Popped by for a drink mid-afternoon. Was greeted with a fresh glass of cold water and the menu; there was so much choice in terms of drinks and it was such a refreshing change to know that everything was made with plant milk. I went for the Caryda Bam: banana, mango, pineapple and coconut cream - an absolutely delicious smoothie, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. My partner got a freddo cappuccino made with almond milk which worked incredibly well. It’s very hard to get a good coffee with plant milk on the island of Kos and we have finally found a place. The staff are kind and welcoming and I can’t wait to come back and try food next time we visit!

We stopped in for drinks and it was a great find. The staff was so informative knowledgeable on all the ingredients and recommended a drink with mastiha. It was delicious and beautifully presented. Will definitely go again!

Kitchen is closed before 1pm. Food and drinks were very good. We paid €32.00 for two people.

They don't use fruit juice for there mixers (orange, pineapple and apple) they use dilute juice, which is nasty. At night they have some nice entertainment, but the seating arrangements are very very poor and for some really strange reason all the entertainment staff have Saturdays off, no entertainment at all. The staff are really friendly and the location is beautiful.

The Snack bar.. Food is always hot. I found in the main restaurants. The food was luke warm unless freshly cooked infront of you. The gyros is a bit salty. It switches fron chicken to pork depending on what day it is. There are vegetarian options. You can pour yourself a fizzy drink, still fruit juice, or a beer. You can always make yourself an Ice cream. Nice and convenient place to be if your peckish between lunch and dinner.

We stumbled across Downtown club as it appears to be the only “nightclub” in kardamena you have to pay for entry even during the week when it’s quiet. I would imagine this place is pretty decent when it’s busy during the season but there was about 6-8 people in when we went and the music wasn’t that great a good song would come on and then the DJ would ruin it with a horrible drop.. if you’re going to drink he I recommend sticking to bottled drink as the sprite, cola etc they use for the spirits are warm bottles that have been sitting on the counter for god knows how long, at least put them in a fridge😳also I am adamant the spirits are watered down, a double vodka should not taste like pure warm sprite I know a double vodka when I see one I even watched them pour it and it was still very weak! With a little improvements this place could be great but unfortunately not the place for me.

What an amazing night ! ( ended up turning into nights I enjoyed myself so much). Great atmosphere and music all night long. The bar staff are top class and made me feel so welcome the whole night. Definitively a must if your travelling to Kardamena.

After many years of wandering around Kos’ nightlife, I have recently discovered Downtown club in Kardamena. I have become a regular since then. The personnel is quite nice and pleasant. The drinks are clear, the music is uplifting, and the overall ambiance encourages you to have a good time and meet new people. It comes highly recommended by me.

First evening in Kardamena we wanted to end nicely. We had already read online that two of the best clubs in Kardamena are permanently closed. Actually, we should have already drawn our conclusion from this. Asking € 10 entrance fee for a club where you are the only one present at 01:00 am is of course a joke. We still had the hope that more people would come, but after half an hour we left. Just go to Kos City. Kardamena is way behind.

All other local places are very welcoming and friendly. Downtown though is on a contrary: the bouncers were rude on our way in and the place gets packed with uncontrollably drunk "lads and gals". Even though there is a limited amount of night life options in Kardamena, this one - in my opinion - is to be avoided at all cost because of staff attitude and lack of authenticity.

Great experience. Visited with a few friends, very kind employees and fitting music!! We got several bottles without any problems, we were treated more than nice. I am definetly recommending this club. Will come again in my next Kos visit !!

This place is overlooking the sea with an incredible view, beautiful atmospera, typical seaside decor with straw umbrellas, good food and very plentiful portions, helpful and friendly waiters! Very good value for money! Recommended

We ended up there completely by chance, just because the place looked beautiful – and it turned out to be one of the best, if not the best decision we made when it comes to bars in Kardamena. The great atmosphere is perfectly complemented by absolutely top-notch drinks, like the frozen margarita or strawberry daiquiri made with fresh fruit. The bartender is an amazing guy – we had a great chat and a lot of laughs with him. And Czech visitors will definitely appreciate that he even speaks excellent Czech!

A really lovely place. I spent the whole day at the beach. The sunbed is comfy and free, I just had to order food and drinks worth 25€ to lie there as long as I wanted. I didn't like the place. At first you are attracted to a nice fancy place with nice sun beds. And then it's 25 per person, not the usual 25 per set. But since the prices are overpriced, it's not a lot of money in general, but the quality is not there at all. In all dishes a huge pile of the cheapest fries. There is so much ice in the drinks that it is not clear whether there was a drink at all. I won't go back.

Me and my boyfriend just got home from our 8 night stay in kardamena in kos. 3 out of 8 nights we came to starlight beach bar because it was that good. The staff were amazing especially Jodie and Pete. The food was amazing, we definitely recommend the chicken caesar salad and the hot honey halloumi. The drinks were definitely the best we had whilst on the island. If we ever go back to Kos it would definitely be because of this amazing place!!!!

This place quickly became one of our favourites. We first discovered it on TikTok, where the food, décor, and beach view caught our eye, and it definitely lived up to expectations. On our first visit, we were greeted by the owner, who was so friendly and chatty, instantly making us feel welcome. We ordered some drinks (which were spot on) and food that really hit the spot. The service was brilliant, honestly couldn’t have asked for better. When we returned a second time, we met the other owner, who had lived in Leeds most of her life. She was just as warm and down-to-earth as her partner, which made us feel like regulars even though it was only our second visit. We tried the gyros this time, including the vegan one, and it was absolutely delicious. They suggested we come back in the evening, when the fairy lights are on and the menu changes from the afternoon, so we made it our last stop before heading home. The vibe at night was lovely, with a really relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying drinks by the sea. All in all, it’s one of those places that just sticks with you. Great food, amazing service, and the kind of owners who make you want to come back again and again. Definitely worth a visit, even if it’s just to stop by for a drink.

The garden at the back has a beautiful setting especially at night when all the twinkly lights come on. The service was friendly and professional, the food was exceptional. The portions are large and everything is good value for money. Would recommend if holidaying in Kardamena.

I had an amazing experience at The Garden Bar & Kitchen on Kos! The food is absolutely delicious, the live music entertainment creates a wonderful atmosphere, and the signature drink creations are simply phenomenal and have a very balanced and complex taste. The location itself is beautiful, and the lime trees in the back garden add a very special and charming atmosphere. This place is truly a hidden gem on the island and definitely worth one (or several 🤭) visits. On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind and genuinely friendly – me and my girlfriend even had a few very nice chats with Alex :) which made us feel extra welcome. Highly recommended! 👍🏼🌟

An oasis of great food, lovely drinks and fantastic service. The menu is one pager with a focus on quality, portion sizes are very generous and the vibe is chilled under the trees out front. Value wise it's crazy good even before factoring the the dining experience and the cocktails keep you there long after the food has gone down. I really want to shout-out the gentlemen who I think is the owner. Each time we've visited he's always been very attentive and engaging making sure the experience has been top notch with nothing being too much trouble. There are lots of amazing places to eat locally and this is has got to be at the top of the list to try.

We had the best time at The Garden and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. When we first came across The Garden, we dipped our toe with some cocktails - the Garden still hands down wins the award for the best Pina Colada on the island…and I sampled quite a few on our trip! We then tried some starters for our lunch, the beetroot hummus gets an honourable mention here. Then we came back for dinner another night. The food was incredible, so delicious and the portions were so generous (you definitely won’t leave hungry!) The menu is obviously well thought out, great options, but not too many options to make it feel like an overwhelming choice. What really makes this place special though are the genuine people. Alex and Stam are the kind of owners who make you feel right at home the second you walk in. They don’t just run a restaurant. They’ve created a space where everyone feels welcome, like you’re being invited into their own garden at home. They always had time for a chat, a laugh, or a story, and you can tell how much love they’ve poured into making this place special. It’s rare to meet people who make such a lasting impression, but these two really do. They took such good care of us, and it felt more like visiting friends than going out for dinner or drinks. It didn’t feel like we were customers, it genuinely felt like we were getting to know some amazing people. Every single member of staff we met were so welcoming. But a special mention also goes out to Vasiliki – she’s so lovely, warm, and welcoming, she really added to the whole experience. She also gave us some amazing recommendations for Kos town. On top of all that, the vibe here is amazing, day or night. They do DJ and live jazz band nights, and whilst the atmosphere here is something special anyway, it completely transforms the garden into something magical. We kept coming back and ending our nights here, for most of our trip to be honest, as it was that good. It’s one of those places that stays with you – amazing food, amazing people, and such a relaxed, friendly vibe. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to meet Alex & Stam’s dog Slomo who’s famous in Kardamena, for his strolls to and from the beach to cool down! If you’re in Kardamena, don’t miss out on this gem. 🌿

A brilliant find. Such a lovely vibe, with lots of greenery and fairy lights. I ate the ravioli and it was so delicious. The food was so reasonably priced too. We didn’t have to book, we just walked in and got an outdoor seat. All in our party were happy.

First stop on our bar crawl. Two beers, four cocktails, €41. Absolute bargain – cheaper than a round at Wetherspoons, and this place even had wall décor! The bar was plastered with football shirts, no doubt kindly “donated” by drunk tourists who woke up the next morning wondering why they were topless. Even the beer mats were hilarious: apparently the local taxis were only a phone call away… to a firm in Kilmarnock, who were also recruiting. Handy if you fancied quitting your holiday and starting a new career. We booked a table for the following night to watch the football, and staggered off like six explorers who’d just conquered Base Camp.

NEVER AGAIN !!!! Ordered drinks and settled down to watch the All IRELAND GAA match shown as advertised. Just before the half time whistle they removed it and put on the preview of the Lionesses match. Asked them to turn it back on but they refused. Was then asked to pay my bill. So if your Irish give this place a miss. Have never felt so intimidated by any bar on my holidays. SHAME on you Crossroads bar and hope your Irish customers will wish you well and give your money to somewhere who treats all as equals.

The restaurant is located near the marine and has got a good view. Coffee and bar and they are serving food as well. We dropped by the town while going to Kos city center, and sit there for cold drinks. Ordered two frappes and a "crunchy ice drink". We asked for our frappes with sugar but I am not sure they were served with sugar. But the crunchy ice drink was so delicious. By the way, I have to say that the speed of the service was amazing. We ordered the drinks and then they were served within 2 minutes.

So, on our first night in Kos, we set out on the noble quest for food and drink. Picture us as hobbits wandering into Mordor, except instead of orcs we were ambushed by enthusiastic restaurant reps promising the best meal of our lives. After dodging more offers than a timeshare presentation, we surrendered to Skala. They whisked us up to the rooftop, where the view of the sea was so stunning I briefly forgot I was hungry. Service was a little slow, but to be fair our waiter was basically starring in his own one-man show, running around serving everyone like Usain Bolt with a tray. When he finally reached us, I spotted Erdinger on the menu—so naturally, I made the only correct life choice. The wife and I went for the Meze, as did two of our brave companions, while the final couple chose the seafood platter—aka Poseidon’s crime scene. Highlights of the Meze included a beetroot and garlic dip so good I briefly considered proposing to it. As for the platter, I was offered a piece of octopus, which was surprisingly tasty. (Although, eating something with that many legs feels a bit like revenge.) Our waiter remained cheerful throughout, and before letting us pay he brought us a complimentary digestive drink. Either it helps digestion, or it was his way of saying, “Thanks for waiting 45 minutes for bread.” Prices were reasonable, the vibe was friendly, and overall I’d highly recommend it—just don’t make eye contact with the seafood platter unless you’re ready for nightmares.

Amazing experience. Was recommended this place by the local tattoo shop around the corner (Stefanos Ink 2), due to the vegan menu they offer. And we were not disappointed. First night I had the greek tacos and my god were they greek portions!! Everything was amazing, great service, great cocktails, great food. Cannot recommend this place enough. The quality of the food was top notch and can't recommend enough for light bites for adults or children alike. The two waitresses are very nice. 2 cocktails are enough to stay the entire day. You won’t be pressured into ordering something right away so enjoy your drinks whenever you feel like it. We had the cheese and fruit platter once: very recommendable in this combo!

Beautiful bar, good drinks and very friendly staff. In this place you can enjoy your drinks by the sea. Literally there are few tables so close to the sea that you can almost touch the sea with your toes. Nice 👍

Nice sandy beach, sunbeds are free but you must order something. It is a nice place to spend a day at the ⛱️ beach.

We’ve been having a vacation with my family in Kos, and we’ve spent the evening of our last day in this beautiful restaurant. I’ve had the best steak pie that I’ve ever had in my life and it was simply, DELICIOUS. With zero exaggeration. Extremely friendly service too! When we mentioned that we were Turkish, we were welcomed with warm words :) Loved the experienced thoroughly. 10000/10.

Beautiful place, the terrace is incredible, you are almost eating in the sea. It’s not a vegan place but they have an extended vegan menu too.Very sweet and caring staff. You can go blindly, highly recommended.

One of the most hospitable venues we stumbled across in Kardemena. The setting is amazing, beautiful spot perched on the sea front with a huge deck filled with tables which soon fill of an evening. The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and really do enjoy their work it seems! The food was delivered in a timely manner and the extensive menu caters for all tastes at a reasonable price. My mum loved it!

We enjoyed a family meal whilst the sun was setting. Every meal was fantastic, excellent service from the staff, pricing was surprisingly low considering the location of the restaurant. I would fully recommend this restaurant if you are visiting or staying in Kardamena.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always nearby with a smile and ready to serve from an excellent menu of drinks and cocktails. Everything we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The food was equally impressive, fresh, tasty, and clearly made with care. They even had English sausages which my 3 year old loved and called the waiter 'sausage man'. As the sun set, the decking transformed into a gorgeous seaside restaurant, lit with lanterns and offering a truly magical setting for dinner. The sound of the waves and the soft lighting made for a calm, romantic, and memorable evening. This spot is a must-visit for anyone in Kos – whether you’re looking to lounge by the sea with a drink in hand or enjoy a delicious meal with unbeatable views. Thank you to Lisa, Harry and the team.

We didn’t stay here but we used the restaurant,food and service was excellent,steaks were perfectly cooked and the meat was delicious.I would recommend this place for a relaxing bite to eat.Beautiful views of the ocean while you eat.

Highly recommended. Looking over the sea, plenty of seating in sun or shed with fans. It's in between other restaurants, keep an eye out as it's easy to walk past. We had two English breakfasts, water and orange juice coming in at 21 euros, they take card payments. Fantastic service. Thanks 🙏🏾

Fantastic accomodation right in the front in Kardamina. Excellent rooms which have everything you need, perfect sunrise, sea views and great air-con. Close to all you need. The big breakfasts are the best you can get and set you up nicely for the day. Beer good value and perfect spot to relax Well looked after by owner made us all feel safe and happy. Drop in for a breakfast and can ask about rooms etc will hopefully return next year

Hands down the best coffee spot in Kardamena! The service is absolutely outstanding, and the wine is a delight. I arrived even before they officially opened, yet they greeted me with such warmth and genuine hospitality that I immediately felt at home. A truly memorable experience!

Great setting on beach front. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great menu and reasonably priced. Food was delicious. Had entertainment, DJ the night we were there who played good music, also have live music. Sorry we only found this on our last night, next to the Sunbeam restaurant.

Great beach bar, sun beds are comfy. Food is amazing we had breakfast and lunch here. Everyone in our party of 11 complimented their meals and the service. Perfect access to the sea, bring some bread or left over breakfast to the water and you will be surrounded by the most beautiful fish. It's great for snorkeling round the rocks

It was me and my friends second time in Kos this summer and we spent pretty much every day at east coast. The food is absolutely amazing, everything off the menu is delicious. The owners treat us like family, I felt like I was right at home. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, the beach is beautiful, the scenery is unbeatable. I’m hoping we’ll be able to come back next year and all the following years! If you’re staying in Kardamena definitely go to east coast.❤️

This place is an amazing little find. Staff were friendly , very attentive and food was amazing. We went back the next day and spent our last day of our holiday there eating great food and drinking cocktails. Special thanks to Dhimos.

We had a dinner at this place during sunset and it was so beautiful. The tables are really cool and photogenic. We didnt have reservation and it didnt seem too full. The food was very nice and tasty and we didnt have any problems with the waiters.

We came one night during our holiday after walking past the busier part of Kardamaina, everything was absolutely brilliant! It is a beautiful little spot and the food and drinks were amazing for such a reasonable price. The first night we came my digital camera was taken by a gust of wind into the sea and rocks next to us, before we knew it one of the owners was down looking for us but unfortunately we had no luck, the following day we returned not only for the camera but to enjoy this lovely place again. The same owner had been back down the rocks in the morning and again tried to find the camera and we couldn’t thank him enough. It is a family run business and they make you feel like one of their own. Our second visit involved us being taken from our table and joining the family for traditional Greek dancing as they had a live DJ playing and a little party, amazing food and fabulous cocktails! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If we were able to I would come here every day of our holiday and it’s safe to say we we will definitely be returning😊

This is a really nice venue, a very stylish pub, lots of space, plenty of seating, large TVs showing football, F1, Major sporting events and the staff are very friendly and happy to chat, this is a very nice place. It's such a nice place and we have been back a few times more already, the staff here are super friendly, a family run business who care about attention to detail to make you feel very welcome. We have made good friends here. Thank you! 10/10

Visit here every time in Kos, they do the nicest breakfasts and cups of tea.. the staff can't do enough for you, they work hard to make you feel at home... rooms are great even though I have not stayed there, we had planned but covid ruined that plan.. all in all brilliant and would recommend it to everyone.

Awful staff that refused my disabled son the toilet, absolutely pathetic.. we were going to go in as a group, all 10 of us who were a literally a few shops away but instead you lost out on custom. Looks like you have a common pattern of this anyhow... You deserve what you get. Would not eat or drink here, and will definitely not recommend.

Such a lovely place to spend a few hours. We didn't eat here but we had many drinks and snacks. We watched the F1 racw in here (again nothing too much trouble!) And had a great time. The owners and their family and staff are super friendly and couldn't be more accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We leave friends 🧡

What a rude horrible man waited outside the toilet to shout at my partner just pathetic during the day the man on the bar was nice in the evening horrible, we ate breakfast here and had drinks two nights out of our break my partner needed the toilet and went into them quickly I was going to get us a drink when she got out, but the man had waited outside for her to get out and then shouted at her she apologised and tried to explain but he got aggressive please avoid

Went for the first time tonight, had the cheesecake cocktail and was blown away. It was delicious and could tell exactly what it was supposed to taste like. Will definitely be going again. Only one lady working tonight as well and couldn't have had better service.

As we approached, We No Speak Americano blasted out. Naturally, we channeled our inner Inbetweeners and performed the dance. People in the street gave us the kind of looks you’d reserve for escaped zoo animals, but did we care? Nope. We got drinks, the barmaid promised us free shots for our cinematic entrance… then forgot. Five cocktails and a beer later, we left, unfazed and frankly proud of ourselves
