This place has been on my list for a long time; totally worth the wait. Amazing food, great spot and view — especially in a good summer day in Helsingborg. Good portions of food, great flavors and refined presentation. The food is totally 5/5, I only did not feel the vibes/atmosphere/interior of the restaurant matches the food (that’s irrelevant most of the time). Conclusion: highly recommended!

Completely magic venue! Totally surrounded by the sea. Food was well cooked but not fantastic. Some edgy choices with the spices to go with e.g. the lobster tail and the burrata

Loved this restaurant! When I walked in, the view was just WOW! Definitely a good place to spend a cozy Friday evening there and watch the sunset over the sea together with your friends or lover. And the food was amazing!

We had a fabulous evening and we loved everything about it. Great drinks and wine, food was fantastic and so was the dessert. Only minus is that it took a long time to put in our order.

It is a lovely cafe, cozy, with plenty of sweet and savory tastes. Seating is available indoors, outdoors and there is a backyard as well. I have visited it twice while in Helsingborg. Coffee was a taste of chocolate and almond, which makes it not bitter enough for my taste, but the quality is excellent! Service is always friendly.

We enjoyed the best cinnamon at this place. The coffee was excellent as well. I would suggest to also add sweetener instead of only sugar and soy milk to your shop, but that’s just my personal suggestion. The staff was very friendly as well.

A really nice coffee shop that isn’t a chain. Feels really good, even if the offerings are very similar. Still, they do some stuff differently, such is nice. The drinks and cakes are really good, service is quick and friendly. Prices are high, but no higher than any other coffee shop. The seating area feels good and you can choose several different styles. No matter if it’s a big group or you want to sit alone. You’ll find a place.

Very good location just near the sea. I went there with my family. Amazing location and the food was very tasty. They also have menu in English. (Also in Swedish). Also have one vegetarian option. Amazing location right on the beach. It was too cold to sit outside, but we got a very nice table right by the window. I went with my friends who are regulars at the restaurant and I can see why. Good service, tasty Swedish food (the seafood dishes are where this place really excels) and not too hard on the wallet (because of the weak Swedish krone).

Amazing! The food was well balanced and every component of the dishes we ordered worked amazingly good together. Some new combinations that surprised us but worked amazingly good! The drinks were great as well! The staff were very helpful and genuine. Always smiling and looking out for us. If a "better" table become available they almost run to you and ask if you want to have a better view of the sea. The restaurant is on the beach so the view is perfect for a romantic sunset dinner. And if you don't want to sitt outside the inside is really nice and cosy, a classic Swedish designed interior that makes you feel one with the sea and the sand outside. After the dinner you might want to stick around for the drinks and maybe play some boule. Very good drinks, even the alcoholic free alternative was good and not to sweet. I can not recommend it more!

The best place for ramen in Helsingborg! The noodles have a perfect texture (a bit al dente but not too hard), the shoyu and tantan broths are really creamy and filling. Make sure to order extra ajitsuke tamago egg as it’s the perfect finishing detail! If you’re into beer, they have a huge selection of beer that they brew themselves. Always very kind and attentive staff and a calm atmosphere. The potesala and salty edamame beans are also very good as appetizers 🥰 This place serves such good ramen that I NEED to order it once a week! 😍🙌🏻

Delicious beer and ramen, perfect combo! Super friendly staff too. Really enjoyed the miso ramen. The chef is apparently from Osaka, so it was authentic. We enjoyed it so much we went there twice on a 4 day trip to Helsingborg. Now just hoping they'll start selling cans of Strawberry Fluff Forever somewhere...

You gotta try this place if haven’t already. Their ramen is so heavenly tasty (loved the fried chicken flavour!), and the variety of craft beers is just wonderful. 🤩 So apparently Brewski is the name of the brewery, from Sweden. And Barski is like a show room / restaurant in central Helsingborg. Cool interior design, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. This is the best ever. A must-go for those whose who love ramen, or craft beer, or travel to southern Sweden / Denmark. 😍

Craft beer heaven, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Food is now done in collaboration with Holy Smoke which I think is a positive but some find the absence of Ramen unfortunate. Outside seats on warmer days is a plus!

A good brewery in the centre of Helsingborg. The tap list was generous. We ordered a paddle of 4 of their house brews, and all of the beers were unique, true to their style, and tasty. The flight of 4 will cost approx 199 sek. I also tried the Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Stout and it was delicious! At 14.3% abv, it's a delicious dark beer, easy to sip on while enjoying the ambience. I would highly recommend it if you're a stout/porter fan. The brewery has an easy going vibe, with various board games to pass the time. A great local spot. We will definitely return!

I have been visiting Ebbas for the past 10-15 years. Fast food, interesting selection, great food quality. The service is always good. Ebbas feels like stapping 50 years back in time. I enjoy every visit. No feeling of rushed modern society. The cake selection is stunning ... and all cakes I tried have been stunning, too.

Was a super funny place, nice people, serving was fast and it tasted very good. I had a vegetarian burger and the only thing that annoyed me a bit was the consistency of the pattie- it was super soft and almost like a pap. I already ate better patties but the meat ones tasted good. The fish was also good, maybe too much breading. All in all I'm giving solid 4/5!

Very interesting place, one cannot miss the amount of love the owners have given it. Even the uniforms are from that 60’ movie! It seems like a museum as well, it even has this smell of time. Food is exciting by portions and has a rather home-made feeling to it - something that some will love and others will not. But it does definitely stand out from the rest of the restaurants!

Very long wainting time just to order, but the food was great. The portions are very large, and for example will one baked potato almost be able to feed two. The taste of the food differs. We had the sandwich with ham and cheese, wich was kind of tasteless, but the baled potatoes was great. The decor is a mix of classic diner furnishings and some ordinary outdoor furniture.

If you love pastries, coffee and cozy environment and if you feel nostalgic seeing 50's movie posters then you have earned moral obligation to visit here (pun intended) Hot chocolate is must have. Burgers were served on a vintage car and were sumptuous to fill the belly. There is an old jukebox with all the retro songs, that itself can make the visit worthwhile.

Quality of cake and milkshake differs a lot between visits. This time it was quite bad but last time I visited (about half a year ago) it was fantastic. Decor is amazing. Always hard to find a place to sit.

A really nice, retro and cool atmosphere. The interior is taking you back to the 50s. A lot of choices when it comes to food. And the portions are huge! For the taste I was a bit disappointed. It was okay but didn’t meet my expectations. The apple pie was really nice though. The place also sells used records and books.

Food was great with amazing taste of known flavours. Although they can improve on the liquors a bit. Beers range should be improved with more on the taps and brands. Ambience and serving was good. Servers were friendly, probably a little training on whats what on food menu can be improved; yet so far so good.

Quick snack on the ’Matmilen’ package (6 restaurants in 5 hours), hence the small portion. Food was definately good, but a somewhat strange choice for the ’matmilen’ concept (steak tartare is not for everyone). Staff was professional and friendly and the atmosphere ’grand’.

Too many customers but only two serving staff and only two people working in the kitchen, felt like the staff were more than happy to sell alcohol, remember this is a restaurant too. We waited 40 minutes but my three year old daughter's food was never ready and I was finally told the ingredients were out. This makes me very angry, the kebabs on the street are more professional than you. You guys should consider selling only alcohol instead of food at the same time.

Nice, calm place with very attentive personnel. Prices are slightly higher than surrounding restaurants but if you value a decent noise level it might very well be worth it. Food is good, salad table poor.

To have French Dinner in Sweden, but better than France. After about 30 years in France, the founder started this French Oasis in Helsingborg, it is fantabulous, highly recommend it. Wine list is really good, not too many options, some 5 pages, but the right ones. More than great ingredients, and generous portions, great staff. We’re coming back. Merci bien!

Wow!!! That an gastronomic experience 🤩 I'm glad I chose this restaurant for dinner in Helsingborg. Every course was mouth watering. The oysters with parmesan was the best oysters I've tasted. The setting is great. If you get a table upstairs mind your head!!! The ceiling is low.

Cozy little spot in the heart of Helsingborg with a lovely French bistro vibe. Great food from breakfast to dinner, friendly staff who go the extra mile, and a big outdoor seating area with heaters in the warmer months. One of my go-to places—highly recommend!

From a certain place on the covered terrace you can have a glimpse of the sea. More comfortable to sit outside. Choose a salad, best thing on the menu. Downside: you have to order at the counter inside, every time you need something. Makes the experience a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless a good stop if you are in for a fancy salad.

Pink winter, sun kissed chairs, hot coffee and mouth watering lasagna. Ambience is good and food is super tasty. Specially, if you come in morning, cheering the hot coffee to a rising sun. Lasagna was one of the best, I ever had.

I was here last Saturday with my daughter for fika at around 3pm and first of all service was very poor, the girl who was behind the counter was rude, not serviceminded at all. I ordered a carrot cake and she served such a thin tiny piece, I could even see how she hesitated when she put the thin piece on the plate, like she reacted to how small it was, she twisted the plate, grabbed the knife again towards the cake but then looked at us and just stretched the cake out, honestly it felt like she was too lazy to care. I finished the cake in 4 bites, and yes I counted. Soon after leaving I had horrible stomach cramps and I was sick for the rest of the afternoon and evening. This was the only meal I had on Saturday. It is very sad because I have been here before for drinks, and the place has a cosy atmosphere but that's all about it. Be careful and if you still want to eat here ask if the cakes are fresh, probably was old dairy. We paid 200kr for Fika, which is high for what you get. I am not returning.

This is a real nice café with a small selection of cakes and a great selection of salads. Food is really fresh and tasty. Pricy, but well worth it.

It's a good place to have coffee. We walked in when the place was closing down, but still enjoyed the cappuccino. Make sure you try a drink named French kiss. The batista was very jovial. Cheers.

I visited Madame Moustache with my partner for brunch recently, marking our second visit after a year. We were hoping for some changes since our last time here. The food, as always, is undeniably delicious—especially the desserts. I couldn’t stop myself from grabbing another slice of their amazing cake! That said, there are some drawbacks. The brunch is quite expensive, and as a vegetarian, I found the options disappointingly limited. With so few meat-free dishes, it feels overpriced for someone like me. The menu leans heavily into meat-heavy offerings, which are extensive, but there are no real alternatives for vegetarians. It’s a shame they haven’t kept up with the growing number of vegetarians these days—I’d love to see more variety in the future. The drink options could use a boost too. Right now, it’s just tea, coffee, or water. Adding juice or something more exciting would be a nice touch. On the bright side, the staff are fantastic—super friendly and incredibly efficient. Every time I left my table for more food, they swooped in to clear my plate. Really impressive service! For me, as a vegetarian, I’d give the brunch 3 stars. If I were a meat-eater, it’d easily be a 4—the food I could eat was delicious. I still highly recommend Madame Moustache for the quality and the staff, but I hope they’ll consider expanding their vegetarian offering moving forward.

*The Swedish Experience*: classic high cuisine dishes, warm 'hygge' environment, and super staff. Cute bar down and vast restaurant upstairs... Worth the trip from Copenhagen or visiting Helsinborg (close to the ferry stop). Be sure to try the seafood items as well as beef. (Ask for some ArkaVit booze to finish your meal;)

My wife, brother in law and I were rushing to find a place that still served food at 8:45 PM. We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant and were greeted by Simon who was very professional and extremely personable. Simon assured us that we were welcome to eat and even took the time to run through the drink menu with us and suggest some drinks. The food was very good, lighting was soft and felt intimate, and again - I cannot say enough about how well Simon treated us and made us feel at home. Come here if you want great food, service and atmosphere.

This restaurant feels like having a meal at the house of someone you deeply like in your family: every dish feels like it was made with the heart. In our visit, Annette was so sweet to us and our small dog. It’s only rare to find someone so sweet and kind ❤️. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Helsingborg and we’ll most likely go there back again. The ambiance is just perfect and feels like a traditional house. That adds to the experience.

An fabulous french-type restaurant in the heart of Helsingborg! Their service and vibe of the place was impeccable from the first moment we entered. We were dearly wellcomed by the waitor and brought our food at a great pace. We tried some appetizers (Madame Skagen), the gnocchi and fiskgratäng mains, which were ALL DELICIOUS! Great restaurant for casual/formal dinners where you need to have some quality dining and a finer experience! I will certainly visit again sometime soon!

was visiting Helsingborg, and was supposed to see the city with my wife, decided to find some food, and did not eat breakfast. We looked around a bit to find a place. the clock was 2 pm. so we don't expect to place with breakfast/brunch. came down one of the small streets. then divorced, and think that from the outside we could easily have gone, but see there are Swedish buy balls. when we enter we see it at first as an old inn. but discover when we get up to the first floor. we see a lovely first floor, as if we had come back 100 years, with fine furniture, light and cosiness. the food turned into brunch, and there was everything, everything was well made, it was always full. if you were to try it all, you should probably come 2-3 times. the service was great, and the price was too low, because when you come from Denmark, you easily end up with DKK 200 just for food. here it was far below and coffee and tea were included in the price. it may be that you can find someone who has been there before to write the place. and no didn't know the place before! will 100% come there again. greetings Ivan and Joys from Faxe

Found this place while searching for a nice place to hang out. The place looked really nice so we decided to give it a shot. When we got there the staff immediately started acting as if they're above you, talking down on you and enforcing dress code that isnt written anywhere on their website(as of when this review was written). When asked about it they refuse to show where their dress code policy is written, leaving you to guess and hope it's correct. Very unprofessional in their way of handling the situation and i would STRONGLY suggest looking elsewhere of you want to have a good experience in Helsingborg.

Accidentally put up a review here that was for another restaurant, but this is the correct one :) We went here for dinner & drinks, and had a great evening. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great. We had a very nice and attentive waiter. Some people in my company were told rather sternly by some sort of "host" (somewhat unclear what his position was) that hats weren't allowed indoors, which is the case in many fine dining places, but considering the sort of "club dinner" experience with a more casual brand it felt a bit out of place. Not very relevant for me but might be for some. All in all I would recommend a visit if you're in Helsingborg and you're looking for a nice dinner and/or some cocktails.

This place kills you with kindness, cocktails and coolness. Great menu, atmosphere and friendly to everyone - furry or not. And: I'll let you in on a secret: there is dog-friendly seating in the bar. Love!!!

This restaurant was recommended by a local couple I met in my hotel. They weren't wrong! My dinner was delicious. We were lucky to get in without a reservation because it is clearly popular. However, the staff were really accommodating and we had a really nice meal. I had the pork my son had the duck. Nice atmosphere. Good service.

Went to this place on a Saturday for dinner. It has quite a good rating here on maps. From the visit it seems like the bar is the better part of this place, unless you order cocktails. I ordered an old fashioned before dinner and it was a big letdown. I could hardly taste any trace of bitters and the sugar was not dissolved. The food was quite alright but there is not really a restaurant part here and we were seated three meters from the bar and a lot of the tables around us only had drinks. Might be worth a visit for drinks but I would hardly go here for dinner.

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, and was excited about the vegetarian option but unfortunately I wasn’t really satisfied. The flavours were good, but the portion was definitely too small, the plate looks basically empty. Also we ordered some sauerkraut saying to the waiter that we would share it, but then realised that there was meat inside when it arrived. Since there was nothing written on the menu about the meat in the sauerkraut and since I ordered the vegetarian option I would have expected perhaps the waiter to inform us that there was meat in it.

Rather insane when the staff constantly reminds you of the time left. Had a reservation for 1,5 hours and understandable they mentioned it when we arrived. Since another group of guests has a reservation after. So far so good. But keep reminding us when we're eating on how much time is left. On numerous occasions... Sad seeing this development of this well established resaurant in Helsingborg.

We had “1/2” schnitzel and were more than satisfied with both taste, amount of food and service. Food leans toward the “Husmanskost”, I.e., traditional home cooked (pretty starchy) food. On waiter’s suggestion I tried the alcohol free beer; great taste!

Prime location in town. The best Korean inspired pizza I’ve ever tried. Really, I mean really the best. That Brekeriet/Benchwarmer kimchi really elevated it to pizza hall of fame. Fantastic place all year round, but summertime is going to be exceptional as a top spot for kicking back with some delicious craft beer in the glass.

Came in Sunday evening for a late dinner and a few drinks. Pizza is creative and tasty (ovens could probably be a bit hotter), and the beer is very good (tried the pilsner), among the best I've had in the region. Had a bit of a rocky stomach at the time of my visit and wasn't in the mood for any of their more acidic offerings, but the IPAs and sours looked great. Would have returned to sample some more beers but unfortunately won't have the chance before leaving as they are closed Monday and Tuesday. Highly recommended overall.

about 4 months ago, a close friend and I came here on a sunday night. we talked for several hours and had approximately 3 drinks each. at some point a bartender came up to ask where I was from (he had met a bet with a coworker I was from california based on my accent; I am from the midwest). we were both in relationships and left the people who were making us unhappy after that talk. I would recommend the mojito — it is refreshing but surprisingly potent.

I had the cheese & bacon burger. Mixed salad and sweet potatoes. There's not much to say about the burger, smashed patty.

Cozy and comfortable place. Located near the tower. Service is nice. Perfect for a beer and a burger, which is very tasty.

They didn't clean broken glasses on the seats so I got a cut on my legs 😂 and my pants were ruined and we waited an hour for a burger. (We were the only ones inside) They didn't even give us a discount after all the waiting and they didnt even care that we sat accidentally on a broken glass, they didn’t clean up. the waiters weren't even nice. They apparently reported my review.. so I’m posting again

Good news if u like to have a beer and hamburger, this is the spot,you can also sit outside if you want to keep social distancing, service ok They have a blackjack table that can set you back a few 100’s if you like to gamble, but great fun Very nicely decorated I order the club sandwich , it was not put together properly, but I guess you were supposed to eat it with a fork and a knife Not my style, but the overall taste was good Keep n mind you will have to order your french fries separately because it does not come with the order. The house red was superb And the beer was very good

A small and intimate bar situated pretty much at dead-center of Helsingborg. The clientele wasn't dominantly any age group but rather a selection of people from most of them - highly recommended if you're in town for a day or two and want to go to a bar that's not completely packed with people that look like they all own a sailboat.

Good music, happy bartenders, good beer and drinks variations. Limited food menu, but enough to find something good with the drinks. I liked the artsy stuff kept around the bar with unique paintings.

Wonderful service and fine food and drinks. Practically like having a bartender in your own home serving you. Absolute must if your looking for good company and atmosphere in Helsingborg. Local loners not dissapointed! All welcome! Bartenders very social!

Nice comforting place in these trying times when small businesses struggle to make ends meet. As always good food and a decent selection of craft beer. One of those places where it feels like stepping into someone’s home and being treated as a family member.

Decent food although the tacos they brought out sorted by type instead of by the person who ordered them which was a little bit odd. The veggie burrito didn't have enough beans and was mostly salad as well. Beers where good.

Such a cute place! They offer smoothie bowls, desserts and a self service salad bar, with plenty of vegan options so it's very convenient and versatile. Their decor is lovely too! I tried their Pina Colada bowl with mango berry and it was delicious (and the portion was huge, barely even finished 😅).

I visited twice on a recent trip to Helsingborg. I loved it. It is centrally located with really nice staff. The salad plates were so good especially the hummus I think it was best I ever had. I'll definitely return.

Fantastic place. Not only does the food look amazing with all the colours, but it tastes EVEN BETTER. Mum and I loved our food. The Raffaello ball was one of the best raw treats I’ve had. Friendly service and just great all around. I think for what you get, the price is completely reasonable!

Amazing tasty good looking vegan good loved loved loved! Will defientely come back for amazing sallad buffe or smoothie ball! Cheap price and you guys must try!!

Food was very overpriced. 180 kr for 8 pieces of sashimi, none of which was cut correctly, tasted fresh or had any sense of class. Sauces were below par, produce tasted like it had been frozen for a long time and just a generally low standard of everything, even though the price told you otherwise. Service was okay, took a bit too long to get our food and the atmosphere had something to wish for which the music and fake kimonos didn’t make up for. Overall I would not eat here again.

We were at Ama rooftop bar on the 8th floor, just to be clear since Ama restaurant in the 1st floor and Ama rooftop bar have slightly different food and drink menu. The view was great, fancy furnishings and friendly service. The drink, especially the mocktails, can be improved, they taste a bit boring and similar to each other, the decoration and choice of glass weren't very impressive. Went to the rooftop bar 4 times now and didn't have good service but the last time we were there was a new personal called Andrea and she was very attentive and the service was 10 times better. Overall, good beer and the sweet potato fries are just the best. Big plus for having some sour beer from Brewski. We will come back again for sure!! :) UPDATE one year later: They changed the beer menu and now only have okk beer that you can find anywhere. They also stopped serving the sweet potatoe fries and the beer that I liked. I was really disappointed and will not come here again.

This was a weird experience. The food was very tasty even though it's not really according to expectations Peruvian Japanese fusion each serving was prepared with great flavours and very inspiring setting. The service was the worst we had this year, if you get a table close to the bar leave and go to next place. The list of service mistakes are endless. I visited this restaurant when it opened a few years ago, when it received a number of negative reviews. This week I went back and found that the Sea-U hotel has really turned this restaurant around - go there with an open mind. Stylish atmosphere with a harbor-side view, and delicious food. I especially enjoyed the bao buns and the flank steak. The only minor negatives were (1) a service mistake (we ordered a seafood-spett and were served a räkspett) and (2) being served a fortune cookie at the end of the meal (which felt like a silly way to end an otherwise fine meal). Overall a great experience.

I was tempted not to come due to the poor reviews (3.3 stars), but it was one of the few options open around on a Sunday night, how bad could it be? To my wife and my surprise, this was an amazing culinary experience. The peruvian/japanese fusion food was full of flavours; fresh and spicy. The chef was kind enough to get us the edemames as these aren’t in the sunday menu and they were outstanding. We also had the vegan ceviche, the beef and the rice- all great dishes. I don’t know why the bad reviews. I’d recomend this place to anyone looking for a good variety to their lunch/dinner.

One of the friendliest coffee stores in Helsingborg. Being a coffee fan, I initially kept visiting the store while waiting for my bus. The staff suggested that I could go for a loyalty card for more savings. Slowly more staff came forward, introduced themselves, understand my coffee choices and customizations. The atmosphere inside the store is so peaceful that you could have your phone conversations or even computer work without any disturbance. As the tagline goes for another brand, absolutely I could feel that a lot can happen over a coffee. Prices are competitive, choices are more, friendly staff, plenty of space and variety of furniture, what else you want to expect in s coffee store. After all this is exactly at the center of the city and you could just start your shopping right from here.

Casually stumbled upon this place while heading towards a different restaurant. I heard some metal blasting from the speakers and I knew I had to stop here instead. The food was VERY VERY good and the hospitality was also top notch despite the fact that we did not speak swedish. Highly recommend this place!

The hot stuff is hot, the delicate is chill when it needs to be. I only endorse tartar when they know how to handle the produce properly, and here they do. Presentation is good enough, service brings no complaints. Setting is to die for. Beer selection is pretty poor (of course), but the wine brings no complaints.
