What a wonderful experience away from home. The staff was very friendly and their molletes were amazing. I highly recommend getting them mixed with the different chorizos. The atmosphere is fantastic and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the area it is in. We’ve been coming to area for over 15 years, and this is our first time willing to go and try a new breakfast location, we were very happy with the find.

Had breakfast here. The meal was fine. Yummy pancakes, very fluffy. However first cup of coffee was cold and the espresso i ordered wasn't very good. No crema on top and didnt taste good. Service was excellent and the view of the marina is nice.

Yummy! Went there this morning for breakfast. Fantastic atmosphere overlooking the Marina. I got Le vive French toast (toast plus egg plus bacon). Also ordered a side of hash browns. Wife got the waffle with strawberry, banana, and Nutella. Mmm.

I’ve been to this breakfast spot three times now and was very happy with my first two visits. I ordered the same thing each time — the burrito with machaca — and it was always generous in size, flavorful, and satisfying enough that I had to take the rest home. At 240 pesos, it felt like a good value. Unfortunately, my third visit was disappointing. I ordered the same burrito, but this time the portion was noticeably smaller — less than half the filling I was used to — and wrapped in way too much tortilla. It felt like a deflated version of the original dish. I brought this up to the waiter, who kindly brought over the manager. He explained they were out of the large tortillas and had used three small ones instead. I appreciated that he came over and acknowledged the issue. I said “ok, no problem” at the time, because I’m not one to create unnecessary conflict, especially when someone’s trying to make it right. But the second burrito they brought out was pretty much just as small — so the issue really wasn’t resolved. It’a disappointing but even more upsetting that if this had been my first visit, or someone else’s, we’d never know the burrito was supposed to be much more filling. That feels deceptive. When you’re paying 240 pesos for a dish, it should leave you full and satisfied — not still hungry or wondering if you need to order something else. I hope this was just a one-off issue and not a sign of the restaurant cutting corners. I’ve enjoyed this place before and would like to keep supporting it, but consistency and honesty really matter — for returning customers and new. This is such a cute place to get pancakes and waffles. Love their breakfast food. The service is spot on and quick. A bit Americanized, but that’s ok. We loved it.

The staff was extremely friendly and the menu has lots of breakfast options. I had eggs Benedict but wouldn't have it again the English muffins were soggy and the Hollandaise sauce wasn't what I expected ...extremely tart! My wife had waffles with eggs and sausage she enjoyed it.

The food was OK but not fantastic and the service was pretty scattershot. The servers were friendly but we had to keep reminding them of things. They brought most of the food and then didn't being the rest for quite some time so we ended up having some people eating while others just had to sit and watch. the prices were OK. we paid around $15 for a couple of bowls of yogurt with fruit, granola and honey and a couple of cold drinks.

Food was terrific! Has breakfast and the sauce in the omelette was amazing. Also had a chocolate milkshake and it was very good. Had some pastries for take away and it was pretty good too. Overall prices and quality of the food is great. Would come back 100% Take in mind that this place is super popular so you’ll probably have to wait for a table.

Good food but the service was disappointing. We asked for food to be served all at the same time. They brought my wife's food but not mine. Mine arrived after my wife was finished eating her's. We could never find our server so we had to keep asking other people to attend to our table. There are many more Panama Restaurantes to go to where the food and the service is better.

Yes, it does have a diner feel. Large selection on the menu at reasonable prices. I ordered this salad; it was the very best guilt free meal I've ever had. The additional sauces were all delicious Im sitting here eating this salad feeling excited.. really

This is a truly Sinaloan restaurant, too delicious in each dish, an unmatched flavor, the coffee from a pot is very delicious, delicious barley water a little sweet but just right to drink alone when one visits Mazatlan, the delicious stews have the exact right level of seasoning. The delicious desserts especially the chocolate cake, the tres leches cake. The waiters' attention was super good. The wait is a little long but it is totally worth the wait. The bathrooms are a little small but clean. The parking lot is very spacious with no problems.

Everything went really well; my only complaint was that the coffee guy took forever to refill our coffees. Other than that, great service, great food.

Awesome local food....decent prices. The sea breeze is just amazing when you're sitting facing the beach. The only mood killer is when the band comes nearby and play their local music... Holy hell they're loud and then can go on non stop throughout your whole meal. It's local music, so local that some tourist don't know how to appreciate and when that happens, it becomes noise... if they tried mixing some mainstream music it would've been okay. but back to the food... A MUST TRY!!! We went twice throughout our stay nearby.

My first night back to a favourite place that is still turning out amazing food, after decades of service - a real testatment to their merit. I’m in love with the coconut shrimp served with mango sauce and rice. The sound and view of the ocean as one dines is a really fantastic. The chef-inspired desserts are out of this world! The servers are extremely attentive to one’s needs. Very impressive establishment!

Great view. Great service. Great breakfast. Great price. Truly enjoyed my Athlete omelette. Homemade 3 types of hot sauce made breakfast even more delicious. Took a nice long walk on the beach afterwards. I was happy 😎

Pancho's is a beautiful waterfront eatery. The fresh seafood is out of this world. Mango margaritas are exceptional and the atmosphere is loud and lively. The only true downfall is many if the staff speak limited English and while i know limited Spanish and we can make it work... I k ow it is frustrating for them as well as us. Please Do NOT let that deter you from visiting this restaurant... it is a wonderful local eatery

My wife and I ate here at the recommendation of our very nice, knowledgeable and helpful taxi driver. What a wonderful surprise! Pancho's is everything we wanted for our date night away from the kids on our last day in town. Amazing food, phenomenal service (always a member of the staff waiting patiently to help) and RIGHT on the beach. Such a breathtaking view and the type of atmosphere that makes a romantic date perfect! Thank you to all the staff for making our night perfect!!!

One of the best places we have ever been to! The food is delicious and comes in large portions. The service is supremely attentive and thoughtful. Prices are very fair. Add the fact that you get to be right at the beach to enjoy the beautiful lively scenery, and your experience is complete! We were very thankful for the complimentary appetizers (chips with salsa) to start our meal and mango ice cream at the end. Absolutely delicious and very memorable!!!

Usually eat here at least 3x/week when I visit Maz bc it used to be fantastic. Went today and it was horrible except for the coconut shrimp which were good, but size was smaller than usual. The fajitas and fettuccini were trash. The service was meh. The entire experience was just bad. And the bill was too high for the quality of food and compared to typical Maz prices. Didnt mind paying more for a great experience and great food value but def not coming back for what they served us today. I will drive 45min + to eat much better food at a much better value. Sucks bc this place used to hit.

We enjoyed a beautiful view on the patio. Our food and drinks were delicious and the service was excellent! Liz and Ramon were very patient and attentive with helping us place our orders. The salsa Ramon made at our table was so good! The prices were great. My only regret is that we didn’t know about this gem before our last night!

This place was recommended by the Grand Mayan. The food was really good. They made fresh salsa table side. The staff was super friendly and informative. I had the pulpo empanada, tuna ceviche and a Baja shrimp taco. Everything was muy buen. Even got a slice of chocolate cake to go. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely the best restaurant on acapulco, ate here 2 tines in the same day and did not dissapoint by a bit. Service is awesome and practical, cocktails are delicious and the 650$ pesos promo with octupus and 3 types of shrimp almost gave me.an orgasm on how good it was. Absoulute mindblowing place, 100% reccomend. I lowed one star due to my last experience, one of the waiters sat on the side of our table and didn´t move, making it a bit weird

Great experience at La Finca. Service was excellent with Margarito and Alvaro. We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks. Recommend the sopa azteca, the ceviche la finca, and el pulpo. Chose to eat here with my wife instead of the expensive hotel restaurant. Prices much more reasonable at la finca!

Always a great experience every time I’ve been here. Brought my mom here for her first time in Sayulita. We got the French toast pudding to share with a side of eggs and sausage. Delicious as always!!

This place is an institution for a reason! A vibrant, lovely spot right in the heart of Sayulita. We came here several times to work and eat and it’s always been delicious. 😋 The staff is super kind, quick, and the food is fresh and full of flavour. The owner is such a sweet lady — she even gifted us some freshly baked cinnamon rolls! We tried the bagels, huevos, different juices, and the coffee (which is amazing). And please, don’t miss their signature dish: the Chocolate Banana — totally worth the hype! 🍌🍫

Service is a bit unattending, had to wave them in both to get the menu as well as to order. The staff is very talkative among them self, joking and shouting. You get a feeling that they are tired of this place. It's a tourist place for sure, and they carry on because of this. With that said, I ordered a green goddess smoothie, and it was fresh. Potentially a bit overpriced. Accepts credit card from $300 and up. This is not a relaxing place during daytime. Sit as far away from the kitchen/cashier as possible. Final price on receipt was 21% higher (taxes?) plus tip.

Got the famous chocolate banana shake, steak quesadilla and chicken enchiladas. No alcohol for sale. Fun, busy atmosphere. Would get the steak quesadilla and chocobanana shake again.

Nice spot in the heart of town. It closes relatively early and is known obviously for its banana treat. The burger on a bagel was surprisingly good. Staff was very friendly but the only downfall was this was pretty expensive for what it is. Would recommend

Really enjoyed brunch here while staying in Sayulita. Great portion and friendly service. The wait wasn’t long for a table as I expected as it’s very popular and for good reason!

The food at this place was amazing! I ordered the Plato de Pancho which was red chilaquiles and I also ordered the Chocochino which was very delicious but super sweet. I felt like there wasn’t much coffee in it. The service wasn’t great but they were super busy. We asked if we seat ourselves and they said yes so we did and didn’t get someone to come by until like 15min later. We also ordered banana bread and it didn’t come until we were all done eating so we had to take it home. We will definitely be back

The most delicious food in all of Zihuatanejo. Family run for over 18 years, the love they put into every dish and the service is palpable. The chilaquiles were exceptional and the off the bone pork ribs were out of this world. The coffee is amazing too. I travelled around the whole of Mexico and this place stands out. It’s no wonder they are in the best 250 restaurants in Mexico. Award winning quality. Enjoy!

We had an exceptional breakfast experience at Carmelita’s Café, and I can now see why it’s so beloved by locals and visitors alike. Everything we ordered was deeply satisfying and beautifully prepared — starting with the tongue (lengua), which was incredibly tender and flavorful, accompanied by a chipotle sauce that was smoky, rich, and absolutely perfect. The pancakes were light and fluffy — among the best I’ve had in Mexico — and the elote tamal was soft, warm, and bursting with corn flavor. We also tried two prehispanic drinks, pozol and tescalate, which were a fascinating and delicious window into regional culinary traditions. It’s rare to find a place that offers this kind of deep cultural food experience in such an accessible and inviting way. The setting is also worth mentioning — a lovely open-air patio full of life and energy, with a mix of locals and travelers. And most memorably, the owner came by to chat with us — warm, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about excellence, local ingredients, and honoring the culinary heritage of the region. This is not just breakfast — it’s a cultural experience. Highly recommended. Come hungry and curious. You’ll be very glad you did.

Very good atmosphere, the place is very nice many locals eat here, and the food was outstanding 👌! Had the "Rabo de res a la Pasilla" 👍👍👍, and we also had the green chilaquiles, all food was great! Highly recommended!

A delightful breakfast experience. Customers are a mix of tourists and locals. Coffee con canela is hot and fresh, served with milk, American coffee also available. Made in house pan dulce is offered on a dessert cart wheeled to your table after drinks are served. The most special sweet bread is the incredible cinnamon roll, which our server was very proud to offer. I am so glad we took her up on it, because it was soft and just, mmmm *chef's kiss* perfecto! Staples like eggs mexicana, huevos rancheros, and motuleños are on the menu, along with fresh juices, milk fruit smoothies, fresh fruit plates with yogurt, and so much more. Coffee is roasted in house and offered for sale as whole beans or freshly ground. Highly recommend you try Carmelita's for breakfast or brunch!

A real nice, local restaurant with quality food and great service. We ate here twice for lunch during our stay. Very convenient location. Parking is tough, but we walked the second time. Very clean, modern bath room as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants some local food options.

Absolutely delicious, and 100% authentic food. The staff and cooks here are so kind and welcoming. Everything was just so flavorful and fresh. If you are in Zihuatanejo this is a must place to try for breakfast/lunch. Pricing is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend the chilaquiles, huevos con chorizo, enchiladas, café de olla and all of their juices (pressed in house).

Right in the heart of Sayulita, Mary’s hums with the chaos and charm of a beach town that never really sleeps. I asked the waiter what’s good — he said everything. For once, not a lie. The ceviche hits bright and clean, and Mary’s specialty taco? Messy, bold, unforgettable. Street soul with a little swagger.

Loved this spot in town. Has a cozy vibe and friendly atmosphere. Portions are big. The burrito was massive and the tacos had so much filling, I didn’t even know how to handle it. Delicious though. The lemonade and strawberry lemonade was blended with ice and very tasty!

Great food. The service was fast and they were very attentive. We never had an issue finding a table. The Oleas taco was our favorite. Reasonable prices on everything.

Satisfying food and fair prices. We stopped at Mary’s for dinner and got the bad- ass burrito, one steak taco and one shrimp taco. There were six or seven different types of sauce to try and they were all delicious.

Very good and welcoming. The crispy fried fish tacos were superb. Shrimp quesadilla was great, also. Our guacamole was a bit bland. Little pricier than similar other places. Frida the cute schnauzer kept us company.

Mary's is not to be missed. I was there in January twice, and it was excellent 👌. So when I returned to Sayulita with my sister, I told her we had to try it and it did not disappoint. My sister rarely gives compliments, but she practically gushed about her shrimp taco (not so much for the steak taco. It was lacking flavor). I had two different types of shrimp tacos, and both were marvelous, with plentiful fillings. In January my friend and I had the ceviche and it was really good too. If you want outdoor seating, go early or prepare to wait (we ate inside, but the tables seemed to be turning over outside fairly regularly).

Hot damn; great food, affordable, quick service. 4 salsa provided and simply wonderful. Consistent service & not too many cars driving by when youre doing dinner on the Day of the Dead ! So it was definitely an experience my lady and I deeply enjoyed. Thank you all for a lovely Sayulita experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience at Rico’s Café in Mazatlán! We stopped in for a sweet treat and were blown away. The Oreo frappes were hands down the best I’ve ever had—rich, creamy, and perfectly blended. I also tried the Café de la Olla on the recommendation of our amazing server, Wendy, and I’m so glad I did. It was incredible—warm, spiced just right, and full of flavor. We finished with the Naked Strawberry and New York Cheesecake—both were top notch. You can tell they take pride in their desserts. Add in the friendly, attentive service, and this place is a must-visit if you’re in Mazatlán. Highly recommend!

There was a short wait before we were seated by the host. A table was offered at the back patio but too warm and felt isolated. We decided to stay indoors keeping us cooler with the AC on. Nice indoor atmosphere. I don't thinking I've ever seen the cafe ever not busy. Tables are usually full and staff are everywhere tending to their tables and work areas. Our server Fernanda was attentive and friendly. Our order arrived, along with fresh orange juice drinks. Delicious. We could not be more happier with our breakfast/lunch choices. I repeat, delicious. In past years, I had only tried Rico's breakfast and lunch menu. My experience has always been positive and favorable. A must try 👍🏼

Very bright and welcoming restaurant. The staff all speak English fluently and were very attentive and considerate. The food was great. Introduced me to Sinaloense meats like chilorio and machaca. Everything felt very fresh and clean and well made. The coffee was good too. Will be a regular stop for me when I come back to Mazatlan.

Great place. Breakfasts are awesome, but not just that, coffee is great, bakery, and it is open late. They have a little brewery, so it is a good place to try a beer in the afternoon when the heat is going up here in Mazatlan. The staff is great and friendly.

I’m a coffee snob from Seattle, and this place really knows how to make good quality Chemex coffee, served w a side of buttery shortbread. Their regional, international and seasonal food options are all mouthwatering and we had a hard time choosing. Got the Sinaloa breakfast plate and Huevos Rancheros, eggs cooked to our specifications. The service was superb, Aurora was very attentive and made our experience far above par.

I ordered fettuccine Alfredo from Panama. The customer service was very good. The delivery was fast. The price is cheap. The staff is friendly. The food is very good. It came in good condition. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted very good. The sauce was yummy and the pasta was soft. I liked the flavor a lot. I didn’t have any problems with the delivery. I totally recommend the Panama restaurant

The menu was extensive. The best part of the meal was coffee (very good) and Lemonada. The food was not good, it looked good but tasted blah..soggy papa's I had the rib eye hamburger. We tried the cheese cake dessert, just ok, not exciting. We were traveling through, staying at the hotel next door. The person serving was very sweet. I won't be back to eat here! 😕

i tried the mini pay dessert from panama in culiacan, the dessert looked super cute and tasty, and the portion size was just right. The flavor was sweet and fresh, and the strawberries tasted natural. What i really liked was the presentation was incredible, and the texture was softer than other deserts i ve tried, the price was also reasonable for the quality. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean and cozy. It felt more like a boutique bakery than a regular cake shop. I recommend this dessert to anyone who loves pays and wants something sweet but not heavy. Its a good opinion fir a snack or small treat. I gave it 5 stars on the app

Delicious food at reasonable prices, highly recommended. Unfortunately, this small chain of restaurants is available in Sinaloa state. There are no Panama restaurants in any other part of Mexico. This place is packed at weekends, so be patient, if you want to eat here.still, it is worth it!!

Excellent food! Very well known restaurant chain with few locations. The menu is extensive and delicious! Very hard to beat. It's a must place to eat in Culiacan. The service is top notch. It's not the lowest priced menu but it's not exaggerated considering the quality food and service you will receive. Highly recommended.

Great spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tacos, sandwiches or burgers, you can find it at Mary's for a great price! Our kids enjoyed the ice cream joint the most with cones at $49 pesos. Definitely recommend🤙🏽

The food is absolutely dee-luscious, my favorite is Mary's Original hamburger, the fries are crispy outside with creamy potato inside, salads of all kinds are always made with fresh crisp ingredients. We not only love the food but Mary and Gabe are always up beat and friendly as is their staff. Great place. Thanks Mary, Gabe and staff.

Every time I go to Mazatlan I visit Mary's. The food and service are always great. The prices are very reasonable, however it is important to note they only accept cash [MEX$ or USD acceptable]. Everyone I've taken with me loves it as well. It's near plenty of shops and not too far from the beach. Great seating options both indoor & outdoor. Wonderful local business & often the owner is on-site.

If you're looking for a good steak in Mexico, this place has them. The service was appropriate. Never felt rushed. Nice touch to have music in the evening

This is the place you want to be in. You will be right at home. Great atmosphere, soothing music, the host is actually the owner: this is how down to earth he is & like promised for their great service I would brag to the world about them. Woooo hooooooo Great great great simply great

It's probably the best restaurant in Ixtapa / Zihuatanejo. We started with pulpo carpachio and a Ceasars salad. Followed by dinner, I had the tuna steak, my wife had the mussels, our host had the pork loin all were extremely good if not excellent! We have visited all the high-end restaurants in our 20+ years of coming to Z, and this one tops them all.

Consistent quality and service. We come several times a week for breakfast. FRESH squeezed jugo. It’s a little more expensive than some breakfast joints but totally worth it. We can always count on fresh fish for dinner.

This was a nice restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. I had the tuna steak which was perfectly cooked to my request and bathed in a wonderful orange sauce and just a little bit of spice. The vegetables were cooked just perfectly and nicely seasoned with a bit of salt and a touch of butter. For dessert we tried the chocolate mousse in and the apple turnover. Both were lovely. I would definitely recommend this place.

Ordered seabass, busboy presented as "mahimahi", assured by waiter it was indeed seabass, twice. didn't taste like any of the seabass I had before, dry, bland, no taste, had to ask for salt. Bill came as Dorado (spanish for.....you guessed it, mahi mahi). Didn't want to argue with the waiter any more. Just paid and left. Partner's red snapper tasted better. The escargot is tasty, liked it that they were served in the shells. Tuna tartar just meh. Lots of patrons ordered mussels in a pot that looked delicious.

The food and atmosphere are very nice. Really good live singer. Great restaurant for the family or a romantic dinner.

One of the best breakfast/lunch place in Zihua! Great food and service but also some of the best views of the bay as you are above ground right in the middle of the bay. Often with a nice breeze as you enjoy your meal with some fresh fruit juices...

This is a beautiful restaurant off the beach. Many friends of mine enjoyed their meals. We had baguettes and these had great flavor. The "asadero" was well worth it. The salad was extremely salty so it was hard to eat. The French toast is shareable. It's quite a big dish. The staff was friendly and very attentive too. We were a large party and we all were well taken care of. We hope to revisit in the future.

As most locals do l'm starting breakfast with a pastry of some form. In this case a coconut pastry bar and then onto the entree of Pobretones which are scrambled eggs with pieces of fried tortilla, topped with red sauce, cream, cotija cheese, onion, cilantro, and served with refried beans with chorizo and house-made tortillas. The view is fantastic here. Excellent food, service, reasonable prices and this view. No doubt l'll be there a few times.

This is probably one of the best places to get a good local breakfast. The menu has good choices if you’re into healthy eating but also has a wide variety of typical Guerrero eats. Mornings are pretty busy so getting your food can take a bit of a wait. It’s also hard to get a table with ocean view so that’s why the wait can be long. The food is good though and it’s one the the best coco flans I’ve had. Also I had dinner there (a cheeseburger) and it was delicious

I had the most delicious French toast, special of the day. Sweet, but not overly so, with a subtle orange taste. Such a perfect combination with my cafe’ de olla. Everything about the experience was fantastic! No wonder, it’s my favorite place for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

One of the best breakfasts in Zihua. I appreciate the gluten free options. Such tasty dishes. The ambiance was terrific. Attentive staff, beautiful space and pleasant live music. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Update: we came back today and knowing their policies, I informed the waitress we planned to stay for 3 hours and in that time period we would order a total of four drinks and two breakfasts. I asked her if that would be okay because they are so strict about co-working. She said yes that's fine and so we proceeded to order three drinks. There was two of us total. After 1 hour the owner came over and told us we had to leave because we hadn't ordered enough. I explained to him that his staff member had okayed the situation and I explained to him that we were going to have a substantial order. At the time he told us to leave there were three open tables. My original review: One of the few coffee shops in town that offer both AC and good Wi-Fi along with ergonomical seating. They also have an excellent selection of specialty coffees including chemex and some things we have never even tried before. So we absolutely loved this place. They are very strict about making sure you order something every hour, Maybe a little too forceful but I understand the reasoning. It's a small place and sometimes digital nomads can be rude and inconsiderate. If you're going to visit a coffee shop like this be sure to continue ordering on a regular basis just like if you were paying for a co-working space. It costs a lot of money to provide gourmet coffee in a wonderful environment so the rules make sense. We will be back.

Well we’ve been coming to Sayulita for 3 years and I’ve been wanting to try Yah-Yah this time we did and this year we did!!! Tomorrow on our last of nine days it will be our fourth time… had something different each occasion for both of us and can’t find better fresh high quality breakfast fare and cappuccinos/lattes! Service is friendly and we feel welcomed each morning. The flower attached is an adorable touch 💜 Today I found out there are two locations and we’ve been going to one on: Av. Revolución 15-Local 3, Centro, 63734 Sayulita, Nay., Mexico Best people ever!!!

Really lovely little spot in Sayulita with yummy food, friendly service, a nice atmosphere, and the coffee is top notch. My server let me practice my Spanish and helped me out where I would stumble on words. The space is clean and neat as a pin. You can tell the owners and staff take pride in the place. The take cash or credit.

Yah-Yah was recommended to us by locals and our Airbnb hosts. This place has amazing coffee and smoothies! And don’t even get me started on the pastries. Best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had!! This place is definitely a must for breakfast when in Sayulita.

The hot honey bagel was great, we also ordered the everything croissant and my partner enjoyed that, very filling. The Vietnamese inspired coffee was kind of light, typically it’s very strong coffee. I don’t know if I would order that again. But everything else was good!

I stopped by this coffee shop because it’s just a few steps from our Airbnb, and I noticed they had pastries and bagels. The place itself is cute, and everything we ordered was delicious — we got three plain bagels, one croissant, and one coffee. However, I was not expecting to spend nearly $25 for that! I understand we’re on vacation and prices can be higher in touristy areas, but this just felt way overpriced, especially when I was able to feed my whole family breakfast elsewhere for under $20. Overall, cute spot, good food, but not worth the excessive prices to me.

The food is amazing here. We were in Taxco for 2 days and ate here twice! They have unique dishes like huazontles, lasagna with blue mushroom and lasagna with mole. All of them were so good! Nice atmosphere as well 😀

I came here on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The mushroom lasagna was amazingly good. So good it made me want to come back again. ☺️ Edit: I ended up coming back TWO more times it was so good.

Excellent food, cozy atmosphere, good services. The food is more like a fusion of US cuisine and Mexico cuisine. I bet people who are used to traditional american breakfast but not so much as Mexican food will loooove it. It's a little hard to find the restaurant but everything here definitely deserves the efforts.

Amazing. You feel like you are having breakfast at a friend's house. They make everything to order on the spot and it's a lovely cool place to have a meal during the hot day.

Love at first sight! The whole ambiance is so charming and homey! THE food is the main reason we came back a second time. Definitely try the French press coffee and huanzontle! And all their Italian dishes! The server is also really really friendly, accommodating to a vegetarian and informative—speaks English really well. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Violante. She came and introduced herself, chatted with us for a little bit, gave us a little tour and lots of tips and recommendations! We’ll definitely come back every time we’re in Taxco :)

Excellent place to eat out of the noise but within the downtown area. And a little peak to the church. And the views are great. The food was amazing the place it’s a bit hidden. But it was worth the little walk to get there. The ravioli were amazing , and the pizza too. Great service!! Will always go back here.

Very cozy little spot - was deserted while we were there, adding to the ambiance. We got the chilaquiles verdes y huevos estrellados and both were excellent. David, our mesero, was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The atmosphere alone should bring you through the door.

Enjoyed the food and service was good. I went there based on the reviews, I was not disappointed. It is outside, no A/C. It was a little hot, but the food was good. They have very good fresh made juices. It is right next to the beach and some shops.

Had the Huevos divorciados. Yummy. Used to come here years ago when I stayed in Mazatlán. Fresh orange juice. Will be back....came back..had the swiss chilaquiles as recommended. They were OK.. not really what I was expecting for breakfast..I'll stay with the Huevos divorciados instead.....the little breakfast was very good as well. Good prices

This is The Place for that wonderful start to your day with their amazing dble-shot espresso lattes and omelettes with home fried potatoes! Don’t walk to here, RUN!

We were staying at the Riu and Looney Beans is a 15 minute walk. The walk was well worth it. Great coffee and awesome breakfast. Definitely recommend the banana nut pancakes and green zinger juice!

What a great place! We walked down the beach almost daily and those trips almost always ended in a stop here. They have great breakfast. The breakfast burrito is the bomb. Frappacino and smoothies are always a hit with the kids. The servers are quick and speak English well. They have Spanish and English menus and take USD and CAD which they have their daily rates posted for on a board. Worth the trip!

Bought their Chiapas coffee bean after we took our breakfast there. Amazing roasted beans, regret that I haven't tried it when I was there, I tried their house blend, very good indeed, but this Chiapas is way better, nutty, dark chocolate, caramel, milky crema. Highly recommend to get a bag home if you are into coffee.

Service and atmosphere are great but the food was lacking. The balsamic salad was sicky sweet. The .8 pound ribeye was about half of that and was thin, tough and super salty. I typically eat seafood here but was tearing for a steak. I don’t know about the seafood here but stay clear of the beef.

Amazing service + live music and good vibes makes this on the beach restaurant a must visit if you’re in town. The Caesar salad is prepared table side and is absolutely delicious. Every dish I tried was flavor, fresh and will leave you wanting more. Everyone who serviced our table was exceptionally friendly, patient and knowledgeable. So glad I stopped in and will likely have to come bs k before I leave town.

Bistro Del Mar is the finest restaurant in Zihuatenejo. We had breakfast here almost every morning and three times for dinner. The service is just amazing and the food is absolutely delicious, every time. Big shout out to Fortunato, Salvatore and Juan Carlos, to name a few. It also has the very best view, right on the beach, with lovely ocean breezes. You will not be disappointed!

Discovered this place walking along the beachfront promenade and so glad we did. The food was first class, the service was excellent and the view was delightful. An appetizer of freshly cut Palma ham and melon, our main courses were a seared ahi tuna and vegetables and mahi mahi with portobello mushrooms and vegetables. We both had crème brûlée for desert. We thought that the price was right for the quality of the food and service. I’d highly recommend this restaurant.

During our eight week stay, we’ve been six times and that is evidence of how we feel. Francisco, Manuel, Aturo and the entire team offer excellent service. The table side Ceasar salad results in possibly the BEST I've had anywhere! The Fresh Mahi-Mahi, lobster and Egg plant are all delicious. The setting right on Mederia beach is just the icing on the cake. As we leave Zihua, we say Muchissimo gracias👏As the Phantom Gourmet, I’d have to award FOUR SILVER 🥄🥄🥄🥄’s Perfecto ~ bueno provecho!

I want to preface my review with the fact that we were staying at the Aura del Mar and we received breakfast every morning included with our room rate, so my review is just of the free breakfast, not the full restaurant menu or experience. The included breakfast menu was quite limited - about 4 different ways to get eggs, but it was enough variety that we only ate out for breakfast 2 times during our 5 day stay. You got choice of breads, juices, fruit, and the main course. The quality was great, service was good and the view couldn't be beat! Just wish there had been more choices.

Very civilized seafood restaurant on the shore with a nice view of the bay. Main dinner dish of significant quality and taste. Excellent service. Banana cheesecake dessert slightly disappointing.

Clean, quaint, kind and tasty. Visited with a small group that included several children and the staff was patient and kind at every step. Breakfast combo includes a hot beverage (tea or coffee), juice or smoothie, a very fresh fruit bowl, a nice assortment of breads and your choice of several egg options, savory hot plate options or sweet options. Overheard staff speaking English with several other tables. Fantastic local option that obviously focuses on quality first, unlike many of the tourist traps that can be found in the area.

Off the beaten track. Lillian is wonderful and goes beyond to make your time here a wonderful experience. She has many item on her menu that are gluten free. Be sure to check it out.

My wife and I were looking to escape our resort for a nice off the beaten path breakfast and we got that exactly from 3x3! Great little place to grab authentic Mexican breakfast cooked fresh to order and quality.

Delicious food with tons of options to choose from, good service, authentic coffee from Oaxaca, loved 'El Mexicano' plate. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Mexican brunch.

Hard stale tortillas, the torta as you can see the bread was stale and with cold prego sauce poured on top with a single slice of avocado and FOUR tiny frozen shrimp. The chilaquilles were stale and dry with the same canned tomato sauce on top. Nothing had Mexican flavor it tasted bland and processed. Ordered the torta at 12:05 and it didn’t come out until 1pm. We were a party of 8 and every dish was literally half eaten it just wasn’t worth it. Took 20 minutes and two times of asking the waitress for maple syrup and the pancakes were cold so she offered to take them back and microwave them to heat them up! They were already dry and tasteless so we just left them barely eaten. Cannot stress enough how nothing tasted Mexican nor authentic and was overpriced for the less than Costco quality food. Shocked and disappointed after seeing all these supposed good reviews.

We had just taken a ling walk and wanted a coffee and decided to stop here and sure glad we did…..unbelievably well priced and the best, most authentic friendly service you will experience ANYWHERE! Coffee (Americano) was very good. We were listening and observing other guests around us and everyone was having the same experience and obviously were return customers. Later we inquired with some other travellers and they all said 3x3 Authentic Food was the best breakfast in Nuevo Vallarta…our next visit we will be having either breakfast or lunch for sure!!

Juanito’s is the best food in Manzanillo. We’ve been going here for years and the food is even better, the prices are great, the food is spectacular, and the service is fantastic. We will continue to go here whenever we visit Manzanillo.

Manzanillo, Mexico. A culture treasure, Juanitos is located south of the international airport (ZLO). The lines to get in are long but the staff is very efficient. A good mix of international food with a Manzanillo spin. The camarones are delicious, portions just right, and the Milanesa was awesome. Well worth the stop and wait. Buen aprovecho.

My friend had chicken enchaladas with green sauce and I had them with red sauuce. Plate was three enchaladas with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and sprinkle of cheese. No beans or rice, which I was happy about because I tend to not eat them anyway. Enchaladas were delicious. Dinner with three Modelo beers came to 211 pesos.

Waiting time on the table in general 30 min. Food quality is good but overpriced. Every two order will not go as ordered, which is quite annoying. There a a lot of other places we equally or better food quality with better service, almost no waiting time and lower prices with decent parking lot.

This, unexpectedly, became my favorite breakfast place! Love their omelets w house potatoes, large salads, American coffee with one free refill, and green juice (which I admit, wishing was chilled, not room temp). Service can be slightly slow but is always friendly 😊

Stopped by Saluyita for a few hours. Needed to get something to drink and found this place. We didn’t want to get anything heavy so we decided to get something fruit and smoothies. I ended up getting the mango smoothie and it was magnificent. They use real mangos to make the smoothie. The fruit plate was also fresh with great taste. I do wish the fruit was a bit colder but still great. If you are looking for a smoothie, I suggest you spot by.

We heard that Cafe El Espresso had amazing chilaquiles and we are big chilaquiles lovers so we had to go. We tried both the red and green and I would say the green are a little better but both were amazing! Beans were delicious too. The atmosphere was great. It’s right in front of the sayulita sign. Service was good but keep in mind they only take cash.

Went there around 4pm and got an iced latte. They were fast and my drink was delicious. Perfect ratio of milk and coffee.

The cafe is adding the tips amount to the final bill without even asking us. When confronted they are acting that they added by mistake. Looking at foreigners they are exploiting. Be careful to check your final bill. However the food is good

This is a fantastic place to go for breakfast/brunch. The food is excellent and the service is very polite and professional. If there is a downside, it is the proximity of the restaurant to the highway, which can be quite noisy at times.

Our experience at Panino's Break was overall positive. We enjoyed a delicious Mexican breakfast and were particularly pleased with the refreshing smoothies they offered. However, we did notice that the variety of smoothies was not as extensive as some other breakfast establishments. Additionally, we found the prices to be slightly higher considering the location right beside the highway. Despite these minor drawbacks, we must admit that everything else about our visit was truly amazing.

Absolutely amazing place, it serves great coffee and delicious food. Staff is very friendly and speaks English well. I can definitely recommend it as a breakfast or lunch spot and will certainly come back!

If you're American or Canadian and want bad, overpriced Mexican food like you get at home, go here. The pastries look good but they are stale and overpriced. I ordered classic chilaquiles and I got corn chips with sauce. My husband got fruit and yogurt and the yogurt was sour. He got the almond croissant and I got the cherry danish. Both stale. He threw his away. Would not recommend.

the “café americano” was good and hot. I ordered the Nordic breakfast omelette and the eggs were cold, the quality of croissants is poor and the fruit looked like it was from the day before. disappointed

I love this place, I come here at least once a week, and when I have friends visiting me, I bring them here and it becomes one of the main places we eat at during their stay!

Good place for lunch. Food was tasty, and a good value. It was cooler outside and they didn’t have any place to sit on the beach which was disappointing. Service was prompt and the waiter was very friendly.

Seat yourself, but there were no clean tables that didn't have a reserved sign. I thought the one we sat at might get a tidying up. No. Had to ask for utensils. Shrimp in avocado was a flavorful salad, with tomato slice garnish and a nice vinaigrette flavor. It came with saltine crackers. Odd. We ordered a limonada, and it was refreshing and better after a little more sugar syrup was added. Chicken fajitas came to the table with lots of sizzle, the tortillas hot and fresh. No onion was noticed in the mix, but lots of green and red sweet peppers and tasty, tender chicken. A good meal overall, looking out over the water.

Great place in Mazatland. Went several times on our vacation and going back again this year. It’s one our must go to.

Great place to take a dip in the Ocean, small to medium waves averaging to 7-8 feet if coming on to them. Current is somewhat strong but you can manage how far in you go. A lot of locals go as well from all over Mexico not to many internationals like Cancun! The best part of Mazatlan is the food here at Chili's they have a little of everything but their specialty is sea food. Many restaurants to pick from all around. The service is good and the prices are pretty fair compared to others that are higher. Definitely recommend it if in Mazatlan!

Very convenient place to get breakfast. Open earlier and have a very relaxing view. Very delicious, you must try breakfast number 9 with mochomo. Orange juice is natural and they give enough food. Service is fast and kind even when they have a lot of people.

Stopped in for a kilo of ground coffee to prepare at our hotel. Excellent rich flavored roast & the baristo ground it perfect for a drip machine. Then we discovered their apple pie, 2 types, both so yummy. Love starting my day with the perfect cup of coffee & slice of delicious pie!!

The absolute best all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse in Acapulco, Guerrero, México!!! From the moment my family and I entered everything was great from the service to the food!! We came back 2 days after.. the house was a little crowded, but the service and the food were still amazing!! OMG.. The meat was perfectly smoked!! Can't wait for the next visit. BTW: We are Brazilians and got used to visiting a Churrascaria.

Great place! Totally recommended if you are in the vecinity and want to taste delicious meat. The salad menu could be more diverse, but at least the current selection was tasty. Also thumbs up to the service, everyone was so kind and did their best.

Good buffet and the meat cuts are nice but not the best quality... Good for the price. Also i would recommend the employees to stop spraying alcohol at the entrance which I found very strange.

Came here because of the good reviews and was blown away. The food was really delicious. The service was good too. This place reminds me of fogo de chao in the us but for less. Definately recommend for meat lovers!

This was a quite a wonderful gem of a find out on my walk. Very much of a bistro feel inside and out. Unfortunately for me, they didn’t have the burger so I had a house salad. The salad was a much better choice as I was hot and the day was a bit warm. Right mix of ingredients. The dressing was a little on the sweet side for me, yet complimented the ingredients quite well. Would definitely go back again when I’m in the area. Ps - English spoken here

I had breakfast, ordered a fruit serving and banana waffles. The next day I went for lunch- cheeseburger. My fav was a banana smoothie. The place has Wi-Fi if you sign up with an email and I thought the service was good. It was cash only when I went.

Food was okay, though overseasoned on some items (fish tacos). My husband's burger was good. They have an extensive coffee drinks menu that was really enticing, though it was too late in the day for caffeine for me. Cute patio where you can people-watch as folks wander down to the beach. They kindly accommodated our request for takeout but I think the food would be better for dining in.

The wonderful experience. The restaurant is an extremely pretty beautiful garden. Food is traditional Mexican food. Everything we ordered is super yummy. It is very fried to kids. There are animals in the yard, my son loves it so much. He told me that it is the best restaurant ever!!

you're ever in Mazatlan, it's well worth your time to make a trip to El Quelite and have lunch or dinner at El Meson de los Laureanos. And save your stomach because it will be a feast. Our family made a trip back to Mazatlan and El Quelite this year because several years ago, my husband claimed that the carne asada he had at this restaurant was the best he ever had in his life. Our entire family was so pleased and enchanted with the beautiful hacienda, the food and the service here. A week after we came back to the US, my son is still thinking about the food he had at El Meson de los Laureanos. This time, I ordered the carne asada, my husband had the beef tongue in red and in green sauce, my two sons had the roasted quail and the lamb barbecue, and my daughters shared the beef stew/birria. They were all delicious. The main course came with free aqua frescas ( we had the hibiscus drink) local cheeses, salsas, chips and a chorreada which is a tortilla topped with mole sauce and melted cheese. We also received complimentary desserts including rice pudding, dulce de leche pudding, soft coconut tamale, mango puree, stewed guava and plantain, and tapioca pudding. Afterwards we had to wander through the sprawling hacienda with its own museum and fabulous decorations. The multiple bathrooms all have characters and personalities. Even the toilets were hand made from decorated porcelain. My artsy daughter and I were delighted with the antique western and colorful Mexican decor everywhere. So glad we made this place a destination.

What an amazing restaurant. Lots of family history, hard work and love went into the creation of this restaurant. It's definitely a must see. It's only 30 minutes from Mazatlan in the town of El Quelite. Great service and great Food. Oh and family friendly animals.

Amazing place to visit while you are in the Mazatlan area. History galore, a small museum that is a very famous restaurant. A very unique environment and amazing atmosphere. From the moment you approach the entry as you make your way inside all the old artifacts, history and photos. Instantly greeted by the friendly servers. The food was amazing. The food is full of flavor and portions were perfect. Been here many times over the years and they never disappoint!

Great old Mexico atmosphere. The town it self is still as original as can be. Eating here is as true and real as it gets when it comes to real Mexican food. Service was great, even though the waitress looked a little stressed out. There was 12 of us in a group maybe that's why. If you can wondered inland in Mazatlan this is a good trip to take

We pass this place almost every day, and based on the reviews it has received, we decided to try it out. My husband is an Acapulco native, and very discerning when it comes to the quality of his meals. Our breakfast were excellent, and the service (gracias Lala) was top notch. If you're looking for comida costeña at a great price, this is the place.

sweet paris is such a good spot if you’re in nuevo vallarta. the s’mores waffle was easily my favorite, the marshmallow and chocolate together were perfect and the waffle itself was really fresh. i also tried a few things with dulce de leche and they were amazing, super creamy and rich without being too much. the place has a really cute vibe and the menu has a lot of good options. definitely a place i’d go back to!!

They only have one vegan option here as far as crepes and it’s called Very Berry. The crepe was just very basic and didn’t have a wow factor to it. The apples are dried and I would have preferred fresh apples. They drizzle agave on top, which gave it a little sweetness.

Excellent chicken carbonate crepe ! Also nice paninis. No alcohol but snag your wine, beer or harder right out the door at the deli market and bring on into the Sweet Paris. Entrees come with a little salad, just a few bites but fresh and nice to accompany the main meal. Nice spot ! Nice servers !

Went to this place almost everyday. At the very first time we tried it, we got so addicted! I fell inlove with their belgian waffle and dulce de leche crepes. My husband love the alfredo crepes, even the salad oh my! such a winner from it taste. Staff are friendly and nice, this is the only place I want to keep going back at grand mayan. Good thing there is such a sweet paris or else my whole stay is such a disappointed.

During our vacation at Vidanta, we were here almost everyday for breakfast/or lunch and coffee. It was probably one of the only places that we felt comfortable and relaxed sitting at for hours while we worked on our laptops (yes work on vacation haha). The floor to ceiling windows gave so much natural light to the beautiful view outside. The inside area was always spotless. Although the crepes were quite pricey, they were a fair size, delicious, moist and flavourful. The menus shows many different options and choices even for kids. My personal favourite was the Feast (served only during breakfast). They're also open late if you need some dessert and yummy coffee! Service was also great. The staff are always smiling and they are responsive. They're quick and are personal. I would come back for sure!

Unbelievably tasty crepes from Sweet Paris in Vidanta Puerto Vallarta. IF you ever have the pleasure to stay, this is a must and i'd recommend getting there before 11:30am you can order from the breakfast menu. I ordered a savoury Alaskan Crepe ($230 Pesos/£10) which has Smoked salmon, pickled red onions capers, fresh dill, and two scrambled eggs, topped with dill sour cream. Sooo good! I ordered a sweet Toasted Bueno Crepe ($220 pesos / £9.80) which has Cinnamon, toasted coconut, dulce de leche, banana, and vanilla bean sugar. sweet crepe fantasy. They are very tasty and filling and I shared both with my girlfriend. 9.5/10

Don’t know what happened to this place but their croissants are bready and soft with no flakiness of any kind. Just so surprising as several years ago they were wonderful. Now it tasted like it came from Costco. What a shame but what’s worst is the attitude of the sales girl who just seemed to be mad at the world and so unfriendly. I’m assuming that having customers must be the most painful thing in her life. We recommend that you avoid this place as much as possible!!!!!

My work bestie brought me one of the Amazing eclairs , for my birthday and I must say , not only is it the best eclair in Mexico, but I'd rate it better than any eclair in the united states as well. Fabulous!

Great Marlon quesadilla. Really great juices and elixirs and coffee. Highly recommend!

We had a memorable dinner that we’re still raving about. We each have dietary restrictions, which came be a bit complicated but the waitress was so kind, sweet and attentive and was able to help make all the adaptations needed. I had a zucchini pasta (which I make at home, it’s the first time I see it served in a restaurant!) with mahi mahi a la plancha.. what a feast!!

Wow, what a beautiful spot for brunch! This interior garden is heavenly! Such a quiet and pretty little oasis and the food was delicious too. We had the Buddha bowl and Poached egg with salmon. Delicious! More on the pricy side for San Pancho, but totally worth it! 💖

This place is FANTASTIC. We got the banana pancakes, huevos rancheros (with the best red sauce I think I’ve ever had), and marlin quesadillas, and they were all delicious. Cappuccino was also very delicious. Loved the atmosphere in the courtyard, and it was surprisingly very cool with so many fans on even in 90 degree heat at 1pm. Definitely recommend!!

We had a late breakfast. Service was quick and efficient. Strawberry pancakes were delicious, a bit more whipped cream would have been awesome. Eggs and regular pancakes cooked to perfection. Free coffee refills. Would return. Ac area also very welcome.

Truly worth all of the hype with the incredible food that we were served. They were extremely busy and service was a bit spotty because of this but the staff was obviously working hard and doing the best that they possibly could. Atmosphere is lacking given that it's on the inside of a mall with little surrounding decor to speak of. I don't think that you can go wrong with anything to choose to eat here and we'll post a couple of pictures of what we had. I was especially pleased with my chilaquiles with both scrambled eggs and chicken that was fresh, well cooked and flavorful and which were the best that I think that I have ever had. My wife raved about the waffle that wasn't overly crisp and again flavor was terrific.

Great restaurant for breakfast. Open from 8 to 15:00 Service is fast and friendly. Waiters are good and if you only look at them, they come immediately to help. They include refill coffee, and they pass constantly to refill it. Prices are very good, with full breakfast including 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and Chilaquiles, all for 135 pesos, which is like 7 USD. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast for food quality, service, and is next to several hotels in nuevo vallarta. They have all sorts of pancakes and waffles, including strawberries or M&M's.

They are super casual and with a very small kitchen but, despite the limitations, they have a profesional espresso machine with selected Oaxaca coffee they grind per order! Breakfast is very traditional and delicious, we went twice and will love to come back next visit!

Great, cozy little breakfast spot in Sayulita. We tried huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, pancakes, and the American breakfast. Everything was delicious, the coffee and fresh squeezed juice were amazing, and food came out quick for our party of 7. Definitely will be back. Our server was friendly and spoke great English.

I visited this cafe a couple of times during my stay in Sayulita. They have really good coffee (with non-dairy milk options too!), pretty decent food and wifi. Great place to work from, never gets crazy busy, so you will almost always find a table. The owners are very friendly and kind. During one visit, I’d been craving a simple dish of rice and beans and veggies and when I asked them if they have anything like that on their menu, they offered to make it for me. It was perfect, exactly what I’d been looking for!

Great food, local vibes, awesome staff, and the best lattes!!! People headed to the beach in the morning and random dogs wandering thru just make it the most fun breakfast spot in town.

This coffee was memorable! I got an almond milk latte, which had me pause because of the robust natural flavor of the coffee. Ricardo is super helpful and kind! A must visit for your local coffee shop experience.

Stopped here for breakfast and were very happy we did! Coffee drinks are great and on the cheaper side from most places in town, and they make fresh juices (you can here then press it in the back). We both had the chilaquiles and will be back for it again this trip! The salsas were really good too. Definitely a slightly cheaper but delicious option!

I had both breakfast and an early lunch here, and each meal was enjoyable and well-prepared. Down to earth with a friendly atmosphere. You really feel welcomed here! Had a cerveza and got some free tequila tasting from the owner. Good prices too, and live DJ when I was here in the afternoon (reasonable sound level to still be able to have a conversation).

Lovely eatery on the more north side of town. We had breakfast and cleaned our plates. The smoothies here were great my omelette and latte were tasty! Great ambiance on their enclosed terrace. The shift supervisor is a lovely gentleman with orange and white hair who stopped by our table to make sure all was well.

Food is amazing. Quality ingredients, very clean, good service. The cooking... just imagine a bunch of grandparents in the kitchen cooking traditional Mexican cuisine. That's the best way I can describe the food. Oh and the setting is amazing... its considered a museum (small) and its in a courtyard with a beautiful fountain.

This cute and traditional restaurant is a long-time favorite of Colima's inhabitants. It is picturesque, it's located next to a park and an old church. The place is open from breakfast to dinner, the portions are decent, the prices from average to cheap and everything is usually very delicious. I recommend you to try the tatemado and the passionflower juice. When they give you the check you get small cocadas with it. One non alcoholic drink that I really enjoy here, it's the maracuyá flavored water, if you have it at night, you'll have a restful sleep.

I had breakfast at El Charco de la Higuera with a large group. We all ordered different things and everyone enjoyed their meal. The restaurant has some interesting displays of local carvings and historical pottery. I recommend it!

Best brunch spot in all of Colima. I've been coming here since I was little whenever I visited Colima City. Recently came as an adult for the first time and I appreciate it more than ever. They have all the traditional food and drinks from the state. They were also super accommodating to my vegetarian diet.

Their good is always delicious. There was a mix-up with our food, but it was good.

This place was unreal and amazing. The food was thoughtful, unique and extremely delicious. The Juices and Smoothies were rich and inventive and our breakfast was top-notch. Traveling with children can be difficult, but somehow we stumbled upon this gem...each table has games or blocks or toys. This is the kind of place I tell people about when I travel. I'm hoping the business owner will consider staying in Sayulita, rumor has it that the building owner will not renew the lease in May. It would be a shame. Travelers like me absolutely seek out establishments like this one. Stay in Sayulita!

Very cool cafe with a hip vibe. First matcha latte had in Sayulita was delicious. Smoothie bowl perfectly healthy and filling before diving into those perfect waves at the beach. Craft cocktails look yummy Will for sure be back for drinks and dinner!!

Really wanted to like this place, super fun deco, but it took a while for our drink orders to be taken (4 margaritas) but after 30 minutes we decided to check if maybe they were being made, but the bartender didn’t even know we had ordered drinks. We decided to leave. We would’ve felt bad about it, but two other tables had left right before us because they’d also waited a long time for drinks and multiple food orders had been brought out incorrectly. On the plus side, during our 40+ minutes there we played Jenga...(sadly I lost the game)

I've been here about a half a dozen times each time I get breakfast and a coffee. Never has it disappointed. The coffee's outstanding they roast their own and they know what they're doing with it. If you're in Santiago and you've never been it's definitely worth a try. They've even got vegan options. I haven't been for lunch yet but I'll make another post when I go it's only a matter of time.

We waiting 1 hour for food, salad was rottening, no dressing, waited 15 min to get the wifi password, and we had a chocolate cake that seem to have been there for 3 months, was complety dry inside i had 2 bites my kiddoe ate the rest, Also hot sauce had bubbles in it. Left alot of wish for... maybe next time we just try coffee. At later hours of the night i had upset stomach, and realized my stomach was just not processing the food, plus my guy next day was in stomach pain and in bed all day.

I had the chance to visit 4 different coffee shops in Manzanillo and I found this one, by far away, the best one in town. Local roasters of mexican coffee, different coffee methods, nice atmosphere and good options on the food menu. If you consider yourself a #CoffeeLover visiting Manzanillo, Colima, this is the place to go.

It's a great place to have breakfast specially for the coffee and bagels, the staff is very attentive and speaks English as well.

2 in our party never received their food. 2 people received raw bacon, and 2 of us received cold food. We have been going there for years and has been excellent. Sadly, we will not be returning. Should have known something was up when we got there with a party of 9 and got seated immediately.

I was served raw chicken - avoid! My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Malibu Acapulco and, against our better judgement, ate at Tabasco Beach on our first night. The restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night and the staff looked sour and disinterested - red flags all around - but we risked it and headed inside. Despite being the only diners, we had a hard time getting a menu as the waiters stood around chatting to each other. When we did get one, we found limited options and high prices, but swallowed our inhibitions and went ahead with it. My wife's tacos looked like something that had been washed up on the beach and had no discernable taste. Her meal was disgusting, but mine was far, far worse. I ordered the fajitas - and it could've cost me my life. Whilst they looked passable, they were completely devoid of flavour. The chicken didn't even have salt on it! Bland, boring, and expensive. But worst of all, the chicken was completely uncooked - something I didn't notice at first in the dim light. When we pointed this out, the staff did nothing to help us, they simply didn't care. If anything, they seemed upset that I pointed out the fact they hadn't cooked the food. The rude waiter didn't even apologise, and wanted to charge me for the uncooked meal! Needless to say, I got severe diarrhoea that night. On the plus side, my runny poo looked better than the food. I'm sure it would've tasted better, too! We were promised that the manager would contact us the next day about the calamity, but we never heard from him. We found him a few days later and he off handedly offered us a free meal - as if we'd want to risk eating there again! The view is pleasant and the pico de gallo was pretty good, but that doesn't quite compensate for tasteless food and raw chicken.

The entertainment in season is relaxing. Music is Wonderful. AnnMarie and Ricardo are Great. You can dance, sing along or just listen. Beautiful view of Acapulco Bay. Food was excellent.

I did enjoy the food here. Like having something from the states with a dash of Mexican flavor. The French toast was delicious, the pancakes nice and tasty. The eggs not bad but the potatoes have a nice flavor to them really enjoyed them. The salad is nicely filled to the top it might be hard to finish but it was very good to try.

Cafe La Buena Vida is a brunch lover's paradise. Their chilaquiles where perfect, their French toast was fluffy and bursting with flavor and their berry smoothie was refreshing and divine! The flavor and quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite. Overall, Cafe La Buena Vida serves up a brunch experience like no other.

This place was exceptional. Juan, who I believe is the owner, was very friendly and offered some great recommendations. The other staff was great as well. The food was excellent. Diablo Chilaquiles were probably the best chilaquiles I’ve had in my life. And I’ve had plenty of them! Very good coffee and other drinks. My two friends also noted their food was very good. I’ll be back here next time I am in Colima!

This is by far the best place to have breakfast/brunch in Colima, I recommend the sweet bread, it's fresh and delicious, their prices are fair for the quality of the food provided, and the service has always been excellent. Definetly a must on each trip to Colima.

Green juice super delicious. Cappuccino was awesome, especular since they had ground up piloncillo you can add to it instead of white sugar. Chicken/sunny side egg chilaquiles —- the chicken was dry , I would not recommend adding chicken to your dish. Wait staff super attentive. Ambiance —- fantastic. The place was the IT place for breakfast, always packed.

The food was amazing, the service was fast & the staff was patient with my limited Spanglish. I had the chilaquiles with red & green sauce and even placed a to go order for later. There were plenty of great menu items to choose from. Plus, the staff even helped me call a cab when my taxi app wouldn’t process my last ride. I hope to return for lunch later in the week.

Just stopped here for an ice cream, coffee and beers. My partner came here as a kid and we went down memory lane....it's cute, it's fine, service is a bit slow and I am sure it was more hip and happening 30 years ago....but it's nice and I would stop here again.

The service was terrible, the waitress and manager were rude to my family and I. I paid a large sum of money for tasteless food, fresh fruit juice that tasted old and terrible service. For sure I'm not going back to this place that doesn't represent Manzanillo in a good way.

I gave this one star when I'd rather give NONE. We have re-named this place Chanshitty. The service was slow, there were ants in the food and the food overall was disgusting. I've had better Mexican food in Chillis. The best thing about this place was the bottle of coke. If you are crew working on a cruise ship know that the Internet is poor it kept dropping in and out got one block up to the restaurant round the corner. Slow service and average food but better wifi.

I am happy to say that i came back here to give them another chance and it was so good. I think better than before. Its such an adorable place and has so much to offer. I had the citrus salad and it was delicious. Lots of good ingredients and with the oil and vinegar it was really tasty. Fresh greens, candied pecans, cranberry, cheese, pasta, sprouts… avocado! I got a few other things to go. I also had a tea and it was delicious. The vanilla syrup they gave me was amazing! This used to be one of my favorite places in Zihua. We haven’t been here for three years and were so excited to come back. The food and service are good, just not great and I got three cakes to take home. Tres leches, coconut tres leches and Ferrero. I am so excited to eat my favorite cakes and was so disappointed. The tres leches was totally dry! No leches at all. Same with the other two. I even asked if the coconut was tres leches and was assured it was. The Ferrero cake was so dry we couldn’t even eat it and I paid 90 pesos. I don’t understand what happened.

If you're looking for an escape from the heat and some delicious food this is your place. They have delicious pastries, frappes sandwiches, salads and much more served in A.C. The staff is very friendly, eco conscious and support the street animals of Zihua.

"Air Conditioning" "Air Conditioning" !! One of a handful of coffee cafe's that I know of in Zihuatanejo, that has air conditioning to escape the heat. One of best coffee, deserts, fruit plates in Mexico - gourmet foodie paradise... pastries over the top. Excellent restaurant, staff, ambience etc... And I have to say, Cuattro consistently has the best service I've ever seen of any restaurant/cafe in my life... it's over the top.

This place did not disappoint for breakfast. I ordered desayuno Mexicano and bowl de Fruita, yogurt, y miel. The salsa Verde that comes with the order was not to spicy and the best I've ever had. Would come here again and try other things. Fresh ingredients and staff were very accommodating. Keep up the great work!

Thank you Kevin for the amazing hospitality and service. This cafe has the best fries from here to conchas chinas. I’d make the trip just for the food. So delicious. The burger top notch and the jalapeño poppers were so rich and crispy you will want more. Also I have to say excellent proportions. Couldn’t be more please to stumble upon this Gem.

Large selection of options and maybe that is an issue as they have trouble keeping their orders straight and often forget to bring your food or drink items. I believe they don’t have a good way to handle lot of customers. They also added 15% tip without asking for a party of 4. Their smoothies are good.

Service was great and the food was delicious. Several got the cold chai, and some got the matcha and everyone loved it. Ham tacos were delicious and everyone enjoyed the banana pancakes

Had breakfast here on New Year’s Day! The place was super busy and servers were over run but there to be expected! My chilaquiles were one of the most flavourful I had in Mexico this time around! Will def go back next year!

The food was fine and it had a nice selection of breakfast offerings. The service was friendly and food was affordable. It was a great spot for a casual breakfast. We ate inside but it was a mistake as it was a bit too warm and there was a faint smell of fresh paint.

Fantastic place for english speaking tourists. The owner Danny spoke great english and guided us thru the menu. Had seafood that was done excellent and for under 1k peso had a deluxe full meal for 2.5(baby). His mom's norma making the restaurant name extra sweet

We had the best Chile Relleno and Molletes we've ever had. The owner, Daniel personally took care of us. The food truly tastes like homemade, and the attention is the best. It's located in the middle of a nice little open-air shopping center.

They take too long I wait for my food 1 hour but they served other was after me also they know they take too long and they even go to where we at to ask if we need something I don’t come back again sorry

I had a seafood molcajete and it was the best!!! The service was a little slow but not mad about it. We had dinner outside on patio. Entertainment was actually quite nice. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Thank you

Emilio welcomed us to the restaurant. He remembered the couple we were with from 2019. We had nachos and salsa which came with all meals. Hubby had the breaded Maui Maui and I had the garlic Maui Maui. Portions were perfect with mixed grilled vegetables and white rice. We would definitely go again.

This place offers both, breakfast and lunch meals. I had the opportunity to try couple of their dishes from breakfast and they were quite tasty, service is great, restrooms are extremely clean and ventilated; plus, they have live music 🎶 amazing saxophonist!!!! Highly recommended with all the requirements of Covid-19 (perfect for tourists on a budget too).
