The food was good. (The wife wanted more southern choices). The portobello sandwich was messy but tasty. You’ll just need to ask for extra napkins. The hot honey chicken sandwich was tasty as well, would have preferred it to be a little more messy though. The seasons fries were crispy and had great flavor. We liked the atmosphere, it was open with a rustic decor. We were there during great weather so it was open air which made it even more pleasant. Service was very good. Definitely recommend.

Libby’s Southern Comfort is incredible! My best friend and I stopped here for lunch during our girls trip, and I’m still thinking about it. The hot honey chicken sandwich was hands down the best I’ve ever had—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The mac n cheese? Unreal. Creamy, rich, and totally unforgettable. The restaurant has a modern, welcoming vibe, and our server was amazing—so friendly and full of great energy. Even though I live four hours away, I’ve already told everyone I know about this place. I’m 100% coming back with my husband. Libby’s is a must-visit!

Stopped in at Libby’s at 2:45 today (Saturday) for a late lunch. The restaurant was empty other than one table of four. We made it halfway across the restaurant and were asked to wait a moment while the bartender/hostess cleaned a table. She didn’t bother to wipe down the booth seat which was covered in sesame seeds and other debris. Once seated, our server quickly came by to get our drink order. The entire visit, the bartender/hostess and two servers were either on their phones, sitting with the other occupied table and talking loudly, or visibly eating food in the kitchen. Our server was the only floor staff who kept herself busy refilling straws, cleaning, refilling sugars, etc. I ordered the shrimp roll and Southern Mac and cheese with a sweet tea. Hubby ordered the two piece chicken with Mac and cheese, fries, and sweet tea. The shrimp roll description gave the impression of big flavors. The only real flavor came from the Grippos bbq chips. There was an excellent quantity of shrimp, but even with the old bay/mayo seasoning it was bland. I was excited for the Southern Mac and cheese - but was disappointed in the flavor as well. No cheesy flavor, no southern kick at the end, not even a bread crumb. It was almost like plain Mac noodles with cheddar melted on top. Hubby’s fried chicken was better. Good crunch on the chicken skin, nice brine albeit a little salty. The meat was super juicy. His Mac and cheese was also mediocre. The fries were tasty, but not house made. The biscuit was “fine”. The sweet tea was perfect. I’ve never in my life had bland Southern food until today. My husband’s granny from Alabama would not approve.

Libby’s was fun to visit with friends for dinner, its location is quaint and is a bit small, but there is ample outdoor seating if you don’t mind the heat. High level, service was great & food was good, but there was nothing memorable enough on the menu to make me desire to return. The fried green tomato batter was thin which caused it to flake off when I cut into it. Wouldn’t order again. The avocado sandwich was good. I had to cut the sandwich myself upon arrival. The fries were tasty too. Service was great, they executed all of our dietary modifications excellently. One callout out- the lack of other tables/customers had the waitress rushing our meal unintentionally.

Visited on a Saturday around dinner time. Busy but not slammed. No wait for a 2 top table. Server was great! Checked back often but was not pushy or made us feel rushed at all. Drinks: Cherrwine Bourbon Slush FTW! This is a great cocktail. Appetizer: Goetta Hush Puppies - The reason we came. Weird texture; I'm sure from the combo. Not off putting, just different from expectations. I was expecting typical, light brown southern hush puppies with a little goetta. They were dark, almost burnt and tasted that way. No goetta flavor, no light batter... Very disappointing. 1/10. The remoulade sauce was great but couldn't save them. Food: Hot Honey chicken sandwich was great! Very crispy and juicy...not an easy combo. Hot Honey sauce was perfect..slight heat, sweet and not too much of it to be over powering! Bun was perfectly toasted! 10/10 would order again. Cole Slaw (on the side). Not sure if it was homemade or food service, but great flavor, not overly dry or moist. Nearly a perfect slaw. Picked onions were STRONG! (I'm not a fan of picked onions in general so....) Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Where's the garlic? Very little flavor of any kind in this scoop of mashed potatoes. Ordinary and plain. Nothing wrong but nothing to write home about. 3/10 Willy Burger. Great flavor, albeit very dry. Smoky undertones. Hate to ruin the flavor with a condiment, but was necessary due to dryness. 6/10 = Would be higher but can you say DRY! Southern Mac n Cheese. Better than the mashed potatoes. Good flavor, gooey cheese. 8/10 Overall, 4 cocktails ($40 - not bad at all!) , 2 sandwiches and an appetizer ($57).... Total: $97 pre tip. (don't forget the 3% credit card fee! I mean, come on! Yes it is clearly on the menu but who honestly goes out with that much cash for a meal these days!?) So $100 and $10 to park in the lot across the street. Wasn't busy and no close on street or free parking (maybe there is but not familiar enough with the area to know). $130 meal that wasn't impressive or anything special. YMMV.

Really good food. Had Hot chicken sandwich (not very spicy, slight tang) with collards for a side.. Collard were the hit. Perfectly cooked! I'd have bought a big bowl and been perfectly happy with them alone. Awesome wait staff. Great attention and never felt forgotten.

This was our first time trying Rich's proper food and drinks. We went there for a friend's bday and they were pretty good with reservations. We started with a few drinks off their menu and everyone really loved their drinks. We then ordered the appetizers which were ahhmaazing. The corn fritters were the highlight for me. The black eyed peas hummus and the veggie wings were also really good. For our main course I tried the Chicken Philly which was equally good as the rest of the food. The Tofu Banh Mi is a great and filling option for the vegetarian. The marinated tofu was really flavorful. Our friends ordered the Hot Honey Chicken, shrimp and grits and the smoked cheddar bacon burger. And everyone was really happy with their food. The entrees do come with plenty of great side options which makes up for their higher prices. Our server also took great care of us. I would have given them a 4.5 if I could. We will definitely come back !!

I had a lovely lunch here. Service was good. Menu is limited but we’ll curated. They have fresh oysters. And specials on oysters on Wednesdays, starting at 4pm. The Hot honey chicken sandwich was delicious. The only downside to a the parking situation (admittedly, there was a lot of road construction ongoing, early May 2024). A bonus: good amount of outdoor seating (picnic tables and regular tables, with umbrellas for the sun).

My husband and I went there for lunch. They weren’t very busy very nice atmosphere. The bartender was also our waitress and I ordered the hot honey fried chicken sandwich with the fries and a side of collard greens and let me tell you the sandwich is amazing. Really really good. I don’t have a picture, but my husband got the fish and chips and I want to say it’s the best fish I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be going back.

Small but impressive brunch menu. The shrimp and grits were amazing. The honey bee salad was delicious and the beets were some of the best we've tasted. The spicy bloody mary was really good. Intimate atmosphere. Cute area of Covington.

Went for an early dinner so got some happy hour deals. The food was great, cocktails perfect, service awesome! I can't have dairy and they know exactly what is in every item, and can make many items vegan. They told me every cocktail is dairy free because the bartenders have a dairy allergy too! Yay! Will be back! Really enjoyed the patio too!

Great little place with lots of options for beverages and eats. I was lucky to come in on American Bourbon night so that got me 25% off. My waiter was very knowledgeable and helped me with selecting a bourbon. His recommendation was spot on. As for dinner I had shrimp and grits and really enjoyed it as well.

Like the draft beer selection. Small bar atmosphere. Our third time visiting was a charm. Much better service experience. Pictured is the shrimp and grits and the braised pork lettuce wraps. Order the shrimp and grits. It is outstanding. Great flavor. Not bland. The acoustics make this place very loud when it is full.

This is kind of a dive bourbon bar but definitely worth stopping in. Taylor the bartender was absolutely fantastic. They climbed a ladder to get a bottle that we wanted a pour of. We got a flight and the store pick of Russell’s was out of this world but unfortunately not for sale. The restroom was clean. Our only complaint was the bar and the menus were really sticky. Like so sticky that we washed our hands in the fountain outside when we left. However, definitely worth a visit if you’re a bourbon drinker because they have over 500 bottles.

This was a cool little spot to visit. Tons and tons of bourbon options, mixed drinks, and knowledgeable bartenders. Place is pretty small though, if it's busy, you may find yourself standing and waiting for a table or bar space. I enjoyed the "Gold Rush" and they also had spiced bourbon cider drinks!

Their selection is incredible! Great place to try a different bourbon every time you stop by. They also make really good cocktails if you're not a straight bourbon drinker and the service is always excellent.

Stopped in before the Reds game on a Friday afternoon, recommended by a friend. Immediately noticed one other patron, a lady knitting at the bar. Honestly, I felt we were interrupting the bartender. He did greet us, however the vibe was very awkward. We were complimenting the large variety on bourbons and we felt unwelcome. To be a Bourbon Bar, I expected more….. to not have the Large Ice ball/cube was an immediate turnoff. He offered no recommendations nor acted interested in customer service. I will not go again or recommend. There are much better options in Covington.

This small, friendly place has an outstanding selection of bourbons, and some you can buy and take home with you. The bar area seats about 15 with room for maybe another 10-15 standing. The bartenders were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. If there weren't regulars there, then they treated you like you were. Great spot for a quick beverage, or to sit and sip a while - good music, good atmosphere.

If you have a love for Bourbon or just want to learn more about it, this is the place to go. Over 600 different bottles of Bourbon. Lilly was our bartender and she was amazing with here knowledge of Bourbon and her love for the bar. In November they got their license to sell bottles to the public. Some are hard to find. Make it a point of navigating your love for Bourbon and join the locals at the Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar!

I LOVE this place! Stopped in to grab a drink at the bar and experienced the Canadian Lights cocktail. It was seriously one THE BEST old-fashioneds I have had. Prepared with Canadian Whiskey and pure maple syrup and a surprise ingredient, it made my taste buds do a boogie. Cocktail in hand, I walked upstairs to check out their spirit shop. It was such a cool space with vintage bottles, dating as far back as a century. If bottles could talk, I wonder what story they would tell. So interesting. I ended my trip at the tasting station. You can actually do 1/4 oz pours at affordable prices. This allows you to explore several varieties of spirits, without hurting your pocketbook. The owner Bob, was so cool and knowledgable. He encouraged me to try scotch for the first time. Now I am on a quest to learn more. Shout out to Bob and staff. My trip was fun and memorable. I plan to return soon and often. Cheers!

Revival was an amazing experience. Being a big bourbon enthusiast I was like a kid in a candy store. You can tell all of the bartenders were passionate about vintage spirits and the history that comes with the process. Prices on all of the pours were priced fairly for the ages that were available. The atmosphere was great and it was like walking into the past and tasting the spirits of yesteryear. I will definitely stop in again the next time I’m in town. If you’re a fan of bourbon, Revival should be at the top of your list.

We loved our experience there with Brad and Shannon. The owners were quick to share their knowledge of dusty bottles and new alike and their comparisons. Great stop on our bourbon tour!

10/10 recommend this place! It’s one of the most unique concepts we’ve experienced - the New vs. Old options available make for a fun tasting and it’s a very interesting way to try new flavor profiles and ages of bourbon! They have bar and table seating on the first floor and the vintage bottle shop upstairs! It’s located right on the corner as well but it’s easy to walk by and not notice just how cool this place is. If you’re visiting the area or staying at Hotel Covington, this is a short walk from everything in the area and well worth the visit. Special shoutout to Perry and Brad for the service and telling us more about their startup and ongoing operations! Highly recommend and we’ll be back for another visit soon!

What an amazing shop! The upstairs tasting area is a unique experience, where else can you sample a whiskey from 1946 or a tequila from 1960? Revival is truly one of a kind. The owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable about fine spirits and share the stories behind every vintage bottle. If you love whiskey or bourbon, this is an absolute must-visit.

I had a blast here. Love the very knowledgeable bartender and other customers were friendly. You can have food orders delivered here, too. I stopped in because it was on the way to dinner and it was new* to me. I had a twist on the classic Manhattan; with dark chocolate bitters and smoked cherry accents. The presentation and aroma made it even better. *Opened Fall 2024 next to Hotel Covington

Vintage bottle shop upstairs, great cocktails and atmosphere downstairs. Revival’s new space in Covington is wonderful, with plenty of room to display all the bottles available to taste or purchase. Speaking of tasting, Revival offers quarter, half, and full ounce options to make sure anyone can try even the most rare of liquors within a reasonable budget.

This place looks amazing on the inside. One of the coolest looking bars that I have seen in the greater Cincinnati area. They have an excellent bourbon selection, and the bar tender was able to make me a delicious mint julip. The place used to be a phone operator switch board called the Citizens Telephone Building. It has amazing architecture on the inside, you just don’t see buildings like this anymore. Staff were friendly, and the bar tender was great. I would definitely come back again.

Ordered their $13 cobb salad with extra ranch to go. I recieved a side salad with 1 half full ramekin of ranch. There isn't enough ranch to cover the salad with the turkey in it so I had to remove it to be able to eat the dry lettuce..... 1st and last time eating here.

Finally got to this place after a Reds game. We had a super experience with very knowledgeable and attentive staff. The food was fabulous and affordable not to mention the "old world" ambience will keep us coming back.

I have a wheat and soy allergy, and sometimes there are limited things I can eat. The manager here was so lovely and thorough in finding me something I could have, which was their wings and they were DELICIOUS! Definitely the best seasoned wings I have had, I ate them without a sauce they were so good! I reccommend the wings, and I really reccommend the service it was absolutley wonderful. My wife got the beef ribs and said they were delicious!

Smoke Justis has an amazing atmosphere and Great service, waiter was very friendly, we had the smoked wings appetizer and they did not disappoint. My meal was the smoked meat plate, the brisket was amazing, and the ribs were just ok, a little dry if I had to say anything negative, but not a deal breaker. Our party also had the brisket Mac n cheese and thought is was delicious, although the last plate was the smoked chicken bacon ranch wrap that was middle of the line. Overall we really liked Smoked Justis and will be back.

Unexpectedly pretty cool and random spot while walking around Covington. Clean and well maintained facility. Bartender was efficient and took pride in his craft. Was fortunate to see some Bourbons we don't get on west coast. Well valued for the quality of drink I received.

Strawberry Rhubarb Old Fashioned was incredible! Also had Uncle Nearest 1884. Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable bartender. Hope to come back someday!

My family just threw a 60th birthday party for me at The Globe. It was the perfect venue with seats at the bar, a few tables and chairs and comfy cozy couches and chairs in which to lounge. We had about 80 people there, had food, music and of course drinks! So much fun was had by all. Great place. Yogi rocked the bartending!

This is honestly one of the best tasting restaurants I’ve had in the Cincinnati area. It’s a small menu but they do it will and are very good at adapting to dietary restrictions. My wife got tofu subbed in the risotto dish that originally had fish and it was still amazing! I will be back to try a few more dishes because everything tasted healthy and refreshing. It’s an older building but they stay true to their roots of farm to table. Certainly would recommend for a date night!

My second time for the dinner tasting menu, and everything was just as excellent the second time. Impeccable service both times, and the tasting menu is well worth the price in my opinion. Absolutely perfect place to celebrate an anniversary!

Amazing vegan meal! I asked for the chefs choice, it was DELICIOUS! The date cake is a must, I can’t wait to go back and try it again! It’s pricy for the size but worth it for the quality and flavors!

This was quite the dining experience. From the first bite, everything was a flavor explosion. Some flavors were greatly appreciated and others appealed to different palates, nonetheless it was excellent and entertaining to try as much as possible. Great place for a close group willi g to share some bites amongst each other. Superb date night spot with Menue Course selections and additional wine pairings if needed. Pricey buy worth it ! Great atmosphere and superb servers just not a traditional dining experience so know what you're getting into but I highly recommend the culinary journey. Enjoy !

Came for our anniversary. Great concept, great atmosphere and amazing service! First 2 courses were great, but main course was a little on the salty side and wife's steak a little tough(ordered the 4 course tasting menu). But dessert was pretty good. Overall very good place and would return for another season when menu changes

The food was so fresh and tasty and the service was great. They have a small menu which I love because it makes it easier to decide on a meal. They rotate it with the season so we will definitely return to try a new menu.

Great dining experience. Bar drinks were quick and great. All service was fantastic, friendly and great with suggestions. Food wait wasn't long and came out amazing. Great atmosphere and beautiful views under the glass roof. Very comfortable place.

Coppins was recommended to me by a friend. Walking in I was greeted by friendly people and sat in the atrium. The special was a 16 oz steak and brussel sprouts. Recommend arriving hungry. Excellent meal! The sweet potato tres leches cake and an Americano coffee finished off the meal. I will be back.

The service was excellent, food was average and very expensive for a simple pasta dish which I could make at home for a couple dollars. The chairs are huge and ceilings are extremely high. It felt like dining in a rotunda. They have a huge selection of Kentucky Bourbon and, if you are a fan, this might be a great place to try.

We stayed at Hotel Covington for three nights for honeymoon and ate twice at Coppin’s. The first time we had pork belly, coppin salad and steak, and second time we had tuna, coppin salad, salmon and potato tots. The food overall was very tasty and impressed my picky hubby :) We wanted to give special thanks to our servers, both were wonderful and extremely friendly! They heard about we were on honeymoon trip and offered free dessert and champion toast. Unfortunately we forgot first server’s name, the second time was Carina. Carina noticed that I don’t do alcohol so she provided same-taste, alcohol-free sparking drink to me, alongside with champion to my hubby, how thoughtful was that! Thank you!

I chose this place for my sisters birthday because I love the esthetics. When we got there we waited a little longer than usual for the waitress to come to our table. Not sure if she was a manager but a women named JAMIE took great care of us. She made my sisters birthday lunch the best. JAMIE deserves to be promoted for being so kind and attentive to us!!!! We will definitely go back but only if JAMIE is there lol

Come early, stay late, you'll love the experience. Not a large place, but it's still fun even when it's full. One of the best bourbon and whiskey lists.

Who would have known while traveling from out of state and making a simple reservation via text, my husband and I, along with another couple, would stumble upon this amazing bar and end up friends with the owners by the end of the evening. Pete and Kim were so very warm and welcoming. Their bottle collection of bourbon was beyond impressive. Pete’s vast knowledge of the history of the area and bourbon in general was outstanding. Definitely get the brownies. We had such an amazing evening, we returned the next night for a second visit, and had just as awesome of an experience. The servers were so warm and friendly as well. The charcuterie was fabulous. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

Outstanding option if you’re looking for a great bourbon tasting experience.

If you enjoy bourbon and are in the Newport Kentucky area on a weekend, this place is a must. Heck, if you enjoy bourbon and aren't in the area, make a trip of it. Do get reservations as from what I gathered the bourbon bar is only open 10 hours a week (Friday and Saturday 6-11 PM). Peter is awesome and the collection he maintains and shares (at appropriate prices) is quite literally the best in the world. He can also share some bourbon history and bourbon is in his blood (even when he's not been drinking - ask him about it). What an experience.

By far one of the best bars in northern Kentucky. Everything from the bourbon selection to the friendliness of the employees and atmosphere were incredible. Fair prices on some of the rare bourbons and they had a shelf of bourbon bottles for sale as well. They have limited space and limited hours as well so be sure to call ahead for a reservation if you want to guarantee a table. This is a can't miss!

Prohibition Bourbon Bar is an outstanding place with a cool vibe boasting over 2800 whiskeys in the building (only room for ~800 on display). Pete and his wife are a friendly wealth of knowledge. Pete, a lawyer by day and owner/bartender by night, can recommend anything on the shelf based on what you like or what you want to try. Fair prices on some hard to find bourbons and a great place to go if you want to try a flight of something new or unique.

Wow, I'm so impressed. If you want a bourbon experience you will not forget, make a reservation with "The Prohibition Bourbon Bar". If you have ever researched a "Speak Easy" then this i was establishment is the definition. Very knowledgeable servers that will ask you questions to fit the bourbon to your taste. An amazing group.

Ordered two slices for dine in and a half pepperoni and cheese to go. Poor execution all around. Slices probably reheated for 30 sec and came out room temp. We sat there for 10 min after take out pizza was done and had to go to counter to ask if it was ready. How did they not tell us our pizza was ready is so odd. When it came out - whopping 5 slices of pepperoni. Potential but execution and service sucked. Ps: Pizza was more like a 14” than 16” as can be seen by pic.

My husband and I visited this pizza place for dinner and had a great experience. We ordered a vegetarian pizza which had NY-style crispy crust and apt amount of cheese and turned out delicious. The outdoor seating area had a cozy ambience, making it a nice spot to hang out. The staff were friendly, and it was a pleasant surprise when they brought the pizza to our table despite it being self-service usually and even gave a complimentary cheesecake for my birthday - a lovely gesture!

We live up in Mason, so rarely if ever have a chance or need to go to Covington, but we stopped in here after a rare visit down there from Mason, OH, and halfway through the meal we were already trying to come up with more excuses to come to Covington more often. Then we agreed that Goodfellas pizza WAS the excuse. Absolutely delicious, exactly what I picture in my mind when I think of a great east coast-style pie, and it delivered on all counts. No notes. Can't wait to come back.

I have been all over the world and have tried the consensus "best" pizza in every city I've ever visited. Hundreds of slices around the world, from all over NY, all over Chicago, all over Europe and Asia. He isn't even qualified to hand me napkins as I continue my years-long crusade of truth and assess the world's great pizzas and pizzerias.

Loved it here! Came for my 21st birthday, got the lunch special. Reece, Sha, and Xavier were the best!! Gave me a free dessert for my birthday as well. Only $10 for a lunch special that included a slice of pizza, side, and a drink! Overall I love this place and the employees were the best!!

Really good pizza. You can carry out, dine out back on their patio, or my personal choice is to go upstairs with your pizza to Wiseguys. It’s a very cool, comfy speakeasy with fab cocktails and good music.

The female bartender was rude but otherwise it was cool. Went to an event on the rooftop. Definitely needs more shade up there!! The pizza was okay and the salad was good. The drinks offered on the rooftop were limited but good

First of all, the beer is stellar. They have something available for every taste. Second, the atmosphere is just as good as the beer. From the taproom downstairs to the loft and rooftop bars, the space is comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, you can order from Dewy's next door. They will bring a piping hot pizza right to you without ever having to leave the brewery, what's not to love about that? It's a real treat to visit Braxton for an evening out.

Awesome beer & a great vibe inside! We didn’t try the pizza but it looked delicious. Great venue for a large group of people. We went during the day so the rooftop bar wasn’t open, but it’s nice that it’s an option later in the day!

Excellent first time at this brewery. With tons of indoor seating and a wheelchair accessible rooftop, this place has something for everyone. A full rooftop bar with a live DJ and exceptional views of downtown Cinci it definitely impressed me. And a frozen bourbon lemonade to top it off! I'd highly recommend, looking forward to returning.

Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. Quiet as expected but had the Mosaic IPA. Great beer. Sure this place is hopping at other times.

Killer Rooftop bar with solid Brews! Evan the beertender was Awesome. One of the most friendly cool bartenders I have ever met. Fantastic service and great conversation about our favorite bands. Had a girl playing acoustic guitar and singing free falling and she was amazing also. Good Times! Super Chill Environment. I will be back.

I was there last Thursday afternoon and it was a fun brewery. Lots of space on three different floors. It was a beautiful, sunny day, so I chose to take the elevator up to the rooftop. Lots of nice views, good music and good beer. You can get flights of four.

The Purple Poulet in Newport is phenomenal! Absolutely delicious and an experience worth raving about! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Special shout out to our amazing server Kristy. We started with the Fried Green Tomato Gratinée and Pork Belly Bruschetta—both packed with incredible flavor. Between courses, they served a raspberry sorbet palate cleanser, which was a delightful touch. For the main course, I had the fried chicken meal, and let me tell you—this was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Dan had the panned veal pappardelle, while our friends enjoyed the Seafood Mélange and Swamp Critters Provençal—everyone was blown away by the flavors! If you’re a foodie, you HAVE to try this place! Highly recommend!

This place has been on my radar for a while and we finally got the chance to try it out. Luckily we stopped in on the early side of dinner and we were able to have dinner at the bar since I didn't make a reservation. Typically I would pass on eating at the bar as I'm more of a side table or booth kind of person but I had been missing out on this one long enough. We were accomodated for two at the bar and the bartender Dillon was extremely welcoming and professional. He started by introducing himself and listing the drink specials which we ultimately decided to switch to after making choices off the menu we opted for the Peach Punch and The Cherry-Cello both or which were unique and enjoyable. I later got the Kentucky Mule I originally wanted and it was also spectacular. For our dinner choice we decided to start with the Buttermilk Biscuits as an appetizer, these biscuits with spicy peach preserves are a match and complete the sweet and savory combo nicely. We decided that out main course would be the Fried Chicken with green beans and potatoes and my fiancé had the salmon both were amazing and would be ranked in our top 3 fried chicken and salmon we've ever had. We will be back to get familiar with more of the menu and look forward to seeing what the specials may be the next time around. Give them a try you'll be glad you did.

We absolutely love this place!! The family that owns it is wonderful and they’re always present and there to host. I don’t think I’ve ever had better fried chicken in my life. I wish I would have taken a photo of the sorbet they serve between apps and dinner because it’s such a nice touch. Highly recommend making reservations but this place is fantastic for any occasion!

For me this is the best fried chicken of any where that I’ve ever been. I do always tastes my husband’s dish. It was very good as it is each time, but I can’t pass up fried chicken when I’m here. I enjoy every bite down to the last one. The chicken comes with green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. My husband had halibut which was so good and a beautiful presentation.

After many years of wanting to, we finally made it down to Covington to experience this delightful place. If you’ve read any of my other reviews, you know I bemoan the lack of intensity, awareness and service at almost every place I visit. The Purple Poulet is an exception. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, delicious and creative food, left nothing wanting. One thing that stood out to me, was as we entered at opening time and were waiting at the door to be seated, the bartender saw us and said that the hostess would be right with us, showing me right away that the “it’s not my job” attitude wasn’t here. I highly recommend The Purple Poulet!

Might be the best fried chicken in the city. Better batter than Libby's and way better sides than The Eagle, just as nice as Tousey House. The green beans were 🔥😋. I got the 4-piece chicken dinner. Tried the sorbet and the corn bread and cinnamon bread with their homemade honey butter. The Cinnamon bread was heaven on a plate! The cornbread was the right balance of sweet and not sweet, fluffy, but not like cake. The Saratoga chips were good, as expected, but the queso dip was great, thick and chunky, tastes like Hankey pankey topping that you put on the little rye bread squares.

I had a really bad experience at Via Vite and felt completely disregarded as a guest. We arrived at 7:00 PM and were told there wouldn’t be a table available until 7:45 PM. That was fine—we agreed to wait. Since it was cold outside, we only stepped out for a quick 5-minute photo at Fountain Square and came right back to wait at the entrance. During that time, we watched multiple groups—who arrived after us and also didn’t have reservations—get seated before us. Some were parties of four or more, while we were just a party of three. It made no sense. We stood there for nearly 30 minutes with no updates, while at least six other groups were taken to their tables. We were the only ones left waiting. When I asked the host what was going on, her explanation was vague and dismissive. She claimed tables are assigned based on party size, but couldn’t explain why larger groups were seated before us. Another host jumped in and told me, with attitude, that we were “marked” for 7:45 and we’d be seated then—as if we hadn’t already been waiting patiently and silently the whole time. I asked to speak to a manager. I made it clear I understand waiting when you don’t have a reservation. What upset me was the inconsistency, the lack of transparency, and the feeling that guests were being picked and chosen at random—or based on who the staff preferred. I asked whether those other groups had reservations, and the manager’s answer was vague and felt made up on the spot. The manager claimed that the other group had a reservation, but they clearly waited 20 minutes like us. If she’s telling the true, I guess people should be aware that you might have to wait 20 mins even if you have a reservation. The only person who showed any professionalism was Abby, another host, who overheard the conversation and finally took us to a table and offered complimentary starters. Her kindness is the only reason I’m giving this review more than one star. But overall, the service at the front was unprofessional and unwelcoming. If you’re going to make people wait, at least be fair and transparent about it. This experience left a really bad impression.

Everything about this restaurant was awesome great experience, the food the atmosphere and the service. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Our server was Natalie, was absolutely the best.

Drinks were on point as well as food. I haven’t nothing bad to say about this place. Would go again anytime if we lived in the area. Also homemade paste was perfect. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Cincinnati. The food has always been delicious and we've enjoyed the atmosphere. This last time, I will say things felt a little cramped. It was the first time going since their renovation and our table at least was very close to two others. To the point we heard more of the others' conversation than our own. The food prices have gone up quite a bit as well. The crispy truffle gnocchi has always been our favorite but it's a bit pricey for what it is now. By far our favorite memory was the new years menu they did for 2021-2022. That will forever be the best time we spent there. If you're in downtown Cincinnati, I'd still recommend booking a nice dinner here.

Amazing place! Didn’t have a reservation but immediately got sat at the bar and the bartenders were so friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I forgot to get their names but one was blonde and the other brunette. Their service was fantastic and they were very good with my difficult family, being very friendly and serviceable. This is a perfect restaurant for a girls' night out. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered homemade pasta, salmon, and chicken Caesar salad. Everything was perfect. Tasty and with the right amount of salt. We also had some mojitos (not so good), but they were OK. The service was excellent. After dinner, we headed to the salsa in the square. We had fun.

We went a large group for a planned birthday celebration of a friend. Even with repeated reminders there was no special for the birthday person. Very disappointing. Food quality was usual, nothing special. It was overpriced. The server pushed to sell salad as part of main course, with deceptive statement. All of the 8+ adults understood same. Will not recommend this place. Overall ambience was great, parking was near.

A great place to eat when the weather is nice and you want to eat outside with a view! Their menu is unique and has some great food choices. The restaurant is a bit small and the wait time can build quickly. My favorite was their fried grippos Mac n cheese ball appetizer! I’m always a fan of their pizzas too. My husband liked his brisket burger.

Great place with an event greater view! Had great service on a busy Wednesday evening when I arrive with a very important client I'll be working with and reporting to, had a great time with delicious food. Parking was pretty rough to find but eventually found a spot. This is my first visit and can't wait to explore more of this amazing city and this amazing restaurant! Be ready to take pictures of the view like I did!!📸

Great service, great food. Food is a little pricey but great portion sizes. Atmosphere inside is quite loud but can still have a conversation. Overall 4/5 stars. Would come again!

They've got a decent variety of food on the menu. I'd definitely go back to try other items. The bathroom has two stalls; one handicapped and a regular stall. It was clean at a busy hour!

Great view of Cincinnati from Incline Public House. Atmosphere outside was very nice. Pretzel appetizer was delicious. Otherwise entrees and pizza were solid, nothing to write home about. We had a pizza, fish and chips and Korean barbecue chicken sandwich. Iced tea was weak and bland. Overall, the view was the attraction. Was getting quite busy when we left around 730pm. Service was excellent, attentive and courteous.

I googled "best place for lunch in Cincy" when we came for a visit...Incline came up first. A great experience! Our server Alyssa was just the best! Nice, knowledgeable and super friendly! Will for sure visit again. A SPECTACULAR VIEW.

Every time we come into the Cincy area, we make a stop here for some drinks, a view, and a chill spot to have great views. It’s so much nicer to drink from the tap rather than a can. We love the rooftop bar area. It’s is 21+ older. Inside is family/kid friendly. There are stairs to walk and also an elevator as well to access the main floor for patrons.

Rhinegeist Brewery tour was awesome! The public tour was $6 for a tour of the facility with a beverage token you get to choose from multiple options...The waiting room area is super nice you play bags and it's a great lounging area. It a pretty Nice gem in the Cincinnati area. 100% recommend!

LGBTQ friendly, so spacious and flooded with light, lots of game for everyone including kids, and a wonderful rooftop with beautiful views of the city on one side and greenery/trees on the other, you also can see murals from there. I loved that they support nonprofits and make it easy for people to donate. I think they have some food options but we didn’t eat/looked for food, I did see pretzels! Overall, a fun and cool place!

Stopped in to try some local beer while in town. Really cool layout. The place is huge with a warehouse size area downstairs and a great rooftop outside seating area upstairs. The beer is solid. Overall we had a really good time!

HUGE Brewery with a spacious indoor area and rooftop bar. We tried 4 different beers, they were all tasty. The place was packed for the Ohio State football game. Great atmosphere, definitely recommend this place for locals or out of towers like us.

We went here off of a recommendation from family. We can see why. It was comfort food with a New Orleans twist. I enjoyed the Cajun pasta dish. I love how the chicken was shredded, you could taste the freshness of the vegetables, and the sauce was gravy-like and creamy. My fiancé had the braised short ribs which was tender, it said it reminded him of home mama used to make. There was a hint of nostalgia in each dish. The fried green tomatoes a tasty appetizer to begin with. It is a quaint, little place. It can be a little loud. The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed and inattentive at times, but overall that doesn’t take away from the overall experience.

Went to Otto's for an early Halloween dinner. We were seated right away and the service was great throughout. They have a great bourbon and beer menu. The place has a great atmosphere. Everything we had was terrific. The cornbread, flatbread , and tomato soup were all fantastic. The short ribs were split up for us and were so tender and delicious. The veggies, mashed potatoes, and the gravy were amazing. Loved our time there.

Chat GPT had directed us here on Saturday the 4th. The food was great! My son and I each had the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries. We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. Annie M was very attentive, kind and had a very happy face. For everyone, actually. I just wanted to say how pleased and surprised we were with how good everything was. And I also wanted to compliment Annie M.

Squash curry soup! Cornbread! Pan seared bone-in pork chop!! Braised shortrib!!! Carrot cake! Best short rib in the area and the jus - wow! Great service. The place is a little loud but will definitely be back.

Otto’s has been a Covington staple since 2003, and it’s easy to see why. I had the filet, cooked perfectly and elevated by an incredible blue cheese sauce that tied everything together. My wife’s sea scallops were buttery, fresh, and seared to perfection. The service was friendly, the atmosphere warm and welcoming — the kind of classic spot that’s been doing things right for over 20 years. We’ll definitely be back.

I came here for lunch on a Sunday, likely not the best time in terms of service, but we were served relatively quickly given the time, and the food was delicious. I joined the clean plate club. Bathrooms are one seaters; there's a big one upstairs.

4 of us ate here on a Friday evening while cycle touring. We all had appetizers, drinks, and entrees. Though not expensive or “fine dining”, all of us agreed that this is an exceptionally good and well-balanced restaurant. One of the best, and cycle touring has given us the full range. All staff cheerful, helpful, well-informed, and handoff well. Perfectly seasoned, delicious, and healthy meals. Very interesting decor, lively and happy patrons, background music well chosen and at right volume for conversation. Highly recommended!

I had a fun and unexpected experience walking past Kungfood on my way to another restaurant but was drawn in by its clever and overtly Asian pop-culture vibe. The eclectic interior draws from all kinds of Asian cinema and cultural references, making it visually fascinating. The shotgun-style space is cozy, with the bar and dining area up front, the kitchen in the middle, and a quirky back section with restrooms, a small shop selling drinks and knickknacks, and another bar where you pick up takeout. I noticed four tables pushed together in the back and asked a server about them—they turned out to be Mahjong tables! I’m not sure if they host game nights or if the owners just love Mahjong, but it adds to the charm. The food was delicious. You can stick with American-style Chinese favorites or venture into more authentic dishes—many of which have a Taiwanese influence, as the owners are from Taiwan. Overall, it’s a wonderful little place I plan to revisit, especially to bring friends who haven’t experienced Taiwan or who would appreciate the colorful, graphic eye candy. I’d also love to see what it’s like here at night!

I really enjoyed my lunch. The service was phenomenal!!!! The food was very good. And I love the fact that they let you choose your spice level because unlike everyone else these days I am not a fan of heat. Lol.

Unfortunately, I cannot review this place highly. I have tried both dine in and carry out. The portions are laughably small on the carryout side, especially with the way the economy is right now. $12.99 here, and I could go walk to Bridges right down the street which will give me a ton of food for a similar price, not to mention a variety in what I receive. The atmosphere here is amazing - one of the most interesting looking restaurants I've been to in a long time. Unfortunately, the reality is that the food simply does not match the atmosphere. The portions you receive for carry out should be about 2x where it is right now to be worth the squeeze. Outside of portions, the food itself is... okay at best. Less flavorful than your traditional hole-in-the-wall carryout joint, too. I would recommend finding one of those styles of restaurants and avoiding this one altogether based on the price tag. The amount of time waited for carry out was also high. All that said, this is maybe my biggest disappointment when it comes to eating in Covington. Especially with my personality and interests, this seems like it would be a perfect place to eat and grab a quick lunch. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is far outclasses the food -- and let's not forget that the food is THE most important aspect of ANY place to eat, especially in this economy.

I got chicken and mixed vegetables and the big Bertha egg roll, the egg roll was tasty but the veggie version was very one note and tasted mostly of cabbage. It would be nice if they modified the mix with some different things like shredded carrots or something. Everything was very tasty and it was a nice bar with a very neat atmosphere

Hits. Every. Time. Their vegetarian meals are incredible — the pad thai, how fun noodles, sesame tofu and general tsos are my favorite, and their big bertha egg rolls are insanelyyyyy good. Great service and fast always, big portions. A gem.

Tried this place for the first time last night for date night. My girlfriend had been here before and enjoyed it, so we decided to give it a shot. We arrived around 8 PM on a busy Saturday night. They took our name and quoted a 30-minute wait, which wasn’t a problem—we grabbed a drink at a nearby bar while we waited. When our table was ready, we were seated in an overflow dining area next door. The decor and ambiance were similar to the main restaurant, so no complaints there. Service started off fine but declined pretty quickly. There were about seven tables in our section, plus a bar area. One of the tables was a large group, but they were already finished eating when we walked in and left shortly after. So not a lot of folks on our side. We ordered drinks, chips and queso, and our entrées. The drinks came out quickly and were good, and the chips and queso followed soon after. The queso itself was just okay—nothing memorable, but a decent snack while waiting for our main dishes. For my meal, I ordered a taco flight with the Plain Jane, the Happy Pappy, and the Filthy Fajita. The Plain Jane was the best of the three, but still nothing special. The Happy Pappy was just okay—the carnitas were a bit dry. The Filthy Fajita, however, was straight-up bad. The steak was so tough I had to spit it out, and I ended up removing it from the taco entirely. On top of that, I could tell my tacos had been sitting for a while based on how the queso had hardened—definitely not ideal. My girlfriend ordered the Birria Ramen (which we heard is being removed from the menu soon) and the Becky taco. The ramen was pretty good—not the best birria we’ve had, but it got the job done. Thankfully, she had a better taco experience than I did—she really enjoyed The Becky. The wait for our food was long, but given how busy they were (and the time needed to cook the ramen), it was somewhat understandable. What wasn’t understandable was how long it took to get our check once we finished eating. By this point, the room had mostly emptied out, but despite our server clearly seeing that we were done, we sat for what felt like forever waiting to pay. It felt like we were on their time, which was frustrating. All in all, this place won’t be getting a return visit from me. The service was subpar, and the food wasn’t worth the $80 tab. For that price, I know we could have had a much better meal—and experience—somewhere else.

Awesome food and good service but...........if I order a drink and you bring me the wrong drink why am I paying for both!!! Ordered a pineapple margarita without jalapenos and was brought the one with jalapenos. I was just going to suck it up, but the manager came with a new one and said there was a mistake. The server even came and said she took someone else's drink. No big deal but was still charged for three drinks. Wow just wow! I have never been charged for a servers mistake before. Had I noticed this at the restaurant I would have disputed it right then and there. Bad bad business!

This is a place I went to for the first time because I saw a video online with their Crispy Chicken Burrito and I had to try it. While the one in the video had a bit more filling, it was still delicious and I would 100% recommend you to come here and try their delicious food!! The agave BBQ jam was ridiculous and I would probably enjoy anything with this stuff on top of it!! If you’re around any of their locations, I say give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

I love it here! The art inside is so different and makes this place so aesthetically pleasing. I love the selection of bourbon and tequila!! Definitely some premium spirits at this bar. Stephanie made my experience even better with her knowledge of the menu and suggested the grilled chicken burrito. Never had Mac and cheese and bacon in a burrito with barbecue sauce! Tastes amazing and this is a great start to my first time in Covington. Moving to the area soon and definitely will be back!!!

Friendly and quick service. Food was hot and delicious. Generous portions. Tastes like momma made it. My boyfriend and I got biscuits and gravy, he got a western omelet with ham, I got scrambled eggs with hash browns and french toast.

Harty and Cozy Diner with Friendly Service and a Vintage Vibe Great service both in a group of coworkers, and while on a date. Omelettes were simple, fresh, and filling. Wait staff is attentive and always makes sure your coffee cup is full. Anchor Grill has been open since 1946, and is a Covington staple.

Wilma and Shawna are absolutely hands down amazing people. They love their job, cook good food, and very nice. Never seen ladies who love what they do and also talk with their customers. EVERYTHING is good!

This place is the Angkor Wat of breakfast places! The food was amazing, the price is cheap, the staff is very friendly and the portion sizes are very generous. I was here on vacation and I went here 2 times despite only being in the area for 2 days. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't go to this place if your in the area.

Great mom & pop joint. Food is hot and very tasty. This place has been open for 77 years and the decor is prob the same as it was back in the day. Make sure you bring cash because they don’t take credit. The Waitresses were extremely kind and the coffee was bottomless. I had the two eggs over medium with sausage and toast and hash browns with onions and you just can’t go wrong with it. We would return.

Spent an evening at this great roof top bar while having a drink. The view of downtown Cincinnati was amazing. They have a band playing on most of evenings and loved the live music they had. The music goes till about 8.30 in the night. This place is popular amongst the locals in Cincinnati and there's always a sizable crowd. Highly recommend this place to spend.

The view is amazing. The ambiance in the evening is quite enjoyable and the drinks are done very well. While we went during cinco de mayo and they had an absurd cover charge to enter on a Sunday to enter to spend more money, it was a pleasant experience when the manager override the door man to let us enter and spend our money to enjoy drinks and the ambiance. Kudos to the female manager for making our experience quite enjoyable.

Top of the Phelps is a Circuitdelic Laboratory neighbor. The best kind too. Love it here. Always feel welcome. Thanks to my brother tending bar and for noticing the Lab was in the building. Cheers.

First time visit. I arrived at 5pm when it opened. Chose a seat overlooking the city the weather was perfect. Our server was attentive. The food was tasty. I will definitely go back. There was music playing. It was a fun and festive experience.

Great view and atmosphere. The food was very good and the drinks were made perfectly, unfortunately the Lava cake was not molten and it tasted like it was frozen, not fresh. For the price, I was expecting better on that.

Went with a group of friends for the evening happy hour to try a new place. We went to cash out, no itemized receipts were given to anyone in our group, then when we all cashed out and tipped, someone in the group asked for an itemized receipt, they said there was a “service charge.” When they sat the itemized down, they informed us it was an auto-gratuity for having a group over six and changed the story. Our bartenders didn’t inform us that they charged an auto-gratuity for groups larger than six ahead of time. Keep in mind, we poured our own waters when we got there, we had no service as we went to the bar to order drinks, had no server, they dropped food off and that was it. To ask for a tip after not providing an itemized, then do an auto-gratuity on top of that seems a little greedy, should be said up front.

My wife and I recently moved to Northern Kentucky and were absolutely thrilled to discover The Baker's Table in Newport, Kentucky! From the moment we walked in, Rachel, Jake, and the entire staff made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. It's fantastic to find such a wonderful farm-to-table restaurant in our new area. We opted for the Chef's Tasting Menu with the Non-Alcoholic Drink pairing, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Each dish was a unique work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. One of the mocktails, featuring Carrot and Chrysanthemum, was so refreshing and delicious we joked about wanting a whole pitcher to enjoy on our deck at home! While every course was outstanding, the lamb ragu was a definite highlight. The flavors and textures were phenomenal, and the inclusion of what they called "lamb bacon" was truly one of the most delicious things I've tasted in a long time! What we also appreciated was that despite the high quality of the dining experience, the atmosphere was relaxed and unpretentious. Even the background music had songs that made us smile and added an easy-going vibe. The intimate setting made us feel connected rather than lost in a large, bustling space. The staff was attentive and genuinely responsive to our needs. It's clear that The Baker's Table is a business that prioritizes sustainable practices and truly cares about the quality of their ingredients and the people they serve. We loved hearing the stories behind the beverages and the inspiration for each dish, and the fact that the menu changes monthly based on seasonal availability is something we greatly appreciate. Our first experience at The Baker's Table was truly memorable, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

My husband and I had a divine meal at The Baker's Table. The thoughtfulness that has gone into every element of this restaurant really shines through. Each and every dish was exquisite. We had the vegetarian tasting menu. So thankful to have found such an absolute gem right here in Newport

We went for a wine night while on vacation and OMG was so legit. Had the non-alcoholic pairings and was so pleased that the staff put so much thought into a non-alcoholic option (so rare! Thank you!) The food was incredible and such a treat! I wish we had anything even close to this back home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 11/10

Didn't pat for it, so I can not speak on the price, but everything off the menu was good. Drinks were good, too. Easy and quick service. The salmon and beet seems like a weird combination but was surprisingly good. The gnocchi has the best texture. Some of the best gnocchi I've had**. Very light. Steak was good, although I have had better. [Medium Rare] The pumpkin cheesecake was also delicious. Good balance of flavor and not being heavy consideriflng what it is. [The molasses gharam cracker crust is 👨🏽‍🍳 💋]

Truly a Gem , one of the best Restaurant and Cocktail bar I ever been in my Whole Life !! Is an Experience, the menu itself change every month or two and this is really something so special that make the local farm and products get known around Kentucky or Oahio !! It's a must if never been there ! Let the Sommelier or the Barman/Mixologist guide you through one of the best Wine pairing of your life !! Still the best thing about this place as the name tells you is their Bread ! Homemade and home baked bread, something that not even in Italy you can get anymore !!! Something so unique and special that people need to make the que or line outside to try ! Believe me ! All the wine pairing were perfectly match and another amazing thing we're the Amari ! After a good 4/5 meal dishes, need to have a good Amaro and their selection in Italian Amari were Awesome !!! Let Jake guide you through the end of the meal with his amazing advise and recommendations !! A truly blessing to have been there two or three times so far !! I love their sorbet with olive oil!!! Incredible experience and also the prices were outstanding for the quality offered. ! Be back for sure ! Thank you David !!!

Highly recommend this restaurant for a special event! The food was absolutely delicious- we tried every dish on the menu and there wasn’t a single one that wasn’t incredible! Our server Jasmine, bartender Jake, and sommelier Ryan, as well as the rest of the staff, worked seamlessly together to provide a really great experience. The owner Dave came out to introduce himself- it’s always a good sign when the owner gets his hands dirty (metaphorically) and works with the staff to do what needs to be done. Absolutely cannot wait to come back and try a whole new round of dishes next season!

Had a rough day at work so went with coworkers to grab a drink and decompress. Bartender was very funny. We spent some time trying to figure out how the boat racing on tv worked. Overall a great experience and look forward to popping in every now and then for a drink.

We went during dinner time because the menu looked tasty and affordable while having a roof to seating option. When we arrived it took us a while to find an actual employee once we did we were instructed that it was bar service only so we ordered our food and went out and said on the outdoor seating area. In some area was extremely loud and would not be suitable for a family to eat dinner. The outdoor seating area did have music playing and while not extremely loud it was extremely vulgar. In fairness the food was good and at no point did I find any advertising that would suggest they consider themselves a family-friendly place.

We are from out of town they said they was open late and we don’t have one back home so we thought we would give it a try. I got the Big Pig Burger it was a microwaves burger or a burger that had been sitting in water forever. It was gross McDonald’s would have been better. I was expecting a nice grilled burger with pulled pork on top. The fries were clearly hours old but I don’t send food back. We also ordered wings and for $2 a wing I was expecting amazing things yeah that’s a big no sauce was just thrown on top not tossed and they also have been sitting for hours. This place is open til 2 we got food at 8 I would go back for a drink but I would never eat there again. I have it a 2 stars because service was great and fast but it was clearly fast because the food had been ready and waiting

They always have a good selection of beers on tap. The outdoor patio is great when the weather is nice. They have bar food that is done very well, but it's definitely not a fine dining experience. It's a great place to meet up for a beer or drink.

An interesting place to have dinner. We went because of a review on empanadas, however that wasn't on the menu anymore. I had the chicken sandwich. He was very good with the buffalo sauce and topped with bacon. I also had the fried pickles. They were also very good. They were chips and not speers. Nice crisp breading on them. I would definitely go back

Boyfriend and I stopped for a drink after the Casino while we stopped in Cinci over night in a road trip home. Loved the vibe and atmosphere of the bar, and drinks were good! Only "complaint" is that our bartender was definitely intoxicated and kept forgetting to get us our tab to pay so we could get back to our hotel room for the night. She was super friendly and made great conversation, so our only note is that we mentioned we wanted to get back to our dogs at the hotel. We do definitely plan on coming back in October for a football game, and hope to see our same bartender!

A very fun wine store, plenty of selection for wine and cocktails! The Giggle water and Perfect Pear cocktails were fantastic! The atmosphere was nice and warm, perfect for hanging out with friends to catchup. Full of regulars making banter to one another while getting drinks who are super friendly and inclusive.

Most days they have charcuterie boards and small snacks but it’s always delicious. The wine selection is great and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming.

Bartenders are super friendly and welcoming! Even the other customers are gregarious. I indecisive whether to get beer or wine so Luna guided me through that. They have flights for beer and wine. I selected the grand lemon pale ale and truck stop charcuterie- they ran out of beef jerky so they allowed me to substitute with prosciutto. Great chill vibe and not overly priced, $9-$11 for a flight

Late afternoon and I dropped in for a glass of a rather nice white wine. They have tables out front on Main Street, and a little covered patio in the back with four tables. Music playing was a good mix of mellow club-ish stuff. I talked with the owners and they opened up five years ago. A very friendly couple.

I came here to drink wine and spend time with life-long friends. Little did I know, I would be referred to one of the best wines I've tried from a passionate and educated sommelier named Ashley. And maybe I even made a new friend in the process. Thank you!

We strolled in here after noticing it coming out of the Hannaford, hadn’t heard anything about it and honestly I’m glad we found it. The ambiance is so cozy and romantic, definitely great for a cocktail date night. They had live music and we went in on a Wednesday which was superb! Service was great, we were checked in on consistently, they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Kelsey in particular spent so much time answering questions and explaining the concept of the bar, we really felt like we could sit and sip for hours. I ended up having one of her creations, it was a unique collage of flavors that blended so seamlessly. Can’t wait to go back and taste more of the menu and maybe order one of the charcuteries they make at the bar.

Newly opened (mid-March), very nice and spacious cocktail bar with a huge, plush lounge area they call the social room. Great specialty cocktails plus the menu is very helpful: it lists all their spirits by type plus suggests the most popular cocktails or mixers for them. It's inside a new hotel called North that is affiliated with the Hotel Covington (on the same block).

The knowledge room is outside the Covington hotel on the side. It has a private entrance and the atmosphere is pretty quiet. The drinks were good, nothing special though. It’s a good spot to get a couple of drinks.

Atmosphere is incredible, service second to none. Jordan makes by far the best pistachio martinis I've had. Going to be here on NYE, just for this guy and his Pistachio martinis. They're easy and quick to make, so ask him for one as often as possible.

The cocktail menu is incredibly extensive. There is a smaller seasonal/specialty menu at the front of the booklet. As you keep looking, you’ll see their spirits list. Underneath each list is a menu of classic cocktails using that spirit. Our bartender was so friendly, helpful, and not pretentious about offering clarification which was very welcoming. There’s definitely an atmosphere of curiosity and experimentation, and they’re willing to mix up the spirit on a classic cocktail as evidenced by our party ordering a Mezcal Last Word (which was great!). We were given complimentary tapas with our cocktails and honestly I’m still craving those fenugreek crackers.

Great atmosphere and great staff. My very first time here I felt like a regular. Live music with large windows to let the evening light in, and a cocktail menu that challenges all your senses. In the words of Arnold “I’ll be back”

If you’re a parent, this place is an easy hour. Drinks are perfect. Space is just enough to to be a playground. And high chairs are maybe too 5 all-time. Easy experience.

This is one of the coolest, unique, and fun bars that ive ever been too. The outdoor seating, the grass turf, the shipping containers, just everything seemed to flow well and keeps your kids occupied. For such an open floor plan, nothing seems to crowed and the food and beer was great! Plus side is, you also get to see everyone's dogs lol.

This place is amazing. Definitely one of my new top spots to visit in the Cincinnati area. The specialty cocktails were great and the food portions are huge. Get there early to beat the crowd and you will not be disappointed with the relaxed environment.

We recently hosted a live show for Fitz & Whit, Andrew Whitworth and Ryan Fitzpatrick’s podcast, at Covington Yard in Cincinnati ahead of the Bengals Thursday Night Football game — and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Tori and her team were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled flawlessly. The event could not have been easier to execute thanks to Tori’s professionalism, communication, and leadership. She truly made it seamless while delivering everything at such a high level. The venue itself was the perfect space for hosting an event like ours — spacious, well-organized, and full of character. Covington Yard naturally creates such a great vibe and fun ambiance that made the night feel energetic, welcoming, and memorable for everyone who attended. The staff at Covington Yard were equally outstanding — helpful, kind, professional, and proactive every step of the way. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the night feel effortless, and Andrew and Ryan were overjoyed with how perfectly everything came together. I would recommend Covington Yard and working with Tori to anyone and everyone. It’s such a special venue with an incredible team behind it, and I truly hope the Bengals and others continue to collaborate with them in the future.

Really nice place, has heaters for when it gets chilly out so it stays pretty warm inside, has beautiful lights all around, everyone is super nice, and they got a full bar plus the food is delicious and there is lots to choose from!! I love that you can bring your dog inside with you and the dogs all seemed to like the fake grass that got laid down inside. If your looking for a new hang out definitely try this place!!

We have been here for Saint Paddy’s Day. It’s an enclosed yard lined with food booths and a station for drinks. They had Irish bands all day. Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy each other’s company.

A great place if you just want a drink and food truck food. You can watch the game on tv and can see downtown Cincy. Dogs are allowed there.

If you are a fan of bourbon/whiskey and trying to find some great craft spots, then Second Sights Spirits in Ludlow, KY is a must stop. An incredible story, with great hospitality and the owners are so awesome. Side perk, they serve coffee too! They are part of the B-Line in Northern Kentucky and part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

Stopped in for a tour today. It was just my wife and I. Rick, one of the owners, was our guide. I really liked the one on one with him. Got to ask lots of questions and learned a lot about distilling and bourbon. Thanks Rick!! Loved the apple pie moonshine!!

This used to be a vibrant, queer friendly show bar that my fiancée and I absolutely loved. We regularly attended creative, inclusive shows organized by talented drag performers like Tara and Montana. These events showcased diverse local talent and offered a truly unique experience that felt celebratory and community centered. After moving out of the area, we recently returned with high hopes, but sadly the vibe has completely changed. The once innovative drag shows have been replaced with generic, uninspired burlesque performances that lean heavily into the male gaze. The lineup now seems to primarily feature slim, white, cis performers, with little to no representation of BIPOC, plus size, or visibly LGBTQ+ individuals. The diversity and heart that once made this place special is sorely lacking. The bar service was equally underwhelming. Our bartender, Morgan, served weak, overly iced drinks and came across as disinterested and even mildly annoyed to be engaging with us. Her demeanor felt condescending, marked by blank stares and sizing up glances that made us feel unwelcome. It's especially disappointing to receive that kind of energy from someone working in what was once a more inclusive space. We offered to Venmo her $30 in exchange for $20 in singles to tip the cast - something we’ve done at many venues without issue. She declined (which is her prerogative), but followed it up with a passive-aggressive lecture about “remembering to bring cash to tip.” While the point isn’t wrong, the tone was unnecessarily smug, especially considering we were trying to support the performers and staff more generously. And simultaneously tip for for her troubles of exchanging her bar tips. This used to be a place where the community came together to celebrate queer artistry. Now, it feels more like a watered down, sanitized version of what it once was... with poor service and diminished inclusivity. We left disappointed, and honestly, a bit disheartened. We hope the owners consider returning to their roots and bringing back the kind of diverse, affirming, and creative programming that made this venue such a special space for the NKY community.

Toured at second sight today as part of a bourbon road trip (9 distilleries in 4 days). Without giving much away it was an entertaining journey that started with 2 friends and an idea that has blossomed into a rags to hopefully one day riches story. Everything we tried there; from the samples on tour to the craft cocktails at their bar was amazing. Go to see their vision on a craft distillery, it was our best decision today and will be yours too.

The distillery tour was more story time than tour, but it was quite the story! The cocktails were excellent and we enjoyed the tastings as well.

This was our second visit to Ludlow to visit the distillery and it continues to impress! The staff was fun, engaging, and incredibly helpful. It is a hidden gem that you should make time to check out! Oh, and be sure to ask about a mustache ride! Such a cool place!!

Had an absolute wonderful time here today. Very personable and personal experience with the owner. Felt like we were just hanging out with an old friend. Can not say enough good things about this distillery. All of the tastings were phenomenal but the red Absinthe was my absolute favorite!

Cool spot! Roof top and basement were dog friendly. They actually gave us a goodie bag for our dog which was above and beyond 👌! The roof area was super cute and cozy. Nice atmosphere!

We love this place! Every time family comes in from out of town, we make a quick stop. Enjoyable for all the ages! There's a rooftop bar, and 3 other floors with arcade games and a ping pong table (and bars). The bowling part doesn't really even last all that long, so it's perfect for those of us that get bored pretty quick. The drinks are good, there's always a new cocktail being advertised. Service has been good as well. Facilities are clean. I don't believe there is any food, but if I remember correctly, outside food is allowed (but maybe not drinks?).

Awesome place for reunion, family gatherings and bar hopping. Has many levels of floors with different kinds of activities in each floors. Even has a rooftop area with seating. Great place for those who love arcade games.

Awesome place to hang for a bit! I haven’t played pinball or duck bowling for over 20 years. Can’t wait to go back. Had a blast and the bear was great! Had some Goodfellas pizza sent there too.

we sat outside and it was nice!! the chef/kitchen staff were lovely in accommodating my girlfriend’s soy allergy and they made extra sure her food was safe to eat. the cocktails were very good and i enjoyed my cheesesteak! good food even if it is pricey! service was fast and good quality!!

I’ve been here twice since it opened. This is such an awesome place! The nostalgia is real here with some of the games. Turtles in time, the simpsons, mortal kombat, and NBA Jam. The service here is great. This is a family friendly experience. If you grew up in the 80s and 90s, it’s a great place to show your kids the treasures of that time. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Went there last night at 5:00. After walking off the elevator and looking around, we were very impressed. That quickly changed. We weren’t sure where to order. My husband ran into the waitress and she said she would wait on us if we were going to order food. We sat at one of the bar type areas overlooking the Reds stadium and the river. There was bird poop everywhere. After waiting 15 minutes, my husband went to the bar to order. No one was friendly at the bar. His beer was warm and my drink came without a straw. He ran into the waitress again who said she would come over to take our order. After 15 more min, she finally came over. She didn’t say anything except are you ready to order. Luckily we had found a menu sitting around. We ordered the hot honey flatbread. She brought it over 10min later. It was a joke for $16 and not hot. It had no flavor at all. The views were awesome but we will not be returning. This place has no management.

Overall okay to good experience. When we walked in took a minute for someone to come out. Tents are warmer than outside but still dress in warm clothing if you’re going. Server was friendly and drinks and food are good. Cost to value of what we got wasn’t great but your paying for the “vibe” and location. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and made an effort to make us feel comfortable and help improve our experience.

This place is the best rooftop view in Cincinnati! Awesome view of downtown from one side and a great view of the river and bridges from the other side. Great spot to watch the sunset plus the vibe with all of the string lights is perfect! They have a huge variety of drinks at a reasonable price and a wide variety of food, although I haven’t had any food. A great place for date nights or to bring friends from out of town to impress them with how pretty Cincy really can be!

Staff were friendly enough to get a drink from, don't expect any help deciding on the types of larger offered. Great view of the city and river, enjoyable spot to be at.

The view is great and it’s worth stopping at the bar just to see the city. The drinks were pricey but normal for a hotel bar. They started playing music around 8:30 and it got very loud and the vibe significantly changed so I would go early if you are looking for a relaxed vibe

Manager refused to play the stanley cup finals during game 5 on a Saturday night. Instead they had on a documentary and an XFL game. When politely asked if she could switch the channel, she completely dismissed me, and did so again when my aunt and friend asked. One of the rudest people i’ve ever come across in the service industry.

This place has a beautiful view. The flat beard was awesome. The drinks fell short at first as the bar staff wanted to do a twist on the signature AC ICED TEA. Since there are only 3 ingredients, this girl wasn't impressed. Stick to the ingredients and the customer will be happy. Additionally, the servers on the floor weren't very personable. They stayed huddled up most of the time. I would like to return to give this rooftop gem another try. Maybe weekends are better here but a midweek after work drink fell short.

Cool bar with an awesome happy hour, 50% off beer, wine, Old Fashioned's, Manhattan's, and Wells, Monday's - Friday's from 4 PM - 7 PM. Can't beat that. The service has always been quick and friendly. The location is great for people watching. I definitely recommend going if you are in Covington.

Pretty cool dive-y style bar. One of few places in Covington open after 1am in the weekend. Good crowd, busy, fun vibes. They also have screens with sports streaming.

Update: Had a very fun late night here after dinner. The bartender handled serving the above average size crowd well. Also, they have N-A beers. A very good bar in Covington, especially for happy hour. They make great cocktails and have a huge bourbon & rye selection. It's on Madison near some good restaurants, so it's great before or after dinner. There's nice seating along the windows.

The Hannaford is a beloved local staple and an industry hub. The drinks are great and the bartenders are very attentive. They also have an excellent selection of drinks and spirits. Expect large crowds on the weekend with limited seating.

Good decent bar , good selection of drinks , it's fair to hang out , won't say it's a date night spot but fun late night drink .

Intimate and cozy, with a perfectly urban patio. So comfortable for those times when you want to mix good conversation with very nice bourbons. Service is EXCEPTIONAL. A must do before dinner...or after dinner. Just a must do. And if you aren't clear about your bourbon preferences, the expert barkeep will be happy to steer you to one of their many bourbon flight offerings.

Great folks! It has quickly become one of our favorite places to relax with great cocktails and conversation. Since I wrote that four years ago, it's only gotten better. It's our go to place whenever we are out. There is an ever growing group of regulars from all walks of life, sharing conversation and laughs. Best of all, first time guest are greeted like long time friends of the family. It truly is a warm and welcoming place. OH, AND DID I MENTION THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST PATIO, IN COVINGTON, FOR HAVING A DRINK AND MAYBE A CIGAR?

Really nice chill spot to sip on a bourbon or have a flight of them. The selection still needs to expand but that comes with time. What they do have are good solid bourbons and great options to introduce a friend to the world of bourbon. Doesn't matter if you sit inside or outside, the ambiance and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Not too cluttered like some bars get. Service was fast and friendly and I would definitely stop in again.

We couldn't have chosen a better venue to celebrate my sister! Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating, from the owners to the bartenders. We had a large party and the bartenders did a fantastic job keeping up. Not to mention they were incredibly kind! The venue itself was perfect, as well. We will be back!

Nice atmosphere, enjoyable outdoor seating. Beer prices however, that's another story. $6.50 for garage beer is excessive to say the least! You can buy an entire case for what 2 beers will cost you here. Beer prices alone, and mediocre food will keep me from going back unless for a private event.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and should have left a review sooner but this is absolutely my favorite bar. They have a huge selection of bourbon, craft drinks, stuff in the fridge. The spinach artichoke dip is the best I’ve ever had but the buffalo dip, flatbreads, and hanky pankies are also incredible. Every friend I take here LOVES it and wants to come back. Nice seating inside and outside and very cute. Bartenders are always suuuuper friendly. Nice bathrooms. Charlie even opened early for the UC Xavier game a few weeks back when I asked!! I’m so grateful to this bar for hosting so many get togethers and being a great space for me to write my dissertation during the week. Their Moscow mule will always be my fave. Ok I’ll stop gushing now.

Had a wonderful time with Amy the bartender she took great care of us. The food and drinks were excellent and very reasonably priced.

I love this place! Charlie is awesome. Great neighborhood joint to stop in even if you're not from the neighborhood!!! Drinks, atmosphere totally on point. Charlie will mix up a perfect drink for you and make you feel at home. Can't wait to sit outside when summer weather returns.

This is my 2nd time visiting 3 Spirits and its always a nice laid back visit. We usually sit outside but moved inside due to rain and it was just as fun. We got the hanky pankys, artichoke dip, and flatbread. I could have eaten two of bowls of the hanky panky dip it was really good. This is not a place for dinner but it is good for snacks because you come here for the COCKTAILS! The cocktails were out of this world some of the best we have had in a very long time. Loved the mule so much I went to the store the next day to make them myself, still better when someone else makes them. Shoutout to Daniel for his mixology skills and making us feel welcome. Check it out, its locally owned which makes it all the more better to support

Mainstrasse Village is such a nice place to visit. My wife and I were there for the 127 Yard Sale - The World's Longest Yard Sale. We stayed in an awesome B&B nearby. The 127 Yard Sale was awesome. We really enjoyed it. There were tons of vendors and they were all so nice. The local area is so cool with plenty of historic buildings with lots of shops and restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

MainStrasse Village was within walking distance of our hotel and recommended by the hotel because of most establishments being closed on Monday for Memorial Day. We had a nice walk over to the German village and really appreciated the eclectic array of restaurants and old buildings and architecture. The area seemed friendly and there were lots of shops we would like to revisit when they reopen. We saw several homeless people in the area which made me very sad, however it was a safe area.

Love this neighborhood. We set up here for the longest yard sale, and it is a joy being here. We then had lunch at El Rincon Mexican Restaurant and loved it!

This is the second year I have set up as a vendor for the Northern Kentucky y'all Pride Fest and I have a great time. There are lots of different shops and restaurants down here to shop from also a playground for the children to play. It's a good place to come and walk around for the afternoon.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Tonight is some kind of bar crawl in Newport, so I wanted to try someplace I’ve never been to before, that was featured. My mom and I walk in at around 4:45 pm and sit at the bar. It’s not busy at all, 5 other customers in there besides my mom and I. Mom and I sit for 10 minutes, actively looking at drink menus and the selection and trying to get the bartender’s attention. She didn’t acknowledge us as we walked in, we sat for 10 minutes while she was just standing around right in front of us. So I tell my mom “Let’s just leave, we can be acknowledged and served elsewhere”. So we get up to go, THEN she acknowledges us and my mom said “oh, shes just really thirsty, we have to leave” and a PATRON yelled behind us, very sarcastically, “Sorry for the wait”. Rude patrons go to a rude establishment, I suppose. Very unimpressed.

I, mother, as stated in Lindsey Carmack’s review also rate this place a “0”. First off, the ogle that we received upon entering was disturbing, as she continued to talk/listen about drinks to/from the other customers, old fashions, etc. was rude. She was not talking much just listening and continued listening as we walked out. I didn’t need a drink menu as I knew exactly what I wanted. The fact that you want to argue over the time and send footage reflects on just exactly how this place is run, not in a customers favor. You would rather argue than treat customers with respect and acknowledgement. The place was not packed and hasn’t been since you’ve taken over and with this sort of customer service and backlash, I don’t foresee a line waiting outside to get in. Being an older person, growing up where respect and kindness was a general rule, something that is fading fast in the world, especially at JJH, can suggest that without customers there is no business and no business means, no work, no money, closed doors. The funny thing about this all is we went to another establishment around the corner, didn’t mention the name and the bartender and a few customers knew exactly where we had just come from and we all had a grand laugh and a cheers to JJH. So whether it’s 10 minutes or 3 minutes doesn’t matter, what matters is you LOST 2 big Happy Hour drinkers that spend allot of $. I will say, I would have given you a 2nd chance but with the fact of you wanting to argue and send footage to prove your point on this playground is rude and disrespectful.

Blown away. The pastries were perfect. It really took me back to country France. Just the right amount of rusticity. Breads were phenomenal and the staff were kind and welcoming. Please do a pop up in Seattle!

Got breakfast here, ordered one savory (jalapeno cheese twist $5) and one sweet (chai spiced cruffin, $5), a cup of coffee and one loaf of bread. Everything was very yummy and the employee was so nice! I thought the prices were reasonable. They did only have coffee and no tea! Sunday had free parking and no line!

To start with, theres two entrances which made it nice if you're checking out the whole area. The bread here is amaz8ng and the smell from the moment you open the door is delicious 😋. Staff were extended nice and everything was very fresh!

Everything here tastes magical—from the fresh sandwiches to the buttery pastries, every bite is a delight. Even their cold brew is next-level. This place is absolutely the bakery of my dreams!

This bakery is one of my favorite things about Covington. The bread is as good as it gets (reminds me of the bakeries I used to frequent when I lived in Germany). The staff is genuinely pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciate that they are willing to bring my order out to the sidewalk whenever I´m walking by and have a dog with me. Do yourself a favor, and give this little shop a try. Be warned, though, their bread is amazing and you may not be willing to settle for less once you've had it...

Chose North South Baking for a long overdue coffee with a good friend and was very happy that I did. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The pastries and coffee were excellent! We’ll definitely be back.

New Riff is doing it right. To find a good bourbon it takes a good mash bill . To make a great bourbon flavor must accompany story. It is a great albeit short history but it does have some history with it . The staff was great along with our tour guide Dan. You are where I would love to be in a couple years. My first “bourbon tour” and not even in Bardstown, Kentucky, considering we live in Louisville so Bardstown is closer to us and there are tons of distilleries in Louisville. Part of the reason we chose this tour is that they make an amazing gin here which is unusual for bourbon makers. One of the best gins I’ve ever had. The surprise of the trip was the single mob whiskey, which impressed my husband, the experienced , bourbon, drinker, and me, the novice bourbon drinker. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and tons of fun. Lots of really interesting information and historical tidbits. There were only four patients on this tour, so we really felt like we had a VIP experience. Nice gift shop with all kinds of bourbon themed treats.

Let me start off by saying I am not a big bourbon person. Every good bar does need to have a stock of good liquor. I met Dan right as I entered the door. I explained my situation and he drafted a plan for me. He had me go to the 3rd floor and try a sampling. Before leaving, I looked over downstairs and it was a great setup. Outside their flagship Bourbon whiskey and Rye, they have Gin too. I was there for the Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, so I stuck to that. I went to the third floor to what I would classify as the Executive Boardroom. The bar in front was immaculate and the barkeep was extremely helpful. Even though I was outside my element, I went with a testing of 3 of their bourbons. My 3 choices were their Flagship Bourbon Whiskey, Straight Rye Whiskey and the 8 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Out of the 3, to my uneducated taste buds was the 8 Year Old Bourbon. That was the smoothest that I had. I will now have a bottle of that on the top shelf of my home bar. Check out the store as there is a lot of awesome stuff to take home. I got a magnet (and some Bourbon of course), but I wanted so much more . . . like the ice cream 🍦 Make sure to take something home with you to share with family and friends as they have miniature bottles for gifting. I should have gotten a hat, but I had gotten one earlier and didn’t want to explain to the wife why I got another hat 🤣 Highly recommend this for any fan of Bourbon as a family member also loved the Bourbon here. I got her a mini-bottle and she immediately opened it in a tumbler with ice.

New riff bourbon is amazing all there products are top of the line and if you haven't tried their Silver Grove bourbons you need to go to the distillery and get it. Didn't have time for the tour this time but definitely going back.

This visit was unexpected and very nice! From the front entry which was decorated for fall into the gift shop that had yummy candles and other bourbon themed gifts, up to the third floor bar for fabulous snacks and drinks. We had the snack board and pretzel both of which were fantastic. The staff brought out extra crackers for us too. I don't really like bourbon but loved my drink which was the Cherry Garcia. My partner got the bourbon flight which he enjoyed. Definitely would return and recommend.

This place was great! We came down for their riverboat cruise and stopped there to check out the distillery. The people there were very friendly, and the bar was great! Definitely give this place a visit! Special shoutout to Dan and Val!

Lived in the area awhile and been here quite a few times to buy bourbon a d have a drink, but this time we did the tour and it was great! Lots of tastes of bourbons on this tour. And great info about the history of the distillery, as well as Kentucky bourbon. The tour guide was so friendly and inviting! The bar upstairs is my favorite. Always friendly and yummy.

Stopped to have a drink and dinner on our way to Louisville. Met a couple regulars that shared the history of the bar which was the main reason for the rating. Loved what they shared and the history of the pub. Our service was great and quick. Great options for a pub. The food and drinks we had were ok.

Love this place on certain Sat nights when Moonshine Drive, (a GREAT Blue Grass group), is there. They play out in the large sheltered patio area. The first time we went for dinner to hear the group, the food was decent. This time, it was over an hour before we learned they lost our ticket, then when we finally got our meals, only the salad was better than mediocre. If Moonshine Drive hadn't been playing, we would have left. The only reason I would consider making the trip again is to enjoy the music. Maybe if the owner had been there, food and service might have been better. We'll see. In the meantime, you'd better hang on to Moonshine Drive!

The food was unique and very good. Their Old Fashioned is the best ive had in Cincinnati, and the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. The outdoor area will be the only place I go to enjoy everything they have to offer, as there is a stage for live performances. The staff are all polite and helpful. This will be one of my new favorite spots

Arnold's is a great place for good food and a cold beer. Our 6 person lunch party ate in the covered outdoor area reached by waking through the long bar. There was a piano player playing blues music which created a great atmosphere. Wait staff was attentive. Well worth the visit. We will be back when we're in town.

Really cute historic bar and restaurant with live music. The outdoor seating area has a stage and they had a really fantastic band playing. The food was really good. I tried the green tomato burger, the wings And the fried cauliflower. All were delicious. The drinks were good and it's all reasonably priced. They have vegetarian options and gluten free. It's handicap accessible. There's better parking in the lot behind and then you can cut through the alley. The historic building it's in is beautiful And they've done a good job keeping that speakeasy kind of vibe. It's close enough to be able to walk to eat first tand then walk other events. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended

Arrived in Cincinnati early and the hotel room wasn’t ready. Found this nice little hole in the wall bar and restaurant. Opened up into a very interesting dining experience. I tried 2 different IPA’s which were great. For dinner I had the delicious wings and the meatballs and another beer. When I ordered my 4th beer I asked what the percentage was of this particular beer, at which point the waitress made a rude comment “well that’s going to be your last one” my friends and I laughed assuming her dry sense of humour must be a her “thing”. Nope, she was dead serious, yet continued serving my two coworkers drinks. Shelby would be better served washing dishes or bussing tables until she can understand how her position affects the customers experience and further patronage.

Pizza is soooo good! Thin crust is crispy and the sausage is amazing on the truffle sausage pizza! If you sit at bar, you watch the pizzas be made in their fire brick oven.

The burger and tots were decent, nothing extraordinary, but the service made up for it—staff were super polite and friendly. The vibe inside was cool and welcoming. The surprise standout was the chocolate chip cookie—fresh, delicious, and only $2.50.

Good atmosphere, excellent service & awesome pizza!! A block or so up from the river pier. We visited right before the WEBN Labor Day fireworks show. Place was full, but service was still good.

I was there before a Bengals game so the place was busy but the barman was attentive and the service was good. I ordered the bacon, apple, and blue cheese pizza which was very tasty and had an excellent crust although, if anything, had a bit too much blue cheese but it's normally the opposite. There was a decent craft beer selection as well.

We enjoyed delicious food for two days. The pizza deserves attention! We are very satisfied and ready to come back here again!

Definitely worth the trip over the bridge! Absolutely the best hot honey latte in the whole Midwest! Employers were beyond patient and kind as we looked over the menu and discussed drink options. My teen had an iced tiramisu latte. I’ll be back when I’m in town again.

Such a cozy atmosphere with plenty of space—perfect for a casual coffee chat or getting some work done. I really enjoyed my time here and especially loved the character the original brick walls add to the interior.

I really love the vibe and the coconut latte and breakfast sandwiches are super great!! My only complaint is the efficiency of the staff and flow of everything really. I think a lot of coffee shops try not to get caught up in the fast food coffee shop scheme which at times can be great and more authentic of a structure , but I find that that baristas dropping what they’re doing to have a long, full on conversation with each other while not continuously moving as the line is out the door isn’t quite efficient either. While the post it note ordering tickets that the cashier uses looks cute, having to put the order in the POS andddd write the order on the note isn’t quite efficient either. It looks to really stress every cashier staff I interact with greatly in fact. I think I like what they’re going for, and there’s a reason this place is as popular as it is…it’s nice! I just find myself always quite miserable waiting and watching the flow of things. I definitely think proper streamlining and flow of ordering to customer pick up can be greatly improved and I’m sure other customers waiting would agree.

Had heard about the Analog Bar from both friends and co-workers. It came highly recommended. You should make reservations as there are only 7 seats. The concept is they make drinks both coffee and otherwise ( think tea and mocktails). They have about 6 or 7 drinks on the menu and every 6 weeks they change the theme. When we went the theme was art. So cool. Both Cassidy and Shane served us during our hour there. I had the Double Elvis which was a double expresso with honey, peanut butter and banana chips. Pretty amazing. The experience lasts an hour and is totally worth it. It has repeatability since they change the menu and theme so often. Highly recommend. Carabello Coffee is also a pretty large coffee house with 2 large seating areas. There were a lot of people there working on their laptops or just hanging out. The coffee is excellent (I also had a pour over). They have pastries as well.

Tried both the quick service, high quality side and the relaxed, bar style Analog side. Both experiences were outstanding, with the right amount of engagement from staff on both sides of the business. Highly recommended whether you're looking for a quick cup or a third wave fully immersed experience.

My first time at the theatre was to see Jajas African Hair Braiding play and it was great. The staff welcoming everyone was nice and the cast did a great job. The theatre is a little small but it can fit just enough people. Cant wait to go back again for another event.

We managed to get tickets for Hands on a Hardbody through a local veteran's ticket group. If not for that we probably would have never visited the Ensembe Theatre. It was a great experience and location right in the heart of downtown. Thank you to the Ensemble Theatre for donating the tickets and allowing us to check out an amazing show!

Great set for "Maytag Virgin". It's a good show. Not a bad seat in the house!

We were afforded the gift and priveledge to bring two of our grandkids to see Fiona, the musical. We all thoroughly enjoyed the show, dancing, and singing. The boys were engaged throughout the whole perrformance and truly captivated. The seats all have wonderful views of the stage.

First time patron and anticipating to be a long time patron. The location is fantastic for folks wanting to have a bite to eat before or after the show. A reasonably priced parking garage is directly across the street. The service from the box office and the bar was top notch. My husband and I enjoyed it so much we immediately bought tickets for other shows. Highly recommended!

Saw this place on tick tock. It was about they're brunch. I was looking for a new spot to try. This place totally disappointed in that area. It was gorgeous beautiful vibes decent staff. We had bacon Jerry instead of bacon. My sister could've played hockey with her biscuit. I had the lemon curd pancakes they were lovely.

Wonderful property, the hotel was clean, staff was extremely pleasant. The rooftop bar was wonderful, although cold during my stay. My complaint of our stay would be the awkward layout of the suite. The closest for clothing storage, and the bathroom can only be accessed by exiting the bedroom. Night use of the restroom was very inconvenient as well as dressing when you must leave the room, walk out and through the seating area each time. This was the Terrain 2 room suite, not sure if all are the same layout but this was very inconvenient. Expect to do a lot of tipping, from room service, ice needs, valet, cleaning... Just a lot of tipping. We would recommend this as a romantic, special occasion, long stay business, get away stay. The Lytle was AWESOME! 4 stars only because of the room layout.

Quiet park on the east side of the city. Great place for a quiet walk!

The lighter hotel is lovely. It has a beautiful view from the 6th floor in the vista restaurant.

Nice small city park known for its rare public statue of Abraham Lincoln without a beard. Pretty flower beds and great spot for an old fashion picnic. Features a child's play set and numerous benches to sit and relax. Close proximity to Taft Museum, arena and ballpark. Though there are public restrooms they seem to be permanently closed. A small jewel in the Queen City's crown.

This is a small but nice city park. It offers many benches, beautiful flowers and a green spot among the city landscape.

The customer service and hospitality is 10 out of 10. Just amazing on top of the awesome productions that they bring to the city! I just want to highlight the amazing bartender who gave my friends Daughter Her own personal chips so that we could avoid a tantrum from a three year-old. Friendly team! Diverse and inclusive and Just grateful for the work that they do!

First time ever visiting and I'm only sad I never heard about it earlier. A friend suggested I check out a show there (a presentation of Creepshow!) and it was endlessly entertaining. I didn't want the show to end! The theater was cozy, the bartender was fast and friendly, and the show itself was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

Saw “Ada and the Engine” Saturday March 21, 2018. It was a wonderful cast! Great cozy theatre and the bar scene on the first floor was comfy and really brings you into the mood for some theatre. The tickets wee punch cards given to us at will call from buying online, very hip and cool, but not in the overly hipster kind of way. As a lover of the theatre and a high school thespian, it was great getting in touch with the arts here in Cincinnati. Perfect place to “Play”

There is literally always a production happening here. If it's not a mainstage production, it's an Underground production, or a festival, Serials, special event, special guest. They also offer a Welcome Wednesday experience every Wednesday of their mainstage shows where a set number of walkup tickets are free and reserved are only $5. Well worth trying out to see a show you've never heard of. This IS Cincinnati's theatrical playground!

Really loved the atmosphere! It really feels like an urban Theatre in the middle of this really up-and-coming area. They have a bar if you're looking to get a drink, but I would avoid it if you're actually going to see a performance. I went to see Calculus the Musical, and they did a great job (well worth the 15 dollar price of admission).

Know Theatre located in heart of OTR. Perfect place to go watch a play or performance. There's a bar and seating area separate from the theatre area.

I attended the Know to see a Live Podcast “History Dweebs” even though it’s downtown there is close and accessible parking. The facility has a bar and clean bathrooms.

If your just going in to pick up a 12 pack it's not the best or quickest location. But if you want to get blown away by selection and atmosphere go on in. Plenty of 'staff' around. I saw items I've never seen before in my 48 yrs of going into bars,liquor stores and distillery tours!!! Definitely not the Kentucky I grew up in !!

The Party Source in Bellevue, KY, is a liquor lover’s paradise with an incredible selection of bourbons, wines, and craft beers at great prices. Knowledgeable staff and a well-organized store make shopping a breeze. Don’t skip the bar in the back—perfect for sampling exclusive store picks on a budget. A must-visit!

As their name implies, the Party Source is a one stop shop when you're planning a get together. They have all of the plates, cups, and napkins you need. And plenty of party favors and decorations. And as for libations- their selections on beer, wine, and liquor are unmatched! But since I'm 20+ years sober, none of that interests me anymore. Fortunately for me, the Party Source also carries a wide assortment of alcohol-free beverages, non-alcoholic brews, soft drinks, juices, and mixers. Its possible to even mix & match a 6 pack if you ever wanted to try different non-alcoholic brews. My curiosity also carried me into their walk-in humidor while I was there. The guys in there gave me some very helpful advice and suggestions for the cigars that I purchased. I know I'm leaving out plenty but the only way to get a complete idea about the Party Source is to go and experience it for yourself.

This place is insanely huge! More alcohol option than any place in Northern ky. Great tasting lounge in the back of this massive store! Not too mention the amazing location!

Sheesh-oh-Pete! This place is HUGE. The selection is amazing. I especially loved the gigantic selection of mini bottles. There are liquors I’ve wanted to try without the commitment of a full bottle. This is the place for that! Friendly staff and easy check out. Super clean and well lit. We’re Ohioans but we’ll be back.

Huge selection with just about anything you can think of. It is always fun to browse and find something new to try. The store is well stocked and organized, which makes it easy to explore. Great spot for both everyday picks and special occasions.The only downside is that this is too far from my house. 🏠

If you’re into beer and you wanna learn about Cincinnati and the breweries from the early 1900s forward this is a fantastic tour. I highly recommend Harrison as a tour guide. He was incredible very knowledgeable and funny. Nice walking tour that takes you underground into where they used to brew the beer. Don’t miss it if you have a chance not to mention, can’t go wrong with the free beer.

Took the Cincinnati Underground tour with Breslin (aka Baconator). She was super fun and gave a ton of great info on the history of the Over The Rhine and beer brewing in Cinci. Loved being able to go down to the crypt at the St Francis Church. Definitely recommend going during the week. We had a small group (8 people) so we got to spend more time in each area. We will definitely do another tour in the future.

A group of friends scheduled the Hidden Caverns Tour for Saturday at 2:30. Harrison was our guide & he did an excellent job. He provided a lot of historical information pertaining to the city & the underground taverns. His stories were very entertaining. I have participated in several tours & they have all been excellent. I highly recommend American Legacy Tours & Harrison!

We went for the Hidden Brewery Caverns Tour with Harrison and he really delivered. We were running close on time and he even texted to make sure he didn’t get started without us. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and got us around safely. The tour was amazing. Loved seeing and learning so much about Cincy history and the breweries. It really was a great time!

Harrison was our tour guide and was funny with his insider and side stories. We took my in laws for their birthday who are horror buff and know a lot about our local city, but they still learned a lot of new history and facts with this tour. Definitely would recommend

The Nightmare on Elm Street tour with Jordan was excellent. The lager tunnels were very cool and Jordan was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this tour! The Ultimate Queen City is Haunted tour with Melanie was also excellent! Melanie was also very knowledgeable! I highly recommend American Legacy Tours! I’ve done other haunted tours and these guides are far better and more professional!

This place is awesome. Super cool owners and family ran. They have an amazing array of mustards. And the smoke corndog is amzingggg.

Wow. What a fantastic place. So much fun here. Really tasty beers! And the pizza...SO DELICIOUS! We wanted to go right back the next day for another! Can't wait to visit again!

Went here to see a friend play music. Wasn't aware of everything else this location has to offer. Good variety of beer, simple bar food, and ..... What ... Circus performers. The decor inside is early American warehouse, but don't let that scare you away. The person who served us beer at the bar was a juggler. We took our seat at a table and the staff member who waited on us performed on the steel ring and silks. It was a very enjoyable evening and I would recommend you give it a try.

My second time at Bircus and my first time catching a full show here for New Years Eve. I have to say they did an outstanding job putting together a family friendly event that had great stunts, food, and it was affordable as well! Our ticket to the event got 4 family members in at 2 wood fired Pizza’s for the table as well as soft drinks. This was a more than adequate amount of food and it was delicious. There beer has always been exceptional and I love the IPA’s. Now for the show, equally exciting for adults as well as kids. The stunts kept you on the edge of your seat and awing at the spectacle. I would do this again in a heartbeat. They really know how to put on a show!

Probably the most unique brewery we have been to! They have people preforming circus acts and it gives this place a really fun vibe. Think Las Vegas' Circus Circus, but at a brewery. Lots of different beers available and we liked most that we tried. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pizza available on site. On street parking but we had no problem finding a spot.

I snagged a Groupon for their weekend family show on a whim and it was a home run. Great place to grab a beer, eat some pizza and enjoy a show. At the end they even allow the kids up to try some of their tricks. We made the drive down from Lebanon and I have a feeling my kids will be talking me into going back again.

Okay let’s talk funny business! The tickets were easy to process and with a family of 9 this afternoon weekend activity was just what the doctor ordered. The circus team of 4 was friendly, engaging, and energetic. The show was divided into a few parts. The first part consisted of the show! Juggling, fire throwing, dog tricks, holla hopes and a unicycle performer. During the intermission the team engaged with the crowd and collected tips. Following the intermission the crew did a training with all the kids! For the cost, the circus was just right, nonetheless, they did run out of kid snacks.

Of all the places to eat in Mainstrasse this is my favorite. I have been here for everything from special events to brunch and dinner. I have had exactly 0 things that have been bad and several dishes that are extremely good. They will often do daily specials and even with enjoying the menu a lot. I find that their daily specials often to be even better. I have taken my family and everyone agrees this place is extremely above average and has some of the better food we have eaten anywhere.. The service has always been good Steven their bartender is extremely exceptional! He just makes sure anything you need is handled even special orders. I have done like 100 reviews and he is the only server I know by name. If you get a chance to go and eat at this place I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed a delicious brunch here today with my husband. He had the rabbit hash, and I had the chicken and waffles. Both were great. Also enjoyed some delicious cocktails. The space is beautiful and open.

They have an interesting but limited menu. We had the Kentucky Fried rabbit and a vegetarian dish whose name escapes me and the dumpling appetizer. All the sauces they served were great. Dumplings were good, the veggie dish was OK. Rabbit was smoked and fried and was delicious. Had a cocktail, it was underwhelming. The ladies' room was absolutely frigid.

A lot of TLC went into the planning of this charming gem, and it shows. Located in the heart of historic Mainstrasse Village, this impeccably restored beauty is bright, airy and inviting. I came for Saturday brunch and was greeted by a friendly, attentive staff, a lively and trendy crowd, and clean open kitchen. I ordered the breakfast board with a side of home fries. Everything was clearly prepared fresh in-house, right down to the ketchup. My coffee was fresh and hot, and my cup was never empty. Prices are well in line with typical bistros, but this place is anything but typical. Bring a date, your friends or family, or come alone. You'll be made to feel at home. I'll be back.
