I was familiar with this location from the show “You Gotta Eat Here” and it was absolutely right, you definitely do… The service was excellent the food was incredible with large delicious portions and the beer was ice cold! you make all that very affordable and with great service like from our server “Sandi” and you have a winner! We visited this Western restaurant in Goldridge after seeing its high Google reviews. There were three of us, and they do have a menu with kids’ options, which was convenient. The service was fairly quick, and the atmosphere inside felt relaxing, giving off a nice laid-back vibe. The food itself was okay — not bad, but portions weren’t very generous. The highlight for me was definitely the fries; they were extra crunchy and really tasty. Service overall was just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, I’d give it four stars. A decent spot if you’re in the area, with a pleasant environment and some good bites.

Very kind service. Our server, Jacqui, was very pleasant and nice, and gave us a great experience. I had the pan seared salmon and poutine side, and both were great. The salmon's sides could have used some extra seasoning, but the fish itself was amazing. Gravy and fries were perfect. Drinks were good quality. Would recommend if you're in the area. Clean and welcoming. Will be coming back in the future

Great little spot. Place was hopping when we went on a cold, damp spring day. Seemed to be primarily local people, so that speaks to the quality and price of the food.

I had the butchers burger with a side of smoky Mac and cheese. The burger is obviously of butcher quality (from nearby Shanahan's). It had a nice "bite" to it. Just the right amount of char. Fantastic burger. The smokey mac is worth the upgrade, you can taste the smoke as an under-flavor that doesn't overpower. We also had the taco salad, which was no doubt prepared with care, generously portioned (including the cheese and protein), and the flavor was "bang on" she says.

We ordered a fish and chips and a taco salad. Both were excellent. We would recommend this place for sure.

Staff warned us ahead of time but the patio shouldn’t be open until they deal with the wasp infestation. We couldn’t drink our milkshakes, the only highlight, because of them. My friend had “the worst fish and chips he’s ever had” and my skillet had weird seasoning. To top it off, they played 2010s club bangers non-stop. Friendly staff

Second time eating here. No major complaints. Classic food next to a convenience store. You don't have to drive into Bayfield. Sure, there are nicer places in town that cater to the tourists, but you're also paying for them. Those bowls look neat. I might try those next time. Nice staff. Very accommodating.

Came for breakfast, and it was great. Got the standards and a breakfast sandwich. It’s a diner, came with diner expectations! Scrambled eggs looked like egg noodles hahah, but overall everything was tasty. Service was good. Would return for breakfast!

A long time since we last visited this location. Great service from Ella included revisiting our table twice to check on our food and whether we need anything else. Great food. You could feel " the small town friendly " from staff and customers. Thanks for a good food experience.

The best place for a great meal in Bayfield. Tonight's rueben sandwich ( thanks Owen ) BEST I EVER HAD. The Calzone was perfect too. Thank you Olivia, Mackenzie and Sharon. We will miss you guys this winter as we close up our summer place. But will see you again in the spring for our dining out! Thank you be safe

Hidden gem. Don’t let the outside fool you. The food is delicious!!! We had dinner and breakfast there! 10/10 each time! Pretzels and beer cheese-amazing! Wings and ceasar salad - delicious! Highly recommend this place!! The ‘Tipsy Georgia Peach’ drink was delicious as well!!

Good intentions while receiving the guests. But then it’s downhill from there. - Breakfast egg orders comes only with one egg omelets, etc. - under cooked potatoes / spuds, etc. each condiments extra $1.50 - $4.00 (for example, a spoon of mayonnaise or jam) or more, - Refill drinks such as, coffees charge as full price ($3.00) without telling you they are not free refills. - kids burgers charged full price $16.00 without any sides or drinks Felt like a scam of up-selling. I feel very fortunate that they come to the St Jacobs Farmers market on Thursdays. They have hands down the best fruit, bread, desserts and alcoholic beverages I have seen and tasted. And I don’t know any other place where I can get gooseberries either. I tried the everything sourdough bread today, which is made of whole wheat and flax and complete goodness, and it was the most amazing bread ever. And their raspberry schnapps taste like it just came off the bush. I will go again and again all summer.

We dropped by to pick berries and ended up getting lots of raspberries and black cap raspberries. Had ice cream and bought wine. It’s a great place, easy to park.

I'm incredibly pleased with the experience and products at the Bayfield. We did not speak to the staff too much, they were nice. However, the products are amazing and also the peaches picked at the orchard we're very fairly priced, we bought the end of season sale bushel for $35 for peaches. With our kids too. Both of the cider and sour cherry wine taste great. We also grabbed blueberries. The staff noted that the berries might not be the sweetest, but honestly they tasted great.

There aren't a lot of fruit wineries in southwest Ontario anymore, so we were glad to come here. We tasted a flight of the farm's fruit wines. They were nicely displayed, and we purchased some for a fruit wine tasting with friends and some jams. The staff were helpful.

Dropped by for our first time on Thursday. Didn't have time to pick our own on this trip. Fresh produce, unique wines, juices cider and schnaps. Very friendly and helpful staff (Hayley) and super delicious homemade ice-cream at a good price. Worth the visit. Can't wait to try the wine we got. Berries are already gone. Next time schnaps.

Stopped in for some corn, it was delicious and tender. Picked up potatoes, peaches and coconut cream pie. All were incredibly tasty and delicious! Friendly and helpful customer service! Thank you for the great experience

Food and service were absolutely excellent! Staff was so friendly and the eggs and bacon were extremely fresh. Love the ambiance of the train in the ceiling, open concept restaurant. Was out of town visitor, but would definitely visit again in the future. Thank you.

We went to have breakfast for 2 adults on a Saturday morning. The ambiance was cool, there was a train at the ceiling running on the tracks and it was an open concept restaurant with stools at the counter. Server was friendly and pleasant and got our orders in quickly. We ordered coffees, stuffed French toast with hash brown and the special of prime rib and Pico de gallo omelet with hash brown as well. The portions were fair, not too big and small. The food was average. My partner thought there was no Pico de gallo in the omelet or if there was, it was very little. The French toast was okay, but slightly disappointed as I expected to be more stuffed than what it actually was, with just one slice of meat and slice of cheddar. The hash brown with the onions were the best part of the meal. The coffee tasted terrible and had an old taste mixed that we can't quite explain. Overall it was average, price point was slightly high for the food. The atmosphere was cool though and seems like a local hot spot.

Dish: Early Riser - 2 scrambled eggs with sausage. Good scrambled eggs, some fries felt a bit undercooked. Very long wait for food on Father's Day and very slow service.

Great food. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. We were in Goderich for the Mustang Cruise and ended up at Steve and Mary's quite by chance. Happened by it when we were checking out the downtown big nickel "square". Really enjoyed everything and the staff make you feel like family. Good sized portions, quality food. Everything was unexpectedly high end. Only knock was the fries should have been cooked more, were still a bit raw. Otherwise would have been a sure 5 star review. But we still enjoyed it so much we came back for breakfast the next morning. Did not disappoint. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

This place seems to be a heart of the community! When we first entered, their was a large group talking in the middle of the place, and the cashier was cashing someone else out. We got to admire the entrance before we were seated and given lots of time to look over the menu. After we had ordered, we had coffee while w waited for our sandwich’s to be done. With this place being a heart of the community, it comes with lots of people. There were some times were I felt it was a bit loud between other’s conversations and the train they have driving on loop on the ceiling. Our sandwich’s were amazing! The Philly cheese steak was served on a white sub bun, and the turkey clubhouse was served on toasted whole wheat. Personally I didn’t care for the French fries, they tasted of a too much oil and didn’t have any crispy beds to them. The seasoning the fries were covered in tasted like too many things were trying to be the main flavour, and was too salty for my personal tastes.

Charming Spot with Incredible Lattes! Cait’s Café is an absolute gem in the heart of Goderich! We stopped by on a sunny afternoon and instantly fell in love with the cozy, welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is calm and stylish, with the perfect mix of small-town charm and artisanal quality. We tried the matcha iced latte and the salted caramel latte—both were absolutely delicious! The matcha had just the right balance of earthiness and creaminess, not too sweet, and so refreshing. The salted caramel latte was rich, smooth, and comforting with that perfect hint of salty-sweet flavor. You can really taste the care they put into their drinks. The staff were friendly and warm, and everything—from the mugs to the music—made it feel like we were relaxing in someone’s beautifully curated living room. Great spot for coffee lovers, casual meetups, or a little solo break with a book. Can’t wait to come back and try their baked goods next time!

This small Cafe' has few places inside to sit, but that doesn't deter the stream of customers at lunchtime! The robust cup of coffee, a delectable Italian Panini, and a rich, chocolatey brownie made it apparent why people seemed to be happy to wait in line for takeout, even when all the tables were filled. Great food, reasonable prices! Loved getting lunch here!

My visit to Cait's Cafe was truly a five-star experience. My gf and I started a two-day road trip right at 7:00am opening, here. The two employees were "ready for open" (food prep/coffee brew/machines all working, etc), friendly/welcoming, and knowledgeable of the menu. Although they may have known we weren't regulars, they showed patience and made us feel welcome to Goderich. The paninis were delicious, with great quality, perfect temperature, and fresh taste. The small cafe atmosphere was nice. Quiet conversations and soft music. Regulars happily greeted us and wished us a good day upon leaving. I have recommended Cait's to my travelling friends and would recommend anyone to stop in for great food, drinks, service, and experience! We'll be back, next time we're in town!

By far the best coffee shop I've visited in Canada. And I'm from Washington state so I've stopped at as many as I can manage. The atmosphere is nice, the workers are super friendly and the coffee roast is top tier. The goodies are soooooo good as well. Loved it.

I had the Perfect Pear Pannini. And it was perfect. Poached pear slices with caramelized onions, arugula and pesto mayo. Warm melted brie. Soooooo good. Small eat in area, and outdoor seating.

Best Arnold Palmers! Nice and tart. Just how I like it. I also ordered a big salad. That was refreshing and tasty AND filling. Yum

I have a lot of dietary restrictions and while traveling have a difficult time eating out. Cait created a delicious fresh salad that was safe for me. A high lot of my visit to Goderich.

Went in for some take out on snowy Saturday Morning Purchased the breakfast, children’s grilled cheese, cookies, chocolate milk and tea Was served my two young ladies Had to ask about receiving my drinks. Chocolate milk was put in a small coffee cup but the cup was only half filled. The tea was the wrong flavour. Asked about cutlery and napkins, the server was annoyed that I wouldn’t have known it was already in the to go boxes. Didn’t appreciate the attitude, especially after tipping. Whole I sat to wait for my food, I noticed the attitude was towards everyone. Clearly the server didn’t want to be working there that day. The toast was cold and soggy, the eggs and sausage very overcooked. The home fries ask overcooked and cold. I would have guessed that my breakfast was premade and just sat under a heat lamp and then just put in a to go box. I couldn’t eat my breakfast and it was tossed in the garbage. My daughter had the grilled cheese which the cheese wasn’t even melted. The cookies were great. We had the gingersnap cookies which ended up being our meal. Over all I paid $38 dollars. Definitely threw my money way with an uneatable meal. Very disappointing experience and will not be returning again

Great old-fashioned small town bakery. We picked up a delicious strawberry rhubarb pie and a loaf of raisin bread; their doughnuts are huge - so tempting! The slightly lower rating for service was not the fault of the person who served us - it seemed just a little disorganized.

The Quinn essential small town diner, but what tops this one to the top of the list is that it’s a bakery too and seriously it’s a BAKERY CLEAN BEST FRIENDLY SERVICE OK IT’S AN ALL BUT BUILDING AND THE BATHROOMS ARE DOWNSTAIRS. KEEP THAT IN MIND BUT HEY, IT IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS AND THE PRICES ARE CRAZY. GOOD.

Um….as much as I’d like to give this place a higher review….its impossible to. It has absolutely nothing going for it: service sucks (unless you like attitude from the lady with the claws for fingernails), food is small portioned (I counted 23 small hash brown pieces) and the price is too high for the portion size. There are no food choices in the area so this restaurant enjoys a captive audience. Look on the bright side: the stench from the old ladies’ “perfume” that permeates the air, will surely take your appetite away. Enjoy! 😁

Food is amazing. Service is some of the worst I've seen... its always high-school kids with little to no social skills at all and you spend your time there waiting and waiting and waiting. I love the baked goods but the service is SO poor it honestly wrecks the experience there. Needless to say I wont be returning. My parents, siblings and I used to go often when we first moved into town. none of us are interested in coming back just to wait and trying to get a staff member to talk to you is like pulling teeth..

Add to hunger man's breakfast, I'm usually finicky on prices for quantity at this location prices the quantity. Very happy with the experience. The bakery within the restaurant is anew experience, OMG, the delicious looking treats. Add 1/3 cup of coffee so I could get a treat for after breakfast

Came here for the first time; it was lunchtime but we ordered all-day breakfast. It didn't look busy from the outside, but inside the seating area (at the rear of the storefront) was nearly full. That tells you, good food! Our meal came out quickly and was excellent. One note I would make if it is important to you is that the restrooms are down a flight of stairs (possibly there is a ground floor accessible one, too). Stopped by the bakery (at the front of the building) afterwards and there was an impressive display of tasty treats available!

They renovated and removed the public soda fountain, so no free refills. Their bicycle parking is in terrible condition and location. the rack and rocks feels like it'll damage my bicycle. Besides those 2 things, the service and food is standard.

The service was fine, food was exactly what we expected at McDonald's. However, this place is no longer wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair accessible entrance opens outwards, but once it is open it blocks the walkway. Bare minimum the walkway needs to be extended into the garden so a wheelchair can get past before the door is open. Ideally the door will be switched to open to the other side. On the other side of the building, the curb is too high to allow driving up.

Asked for a large fry, got home and pulled my fry out of the bag to find it barely half full. Waste of money. Will not be coming back. Looks like the Wingham McDonalds will have my service from now on.

I’ve come into the store a few times since there new renovations they all together need to work as a team I seen three people standing around and one person at the window stressed as all could be. Fast food can be tricky but my food didn’t need to sit on the counter for 25 mins where I can see it and then finally when someone comes to the counter for a split second you can try to get there attention. I’ve left this location before with out the ice cream I bought because it took too long, some people had to come in from there cars to get there ice cream and food they had been waiting for because it was taking 20 or more minutes! Please do better and work as a team so everyone can have a better work day and not be so stressed thank you!

Felt bad for the workers, it was SO busy, and they needed more help. One employee seemed lost and overwhelmed, wandering around, while the others tried their best to keep up. Our fries were still frozen inside and the chicken sandwich was messy and gross. We were missing a large fry as well, but didnt notice until we had already left. 😞 It took over half an hour to get out food. Not the quick stop we were looking for.

If i could leave zero stars I would. We missed a toy in our happy meal, revived pickles and onions on our burgers that we order without and that had the ticket on there. This is completely frustrating and unacceptable and I am beyond disappointed this is terrible service. What tops it off is that the staff were extremely rude. When we brought up these issues we were met with a disrespectful response and tone. I expect more from a place that dominates the fast food industry

As a long haul truck driver, I have been across Canada & the United States. This McDonald's is top shelf in morning drive-thru. The ladies have got their speel down to an art. The staff here are outgoing, vivacious, always a smile on their face & really make your morning, as you order your coffee & breakfast to go. Well done & thanks 😊

We had a great breakfast at Bluewater restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious, and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Decor was maybe a little dated in places, but overall a clean and comfortable place for breakfast

Ate there twice while visiting Goderich and it was a pleasent experience both times. The staff was friendly and prompt. The only thing that stops it from being 5 star is that both times we went those of us that ordered an omelet got them overcooked and dry. But the Eggs Benedict was great and the atmosphere was fun, will definitely go again if the chance comes.

Serious throw back to when eating out didn't break bank. Solid food with reasonable prices. Decently large portions and we liked their coffee and tea too. Really fun decor and menus. Parking lot is small and full but we parked in the lot of the business next door since it was Sunday morning and they were closed.

Went here today for Breakfast because I heard it has changed and was better then it was before. Overall ya it kinda has to me. Hard to get a parking spot for there is a small parking lot. But got in fine. Atmosphere felt old like the 50’s, also mostly aimed to the older crowd. Food came hot and was good, home fries were pretty bland, my friends coffee was hot. Service was good just not so talkative. I had the Magnificent Mcmillan. The temperature there was kinda humid and hot. Overall it was good.

Breakfast was good but nothing special. The 40-minute wait for eggs and toast was way too long. Wait staff were excellent.

Came for breakfast on our first morning in Goderich, so good we came back the next day. Food great, staff wonderful. Highly recommend coming to Bluewater Restaurant. The eggs benedict was the best 👌

I generally have a mediocre experience here, fast coffee that's fresh is good. Today the service was very stunted. I was at the counter. The associate on counter at 11am was fantastic, he was courteous, polite and calm. He got my drinks quickly and without difficulty. The food service area was absolutely terrible. Only one person creating the sandwiches and wraps. At break time with a huge influx of customers in drive through and counter. The drive thru associates were standing leaning on the counter arms crossed doing nothing as the food counter associate busted ass packing over 10 sandwiches. I had two muffins waiting to be warmed. I stood and waited for ten minutes as no one assisted the food counter. Finally an associate came from the back and offered help to which I heard "I'm good" from the counter associate. I asked for my muffins cold and left. The counter associate apologized and handed me my muffins. This is a failure in management and team work.

Came in this morning- aug 27 to get breakfast, in the process of ordering our food. One of the employees working at the food counter very rudely yelled at us not the other employee that there was no scrambled egg (when the employee taking our order had already notified us there would be a wait on this we agreed & still wanted it) this women was so rude we decided not to get anything, cancelled our order & walked out. We were simply wanting to order breakfast & one that has been advertised all over- the loaded sausage scrambled egg. So sad.

I met the owners last year and there always working in their stores. Each time I come to town I always see them. Very helpful and great to deal with as I get my snacks for vendors for my sales calls. Thanks Team.

When i bring in my own cup, it's to avoid the waste. When you make my drink in a plastic cup, then tanster it to my cup, then throw out the plastic cup? I often wonder what goes through your brain. You have a reusable cup. I've been there before, but never again. What is the possible point of bringing my own cup just for you to throw out the plastic cup anyway? Absolutely insane. I'd give a zero star if I could.

Had the absolute worst experience here yesterday. And after everything they still got the 2 item order wrong. Reply to management : I did reach out to corporate guest services and the local health unit. Thanks for the follow-up.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons! The coffee was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. The variety of donuts and sandwiches made it easy to find something for everyone in my group. The overall cleanliness of the store was also impressive. I'll definitely be coming back for my coffee and snack cravings. Thank you for the great service!

Awesome staff!!! Went in and they made me custom donuts!!!! Nothing too extravagant but no hesitation. Went back the next day and tweaked the recipe and still made them fresh for me.This was the third Timmy's I visited with my request and the only one to accommodate. Very nice to visit a chain coffee shop and still get this level of personal service!!!

Friday July 12 around 7pm, we stopped for dinner on our way through Goderich. Every single table was dirty and/or covered with the dishes and wrappers from the previous customers. A couple of families were finishing up their meals, but the restaurant was by no means busy. The staff were all in the kitchen and it took a few minutes for someone to come out to take our order. When he did, he seemed distracted by whatever fun time they were having in the kitchen. I ordered a veggie burger and barely got the words out of my mouth before he cut me off to inform me that it would take 10 minutes to cook. I said that was fine, we placed the rest of our order and went to find a seat. The staff member who took our order immediately disappeared back into the kitchen, so we were unable to ask to have a table cleaned off. I used some napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe off the table because it was covered in food pieces and sticky residue. Our food was ready in about the time he said, it was fine, although a little bit cold, which seemed strange since they had to obviously make the burger fresh. There were boxes of napkins sitting on the counter for our entire visit, a mop and bucket out on the floor of the restaurant, and the entire time we were sitting eating, nobody came out to have a look around the restaurant, the staff remained in the back. We could hear lots of laughing , as they were having a grand old time back there. There were dirty dishes piled by the condiment stand as well, and nobody came to get them. There was also randomly a tool sitting out beside our table. I hope the owner is aware of the absolutely unacceptable level of service and cleanliness in this restaurant. We even watched another customer come in and wait several minutes for someone to come and take his order. (Nobody did) He then left without ordering, looking frustrated that no one had come to take care of him.

Had a negative experience on December 13 at 2:46 PM as one of the burgers seem to have been repurposed and had a byte already taken. I still have no transparency on how this happened or what will be done to fix the issue. Until then I don’t recommend this place.

Very Yt. Staff couldn’t take our order for 10 minutes because they were in the middle of a gossip session. Lied to another patron about veggie burgers. Everything on the menu was “a ten minute wait” Yt customers that came in us after ordered 5 kids meals and 4 burgers. We ordered 3 burgers and two fountain sodas. Other group was served ten minutes before us. 0/10, would not recommend

I enjoyed a breakfast here on my way to Goderich ,I was pleased with the service and the food was better that I expected I had 2 toast 2 bacon 2 sausages 2 eggs and a hash brown with a small coffee for one $12.99

There are three great breakfast spots in town and I personally think A&W is one of them. Fast food, cooked perfectly, a clean environment and awesomely friendly staff. 👍

Super bad customer service (walk-in) today. Teenager stood around in kitchen talking to co worker. Glanced at me at the order counter. Took her time slowly walking to take my order. Never smiled, grunted when the tap machine didn't work for my payment. Sauntered back to talk to coworkers. Sauntered back with my order. Did bit speak. Probably should not be in customer service of any kind.

They can't get orders right. Ordered less sweet coffee and they gave me extra sugar in it. Ordered the pastry and they forgot the order until we asked about it. Saw some other people returning food that was done incorrectly, so it seems to be a common problem. Otherwise good clean restaurant. There's a place to sit outside as well. Parking lot is a bit tight

Who doesn't love McDonald's? Although I usually sit in and have a coffee it is always food is also good in moderation and it is super clean. Employees are always kind.

Canada day atmosphere... Surely busy. But you guys doing good. We went there at night time, around 11:30, they were trying to work fast and accommodate everyone. Beautiful place with many tables outside. Staff is good too. Clean inside.

Ordered a Lg Sprite for curb side pick up and 10 min wend buy and never brought it to me. So I went through the drive through and they told me that they went out there two times almost like it was my fault.

The staff would not stop staring at us the entire time, they kept messing up the orders and put together our food very sloppy. My brother in law specifically told them no bacon on his sandwich, and it was piled with bacon. I would prefer driving the distance to another Tim Hortons next time.

just ordered a wrap, including my boyfriend. both farmers one with extra chipoltle and the other no egg. both of our wraps had no sauce at all and mine had egg when i didn’t want any. overall the drinks are great and service was good. thankfully im not allergic to egg anymore!

Just arrived at this TH at 5:55 pm and order a medium coffee with 2 cream and one and half sugar plus honey curled donut. Somene who took the order speak clean English and looks like that is her first language. That was drive trough. I have to repeat few times what I want and on the end I spoke slowly to tell her what I want. On the end I noticed she is not happy with conversations and I proceed to take my order. I speak clean English with accent and all Canadian who speak English as a first language understanding me right away no need to repeat order at all. After I took the order I park outside and start to eat a donut and drink the coffee and I noticed I dropped a few drops on my yellow tshirt. I went out from the car to wash that and go back to the car to continue drinking and now I got a lot of coffee on me. I wash again myself and cheked lid on the cup and I closed opening for drinking and tilt the cup and coffee starts to leaking a lot. I took the lid off and checked cup and lid to find out why is leaking and I find out that rim on the top of the cup is not even all around. On one part of the rim was uneven same like when you checked roll up to win and that was the reason why cup was leaking. I went inside to ask then why coffee is leaking and two white girls one is taller and skinny and another is shorter wearing a glasses. One who wear the glasses said I didn't make it. I tried to show them how is leaking and guy who also was present and spek English with slight accent save situation saying I will make you another coffee and he apologize for this. Taller blonde girl with straight hair turn her back to me and spoke to that shorter girl and I noticed she is laughing at me. I asked her are you making fun of me and still with slight smile on her face answer to me we are not comfortable with that. That guy who was working with them save situation and apologize. That is obvious this guy know how to handle difficult situation. I am curious what management will do with this issue.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had such a poor experience the other day that I felt it needed to be shared. I ordered a coffee and then waited... and waited. The delay itself wasn't the issue—it was what I observed during the wait. One worker was steadily assembling what appeared to be a very large food order. Another was busy preparing several complicated cold drinks. Both were clearly working hard. But at the same time, three other employees stood by the drive-thru window, chatting and doing absolutely nothing. No drive-thru cars came through during this period. Meanwhile, customers inside - myself included - continued to wait. These three easily could have helped with food, made basic coffees, or taken more orders. They did none of that. I've honestly never seen a team so disengaged during a busy time. It was disappointing.

Went inside , to use the washroom then went to the till to buy food , was completely ignored by the staff , not acknowledged, to any degree , a simple “hello we’ll be right with you” would have been enough but we were blatantly ignored , there were 3 people in the line including myself just standing there being ignored . Horrible behaviour and customer service .

Food is just awful. Staff is well, you know........... Ron Don's coffee is better and cheaper

This is the ONLY Tim's I will visit in Ontario The staff is friendly, old time customer service !! The products are fresh and replenished and the restaurant is Clean

The staff are very friendly. I've never had to wait long for my order, it's always completed quickly. They also have plenty of free parking, which is something I appreciate after having lived in the city.

Always a great stop! The coffee’s fresh, service is quick, and the place is super clean. The manager, Surbhi, clearly does a great job, you can see it in how smooth everything runs and how friendly the team is.

After waiting 15 minutes, for a toasted plain bagel with butter and plain cream cheese . I received a non toasted sloppy mess cinnamon raisin bagel cold. The establishment is filthy is smells terrible. Not one worker cared about the quality of service. And further more spoke to the owner who also could care less. Watched the owner come into the establishment walk right to the back and not once come out and lead his very unqualified staff . 14 year olds would give better service. This is unacceptable and shameful for a bunch of adults making coffee and simple sandwiches at that cost.

Slow service, long wait time at the counter, could hardly understand the server. But we made due, grimy ceilings, bathrooms are dirty, and smell. The facility needs updating. Nice fireplace though.

Just got my regular ice cap and again HAIR in it... I tried to explain this to the owner DAVE and he doesn't want to hear it.. quite literally, just walked away from me while saying he doesn't want to hear it this morning. So sick of all of these new employees and how low the quality has dropped... With hair nets and everything hair should never be in my drink.. Dave, before you tell another customer, you don't want to hear it.You probably should, that's a health violation So gross and not the first time dave please start listening to your customers 🤢 yuck

We place our order, went to table and it was dirty. Went to counter and asked for a wet cloth to wipe off the table and was told to use a napkin. I had to take napkin to washroom to get wet and couldn't believe how dirty the washroom was. We had a friend meet us there and when she went to place her order, she had people look at her but didn't go to take her order, we believe it was just before a shift change so she sat down with us with out getting anything. This is know way to run a business.

The restaurant looked like it was closed. It was about 5 pm. The atmosphere was uninviting; understandably, there were no customers seated. We ordered coffee to take out. The service was fine and the coffee was ok. The only business was a few cars using the drive-thru. The bathrooms were not clean and the restaurant was dingy and dirty. We'll pick up coffee elsewhere next time we're in the area.

Worst Coffee Experience Ever I ordered a hot latte, but what I got was ice-cold, as if it came straight from the fridge. I returned to the store within just 15 minutes to report the issue, but the staff gave me an absurd excuse: “It got cold because of the 15 minutes.” This is impossible since the coffee was left in my car on a 30°C day. The drink was clearly served cold from the start. Terrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for customers. I will never return to this location and do not recommend it to anyone.

Not even single star can be provided for food ordered for brownie and triple triple requested the Indian staff to heat for brownie but as of like I asked her money she behaved in rude way and the coffee was also not hot drivethru was so delayed and they don’t understand what we order English is the language we can convey but they ask you know Hindi what’s that? are we living in any place like that totally experiencing bad

Oct 23, 2024. 7:36 a.m. I placed a mobile order for an extra large with 2 cream. When I got to the bottom of the cup, I felt a firm clump of sticky slippery goo in my mouth. Spit it out and it appears green in colour (picture attached). I returned at 12:40 to show the workers. One lady said it's likely buildup from in the tube of the cream dispenser. I have my doubts, since it's bright green. Told them it appears to be out of someone's nose. I hope they can take the necessary steps to prevent giving more people green globs in their coffee. At least they gave me a free coffee then, so I'll give them 2 stars.

Today, I visited the Bayfield Tim Hortons and ordered an everything bagel, triple toasted. It was burnt to a charcoal-like state. I overheard the staff conversation saying that the whole restaurant was going to stink and be smoky, and all the staff were laughing. She took too much time to give my order, so I thought she was making a new one, but she gave me the same burnt bagel. When I ordered the same bagel double toasted last time, it was lightly toasted, so I changed it to triple toast, which ended up burnt as charcoal. The lady handed over the bagel with very rude behavior. Please give the right training to your staff so they can follow Tim Hortons' standard toast chart. I don't recommend anyone order food from here. It's always a bad experience when I visit this Tim Hortons. However, if anyone is looking for a charcoal bagel and disrespect from the staff, this is the place. If anyone has had a similar experience, please share it.

I ordered 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches on biscuits, but neither of them had any bacon on them. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving, because I only noticed once I got home. Pretty disappointing experience — bacon is kind of the whole point of the sandwich! Hoping they improve their quality control.

Food is great and order is always fast / correct but Michael from this location is what really stands out. He is always so kind to us every time we see him. Always greets us with a smile and is so pleasant to speak to. He deserves utmost recognition and a raise! Thanks Michael :)

We were in the area visiting some relatives and stopped in for breakfast. We had a huge order and the crew handled it like champs. Very friendly team. Great food and for a big group the pricing was inexpensive.

I was at 533 Bayfield st. Barrie location store was busy around 1 pm we ordered our meal and was ready in minutes very friendly and pleasant staff tables were clean. I definitely recommend this location and i will be glad to visit again. Thank you staff keep up the great job you are doing.

I’m in town each month for a few days doing a sales call. I always pick up snacks for my vendors as I travel to numerous sites. Tim’s team always spot on and helpful. Thank you again.

Coffee was good. Ordered a half dozen donuts. Unfortunately day old donuts were given and charged for fresh. Donuts were stale.

This place is great, the detail that they put into your meal will amaze you. Could use more local bacon (just saying). Delightful coffee, and pastries.

Items were good as usual but the poor server that served us was running like crazy as other employees were too busy chatting to each other and never helped her out. We waited a long time for service because this one young lady was doing everything. Manager should be scheduled for weekend shifts to monitor employees. The one lady who served us was amazing.

There seems to be a few people that enjoy their job. Others who make it clear they do not. Still great product. But what I can't understand is why nobody ever cleans the drive-thru area. The window is always gross they've got old taped on signs on the glass that are never changed. And the donation box always filled with garbage. Incredibly on appetizing to have to sit in before getting your food.

I love the Seaforth location: everyone is so friendly and efficient! Lou, the supervisor is friendly and helpful! When it is busy at the front, she will jumps in and help out! This is my favourite Tim Hortons in all of Canada. It’s always clean, comfortable and nice inside and the staff is the friendliest. I get an egg wrap almost every morning no matter where I’m travelling for work and this Tim’s makes them the best.
