It's a night before a holiday, and this bar is haunted—literally only 3 tablets there. However, the staff and musicians still kept up a good work, and we did enjoy our visit. The drinks and food are quite good with a okay price that comes with the rooftop view and chill vibe.

Great food but please serve rice! Lol. Wonderful view of the city. The staff are nice, friendly and are quick to attend to your needs.

Had an amazing time at Vu’s Sky Bar and Lounge in Marco Polo Ortigas! The ambiance was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the city skyline that made for a perfect night out. The mix of live music and the relaxing rooftop vibe created a fantastic atmosphere. The gastro cocktails were top-notch. A special shoutout to Lynn, who provided outstanding service! She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm and welcoming attitude really made our night even more special. If you're looking for a great rooftop spot with excellent service, delicious food, and stunning views, Vu’s is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

One nice place to unwind especially on weekends if you love to watch live bands. Food is also served and if you wanna sip some drinks and dance with the beat, then come to this place at the 45th level of Marco Polo from 9pm onwards, enjoy!!!

Pretty cool place! I liked how the atmosphere on a Saturday night was fun yet relaxed. The DJ had a good set, combining current and more throwback pop hits. I especially loved how the staff was very accommodating and attentive. Zaira, our server, recommended the Spice Berry cocktail, and it was really good. If you're a millennial looking for a post-dinner or pre-drinks spot, this is a good choice.

28 Jan 2023, ca 1800 onwards. While waiting for friends to arrive, i had the place to myself. The crew was helpful and were nice to share stories with. Once my friends arrived, the crew was even more helpful (we were celebrating a birthday). The place never got overcrowded and the music was soft enough that we customers, in various states of inebriation, can still understand each other. It's a bit pricey, but i won't mind going back for a relatively peaceful drink. And the food was great! Next time i hope they have the mushroom chicharonnes.

I would consider this a hidden bar coz we walked past it and can’t find it haha. But when you go inside the place is very classy and chill. Service was topnotch, even got free shots. The drinks were so good but not expensive!

The view from the rooftop is beautiful, overlooking the Makati Ayala Triangle, it really sets a nice backdrop for the night. Perfect spot if you’re after city lights and rooftop vibes. The food was okay, nothing special or standout, but decent enough for casual dining. What threw me off a bit was the music, it was too loud for a place that seems like it’s trying to offer a more upscale experience. I couldn’t tell if they were going for a fine dining atmosphere or a bar/club scene. That said, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick, which really helped make the experience more enjoyable overall. If they tone down the music a little, it could be a perfect chill spot.

When I arrived at the entrance, a male staff member informed me that the restaurant was fully booked. I asked if there was any chance of getting a table later, but he explained that they were fully occupied for the day. However, once inside, another staff member kindly showed me to a table. Although all the seats with a view were taken and mine didn't have a view, I still thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday at Penthouse 8747 and I have to say, the place did not disappoint. The rooftop view was so nice, the vibe was cozy but classy, and the food was really good — especially the salad, easily the best I’ve ever had! 🥗👌 But what made the experience extra special was their honesty. I actually lost an earring there last Sept 18, and I thought it was gone for good. I messaged their FB page and even texted the number on WhatsApp, and true enough they kept it for me. By Tuesday, I was able to get it back through Lalamove. Sobrang kudos to the staff for being so accommodating and trustworthy. 🙌 Highly recommending this place — great food, beautiful view, and people you can really trust. 💯

Great hangout spot! Highly recommend visiting at night so you can enjoy the city lights. When we went, a lot of the snacks were already unavailable (to be fair, it was close to their closing time ), so we just got cocktails instead Timestamp: FEB 2025

Their carbonara and pizza were pretty good, though I wasn’t a fan of the steak since it was served cold and a bit chewy. Service was also on the slower side, and the prices felt a bit high for the taste. But if you’d like to experience dining at the top of the building with a nice view, you can still give this place a try.

I was looking for a cozy place where we could celebrate our anniversary in Makati. This restobar is all over tiktok search that’s why we gave it a try and booked our reservation. Our experience was just okay. Food is just okay, nothing really stood out and nothing’s special, also service can be improved since it is also part of the expense. Feels like they’re short staffed or would be better if they will be more accommodating to the guests. Vibe is just okay, too. Just request not to be seated near the DJ or live music. If you’re just two, seat in the balcony area as the view is amazing.

I was expecting a classy vibe but the really loud happy birthday songs were really annoying. While you are talking with your friends, the song will disrupt the vibe. It’s giving Buffet 101 vibes lol. It could have been a simple cake and personal greeting. The place was not IT. If you get it, you get it. Food was good though.

it’s our second time here, and it never disappoints us :) my partner and I ordered 3 street tacos (salted egg shrimp, baja fish, and beef birria) all tasted good! we also tried their iced tea and enjoyed it! didn’t taste like it was processed/powder lang. the service was also quick and the servers were accommodating. will come back for sure

We were the only customers that hot Saturday afternoon and thought the place was still closed, but we were greeted with all smiles and enthusiasm. We ordered what we can only consume, but El Toro Tapaz and Steak Burrito is already heavy for us. Steak Burrito comes with kamote chips. I also got myself Tamarind Cola which is so refreshing for a hot weather! The place is so vibrant. There’s minimal parking space for customers. We parked a bit far from the place and just walked to their area. I believe it’s a kid-friendly space as well especially if early hours.

Went alone for a late lunch, i had the elote and one burrito. Quality of food was good, sadly tha place was empty but probably because the time and the day in the week I went. I couldn’t finish the order because it was a lot of food so I took it home ☺️. Payed 950 PHP (14€ approx)

The food is so good here. El Ceasar's Salad Burrito is a must try. Ambiance is okay. And service crew is hospitable. Overall, it's a great experience.

This place was absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in you are immersed in a dimly lit and sexy atmosphere. The name is apt as this bar has the most extensive collection of spirits I’ve ever seen. I’ve had cocktails in 40+ countries and I’m a bar owner myself and I’ve got to say this might be the best bar I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, the drinks were perfect, the value proposition was spot on. If you’ve never been there I would recommend a Wednesday night, they have live music and it was electric in there all night. I can’t say enough about how extraordinary this joint is. I’ll definitely see you guys again before I leave! PS. I’m a terrible photographer but I did get a few shots!

One of my favorite spots in the city. Come for the cocktails, stay for the vibe, and come back for the live jazz! I brought many friends here and it never disappoints. It’s usually filled to the brim Fridays to weekends, so make sure you come early. Drinks are normal Poblacion price, so it’s definitely worth it.

Dark and loud bar that has several different Asian inspired drinks, each with their own story. It has a nice interior, but is quite loud and hard to see. Their wall of drinks is quite beautiful to see and at times, it can be quite busy with few seating options.

So far the hostel seems good, but one problem. After you book/pay, they tell you that you have to give a cash deposit, which would be ok but if you don’t have any cash with you, that’s a problem because they don’t take credit card and they don’t let you check in if you don’t pay. I offered a card and other currency money, but they wouldn’t take it. They asked for my ID and are keeping it at the moment, I complaint and they said I signed a small letter in the check in that I would let me ID if I don’t have cash. Anyways, I would have prefer to leave, also because the guy was rude at the end, but I stayed because I didn’t have elsewhere to go + they have my ID. Is it legal?

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice location in Poblacion, friendly staff, free cocktail on the rooftop bar, lots of daily activities that you can join, comfy beds, and amazing breakfast! I'll definitely choose them again. Highly recommended.

I stayed here at their dorm type room in a very competitive price. The room was basic with double deck beds and lockers for you to use but you need to bring your own padlock. Toilet was cleaned daily with heater and tissues. It is near to restaurants, supermarkets and night clubs. Most of the people who stays here are travellers and backpackers. They serve free breakfast/ cocktails at night and even videoke for socialization and to kill the boredom. :)

Pros : It's in the middle of the Makati area, accessible to bars, nightlife life etc. Along with accommodation, it has several options for guests. It has a dance floor on the ground floor and, karaoke bar on the terrace. Every evening, they conduct city walks for free. It has an in-house restaurant with good options. Morning breakfast is also good. It's a continental breakfast. There is an ATM inside the property, which is very convenient. Currency exchange is a little far. Cons : Sometimes the music will be loud. Especially on the weekends, it disturbed my sleep, and I was disappointed with that; otherwise, everything is good. There are no Indian restaurants nearby, I need to walk for 15 minutes every day to have lunch or dinner.

This place is like my 2nd home whenever I come to manila. I have stayed at their dorm and private rooms and both are pretty neat. They serve varieties of breakfast and it’s always good! Many spots to hang out to, their cafe, gaming room, roof and sundeck with bar and fun activities like beer pong and ktv so if you ever get bored in your room, you’ll have places to go within the building. Really nice staff and volunteers btw especially the bar staff, Kyah Miguel and Jonard always get my drink right and they pay attention to my orders so I never have to wait that long so shout out to them! 😉

Exactly what I expected for a one night stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Keep in mind it is a bit of a party hostel, so DJ music on roof goes pretty late sometimes until 3am.

Great place to stay one night. It's my third time in the philippines but my first hostel I've stayed in here in manila I belive. For what I paif, im plesently surprised. The only real problem was the outlet in the room being loose and not working properly, smaller than expected room, the locstion being a little risky and the slightly outdsted bathroom. However, the locstion was also good, as there were plenty of food options snd close to everything. Just watch your belongings type thing. Room wss quiet and had ac. Loved the rooftop bar, included breakfast, walking tour and karaoke. Even though I preferred a private room, I realize I didnt make a bad choice on a nonrefundable accommodation. As a 24 yo solo male traveler from thr us, I would recommend staying here if looking for a good hostel.

The ambiance is perfect. Restrooms are also clean. You can chill out with your friends here. I recommend this place when you want to meet new people. Cocktail drinks are 💣🤤.

As an avid goer to Yes Please, one thing that hasn’t changed in the past three years I’ve been coming here is how the staff consistently goes above and beyond. They don’t just treat you like a customer — they treat you like family. That’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back, aside from the amazing ambiance and vibrant nightlife. Our experience at Yes Please at The Palace was very memorable. We had a great time and found the place highly recommendable. Been here more than 3x already with my friends. All the staff/bartenders are accommodating and nice. You can just chill and mind your own business or dance the night away especially if they have events. I love the coziness here while I’m doing tita vibes on a Sunday night. My favorite among their food is the Steak Rice (chef’s kiss) and Buffalo Chicken Chops. For the drinks, I’d say it’s Pretty Woman, Seoul Station and Red Bull Vodka (and of course, never will not order Jose Cuervo!) 🫣

Pretty cool bar with a laid-back, slightly upscale atmosphere. It wasn't that crowded when I went, but it was a weeknight and relatively early, and it started filling up as I was leaving. I can say that if you're looking for a very affordable meal and drinks with some of the best photo opportunities in Manila, this is the place.

Gives off the vibes of my past visit in Singapore The CE LA VI Rooftop Bar in Marina Bay Sands but a little bit smaller. View is good but not a lot of sights to see. Just residential rooftops and the skyline of skyscrapers of Ortigas and BGC. Cocktails are affordable and ok. Not a lot of people on that time of visit.

A little bit hard to find the entrance, it's in the ACE Suites reception, but once you're at the top floor, the views from the open sides are good, and the glass roof kept us dry with the rain. The food itself is good, larger sized portions than expected. The atmosphere is good, it was a bit quiet when we were there, because of the holiday weekend. Would recommend this place on your stay in Manila.

When we enter i ask the staff if we can sit anywhere and she said yes, but in the rooftop its not available because the sits are wet because of rain so we decided to sit on the side. But theres a group of foreigners arrived and they assisted to the rooftop area. But anyway i love the food and the ambiance of the place.

We didn't try the food. We just had a couple of drinks and dipped as it was already a little late for us. The atmosphere is pretty cool and it was nice to overlook the city at night. Definitely a sight to see. The staff is fantastic and very attentive. The people seated behind us were super loud, especially one girl. We basically heard her life story during our time there. 😂 Check it out though. The view is awesome.

Stunning view, depending on where you're seated. We were offered the seats w/o much view because apparently, may reservations daw sa ibang seats but when my friend called in advance, wala naman daw silang reservations. We transferred naman din. :) Nevertheless, food is good. 100% recommend their sushi platter (large serving) and cocktails. Polite staff, place can get pretty busy so it might take a while to get your order/request.

"Antidote" is a bar located in the high-rise building of I'M Hotel in Makati Avenue cor. Kalayaan Avenue in Makati City. To access the area, you need to inform the guard to enter the parking area in case you have the vehicle or if visiting in-person via commute, a help desk in the lobby is sufficient. The parking fee of I'M hotel is expensive, which is P100 per 2 hours, and P100 for the succeeding hours. The elevator is separate for the parking area and those coming from the lobby. AMBIENCE: If you are thrill-lovers, getting to the elevator is like a roller coaster ride when ascending upwards, as the roof top is on the 35th floor. Press RD on the elevator button to reach Antidote bar. At the RD level, you will first arrive at the bar lobby with a jellyfish aquarium on the wall. You can easily view them on the opposite side, at the deck used as a designated smoking area. You can proceed to their mezzanine beside the Frangipani flower trees and a garden covering the scary-looking but astonishing view of the heights. There is a toilet with a tempered glass wall that you can easily view the heights of the hotel. Those suffering from acrophobia can not urinate properly while glancing the landscape of Makati City, but there are other alternate toilets beside the dining area. The "Antidote" has an open environment, al fresco dine-in area in the mezzanine, overlooking the sky. Since it was an open sky, they are open from 5 pm of the current day till 5 am the next day. The height of I'M Hotel where "Antidote" bar is located is higher than the building of the Banco de Oro or BDO, a bank headquarters. You can enjoy the thrill of watching the Makati landscape or watch the clear night sky above you as a zenith reference point. FOOD and BEVERAGE: Most of the diners are foreign US and European nationals, some married to a Filipina. In the middle of the mezzanine are bartenders and the cashiering area. Their menus are mostly expensive wines and liquors (I'm not alcoholic drinker), and they also served an appetisers and pizza. I take a spinach and artichoke pizza as my meal. I do not think the pizza is best for me this Neapolitan-style pizza has a burnt crust even cooked in a stick oven. Thus, I rate this pizza a 3 star only. I enjoy most of the view than food, even I experience the trembling sensation of looking above the heights.

Dropped by Antidote Bar for a solo just chill and decided to sit at the bar. My server, Prince (I saw his name on his plate), didn’t introduce himself, but he was very accommodating. He politely asked what I’d like to drink and offered cocktails or shots. I requested a glass of wine, but since they don’t serve wine by the glass, I went for a bottle instead. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I even asked if I could charge my phone, and they tried their best to help me out. Great ambiance, good service, and a relaxing vibe overall. Definitely a nice spot to unwind.

The view that Antidote had to offer was absolutely breathtaking! The drinks tasted fantastic and was even more enjoyable while taking in the view of Metro Manila. The vibes were immaculate, the music setting the atmosphere for the bar was well-selected, and the jellyfish exhibits were a nice touch before going up the rooftop deck. At one point, it seemlessly switched to a live performer, who was very impressive in their own right. Overall, we're glad to have found this amazing bar, and would go again if given the chance, with more people and a bigger appetite for drinks (I wish I got to drink more).

They built a nice rooftop bar but as soon as I wanted to take pictures with my camera I got tolf that is against the policy. Also they advertised with toilets with a great view but you’re not allowed to use them and they keep them locked at all times. Weird place, weird employees and weird atmosphere. Constantly watching me and my friend aftwe we were taking pictures.

Nice roof top bar let down by a couple of things. Music is super loud for what it is, too loud to talk to each other.the staff were very friendly when you could get their attention often preferring to congregate amongst themselves. View is nice though.

Went there for Valentine's Day groupie. Service was really bad that night while the place wasn't even full. The crew were running around like crazy. We ordered the Valentine"s Special Set. The soup and appetizer were quick. But the main course came one hour after after due to confusion in the kitchen. Again, the place was not full... Food was very nice looking but tasted so so. The sauces were very very sweet including the back ribs we ordered. Also the asian style roasted chicken tasted like nothing... the waiters obviously lacked proper training. Our waiter served us wine, appetizers and left us without coming back. Whoever walks close to our table, that's our new waiter/waitress. And that's where all the confusion started. Place looked really expensive but furnitures are already dated. Lights on the half part of the floor were flickering the whole time and we could tell there's a circuit/connection issue.. This place needs a revamp...

Was here only for an office party so it wouldn't be fair for me to be writing an actual review of this place. I can definitely talk about the ambience though and it is superb. The bar on the 1st floor was pretty cool and the huge Buddha statue on the wall definitely adds a lot of oomph to the decor. Loved the place!

Cool place with a beautiful interior. Gorgeous woodwork and interior design. Nice lounge feel. Has two floors of couch style seating, and apparently a rooftop patio that's close much of the time. Service is slowish, but it's a good spot for talking. Very laid back.

Place is classy...food a hit pricey but quality of service and food taste is superb...very intimate settings...so you'll have all the privacy you needed. Clean restroom and overall impact is 101%.

A Chinese themed Buddha Bar not unlike Raise the Red Lantern. Good Japanese cuisine - Sashimi, Sushi, Maki. My Barramundi and Calamari was cold and the vegetables soggy when served. Relatively few patrons. The music was good.

Cosy ambiance, nice serving staff They are serving fashion food guys, so don't expect Buddha Bar to have hearty (straight from your grandma's kitchen) food. Went to the malbec event organized by the Argentinian Embassy to celebrate malbec(grape variety) that is highly popular in Argentinian Wines. Found good wines as well, as there are a lot of booths from different Wine Suppliers.

I can see how this atmosphere appeals to some people but to me it felt like those really dark Asian movie harems. I fully expected a bunch of belly dancer looking ladies to surround me within five after sitting. Anyway, it just wasn't the right atmosphere/vibe for me. The cocktails are great though!

I don't know... They become stingy on the ingredients on some of their food. For example the tipsy tapa and nachos supreme, there's barely enough beef on both plates. Rigatoni pasta was bland. Fish and chips was "malansa" and pizza was paper thin. 😵‍💫 They have better food before. Did they change chefs or something?

Superb service! We got the 1,700 margarita promo for 3 pitchers. It was a good value for money. The oyster was just a bit disappointing. The bouncer was very nice to us, because everytime my friends and I will go to the washroom he will escort us to and from. We were not drunk at all. So not sure if he did that to everyone. He even escorted us until we got our grab ride back home. Kudos to you kuya!

Food is good not great. Ambience is kinda outdated and feels kinda old too. No service water and you'll find your self buying expensive bottle water. Warm inside seating

We had our lunch here, and deciding to finally satisfy our hunger at Tipsy Pig after hours of holding off eating because of an event turned out to be a great choice. What we ordered: • Dirty Nachos — Looks appetizing with its colorful nacho chips, generous cheese, and delicious beef toppings. • Seafood Platter — For ₱1,250, you get calamares, crispy shrimps, fish, oysters, and fries, all served with different sauces. • Boneless Crispy Pata — One of the best crispy patas in Manila! It could definitely give Livestock a good run for its money with its perfect crispiness and tender meat. • Sisig — So good we had to order another serving because everyone loved it. • Pork Belly — You’ll enjoy this if you like your belly or liempo done sweet and smoky. The staff was great — they even helped us pull off a surprise for a friend celebrating her birthday. To celebrate, they cranked up Birthday Sex on the speakers, surprised us with a delicious lava cake topped with ice cream, greeted us with sparklers, and gave the celebrant a complimentary shot. They did all this while playfully singing and dancing — it definitely made the celebration extra fun and memorable. Additional plus points: They also serve coffee if you want to wind down after all the food and drinks. It’s conveniently located near SM and Unimart, and they have a designated smoking area too.

Food is amazing. Every time I come here masarap talaga ang food. It’s a bit pricey lang and their servings are small. Aside sa Shroom soup nila. You can share it with 4 person. The vibe is great. Although wala lang silang service water and a bottlef water nila is 80+ which kinda ridiculous but over all the Food is great.

Except for the chicken dish we ordered.. I did not like anything.. the staff was nice and sweet but seemed like the manager was not interested at all.. The beer was flat .. And the manager did not care at all.. Giving some stars cos of the Waiter who served us .. he was really sweet.. The shrimp dish was so not good .. Bland .. no taste at all.. when told to the staff they could not communicate.

I'm glad I’ve found this place in BGC! I love how they designed and decorated their store. It looks like an ordinary bar but with a premium vibe! The door person is approachable and attentive. She assisted us to our table. The server on duty was also nice. Some areas need to improve and that is where servers should speak more with their guests regarding what they are putting on the table. We ordered a complete course and most of the orders were not introduced before placing it on our table. It could’ve been better if they had introduced each food. The food is outstanding! Never been so amazed this much when trying a new restaurant. I loved it! I just wish they add some more with their paella coz the serving size is too small but in a large pan. Definitely worth the money. I will be back again soon.

The place was really peaceful when we visited it around 7 PM. The waitress served me a bucket of bread while I was waiting for my friends. Apparently, the first one is free and you have to pay for the second one, which is softer and warmer than the first bucket; I wasn't informed about that. We only tried their drinks as the food didn't interest us; the drinks were good, by the way. The atmosphere is really nice, luxurious, and classic.

We were sat outside with plenty of room still available but still stayed outside. Table was rocky and missing a foot. Sangria was strong but lacked flavor. Paella took an hour to serve and was very bland and cost 1300. Chicken pollo took even longer than the paella to serve.Service lacks training. Overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR COST.

Had Sunday Brunch. Food and the service were both fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like was that the seatings were way too close to each other and felt so cramped. I had to walk around to find the passage to get to the food so I didn’t have to ask other guests to pull their chairs in for me. Their Paella and the Ceviche are “must try”. Made to order Lamb was amazing as well.

MIRÈIO is a fine dining restaurant located in Makati. It is located on the top floor of Raffles Makati just right across the Greenbelt 3. We came here on a Valentines day promo and it was definitely worth it. The service is what you can expect from a fine dining establishment. Well trained, welcoming, and provides excellent service. The waiters also visit your table for a chance of tasting a variety of bread and delectable cheese selections. The service is definitely top-notch. The Food is great. The Shrimp in tomato sauce soup brings a balance of acidity and the taste of the sea, paired with slices of bread it is very much posh. The Steak might look tough but it is quite properly cooked and tender not like the tough exterior it might look. The Lobster Risotto is a must try rice that is expertly cooked with cheese and white sauce together with lobster packs quite a yum in every bite. The cake given to us because of the valentines day promo we availed is a moist chocolate cake. Premium chocolate both on the chiffon and the cream and the icing. Not sweet to the taste but melts in your mouth kind of dessert. Overall, eating here in MIRÈIO in the heart of Makati is one of the best places to dine and enjoy the Makati skyline and admire the busy cosmopolitan views of the city.

It’s a mix feeling having dinner at Mireio. The location is nice. The restaurant only had a few guests - good and not a good sign at the same time. All the dishes were cooked quite perfectly in term of the heat and cooking time, except the French fries (funny as it’s a French restaurant) - they definitely need to be cooked longer to have the crispy outsides. The sauce for foie gras is too dense, too sweet and too salty for me. The main dish is also very salty and I avoided to eat the sauce. We noted that the waiter only asked the next table how he felt about the food and celebrated birthday of another guest while they don’t ask for our feedback + forget to put extra effort for our table (I noted in my reservation that it’s our birthday party for 2). So 3/5 for the food and 4/5 for the service (gave them a 4 as they still did great jobs by remembering the orders perfectly - which, for whom). Overall, a pretty corner to experience but not worth coming back.

We availed the 4-course lunch set, and for P2800 each, it was well worth it! The servings were very generous, and as much as I wanted to finish the dessert, I was already too full! (we even got a complimentary cake because it was my boyfriend's birthday). Both the starters (Mediterranean Tuna Salad and Warm Goat Cheese Salad) were nice and fresh. However, for the soups, I preferred the Roasted Zucchini Soup more than Soupe de Poisson. Soupe de Poisson was too salty for my liking. The Beef Tenderloin was cooked perfectly. The Apple Tarte was one of my favorites! While I do liked the Coconut Chocolate Mousse, the chocolate shell was too difficult to eat because of its hard consistency. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the quality and taste of the food, while there were really no "complex" flavors, the simplicity of the food makes it all the more palatable. The service was also highly commendable— I had so many questions about their available coconut-based cocktails and so many requests with their available black tea, but all of it were met by welcoming accommodation by their staff. Shoutout to Miss Berlyn for being incredibly patient and warm! We will definitely come back!

I had the pleasure of enjoying both dinner and breakfast at Mirèio during my stay at Raffles Makati, and it was a fantastic experience. The dinner was a highlight, especially the perfectly cooked steak, which was absolutely delicious. My wife and I recently stayed at the Fairmont Makati while visiting Manila. On our last day before our flight we decide to have lunch at MIRÈIO. We had a wonderful afternoon, food was excellent. This spot is reliable for a satisfying meal, especially if you’re tired of fast food or need a bite after a night out. The food is decent and does the job, though it’s not particularly special. The place itself is basic—just a room where food is served. It’s a good option for a straightforward meal without any fuss.

Recovery Food is a chill spot, they should really play some lof-fi music to compliment the chill-ness. My grilled tuna was very flavorful! I believe it was Albacore tuna due to the light color. This place reminds me of the old school diners from a distant past.

Recovery Food eats a tiny square in a building where almost, if not all spots, are rented by restaurants and cafes. Inside are about 10 tables, with a mirror on one side giving the illusion that it’s bigger than its actual size. Prices and serving size are reasonable. The flavors fit the Filipino palate, as they’re usually the ones your tongues meet in a beer session. I was surprised that they serve fast as well. We ordered three dishes and we were able to have our first bite just 7 minutes after ordering. Their air-conditioner makes you feel like you’re somewhere north ❄️

You would want to be sick if your recovery food is this good. I'm a morning person and I don't mind waking up to eat this everyday. I love that they have maintained the quality of their food since my last visit around 3 years ago. The tapa was tender and flavorful. You will find some fat here and there but nothing worth calling your doctor. The brown rice and egg are perfect match for the tapa. Sadly they have not maintained the place well. It looked old and the atmosphere was dark. It's high time that they do some quick touch ups to make the place lively again.

A good place for breakfast and late night dinners. A small but cozy resto that caters hearty Filipino breakfast meals. Their in-house Bacon, 'Barcialog' is super tasty and tender tho a bit on the fatty side. It's good, I recommend it, great for a post work out meal!

The crispy adobo with white rice and egg was not seasoned and the crispy adobo tasted like yesterday's grill scrapings. The meat was tough And could not be fully chewed. The kitchen is filthy and the photos I posted show that the staff doesn't really care and as a result I would not recommend this place.

Wanted to try this place and did not expect much. They have elevated silog meals the small size at 175 plenty enough for one to be full. Great flavors and servings and were surprised that meals here were affordable. Tip: sampaloc juice was amazing and perfect for sampaloc lovers!

We booked the whole 3rd floor for a get together with my friends in the perfume hobby. the place is nice and the food is good. i especially loved the chicken liver paté and the Brie with truffle. serving size for the mains are meant for sharing so dont make the mistake of buying too much or you might not be able to finish it. i loved the cocktails as well.

One of our best date nights in Makati! We absolutely enjoyed the steak and wine - ended up getting 2 bottles because it was such a good deal. We’re glad we found this spot, and they even have a rooftop bar! Just a small note - we were a bit surprised there wasn’t any free bread or starter considering the price. Not a complaint, just an observation. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Love the vibe here—perfect spot for the millennial crowd! I attended an event last night (October 6) and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious and the portions are generous—big enough to share. I ordered the Truffle Pasta and you can really taste the truffle, which was amazing. The cocktails and red wine were also spot on. Special shoutout to my server, Rainier, who was very accommodating and made the night even better. Highly recommend!

Wine bar that always has great quality wines by the glass and fantastic food to go along with it. I like especially the items in the “home made” section of the menu where you can order pates and rilletes etc to have with the wine. The bread is Europe quality which is rare in Asia. They have several outlets but this one is exceptional for its fantastic rooftop terrace.

Eat here two days. Will be back when Next in Manila. Onion soup and Foie Gras the first night. On the second day, I had the prawn flambé the pate and the salmon. They do a two for one between five and seven on glasses of wine and alcohol - I think it’s Monday to Friday, and it makes it very very good value. Don’t miss out. Definitely eat here.

Glad to finally visit the main Poco Deli branch here in Kapitolyo with a friend (I'm always in Unimart)! Can say the taste of their menu items are very consistent! Still one of the best go-to restaurant of mine (probably the ultimate fave tbh)! Great atmosphere and winding down/calming evenings! Never once ordered a food item here that I got dissatisfied. Would always comeback! First time also ordering their fries, finally found the one!! 🤣 Chunky soft inside very crispy outside real potatoes!!! ❤

This is a neighborhood deli which has retained the same quality and character from 15 years ago. The pasta is properly cooked with great flavor and not skimping on the ingredients. Deli meats are great with house wines.

Tucked away in Kapitolyo is this small hole-in-a-wall that has done so well for itself, they now have branches throughout the city and even as far as idyllic Coron in northern Palawan. The store has really quaint interiors, with choice wines for sale adorning the walls and a showcase of their various European meats and cheeses. A nice place to catch up with old friends and enjoy good food with good company. Really enjoyed their version of tapsilog using U.S. steak, Katz Deli-inspired NY Pastrami Sandwich, house-made spanish chorizo, 4-cheeze pizza, and their sausage sampler. Definitely worth the return visit.

They know their cured meats very well. The bacon slab pieces on top of the blue cheese pasta complement the creaminess and tanginess of the sauce. The saltiness of the wagyu pastrami was just right and cut through the doughiness of the bread and the freshness of the veggies. I must note though that the ingredients were not stacked properly and slipped off with each bite. The sans rival was just OK — the butter frosting was a tad too thick. The staff-recommended Citrus Delight was the perfect palate cleanser. The dining area was quite small and a bit dark, which made the place feel a bit more cozy. Service was fast and staff were courteous.

The place is very well decorated, have a private space good for big family. The food is super , love all the food we ordered ,we go there very often and none of the time we get disappointed ,we know we always find comfort and quality food in Poco deli . They have great selection of wine ,pair with the cold cuts ,so easily spend another beautiful day with them . Recommend: best quality sausage , bacon slab , smoke ribs ,pizza ,wine . And please try all the ice cream 😹

Really quaint place that serves great food. If I were to nit-pick, the Gambas al Ajillo at Casa Armas is still better and the Aglio Olio at Amici trumps the one served here. However, taking into consideration the full experience, this is definitely a place worth going to again and again. Kudos for the ambiance as it has a very classy yet homey feel.

Whenever I crave sake with sushi, I usually visit this place alone. The prices are a bit high, but given the quality, they still feel reasonable. Overall, the experience is satisfying. The sushi, sashimi, and fried dishes are consistently of good quality. However, one thing I would suggest improving is the rice-to-fish ratio in the sushi—there’s too much rice, which throws off the balance. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about this restaurant but would still consider it as underrated. Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Helped answer all of our questions. I would say food is decent but there are some cases where it is overpriced (dynamite roll my partner ordered, fried tofu) for its size. So not the best value. Would still come back though as there are lots of options and the service and ambiance is great.

The last time we dined here was nearly a decade ago. Back then, I remember the chef was Japanese, and the food was excellent. Fast forward to March 2025, and the dining experience has changed—unfortunately, not for the better. To be clear, the food isn’t bad, but it no longer stands out. What was once exceptional is now just decent. When you factor in the high prices, the overall experience feels even less satisfying. Chasyu Ramen – While not terrible, it was disappointing as a ramen dish. The flavors leaned more Filipino than Japanese, and even the ingredients felt more suited to a local adaptation rather than an authentic bowl of ramen. California Maki – The rice used wasn’t premium Japanese sushi rice, which was a letdown, especially for a place like Haru. Uni Donburi – A solid dish. My son, who loves uni, thoroughly enjoyed it. Seafood Teppanyaki – Well-executed with a flavorful sauce, but a bit overpriced considering the seafood cuts used. Gyuniku Teppanyaki (Australian Rib-Eye) – At just over 1,000 pesos, it was reasonably priced for the portion size. The beef was tender, and the sauce was well-balanced. Moriawase Sushi – A standard sushi platter with fresh seafood. Nothing remarkable, but it was satisfying. Edamame – Decent, though it could use more salt. One thing that remains excellent is the service. Our waiter was friendly, efficient, and engaging without being intrusive—a true standout. Five stars for service. Final Verdict: While Haru still serves a decent meal, it no longer feels like a must-visit destination. The food is fine, but for the price, we expected more. If you’re looking for great service and a passable Japanese meal, it’s worth a visit—but if you’re after an authentic, top-tier experience, you might leave underwhelmed.

Favorite go to place for an Authentic Japanese cravings. Staff are all friendly and our favorite is Joan who already knew our orders when we arrived. Our usual orders are Kani Salad, Crazy roll, seafood ramen and teriyaki chicken. They also have good grilled Pampano and Hamachi The out of place in this photo is the Tinuktibuk from Cafe Juanita which is located next door. It has the same owner so you can request the waiter to order for you.

I hardly give five stars in my reviews but this restaurant deserves it. Sushi is fresh and selection is varied. If undecided what to order, get their set menu. Food is really good. The interior also is quaint, reminiscent of old Japan. We had a stress free meal. The servers were alert to our needs but did their duties quietly. Even when clearing the tables.

Amazing dining experience! I love how quick they served our food - super efficient ❤️ Everything we ate was so good. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the soft shell crab. It was light, crispy, and had the right amount of seasoning. I also enjoyed the spicy salmon maki! Am not a fan of creamy sauces, pero they added the right amount of it and it nicely complements with the salmon. Ang sarap! Can’t believe we’ve been skipping this place for quite some time (parking space is limited).

When you make a reservation, it’s a good idea to mention whether you want indoor or outdoor seating. We didn’t specify and ended up outside… and got eaten alive by mosquitoes 😅 My favorite was definitely the sisig pizza! Everything we ordered was delicious, though quite a few items on the menu were unfortunately not available.

The food was outstanding, and the Negroni was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. However, the service left room for improvement. Despite spending over 6K on dinner and drinks, there was a noticeable lack of table maintenance. I had to repeatedly call the attention of the staff just to have the table cleared and cleaned. While the culinary experience was exceptional, I believe the service should match the same high standard.

The kare-kare was delicious, but we noticed two flies flying around the food. When it was time to pay, that’s the only time they informed us that they accept cash only. It would have been much more convenient if they told us earlier, so we could have withdrawn cash beforehand — or decided not to enter at all to avoid the inconvenience.

Tried dining in here at Tipsy Pig BGC 👌 The taste and servings of the food were just okay for their prices. We enjoyed the Boneless Crispy Pata and Baked Mussels the most though 💯 The ambiance of the place is suitable for hanging out and catching up with friends because they have an extensive menu for their drinks. 🍻 There's just a spot inside where the smell of the toilet's a bit strong. I hope they resolve that issue soon. Overall, my family and I had a good experience. But it could be better given the prices of the food they offer 👍

The food is okay. Not the way I expected it to be. We were frequent at their branch in QC. And remembers that they have great food. Maybe we ordered a little much for 4 that's why we have a lot of leftovers. But I think we were just underwhelmed with the taste. In terms of ambiance tho, I liked it. We were seated on the gound floor just adjacent to the bar, which we requested, so, we got AC but not too noisy. Perfect for we want to talk. Finish a couple of bottles. And enjoyed the stay. Staff are nice and attentive.

I have to give them a mediocre review as the menu, food, and atmosphere seem rather dated and old fashion. They also do not appear to have out doe seating anny more (apparently the building said it was not safe) though there is a small outside bar are but not sure if you can eat there. Views from inside the resturant are very dissemination. The sea bass in miso was really good but the vegetable side (1 piece of asparagus, 2 broccoli, and a couple French beans) was not very satisfying. The Ala Jesse pasta sauce (the Chefs signature sauce) was a big disappointment as it was kind of salty and much of the seafood was over cooked.

My husband and I ordered the set menu. Requested to change the other creme brule dessert to almond souffle which they gladly accommodated. Loved their appetizer to the dessert. Everything was delisioso!

The tuna sashimi salad could use more tuna. I remember it used to be more tuna than crunchy tempura flour batter crisps.

Great service. Interior has high ceilings and roomy interior. Tables are spaced apart to give some privacy and less background noise. The set menu was reasonably priced (around 1000 pesos) and satisfying. The view wasn't much to look at as the interior lighting overpowered lights outside. Unless you get right up to the window, you are mostly looking at the reflections of the restaurant on the windows.

This is a great place for celebrating romantic dinner. Nice and calming view at the top of the city is really awesome. They have a quality food and the staffs are all approachable. It seems like we rent for the whole place and by the way it's better to choose the outdoor seats.. It's perfect for anniversaries!

The vibe is pretty chill, but there's a huge group of customers when I visited, so it was a bit noisy with their lively energy. The service is okay, the place is a bit packed, and the drinks taste good to me. However, the seat isn't quite comfortable, so I didn't stay long.

Food and ambiance js good. Been coming here since 2014 and this is our go-to pub in the heart of ortigas. Prices lately has skyrocketed but everything else seems the same as before. Lots of people every night so make sure you reserve specially if you want to be indoors

it's a nice place to hang out with friends, the ambience really hit you quickly with a warmth and comfortable fancy bar like feeling. Menu has a good amount of variety from pizzas to pastas to solo dishes and beverages. I can suggest the caramel beer that they have, it's a simple and enjoyable drink. While I can say that the portions aren't the biggest, it's a place to get drinks mainly, so overall a nice place to hit when you're around ortigas.

The food was delicious. Now allows dine in. A lot of the food on the menu weren't available when we ate there however. No salads at all. Service was good. Parking is free if you spend 500 minimum and park at Sapphire Block itself.

Wow. The angus sisig was incredible. The service was good. The jungle juice was also good, but I don’t claim to be an expert on jungle juice. The service was friendly. There was hip hop music playing, the outside seating was well lit, and I didn’t feel underdressed in my gym clothes, although I did go on a Monday and there were few guests. I imagine on a busier night the vibe would be a little more formal. Paolo was an awesome server. Give this man a raise!

We went here for the first time during lunch on a weekend and really had a very good experience. The crispy kare kare was delicious! The tawilis and the vinegar sauce was yummy and so was the green salad with chicken strips in honey mustard sauce. The serving sizes were generous even the garlic rice which hada special preparation. It’s a Gastro pub in the Sapphire Bloc area that is well patronized for its drinks, food, ambience with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a second floor. It’s a must go to place.

Loved it. Sat outside (less crowded and quieter) watching the world go by. Goat adobo and veg pizza were delicious and experienced my first ever San Miguel Negro. Staff were busy, but attentive whilst not being overbearing.

I never leave bad reviews unless I really had a bad experience. My friends and I decided to have a quick nightcap at Blackwood on a Sar night. We picked a table outside because the music was too loud inside. I immediately noticed that the table was a bit rundown with chipped off paint everywhere. But that wasn’t the bad experience. My friends ordered draft beer and I asked for a glass of red wine. Theirs came first. And when the waiter came to pour me a glass, i noticed that the bottle was almost empty, about 1/4 remaining. That was a red flag for me. So it prompted me to ask when it was oepened. I don’t mind a wine bottle opened a day or two. Then I noticed a label on it written with “Unilab”. So apparently it’s a bottlekeep and days old. I sure hope it was an honest mistake, but it’s still a very very basic mistake for a bar nonetheless. They replaced it when I pointed it out. But hadn’t I noticed, they would have gotten away with it. It was a terrible experience.

Nice food selection, beautiful interiors with wood, bricks and iron constructed in expert mix. Great place dine to even you are alone, as couple, for a meeting or as a group. Food is great and worth the price. Drink are good and has the best brands, but not too much on the rare and premium ones. The sound system and ambience was great too. The staff was courteous and attentive. One of the best bar in mandaluyong, pasig and ortigas area. Prood of it that it suvived the pandemic.

5pm to 8pm Unli Draft Beer 🤘 Nice place to chill on random days. Pizza's great too! Just make sure that you either call ahead or come earlier since the air-conditioned section is sometimes booked for private events 😄 Highly recommended!

I booked this place for another Employee Event we had. The food is reasonably priced and their service staff are great. We were assisted by every need and the vibe of the place was an added point.

The bar is small and cramped, but it has a vibe of being a really good place to hangout with friends on a weekend or officemates after work. Lots of beer brews to choose from from different countries and the food is acceptable. Staff is also feiendly and efficient. Overall a good place to meet up every now and then.

Visited on a weekday and really enjoyed the experience. The place was quiet and peaceful, perfect for just relaxing. The music and overall aesthetic give off a nice, chill vibe that makes you want to linger. Tried their local craft beer—pretty strong and flavorful, definitely a highlight. The German beers were also on point. Great spot if you’re looking for good drinks in a laid-back atmosphere.

Beer was mixed, most of the Philippines IPAs weren't that good. Their Lagers, porterd and Pilsners were much better. I didn't eat there because the majority of the menu was unavailable. The cost of their beer was on the expensive side but a nice change of pace from just San Miguel products served at most establishments in the PI.

This place has been the go-to for students and art crowd. Needs some update and renovations as it feels very old. Nothing bad with old but the place is quite on the fading old condition. Some touch ups and renovations can boost this place to get more customers. Lots of great art finds and restaurants. Looking forward to see this place shine and grow.

More interesting and vibrant at night. There's a wide variety of places and restaurants you can go to (may pang masa, may pang englesera halata). There are a lot of overhyped restos on Tiktok and also a lot of underrated options which might be better, depending on your taste, of course. Overhyped: Habanero pizza, Best of Luck Underrated that we've tried so far: Good vibrations (tambay + matcha = soliddddd), Ichiban Takoyaki is surprisingly good (we've only tried the takoyaki). Bellini's too! We'll try more next time. Overall, if you're artsy and you like the raw and real city vibe, you'll have a great time here for sure. Very raw and lowkey interior setup, and as my companion said, "it's not aesthetic". But hey, you come in here for high quality service and cocktails. Definitely not watered down so I like that it's gimmicky, but at the same time, alcohol-forward. The staff are really nice too (not a first timer here btw). Shoutout to Erika for being so nice by giving us free shots and other stuff. Probably the only time I will give this a perfect score is when there's a snack menu. Yes, they give you free nuts and refills, but still, bar food is the way to go for proper cocktail pairing.

The drinks are average but consistently reliable, with strong customer appeal. What truly stands out, however, is the service. Every staff member is friendly, introduces themselves by name, and even offers a handshake. Weekend music selections were also excellent. The interior is very simple, yet it’s easy to see why this brand is so popular.

The servers were absolutely hospitable. As soon as we stepped in, we were offered somewhere to seat and just a few minutes later, our server (Ben) took his time to introduce their entire menu to us. They offer customized drinks as well. The place was big enough that it won't feel too crowded and you have space to talk intimately with whoever you're with. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to just chill while drinking.

Went here with my boyfriend on a Friday night and it was pretty packed but still had a cozy and intimate vibe. The service is great and the waiters were incredibly attentive and helpful. We ordered cocktails and the Pandesal was my favourite, it was their own take on the classic espresso martini and it was a 10/10 for me. You can even order off the menu which we appreciated so much! Would go back here again.

We went there for a fundraising activity which explains the expensive door price. The invited guest, Music Making Company 5, were very good! They sung so beautifully. Downside from this experience was that the sound system volume was too high I thought I’d go deaf after the set 😅 The food was mediocre but I liked the amaretto sour I ordered.

If youre not ready to cash out 8k-12k for 4-6pax per table then dont bother to watch here. Not really comfortable watching standing 4-6hours on the side of the stage or near the entrance just to see/ support your fave band. Sadly thats reality if dont have table reservation.

Pro tip: don’t miss the nights when Overtone is playing — their set is next-level and the place absolutely goes wild. Overall, 12 Monkeys is perfect if you want good food, solid drinks, and great live music all in one spot.

Went to 12 Monkeys recently to watch MYMP. It wasn’t packed so I was able to get a table, which was nice. Staff were friendly. The food was kind of pricey and mostly oily bar chow - I ordered the Fish and Chips. Alcohol was also on the expensive side (Php 180 for a SML). But overall, good vibes and a cool spot to hang out!

Went here during Wolfgang’s performance. Food is great, nothing remarkable on the palabok pizza though. Awesome crowd, cozy vibes, staff are very attentive, everything about the experience is good… well, almost. After Wolfgang’s performance, we were ready to go and asked for our bill, we waited for almost an hour and nobody came. even after several follow ups, nobody went to our table. We went to the door and told the doorman that they better give us our bill or else we’re going out without paying. That caught their attention but then it took us another half an hour to get my card back. I went to their bar near the cashier standing there looking foolish, waiting for my card. I was really concentrating hard so as to control myself and not make a scene. Good thing one of my friends approached their staff and again follow up our receipt and my card. I know there are lots of guests during that time but to make us wait for more than an hour is too much that it ruined what could have been a great night for us.

We watched Urbandub here recently and they were absolutely incredible live. Huge thanks to Kuya Mario for taking such great care of us we really appreciated it. Just a quick note: we noticed that the receptionist was eating at the front desk while speaking with customers. We were wondering if this is allowed during work hours, as it came across as a bit unprofessional.

They usually have a live band, especially on weekends, starting at around 9 PM and ending past 12 midnight (give or take 2 band breaks). Some bands are good, while others are so-so, but I suppose better than other establishments around Metrowalk. Bar has a dress code enforced. They do allow smokers inside the establishment though, and they don't accept credit cards (you only pay cash).

they let people smoke inside of the restaurant. It is illegal to allow smoking, so that is a sign that they are not making a profit. Nasty cigarette smoke gets in your clothes and food. I will never go back. not many people inside and I can see why. Nasty smokers!!!

Fuimos a un lugar llamado Rico's KTV Open Bar. I like the food. It's like fast food you'd expect in a ktv, flavorful, well plated and the portions are big. Ideal for groups. The service is above and beyond. Some places have roaches that's why I gave one star in the ambience category.

It's a nice place to chill out, they have a variety of resto, grill and bar within the vacinity. We visited eagle hub resto there. They do have friendly and attentive staff. Place is good for those who wanted chill and share stories, because they have outside who want to smoke, they also have place to stay if you want to listen to their live band.

You'll enjoy their live bands here while eating and drinking. This is a budget friendly place to drink and enjoy with your friends. There are several bars where you can choose depending on your preferences! ;) They are all good considering that this place don't have an entrance fee.

Great selection of unique cocktails that pay tribute to the bountiful and delicious Filipino cuisine. Their happy hour is one of the best in high street. The Calamansi cocktail was our favourite.

Excellent food!! Menu is quite big and the serving sizes are plenty. Ordered lechon baboy, sinigang na salmon, and tinapa rice IIRC. All were very tasty and served hot. The one thing I think they should improve on though is service. The staff aren’t very attentive and they take way too long to tend to customers. At the end of the meal, I was gonna pay by card and I had to wait for 20-30 minutes just for them to bring the card reader. Waiting in itself is fine but if it’s going to take long, good customer service means you set expectations with your customers so they don’t get frustrated.

Drinks here were on the weaker side and we found ourselves sobering up on their cocktails. If you want value for money in terms of getting drunk, just order bottles of sake.

Tipple and Slaw is located in the Pop Up at Katipunan. The atmosphere is lively with music and lots of other restaurants and bars. The restaurant is located on by the entrance and has a nice spot if you want a little privacy. The outdoor seating is nice or you can choose indoor seating on the main level. They also have an upstairs that is used for DJ and dancing. The menu is more upscale than most restaurants in the pop up, but the food is a good value for the money. The service is quick and friendly. Our sever, a women, was so nice and helpful. She told us about the popular dishes and also about the restaurant. We had a fried chicken and rice dish and the Chicken rice shawarma, both excellent. The menu had so many great options that we will have to come back again. We wish they had some more vegetables or vegetarian options. Overall a great place with solid food.

A great place for cocktails and music. You enter inside a 7 Eleven and discover a door leading to this great amazing bar. This itself is an experience and then on top they serve amazing cocktails and play great music. The bar is super vibrant with full of people even on a Thursday. The experiment was simple superb. They have a huge variety of cocktails and almost cover all what you may expect. It is a hidden treasure in BGC area in Metro Manila.

Hidden speakeasy with the entrance through a 7-11, surprisingly. The space is quite large and can accommodate larger parties. They have some good cocktails (around PHP 500) and lots of gin options for their gin and tonics. Their food is mostly snack and bar food, but worth a taste. One unique feature is their bathroom, which have some interesting looking handles and a bathroom attendant.

I finally visited the first hidden bar I knew in Manila. I was refused to enter the bar because I was wearing slippers. There’s no security standing in front of the entrance in 7-11 on Tuesday night. My friend and I were excited to walk in and were surprised the cocktail was pretty strong. We didn’t order any food because we just finished our dinner. The fried squid or the onion rings from the next bar seats looks yummy. The bartenders are friendly and helpful and the playlist is my type as well.

We arrived without prior reservations and had to wait a bit for seating. Although the bar wasn't crowded, all seats were occupied. We can order directly at the bartender, and while prices are on the higher side, the cocktails are truly exceptional - worth every penny! My friends and I booked a table last night. It is my first time here and my friends suggests to try this club.We love The music, the service, and the people! We felt like a VIPS! 😁 I like Jessie from the reception that looks like a japanese. She assisted us on our table, been very kind to us and gorgeous. All I can say is I love the vibe! Fun little place in Uptown Parade. Inexpensive cocktails (P150) and food, build-your-own breakfast options along with Filipino fare. The place has the ambiance of a speakeasy, it is somewhat hidden upstairs, the hostess stands at a Globe counter outside the tinted doors. It is really a mix between a family restaurant and a speak-easy, no seats at the bar. It is candle-lit with leather couches at tables that also have chairs, so you can go on a date or with a family. Has the long Filipino-style bench couches as well so you can take a large group. Music was fine, waitress was friendly. I will return.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for super low stakes and above. Lots of tournaments too. Runs daily from about 2 pm to late evenings. I was there twice, and here are my pros and cons. Pros: Lots of tables and game going on. Offers games starting from 25/50 PHP. The crowd is definitely more serious and focused on winning hands. Cons: The atmosphere is rather tense. The chips are sticky, changed colors, and had seen their best times. Same goes for the tables, the felt and leather look heavily used and sticky. The place was hard to find for the grab driver, and the poker room is located in an unpleasant area which I would rather not visit at night time. If you‘re thinking about playing poker in Manila, there is more hospitable, cleaner and better atmosphere. But it’s good enough to play a few hands and enjoy some poker.

I wanted to play cash game there, they only had a high roller table available, on the high roller tables they have the strange rule that you have to tell the floormen before how many hours you are going to play cashgame, i decided to leave because this not was cashgame is made for.

Been there a few times, played some cash, and some weekend tournaments, although i think the tournaments were well run, i had a feeling that their was some colusion, and cheating going on. i think some of the dealers were involved, I don't think i will go back again. ill stick to playing at OKADA from now on.

Average is probably 25-50. Dealers know what they’re doing and mistakes are minimal. 10% rake hurts a bit but seems standard nowadays. the mango habanero chicken is SO GOOD. the 4 hot sauces were also winners; we love spicy food so we enjoyed tasting and dipping everything into the 4 sauces provided! the cocktails are surprisingly strong so drink in moderation, or order more food :D

Great ambiance, very good service and delicious food. 2nd floor is a bar and ground floor has a more chill vibe. Ordered beef taco, shrimp taco, fish taco, steak and Mexican rice. And the fries- must try! Everything was tasty, delicious and presented very well. Highly recommend.

Went to Lujo to try their cocktails and its good. Ordered whisky sour, amaretto, midnight temptation, and their unmasked margarita. Enjoyed the 1st 3, but didnt enjoy the margarita. Food was great.

Favorite place to drink with my friends. Music is good and really makes you want to dance and have fun. I also love the photo booth on the first floor. Hopefully they add a toilet on the second floor tho for convenience.

Almacen is one of the best clubs in Poblacion. Drinks and food are super great. The staff are incredibly accommodating and super friendly to newcomers, frequent goers, esp to regulars. The staff makes sure that you and your belongings are safe. The music is superb and I've never had a boring night there.

Staff were very kind when my friend had too much drink. One of them even accompanied me to assist her all the way to the restroom door, while the manager fixed her hair and gave her a ponytail to use. I later asked their names outside turns out they’re Sharm and Ms. Jo. Such thoughtful service, 100/10. We’ll definitely be back almacen! .... and the mango habanero is so good!

Great coffee with a variety of mixes to choose from. You also have the choice of staying downstairs for a warmly-lit, inviting, cafe environment while the upstairs offers a much darker and somber ambiance. They were playing a film during our stay but we didn't mind it as it drowns out the noise from other people's table.

int ext food and drink dump 💁‍♀️ after concerts, celebrations, or events around the area, intbar is one of the more reliable options to go to late at night. they’re open past 10pm. they’ve got the time, ambiance, food, and drinks rights. their food is generally okay like beef stroganoff, meatball fettuccine, potato croquettes (we always always order this as it’s good), lemonade, evita, smothered pork, and parasite. some thing’s i’m not particularly fond of and i think could be improved: sticky garlic pork (tough meat but maybe just at the time), signature grilled chicken (taste could be improved for a signature), and their chicken poppers (we initially thought there was gonna be chicken chunks vs minced meat mix). everything is pretty enjoyable. their drinks menu is pretty promising, will definitely go back and try out even more 🍺

Each drink had its own vibe, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The only hiccup was the Lemonade—it was a bit too sweet for our taste. But hey, when life gives you lemons (and a sugar rush), you get creative. We actually ended up diluting it into a second glass and still enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to talk to, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. If you’re wandering around Cubao Expo and want a chill spot with great drinks and good service, this café is definitely worth checking out.

I thought this cafe/restobar was all style and gimmicks, especially with its hidden door disguised as a photobooth. But boy I was wrong! While it leans toward the pricier side, every dish we tried was delicious. The meatball pasta featured homemade fresh pasta, the smothered pork chop with rice was perfectly seasoned with a flavorful peppery gravy, and the sausage platter was hearty, without any fillers (you can tell!) The drinks were fantastic as well—the amaretto sour and mojito were highlights, and they even made us a gin and tonic on request, despite it not being on the menu. I loved the dark, dim aesthetic upstairs, though the music was a bit too loud for our taste as titos and titas na hehe. There’s a lot of staff din but for some reason, ang hirap nila tawagin. Masyado ba madilim? Haha

I still don't like how they mix their drinks and it's too overpriced for it's quality. I've only been here twice and tried at least 3 of their drinks. Even the sangria-like mix was bad. Idk if they even taste test their drinks anymore for a quality check. The staff and food was great tho. Maybe add a strip on the big step on the second floor mid part, a lot of people almost had an accident there btw.

A nice cozy bar in Cubao Expo. The upstairs has many tables and the downstairs bar has 3-4 bar seats 2 small tables and a nice sofa and table that will seat 4-5 people. The table service in the bar was nonexistent as the bartenders were focused on making drinks and all the servers were upstairs. The drink and food menu was good; however the drinks were on the weak side. We did get complimentary popcorn and a spicy vodka shot. The bartenders were very nice and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

The atmosphere, the staffs, drink, the DJ were awesome. The wicker chairs are not suitable for the lady’s outfits. It caught my clothes every time I moved and ruined it. The place is so nice and I wanna go back but I wouldn’t for this particular reason. Ladies, be aware of the wicker chairs when you seat.

A great spot to catch the sunset and enjoy the Makati skyline. The staff were friendly and attentive. The cocktails were decent, though a bit weak, so it felt more like a mocktail. Still, the view is definitely a winner and makes up for it. 🌆

I’m gonna be honest I came here with high expectations. Unfortunately I have to say I was disappointed. I ordered the lychee mocktail and it was ok. But for 350 pesos?? Come on now. Then I ordered the beef tacos and it took 30 minutes ! Just for some tacos. Not only that but they were cold. Was expecting the tortillas to be nice and warm. And there was barely any meat in them.

We went for drinks in the afternoon to avail their happy hour promo. It’s a little warm considering it’s in an al fresco setting but the views and the ambiance was really nice, especially at night. The drinks are “sulit” for its price and loved the complimentary olives and popcorn. The service crew are also really nice and accommodating. Definitely a must visit bar for a chill evening with friends.

Claimed our free welcome drinks at Mistral Rooftop Bar as part of the Accor Stay Plus benefit. We were given a list to choose from (they provide a separate menu for welcome drinks) and we were surprised that bar snacks were included when our drinks were served! The ambiance of the place was very nice, it was not too hot. Special thanks to our server, Garlyn, who was so attentive and friendly. My friends and I had a great time, we’ll be back!

Best to get drinks and snacks here around 530 to see the sunset. I loved my drink - Stiletto on 10th and the Midnight Blossom. My partner also enjoyed his Negroni. We love that there’s popcorn and olives with chili 💓 We ordered the classic platter of their bar how and had so much fun, and the vibe and music is also great!

Excellent place to unwind and meet friends. Very tastefully layed out with excellent furnishing and crisp sound. It has lots of space within the main lounge yet has function rooms for private parties. Then there is the outdoor area which also provides a lot of space and tables ensuring great views of the city. Drinks flow from every corner of the world to satisfy every taste I presume. Clean with impeccable service and convenient street access by private elevator. A bit costly but well worth the visit.

Very nice place, like a hidden gem in Makati, plush decor, with nice views of the city and a very warm and accommodating staff, another big plus is the basement parking which is very hard to find in Makati 👍👍👍

At a separate elevator, you reach the top at the 30th floor, and have a very spacious dining area and a dance floor, and there is also a grand piano for your live music.

It's just okay. If you want some quiet time while drinking, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, the bartender doesn't even introduce himself even if I'm the only one there when I came in. Also, I ordered a dry martini and he told me they don't have lemon peel and olives. Just a regular, casual bar.

Went to Oz bar for a chill night, the lighting and sounds are wonderful. I was expecting a better view of the city since it was located in a rooftop but that wasnt the case. Although you may get a good view of Holiday Inn's swimming pool and gym if you stay outdoors. This place is a good place for a grouo who wants to have drinks and chat since the music isnt too loud and not much crowd on weeknights. However, food-wise it was just ok (at least those that we ordered). We got the new york style pizza (P520+) and i commend the toppings and cheese because it was alot, but not thin crust though. We also got the vegetable somosa (P320+) which is good... and lastly we got the chicken fingers (P420+) which i dont recommend because it was oily and the batter is too thick. Overall, food price is expensive (for appetizers) as you may have seen on the prices above mainly because it has a chill ambience and located at the roofdeck of a hotel.

The bar is so aesthetic, you have a view of the entire El Nido coast, and a rooftop pool. Not only is everything instagram worthy, but the staff is exceptional. The staff treats you like family, and everything is very welcoming and homey from the need to take off your shoes before entering. It really makes you feel at home. Definitely a place to stop by, especially during happy hour. The deal is BOGO 3-7PM which is better than all the other nearby bars around the area.

Nice setting to see the sunset and look over Manila along with Makati. Service was very good and everyone so friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere too. However, 3 stars because the drinks are massively overpriced for Manila. It’s such a shame because everything else was perfect. For comparison, I bought afternoon tea for a party of three with cocktails in Raffles and that costed LESS than three Cocktails at Oz bar.... please guys, rethink your pricing.... 650PHP for a cocktail compared to what everyone else is pricing at is really too much.... :(

Went there for the first time to unwind after a long week at work and it was amazing. I ordered the Moscow mule and it was refreshing and strong, perfect for my taste. The food that I ordered was great. The atmosphere was classy especially when you're listening to jazz paired with a drink. Lastly, the bartenders were accommodating and pleasing, they provided great service. I would go back there again.

Not crowded so it was the vibe I was looking for when I stopped by since I just want to relax. Would be nice tho if the bartender was hospitable as he didn't even greet me or introduced himself. Anyway, their negroni and sauvignon blanc were good. On some nights, there are even performers in this bar. It's an okay place to unwind.

I enjoyed the food and drinks that they served us during the Tree kighting event here at the Crowne Plaza Galleria Hotel. It was sich an amazing experience and we had so much fun that night!

Price is affordable. Big servings! I love their burgers! My family enjoyed here. It is very accessible when you're at Robinson's Galleria. I definitely want to go back.

As an Platinum member of IHG we are always hanging out @ Bar one. Easy accessible to Mall and in the hotel. Very cozy place, they have live band also, price is affordable.

I have to admit that if I only base my willingness to come in based on its 1) signage 2) chairs — I wouldn’t have wanted to try it out. I disregarded my judgement and went ahead and tried it anyway. I only had a Blueberry Mint Coffee when I came because I was rather full — and I’m really glad I did. It was very yummy - in a legit coffee way. They do serve a wet towel and mixed nuts upon arrival and I thought that was a nice touch. Their toilet also nice. Digital payments available. The wifi was a bit spotty that day but still good service. I’ll definitely come back 🥰

Service is intimate and management is topnotch. Venue can accommodate personal and group gatherings, whether it may be holding individual focus sessions or team meetings. Will definitely visit again if I'm around Ortigas vicinity!
