Capped off a great day at the Mission Inn with a late night dinner at Duane’s. We had a late lunch at the Mission Inn restaurant and enjoyed the bar, decor and hotel long enough to get hungry again. We put our names on the wait list and waited until almost 9pm. Very few guests left and not sure all the staff that remained appreciated the late seating, but were pleasant enough. You could tell it was a long day/evening for most, but was understandable. Had a great rib eye steak. One of the best I’ve ever had, which was a surprise based on reviews, but I know what I like and it was great. The lobster tail add on was just ok and thought the Caesar salad was overpriced but good. Definitely enough food for two as we had leftovers for the next day. Definitely worth a try if in the neighborhood. Almost an hour drive for us, so have to limit to holidays or when passing through, but really capped off a great day/night at the Mission Inn.

We came here for our anniversary dinner and overall had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a special evening out. The food was great, although the bone-in ribeye wasn’t quite to our liking at first. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and quickly replaced it with a bone-out version that we really enjoyed. There was a bit of a lapse in service when our waiter forgot about us for a while, which was a little disappointing. However, the overall experience more than made up for it, and we would definitely come back again.

FINE dining at its best. Reservations required. Dress Code. Does have a bar and lobby area to enjoy cocktails before dining. Beautiful ans elegant atmosphere. Supreme service. Well worth the money. Nothing on the dining menu is a bad choice. Partial validation for valet parking.

I'm usually pretty picky with “Steakhouses” these days, but Duane's is the place to go for some good steaks. We started with the amazing crab cakes as appetizers (perfect consistency). For our mains, the steaks (I got the 16oz ribeye) were cooked a perfect medium rare, and the classic Steak Diane was exceptional. Our server, Dean, was awesome; he had perfect timing, kept our drinks refilled and checked on us at all the right moments (not neglecting guests but also not being too pushy). The food was flawless and the service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back. Very nice high-end steakhouse worth the money. 5/5.

Cool place. Got Cesar salad and escargot to go. Salad tasted like milk on lettuce. The escargot taste was bland but okay but it came cold. The dinner roll was the highlight of the order.

Food is a little above average. Nothing to rave about. Been to many great steakhouses in my time all over the world. They also overcooked my cousins steak. Very expensive for the quality of food. But the service was phenomenal. Our waitress (forgot her name) was so impressive. She made sure my cousin got a whole new steak when the chef overcooked her first one. Ambiance is very old school and dark. Feels like you're eating inside a castle. Drinks were the best part 👌 strong and delicious! Dessert was great too!

Duane's at the Mission Inn has been a favorite special occasion place for years. Unfortunately, last night I was there with friends (there were five of us). One friend got food poisoning. Only one of us enjoyed their meal. The food was not well prepared. I had luke warm French Onion Soup, an overcooked lobster tail, and although the green beans almondine and the carrots were good, the remaining vegetables were just so-so. Our waitress was nice, but we had to ask other wait staff to get her on more than one occasion. In speaking with friends about this, I learned of at least one other recent food poisoning incident and a unanimous agreement that the food quality has been slipping lately. Unfortunately, it may be time to find a different "special occasion" restaurant. Very disappointed.

We came for lunch and we're pleasantly surprised. Kind of easy to miss because they only have a small sign on the door. Everything here is home made and it's very obvious. The pork belly burger with the home made ketchup was full of flavor. The pork belly had the right amount of char and was so fun to eat! The bun was soft and fresh and the fries had the perfect amount of salt. The ketchup was good enough to eat by itself, order extra. The breakfast platter was made to order with another thick slice of that irresistible pork belly n it also came with home made jam and thick slices of butter. Not only are the portions large but the food is so good you'll want to order more just to take home. Don't pass this spot up! We'll be back

***All around 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saullywood rating, that is unheard of!!!!! 😱 And this is a first!!!! This is the first time I've given a place a all around 5 ⭐ rating.*** So where do I begin? The food; I can summarize this description just by telling you that even the Ketchup was good here. Yes!!!!! The KETCHUP!!!! It was fresh, it was delicious and unlike any ketchup I've ever tasted before. The Chicken sandwich 🐔 🥪 was crispy, crunchy, and juicy, I ordered a little bit of honey 🍯 to add to the taste. The Smash Burger 🍔 made my mouther more wet than a rainy day in Seattle. The brussel sprouts, how did they manage to make those green balls so damn good? I have no idea, it is beyond me. The Dirty Fries 🍟 came with big pieces of garlic 🧄 which was a bit intimidating at first, but as but as soon as I bit into those things, goodness gracious. How did they manage to surprise me again? The food is absolutely delicious here. The drinks/cocktails here are very nicely balanced, you get a nice hint of the spirit used and a nice flow of flavor on your lips. Everything I look for in a cockatiel. The service was amazing!!!! But I would like to say that I went there during lunch hours and surprisingly it was very busy. So the Waitress was able to focus on my group and me. What would the service be like during busy hours? I can't say. All I can tell you is that my experience was great, I was attended very well by the waitress, the bartender was very attentive as well and he definitely knew what he was doing behind the bar. The Chef came out for a brief moment talk to me and ask me if I was enjoying the the food. They must have know that Saullywood was in the house and that I'm a harsh critic because the service was top notch and very rarely have I had this type of experience in my life. Ambiance was great, it's a very nice place located right in the middle of downtown, just a small walk away from the Famous Mission Inn. Saullywood definitely recommends for a nice date. A bit expensive but definitely worth it.

This place was so good! We had the dirty fries for an appetizer, he got a burger, I can't remember the name, was 2 letters, I got the pork belly burger, both were really good and the carrots as a side, carrots were our least favorite thing, expected more honey but not bad.

A great gastro-pub located in downtown Riverside! The restaurant has ample seating with booths, tables and a bar. The decor is very nice and clean, with a sense of warmth. The menu is impressive and creative. From the unique appetizers, variety of entrees to the fantastic drink selection. If you’re into craft beers, you’ll for sure find something you will like. My wife and I went here for dinner on a Friday night. It wasn’t very busy and we seated in a very spacious u-shaped booth. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started off with an order of the Chicharrones. Which was crispy and perfect! My wife had the Date Night Burger with a side of the Dirty Fries (cheese sauce and garlic). I had the Pork Belly sandwich with a side arugula salad dessert with a berry vinaigrette. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend this place when you’re in the mood for some creative and amazing food.

This a new fav spot in Riverside, we have tried several dishes here and all were really good. Price considering the food quality is fare but I think I can give them 4 stars since in the menu they didn’t mention anything about if it spicy or not! I like spicy but the duck curry was super spicy and I think many people nit gonna like it! My husband couldn’t bear the spice! The chicken sandwich is good as well and it’s spicy we all like it but again you should mention it in the menu that is spicy! Overall I like this place and definitely recommend it.

This is a great spot especially if you love good “meaty” food. Of course I got the vegan options Brussel Sprouts, Carrots (no yogurt), and Rosemary Sourdough😋 I was concerned when looking at the menu online but baby everything was so good! My granddaughter had the cheesy fries and loved them. Great atmosphere, incredible staff and service. I recommend this business.

Absolutely delicious. Everything I ordered was amazing. Order the dirty fries filthy, steak and potatoes was different but I personally enjoyed it. To top it off, I had the bacon ice cream that they make in house, and that was a great combo. Lots of choices to pick, along side their beer menu.

They didnt even want to acknowledge my friends and I at the bar, they kept running drinks to other people with open tabs already and when she finally circled around to us the first thing she did was cross her arms and say "yes?", then proceeded to put ice in our beer and give attitude for no reason, that was at 5pm, there was barely anybody there so it wasnt like they were packed, busy and couldnt get around to us, I could count how many people were at the bar on my hands. Football on every screen was pretty cool though and it was loud enough I could hear my friends and the game.

Sad to say worst service after coming here for many years. My friend and I came to have some fun and were very disappointed. Everyone around us received menus and their drinks brought to them. We asked if we could order and the waitress told us to order from the bar. Everyone around us had menus to order from and their drinks brought to them. I was hungry and would have ordered if we were offered. I’ve never had an issue getting food or ordering in the past. My friend asked at the bar and they told her it was due to a shift change. I think they were upset that she said something, which is unfortunate. We ended up leaving due to the bad service.

My daughter found this place to do a gathering after her Dad's services and she was reserved about what to expect. After it was all said and done she shared that she had made the right decision. The service was EXCELLENT! The food came out when it was scheduled, menus were provided for guest, drinks were available. Will definitely consider for future events. Thank you for not adding to our already emotional day.

Had an amazing experience at Lake Alice in Riverside! As someone with symptomatic celiac disease, I have to be extremely cautious when eating out—but here, I felt completely safe and had no symptoms at all. From what I’d read in advance, the team is very familiar with celiac needs, and you can really tell. They offer a dedicated gluten-free menu, and even the burgers (with gluten-free buns!) and fries are safe, thanks to a dedicated gluten-free fryer. There’s also a great variety of gluten-free options, including tacos and appetizers like bruschetta. I had a burger with fries, and both were super tasty. One small note: the server wasn’t sure about the mayo, so if you’re extra cautious, it might be best to bring your own. Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic experience—delicious food, strong gluten-free awareness, and a place I’d confidently recommend to anyone eating gluten-free or managing celiac!

Cool bar! The beer is good, and the bar food is perfect. The music events should be awesome, and they have a foosball table.

It was my first time here, and I had a great experience. We sat at the bar, Shelby was awesome! I ordered Shirley Temples with Tito's, and they were perfect! The wedge salad had plenty of toppings and was double the size I expected. Husband had the french dip and fries with a beer and enjoyed himself also. Oh, and I saw they have games for adults too that seemed to be a big hit.

Made my debut as a bass guitarist here recently. For those of you that were lucky enough to experience the thunder.... I cant apologize enough. Never played bass before in my life and had 2 hours to learn 3 sets. But you stuck around and some of you even clapped. Cheers to you troopers. Definitely a testament to how awesome this place is.

I'm from LA, and this place gives me what I miss about it. The variety of music nights is good, DJs, and bands are so good. The staff is always kind and helpful. However, the bar lacks a variety big time. Those girls can only do so much w house liquor. Other than that I love this place.

Went there for "Goth Prom Night" very spacious and nice vibes ,I highly recommend!!!

The only event I went to here promised a band that did not show up. When I asked about it on social media I was insulted by a faceless admin. Be nice to the staff, they are awesome and always have been.

This place is okay, nothing special. I gave a low rating because they have some disgusting liquor. I’m not even sure what type of tequila or whiskey they use, but I did not enjoy any of my drinks. I stopped by during an “80s vs Rock en Español night” and they only played about five 80s songs the entire night. At that point, they might as well just call it Rock en Español night.

This lounge was recommended to me by a friend. I was told the wings were really good and the beer selection as well, so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. They also have pool tables. Seating wise, they have tables, bar seating, and booths. I forget what day it was, but there is also live music here.

I went into this bar for the first time a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was pretty empty when I went in, but it definitely gets more packed as the night goes on. The drinks are delicious, I particularly like the white gummi bear (?) and the mai tai's. The prices are pretty good compared to any prices in LA or near there. The vibes are nice, and the atmosphere is energetic.

Drinks are expensive costed 18 for a tall drink, idk why but everytime i drink i get a weird cough for a week or 2, the music here is so boring always the same. Only positive thing is the vibes of the people mostly pretty cool to be around but very weird people too...

Was in from wi was at the bar for over 45 minutes. Not one bar tender asked what I wanted to drink. I had a twenty in my hand and on the bar .. I guess they only serve to the regulars. He waited on people both sides of me more than once.. I guess I'll go somewhere else to drink. I'll never come back..

The guy with the glasses is super unprofessional. I asked for a drink if he could switch it out because he didn’t make it right and he said “ Don’t order something that you don’t like” with a major attitude. He has no customer service experience. Super rude! I don’t know who hires these people, but they are not fully trained or good for business.

Bathrooms are always a problem. Last time I went, security named Eddie was blocking the bathroom, guy comes out and let's a girl in. I didn't know I had to wait in the girls line although I'm a guy.. I said what the heck to the security and he completly ignored me. He could have said that they are just trying to fasten up the girls line. But no, he acted like I was some drunk gay guy although I was not. Made me feel a type of way and security could have been more nicer and professional about it.

The bartender said his name was Jose, but in fact I think it was Tony when I asked another friend of mine. This is the second time coming to this bar. The first time was absolutely amazing but this time the bartender was so completely rude, It floored me. I had a seat right next to the cash register and it was busy but I was not getting served. So I got up and stood in line and I heard him keep shouting super loud and I asked him to stop shouting so loud ...please He then shouted even louder !! He then he gave away my seat to somebody else when my stuff was clearly there and he knew I was sitting there. I'm trying to get in contact with the owner to let him/her know about the incident but I haven't been able to find a good contact number.

I attended the David Bisbal concert on May 22nd and while the performance itself was amazing, the experience afterward was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. After leaving the venue, I realized I had accidentally left one of my two phones behind. About 15 minutes away, I checked my “Find Device” app and saw the phone was still at the venue. I drove back immediately. By then, the venue was closed, but I found a crew member outside. He was kind enough to go inside and check, then came back and told me a phone had been found but was locked in the office, and the office staff had already left for the night. He advised me to follow up the next day. However, the next morning when I checked the device location again, my phone was no longer at the venue — it was at a residential address roughly 30 minutes away. It’s now clear to me that someone from the staff likely took it home, which is unacceptable. Since then, I’ve tried contacting the venue through every possible channel — email, all of their social media platforms, and through the Lost and Found instructions listed on their website. It’s now been almost 30 days and I haven’t received a single response. This is not the level of professionalism or accountability anyone should expect from a venue. I have attached screenshots of my phone’s location to support this and demand someone from management contacts me immediately. This situation needs to be addressed.

EXCELLENT VENUE & SERVICE! The Fox Theater has the same retro vibes as LA’s Pantages Theater. It’s got dim lights, classic fuzzy red seats, and plenty of concession areas. The restrooms are easy to find and there’s excellent signage across the theater. I love the amount of stairs you find here, it gives a regal feel and “elevated” experience (see what I did there!). Snacks looked good and there’s plenty of alcohol options. If you’re feeling extra spendy and want to enter the building early, you can spend $30 for VIP entry to the bar and a special waiting area. My only issue with this venue is the speakers. We came for “Benise: 25 Years of Passion!”, we sat upstairs only to find that the speakers were totally off! It greatly affected the experience and sound quality. The upstairs crowd was dead, I’m guessing this was a factor? The Fox is right next to the Game/Food Lab, it’s a perfect hub of activity on a Saturday night. There’s an exit at The Fox which leads you right up to the Food Lab’s entrance! We stopped for ice cream after the show. I’m really impressed with The Fox’s location, it’s right in the heart of Downtown Riverside and a plethora of hotels.

If you love an intimate venue for theatre,music and arts, put this theatre in your go to venue. Sound and every view from your seat is great.Comfy chairs and no folding at all. Another bonus no one seems to stand up because the view is so good although you can dance in the aisles. Parking on the street is painless and cheap. Drinks as usual are over priced but tasty.

Saw Jason Mraz at the Fox Performing Arts Center last night—amazing show! The theater itself is absolutely stunning, and the sound quality was top-notch. The staff at the bars and the ushers were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. That said, it was quite warm inside, and the seats are definitely on the tighter side. Still, it’s a beautiful venue with great acoustics and an awesome atmosphere for live music.

Couldn't see the stage because people in the front rows stood the entire concert and nothing was done even when we asked the venue staff. Floor seating is flat, no on an incline. Drink prices are crazy high! Be prepared to pay through the nose. No cash accepted. Not a full bar at all. If by chance you happen to lose an item there don't expect to get it back. Staff isn't helpful at all. I became separated from my phone. Find my phone app. shows it's still inside the venue but they say they don't have it. When I called to inquire about my phone I was asked to describe it and to give them my pin code. Seriously?!! Only way you're getting my pin code is when I'm standing there to pick it up. Anyway, this experience has left a pretty poor taste in my mouth. I didn't pay money to watch the back of people's heads, I paid to SEE Ritchie Kotzen. Much better show for the price at House of Blues.

Went to go watch Neil de grasse Tyson speak. So much fun! Pretty old and quaint. It was much further than I thought it was from my house. Tough drive. Theater was ok. I had fun.

It’s my go-to for weekly trivia! The themed trivia is always a big hit whenever I go. My team hasnt won the $100 YET. The staff is always super friendly and on it, and the karaoke nights are a fun vibe... they're supportive of singers whether or not they're pro at singing. The food’s delicious (gotta try the chicken wings and pizza). Chill affordable spot where people just wanna connect and are just out to have an entertaining night out!

Whatever you're paying Scott you need to triple it!!! He was amazing, not just good, but effortlessly fantastic! My husband said his fish and chips was the best he'd had in a long time. The riverside sandwhich was really good as well. Live music and karaoke, there's just so much to keep you entertained. I can see why parking was so hard to come by (we parked at Jack in the box and luckily didn't get towed but park at your own risk).

I wanted to really like this place but unfortunately they don’t have many vegetarian options. I ended up ordering the cheese enchiladas and they tasted like a typical microwave meal and sadly the beans and rice were just nasty. However, my friend ordered the burger and she said it was good. The fries were decent and the drinks were the only reason to stay. If I decide to go back it would definitely be for the drinks alone. Customer service was great so that’s also a plus.

Sat outside for happy hour. So the loud music from the band was expected. They could have gotten a better band but then again, everyone else enjoyed it. So no biggie. I've always like Dukes. It's a cool dive bar. Service was great. BUT Parking was horrendous! I reckon it is the construction but I'd avoid going back till the parking issue is sorted.

We strolled into Duke's for lunch and a drink today. I was excited to see Lite on tap! The burger was okay, but I probably wouldn't come back hungry. Ally however was fantastic, understood the assignment and knocked it out of the park. I'll probably try a little later in the day next time to see how the happy hour is.

Been coming here for years, the food never disappoints and bartenders are always on point being attentive. They always have the fights and cool events going on, and I just found my new favorite hard seltzer here. Happy Dad for the win

Great food. So good, in fact, that all of my kids cleaned their plates, which rarely happens. Juicy burgers, crispy fries, creamy mac and cheese, and fresh salad. The service was exceptional. I took off one star because it took around 45 minutes to get our order, but the restaurant only had about three tables. I don't know if it was an off night or if they were short staffed, but the food was worth the wait.

Went into the bar out of curiosity and exited about 10 minutes later. The staff were busily cleaning their stations and failed to notice I had taken a seat at the bar. There weren't many customers inside and the bartender had run out of draft ale.

I go here often...Fun place to go..On Fridays they have a DJ and Dancing..I was Dancing the Night away. And with 4 girls at a time. So much Fun. Everyone very Friendly, and Bartenders and Cocktail Waitresses are Awesome! Food is good Everytime I had it. Love the Beach Atmosphere.. because I grew up at the Beach..😃☮️😲☮️

Lots of different options next to the game lab, great for an evening with friends or family. I didn’t get a chance to try multiple locations within the food court, but Mia Vida Gordas wasn’t bad I personally prefer grilled chicken over shredded but it wasn’t bad. I ordered the el gordo burrito with chicken, service and atmosphere were pretty unique a time was certainly had 🎉💥💯❤️

SMALLER FOOD HALL near HOTELS & VENUES! I'm increasingly enjoying the Riverside Food Lab, we came for a quick ice cream stop at Mixies on this visit after a show at the Fox Theatre next door! The exit to the theatre literally leads you to the front of the food lab! I got excellent vibes and great food during my visit. My ice cream was great and the indoor temperature wasn't outrageous like last time! The RFL staff were constantly cleaning and wiping tables. I appreciate cleanliness in busy public spaces like this. It's a smaller food hall, but it's definitely got food traffic. It's got Baba's Chicken (a Yelp favorite), Mixies (ice cream), Papa Smash (Anime Smash Burgers) and so much more. The Food Lab bar is pretty neat too! If you're looking for vegetarian/vegan options, they have them here! RFL is a family friendly place, I come here with my parents and we typically enjoy every visit when the AC is on lol. The RFL also has special gaming events in the next door Game Lab (an arcade) and weekly social events inside the Food Lab like Karaoke Night and paint-n-sips! Note: If you're staying in Downtown, the Food Lab is near a Hyatt Place and Holiday Inn! It's very accessible to get here by foot.

Great place for a variety of food. There is something for everyone here... Ramen, pizza, burgers, chicken, Boba... you name it! The Loaded fries from Baba's Chicken... OMG!

If you’re looking for a place to eat in DT Riverside, I recommend the Food Lab, you’ll find a variety of choices such as Japanese, Mexican, Greek, American, dessert, and even a beer farm😄 Restrooms are clean as well as the entire facility. Good customer service overall. if you’re only looking to sit and chill, they’ll have that too. Suitable for the whole family.

We explored Riverside and chose to check out Food Lab due to its variety of restaurants. You place your order and then relax at your table until you receive a notification that your meal is ready. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal and unwind.

We stopped by on a whim and were so glad we did. The staff was cheerful and welcoming, and the food was beyond delicious. The flavors were bold, and every dish had something unique. I also appreciated the vegetarian options, which were just as exciting as the meat dishes. Great drinks, friendly vibe, and clean space. Would recommend it to anyone.

Met up with a friend for a quick lunch and had a great time. Outdoor seating is clean, cool and shady. Although it can get loud due to the traffic, the tables sit far enough back from the sidewalk so you're not blocking pedestrians. Service was pleasant overall and I would recommend it to friends.

Nice casual pool hall with dozens of bar sized and official billiard tables. Cheap drinks and good food. Lots of TVs all around, though they are quite small. Approx $15/hr per table. Good joint for a hang with friends and nothing fancy.

Burgers 10/10, wings 10/10, Pool tables 10/10. 13 small tables and 8 big tables. Lively place and great selection of music playing from Spanish to English.

Chill environment plenty of tables and they have a juke box. The drinks are very reasonably priced too. The security is a bit tight but I understand them having to be that way. Overall I had a great experience here.

Great pool hall. Nice tables with fast felt. Rate is around $12/ hour. They have a jukebox with the ami app. Tuesdays, they have pool league that starts at 7pm so tables will be very limited. They will slowly becoming available until around 11pm.

I was first introduced to this Nightclub/Restaurant several years ago, and it has remained a safe haven for lgbtq+ & friends to enjoy themselves over the years. Last Sunday, I had the urge to go, and I enjoyed myself as always. I haven't ever ordered any drink for more than $15 before last Sunday. On a whim, I asked the exquisitely talented and charming bartender, Chad, what he would recommend as I hadn't ever had a martini before. I had a notion for Hennessey and knew I could throw caution to the wind and trust his judgment, as friends have also vetted his kindness, talent, and attention to detail. My first Martini was beyond worth the wait, and I truly took my time savoring every aspect of it. Chad was also exceptionally courteous and well-mannered, in addition to intriguing and furthermore in tune when I asked what he thought might be a fun altercation to the recipe, and he had an excellent idea. I had a desire for my second Martini tonight and had the feeling for a more open recommendation (which exceeded any potential expectation). if you are black and a woman, don’t go to this bar. at the beginning, when me and my friend (two black women) first approached the bouncer, he had a disinterested/displeased look. he didn’t even check my friends ID before screaming out “i can’t let you in!”, for not even a valid reason. even after we came back to ask him why, he repeadly said “i can’t let you in” still without a valid excuse. Honestly if you are looking for a 18 and up club, find the nearest ones in Pomona. Don’t waste your time or even embarrass yourself. I’m disgusted.

Amazing family owned restaurant that's been serving this block in downtown for over 20 years. The place is sophisticated, elegant and is a gem in Riverside. The food was incredible from start to finish, the service was attentive, friendly and very hospitable. The owner chef came out and we talked about the history of the place and what it was and how it became what it was today. He's an incredible asset to what makes this place so amazing. Katie also did an outstanding job, probably some of the best customer service I've seen in the restaurant industry. She deserves a promotion! If you haven't tried this place and you are looking for a good date night spot, this is the place to check out. The Calamari was cooked to perfection and came with this nice lemon butter sauce that complimented it well. The Leon Salad was earthy from the flavor of the beats, accompanied by the creamy tanginess of the goat cheese with a nice balsamic vinegrette was a perfect balance of flavors. The wood fired pizza and the mushroom risotto were outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this spot.

On Saturday night, we walked in and were able to get a table without a reservation. Thanks to the host, she is an awesome ❤️‍🔥 girl. Food was so good, especially their bread and the Caesar salad that I'd highly recommend. In addition, we had calamari fritti, Dungeness Crab, and a margaritas pizza. Located right in front of the Mission Inn.

The pizza was ok. The steak was great and my wife didn't like the salmon because it was sweet but I did. It was different but perfectly cooked and the sides were great.

I’ve lived in Riverside for years, but this was my first time visiting. The drinks were great! The service was great, and our waiter, Greg, was fantastic! My husband ordered the Bucatini Amatriciana, and it was amazing. I had the Spaghetti Bolognese, but unfortunately, it was very dry. I asked for extra sauce, and they charged me $8, which was disappointing. I’ll definitely give them another try, but I’ll order something different next time.

As always 😊, I had a lovely evening at Mario's Place. I stopped in for a cappuccino and a dessert. I opted for the tiramisu, It was DELICIOUS!!! The cappuccino was the perfect companion for this or ANY of the freshly made desserts on the menu. Dessert & chatting with new as well as old friends is a PERFECT way to end the evening when in Downtown Riverside.

Walked by and decided to go in. The service was excellent and the staff is very attentive. The food was excellent. Sorry, by the time I realized that I hadn't taken any pictures, the food was gone. I did remember to snap a pic of the cheesecake with blueberry compote. It was excellent. The cheesecake is so creamy that it tastes almost like it's made of whipped cream. We came on a Saturday night and there was a live band that started to play at 9. Very good band and everyone enjoyed it. Very nice date night spot, I recommend it.

We have gone here over the years and always had a good meal. We were seated in a fairly small room that they called the “elevator room” it only had 5 tables to serve people. We called same day so I’m guessing the better areas were taken. We ordered the one dish of everything to split. The entree was Beef Tenderloin which was very good. We also ordered a side Caesar Salad and the Mushroom Ravioli dish. The food was very good. The Mission Inn is across the street. Some tables inside and out have a view of it.

Was craving clam chowder and this was the perfect place. Their clam chowder is exceptional! And their sourdough bread was the perfect companion. We couldn’t decide what we wanted because everything sounded so good. We tried the sashimi scallops which were so sweet and delicious with the masago and green onion. The half shell oysters were good, but nothing to write home about. We tried the California roll made with real crab and it was good but the rice isn’t right for a roll, but then again, this is t a sushi restaurant so maybe that’s too critical. Lastly, husband had the Harvest of the Sea which was a fantastic mix of fresh seafoods with linguine pasta in marinara. He’s not really a seafood pasta guy, but he really enjoyed it. All in all, delicious food. Clam chowder hit the spot. Took an order to go for lunch tomorrow. 5 stars for the clam chowder.

Welcoming atmosphere, our waiter excels at his job. My water and tea were full and he brought two spoons cause my husband wanted to share a bowl of soup and an appetizer. He frequently checked on us throughout our lunch. The food was hot and delicious . Lovely first time experience, Will visit again, highly recommended.

The food was insanely good! My family and I loved every single thing. We even ordered extra sides of brussel sprouts to go. Steaks were cooked perfectly. This was a last minute choice for a late dinner and we were so pleasantly surprised by the food. The service/ food was really quick and the server was very polite.

The lady that sat us was super sweet, greeted us and even held a nice quick convo on our way to the table. The customer service was great, we were served by a young new girl named Erica. She was nice and pleasent, answered all questions and the questions she didn't know the answer to she had no problem with double checking. She started us off with sourdough bread and butter. I immediately knew it was sourdough (which I'm not a fan of) due to the sour taste soon as I took the first bite, it was sent back right away. The food was tasteless, and the portions was super small. The skewers was cooked to perfection, however again, it was also still tasteless and kind of sour, I had to double salt all my food and still made it home to cook something fulfilling. The price for the small portions was giving me michellien restaurant vibes. 2/10 will not be back again.

We went there for lunch in the middle of the day.There were not a lot of people, but the service was very slow. I got the tuna ahi. It came with so much sauce on the top that I could not taste the tuna, so I would recommend telling them to put the sauce on the side- see picture. There is a parking lot as well as off street parking. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were pleasant.

Met here for dinner and drinks with a group of colleagues during a conference in Riverside. Attentive wait staff, beautiful drinks, a lovely dish presentation. All of the neon was a little overwhelming for me but otherwise a cool atmosphere. Personally the appetizers sounded better than the entrees- I had the yellowtail sashimi and it was very tasty. Deserts were the perfect treat- we shared the apple pie, cinnamon crunch cake, and butter cake.

Cocktails (Endless Summer, Mojito) were great, Steak & Eggs were adequate, attentive friendly staff, live music/ DJ too loud. Also, a mandatory 3% service fee “for rising costs”.

This downtown spot is a classic Riverside staple. It’s in the heart of downtown, with views of the Historic Mission Inn Hotel. They have a wonderful patio for outdoor seating a, a bar, and an indoor dinning room with all the vibes! I really enjoyed the pear mule! It had great flavor. The steak tacos were just right, tasty and had some green sauce to add some flavor and a little heat. My friend ordered a salad and added steak. It was a huge salad and she could hardly finish half of it. For dessert my chocolate cake was not bad but, nothing to write home about. (I’m a chocolate cake snob.) My friend had the butter cake, which is a crowd favorite we were told, and it was very yummy! Overall great food, great location, great vibes!

The food at the restaurant was decidedly above average. The service I would rate at zero stars if I could. We placed a drinks order early in the night and it was slow to arrive. When it finally did arrive two of the drinks were missing. We followed up on the drinks order and only one more of the two drinks arrived. A different wait person came to our table to ask how we were doing and took care of the drinks finally. After eating dinner and getting to go boxes, our waiter asked if we were ready for the bill. We said yes we were. We then saw the waiter take two more orders from new tables and going back to the kitchen. Stopped by our table and said he would bring the bill shortly. The waiter then took another order from a new table and spoke with them at length. I know because I watched. Finally, the waiter bussed two more tables and then delivered our bill. This delayed us leaving the restaurant by a solid 25 minutes. This was disrespectful, poor manners and poor service

Yardhouse is ALWAYS top tier. Chicken mac and cheese with truffles hits the spot everytime. Tried the poke nachos for the first time... I'm not typically a fan of raw fish, but this was delicious. We came to this location for a quick Saturday late lunch, and it was pretty empty. Our server was attentive and checked in with us *just enough*.

I recently visited Gram’s BBQ in Riverside, California, and it was a fantastic experience! The brisket was tender and packed with flavor—absolutely great. The catfish, though, stole the show; it was phenomenal, perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and juicy inside. The greens were a delicious sidekick, seasoned just right. The staff’s advice was spot-on, helping me navigate the menu with ease. The cozy vibe of the place, paired with some great tunes, made it feel like a home away from home. Well worth the visit, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone craving top-notch BBQ with soul!

Nice smily girl at the counter. Beef brisket is absolutely recommended. Grilled veggies were good too. Pork Ribs were dry. Got a chicken wing and thigh to try. Did not like really much: too dry and too much smoky flavor. Would love to see the area cleaner, especially tables. Or the special paper can be used each time both for cover and top. The location is great. Parking lot is right at the corner. Nice area to take a walk and exploare. Outdoor patio is available.

The barbecue was a bit on the dry side- we had ribs and the brisket. The ribs were much better than the brisket flavor and more moist. The really star of the show was actually the fried green tomatoes- those were perfect and tangy and everything you wanted in a bbq side… the prices were a bit high for what you got- the pictured brisket plate, with Okra and those pickled carrots and cucumber was $20.00. Would visit again and get pork and friend green tomatoes!

The service staff were very friendly and nice and a pleasure to deal with. We ordered the two meat platter where we had chicken and brisket. For me, the brisket was a touch too fatty and the chicken was just a little bit dry but overall still tasted well. Living in places like Memphis, the south and near Kansas City. I’m very particular about my barbecue. There wasn’t much bark on the brisket and the cornbread could’ve used butter or honey or something. I had to collard greens which were delicious and the mac & cheese wasn’t too bad either. We also have the okra which was OK, but I could’ve done without.

What happen to the quality of food here? Mac n cheese is the worse I’ve ever had its running and store bought. The links are nasty chicken taste old and bbq sauce is horrible. Whoever running this place please sale it back to people who knows what bbq really is.

I am a regular here and have spent a lot of money over the years for take out and dine in not only for myself personally, but for my staff. Today I called in to place a to go order and was told that they no longer accept phone orders and orders need to be placed online. I go to their website and after trying to navigate it for over 5 minutes I call back and inform the person who answered the phone that there’s no option to do so. She hops on her phone and attempts to find where to order. No luck, I ask her if she can ask a manager to assist and after holding for a few minutes she comes back and tells me to order on Chow Now. As I’m looking for Chow Now I call back and ask which app because there was more than one. I was on a time constraint and she said to come in. I rush to get here only to be told last call stopped two minutes ago. I explained I was the person who had called and had an issue with ordering (because she didn’t have the right info) and she had no empathy whatsoever. I could’ve asked for a manager but I was so upset that I walked out. Please train your employees so they are equips with providing customers the correct info and not leading them on a wild goose chase. I am VERY disappointed as all I wanted was a bento box which is an easy order. My daughter wanted soup since she just had dental work done. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t know if I’ll ever return at this point. Please train your host so they know how to assist ALL customers not just the ones walking through the door.

Additionally, they include a mandatory 18% gratuity on the final bill without advance notice, which left a negative impression. --- Overall, while Ooka offers a stylish setting and entertaining hibachi experience, the high prices and service quirks may not justify the cost for everyone. A better value might be found during lunch hours rather than dinner.

This place has gone downhill. The lettuce in our salad was brown. All 6 of us! The water tasted like tap water. I feel so bad for the staff because they are so nice. The floor was filthy and the interior is falling apart. This would be a great place if they just gave it some love. The staff and the show are great. For that price, it should be better.

I have yet to have a bad experience at Ooka. This was my 4th time going and I have to say....it is better than shogun!! Their noodles are so good they're addicting! When I visit, I always order the deluxe (filet, shrimp, scallions). Not pictured is the salad and clear soup. The salad dressing is so tasty and the mushroom soup is a great starter. I love the teppanyaki because you get SO MUCH FOOD! I easily get two meals from this one trip because of how filling the meal is. This place is amazing to go to for celebrations or just on days you're very hungry. Ambiance and service are both great. My only complaint is if you do not have a big party with you, you get crammed in with strangers and don't have much personal space to yourself. Other than that, this is a must visit!!

The show was wonderful, being exciting, fiery 🔥, funny and fast-moving. The meats were excellent, being tender, moist, and flavorful. We had steak, chicken and huge, wonderful scallops. The fried rice was tender, flavorful, but had a little too much garlic in it for me. But every chef or meal can be different.

The food does not match its Nice ambiance and comfortable space : below average. Unusually thin sliced sashimi and not fresh. When fresh sashimi melts in your mouth, this sushi tastes rubbery. And the decorative pieces on the plate seemed reused, wilted and old. Small Portion . Salad dressing was good but the greens look old and unwashed. Server seemed to be unhappy to be there. Maybe she has a bad day, hope it gets better for her. Mandatory 18% gratuity no matter what service you get. Will not recommend to anyone who is a sushi connoisseur or high expectation of fresh seafood. After all who would want to chew on rubbery fresh fish meat?

Loved the atmosphere of this shop. Reminded me of what old school coffee shops used to be. Went on an open mic night which was also really fun . The customer service though was not it and it's major downfall was the matcha. DO NOT ORDER THAT. I don't know why they even offer it instead of just sticking to coffee. It was literally just slightly green tinted milk.

Bagel with cream cheese is $2 on their menu but I was charged $3.75? I had to wait for 10 min even though the place seemed empty. Update: Downgrading the review to 1 after seeing the owner's response. An honest mistake would have given you a 4 or 5, but the owner is trying to cover up. From your own menu, see the snapshot I added, a bagel with cream cheese is $2, not $3. There is no confusion there. A 4% charge on $3.50 is not $0.25. It is 14 cents. You also added tax on my bagel which is not allowed in California since it is just a take out and no utensilils were provided . I included a snapshot of my credit card statement showing that I was billed $3.96. Certainly do not appreciate a cover up from the management as a matter of principle.

Never ordered any food, but the selections looked tasty. They have ice cream too. I liked their coffee drinks. Guy at the counter was personable and knowledgable. Would definitely return. I believe they offer some night time activities as well.

Busy, busy Saturday morning, but the staff was efficient, super fast and friendly. Local , independent cafe that has been a gathering spot for the community since it's opening. Plenty of seating, the upper loft is open Thur-Sun. Lower counter seating in front is wheelchair friendly. Due to museum construction, you have to look a bit for parking, but totally worth it.

I went in here with my family after breakfast to grab a cup of coffee and I gotta say that everybody was really happy with their drinks. The staff was super cool and the atmosphere was amazing cruise in on Sunday morning. Just really had a nice time here I think the cup of coffee I ordered was called the back to the grind The same as the store. And it was absolutely delicious. So highly recommended check it out. The scene is cool. Staff is cool. The coffee is great. I don’t know what else you’re looking for. That should be about it.

The employees were very neglectful. They kept ignoring us to talk to each other. It took forever to actually place an order then longer to receive it. This is the worst service I’ve received here. The employee was touching food with bare hands after touching a variety of other surfaces that can spread germs which was really frustrating. She kept stopping to go converse then came back and smothered her hands on food after touching her hair. The coffee here is also pretty bad. I’ve been here multiple occasions to give it another chance and this was it. Overall not worth it and a really irritating experience.

I absolutely love the ambiance, and environment here. The staff are always so sweet and they get busy so please keep that in mind! I love ordering a Hazelnut flavored Mocha and a turkey and Swiss sandwich when I go. Love it here <3

I really loved the prime rib. The prime rib is delicious. The atmosphere was really upbeat. My mashed potatoes were scrumptious and delitious. I ate here on Tuesday August 12, and my mozzarella cheese sticks were absolutely exquisite, and delitious. Everything at arts bar and grill is to die for I have never ordered something and been disappointed with what I got. My tacos were absolutely delitious. They were extremely exquisite, really flavorful, and very scrumptious. The food is always great at arts bar and grill. It was so nice seeing Debby again. I really loved that. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Arts Bar and Grill to everyone

I visited during a recent weekend. Parking was difficult. The sandwich i had was ok. The bread was good and sliced meat was good, but thats it. Therefore, I felt the meal was over priced. The fries were not warm. I had a good seat for football. The bartender was nice and the owner engaged with the customer. It was a fun atmosphere with many locals hanging out and enjoying the games and conversations. I would recommend if in the area.

Absolutely love this place. Vintage vibes with high quality twist on the food. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Some of my favorites are the shrimp cocktail, beet salad, salmon and veggie sandwich. The prime rib is the best value in town on Wednesday and Saturday. The house made soups are excellent as well. Service is always friendly and quick. You really feel at home here. It’s my go to stop either alone or with a group of 20. They will make your experience great.

I hadn't been to Art's since the new owners bought it. My friend's sister-in-law was Art's Daughter. I love what they've done to the place. I came here to listen to some friends of mine's band, Raincross Drive, and was very pleasantly surprised. Great job!

I got the figgy piggy, bread was a bit tough but I got through it. Ol timey vibes, with a smoking patio out front, which I prefer. Small little booths had me and my buddy playing footsies, which probably wouldve been a lot cuter with my wife. Food was good tho.

Never disappointed with the five star dive bar! Fantastic food, great drinks and such friendly staff, we always have a 10/10 experience here. The owner has absolutely brought this riverside establishment back to life in a wonderful way and we will always continue to visit when we can. The live music is also a huge plus on the weekends, can’t recommend enough!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the most unpleasant experience here. I'm a local and this has been one of my favorite restaurants for years. I came with a few friends about a day ago and I was surprised at how awful the bartenders attitude was. We waited like 30 minutes waiting for her to attend us I even looked at her multiple times and she did not acknowledge us at all. I decided to wait and about 15 minutes later I just hear her using profanity. She proceeds to attend the people who came after us which was severely disrespectful to us. It was not like this before. When she finally came over she approached us with this disinterested look as if she hated her own job. I overheard her name was Bonnie . After we left I had regretted bringing my friends here at all. Next time I will be wise not to come back here ever again. This location used to be my favorite as it gives off a vintage feeling however I'm not so sure about that now. If you're looking to be treated with common courtesy I suggest you go to a different restaurant in the downtown area. I've been around long enough to know the difference between a busy bar and a bartender who does not care.

Clean and sleek bar with a relaxed, well kempt vibe and a great staff. We didn't try any of the food, but the drinks were great and the atmosphere was very chill. If you're in the mood for a nice cocktail or a chance to catch up with friends in a cool environment, check this place out.

Had dinner and drinks here. The cocktails are unique and great. Service is attentive. The atmosphere is dim and cozy albeit just a little loud. The food is also pretty good, for example their ketchup tastes like it's made in house rather than out of a typical bottle.

We really enjoy coming here however, it can be a little bit slow to get service even if you're sitting at the bar. The drinks are good and the food is more of a hit than a miss. Mini rotates seasonally but as of right now and August I recommend the crab nachos.

Went out in search of an old fashion. Great reviews lead us here to give it a try. The location is away from the downtown bars. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. We took a seat at the bar and tried an old fashion. Best we've had in Riverside. We had some delicious beers. We will be back for the food and maybe one of the signature drinks.

We drove past the place because it's tucked away on a sleepy, poorly lit street but once we found the entrance we were immediately greeted and showed a seat at the bar. Love the chic decor and comfy vibes on a Sunday night. I am really glad I randomly picked this place over any of the dive bars in the area. Who knew the inland empire was stepping it up!? Their cocktail menu is changing soon so make sure you pop in and try the GOOF GRIEF cocktail. Side note: the filtered water is incredible.

I love going to this place. My favorite drink is the Zombie. I get it every time and everybody that has tried it, loves it.

Located in the heart of Riverside this venue is great. There is plenty of places to park around the venue. I used the parking garage at the Mission Inn and it was perfect just far enough so when we left the venue other the crowd a lot of the traffic was going around where I had parked. The venue it's self has 3 levels. Main floor with the stage a lower level where they had a bar, restrooms and merch for all the bands that were playing. They also have a balcony area with seating that also had great views too. I won't hesitate when I see another show pop up here it was a great experience.

This auditorium is very unique. It has a lil bar at the bases meant the seats are up close not to far entertainment is great 😊.

I went here in December of 2023. They have definitely upgraded it since the last time I was there. The people working the event did their jobs and were friendly. They were there to help and answer any questions that people did have. Not my favorite venue to go to but if it was someone that I really wanted to see I would go. The only issue I really had is the parking situation. Downtown Riverside parking really is horrible especially during the holiday season due to the Festival of Lights. But I got to see a group that I have wanted to see since high school. Aqua.

Visited for the Door's tribute band. This spot is great! Lots of room on the floor in front of the stage to stand and move around;however, they do offer seating if you buy a ticket to sit. Had two stations for buying drinks and line moved very quickly. Looking forward to visiting for another concert. Only gave 4 stars due to I did not use restrooms and they needed a few more trash cans around, everyone was throwing their cans and cups all over the floor.

Its my 1st time going to this venue. It definitely did not disappoint. It's in the heart of downtown riverside. There was plenty of parking everywhere. The venue itself had a cool vibe. I would definitely look for more events held here to attend.

This place is great for concerts. It's not too small, but also not huge. The acoustics in there are phenomenal, and you also feel like there is a great view from every angle. Los of bars in the surrounding area where one can get a few drinks before the concert.

Always a good time. Sat balcony this time as well as in the pit for a second. Decent views from both ends. It's a good setup and you can get to where you need to be without getting trapped or having to go to the opposite ends of the venue. Staff is always welcoming and helpful.

We recently were here for a reception after a funeral. They went above and beyond. The food line was set up when we arrived and food was amazing. Fast service and very hospitable. For us being sad from just leaving the funeral the place had games to help us gather in a more uplifting manner. We even got to take out some frustrations on the punching machine!!! Drinks were good and strong… and you know we needed those! We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you Events Sports Grill for all you did that day!!!

We recently held a post-funeral celebration of life for our father at Events Sports Grill, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The taco bar was fresh and delicious, and the space was ideal for gathering with family and friends. A huge thank you to Sarah, our amazing server, for being so kind and attentive, and to Chuck Bradfield, the GM, for his incredible support and hospitality. Both went above and beyond to make a difficult day easier for all of us. We’re so grateful to Events Sports Grill for helping us honor our dad with warmth, great food, and heartfelt service.

Been going there over 5 yrs. Good place to watch football games. People that work there are awesome. Manager so cool will remember you and greet you each time. Food is so good and parties are great when the staff invite you!

Great cozy place to shoot some free pool, listen to some music on the jukebox and have some great food! One of my favorite dishes is the fish and chips! Events have great Taco specials on Tuesday and Friday for lunch! The service is here is great too!

We visited Events Sports Grill over the weekend and had a great time overall. The atmosphere was lively, and the place was clean, which we appreciated. The highlight for us was the affordable pool tables priced at $10 per hour, allowing us to enjoy some fun games without breaking the bank. However, there were a couple of downsides to our experience. Some of the pool sticks were old and missing cue tips, which made it challenging to play at times. Additionally, the pool tables themselves appeared to be quite old and were showing signs of wear, with noticeable drink stains. Despite these minor issues, the overall value for the price was excellent, and we still managed to have an enjoyable time. With a bit of maintenance and updating of equipment, Events Sports Grill could easily become a top spot for both casual and serious pool players alike.

Great place so far. I wanted to explore more places with my boyfriend so we didn't stay long on my first time here... They have great selections of games that we could play, even all the old school games that I grew up with as a kid. They have a good price on food and drinks, and the vibe is amazing here. Great place for date night or a fun night with family and friends, especially if you are on the competitive game sport type of person. Will come back soon for more fun, but this time, I'm bringing my kiddos who love playing games. I know they are going to thank me after this. That u guys so much for the fun.

I used to really enjoy this place, but my recent visit was beyond disappointing. I came in one evening with my wife, had my ID ready, wristband on, and ordered a drink at the bar. Despite being of legal age and following all the rules, we were turned away and escorted out with no clear explanation. The bartender and manager isaiah showed zero professionalism it felt like they were just looking for a reason to flex authority. On top of that, the games are outdated and heavily worn from years of use. Nothing ever seems to get fixed or replaced. The place has completely lost its charm, and it's clear that customer experience is no longer a priority. If you're looking for a fun night out, you'd be better off staying home. Sadly, this was one of the worst experiences.

Great array of classic mechanical table games, vintage stand up arcade games, pinball, and ultra modern games some with VR. Limited food menu, full bar, drinks are fair priced, some of the games can get expensive if you're counting or converting you could end paying 5 bucks a game. But over fun for adults and kids alike.

I used to like this place but got a bad taste recently. Security is super cool, and music is good! But I had a bad bar tender experience. I paid for 4 margaritas and asked for doubles, all four tasted super light. By the 4th drink, I tasted it in front of her and mentioned it seem too light and the bartender said “no I put double.” Even tho I saw her pour, and it was very light. I ended up ordering one last double when the new bartender shift started and that one tasted like POISON (which is what I wanted all of them to taste like lol 😋).. Please remind y’all’s bartenders (mainly the first bartender) to measure the shots if they aren’t experienced enough to pour correctly. This experience was Friday 8/1/25 at 7pm.

Went on a Saturday night around 11pm, we got dropped off so I’m not sure about the parking situation, but there was a line outside but it didn’t take long to get in, maybe about 5 minutes. It’s pretty small inside, there were a bunch of people. It was hard to dance or move from one area to the other side. The DJ that night played really good music. Bartenders took orders quickly and the drinks were good. The only downside I experienced was that it was very crowded.

I was asked to leave by security who claimed I had someone enter a restroom stall with me. This did not happen. I think about 2 or 3 security guards rushed in to confront me about it, which caught me really off guard cause it was odd. I asked for clarification, but I was only told ‘it’s the rules’ and asked to leave without further explanation. I left feeling confused and humiliated, and I’d like this matter reviewed because I feel I was treated unfairly. A very poor first and only experience at this place

Went in on 2-21 for some drinks and the bartender with the beard and beanie was so rude. It was my wife’s birthday and we wanted to celebrate but instead we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. We ordered our drink and he poured them up and lazily pointed to the register for us to pay. The other bartender working saw how rude he was being and told him to be nice but he told him no. He then proceeded to flip him off behind his back. I didn’t even finish my beer and just wanted to leave as the atmosphere was so bad. Great place but this guy is sabotaging the customer experience.

Two years ago, I had an extremely traumatic and disrespectful experience at your venue that still affects me to this day. I was 21 years old at the time and attending what was supposed to be my very first club outing. My friends had already bought a table and were inside. However, when I approached the entrance, a Black male security guard in his 30s aggressively pushed me out of the line and snapped my REAL, valid government-issued ID, accusing me of being underage. Meanwhile, actual teenage girls were running past him and sneaking into the club without being stopped or questioned. There was absolutely no way he didn’t see them, yet I was the one singled out and humiliated for no valid reason. His behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and clearly targeted. Not only did he physically push me, but he also destroyed my ID — which I had to replace out of pocket.

A lot has changes in the last 10 years, they used to be strict about dress code and making sure everyone looked nice, hardly anyone wears heels anymore or dresses and men were allowed in with running shoes and t-shirts. The djs would only play about 15 seconds per song and majority of the songs were remixed over and not the original versions etc. We bought a $20 Adios and it tasted like juice not even worth trying to get a buzz at that point. This used to be a great spot hopefully one day it changes for the best!

I went on a Thursday night and me and my 3 other people had a club and dj to ourselves aside from the few straglers that came in 😊😊 so forsure I know we went on the wrong night so I can't give a full review, bartender was cool, the manager and owner were super cool 😎 thank you for the night we had.

Overall I didn't have a great experience here. The music was pretty flat and boring. I went on a Friday so idk if that changes anything. But considering gate entrance fee I thought the drinks were a little priced up compared to other clubs nearby. I also didnt see that many people inside so it made me leave kinda fast. I don't think I would come back unless someone invited me.

I haven't been to this place in over 10 years and it's just as good as it was back then. There's a $25 cover charge and what I loved about it is that you could wear shoes and something comfortable and still dance your booty off and have a good time! Wow. What bad customer service. Don't know what prejudice the suit had against us but it definitely detracted from the experience from an otherwise beautiful ambiance. Came to watch a UFC fight while visiting Riverside on a business trip for the first time and we were so looking forward to this outing but he definitely put a wet blanket on the experience for us. His rudeness was the center of our conversation.Good mezcal and beautiful facility otherwise. Wouldn't come back or recommend anyone though. Hope the owner knows his employees a little better. We own a business as well and the way they treated us was unacceptable.

I’m not from riverside, but it was my first time here. Cover charge at the time was $25 & I definitely think it’s worth it for the crowd(very casual attire). It’s a great place to get your dance on for salsa, bachata, banda, hip hop, depending on the DJ outside patio area. The indoor club is definitely more Vegas style music edm. I’d definitely come back again.

Went here for a meet up with our older grandson and this place is a great place for a good local beer and food and they allowed dogs here. Their food menu selection was top notch with a great variety of meals to choose from. I had pizza, which I only ate 1/2, my wife had one of their salads and our grandson had a sandwich and all was great ! I had a flight of my choice of samples and my wife had their house made root beer and she really liked everything here which is sometimes hard for her to please when out at a brew pub. AND to top it off their service was AWESOME and super friendly. I look forward to returning here again soon.

Last few times I have visited for goth night on thursdays. The bouncers have been so rude to me I understand there being rules but I am still contributing to their business. I am a person I’m not dumb, and I’m not disrespectful so please stop giving me attitude. Not sure if I will be back.

If you need a drink of water, you have to use a water fountain if you can't buy an expensive bottle of water. The water fountain was barely working and if you try to ask someone who works there about it, the staff throw you out and the security guard doesn't even know why you're being thrown out, just that you have to go. This happened tonight (05/22/25) to my daughter. My daughter told me that the water fountain didn't have enough water pressure to drink from unless you want your mouth on the water fountain which is not safe for anyone to drink from. My daughter has speech apraxia and the lady who she was trying to talk to threw her out. Didn't care enough to listen, just she didn't want to talk to a 27 yr old white woman who didn't have any alcoholic beverage or drinking any alcoholic beverages, and couldn't get her words out. This is not a way to conduct business! My daughter and I would like to talk to the Manager about this. My daughter has never been treated this way before at this or any club!

On 5-22-25 I was thrown out of this "club" for simply asking a question about getting some water because there was not enough water pressure in the water fountain to actually drink water from, unless this "club" wants you to actually put your mouth on the fountain and get sick. I was trying to explain this to a bartender but she threw me out, and when I asked why I was being thrown out all the guy could say was "I don't know, but you have to go." I wouldn't waste my time or money or gas to be here. I don't live in Riverside but I went out to celebrate that my class was done for the semester. I have a problem called Speech Apraxia and can't always get my words out especially when someone doesn't want to listen. I also tend to slip up on words when someone doesn't want to listen.

When you're with a group of people and the security guard who happens to be female, knows you're with people decides to take you by the hand and sit you outside by the curb with nobody around because you obviously are drunk -huge liability.If something were to have happened to an individual she sat on the curb this would be more than a review. Because my ID was already checked and good to go, I went toward the person doing pat downs. The stud torta working security with the greasy ponytail put her arm out to block me from moving. While having a rude face. The torta did not need to touch me, she could have told me to stay.

Super basic place with outdoor dancing, but it is a great location for live music and DJs when there is something on the schedule that is your jam. The evening crowd varies a lot based on the entertainment.

My best friend and i went on Saturday 5/20/23. We showed up around 11:30. We were greeted with by the bartender name Irma. After we order our beer we went outside. Where everything was good. Nice vibes. Friendly crowd. We went back inside to sit down. One of the staff members there older gentlemen was really cool. Than Irma started to joke with us thats when everything went left. As her boyfriend sat at the bar by himself like her security guard or something. She completely flip on us. Calling us homesexual slurs. And her boyfriend tried to scare us. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. She threw away my whole beer. I tried calling the bar to speak with a manager but no one answers the phone. I recommend you try the bar out if her and her stalker boyfriend is not there. Other than her great place to chill and drink if the crazies aren't there.

Honestly, such a cute, fun dive bar. We just showed up at 1:30am and we were able to be served and enjoy a great show and DANCE the night away. They even had food after the evening was over. I felt safe and felt like it's a really great place to go if I just want drinks, dance and fun.

Amazing Wine & Great Atmosphere! Canyon Crest Winery is a hidden gem in Riverside! The selection of wines is fantastic, with something for every palate—from sweet and fruity to bold and full-bodied. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, making the tasting experience fun and informative. I got the five tower selection: Watermelon, Sparkling Pineapple Coconut, German Gewurztraminer, Australian Pinot Noir, Italian Sangiovese! I love that they make their own wines in-house, and the quality is top-notch. The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax with friends or enjoy a date night. If you’re a wine lover, this place is a must-visit!

Good place! $9 for 3 or 5 for $15. We had one of each & got tipsy. Has live music on Fridays & Saturday events from time to time like comedy shows, podcasts, food vendors, bingo night, extc.

I discover this by accident(I know I’m stupid). I was meeting with client when I saw it. My clients loves wine and asked them if they wanted to try and they said yes. They have Jalapeño wine here! Tasted it for the first item and OMG. It was so good. Coming back and getting a few bottles. Might even have my next event here for my clients. This place is the the right feel!!!

Wicks Brewing is an amazing stop for food, beverage, and time with people. We all had different sandwiches from the Rueben to the Cheese steak, an Ultimate Grilled Cheese and a modified UGC, minus onions. Great menu. Appetizers, tots, hot and cold sandwiches. Home brews on the Wicks label and other California favorites as well. Wee LOVE supporting local business that is owned by local families and Wicks is the epitome of this. We will definitely will be spending more time here!

Had a great time at Wicks Tonight. Wednesdays is trivia night from 6pm to 8pm and we had a blast. We even had a paper airplane contest for free beer, although we didn't win. And their Cinnamon Pretzel Bites with Icing and Carmel Sauce was an excellent dessert.

These guys are open post Covid, and their food and beers are excellent. So friendly and welcoming. Even the other customers were friendly and happy to be out. I drank a brown ale, an IPA and a stout. All three beers were very well made. Definitely worth patronizing. I loved this place and I will become a regular.

If you're just looking for food, this place is still really good. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich - the bread was a bit dry, but the chicken was nice and tangy sweet. The side salad was surprisingly tasty. Overall, this is a high quality restaurant that's hidden away. It's super quiet because of that. Dinnertime on a Monday and there's 6 people here!

We were sat down within minutes of arriving. I ordered the Pucker Punch 2.0 and I love tart things or light beers but this one was too sour for my liking. I will definitely try another beer on my next trip. The potatoes skins were pretty good. Service was good. Overall I think it was great. I'm hoping to try a flight of beers on my next visit.

Bru Cru is hands down the best tap room and hangout spot around. The space is always clean, the beer is consistently great, and the atmosphere feels like home.
