During my visit in late June, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Mulberry was one of the few dining options available.
The waiter and waitress were very honest and sincere. I had paid JPY 7'000 for the bill JPY 6'700, and left the restaurant without confirmation. The waitress got out of the restaurant and tried to return the change.

Mulberry's is a great little spot on Lake Suwa in Nagano! I visited in late June when it was one of the only dinner options open, and I'm so glad I did (I had almost given up on finding something).
The owner was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was surprisingly good for pub-style fare—we enjoyed a baked avocado with shrimp and a margarita pizza.
Their extensive list of both cocktails and mocktails was impressive (and not super common in Japan), ensuring there’s something for everyone.
