Coming back from Niagara Falls we stopped for breakfast and I’m glad we did! What a great find. My breakfast sandwich was so good. My husband has the full breakfast and enjoyed it. Nice sized portions, pricing on point and great service. Everyone was friendly. Clean bathrooms and loved the pink parking lines! I wish we had come later in the day the desserts looked scrumptious.

We tried this place today for the first time. Mom had Chicken fingers and fries. I had the Reuben melt. Moms Chicken fingers were so big she only ate a little bit. The Reuben was great but the corned beef was more delicious meat like then cut off a piece of brisket. The fries were fresh cut and the gravy on the side was absolutely amazing! Our server was attentive and friendly. The place itself was super busy but super clean which is always a huge plus! Overall a good experience and we will try it again!

Fabulous diner experience. Huge portions usually means cheap ingredients and lack of flavor. Not here. Everything is fresh and flavorful. If you leave hungry it is not their fault. Our waitress Jessica was exceptional.

Great experience! Friendly staff, food was out in a timely manner. Poutine fries were very good and the soups the others got were good as well. The Pittsburgh salad was enormous and delicious. This was my first time here in about 10 years and I will definitely be back more often.

I can’t say thank you enough to the staff for making our engagement photos such a special moment for us. Not only was the food and service amazing, but they allowed us to stay a few minutes past closing to capture timeless photos in the empty diner. I’ll remember this night forever because of them!!

Food was spectacular! Had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger, fried fish dinner, and the classic Reuben sandwhich. Food was hot and fresh and really good. Got fried pickles as our appetizer and finished by taking some lemon meringue and banana cream pie home for a snack. First time eating here. So good.

Angela was the friendliest waitress I have seen I a long time. The food is great too. But after a really bad day, her attitude made the night better.

My friend got the 3 day weekend scramble and I got the Yankee scramble. It was out of this world!! Probably the best breakfast I've had in a long time. And I love going out for breakfast a lot. The place was busy and usually if somewhere is busy you know it's good food. I couldn't wait to have my breakfast everyone else's plates looked so good. I ate it all it was that good!!!! I would absolutely go back again!!!!!

Nice looking family restaurant with a wide varied menu including pancakes and French toast with Dubai chocolate and cream cheese filling. However the normal French toast was dry. Egg in Eggs Benedict was poached well and muffin was good but the sauce was very bland. Pancakes were huge. Omelette also came with cinnamon bread which was over toasted.

Small building. Great flavor. A lot of choices for breakfast. The pancakes were perfect. The flavor, the texture, served hot. Perfect. Irish Benedict incredibly tender corn beef, eggs poached with care over toast covered in a delicate home made hollandaise sauce. Hash browns were tasty as well. Fruit bowl that my wife ordered instead of hash browns had fresh melons, hand cut pineapple, and sweat red grapes. The eggs were actually cooked to over easy not over killed like many places. The homemade raisin bread was toasted to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly despite a busy Saturday morning. The most perfect breakfast experience we have had in years.

Great breakfast! Woke up early because there's usually a line if you get there past 8, and we were pleasantly surprised to catch them on a slow day, so it never got super packed. The server was great, awesome attitude, and nailed the service. This is one of the few places that serves real hash browns instead of home fries and I love them for it. The menu is pretty extensive, so there's something for pretty much everyone.

Let me start with this: Savory's rye bread, baked in house, in worth the trip by itself! The only aspect of the dining experience I enjoyed more than my egg white omelette was the service that Jayne provided. My coffee stayed hot and full, which is the sign of a truly attentive service staff. I can't wait to go back!

We had breakfast at Savory's and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and my guest had the Western omelet—both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was impressively fast and attentive. Great food, warm atmosphere, and efficient service. We’ll definitely be eating at Savory's again!

We found this place while visiting the area. Great food, great service. I had a cheesy mushroom omelet and my husband had the egg breakfast. The food was very tasty, and very hot. The portions were so large i couldnt finish my breakfast. I definitely will visit this place again.

We were seated right away. But noone came over to us for a good half hour to even get our drink order. I was just about to leave when the waitress came over and said sorry but she figured it would just be better to come over all at once and get our drink and food order all together. Which was clearly an excuse and not a very good one. It took another 20 minutes to get our 2 glasses of orange juice and then another 15 to get our food. The food was decent. But the service could definitely use some work.

Love coming in after drinking for some pancakes. Shout-out to the night workers for dealing with obnoxious people cause the vibes are usually pretty bad at 4 am. Staff have always been friendly and helpful despite being clearly stressed at times. It feels understaffed a lot because there's only a single server running around trying to do everything and probably one cook. But it's decent, cheap food at 4 am so I'm not complaining haha.

I really Enjoyed Tammy’s hospitality! Me and my Family are visiting from Charleston and she remind of the the Charm. She was very very nice. The Service was AMAZING Tammy but the food in defense wasn’t the best but I’m from the South so… my 2 year old really enjoyed the pancakes though! Shout out to Tammy!

Went to go pick up my order and i was met with 3 workers just staring at me while i was waiting at the desk... it took 5 minutes for one to finally get up and go grab my food... this was 15 minutes ago and our meal still says prepping as well. The other 2 workers just kept sitting and staring at me. At least act like your working if you see someone pull into the parking lot let alone if someone comes inside the restaurant... i was also waiting out in my car for like 15 minutes waiting for my order to be ready... it was an order of mozzarella sticks and a slice of cheesecake... smh

Service was great as always and that's important to recognize. For some reason our food was way overcooked. Chicken tenders were basically crumbling, even the pot roast melt was tough. Nothing crazy and not worth sending back or putting up a stink over. Maybe just a new person in the kitchen.

While normally eating in the restaurant is just fine; a 4 star, take out is a different story. Ordered online, the prices were higher than in store. Then, they never put my son's waffle meal in the bag. Husband got all the way home, called them, and they had the audacity to ask if he was sure it wasn't in the bag. Yes, we were sure. He had to go back to get the waffle meal. Also, the bourbon chicken skillet was disgusting. Not at all like when in the restaurant. Heavy on the salt and pepper, and the chicken was not smothered with the sauce like it is at the restaurant. There was barely any sauce at all and the veggies were mostly potatoes versus in restaurant, there's more of a variety. We will not order to-go from this Dennys again.

We were in Denny’s on May 17 2025. I don’t know what was going on in there, but we waited an hour and a half and still didn’t get our food. The way the cook was arguing with our waitress was disgusting. Our waitress was amazing and she did a great job trying to handle the situation.We ended up leaving because they never even started our food and so did five other couples. I’ve reached out to Denny’s several times to speak to someone and nobody has called me back.Every time I call it’s gonna take four hours for someone to call me back and they never call.

My favorite place in the village! They literally serve you homemade, comfort food. I love how fresh their ingredients are and the staff is always friendly. The reward system is pretty nice too. Must try soups!!

We stopped here for breakfast passing through the town. Great coffee collection and excellent house blend. Western omelette was delicious. Veg panini, soup and chicken soup tasted excellent. Great atmosphere and service. Gem of a place and highly recommend.

Charming local coffee shop, restaurant and gift shop located in the village of Hamburg, open since 1997. Comfort zone is just that, a place to come for delicious coffee, tea and comfort food. I met a friend for lunch and was delighted. In the past I have come through here quickly just for a coffee or tea. I ordered the grilled cheese with Brie, raspberry and walnuts which came with a side salad. My sandwich was huge, delicious and something different. The Brie was perfectly melted, the raspberry jam was a sweet contrast to the cheese and the walnuts were soft and added some texture to the sandwich. The side salad was pretty large and the home made dressing options offered something for every palette. My friend ordered the sun-sation salad with smoked salmon. It was a generous portion with fresh ingredients and she was very happy with her choice. Other menu items include soups, wraps, paninis, desserts, pastries and Paula’s donuts. I have enjoyed their coffees and teas in the past. Tons of options for every diet and taste. In addition to the food and coffee they offer a soup club, home made popsicles and adorable and unique gifts. I was in need of birthday gift and was easily able to find something here after I finished my lunch. Sign up for their digital rewards card and earn credit for shopping. I checked in on Yelp and also was awarded $1 off a $10 purchase. Quick and helpful service. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They have a gluten free and gluten sensitive menu available complete with the option of gluten free bread.

very good food! a little on the pricey side, (15 dollars for a matcha and a cookie sandwich) but that's to be expected of cafe's like this. overall 9/10 experience, there was a wall of tchatchkis that I thought were cool :]

Very nice cafe. Lots of different sandwiches, salads, and soups, with several vegetarian and some vegan options. The sandwiches were quite large and everyone I was with said their food was very good. Large drink selection of coffees, teas, lemonades, iced teas, etc. Parking on street or in a public lot that is only about a 3 min walk away.

My first time actually getting food and a coffee here, I’ve known this was in Hamburg for a crazy long time I’ve just never had the chance to try it until today! The Zippity-Doo-Da sandwich was really good on a bagel, and the cappuccino was delicious. Will definitely come here more often!!

Went to drive thru and within 4days they were out of cinnamon raisin bagels before 2pm twice. I questioned why this is so since bagels are pre made. Her excuse was that they were busy and low on staff. Second time the associate said she told me the reason they were out before and didn’t want to argue. News flash. Solve the problem. Make more or do two things at one time. Take a moment and bake more. Customers come to restaurant to get what they want. Why bother to come here when they don’t have what you order. I solved the problem. I went to the other Tim Horton’s down the street to get what I ordered and plan to NEVER go back to this location and hope the owner can solve this issue soon. Today I went thru the drive thru to order two drinks figuring that they wouldn’t be out of drinks . I was told that I was banned from this location because of how I treated the associate I spoke about above. I guess this is punishment for being frustrated about the situation above. Owner be aware to explain GOOD customer service and that people come to order from your menu and not hear excuses. Don’t worry I am banning that location myself and I truly hope that the owner takes care of straitening out this location.

Only 2 people working! One person taking orders and one person making orders!line was out the door . Employees barely spoke English very hard to understand them very confusing and frustrating to order . Very dirty and disgusting! Flies all over the donuts/muffins and bagels counter was nasty!

So I ordered 2 Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches with just Bacon & Cheese, NO EGG! Instead I got Double Egg, Cheese & Bacon! I Didn't want any Egg. I threw out the Eggs, on Both my Sandwiches! They just don't listen, or don't give a Damn! This Tim Hortons was at the Union & George Urban Location!

Wanted to give a shout out to the employees at this location, I went to a different location and received the wrong coffee order and didn’t realize it till I was on my way to work… so I pulled into this one , explained that I can’t have regular coffee only decaf due to a health condition and they happily replaced my coffee no questions! Thank you so much!

I have never once been impressed by Tim Hortons service and the food is always underwhelming. But the coffee is so very good.

Went out of their way to process multiple gift cards in the drive-thru so I wouldn't have to go in the store due to COVID when other TH locations wouldn't do it. Great customer service; thank you very much!

Very bad service, stopped to get chilli an all they had was chicken noodle soup. So I got chicken noodle an they forgot my bread, an the soup was luke warm, also got a panini an they forgot the chipotle....an to make it worse they weren't even busy....never stopping g at that location again....an I will tell everyone about my experience...I will not forget this tim hortons...

I ordered a steak panini and was hardly any steak on it, tomatoes are not suppose to be on it literally so disappointed. With how much this sandwich is should if been a lot better.

I've been coming here 3 times a week for years with no problem and now all of a sudden every coffee I get is made wrong and the kids at the register cant figure out how to make change. The last few time ive gone, ive had to take a trip to a different tim hortons afterwards to get my coffee remade. Disappointed bc this location really used to be great.

The Red Bull Drinks turned me into a Tim Hortons person, finally. The Blue Drink is made with a 8.5oz Yellow Can Tropical flavor. The Red Drink is made with a Regular 8.5oz can of Red Bull. In case anyone was curious, the Red Drink, is Delicious, the Blue one isn't bad but not as good as Red.

This place is totally rude. From the employees to the customer. A customer was listening to my question to the woman at the register and added an unwelcomef comment. The cashier scolded me. How rude. There are other locations. Avoid this one!!!!!!!!! Left without ordering anything. My money is good anywhere, not there

We stopped here to get something cold on a very hot day. Excited to see a poster in the window showing all lattes cold or hot just $2 after 1 pm. When I tried to order this, I was told the deal was only available after 2 pm. I advised that's not what sign says only to hear it must have changed..?? Poor service as time was 1:54, could have made an exception but didn't and charged me full price. Aggravated..😡

Showed up here sunday morning, July 13th, and there's just a sign on the door saying, store closed emergency. I don't know if every single person that works there simultaneously had an emergency or the actual store.Itself had an emergency but to me, you cannot close on a Sunday day from start to finish, that's got to be a huge net loss for the business The busiest day of the week without informing it any customers at the street that the store is closed. So there is just a steady stream of vehicles pulling in and pulling out with one piece of printer paper with a tiny little blue pen, saying emergency. That's it no other information. I've never seen a business just shut down due to a vague emergency on the busiest day of their week. Now all the surrounding tim hortons are getting better.I'm overwhelmed by your traffic

Unfortunately this time they got the order wrong and I asked for the manager and he looked like he was 16 years old and I told him I am disappointed and he just looked at me like he could not understand the problem. Please get the other people back they are terrific 💯

Have had multiple problems at this location. They shut down for switchovers but do not shut the app down. They’ll take your order, let you sit at the window until they notice you, then say they’re shut down for however long. You leave and the refund is even delayed back to you. Also had a time when they gave me the wrong order 3 times in a row. The third time I just left because it was not worth the 30+ mins.

Been sitting in the drive through for like 10 minutes already and then they just decided to fully stop taking orders and just not talking to the drive through for 8 more minutes. Then when I got up there they sent me to a parking spot to wait for an indefinite amount of time. Also their fries are always wrong and bland.

I come to order at this McDonald’s roughly every night around 3-3:30a.m. Which is when I get off of work. I was told by a worker “the system is down and will be back up at 4:15 we are preparing for breakfast” Coincidentally almost every night at that time there system is down. And how does she know the system will be back up at 4:15?? Sounds like that’s when she’s gonna turn it back on. Complete joke.

Was in this location twice this morning and they don't seem to have anyone waiting on customers. Drive thru guy had to help me, after I patiently waited several minutes. Later an older man had to call out for help. Many fast food places are really getting bad and this is one of very worst I've seen. I mean it was 7am, 8am, not a super busy time, have to wonder what is going on

Drive thru is bad. The person taking orders was inefficient, slow & rude. I pulled up to pay and there was no one at the window! I didn't know if I should move up to the next window or not. She finally came back and was chewing on food. No apology. These staff need more training. My experience is from aug.28 2025 on Camp Rd in Hamburg, NY.

Mold on a chicken nugget. Are you kidding me. This is not right. There are better restaurants around that area go there. I will not trust anything they sell. Gross gross gross

Absolute terrible customer service go for drive-through get left in a parking spot for over 10 minutes. Have to go in yourself to get your order and when you go to get your order, they didn’t even prepare it yet. They still have to bag it just to hand it to you and act as if that was OK. It was not OK. That was rude. Multiple cars went by the drive-through while I waited for a person to bring out my food and no one did at some point I said I had to go in and they obviously were not gonna bring me.

You would think at over 15$/hour they cried so hard to get they’d learn the WORD extra means MORE not LESS it’s not just the one time… joke on myself for giving it multiple chances; however anyone looking to get the order you ASK for good luck!

I visit this McDonalds twice a week for a long time. If you place your order at the kiosk, you'll never receive a receipt, as the machine has been out of paper for months. If you don't remember the order number that flashes on the screen after ordering, you'll have to hunt down your order because they don't bring it to your table (there's not even a small numbered sign to place on the table for your order to be brought out). Even if I request my food for dining in, everything is packed in takeout bags, and they never provide a tray! No matter which drink I select at the kiosk, I'm never allowed to have it in a cup, I always have to dispense it myself. The cup is never handed over immediately, it always takes me asking twice to get it. The service is slow, I always have to wait 5-10 minutes for my food. The restaurant is dirty and filthy. This has been a long-term experience, and I'm not exaggerating at all! It's time for a change in management!

Whoever drives that big red truck from your staff should never be allowed to drive. He’s literally insane on the road. Tailgated me and my son on our way to daycare at like 6:45am and then pulled in there and I saw it’s a worker. Shame on you. Won’t have our business.

I don' often buy my kids but I took her after an appointment. I asked for the caramel frappuccino coffee and the guy said(big manager man) that they couldn't do none of them or shakes. Okay. I ordered the happy meal of four nuggets and her fries and small fries for me and cheeseburger. When we went to pour our drinks it was disgusting everything spilled, floor was all sticky like no one care. We grab our order and sat down and this is how our meal looked. I got up and show them the nuggets and asked if there is a way to have others that were not fried in OLD OIL. The employee said let me ask, he ask the manager(big man) and said no I can give you a refund. I told him yes for the refund because I am not giving that to my daughter. As I am waiting for my refund a teenager and her mom walks in and order from the tablet not to the cashier. One thing of the order was a shake and it was given, no excuses. My daughter 7yrs old made the comment in the car that she saw the girl had a shake after he said they couldn't do any.

Place is a nightmare at 3pm when all the school kids are there being loud and annoying. The parents should really hear their kids, how loud and inappropriate they are.

Just got a shamrock shake and it tastes horrible! It's not mixed at all, and it is just mint syrup. I have always had bad experiences at this location, but this is by far the worse. I don't go there anymore, but my daughter did. I highly recommend don't go to this location!!!!

Beware of the drive through employee. She didn't return our credit card when went through the drive thru. When we got home and realized, we called same night and were told they didn't have it. The next day fraudulent charges were made to our card.

Walked in from parking lot after parking...no one else there. Stood at counter silent and waited...and waited. Finally said "anyone working here today"?A guy at drive thru walked over to two guys DEEP in conversation? One looked up and came over. Strange.

Great place that's open 24x7. Coming for a late night coffee in a quiet place like Hamburg is simply wonderful! Staff polite and courteous as usual. Probably had the best Ice Capp Supreme Oreo here as compared to other Tim's places

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever encountered. Not only was there a long wait for in shop service, I noticed the display case was disgusting - it was also infested with flies!! We informed the counter person, (who appeared to be labotomized) responded with "huh, ok." and did nothing about it.

Always welcoming and consistent with food, beverage and service. New Everything croissant was delicious.

I try to only go to this Tim Hortons. I am someone with allergies and that comes with many worries so I always ask them not to stir my coffee and serve my Splenda on the side. Not only do they do it right but they don’t make me feel annoying. They have always treated me with so much kindness and even draw smiley faces and stars on my coffee! They go the extra mile and I appreciate them every day for it! They do it right here. Kind humans are my favorite!

Loved this spot. So chilled, spacious for any group size group. The service was great, the barista was super friendly and suggested a few house specials. She was kind to make sure we got what we were craving for. Amazing coffee and their croissant with veggie cream cheese was delicious.

Awesome spot (Pun intended) for coffee and quick breakfast/lunch. I got the Mike Sandwhich and iced mocha, and it was great! I wish I had one local to me in Charlotte. I'd be there multiple times a week! The seating and decor was also a pleasant atmosphere.

One of our favorites in the the village of Hamburg! Great place for breakfast (try the Mike's sandwich) , lunch, dinner, dessert or just a great beverage, Spot never disappoints. Staff is fabulous! There is outdoor seating, occasional music and just a peaceful place to relax.

Ordered their southwestern wrap Friday morning. It was all egg, little to no beans other ingredients, any present were at one end. Disappointed, as I’ve had it twice before and it was put together great.

After buying a Christmas tree with the family nearby, we needed someplace nice to go just to sit down, warm up, and get some good coffee and food. We knew that SPoT would not disappoint. The coffee was what we expected, the food was good, and the ambiance was calming. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Ordered a waffle a few months ago and it was the best waffle I’ve ever had; ordered one today and it tasted like cornmeal. It was dry and crumbly. We were told that the recipe changed and that there was nothing they could do about it. Don’t order the waffles.

Coffee is constantly done wrong even though you correct them at the speaker box, their Oreo cookies are nothing like advertised and look like this everytime. Just frustrating constantly getting the wrong coffee and not even getting what’s close to advertised on pictures.

Ordered 5 hash brown, 2 muffins, a sandwich and a black tea. Tea ended up with milk and sugar and was cold, no sandwich at all and hash browns tossed in bag with no wrappers. Who just tosses hot food in a brown bag like that ? Didn’t have time to go back and fix things.

Coffee was lukewarm this time. Tim Hortons used to be a great place but the prices are just too crazy now I know it's not their fault it's all about New York state in the $15 minimum wage but coffee is so expensive now.

Please get these people some help!!! We come here each week and it gets even worse. This week we waited 15 minutes for a bagel and coffee while the worker who was 100% alone did car after car in the drive thru. He was rude and very upset. Awful.

Order's wrong every time i go, just had an ice cap filled with coffee grounds. No apology, and always has an attitude. I have called the store numerous times about the same little 16 yr old and never get a call back. Need to do better people

They messed up the order even after remaking it. Items were missing, and one of the female employees had a poor attitude. When they processed the refund, it was less than what we originally paid.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon in August, just walked in while passing. Cute, breezy place, open-air feeling due to large open windows. No waiting for a table. It was almost empty, except for 5 or 6 animated young ladies conversing behind the counter. I asked them what their favorite smoothie was. One said Apple Pie, so I ordered it, with an add in of collagen as a splurge. It took probably 10 minutes to make, noticeably long for there being so many staffers and no customers other than a couple well into their meal. One of the girls brought it out to me with a huge smile. Bar none, it was the nastiest smoothie I’ve ever shelled out money for — $13 to be exact. No hint of apple, almonds, or any other of the yummy-sounding ingredients listed in its description. Quasi-unrelated aside: I wonder if the staff were maybe daughter and friends, working their summer job?

Wow! We stumbled across this and it was a hit! Everything and everyone was so welcoming! All the food and smoothies are freshly made, so delicious! I absolutely will be coming back weakly for my breakfast sandwich and smoothie!

Had the “Gimme the Beet” smoothie for the first time. Smoothie was tasty and refreshing. The hanging plants and natural vibe atmosphere give off positive energy.

This place is such a cute concept! I love all the plants and the vibe in here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, as I didn’t have my credit card on me (just tap to pay) and they were able to manually enter my card number. The owner (I presume) was very friendly and helpful. Smoothies came out fast & were delicious!

I've ordered takeout from here twice and both times it was very good. We got the breakfast sandwich with sausage, and the mexi-cali toast which is my favorite! Would like to try their lunch options and smoothies. Cold brew was very good, they had a pumpkin flavor for fall which was very good. Service is exceptional, we will be back.

Dropped by on opening day to see the inside of this new cafe in the village. The space is lovely and the business sharing an open concept (cafe, burgers, hair salon, and boutique) is awesome for combining overlapping interests for the target audience. Only stopped in for a Golden Tea that left much to be desired. Hopefully the other products are better, because the general idea is top notch.

Stopped by on our way through to MO. I had the veggie sandwich and berry smoothie- both were delicious. My husband had the breakki- said it was very good! Bread was tasty.
