I travel a lot and I have to say this is one of the Top 10 restaurants that I’ve been to in the United States so far. Went here for lunch, I sat at the bar. The staff was great the only issue is that one of the bartenders kept trying to take my plate before I was finished, and sometimes it was hard to find her because she was working the bar and floor. Plus she wasn’t as friendly as some of the other staff, other than that, I had a great experience! One other small thing is, I wish you could add better items on the happy hour menu.

A Mixed Bag with Room for Improvement ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ (2.5/5) We visited Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar for lunch and left with mixed feelings. While a couple of items stood out for decent flavor, the overall experience, especially the service and value, didn’t quite meet expectations for a mid-range bistro. 🍽️ What We Ordered: 1. Fried Calamari – Lightly crispy and seasoned well enough, but the portion was small for the ~$20 price tag. The artichokes and pickled onions on the side were a nice touch and helped round out the dish. 2. Avocado Toast – Served as four half-slices of toast with a thin spread of avocado—decent, but underwhelming. The scrambled eggs were passable but felt commercial. The arugula salad on the side was overdressed and heavy on cheese, likely gorgonzola. 3. Steak Salad – The steak cubes were overcooked and arrived cold, which was the biggest disappointment. Though the salad greens were fresh and plentiful, the dish was heavy on cashews, and the cheese flavor was intense. 4. Breakfast Burrito with Fries – I didn’t try this personally, but our friend said it was not memorable. The fries looked average—crispy but nothing special. 💁‍♀️ Service: Service was polite but lacked attentiveness. After being seated, we waited about 10–15 minutes to receive a drink order. Only two glasses were brought out for three people, and when our appetizer arrived, no utensils were provided. We had to request basics that should have been automatically offered. We did appreciate the server accommodating our request to change tables for better sun however. 🎨 Ambience: The interior had a retro-upscale family restaurant vibe—maybe reminiscent of a 1990s aesthetic. Some might find the design nostalgic, though it felt a little dated to us. The lighting fixtures were interesting and varied in design, which added a little flair. Pricing falls into the $30–40 range per person with an appetizer, so expectations were naturally higher. 📝 Final Thoughts: Twigs Bistro has potential, but inconsistencies in food quality, small portions for the price, and inattentive service made the visit less than ideal. While we enjoyed some elements like the calamari and fresh greens, it’s not a place we’d prioritize returning to—especially given the number of great dining options in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised to stumble across this fine establishment on our way through town! An absolute delight after driving hundreds of miles and being challenged by “road food” and rest stop survival rations! Instead of ordering the most expensive dishes, we went for comfort food so as to not shock our systems. The wife got Shrimp Street Tacos and I got the BLT. If a place can’t make a decent BLT, it’s a safe bet they probably suck at everything else too! The drinks were delightful! Our meals, both exceptional! Looking forward to stopping in again, soon!

I had such a lovely experience at Twigs Bistro, thanks to my wonderful server, Cameron. The bacon burger sliders and fries with Gorgonzola cheese were absolutely delicious—comforting and full of flavor. But what truly made the evening special was Cameron’s warm and thoughtful service. Dining out alone can sometimes feel a bit awkward, but Cameron’s kindness made the meal feel welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for a great dinner and even better hospitality!

My wife and I love this restaurant for date night. They have a lot of great food and drink choices. We have enjoyed everything we have had here. I highly recommend the pork belly yakisoba and the mandarin mango mojito! The service has always been top notch and the staff is very friendly.

Twigs Bistro: Where even the zucchini shows off I’ve been to Twigs more times than I care to admit, and it’s always a win. Last time I had the Colette steak and it was downright glorious—juicy, perfectly cooked, and clearly made by someone who respects a good cut of meat. But the real surprise? The zucchini. I don’t usually get excited about vegetables, but this zucchini had its life together. Tender, flavorful, not a soggy mess—honestly, it was the overachiever of the plate. The drinks are also consistently great—always with some fun twist that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a secret on the menu. One sip and suddenly you’re contemplating if you should’ve gone to mixology school. It’s got great vibes, killer food, and the kind of drinks that make you forget you were “just getting one.” Highly recommend.

Excellent Service and Delicious Experience! My daughter and I recently had dinner at Twigs, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We were fortunate to have Jeanna as our waitress, and she truly made the evening special. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared with great attention to flavor and presentation. Our drinks were equally impressive, crafted with care and creativity. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Jeanna was attentive without being intrusive, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed every moment. A definite 10/10 service experience. We’ll absolutely be back and we’ll be asking for Jeanna again!

I went to play hold 'em and was verbally harassed by another player. It's posted that bullying isn't allowed or you're out for the night. This did not happen. Update: I called as requested and I was 86ed for MY REVIEW as was my partner for reacting verbally (2 days later) to the person who harassed me. The one who started this mess is still free to come and go as he pleases. If you're looking for a good dive bar in Kennewick, I'd recommend elsewhere.

used to love playing poker here with good players till one bad apple insulted my wife , we were both kicked out of this bar by the owner. anyone coming to kennewick looking for a good dive bar , there are better places to go than here.

Had a blast there. Stopped by on a road trip. Made it in time for a punk show. Servers were very aware of everything going on and recognized me quickly enough for bringing out food and drinks. Sitting outside was very cozy with all the seating, lights, and the fire. The sound was excellent for the bands. Inside was well insulated for getting away from the noise. Pool table, clean bathrooms, quick service, cheap drinks. Good time.

Love this place. Chill atmoatmosphere, the owner is amazing, allows dogs as long as you clean up after them, and she turned the outside into a beautiful relaxing oasis . A must if you want a cold drink and beautiful scenery!!

Been there .any times the staff are the best people. The live music is too of the line and the place is clean. It is usually busy so get there early is my advice and enjoy yourself but be cool or go home the dont put up with too many crazies

Extremely kind staff. I have balance issues and instead of assuming I was over the limit, they asked me if i have medical issues and continued to serve me. Feels amazing to not get cut off just because of my general balance issues <3

She was so busy during St. Patrick’s day and managed to keep a positive and happy attitude while literally running around the bar to get everyone everything that they ordered in a timely manner. She was so kind and helpful and happy to answer any questions. 10/10 would recommend.

bartender's were really good on their game drinks were good and strong. I had chicken pizza which the bartender made it was pretty good white sauce with pesto. I will definitely return when I am in town again

The bartenders here are all amazing. Always checking on us to see if we need another drink and super friendly and kind. Definitely a place to hangout and have a few drinks.

Had the pizza. For me, the crust was too thick. Tasted pretty good, though. Waitress was great and attentive.

I Love this place! The Bartenders are friendly and happy to be at work. The Food! Is super good! The atmosphere is fun, upbeat and always entertaining! The management at Jack's is on point! Everything just flows, it makes it so easy to relax and have a good time. Jackalope Bar and Grill is truly is a great place to visit, always going out of their way to make sure their customers want to stay awhile. Nice work ladies!

Friendly service. Tasty food and appetizers. Mixology bartenders!! Bloody Mary, lime margaritas and Irish Death beer are soooooooo yummy. Fish and chips, potato cakes and side salad are very tasty. Beautiful view of the Columbia River. The food is phenomenal. Two things that go well together. Their menu items change often. We need to come here more often. The eggs benefit ham was thick and you need a steak knife to cut through it. I had a cinnamon waffle with candied pecans and fresh strawberries. Just delicious. The coffee was bold yet smooth.

Food was absolutely delicious! Our server was Ashley and she was so kind and helpful. We loved her. I had an amazing old fashioned and ravioli! My boyfriend had steak and loved it. We also had the honey drizzled feta and focaccia and it was outstanding. We will be back 🖤

Fun and diverse menu. People are attentive. Great patio seating and easy to get a space. Spinach and strawberry salad was delicious and added blackened chicken was cooked surprisingly well. Wife loved her salmon dish but wished the potatoes were softer or came with some kind of sauce or butter.

Let me share an experience. We thought we scheduled a dinner reservation at Lulu's. By mistake we had scheduled it for the next day. The hostess and manager worked to open up space for us, placed us in a quiet room, and served us the most wonderful food. All because we messed up the reservation. Our large group had and amazing experience and I am so pleased to see that Old Fashioned Customer Service still exists in the world. We will definitely be returning customers.... PS. The Pig Candy is to die for delicious 😋.

Not sure what was better the amazing service from our server Franklin or the perfectly crispy fries and burger I had! My wife also had a great experience and she enjoyed her cheesecake for desert. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary here 🍾🥂🥳

Another restaurant that charges 3% credit card fee. The view from the restaurant was nice, only if you sit by the window or outside. There is an elevator to take you to the top floor. I had the smoked pork nachos, they were very tasty. I liked the cheese they used. I had fish and chips. COD wasn’t fresh but more likely a frozen item that was deep fried. You can tell. I took some bites. Didn’t take any leftovers. The sweet potatoes fries were delicious. My drinks were good. La Paleta I recommend.

Stopped in on our drive through heading from Oregon to Idaho. Based our order after reading reviews. My husband and I split both the smoked pork nacho and the BBQ burger. The burger was filled will wonderful combination of unique flavors of heat and sweetness. I am a heat whip and though it wasn't overly spicy, I was glad I had a glass of water to cool my tongue. Like I said I am a heat whip. The burger did not have an overpowering flavor of BBQ which I appreciated as I am not a fan of BBQ sauce on burgers so ordering this was outside my norm. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My husband was nervous about the slaw on it and he too loved it. The nachos also were amazing. Loved the queso and creama! The Lavender Honey Bees Knees cocktail was a special one. We we asked about the drink our server had the bartender come to our table to tell us about it. I was pleasantly surprised he took the time to share how he makes this special concoction! Definitely highly recommend! We stopped in on a Thursday about 12:30 for lunch. We were seated right away. The service was prompt and courteous with a couple remarks that made me chuckle.

Nachos were a 5/10. They weren’t bad, but they weren’t good either. I wouldn’t order them again. The shrimp tacos 2/10 had little flavor or kick. They were pretty bland. I wouldn’t recommend them. The Killer Mac was a 5/10. The chicken was dry, so I wouldn’t order it again. The Honey Serrano chicken burger was an 8/10. The taste was good, and it had a nice spicy kick. I would order it again. I think burgers are what they succeed in here. Wouldn’t come back

Had a lunch date here today. The service was amazing. Our waitress, Juliette, was an absolute doll. We ordered the Bees Knees drink and it blew our socks off. We ordered a second one before the first was gone. It tasted like a chocolate cake shot in drink form. Superb. I ordered the Killer Mac and my husband ordered the Blueprint burger. My Mac was out of this world. The chicken tasted like you grilled it at home. I actually ordered a whole other Mac dish to go it was that good. My husband said the blueprint was the best blu cheese burger he has ever had and he orders one anywhere we go so he knows his blu burgers. I’ve never seen bacon so thick on his burger. It was like a whole slice of pork belly. Oh and the garlic parm fries with the garlic aoli dip was bonkers together. The weather was gorgeous so we sat on the balcony to eat. Everything about this place was 10/10. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We will be back. Go try it I promise you will love it.

Update September 2025: Not sure what happened but if this had been my first experience I wouldn't be back. The server wasn't helpful at all. My salad was rusty. The staff just seemed like they wanted to go home. Previous review: One of the few places that is open after 8pm as sad as that is this place is pretty dialed in. Quick service, nice staff, and good food make this a solid choice. Several beers on tap, wine, and mixed drinks. On the third floor but there is an elevator if needed.

Had a wonderful lunch date with my wife at Proof Gastropub. The food was exceptional, but one drink stood out above all else. My wife asked Brandon (the fantastic bartender) to make a Gin-based cocktail, and received her new favorite drink. He presented an amazing version of the Prohibition Bees Knees. The lavender color and hint of vanilla on the lemon wheel pairs with the mild sweetness of honey and gin in a phenomenon you MUST experience. My wife had three and said she could have spent the afternoon drinking them. Proof might be our new regular date spot because of this drink. The chips and guac, fish and chips, and old fashioned were also great. Give them a try, and I think you'll find yourself satisfied at the end of your meal.

Cool spot in Richland! The restaurant was nice and spacious, good decor, clean restrooms, and all of the staff was really nice - shout out to our server Matthew. Excellent customer service! Starting off with the appetizers, our food was really good. We got the crusty bread and epic pretzel & cheese. Both were apps were simple, but extremely tasty. We wished we’d ordered more of the bread. We were really excited for the entrees because of how good the apps were, but both could’ve been a better. We got the 12oz top sirloin (with rice pilaf instead of fries) and vodka penne. The steak was cooked well, but somewhat flavorless, even with the herb butter on top. Maybe that’s intentional so customers can salt to taste (we had to pile it on), but I feel like adding just bit wouldn’t hurt during the cook. The penne vodka had a lot of tomatoes and seemed fresh, but I couldn’t find much sausage in the sauce, and it was also lacking a lot of salt. Nothing that can’t be solved with the salt shaker, but would expect a bit more for the price. Also, some of my noodles were lukewarm. We wrapped it up with the lemon brûlée cheesecake, with was a perfect dessert. All the ingredients paired so well with each other. Definitely did not regret getting it, even though we were full! Overall, not a bad place, just needed a little more tweaking on the entrees. One other thing - there were a couple flies swarming our table and the one infront of us. A bit hard to enjoy eating when you’re focused on swatting flies away - so maybe they can get a mesh screen for the door or something (they have patio seating, so I’m assuming they flew in when people were going in & out)? Might’ve been an off day, but I’d definitely go back if in the area.

Amazing place! I went on a dinner date with my boyfriend and the food was super good. The atmosphere was great, we were able to talk no noise at all. I loved the food. Steak bites were my favorite, but the drinks are good too; They have cute drinks for special occasions. Dania was our server she was friendly and attentive. She was recommending us drinks and food she’s the best very patient person. Great costumer service ! 10/10

Loved the menu but lots to be desired. Out of the wine we ordered, limited beer selection, burger over cooked, tortellini had ham instead of prosciutto, fries were luke warm, and tiger cake dessert tasted like freezer burn. Also, we ordered the artichoke dip appetizer which came with 6 small slices of toasted tostini. The amount of artichoke dip clearly needed more bread and when I was able to hunt someone down for more, they charged $3 for it. Portions should be close to what is needed to eat the dish. Just a incredibly disappointing dining experience and would not recommend it for the food. Sirloin steak was cooked medium rare and had a good seasoning. And the mixed drinks were both really good. But Did you die and the wellers old fashioned we very good.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere and amazing service were fantastic! Our waitresses, Megan, made the experience all the more enjoyable with her easy going nature and impeccable attention to detail. My wife and I will definitely be returning on our next child free night! P.S. The fried rice bowl with the steak exceeds expectations!

Love this place! Always ago-to in town, they have outdoor music with a nice crowd; super friendly atmosphere, we bring our children here and they devour the food! Dania our server is always super friendly and never misses!

We love coming here. You can’t go wrong with any food item. Wish my pasta would be a bit hotter. Warm pasta is not my thing. But otherwise, very delicious.

Had a great time with the most attentive bartender Dania. She recommended the lettuce wraps which is all I can think about now and made the best lemon drop I’ve ever tried. She made me feel comfortable and was very friendly, definitely will come back.

Came in for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting much from a place that has such a big bar. The food was spectacular, folks were friendly and it was clean. Portions sizes were generous without being overwhelming. I had the Santa Fe breakfast and my buddy had the Country Fried Steak. Both were excellent and we look forward to coming again.

Stopped here to warch the seahawk game while on a road trip. First time ever wife made the comment about a breakfast. "Best breakfast ever" had the Santa Fe sandwich (an elevated version of avocado toast). I agreed with her.

First visit and pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and ordered from the Bar Bites menu, buffalo wings and Mac and cheese. The Tillamook Mac and cheese was to die for. Definitely will stop in again.

The owner was working at the bar and she did an amazing job, even at a cocktail request she wasn't familiar with. The food was delicious as well. It is a bit off the path, and the parking lot felt abnormally small, I ended up having to park on a side street fearing I was either too long or wide for any of the spaces.

Have been here multiple times. The food is amazing. So, so good. Service is a touch slow. Even on slower days. It is slightly dark in the place but I think that is to go with the theme.

Stopped here around 11pm for dinner while on a work trip. Ordered fish n chips which was 20$ and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my food. 3 pieces of fish which were a decent size but chewy. Ordered togo, came with coleslaw fries and tartar sauce. No lemon for the fish which I guess isn't a given but would've been nice. The amount of sauce given wasn't really enough for the amount of fish. Biggest gripe is they just tossed the coleslaw in the same box as the fish and fries so by the time I got home the slaw was warm and inedible. For 20$ I expect some pretty damn good fish plus this spot is 2 blocks from the river. Mediocre fare tonight for alot of $$$

This is a great place with a good selection of beer and very friendly staff! They don't offer any food but are ok with you bringing your own. Their entire beer menu is available on the free Digital Pour app which is very convenient. The view after it gets dark out is amazing with their wall of windows and outdoor seating area.

A casual and still effortlessly classy atmosphere. You get the feeling upon entrance that everyone knows each other and if they don't, they will soon. This is a very clean business with artfully placed lighting and friendly polite staff. There is a sectioned patio area to enjoy the view or to use tobacco products. The tap menu is extensive boasting 40 varieties of brew, all selections are on a colorful digitalized board that is very easy to read. The Copper Top has growlers for sale so you may enjoy your favorite brew at home. The view from the Tap House is spectacular during the day and absolutely exquisite at night. There is live entertainment Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays plan to come early it fills up fast. The staff are also family members and love to see the success that The Tap House enjoys. **Note: This is my first visit to the Tap House, however it will not be my last. I want to add that the Copper Top has conveniently placed USB charging ports under the entire bar for customers to conveniently charge their devices. This is not a biased review, it's honest, in that vein I will disclose that the proprietor is my former husband. By former, I mean we have been divorced for over 20 years and will both continue that status individually.

Copper Top has great taps, but it gets super crowded early. When the sun is out, they have patios, but in the colder months, it can feel like a submarine.

Staff was incredibly friendly! Relaxed atmosphere, dog friendly, decent view. Every beer we tasted was great. Loved the tangerine sour!

Was a great time. Really enjoyed the drink selections and bartender was great and attentive.

They used to have great breakfast. Now, not so much. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and crusty brown, hashbrowns oily. Omelet was cold and overcooked. Blasting rap music from kitchen and classic rock from restaurant speakers made atmosphere obnoxious. 11:00 on a Sunday and not busy but Everyone basically ignored by servers. Been going here a long time but won't go back.

That was a great breakfast. The pool tables are very nice and the parking is so much better. The people are incredible and make returning so much more likely.

I asked where was the best place to buy a crispy chicken salad and they all will a lot of people voted for players. I've never been here before so I called up and I ordered a salad. I got home and to my surprise this was a great salad. The chicken was separate from the salad so the salad was not warm. It had egg cheese veggies. It was so good and plenty. While I was waiting I saw a wrap that looked good too.

We loved the atmosphere! It's kind of a dark pool hall. It's a big place with many options for seating. It was nice to just hide in the back and have fun conversations with friends! Good drinks

Terrible service. Bar was empty at 12:30 in the afternoon on a Monday and yet our food took 90 minutes from start to finish. The waitress was not the least bit attentive and we had to keep asking her for everything, sometimes we’d ask more than once. I’m talking about water, napkins, condiments...things we should have been given without asking for. Then when she brought the water, she took away my friends glass of beer that still had 1/3 left in it! The food was average but I’d save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Super bad ! Following on from the owner's response, I'm glad you investigated your employee. But I'd love for you to ask her why she refused to serve us even when we returned with a passport as she requested.

The staff are great here. They are quick to serve up drinks and food. They have Mango Kart, which is awesome in it's own right. I like the simple cheeseburger and have stuck with that. It is a sports bar and can get pretty loud at times, but overall, I've enjoyed hanging out there.

This place is amazing on Wednesday night with the Karaoke host Bret and big daddy Dennis. They run different genre game every Wednesday and if you sing a song from their genre, your name goes in a drawing. All the bartenders are just as amazing and very prompt. You can even arrive a little early and grab a bite to eat. The cook is fabulous and does a great job cooking . The most tastiest ever.

We reserved their FREE all ages banquet room and had a sports themed birthday party. We had a dedicated server that was great and the food was awesome. We will all definitely do this again.

This is a great sports bar. 6 different games on LG screens, plus a soccer game. Our waitress never heard of a snit w/a bloody Mary. Then she brought me one. She told me she had never heard that. Will she ask her customers from now on? She was on her game. Bet she always is. Professional.

I was genuinely impressed with the Bacon and Ham Cheeseburger. The bacon was perfectly crisp—flavorful without being burnt—and the portion of ham was generous, not just a token slice like you get at some places. The cheese was melted beautifully, covering the patty just right, and the bun was lightly toasted and warm to the touch, adding that final touch of quality. A well-crafted burger that hits all the right notes!

This is my first time visiting this restaurant. The menu is more bar style food, which they tried to make look fancy... but it's pricey for what you get. I decided to try the gnocchi mac and cheese and added medium rare tri tip. Also, we ordered a shareable. We got the Naan bread and hummus. All i can say is that it is NOT Naan bread. What we got was pizza crust cut into triangles. It tasted more like fried bread. The hummus was just ok, and the vegetables that I paid an extra 6 bucks for were a couple of pieces of carrots and bell peppers....(Imagine the side you would get with Buffalo wings) The meal came out piping hot and looked appealing visually. Unfortunately the meal was not great. The gnocchi were like heavy balls of mush and extremely over seasoned. They just added a bunch of parm on top of the food, which made it way too savory and over seasoned. The tri-tip that came out was seasoned well but dry and overcooked. I got a replacement, and the meat was cooked a lot better but salty as hell. The service was great, as the waitress was quick and came often. We got several refills of drinks.

Food was good, portion was very small for the price and takes a while. I’m a firm believer you can’t rush perfection but was about a good 35-40min. They charge an additional 4% for using a card I think? I’m guessing that’s the service fee. I’m already paying partially your employees wages by tipping 20%. Your prices should include your overhead and profit margin. So don’t nickel and dime your customers. Service was excellent. My waiter was cool as shit and atmosphere was nice. I would go again, just not too often as it’s pricey. Excellent booze menu! Just look at the menu I posted. Take away the bs service fee for a star, add a lil more to the plate, maybe an additional side or fun appetizer like bread and hummus or chips n salsa type thing for another star. Than you got urself a solid reputation to a huge foodie and critic.

Breakfast shout out to Fable Craft Bar, Wine Saloon, & Food Joint for a wonderful breakfast! My husband and I are always about finding the next best joint with good flavor and great service. They exceeded in all areas this morning! It was our first time for breakfast && we highly recommend! Hunter was a sweetheart and was very attentive, the food was all seasoned very well in every bite -no matter what we ate. We are normally SagePort Grille people but we might have found a new contender! Go check them out! Breakfast from 6a -11a Monday - Friday && 6a-2:30p on the weekends!

Fish and chips. Fries and gravy. Good service. Place is clean. Staff is fast. Friendly. And they know the menu. One of the better restaurants in the area actually. Fish and chips is all you can eat on Tuesday.

Last night we tried Fable for the first time and it did not disappoint! Our server Michael was a delight , funny, fast and customer service oriented. We had the jalepeno burger and the pork nachos! Soo yummy and crisps.

Enjoy the Flies.... so many flies!!! Not impressed at all by the Flies that were out of control and the fact that when the food came half the table was served and the other half sat with nothing in front of them for over 5 minutes. Go somewhere else with your money. Edit, so complaint to the waitress ended up with excuses and no recourse to correct the issues. She sent the bartender over since the manager was unavailable and he offered our meal at 50% and a $100 gift card. Hopefully they figure out how to serve a large party that made a reservation and ordered at the same time and for real..... figure out the fly issue. Was insane how many there were.

This place seems like it was great at a certain time but has not been maintained. Many games were out of order the past two times we went. Also, several games ate our tokens. Also it can get pretty hot in there with all of the machines running... maybe that's why so many need repair? The bartenders have always been nice, and the drinks are good. I hope the owner will put in some money for repairs soon. Otherwise, the next visit will be our last.

Second time here. Went over a year ago and it was ok. Today they had just opened. The bartender told me I needed to use the machine to get change for the games. The machine had a slot for a credit card but it was broken, cash only. So I rode home and got cash and came back. The place was much busier when I returned. I stuck $5 in the machine. It gave me nothing. I looked for an employee, but there was only the bartender. Now he had a line of people 12 deep waiting for service. I saw another customer using the change machine. I told him not to. Too late. My time is too valuable to stand in line wait for a bartender to service a lot of people, and then hope he will refund my money. A sign says no refunds abovethe machine. I decide to leave and I tell the other customer who got robbed to go ahead and add my money to his request to get a refund since he was going to wait. The atmosphere and service would be rated higher if they had more than one employee to help people and I don't believe they serve food. It's very disappointing, because the world needs more places like this, it is the closest arcade to my home, it just seems poorly run, and it kills me to hate on a local place. On a side note the place is pretty small, also. I travel often and go to a lot of arcades, this is the worst one I've been to. I will visit in the future to see if it gets better and change my review at that time if it does. Hopefully, I will.

Looking for an actual arcade near us. Online sounded promising. Got to the spot saw the classic arcade games. SWEEEET !!!!! So I thought. Half wouldn't accept the coins four took them but didn't work. Its great that it cost $0.25 per play but with half not working not much to choose from. My son was disappointed. I was disappointed.

Did you know that if you bring your receipt from Proof (the restaurant right across from Power Up), you get $5 in tokens? After eating at Proof, I came right down and got some drinks. They are all video game based and wonderful! There are arcade machines on every corner and its ADA friendly by having an elevator for those that are handicapped or disabled and can't get up the stairs. It might be a little tight for a wheel chair, but go ahead and try this place out regardless! The bartenders are super friendly and this place is a great hangout spot. They also allow minors on the last Sunday of every month.

Eclectic bar with fun games and pleasant staff. Great place to unwind or get a beer or one of their Video game inspired drinks. The only issue I had when I first went there was where is the front door.

My favorite game was out of commission... Drinks tasted good... Cashed out $5 of tokens an turned out they were closing early and closed the next day so I didn't get to use the tokens since i flew back home on the day they reopened... But cool atmosphere...

Tatum was very attentive and friendly. Accommodating and professional. She was very pleasant. Food was good but not super flavorful. The auju for my French dip was very bland. The potato soup was excellent. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich our son LOVED though. My husband's hamburger was loaded with stuff and very messy, but flavor was good.

This was my first time there. The first place we was seated the table really rocked around so we moved. The staff was friendly and there was no wait at 11am. The food was good. I would go there again. Having a robot bring out the food was new to me. A server soon followed.

Was seated quickly and waitress took our drink and food order quickly. Then we waited for an hour before another waiter took over and explained the first waitress had an emergency. Cool. He took our order again including drinks. 30 minutes past and still hadn’t even gotten drinks. 15 more minutes and we walked out. Place had maybe 6 tables full at the time. Stupid little robot delivering food was putting in more work than the staff hiding around the corner not doing anything. We won’t be back to this location.

Absolutely some of the best service I’ve ever had in my life and the food was delicious! Our server was really polite. She kept our glasses filled and checked in to ask if we needed anything and got our orders right. I ordered the bacon burger and the bacon was high quality and my burger was cooked perfectly. Fish and chips were delicious as was the BLT. Excellent dining experience. Restaurant was clean excellent atmosphere. Recommend! 😊

Horrible experience. Our party of 9 was disregarded not once (forgot food), not twice (forgot drinks), but thrice (forgot boxes). We sat with our glasses untouched throughout dinner because no one took the effort to refill them (even when we asked for refills). When we were actually served food, it was cold and clearly had been sitting somewhere for some time. For a party that large, you would think you'd at least receive some good service, but we were totally disregarded the entire time. Definitely will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

We had a really good time here. Visiting family and having good conversation. Google maps took us past the entrance, but we were able to turn around and eventually get into the parking lot. Lots of great food choices. 3 of us had burgers, that were huge, and Jojos. One steak salad. One fish platter. And one chicken strip kids meal. Specialty lemonade for the adults and root beer for the kiddo. Great tasting food and drinks. Our waitress was great. Brought our food out on the robot server. Very attentive on getting us drinks, or anything else we needed. I would definitely recommend.

For pricey food, we expected better quality. The salad had wilted brown leaves, and the onion rings were grease soaked. Service slow, but waiter was friendly. Think we'll find somewhere else our next visit to tri- cities.

The spot came highly recommended from friends and I was not disappointed. The service was warm, courteous, professional and respectful. The decor was modern and uplifting. You can actually see the river, behind the restaurant. The restroom was impressive and clean. The food was delicious. I opted for clam chowder, salmon and fettuccine alfredo, and creme brulee for dessert. The portions were perfect and the food was fresh and tasty. When in the neighborhood I will be returning. Definitely an A1 experience!

We ordered the 5 oz ham steak with sunny-side-up eggs, crispy hashbrowns, whole wheat toast, and a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and the Belgian waffle with sausage and another large orange juice. Everything hit the mark, especially the hashbrowns, golden and crunchy, and the OJ, bright and pulpy like it was squeezed moments before. The waffle was fluffy with a crisp edge, perfect for soaking up syrup, and the sausage added a savory kick. Sterling’s sits right across from Howard Amon Park and right along the beautiful Columbia River, offering gorgeous views from the patio and big windows inside. The ambience is warm and inviting, with local artwork lining the walls, large TVs for sports fans, and a layout that feels both spacious and cozy. Service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. If you visit, don’t forget to tip generously, these folks work hard to keep the experience smooth and memorable. Beautiful atmosphere on the covered patio with a view of the Columbia. Service was very slow but it was somewhat busy. Huge menu with lots of options, food was hot and tasty. Hard to find parking.

I really like this establishment. The staff are very professional and courteous. They always seem to go above and beyond. Food is very pleasant and very affordable for the quality you receive. The salad bar is a very good size, along with a nice selection of soups. I would recommend it, and I will come back on my following trips.

$113 of food, one bite taken. So foul. Potatoes tasted like chemicals, and steaks were dry and not seasoned. Waitress was great. Talked to manager, who did nothing. Paid $113 for food that wasn’t touched. Very disappointed and will never be returning, due to lack of care from management.

My family and I celebrated Father’s Day at Foodies on the River, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection—everyone at our table loved their meal. Special shoutout to Dustin, whose service was top-notch from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. We sat outside, and the riverside seating made the experience even more memorable. The view, paired with the beautiful weather, created the perfect backdrop for our lunch. Highly recommend this place for great food, great service, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

We came for lunch. The scenery is beautiful and so peaceful over here. The bone in wings were cooked to perfection: crispy and very flavorful. The burger was loaded and super yummy with onion rings on the side that were crunchy and exactly to my liking. Staff was very friendly and kind. Definitely recommend!!

We just did drinks and apps for happy hour and had a great time. If we had done a full meal I'd be more inclined to go 5 stars but we will go back and I'll update then. We got Ain't your momma's margaritas, peachy keens, guacamole dip, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was great and the service was also great.

Chicken Street Tacos and the Fish Tacos are amazing! Kids loved the Fish & Chips and the Chicken Strips. Best Carrot Cake I have ever had! Service is very kind, and I have never had issues with them. This is one of my favorite restaurants to go to!

We went here to Golf and decided to try their food, and Soooo glad we did!!! They were pretty busy and a wait but mostly for outside. So we sat inside. Their food was Homemade, delicious and very unique! The beer battered cod tacos were the best thing I’ve ever had! Fresh cod & Homeade guacamole and salsa. The salsa was a sweet and Savory flavor explosion! Best customer service and everyone was so hard working, we were very impressed! Our new favorite place for golf and food:)))

We went to Foodies for a professional lunch meeting. Dustin was our server and provided excellent service. The drinks were always full. The order was perfect and the food came quickly and was delicious. Would highly recommend! We really enjoyed the outdoor seating near the river and the driving range.

We stopped by for dinner after driving over 15 hours, and this was the closest place open after 9 o'clock and everything was just great! We were seated immediately, our server Tiffany was awesome(even stopped us from ordering too much) who does that? Our food came quickly, was hot, perfectly prepared. The staff here is great, atmosphere is nice, I really can't think of anything I didn't like...I would definitely recommend Hops n Drops to anyone in the area.

Waitresses very helpful and friendly. We had over 20 in our group. They were super accommodating and food was hot fresh and fast. We had a great time!

Natasha was wonderful. This was our first time and we asked lots of questions because my husband has GF allergy, she was very helpful. The food was delicious, the pear cider was refreshing and the root beer was a hit with the hubby. We also got the fish and chips and the pork rib tips.

The spouse and I ate here last week. We split a western burger and tots. The burger was excellent. The tots were also very good. The server, Kiefer I think was his name, was excellent. Friendly and attentive. Our meal was split for us and placed on two separate plates. While not expected it is always nice when splitting a meal to have that done for you. As a side note we have eaten here several times over the years, including when it was Hop Jacks, and the food...and drinks are always consistently excellent. Management deserves some kudos for this. Put simply, the food and service have always been reliably good.

I went here because it was close to my hotel. It was quiet Tuesday night. There are a few TVs around to watch a game. Plenty of happy hour specials. I'd go back again if ever in town again.

Our Waiter was amazing! He was probably one of my favorites ever! The restaurant was very nice and clean. The wait time was not very long with how busy they were. We shared the Mozzarella sticks and they were very good! I had the Mac and Cheese which was very cheesy and delicious. The garlic bread that came with it was not very good, it just tasted like normal bread. My Fiancé had their hand breaded chicken strips which I thought were amazing! Very juicy and crispy. My brother had the Fish and Chips and he said they were good. We all had the Lemonades, these things are by far my favorite lemonades ever! So good and they come out in cold classes!

Great place to have fun and enjoy food. I personally like that fresh ingredients used for food. Our hostess was great. The only two drawbacks for me were: 1 waitress asked if I wanted a pint or stein I asked for the Stein and got a pint. 2 When I ordered the Steak burger I thought it was going to be bigger. I would come back though.

The beer was great! But, the wings texture was as if they had been boiled in water instead of fried in oil. The flats were so undercooked you couldn't do the "twist and pull" to get the bones out. My daughter said her kid's fish was too small and over cooked. Her fries were so undercooked they had the texture of a semi raw potato. It was 3:30 in the afternoon, they weren't even busy. Just absolutely unacceptable to be serving such low quality food.

Great pizza! Chicken Bacon Ranch and a bowl of potato chowder soup. Such a great finish to a long week!

I liked the food and fun atmosphere. Tuesday night they do trivia. Service was a bit slow, likely due to the trivia night. The flavor of the food was quite good, but I wish there had been more meat on the Prine Rib Dip. My husband had the southwestern spuds which were really good, just the right amount of jalapeño.

Ordered “ that one chicken sandwich “ , it is phenomenal! Crispy bacon with a juicy chicken cutlet, lettuce , tomato and swiss. Also a wonderful honey mustard. The fries are always good too. Possibly needs a little seasoning on the chicken itself but im not complaining 😋 sooo happy I ordered this🥰

Lots of great beers, excellent food and awesome staff. Nice place to relax and they do a very good job making beer. The flavors were great and I would recommend giving everything a try. But brown ale and the tropika were my favorites!

Ordered a $30 dollar steak and it was so tuff I could barely cut it let alone eat it when I told the waitress Bethany H she goes seriously? So I actually tried cutting it in front of her she said ok and took it away then took it off the bill. I was kinda expecting a apology and I understood it wasn’t her fault so I actually tipped her $10 for two drinks when we checked out I still kinda expected a sorry or something but she just walked away not a thank you, have a good night ! Nothing!!! Wish I could get that $10 tip back !! Never again will I eat there ! It’s under new management and it’s not good which sucks because when we had out of town guests we would bing them there to eat ! I guess all changes are not for the better!!! And this is coming from a fifteen year patron . I can see a bad bad steak but having a rude attitude from Bethany is unacceptable!

Been here twice and both times the staff was friendly and the food was good. The best is cold they have touch tunes music, a pool table and plenty of TV's to watch. Great atmosphere tucked into a back location with plenty of parking. Don't hesitate to stop if you're looking for a cool bar and aren't familiar with the area.

Big red-haired bald bartender is aggressive and has a massive temper problem. Doesn’t know how to handle conflict with patrons. Food is sub par even for bar food. Plenty of better places to take your business. 1 star all around.

Bartender was an absolute jerk. She had black hair, and the other bartenders were blonde, so it makes it easy to spot her. She ignored us multiple times during our visit, and when she did help us she rolled her eyes at us. At the end we asked for our check and this “lady” made us wait for 15 minutes for the check where we could literally see her talking with the other bartenders. When I went up and asked again, she copped a huge attitude and called me a liar, stating I never asked for the check. She ended up mocking my girlfriend when she backed me, after being rude the whole night to us. Don’t ever go here. Food is okay, drinks are overpriced, and service is actually garbage. Look at the other reviews for yourself lol.

Every time I've been in here, it's been excellent food, excellent service, and the vibe in here is off the chain. I will become a regular here since I've moved to the area to stay. I haven't had any food here yet that wasn't top-notch. Usually, bar food is mediocre, but Sams blows me away every time I have something different. I've tried something different at every visit, and I have never been disappointed. 10 out of 10 stars. Would recommend anyone to come have a drink, watch a game, and have some A+ food.

This larger than it looks pub serves up some seriously good food. Diverse and ever changing customers. Big screens, pool tables, and beers on Nitro. Definitely worth checking out.

If you're looking for that neon-lit, cozy spot where the staff's great, drink options are seemingly unlimited, and the food's consistently amazing, this is it. I appreciate that they offer both American and Mexican fare, so the menu never gets boring, and their salsas are top notch.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here. Where does the ritual of shame begin? Is it when I shout my drink order from across the room so everyone turns to stare? Not quite. Every morning while gagging through another breakfast and holding back hot tears while on the way to my dead-end job I tell myself last night was the last time. Yet night after night I am drawn back to the Pub. It is like the proverbial siren, singing to another miserable wretch, lost at sea. That’s us, adrift in an indifferent universe. We sad wanderers who make the Pub our second home. So there I am, last night, tonight, tomorrow night, stumbling in yet again: disheveled and with a bloated face only a mother could love. We who haunt the Pub are the miserable regulars in a grim cast of grotesque and bizarre characters. What is the point of a qualitative assessment when our destinies are already locked in? We kill away the hours until the hours become days and then months and then years and finally our lives are so bereft of meaning that the nights where we are given a glass instead of a plastic cup are the only moments that contain any semblance of joy. Are the prices fair? That does not matter for we will pay regardless. Our wrecked souls call out for the true spirits, the ones that wash away the daily failure. The service then? Truly excellent. Tip them well, they who maintain order at the bar and tables, prompt and smiling, remembering your name (even long after your name has ceased to truly mean anything except another word for “shame”) and remembering your drink preferences, always eager to tend to your self-loathing with the proper numbing agents. They are polite and tolerant, they read the room as they do the individual, conversational with some, more cordial with others. On the rare occasion you begin to sober up between drinks do not blame them. Rather, consider the clientele: the anti-braincell crowd, the sweaty herds who are unable to master complex tasks such as standing in a line. We, who vomit our guts into the stained toilets as surely as we vomit our troubles out onto the stained bar. We, pathetic and threadbare, vulgar in our unwanted flirtations, profane in our drunken entitlement, reeking of peanut breath and undeodorized pits, the stench of failure and fast food rising from our pores and through our unwashed, unkempt clothes. Ever charming, we never cease to laugh at our own jokes, desperate for some sort of connection but gleefully self-sabotaging all the while. We lay ourselves bare at this glorious den of vice and sin. Take a moment and look at yourself through the noble bartender’s eyes at last call when the floodlights go on and the music finally stops in that surreal passing of Saturday night into Sunday morning: see the sadness as I, you, all of us throw back one more (yes, please, just one more), as the trembling hand signs the bill and leaves it in a puddle of spilled booze and as we stumble out in the night, angry, confused, no closer to the answers for the questions which continually plague us, pushing away salvation while crying out for it. The only relief comes in resetting our mental clocks to count down the minutes until we can return once more and drink to forget ourselves all over again. How I love this bar. The Pub achieves a raw purity to which very few places could even hope to aspire. It is the physical manifestation of our collective id. For the way it forces me to confront my filthy heart again every night I will raise my glass, I will toast the bar, and with a quivering joyless grin I will drink to good health and a long life as I gleefully down my glass of poison on the rocks!

Spent my first time here on St. Pats day along with our friends, got lots of food everything was delicious! Music was awesome and loved the vibe. Will come here again for sure Thankyou!

We didn't eat anything aside from free popcorn and peanuts so I can't rate that. As has always been, you toss your peanut shells on the floor which is fun (in a way you feel like you're doing something wrong but aren't) The service was great! The bartender happened to bring in some mint so I was able to have a refreshing mojito. The prices are more than fair. It's a good bar to visit when in the neighborhood.

Update:The blonde bartender is absolutely horrible. She was so slow and her attitude only made it worse. Drinks went empty multiple times and the entire bar seemed to be ignored. It was only made better when she was slamming dish racks, so unpleasant. Luckily the other girl was awesome as always and provided us another round. The crowd, live music, food, and other bartenders are great. It's a shame this girl is allowed to rain on all the good things going for this Dugout. Great brew taps, pool, darts, clean place ,and authentic people....I came in for a brew and left satisfied. They are great at being who they are!

went in last week for dinner and drinks. horrible service. we waited for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. what's worse is that I think they were eavesdropping. I know it sounds crazy, but my husband and I were discussing plans for our summer home and some amenities we plan to install with a remodel up and coming(if someone was listening, they might make the connection that we have money), and then the waitress, a little short brunette thing with way too much attitude(and makeup) comes bouncing up, batting her fake eyelashes at my man like they were old friends. she hit on my husband every time she came to our table. maybe I should be grateful, because she didn't seem to be paying attention to any of her other tables at all. she barely acknowledged my existence, got my order wrong, and at the end of the whole awful experience, she tried to give my husband her phone number like I wasn't even there. I had the pleasure of smirking at her when he said "no thank you" and threw it away immediately like it had something sticky on it. I won't say her name on here out of pity, but it starts with a 'J' and rhymes with 'pill'. will not go back, do not recommend.

Service is horrible. Can never get anyone to come to table, even when NOT busy. They need to have a bartender only and at least two waitresses. Food is good and there is potential but definitely needs a change in how they run the place. Sat in a booth for at least 2-1/2 hours and only was helped three times without having to call someone over.

Have had some experiences where the staff were not very friendly (except with the regulars). But the food is decent and its not too terribly priced. Always seems clean and tidy.

My family and I like to go here to play darts or pool and have a few drinks. The food I have gotten here is very good. The drinks are pretty good. Sometimes strong but usually not weak. The only reason for the 4 star is this time I got a drink then was ignored for the next hour and a half. Usually it's very good service.

We were there for the Dueling pianos event. It was a good time. The food was meh. The service was slow, but I don't want to disparage the staff there that night. They were hustling their buttons off. But the place was understaffed for the crowd.

Worst service I ever experienced. Severs never came by to take our order, so we went to the bar to order and server told us she’d come to our table. We sat down and watched as she took other people’s orders from the bar! After 20 minutes went back to the bar and ordered with a different server, she took our food order, made our drinks. We went back to our table and waited another 40 minutes, no server checked on us, our food never came. We went back to the bar to cancel our food order and left. Will never come back.

Our server was absolutely awesome. The hamburger petit was tasty. Same the pickle. Carrots cake was delicious! This is it. Dishs were very basic. More of a casino than a roadhouse. And no peanuts. Not really my pond.

I was lost in a city I know very little about. Luckily, I stumbled upon this cool spot. I saw Casino, and then I saw Coyote Bob's casino. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and I didn't feel out place. The host waiters/waitresses were on it. There were some folks that had a few drinks but they kept to themselves and had me a little interested in their conversation. The food, I only an order of mozzarella sticks and a draft beer, but next time, I will try something. I think if this place had a little remodeling, or rearranging this place could be something big. And I liked it because I was able to play my game and enjoy my beer, I was checked on. And I'm big on bathrooms, the bathrooms were CLEAN!. If maybe I wouldve tried the food and it was good I would've given this place 5 stars.

I used to LOVE it here....but it's difficult to get waited on while gambling. I seem to never walk away with money no matter how much I switch up my style of play and the prices are pretty steep. Although the card dealers are mostly pretty awesome people (a few stuck up or quiet dealers) that make it fun and the food is actually pretty tasty. It's a good place to visit for a night out, but honestly I'd rather drive to wildhorse or legends casino with my money.

New Waitress .. nice enough .. but did not know her menu. The fries were so dry .. terrible. Grilled Sourdough Burger was very good. Price was decent .. $50 for 2 of us.

Friendly and funny bartenders that keep you taken care of whether it be food or a libation or maybe just a cold beer. Fun for watching the Seahawks or the Superbowl. They have great food and great service. Highly recommended for any body. Bring the kids and have a great time.

Their staff is pretty good here. I gave them three stars because they got rid of the best karaoke people in the Tri-Cities "up in lights productions" because when they did karaoke it was always popping but now I won't go there any more 😞

Excellent bar, lots of the customers are regulars. Several people refer to it as their second family. Since the new owner has taken over there have been several improvement for the better. Check it out.

The only touch tunes establishment with a decent music volume. When you pay at other places and the bartender doesn't like it, they just turn it down. Not here. A couple months back there was a problem bartender (slow, attitude, only one drink served every 1.5 hours, etc...) she is gone! The other people I see behind the bar are cool & familiar or just cool. No issues. Quite the turnaround from Steve's ownership.

Go here if you wanna wait for 15 minutes for anything, and get over charged for a cup full of ice while you watch your server "straw test" half the drink you paid for.

Super fun and clever decor and entrée names! It was delicious! My kids were able to split a Ba Me Geow 🍜, my husband had the Drunken Yakisoba, and I had the Soi Haus Ramen. All 3 were fantastic. I started off with the ginger salad. Deliciously fresh with a little fresh ginger spice with a hint of basil. Would absolutely go again!

Soil 705 !! Wow !! I was amazed at the quality of the food and service. Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable and helpful for someone who hasn't been exposed to a lot of this type of menu. My only regret is not taking more pics to share. The Food !! My goodness, the food. The flavors were on point for sure. If I'm being picky, the beef was slightly overcooked in my dish, but the flavor was so good I didn't mind. The rice was mild, but oh, so good. My biggest surprise was the cucumber salad. I couldn't believe that something so simple as a cucumber could be elevated to that level. Absolutely amazing on the food and service for sure . The atmosphere I only give slight shade to, because at one point, the light went down to a really low level. I could hardly see my plate. But I think because the sun was so bright outside, it was hard to see in such low lighting inside. I believe if it was dark outside, then it would have seemed brighter inside. I guess I will have to go back later in the evening to see and get the cucumber salad and something new. Thank you, Soi 705, for the great experience and amazing food.

My family of four decided to try a new restaurant this past Sunday afternoon and came across Soi 705. Based on the reviews, I was expecting excellent food and friendly service. Unfortunately, the reality was disappointing. The service was lackluster, and our waitress, in particular was rude and dismissive. The atmosphere also felt more like a nightclub--dark and dirty. rather than a welcoming place for a casual meal. We ordered the baozi bunz, which turned out to be just one bun cut in half. While flavorful, $3.50 for essentially half a bun feels overpriced. I also tried their "pink drink," which was underwhelming at best. On the positive side, the food did take a bit of time to arrive, which suggests it was prepared to order and fresh. However, the overall experience fell short. The bill came to $140 for four people, and that was with two of us only having water. Between the steep prices, mediocre food and drinks, and poor service, I don't see myself returning. The rude service, in particular, sealed my decision. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Fusion Asian food. Cramped tables. Overpriced house sake. More pretentious than good, wish that weren't the case. Just a word of advice: sticking chopsticks into food may keep them on the plate, but it is considered taboo. Would not go back.

Food was delicious, but .... I think $21 for drunken yakisoba veggy and if you want it with beef is a extra 7$ which ends up at 28$ is too much. You barely get 8 small pieces of beef strip . Ps i think they should put in their menue that there is an additional 7$ if you want protein. 5$ for thai tea to get it a small little glass is just crazy.

Went tonight to do the beginners country line dancing as advertised on their website, to find out that it was no longer happening. Had to call them, because they did not come answer the door, even though 3 people were sitting at the bar. Update your website if you are going to cnacel something like that. Its not hard.

Oh the food was amazing, we had the Steak and Bake and cooked perfectly, just the right amount not to much and not to small. The folks there are very nice, and prompt we love dancing and having dinner there. If you haven't been there yet , you have to check it out!! Fri- Sat. Nights they have live music fun for dancing!! And if you like karaoke , it's on Thursday night.

It took forever to get 1 drink, never got a follow up waited at least 30 minutes to ask ask for pull tabs before giving up. Once we had our first drink never got anything after that even though they weren't very busy. It definitely needs some updates as it looked very grimmy and unappealing. Counter (half the bar) was full of junk. It looked just ick like creepy crawler type ick in there. Will NEVER go back or suggest it to anyone. Had high hopes for this place but not a single thing was good.

The burgers are well put together, fries are crisp and hot, atmosphere varies by the night, and the servers are always chill with me.

Excellent mixed drinks! A quiet place, not overly packed. Dart board and a pool table was available. Friendly staff and customers. I did not eat anything, but they do have bar food. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating looked to be available when it warms up.

This is an older dive bar. The service was great, the Bloody Mary's are fantastic, and I love the outdoor area to sit and people watch. Also, I love that there are non-alcoholic beer options. The inside looked small, dark, and crowded on a Saturday afternoon. The outdoor tables and chairs could use a little cleaning.

If you order a double they will give you less than a single. Ordered a double 7&7 hoping for some flavor, nothing but water with a splash of 7-UP. Be careful fellas.

I went there a month ago the bartenders were rude mean and didn't give me any service. I had to wait 45 minutes to a hour just to get food. they weren't busy they just talked to there friends and not care about serving me the customer. I well never co.e v back there ever, tetrible.

Staff was awesome! I want to make it clear that everyone that works there is great. It's obviously understaffed and they do their best. Very attentive to their customers. I ordered before I really got a good look at the place, otherwise I don't think I would have put in a food order. We were sat at a window and not only did it have handprints all over it, but it had spider webs and a ridiculous amount of dead bugs in the corner of the window. Food was decent but nothing I'd ever go back to get again. Flavors were just a bit off. It also was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for a while before getting taken to our table. Pretty understandable when they are so understaffed. There do have some good happy hour deals though if you are going in for a drink. I feel bad for leaving only three stars as again, the staff really were amazing and trying their best. I almost feel like this location is cursed. I know it's never had much luck even though it's in a seemingly great spot downtown.

We came for the bottomless mimosas ($16) and to try the food. The first few mimosas tasted like just OJ and when we asked the server said they were made in batches, but they got better over time. There was a live DJ and the music was super loud until more people came in to fill out the space. Great music selection but he did not do requests. The food was a huge let down and I do not recommend at all but the vibes were great with everything else. I would just go here for drinks and go eat next door at Burger King honestly.

First time here. The tacos were excellent. Beer selection was great. Service was nice. Atmosphere was ok. The layout and decor are decent, music was more club like than I want to have a meal and drinks like. But all in all, I would definitely eat here again.

This place was really cool! I went mid day for lunch. They were sadly out of a couple of things, so I couldn't try the burgers or flatbread pizzas. This led to the tacos. I tried all three, the steak being the best, then the chicken, lastly the pork. The steak taco was really tasty, I could have had three of those. The chicken was good, better than many others I've had. Pork taco was disappointing. Lacked flavor. The nachos were really good!!!

This was the second time I've gone, the first time I had to leave because they were so understaffed I never got service in the 40 minutes I sat there. This time they were really busy for a Tuesday and only had one server but she was quick to clear a table for us and was very attentive for how busy she was. The food was pretty decent, really liked my drink except for how small it was, I thought $9 was pretty expensive for how small of a glass was used. We sat next to a window and the sill needed to be cleaned, it was very dirty and there was a small live spider on it, which was removed by someone in our party. There were also several large spiders on the outside of the window that became very active as it cooled off outside, everyone at the table was a bit freaked out by their activity since it looked like they were on the inside at first glance. Building could use a good spray and wipe down from pest control for sure!

Parking is aweful. 7 cars fit in the parking lot. Tables are sticky. Food was slow to come to the table. Don't come here if you're starving as food portions are small, but the price tag is that of a full meal. Hubby got the Trio burgers and I got the taco plate. The bloody Mary was the worst in TC and by far the most expensive.

Quite crowded at 6pm on a Saturday, but there was some open room at the bar. It's a bar, not a restaurant- there is a small menu but they were sold out of half the items. Overheard that there was only one cook, and it showed in the long wait times for food to arrive. Decent list of beers and ciders, and lots of TVs with the games on. The nachos were just ok, they were standard nachos but didn't suck. If they expand the food menu and seating I'd be more inclined to return - just another bar otherwise. Prices were very decent, that was a plus.

I was surprised walking in at how large the interior is and how much seating is available. There is even a nice outdoor balcony. From the outside it seemed much smaller. It was very clean and well kept. There were televisions all around with various sporting events on, so there was something from everyone. There were also plenty of options that would make for a fun evening, basketball game, shuffleboard, pool, and darts. The waitress was very nice and knowledge. We had a lot of questions about the local brews on tap, and she had insight into them all. I ordered the wings and found them to be quite delicious. They were moist and covered in ample sauce. I would definitely recommend a visit.

This place has a really good atmosphere as a sports bar. The food is ok, only tried the fries which I can guess are home made, 4 stars because that's all I tried. Service is phenomenal, Gina is on it. I would return if in the area.

Enjoyed a fun paint & sip date night with my husband. They were short-staffed and still managed to keep up with the event while caring for regular customers coming in. Service was great, and the food was better than expected for a sports bar. Definitely recommend and want to go again during game night! P.S. Clean bathroom for the ladies was also a plus!

I have been to the Dugout in richland 3 time in the last 2 weeks. I walk in, sit at the bar for over 15 minutes and not get served. Other customer that came in after me got served food and drinks and not one time did a bartender or server come to check on me. Absolutely appalling. Dugout.. do better, I am not even sure you could earn my business back. Just disappointed.

A must visit! Outstanding wine and phenomenal service! My boyfriend visited the winery last year and shipped a bottle home for us to share. Due to a number of issues, the bottle was shipped, returned, destination revised, and shipped again but this time to DC! Huge shout out to Mitch for his patience with us. Roughly 8 months later, we finally opened the bottle for an at home steak dinner. Conflict 2021 was decedent to say the least - smooth rich berries with a bit of sweetness. Such a treat! Thank you! I will be telling the boyfriend to buy another bottle next time he visits... but this time to carry it home in his luggage. LOL.

We visited on Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. The tasting room is pet friendly and family friendly! The wine was great and the staff were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about the wines and provided excellent service. They even brought a water bowl for our pup. We had a great time and highly recommend this winery.

We have been members here for many years, but have never been out here to the flagship tasting room. The staff was very welcome and knowledgeable. It was a nice relaxing environment.

GREAT FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE. Came here for lunch and ordered different appetizers, and was very impressed with the service and the food. The winery has indoor and outdoor seating, and was not crowded at all. Everything is clean and spaced out so you can enjoy your own space. Kudos to the crew running the place, too. The host was quick to greet and seat us, the waitress was quick to get our order in and kept our drinks topped off, and we never had to ask for assistance. DEFINITELY will be back, and will recommend this place to family and friends. MY FOOD REVIEW: The Pork Belly Tacos are delicious. There’s only 3 and they could be the perfect portion for a single person. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza was the best plate we ordered. The crust is thin and perfect, and the topping are super fresh. Fantastic flavor. The Wagyu Beef Carpaccio was very… different. It’s a small dish of wagyu beef strips marinating in an EXTREMELY flavorful sauce. It’s not enough portion for a meal, but definitely a good add-on if you’d like some amazing flavor with your dinner.

Friendly host and excellent wine. Their Savingon Blunc has strong bold aroma, which I ended up buying along with Merlot. But I thought all of their wines were good.

We recently had a business event in the Barrel Room and it was fantastic! The space was perfect for the atmosphere that we were going for which was professionally relaxed. All of the event staff were very polite and attentive, and food and drinks were delicious!

I was so excited to go to BOOKWALTER today since I have not been there for a while and have always loved it. Today for a Sunday birthday brunch I was extremely disappointed. Many of the meals arrived cold. Steak and eggs and only the hash browns were hot. Is this normal? Or did we catch them on an off day? Disappointed☹️

Had an amazing time. Came for karaoke and prime rib on Friday and was so satisfied with the service and patrons. When I was told that they would have live music on the patio the next night I made sure to come. They were able to get me my food very fast for having a full bar and patio. Woody himself was helping and was nothing shy of friendly. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great night out and some amazing food

Just a great neighborhood bar. Super friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, laid back regulars. Every neighborhood needs a "place" to pop-in and take a break to de-stress from everything outside the bar's door, and this is one of those places.

I have only been once and that was yesterday. To support a friend in a karaoke contest. It was crazy busy. But the staff was really friendly. I would go back (maybe not during a contest). I only had beer and no food do can't say about that.

The young server wanted us to know that there was no free food being given out tonight. When we merely wanted to tell her that the other meal that we ordered had been canceled and that the only reason we needed her help was to take an item off of the bill that we had been charged. The rudest, greasiest food. One of the worst places in the Tri-Cities to visit stay away from this place my first experience was absolutely trash and was treated terrible never have I encountered such terrible service. The cook is a cool guy though. People must show up for the atmosphere and the 55 TVs with the same channel other than that beyond free sports games there is absolutely no reason to not keep driving past this location. (Burnt). I've given away hundreds of reviews to different restaurants in this town and I have to say this is the absolute worst place to eat I recommend you go down the road to a place called IDK right across from hubby's Pizza. I wish I could give this restaurant a negative one star.

Bar & grill? Where's the grill part? Was told they don't serve food late night (9pm?) and was directed to a vending machine with chips & crackers in it. Plus the "waitress" rudely warned us not to bring outside food in!! Like we were going to sneak a pizza in or something? This is a weird, dusty broke down place. And what with the extra "F" in Offfice? I think I may know...🤔

Great little bar. I only frequent the place 6 to 7 times a year. But the bartender (Bree) always makes me feel like a regular, and even remembers my drink! The food is awesome. I highly recommend this place! Bree, you are a Rock Star of a server!

My daughter, my son and I, had gotten a rare outing with just the three of us. We had just had a late lunch at Joel's diner on Kennewick avenue, which is also a five out of five star place.we had finished our lunch and we all three were not quite ready to give up our rare outing, and we decided to go to the office for a beer before we all went our separate ways. We left Joels and met back up at the office. The bartender was just wonderful and as we were sitting there, my daughter and her realized they had gone to school together. We had so much fun sitting + talking and laughing with the bartender that we ended up having 2 drinks before we left. Then a kid I used to babysit 40 years ago came in, I hadn't seen him in that long but my kids both knew him. I had our bartender put $3 into the hit 5, later that night I realized I'd won $20! It was an all-around 100% good experience, very homey and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the Office, as do both of my kids/ 34 + 36 yrs. old. (They'll always be my babies)

Our server was incredibly rude. We also witnessed her being rude to other customers! She never checked on us after we ordered our food (which we had to TRY to order). She never even asked us if we wanted a refill on our waters or if we wanted anything to drink (which we did want, but had no service!). Save your money. It would be better spent just about anyhwere else.

Bri was our bartender and she was THE BEST. I like that there was free soda for DD. it was nice to have a bar that wasnt overwhelmingly crowded, especially one that has tv AND pool AND darts and punchy games. 15/10

First timer here, love that someone had the idea to create an actual pub vibe. The owner is very nice and I asked her to create a whiskey cocktail for me with some sweetness. She made the perfect drink. Wasn’t super hungry ordered soup, clam chowder. Good presentation but it was just soso. Downside is it was a Saturday night and they had karaoke. Not my thing, on top of kids included. In my opinion after a certain time, a bar should be adults only. Even saw people start to come in, then saw kid singing and then left. Hope others enjoy this atmosphere, but not for me.

It was a really welcoming and kind environment and very friendly even for underage people. Half of the drink menu was designed as "mocktails" for those who don't drink alcohol. There's also a self-serve water station. The environment is really excellent, the wall paper alone is cool enough to deserve a visit.

Great, I’m drooling again… To complement my lunch, I ordered the seasonal Earl’s Elixir cocktail and was delighted with my choice! SUPER cozy spot with a creative cocktail menu, great European & American beer selection, and tasty bites on the menu. This seems to be the area's only legit English pub, and I'm loving the atmosphere. It's dark and moody but has large windows on both walls that face the streets in this corner location. I really enjoyed the various seating options from traditional bar stools, to tall tables, to very cozy couches and lounge chairs. For me, this is the perfect place to read a few chapters of a book while sipping on a cocktail that's been crafted with care. For families this is the perfect spot because it's an all ages space with free or very affordable entertainment. Overall it's one of my favorite places to be in the Tri Cities for its casual but refined atmosphere and reasonable drink prices.

Great, relatively still new addition to downtown Kennewick. Only place in town I know serving authentic Guinness, and at least than $10 a pint! Go for food specials but expect to not get full as it's small based bites/portions all around it seems.

So happy to find a locally owned English pub, with one of the owners growing up in Northern England. The recipes are authentic and delicious, you can even get Shepherds Pie with lamb on Wednesdays and Sundays until it’s gone. The cocktails are unique and delicious as well. My only complaints, and they are small, is the atmosphere is sparse and not what I’d like to see in a pub, so that was disappointing. The price of the cocktails was pretty spendy…$16.50 was the average cost. Kept me from drinking too much though 😬 With tip, our bill for lunch (3 drinks and a sandwich) came to $78.

Decided to grab a Sunday lunch and a drink and happened to drive past the old Ice Harbor building and found this gem! The bartender, I forgot her name! but she was fantastic! She was very attentive and welcoming. Drinks were quick and the food was good! I didn't give it a 5 star because although it hit the spot it wasn't anything fantastic, but that's okay! It definitely hit the spot with price and flavor. No complaints there, where I do have complaints is their pool sticks! How are you gonna have such a cool pool area and not have decent sticks! I'm only half serious! Place was great, definitely would recommend for a quick bite and a beer.

Food was decent for bar food, burgers was good ,prime rib dip was good could have used more meat when menu says piled high I would assume it's piled. Aju needed more salt and the beef drippings from prime rib they cook or not sure how the get the prime rib might be presliced then cooked I guess I'm alittle particular about prime rib dips.gentalman was nice gave my kiddo quarters to play games I think his name was BBQ BOB, bartender was attentive

First time there and it was a great time! My only comment (and this is personal preference) is that the music was a bit loud. The bartender was clearly busy but attentive, he sat us right away. The food was hot, good portions, and the lemon pepper wings were the highlight! Thank you for helping make my husband's birthday awesome!

Had a first date here and the bloody Mary's were a hit. Had the pretzels and they are fire. Staff was welcoming and friendly and prompt. Would go again👍

The food was fast and good, the hospitality feels like home, and they have a wide selection of beers at a fare price.

We went to try out the bloody marys we have heard so much about and they did not disappoint. It is like a full dinner attached to your drink.

I visited the village tavern tonight, and got my ID declined due to heat damage, which is fair but the bartender double checked with a fellow worker then proceeded to show my personal identification to multiple fellow customers which was a complete breach of privacy and completely unprofessional. Do better.

Swinging through town, and I found out that they have karaoke nightly. Came in and got actually quite a few songs in - although they did have a decent sized rotation - that sweet spot, if you will, on this particular night. Bartender handled silly requests from me with aplomb, and karaoke was a hoot. Lots of fun people coming out to sing, and they're all in for whoever is singing.

Today my father walked in to celebrate his birthday and from beginning he was given attitude from the bar tender she proceeded to ask for his ID & saw that his birthday was today and said it was an expired ID and tossed it at him. If she would’ve done her research she would’ve seen it’s good until midnight. By reading the reviews, I see that it’s more than just the ID excuse it’s RACISM! Hispanics stay away from this bar or you will be turned down by an employee there!

Great place and vibe. but how are you going to have a Bartender who can not make simple drinks? and offers beer instead.
