Food was very good. We ate the normal breakfast fare of waffles, eggs, and bacon, etc. it was all cooked to perfection. Took a star off because the place looks run down. Ceiling tiles stained and peeling paint. Andrew was an excellent server. Checked on us frequently. Very polite. Excellent manners. Extremely attentive. His kindness and work ethic restores my faith in young people.

The Willy Wonka Theme foods & hot coco is super flavorful!! Everything was superb, delicious & savory! Highly recommend, Best IHOP !!

Had to try their Wonka promo. Pancakes were standard, just food coloring to make them purple. Wish there was more of the cream on the inside. Looked like it was just in the center of the stack, but they were still good. The chocolate tacos were very good & the berries were sweet & fresh. Cheesecake filling complimented the berries. The extra chocolate chips on the top weren't necessary. Best thing was the biscuit. Was very fluffy & light. Needed a little more of the berry filling, but not much. The purple drizzle on the items we got was just thinned out cake frosting & was meh. Scrumdiddlyumptious strawberry hot cocoa was yummy - not too sweet with a mild strawberry flavor. Got a bacon & egg combo meal, a ham & egg combo meal and an egg combo meal. Prices were excellent for the amount of food you got. Our server (had her before) is always so pleasant & hard working. Food comes out hot. We always like to try their theme stuff when they do them. Meal was about $30 for 3ppl. Kids will get a kick out of the fun colors & edible glitter used.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I came to IHOP on a Sunday morning after church to treat my boyfriend to a nice birthday breakfast. What was supposed to be a lovely outing turned into a complete nightmare. While eating, I moved my eggs and found a hair lying underneath them on the plate. That alone was enough to ruin the entire meal, but what made it worse was how the situation was handled. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, his response was, “What do you want me to do about it?” I was shocked. I calmly told him I expected a refund for the entire bill, as finding hair in food is unacceptable. He then had the nerve to say, “You already attempted to eat the food, there’s nothing I can do. Go call whoever you want.” Of course I was eating—I came there to eat. I was starving. But how could anyone expect someone to continue eating after discovering a hair in their food? The food was gross after that point, the attitude was even worse, and I’m still in disbelief at the lack of professionalism and accountability. This was my first time at this location and definitely my last. I do not recommend eating here unless you’re okay with unsanitary food and rude management.

What's not to love about this place! I like the new menu with crepes and eggs Benedict with spicy poblano. I definitely have my two favorite servers while there.. Both are always exceptional!

I think this place is under new management. It really sucks now. First, the appetizers come out at the same time as the rest of the food, not ideal. Then, I was waiting for my waiter to pass by as me and my kids sat there without a drink for close to 15 minutes. Then, I walk up to the manager who is at the cash register, and I advise him that my waiter has not been by and I’d like to order 3 more drinks and I need the check. For some reason, he feels the need to advise me that refills are not free, offending me on the process…I repeat my order and ask for the check again. All of a sudden, the whole team notices that nobody is receiving adequate/timely customer service in this section of the restaurant so everybody is over there all of a sudden. Other diners are also requesting checks and finally being helped. I won’t be back until I see a “under new management” sign.

We went to IHOP for Mother's Day and had to wait a little because of the date. The tables and chairs are set a little too tightly for people to sit comfortably, but the friendly service and deliciously made food makes up for this. Everything we got was delicious from the poached eggs, to the French toast with banana and strawberry toppings, to the crepes, and milkshakes! They could give you two french toast instead of one, however with the combo.

So good we had to come back the next day. The breakfast here is incredible, however service was never better than mediocre at best. Reasonably priced, and dependable consistent food. Parking is easy and includes large outdoor seating!

The boys and I enjoyed a nice scrumptious meal after the gym. More styles of pancakes you could count, and a unique Cuban omelette worked out surprisingly well. Always have to get that choccy milk too.

This is our go-to stop when road tripping to New York City. The staff are always helpful, the atmosphere is inviting and clean, and the pancakes can’t be beat. Their savory options are delicious too! It’s a dependable stop when there are kids in tow. The turnaround is fast, the prices are fair, and they make you feel right at home. We’ve made lots of special memories at Chip’s!

We needed a good stopping point on our road trip up the East Coast and searched local breakfast places. This place hit all of our expectations and more! Very unique flavored pancakes - it was hard to make a choice! We ended up with the Pistachio Pancakes, the German Apple Pancakes, the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and then the Cubano Omelet (fluffy style). Everything was top-notch and our server Nikki took great care of us. We would certainly come back if we found ourselves in the area again!

Very popular brunch spot and while the parking lot was full, surprisingly, there were still tables available with no wait! Great place for families and they can accommodate large parties. Lots of yummy pancake options! Service was a little slow, but understandable since it’s so busy.

Chip's is best if you arrive at an off peak time. The food is very good, always good even when they are very busy like weekend mornings. During peak it is crowded and more suited for families than anyone looking for a quiet meal. The pace of the restaurant matches the crowds, the kitchen keeps orders moving, they can handle a crowd well. IMO the best items are the pancakes, there is a wide variety of flavors, sweet to savory and they are all delicious. The service is generally very good, been coming for more than ten years and would guess about one out of ten times we will get the server who is ready for the end of their day Not bad enough to avoid the restaurant, but enough that it impacts our experience and their gratuity.

The food is good but the service is beyond rude. I went in after i signed up for the app which give you a free bagel reward. I tried to redeem it in store and the workers were unhelpful and rude when i tried. I still got charged for my bagel after speaking to not one but two team members. My reward got taken from my account and I was still charged the bagel. I will be switch to the Shelton location.

This place has gone significantly downhill over the past few years. Not only have the prices drastically increased, but the service and caliber of the employees is disappointing. This morning I went to Bruegger’s and got three bagels with cream cheese and two breakfast sandwiches. As the employee was cutting my jalapeño bagel, he suddenly dropped it on the floor as he had cut himself with a knife. He ran into the back room, only to leave me with no one to complete my order. After a few minutes, another worker was assigned to me. He looked at me with a blank look in his eyes, as though he had no idea what was going on. My entire order came to $35. when I brought the sandwiches home, my boyfriend and I were disappointed to see that his farm house had no cream cheese on it which is part of the ingredients. I then opened my jalapeño bagel only to see that it barely had a smudge of cream cheese on it. It also was not toasted. Despite the fact that I love the bagels, I will not be returning anytime soon.

I have been stopping here for coffee and bagel sandwich for several years and have been satisfied until recently. A few weeks ago I came in for my usual and I ended up taking a couple bites of the five cheese bagel and threw out the rest!! It was like crumbly days old bread, awful!! I will not be back. This is unacceptable and I never experienced this with previous owner! Either they don't know how to bake or they used old bagels. I know it wasn't fresh for sure! The previous owner got rid of leftover bagels at the end of each day. Being cheap hurts profits in the end.

Monday August 19, 2025 7:50am Neither the man behind the food counter or the girl behind the register greet you when you walk in or help you. Standing in a haphazard line at the register for five minutes waiting to pay, while you've already been given the food is bizarre. I'm surprised people don't just take the food and leave. The establishment overall was extremely disappointing because they don't honor coupon codes. Being a non-corporate location is not an excuse for poor service. They're also not listed as a location when you want to complete a pickup/online order. The other 7 CT locations are. Must be another excuse for being non-corporate. So not only did I not get free bagels with the code, I was given stale bagels. Wasn't asked if I wanted them sliced, toasted, with cream cheese...nothing. I wish I had never completed my purchase. Don't waste your time with the Orange Bruegger's Bagels and PLEASE go to the SHELTON location. Their staff is so much kinder and more helpful. Their food is also better quality.

I came here 11am on a Monday and waited in line for over 20 minutes, by the time I got to the front, I saw they had maybe a total 15 bagels left and there were 3 people frantically trying to fulfill orders, also I asked for a caramel cold brew and got what tasted like old coffee (later saw on my receipt i was charged for an iced coffe???)The cherry on top is that it's connected to a Jamba juice? it's so strange. I don't think I'll ever return to this location

Delicious savory bagels. The coffee could be better. The reason for the 4 stars is that after three times going there and asking for a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, it always ends up tasting like garlic (you can see the garlic flakes in the pic). I have had cinnamon sugar bagels at other Bruegger's locations and they've been amazing, so I was pretty disappointed at not being able to have my favorite order from this place taste good.

Dozen bagels, cream cheese and box of coffee was like 20% less expensive than DD and about 150% more delicious...these bagels rock. Sorry if making the box of coffee that early was a hassle, the boys at Guitar Center really appreciated it 🥹

This establishment is a trip back in time.. goodies reminds me what food places were like back in the 70s-80s.. the interior decoration is very admirable. The food was also really great and staff was very polite. They even have 21 different ice cream flavors. This location serves breakfast lunch and dinner. If you're ever in this area I would absolutely suggest stopping here for a bite to eat. There's indoor seating as well as outdoor seating and a drive-thru.

Got a Double Cheeseburger combo in the drivethrough, a few quirks with communication but they were diligent to get the order right. The food was on the verge of being a 5/5 but they did not salt the fries. That would have brought it over the top for me. The burger was cooked well and not the best burger I've ever had but a step up from fast-food. To improve maybe consider adding more char or serving up smash burgers with that nice crust would have made it an allstar burger with the condiments and toppings. For the price it's reasonable but a few minor details and care would have made it exceptional. Pretty good.

Clam strips were so good. Chicken is grilled perfectly. Loved the fish and chips. And my son loved the Mac n cheese bites. We did not like their coleslaw. Way too much pepper and really don't like green bell pepper in coleslaw. Another thing to know is it is a bit pricey for drive thru.

Goodies in Orange is a go-to spot for quick, tasty food with a Greek touch. The owner is Greek and it shows — everything’s made fresh, with great flavor and care. It’s has drive-thru service, but the quality is way above your usual fast food. Fast service, generous portions, and always consistent. Great local place if you want something fast but still made right.

Every time I get the opportunity to have breakfast here, I take advantage. Great service, nice staff, very clean. Food is consistently excellent.

Has a small deli feel and the food is just as good. The menu is simple and the staff is courteous and friendly. We arrived near closing time so I can’t comment on the lunch crowd - which I’m sure can seem substantial for a place this size, given the limited options available amidst the numerous medical offices that surround it. We went with an egg salad sandwich along with a ‘Grilled Philly Chicken & Cheese’ which I requested in a bowl. They were both simple and delicious.

Driest stale breakfast sandwiches!! We stayed locally on a Friday & tried this place what a disappointment! The bagels & rolls were hard, they barely add any cream cheese less then a smear if that & no cheese added to to our BEC Will never try again

Amazing place annd great food but I can understand things are busy but being on hold on the phone for 20 minutes is a little ridiculous. I drove to the place while on hold and realized there weren’t even busy at all .. I’m not sure if it’s the staff… but come on.. I’m actually still on hold as I’m here and I just watched them take an order before picking up the phone and take my order .. I just did this to see if they were going to acknowledge my phone call and they didn’t . Whoever is the owner needs to talk to there staff because it’s not hard to answer the phone .

Great food but the hours are ridiculous! I'd like to see it stay open for white collar workers until 6:00 p.m. and not just for the blue collar pickup truck guys that come in at 4:00 in the morning and are done with work by 12:00 noon!

Best Old fashion deli with a new twist. They have great sandwiches and fresh salads. They even have really good espresso.

I love this place, especially when they have the 2 for $5 hot dog deal. They use Hummels hot dogs so you know they’re good. Really good hand made chicken nuggets, fries/chili cheese fries are good and they have the Coca Cola freestyle machine which is always a plus. Years ago, I loved their burgers but for some reason I’m just not too thrilled with them lately. I also think they have a really good breakfast sandwich which are always on sale 2 for $6 and a helluva hash brown too. All in all, a solid fast food place that puts most of the other fast food joints in our area to shame.

We order breakfast sandwiches and our bread was moldy. I called to let them know and the their cook said that it was fresh bread (as to say I was lying) well I’ll add the photos to the review and you all can be the judge. Is this what poppy seed bread should look like?

Stopped here this morning and the girl who took my order seemed like she didn't want to be there like she needed to be back in bed. I got to the window she didn't even say hello or nothing just put her hand out. She gave me my drink I said thank you and no response, she handed me my food and same thing no response, I asked for ketchup and she handed me 2 packets like what is that going to do. I asked for a couple more and she said no I'm like are you serious she said yes I said ok thank you still being polite and still nothing in response. Never again will I come here very rude. And the hashbrowns was cold along with the sandwich disgusting.

This is the location where I tried Duchess for the first time. It was supposedly the Big D burger, but it was disproportionately small compared to the bun. Where's the beef? It tasted o.k., but it was LOADED with pickles. They should call it a Pickle Burger... I guess they normally put mayonnaise on their burgers, but I put a halt on that. Is this really how the burgers are at Duchess? I had such high hopes for this place. The people told me it was good... I ordered French Fries, and they were very good. I would have only rated this place three stars, but the staff was very nice. If I go to another Duchess (or return to this location) I will probably try the Philly Steak.

Stopped here the other night and so glad I waited to eat my food home. Both my sandwiches breads were MOLDY as seen here. This is beyond unacceptable from any restaurant serving our public. Once again, very unacceptable. What is going on in the industry of fast foods.

I ordered a medium drink mind you this PICTURE is medium and light ice. Cause like why the heck are the sizes so small and expensive for like no drink. Anyway very mad cause I ordered LIGHT ice in a MEDIUM cup and barely got 3 sips out of it. DIE. Starbucks. Thank you.😊

Was told it would be a 12-15 min wait for a cheese Danish I was 1 of 2 people inside. That's ridiculous its not understaffed either so im assuming the employees are straight trash. Do yourself a favor don't come here.

The service was very friendly, fast moving- however I ordered an iced latte and it was very warm, so I reduced it to 4 stars.

I come to the Starbucks every single day and anything that anyone is saying about this location is absolutely far from true. The employees do the absolute best to make sure your order is right accurate and giving them to you within the time. If you’re ordering on the mobile app, then going in and waiting, it has a time that it gives you on the app maybe start paying attention to that. My drinks even if I order 1 or if I order 10 drinks have always been accurate and amazing and tasty. Kudos to you guys keep up the great work!!!

Fast service, and it's always a plus when they get your order correct the first time! Prefer to travel further to this location as opposed to going to the one on Sawmill Road, where service is always inaccurate and slow Loving their updated decor. Adding to my original review to include updated photos. It looks really modern and clean and inviting. Don't get me wrong, I do miss the old field with the carousel seating and the outdoor playground for kids

My visit around 10:15 PM was profoundly disappointing. The service from the Spanish-speaking cashier was cold and dismissive; she acted as if she genuinely did not want to help us. This was in sharp contrast to how she treated other customers, whom she greeted with genuine smiles and friendliness, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. Beyond the poor service, the food was unacceptable. For the first time ever, the McDonald’s fries were inedible, tasting stale, limp, and overwhelmingly like old, burnt oil. This combination of shockingly bad food quality and blatantly inconsistent service guarantees that I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to address staff professionalism and kitchen standards immediately.

Im writing this review because this is the second time something like this has happened in this location. I placed a mobile order at 10:49pm, not knowing that they close at 11pm. I arrived at 10:55pm. One of the employees saw me and walked to the back. I waited cause I wasn't sure if they were getting my food ready. I didn't want to be rude and just drive off. A few minutes later, the manager sees me. She ignores me and they all prepare to leave. Now, I can understand and even sympathize with employees wanting to go home after a long day at work. I had just gotten off a 12 hours shift, so i get it. But choosing to ignore a customer is simply unacceptable. They could've easily opened the window and explained that they were closed and had already cleaned up for the day. But instead they allowed me to wait foolishly, not even acknowledging my presence. That is what irritates me.Wendys is literally a minute away, i would not have minded going there if they just communicated. And the worse part is that there were two other cars behind me; so I wasn't the only one. Now my question is why would a restaurant still accept mobile orders up until closing if the employees are closing up earlier than their actual time? And regarding the refund, im not too concerned about it because I know that in itself would probably be a whole process, but there needs to be procedure when events like this does happen, especially since it appears to be so common. On the window theres a sticker with the owners information. But what would they have me do, contact the owner about a $12 order. I think not. Train your managers and staff Mr. Hasan, or you will lose a lot of customers.

if ur sofa machine has no carbonation pls stop selling soda or atleast let the customer know :) my diet coke is 99% of the reason i go there.. getting a flat soda isn’t expected

Your drive through at around 8:15 pm gave me 2 medium French Fries that were hot but not fresh! Very disappointed because when a customer pays for something, the product should be fresh! I will not be back and my suggestion to upper management is to teach your employees how to produce fresh food because that's why we pay you money to get good Fresh Food!!!

Took forever to get a simple drive thru order of a Mc chicken, fires and cookies. They made me park and I waited over 10 minutes. So much for fast food.

Guilford McDonalds always provides consistent quality food and the staff are all very friendly. I don’t want to jinx myself but in the 29years I’ve been eating here I have not had a bad meal yet!! I travel a lot and this is by far my favorite McDonald’s

i ordered a medium matcha latte with no ice and i was told i have to take half a cup because thats the “portion”. whats the point of having a no ice option if my drink is gonna be less than what i ordered?? plus the food we asked to be toasted was barely even warm. i was really disappointed today. i would recommend that you properly give people what they ordered.

I have to say the store was Fantastic, with a boot to Amazing customer service. The line, was a smooth fast, easy. Each employee smiled and waved from the moment I walked in. The bathrooms, were cleaned and sparkling! The order was correct and enjoyed the conversations with the staff! Keep up the good work!! Amazing Refreshers here.

Often a poor experience. Just went there at 9am got the stalest jelly munchkins I’ve ever had, and the guy in the drive thru called my sweetie like 4 times which was pretty goofy & might cause problems.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is incompetent and they always mess up my order, then blame me for their mistakes. I always order an iced chai latte because I medically cannot have coffee. I normally go before work because it’s the closest Dunkin. Multiple times they made my drink with chocolate syrup and caffeine, and I had to go back on my break because I wait for 20+ minutes (for a chai latte and avocado toast) when I ordered, and ended up being late to work which is right next door. Unacceptable. Recently, I went back to tell them they messed up my order again (5 chocolate and 5 glazed munchkins and a chai latte with LIGHT ice). I also cannot have too much ice in my drink because I have very sensitive teeth so I cannot drink things that are too cold or too hot. They gave me 3 chocolate, 3 glazed, and two jelly munchkins. The staff simply is reckless and careless. They do not listen to what you say and always mess up. When it’s time to hold them accountable, they said I should have brought it back and had a receipt. When I got my food and drink, they did NOT give me a receipt, instead they closed the drive thru window and walked away for several minutes before I could even tell them my order was still messed up. At that point, I was late to work again because I was waiting so long and I left. I called to explain my situation, and the manager said I always complain and that I should have gotten a receipt from them. It is ridiculously unprofessional. This place has the worst service and they aren’t helpful whatsoever. I will be writing a letter to corporate.

Well, I ordered one large Ice Matcha latte, but instate, we got 70% of ice cube and 30%of Matcha latte. When I went to request to give a refill for it because I had to drive a car for a long distance, their reply was, "You have to mention less ice during order" with bad behavior...Now what is going on with DD. I didn't spend money to buy ice. Please improve.

The hot chocolate and maybe the others drinks are a robbery, they give you like 1 Oz. less of the cup, then when you ask them, they said that it was the "machine problem" an they can't fix it. I would like to rate it with -1.

They have donuts. They have coffee, tea, and refreshers. They do not serve food here.
