Chick-fil-A is a popular fast-food chain known for its delicious chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and sides. Located in Tullahoma, Tennessee, this restaurant offers great food and excellent service. It's a family-friendly place with a fun play area for kids. Additionally, the location often hosts car meets where visitors can enjoy free food cards and indulge in their famous waffle fries.
Prices are really good and low for what you get. The food is genuinely really good and the quality is awesome and with the prices being relatively low! The service is also super fast and incredibly friendly. I got a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich with fries and a drink... little over $9! Everywhere else that's at least a $10-$13.... I absolutely loved everything about the experience and the friendly people there.

I almost consistently get given different food from what I’ve ordered at the Tullahoma Chick-Fil-A. My most recent order really has me losing trust in this store specifically, because I have not experienced these accidents at any other location. Attached is a photo of the market salad I was given in place of a southwest salad. This CFA needs to do a little better checking their orders, because this is often an issue here and something I have started to expect from this location.
DeAngelo C — Google review
Drive Thru customer. Ordered food and there was silence from the person taking the order. They didn’t ask my name or tell me the total or confirm my order. Waited in silence until I said hello do you need my name? I was ask my order again and told to drive up. I told her my name and proceeded to the pick Up area. My food order was given to me and it felt rushed. When I got home I found the order to be missing an order of waffle fries and missing one dipping sauce. Disappointed and will not be back to this location. Just another fast food restaurant chain providing poor service.
Angela D — Google review
Got nuggets and fries at the drive through. The fries were the best I've ever had in a chick fil a. Fresh, hot and tasty. The nuggets were the worst ever. Stiff, dry and not hot. Almost like they were made much earlier and warmed up in a microwave. The service was friendly and professional.
Yosi C — Google review
First impressions the front of the building, the windows, the entryway dirty. My chicken sandwich was not very good. The breading had slid to one end of the chicken so when they deep fried it it made it extremely crunchy on one side and just blah on the other. Also the restroom was disgusting. Probably the worst restroom I've seen at a Chick-fil-A.
Greg — Google review
Food is always delicious and the people are always friendly. The chicken is the best in the world. Would definitely recommend this place for people who like nice people and good food.

Messed up my order twice, then had to refund it. Taking “ up to 7 days to return to my account “ waited for 15 minutes then told to pull over to the side and waited 10 more minutes worst experience I’ve ever had at chik-fil-a

Very smoothly ran Chick Fil A. Two lines going at all times, which is needed due to the large amount of traffic. Two lines ans they could use a few more. Service is always great and food is chock fil a yummy! Their sweet tea and crusbed ice is the best!!!

The Sundrop Shoppe and Lunchonette was bustling on a Saturday afternoon around 1 o'clock. Although the food took some time to arrive, the drinks were excellent. I ordered a delightful Cherry Sundrop Float and a bottled Sundrop. The entrees, including Grand Daddy's Pimento cheese sandwich with kettle cooked chips and Pot Roast French Dip, were both outstanding. According to my partner, the sandwich truly captured the essence of pot roast.
After 4 years living in Tullahoma we finally visited the Sundrop Shoppe for lunch and we are so glad we did. My wife had the Nutella french toast & bacon and I had the chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of their potato soup. My wife really enjoyed her food and I really enjoyed mine. We definitely will be back and highly recommend you visit also. The waitress was great also!
WILLIAM K — Google review
The four star is for the food. It was a little over salted but good. The service was pretty amazing! Our server was great. She took all four of our orders by memory and got everything right. The restaurant is definitely a very cool blast from the past. We enjoyed the nostalgic feel of yesteryear. Breakfast is always hard to review because the delivery has got to be better than what you can do at home. The staff and the history of this place make it worth stopping in. I wish we were here longer so I could try other things on the menu. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely give it another try.
Charles B — Google review
Our waitress was a joy. Wife enjoyed the French dip but did not care for the au-jus. I had a grilled cheese and bacon. Buttery and well made. Chocolate malt was tasty and very rich with good malt flavor. A bit expensive but enjoyable.
Pat C — Google review
I love this place and have ordered from here many times. When I was pregnant, I went here at least twice a week for a period of time because I craved tomato soup & grilled cheese. This was my top recommendation until today. If your business hours are until 5, you shouldn’t be closing your kitchen at 2:43 without so much as a Facebook post. There’s not one single business popping or jumping at 2:43 on a Tuesday, but you don’t see every other business closing early. Took my business elsewhere & I will not bring my business back.
Sarah B — Google review
Yummy!!! The pancakes filled me up. I could not even finish them! My husband and I each had the T Town Special. The waitresses were very friendly! The restaurant is a "seat yourself" restaurant. The full menu is served all day. The waitress let us know the grill was full, so it might take a little bit to get our food depending on what we were ordering. Luckily, we picked out the choice we did because I do not think it was even maybe 5 - 8 min after we ordered, that our food had arrived. My husband and I visited here on our way to Chattanooga, and it was worth the stop!
Melanie B — Google review
Traveled over an hour and a half to eat here. We walked in around 1 and just stood in the middle of the place. No one came to offer us a table or put us on a waiting list or anything. It was moderately busy but not enough to warrant being ignored. After standing there a couple minutes feeling foolish, a waitress literally bumps into my wife and finally we realize we’re not invisible because she excuses herself for doing so. My wife asks her if we just wait for a table, or get put on a list. The waitress literally said she didn’t know. Who do you ask if not the waitress? Either way we said we’d go outside and wait. We stood outside for about 10 minutes before we saw a man wave us in and offer us a seat beside them. Very nice. Keep in mind this is a small place and sitting with someone may be your only option. We sat at the table for about 5 minutes before we got our drinks. The waitress seemed to be bothered that we took that table but I may just be imagining things. Either way went for the “bottomless” fountain drink. It came with paper straws and the rumor is now paper straws are toxic. Surprised they’re still being used. I ordered the pot roast dip sandwich and the wife ordered the hot Turkey sandwich. They hit the table and The food was delicious. That’s kinda where the satisfaction ended. After we finished we waited and waited for the waitress to come back to ask for napkins that we never had and a refill of this “bottomless” fountain drink. After about 10 more minutes we were finished with our sandwiches and had greasy fingers still waiting for those napkins to show up. I went ahead and pulled my wallet out so I wouldn’t have to wait even longer for her to show back up. Finally a drink came….no napkins. I had to again ask for the napkins. She walked off. My back was to her. My wife was watching her and said “I think she’s doing this on purpose.” She walked all around with a handful of napkins seemingly going everywhere but my table. Finally I got those napkins and was able to sign the receipt with the tiny tip that she earned. The “bottomless” drinks actually mean one tiny 10oz drink and hassle to get any more it seems. We stayed there well over an hour more than we should have just waiting on things. Not a good experience. Again we loved the food though.
Wrexx — Google review
I've never been here before, so I was very anxious to go after hearing how great it was. The food really was good. I had the Club, and the rest of our table had the Roast Beef Dip. None of us were unhappy with our food. The Sundrop Float for dessert and the Caramel Blondie were insanely good. As far as service. I'm not sure if they were short staffed that day, but the service was nothing to compliment. We got our order taken fairly quickly, but then it took almost 40 minutes for our sandwiches to be delivered. We let the server know that at that time, we would be having dessert. Our server never came back, so one person in our group went to the counter to get help. Our entire visit lasted over an hour and a half because, for whatever reason, perhaps they were short staffed. I will probably go back sometime because the food is really good, but in my case, if you need a quick bite between work hours, it might be tough to get in and out. Overall, it was not a bad experience and the place is clean and attractive, and even with the problems the staff is very nice.
Rachelle O — Google review
I’ve lived here for years and I can’t believe that today was my first time to eat at the Sundrop Shop! It absolutely will NOT be my last time. The club sandwich was loaded down with honey ham and turkey plus bacon, American cheese, lettuce and tomato. I could easily get full on half of it. For dessert was Miss Daisy’s Blondie Sundae. I will definitely be popping back in just to have that again. It was “plate licking delicious!!” Check it out. You’ll be so glad you did.

The Celtic Cup Coffee House in Tullahoma, TN is more than just a coffee shop; it's a cozy and beloved gathering place offering an array of tasty treats. With its friendly staff and inviting ambiance, it's the perfect spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a good book while savoring delicious coffee, signature pretzels, or popular Shepherd's Pie.
Stumbled upon this unique coffee shop as we were sightseeing Tullahoma. Discovered it was just not a coffee shop. It took us for an international trip of sorts with the decor, music, and speciality food offerings. We love experiencing local establishments and sitting outside if weather is nice, so tried this place for a late lunch. We were not disappointed. Food was great. Menu offered simple lighter fare such as paninis, chicken salad, turkey and cranberry bridie, soup, salads, and other speciality items. I would assume some items may only be offered at certain times or until sold out as displayed in the front glassed area. Dessert was amazing!!!! Service friendly. A nice afternoon to relax and have a good, simple lunch. If we lived in the area, I could see stopping by in the morning for coffee, or even an afternoon tea and speciality item like a scone. There was even a little gift shop inside with unique international gifts.

I hope this place never goes out of business. My husband and I make special day trips up from GA just to come here. Everything we’ve had from here has been so good, but the reuben is my favorite. It might be my favorite sandwich I’ve ever had. The coffee is always good. 10/10 place.

The welcoming porch creates an immediate sense of tranquility. Interior design choices, featuring Celtic-inspired elements, enhance the calming atmosphere. Subtle details throughout the space contribute to a feeling of warmth and comfort. Natural light filters through the windows, illuminating the carefully chosen furnishings. This harmonious blend of design and decor creates a truly inviting retreat. The sweet, cold frappe hit the spot. The fluffy pastries, light and airy, practically melt in your mouth. The combination of the creamy drink and the delicate treat is pure bliss. The welcoming staff provided a seamless dining experience. This level of hospitality created a welcoming and an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Last week, a trio of food enthusiasts stumbled upon Damron's Restaurant and were delighted by the experience. Despite its unassuming exterior, this gem offers a warm atmosphere complemented by friendly service and delicious dishes. Guests are encouraged to bring canned goods for those in need, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to community support. If you’re craving eggs, be sure to specify your preference—over easy for that perfect gooey yolk!
I forgot about this place for a little while, but I used to bring my mother to eat here all the time. I'm glad I remembered it; because the food is good, the portions are filling, and you can spend less than ten dollars if you're eating alone.
N F — Google review
I specifically order my eggs over easy for a completely gooey yolk. Last time I went to this establishment the whites were runny as well, which is not how eggs over easy are served at any other restaurant. This time I ordered my eggs over easy again, but the waitress wrote over medium (see ticket photo). Eggs over medium only have a slight runny yolk. If you go to this restaurant for eggs, make sure you are specific as the cooks do not know the difference between over easy and over medium.
Jennifer R — Google review
Our party of three discovered this eatery last week for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the food, service and atmosphere. Do not judge the book by the cover as the location does not do this place justice for a passerby. Stop in and try their vittles. You will not be sorry you did. In addition to our enjoyment of the food, we discovered this place gives back to its local community and helps the needy by allowing people to bring canned foods in for others to help themselves. They are a true asset! Like this review? Please give it a thumbs up. April 09, 2024

Special today was chicken salad sandwich and potato soup. It was delicious and good servings. Chicken salad had cranberries in it. I hope it will be served again soon! My husband had the hamburger which he always loves.

A Mom & Pop nice homey place that serves great food. We really loved it! And they serve their community by placing free items on a table that lass fortunate people can have for free. Also, they serve no cost breakfast to those who cannot afford to eat. Clothes hanging out front for free, also.

I was a little uncomfortable walking in at first, seeing nobody under the age of 60. However, the food and service were exceptional! The food was all fresh and the portions were generous. My one complaint is that the burgers have literally no toppings on them. My daughter ordered a Damron Burger and it came with a bun, a patty and sauce. That’s it. But the egg omelet and biscuits and gravy I had were wonderful! They also have gluten-free buns, which is such a blessing!

We really enjoyed our breakfast. Sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese, biscuit and gravy, side of bacon = 4 slices. Sausage was excellent flavor and 2 large patties, 2 eggs, sausage gravy. The cinnamon rolls are excellent, fresh made! Restaurant was very clean including restrooms. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Waffle House is a beloved American diner chain that serves up all-day breakfast and classic diner fare, including their famous waffles. Recently, I found myself craving breakfast in Tullahoma, where options are limited. I decided to visit Waffle House and was pleasantly surprised by the quick service despite the bustling atmosphere. The food was delightful, with my server Elijah ensuring everything went smoothly. During another visit, I experienced one of the cleanest Waffle Houses ever!
Great and welcoming place!! Food is delicious as well!

Cleanest Waffle House ever. Staff and food was amazing. Had the porkchops and hashbrowns and Toya got them perfectly cooked. Moist chops and I like my hasbrowns cooked crisp and on she was on point. Service was Bonnie. She was very attentive and polite. Price was great for the portions we received. Will make this our go to Waffle House for sure. Highly recommend.

I placed an order & it was actually so nasty. The grits weren’t cooked completely. The eggs were bland & the sausage was only cooked on one side. Also the grits spilled into my to go bowl as they plated it & they left it & let my bread get soggy. This is the WORST Waffle House, BY FAR! I would give zero stars.not to mention it costed me $25 for an all star meal & a blueberry waffle.

Always a safe bet to stop and eat at the WH. Service is great and cooks are good at their job. Ordered the sausage bowl with grits with over easy egg and smothered onions. Tray and filling. Price can't be beat.

The server lady was nice but the cook was rude. I politely asked him if I could add a steak to my order and he said ya and just stared at me standing there and I said again could I get a steak please and he got an attitude with me before saying what kind I want because I didn’t know what kind they had

A very good example of a Waffle House. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was delicious. It was also very clean inside the restaurant. I only wish they were willing to put the chocolate chips inside the waffle, rather than on top.

We sat for 20 minutes so far and not a single table was ready for us to be seated. Dishes on them. Waitress and cooks and manager have looked at us several times knowing we are waiting to be seated so we can eat. We are very regular customers here and to have this happen is very disheartening.

McDonald's is a well-established fast-food chain famous for its classic burgers and fries. With around 13,500 restaurants across the USA, it caters to millions of customers daily. The menu offers a variety of options made with quality ingredients. Customers appreciate the addictive shoestring fries and commendable service, such as an instance where a manager safeguarded a lost wallet. Additionally, there are heartwarming stories about staff members going out of their way to accommodate special needs customers.
We came to this store atb10:23am. Ordered breakfast. First thing we noticed were several employees mopping, wiping, and one was literally on hands and knees scrubbing the floor and table legs. Food came out fresh even though it was end of breakfast time. Would def revisit this store! Kudos ya’ll.

This is the 2nd morning in a row that they cannot make a coffee to save their lives. Both were supposed to be pumpkin and both taste completely different. While I tried to let the girl know at the second window she shut the window on me mid sentence. Very rude

Every time I go there No hospitality If it is not that old lady Connie screaming being rude It is the people that think that they buy the product I asked for a large fry that's what I asked for that's what I paid for not a medium fry and a large box!!!!!! The managers aren't know better If I asked for a manager to resolve this issue and the manager pretends like she put some fries in this box that piss me off even more I paid $4 You do your job?!!

Ordered on the app. When we got our fries over cold. The box wasn’t even full for a large fry. The fries taste like they need the oil changed in the fryer. Took them 30 minutes to get our order out. Don’t know why they had one car in line the whole time we were there no other cars in the Pick up lines and no customers inside the store. Wow just wow. Jo

The playground area is so nasty. I would not let my grandbaby play on It. The pictures are just from the ground level can't imagine what the upper level looks like. Plus it smelled so bad. I took video but doesn't allow me to post it on here.

Ordered on the app. Realized the drive thru option would be interminable. Went inside to pick up instead. Watched someone who I assumed was the manager treat his team members in a dismissive and demeaning tone. Waited while the cashier took the woman’s order in front of me, which is the way it should work. Rude manager asked me what I needed. I told him my app code. He stood there for a second and said, “He’ll take care of you,” indicating the cashier. I went to my car and changed my method of pickup to curbside. Sat for another 20 minutes, then left with no food. Meh

Got curbside order wrong. Asked for extra bacon. Instead they gave extra hash brown. Wife said bacon she did get was undercooked.

So we came to the McDonald’s up here in tullahoma, and it started off great ordered our food, sat down and started eating. Then this young nice gentleman was out cleaning the lobby, and all we heard coming from the kitchen was the manager and other employees raising there voice, bossing this kid around telling him how to do his job when he was already doing it how he’s supposed to do it by the book. They told him to use the wet floor signs when he mopped, he was already using them, then they told him to come bag some order, he went over to start bagging then they turned him right back around and told him to go back to the lobby. We called the young gentleman over and started talking to him, and told him that it wasn’t right that they are treating him that way. Well he gets back to work and when he was finished with the lobby the manager was walking around the lobby pin pointing every little mistake that he made even tho he cleaned it like he was supposed too, the only table he did not clean was was where we was sitting and of course your not supposed to clean where someone is eating at until they are done and have left the store. they all was talking down on this young man for nothing and it upset me and my wife, so we finished up and just left the store, it sad how grown adults, even managers will do something like this to a minor, The kid was great and I hope he finds him a job were people will respect him, other then that the people who run this store in tullahome TN should be ashamed and I do not recommend going there and supporting what they are doing 0.1stars out of 5 in my option.

Big complements to Natasha and Marie for all of their hard work! They were very busy with many orders at once and yet showed such kindness to myself and my husband this morning. The cooks did an excellent job on the food as well! Fresh chicken, fresh sausage and AMAZING biscuits!

Huge shout out to MJ this morning. Providing quality service in every aspect. Super professional, and very respectful. Thank you for your time this morning man, great way to kick off the day with top notch customer service. You represent the company very well.

This is the best place to go for breakfast. They are fast friendly and the food is amazing. The staff is always super nice. The maple sausage biscuit is so good. I will be back for sure.

All the workers here are super nice. The food was quick to be delivered to my table and Jennifer. I think that was her name. Was super nice to me. This is a great Hardee’s to go to if you’re ever in the area.

It's alright. I didnt know i had to specify sausage gravy when I order a gravy biscuit. I love the chicken biscuit as well. Long lines but they move pretty fast. Bring back the turkey jalapeño burger and sweet potato fries!

I got the fish combo. It was good but the food was different than up in the nahville/dickson hardees locations.the fish and bun were different.the fries had a sprinkle type coating and the coke was real coke flavor.bettwr food but it was different

Chris was great. He took our order very professional. The whole time he was making sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. After we had our meal and were seated, Chris came by to make sure we had everything we needed. He also tidied up the dining room while he didn’t have other guests. Thanks to Chris I had a wonderful dinner experience

Food is always good. The tables and floors were clean. I was not happy that I had to wait to give my order, the guy was filling the orders he had already taken 4 of them . He finally came to the register & took my order. Then we waited 15 minutes before we got our breakfast. This was the Hardee's on Jackson St.

Lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy. Whoever is doing the online orders today July 28, 2025 they are just doing whatever it seems. Did an online order I had my son count the biscuits well one was missing which happened to be his biscuit the country fried steak which was the very first biscuit on the receipt. Stuff happens I know so I go back they replace it. Well little did I know they gave us only BEC biscuits that were falling out of the wrappers. We didn’t receive the sausage and egg biscuits nor the chicken biscuit nor the loaded omelette biscuit. So now thanks to Hardee’s the children aren’t eating. I don’t know what’s going on but I should’ve know better than to go back to that place after I already had a problem with them charging my card more than once. I went there on a Saturday for my papa and that Monday they updated the payment yes I have the proof. This Hardee’s isn’t straight at all. If I could I would give a zero star.

Just stopped a Hardee's on Morth Jackson in Tullahoma, TN around 3:00 PM. I was not really hungry, but I am a Southerner and I might as well eat before I get there (hungry, that is). The parking lot was clean as was the dining area. The counter was wiped and the bags and such were neatly stored. The "box" was orderly. I ordered a Big Cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion and no cheese. I took a seat in the dining room and shortly thereafter my food was ready. Boys, lemme tell ya', that was one of the very BEST sandwiches I have ever put a tooth to. The vegetables were crisp and it was neatly put together. The fries were hot, hot, hot and salted to a turn. I am 63 and managed Hardee's restaurants in college. I wish I could have put out such perfect food and give this level of service when I was working for this company.

Food was ok...biscuits and gravy was really good...bacon could be a lot better and I just don't know about them eggs...lol

The manager at this Hardee’s is extremely rude and refused to give me and my husband two 5 piece chicken tenders last night. Very rude and should not be working there. We will never order from here again and if your smart I wouldn’t go there anymore.

Food is good except for the biscuits. They are usually left under the warmer too long and the sides of the biscuits get to hard.

Sweet Bee Coffee has quickly become a beloved spot for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike. After much anticipation, one couple finally made their way to this charming café and discovered a delightful new coffee haven in town. The delicious brews paired with the friendly staff create an inviting atmosphere that makes it hard to resist returning. While they currently offer outdoor seating perfect for enjoying a cup on sunny days, many patrons wish for an indoor space that could enhance the cozy vibes even further.
I went just after 12pm, unfortunatly they were sold out of most of the menu already. The service was sweet and friendly, bagle and drink delicious!!! Great fruit smoothies! Will definitely be back sometime! Parking is sparce, most use the drive thru tho they do have a nice outside setting area with 4picknick tables.

Our first time here; nice selection of fresh food with coffee drinks; we tried a cinnamon roll (warmed) and bacon breakfast burrito with salsa; DELICIOUS icing on the cinnamon roll; burrito was mostly potatoes and very filling, salsa was a bit spicy for me but my family likes it that way; friendly service and nice atmosphere

We recently moved to Tullahoma and usually make our coffee ourselves but sometimes we don't have time or don't have something we need or just don't feel like it so we were looking for a good spot for those occasions. Sweet bee is close to our house so we figured this was our best option. However I've given this place multiple chances and it just has repeatedly not met my expectations. The coffee the first 2 times tasted watered down for some reason. Then today Saturday 3-29-2025 I tried again. I looked at their hours on google to verify they were even open and the hours listed are 7:30-2:00 I was there about 10:00 and no lights on and no one inside. I gave 2 stars because the staff has always been very friendly. I REALLY want to like this place it's convenient and like the people/vibe but unfortunately those are the only 2 upsides I can find.

My husband and I finally stopped by, after talking about it for months. I definitely found my new coffee fix in town! The coffee is delicious and the staff is so friendly! As someone who works from home and loves getting out of the house, I wish they were a full indoor coffee shop, as I know they’d kill the cozy vibes! But they do have outdoor seating, if you wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee on a nice day!

The coffee drive thru cart was adorable and very well kept. The service was friendly and fast! Prices are very reasonable and great selections. The bacon breakfast burrito was probably one of the best! I can’t wait to go back!

New favorite coffee shop! My caramel macchiato was just the right temp and tasted great. They were busy (Sunday morning crowd) but fast! Can't wait to return and try other menu items.

EVERYTIME I would order a chorizo burrito, I would ask for gravy, as it is an option through the ordering app and have only received it once in a cup. COLD!! Then there are the random bad establishment practices like wrong order ei. Ordering caramel lattes and receiving watered down hot chocolates or waiting the time that mobile ordering said it would take just to get to the store and have to wait for them to start my order
Robphelps89 — Google review
Iced Americano with a splash of almond milk and sf white chocolate syrup. They took my order before I got to the window (like they do at Chik-Fil-A) and it moved very fast! Only $4.50 for a medium AFTER I tipped about .57 cents. Can’t wait to go back and try new things :)

I don’t usually leave detailed reviews, but this visit deserves one. The staff here went above and beyond to take care of us tonight and answered all of our questions with kindness and patience. The food came out hot and absolutely delicious. Yes, we waited around 20 minutes for two sandwiches, soup, salad, and dessert—but honestly, sometimes it’s worth showing a little grace. The experience overall was well worth it.

I would give a lower rating if the manager wasn’t so kind and willing to fix issues. I placed my order and about 5 minutes later I got the email saying my order was ready. I pull up and the girl at the speaker told me to pull to spot 1 so I did. I waited around 20 minutes longer when the manager brought me my food except there had been a mix up and it wasn’t my food. He goes back in and brings my food to me and I ask if it had been ready since I got the email which at this point was already close to 25 minutes. So he offered to remake my food and did and brought us 2 free cookies. All I had ordered was 2 kids meals. One turkey and cheese and one grilled cheese. The food was really nothing special. It tasted like just Kraft singles. The 2 kids meals, 2 drinks, and a cookie was 18$ which seems a little steep considering the quality of the food was mid at best. The sweet tea kinda had a weird flavor. I’m willing to try them again in the future once they’ve been open for a while. There’s still lots of kinks to work out.

My wife and I visited for the first time today, Tuesday August 12, 2025. The bagels we got were very good. The service was friendly and efficient but my wife used the restroom and said it was not clean, and there was pipes laying on the floor. The small footprint of the place does not accommodate many things that people love about Panera and the town of Tullahoma could support a larger restaurant!

Very clean! Lucinda greeted me and offered to take my order personally, rather than using computer..good personal touch! I got my 'usual'. The Pick 2-Asian Sesame chx salad and French onion soup. With unsweetened iced tea. The drink counter was organized and clean! (I do wish there had been slices lemons for my tea, but that's not a complaint). Sitting outside in this beautiful weather, Lucinda brought my meal in under 3 minutes! It was very good. Soup was hot, salad was fresh and cold! Thanks! I'm a fan! I've been anticipating this opening excitedly...I'm happy the new business kinks have been worked out! I'll definitely be back and will recommend!!

Where to begin, wife and I decided to dine in. Nobody, I mean nobody in the front of house. Computerized ordering stations. After ordering we went to get our drinks while we waited on our food. No cups were to be found. Had to ask for cups from the assistant manager who then needed to verify what we had ordered, two sodas, and then she handed us our cups. Sitting at a table, we noticed our table was covered in food crumbs from the previous diners. After a 20 minute wait, for two toasted bagels and a danish (premade) they called our order for us to go and pick up. After having to call someone to get the Danish they had forgot to plate, after verification (again) on the receipt, the Danish was relinquished. Upon sitting back down at the table we cleaned ourselves, I adjusted my plate and noticed there was a very sticky substance on the edge of the plate, please see attached photos. How sticky you might ask? Sticky enough to suspend a napkin from, please see attached photo. No welcoming or thanks from any employee there which included both the General Manager and assistant manager. A total of $20 for two toasted bagels with cream cheese one danish and two sodas served on an unclean plate, nasty table and zero employees around and a thankless crew. Doubt if I'll be back.

I was so excited. Instantly disappointed. I will give this location a grace period since it had just opened. I’m definitely going to wait a few months before giving it a second chance. I was looking forward to visiting since this location opened. Again, I was so excited. And I’m so disappointed. But I love Panera. So second chance. Grace period.
Lindsey H — Google review
Food portions are to small for the prices they charge and honestly the food is bland. I won't be eating at this establishment ever again. The food and the price definitely was not worth the wait time in drive thru. Absolutely dissatisfied at the whole experience.

There was an error with my delivery order and the manager handled the situation so professionally and graciously. It’s not common to feel treated so well by businesses these days, but they are always top notch and always get my order right! We love them for sure. Great staff. The food is always good too. 👍

Seeing a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Tullahoma was a nice surprise. I've been a fan of the brand for a long time, going back 30 years to my hometown, so it's a place I've always enjoyed. On a hot summer day, their smoothies are the perfect way to cool down that will stay with you for a minute. I'm a big fan of the classics like the Sunrise Sunset or the Blimey Limey, both of which are great choices. For something a little different, the Island Green is a surprisingly refreshing and healthy option, packed with spinach and kale but still tasting delicious. They also have a solid menu of wraps and flatbreads if you want a quick bite to go with your drink. It's a great spot for a healthy and delicious treat, and it's nice to have a consistent brand like this in town.
