed the caramel cold brew coffee, shrimp and grits (city grits style), and a side of bourbon street pancakes. My cousin who went with me had one of the benedicts. The cold brew was great! The food was rich, but I expected that. I ate all of the pancakes (other than sharing a few bites) and took most of the shrimp and grits home in a to-go box which I reheated and am eating for breakfast today. There were so many good items on the menu that I had a hard time choosing. I'm looking forward to going back and trying something else. Jess was the main person who helped us with some assistance from David. They were both really friendly and personable. I am curious how my toddler would like eating here, but I would probably go when I have a day off during the week, hoping it would be less busy than the weekends.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. We were greeted by Paige who also happened to be our waitress. She provided us with outstanding customer service and she was very attentive to us during the busy morning. The food was spectacular but the amazing service provided to us throughout our dinning experience was phenomenal! We will definitely be back again.

I frequent “Another Broken Egg” often. The food is always delicious. My favorite meal is the Shrimp Benny (spin on eggs Benedict ). The service is always exceptional. Today my server was Paige, she was very friendly, inviting and attentive.

First time experience was very good, waiting time was about 10 minutes (Saturday), tables and chairs are clean and comfy, waiter (Jordan) was very friendly and well explained the menu as she knew we are first time visitors, she offers a complementary free dish, food was super tasty and took no time to arrive. Free parking lot. Cones: not much of meet options in the menu, prices are on the high side.

Another Broken Egg Cafe was great and had some good food with awesome portions! Service was quick and the servers are so kind. They offered great recommendations. Must visit breakfast spot!

Second similar experience here. The staff is now conditioned to fill app orders and doesn't seem to take notice of register customers 🙄 😕 the store was dirty upon opening, every table and the floor was littered with crumbs and debris. It's a shame, I feel the app is great for speeding things up but you can't ignore the customers at the counter and no excuses for a dirty dining area upon opening for business. Mickey D's does it right but this store seems to be struggling with the dining room

What a trash location. 30 minute wait, never got my order. Thr manager was too busy swaying her fake ponytail around to get things straight. First time ive ever demanded a refund at a fast food joint.

Got my food wrong twice. On top it food was cold and looked like someone just threw it in a bag. Store itself was dirty food all over the ground. The. Looking so much dust

They messed up my order. Lexi brought us our food. She messed up the milkshake got the cup all messy and proceeded to tell us to clean it up ourselves. She then left our food on a tray sitting at the pickup counter for about 5 minutes making it cold. Mind you this was a dine in order she brought my friend her food with messy milkshake but left mine sitting there. Someone needs to retrain her or just get rid of her completely.

I ordered on the app for curbside, expecting them to bring it out to me. I sat there for 10 minutes before going inside. There was a lady cleaning the dining room who smiled but didn't help me. So I stood at the counter for 3 to 4 minutes before the worker helped me but was ignoring me for those 3 to 4 minutes to talk about personal things to her other coworker. They asked what I ordered in a nasty manner while the manager who looked at me like I was stupid. She told me "oh it just finished up" and the manager just looked over and took it off the shelf & tossed it at me. Not only was that unprofessional on all of their parts but the food tasted like days old. Only thing good was the mcflurry but it was half melted. I will never go back to this mcdonalds ever again. You are NOT mayfield! Wish I could give them negative stars honestly.

I ordered on 08/22 thru CFA drive thru and my sandwich did not have the cheese slice I ordered as you can see on the picture. Also, there was barely any cheese sauce in the container and utterly cold. I am a huge CFA fan and was left displeased.

Ya know, the expectations are always high for Chick fil a . so to exceed those expectations is really hard. Well we were absolutely blown away by the over the top customer service here. Soooo many places could take notes and learn a thing or ten about customer service. Went to a few places today and you wouldn't believe the hoops companies make you jump through to "celebrate " an 11 year old birthday with their apps. Not at Chick Fil a!! Have been waiting almost a week for a response to our completely incorrect order. Not only was it wrong, but my pregnant wife’s sandwich had a bread twist tie on it. Too bad because we wanted to order catering for this weekend but it’s been impossible to get a hold of anyone or get a call back from numerous voicemails. Do NOT recommend this location. Stinks because they used to be good.

Upon ordering a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal via the mobile app at this location, I returned home to eat it. However, I discovered that I only received one patty. I took photographs and contacted the establishment, informing them of the situation. Despite my request for a replacement, they informed me that the customer could be lying and that I was left without a solution. The manager I spoke with, Ryan, displayed a lack of professionalism and showed no concern for the matter. I requested the contact information of the general manager or franchise owner, but Ryan responded by advising me to find the information on my own and to refrain from disclosing the details of our conversation. At this point, I believe that as a customer, I have a valid right to seek legal action . This McDonald’s location is falsely advertising that a double quarter pounder includes two patties, which they did not provide. I paid for this meal, and I should not be expected to pay for an item that was not delivered as advertised.

Very efficient! Went for breakfast on Saturday just before Christmas. Line of cars around the building so I went in. From walking in the door to leaving was about 5 minutes.

The food was prepared promptly and correctly. The staff was friendly and worked in a very expeditious manner. McDonald's experiences can vary dramatically depending upon location but this particular location was very clean and I found the service to be excellent and quick.

I love this store. Staff has maintained their friendly mannerism since I worked with them from 2008-2012. I stop there regularly and on the occasion I don't have fast service (pandemic issues) they are very apologetic and keep you updated on your order. The owners a really nice guy too.

Awful excuse of a business. Their app fails. So they’d happily re-ring up your food for you. Oh but they can’t apply any of the coupons you used. Becuase of course you already used the code when you ordered and can’t get another one for 15 minutes. Convenient isn’t it? Easiest way for them to defraud people out of money. Have your app fail, then overcharge them for the same food. Do yourselves a favor. Go to literally any other McDonald’s.

The older lady in the front had an attitude. I got a Mcflury with oreos and mnms but it was basically fully vanilla because they barely put any it. Although when I showed her she did put more in but i shouldn't have to complain.

I sat at the online pickup spot for only a short time and they were right there and it made me feel like I matter again. Someone took the time out of their day at work to run me out my order because I was to lazy to get out of the car. Thank you McDonald's food runners.

If you go in early morning coffee is made right, mid morning to evening they suck! If I wanted milk I would go buy milk! I think they forgot to add coffee to it. But this happens every time I go in milk mid morning or evening. They need to retrain their people on how to make coffee. Especially when that is the business specialty.

Everytime I go here to this location they fill my cup only 3/4 when I'm asking for no ice, even tho they are charging $1 extra when you request no ice. They are the slowest Dunkin. If you ask them to fill the cup to the top they get an attitude and still don't fill it to the top. Today they gave me my avocado toast in a container that had stuff on the bottle. It was disgusting and luckily I didn't sit it on my lap as I was on my way to work!

Ever since I moved to willoughby 2 years ago, this Dunkin has been my go to! They have a kind staff, and my coffee/food is always made with care :) Usually I go to the drive though before work, and I’ve noticed they’re always quick with everyone’s orders. Their overall service has improved over the years!

I’m out on the road at 5 in the morning so this location is only one near me open for business at that time. More times than not my order is wrong. Usually I go through the drive thru but yesterday I went inside. I ordered a drink and a sandwich, which I watched the lady make without gloves. Gross! Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Cant say I’d recommend them. Included a couple pics of when they actually get it right.

The morning crew is always on top of it with getting your drinks especially when they are busy and very nice and polite BUT if you go at night and nobody is even there the service is AWEFUL always have to wait inexcusable and the staff is rude!

Everytime I go my coffee tastes sour, it is never good. I’m not sure who wants to eat a bagel like this and when I asked for more cream cheese they told me it would be an extra $2. Dunkin at its finest.

They have never given me a total in the drive thru until I get to the window, coffee is subpar, the workers are short and don't understand English well it seems which makes ordering more difficult while the reason for drive thru is efficiency in my mind. And they are consistently out of creme filled donuts.

A decent McDonald's food wise. I've definitely had much worse. Staff can sometimes use a refresher on customer service but not awful. The dining room is usually quiet but, on occasion, attracts guests that are inconsiderate to others. Drive thru times are usually quick. Even when busy.

Ordered on the app took 15 minutes before the app wouldn’t let me put in the parking space number. I kept trying the app just terrible then we were missing food when I called the manager said that I could either pack up my kids and come back up, which if you’re a mom of young kids wasn’t gonna do that And I didn’t want her to just write down my name so that the food will be there sometime in the future so she hung up on me after kind of being bitchy on the phone

By far the most annoying McDonald’s in literally the entire universe. They are constantly making you move to a parking spot before they bring your food out. On top of that they have NEVER brought the right food out. Always missing something, so you go back in and are ignored by the staff. I never write bad reviews but this place is just absolutely run like a bunch of brainless clowns who are never prepared for anyone, not even a single order. I would highly suggest some type of actual management at this location.

Every time I order they always mess up my order.I told them I can't have anything with tomato I could die from it.They put ketchup on my hamburger. I pay for extra french Fries I only get one . This is going To sound bad but I hope I die from their mistake and my husband can sue them. I don't. Understand why it is so hard to get orders straight

By far the worst McDonald’s in the area. Drive through is always pull up and wait. 50/50 shot if they forget about you and your order. 30 minutes sitting in spot 6 waiting on food. Forgot about it, had to go in to be told our order was gone.

So you can’t add 1 medium fry through the drive thru when you’re picking up your mobile order. Yes I know I’d have to pay it separately it but they said the owner says that’s not allowed so than I had to wait 30 mins for my mobile order than go back in line and order my 1 fry, get pulled again and waited another 15 mins for medium fry. All my food was cold and put together sloppy. I’ve been in management in the food industry for many years, this type of service would never be allowed in my stores.

I drive past a few other mcdonalds locations for this one specifically. Food is always fresh and correct. I can't say the same for a lot of other mcdonalds in the area. This is my go to location!

Ordered one lg coffee cream only. Received black coffee even though the sticker on cup says 4 cream. I’m at my appointment with my undrinkable coffee. Dining room NOT open since Covid so I’m supposed to sit in the drive thru line and try to return a coffee I didn’t want two hours later? Not great at speaking English at this place either, is that why the dining room is closed? Looks like only one nationality works here. How do you have a franchise?

Ever since Covid hit this location has become complete trash 🗑️. The dining room is no longer open and it is drive thru only. Completely eliminating any customers on foot or with larger vehicles that cannot access their small drive thru. Great job losing lots of business. Does not seem like they mind it thought. 👎🏻

Order was wrong and found hard gray flecks in my drink . Not sure what they were. Threw out the coffee after finding a second one.

I just wanted one cup of coffee. The lady in front of me had a large order and I seemed to not be a priority. What seemed to be a manager asked her staff to get my order and they walked around like I wasn't here. Way too long of a wait for there to be no one in front of me.

I used to love it here seriously, I’d go nearly every day. But I noticed in my refresher that there was mold floating in it. Hope they cleaned their taps since I called. They didn’t seem too worried about it.

Very hit and miss with the food. Sometimes its ok, but more often than not, it tastes stale. The flavored lattes never seem to have any flavor in them. They either taste like straight coffee or just milk. We go to Dunkin because its a convenient location, and usually fairly quick through the line, but the food quality has been going downhill.

I walked in and saw two workers just sitting and talking, while the two other workers, were cleaning up and making orders at the same time. I don't like seeing stuff like this especially since they were minors over working while the adults just sat and talked the entire time. They eventually started yelling at them for not working when they clearly were. Do I need to be worried about child labor laws not being followed? I overheard the name of one of the adults being Nan I think. I don't know if this occurs often, but it should be stopped. I was going to get a berry burst dunkin energy, but decided not to because they didn't deserve to work even harder than what they already were.

Standard donuts, friendly staff, is in desperate need of a deep clean. Very dirty inside! If this is dining area I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. Chairs and table are very sticky. This was in the morning too.

I'm sad to say but this is the 3rd time in the past week or so that they have taken an old order and put my order label over the old one and doctored it up a little and gave me someone's old or wrong order not a good look at least you could have taken the old label off instead of putting my new one over top so I will be going to a different dunkin from now on

Terrible. Waited in line for mobile order. Food, burnt. Drinks, gross. It wasn’t made as requested. Mornings, suck. Yeah, I understand Dunkin’ lines are always long. I get it. I come to Dunkin’ all e time, but this one is the first one I’ve been to where they completely close the dining and then now you have people that do online order and that have work. We use online for a reason, to not stand in the line or at least not have us wait 30min for coffee. Closing the dining is stupid. Why not open the dining to people that have online orders only. Do better.

First time visiting to pick up a dozen bagels and this is the “bagel” at the top of the box. Not sure it is completely cooked but really disappointed that this is the quality of the product they are selling to customers. UPDATE: Bruegger’s reached out and remedied the issue and provided a refund, which is a good representation of the corporate customer service to resolve individual issues. I will go back for a second visit soon!

an employee there, who always wear a hood & cap behind the food preparation line while preparing-needs to be reminded of basic cleanliness! When you go to the register to ring out another customer, kindly remove your gloves you just used to count change back & put on a new set! It's not a HARD task, I do it everyday myself! I called and talked to a manager, Emma, she said she would have a talk with the employee, but it didn't sound very promising -

This is disgusting. Yes. I know hard boiled eggs turn green when over cooked. This is something else. Why the f is my egg GREEN. This is FOUL. So I tried it again. I ordered the new double stack. A hashbrown bagel with egg, cheese, bacon and Chipotle mayo. They put it on a freaking cinnamon maple bagel. Chipotle mayo with cinnamon sugar. It was absolutely disgusting. That was it for me. I will never return to this trash place.

Every time I’ve gotten a Carmel Cold Brew from different Brueggers locations they are delicious. However, every time I’ve gotten one at this location , it has let me down. This was until Tuesday, May 20th when DEBBIE made it for me. This was the best coffee ever , Debbie pls teach ur coworkers how you make the Carmel cold brew and thank u for enriching my Brueggers bagel experience.

Mother’s Day and Sunday hours say open until 2:00. The staff had all the dining chairs stacked on the tables, they were mopping the floors at 1:06. We asked if we could sit to eat and they said “dining room is closed.” No outdoor seating available either. So apparently an hour before close don’t plan on sitting to enjoy your purchased meal. We decided to leave out of disappointment and frustration although the staff seemed pleased with our choice and gave us a snarky cheerful “have a good day!” Thanks a lot, happy Mother’s Day to me I guess. Terrible customer service

The staff is always friendly, bagels fresh and if you ask for them to be dark toasted they make every effort to comply. Eating area is clean. Matt relates well to staff and customer's alike.

I think it's really lame that you can't use the brueggers bagels gift card to pre order your food. I called and they said they're not allowed to take sandwich orders over the phone! Why even get a gift card?
