Toast BL is renowned for its exceptional dill hollandaise sauce and generous crispy hashbrowns, as confirmed by the locals and online reviews. The menu also offers a variety of wholesome breakfast choices such as avocado toast. Situated in the Inglewood Towne Centre, Toast lives up to its name by providing delectable breakfast, lunch, or brunch options in a cozy family-friendly ambiance.
This place sure lived up to the hype. We waited for 10 min for a table but it was worth it. The staff were all so friendly and our meals arrived quickly. This is the best breakfast in the Edmonton area! The eggs benny, French toast, and pancakes were all amazing.

This place is always lined up whenever we come but finally got to check it out . Prices are reasonable , plenty of selection. Waitresses get the job done thou not overly personal but place is busy. and noise level isn't awful but not overly peaceful either. Toast was a bit over done and wish they had other coffee options. The food we had was great thou True french toast not soggy at all which is amazing.

Arrived just after 9am on a Tuesday and it was busy, luckily we didn't have to wait for a table. Our server was lovely. We ordered the croque madame & speciality French toast. My meal (croque madame) was rather dry, I think if I chose my eggs medium instead of dry it would have been better, but ketchup saved the day. The hollandaise sauce is different as this one is sweet tasting. The server mentioned ask for it on the side so then I get more, and can dip. That was a good suggestion! Bathrooms were clean, and it's a unique aesthetic in there. Be aware of limited parking as there are many neighbouring businesses! This meal & a coffee was around $35

Extremely tasty breakfast!! One of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had in the Edmonton area, and I’d like to think I go out a fair amount. There’s a great selection of interesting dishes and the service was wonderfully friendly. Here, you are family 😊.
Maya R — Google review
Truly my favourite brunch spot in the whole Edmonton area. I go here every year for my birthday and of course whenever I possibly can. Oh my gosh it’s so delicious I love the crepes and the fun options. Definitely recommend it! (I miss the apple cheddar crepes yall should bring them back).

Visited Toast in St. Albert — the place was quite crowded and a bit too loud for our liking, but the overall vibe was lively. The food was okay, nothing mind-blowing but still enjoyable. Despite the noise, the service was good and it’s still worth checking out for a casual brunch spot.

I thought I’d leave a review, given our very positive experience yesterday. We had never been to Toast before, and my girlfriend was in a tad bit of a hurry to get to work on time. We asked how soon we could get a table and be served, and our server Helen, told us we would have a table immediately, along with our food in 15 minutes or less. We had in fact been seated immediately and received our food in about 15 minutes. We were even given the bill before we ate. The food was great and super reasonably priced, and our server was incredibly kind and efficient. I will definitely be back :)
Jared E — Google review
The food is always delicious, and the service is great. Expect there to be waits during the busier times, but I promise it is worth it. The seating is tables and chairs, no booths. For those of who you rely on mobility aids, please note that the spaces between dining sets is narrow, and you'll have to navigate the lobby area at the entrance. Staff are willing to move things around if you ask politely. That being said, wheelchair users are not going to likely be able to navigate as the entrances aren't accessible.

Socrates Restaurant & Catering is an ideal location for a family-friendly brunch outing. With its spacious and well-lit dining area, it offers the option of combining two tables to accommodate larger groups. This locally-owned establishment prides itself on serving up delicious meals made with farm-fresh eggs and locally-sourced ingredients. Portion sizes are generous, ensuring that guests leave satisfied.
Met a couple of friends for breakfast one weekend morning. We arrived around 9 AM and we're probably one of the last groups to get a table that was free at that time, as there was a wait not long after our arrival. We enjoyed the coffee and did not feel rushed to order our breakfasts, which was nice since we were catching up. I ended up deciding on the breakfast sandwich which had a nice fried egg and crispy bacon. The hash browns were nice and crispy and well seasoned. A couple of others really enjoyed their chicken and waffles. We continued our visit afterwards without feeling like we were being pushed out the door. I'd definitely return again in the future.
Marc D — Google review
Haven't been here in a very long time, really busy and parking is not easy. We only waited ten minutes and got one of the last tables and this was at one. The food was excellent, fresh, hot and delicious. They have a nice menu and we will be going back to try breakfast which looks so good. Drop in, you won't be disappointed.
De66ee G — Google review
The staff are remarkably attentive, and each of our meals were delicious. I would encourage others to experience it for themselves.

Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your tone clear, fair, and firm without being over the top. You can tweak it depending on how sharp or gentle you’d like it to sound: ⸻ I’ve been debating writing this review since my visit on Tuesday, but honestly my experience was very disappointing. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast, and I was really looking forward to it since we don’t get out often alone together. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the price. I ordered the eggs Benedict with no green onion, but it was served with onions anyway. On top of that, the dish was cold, and even the side of hollandaise sauce tasted like it had come straight from the fridge. What bothered me most was that when I mentioned it, the waitress said she had entered the order correctly and blamed the kitchen. But she would have seen the onions before bringing it to the table, and the plate was obviously cold to the touch—so it felt like it wasn’t really taken seriously. For nearly $20 for a breakfast plate, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Sadly, based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Stopped in for an early dinner with a friend. He had a burger and I the beef dip. Both were very tasty and good size portions. Our waiter JASON... was Fantastic!! The best and friendliest service! He was busy with several tables but managed to care to each table with the same enthusiasm and friendliness any customer would hope for.
Tammie E — Google review
Don't be mistaken in thinking Socrates is the just the best breakfast in town... they also have a pretty amazing lunch and dinner menu too! Seriously, try the pizza, which is not only affordable but absolutely delicious. Plus, their other menu items are fantastic. I really like the beef dip and chicken souvlaki. The staff are friendly and efficient, even when it's busy. Strongly recommend Socrates.
Erica D — Google review
Our group of 10 (grandparents, parents, and children) was seated within minutes of arrival - we just missed the rush; our server, Emily, was attentive and friendly even when things got hectic; and the food was great (flavour and presentation). Thank you for accommodating us! We had a fantastic experience.
Crystal B — Google review
The portions are amazing of your a big eater, you're gonna like it. The food was great also. My shoestring potatoes weren't very hot, but the omelette was. Loved the 80's music. We thought it wouldn't be that busy coz it was a weekday, but still pretty busy. I understand why it's so popular though. Kind of an old school diner. I would definitely go again. Great value for the money. Prices would be similar too Denny's or Humptys, but better food..

What a wonderful experience here. Welcomed, seated right away, brought us coffee and were very patient while we tried to decide what to pick from their great menu. Order came fast, we were checked on, food was hot, delicious and they give you good sized portions. We are definitely going back for lunch, we had breakfast and won't hesitate to go back for breakfast again either. Try them out, another hidden gem in St. Albert.

Best tasting & fluffiest Monte Cristo 🙌 3 meals for under $60 so extremely affordable, best customer service from waitresses , & cooks know what they are doing! Everything is locally sourced and nothing from frozen so we really appreciated that. Definitely went home with food comas but not feeling gross which we’ve definitely felt from bigger chains. Just speaks to the great quality 🤤

Breakfast at its finest. 5 stars just doesn’t cut it. A big shout out to the owner and the team at Sunset Grill. Always delicious. Always plenty.

🎉✨Wonderful little breakfast spot!✨🎉 Stopped by late for brunch on a pretty hectic Sunday morning and still got some of the best customer service possible; the staff is fast, friendly, efficient, and interactive. This is also one of the few restaurants I've been to where the manager is also regularly out and about amongst their staff- which is great to see. The service was very quick; food brought out in a timely manner, regular but non-invasive check-ins from the servers, and consistent beverage refills. The food was SPECTACULAR!!! I'm usually not fond of French Toast but I loved their "French Connection" dish! It was soft, not too sweet, and very fluffy. Their sausages & bacon are also perfectly cooked (not greasy) and their house fries are REALLY good! Very simple, but pairs well with anything on the menu! Stop by if you have the opportunity to! It's one of the best food stops St. Albert has to offer and I promise you will NOT be disappointed! 😁 Special thanks to Manager Ging for being such a lovely host; you were such a great part of the experience ✨

Sunset grill is exactly what you hope a breakfast place would be. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and good food. If you are at the point where you are reading this review, it is the restaurant you are looking for.

Not my favorite place for breakfast but I'll still continue to go back as it is quite good. The sunset Burger is a very great tasting burger if you're into lunch without fries.
Calvin J — Google review
We have been to this location quite a few times and usually have great service. We were told to seat ourselves and then were ignored for about 10 minutes. Luckily we weren't in a rush. My blt had an odd smell to it and my pan fries were greasy. This could be because we saw our meals sit in the window for about 5 minutes. It was not busy but the waitresses were too busy doing their side duties. I then had to go to the counter to order a side of toast becuase my meal was inedible and they again were doing side duties and not paying attention to customers. Terrible service. Not good food. What the heck happened.
SBK G — Google review
Horrible first (and last) experience with Sunset Grill. What a disappointment. We get there, are sat, and then completely ignored for 30 minutes. Not to mention people were seated to our left and right AFTER us, had their order taken, and received food before our order was even taken. Then we wait ANOTHER HOUR for our food to show up. It was cold and dry (seriously a BLT needs mayo). The potatoes were hot but undercooked. What a disappointment, service here is absolute TRASH. It was medium busy so I’ll give u that. But you had 5 servers on…. No excuse for this waste of time. I wish I could relive this day and not show up here, McDonald’s has better service.

Cora Breakfast and Brunch Kensington is a delightful spot that promises a warm welcome and delicious meals. Upon arrival, guests are often seated promptly, enjoying the cozy atmosphere without long waits. The attentive staff, including friendly servers like Kairah and Lynette, ensure that your dining experience is top-notch with plenty of coffee refills throughout your meal.
I eat at Cora’s quite a bit but this location had exemplary service!! The hostess, the waitress ( Lynette) everyone working was super professional and went that little bit extra that no one seems to do anymore. The food was great ( as always) but outstanding service.

Went for breakfast/ brunch. Food was great, the strawberry-bananas pancakes with whipped cream is the best, big portions. And the western breakfast was also really good. The only downside was when we were done with our tea / coffees our waiter was never around to fill our cups. The place wasn’t packed or super busy, but when u have a table of 7 people with empty coffee cups, some of us were getting a bit cranky ( me ) otherwise I would definitely come back.

I loved the place. We took a good breakfast. Good portions. Wide menu. Friendly staff. Tasty coffee! No halal options which was uncomfortable Recommended.

We was up in here an they treated us right, yo. They welcomed us to tha hood. They fed us and coffeed us all up n shit. Then gave us a free dessert. This bird apple thing. We loved it and will be back to make out in a booth many more times. If anyone wants to see that, itll be weekends

Food and service was amazing. No line up by 9:30am when we went and our food came so quickly (took about 17 mins for our meal to be served and we were a family of 7)!
Oluwatoyin A — Google review
The folks here at Cora's Kensington have always been some of the nicest people in the area; accommodating, generous, and courteous. Today's visit was much like the others, where food was great, it is accented by great service. I have noticed a change though, where the music is really off-putting. When I had asked about it, my server had told me that they switched from independent music choice to a controlled head office radio situation. Whoever is in charge of the music needs to switch up very soon. Normally the genre and the atmosphere of the restaurant is smooth, most of the time they play R&B and now its this weird pop stuff that really takes me out. Regardless, this restaurant remains a great part of the community. I do hope they can fix their music problem because I found some really good music here, but its nothing a couple of earbuds cant fix. The management has been nothing but amazing in training their staff and ensures a great experience. Go by and tell them Rob sent you, cheers!
Robert J — Google review
This was our first time at this location and only because no one picked up the phone at the location we went in the past. We were seated right away as the restaurant was not crowded at that point. Kairah approached the table with the menus, introduced herself and asked if we wanted to start with some coffee. Which was plentiful throughout the meal. We ordered crêpes with chorizo and goat cheese and one with ham and goat cheese just for something different. I must say it was tasty, but my all time favourite is Eggs Benny. For dessert we had blueberry pancakes and crêpe filled with fresh fruits and cream. Desert plates were excellent and so big, that we took them home for afternoon snack. All dishes were approximately around 20$ so the breakfast was about 100$ including the drinks. The restaurant got very busy in meantime, but Kairah didn’t disappoint us with her attentiveness towards us. Great food, lovely atmosphere and excellent service.

Cecil how do you sleep at night???!!!! GREEDY RESTURANT. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 5 DOLLARS FOR SUBSTITUTING MEAT!! CECIL IS A HORRIBLE OWNER!!! I had ordered a meal and requested to substitute chorizo for turkey (healthier option for diet). The server initially said it cannot be done due to the system but left to the kitchen and came back, server then said it CAN be done. My table received the plate with turkey, absolutely no chorizo. I WAS CHARGED FOR BOTH TURKEY AND CHORIZO. When asking the server, the server said there is nothing that can be done as they did not do a substitution, they simply did not add the chorizo and had to "add" turkey. SO I DID NOT HAVE TWO PROTEINS... I HAD ONE. THE SERVER ACKNOWLEDGED THIS. The server Cate then went to her manager and the manager WHO IS ALSO THE OWNER NAMED CECIL, told me that there is nothing she can do.... So I was charged an extra 5 dollars, 5 DOLLARS!! to change a protein. We had asked if the meal is premixed, it was not. So the cooks did not add chorizo AT ALL EVER. They substituted the chorizo for turkey but kept saying its impossible for them to not charge me extra... I was never at all informed I would have to pay more, Not once was this ever mentioned. At least put it on the menu that if you sub a protein YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR BOTH. Awful service.

We were traveling through and stopped for dinner .the waitress Elaine was very efficient and friendly. Our food was fresh and delicious. They serve large portions be prepared to box it up ! I highly recommend this restaurant. It also has a great menu

Wife had the Ginger bowl. Looks good! I ordered the beef dip. I got enough meat inside it to put on one side of the sandwich bun and eat each bite with meat inside! I just gave the waitress the other side of the bun. No point eating an empty half of an otherwise nice sandwich. Sent the fries back to get some made fresh. Maybe I'm just picky, but, I'd rather eat food that was cooked because I ordered it...not food that was waiting for a customer...

We have been coming here for that past couple years at least once a month and I wanted to say that we have never been disappointed at all. Christine who always is there in the evening is Amazing! Her service is excellent and she has an amazing memory (as she can tell us exactly what we going to order before we do lol). The portions are good, the restaurant is clean and the quality of food never slips. We come for dinner, but have had the odd lunch and it’s perfect as well.

Can’t believe that construction was taking place while we had our breakfast. We should have known better when waiting for a lady to come to the front desk and a construction worker was behind us and asked us to move out of the way! Once the hostess showed up she showed us our table. There were 3 of us to be seated. Only 1 menu was provided and only 2 sets of cutlery. The hostess never showed up again. After approximately 15 minutes a waitress came and looked after us properly. It took quite a while for our food to come but we did know of one table that was served the meals about 10-15 minutes before us. Our waitress apologized for the long wait. While we were eating we listened to drills installing screws into new table tops. The only thing that was good was our waitress. I would have thought that installing Table tops while patrons were eating would be against some type of regulation.

Amazing amazing amazing! They went above & beyond during our visit, our 1 daughter is food sensitive & even though we were past the pancake hr for the kid's menu chef still whipped up my daughter some! Our waitress was friendly and kind! the service was just top notch! Definitely will be back over and over! Love that they have the treasure chest for the kids to pick from after their meals too! 😁 ohhh and they have booths big enough for our family of 7 😍😍

I went here on Saturday morning, and I was seated within seconds of walking through the door. The waitress also came over to the table shortly after I sat down and was kind, friendly, and efficient! I love how they check in on you throughout your meal to refill your coffee/hot water if needed/wanted. I ordered the strawberry pancakes (3 pancakes with strawberries and whipped topping) and a side of bacon. It was all hot and delicious! I found the whipped topping with strawberries to be slightly too sweet, but other than that, it was tasty!

A&W Canada is a beloved fast-food destination that delights visitors with its signature root beer, a refreshing treat that perfectly complements their menu. Beyond the iconic beverage, A&W offers a variety of mouthwatering options including juicy burgers, crispy chicken, and golden fries. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a satisfying meal, A&W Canada has something to satisfy every craving while providing that classic fast-food experience.
The guy who took my order unknowingly * just put me onto the Best burger I’ve ever had because I ordered a Perry Perry spicy Buddy burger made with beef and she asked did you say made with cheese? And I just said yes, even though I didn’t and then he asked me what I want for me and I said beef. If you guys don’t know the Perry Perry burger doesn’t usually come with cheese, but oh my God it was so delicious Only complaint I have is they didn’t give me any napkins, but at least they gave me a bag 😭 I guess you’re supposed to ask for them some people say but like if I’m having a burger I’m definitely going to need a napkin 😭 other than that this location has always been fresh. Unlike some other ones I’ve visited in the past.
Maiya N — Google review
I bought a Mama Burger combo and a Teen Burger combo on July 30th. When I got home, I checked my Mama Burger to make sure there were no onions on it. Sometimes they put them on. No big deal. It’s a preference, not dietary. When I opened my burger, I notice what looked like two bites taken out of the patty before the burger was assembled. Dumbfounded, I called the store and spoke to a supervisor. He offered to have a new burger made. I told him I could not eat from there again and possibly never will as I will always now have suspicion that my food will be tampered with. He said that I could come in later and that my order could be refunded. I was ok with that. We didn’t eat any of the food. I couldn’t even drink the root beer! I went in the next day and the supervisor I chatted to (different one) said that they had talked about it and the manager/store owner said that I had to bring in the food to get a refund. All they could do was make new food. Again I said that I couldn’t eat from there again. She called the manager and they offered to refund one meal or about $15.00. I took it because I wasn’t going to yell and fight with store staff. My issue now is with management. I submitted a complaint form last week with A&W corporate to complain and STILL haven’t heard back from them. It seems like they respond to online complaints so here I am. Just an unhappy customer that’s had their food tampered with and been jerked around and left ignored trying to get a response from someone at A&W that cares about food safety and cleanliness. Hope to hear something!

3 star rating but 5 star on the food. We had the burgers and our grandson had the chicken strips. This was the second time we drove through the drive through in different months. The lady on the inside sounded like she had 6 covid masks on and very cracky speaker mic. I drive a gas pickup and had to shut it off in order to try to distinguish what English words in what ever accent she had. Both times we went it was the same person. The 2 stars is for the hard to make out what they say on the mic. Our order wasn't quite ready so she asked us at the window to pull head and she would bring it out. No issues there. We like A&W, but next time it will be the Northside one again for us.
Ryan T — Google review
Very slow in the drive thru, unfriendly service as if the employee couldn't handle the lunch rush (5 vehicles) or simply didn't want too. My napkins were bunched up like they were already used. The food was poor quality, cold and was clearly sitting in a bag for a minimum of 10 minutes. The ketchup on the burger was soaked into the bun and my fries were cold and overcooked. The oil in the fryer needs to be changed. I'll never return to this location or recommend it to anyone.

Stopped by A&W today and was blown away by Jacob at the register! His cheerful vibe and genuine kindness made ordering so pleasant. He handled everything quickly, double-checked my order to make sure it was perfect, Jacob’s awesome energy really sets this place apart—great job! Can’t wait to swing by again.

Just left this place after a dysfunctional return. I got a lettuce wrapped breakfast sandwich (in the drive thru) and after taking it out of its packaging and taking a bite I noticed a small brown bug. Also noticed there were some weird black and brown spots on the lettuce so I inspected it further. The lettuce was covered in tiny black and brown bugs. Disgusted, I went back in and asked for a return and showed them the bugs as well as my receipt. Poor girl that was taking orders was definitely new and didn't know how to process a return. She grabbed her manager or supervisor who just took my sandwich into the back and left me and the girl at the front alone without telling her what to do. The manager tried to process the return, but put in credit, I corrected her and told her I paid debit. She basically muttered something about not being able to do it and tried to hand me a 5. I told her that with tax my order return would've been 5.25. She tried to tell me no and then just put 25 cents on the table and shooed me away with her hand. I wasn't even rude or getting agitated with her, I just wanted my money back because I was grossed out and didn't want to get something else from there because I will not be eating there again. So nasty and the way the return was handles was super frustrating.

The staff member working was really friendly, which I appreciated. However only three stars because, unfortunately, they forgot to include the fries that came with the combo I ordered today. I didn’t notice until I got home, and it wasn’t worth the drive back just for fries, so I took the L. A bit disappointing, but hopefully just a one-off mistake.

I walked through the first door, it was so grimy I had to use my sleeve to touch door handle. Windows had smears on them. Walked into lobby and floor was a mess, crumbs and garbage, garbage cans overflowing. Looked at the tables and majority had not been cleaned. Tried sitting in a booth but was covered in crumbs. Looked behind the counter and garbage all over the floor. Someone was sweeping and looked to be taking the garbage out. I thought to myself, if they cannot keep the outside where customers are present clean and in working order, what the heck does the kitchen look like. So I got grossed out and left. A few customers were there sitting and a few in the line to order.

McDonald's is a beloved fast-food institution that has stood the test of time, renowned for its iconic burgers and crispy fries. Many visitors rave about their experiences at this particular location, highlighting the freshness of the food and the friendliness of the staff. One standout employee even went above and beyond to assist customers with app specials, showcasing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. This McDonald's also serves as a fantastic spot for families, especially in the early morning hours when it’s less crowded.
It's the best Mc Donald's in St Albert. It is nicely decorated. The staff are very helpful. I think they have the best coffee and the price of coffee is excellent.

it took 20 minutes for my very small order to be completed with no sense of urgency, even though I had to get on the bus. All I ordered was an iced coffee, a wrap and a hot chocolate and it took 20 minutes for them to finish. The hot chocolate ended up being just steamed milk with no flavour and no quality. The iced coffee is not to standard and I’m very disappointed with the service. they are not organized and they’re not taking into account that people have places to be and the order can’t take 20 minutes, I had to catch the bus and I had to run before I missed it. The wait time compared to the quality the food is not standard, I don’t mind waiting if the food is good, but the quality was just terrible. I would not recommend going to this place. I would suggest you go to the McDonald’s by the Walmart or by superstore, don’t waste your time here.

I come to eat here all the time I work close to this location and love it. I bought a double cheeseburger and the bun was really stale but I guess that was my fault. When I asked for a new bun the male employee made it seem like it was such a inconvenience to him rolling his eyes not even saying “sorry let me fix that* I work at a high customer service company. I know how customer service is it’s not hard to simply Acknowledge me. I was embarrassed standing there waiting for a replacement very disappointing :(

So i bought a breakfast meal and added an orange juice. I was given a cup a 1/4 full. When I brought it to the counter they said sorry but that's what you get. Paid 1.99 for the juice. So that's 1 dollar an oz. Won't be going back.

Perfect place to take kids to do something early morning while you drink coffee! As long as they’re over 2 they will have no issue climbing up without help. There’s no scary drops for kids that you have to worry about it’s all very fun and if you are there before 9am there is literally no one so siblings can play together. If you want your kid to socialize then go later in the day

"Thanks for the great service time and time again!" This Tim Hortons at Erin Ridge North (975 St Albert Trail) is our absolute go-to Tims! Every visit feels like a treat. The storefront is always spotless, and you can tell the kitchen area is well-kept too, which speaks volumes about how much pride the team takes in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. A special shoutout to Marivic, who is just awesome—she's consistently friendly, fast, and makes every customer feel seen and appreciated. You can really tell she loves what she does. Honestly, the whole team here is fantastic. They always seem to go above and beyond, whether it's getting your order just right or offering a kind smile to start your day. Karen, the lady who works the night shift at this location, is the best. By far the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable representative I have encountered at any location in St. Albert. I’m not sure what the guy above is talking about? Any time I would go there when she isn’t working, there is never anything to eat. No donuts, nothing! The guy that works the opposite shift is never friendly, rushes while taking the order, and is very short. This location is the only place that’s open 24/7 and has food available.

Please bring back Dunkin Doughnut!! Not a single products have any kind of taste at Tim Hortons!! Nothing is delicious or even slightly tasty! I don't understand people eating here including myself.. Its more of a social activity and doing something by habit rather then choosing for the taste it. Coffee is mediocre, pastries are awful, literally tasteless and so is everything else. Its if as if they paid people to come up with items that are borderline discusting. 10% taste of it it actually should taste! Just a boring brand.

The drive thru experience was horrible 😫 had to repeat everything I ordered 6 to 8 times. I was about ready to just drive thru. My coffee was luke warm breakfast sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. My order was 34 dollars good thing I had my app. It was Just over 29 dollars. Maybe next time I will try A&W that is how bad of experience I had. 🤨😮‍💨🙄

If you can go to any other tims for your early morning coffee run, do it. Avoid this place. The lady working the early shift will find a way to screw up your order 9/10 times. She is also very slow and doesn't have breakfast ready for sale at almost 5am. The management team also does little to rectify. The other tims locations in St. A also acknowledge that this is a terrible location and should be avoided.

I’m only including this part to express the level of appreciation I feel towards Ella, the young lady who put my meal together for me… I suffer from chronic pain so I indulge in Natures pain killer from time to time… and I am ^lifted^. So I NEEDED this happy meal. It was HANDS DOWN the best happy meal of my life .. and I’m old balls. The hamburger was placed perfectly against the fries, keeping them from falling out of the little fry bag. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a good box/bag fry as much as the next grown woman eating a happy meal, but it was just SO satisfying to see. Sometimes, it’s the little things, you know? Anyway. Thanks Ella. You made my day =)

Dear Management, I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred last night around 10/July 2025 11:35 PM while I was doing a courier delivery. The front door of the store was open, so I went inside to the counter to ask about my delivery. However, one of the staff members (guy)spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe the door should be properly closed or at least have a clear sign indicating that the store is closed to avoid any confusion. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Let me start off by saying I am a regular consumer of McD's due to the amount of travel I do in a year, so I've a few bad ones in my time, but this location was so bad I felt I needed to write a review. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty*, both garbages were overflowing, and the staff were more interested in gossiping back in the kitchen rather than cleaning the front end. My poutine was cold...I don't even know how that's possible, and there were flies everywhere, making out dine-in experience very uncomfortable. This was absolutely the grossest McD's I've ever been to, hands down. Stay away! *No photos of the tables to respect the privacy of other patrons in the dining room.

The female order taker did not do her job correctly for lane one. She screwed up my order and when I went to confirm at the first window, the young gentlemen had to fix my entire order as the lady did not input any of it correctly besides my drinks. I pull ahead and wait for my food for it to still be given to me incorrect. I had to go back in reorder and wait more time for them to again mess up my order and need to wait for it to be fixed. I understand things get busy but at that time it was no busier than normal for that McDonald’s. The Crew and the Management that was on Floor today need to do a better job. If they spent less time talking amongst eachother and more attention to THIER JOB stuff like this wouldn’t happen.

Ordered drive thru pick up using the app and they told me the order didn't go through even though they had my name and told me to pull to the window. My points were used and my card was charged but they claimed they had no record of the transaction. On the app my order was already marked as claimed. Never had this issue using the app at any other location. I will not be returning here.
Nathan K — Google review
Terrible inside service. Sornt 10 minutes standing at the counter with my ticket #884 a simple coffee and carrot muffin. No one so much as even recognized or acknowledged my presence. Then a lady with the APP came in and was served immediately, I remained patient, then SKIP came and that order was processed. Then it was being ignored again, all focus was on the drivethrough service only. I use this location at least 4 days a week, for my morning coffee and muffin, but after today, I will never return and I recommend if anyone does, you better use the drive-through, because counter service takes the backseat over the drive-through and APP users only.
Dean F — Google review
I went there initially through the drive in and everything seemed fine. When I got home and went to eat my double quarter pounder with cheese meal I found it only had one patty. So I went back to the store to get it fixed and when I got there they said yea no big deal and to pull up to the window. Then I found out my fries got cold during the whole process and I got in response when I told them about the fries being cold “were they cold when you got them.” I’m sorry but it’s your fault for initially messing up my burger in the first place… not impressed.

McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain celebrated for its delicious burgers and crispy fries, has a charming location in St. Albert, Edmonton. This spot is a favorite among both locals and visitors seeking a quick bite to eat. With an extensive menu featuring beloved items like Big Macs and McFlurries, it truly caters to every fast food enthusiast's cravings. The restaurant is known for its efficient service and maintains a clean, inviting atmosphere that makes dining here enjoyable.

If you want poorly made McDonald’s food with no care or pride in the product, then this location is definitely where you should go. Want consistently undercooked fries? Go here. Want a poorly made burger? Go here. Want to have items forgotten on your delivery order? Order from here. Want to have breakfast burritos with barely any filling and a dried out wrap? DEFINITELY go here then. If none of the above appeals to you, then avoid this location like the plague, because even their “grand re-opening” wasn’t something they even bothered to ensure the food quality was up to par. To demonstrate, I have attached a photo of how they prepared the new BBQ Western Quarter Pounder burger for me.

I recently stopped by McDonald's for a simple black coffee to kick off my day around 10 am, but the experience was far from pleasant. When I received a double-double instead, I politely asked to exchange it for the black coffee I ordered. Instead of a simple apology, the staff member was incredibly rude, slamming the cup on the counter and barking "black" at me like I was asking for a handout. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and courtesy. A little kindness goes a long way, and I certainly wasn't expecting to be treated that way. Maybe it's time to rethink who’s managing customer service at this location.

I ate here not too long ago and as I’m not one to review places like this, I thought I’d address a particular manager that was yelling at one of the younger employees. Not only is this extremely unprofessional to do in front of customers, it also promotes a toxic work environment and demonstrates to the public how management treats their employees. Now I can’t say this for all of management hence why I mention this specific manager. She has dark hair and is shorter than the said employee while also wearing glasses at the time of the incident. All employees are allowed to be corrected but to be yelled at is unhinged for a manager whos meant to represent a good example for those who are still learning.

Starbucks, the iconic coffeehouse chain hailing from Seattle, is renowned for its signature roasts and light snacks, making it a go-to spot for coffee lovers. Recently, I found myself on a quest to track down some Jade Citrus Mint and Peach Tranquility tea bags for my favorite Honey Citrus Mint tea at home. After several calls to various locations with no luck due to the tea being discontinued, I finally reached out to a lovely manager at one of the stores.
This was my 10th phone call today to different Starbucks in search for some Jade Citrus Mint & Peach Tranquility for my Honey Citrus Mint tea at home. I love this tea and it makes me feel relaxed. Most locations have nothing as it’s discontinued. This beautiful manager at this location understood my situation and she held 8 jade mint and a huge box full of peach tranquility tea bags. I was absolutely blown away. She was kind and pleasant on the phone and she treated me very well. When I arrived, she had everything ready and her team was so thoughtful and quick. They also made me a hot Honey Citrus Mint tea for my drive home and it was made the right way. Wonderful place. Will be back!

This location is run by children who do not value their customers time. Who owns this location? Take some action as a franchise owner and teach your staff to a) talk to customers nicely b) appreciate their time and do not make them wait 12 minutes in line AND WE WERE THE FIRST ONES IN LINE just for you to tell us to wait another 5. This location honestly sucks, just made me so mad to waste 20 minutes of my time. I walked away and clearly based on the reviews it is not the first time. BOYCOTT

Drinks were well made but the service was terrible. The Asian worker was unbelievably rude and impolite. They also don’t accept the Starbucks reward app and when I tried to pay with it they replied very harshly and unkindly that they don’t use that. Sorry that I didn’t know Starbucks doesn’t use the STARBUCKS app. Extremely disappointed in how my younger sisters and I where treated and to whoever runs this Starbucks I hope and can teach your staff compassion so no other customers are treated the way I was and they way my acquaintances who also received stuff and expressed there much harsher opinion to me about the horrendous service.

Weird experience today. I was looking at the cups they sell, and a bunch crashed/fell down. I picked them all up and the gentleman working came and looked, took a cup off a completely different shelf, opened it and said it’s broken and that i’d have to pay. I told him none of those cups on that shelf fell or were hit by other cups. I did not break it. He then talked to the lady working with him. Half in Spanish half in English basically saying I should be charged half price for the cup. She told him she’d deal with it. She then asked me about it I explained it was not me. She said it’s ok and I wasn’t charged for it. I just thought it was a bit weird how the first cup he takes from another shelf turns out broken. I don’t know if it’s just me being suspicious and if he knew about it before hand or not. The drink and food were good though.

The night staff here is always so rude. Some times your coffee isn’t full or correct, other times it’s awesome. Today was my last time giving them chances. They charge you full price for the coffee and don’t tell you there is no whip. I went back to ask for the whip and they giggled saying they don’t have it.. I wish I would have known before I spent $7 on a drink that it wouldn’t be a completed one.

For some reason there was a 5 min wait for the dark roast. One of our items was incorrect but they quickly corrected it. They brought the coffee to to our table when ready. The interior is nice - it's brand new. They did appear focused on the drive thru rather than inside sales, however.

I'm absolutely done with this location. I come every day sometimes twice a day for one item. Large steep tea 2 sweetener and 2 milk. They gave me warm water with milk, no not just watered down tea LITTERALLY JUST WATER WITH MILK. save your money and make your drinks at home

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The food is always fresh and delicious, with great variety to choose from. The service is fast, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit pleasant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a coffee or meal with friends. Definitely one of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy quality time

Danielle is amazing at what she does. The staff is very organized. They remember regulars, it's always clean. This is one location I have Zero complaints about. Keep up the great work!

I was so pissed off this morning when I came to grab my coffee. "Staff were awesome as usual". No complaints. But I witnessed some incident there, when a guy was shouting & complaining about employees without any reason. I saw everything as I was sitting there for 20 minutes, And a big guy in blue shirt was apologizing instead of defending his employees. I know in customer service they supposed to listen & apologize but they should know before becoming a manager that customer is not always right & they are managers because of employees. I have read all the reviews & I have read somebody complained about some short lady shouting on the floor like as they do at home. I would say - that's employee's floor they can do whatever they want either they shout. Dumb people have rights to complaint about service not employees. I was going to email Manager Sharie But I couldn't find her email that's why I am sending that in reviews. Probably I will come back & ask them if they were ok & they should Ban this kind customers who behave like rasict & complaint for no reason & spoil the atmosphere. I am giving one star for that guy in blue shirt who didn't save employees back. But still 5 star for team who are hard working.

Bring lots of patience, always triple-check your order, garbage bins were full. Location is still ‘newer’ and most staff seem to be training. Location is great and quiet. Ordered numerous times in the past and we often get the wrong order or missing items. Really hoping they will do more training and hire more people.

First time at St. Albert location, went for brunch today! Had Justin as our server, he very pleasant and patient as we had some questions about the menu. Food was absolutely amazing, we loved how sweet and savoury options can be served on the same plate. Entire restaurant was clean and modern, management was personable and attentive. Will definitely be coming back as soon as possible!

First time visiting new location in St. Albert. Surprised it’s open until 8pm. We went at 6pm because we felt like “breakfast for dinner”. I guess most people don’t expect a breakfast place to be open later as we were the only customers at that time. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with the menu. I had the Strawberry Surprise. It was excellent. One of the best breakfast I have had in a long time. I think I have found my new go to breakfast spot. Please check them out. We need to support more small businesses in St. Albert.

Visited the new Tutti Frutti branch in St. Albert today for Sunday lunch. We were seated quickly, which was great, but unfortunately, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to the long wait times and lack of service. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our food, which felt excessive even for a busy Sunday. During that time, we asked two different servers for a glass of water and never received it. When the manager came to our table, we mentioned the issue, and still, it took a while before a male server finally brought our food — but still no water. The food itself was okay — nothing exceptional, but decent. However, the service needs serious improvement, especially when it comes to managing wait times and basic customer requests. Hoping they work out the kinks as they settle in, but for now, the experience left much to be desired.

Highly recommend trying the Summer Strawberry Menu!! I personally ask for my French toast/waffle deconstructed with my toppings on the side(pictured)! Service is fast and friendly, Food is fresh and delicious and the Restaurant is very clean and comfortable. We love coming here when we want to treat ourselves to a big breakfast with variety for everyone in the family!

Super busy on Sunday morning. We waited 40 minutes to get seated and then another 40 to get our food. The waffles were really fluffy and yummy and the homestyle potatoes were crispy and well seasoned. The cinnamon bun toast was unfortunately undercooked and doughy in the middle. I was also disappointed by the "grapefruit juice" which is really just oasis bottled juice that you get at the supermarket and is a blend containing half apple juice. I personally felt that the menu lacked customization (ei. Only certain crepes and waffle flavours were listed as combos. Why not give the option to upgrade all of them?) but I understand that this may be a logistic issue with how busy they are. Overall a decent experience the waitstaff were all very nice.

The customer service was excellent; the food was delicious and freshly prepared. The owners' on-site presence ensured attentive customer care and a well-managed kitchen. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Myra, in particular, was very knowledgeable and experienced. Ambiance was delightful, and the place was impeccably clean.

I had a fantastic time here for breakfast with my sister. There wasn't a long wait, even though it was quite busy. Our server Justin, was amazing! He gave us great recommendations for what to get, as well very fast service. Overall a great breakfast spot, I would definitely recommend the wild berry pancakes, they were fire!

Our server Justin was so kind and helpful and patient. Our food was very good but it took a little while to come out because they were very busy. Justin made up for it and made our experience so enjoyable, we will definitely be back! So many yummy things on the menu it’s hard to decide! Thank you Justin for being so funny and kind!
