I had an amazing breakfast experience.The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was cooked to perfection. The coffee was strong and smooth—exactly what I needed to start the day. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Whether you’re looking for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there’s something for everyone on the menu. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. It’s My favourite spot.

The staff at this place are amazing, very attentive and courteous. Had the coconut shrimp to start and they were very good, the dipping sauce not so much, then followed by the fish and chips and the problem was that both the fish and fries had an off taste as thoughbmaybe the oil was nearing its time for a change. It also was a bit too heavy for me. The drink was a coffee and I only had to ask for a refill once but the restaurant was busy by that time so it was understandable.

Great experience at the White Spot in Tsawwassen! The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was inviting, and everything felt clean and well looked after. It’s always nice to support a local spot that consistently delivers good service and a comfortable place to relax. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area and want to support local.

Had the Legendary Blueberry pie combo. The burger was good, nothing special. The triple O sauce was good and used to dip fries. The fries were really tasty. The blue baggy pie was nothing more than syrup coated blueberries in a room temperature pie crust so not really a pie. The option to have the blueberries without the crust and topped with ice cream is a better choice.

My family and I drop into our Ttown White Spot once a month or so. Service is always excellent and speedy (we had 3 burgers and a shrimp sandwich within nine minutes of ordering yesterday). Pleasant wait staff who are consistently accommodating: my brother always order extra pickles and last night he received a artfully arranged plate of them. I should’ve taken a picture! The place is clean and cozy, usually buzzing with a warm atmosphere at dinner time. Food is consistently good, with their trademark milkshakes (the blueberry does need more blueberries tho ;), burgers, fish and chips, as well as some great veggie options and features. Endless fries and Zoo Sticks, oh my! And I have ordered the shrimp sandwich on multigrain at least ten times now… I may ask if they would put some avocado on it next time. Anyways, I’ve never been unhappy after paying the tab and leaving aside from possibly being too full to the point of discomfort. Glad to have enjoyed our Tsawwassen White Spot since I was a teenager in the early 90s, skipping class, drinking coffee and sharing a plate of fries with friends. I tip WAY better now too! ❤️

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The servers are top notch, they know their menu and made some wonderful suggestions. The entire staff was very friendly and prompt service was 5 star. A cozyNook in the neighborhood for breakfast.Lunch or dinner I highly recommend it.

Logan is a great server! He was super attentive and kind. We got the coconut shrimp and pirogies. The food came quickly and was good, but it was nothing extraordinary. But Logan made up for it with his charming presence. What a cutie! I will be returning with my friends soon!

Dropped by here for a quick bite prior to our ferry ride to Nanaimo. Had a smoked salmon (lox) bagel with capers, an almond croissant, and two drinks (one black coffee and a watermelon smoothie for me). It was delicious, and I'd love to return to eat here again.

First time going there this morning... Americano and bear claw were so delicious that I had to go back for lunch too! The coffee had such rich flavour to it! The sandwiches and desserts were very tasty! Nice atmosphere and friendly people! The staff were very polite, accommodating, attentive, and kept the place very clean! My new favourite cafe in Tsawassen, which I will absolutely be returning to!

Paint me red and slap me silly because this place is horrid! Very nice atmosphere, but what’s with the sign in the washroom? I ordered a matcha latte and my buddy ordered a regular latte. Her cup had a lipstick stain on it, and she wasn’t wearing lipstick so clearly they don’t clean dishes correctly! Matcha was bright as day (so it’s not fresh, and it tasted disgusting) and the regular latte was mediocre at best. I had a cinnamon roll that, while a good portion, tasted like a first time bakers mess up. Cashier was rude but the waitress was kind. It’s a mess, only good thing about it is that it’s cozy.

A hidden gem in this small town. It's a small family restaurant. The baked goods are homemade. I think all of them are good. I love the coconut cake. The staff is super nice to us. Since we only order one coconut cake, she cut the cake into two and serves us by 2 plates. Thank you for her caring to seniors. We always come here only for afternoon tea since we live in Vancouver. We didn't try the sandwich and soup. But the sandwich looks good from the other table, we have the bagel and it is always good. The coffee and tea are good. They still offer the pot for the tea and I love the tea set. They always have great services, friendly and helpful. I think they have reasonable price for their customers too! If you are in this area, this is the place you should not miss.

Wood n Frog is our favorite Cafe in town! There are plenty of delicious food options as well as coffee/teas and other beverages such as beer, kombucha, smoothies etc. Our favorite food items are: beef Mayan wrap, bagel lox, chorizo wrap, and breakfast sandwich or a buttery croissant. The pastries are fresh and delicious. My favorite is the bear claw, coconut cake, & pumpkin spice scone. The service is top tier & friendly!! They also have a self serve water station, which I really appreciate. The washroom is always clean. The cafe especially is always clean! Truly a neat & cozy place to grab some coffee with friends/family!

I was just here late into the morning. Everyone was so kind and worked hard. The coffee was delicious. I am so glad I came here to buy coffees for my team. Everyone loved them ! Just popping by looking for a drink other than coffee and chose the unsweetened ice tea. Got to admit, the iced tea unsweetened was the recommended option on their menu list and it felt kinda lackluster giving it a low rating for its price. Service was nice and the interior atmosphere was cozy with free glasses to help yourself to free water should you choose. I'm sure other options could be better, but the experience we had was average giving it a 3 star overall.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time and specifically requested a non-sweet cookie, which was absolutely delicious, along with a latte. Both were perfect. The service was friendly and welcoming. Great experience overall!

The coffee and atmosphere were quite good, which makes it even more disappointing that I won’t be returning. The one male staff was extremely rude, made a distasteful remark at a customer while preparing drinks. He seemed to be in an altered states, but that’s no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. Unfortunately, have to switch coffee shops. Customer service matters.

Best coffee in Ladner served by friendly efficient staff. Nice atmosphere with inside and outside tables. Great for small get togethers over superior quality coffee. Often busy, but the line moves quickly and its worth a wait for a few minutes.

To be seated nobody stays at the door to seat u have a bit of a wait. We waited 15 mins to be seated 4 ppl. Food was warm when came out some bacon over cooked. Make sure they hear ur drinks. We will go back and try dinner service or lunch. Don't get iced coffee taste gross like old stale burnt coffee.

Used to come here a lot and recently revisited. Seems the place upgraded a bit in that time. Food was great, waiters are attentive. Good place to eat at. I recommend the Cheesy Bacon Perogies and the Monty Mushroom Burger. Milkshakes are also great, but a bit heavy if your appetite is small.

Party of 3 for dinner. We all had fish & chips. The fish batter was greasy, coleslaw was a pass, and the fries were not crispy. The meal was okay. Service was great and the mango ice tea was refreshing.

We’ve been visiting this location for years. I used to grab lunch to go when I was working in the complex (12years ago). Today the food was as good as usual, but the service was phenomenal. Mike knew exactly what we wanted before we had to chance to ask. He always attentive without hovering. Best service I’ve ever had at any White Spot location and I hope I get the chance to have Mike again the next time we come in.

Food was good as usual. Service was terrible. We ordered dinner for 4 people and they shorted us two of the desserts. Phoned to ask about it and they said yup deserts were sitting there, sorry they didn’t make it into the bag. As a consolation they offered to send us a gift card. Gift card never came. So not only did they screw up the order they lied to us about how they were going to fix it. Won’t bother patronizing this establishment anymore.

We Visited with a large group of 9, hostess immediately set up the tables to hold our group. The waitress "Olivia" was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was great, we all enjoyed our meals, each had a milkshake which was good. The only downgrade would be the food price was on the higher side then I would prefer. We did enjoy our visit

Food quality was not very good for the amount that they are charging, I was not impressed. The waffles were undercooked and doughy, while the chicken dish was basically a bunch of stuff thrown together. We also ended up waiting forever for our server even though the restaurant was pretty empty, would not come back again.

I hadn't been to Ricky's in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of food. Our server remembered a complicated breakfast order without writing anything down. All the food looked great and was super.

Update : just called again finally spoke with manger about the lack of gravy I paid $2.49and he was so rude and told me there allowed to give 1/2 container full because it’s a 8 cup? No way did I get an 8 oz cup more like 1/2 an 4 oz cup ! Blatant liar he is ! Then tells me to come get anew gravy ! I already ate my food I’m not driving back ! I tell the manager I won’t be ordering from them again and he gives me Attitude and tells me not to come back and hung upon me ! lousy service people! Way better options in Ladner ! I Ordered two clubhouse sandwiches and paid $2.49 for gravy ! They only fill a small container 1/2 full! Not sure if that is standard , tried calling and left a message no one answered the phone and I left a message no one called back but 1/2 a container of gravy and I paid for it 👎 might start looking elsewhere for our takeout dinners !

The food was ok. I had chicken and waffles; the chicken was very tasty and juicy, but the waffles were not fresh at all. My friend had liver and onions, and she liked it. However, her food was barely warm when it was brought to the table. The place was clean and the staff members were nice.

Went to Ricky’s for a nice brunch with my friend. Food was good, and the server was kind. I asked for a cup of water and was given a glass with pink lipstick smeared on the rim of the cup… A little disgusted as I took a sip without even realizing.

Good ol' Ricky's. I like how they have a Famosa located in the restaurant, so random. Food was as expected. Kids enjoyed it.

We go to Ricky’s for breakfast often and are always happy when we see Denver on shift. Denver is the type of server that makes you feel like you are at their place. It may just be toast and eggs, but it feels like visiting a young friend full of sass and magic. Always be so you Denver!

The service at this establishment is notably slow, and the staff appear disinterested in their work. The floor is littered with debris and could use some care. Surprisingly, the restroom appeared unclean, despite it being early in the day. While the food and drinks were satisfactory, it is evident that this location requires significant improvements. I will try again next time and update my review.

Tim Horton is always my go to place. First visit to this store on my way to Ladner. The place is spacious and with sitting place outside. I got iced coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese. Service is fast, staffs are nice.

The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the staff were super friendly. A big shoutout to Sanket he went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and even checked in to see if we needed anything else. You don’t usually get that level of service at a fast food place. Definitely coming back!

From my experience here the place is filthy, half the employees barely know what the menu is themselves and they close 1 hour early from what they say. Every time I order from here off the app they always end up telling me in person that the food is unavailable and that i’ll have to get a refund. It’s honestly tiring leaving the house for an online order just to find out that the food isn’t even available in the first place.

I was trying to order egg bites today and I was looking to buy 4 the normal price of would be around 8$ I don’t know what kinda of scam you guys are tryna run here but he said that it was 16$ After I left my friend ordered and ordered a wrap we waited around 10 mins which is way to long for a wrap once the order was done we saw a bowl with the same ingredients after this we asked for the wrap they said they couldn’t make it for us and on top of that we just wanted the bowl which they wouldn’t even give us.I asked for the manager and she didn’t care to hear me perspective and argued with me she was very rude and disrespectful and Kicked me out of the store.Her name was Loveleet.

Tried their Big Rosti and Teriyaki Chicken burger from the international promotional menu. The Big Rosti tasted like a regular hamburger, and the Teriyaki Chicken tasted like a McChicken but with a sweet, slight peppery sauce. For the price, I wouldn't order again, but overall, the taste is mediocre.

The McSpicy So I barely ever eat McDonald’s anymore but every so often when they unveil a new menu item I occasionally give them a try. Spicy chicken sandwiches are my guilty pleasure so when I saw they had launched this I paid them a visit. I know people complaining about McDonalds has become a bit of a broken record over the decades and normally I will never complain about anything sub par (cold fries for example) but this one really takes the cake. I have never seen a more misleading representation of one of their burgers via tv commercial or menu picture. At $6.99 before taxes, this was incredibly disappointing. Their new McSpicy is barely bigger than a junior chicken at almost x3 the cost. Not only was the patty paper thin, it was dry despite being made fresh to order. Guess what? It’s also not spicy. Save your money and get a McChicken because the size of this burger is just an insult.

This is a McDonald's, but not the best. Temperature was very cold in the building, even though it was a beautiful day outside. The AC was turned up very high. The washrooms were also quite dirty. I even suggested to them that they were dirty and needed to be cleaned and I didn't see anything happening for an hour at least. Maybe they're short-staffed?

Was in the area and looking for something to eat. Started good with the order taker and went down hill from there with missing items when order was supposedly ready and heard other customers having the same problem. The eating area was dirty with food remnants from previous customers and the floor was slippery with no warning signs plus my food was warm to cool with cold fries :(

Alright, I just wanted to rave about the Denny's on Scott Road and 85th in Delta. Seriously, if you're in the area and looking for a fantastic breakfast, this is your spot. Everything I ordered was just spot on, exactly what I was hoping for and then some! The breakfast sandwich?Oh man, it hit all the right notes – those perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon tucked into a soft bun, it was just what I needed to kick off the day. And for the more classic breakfast lovers, their plate with scrambled eggs, those golden, crispy hash browns (seriously, perfectly cooked!), and bacon was pure comfort food done right. But let's talk about the pancakes. I got the berry ones, and they were ridiculously good. Fluffy, packed with fresh strawberries and bananas, just a sweet, satisfying dream. And to go with it, that strawberry milkshake. Beyond the food, the service was great – super friendly and efficient. Even though parking was a bit of a challenge and the place was absolutely packed with people (a good sign!), the staff handled it admirably. I'd imagine if they had just a little more service on hand, the experience would go from great to absolutely outstanding. You can tell they put effort into what they do here.

We had a great time at Denny’s Restaurant! It was our first visit, and we went in with minimal expectations but from the moment we walked in until we left, the experience was truly memorable. The food lineup was absolutely mouthwatering. We ordered beef skillets, lasagna, and a few other items, and everything tasted fantastic. The portion sizes were generous easily enough for two people but so delicious you’d want to finish it all yourself. The prices were very reasonable too. We loved the atmosphere, especially the cozy seating setup and pleasant lighting. The staff were incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to Sukhmani, who took care of us with a warm smile and was exceptionally helpful throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting Denny’s and I had a really good experience! The food was tasty and came out quickly, but what really made it stand out was the service. Our server, Daman, was excellent – super friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. He checked in at the right times and made sure everything was perfect. Of all the Denny's, this is my favorite because the food, even though it's the same in all the other restaurants, tastes better here. I highly recommend it, and on top of that, the waiters are always very attentive and friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at Denny’s with very warm and friendly service that made me feel truly welcomed. The choconana pancakes were absolutely delicious, perfectly fluffy with a delightful chocolate and banana flavor. The strawberry shake was awesome—rich, creamy, and bursting with real strawberry taste. I really loved it and would definitely recommend it for a cozy, satisfying meal.

Waited 5 mins at take out window with no cars at 10 pm tonight. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and an orange pekoe tea with cream and sugar. I got a tea - black- and got this sandwich. Completely burnt. It smelled burnt out of the box. Waited 10 mins for the food - nobody at the window and more giggling. Awful. Something is clearly wrong.

Hands down and easily the worst McDonalds I have ever gone too. I get it, everything has become single use and no condiments that you can grab to go yourself, but having to ask these kids if I can have salt, a straw, a napkin, ketchup etc... is like pulling teeth. How about a bag? Do I have to bring my own shopping bag to carry all this food out of this dump? Who trains these people? The standards have become unbearably low. Whether they get the change wrong when dealing with cash, to disgusting filthy tables and bathrooms when there is almost no customer but plenty of staff is ridiculous. Had to ask to heat up the ice cold Poutine, and my Big Arch had zero crispy onions on it. Brutal. Painfully slow staff. if you have to go to McRon's, hit the one in Ladner or go to A&W at Tsawwassen Mills. You can wash your hands in their handy self serve sink.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the repeated poor service at your location during late-night hours, particularly around 3:30 AM. Almost every time I visit during this time, I’m told that the machines are not working — whether it’s the ice cream machine, the fryer, or sometimes the entire kitchen. It’s extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially for a 24-hour location. It feels like the staff are either unprepared or unwilling to serve customers properly at night. If the machines truly are always down, that’s a major operational issue. If not, then it’s a customer service problem that needs serious attention.

Horrible. We had to leave early to go to the ferry, so we mobile ordered as soon as breakfast started. Gave them a few minutes before heading over there, only to find out their system was down and it would be another 10 minutes before it was up and running again. Luckily we weren't charged yet. We still had time, so we waited longer than 10 minutes before going through the drive-thru, only to be told that they weren't able to make hashbrowns! One of my kids ordered a wrap that had (should) have a hashbrown in it, and I saw that they still charged us full price for that item, so I just blew past the window and just headed to the ferry. Stay far way from this McDonald's.

Cold food and poor service who leaves a single order of fries 🍟 alone on a counter when the rest of my order is being placed on a tray 3 ft away dont put single order or fresh sitting on a napkin serve the order together on the tray and make sure its hot id even settle luke warm. ... to busy trying to fill drive through orders rather than take care of the people waitting at the counter

I was here with my sister this morning; we both ordered drinks only. She got a Decaf latte made with coconut milk, and I ordered a Matcha latte, also made with coconut milk. It was insanely busy but things were flowing fairly well. The guy at the counter taking orders was really nice and was definitely working the right station. At the far left were two girls working on a mobile or pickup order that was large, two females were working the bar from what I observed. One of them, I believe named Emily, had super chaotic energy. She was loud and moving quickly, but it didn't seem any more efficient than the other girl who was quietly making drinks as they came. She was actually quite distracting when I was trying to place my order and I had to pause to try and focus. People were staring at her, possibly thinking the same thing I did. Our very pleasant visit suddenly turned less pleasant as being around her was very anxiety inducing. I have been to this location several times without issue, but today would definitely deter me from visiting again!

I ordered grande iced matcha latte with less ice and look they gave cup with 3/4th of ice while it should be the other way around. I already drove from the site when I realized this otherwise I would have gone and replaced it but sometimes people need to be at places so kindly follow the order instructions please. You can see the order slip says light ice but it was ignored clearly.

I’ve been a regular customer at this coffee shop, usually grabbing a coffee on my way to work. However, I was very disappointed when, on one occasion, I wasn’t allowed to use the washroom because I hadn’t made a purchase at that moment—even though the staff clearly recognized me as a frequent customer. They explained it was the owner’s policy. While the coffee itself not bad, the overall service feels lacking compared to other places nearby. There are better options with friendlier service and more reasonable policies.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, the barista barely acknowledged the mistake. The coffee tasted watered down, and the store was not as clean as it should be. What made it worse was seeing a woman with a young child being denied access to the restroom. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of compassion. A community coffee shop should be welcoming, not cold and unkind. For the prices they charge, I expect better quality and service. Hopefully, management takes action to improve both customer experience and basic human decency.

Just wanted a evening snack. Ordered six peach pies, checked to make sure we got what we ordered, they were just thrown into bag and some boxes were open and we left a little disappointed. Got home, took them out and they were all burnt on the bottom and around the edges. Some had a burnt taste too. We live in the area and seldom go to this McDonald's due to issues like this.

This McDonald's location is quite big and the service is satisfactory, but not fast.

Hello, I lost my wallet last week. I have just arrived in Canada and my English is not good. I was in a panic because I lost my wallet in a place where everything is unfamiliar. I went to the store just in case, and the staff kept my wallet for me. Thank you so much. I will cherish this kindness for the rest of my life. I visit this store 3-4 times a week. It is spacious, friendly, and the food is delicious. Thank you so much again!!!

Guys be better! This was my blt bagel order after waiting for it for like 15 minutes early in the morning.

Unfortunately this place has gone far down hill and across the field. The food used to be hot and fresh, the fries full and the service almost always wonderful. Over the past several months it’s gotten worse and worse and shockingly even worse. The fries are never full and are usually soggy and lukewarm. Custom orders are often not customized properly. Recently I ordered a Big Mac with triple pickles and for some bizarre reason there were absolutely no pickles on the burger. Another example was a few weeks ago I ordered a sundae and it only had half the amount of ice cream and fudge as previous. Curbside orders take CRAZY long to be delivered. My most recent visit I watched 14 cars go through the drive thru and be served before my large fries were brought out, lukewarm and soggy and definitely not full. This used to be such a great place to grab a quick bite or take the kids for the occasional treat.

We were in line and about to order to cashier name OLWEN but she turned her back on us and started doing other tasks without saying anything. We waited for about 5 minutes before the other cashier asked to serve us. OLWEN was very rude and that wasn't good customer service. It would've been nice if she told us to go to the other cashier.

Never got my drink. Waited for 15 minutes and gave up because one drink wasn’t worth missing the ferry for. Lady who ordered a few people ahead made it back to her car literally as her line was starting to move. If you want to run a business that services a ferry that is on a strict schedule, you need to know how to not delay people. On Bowen island, the restaurants literally do a last call to make sure you understand how long things will take to come out. THAT’S understanding your customer base.

My dog is going through cancer treatments so the staff gave me an extra Pup Cup. It the only thing he's been willing to eat all day it's 2:20pm now. Thank you for the great service my dog loved them.

They barely call out your name so you're left wondering if it is your drink. Also last 3 times here their coffee just tasted awful. I don't know what they're doing wrong to make it taste so poor as compared to other Starbucks.

Go to buy the rolled oats and oatmeal which the actual product on display and in the picture show the item with almonds and raisins. Upon receiving the food I noticed it was ONLY oatmeal with NONE of the fixings they displayed in the actual product and nothing saying you have to add it, so of course I get mine and it's flavorless oatmeal. Although I could have waited in line again of over 10 people just to get what was advertised. Star bucks is shady enough but now they have lost all my business. Second cup is the way to go

Preordered after parking my car in line. Walked over and could not tell if my drink was ready as they don’t organize the drinks by customer name or any logical order as they do other Starbucks stores. Other customers were confused as well and were just standing around as drinks on the counter piled up. Spotted one of my drinks and asked the barista if the other one was still coming. She looked at me like I was dumb. My other drink was on the counter but was no where close to my other order. Why would I touch other people’s drinks to see if they’re mine? A little effort in customer service would make such a difference. It would also help with crowd management as people can quickly grab their orders and leave.

Wish I could give 0 stars. There were three workers. The terrible manager who was working very slow was circling around with a bucket of ice and having one worker to do all the orders and drinks. It took 20 minutes for an Americano. Another 5 minutes passed and they forgot the rest of my order (a wrap). When I asked if they can look into my order because I need to return to my vehicle to make for boarding, I was given attitude and they were “moving as fast as they can and I need to wait like the rest.” I understand it’s rush but I had been waiting, in fact 3 orders after me received theirs before mine. Clearly they are not working fast enough if only 2 out of 3 people are actually working. I ended up not getting my breakfast wrap and having to rush back to my car for loading. Only go here if you have more than 30 minutes to spare. I want a refund.

This is the only Starbucks location in Ladner, and I love it for several reasons. It has long hours, opening early and staying open late, which is perfect for someone like me who enjoys a warm cup of coffee or tea in the afternoons and evenings. There’s plenty of free parking in the plaza, seating is usually available, and the store is well-maintained. The baristas are always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the experience. I also appreciate that they participate in special yearly events, like Red Cup Day, and are part of the Starbucks Stars program. Plus, they always have fun merchandise in stock! That said, because this is the only Starbucks in the area, it can get quite busy at peak times, which may lead to longer wait times for orders. If you’re planning to stay and work, read, or study, be aware that it can get a bit noisy, especially when families with kids are around. Pricing is on the higher side, but as with any Starbucks, that’s determined by the main company. Overall, it’s a great location with friendly service, a good atmosphere, and all the classic Starbucks perks!

This is not my first time ordering from them I always get the brown sugar shaken espresso but today I wanted to get some hot drink so I got the caramel macchiato with the oat milk instead of a regular milk . It tastes amazing. The staff was so nice and sweet. They just made my day. Thank you for a good drink and chat guys. I am enjoying every sip of my drink.

The staffs were friendly and wore masks on. They have 3 small tables inside the cafe. There were a lot of boxes near the entrance and shelves. When a staff opened a box on the floor, another box fell down on her head, but she was ok. It's not a friendly area for kids. Their drinks were great as usual.

I always visit this Tim Hortons because of the great customer service and caring staff. However, lately the quality of the food has been declining. One day, I ordered a sesame seed bagel that was so hard I couldn’t eat it, but since I had already left, I wasn’t able to return and get a replacement. A few days later, I ordered a plain croissant toasted with butter, but it was toasted too much and ended up burnt. Please look into this issue, as this location is my go-to Tim Hortons every morning.

Today I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Manpreet excellent service. She was polite, friendly, and efficient with my order. i entered a drive thru at 10.42pm and the lady on the speaker said hello then disappeared. i waited 5 minutes on the speaker but on answer then i wait on window again 5 minutes but no answer and tim hortons closed at 11 pm

Really disappointed in my last visit to this specific location. Although the woman over the drive thru speaker was polite, half my order was missing and one of the drinks was incorrect. I'm not even sure if I was charged because they don't give receipts. To top it off, the man at the window was incredibly rude. No acknowledgement..no hello, no have a nice day- nothing. He clearly wished to be somewhere else on a Sunday.

Workers seem uninterested, told me to wait while no one was there for 15 minutes. I ordered a decaf tea and ended up with COFFEE in my TEA somehow?? How do you do that? I had a really bad experience today at Ricky's All Day Grill in Scottsdale Center. Our table encountered a series of hygiene and service issues that left us uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Spoons were dirty, and when we asked for clean ones, we were given them from another table. The salt shaker was rock hard and came from a table that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had to repeatedly ask for basic condiments: water, ketchup, and hot sauce. The gravy was chunky and unmixed, not the smooth consistency we expected. A hair ended up in one of the tacos. Ultimately, we did not feel well after the meal. Overall, this was far from the standard we were hoping for, and it left us regretting the choice to dine there. Putting it bluntly, as my 8-year-old self once said about this place: "Ricky's bad day grill." If management is listening, these issues need urgent attention to prevent other customers from having a similarly disappointing experience. Would not recommend in its current state. I really like this restaurant! My friends and I come here at least once a week. The food is consistently good with a wide selection to choose from. Ricky’s has the best breakfast sausages of any restaurant in this area. The staff is always friendly and remembers repeat customers. I've noticed that there is minimal staff turnover. That is a plus for me since it indicates a restaurant where the staff is willing to be loyal. I have no problem recommending Ricky’s as a great restaurant for North American cuisine.

My family had thanksgiving dinner at Ricky’s Scottsdale centre 1/ The server was fantastic very pleasant, very helpful. 2/ The meals came out lacking vegetables especially broccoli- there was a half piece of broccoli on my plate the lovely server had to say it to kitchen, I had to wait until there was more cooked. Went for lunch during work hours. Food was great, but service was abominable. The server brought us water after 10 minutes of waiting. Food took 20 more to arrive. Disappointed with My Order Experience I was really looking forward to trying the Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but unfortunately, my order didn’t match the description at all. Instead of the expected layered drink, I received something that looked and tasted like a basic strawberry milkshake. The product description clearly mentions strawberry cream foam, but I was given whipped cream instead and no Matcha at all. I even showed my order twice to the barista to confirm, but she insisted that what I received was correct. It felt frustrating to not be heard, especially when the drink didn’t look or taste anything like what was advertised. Hoping for more attention to detail and better customer service next time.

I ordered the drink around 6:30 p.m. at this location, and the difference was shocking. At other location the drink had a perfect balance with a smooth lavender foam on top. However, this one looked completely off. I asked the barista wearing a hijab about it, hoping for some help but she made no effort to fix the issue. It’s frustrating when consistency varies so much between locations and on top of that customer service is lacking. I love this drink when it’s made right but Starbucks really needs to ensure all locations follow the same standard., with a smooth lavender foam on top.

This was my door dash order, I waited more than an hour because apparently employees don’t check the orders and somebody took my order so my delivery driver left the store and had to come back to remake my order and that made me wait even longer. Also i did not ask for no whipped cream.

Frustrated long term customer here for 3 main reasons: 1) quality of the beverage was at best a 2 of 10, FAR too much ice, so much so that my daughter finished the drink in a few sips and her only comment was, at least the strawberries tasted like Special K strawberries. Her Pink Drink was watery and our of balance. 2) Cold drink maker was slammed and the team didn't support him. What made it worse he was busy talking with his friends while he was way behind on orders. 3) He went on to skip our drink and make others for people who ordered after us. The worst experience I have had a store in a long time and ended up getting a drink that was frankly gross. Should have had them remake the drink but at this point we were 15 minutes late and it probably would have meant more of the same anyway. I continue to wonder if I ask for money back or just getting my coffee fix elsewhere? Probably the latter ...

Terrible experience with this location. Last 2 times I ordered from uber this location defaults and the coffee is spilled inside the bag ruining the food items and leaking bag into my house. I believe the coffee is either poured too hot and or not secured well.

Absolutely zero stars but that’s not an option, very disrespectful staff. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for a while, and almost every time my order is messed up, but I usually let it go — not today. I ordered two drinks and, once again, did not receive what I asked for. Since each drink costs around $4–$5, I decided to go back and politely asked for my order to be remade. The employees helping me, Yashika, Heena, and one other girl were extremely rude and dismissive. I explained the issue calmly, but was met with questioning and attitude. I was told I had to pay the difference, and after being questioned about it, I still agreed and paid — expecting maybe $1–$2, but instead I was charged almost $5 just to fix their mistake. As I stood waiting, another staff member came up and started speaking in Punjabi to her coworker, thinking I wouldn’t understand, and said I was lying about the order — then laughed and smirked. That was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and offensive. On top of everything, my bagel was burnt and the food was not good at all. Honestly, I should’ve gone to Starbucks — at least there, I’d be paying for quality, proper service, and respect. Have they ever heard of the phrase “the customer is always right”? I’m deeply disappointed, and after so many bad experiences here, I’ll never be returning. Go to the Tim Hortons down the street, it’s way better.

Paying Too much attention in the drive thru area. I think 5-6 person in dt or even more. Front counter person was just by himself. Customers are waiting in the line. I feel sorry for him because he does all the front counter job. Peak hour.. there should t least one backing him up. I can’t blame if he looked exhausted. But great job on his part. Don’t pay too much attention in the DT AREA.

People won’t even great you at all. No hi , hello , absolutely nothing even if you initiate with a simple “hello”. It will make you feel awkward when you get no response and it’s basic etiquette. The girl wasn’t Indian the one I am talking about, because alot will assume she might . The burger didn’t had proper vegetables in it just lettuce and veggie patties and sauce. The place is nice, but the team inside the kitchen a lot of people inside and all of them from India and nobody uses gloves ! so how make sure the hands clean ? and nobody wears cover on the head all of them girls ! the girls with long hair And Home make sure the hair not fly on the food so inside the kitchen so dirty I’m never go back there

Over charged me almost everytime I go no matter what I buy. they don’t let you know even after paying full price that the code from the app you give them at the very beginning doesn’t work or they didn’t hear you properly, they don’t even go over my order and or show it on the screen so I never know what they are ordering and if it is right. Charged me 3 times for one drink and I didn’t notice till much later.

I was calling to ask how much a chicken hamburger was and she told me I need to download the app. I am not aware of an app I'm getting to old for this e'h. I got hung up on and no call backs. The morning shift is the worst and the assistant manager is completely incapable of dealing with any kind of resolution. I have made multiple complaints because they constantly forget condiments. I order through the app, so it’s all tracked - it will show up on their order screen, I even PAY of extra dip and still they manage to forget it or ignore it. Sometimes I have time to go back and have it corrected, but I only have 20min for my work breaks - it’s frustrating that I always have to waste my time for their mistakes. Every time it’s the same reply: “sorry sir, we will talk with our team and make sure the bags are being double checked in the future” but then it happens again, again, and AGAIN. So it’s obvious no one cares. Now I am embarrassed to ever return because I feel like I’ve got the reputation being the “crazy sauce guy” but honestly - who wants to eat a pancake with no syrup, or a nugget with no sauce - especially when you pay extra for something like McChicken sauce! Just really disappointed in this place since Annacis island is already brutal for its food options. Let me just add, this seems to only be the morning crew. I used to work afternoon shift and in my 15 years working on Annacis island they never mixed up my order … as soon as I got on morning shift a couple years ago, the problems have been endless.

They messed up my iced chai and wanted to charge me for 1 pump of chai, it tasted fully like milk with zero chai and they said all they could do was charge for extra chai. Also maybe a different container for a Boston cream so the chocolate actually stays on it would be nice. Employees were not helpful at all

While working at FedEx, I usually come to Tim’s to buy coffee. All the staff work great, but some of them make excellent coffee and are very polite.

Small location. Regularly understaffed. Line can be out the door - and they have trouble keeping up with front counter and also online orders. Employees speak to each other jn Punjabi in front of clearly non-Punjabi speaking customers.

$10 for this. 7 quarter-bite sized pieces of chicken, 1 leaf of lettuce and 1/4 cup rice. Probably costs them 30 cents. Highway robbery. I must add that it tasted great (Buffalo Ranch chicken bowl) but it’s NOT great value for your hard earned money

The shift supervisor is so friendly, helpful. Deals with issues quickly and makes customers happy.

These workers have no idea what they are doing. Most disorganized tim hortons in the lower mainland. Everyone inside the building is upset and nobody gets there food in any particular order. It requires complaining to get your full order or the staff will just ignore you

Bacon was very uncooked. Whenever i ask for crispy bacon they deny it and say its pre cooked. Bacon always comes out chewy and uncooked. Afraid i might get sick off this

⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience Had one of the worst experiences at the drive-thru. The staff member was rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Almost everything I tried to order was “unavailable,” and instead of handling it professionally, I was told, “That’s not my job” and advised to just go to another location. No signage, no apology, no attempt to help — just a dismissive attitude. If items aren’t available, it should be clearly posted or at least communicated respectfully. Really disappointed with this kind of service from Tim Hortons.

You go through the drive thru and place a small simple order and then they make you wait in a parking lot for 10 minutes (probably so head office doesn't see the long wait time at the window). The place is basically empty and you're sitting in a parking lot waiting for a simple breakfast wrap. They eventually walk out and go window to window asking what everyone ordered. Gas station tims run better than this place.

My Sunday mornings at Tim Hortons got infinitely better thanks to one amazing team member Rupinderjeet Kaur! Her kindness and bright smile always make the day better. And oh—her veggie wrap?
