Was here a couple of days ago and for a super early breakfast. The experience was peaceful and the food scrumptious. Loved everything that I had, except for the chutney. Such a balanced meal and the options were a balance of East Meets India. The staff here are extremely polite, keep checking on you for any need you may have. What could be better - paper towels in the wash area.

Had an excellent experience at Tangerine, Radisson Hotel — especially the breakfast buffet! The spread was fresh, varied, and delicious — from South Indian favorites to continental options, everything was well prepared and nicely presented. Special mention to Vetri, who took great care of us at the table. He was polite, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed — coffee refills, fresh dosas, everything served with a smile. His service really stood out and made our morning extra pleasant. Highly recommend Tangerine if you’re staying at Radisson or even just visiting — great food, warm service, and a perfect start to the day!

Nice ambience with courteous staff. The spread was nice with dishes to spike your culinary buds. We went for Sunday brunch which was 1650 exclusive of tax. It was a good experience with family friendly vibes

Excellent service and food. Upashana and Rohisha, the restaurant staff took really good care of us, ensuring all our custom food requests were well taken care of. We wanted to have to food without onion and garlic and specially got them prepared.

The restaurant is within the Grand Palace Hotel in Yercaud. This hotel is one of the best, on top of the hill with the best views of mountains and valleys. The restaurant also gets similar views. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The quality and quantity both were good. Overall service was good, and staffs were very courteous. I've to cut one point because of the way their morning breakfast was arranged. There was no segregation among veg and non-veg counters, and people were using the same serving spoons for both the items.. This should've managed well.

Amazing restaurant with a fantastic view. People who work here are passionate about what they do. They accommodated our group’s each and every request and went extra mile to satisfy our palette. Food presentation was awesome. Ms. Sathya and her service team are very presentable, wear a smile and treats everyone equally. Great food and nice people. Our group enjoyed to the core. We went to this restaurant for dinner. The location is amazing, right on top of a hill, and the ambience is beautiful. But the food was disappointing for the price. We tried Mutton Biryani, Prawns 65, and Chicken Lollipop – none had much spice or flavor. It looked nice but tasted average. Overall, great place to sit, but not for the food.

A place good food and very beautiful views. It is a bit expensive and it is worth the visit. You can spend as much time as you want and watch the beautiful views.

It stayed here for 3N and 4D, stay was wonderful and all the staffs were very friendly and reachable always for any support. Food is bit costly but quality is very nice. Specially to mention - Sathya and Rimpy were easy access and always there for our needs. Overall it is very wonderful property and feel like closure to very mother nature. I wish them good health... Sri Saravanabhavan Elite Located on manjukottai road, hardly 150 meters from Lake. Parking space is available. Well-maintained, hygienic veg restaurant in Yercaud. Tried Dal Tadka, Paneer butter masala, and Idly - all amazing! Crunchy Gobi 65 and nice filter coffee. Affordable prices and friendly staff. 👌

It's the best hotel in all of Yercaud.. It is in a very reasonably priced. The oil quality is very good and healthy. Quick service. If you ever stay in Yercaud especially near the bus station place, this is the best restaurant. Great greenery as well near the restaurant. Limited parking.

It’s not a star hotel, but at the time of ordering, you’ll be shocked by the prices 😅. There’s no satisfactory service for the amount you pay. Definitely "NOT BUDGET FRIENDLY HOTEL" , even for normal food.

The quantity of the food is less , but the cost of the food is high and can be called (expensive). Rates are not worth the quantity, Maybe because it has only vegetarian restaurant in Yercaud.

Well maintained, hygienic veg restaurant if you want to try in Yercaud. Tried Dal Tadka, Paneer butter masala and Idly, all the food was amazing in taste and place was maintained very well.

We visited New Saravana Bhavan Elite Hotel recently. From the outside, the place looked impressive, and there was a decent crowd, so we initially thought it would be a good and authentic vegetarian restaurant. We ordered masala dosa, idly, special biryani, and also took a parcel. The idly was just okay, but the sambar was a big letdown — it tasted more like paruppu kulambu and seemed like it was prepared earlier in the day. It didn’t have the freshness or flavor expected, especially considering they charge ₹50 for just two idlies. At this price, even small street-side shops offer far better idly with tasty sambar. The masala dosa was average. The potato filling was okay, not very flavorful. Again, the sambar was below average, and the chutney was just fine. The special biryani was the most disappointing. Priced at ₹200, it was served in a small box with very limited quantity. The taste and quality didn’t match the price at all. Overall, our experience with family and friends was not satisfactory. Given the brand name and outer appearance, we expected much better in terms of taste, quantity, and quality. At this price point, we don’t recommend this place. We hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality and value for money.

Not recommended. Single tea costs 45 rupees. I never had this situation before inspite of having foods in other Saravana bhavan and A2B in various locations. Paid 90 rupees for 2 teas. Even the location is not a very costlier location

"I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which claims to be a high-class vegetarian establishment. Unfortunately, the hotel's maintenance and service did not live up to its name. The prices were steep, but what was more concerning was the quality of service. We were served tap water, which tasted salty, during dinner how kids will drink this water.? This was particularly disappointing for a hotel that charges premium prices. The quantity of food was also insufficient, and the taste was average. Our bill came out to be over ₹400+ for two people, which seemed excessive given the subpar experience. restroom also not well maintained. This is not an isolated incident, as I've faced similar issues with food quality at two other hotels in Salem. It seems that Salem has a long way to go in terms of providing a satisfactory dining experience."

Had south meals, chapati and subji. Meal was decent. Serice was little bit slow. I will recommend to have meals as it was very tasty. Kids enjoyed in open area and small park.

Food is good . But there is no neatness maintained. Especially rest room is worst than public toilet. Supervisor was very lethargic when I ask about it. If they don't have rest room hygiene then there is a big doubt in cooking hygiene as well.

The food was good. We tried singapore mushroom gravy it was really good considering how are it was ordered, so compliments to the chef.

Situated opposite side of the new bus stand. Was one of the regularly visited hotel many years when I was in Salem long ago. Visited during November 23. The hotel remains the same. Not much modifications. Quality and taste also remain the same. Cost is little high only. There is no car parking in the front.

A very good stop for good food, easily accessible from the highway. The prices are affordable and the quantity of food per serving is good. There is ample parking space and clean toilets. The service is quick but not hurried. There is AC and no-AC seating.

Please do concentrate on providing good quality food. I ordered veg kurma for night dinner and encountered serious Loose motion and vomit from 4 a.m onwards cancelled all the plans and returned home. We complaint about this incident to the receptionist. They simply reduce the amount for veg kurma.

One of the best stays in Yercaud. Food options in breakfast is very good, only drawback is that the restaurant gets crowded during lunch and dinner, else it is a peaceful place. Also, the public campfire is a wonderful option to end your day - no additional cost. DO NOT GO TO THEIR SPA - WASTE OF MONEY

First of all the expectation (basic cleanliness and amenities) kills. Don't get confused with their fancy names for their rooms while booking. No major difference except the size, all have the same issues. List of issues we faced: 1. cleanliness - Floor, bathroom and Tables. After our request only they cleaned and still not done completely. 2. Food - Waste of money. Lunch we ordered both veg and non- vegThe morning buffet was really not worth it and the tea was pathetic.

Rooms are good with very small Sq feet area. And 24hrs hot water available. There RESTAURANT not at all worth. Too late to take order and morning breakfast buffet is worst

Resort suitable for family, they provide 2L water bottles and also have free water outside the room. Room price are little high compared to other stays. They could have provided basic bathroom kits. Restaurant is available in the resort, it is very useful. Quality and taste are fine in the restaurant but price are high. Play area is very small and no activities in the resort. Suitable for just stay for nights.

Not worth the money – very disappointing stay I stayed at SS Silver Resort in Yercaud, The room had a bad smell from the moment I entered. TV was not working as they hadn’t recharged the subscription. They only provided a kettle — no coffee powder, tea bags, or even basic dips. The floor was sticky and clearly not cleaned properly. The room was not prepared before my check-in. The booking mentioned “Premium Room with Balcony” but the balcony was not attached to the room; it was accessible only from outside the door, which is misleading. The sofa in the room was in terrible condition with visible stains, making it unusable. The property looks totally different from the photos shown on Goibibo. When I asked about this difference, one staff member casually said, “That was updated 8 years ago, sir.” The only good thing was the separate water heater provided in the room. Overall, this property is not worth the price charged and fails to meet even basic hospitality standards.

The restaurant is located on the main highway. While going towards coimbatore, before the flyover, your have to take left to reach the restaurant. Food was tasty and offers all vegetarian varieties, staff helped to get medu plane dosa for my kid. However, they were not able to manage the crowd as they delivered the food late. Even bill was produced late as we could see some customers yelling. Parking is available but not ample. Clean washroom facilities available. Overall food was good and it is recommended. Would be great if they could manage the crowd by improving serving time. Recommended.

Parking problem, we have waited 45 mins for single dosa, no proper management! Worst behaviour ! No friendly nature totally worst experience! Not recommended for regular visit.

Good restaurant on the highway, quality taste and quick service. Cleanliness is average and could be maintained better. Staff members are super humble and helpful. Car parking is easily available right outside along with a bunch of other shops. Washrooms are clean and hand wash available inside. The meals are one of the best items, along with the regular Pongal, dose, etc. Prices are average and reasonable.

Amazing dinner in vegetarian options. The chapati and curry left us satisfied. Masala dosa and idli as usual remain their best. Lot of sweet delicacies in the dessert section. Staff is good. Plenty of parking. Attached to this A2B is the Palm residency.

had a wonderful breakfast experience at A2B. The masala dosa I ordered was absolutely superb – crispy, flavorful, and served hot with delicious chutneys and sambar that complemented it perfectly. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. Santhoshi, who attended to me, was warm, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a delightful start to the day, and I would definitely recommend A2B for a satisfying South Indian breakfast.

Excellent restaurant with good vegetarian options. This has become our go-to breakfast stop whenever we're traveling from Bangalore through Salem. It's conveniently located right after the Salem diversion on the Coimbatore/Cochin highway. The service is courteous and the washrooms are reasonably clean. There's plenty of parking available, which is always appreciated. Added bonus - there's a Bharat Petroleum station nearby for fuel, and a Polar Bear ice cream shop that the kids absolutely love.

While travelling on this highway stopped for dinner. They have good varieties of dishes. Mainly they have special dishes made out of millets. Ordered kavuni arisi(Black rice) idiyappam and coconut milk, podi idly, poori and other items. The taste was too good. They serve 3 varieties of chutney for all dishes. Service was good. Price is exorbitant for the quantity they serve. They have good car parking space and rest rooms. Overall a good place to have dinner.

Had ghee roast from Aasai Dosa Saravana Bhavan, Salem. The taste was fine, though the flavour of ghee was quite mild. The place has clean and safe washrooms, which is helpful for travellers on the Madurai–Bengaluru highway. Service was fast, though we had to wait a bit for a seat. Parking is available for around 10–12 cars, not sure if there’s additional space elsewhere. However, the restaurant is definitely overpriced — ₹180 for a ghee roast is about ₹30–40 higher than the standard rate, as similar dosas are available for around ₹120 in other restaurants.

Well, it is a crowded eatery on the highway. It must be crowded for a reason. Yes, the food is great. especially the dosas and the other southern tiffin fare. We had pongal, idli, coffee, poori and dosas. The pooris were so light that we had to order even though we had no intentions after seeing it being served to others

I visited Sri Saravana Bhavan’s recently. The food quality was disappointing and did not meet expectations (1 star). However, the staff were polite and provided fairly good service (3 stars). Overall, the experience was not satisfying considering the reputation of the restaurant.

Very very average Saravana bhavan restaurant against their popular name and my good experience so far. Found too costly for the quality compared to the other restaurants in Salem. Atmosphere is good and positive

Taste of coffee was good. Taste meals must average only it must improve. Customer handling was good. Dosa and idly was good. But sambar taste is average only please improve it. Coconut chutney was good. Methu vada taste was awesome.

A huge restaurant come party hall that can be used for special occasions like birthday party, engagement ceremonies. This place looks like an old wedding hall used as a Hotel. Hotel is located in a very narrow road. They have a dedicated 2 and 4 wheeler parking a little away from Hotel. We went here for late lunch at 4:30pm and was surprised that they did not allow us to sit in a/c hall as it was only meant for meals, what nonsense. The servers force you to take a seat and share the table with strangers, what nonsense again. Trying to accommodate as many customers and just get a bill rolling. I will never go to this place again. The food was also ok types and not exceptional, we tried their parota, chapati, paniyaram, podi dosa, noodles, Gobi Manchurian. The only item that was good was their paneer noodles. Others were average, Gobi Manchurian was not good at all. They did noy have bonda bajji at 5:30pm and that too in Salem. A huge let down.

Lakshmi Prakash Restaurant, Such most fulfilling lunch meal priced just ₹95 … They gave sumptuous quantity of Paruppu with repeated ghee servings … Honestly their koottu , poriyal & fry was so genuine … Apart from Appalam they offered good quality pattanam Bonda .. Rice was of good quantity and quality .. Curd was of genuine quality … With just paruppu sadham, Nei , wonderful koottu poriyal we can complete the lunch .. Sambhar , Puzhi kulambu , Rasam were good .. but may not be the best … The crowd was extreme … people were standing by our table to get the seat .. That gave us an embarrassing situation .. Rest all were fine .. Best appreciated place

This was not a best place to have a lunch or breakfast.I ordered a plain dosa ,vada and coffee.The plain dosa was small size and it is 47 rupees not good.Then vada was not good to eat it is 14 rupees.Coffee was the only at average taste.I will not recommend this restaurant to eat .And they didn't allow to ac hall for the dine in.

I visited Lakshmi Prakash, Salem today and was completely disappointed with the restroom and sanitation facilities. The toilets were very dirty, smelled extremely bad, and were totally unhygienic. There is a large crowd of more than 100 people at any given time, yet there are only two unisex toilets, which is completely unacceptable for a place of this scale. There is no proper sanitation or cleanliness maintenance. The management should be seriously condemned for such poor facilities and should take immediate steps to improve hygiene and provide separate, clean restrooms for men and women

I’ve been dining at Lakshmi Prakash since my childhood, and honestly, it has always been one of my all-time favourite restaurants. For years, it was our go-to lunch spot whenever we travelled from Attur to Salem — a tradition, a comfort stop, and a place we truly trusted for quality food and a satisfying meal. However, my recent visit on Friday was deeply disappointing. The meal served lacked the taste, freshness, and quality I’ve always associated with this place. Nothing on the plate felt right — from the flavor to the overall experience, it was unfortunately the worst meal I've ever had here. It pains me to say this, especially about a restaurant that holds so many good memories for me, but after this recent experience, I’m genuinely hesitant to visit again. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and brings back the high standards that once made this restaurant a favourite for so many travelers and locals alike.

A pretty decent restaurant for vegetarians. The food taste is quite better than the nearby restaurants. Quantity is good enough for what is being paid for. Wide variety of selections available from food to snacks to drinks. The ambiance has deteriorated very badly, and now it looks quite dirty, to be honest. The shop is easy to access from the road side. Only 2 wheeler parking is there. That too in front of hotel.

Waste, order mushroom briyani and it's not even mushroom briyani color rice and fried onion and a water curd onion. The funny this is it's cost 120rs, waste of my money.

Mini meals which I had in this hotel was served chill like as if it was cooked in the previous day. The food was not fresh, tasteless, low quality. Sweet pongal served along with this package was worst to taste. Felt totally disappointed.

This is the in-house restaurant of Sterling resort. We only had the complimentary buffet breakfast from here. It was one of the best breakfasts we had with a wide spread of items including both veg & non veg items. The service was good & staffs were welcoming. They have good but little congested seating space. The place will be crowded on the peak breakfast & dinner time on weekends & holidays. As for any Sterling restaurant, the menu is way too expensive. Will share the menu photos for reference.

Order items that are recommended by the team. Food while is priced on the higher side, if ordered a right item, it tastes good. Highlight is the staff. God, they are so good, humble, well behaved, always ready with a smile!

You'll find happy faces, serving really good food. During our stay at sterling, we enjoyed all the meals at Zing and every dish was delicious. The team also did tremendous job in making out daughter's birthday celebration special.

Food is heavily priced but quality is worst. They repurpose french fries if you order honey chilli potato.Takes 4-5 attempts to get the order right just to forget some of the items later on. You can order anything but they will serve whatever they want. Wouldn’t recommend coming here to dine from outside.

Let me be honest.... I stayed in the sterling resort for a night after a two-night stay @ Great trails (GRT). Had lunch, dinner & breakfast here. We ordered chicken biriyani for lunch. To be honest, this is the worst biriyani I've ever had anywhere in my life! They've mixed some chicken gravy with cooked steamed basmati rice, and they call it biriyani! The service and the staffs are all excellent but the alacarte (at least the chicken foods) are truly a misery.

Present inside the Grand Estancia hotel, seasons is an all day dining restaurant which serves alcohol as well. All the dishes we ordered tasted good. Lamb chops, chicken wings, roti and butter chicken and chicken biryani. They all tasted really good. We also ordered a lamb pizza which tasted okay. Do visit this restaurant if you are nearby. They also have a buffet option, but do call them before as it might be only on the weekends.

Food was decent, they prepared some extra items for me upon request. Ms Sivagami provided good service, very attentive and polite.

We went twice here, tried Japanese and Vietnamese 🥘 🍱 food… outstanding presentation by the chef. And we met the chef, they spoke well and delivered the best. I have uploaded the pics as well. And buffet also available here. Worth for the money and high end service.

Food taste is very gud, not worth for the money because we went for christmas celebration dinner buffet, cost is rs.1299+tax but variety is very less.they send dinner buffet menu through whats app, vaan kozhi briyani and mutton briyani mentioned in the menu, but there is only one briyani available. I went to radisson blue many times, there is more variety. Nice hospitality by rose mam, she was very friendly and took care my child very well.

A very beautiful shop for good coffee from Yercaud ghat section. Ms Nandini suggested appropriately. We took a filter coffee and it was too good. Note: washrooms are also maintained well and hygienic. A complimentary cookie could’ve be included with coffee.

Coffee was above-average! Desserts were too good! And the food was delicious, especially the Peri Peri fries, Cheese Maggi, and Schezwan Noodles! The ambience and service were excellent, and thanks to the official Mr. Sekar for making us feel at home! Perfect spot to chill at the foothills of Yercaud!

I've been here twice now. Once after the COVID and this year. I see that there's a leap of change. From being a service oriented cafe, now it's just another business for the employees. The tables weren't clean, the guy who takes the order is only interested in upselling, a simple tea/ coffee takes ever. The food was good at some and some of them aren't that great. Btw, who gives Ketchup for Bajji?

We stopped for a quick bite n coffee. Hari was serving us with so much of hospitality. Coffee was great and garlic podi idli was top notch.

I went to Shivaraj Inn for a get together. The event was at the small party room. It was very nice and the staff were very courteous and polite. Service was great. The room setup was very well done. The overall hotel ambience is great. We had the dinner buffet and were a bit disappointed. I am vegetarian and the choices were very limited and most of the items were not available and not refilled in a timely manner. The desert options were very good and tasted great.

The restaurant located inside Sivaraj inn! It is located on Mainroad. Has both 2 & 4 wheeler parking! Food is good and tasty. Quality of food is too good and so priced little high! Lovely ambienece! They took max 20 mins to serve a dish.

We visited this place after reading some reviews. The place is quite cosy. The menu is pretty elaborate. We ordered for a pizza margherita, a Mexican veg sandwich, along with some drinks (non alcoholic). The food was tasty. The service can be slow at times. We had to ask for water a few times before they got it. Considering it was a Saturday night and the place was kinda busy, it would have hampered the service. Overall a good experience, nothing extraordinary though.

Based on my friend suggestion I have been here. It’s exactly opposite to sky park. First start with parking no enough parking. Restaurant @ rooftop only lift. Food is good we have tried garlic bread, chicken pizza thin crust, chicken noodles all good both quality & quantity wise. ambience is nice. Only thing service is bad we need to ask for everything. He will take the order & vanished we need to ask for everything start with water, ketchup, issue, chilli flakes… even bill we need he is not nearby. Be prepared.overall I will recommend becoz of food & ambience 4.

This restaurant is a must visit in Yercaud if you like Italian food. Food is awesome here. So is the service and atmosphere. But it is little costly. Most of the stuff are from Darjeeling or North East and they are super nice. Really liked it here.

A great place for some amazing food. This place has definitely cool vibes and overlooking some lush greenery. As a vegetarian I tried soups, pasta and schezwan rice was excellent.

Had gone for lunch with family over a public holiday (Independence day). My visit to Shevaroys Signature Restaurant was, unfortunately, an overrated experience. While it presents itself as a star hotel, there were several missteps, especially considering it was a public holiday weekend. The food was a mixed bag. The Chicken Tandoori was good, but the Butter Naan and Roti were just okay. The Tawa Fish Fry was disappointing, and the Chicken Biryani was a disaster—overloaded with spices and not enjoyable. The Sweet Corn Soup was also average. Beyond the food, the overall management was lacking. Parking was difficult to find, and the security guards seemed to be struggling to manage the crowd. It felt like the hotel management didn't take adequate measures to prepare for the business event and holiday weekend, which is surprising for an establishment of this kind. Overall, I was left with the impression that this restaurant is not worth the hype. While a few items were decent, the overall quality and the poor management of the crowd and parking made for a frustrating experience.

Limited menu for veg lovers, but the taste and quality is really good. This restaurant is open for outsiders as well.

The ambience is a plus here, very attractive and serene for the given climate and weather ☁️🌡️ here. I liked dining here 🙂👍. I went for my morning complimentary breakfast here. Both staffs Ms.Nithya and Ms.Neethu were courteous and helpful when something was requested by us. Buffet spread had pongal, idly, vadai, dosai, poori, chutneys, sambhar, kesari, eggs 🥚, bread toast, coffee ☕ tea. But for the given price of the cost for a room in the resort, the breakfast is sure not a lavish one. Food tasted good and would love to visit again if I get a chance. When going for dine in during lunch, the price to quantity served is not again justifiable. Whatever you order will be sufficient only for one person. Undoubtedly the price tag on the menu is pretty high and limited.

- Cold food served after 30 minutes waiting time. Cold breads, cold curries, cold gobi 65. Instead of Gobi 65, they served Gobi Pakoda. - Very less portion of food paneer butter masala. - They got 3 garlic naan, 1 every 5 minutes when we ordered only 1 naan. - Spilled a plate of papad on us. - Brought fresh lime soda after the whole meal ended. We thought they forgot by this point. - Said there's no roti, naan or any breads, at 3 pm. Then checked with kitchen and said it can be made. - Kept bringing non veg dishes to the veg side of the table. Despite repeated reminders. - We ordered 4 brownies with icecream. We waited 20 minutes. When we asked again, they said they didn't take the order. Then when paying bill, 4 sizzling brownies was present in the order. This restaurant was a 2/5 experience. People serving at restaurant were confused. Didn't bring spoon, bowls. When we asked for bowls, the server said it's difficult and nodding no. He then checked and brought bowls.

Visited the place during a busy event day. The service and atmosphere were pleasant, and the staff handled the table well despite delays. However, the food was a major letdown. Both the fried rice and schezwan fried rice were bland, lacking salt and any real flavour. Most of the sides were unavailable, which was disappointing, though the few that were available tasted decent. The dessert was good, nothing memorable. Overall, good vibes but the food really needs improvement.

Everything we ordered was top-notch, and Ms. Madhu’s warm and professional service made it even better.

A pretty average branch from Sri Muruga Bhavan hotels. The quality of the food and the taste at this particular branch was awful. hope they will maintain that standard here with other branches. In addition the atmosphere is not quite large and the place is kept very poor. Skip if possible.

All tiffin items available, taste wise just ok still a lot of scope is there for improvement. The sambar quality can be improved further because this is the heart of the food. You will get all usual dosa veraity here and chappati is good one. I never tried parotta here but most of the people do order. They do have a sweet and namkeen section but i never tasted those, if required you can checkout. Overall Satisfied experience but still a lot more to be improved. Today I had breakfast here, The masala dosa was good I loved coconut chatni, Pongal was ok ok quantity less. Medu Vada was good and crispy but too much black pepper. Poori was tasty my daughter enjoyed it. All the variety of dosas are good. The place was spacious and less crowded.

This restaurant is the best restaurant in Salem!! Food was delicious, the staff was cordial . Overall wonderful experience!

Good taste, quick serve, comfort and it is located in prime location. I had paper dosa - 60₹. Sambar taste is good. Worth it. I will try again
