This is the amazing all around. The food was incredible. There were 7 of us and we all tried everyone’s choices and they were all fantastic. The coconut passion fruit waffle was the crowd favorite and the zucchini bread was the best we’ve ever had. The service was fantastic-our server was so friendly. And the atmosphere is so charming and beautiful. We’re going back again during our trip - highly recommend!

After a great day tasting wine around Sonoma, we stopped at Sunflower Caffé for a late lunch. The smell of freshly roasted coffee filled the air as we found a cozy spot in the garden patio. Fresh pumpkin bread with coffee butter and sandwiches… simple, delicious, and exactly what we needed to end the day on a perfect note. So if you ever find yourself in wine country nearby and looking for a good place to stop definitely check it out

Cute cafe in Sonoma’s main square! We got their pumpkin spice latte and their biscuit egg and cheese sandwich with their homemade hot sauce which was delicious. Great spot for a morning pick me up!

What an amazing atmosphere. We had a sit outside at the backyard and we had an amazing brunch. Avocado toast was delicious. Highly recommend this place if you want some good breakfast or brunch in Sonoma.

This is such a cute Caffe with a beautiful patio. A gorgeous fountain and beautiful plants and of course floating Sunflowers. I have tried several items and all were delicious. The hot chocolate is like no other, super delicious as well as the specialty coffees. The staff is super friendly and welcomes you like family. can't wait until I can come to Sonoma again to enjoy this treasure. It gives me 1 am on vacation vibes. See you soon sunflower caffe. This restaurant is pretty popular in the area. Great for breakfast & brunch. Great foods, drinks, & services. Only 1 negative to say about the restaurant, not enough restrooms for the restaurant capacity.

Everything about this restaurant is above and beyond. The service is excellent and you can tell the food is cooked with passion. Not one meal lacked in taste. Even the fries are delicious!

So close to a 5 star… service was lacking a bit and the Chicken was dry. The Mushroom Risotto with prawns, amazing!! Great wine, beer and liquor selections. Oysters were legit and great atmosphere. Open kitchen concept is always great to watch. Y’all should check this place out.

My wife booked this and my only question was, what is Californian restaurant mean? Well the answer to that question was answered by the food, it doesn’t matter. We were seated promptly and even greated with a nice little card to start off as it was our anniversary. We started off with some prosecco and got starters you have to get the burrata with that huckleberry marmalade and hit of garlic cloves. Still dreaming about it. We had that with their mixed green salad that was set off by the wonderful hit of goat cheese. For main course my wife had what had to be the best scallops we ever cream sauce. I went in on the paella that came with shrimp, calamari, mussels and chorizo and the rice that was all perfectly seasoned and portioned. To top it all we finished off with a crème brûlée and the entire course with a fabulous County Lin Pinot noir. Man all the food came out on time in order and to please. The staff just as equally great and pleasant as the food. Mario was our waiter and the star of the night, even pairing perfectly our desert to the wine we were drinking.

Great spot for lunch! A little indulgence and a lot of great food. We started with an item not even on the menu - some fried paella balls. We overheard a local order them and had the great fortune to also get a couple. Secret menu!! Oyster starter was great. Perfect salinity. Tender with all of the right accompaniments. The shrimp ravioli were brilliant. Large, plump shrimp in a decadent sauce. Short rib was fall apart perfect. The salsa verde was a bright surprise that added an additional level to the dish. Service matches the food. Spot on. 100% would go back.

Had lunch here recently and had a great experience! All the dishes were wonderful. Ordered a toasted squash with tofu and lentil dish that was fantastic!!(peppers on the side please). Had a salad, that I split with my partner and they kindly divided it up between us. Also had the shrimp tacos that were also really good. The drinks from the bar were very good too. They have some nice patio dining but we didn’t have reservations so sat inside. I will definitely be back. It also has a nice interior.

Beautiful outdoor patio and cozy indoor space. The food is always excellent! Luncheon tostada is my favorite. Others really enjoy the short rib bowl and salmon. Will keep returning!

This place was recommended to me, and now I highly recommend it as well! The mushroom salad was good with the earthy taste of the mushrooms shining through. The standout dish was undoubtedly the seafood paella – hands down the best I've had outside of Spain! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the rice was infused with a rich, savory flavor that left me wanting more. Just had to dessert. The chocolate tart was delicious – decadent, rich, and perfectly balanced with some pecan nuts, and caramelized citrus fruit on top. Not too sweet, just pure chocolate bliss! The service was top-notch, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our server made excellent recommendations

Excellent on-site restaurant! As Carneros guests, this was a perfect option for the convenience & taste. We ordered the Kobe Beef Burger & Halibut. Well-executed medium rare cook on the burger. Also loved the cook & seasoning on the Halibut. Had a nice crisp on the outside, yet wasn’t dry. Fast & attentive service!

Had an excellent breakfast here. It was busy but they got us seated and served promptly. The food was delicious! Had a corned beef eggs beni🥰 salmon was good. Worth the trip to eat here. You won't be disappointed 🥰🤘

Boon Fly Café has such a great vibe. Cozy, modern farmhouse feel with friendly service and delicious food. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared, from the signature donuts to the brunch dishes. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The only downside was the long wait time even with a reservation, it took quite a while to be seated. That said, once we sat down, the food and overall experience made up for it. Definitely worth visiting if you’re not in a rush!

Wonderful food and service! Steak was tender and juicy, and my Kobe beef burger was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming too!

Loved it! Having trouble thinking of a better breakfast. I've had corned beef hash all over the place and my favorite was in NewYork city but I think this one blew them all away. We'll have to come back before we leave. The green eggs and ham was good but a little too much green sauce. My side of bacon was good too. The poached eggs were perfect on both meals too, nice runny yolks.

One of the best brekfast I've had. We had green eggs and egg Benedict. Both of them were great. The green eggs are a bit sour and tasted delicious. We also had fresh and hot donuts. Mocha coffee and pineapple juice made the whole experience worthy. It's a bit crowded, and we had to wait half an hour.

This place is a hidden gem! The omelet, bread, hash brown was simply delicious. We got there super early without any booking. We were able to bring our dog and sit outside.

Wild Flour Bread is an absolute gem. I had one of the tastiest scones I’ve ever tried—perfectly baked, just the right amount of sweetness, and full of flavor. The whole place has a warm, cozy vibe that makes you want to linger. The garden outside is beautiful and peaceful, a perfect spot to enjoy your pastry and coffee. It’s clear they put care into both their food and the space. Whether you’re stopping through or making it a destination, it’s well worth the trip.

5-star bread and 3-star for scones. Came on sat morning. Scone is each $6 and I ordered every single flavor & they aren’t all consistently soft & in terms of size too (some is smaller than palm of my hand). The meyer lemon berries are rock hard, dense & just not good and especially for $6 - ouchh!! The pear was amazing, not too sweet, soft & fluffy. The sweet sticky bread is a huge disappointment, they are dense, hard & crumb is not good at all. On the other hand, fougasse & loaves are amazing and will definitely come back again for more. Cheese gouda flat bread was great too! The bread was still warm and really enjoyable. Spent 100+ here and overall really really disappointed with the scones..

This is a walk up bakery. There is no inside seating! There is some seating outside. There is covered waiting for the line. The garden is very beautiful and full. The bread is very good and the sticky buns are the best! Highly recommend!

a great stopover if in the area — wild flour bread serves a variety of pastries, loaves, and other baked goods. be prepared to wait 30+ min in line and eat your food in the lovely garden out back. garlic rosemary loaf: highlight and must try! so fragrant and flavorful strawberry rhubarb scone: packed with flavor and tasty, not a huge scone lover though blueberry lemon scone: decent, not as good as the strawberry and overall not a big scone fan fig sticky bun: a little underwhelming. the sticky sauce provided the only flavor and bun itself was bland cheese bread: ok, skippable

Been coming here for a few years. The bread is amazing and the scones are perfect. Love this place. The secret garden as you buy bread and coffee go into their garden, sit on a bench and enjoy it. Just fantastic.

A Sonoma County must-visit! Some of the best artisan breads you can find, with fresh and inventive flavor combinations. Grab a fougasse and a goat flat (at least) and enjoy them in the garden or on your drive through west county to the coast.

Lovely outdoor area for lunchtime dining. Food was fantastic. Get the brick chicken! You will NOT be disappointed. It was so tender and well flavored with beautiful, fresh vegetables. My husband said his flank steak was just OK and he had major food envy of my chicken dish. Mexican street corn appetizer was a delight as well!

Phenomenal meal for lunch. We arrived late from a wine tasting and had a limited time before our next tasting. Bri was our server and she ensured our food came out quickly and we had plenty of time to eat. The sole dish with cardamom carrot purée was outstanding. The amount of fresh vegetables on the plate with bright, beautiful flavors throughout was incredible. My husband loved his crab roll and the Bay Area cheese plate was equally wonderful. Wish we came for dinner because I’m sure it’s excellent. But glad we made a visit. If I could give out Michelin stars, this would get mine.

My husband and I are total foodies and appreciate quality, flavorful dishes and this place is an easy 10/10. We’ve now dined here twice while passing through, and this time we actually made the drive just to eat here. We’ve eaten at plenty of Michelin-star restaurants, but this spot holds its own, the quality, depth of flavor, and richness are on another level. You don’t leave disappointed, you leave full, happy, and wishing you had room for more because everything is just that finger-licking good. I think my husband said, “This is so good,” at least ten times! We will definitely be regulars. We live in Sacramento but heard we need to go for tacos and fried chicken during the weekday! Sometimes I want to pinch myself with all the wonderful food experiences we have and this one did not disappoint! My partner seems to find the BEST places! The ambiance is casual and fun, with flowers and vining decor. We shared the deviled eggs, beet salad, meatballs, macaroni and cheese and chicken dinner amongst four of us, with plenty left over. The service was top notch making the over all experience great!

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch was honestly the best food we’ve ever had. Everything was so fresh, full of flavor, and totally unique. You can really taste the quality and farm-to-table difference. We ordered the ham sandwiches and shishito peppers to start, then had the chicken entrée and pork chop for dinner. Every bite was incredible, and the chocolate silk pie for dessert was the perfect ending. We were bragging about this place to people on our wine tour the next day. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Napa!

To say this was the best meal of our trip would be an understatement. We stopped here for lunch on a rainy day and we’re so happy we did. We ordered specials - shoshito peppers and a 7oz steak - as well as a pulled pork sandwich. The pulled pork sandwich was one of the best we’ve ever had, and the steak and peppers were both cooked perfectly. Add in the setting of a beautiful refurbished barn and you’re in for a treat. Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch is a very popular spot in St. Helena, known for its farm-to-table menu with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Reservations: Highly recommended. We arrived early but weren’t seated until our exact reservation time. Parking: There is a decent-sized lot, but it fills up quickly, so allow extra time to find a spot. Atmosphere: Casual and lively, with the option to sit outdoors. There’s also a garden on site where they grow their own produce. Food: The grass-fed beef tartare was fresh and delicious, especially with the sourdough bread. The steak frites was good overall, though a bit overcooked. Overall, a solid dining experience and worth visiting if you’re in Napa Valley.

I just found out this Cafe has been Sold! It's no longer Owned by the Original Family. I was very Disappointed that My Order of Clam Chowder To Go Cup was Cold! The Presentation was very good. It did come with Delicious Sour Dough Toast. My only "Disappointment" was the Clam Chowder was "Not Hot!" Perhaps more Training on how long to "Reheat Soup." I wanted to Walk over to the lovely Park and Eat. I decided to Sit Inside. Next time I will Order the Wonderful Baked Goods! 👍

I’m local and we often get bread there. Which is all right. But then we ordered something different, to go: ham and cheese quiche that comes with a portion of fruits. First it took forever for then to give us the order, there was no one in front of us, and then what they do? Pack the quiche and the fruits in the same box, when I opened later, it was disgusting. All the juice from the fruits destroyed the rest. Very unpleasant, very unhappy.

I wanted to like this place, but the food was just underwhelming and bland. The lemon blueberry scone was very dry and had very little flavor. My ham quiche had almost no ham in it, mostly onion, and was a bit rubbery and lacking flavor. The crust was tough on the bottom and the crimped edges were hard as a rock. The steel cut oats were just okay. My group also ordered scrambled eggs and they tasted like hotel, industrial eggs. Most likely poured from a carton. The atmosphere inside is pretty nice, but very echoey and loud. There are tables inside, as well as outside on the sidewalk. The two employees inside were not unfriendly, but they did not make us feel welcome when we entered the cafe. This is counter service only. Overall a disappointing food experience.

What a gem!! I took my mother out for lunch and we came across this boulangerie. I had the avocado/egg/tomato toast($9.00) and it was so fresh and delicious. Mama had the prosciutto & Brie with pear, ($12.00) warmed awww amazing. The price and service are incredible. If you around visiting Sonoma I highly recommend you to enjoy a meal at this place.

Went in for the first time today and was very disappointed. I ordered the veggie quiche and a blueberry scone. The quiche dough was not cooked all the way through so it was rubbery not flaky, the filling was crumbly, not creamy and was rather bland. The scone was dry and did not taste freshly made. My friend’s latte came out warm, not hot. And my total for just the quiche and scone was $19, which was shocking, but even more so after I tasted the poor quality. When I went to show the server the raw dough, I also pointed out to them there was a fly in their Pastry case. They did not offer anything, no exchange, no apology, not in a rude way, but I think the server did not know what to say. It also does not make any sense why they claim to be “Basque,” as that is not culturally reflected in the menu to my knowledge.

My friend Frank brought me some french bread from this place, it was what real yummy sour dough bread should taste like! Not like the generic bread they sell at the grocery store. I am going to see what other yummy bread they have and go pick some up myself. I highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. My friends and I were excited to all get cheese sticks from Basque and while we were walking up to the door, one of the workers from the inside practically runs to the door. We all thought she was being sweet and opening the door for us, but that was not the case. She very aggressively pushes the door out of my friends hand and flips the ‘open’ sign over to ‘closed’. She then shuts the door in our faces and walked away. Not to mention there were several people enjoying meals outside and inside. Even though the restaurant was closing, there was a much nicer way to handle this just by simply saying “sorry we are closed”. Other customers also noticed this interaction and they also commented on how rude it was.

A star on the Petaluma BLVD this cafe which is larger than. It seems is larger than life!!! it truly breathtaking atmosphere is celebrating Sonoma County to its fullest!! I walked in and got a single seat immediately at the bar. I ordered the Tuna Piadina - A Classic Tuna Melt on Pan Fried Pizza Dough, Cheddar Cheese, Peperoncino, Arugula, Citronette Dressing. Wonderful wonderful wonderful robustly flavored sandwich. A little too salty but not much. I also got a Bloody Mary what came with a prawn and was very well balanced! All in all I highly recommend this establishment.

Della Fattoria Café in Petaluma is an absolute gem! I stopped by on Monday with my daughter and we were instantly greeted the staff and the atmosphere is super friendly. We ordered an iced coffee and shared a strawberry cream puff pastry—both were amazing. The pastry was flaky, fresh, and just the right amount of sweet, and the coffee was perfection. A perfect little treat in downtown Petaluma. Can’t wait to go back!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning in the summer as a family of five. The area was lively and bustling. We were seated in the side room and taken care of by Grace (who deserves a shout out for being patient with us as well as kind to our grumpy toddler, enriching the overall experience). We ordered an array of dishes: from the Della Bunwich, the Della Scramble, the standard Egg Breakfast, and the toast topped with smoked salmon. We also accompanied our meals with honey lavender lattes, a golden tumeric latte as well as a rooibos tea. All the flavors were great and just what we needed to kick off the day. The bread tasted fresh and the sausage and eggs were well seasoned and mixed well with each other. I should say that the golden tumeric latte was a very unique flavor, an earthy, healthy tasting drink that might not be for everyone but complemented the food really well. The toddler also picked up a chocolate croissant that she devoured, so likely very good as well!

Just breakfast? Nope! Much better. A fantastic menu. Atmosphere that is wonderful. Lots of guests and it wasn't loud. We were able to have a normal conversation. Our server was the best. She added to our experience. Joyful and fun. But wait, there's more. Our plates were full and the quality was impressive. Flavors were dreamy. It was a little expensive. Still, you can't have a high standard for free. Our visit was worth it. And, we will certainly be back.

Very unique experience at Della Fattoria. My husband said “I don’t like it, I do want to share a table” but I told him, they are still getting 5 stars from me!! :) we both liked our meal and our server was very personable. I didn’t catch his name. I would definitely eat here again!

Worked in LA and have had a lot of creole food and this is one of the best creole I have had on the West Coast. The cold smoked salmon Benedict was excellent. The blackened shrimp and grits was authentic as were the eggs Sandy. Definitely my go to NOLA brunch in the North Bay.

We went to have a birthday lunch and had a bunch of different items from the menu. The fried pickles were amazing. The server was super helpful and checked in with us throughout our lunch. I would highly recommend this place.

Went here this afternoon on a sister date and it was absolutely delicious! The gulf shimp voodoo style blew my taste buds mind! Always do voodoo style! The service was super friendly! Definitely will be going back!

One of our favorite places to get breakfast. Baignets are crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, always made fresh. All their breakfast dishes are delicious - I love their benedicts. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere.

Had breakfast on the patio. Breakfast Po’Boy was perfect. Beignets were light and fluffy and I dipped them in my coffee. OJ is not fresh squeezed so don’t bother with that.

It smelled delicious, the atmosphere is cute, but I can't rate the food. Do not go here as a party of one! I was told that the only table I could have was outside. It was raining and 55°, so that was kind of a slap in the face. In the counter area there were three 2-person tables pushed together (empty), and they were unwilling to pull one table off so I could be seated. There was no waiting line. I happen to be a restaurant owner myself, and I do not understand this. Maybe there was a reservation, but then explain that to me. Don't tell me to go sit out in the rain. I guess I will go spend my money elsewhere. Update: It sounds like your hostess gave you an untrue version of what happened. It was never explained to me that there was a reservation for that table, and since it was my first time there on a friend's recommendation, I had no idea that you even took reservations. Since I didn't know this and since there was no waiting line, I found it funny that they didn't offer to pull them apart. All the hostess told me was that I had the option to "sit outside where there is no heater" ( it was never explained that it was covered), or.... then she shrugged her shoulders at me like my only other option was to leave. I was not told if there was a wait list or not, nor was I given it an approximate wait time for being seated at the counter. Without any of those things explained to me, it resulted in the review above. Take the review for what it is . . . an opportunity to check in with your hostess. I'm guessing she's embarrassed that she got called out, so she's giving you a version of events that makes herself look better.

If you're planning to order to go: Baker and Cook is a cute, cozy café with delicious pastries and great breakfast options. We live just around the corner and have walked over several times--it definitely deserves five stars for the vibe alone. However, I'm giving it three stars because of a recent to go experience with their salmon bagel sandwich. I ordered it to-go and instead of receiving a sandwich, I got a deconstructed version: salmon, bagel, tomatoes, cream cheese, capers, and onions all packed separately in a box. I had to assemble it myself, which, if I'd wanted to build my own bagel, I would have just gone to the store and done that! What was even more confusing is that my wife's croissant sandwich came perfectly assembled and looked beautiful. So why did I have to play chef with mine? I hope this review helps the staff understand that we go to restaurants to get ready-to-eat meals. We tip to receive ready-to-eat meals. It would be nice to at least be notified in advance if a sandwich or dish is deconstructed for a reason. I'd love to return, and if things improve, I'm willing to change my review after another visit.

A must eat in Sonoma! The smaller storefront hides a nice patio in the back garden. The staff there are unbelievably kind and attentive. Our pastries and breakfast meals were wonderful! My husband ordered the breakfast burrito which was very substantial and I ordered the avocado toast which was super fresh! Will definitely be back again when visiting Sonoma!

Love this cute little bakery in Sonoma. Everything I’ve tried so far has been great. I’m a big fan of their dirty chai! The ham & cheese croissant is one of the best I’ve had in the area! I also really enjoy their breakfast bagels when I have time to sit down. The roasted turkey & bacon bagel was an absolute treat! The outdoor dining area is super cute and lovely on a nice day.

Positively delightful. The two gentlemen behind the counter were sweet, kind, and quick with a joke or humor. The galettes they have in stock are excellent, sourcing local ingredients. The avo toast is no different; changing from season to season. We got ours with the perfect seasoning and tons of tomatoes sourced right from the vine outside. It was incredible. We arrived and left with smiles on our faces, which perfectly sums our visit. Recommended; especially as a quick food stop between wine tastings.

Solbar is a beautiful spot tucked into Napa Valley perfect for a relaxing, elevated lunch in between wine tastings. The setting is calm and peaceful, which we really appreciated. You could actually hear each other talk which is rare and refreshing these days. I popped in with two girlfriends for a late lunch, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our server was warm, attentive, and helpful with the menu. We ordered a variety of dishes to share: the lettuce wraps were fresh and flavorful, the sourdough rolls with spinach dip hit the spot, and the fish tacos were light and delicious. We also shared drinks and the “Lite Lunch,” which was a fun way to sample a few things. The only miss unfortunately a big one were the Solbar Nuggets. They came out overly greasy and just weren’t edible. None of us could get through them, and that was disappointing, especially at this price point. What left an even worse taste in our mouths (no pun intended) was that our server acknowledged the issue and wanted to comp them, but management refused. For a nearly $200 lunch, that lack of flexibility felt out of step with the rest of the experience. Great service, beautiful setting, mostly solid food but that one moment really stuck us.

The wait staff is lovely. Very attentive. The food however was underwhelming. This restaurant is supposedly Michelin rated. To be fair, my expectations were high. I started with a cocktail. The flavor profile was strange. It was gin based with thyme and an apricot jam. It was not my favorite. We started with 3 shared appetizers . The shrimp appetizer was shrimp on a bed of butter lettuce with asian inspired glass noodles/vermicelli. This was delicious. There was an additional house salad with a house made buttermilk ranch dressing. The dressing lacked flavor. It was bland. The third appetizer was burrata with sliced and diced heirloom tomatoes and pesto. Again, just underwhelming. The tomatoes were delicious, but the dish was not very inventive. For our entree we were given a choice between fried fish tacos, a "wagyu beef" Reuben and a caeser salad. A caeser salad?!!? As an entree option in a Michelin rated restaurant. The fried fish tacos were good, but nothing spectacular. The Reuben was good but a tad over salted. the Reuben came with a side of potato salad. The potato salad was way too creamy and had a strange fishy finish. Fish sauce? Anchovies in the sauce? Not sure. More of the same with dessert. Not bad, but very mainstream. Setting was beautiful. Service was great. Just not a fan of the meal.

Best blackened cod. The soup broth was amazing. But the real miracle was the miso carrot dip and garden fresh vegetables

We dined as a party of 6 on 9/22. This was our second visit to Solar and we had Laura as our server each time. She was a delight, making great wine recommendations for our food orders and providing attentive service. She recommended the Poggi wine and we were surprised to have the owners serve their wine for both bottles we ordered. They were passionate advocates of their wine and a lovely couple. All around, it was an excellent experience and our thanks to Laura and the entire staff. Mark

My daughter requested lunch at Solbar while we were in Calistoga for a mother-daughter trip. We ordered the lobster rolls, the Parker Rolls, the Brussels & Pear salad and drinks. The salad came and it tasted as if there was little or no dressing on it but the real disappointment came with the warm lobster rolls which came cold and smothered in Hollandaise sauce which was tasteless. The Parker rolls were the only thing that I can recommend. We ate the salad but sent the lobster rolls back. The replacement rolls were not much better. What a disappointment and when it was brought to the attention of the restaurant, nothing was done except to say it would be relayed to management. Wish we would have gone to the Four Seasons again instead of Solage. The Four Seasons meal we had was excellent. No comparison here. Don't waste your time or money at Solbar.

shocked by this place. obviously a gorgeous atmosphere, but that's where it ends came for lunch, ordered a chicken sandwich. it arrived raw. sent it back and ordered another. it also arrived raw. we said forget it. insanity. ordered the fish tacos. they don't say fried (where the chicken does say it's fried), so we were not expecting fried... that's ok though. however it was about 3 tiny pieces of fish and cabbage... that's it. nothing particularly wonderful or flavorful, the tacos at any little town restaurant in calistoga are about 10x better. dont waste your time or money here, even if you're staying here. head across the street to the restaurants at four seasons - everything is delicious and... COOKED.

Came for brunch before wine tasting. Warm banana bread was a great started. Of the entrees, I liked the egg in a hole best. Parmesan crust and truffle sauce were delicious. Benedict was standard.

Make sure to get the banana bread! It’s a must try. We recently had banana bread in Hawaii and its seriously is better. Food portions were big and breakfast was delicious. My 3 year old wanted pizza for breakfast (of course) and it came with tots and fruit. We will definitely be back!

The hotel we stayed overnight after our Napa wine tastings doesn’t have restaurants on site. We went to Sam’s Social Club which was 10 -15 minutes walk from our hotel , based on our hotel concierge’s recommendation. 5 stars is a combination of food quality and customer service. We were a party of four adults and we enjoyed our dishes for their portions and tastes.

We fell in dang love with this spot. The drinks were a m a z i n g (pisco sour and guy's getaway in particular), and the dishes we had were above and beyond. ABOVE and beyond. They killed the cheese board—absolutely flawless—and the octopus and the panzanella with burrata were noteworthy as heck. My husband is still talking about the octopus, and I don't think he's gonna stop anytime soon. Freaking bravo, man. We were so satisfied eating here.

This is a relaxed wine country restaurant on the property of Indian Springs resort. They have an interesting and diverse menu that has something for most diets and palates. We enjoyed a late lunch and birthday cocktails. The cobb salad and drinks were amazing. The outdoor patio is beautiful but it was a bit warm when we arrived so we opted for inside seating.

Here is a wonderful restaurant in a historic location- Indian Springs. The beautiful dining room and Alfresco options add to the experience at the top of the valley.

Beatriz was very understanding when I asked for my steak and eggs to come with a salad and not the frites (even though it sounds amazing 😍). But the menu is quite accommodating. Service warm, friendly and not over the top. Steak was cooked perfectly and goes incredibly well with the bernasie sauce! I definitely will be back to try out more items off their brunch menu.

A friend and i enjoyed an amazing sunny morning breakfast here after a wonderful restful day at hotel. We sat out on the balcony, our server ( Sunshine) was amazingly sweet, courteous, and super knowledgeable. The food was delicious I had a croque madame and my friend enjoyed the oatmeal. It was definitely a delightful meal and we enjoyed the atmosphere, we will be back to make more fun summer memories

Great food! (The weekend menu is different). I liked how it’s on the Open table app so can make reservations with app, super easy. Food is good and comes quickly. Enjoyed everything I ordered. Was going to do the “build your own Bloody Mary” but next day it wasn’t set up... only on the weekends. D’oh! My bad, next time. 😎

We ordered dinner from the restaurant while attending a jazz concert on the front lawn. We both ordered the Grilled Maitake Mushroom and it was sensational, Bravo to the chef for creating such a delicious and creative dish. It was absolute perfection. Fantastic,

Beautiful indoor/outdoor space that is perfect for celebrating a special occasion. I informed the staff ahead of time that we were celebrating my husbands birthday and everyone we came across made him feel special. Everything we tried was delicious from the Rosemary Lemon bread to each of our entrees: Lamb Sirloin and Grilled Flannery Beef Butcher's Cut. I could eat a whole plate of the Rosemary Potato Pave included with my steak. It was so good! Thank you to Sante's pastry chef for creating a custom cake for my husband and thank you to our server Forrest for making it a night to remember!

This is one of the worst cappuccinos I've had. They have no roaster, so don't let the name confuse you. They make cappuccinos like when you might get in Nebraska. My cappuccino had twice as much foam as you would get in a normal latte. And it's the foamiest foam. I had to dump 3/4 of it out onto the plate to try to simulate a normal cappuccino. Espresso itself is poor quality and over very roasted/burned.

Yummy yummy! I just had a fresh bagel with lox, tomato, cream cheese, cappers and red onions —- all prepared so I could assemble. We are visiting the area for a few days and see all the locals and tourists stopping in for their morning coffee fix. Super nice “kid” at the register - he repeated all orders back with a genuine smile. My matcha with oat milk was perfectly prepared! My husband had a fresh berry smoothie - all good!

Spacious roastery with indoor and outdoor seating that serves coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. Food: The breakfast sandwich was tasty and normal size. The iced latte was decent. Maybe their regular coffee is a better choice based on other reviews. Atmosphere: There is spacious indoor seating and a few tables outside. Price: Fair price for the food and drinks. They aren’t expensive. Parking: Street parking is available in front of the restaurant and along the store fronts.

This place is such a cozy delight!! The older British gentleman who took our order was so friendly. Great matcha latte and my husband enjoyed his cold brew. Breakfast sandwiches were great, loved the bread! The ambience inside is the best part, it’s big enough where you can find a seat but it felt so cozy. I would definitely return!!

Where the local goes. Can get unlimited refills for coffee for $3.50. Medium and dark roast available (but the medium was better). They offer breakfast sandwiches, BLT and bagels. The bagels came with a huge portion of cream cheese. Scones were tasty. The owner was friendly and recognized me every time. There may be a line but the service was fast.

We had the blueberry cream cheese scone, and it was exactly what you'd expect (in a good way). The texture was really great, and the taste was not too overwhelmingly sweet for having blueberry and cream cheese. The coffees were really strong, but the taste was good (and not overroasted). Definitely recommend going to this spot!

Reasonably priced food, big portions. It’s diner food, not fancy dining. The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. It took far longer for the food to come out than it should, but I think that was due to the large number of DoorDash orders they were turning out. Breakfast items available all day. My California omelette could have used more cheese, maybe some onions, it was a bit skimpy in that regard. A filling meal.

Came here for breakfast. Once again, for being a diner , I thought the food would be great, not too much. Price is reasonable

We ordered a cheeseburger meal and slightly less chicken dinner and when we got there to pick it up it had been given away to someone else. We were told 5 minutes, and given 2 complimentary ojs which we appreciated. However, when our food came out the burger was missing avocado and had mayo on it which the order tag states it should and shouldn’t have. The chicken dinner was missing its corn. The food tastes good but come on guys check the food especially if it’s been missed passing through multiple people multiple times. Mistakes happen but we’re not the types to complain normally and this kind of thing has happened more than a few times.

This is my first ever one star review, I really try to avoid writing them as I know how bad it is for businesses - this place deserves it. Absolutely terrible service. I called an order in 30 minutes before arriving (I was told 15min wait time or less). I arrived to find my order was never put in. At least that’s what I guess, because Nick, who I spoke to, took zero accountability regarding the situation and chalked it up to the “rush” they were having, place was half empty. On top of all of that, they got my order wrong.

Breakfast here while visiting Sonoma on business. Went here because we ate at our first Black Bear Diner in Arizona last year. Typical diner food and prices, and that is not a knock... Perfect for what we we were looking for and what we like in a breakfast place.

Love the Atmosphere, absolutely love the food and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend Black Bear Diner. Tyler helped us with making decisions since was our first time and he was spot on. Will for sure be visiting again when we come back to town.

The food is good for a breakfast joint. They nail the great service and ambience; however, the meat patties (ate on a Sunday) and corned beef hash (enjoyed the day before) were egregiously over-salted. I would rather the meat be under salted then season the meat on my own. Other than that, very expedient service, friendly faces, and decently priced (if anything can be considered decently priced in ‘25) offerings. Cheers

Overall food was pretty good but a bit salty. Cinnamon rolls, biscuits were homemade. Service was excellent. Small interior but offers outside dining, nice on warm days. One small mouse sited when we sat outside, hopefully they weren’t inside.

Wow,,, I was mind blown by both the quantity and quality of their foods when I visited there last week with my girl friends. For someone who is so used to price in SF, seeing delicious 4 pieces of chicken and amazing waffle for 20 dollars was a culture shock. The waffle was probably one of the best I ever had. It was so airy and gooey inside and perfectly crispy outside. We only ordered 2 breakfast plates and three of us couldn’t finish. Can’t wait to go back there to try differ dishes !

Went on a Monday morning and had a great cup of coffee with a a beautiful view! They had a couple of Benedict choices and those are my fav so I had a hard time trying to decide.

Generally, I enjoyed eating here. From what we got, the eggs were fine. Cooked well. And I had my own personal gripe with the modifications I made to my bacon waffle, aka probably don't put peanut butter and bananas. But some of the things we didn't quite like was that the coffee was slightly burnt, the food wasn't too standout (just fine,) and most importantly the potatoes were NOT seasoned well. Like, literally I could taste no salt or attempt at making the potatoes any more than potatoes with scallions on top. I also wish their chocolate milk was better as it came across like milk mixed with chocolate powder that just settled at the bottom and ended up tasting more like milk than I'd personally prefer. Overall, well loved but I don't think it's really all that outstanding. Just can't give it a 3 star, doesn't feel right.

The food was excellent, the staff were accommodating of our needs (service dog), and the restaurant was cozy/comfortable even though it was bustling. Additionally, they were providing free narcan to help the community with our ongoing fentanyl crisis. It's the little things that make this my ideal place to be for breakfast/brunch.

I have been wanting to come here for a while, and the food was pretty good. I absolutely love the vibe of this place, and the spinster fries are to die for!!! The reason I am doing 4 stars though is because of the price and quantity ratio. Their steak, which was fine/good, was flat iron, which I don’t believe is the best cut of steak and for $45 you barely get any! But the sauce with it is so good. Everything we tried we enjoyed, but it is hard to say we would come back because of how pricey it was. I also loved that they had a Juneteenth celebration, The Spinster Sisters is obviously community oriented, and I do think they have a great thing going on, but again just too pricey, and there are other places I would rather go for the price. Maybe if there are special/local ingredients they could highlight that more to make it more worth it? Just my suggestion!

Been here 9 times over the years. It is a gem. On all fronts. Worth the trip if you are not local. If you are local you are lucky to have a restaurant that changes it's delicious menu based on conditions, like what is in season from local farms. The menu is never boring. The chefs and service staff are exceptional.

Been wanting to go here for a long time. I'm not a local, I live in So Cal, but I come to SR for biz a few times a year and this turned out to be a bucket list visit as I can't believe my mouth! I have to keep the review PG, but man the food is great. Very inventive. Love that the menu is ever changing and burger Wednesday tonight was next level inventive! I had a foodgasim while eating this burger! When in Santa Rosa, go big or go home but make haste and make your way to the Spinster Sisters. If you're a foodie but not pretentious, this is your jam. The decor, vibe, service is all very welcoming and again, for the incredible food they make, they are not pretentious! Prepare yourself and come hungry!

After multiple visits - we have to conclude you can just do better. On the positive the salads are superb but the main dishes do not justify the cost. For a $40 main we did not expect a bland tuna with beans, mussels overcooked with a no taste broth or the chicken dish that we could do better a home. The service was excellent with folks trying hard to do their best. Really nice folks but that cannot rescue an average experience of cuisine. Maybe a change of chef who can work flavors. For anyone that travels, this restaurant must rank down the list for options. With an $80 average per person with one drink and no desert this is an expensive night out + add their suggested tips ... you really can just do better at home or at other Sonoma County choices. I regret we will not be back.

I have not had that good of a meal in a loooong time. Service was immaculate-foods came out at exactly the right times, she had her eyes on us so we easily communicated if we needed something without being interrupted and the banter with our server was also a delight. The garden was so cute and they did a good job of making it feel cozy even with the highway nearby. And the drinks!!! GF dessert! Happy anniversary to my babe!!

The restaurant is large with two floors and outdoor dining areas. The atmosphere/service is great, and the music is very upbeat. The food selection mainly consists of tapas, which are good for sharing. Unfortunately, I personally found the seasoning to be a bit heavy and intense.

Solid fusion restaurant offering small plates and unique flavors. We randomly picked items from the menu and they did not disappoint. The grill octopus was flavorful but the main key was the side salad. I loved it. Regular fries/chips has a very tasty onion dip. Forget about ketchup, the dip is new way to go; crispy thinly sliced potatoes, you don’t taste the greasy or over fried/old oily soggy fries. Black cod and friend oysters were also good. I would prefer grilled miso cod instead of deep fried cod. Overall, it deserved a high review. They’re pretty darn good.

This review is a bit late but one I wanted to highlight. My wife and I have been here a few times throughout the years. When we head out towards Santa Rosa this place is in our thoughts to try to make a pit stop to, it should be one of your too. The restaurant has a lot of space. Indoor and outdoor seating is available as well as a bar area. The service has always been good. The staff have all been nice and friendly. The thing that always comes to our mind when coming here is the pastrami tacos! They are to YUM for! We recommend them to anyone who might be heading that way. The pastrami is moist, the mustard seeds pair so well with the pastrami. There are some menu items that change but the staples seem to stay. In the past we have also ordered the crispy skin salmon wings, corn riblets, ribs, bone marrow, and wood grilled gulf prawns. All of these items were delicious. We do order a few drinks while we are there but unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the cocktails. If you happen to be in Santa Rosa, do yourself a favor and go try some of these pastrami tacos!

Food and drinks here were top notch! A+ quality, absolutely no complaints there. One dish we wanted was sold out, but there were so many other items to choose from and everything we had was amazing. Very clean, cozy, comfortable. Service was a little lacking however, not sure if it’s because we were sitting outside. One of our items took way too long to arrive, and we had to ask several times for our drinks. When it came time to pay, our card was swiped for another table and things had to be voided and fixed, etc. Seemed a little chaotic. Other than that, great visit. We’d go back!

This fusion restaurant serves food tapas style. I'd gotten mixed reviews from friends, but didn't have an excuse to visit until today. We ordered cauliflower, lamb, and lion's mane mushrooms to all be brought out at the same time. The cauliflower came out pretty early due to a mixup, but other than that, no complaints about the service. The meals all arrived beautifully, as expected in this sort of establishment. I'm sure someone with better culinary knowledge than me could offer some sort of critique, but I liked how all of the meals looked. Unfortunately, everything was too salty, or too heavily spiced. We enjoyed the lamb, and the vegetables on the side of the mushrooms, but neither of us were big fans of the cauliflower. I found myself growing fond of the mushroom as I ate more of it. Either way, none of the food was 'worth' it to me, as something to eat out regularly. I don't think I'd recommend this establishment or return, but I can definitely see why people enjoy it. They have a little parking lot in the back. Don't get it mixed up with the salon parking!

Good little restaurant with a great menu. Service was very good. We had a last minute addition to our group, and they were very nice in moving us to a bigger table to accommodate us. Our server was a very enthusiastic man with lots of suggestions on drinks and menu items. We received good service and never felt rushed. We really likes the everything fries, duck sandwiches, pastrami sandwich, and chicken thigh bun. The bread on the sandwiches is actually like bao bun dough but in large size. The sides of marinated veggies were very good. Drinks were well made and very accommodating to requests. We would definitely recommend for a relaxed lunch on the weekends, but make a reservation.

I don't use "y'all" lightly, but Y'ALL. Eating at Bird & the Bottle is like high-fiving a million angels. The experience was an absolute masterpiece with a side of "hell yeah, brother!" We came for our 20th anniversary dinner and were greeted by an amazing server, celebratory bubbles, and just a super lovely aesthetic. We tried several dishes and cocktails (and all were worth mentioning), but our favorites of the night were the duck confit tacos, the Korean BBQ half chicken, and the Stark Side of the Moon (Aperol + mezcal + other delicious alchemical components = ❤️). You should definitely come here. Just do it.

We were visiting Santa Rosa and were looking for a special breakfast experience. Jeffrey's Hillside Cafe was highly rated and the founder has an interesting background. This was enough for us to give it a try. We visited on a Saturday morning at about 9:30. There was a short wait for a table. We were seated right away at the counter. The restaurant was busy. Still, our order was taken pretty quickly. The choices on the menu were fantastic. Despite being busy, our orders were served very fast. Very excited to try. Our selections were good. We had hoped for great. The duck hash wasn't special. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy lacked flavor. The gravy was short on sausage and was too sweet. The biscuits and gravy missed the mark. Service was OK. The atmosphere was loud and the room crowded. When breakfast is $25+ per person, expectations are high. Our visit was OK. We left disappointed and wished for more

Great little cafe that lived up to its reviews. The food was very fun and tasty. This little diner has giant latte’s. Wasn’t expecting it to be the size of a plate. The hash was very fun and had wonderful flavors. Not normally a blue cheese guy but it was perfect in this dish. Don’t think twice, get this dish. The wait staff was fun and helped a ton with the menu. We’ll be back now.

Very quaint Cafe in front of the Hillside Inn. Nice patio outside with umbrellas at each table situated under a large tree. Service was fast and courteous Bathrooms were clean and updated but need to ask for key inside. Ruben sandwich and Chicken fried steak and eggs with hashbrowns were cooked perfectly. We'll definitely go back. Meals about $16-18

We did something we never do while on vacation, we ate at the same restaurant not once, not twice, but THREE times!! It's that good. Do not miss the brussel sprout hash. Absolutely delicious!

We ordered ice lattes and shared a lox bagel - it was the smallest bagel I’ve ever had for the price. The everything bagel seemed fresh. The iced lattes were large and did the job. It can get quite busy but grab your drink and go sit outside for some sunshine and tables around the side of the building.

Large cafe that offers a bit of everything from coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches to quesadillas and lunch fair. Located just off the main street through Guerneville. We quite enjoyed their breakfast burrito that comes with sausage or bacon; reasonably sized for the price point as well their Firebird sandwich! Also their Spiced Chai with oat milk was delicious and definitely spicy! Price point can be a bit high compared to some places but the quality and portion sizes are worth it. Parking is on the street or adjacent streets.

41 MINUTES! I waited for my smoothie! Yes, I understand they are ridiculously busy on the weekends. However, the people behind me got their coffee right away, they were in & out! I ordered the green machine with protein and I don’t think they even added protein on it. There goes the extra charge for that plus the tip I regret giving them. Highly disappointed to say the least. I doubt I’ll ever go back. Not worth the $20+ for that smoothie.

Great place for a tasty drink and delicious drink. Really friendly staff and fun little spot. The only issue was how warm it was in there. I'm not sure if their AC never works or if I just lucked out the couple times I went by. I will be stopping by whenever I'm in the area.

I had a business meeting here and ordered a latte. But I was so tempted to order some food. It looked great and they had a great selection. We also sat on the patio area along the side of the building which was very relaxing.

“Fresh” OJ was three days old, I took a sip and it tasted way off. Like it was carbonated or something, it shouldn’t have been sold. Apparently every fresh squeezed OJ on the shelf (there were like at least four and also beet juice and carrot juice) were from the 15th and this is late in the day on the 18th, like maybe 30 min before they close. The juices were separated, but this does normally happen with fresh squeezed juice and so it didn’t click to me that it was expired. Typically places throw out expiring things at the end of the night. They offered a refund or a different juice… and then they went behind the counter and brought me things that were “just juiced today” but “fresh” implies that the things on the fridge shelf should have all been juiced today. Near $7 for a juice should mean it isnt expired. They did give me the newly juiced cup instead but they should be throwing out expired inventory before it has a chance to be sold

This is a coffee bar that also had sandwiches as well as breakfast and lunch foods available. They have a tremendous range of coffees and drinks like that on the premises. It's small. It's quaint. It's clean and it's very local

Not to bad at all. Limited hours so check their schedule. I got the huevos rancheros and it was tasty for sure, but I like mine with less salsa. That’s just a personal preference and does not take away from the all-around dish. The eggs were good and the black beans were very good. I also got their side chicken apple sausage, which was quite tasty as well. I bought a slice of the vegetable frittata to take home for breakfast the next day and absolutely loved it. This is a location that you walk up to the counter to place your order, pay for it and then take a table and they bring it to you service was very fast and has mentioned the food was good. I saw several dishes that I would like to go back to try. The lady next to me had an egg Florentine that looked absolutely amazing.!! I will return for a second meal.

Food is delicious! We had the beet salad, blt sandwich, mushroom turnover, red lentil soup, lavender coffee, Arnold Palmer lemonade and the carrot cake WTH the yummiest frosting and the pb&j granola bar! Would highly recommend eating here! You won’t be disappointed! 😊

It's fine? Like, this place is good but it isn't "spend a lot of money" or "dress up in any way" good. It's just, fine. Like a somewhat better version of a Denny's, with more quality and cool options. I got a salmon toast with salad that was good, if you're into the lox stuff. The person I was with got a tofu scramble with salad that was actually pretty bland, it really needed that salsa it came with. We also got a lemonade type mixture and a chai latte that turned out to be kinda watery.

Very busy for Sunday brunch but they handle it well with a good ordering/seating process and pleasant employees. The food was excellent as was the cappuccino.

Truly exceptional place! The food is consistently highly enjoyable and the space is very comfortable. We usually stick with savory options like the sausage scramble, but occasionally indulge in one of their amazingly delectable sweets (pictured: pumpkin muffin w cream frosting, which is one of the best treats I've ever had). It doesn't hurt that they also have great coffee. This is a must try for anyone who eats actual food and not just food-like products ;).

A cozy and charming cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. They have vegan items on menu and I got the tofu scramble, vegan banana bread and mocha in oat milk. I enjoyed the breakfast but would love to see vegan pancakes and more plantbased options for next time.

Their famous pancakes were gone and the alternatives I wanted were gone too. So, I had some buttermilk pancakes and a chorizo sandwich. They were okay but I'm not sure I would wait in line for those again. They're so popular that you'd think you can order their specials by breakfast time.

On the way to guerneville we stop by this beautiful coffee and bakery place in Duncan's Mill's. This place is really beautiful. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor patio is located in back side and really Food 5/5 - All bakery item was looking delicious they use organic flour.. We had few scone,pastry and coffee. Best pastry's I've ever had. I like blueberry scone the most after the pastry. Atmosphere 5/5 - It’s was slow in December but I guess that’s another reason I was able to enjoy the patio area with coffee. Lots of parking space available. Restroom was not cleaned I guess due to it was common for that block. Also 1 less star for hospitality. Not saying that I was not entertained, but staff should be more welcoming.

I dont know ow if it gets any more "small town" than this. from the old school roaster to the brick oven pizza, to see this place still moving old school was awesome! the atmosphere is "chill". if I had to ask something be added, breakfast sandwiches lol. like good ole bacon,egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches.

It was so good that I came back again a few hours later and their amazing staff remembered my name despite a busy weekend with tons of customers! Enjoyed a next-level bear claw pastry (ended up buying more it was so good) and later came back for an incredible pepperoni pizza for lunch! Be prepared for a line in the morning, but don’t worry it genuinely moves fast and is well worth your time! Would highly recommend and Lots of outdoor seating with a lovely ambience! Not much indoor. I’ll definitely be back there soon!:)

Ordered a cheese pizza and it was soooo good. The coffee shop is cute and cozy inside. In the back, they have a beautiful veranda with vibrant flowers. Sat outside and the coffee shop’s cat came to sit with us!

Three words: Oh M G! The pastries are to die for! We came here two days back to back. We drove out of our way just for this place. The baked goods are made daily so this makes it all so fresh and yummy. We had the mocha latte and cubano latte, very well made, and the cinnamon roll with the cream on top… absolutely amazing. I also enjoyed their beautiful garden, very serene with colorful flowers and perfect for your morning coffee.

This is an amazing find in this area. Pastries were phenomenal and the back patio is gorgeous. We tried the strawberry pinwheel, chocolate croissant, turkey pesto, cinnamon bun, and the peachy thing. Phenomenal.

Got to try this bakery and Woodfired pizza place on our trip to Cazadero during Xmas time. Great spot with an outdoor patio and is dog friendly. Great varieties of both sweet and savory and great coffee. We ordered cinnamon roll, pear danish, scone, bear claw, and a savory ham and cheese. The portion size of each of them is good. We loved the cinnamon roll and the Danish the most.

Fun stop in Petaluma area! Walked in and there's thousands of dollar bills on the ceiling. No one quite knows the story behind it. Told me I could prob look it up. Bikers and babes already at the bar for a beer at 10 am on a Sunday morning. Breakfast burrito was da bomb. Fun biker stop.

For decades my family has enjoyed eating and listening to music at the Washoe House until we had dinner last night. Saturday was busy as usual but the service and our meals were horrible. The fried chicken dinner usually has 4 big pieces, a thigh, breast, wing and drumstick. My dinner had small tough pieces that weren’t recognizable, but I think the cook must have substituted a chicken back full of bones for the chicken breast! My partner had the normally delicious chicken Alfredo pasta dinner but it was too cold and garlicky that he couldn’t finish it! We wanted to tell the waitress but she was literally not available and so overwhelmed she was venting to us and other the customers. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place for dinner anymore.

We basically paid $12 for 5 gas station chicken strips. Fish and Chips - not enough seasoning, not the "large portions" the waitress stated. Waitress was nice and the building was cool, but definitely not stopping by here again.

It’s a hidden place that has a nice vibe inside however the food wasn’t good. I come to visit here sometimes just to see the money I put up in the ceiling and have some drink with my friends.

Great spot chuck full of history. Had the Rueben, Potatoe soup and Angus Burger. Burger was slightly overcooked (asked for medium) but other than that everything was delicious.

Interesting place. Road house suits it well. About 160 years old. Definitely used to be a huge house. The floor isn’t level in the dining room area. They also have a bar/saloon area. Waitress was nice. Food came reasonably quick. The French dip had no taste tho. The food was 3/5

Hearty portions of fried food. I ordered the fried cheese curds off the appetizer menu. There was enough on the plate to feed six people, for dinner! I didn’t have much room to eat anything else. I had to take the chicken tenders to go. They make a great bloody Mary. Service was decent. People were very friendly. Overall, it’s a neat little place.

Wonderful little general store with very friendly staff with a little bit of everything! Wine, gelato, groceries, fresh hot sandwiches and soups, did I say wine? Great place for a quick drop by to grab a bite before hitting all the rest of the wineries.

This little place offers a collection of wines, olive oils, gifts, snacks and sandwiches, you can get coffee and pastry, sit by the window and enjoy a little time for yourself, you can order glass of wine from one of the Sonoma’ gorgeous vineyards and chat with friendly people. It is fun, eclectic, cheerful shop!

When I see a business owner going the extra mile for his customers I’ll sit and review it. I was looking for a nice place fur a cup of coffee but once I saw headaches I stayed for a quick lunch. Tables, WiFi great atmosphere this place has it all. Service was great and fast, sandwich was outstanding with quality fresh products and oozing with flavors. It’s a bit of town but a great spot to even wine taste grab a pastry or just relax on a wine and sandwich. Well done we are sure to come back with the wife .

This proprety is broken into 2 parts: a little market for grocery, wine and cafe, they're also a deli that sales delicious sandwiches. I recommend the bacon grilled cheese and/or the pastrami with gruyère cheese. The other part of the proprety has 4 nice cottages, really nice, comfortable and clean, perfect for a weekend gateway.

Great place to stop in and cool down on a hot Napa day between activities. Had the chicken sandwich, bacon grilled cheese, and a local white wine and were so satisfied. Staff were super quick and friendly and it was nice to just sit and chill before heading back out into the warm and busy afternoon.

This place is the worst! We came in at 3pm for a sandwich and a woman in the cafe with red hair was extremely rude and said they were closed when the sandwiches were already made! Surprising to see this bad service and attitude in sonoma. Either change the time in google or tell your staff of the opening hours because it seemed they wanted to avoid service at all cost.

This is a nice spot for morning coffee and very relaxing for lunch. The patio out back is delightful on a sunny day. Service is excellent and the array of deli sandwiches, salads are delicious, as are the pastries. I had the Sonoma Cubano Panini with a London Fog tea. Sonoma Best’s original version of Earl Gray, very yummy! I saved room for a pastry. I had the pumpkin scone bar, outstanding! Sonoma Best also has lots of little food items and culinary odds and ends that are clever gift ideas. Definitely a place to bring out of town visitors.

Best Jewish food I've ever had. Worth a trip to Santa Rosa just to eat here! We liked it so much that we came back for brunch the next morning 🤗 The dumplings and the babka french toast are out of this world.

I had a fantastic lunch here. I had the patty melt with pastrami and recommend it highly. It was very rich and greasy but I loved every bite. I also grabbed a couple of black and white cookies which I saved for later. These are a little different than others I've had in the past but still excellent.

Lovely place we dined at for a family outing. We enjoyed the outdoor patio... quiet, and just steps away from open parking. Lots of fun options on the menu. Everything we ordered was delicious and loved by all.

Great spot in the heart of Petaluma. We tried a range of sandwiches—the schnitzel plate, the Weinmannburger patty melt (standout), and a salad—and everything hit the mark. The pickle plate appetizer was excellent, and all the sides that came with the sandwiches were just as good as the mains. Cocktails were well-balanced and worth ordering. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the space itself has a chic, stylish vibe with tasteful decor. Overall, a well-executed deli experience that’s both classic and elevated. Great to hang, grab a bite and kick back!

Had some great lunch here. Service was quick and friendly, had the Klub sandwich, tuna sandwich, breakfast sandwich and burger The breakfast also sounds amazing, but we missed it this time - more reason to come back

I visited at the tail end of what would be a mid-week lunch rush. Outside patio seating was pretty full but inside was nice, clean and calm. The waitstaff was on it and attentive, and the place had just a nice vibe. It helps that the location is pretty awesome as far as Santa Rosa’s “old” and/or “historical area” goes too. I thought I ordered the Reuben but ended up getting a plain pastrami sando (totally my error), but it was a happy accident as the pastrami has to be one of the top pastrami (for me) as far as flavor. Just something about the light smokiness of the meat that made it. I’ll have to try a Reuben next time. And as a sucker for coffee, I had the regular drip coffee they offered. Tasty stuff! Parking was plenty, location is solid, SMART station is within spitting distance….

Good but not great. Bloody Mary was top notch however. Friendly and clean, with attentive staff. I enjoyed my food but was not as overly impressed as I was hoping to be. I will go back though!!

I travel for work. I have eaten all over the US. This place has the best corned beef and hash I have had. The staff is awesome! Bottomless mimosas are the best bet but I wish there were options for them. But nothing wrong with them. I would definitely recommend this place. Small and quaint but awesome.

Incredibly good food! My first time here visiting from out of town. Fortunately we got there early enough on Sunday morning we didn't have to wait.. They know how to cook their hash browns perfectly and their pancakes are delicious. Definitely try it at least once!

Best meal we’ve had in California. Food and service that goes beyond expectations in a humble diner deserving of 5 stars. We met both owners, a lovely husband & wife team who treat you better than family & serve home cooked style food which never misses the mark. Pleasantly surprised by Mon/Tue all-day happy hour prices on our Bloody Mary & michelada. House made pickled vegetables as garnish. Tasty drip coffee. Both the hash browns & home fries were crispy on all sides. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked & lovely yolk colors. Corned beef hash had ample beef & cheese. Buttery English muffins were perfectly crispy. Heirloom tomatoes hit the spot. Hollandaise sauce was fresh, bright, creamy & lightly citrusy, a work of art. I appreciate the 3% auto tip for the cooks.

Super mellow, family-owned restaurant. really good coffee it's strong the way I like it. I live in New York City where food is a bit too overrated, so I really appreciate it when I can walk into a restaurant and have a nice American breakfast. Beacon is a vice of mine and I only have it once every 2 months... The beacon here is perfect!

I’ve been dying to check out this cafe and totally glad I did! The food, drinks, and experience exceeded expectations. I haven’t reviewed a place this highly in a while! I’ll be back to try their Hush Puppies again! They were delicious!!!!!

I walked into this place. Never heard of it. Never seen it. I just needed some place to eat. The service was excellent, and the food was recommended by people at the table next to me. I was trying to make a choice between chicken fried steak and a chicken benedict. I was so pleased with my chicken fried steak. I asked for grilled mushrooms and I was told that they had special mushrooms on this day. Turns out they had porcinis. My chicken fried steak was perfectly cooked, my eggs were perfectly over medium, and those mushrooms to die for sauteed and garlic and butter. When the server returned to clear my plate, she informed me that one of her regular customers had taken care of my meal. I was in tears, there are good people in this world. I asked her to kindly tell them the next time she saw them that I truly appreciated it and thank you very much. I will return and I have blessed your praises and will continue to do so.

We LOVE this restaurant! The food is amazing with great customer service. We ordered the corned beef hash & eggs and hot links omelet, both with hash browns. Everything was cooked to perfection and our coffee was refilled promptly without having to ask for it. Our waitress Carol was very friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best breakfast spot and will definitely be back when we’re in the area! Thank you Carlos… your place is a gem!

This is an awesome little diner with friendly staff and great food! The place could use a little remodel, it was about 90 degrees in there, and we were sweating!! The food was pretty good, but the French toast wasn’t the best. It was bland and too chewy.

What a great diner experience! There are so many WONDERFUL options to choose from and it was tough to decide! They are very accommodating to make 2 egg omelettes rather than 3 and the super spuds are a skillet without eggs - which is just my jam! They can customize almost anything to suit your taste! Great food and good friendly service! So nice to find a local place with good local folks! This is a great place to enjoy breakfast or lunch in a welcoming environment with good food! Displace what's great, You get total Bang for your buck. The owner Carlos works there waiting tables and The food reminds me of an old school country diner... But in Sonoma County ! The inside is a little Dated but that's OK you come there for food and I got to say breakfast was excellent. I had the half order of super spuds, the enchilada omelet and some Sourdough toast. The prices are Reasonable and I highly recommend it for a down home country breakfast..

This place is so close to a 5 star spot, but they cut some corners and the service was subpar. From the start the staff seemed a little confused and gave us the wrong menus, they then were not sure if they had certain items. The juices were not fresh and came in a container. We ordered the pastries to start as it seemed like a nice sampler, but they never came. Now even with all these issues the food we did get was very good. I got the chilaquiles which was delicious and had some great flavors. My wife got the breakfast burrito which was also very good. The coffee was freshly brewed and was a nice roast. The atmosphere itself is very nice and has some great natural light. The restaurant is in a higher end resort and has a great little bar in the same common area. Overall a great spot to try.

We had an incredible time at Layla! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and they went above and beyond to make her feel special. The prices were also incredibly reasonable for the quality of food we received. The only reason for 4 stars is that service was fairly laidback and slow. It took about 30 minutes to get our check and we were late to where we needed to be. We definitely could've asked for the check mid-way through our meal as we knew we were on a timeline, but we would've appreciated faster service at that point. Overall our experience was amazing and the property is peaceful and beautiful - the perfect spot for an enjoyable breakfast or brunch!

We dined here on a late Sunday night, got lucky to be seated and served even after they closed. I ordered the lemon ricotta and spinach ravioli. The flavor was delicious, if only the mushroom were left from the equation (in my opinion of course) the combination while different and unique, was overwhelming and I felt the ravioli had enough going on and would have rated it 10/10 if not paired this way. I also had a salad with feta and apricot which was the perfect anti pasto. Here is a photo and mocktail that I couldn’t finish

Layla is an elegant casual restaurant in an elegant little hotel. I had the Wagyu Steak Frites and it was one of the best I’ve had. Their fries were also the beat fries I’ve had in a long while. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, but I’d recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice to get the full experience of the hotel as a whole.

Breakfast here was excellent. We ordered the breakfast burrito and their breakfast plate (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast etc). Some of the crispiest hashbrowns I’ve ever had, and the burrito filled us up for the entire day. There also free refills on coffee! Only ate here for breakfast, but we imagine the lunch and dinner is equally as good

The restaurant is located at the back of an upscale hotel, so you'll walk past a beautiful lobby and a fancy bar. I love the healthy brunch options filled with a a few types of vegetables. Our poached eggs was perfectly cooked. Smoked salmon was tasty. The cube hashbrown is an interesting touch. Our dessert was decent. They also offer some unique wellness smoothies. One latte was served properly, while the other was served spilled. They taste good though. All the staff were friendly. The interior and cutlery are quite aesthetic, although our table had a few damaged spots. Our indoor seating had plenty of sunlight with nice view. Outdoor seating seems like a nice spot on a good day as well. The toilet is very clean, and very nice. The hand towel is a great effort for eco-friendly approach. Valet parking is available.

After the reviews, my expectations were high for the layla. overall the food was nothing I’d write home about or even return if not for the great setting. We had made reservations for inside, but when asked to sit by the window were told that the tables were for other reservations. One table ended up being open the entire duration of our visit. The staff asked if we wanted avocado with the chilaquiles which ended up being a whopping $6 for half an avocado. The avocado was overripe and cut into 5 extremely uneven slices. Thank goodness for the avocado tho bc the dish would’ve been tasteless without it. The potatoes were the best part. For a $60+ meal for 2 entrees and tip, I’d expect better tasting food especially given the quantity of excellent restaurants in the area

This is a fabulous bakery. They also sell lots of breads that they make in house. They have some tables inside and some outside, so we ate there. The steak and Duncan‘s mushroom savory pie was fantastic. Nice and hot, flaky crust and great filling. The chocolate lamington pastry was delicious. Maybe we were stuffed by then, but I thought the lemon bar, the light colored fudge and this custard tart thing were just ok. Seemed way too sweet, but maybe we were just so full! We bought a seeded sourdough to take home - it tasted great! Worth a stop!

The ONLY authentic NZ pie & sausage roll youll ever taste. Ive tried many in other states but nothing comes as close as this. We usually buy in bulk (we live far) and will freeze em in the fridge. When we wanna eat it, we just pop it into the oven or air fryer and its delicious. Our fave pies are the mince & cheese & mushroom. Take it from a kiwi

Yum. Savory pastries New Zealand style. We chose steak and mushroom, chicken, ham and egg. Also had a sausage, scotch egg, Belgian chocolate chip cookie, a blueberry pastry and a macaroon. We also picked up a sourdough baguette. This was for brunch after driving 100 miles. Everything was tasty, the pastry flakey. We each had a favorite but the ones that stood out were the baguette, the sausage, blueberry pastry and the macaroon. You can't pick a bad one. Looking forwars to trying the other savories for next time.

A little taste of New Zealand! The bakery is a bit hidden but right next to Safeway in the shopping center here. There are a couple of tables and chairs just outside where you can enjoy your baked goods. The pastry is spot on and definitely crafted by a skilled baker! Prices are reasonable too. They didn't make any scotch eggs the day we came so we'll try another day for those. Meat pies are now $9 each but they're very hearty and filling. While I still miss that rich gooey top quality NZ cheese, the pies here are still tasty. Croissants are amazing as well. We got a little bit of everything.. almost. Some of my favorites were the almond croissant, blackberry cheesecake, and lambingtons (especially raspberry). I'm still working through the various flavors of meat pies (bought a few cold ones to warm up at home) so jury's still out on that but I'll update once I figure out my top pies. If you're a meat lover, definitely go for the sausage roll. This is a great little bakery and one of a kind since I've yet to come across a (specifically) NZ bakery here in the Bay Area/surrounding areas. If you're in the area or down for a little drive this is a great spot!

I live in Redwood City and I love this place. It's worth the drive to get some meat pies! My only wish is they stay open a bit longer on Saturdays that's all, but everything is delicious from the meat pies to the delicious baked goods!

Small place,big flavors. The selection of wonderful baked goods is in itself a good reason to visit, but the coffee might be the best I've had in Sonoma county! Worth a try,right off of the freeway in Windsor. And I didn't even mention the delicious meat pies!

We came here most recently for the Downton Abbey September tea. Every single sandwich or pastry was wonderful - it was my favorite menu yet. The service is exceptional. The atmosphere is charming with heartfelt and imaginative decor. Beyond the already creative menu, I’ve learned to also check out the pastry case for additional unique finds - this time, a gold-dusted chocolate frog. The gift shop is also lovely to browse and has yielded some cherished finds. On top of all of this, it is dog-friendly, and so special to be able to sip tea with both human and canine friends. I’m including a few photos also from past visits - last year’s Tiki Tea and Black Hat Society - as well. Grateful for this special place 🙏

Did not know it was a vegan tea room, yet the food was scrumptious and delicious and very true to a british high tea. Scones were beautiful. I Pricey but good. If you Are a vegan then this is a place you must go to if you like tea and nibbles. I am not a vegan , but I will return.

Such a hidden gem! Beautiful presentation, the gift shop gave nostalgic Beatrix Potter vibes. The staff members were sweet and accommodating as we were unfortunately delayed by traffic. The food was lovely (savory items were my absolute favorite!) and we appreciated the thematic naming of the served food items. Everyone including our non-vegan friends gave the food and tea high praise! My partner and I can’t wait to come back soon!

This is the most authentic and whimsical High Tea place in the greater Bay Area. The food is vegan and replicates english Tea sandwiches and pastries to perfection!!! And the atmosphere is enchanting. I am in love with Muir Gardens High Tea Room. ♥️♥️♥️

This place felt like a dream. We stopped by on a whim after visiting Zannah Farms and were so glad we did. The decor was adorable, the food was fresh, and the staff were incredibly kind. They went out of their way to make my sister feel special for her bachelorette. Highly recommend and big thank you to the staff.

Muir’s Tea Room…..a sweet slice of heaven in Sebastopol. From the moment you enter the property, you can feel the coziness, the love, and the care that is put into this business. Each and every person we interacted with was delightful, and Tyler was phenomenal…..he took great care of us, and was charming and attentive. As someone who is not much of a “vegetable” person, I was unsure what to expect. Let me just say, if I had not known this was a vegan spot, I would never have guessed. The fruit was delicious and ripe, and both the sweet and savories were creative and tasty. Loved the veggie puff! Last but not least, the shop…..so many adorable gift items, cards, soaps, stickers. Don’t leave without taking a close look around, you might miss the very thing you have always been looking for.

Forestvilles hidden gem! They have selection of bagel, croissant or toast for a quick but hearty breakfast. They make lattes, mochas and the like. There are smoothies and salads on the lunch menu. Perfect for a stop on the way out to the coast!

The food was decently priced and not too bad, but not worth the wait. Ordered a decaf latte, milktea, a lox bagel, and a croissant sandwich. It took 45 minutes to get our order. Granted there we other people in the cafe before us, however a whole line of people who came in and order right behind us (8-10 people with food and drink orders) got served before us while we kept waiting. When our food came the bag was hastily tossed on the table and a quick sorry.

Found this place on a quick trip to the area.... we stopped twice on a 3 night visit for early coffee and breakfast. We had great service which was kind and efficient. Delicious and hearty made to order breakfast sandwiches with a smile. We would be regulars if we lived here!!

My go-to for a delicious breakfast sandwich. I recommend the #7 - bacon,ham, egg and cheese on a croissant, I added spinach and it was so good! The owners are so friendly, and service is quick.

Tiny Town Cafe is just that …a fantastic little cafe in an even more fantastic tiny town…..Forestville. ….lowest prices you will find for yummy…Lico and Julie’s smiles alone would draw me in, but the food, fast service and wonderful local clientele will DEFINITELY keep me going back! Over and over and over again…

I got an egg and cheese bagel sandwich, with American cheese lettuce and tomato. The bagel was fluffy and nicely cooked Produce was fresh Eggs cooked at med well, nicely done. Could have used some sort of sauce and S&P. Very good though. Clean restaurant and lots of options. I’ll come back!

Normally, I wouldn’t complain about paying $16 for a fresh-squeezed orange juice and a breakfast croissant sandwich. But when you pair steep prices with rude, unhelpful service and zero knowledge of the menu, it becomes unacceptable. Nobody wants their Saturday morning ruined by an employee who clearly doesn’t want to be there. This place should consider hiring staff who actually enjoy serving a community that works hard all week and simply wants a good meal with their family.

The onions in my breakfast sandwich where raw, it made for a terrible sandwich. I got one of there normal breakfast sandwich options add sausage. What I got was raw onions

We’ve been loyal customers for a while now, but after repeated issues with incorrect orders and poor service, we’re officially done. It’s frustrating when simple mistakes happen over and over, but what really pushed us over the edge was the way the wrong order situation was handled this time. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the response we got was dismissive and unprofessional. It felt like we were being blamed for trying to fix their mistake. Consistency, basic accuracy, and decent customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask for — unfortunately, this place keeps missing the mark.

Excellent service, fresh baked croissants, fresh deli cafe, and sandwiches. Clean storefront, great selections of smoothies and coffee fresh squeezed juices.

The ladies are quick and make great breakfast hot sandwiches, particularly the "all meat, eggs n cheddar on a toasty poppy seed or cheese bagel! Can't beat it! Plus the coffee my is pretty good! Nice, clean place inside and out, great location !

Firstly, yes you can park in the parking lot with all the warning signs about towing and reserved for yada yada. Americana is not mentioned but we confirmed with the employees. So, avoid paying unnecessarily for street parking. Enter from rear door (North side of bldg). Cobb salad was splendid. Mushroom melt was marvelous. Yummy fries and house made ketchup. Our server provided friendly service with a smile. All food is sourced from local farms, cheese makers etc.

The food is delicious, high quality with good portions. We ordered the fried chicken and waffles and an egg and bacon omelette. Locally sourced, organic, HFCS and seed oil free meals! This place is a gem! Makes me wish we lived near by so we could eat here more often. Will definitely be coming back whenever we’re in town. And everything is cooked in tallow!

The food was fresh and delicious! Service was friendly, though not quite attentive enough to give 5-star. Highly recommend! Oh, we'd like to see them carry sweet potato fries. 😉

Underwhelming experience despite high expectations. The burger was lovely, perfectly cooked, but the fries were a complete disappointment, not crispy! Limp! At a bare minimum fries cooked in tallow need to be crispy! I love the philosophy of regenerative food, and no seed oils & the place was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the delivery could use some care. Not only did my server not check on me the entire time, I actually had to find a random staff to get my check in order to pay and leave. Had there been staff to actually connect with I would have if there was something that could be done or sent back and exchanged for something else. It wasn’t busy, so that really wasn’t an excuse. Looks great but left unfulfilled!

This is one of those rare times I get to recommend a place that I KNOW is a great find... Let's go ahead and open up the discussion and find out who really DOES serve the best breakfast in the Santa Rosa area . If you have a hidden gem better than The Americana then I can't wait to try it. THIS is one of the greatest breakfast joints available anywhere, and I can't wait until you try it and get back to me! I've been there three times and everything I've sampled was dynamite. If you like to get stoned before breakfast you might actually cry it's so good.. but this isn't your imagination or Sonoma's finest swaying your opinion, these truly ARE farm fresh, LOCAL ingredients and the they cook it just right! I love eggs. I love eggs and I want it so that the white is completely cooked but the YOLK is runny and fit to dip your toast, your bacon, whatever you love to eat in. everything is BETTER with a real local, farm fresh egg. These aren't the eggs you get at Safeway or even the eggs the food distributor tries to sell you as he tallies up how many straws and napkins and salt shakers you need... This is a cut above that, and I challenge you to check it out. My poached egg was cooked to perfection. The hollandaise, delicately brought to perfection by hand , is what you would make for your own guests.. have you tried it? It's not that easy...it takes a double broiler and a little patience to make this magic and my sauce on my country Benedict was tangy and fresh and I wanted more. I wanted an infinite amount .. the milkshakes where outstanding...let's face it, the chain restaurants, they have gotten so expensive--for cheap stuff! Stuff unpacked from a Sysco truck (don't suit me Sysco) .. why not spend ten bucks instead of 8 and get a milkshake made with Straus dairy? You know, the stuff you see in whole foods and ya womder how the heck can afford a PINT of ice cream for 7 or eight bucks? Things have gotten expensive. You're working hard. Cut yourself a break and get the real thing. If not for you, for your mom or your girlfriend! This is the kind of meal that makes whoever takes you there look like the genius. The burgers, fantastic. I like mine medium rare. I only include the word medium so that some smart Alec kid doesn't serve me wagyo beef or beef Wellington.. in the same way, I want my eggs over medium .. I'm trying to say cook it SOMEWHAT, but I want to taste the red in it. I want the very middle decidedly undercooked. But the rest of it charred and cooked in its own grease if its too lean. I want to taste my beef and my eggs and I want to notice that the hollandaise sauce and the dressings are HOME MADE, not out of some can or bottle ..I suppose a quality base with real buttermilk and fresh organic herbs and garlic added.would suffice, but I'm talking BREAKFAST PERFECTION right now..here is my 2nd place. A virtual hole in the wall in guerneville called the River Inn..try their Cowboy Benedict ..you will love it but you won't cry. The food won't be SO good that you are afraid to smoke pot before you go because you will cry into your grass fed beef. This is a cut above a mere BREAKFAST JOINT; this is where quality meets amazing service. This is where the owners have trained the cooks to cook it exactly like there's supposed to .I am reminded of a few Italian places in town. We are gonna have a blast getting down to the nitty gritty of who cooks the best Italian food in town! But for BREAKFAST? Its the Americana. Pulling in just ahead of the Omelette Express, and any other Ma and Pa hole in the wall that DARES to make an authentic chicken fried stake with grandmas gravy recipe! Ya, it's pretty much settled, though there are MANY I haven't tried. But Americana has set the bar..if your breakfast is as good, then you are very very blessed indeed and you better give heads up♥️🍽️💥.

Lovely restaurant with good atmosphere and service but do not come here if you’re vegan. (Even the hash browns are cooked in butter and there were no vegan options for breakfast or lunch). FYI if you’re vegetarian, don’t order the home fries…they are cooked in beef tallow. Loved the homemade hot sauce and jam. Very nice atmosphere and servers.

I had chillequilles and was so impressed with the quality. Also tried a bite of crab Benedict and they really get some good crab! Server was incredible, very nice and attentive and thoughtful.

We visited twice, once for drinks the next for drinks and food. Fun atmosphere and great food. We had the soups with a bloody Mary for breakfast. We did feel better after our visit

The BEST tacos in town. Ordered the fish tacos (I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before eating). The sauce was incredible! Perfect blend of spicy, hot and savory. Outdoor ambiance is perfect for lunch. They have plenty of seating in the shade and fans to keep things cool.

Great location and very convenient. It was great that you could order at pool and they'd bring it out to you. My burger was delicious and cooked to perfection. Definitely would recommend people have a pool day here with some great eatings for some R&R.

The avocado toast was phenomenal and I was able to get my eggs cooked without butter, which satisfied my lactose intolerant requirements. My partner had the burrito with both green and red Chile sauces, avocado, and the carne adovado. He was incredibly satisfied with his meal and topped it off with the chocolate pecan pie. The pie had a satisfyingly thin crust and was perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness. The ambience was also great and the place was dog friendly.

A very relaxing meal at the bar with our favorite football team on the screen. A nice post meal after our relaxation mud bath.

Place is nice enough with decent beers on tap. Counter service, so no one will check on you. Employees were nice. I'm a huge fan of green chile and New Mexican food, but this was mediocre and unexciting. The food was surprisingly bland. Neither the green nor red chile had any real kick or flavor, and the massive amount of cheese they put on things would have muted it anyway. For the price the portions are small; instead of putting rice and beans directly on your plate, they make it look fancy in small bows which means you get less and it's more difficult to eat. Eh.

Chose to eat here for brunch as it was convenient to be able to eat a morning meal walking directly downstairs from the hotel. But if I had a choice again, I would not choose this restaurant. Ordered the LITTLE GEMS + SMOKED SALMON ( Avocado, fennel, caper berries, persian cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, umeboshi furikake, fresh herbs, seed crisps, green chile buttermilk dressing), RED CHILE CHICKEN POSOLE (Hominy, cilantro + onion, radish, corn tortilla), GREEN CHILE STEW (Pork, chicken or veggie Served w/ crema + tortillas), Kombucha on tap, and a slice of GREEN CHILE APPLE PIE ( House specialty with walnut streusel, cheddar crust, whipped cream, red chile honey drizzle). Most of the savory dishes fell flat for me with 1 dimensional flavor. Didn't deliver any wow or exciting bold Mexican flavors that work as a symphony as I was expecting. Many restaurants within walking distance nearby that are a better choice delivering more flavor and value. The only exception is the house made green Chile apple pie which was rated as the best in town and is quite delicious. That's well worth saving your stomach for.

Went in at 9am on a sunday, no problems with the free parking lot from across the street. A line is usually present to buy stuff, but it moves fast enough. By 9:15am we were done ordering and the food was ready to pick up by 9:20am Food was lovely, almond croissant was nice, croissant was good, the cream puffs and chocolate almost croissants were solid too. Sandwich-types were also available, one we had was the smoked turkey & cheddar, and that eas lovely too. Service was great, staff were patient and the food was ready very quickly after we ordered Atmosphere was great, the design was lovely and it's a nice place for 3-4 people to have a lovely conversation at

Stopped in between our winery tours to butter up our stomachs. I’ve been to their NYC location once, but it didn’t leave a huge impression. The OG location had more varieties, so I was excited to give them a try. The bakery itself was quite small, so we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes before placing our order. The outdoor patio area was nice, and we were able to snag a table without much wait. We ordered the signature almond croissant, maple bacon danish, and the cream cheese danish. The almond croissant was good, but by today’s standards, it felt a bit plain. Almond croissant game is pretty intense these days, and maybe this was the gold standard when Chef Keller opened in 2003. Not bad, just not worth the wait, unless you’re stopping by the original Yountville location for nostalgia’s sake. Maple bacon danish was visually interesting. A full strip of bacon wrapped within Danish layers. But since both were served at room temp, the bacon texture felt oddly limp and out of place. More novelty than satisfying. The cream cheese danish was my favorite of the three. Outer layers had a great crunch, and the cream cheese filling had the right balance. Just enough sugar to lift without overpowering.

I Ordered the pistachio and salted caramel macarons and the Swiss roll. The macarons were the biggest and best I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp and chewy — and the Swiss roll was so chocolatey and moist. Definitely worth waiting in line for.

You can smell perfection before you even see this place. The aroma of freshly baked baguettes, sourdoughs, batards, and butter-laden croissants drifting through Yountville is pure heaven. Bouchon Bakery is the perfect way to start your morning; a hot latte or Americano paired with a pain au chocolat or any of their pastries is simply bliss. When we visit Napa, we begin every morning here, especially on days with early tastings when there’s no time for a sit-down breakfast. Be sure to stop by again in the afternoon, they’re turning out fresh baked goods all day long, and it’s impossible to leave empty-handed.

It was beautiful and the French music and the smell of fresh dough was in the air as I walked in an ordered a few minutes after they opened. Everything was so good! I drove by a few hours later and the line was around the building. A must do while in the area!

Everything was delicious, and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes when we went on a Saturday around midday. My favorites were the pan d’epi baguette, the better nutter, and chocolate eclair. The tuna nicoire sandwich was also quite delicious!

Despite the alluring pastries behind the glass, I thought the bread was the best thing here. The baguettes are chewy and the crust has a ton of little microblisters providing a satisfying crunch. I tried the better nutter and the TKO among other sweets, but I found them to be a bit sweet for my palette.

We had a wonderful stay at meadowood for our first time in Napa valley. The staff were amazing in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The food at forum was amazing, specifically the chocolate & cherry mousse. We booked the forest bathing experience, it wasn’t quite what we expected in terms of it not being based in the forest but the team resolved this immediately.

My husband and I stayed at Meadowood for a long weekend in May and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service throughout the weekend was incredibly attentive. They have a real knack for knowing what you are going to need before you ask for it. Our room was comfortable and had a sitting room with wood burning fireplace and a large bathroom with an enormous bathtub. Our first morning we took advantage of the group exercise in the gym and did a hike around the property on our second morning. The gym was very well equipped and the group class was held in a large room next to the gym. We partook in the spa services on Friday afternoon and had a deeply relaxing massage after using the spa/sauna. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning but the dining room is very sleek and glass enclosed and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away and would come back in a heartbeat!

Spent 4 nights during our stay visiting Napa. The service was absolutely the best. Every staff member was kind, always said hi, offered help at every turn. Our Concierge, Mililani, was so helpful in getting what we needed before our stay. They communicate so well. They have a valet service that took us to dinner when needed and picked us up. The rooms were impeccable and were stocked with complimentary snacks for our stay. The bottle of Champagne was a nice touch as we were celebrating our anniversary. They even have a security "Gate: where the attendants always waive and offer you water as you leave for the day! The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was super clean. Each night they turned down the bed and left a homemade snack each night. The resort was devastated by fires a few years ago so only 39 rooms are available. They have done a great job with their "makeshift" Forum bar and restaurant. The pool area for adults was awesome. Staffed with very attentive team members. Drinks were great. Highly recommend stating here. Very enjoyable and memorable!

I wish I could give more stars! Everything about this location creates the ideal experience for anyone looking to enjoy the Napa Valley. Tucked away in the mountainside, Meadowood offers a 5-start experience. Nearly all of the staff members already knew our names and itineraries; the concierge was superb and arranged amazing vineyard experiences and provided everything we needed from a transportation perspective. The spa is premier with a full complement of services. I would definitely recommend to friends/family and likely return!

We went to pool area for a casual dinner. Staff were very friendly. We had tacos. They were very good. Cocktails were a little weak, but very tasty. Great place to hang out in the evening.

A Five-Star Anniversary at Meadowood Napa Valley My husband and I are no strangers to luxury resorts—especially those with exceptional spas and fine dining—but our recent stay at Meadowood Napa Valley for our five-year anniversary truly exceeded every expectation. To celebrate our "wood" anniversary (yes, that's apparently the five-year theme—well played, hunny!), he surprised me with a weekend getaway to Meadowood, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for something special. A warm and professional bellman greeted us, walked us to the front desk, and then personally drove us to our room after check-in. When we opened the door, we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and a stunning room that took our breath away—gorgeous interiors, a luxurious bath and shower, a private deck, and serene views that immediately put us into relaxation mode. After settling in, we made our way to the pool, where the service continued to impress. A team member escorted us to a perfectly placed seating area, laid out our towels, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Every drink and snack request was met with care and attention. It felt like the kind of thoughtful hospitality you only find at truly top-tier resorts. That evening, we dined at Forum, the on-property restaurant with three Michelin stars—and for good reason. While the service was solid, the food was absolutely outstanding. My husband had the scallop risotto, which was perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced, and I had the New York strip with bordelaise sauce. Let me just say: it was the best New York strip I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, and expertly prepared. As if that wasn’t enough, I happened to mention a late-night craving for milk and cookies—and to my delight, they were delivered to our room complimentary, just because it was our anniversary. That small gesture spoke volumes about Meadowood’s thoughtful, guest-first approach. The next morning was our much-anticipated spa day, and as self-proclaimed spa junkies who have experienced several resort spas across Napa, we both agree: the Meadowood Spa is the most beautiful and esthetically pleasing spa we’ve ever visited. The male/female facilities were lovely, but the true highlight was our 90-minute couples massage with Daniel and his colleague (whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch)—both of whom were exceptionally skilled. It was easily one of the best massages we’ve had in years. We ended our spa experience in the Tree House, and if you're visiting, this is a must. The room is serene, gorgeously designed, and the perfect place to wind down after a treatment. Meadowood made our anniversary unforgettable. Every detail, from the champagne welcome to the incredible spa experience, was executed with elegance, warmth, and care. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply in need of rejuvenation, we cannot recommend Meadowood Napa Valley enough. It’s truly a gem—and we already can’t wait to return.

I do hope this gets posted This was one of the worst meals we’ve had in a long, long time It was a special birthday for a friend of ours. We’re totally embarrassed. We ordered the ceviche. The lemon slices were larger than the portion of ceviche and the ceviche was mushy. Then came the salad. The avocado slices were brown because they were old. The lettuce hadn’t been washed, and it was gritty by now we had to say something to the wait staff. They were nice about it, but obviously, we weren’t the first to complain. It was obvious that they were aware of the problems. Our friend spoke Spanish and most the help there is Spanish so they can brew back-and-forth. Basically saying they were sorry but that’s just the way it is. The management doesn’t seem to really put any effort into this. The rest of the meal was mediocre. We had four sides. French fries were OK but nothing spectacular the mushrooms as a side. We didn’t even eat because they just didn’t look appealing and having to screw up broccoli We were so taken back when a dinner like this cost us $600

Service is top notch. Polite and helpful. Food in the nice restaurant is very good. Room was clean, good size with balcony. The bathroom is spacious enough with walk in shower. There was a mildly noticeable vibration during the day in the room from some kind of machinery, likely the Building AC, but I don’t know. It was not present at night in room 20 so it was acceptable. We did notice it while trying to relax in the afternoon. The pool is nice. Salt water. Robes are in the room, nice touch. Towels are provided at the pool. Super location right on the square with FCFS free parking. No elevator. Hotel is very well maintained.

Had such a nice visit again at this outstandingly located hotel on the Sonoma Plaza. The rooms are comfortable, the service friendly, and food/drink delicious. It's walkable to a multitude of various restaurants, bars, ice cream, and historic monuments, all with views of the surrounding foothills. This is a great spot to hang your hat!

I had a wonderful two-night stay at the El Dorado Hotel in Sonoma. The updated rooms with modern finishes were stylish, comfortable, and made the stay especially enjoyable. The front desk staff were welcoming and set the tone with a complimentary glass of local wine at check-in. One of my favorite touches was returning to the room after an evening out to find salted chocolates waiting—such a thoughtful detail. It’s those little extras that make this hotel stand out and a place I’ll gladly return to on future visits.

Excellent hospitality! The hotel reached out in advance to help coordinate a special welcome for our anniversary trip, which was such a thoughtful touch. Pablo was very warm and provided great local recommendations that we really enjoyed. The building has plenty of charm and character, though being older, it does let some sound travel. It’s also at a busy intersection, so you can hear a bit of street noise. Overall, a charming, clean hotel in a fantastic location right in the square.

We loved our stay at the El Dorado. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever experienced. The location to all the little treats, eats and shops nearby was perfect. Would recommend!

Really lovely hotel!! Amazing location in Sonoma on the square- easy to walk to shops bars and restaurants. Room wasn’t very big but it was a great size for us- we had a small balcony overlooking the patio, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful!

We stayed at the Eldorado for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was the perfect hotel in the perfect location. It was quaint and they made us feel special. My husband is a huge hotel snob and even he was impressed! We will be back!!

Great breakfast with excellent service in a super cute rustic french countryside setting. Many gluten free options with good code and mocha selections. Ample indoor seating with some good outside heated seating. We enjoyed the Ghirardelli Mocha very much! Opens at 730 am ahead of most places in Healdsburg to allow for a jump on a full day of wine tasting! Highly recommend!

I had the monte Cristo with their amazing cinnamon walnut bread. So tasty. Served with a small salad with light dressing it was perfect. Service was nice, and relatively quick for a Saturday. They also have a huge display case of other fresh baked treats. Definitely a good spot for breakfast or lunch.

We started out with an eclair that was delectable (they even have mini ones we saw in the case)! The eggs Benedict had such a rich hollandaise sauce, and the house made English muffins were light and fluffy. We also tried their croissant sandwich which was also a hit, and came with a side of fruit which was nice for balance. The service was speedy considering how busy they were, and all the staff were very friendly.

Chocolate Cake- delicious. Not the best, but still great flavor and moisture. Coconut Cake - on the dry, crumbly side but good flavor. Wouldn't need again. Croissant - flaky, airy, salty, buttery delicious croissant goodness. Would absolutely get again Raspberry cheese Danish- good, nothing Earth shattering. Don't need again

Had a nice brunch here with everything having been on the better side of good. Their benedicts were particularly tasty with a very good hollandaise as the star of the show. Get their mimosa service too. The only complaints was the main dish was erring on being cold and there were a goodly amount of flies buzzing around.

Normally the French onion soup is top notch. Today it fell short. The cheese which normally is cascaded over the edge of the bowl and beautifully browned in spots was well below the top of the bowl and just barely melted. It arrived after we were finished with our main course. The beet salad was perfect. The quiche was tasty but overcooked. Such a shame they weren’t on top of their game today.

Great diner serving American breakfasts. Had the crab cake benedict and it was delicious. Ask for well done country potatoes. The hash brown was a huge chunk and not as crispy as expected. There's a large outdoor covered patio and lots of seating inside. We were seated inside and I was happy we were because there were so many funny signs with an eclectic decor. Lots of parking in front of the restaurant. We went on a Sunday morning at 9am and there were lots of seating and parking spots available.

My mom, daughter, & I came here on Sunday; May 18, 2025. I’m only giving 2 stars because the waiter who is a male with a bald head is very rude. While ordering he had so much attitude. I wanted to switch waiters but I wasn’t in the mood to say anything because then I would have lost my appetite. This is my 2nd time coming, the last time was in December & it was such a better environment with the lady waitress we had. She was caring & had a positive attitude. You could tell she loves her job unlike the mister we had for breakfast morning. Yes! They have homemade salsa which is very tasty! The only thing I would recommend is the glazed strawberries which I asked for but they did not have. I don’t eat syrup with my waffles only fruit like the glazed strawberries from ihop. Food is always great here! Good size portions. Just would appreciate it if the waiter was a little more respectful & nicer along with acting like he enjoyed working there.

The food portion is great. We tried Animal omelette , potato works and Belgian waffle. The omelette taste great. But the other two are just so so. The works is basically a mix of Ham, avocado, Raw green pepper, raw onion and potato chunks. The service and vibes are great too. I think it is worth coming back. Maybe try something else.

Came with my family for my birthday dinner and it was awful. We waited a very long time to place our order and it wasn't that busy in the restaurant. The waitress apologized and that was nice, however we ordered 2 burgers, street tacos and a bowl of chili. I watched 3 of the 4 come up and sit at the pass over 15 min and when they brought them without my burger the food was merely warm and the fries soggy. I had to continue to wait another 15- 20 min for my order so I couldnt eat with my family. Angry I asked for to-go boxes and the check and had to waive the manager over to get them to take it as we were again ignored. I told her it was my birthday and explained why I was angry and she apologized while gaslighting me trying to say it wasn't that bad (she was working the pass herself and KNEW it was ) making the experience that much worse. To top it all off as you can see it was burnt and dried out . She made no attempt to make it right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I notice they only respond to positive reviews..

Sorry for the picture or lack thereof, but our burger came out so hot and juicy that we dug in before we remembered to take a pic. The food was fine but the service was great. Everardo anticipated our needs and took care of them before we could even ask.

Lovely patio with a view of the park, extensive menu with lots of choices: burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, appetizers and entrees. Large portions. My French dip was DELICIOUS with freshly roasted beef and delicious bun and au jus. Side salad was hearty. Would definitely return here.

I've gotten both takeout and dined in at KC's over the years. Delicious food, good breakfast selection, and friendly service. Some of my favorite dishes are the vegetarian burger, eggs, French toast, and grilled cheese. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, and the prices are kind of high, but I still recommend KC's. Their outdoor seating is pleasant and in a great location. I also recommend their variety of salads.

Not often it happens that you go to the diner, and not only you love the food and also love the ambience and the history. Situated in the downtown Santa Rosa, it's walking distance from nearby hotels, one stay in coupe of Marriott's or Hyatt Regency! Seating is quick, and food also comes reasonably quick. Food as delicious as it can! Guy seating everyone is also very interesting! The place is decorated with vintage luxury cars mostly Jaguars and Mercedes! They do have a cappuccino machine which makes breakfast extra savory!

We were recently in Santa Rosa on vacation and had breakfast at The Omelette Express. It was a quick walk from the Hyatt Regency where we stayed in the historic railroad district. The restaurant had very cool decor with old car fronts mounted on the wall and other eclectic items in abundance. The menu was, appropriately, railroad themed (which, as a rail geek, I loved!). I had the build-your-own omelette, which I got with cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and shrimp. It was served with breakfast potatoes, and I added a side of turkey sausage. The omelette was large and very good, but because my office cafe has an omelette station, it just did not reach the level that I am used to at work. Had it not been for that, I think I would have liked it much more. The turkey sausages were three huge links. They were too sweet for my tastes, unfortunately. My only real complaint was that it was eye-wateringly expensive. With tip, we spent $75 for two for a relatively straightforward breakfast. While the food was good, it simply was not worth the price. Some of that is just the reality of California, but it seemed overpriced even for California.

This restaurant is such a cute spot! It was quite busy when I came in, but they still managed to maintain great customer service, which really stood out. I ordered the corned beef and it was absolutely amazing — definitely worth it! I also tried the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was a little different from what I’m used to, but it was still quite nice and tasty in its own way. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. The atmosphere, service, and food all made for a great experience, and I would definitely come back again!

This place has great tasting food and the portions are more than enough to fill you up. However, the prices are alittle up there, when the competition down the road has better pricing. The service could be better. I did enjoy the food and atmosphere. The owner is very nice and approachable.

Now, this was a fresh and delicious breakfast. Everything tasted like it came straight from a garden to our table. I will definitely come back. Staff was kind. The environment was relaxing. Their prices are good. Great place to bring the family and/or friends.

Food was excellent with an eggs Benedict. I had tea and with the amount of food I could barely finish all of it. Make sure you are hungry. My partner had an omelet with potatoes and toast she could not finish. She said hers was also excellent. We will be back. Service was good and efficient. Obviously the owner is a car buff.

I was expecting much more based on the reviews. I won't be back. Came here for the benedict, but the hollandaise sauce was terrible. I scraped it all off and just ate the eggs and ham. It was made from powder and weirdly acidic. Eggs were well-cooked and potatoes were good. Biscuits and gravy was meh. Biscuits seemed like they were made in-house, but then frozen, so they were kinda hard. Barely any sausage in the gravy. My friend had the waffle, which was okay, but didn't like the canned peaches.

Pleasantly surprised with how fresh and delicious everything was. Came here as a family while staying in bodega bay and the service was quick and food was delicious with generous portion sizes. Had the salmon Benedict which was delicious and the potatoes were well seasoned. Coffee was also fantastic.

Great little spot! Love going here for breakfast and checking out the boutiques afterwards. Highly recommend to take friends or family here!

Had to take a couple of rams up to Filbert Nutcracker's sheep ranch the DoubleEweBar (ŪŪ) up in Fort Ross, and took the long way home just so I could stop at the Howard Station Café in Occidental, and snag what is perhaps the best salmon burger ever! But...get it on sourdough with avocado to make it even more decadent. Pilgrim....It's worthy of a two hour drive! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

Great place for breakfast and patio is doggie friendly. Delicious big plates! I had huevos rancheros and hubby had salmon florentine omelette. He said it was the best breakfast he’s had in a long time. Along with the mimosas, pomegranate and orange, we agreed we will be going back soon. I do recommend! Also they have a side window for ordering from their juice bar.

We ordered at the counter and sat on the lovely front patio. Food came out quickly; servers were friendly and attentive. Generous portions for the salmon burger with side salad and Chicken Cesar salad with organic romaine. Food was good; my salmon burger was better with the ranch side that came with my salad. A little more dressing would have been great. Overall, good Friday lunch mid-August. Sign says cash only for a few weeks.

We've just discovered Howard's and love it. The food and the atmosphere are great! The Peach Waffle and the Primo Potatoes are astonishing. This is a really fun, local-atmosphere place. It really did used to be a train station. The small town library is just around the corner.

This place is special. I came early before it was crowded…very misty, little breezy. No line and my choice of chairs. Heaven! The coffee and avocado toast were delicious, (watch out for the little black birds…especially the big fat bully, they will try to steal your goodies) there were hummingbirds in the giant lupine, it made my whole morning. Come early for a little solitude and bring a jacket. I can’t wait to come back.

We've stopped here a couple of times now, really good food, and the view is also very nice. Most of the tables are outside, but they also have some covered ones in case the weather isn't nice. They mostly have sandwiches, a few salads, and a wide coffee selection. Great stop if you're in the area

Wowowow so happy to have stumbled into this gem. I don’t think it gets better than this- the coffee was AMAZING, food was SO fresh, and the scenery was brilliant. The team manning the shop were icing on the cake- Bianca was so easygoing and helpful with food allergy questions. You could honestly spend all day here, so relaxing and hospitable.

We had a delicious breakfast here this morning. The poached eggs on toast were delightful! The Cafe Mocha was very delicious! Just the right amount of chocolate. It's a small cafe with outdoor seating, some covered seating, and great views.

Nice spot for coffee. Order inside, get your coffee through window outside. Seating under roof out of the wind or more outside with better view on Russisn river and kayaking people. Would recommend trying this place.

Cafe Aquatica is one of those hidden gems you stumble upon by chance during your travels. Driving from Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve to Bodega Bay, we found ourselves without cellular reception to search for lunch spots. Passing through Jenner, we decided to stop at Cafe Aquatica—and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The staff were warm and welcoming, the views were breathtaking, and the food exceeded expectations for what appeared to be a humble riverside shack. Overlooking the Russian River as it meets the Pacific Ocean added a serene charm to the experience. The Smoked Lox Bagel was a standout, and the clam chowder, though different from the rich New England style, offered a lighter, clear broth that was equally enjoyable. The only downside was the lack of an on-site restroom. Customers are directed to the public bathrooms in the adjacent parking lot, which unfortunately are quite disgusting. While it might suffice for guy who can go standing up, the women in our group opted to wait for a cleaner facility elsewhere.

Had brunch here today with my daughter and we were lucky to get seated right away as it’s a popular spot, especially on weekends (opted for outdoor seating rather than wait for a booth). I ordered a scrambled egg skillet and my daughter had a Greek omelette. Both were excellent!

I’ve honestly never been to a bad breakfast spot before. But the food here is absolutely terrible. 14 of us ate here and every single thing except for bacon and eggs were just not good. The pancakes were the worst I’ve ever had in my life and everyone else at the tables. It was like mush texture and tasted raw. And this was after we ordered 3 full stacks of 3 which is a whopping $12 each too. Like if you just got a box pancake mix from any store it would be so much better. The meatloaf was not edible. It was like breadcrumbs had a sale and meat is not available. The apple chicken sausage was so tasteless it was just like eating texture. The steak and eggs steak was tough and chewy. Even the whole wheat toast was terrible, I don’t even know how you do that. But they did it. $230 for our food and mannnn. I wish we went to dennys. It would’ve been so much better. The service was very good though, that’s the two stars. And the diner itself is cute. But food wise I’ve never been so disappointed in a typical breakfast spot. The craziest part is it’s so busy, I guess because it’s the closest breakfast spot around the hotel.

Stopped in spur of the 7am moment and was treated like a regular, which everyone else was! Great corned beef with two pitched eggs, rye toast jam and yum! Service was great, homey and relaxed. For sure give it a try!

Wow! What a treasure! A diner that's not greasy and offers healthier food. The servers are amazing. Pumpkin blueberry pancakes! Potatoes that are fresh, flavor with an optional dollop of sour cream. Wonderful Greek omelet with fresh spinach. I'd be here everyday if I could.

Our server took our order and just never came back. Then we waited 45 minutes for worse than mediocre food. I didn’t huevos rancheros was supposed to be watery? Overall it was probably the worst breakfast I’ve had in Petaluma and I’m so disappointed in the food and the service.

I absolutely loved this place, I have been here over 3 times in the past week and haven’t had a single bad experience. The service is quick and the employees are beyond polite. My favorite meal was their Big Bear Burger, which had one of the juiciest patties I have ever had. But the star of the show was definitely their carrot cake. I had to order another one to go because of how good the first one tasted.

My husband and I frequent the Black Bear Diner in Rohnert Park, Ca often. The food is fresh. The portions are generous. The atmosphere is woodsy, as to be expected. The service is absolutely top notch. Victor runs a tight ship. He's hands-on and obviously cares deeply about his employees AND guests. I can't praise the experience we have enjoyed at this particular BB enough. Keep up the next level work!!!

Great location! Tania, our server, was the best we've had in a while. She was very helpful and obviously cares about customers. We had a chicken fried steak breakfast that we shared and it was delicious and generous portions. Definitely recommend!

I don’t know how you mess up the easiest of foods. I think they might need to focus on the customers in the restaurant and not the DoorDash orders that actually don’t pay them as well. The one thing on my plate that was cooked right was the scrambled egg. The piece of toast that I got was only toasted about 60% because obviously the toaster they’re using isn’t big enough and the part that was toasted was burnt and served with cold butter. The two pieces of bacon I had were each only cooked on one end. The other end was like a rubber band. And the hashbrowns had zero seasoning and again weren’t cooked long enough. And stop putting oranges on my eggs. I don’t know why places do this. The kitchen apparently needs help, I kept seeing food being transferred from one plate to another plate and arguing and give me this and give me that. And yes, I know kitchens can be crazy. I’ve worked in plenty of them. And guess who had diarrhea an hour later? This guy!

This was so disgusting. My mom never leaves food. We left it untouched. The food was horrible. It had a weird smell. My mom was left nauseous. We left and paid in full. It wasn’t comped or even discounted. Sixty bucks worth of garbage. I used to like this place. Something was seriously wrong with the potatoes. The gave us dry over-toasted bread with no butter. Then later gave us a pathetic to go container of cold butter to put on the now cold toast. I never regretted eating a piece of potato so fast before. The three egg omelet had barely anything inside of it. Where was the filling? It wasn’t even busy.

This place is a hidden gem! The friendly staff greeted us warmly and seated us quickly. Outdoor seating has great ambiance.The food was delicious, and tasted fresh. Tried mushroom hash and eggs. Loved it. Biscuit with gravy. Mushroom gravy was amazing (must try). Good size portions and reasonable prices make it a great value. It's a must-try for anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast experience in a small town. Very warm and friendly staff.

A wonderful experience! My friend and I were having a bad day but this place and our server turned it around. The margaritas were simple but perfect and our server Oscar was so fun and genuine and made the experience even better. We both got burgers and they were perfect. Overall an amazing experience and if we ever find ourselves in the area again we will be back!

We just moved to Sebastopol this weekend. And with so many kids with so many different likes and dislikes, I would have to say this was the perfect place when I seen the variety on the menu. The staff here are amazing in helping you decide. The specials menu was so long and I ended up with the Mahi Mahi and it did not disappoint! The mango salsa on top was so delicious. All of us had something different and everyone was very pleased with our choices. The flavors were amazing. The happy hour drinks were so good as well. I have to go back for more. There were too many things that I wanted to try and I can't wait.

This Is now my go to breakfast spot! What stood out to me the most was their service, they were very kind and attentive to me and my sister. I love chilaquiles and my mom always uses “epazote” a famous mexican herb for food, I was very excited when I saw that in the chilaquiles lol made me feel like I was having authentic chilaquiles. Can’t wait to bring my parents here next weekend!

Try their mushrooms gravy and hollandaise. Off the hook! The service was amazing. All around good experience. We were driving through and I didnt regret our choice at all. Will be back!

I’ve had dinner and breakfast a few times here this week while visiting the area. Food is great! They squeeze their own orange juice. The coffee is great. I’ve had the salmon piccata, French toast, scramble, and eggs Benedict. I recommend everything I’ve had. The kids loved the pancakes and the seasoned potatoes. They are Family owned businesses and they will make sure your meal is perfect.

stopped here on our way back to the city after camping at the russian river. food was tasty and well portioned. staff is super friendly and attentive. it was great to be able to sit on the front patio with a dog. great spot for some typical breakfast/brunch food.
