Went in for lunch with a larger group and had a great time! Our server was very kind, attentive, and had good recommendations all around. It was on the pricey-er side for sure, though. I got a korean-inspired hot chicken sandwich that was pretty good but the home-made tater tots really steal the show!

Love this place! 45 minute wait to sit outside did not deter us from dining...we sat inside and our service was amazing. The young man waiting on us was home from Florida and he took great care of us. Our food was delicious and our beers, COLD. GRATEFUL for this meal break on our drive from Harrison, MT back to Spokane.

The food was incredible, especially the brussel sprouts, but the service was the worst I've had in a couple years. Whenever the bartender has to leave the bar during lunch time to wait tables, you know its going to be a bad time.

We’ve come to you for so many date nights and always loved the food. When my mother-in-law visited last month, the first place we took her was for a burger here. Tonight was different. I threw my back out three weeks ago, so my partner picked up our burgers. I always order medium rare and it’s usually pink and juicy, but this time everything was overcooked. The bacon was so hard it couldn’t be bitten, and the tater tots were rock solid, impossible to break apart. Gave up after three bites. The bottom of the container was a pool of grease. This was supposed to be a date night meal, but it was really disappointing. meal, but it ended up being a real disappointment. I honestly don’t think this food should have gone out without being checked first. We’ve had such great experiences before, which makes this letdown all the more surprising.

We sat in the bar because outside is farther from the kitchen, 🤣 Sydney was our server- bartender and she advised grilled chicken on my salad , it was sooo good with green goddess dressing ! Hubby has an amazing curry soup and drinks were top notch! Definitely recommend!

After an afternoon walking around Missoula, we worked up quite the appetite and decided to try this spot for the first time. Great choice—it did not disappoint. The hot honey chicken sandwich hit the spot perfectly, the beer list is solid, and the cocktails looked like they were crafted with real care. The menu has plenty to choose from, but do yourself a favor and get the tots—these are nothing like the ones from middle school lunch. This place is well worth a stop when you’re in town.

The waitress was okay nice, not very friendly. She only came when we didn't need her. We waited forever to order, forever for the check and then she never came back for the credit card when she saw us put it there as soon as she gave us the check. The hostess was really nice and sweet and the runner that brought out food was also a very friendly and nice. Unfortunately if they share their tips with the others they are getting cheated. None of the other employees cared to smile or act professional. The Wisconsin burger was a 3.5 out of 5. Not worth $20. The fries were good. The fried pickles were a fun new try but the batter could be better for my personal taste.

Probably the worst bar I have ever been to. I walked in after a show at the Wilma, asked to order a beer and the bartender actually was just like “nah”. He did the same thing to my friend and I watched him do the same thing to a group right as I walked in. He was accusing people of being too drunk and cutting them off when they were clearly fine. Such a bizarre experience.

The place was cute and the food was good—especially the variety of options—but the service left me a little disappointed. My server didn’t make me feel very welcomed, and I noticed he was much friendlier with the table next to me. The nachos could definitely be improved, but everything else tasted nice. I still tipped 18%, but the customer service could use some work to match the atmosphere and food.

Don’t order DoorDash from them. Ordered a $25 salad and when they bring my order it isn’t in there. Ordered the cookie dessert, it comes burnt with no ice cream or chocolate sauce. To top it off, no silverware. My driver was nice enough to go back because I have two hungry kids. When I called they go “we are busy tonight”, wish I could use that excuse at my job 🙄

What a worthless tasteless Fish Taco. No salt , No flavor fried cod with some sour cream in a cheap White Tortilla. I guarantee you can make much much better Taco from a Costco taco kit . What you would call that tomato looking thingy they pulled out of a can ??? Salsa??? Then it is the tasteless salsa I ever had. Blonde beer too sour , Fries were cooked almost break your teeth. I am so surprised they got 4.4 stars

Good beers, food and service. Plenty of seating options inside and outside. Blue cheese fries had a little too much garlic but other than that everything we had was good!

Cute little spot near downtown for a cold beer on a hot day (we didn't order food). We inquired earlier about having our dogs on the patio, but they no longer can do that. So came back later after leaving them where we're staying

Bar food but better!! I had a fabulous bison burger with a side caesar salad - yes, a salad at a bar and it was delicious. Each lunch item has a recommended beer pairing with it, super fun. And right near the river!

French Onion soup was delicious, they used Rye bread & Swiss and that combo was a flavor explosion. The steak sandwich was cooked and seasoned perfectly and that Sriracha aoli was solid. Will eat here again

Sat outside wich is a dog friendly area. Two had the 1/2 lb beef burgers 1 had the Bison burger. Every body was very happy with their food. Beer was good.

I was part of a party of 18, we were upstairs. Our waiter, Sam I think was his name - he was FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond his call of duty. The food was excellent. I had fish tacos and they were the best I have had in a long time.

My husband had the Ruben with French onion soap and I had the big ski BLT. We both loved our meals. Great food, service and atmosphere!

Stopped in after a day of traveling. Recommend by local friends. Had some great food and drinks. Waiter recommended a great beer and food. They even made a puppy patty for our dog! Will definitely be stopping there next time through town. Highly recommend it.

The patio was nice, but pretty dark at the end of our meal since there are no light fixtures on the patio, just a parking lot street lamp. The fountain drinks contained zero carbonation. The wings were alright, but we didn’t get any napkins or plates. Went to the restroom to wash our hands. The slider patties were from a freezer and featured a bunch of thousand islands dressing and old tomatoes. The “fish n chips” were greasy and tasted like burnt fry oil Our server dgaf. I feel like they owe me money.

Beautiful atmosphere, incredible food and drinks, and fantastic service. I was highly impressed with my experience here, as well as the delicious tasting food. Our server was very friendly and informative, especially with the menu to ensure we knew what was what. We will definitely be making a trip back soon!

We stopped in last minute for a late night dinner on our way through town based solely on the fact that it was open. We absolutely loved everything we ordered and were so happily surprised with the high quality food, innovative and different dishes, presentation, and overall experience. We consider ourselves well traveled foodies and often find places lackluster… but we loved it all!

August 29, 2025: Went here for the first time last night. We are visiting from Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania. What a great find! At the bar, I had French Sauvignon Blanc that was delicious and my friend had a huge Negroni that took all night to drink. We each had salads and then the special roast purple cauliflower appetizer plus the hen of the woods mushroom tartlet. Both were amazing. The best thing of the night, though, was splitting the gnocchi entrée. Perfectly executed gnocchi pillows, and some sort of light delicious sauce with pea shoots and pecorino on top. I told our server it was one of the best things I have put in my mouth in a long long time! The pictures that I took don’t do the food justice, but I’ll include them just in case. Definitely 100% recommend this place.

Food was delicious as well as drinks. I know I had something with huckleberries in it ha ha. We did sit outside, which was nice. There’s not a view of the water which I had hoped for. I would definitely eat there again.

We came to Missoula for a concert! We stopped by for a drink and a bite! The service was fabulous. Cute blonde with a neck scarf nailed it! Best cocktail in town. Still dreaming of the gin and juice! The duck terrine was to die for! Refreshing to see an establishment that has it all! Thank you!

The best place in missoula for drinks and small plates. Never have a bad experience here and the staff is exceptional. I love the cozy couches and seating, the lighting, and atmosphere are all noteworthy. Coming from a larger city I can say this place definitely has a Montana vibe, with big city twist. We did not like the Fettuccine; it had a bitter taste (maybe too much lemon zest). We did not like paying a fee for using a credit card. Plonk charged us a fee to replace bread that fell on the floor. We liked the pink cocktail with water melon in it and the upstairs deck. The Ploughman's Board was moderately good.

Wanted some bison on our Montana trip. Husband had the bison burger with grilled green chile, I had bison skewers. Both were great! We had fast service and enjoyed everything. Best meal of our trip.

Came in for some dinner before hitting up the bars down town. Lots of options. Ribeye was cooked and seasoned well. Fries are delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Shepherds pie was also good. Cute space. Looks like they were setting up some live music before we left around 9.

It might just be because of the time we came in, but the service was slow and they never even put in our appetizer. The food thay did come out was flavorful but the soup was barely warm and the Sliders a bit stiff. Single occupancy bathrooms which are nice except when you have to wait because somebody from the neighboring bar is in there

Food taste good, but it was disappointing that the service wasn’t that great. It wasn’t super busy and it we felt like we weren’t very welcome in this place. (We weren’t wearing anything different from anyone else) it took a while to get our orders in and even greeted. Food was good if a bit college town overpriced. Drinks were good.

Food was decent, although fries came out cold. Service was definitely lacking—our server was frantic and would barely spend two seconds at each table—she walked away before we even finished ordering drinks.

Been meaning to try Press Box for years and it did not disappoint! Their wings were delicious, crispy but not dry, and came out super fast. My date had the Frisco melt on sourdough and it was delicious, with amazing crinkle cut sweet potato fries. The soup of the day was a little overseasoned but our server took it off and was so kind to us. We will absolutely be back!

The first time I went. The Owner or manager was a jerk. Food was cold. Service was terrible. It was a Saturday game day. Second time I went. Was on a Sunday. Food was better. But not “the best food on broadway”. Service was a little better.

Daughter suggested Press Box. Always in for a new restaurant to try! Wasn’t disappointed. We wanted to eat and watch the basketball game. Lots of tvs and we found a table. Waitress was passing by with food and acknowledged us right away. Service was fast and friendly. Suggested things to order. I had the Supreme pizza. Mushrooms,black olives, onions,green peppers, pepperoni,sausage,Canadian bacon & mozzarella. She ordered the nooner. Beef patty,American cheese,daily’s bacon and fried egg,topped with hollandaise sauce. Daughter loved it and said might be her go to for a burger. I snuck a bite and dam it was good. Sure can c why when the grizz are playing might be tough to find a table. Even though there’s lots of tables. Had a few gift cards in back pocket and when I got phone out of back pocket they fell out. The manager noticed and bent down and asked if they were mine. Yes and thanks for noticing and being honest. Then it happened again and he bent down and gave it back to me. Thanks again. When he came back after a few minutes another card. But it was a green bank card from stockman bank. Not mine. We will be back!

Husband LOVED his burger so that's a bonus.y bowl of chili was piping hot so that won me over.

Ordered a burger from here, their famous PressBox burger, it was by far the worst burger I've ever put in my mouth, pattie was big but tasted like a gastation microwave burger, it came with this putrid tomato paste sauce and looked nothing like the picture advertising it, I've had bar food across the country and I get it's sub par, but this is the poorest excuse of a burger, flavors were horrible and it was poorly cooked. I have nothing bad to say about their other food, I have heard good things about their chicken wings, and other items, can't complain about staff or atmosphere. I ordered Togo, but the burger needs some work.

My wife and I visited the Press Box the morning of October 9, 2021. It was a Griz football gameday so the place was packed but we managed to score a seat at the bar! They had a few different bartenders working and they all took care of us equally to make sure we always had drinks and were doing okay. We did the gameday brunch buffet that was $12.50. The spread included eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, potatoes, pastries, crab cakes and so much more. I don’t know if I would get it again just because I think the price was a little steep but I did enjoy it. I sure love the atmosphere in the Press Box and appreciate all the televisions available to watch all the early college football games.

Overall I would come back. The food was good and the portion sizes were pretty big! Four stars because the server was kind of rude and cold, and when I ordered a coke I got a can with no refills… I feel like you should tell people that before they order, especially if it’s $3. We sat outside so I didn’t catch a view of the inside but it looked cool from the window.

I sat at the bar tonight. I haven't had Thai food since college. And the recommendations I got from the bar tender were what I had for dinner. I started with the fried dumplings appetizer 🥟 and they werent skimpy with the filling. I ordered both Thai teas one with regular milk and one with coconut milk and I liked both! I had a level 4 spicy pad Thai and it's was delicious 🤤 . Deff a place to eat at if your are craving Thai food.

Great Thai Food in Missoula! Tried a local spot in Missoula, Montana and was pleasantly surprised. I went with the green curry and rice. Absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and served in generous portions. The staff was friendly and caring, which made the whole experience even better. Zoo Thai is phenomenal. We now have a new favorite restaurant to visit when we are in Missoula. The flavor in each dish was incredible. We ordered level 3 spice, and while it had a kick it was not overwhelming and the flavors were incredibe!

Oh my was this place great. The rice noodles were divine. I got the level 5 spicy. It was realistically only a 3 but they tried. I would eat here again and again. I look forward to trying the fried rice some time. The price vs portion was fantastic.

Really good Thai food! Great noodle dishes and good cocktails. The daily entree was tasty. A level 2 spice was the minimum they would do on my dish and it was perfectly spicy 🌶️ One of the servers was a little grumpy, but it was close to closing time, so I’ll just assume he had a bad day. It was definitely a great Thai food experience!

5$ cover but told it could be as much as 15$. We came on a Saturday with a live DJ. We are from out of town and told this was the only “club” for dancing. First bar you walk up to only had one server and took a while for drinks did not know about the other bars around the corner. It was busy, music was great and the bass was excellent. Lots of fun with a group of girls.

I honestly prefer the badlander over the wilma. They have a re entry option and the parking garage is right next the the venue if you need to grab something from your vehicle or just take a break. The staff is always SUPER nice, they give out water, have an appropriate amount of security, and are always there if you need anything. They are always quick to respond the messages and take recommendations/suggestions seriously. Thank you guys for always providing us with amazing service and a great place to party!

If you want to go out for karaoke avoid this place! I was the only person who sang and got the honor of my song being ruined by the actual song (with words of the singer) being played, so pretty much nobody could hear me sing. I was the only person who got that treatment, and I got it on video. This was my first time in a bar, and my first experience doing karaoke. I have heard bad things about the Badlander, now I can say firsthand it's best to avoid.

Been coming here for a while now, I hit the Badlander every other weekend and it's never disappointed! The staff are always friendly and you can tell they really love what they do. The bar staff are very concise and efficient, while the bouncers are always on top of anything that may get out of hand. Dustin "helped" a rowdy partygoer outside but also made sure he had his coat and a ride, very politely may I add! Never had a negative experience here and would 10/10 recommend

Karaoke night was a blast, bartender was amazing as well!

We got a pecan grilled chicken salad and salmon dishes plus an appetizer of teriyaki wings. The wings were very good, the salmon was also very good but the salad was OK, it said "a bed of greens" but was almost all iceberg lettuce. For the prices they charge I expected a higher quality salad. Service was very good and polite. Drinks were okay as well. If it wasn't for the salad I would do 4.5 stars.

I stopped by on my way back to Spokane after a work trip. It was a Friday at about 5pm, busy but wait was short and waitress was great. I asked her to surprise me between the country fried steak, new chicken and waffle, or the parmesan cod. She chose the chicken and waffle and this is one of the most perfect meals i’ve had in a very long time at a sit down restaurant. Beautifully crisp bacon and crispy fried juicy chicken, the waffle was also crisp on the outside, maple syrup was hot and whatever butter they gave with it had a great flavor. you always have to get fries at the club because they’re the best restaurant fries ever. Out of all the club locations i’ve been to, this was my favorite by far.

Great stop. Quick service. Bacon Carmel fried cheese curds. The seafood parmesian dip was a great appetizer. The fettuccine and steak were also delicious. Plenty of leftovers for the following days

Skip Cracker Barrel and head to the Montana Club. Amazing food and much calmer atmosphere. Our hostess Twila was such a welcoming and kind soul, we will definitely be back again!

Generally good food & service. Wonderfully varied menu with many interesting options. Mushroom appetizer was great. Husband had a New York & really enjoyed it. My Halibut Hemingway was a disappointment at $44... the sauce was overpoweringly strong... I scraped it all off. Found only one tiny shred of the promised Dungeness crab on top. The cut of fish was not characteristic of halibut... & with the flavor of it, we both wonder if it was actually cod. My salad came out after my entree, & only because I reminded our server of it. The steamed asparagus was so tough that it was a challenge to cut it with a knife, hence I left most of it. In all fairness, we arrived at 8:30 pm on a Thursday, & restaurant closing time is 9 pm. We are just passing thru on a road trip.

You order at the counter, they don't take your name or give you a number, you go sit down in this very busy bar, and then sometime later your burger arrives at your table, I'm not sure how they do this but it seems to work? Stopped in for a cold beer because it was hot outside. I like the history of this place, but it needs a good cleaning. It’s dusty as hell. I wouldn’t order food here because of that. It’s a dive, and I like that it’s a dive, but let’s not make it into more than it is.

Had to visit this place since I had the same last name. Glad we did. Family had a burger, some wings and a wrap. All of it was very good. Waitress was awesome as well, kept our drinks full and we had a great time. They had a bingo night going, and we were definitely glad we found this place.

This was such an incredible experience!! As soon as we sat down our server Kacey greeted us so warmly and really set the vibe for the evening. She was so fun and goofy and we loved having her as our server. She memorized our orders without even writing them down which was super impressive and she was consistently checking up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10. Everything was good overall but honestly Kacey is the star of this joint and she deserves all the hype!

We will definitely come back here when visiting Missoula again. They have a shaded dog friendly patio. Great food and drinks. Was able to get a plain patty for the trio as well. Luckily we came at a slow time on Monday so the dogs got to stretch out without disturbing others. Our waitress even brought out a ice/water filled dog bowl for them.

Love this place! Kianna was my server and she is a tremendous server just because of her I would come back to have a great time with my family great food and drinks and she made sure that I knew what to eat and what is fun around town to do 10/10 she deserves a raise!

Don't judge me. Landed in downtown Missoula. Walked the streets. Went to the local dive bars. Looked at what people were eating. Left. Booze comes from a bottle no matter where you are. Food. Food takes a little effort. More effort usually results in something better. I wanted to stay away from the "millionaire buys a bar" kind of place, and this certainly appears to be that place, but the food looked to have that extra attention. It was good. Damn.

i was in missoula and looking for something healthy and online reviews said to check out Bernice’s so I did. I went with colleagues and one got the soup and i got the hummus plate. the soup was cold and tasted more like a gazpacho or salsa and the hummus plate had hummus, chips and a macaroni salad. the prices for the meals was very good as it was cost effective and the portion size decent. the flavor was average good price, decent portion, mild flavor

Great coffee, atmosphere, staff. The only issue is that their to-go coffee lids are loose and will spill coffee on my hands. I tried filling it up less but still, coffee leaks out from the lid whenever I get a 16 oz to go. I know the lids are designed to be used for up to 20 oz cups so maybe that’s the reason.. or the heat from the kitchen makes the plastic expand… anyway, I felt compelled to share this because I love the coffee but prefer it to stay inside the cup. We loved working with Bernice’s Bakery for our wedding! We ordered a 9-inch cake and cupcakes, and they were both absolutely delicious and beautiful. The whole process was seamless, and the team was always kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Everything turned out just as we’d hoped. I have enjoyed Bernice's Bakery my whole life, so when I got my last sugar cookie it was pretty disappointing. I understand the price going up with the costof eggs and everything, but to reduce the size so much it changes the flavor on top of that is stingy. The cookies are now, including the frosting, just a little thicker than two quarters. I weigh out my food to count my calories, this is a common treat I have it memorized. Usually I eat half at a time, now I can have a little more than 3/4th. As a comunity, we shouldn't behave like the big corporations. I would gladly pay a little more, but pick one or the other. This cookie tastes like flour, (so it won't break being so thin I'm sure) it's just not the same. Why not make them the same as before, sell them for $4?? It would be terrible to lose the last nice sugar cookies. I send these to people as a fancy gift, people expect them.

The venue is spacious, well-organized, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. It’s an awesome outdoor setting that feels laid back but still professionally run. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and sealed bottles of water, which makes it easy to settle in and get comfortable. There are free cold water refill stations at the back of the lawn a huge plus on hot days. There were plenty of porta potties and while the lines for food, drinks, and merch did get long, the vibe stayed fun and relaxed. The stage and sound system were excellent, and the music felt immersive no matter where you were sitting or standing. If you’re heading to a show here come prepared, get comfy, and enjoy the experience. Great music, great setting, and great energy.

Big Sky is the burly beast of MT brewing and has the giant tasting room to fit, but the space is open, very Montana and comfy. Staff is very beer savvy and friendly. Great to have a Moose Drool from the source, disappointed to miss the Oktober! Outside seating available, plenty of seating options inside. Not really a craft brewery, more like a destination, but with them, the Sky is the limit.

This should be your first stop as soon as you land in Missoula. Big Sky Brewery does beer right. Their famous Moose Drool will have you drooling for more. Each beer is carefully crafted at their facility, literally behind the bar area. They even have a gluten-free Huckleberry Seltzer, it’s the best tasting seltzer I’ve ever had. Their Strawberry Rhubarb and their Masala beer are truly unique and delicious. There’s even an amphitheater behind the brewery that is part of the brewery. Concerts are held on weekends and big names come through to play. A great space to meet up with friends or unwind by yourself.

For the BBA aficionados, Ivan the Terrible is well worth the effort. Nice swag shop, great to see tees in colors other than black.

The beer was ok and the vibe was cool. I like to collect stickers from breweries I visit and they charge $4 for a sticker! I’ve only come across a few breweries that didn’t give free stickers, but never one that charged more than $1. This brewery must only care about making as much money as possible and not really care about their customers.

Stopped at Big Sky Brewing, home of Moose Drool. Super nice people - so friendly. The beers were excellent. I had the hazy IPA but I filled the growler with Drool for later. It was a little on the cool side today so we didn’t sit on the patio but it looked nice. Just off I90 so it’s easy to find. Highly recommend.

Recently went to see Aaron lewis at Big Sky Brewery. I have always enjoyed this wonderful bar and venue. Amanda is very gracious and was soooo helpful as I am limited mobility. They were all great and very welcoming. The concert was great as well. Rock on all. ✌️

We visited December 2024. We really enjoyed the beer. They sell pizza by the slice but it just wasn’t good, sorry but it was dry and not very flavorful. It would be nice to see more and bigger TV’s to watch sports. We would definitely come back for the beer. Free parking lot and free on street parking.

100% if your in the area come here. Pizza is the best I've had in a while. There is not a bad beer on tap (that I've tried).

Highlander used to be one of my favorite places to bring my family because of what felt like a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been extremely disappointing and disrespectful—for myself, my children, and other moms with their kids who were with us. The first negative experience was in July during a quiet lunch hour. A bartender/waitress was very rude to my children and essentially told me we weren’t welcome because they were “out of control.” My children are not perfect, but they were not disruptive that day. Even if they had been, her comments were unprofessional and could have been handled with far more respect. The second experience happened this past weekend, also during lunch. A cook made passive aggressive remarks toward us and went so far as to say she “dreads” when we walk through the door because of our children. This was shocking to hear—especially since our kids were simply playing in the designated play area, while we were seated at the table right next to it. There seems to be a major disconnect between the staff’s attitude and the “family-friendly” environment the restaurant advertises. If children are truly not welcome, then the play area should be removed to avoid misleading families. Needless to say, I will not be giving Highlander my business again. I hope this review helps other families avoid the shame and disrespect we felt during our last two visits.

Good local beer. Good variety. The IPA and Mexican lager was good. The home brewed root beer and ginger ale were a hit with the kids. Pretty good NY style pizza and salads. Cool outdoor space and plenty of room for large groups. I’d visit again.

Overall we had a great experience at The Keep! Our server was wonderful and knowledgeable; which was nice since we don't frequent places like this! Portions were modest. The poke salad was so good I forgot to grab a picture of it! Our dishes were cooked almost perfectly but perhaps a little under seasoned. Will probably be awhile before our return because we spent about the same on dinner as we did for an all day whitewater rafting excursion that stole the best experience of the summer award. You're definitely paying for the experience as a whole here. A fun treat, felt fancy! Honestly though if you know what you're doing in the kitchen and have a high standard for food (especially when paying $$$) a home cooked meal might compare.

Our first time here and being in the restaurant business we are usually never impressed. The Keep is an absolute stunner!!! My husband had the filet paired perfectly with whipped mashed potatoes and grilled carrots!! I had the Rack of Lamb with mashed potatoes and carrots and the Roasted Beet Salad absolutely fantastic!! Cooked to perfection !!! Service was great and the wine was paired perfectly!! .the Creme Brulee. Outstanding!!!!!!. I highly recommend!!! Our waiter AARON Q... BIG SHOUT OUT EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

We reserved a window seat and the view was amazing! The service was very fast, and the food came out quickly and was a good amount. I had the New York strip and it was really tasty!

Very nice restaurant in a cool building with a great view. Food is delicious and presented nicely. A great dining experience overall. I do wish that they would have more non-meat options. They usually offer just one vegetarian main dish that rotates seasonally. They seem to have great, creative ideas for vegetarian dishes and it would be nice to see more than one at a time on the menu.

We had a beautiful meal here for my 40th birthday and our server Joel was fantastic! I really enjoyed my rose flight, shrimp salad and huckleberry ice cream. My family enjoyed the salmon, halibut and calamari. Salads and desserts were fabulous too! The atmosphere and service are top notch and they do not rush you at all. This is the perfect place to enjoy a celebratory occasion.

Had a lovely dinner with family and friends. The food was delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun set. Our waitress wasn’t that attentive, but other staff assisted so we always had our needs met. Highly recommend for a special occasion or any occasion where you enjoy good friends, good food and a lovely atmosphere.

My fiance and I had dinner for the first time at The Keep and we were very impressed. We had the pan roasted duck breast and New York steak, and my fiancé went as far as to say it was the best steak he’s had in Missoula. The ambiance of the restaurant and surrounding area was relaxing. However, we were most impressed with our server, Brittany. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. We would highly recommend the restaurant for a special occasion due to the price (but worth it).

Pretty hot in the summer with the doors open. The fans don’t so much and some don’t work. The beer is great. We were there when they had live jazz music and that was nice too!

Another lovely brewery here in Missoula! Definitely enjoyed the tasty brews they made on site which were numerous and delicious. Was also a huge plus to have live music on Sunday, a tasty Thai food truck, and the patio was well shaded with misting fans to boot!

I usually love this place but they really could do a better job at reading their crowd lately. Every time the band leaves the past 4-5 times I’ve been here (which is usually once or twice a week) they have played the saddest I want to go kill mostly type of country. Like are you trying to push everyone out? I would drink at least 3 more beers after the band left IF the bartenders played far better music. My god. People have depression they go out to let loose and have fun. Not to head home sadder than they left the house. Somebody needs to do something about the music selection. It used to be so much better. Considering taking my business elsewhere just for this reason and I LOVE draught works beer.

LOVE Draught works! Definitely recommend! Their beer and seltzers are great and it is a fun environment to enjoy your fav cold beer! The service is kind, helpful, and friendly and we always enjoy our time there! They typically have something fun going on and we got to enjoy some great local live music on a Saturday! Indoor and outdoor seating options. They have root beer and are a family friendly brewery.

We were at the distillery before the Zootown Festival and rain brought everybody inside. Kaley was in the store by herself and rocked it. the place was jammed and she kept a level head and made it through without a hitch. The service and quality of drinks was so good we returned a second time and had another excellent experience with Colin behind the bar. Prices are good for hand crafted cocktails to boot. Highly recommend.

Fun place to stop into for Happy Hour, or just an hour.... or so. The Cocktails are fun, inviting..... and we haven't yet had one we haven't completely enjoyed. We found this place on our first visit to Missoula some years back. We bought some spirits to bring home with us then. Each trip back to the area we have made a point to stop in for a cocktail, conversation and an additional bottle to go home with us. The fresh garnishes add to the overall experience. So long for now - see you on our next trek through.

Truly one of my favorite Wheated Bourbons.. Mama Tried Was great to visit the distillery.. Also picked up an 8 year Montgomery limited edition single malt since my local liquor store hasn't had it..simply had to buy one. Bartender was great fun too. Thanks again

Where the locals go!!! Do you like ice cold beer fresh off the tap? Oktoberfest foamy, stout beers! Try the fantastic artisan German foods and brewery, eat inside or outside in a family atmosphere court yard complete with games. Everything was great! Good service, good price!

My friends and I had a little time before a wedding, so we decided to stop here. Super cool place! We got the flight of all 10 beers to share, and it was a lot of fun. We all liked almost all of them, which is wild. We also got spaetzle and German potato salad, which were delightful. Would definitely go back!

Exceptional service, delicious food and , most importantly, great beer selection! We enjoyed our visit tremendously, had a great lunch and the beers’ flavors were unique and memorable. I have been traveling a lot the last few years. It is always great to ask what food the server likes. Our server, without hesitation, recommended her favorite dish. It was Amazing! Also highly recommend the St Walter beer.

We 100% drove 9 hours for the sole purpose of visiting this place. We were not disappointed. The reason for the visit is that we are huge fans of German brewing and dabble in it ourselves. While we were visiting another German brewery in Colorado(Zwei) they’d talked about this place and their great beer, which is something to take note of from them as their beer is some of the best German beer I’ve had in the US. So we had a free weekend and made the trip. No matter how you get here, the drive is great and will not disappoint nor will the city. Bayern itself is a very fun atmosphere and is divided into the restaurant upstairs and the brewery downstairs, though you can get beer at both, we only went to the restaurant so not sure if you can get food at both but maybe. The staff were very friendly and did a great job. We were not crazily hungry but we were not passing up a chance at this food so we ordered one entree to split. When the food came out it was divided into two portions on two plates. That alone was awesome, but the food itself was perfect. If you are a fan of German dishes you are going to want to eat here as it was spot on. For beer we did the flight which includes everything they serve so that was perfect as we are both indecisive and want to try everything and that usually ends up being one of each beer in a normal size to accomplish that. The beer was very true to style and all seemed to follow a common base that was built on to spotlight the hops, process, yeast, or additional grain bill. All in all they did a great job on the beer an it is something to be appreciated. This will be a staple of any drive this direction in the future.

Enjoyed an outstanding date night meal here on a Saturday evening. We were able to get seated outside right away. The setting, the service, and the food were all on point. We will definitely be back soon!

Really good food and excellent low key service that was really well done. Dining room was a bit noisy and could use further acoustic dampening. I had the halibut special that was excellent. Very glad to have eaten at this nice neighborhood restaurant.

We came here for the good reviews but were totally disappointed. Then I realized most of those reviews were at least a year ago. Both of the ($15) burgers we had were overcooked and had no flavor at all. The bun and fries were burnt. When the waiter asked how everything is, I told her about the fries since they’re easily replaceable. However, she just said “I’m sorry” with no attempt to make it up, which made me think that she was asking for the sake of asking. I guess either or both the chef or management have changed.

The Patio is our favorite place in Missoula! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great, but the people that work there make it a wonderful experience. We recently had a large birthday dinner there and their team treated us so well. We love the Patio!

My wife and I moved to the Rattlesnake in October and thought we would give this place a shot. We were so impressed. This has been our new go-to and have been 15 times since. My favorite is the salmon and risotto or the steak frites, both of which NEVER disappoint. However I think it's worth it to give the specials a chance, as they have great ones. Honestly, they could serve hotdogs and grilled cheeses, and we would still come for the people. Karen and Barrett are so nice, and that passes on to their employees.

NOT WORTH IT Truly some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. There was a mixup in our reservation but the wait staff we talked to told us they could still honor our reservation. When we showed up, the man working the host table was spiteful, petty, and patronizing. He refused to seat us even though the restaurant was completely empty inside and then proceeded to charge us $200 cancellation fee. The rest of the staff seemed nice enough but this person, seemingly the owner or manager of the restaurant, should not work in their service industry. We were okay missing the reservation, we understand there are policies for a reason. This encounter however completely soured our experience. This used to be a favorite spot but we will not be back and will be sure to let everyone know not to dine here.

Great bistro atmosphere with an eclectic Euro feel. Zeb, our waiter was fine, maybe not the most experienced in a higher priced restaurant?? The Blackened shrimp was yummy. Nice flavors. Duck confit was very nice with pomegranate reduction adding a tasty balance. The sea bass was nicely done. It came out undercooked, but they took care of it. We often get a dessert wine after a meal, but these wines were pretty expensive. I get the alcohol mark up, but when a muscat that sells for $13 a bottle is priced at $23 a glass that’s too much for me. We will definitely go back though.

Beautiful interior and ambiance with low lighting, pleasant music, attentive service, and an elevated menu with plenty of variety in upscale cuisine options. The blackened prawns were buttery tender, perfectly cooked, with a lovely bright citrus vinegar savory balanced flavor with the sauces and seasonings. Beet and burrata salad was exquisite, again perfect flavor complements and balance. A wonderful light dinner with ideal portions that leave you feeling perfectly satisfied. Highly recommend this for an intimate gathering dinner with friends or a date, or just a nice evening out for an upscale dining experience.

We've been here three times and have been completely impressed each time. Just pick a special occasion and make the RSVP! In addition to the imaginative interpretation of classic recipes, flawless execution of said recipes and IMPECCABLE service there is also a reasonable corkage fee. If you enjoy an aesthetic interior, Boxcar had that covered, too. It's a beautiful space to have a delicious meal.

Food quality / price (value) rating: 10. The atmosphere is neo-classical, with chandeliers, textures and colors brought together by a talented designer. There is a cute outdoor seating area as well. One typically needs to make reservations well in advance for this restaurant for good reasons. The Chef, Rachel, is the main reason for this. She should be made a partner NOW to prevent losing her! Her extraordinary palette and artistic talent joins together to create a very rare and exceptional gastro-experience. We concluded our Montana vacation on the highest note possible by having our final dinner here. We started with the Fromage Board, a wonderful mix of rare and unusual cheeses, crackers, olives, nuts, seeds, pickles, honeycomb, jelly, dried apricots and figs, and a hot mustard. Incredible! For an entree, I had the Double Cut Pork Chop. The presentation was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, one that would make any artist envious. The photo speaks for itself. It was the most tender pork I've ever had the pleasure of eating, so tender that the WEIGHT OF THE KNIFE WAS ENOUGH TO CUT IT - I am not kidding! The mixture of textures and flavors was a true Meistro's symphony. You must read the description on the menu, as I am not enough of a poet to properly enshrine it's splendor. The wife had the Herb Roasted Chicken, where again, one must read the description on the menu to appreciate the ingredients and their place in the universe. We split a Bread Pudding ala mode, where the vanilla ice cream was super high quality. A couple of cappuccinos and we were finally satiated. Our server, Jewel, was very attentive without being imposing, and made our visit everything it could be. They have a wine and beer license only, so have your martini beforehand. Check out the photos, and look no further for the best food experience you can have in Missoula.....and possibly Montana.

This place is exceptional. The atmosphere is an upscale casual. The day we went the front of house was handled by one man and he did a wonderful job. While many restaurants try to portray fine dining and fail, this place provides fine dining in a more relaxed atmosphere. The duck confit was delicious, juicy and tender. The beans are additively delicious. The veal is served with broccolini which is grilled and delicious. The veal shank was tender, tasty, and beautifully cooked. The mix of tomato, herbs, mushrooms and garlic provide a punchy flavour to help cut through the richness. The spiced bread pudding was my favorite of the two desserts my wife and I ordered. The caramel sauce it comes with is really good. The chocolate torte was dense and rich. It was good but I really think the bread pudding is the show stopper dessert-wise.

This place is fantastic! Let's start with how quaint and private the setting is. I came with a group of 7 for my friend's birthday dinner, and was amazed by how small the restaurant was. Each table really gets an attentive server and the food is obviously cooked to order, and prepared well. Pictured are many of the meals, as we tried a lot of what was on the menu besides the caviar. The charcuterie plate was fresh and delicious, and for wine we had a quality syrah. The beef tartare was served with a soft decadent bread and had a great acidic flavor. The files was probably the table favorite, and was very rich with a wine demiglaze. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the Chimichurri Steak frites, which I believe would have been better with a sauce or reduction as a topper. The price point is normal for what you are getting, and I definitely recommend this place for a private party, setting, or quiet date night. I'm always happy to be invited to a hidden gem like this.

Astounding delicious French inspired classic food in a modern yet historic part of Missoula! The atmosphere and decor is a modern yet sophisticated take on the dining cars from trains of yesteryear mixed with a rustic French feel. The staff members are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the French inspired classic food and wine pairings that are offered. Definitely recommend a reservation as the restaurant fills up quickly. Dress either in casual or fancy attire depending on how you want enjoy your evening!

Came in on a Wednesday evening and there were quite a few open tables. when they understood It was just a party of one they recommend sitting at the bar. I opted not to and asked for a table. The hostess fumbled for a minute, and again asked me to sit in the bar area at one of the long shared Islands. Asked if I could have a table and told me that the whole restaurant was reserved for the night. I agreed to sit in the bar area, and for the hour and 10 minutes that I was there, I saw multiple tables empty, never occupied with their so-called reservations. I just don't think they wanted to sit a party of one at a table for whatever reason. The music is excessively loud and the service is extremely slow. Chips and salsa were by far the best thing to eat. The Ceviche is overly fishy and lacked any other type of flavor. 3 tacos, soft shell crap (bad), carne asada (ok), chicken (good). I wouldn't recommend this establishment, but enjoy at your own risk.

This place is always incredible! Yummy food and drinks. We split the whole fish and it came with delicious toppings to make fish tacos. So so good! The drinks are amazing!! Love the pineapple margarita they made me. Pricey but worth it!

Who would have thought bomb Mexican in Montana!!?? I am a Flight Attendant, I travel the whole country and I like to find little spots like this one to try the food. I have to be 100% honest. I was totally blown away by this hidden gem. I have been in Michelin Mexican restaurants and this place is absolutely amazing! I was very impressed by the menu, which have some options that not many modern Mexican restaurants will offer e.i. Tacos de papa con rajas. I started with cangrejo tostada: wow! So refreshing, the different flavors in your mouth, I’d absolutely order it again and again! Then I ordered: 3 different tacos: Papas con rajas, cochinita pibil, tacos al pastor. TBH I was blown away by these 3 tacos. My absolute favorite were papas con rajas and the taco star of the night: Cochinita pibil! They have their house hot sauces: the red one is a strawberry habanero and the green one is green apple habanero. Best hot sauces I’ve ever tried! I had to try the 3 leches (great dessert!) you are not going to retreat coming to the Camino. I had 2 beers (which were $3 each!! - happy hour all day every day) El Camino is absolutely worth it! I texted all my loved ones and I’m coming back to Missoula (I live in VA) just to have dinner with them at The Camino. Suggestion: Please start selling the hot sauces 🙏🏽😁

Excellent service, excellent food and one of the only places open past 9 pm. Great ambiance, modern but inviting. Our server was exceptional and there’s food was delicious. The mezcal selection is impressive and they had outside seating. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Oooh, very vegan friendly too.

What an unexpected treat to find Camino. We came back a 2nd time during our visit to try out other items on the menu. Guac was delish, great tacos, lots of flavor without being too spicy. Great mocktails too

My Fiancé and I ABSOLUTELY love this place. You really can’t argue price over quality. Everything taste fresh and the blend of flavors, no matter the dish, pair well together. We’ve almost have had everything on their menu. And I’ve never had mezcal before and now it’s my favorite tequila. Thank you to all the Camino staff for always giving great service, serving great food, and delicious drinks!

My husband and I went here for lunch. Their food is really weird and didn’t taste good at all. Our service we got was not professional. Her tone seemed passive aggressive and cocky. He ordered the albarme I think it was called (crunch wrap). My husband asked for sour cream and our waitress said there was some on it, when we got it there was hardly any. It was not worth the price for basically a kids size meal. He said it tasted like plain sausage with no other seasoning. I ordered some wings that she recommended and they tasted bland and bitter. Also, the water they gave us was warm. Their alcohol menu is as twice the size as their actual food menu, it was hard to understand what the foods were as well.

People have opinions about the location, but it is within walking distance from the truck stops and just around the corner from Big Sky, making for a nice afternoon. They are looking to expand hours and add food down the line. The staff was very nice, and their hazy IPAs were especially good, which was a big plus for me. I enjoyed chilling in their outdoor space.

Greatly enjoyed Open Mic Night on Monday, seemed like a regular occurrence. Staff was friendly and there's enough variety on the menu for everyone to find something they like. Weather was beautiful and the view from the patio overlooking Clark Fork River and Sentinel Mountain was spectacular. Traveling from a state that allows dogs inside breweries we were disappointed to find out they weren't even allowed on the patio. Not the fault of the brewery, but hopefully Missoula repeals this rule soon as we travel with our dogs frequently and are more likely to return to cities that are pet friendly.

Really excellent beer. The location is peaceful and convenient off the highway, but if you’re a walking/biking person it’s basically inaccessible. Maybe Imagine nation could be successful with a mini downtown taproom (think like: garage sized).

An amazing space with great service and even better beer. I really enjoyed the vibe here and enjoyed my short conversation with the gentleman behind the bar. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My friend and I ordered some drinks, grabbed a crib board and spent a good portion of our afternoon trying all of their offerings. The beer really is some of the best in the area...probably the best really. They have backyard patio if you feel inclined to sit outside and have a "library" for an even cozier feeling. I know I will be back to Missoula someday and this place will be at the top of my list.

Seems like the new owners have ditched what made Imagine Nation unique. They left the central location, which had an excellent patio and homey feel for one more indicative of what they think of the Missoula community. How can you be a community space if you aren't even near the community? Selling beer is fun and all, but the majority of us wanted to buy beer with our communities. Profit over people huh? Sell it to your old bartenders who were the heart of the community that used to love you.

This is an order at the counter kind of restaurant/bar. The line moved super quickly and there were plenty of seating options. I loved that they had a local cat rescue benefiting from sales the night we went (cool community involvement). I appreciated that they had non alcoholic beer options. We tried one of each of the tacos. They were all delicious, but our favorites were the chicken and poblano. The food came out very quickly and the staff was very kind.

We stopped here for a quick refreshment after floating the Clark Fort. After tasting three offerings which were lagers, I selected the Survey Says, and then my wife chose Peaks to Prairies. Both beers are made in house and I highly recommend trying them. We came at happy hour so the Pork Belly Tacos, which were fantastic or $1 off. We sat outside in the shade of the Guild building, and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable. Great service and very clean.

Friendly, quick service. Cold decent beer (I ordered Minerva hazy). Fresh, tasty food (I ordered a corn, bean avocado salad). I sat outside with my dog. Thanks for allowing pups, by the way. Price point is fair - $14 for both items. Conveniently located downtown amid all the cool kid shops.

Gild offers a very chill place to grab a cold one and a meal, whether at the open-air bar on the main level, in the chill lounge upstairs or downstairs in the arcade. Friendly, knowledgeable staff (shout out to Casey for his beer intel) serving up tasty brews and chews with a smile, even during a busy lunch rush. Great location in Missoula with classic view of the mountainside M. Really enjoyed the Minerva hazy (fresh and crisp) and the Close Range Blaster smash IPA (nice fruity hints without being just juice). We didn’t eat, but every meal we saw certainly looked tempting! Sit on the sidewalk and people watch, cozy up in the lounge, or just watch them work at the bar, great place to sit a while and enjoy Missoula.

Not listed as a brewery but they definitely brew their own beer and also have super cool flights. Just a 10 barrel system in the back he said. And they got tacos! Like just start with that lol. Homemade Montana grown blue corn tortillas too!

Absolutely loved the food here! The sauces they had for the tacos were my favorite, even have a bar! My boyfriend surprised me by going here for my very first time a few years ago, and it is a very cool spot in a great area in town to walk around and explore. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, it’s worth the stop. If you’re into old school games, such as Pac-Man and a more modernized Mexican style, I’d recommend this spot!! Plus, the bathrooms are pretty cool, as well.

My family had a wedding reception here and the staff were fast, very helpful and cheerful. We spent 90% of our time in the arcade and the kids and family absolutely loved it as the air was full of laughter! Thank you to the staffing for making it a great experience

I've been here before for Ramen (amazing) but took hubs this time ahead of the Griz game. We both went for something other than Ramen and it was once again AMAZING. We ordered the Poke bowl and the Japanese Golden Curry. Hard to say which we liked better. I think I leaned towards to Poke and he towards the curry. Price per portion is a good bang for your buck!

I went for my first visit to Michi the other night and ordered the tonkotsu. I have lived in many major cities on the west coast and seeking out ramen in each city is hobby I've had for the past decade. I have to say, this was one of the best bowls, if not the best bowl I have ever had. The service and vibe were also top notch. I will be eating here at least once a week for as long as I live in montana. Thank you Michi for such a wonderful experience.

We had a fabulous lunch and Austin provided excellent service. I followed his recommendation for the yellow curry ramen and it was excellent. While the food was so good, it was the combination of that plus his great service that will bring me back. He seems like he must have some fine dining experience: he was attentive, gave great suggestions and was happy to do so! Can’t wait to go back!

We LOVE Michi but we just had the best time with Tiger as our server! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 He was so attentive and fun! His knowledge of the menu (including new additions) were so helpful for my parents. We were celebrating my daughter’s 11th birthday and she said, “best day ever!”. I have to agree. If you haven’t been to Michi, you are seriously missing out!

I ordered a long island. Had the bartender adjust it twice because it was like drinking straight lemon juice. They never offered to remake it which would have been appreciated. It never tasted like a long Island. The burger I ordered was burned. It's pretty hard to mess up a burger and the place wasn't that busy. At that point I figured I'd just cut my losses and leave. They did make their old fashion well. So my suggestion is stick to their drink specials. Not sure what to suggest about the food. FYI I chose this place because Google said they were in the top three places for drinks in missoula.

My drink order was taken right away. After 25 minutes of waiting, the waitress floated over and apologized for the delay. There were ‘new bartenders.’ The bartenders were too busy getting distracted by other people at the bar, chatting and serving them first ahead of others of us who were there first. Menu looked fun and atmosphere was great. Never got my drink and walked out after 30 minutes. Unacceptable, if it’s Friday night please have your best working and save the training for a Tuesday afternoon..

We had a lovely time at Stave and Hoop this evening! This downstairs establishment's decor is totally fun and very well done. The playlist was great and at a volume that allowed for conversation, but also loud enough to drift into~ if that's your mood. The drink selection and beers (served in icy glasses!) on tap offerings were excellent. The bartender friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to share information. We ordered a blue cheese burger with fries. It was excellently prepared, tender and delicious, the bun easy to eat without being soggy. The fries were finely cut and crisp. I also appreciated a good bar chair with a foot rail for comfort, something you rarely experience anymore. Try this place out! Lots of opportunities for trivia, live piano, jazz music, happy hour, wine specials, food specials, liquor specials and probably more...... Definitely more!! I've had many pleasant times at Staves and Hoops since I initially wrote this review. We have enjoyed superb craft cocktails made with totally fresh, clean tasting ingredients. The Industrial Monday cocktail menu is VERY tasty! The Break Even bottle is a fun way to try high end liquors. The Symphony event really highlighted their delicious catering served with excellent(and I have been told)rare whiskeys and the best wine I have ever had. Currently my favorite place in Missoula to bring friends, family and colleagues. Plus, I enjoy the privacy! Thank you to you all at Staves and Hoops.

This is such a good find if you're wanting a hidden gem for a bar! Hidden behind an alleyway of a downtown building is this magnificent bar. Beautiful brick and wood interior, comfy chairs, and a piano in the back! The bar is lined with lots of pretty liquor bottles. The drinks we had were top notch! We will definitely be back to try more drinks and the food! Our service was also wonderful.

We came to town for a visit and were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this prohibition speakeasy! Our bartender made us some amazing martinis and she was so sweet. We will return our next time on this side of Montana! Thank you Grace!

I used to love this place for the variety of food, the ambiance, and the service and bartenders. However, since last year, there has been a mass exodus of bartenders, servers, and chefs, which has just changed how it feels. The only reason my friends go anymore is for Lando and trivia, but now that he does trivia elsewhere, we try to go there instead. The server/bartender turnover is high, the food is not always consistent, and the menu changes just haven't been wide enough. The servers are overwhelmed, and no one has the same information. Last night, my team and I were told to meet at 7 p.m. for trivia, but the website says 7:30 pm, and the Instagram story countdown made it 7 p.m. And when I arrived, I was told 7 pm. But it started at 7:30 pm. It has gone from 5 stars to maybe 2.5. Sad to see.

We visited December 2024. We sat at the bar. The spinach artichoke dip was very good! We ordered it with soft pita bread and it was great! I would highly recommend! Wings were good as were the chicken tacos. They have Coke products. Games - pool tables, darts.

Pizza and burgers were very good. Happy hour prices and the wine & beer selection were also good. Service unfortunately, was poor. Granted it was happy hour, but the busy server didn’t seem to care about us or our experience. Attitude. Bummer.

The food at The Still Room was fantastic, but the service at the bar was disappointing. When we arrived, I asked the bartender to wipe up a sticky spot in front of me, and it seemed to annoy them. I guess I should have just asked for a rag and done it myself. Once we ordered they ignored us the rest of the time. The bar staff mostly chatted about after-work plans instead of helping customers. Great food, but the service needs work.

I just recently found this place as I am a new member to Missoula. I have loved the atmosphere, food and service every single time that I’ve come in. Yesterday, I had proposed to my girlfriend and to celebrate she said that she wanted to go here! Jay, you gave us an incredible experience and helped us through our indecisiveness. Jay really went above and beyond! Thank you sir. This company definitely earned lifetime customers.

I had hoped for an enjoyable dining experience at The Still Room, given its reputation and appealing atmosphere. Unfortunately, what unfolded during my recent visit was a deeply disappointing example of unprofessional service that overshadowed any merits the establishment might possess. Most notably, The Male bartender and the waitress that were on shift.. appeared to be under the influence of a substance—specifically, they exhibited behavior consistent with intoxication and carried a strong and unmistakable odor of marijuana. Their speech was slurred at times, their coordination noticeably impaired, and their general demeanor lacked the attentiveness and clarity one would expect from staff in any professional setting, let alone in hospitality. Such conduct is not only inappropriate but potentially hazardous. Restaurants have a responsibility to ensure their employees are in a fit state to perform their duties, especially when interacting directly with guests and handling food and beverages. The failure to uphold even the most basic standard of professionalism significantly marred the experience and raised serious concerns about management oversight and workplace policy enforcement. To be clear, my intention is not to be punitive, but rather to advocate for a safe and respectful dining environment for all patrons. I would strongly encourage the management to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment and will not be returning unless meaningful changes are made.

We were staying at the hotel next door and after a busy day just wanted to stay close and grab a bite. The Still Room was just what we were looking for. It was friendly, our server was great to talk to and did a great job. We wanted for nothing. We hung around longer than expected but it was all good. Really enjoyed everything about thos place!

Had a group gathering here. The outside patio is covered and had plenty of space. The food was amazing! The service was also amazing! I would definitely recommend this place for gatherings.

Really tasty craft brews in a modern, but rustic-cool spot, with an homage to the forest fire fighters. Friendly staff, beer savvy. Laid back local vibe with plenty of regulars. Deemed Essential hazy was fresh and crisp. The Great Burn IPA packed more hoppy punch, but still very smooth. She also really liked the root beer.

We made a stop here on a very hot summer day while on a road trip. They have a covered patio / deck and allowed our dog to sit out there with us - this is a huge plus for us and gives an establishment an extra kudos in my book.... since we travel with a dog we are always in search of places that will accompany us, as we can not leave him in the car on hot days. They gave us a bowl of water for him too! We enjoyed a taster tray and then shared a pint..... if I recall correctly the coconut porter was our favorite! Nice welcoming atmosphere and the beers are good too...... give it a try - you will like it!

Great place, the beer is awesome. I had their Porter which was fantastic. One of my favorites. The doors roll up to a nice patio. There is a balcony area with seating. They routinly do live music. All around it is a great brewery.

Red's does one of the best fundraisers in Missoula each year. For those of us who hate wrapping presents, you can turn them over to the lovely ladies wrapping the gifts, get a drink or five, and donate the money to a great cause. It changes every year. In the time I've been utilizing this, they've tried to help specific families with a child with overwhelming medical needs. You can't go wrong supporting this cause or the bar that allows them to do it every Christmas.

Reds is the home to the Missoula Browns Backers association, a group of fans who are all ex Clevelanders who meet at Reds to watch the Browns lose. (most of the time) But the staff at Reds makes every week an absolute delight for us no matter how bad our team is. Zack comes out of retirement each football season to tend bar Sunday mornings and remembers our regular orders from last season! Thanks for being our home away from Cleveland!

Now this is a college town, so you are gonna find rowdy college kids here. However, it’s such a fun place. The bartenders are always super nice, the drinks are always flowing and they have a signature “Jedi shot” as well. There is plenty of seating and it’s in the heart of downtown next to all kinds of other bars and there is usually a noodle truck nearby! They do not serve food here hence the low review!

What a fun place to peruse! People are so gifted with their artistic abilities and I am so grateful for places like this gallery that allow me to wonder at the remarkable skill local artists have! The gentleman that helped us, one of the owners I believe, was SO kind and friendly! I bought a gorgeous platter that I am so excited about!

Wandered into 4 Ravens Gallery as we were wandering around Missoula. Incredibly impressed with all of the handmade art there. While discussing some of it we realized that the shop owner was one of the artists, Leonard Tinnell. Leonard and Katie Patten (wife and co-owner) had our favorite pieces. We bought a few things but plan to order some additional pieces to have shipped home when we get back.

A stellar gallery with great customer service. I live in Oregon and have ordered several delicate art pieces long distance; the staff bends over backwards to ensure that these transactions go smoothly and arrive in tip top shape. Customer satisfaction is clearly their top priority.

I travel a lot for work so when I have down time, I like to browse through the local galleries where ever I am. 4 Ravens Gallery is a unique business that is a must see anytime I’m in Missoula. The artists who work there are some of the best around. Proud to have you stop in and take a look at the many and varied pieces. Their customer service can’t be matched.

We met Justin while spending a stopover in town and thoroughly enjoyed the shop. Lots of great quality pieces. We purchased some glass yard art by Mariusz Rynkiewicz, who creates the best artistic designs and colors for affordable glass yard art on the market.

This place is so cool. They were rated number one dive bar in the USA and I can see why. The bartender was also super cool and friendly. Good drinks.

I came here at 9 o’clock on Saturday, when the regular crowd usually arrives. I sat next to the piano where this guy, Billy something, was between songs and ordered my usual gin and tonic. I started French kissing the glass, to be honest I was a little hammered. I says to the guy, “Son, can you play me a memory”. Being all cryptic and stuff, but I wasn’t really sure how it went. I think it was sad and sweet, and I knew it complete, when I was younger. Then John walked in, and be bought this piano man’s drinks for free. I was a bit jealous of that. He was pretty witty and also was smoking for some reason, didn’t think that was allowed. But then he walks over to Billy, and says to the guy, he says “BILL I BELIEVE THIS IS KILLING ME”. Pretty shocking stuff. He started ranting on about how we wanted to be some big Hollywood big shot fella. Paul was there too, rich real-estate fella, and Davy from the navy, and the waitress was super political for some reason, but “based” as the kids say these days. There was this business fella in a suit who I’m pretty sure was high, and all of these fellas were putting bread, like loaves and slices and rolls and stuff, into this jar on the piano. I didn’t really understand that but I’m sure it’s a Missoula thing.

Great bar for live music with dance floor. Really enjoyed the show, friendly crowds and service. Well drinks were healthy pours. It did get a little hot inside dancing, but easy in and outs for cooling off out front. Will be back.

If you like a dive bar, this is your place. The food was good and the service was fast. It was very quiet because we got there at noon. I imagine it is more lively and loud later in the day, but if you want a quiet and quick lunch in Missoula this is the place to go. 🙂

This review is for food only. I had the club sandwich, which is fantastic, and I want to say $10. The only improvement would be to cut it corner to corner because it's massively thick! The onion rings were delicious and I think handmade. My husband's meatball sandwich was the only loser in the bunch. We'll be back!

At first the service was slow. But as the next shift came on it picked up. Had Gluten free beers from Ghost Fish. They had quite a few Gluten free items marked on the menu. Everything was SO good. Really enjoyed our Dinning experience and next time we are in the area we will absolutely return. Thanks so much to all the staff.

Food was better than expected. We ordered the guava bbq wings and the smash burger. Not sure what the guava was but it was pretty delicious. The smash burger, super solid. We showed up on a Tuesday and there was trivia night. We sat near the speaker so it was partially loud. Beer? Never tried the beer but probably solid. Overall, 5 star.

I thought the place was a tap house but it's actually a brewery! Really cool flights with a big board and cool glasses. Really nice outdoor space with shade trees right on front street. 4 IPAs on tap

Ermina was the best waitress ever. She was so beyond sweet, and I’m not an easy customer. It was my birthday so I basically demanded a new drink every 20-30 minutes and she was more than up to the task. So kind, gave great recommendations, and was incredibly attentive. She made trivia night such a fun experience. This place is 10/10, and when you come, definitively ask for Ermina as your waitress!

Good selection of beers, the Cranky Sam Mountain Style IPA really very good. Nachos were decent, but pork was bland. I'd get the chicken next time.

Had a very good experience buying a new boat from Gull Boats. The salesman, Will, was very thorough. My husband & I came to pick up our 2003 Crestliner after spending $3,000 for repairs and yearly service work. We are leaving with a brand new 2025 18 ft. Lowe boat. Will is very knowledgeable and is very personable, yet professional. Thank Gull Boats!

These guys did a great job taking care of me and making sure I was satisfied. Level was my sales contact and on site showed me the camper and answered all my questions. Brandon and Nathan were included in the positive sales process experience and we came to a price I'm happy with. Burke in service was great in answering initial questions, and he and Casey did a great job with the install of tie downs, camper set up, and walk through. All the other staff were really friendly and helpful the day I came in for pick up. Thanks y'all!

Wanted to give a huge thanks to Alex for his help with getting me and my brother into a brand new boat. The experience was fast and easy, I highly recommend going to gull if your looking at getting a boat or RV. Then entire staff is awesome and will get you what you need.

After talking with several Missula locals, Charlie B was always mentioned as a must see dive bar, and they were right. It got all the fixings, slightly bad smell, but not in a bad way. Over curious patronse, but not in a bad way. Strong drinks, this is in a good way. Very tight slots, but you know this before you say down, you were warned by the curious locals who were still trying to figure out why we were here and if we might be the Law? Many, many pictures of long ago patrons posted on the wall.

Great atmosphere for a classic cozy dive bar to feel right at home with friends. Grab a beer or a couple. Appreciate the photos along the wall and the easy going feel.

This place is the perfect old crusty floors bar that still manages to feel clean, safe, warm and cozy. Great drinks. Even better drink prices. So the Plonk next door is pretty to look at but you only chat with who you came with. Charlie B's atmosphere has every walk life in it with one thing in common..... They're all laid back wanting to talk and have a good time share moment and I laugh together. Really isn't that what a good bar is about bringing people together over a drink? Charlie B's has it all college kids to the seasoned, older, been here forever crowd. The drinks are good and the food in the back at dinosaur Cafe is the best Cajun food you'll find this far from Louisiana. You got to try this place all of it. Soak it in take pictures remember every little detail cuz I promise you it'll be some of your fond memories later in life. 👍👍👍 Charlie B's thank you for doing it right. ❤️

This old dive bar is as quirky as the weird double-asparagus, lemon+lime garnished bloody marys. Heads up, cash only.

Camped out here for three days last time I was in Missoula; I'd been to Charlie's before, but had yet to try the Dino Cafe out...well, I did this time and it was DYNAMITE (catfish po'boy, more specifically). A very animated, very special group of people in here, from the bartenders to the regulars. They made me feel like I was at home as soon as I walked in.

Don’t take your family here. First time in Missoula. Saw the place serves food. Took our family late because we watched the Grizz playoff game. We sat down for maybe 5 minutes with no service. Which was fine because they are a bar and they were busy. We were accosted (not greeted) by a server that was so rude to our college student that we all thought he was joking. I told him that that he was being very intense. His reaction was to be more intense and rude. I feel like I have seen a lot in the bar industry. This was pretty bad.

I had never been when I lived here 16 yrs ago and just moved back so figured it was long overdue. Great drink prices, super friendly bartender and a small but pleasant crowd during the day. Will definitely frequent more often!

$5 bucks is the great equaliser at Al and Vic’s. I was once shocked by the pricy $5 PBRS, I was soon pacified into a geriatric lull by the $5 margaritas, that made me feel as if I had bought a new jet ski at my Disney time share on the beach. The smoking patio is reminiscent of a Greek bathhouse, cigarettes become catalysts for conversation the likes of which transcends differences and rouses even the most reserved of us. The pool tables are shit. 4 Stars.

This place is pretty solid. While the staff are friendly and fast the place has a tendency towards being entirely too crowded. It is quite popular and the beverages are strong, but (through no fault of the staff) the wait just to get to the table is problematic. If you don't have a friend hold your table you will almost assuredly loose it. Though I admit I'm usually only in there on a Thursday night.

Went in to a meet a friend and have a beer. It was my first time and it was like most other blue-collar bars in town... filled with regulars playing pool and talking. The bartender was cool and friendly and the beer was cold.

One of my favorite dive bars downtown missoula. Good atmosphere and you can always enjoy a good game of pool or chat with the bartenders.

Dollar bar in Missoula is the BEST bar. The martellos are amazing. Especially Kevin. Go KC!!!! (And go pats lol). Not sure why anyone would have any complaints about this bar. The bartenders are all awesome and so are the owners. I'm a regular and never had an issue.

Bartender does the least work as possible. Totally sucked stopping in there. Almost empty five customers, and that dude just stood there and did nothing an average bartender would. Definitely would not recommend that place to my friends and family. Sadly, it only takes one visit to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Everything else was good. Just the bartender alone makes me not want to go there again.

I was a regular in this bar for several months. I had 3 drinks one night and the bartender cut me off. I was confused because I was not intoxicated. So I was not happy to say the least. I spilled some water (On purpose because I was upset) and left. Two nights later I was told I was 86d. I will say I did not take it well considering I wasn’t even drunk when I got 86d. I had one drink when I got 86d. I have spent thousands of dollars at this bar between drinks and playing pool which is why I went there, to play pool. I attempted to apologize to the bartender for saying I was not going to tip him again and he said incredulously; what a dollar a drink?? As if that was not enough for him. I spilled some water on purpose and I know I was being a brat. Not too long after this incident I tried to apologize to him and he was just caught up in the details of the night which were incorrect when I was just trying to apologize. I have witnessed verbal abuse, physical abuse, people blacking out, falling down at this bar and they never got 86d or cut off. After a while I didn’t care. But I saw the same bartender 6 months later and tried to do the right thing and apologize again because that’s who I am I don’t even care about going back to the bar. I was being very respectful but he was still caught up in the details of how it went down (as in who was working when I got 86d) (who cares)He obviously has a grudge and can’t let it go. I told him the little details do not matter. I was tipsy in a bar. Always respectful, quiet, tipped, said thank you and good bye. Picked up after myself and others. Never caused a scene. I have told other bartenders and bar owners about this they said it’s obviously personal and really quite laughable. If you’re a bartender and can’t keep whatever drama is in your head at home you shouldn’t be a bartender. Which btw I never ever did anything to him. It was gossip which made him decide to do this. So unprofessional. It’s a shame one bartender can ruin the whole atmosphere of an establishment. Thank you I very much appreciate the apology. And yes he certainly does have a different “Version” of things.

This is an awesome place to stop for unique gifts or pick up sometime fun for a really good price. Usually with touristy places like this they charge out the nose, but the prices here are surprisingly affordable. We love stopping in whenever we pass through the area

Been passing by for years in the middle of the night. Made sure i could stop this time. Great service at the bar. Looking forward to breakfast Update- 5/25- still a great place to stop and staff is consistently friendly.

A Missoula outstanding must see bar. Stop by on your bar running around and you'll probably run into freinds. Great prices and the owner's are amazing people. They also have a great selection of hats and Shirts with the bars logo. Plenty of free parking with lighted parking lot. Stop by once and you'll be a regular. No food service.

Came in with a big group on a Saturday night. Not many people there. Basketball was fun for a few rounds. They have a pool table. However it was hot and muggy. Fans blowing everywhere but did not help much. Bathrooms were uncomfortable two stalls no doors and the door doesn’t lock. Drinks decently priced. Did not eat here.

Came in with a large party to celebrate a wedding out of state and were treated extremely poorly by a staff member for simply trying to play pool. They were not helpful and talked poorly of our group. I would not recommend for people who want an enjoyable experience.

We went here after the hippie sabotage concert and there was only one bartender we waited at least 10 min for another drink...its a fun time still tho! And it was a Tuesday night and me and my friend are in our early 30s and we were the oldest ppl there so its definitely a younger crowd!

Came in on a Saturday night 7$ cover with some live bands. Front door let us in for cheaper but, we had a group of 10 and only about 15 people there in total. Music that night was really good and their Moscow mule was delicious. Lots of space to have some real fun here, just no people?

I had liked this bar a lot until last night. You know it just takes one person can ruin an experience… My significant other moved a chair into the space of where people order from the bar top (not knowing that was a marked off spot.) The older lady that was working was very rude with informing him that the chair could not be there. He moved the chair to the side so that I could sit and tried to clarify with the bartender that where he moved the chair was an okay spot. She then proceeded to freak out calling my partner sarcastic and rude. It surprised both of us and we left not even bothering to order a shot since it was such a rude altercation.

Saw Agent Orange. Sound kinda sucked. Had fun but I've never seen such poor service as the older female bartender. She didn't give a F. The other bartender was working his butt off while she stood around chatting the whole time. She moved at a glacial pace. Honestly the worst I've ever seen. We were in shock of her incompetence. Will definitely reconsider seeing shows there as I found myself stuck in line at the bar way too much.

TLDR - Unless you already know/love the band playing here don't bother right now but keep it in your back pocket. Positives: -Bartenders have been nice -It's one of few places to see a more "underground" scene when it comes to local bands. -Drinks are priced fine Negatives: - Sounds is absolutely horrible. BRING EARPLUGS!(They sell some at the bar!) They need to fix the acoustics in the entire place in a really bad way. Acoustic panels could really help, new speakers, fix the awfully angled ceiling(why is that a thing?) and if you wanted to get serious about it and go nuts then move the entire stage left to either center or attach to the band lounge. This would also help with the next point. - If you wanted to dance make sure you are sober cuz there are 2 structure beams in front of the stage which really cuts down on how many can have fun and enjoy the bands. - Someone mentioned the promoter(manager?) has a bad attitude, I've had a single interaction with her and it wasn't pleasant. Went in one time and asked her what was playing that night and she told me to go outside and look at the dinky sandwich shop chalk board they have. Sure thing, didn't realize it was so hard to promote your own venue but hey i did exactly that and didn't go back in. Feel bad for whoever was playing that night. I want this place to be better but they need to put some effort into it. It needs a lot of help and honestly it's not that hard to start improving it. Figure out your sound. It's a total disaster. Once you figure that out bands will sound better, dj's will sound better and people won't go deaf so they'll end up coming back. Sounds like good business. I've had to leave during the last 2 shows cuz the acoustics were amplifying the volume, especially the high notes, and altho ear plugs help it mutes most of the detail that's barely coming through those speakers. Also, whoever was doing the audio engineering, i've never heard such a different setup between bands and none of them sounded good. Even after some took 10 minutes for sound check. The place is already challening enough to work with. I am rooting for you guys. We need more local music coming through Missoula. You have a great spot but you need to do a lot more to make it work. Otherwise it's just a rotting room waiting for either the roof to collapse, i can't figure out the ceiling angles, or building to be sold and shut everyone down. Seems to be the theme going on around here. Come on, you can make that place way better!

The bartender is so absolutely rude. The peperoncino shot is really good but not worth dealing with her. She told us to be quiet because of a concert that was being held… in a bar and all we were doing was laughing. She is the absolute worst and most unprofessional bar tender I’ve ever encountered. 11pm Monday shift.

I’m writing this paragraph in the Missoula Airport at the 25 minute mark of me waiting for my $15 Caesar salad. The cashier seemed confused while entering my order into the computer. She asked me if I wanted lettuce and tomatoes and what type of dressing I’d like. On my Caesar salad. We’re now at the 30 minute mark. Still no salad… At 33 minutes the cashier came out without her eye glasses on. She called an order number that was apparently incorrect and nobody reacted. I offered to read the order number for her and she agreed. Lo and behold, it was my salad. It’s a premade salad, probably sitting in a cooler waiting to be sold. (See photo) I don’t know why a premade product took more than a half-hour to be served, but it is an unacceptable duration for an airport. I recommend you either place your order long BEFORE you get hungry, or skip this otherwise promising looking spot for food.

This one worker was the nicest person i’ve met in a restaurant. She let me try a sample of the fries which led to us buying it, and she even let us have 2 free sandwiches. People that rate it below 4 stars clearly don’t know what their doing. Simply 5 stars.

Good burger for value$. Honestly, I don’t expect much from an airport location. Bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion was good. Cooked medium to medium well, but a little juice was still flowing. Pleasant people. Sports on the big screen TVs. Very uncomfortable chairs.

Good beer POS burger. Dry as a buffalo chip off the prairie after a hard winter burger with no attention to any kind of quality beyond a freeze dried bison burger that was microwaved. Kettle House you can do better. $18 for a cardboard burger?!????!

Flying to Seattle from Missoula. I had Meh service on the way out. It is an airport bar. I just needed a spot to unwind. On the return trip, I sat down to grab a beer while I waited for a ride. It was 95 outside. The bartender ignored me, or just didn’t see me for probably 20 minutes. She was on her phone, and talking with other co worker. I had to finally move and ask if I could get service. She was super rude about it. This was my second encounter with this woman. If you need to kill time, this airport bar is not the place. The service is bad, and the food is awful! Why Kettlehouse is letting them use their name is strange! This is not the usual Kettlehouse service, or standard.

Kettlehouse beer is awesome, but the food is below average. I had their turkey sandwich which was pretty dry and bland. Go somewhere nearby like Wheat Montana to grab a sandwich before you get to the airport.

I've only had great experiences here. A quick Google search of Nita from her review will tell you all you need to know about her n her reviews shouldn't be taken seriously at all

Had a wonderful time here! Went here to celebrate a birthday and it was a great time. We had a group of six people and all were able to make different things. We did stamp jewelry, glass etching, and all had fun mocktails. The employees were all super kind and helpful and the bar had a great atmosphere! Location is also great as it is walking distance from a lot of restaurants downtown.

I like the concept of this place. Hang with friends and have a drink, while being creative too. So you can reserve a table if you have a big group. They never rush you or pressure you on time, so you're always able to finish your project. When you go in they give you a menu where you can pick out drinks or a light snack and also a art project to make. Once that's done they will bring you a box with the supplies you'll need to do the project you selected. There is also a direction card. The people there can help you if you have a question but they do kinda just give you your space and only check to see if you need more drinks or something. They have aprons you can wear but if you're messy watch out for sleeves. 🍸🍹🍷🎨🖌🙂

Highly recommend this cute little place! My husband and I had a wonderful evening here! The drinks were delicious and we had fun working on a string art project together. The gal helping us was so friendly and helpful, thanks for putting up with us for 3 hours! The building is super cute as well and provided a fun relaxing atmosphere. We would come back again if we lived in town.

Create art bar was so much fun! The staff were friendly and helpful, the drinks were so yummy, and the crafts were fun. I was able to visit with my daughter and daughter-in-law and we all enjoyed our girls time together.

Great place for everyone! Beginners and pro-crafters will all find the perfect project! We brought the whole family for a celebration and enjoyed several hours together. The staff was wonderful and helpful!!

We had the best time during their "Kids Crafternoon." Three moms and a group of kids, ranging from ages 3 - 5, spent a fun couple hours letting the kids paint while the moms enjoyed some tasty cocktails. They even let you bring your own food in, so we had a pizza delivered from Bridge and had a little pizza/painting party. The kids were in heaven and the moms actually got to have a conversation! The staff here is always incredibly friendly and attentive. Hope to make this a monthly tradition from now on.

This bar has the most thoughtful and fun craft cocktails- if you’re a cocktail buff you’ll love this place. The staff is sooo friendly and sweet and helpful! All of the projects we did were super fun and not too complicated. I highly recommend checking this place out- AT LEAST for the amazing cocktails!

Took a pair of Bostons in for a resole- with a request for vibram souls- he took a week longer than planned (its ok i can be patient)- didnt use vibrams as originally priced..and charged me the original price quoted. He ended up charging me more to put birk souls on the shoes than I would've spent on buying a new pair. $128 for a resole is ridiculous. Then not even completing the work on time or as requested or quoted. P disappointed. Would not recommend

I brought a pair of boots in to get a simple resole and it has taken him over a month just to pull the old souls off. I could have probably done it on my own. He charged me 50 dollars cash as a deposit and did not give me an ETA when they would be done. The cobbler in kalispell is far better and I’m just overall disappointed and want my boots back.

Stan does a great job with leather and patched my old boots with little effort after the last two shoe repair places failed. He informed me that the replacement leather wasn't very good either, so he reinforced the old leather and even gave me a discount on the work. If you like down to earth, excellent, All-American service, this is the place to go.

Had red wings resoled. Timely service and excellent craftsmanship. Lovely cobbler. 10/10 would recommend. Buy stitch down boots and patronize your local cobbler.

Was quoted two weeks to get a seam fixed on my Bean boots, but it took almost 5. And I had to go to the shop to check in on them because I never got a call when they were done. I only wanted the seam done, and was annoyed with how preachy he was about how worn my heels were. He only had black replacement material and I told him I plan to get them fixed with LL Bean to get matching material, and still got a soapbox speech. The work done was good, it was just a hassle.

Used to love Logan’s Boot Repair. So much so that I brought my boots all the way from Oregon when visiting family. I had a “lump” in the sole of my boot right at the ball of my foot that caused great pain to the point that I couldn’t wear the boots anymore. I was told that they may not be able to save the original sole and showed me what they would be replaced with. When I picked up the boots, the original soles were still on the boots and I could still feel the lump but was assured it was much smaller and a light insert would make it unnoticeable. I paid $26.98, noticed they had been polished and looked nice and headed back to Oregon. Once home I wore the boots for the first time only to find NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE TO FIX THE BOOTS!!! What did they charge me for??? Why did they say the boots were fixed when they did nothing to correct problem. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED !!!

Love this little repair shop! Yes, he takes a bit longer than some places. But he is a delight to deal with, his prices are very fair, and he does beautiful repair work on all kinds of shoes! I run my heels into the ground, and he salvages them EVERY TIME! Without him, I'd need a new shoe wardrobe every year.

The food is rather indulgent for a hip crafty taphouse - tacos were mega fried and meat tasted like candy - and for that it didn't taste great. I always give servers the benefit of the doubt but service was eek. Four Stars because the deck is so nice to have beers on in the summer, but I won't eat there again any time soon.

Perfect location. It was right across from our hotel. Great food. I had the chicken sandwich and tots. Great service. It’s fast and friendly. The venue itself, especially the outdoor loft, has an upscale, yet comfortable vibe.

Great restaurant and bar. Fun vibe, friendly and knowledgeable customer service and great food and drinks. Anything huckleberry is fabulous! And good hot and delicious. It’s right on Main Street so the walkability from the local hotels is easy and tons on parking. Bar is fun and lots of outdoor seating in the summer and fall. If you are driving through or staying don’t miss this place!

Cool little spot. We went a couple of different times mid afternoon before other restaurants and bars were open. Nice variety and selection on their brews, including some nice dark beers and a variety of other styles. Great names for their beers too. Staff was very friendly, hockey on the TV all day, good food and great prices.

Cool space with lots of different indoor and outdoor seating options. The service was great and our waiter was kind and knowledgeable about their beer on tap. Really enjoyed the beers that we tried and want to come back to try some of their cocktails! Had a house green salad with grilled shrimp and the peach vinaigrette per the waiter's recommendation and it was super light, fresh, and tasty for a hot summer afternoon lunch! My father had a bison burger and really enjoyed that as well! We will definitely visit again to try more of what they have to offer!

Good food. Friendly staff. Great drinks. They have a mushroom French dip that is amazing! I tried a few different drinks and my favorite was the Doc Holiday which is made with Huckleberry vodka. Give this place a shot. You won’t be sorry.

We went last night and it was a nice experience. The beer they had was pretty good and reasonably priced, the 16 oz beer was between $4-$5. You can also get 8 oz ones as well for $2-$2.50. My only dislike was the food pricing. It seemed a little steep for what you got. The bison burger was $15 and I got my fries upgraded to poutine for an additional $2. So I was expecting a decently sized burger and decent serving of fries. But the burger felt like a slider and I maybe got a handful of fries at most. My girlfriend got the appetizer of poutine and they were pretty good but that was $16 as well. I’ll probably just stick to getting beer and grabbing food somewhere else in the future. But the building is nice and the wait staff was exceptional with how busy they were.

Had the chicken fried steak, wings, Italian sodas, and a Dirty Girl adult milkshake. Everything was so good! Best food we've had! There was live music. Great atmosphere. Will definitely go again! Didn't take a lot of photos. Just enjoyed!

Brian was a fantastic host and The Old Post was a favorite stop! We got the loaded biscuits and gravy and a single og cake and it was the perfect meal for two. Vibes were amazing and we will definitely be adding this to our list of places to visit again!

On a scale of 1-5, this place is a six! Friendly staff, great food and beer selections. Plus a live jazz band on Thursday nights! Had the meatloaf, chicken gumbo, and chicken bacon swiss. The meatloaf had a perfect crust, the gumbo was tender and not salty (an easy thing to do for novice chefs); plus the okra I swear was fresh. As for the burger, this was the first time I saw a side salad that was larger and more delicious-- a good thing considering the burger was very tasty. The jazz band was the icing on the cake! Their playing would have been at home in New Orleans.

Spent a month in Missoula and didn’t miss a Monday night with the Bluegrass Hollers! Enjoyed every meal we tried, including breakfasts! Great bar with tasty local crafts plus excellent cocktails. Friendly service although they get jammed up sometimes, but it’s a great place to be patient and enjoy life! Outdoor patio is also popular. We’d be regulars if residents for the food, beverages, vibe and music! Old Post is great to lean on.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I got the breakfast bacon sandwich and lemon curd pancakes. Everything was fresh, delicious and pretty dang close to perfection. The restaurant its self has a great atmosphere and then the staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Monday night Bluegrass was a wonderful experience. The music is high quality, lots of solos and harmonizing. Burger(and a mountain of crispy salty fries) and Gumbo were delicious. Staff was friendly, I highly recommend.

Went with my daughter. We sat at the bar. I had a Negroni. Really well prepared. I had the fish tacos. One of the best I had. My daughter had the Creole shrimp dip. For dessert we shared the Ricotta beignets. That was décadent. Good prices. Overall a very good experience.

Missoula’s best cocktail bar & bartenders! Seasonal drink menu of custom creations along with all the classic & new-to-you libations. Absolutely amazing staff that know their craft and take care of their customers. Some yummy bites to enjoy too. Gotta try the flaming wiener!

You know when something is SO good, you almost don't want the word to get out? Well, that is Bar Plata. Excellent snacks. Top notch cocktails. Bartenders were crushing it. It's a vibe, ya'll. Run don't walk!! *new 3/2/25 I have now been to this bar 5 or 6 times over the last 2 years, and it's always fantastic. I am NOT local to the area, but I will detour to Missoula for the drinks & snacks at this spot. I love the ambiance, and the staff are always very knowledgeable. I didn't get the bartenders name tonight, but he was great! Pictured is the Fuzzy Shrub cocktail. T'was delish!

Such a cute and delicious Spanish tapas bar! The drinks were delicious and the tapas were a hit. LOVE the bacon wrapped dates. A great spot for a pre game before a show or dinner. The staff was friendly and loved the atmosphere and vibes! We will be back.

Went here twice with boyfriend while he was in town! Both experiences were great! They have a great selection of cocktails, but what stood out to us is the variety of imported canned fish. According to the bartender, the owner is very particular about selecting high quality tinned fish, and it needs to come from Spain. We ordered the barnacles and she was very helpful in showing us how to get the meat out of the shell. There are also a variety of snack options if you aren’t into tinned fish. Another thing to note is that the space is physical very narrow, so most seating is at the bar. Happy this spot is in Missoula, it’s definitely worth going to!

What a fun tapas bar in Missoula. The atmosphere was fun and hip. The bar tenders were friendly and the drinks we ordered were creative and delicious. We ordered two tapas and they were excellent, especially the bacon wrapped dates. The croquttes could have used a bit less sauce.
