Irish pub
Bar
Paddy's Irish Pub is a classic space offering Irish food, drinks, and entertainment. The pub features authentic furnishings and fixtures imported from Ireland. Located in Braselton, GA, it is situated within the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dining experiences at the winery, including Paddy's Irish Pub and other restaurants like Versailles Restaurant and LAuberge Lounge.
My wife and I and another couple dropped into Paddy" Irish pub after the Christmas tree lighting at The Chateau Elan Hotel. We were looking for some light apps and although we do not drink ourselves. They seemed to have a great mix of authentic Irish drinks to choose from. We ordered the soft pretzels which were great! Awesome beer cheeses dipping sauce. Our friends and some loaded potato skins which were good as well. We would recommend stopping in for a quick bite and a few drinks.
Craig S — Google review
It’s a really nice place on property Chateau Elan. Upon coming here, we didn’t know it was on property. Just realize they’re parking in front of the Pub. Food came out fresh and fast. We did have to send back one of the chicken hand pies because it was nearly empty. We also had an extra drink that was accidentally put on the bill. Other than that, it was a really great place and would recommend it.
Chris U — Google review
This quaint little pub has awesome service and wonderful atmosphere! It was the best fish and chips I have had this side of the ocean! My bartender /server, Courtney, was amazing! I highly recommend! 🙌🙌🙌
Julie H — Google review
Giving it 2 stars only because my drink was amazing and the bartender was awesome. Our food took over 45m to arrive. My Reuben barely had any meat and was obviously sitting under the lamp for awhile bc my side salad was hot and the bread was hard. My husband's Shepherd Pie was OK, but half of it lacked meat as well. For a $25 sandwich, it better have been awesome. Cool place... Kitchen needs help.
Jenn M — Google review
We came after spending time on the lawn by the wine tasting. The only good option that was open. We were seated immediately for a group of 7. Our waiter was THE best, I believe his name was Nathan. We felt very taken care of and the food was pretty tasty. They also allow you to drink any bottles of wine that were purchased on site
Maya I — Google review
The food was decent, prices were a bit high for the quality. We were at the bar and served by the bartender with short gray hair (TC, I think?) . Though the restaurant was not busy, she seemed unable to keep up with small tasks. We overheard her speaking about a verbal argument she had with a staff member the day prior. My wife and I found this to be extremely unprofessional. As a guest at a high end resort, we did not come to dine and hear about a squabble between coworkers. I believe retraining is in order.
John B — Google review
I went here with two other people before our wine tour and we were sent here due to them being open at that time of day and not needing a reservation. It was pretty quiet so we were seated quickly and was serviced quickly. Our server, Nathan, was excellent and the food was great. Once the previous tour ended, they all came in so we were glad that we decided to eat before the wine tour and tasting. The only complaint was that on the fish and chips, the fish had a lot of breading. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
T W — Google review
I was eating leftovers from the pot roast I ordered at this pub and bit into something very hard. When I spit it out and looked closer, I discovered a piece of metal wire inside the meat. The incident actually chipped my tooth. This was an extremely unsafe and alarming experience that could have caused serious harm. I will be contacting the restaurant directly regarding this matter and intend to pursue further action to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

Steak house
Located within Chateau Elan's winery, Marc Bar & Restaurant is a southern-inspired chophouse offering lush vineyard views and a seasonally-driven menu with a focus on artisanal libations. With its recent renovation, the 120-seat restaurant now features a fresh menu showcasing Southern-inspired favorites and premium chops. The classic American steakhouse ambiance combined with trendy market offerings in downtown Braselton makes it an ideal spot for an affordable yet memorable dining experience.
My son and his girlfriend came to town for a weekend visit. We wanted to take them somewhere special while they were in town. We had wanted to try the Marc for a while but were never able to get a reservation. Now we know why. Located in the Château Elan Winery is this great fine dining restaurant. The waiter was very professional. He advise us on the most popular items on the menu. We were all very pleased with our meals and my son and his girlfriend picked up the check!! We will be back again and next time it will be on us.
Craig S — Google review
I had the pleasure of working with Marc Restaurant and Chateau Elan while planning a bachelorette party this past fall, and the staff at both the restaurant and Chateau Elan truly made it a huge success! From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, and they worked seamlessly with me to coordinate an afternoon full of fun and unforgettable experiences. Chef June Jang went above and beyond, personally answering all of my questions about the menu and ensuring we had an amazing, delicious meal for the entire group. The food was absolutely phenomenal—five stars without a doubt! Everyone was blown away by the flavors, and no one was disappointed. I'm already looking forward to returning with my husband for his birthday. Marc Restaurant made this special occasion one to remember, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience!
Jeannette B — Google review
I was very disappointed in the service we received yesterday. For a restaurant located on the Chateau Elan property, I expected a much higher standard of food and service. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet service was extremely slow. We waited over an hour for our food, which is unacceptable given how empty the place was, how basic the menu is, and how few options there are. While our server was polite, he was gone for long periods of time, and we actually had to get up and go to the bar ourselves just to order drinks. When the food finally arrived, the beignets were undercooked and doughy. The steak was served cold, and only the potatoes were warm. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.
C B — Google review
It is a wonderful space with great servers. The menu has many options. Our party of twelve had a wonderful time. The steaks were good. The seafood pasta was served with Angel Hair pasta. That is a horrible pasta choice as the pasta was more like soggy ramen noodles. That dish needs linguine or fettuccine, a thicker pasta that does not get lost in the broth of that dish. It was a disappointment.
Christian T — Google review
Matthew was a good server for my book club retreat. He was attentive and even took several group pictures for us. I had the ribeye that was cooked perfectly but Gouda macaroni cheese was overcooked.
Felicia L — Google review
Celebrating our Anniversary with a fabulous brunch! Fantastic waiter Matthew gave wonderful suggestions and fabulous service. First time here will not be the last!! We enjoyed Marc burger and Turkey BLT. Huge portions and delicious!!
Barbara G — Google review
Our Waiter was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable on all of the food and wine pairings. Top shelf service and the food was absolutely delicious. Best rack of lamb I've ever eaten. They have a great wine list and the Port wine and desert were a perfect pairing. 👌
Mike C — Google review
The menu options were just okay. My husband and I shared the Ceasar salad that was on par with the bag stuff. Then it took Forever to get our entrees, so much so the waitress comped our wine. My salmon was very good but I wasn't hungry anymore and my husband's Riley was good but not worth $60. We shared the baked potato which was okay (I make better ones at home). It's sad when the best part of the meal was the bread!

Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this dining destination promises an unforgettable culinary experience in Braselton, Georgia.
5 Stars! Sat at the bar and had a great experience- per usual. My husband went full caveman with a bourbon, the tomahawk and sides, while I had the lavender Paloma cocktail and Wagyu burger-which was chef's kiss* excellent. The fried green tomatoes? Absolutely amazing too. The pretzel app wasn't my favorite, but if you're feeding a group, it's a solid choice. Great service, great food, and it's nice to fine dining so close to home. I've been coming here for years for a drink and appetizer and the occasional dinner, and it never disappoints. We'll be back!
Taylor M — Google review
We just recently went on a trip through Italy, and had some fantastic food while we were there. But the food HERE at Cotton Calf Kitchen?! Top 3 meals we’ve ever had… EVER. We tried it all… Apps, Main dishes, Sides, Drinks, Desserts… every bite was worth every penny! There was nothing bad on the menu. You can’t go wrong with any of it. We had never heard of this place since it’s kind of tucked away. A true hidden gem! Everyone needs to try this food at least once!
Kaley B — Google review
Went here with a group of friends for a birthday dinner. Was kind of shocked about the prices but expected. The service was excellent and the food was good. The steak we ordered wasn't cool to the proper temperature but not a deal breaker. Place is nice but some of the prices they charge for wine and sides are kinda overboard. $99 bottle of wine and the same wine is $35 at total wine. But overall it was great time.
Pete B — Google review
Wow - where do I begin. Flawless? Exceptional food. Got the tomahawk steak and it was so tender and delicious that I couldn’t stop saying how good it was. The shrimp were massive. My favorite side was the green beans, which surprised me. The Mac and cheese, asparagus, and crab cake were all very enjoyable. I imagine anything you order will be good. But like any high scale restaurant, the more expensive the menu item, the more time and attention rendered into the meal. So don’t go, get a burger, and then think you know what this place has to offer. Also our server was fantastic. She was so nice and helpful.
Josh E — Google review
Fantastic place to eat, especially if you enjoy dry aged top of the line steak. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. Portions were nice, not like a lot of other expensive places where you barely get two bites. Great place for a special occasion and wonderful service. 🥩
Captain P — Google review
I agree with many of the other reviews—Cotton Calf Kitchen is a hidden gem! I live in Hamilton Mill, and it's great to have a quality steakhouse nearby without needing to drive into the city. We started with the calamari, which I don’t usually enjoy, but this was absolutely delicious—the sauces were perfect. The Caesar salad and mashed potatoes were both really good as well. And the steak? Chef’s kiss! Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for a great meal and upscale vibe close to home.
Cristina R — Google review
After my initial visit to this fine dining restaurant, I shared my disappointment regarding the handling of a special occasion. I’m delighted to say that the owner personally reached out to address the concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. The steak, as always, was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, and the service this time exceeded all expectations. I deeply appreciate the effort the owner and the team put into making our experience special. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend this restaurant for its outstanding food and customer care.
Ruslley H — Google review
Literally one of the best meals we've ever had! We had the burger & Cajun steak. Both excellent !!! Huge portions. We split the entrees and all our sides. The espresso old fashioned was so good! Everything about the experience from reservation to dessert was top notch. Nick, our waiter, was THE BEST!

Brewpub
Braselton Brewing Company, LLC, located on Davis St. in Braselton, GA, is both a dog-friendly brewery and eatery that offers comfort food, craft beer, and local wine. This establishment has gained positive attention for its competitive prices and decent selection of beer. Additionally, they offer appealing merchandise. Notably, they have displayed a commitment to being welcoming to dogs.
Braselton Brewing Company delivers a great local experience with patriotic charm and industrial flair. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the “Hops for Heroes” wall adds a meaningful touch. We tried a beer flight with Bella’s Strawberry Blonde, Fast Flyer, A.L.M.A. Coffee Milk Stout, and Gov’t Shutdown Tripel. Flavors were solid, though the beers were more cool than cold — understandable in late June heat. Thankfully, the A/C held its own in the old mill-style building. The food was excellent. The fried shrimp basket was crispy and fresh, and the Dirty Bird BLT was packed with flavor. House chips and sauces were spot on. Outdoor seating is shaded and spacious, with games for kids and adults alike. That said, the historic charm does bring a few flies — they provide table fans, but it may not be for everyone. Service was friendly and fast (thanks Tiffany!), and pricing felt fair for the quality. We’ll definitely be back!

Hadn't been here before, so I wanted to check them out. Glad we did! Love the building. The food was good as was the fresh brewed ber on tap. You should stop in.
Allan H — Google review
So bummed... Reviews got me excited but it really disappointed. Logan was our server that was A+. Atmosphere is A- / B+. Beer was okay. Food horrible... Got pretzel bites based on reviews and they were just okay. Seemed old and frozen then cut up to look more sophisticated. Beer cheese dip meh. Got a few burgers between our party and they were horrible. Again, seemed frozen or cooked and reheated. They were not hot, bread was hard getting older (not soft and moist), cheese wasn't melted. Super dry. Silver lining they tasted cooked on fire not a griddle. Bummed because a lot of stuff wasn't available on the menu either because "truck hadn't come". If I was going for a beer after golf sure, but not my first choice. Will never be back for food.
Christian G — Google review
My family and I were visiting this nice place. Since we came we were very well attended, we tasted several types of beers, some light, others strong but definitely an explosion to your palate, we had a great time thanks guys, the food was also excellent, we will definitely come back and recommend this nice place, thank you.
Rosbely A — Google review
The beer flight was good. The brussel sprouts needed a little more glaze IMO. The Margherita flatbread was very good. The California burger was good. I had the sweet potato tots with my burger and my food came to the table luke warm while the flatbread was piping hot. It's a brewing company, so there is not an extensive menu. Basic items found most anywhere without any signature item that pops. I loved the building and the interior. Our server Ava was very, very nice and efficient.
Diane B — Google review
We went to Braselton Brewing Co for lunch. We arrived around 2pm on Friday. There were a few people at the bar and we chose to sit in the dining area. We got a flight of beers (Gov't Shutdown was our favorite) and nachos. The nachos were more than we could eat. All the nacho chips were covered with good tasting stuff. I recommend getting a side order of nacho chips. The ones in the nachos were covered and soggy. Overall we really liked the place and will be back.
Kevin J — Google review
First time here, won’t be back. Our party of 6 plus 2 infants had lunch. Burgers were decent, but that’s all. Flys everywhere! Out of 4 ketchup bottles we had to borrow from surrounding tables, finally found one with ketchup. Don’t get fish and chips…total waste of money. Kitchen was out of 4 things we ordered, and was even out of a beer we ordered. How is a brewery out of beer? Poor baby couldn’t even eat out of her high chair because it towered over the table. What server with any common sense would offer a seat like that to a patron? Very disappointing experience.
Sabrina M — Google review

Situated in Braselton, GA, the restaurant is part of a vibrant downtown area that includes trendy markets and bakeries.
Pretty decent restaurant located at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort! It was quiet but the server and service was great and attentive. I think everyone enjoyed the meals - we ordered the calamari and deviled eggs (not pictured) as an appetizer and they both were delicious!
Olivia W — Google review
Open air restaurant in the hotel so this is not the place for a quiet meal. Had seafood gumbo to start and coq au vin for entree. Overpriced for an average meal. Waited forever for my entree which was the most disappointing part of the meal.
S H — Google review
This is definitely an upscale restaurant dressed as a causal hotel bar The ambience was unique and the glass ceiling and open air concept made me feel like I was eating a fancy meal in the middle of the day like Downton Abbey. The food was great! Bread was so soft and warm and buttery. Salad was fresh and well dresssed. We had the Lamb Shank that was so well braised and tender I honestly didn’t need a knife. My wife had the Filet Mignon and it was had the perfect sear and tenderness that you expect from a place like this. Dessert was meh, it was complimentary so I’m not judging it too closely since it’s not stuff we would have ordered
Alex G — Google review
"I visited Versailles for the first time on my birthday today for my birthday and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the pan-seared shrimp over pasta, but didn't enjoy the dish at all. It arrived warm, not hot, and lacked seasoning. Halfway through, I stopped eating because it almost made me nauseous. The table bread was just plain sliced bread from a store-bought bag. The calamari was cold and too crunchy!!! My husband ordered the beef ribeye, broccolini and mashed potatoes. The steak was tough and very chewy!!! It had the charbroiled flavor and that’s it. It too arrived lukewarm. The food, service, and ambiance didn't match the prices." Terribly disappointed!!!!

. Food is mediocre. Service was slow. They seated us in a closed area. The manager did apologize. The server was great. Good for bigger groups / corporates etc. The verdict is 50/50.
Ishtyaq Q — Google review
The food was delicious. We were there to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We got the clams and mussels for an app, shared a Caesar salad, and both got the sea bass which was phenomenal. Hubby had a Pinot Grigio and I had an espresso martini. Both were excellent. The manager, Cam, was wonderful and attentive, and our server, Maria was perfect - checked on us just the right amount! It was our first time but we’ll definitely be back 🫶🏽

The food is consistently delicious and served promptly with hot temperatures. Diana's attentiveness even extends to refilling hot tea water, showcasing her thoughtfulness.
Let me start by saying the food here was amazing. We visited Chateau Elan for our anniversary weekend so we decided to try this place for one of our meals and the whole experience was wonderful. Service: Our server was great. He provided some of the best service I have had in awhile. I wish I remembered his name. He was very attentive and gave us menu suggestions that were delicious. Food: Our burgers were really good. Hubby had the All American Burger and I had the Fried Chicken sandwich. Both were seasoned well and flavorful. If we visit Chateau Elan again, we will definitely be back. Hats off to the chef.

Restaurant has very limited menu but the view of the back deck is worth the trip. I had the hamburger and Rob had the Nashville hot chicken tacos which were good. Iced tea and coke. Our waiter was very polite and fun. He answered our questions and kept our drinks filled. A nice place to walk it’s beautiful.

My husband and I enjoyed a great lunch here during our weekend getaway. We had Mahi tacos and smoked chicken tacos. Both were excellent. The best fish tacos I’ve had because the fish were seasoned to perfection. Great margaritas as well. Highly recommend

Chateau Elon is home to quite a few fine restaurants... this is one of them! There is such a nice patio view off the porch overlooking the course. For starters, the pot stickers and BBQ fries were a good choice. I had the Blackened Salmon BLT sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned! The Texas melt was flavorful, as was the Blackened Salmon salad. The golfers sandwich was good!

Located in Chateau Elan Estates on Golf Club drive. BEAUTIFUL scenery on the golf course with sprawling, gorgeous homes. Very picturesque. Must dine on their patio. The food could be better. Mostly sandwiches and tacos. We had the three beer cheese with tortilla chips, classic burger and cucumber cocktail. The cheese tasted like cheese whiz, the burger was not at all what the menu described. The meat was pale. I did take a picture of the food then deleted it. Not noteworthy. I ONLY rated this 5 STARS because of our server Dianne. She's a ROCKSTAR. Best experience because of her. Thank you Dianne!!!

This was a great experience, but the food was just okay. I would go back to try other things on the menu, but for a party of 4, we all felt the food was just okay. The atmosphere is excellent, and the service is amazing but the food could be better. I will go back and try again!

Me and my family loves this place. The service is exceptional. Our waiter Guiovanni is always super friendly. This place has always had the right combination of flavors for their plates. I enjoy their Azteca soup. The veggies are so fresh and the chipotle gave it a nice spice. The sopaipillas are crispy and sweet.

Just say NO! The fajitas had no flavor, the meat was literally 2 cm wide and burnt. More onions and bell peppers than anything. Go elsewhere.

We ordered Togo I was given the wrong salad and it was awful chicken overcooked like jerky the steak fajita taco salad was even worse they clearly had both salads under a heat lamp. lettuce and cheese were melted and soggy and salty one bite and to the trash hot lettuce equals food poisoning The salsa and tea were good but not $40 good

Hello manager or owner...your chimichangas, other than size are they made the same from lunch to dinner? The reason I ask is when I was there yesterday around 2:45 what I got for my chimichanga meal was 2 flautas with cheese sauce complete with open ends. When I questioned waiter he said that's how they're made for dinner & did I mean to order the lunch version? No kidding...he actually said that & since I've never ever heard of any difference (other than size) I doubted him, actually I think he's an outright liar who digs his feet in, determined to be right because he can't admit to a mistake but hey, never know, so I thought I'd check to see if there are 2 completely different ways of making them depending on the time of day??? 🤔

We were coming through town and decided to stop in and try this restaurant. We were looking for a light meal so we only had a couple of drinks and decided to split the fajitas. Wow, are we glad that we stopped. The service was great and the fajitas had the most wonderful flavor to them. So many restaurants don't do fajitas correctly but this one is spot on. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you get a chance and will be stopping here whenever I come through town. Well done!

Stumbled on this place accidentally. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent Margaritas, in (good sizes!), and the food was excellent. I got the burrito supremas. One was beef, the other was chicken. Great service as well. A definite keeper! 4 people, with drinks, and dinner was $70

Straight Trash 🗑️ I’ve done a lot of reviews but this was definitely the worse. We live about 5 minutes away and didn’t want to cook. We reviewed the menu online which was plenty to choose from. The first clue was the online pictures, they looked terrible no effort placed there, definitely not inviting however we ordered anyway. My husband drove there and placed our order. We ordered two Tostada Salads with chicken. He said the place was nice and the service was decent. Our order took about 10 minutes to prepare, he paid $36.36 👎🏾and left. We sat down to eat and were really disappointed when we opened the bag. At first glance the salads looked like a big soggy mush. There was a soup like substance at the bottom of our salad something like a bean puree (a first glance ) We tasted the food and although there was plenty of chicken and peppers it was so nasty and bland. The salad had absolutely no flavor and we just sat there frustrated. We also ordered a side of beans and rice I’m sad say, that was even more disgusting. It looked like a mixture of dog food mixed with baby food. We were so disappointed that couldn’t finish our meal. The only thing that was worth anything was the chips and salsa. Please don’t bother ordering from Cabo’s Mexican. We will never ever go back !!!!! Not even if it’s free 🤮It was such a waste of time, food our money. I don’t feel good about writing a negative review but this one here, was very necessary.

Food was just okay. Tacos were fine but guacamole and salsa had zero flavor. Ask for Jocelyn, great server. It’s queso y’all, not cheese dip!

This was a BAD experience.. I don't know if it was because we were wearing our orange shirts on break or if this is normal. But I ordered a stuffed Chili Relleno and what I got was fried cheese with a PIECE of chili relleno hidden under it. When I brought this to their attention they one employee said, "That's how it's supposed to be" and another said, "Yeah.. sorry about that. Do you need a refill?" Then proceeded to charge me $19 Also, my coworker ordered fries and part of the paper bag was burned to a fry 🤣🤣🤣 *Hey Management, you may get returning customers if you fire the rude and unprofessional employees. (First time I've ever put this in a review)* ☆

Good meal that was feeling, but not overly special. But if you just have the craving to eat Mexican this will do the job! Maybe I’m just cynical since I have got eat at many Hispanic restaurants. Usually a place has something done really well, but this one was just good at it. Well not rice, it was undercooked.

Dinner was great! The green apple martini was a great start to the evening, so much so, I had another. We started out with fried green tomatoes and they were tasty. The steak was Soo delicious, and I'm picky about my steak. We finished off with apple cobbler and ice cream 😊

Ordered a salmon BLT and got a lettuce sandwhich with 2 small pieces of salmon. We also ordered sprites and received kids cups full of ice with a dash of sprite. Will never order from this restaurant again.

There’s a reason why there are many 1-star reviews lately and why there’s no wait time and plenty of parking! This place stinks. Don’t waste your time or your money. I had a terrible experience last week and I’ve even sent an email to the email listed on their website before posting here, but it’s been 5 days now and no reply so I will leave my public review! Management clearly doesn’t care and is not doing anything to fix the problems they are having. Had front row parking, walked in and immediately were seated. That should have been the first red flag, as it was a Friday payday and the other 2 places we tried to go to in the area had 40 minute waits. We ordered a cocktail and it took over 10 minutes to arrive. The waitress that brought it apologized and said she tripped and dropped the first one. She said that happens every day there. Clearly there’s some worker safety issues going on. Then for the best part! I ordered a steak medium well. According to THEIR OWN MENU it should have had a “hot pink center.” The steak I received did NOT have any pink at all. It was WELL DONE. On top of that, I had ordered the $30 filet and expected a filet….this was a top sirloin at best. It smelled like wet cat food and tasted like hamburger meat! Oh and there was mustard on the plate - no mustard was ordered with my meal. The dish was dirty. I quickly asked my server if I could have the steak re-done. She looked scared but said she would see what she could do. She came back and said the manager said “it was cooked to temp.” I asked to speak with the manager. Pam the manager came out and repeated that it was “cooked to temp” and that it was “medium well.” I asked her where is the pink on this steak? She pointed at my steak in general, not one specific spot, and said “right there.” I said ma’am this steak is not pink. It’s a $30 steak can I just get what I ordered? And she then goes on to tell me how it’s cooked to temp and that she’s been doing this for 50 years and that it’s a medium well steak and that we would just have to agree to disagree. She did absolutely NOTHING to remedy the situation, and I got left with a steak I wouldn’t even let my DOGS eat and a $76 bill!!!! Cotton Calf’s prices may be double that but I guarantee you they will make any issues right. Even Longhorns would have made it right! And they were the place with the 40 minute wait. Next time I will just go there! This place will be shut down in 6 months and the owners will be crying and wondering where did it all go wrong? THIS is where you’re going wrong. What happened to good restaurants and hospitality? Save your money and go anywhere else but this establishment.

We came here for Father's Day. It's far from where we live but we were in the area. We ate here for dinner on Father's Day 2022. Host was very friendly. Made us feel welcome. Our waitress was awesome. She accommodated us and made sure that our food was exactly how we wanted. The calamari was the best I've had. All our food were great. The price for the entrees are fair. Everything is expensive nowadays. We got a sample dessert platter because it was Father's day. That was a treat. I definitely recommend. Great place, great food, great service!

We started off with a lobster and crab appetizer. My wife requested the waitress to replace the tortillas the dish comes with for baguettes. This dish was amazing. It was well seasoned and downright delicious. I had the salmon, dirty rice and vegetable medley. The salmon was tender and juice it could have used a little more seasoning or a sauce. I didn't like the rice. Some of it was still hard. The vegetables were okay. My wife had a steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. She said her steak was perfect. I tasted her mashed potatoes. They were absolutely in my top 5 for mashed potatoes. We had cheese cake for dessert. Yes. Cheese cake was marvelous.

We went for an early lunch for our anniversary. We shared the pretzel bites with jalapeño cheese which was had the right amount of heat. My husband had the rueben with sweet potato fries and he made such a mess with it as it was juicy (and of course I tried it and was delicious). I had the chicken avocado flatbread with a baby blue salad. I didn't realize it came with fries too! It was quite tasty, the salad was crisp, and the fries were so good. I normal don't finish my fries but these were very good. We ended our lunch with creme brulee and it was creamy and sweet. The perfect ending.

This is a nice place overall. The staff was wonderful, easy access ,seated quickly. Calamari was excellent, hot, and crispy on the outside. Rueban sandwiche was good, but here's why three star the demonico ribeye was way overseasond and little on the tough side , the fried shrimp was good also. I would return, just not for a steak.

If you're looking for a modern twist on Southern cuisine, make sure to visit Jacks Local Station. This trendy eatery offers innovative dishes that use traditional Southern ingredients in new and exciting ways. Don't miss their refreshing summer sunflower salad, delectable artichoke chicken, or the indulgent bacon-wrapped beef medallions for a truly delightful experience. The service is exceptional with the owner personally visiting each table to ensure customer satisfaction.
I've lived in Winder for 7yrs and today was the first day my husband and I tried it. We were NOT disappointed! This place was AMAZING! We came in at almost 3pm on Memorial Day. It was busy but not terrible, we were seated right away. We opted for inside seating since it was a bit warm outside. Our server Brook was AMAZING! All her recommendations were spot on DELICIOUS! Brook suggested their Spring Drink menu, the lavender lemon martini, which was INCREDIBLE! We decided to each get a meal and a 3rd to share since there were so many things we wanted to try. I had read previous reviews before going and everyone raved about the lobster rolls amd shrimp risotto with garlic white wine sauce. Brook suggested the local station bowl with steak, mushroom risotto and garlic white wine sauce. Since my husband isn't a seafood fan, we opted for her suggestions for our shared meal. I had the lobster roll and my husband had the Jack's fingers aka chicken strips. The local station bowl was incredible! The risotto mixed with the garlic white wine sauce....😘 chef's kiss delicious! The steak was a nice pairing but next time I'm totally getting it with the shrimp lol. The lobster roll was very good, a bit pricey with it being $22 for 1 roll and a side of house made chips, but I'm glad I tried it. My husband's chicken fingers were DELICIOUS! You could tell they were hand breaded and fresh NOT frozen! We also decided to get 2 desserts to go. Their desserts are rotated throughout the week, so the cannolis which looked amazing on another person's review was not available. We needed up getting the coconut cheesecake and the oreo cheesecake to go. Brook suggested the oreo one. Both were AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful lunch here. We ordered the soup of the day, lobster rolls, and a 14oz ribeye steak — all of them were amazing, and we really enjoyed them. The server was very friendly. There aren’t many seats inside, but the outdoor seating is also nice, just with a few fly bugs around. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try any desserts (I didn’t notice them on the menu), so hopefully I can taste them next time! Overall, we really liked this place.

Local Station is an American-style eatery in the historic downtown of Braselton, Georgia. It has the potential to be a good place to enjoy lunch or dinner, with pleasant patio seating, but service was unfortunately chaotic to non-existent on the day we stopped in for lunch, and this made it difficult to enjoy food that was otherwise good. Several of us had hamburgers, two of us had Caesar salads, and one had chicken tenders. We started the meal with an appetizer of pimento cheese and pita bread. We all found each dish tasty and well-prepared. But our enjoyment was marred by the experience of sitting a half hour at the bar waiting for a table, and being unsuccesful at getting the bartender to take our drinks order. Then when we finally got seated, we waited a solid hour for our food to be brought to the table, as wait staff rushed through a swinging door next to where we were sitting, sometimes speaking to each other in loud, raucous voices. The young woman who waited on us was very nice, but she took forever even to bring water to the table and then seemed not to notice when our glasses needed refilling. Maybe we happened in on a day when there was some problem in the staffing of the place, and it is better on other days. Whatever the reason, we found our experience unnerving, and can't highly recommend this place due to the service problems we encountered.

I absolutely loved my experience at Local Station! The lobster dip was incredible, the brie cheese was delicious, and the Surf & Top steak was cooked to perfection. The quality of the food was outstanding — everything was rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this place!

Friendly service, nice spot. The food however was not anything amazing. The burger is a plain regular burger and dry. The ribeye had a lot of nerve pieces that it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. Mashed potato’s were plain but the asparagus were good. The chicken strips were the best in my option.

The food and service were good. We ordered the sliders and the chips with a couple of drinks. If you want a quick bite, this is a sit and enjoy kinda place. The food took a while (even for apps). Still, I would recommend and return with friends. If you're not in a hurry, out with family or friends and like good food, I would totally recommend it.

El Centinela Mexican Restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere where customers can enjoy generous portions of fajitas and enchiladas. The establishment has a full bar and outdoor seating available. The service provided is commendable, and the spinach quesadilla with added mushrooms, shredded chicken, and cheese sauce is delectable. Additionally, the chicken soup is flavorful, while the chips are crisp and light. The salsa served here is also quite good.
Everything you would expect an authentic Mexican restaurant to give. Server was friendly and new his stuff. Baja tacos were fire 🔥. Chicken and shrimp were perfectly grilled. No complaints. 10's across the board.
Lucian P — Google review
Food was bad. Taco salad was wet (lettuce, hamburger meat, a fresh tomato slice, and soup/cheese). Quesadillas were undercooked burritos without authentic cheese. Enchiladas were corn tortillas dipped in salty american cheese. Service was friendly and prompt, but we would have been happy to wait for a properly and authentically cooked meal. Do not recommend it.

I stopped at this restaurant in the afternoon to let the Atlanta rush hour clear, it was a positive experience. La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant is a casual chain known for its extensive menu of homestyle Mexican dishes and lively atmosphere. With over 10 locations, the restaurant prides itself on serving traditional recipes, such as perfectly seasoned carne asada and fresh-garden salsa paired with crispy tortilla chips. The interior exudes a fun Spanish villa vibe, adding to the overall dining experience. Customers have praised standout items like the Hawaiian tacos and Quesabirria tacos, which are messy but delicious.
Their menu is different than typical Mexican restaurants, they have more items that I never eaten before. I had shrimp and chicken fajita, they were fresh and delicious and It’s vegetarian friendly as well. Another thing to note is their rice is not dry and you can sub with black bean if you don’t like refried bean. I definitely will be back to try their other menu thanks to my boyfriend who recommended and took me there.

This was the WORST Mexican food I've ever had! No seasoning on the meat, order was wrong, no flavor on anything & the portions were small. We ordered extra steak & as you can tell by the photos, it would have been smaller portions had we not ordered extra. We paid the $59 check and are now on our way to another restaurant to actually eat dinner!!! We couldn't eat it due to the complete lack of flavor! We will NOT be back! No idea how they are rated so high! NEVER AGAIN!!!

It wasn’t horrible, but it for sure was not good. None of it. I got the special nachos. The cheese sauce was more like a white-tinted water. And not a lot of it. None of my table mates were jumping up and down either. Really not great. Give this place a miss if you’re in the area and looking for a decent meal. Too many other options around.
Stacie B — Google review
I usually have a GREAT experience here but this time not at all. The chips were EXTRA GREASY, the cheese dip was watery, the tamales were tough, had to use a knife to cut it. And our waiter acted like he was in pre k…….I had to order a water 3 times, and had to ask for napkins 2 times. I ordered an extra appetizer cause I was still hungry since I couldn’t eat my cheese dip and he brought it to go and I still had a full glass of alcohol. Smh idk
Andrea J — Google review
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place deserves a warning label. The food was downright horrible—completely flavorless, watery, and just sad. My nachos looked like someone dumped a can of soggy vegetables on a plate and called it a meal. But the real kicker? A produce sticker was stuck to a pepper in my nachos. A sticker. In my food. That’s not just lazy, that’s a major health code violation. Clearly, nobody in that kitchen cares about basic hygiene or quality control. Although the staff was nice, no amount of friendliness can make up for food this disgusting and unsafe. Save yourself the disappointment (and potential food poisoning). There are plenty of Mexican restaurants out there—literally anywhere else will be better than this disaster.
Nina M — Google review
Okay so I’m not one for leaving reviews because I think it hurts a business and the people here were very nice. HOWEVER, the food was by far the worst Mexican I’ve ever had. You could easily EASILY find 2 or even 3 places within 2 miles that are better. We ordered our food to go and first the salsa was not making sense. Had a kick but also super thick with no flavor. Then the burrito I had was as if someone stuffed a wet diaper with unseasoned chicken. Then lastly, there was a non food product in my wife’s food. Now, again they were nice about it and sorry for the occurrence , heck they even offered to give us a free meal but I’d rather just never eat there again and that will make up for the lost money, time and being I spent eating this food. I’m sorry to be harsh but for the location that area deserves a better quality restaurant functioning and being so close to so much busy action around town. I hope they change there ways and move forward. I want them to succeed.
Vincent M — Google review
This restaurant has a very Americanized version of Mexican food. If you are seeking an Authentic dining experience this is not the right place for you. The food was okay, priced well and had generous portions. The atmosphere warm and friendly.
Rose R — Google review
I stopped here on a road trip and ordered a simple burrito with rice, grilled chicken and guacamole only. The waiter was extremely friendly and the chips and salsa were really good. The bathroom was clean, but the floors were so slippery that my two-year-old almost fell 3 times just walking. The burrito came out fast, but tasted like everything was burnt. I opened it up and there were huge chunks of black overcooked burnt food. It was also incredibly small compared to every other Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. I showed the waiter and he gladly said that he would have them remake it. I got the burrito back and I opened it up just to eat the inside with my two year-old, like we always do… And the burrito had the most minuscule amount of rice in it, literally maybe 2 tablespoons. It was really odd. So I had to ask the waiter to fix that as well. He went ahead and brought out a side of rice. I don’t know why that wasn’t putting the burrito just a few minutes prior. Super odd experience. The new rice was OK but the second bit of chicken in the burrito had the weirdest aftertaste and just tasted off! I asked the way to please take the burrito off and just to charge for a side of rice. I left a tip equaling what I would have paid for the burrito in the first place. Because the waiter handled the kitchen mistakes very well. I do not recommend this place based off of my experience. It was a waste of one hour of my time And we only ate a Bit of mediocre, definitely not authentic Mexican, rice.

This is a good dive bar - come here for beer and liquor, not a wine list. Great people watching, lively atmosphere, and good service. Our waitress was very efficient. You can come in and sit wherever you want. Just your regular bar food, but food was hot, fresh and decent. Prices are reasonable. This would be a good place to go to listen to live music, make new friends, and take a large group. For what it is, its at the top of its category - a good neighborhood dive bar! Stars are given based on that.

Contemplated give a 3 or 4 stars but ultimately gave 4 strictly because our waitress Carlee was absolutely amazing 👏. Very helpful, friendly, patient (we noticed a few customers seeming off and she handled it very well), and attentive. The food wasn't bad , but you could tell instead of it being freshly made food it was packaged frozen food. Would suggest not getting the corn, since it was frozen and they grilled it, let's just say it was pretty nasty. This place offers a lot of potential for sure and has a humble atmosphere. Don't go by the menu on the website because they do not offer a lot of what is on there, its a smaller version. My husband and I enjoyed our evening and will probably be back.

Maynard's at the Corner is a popular spot with a nice selection of food including hamburgers, salads, and various entrees. They take pride in serving fresh dishes made from scratch, such as their own salad dressings and hand-cut meat. The top sirloin meal is highly recommended, grilled to perfection. However, there have been some issues with orders not being fulfilled correctly and quality control in terms of ingredients like lettuce.
My wife and I stopped in Maynard’s for the first time today for lunch. She had the shaved ribeye and provolone and said it was terrific. She also had homemade fries. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad made with their home made salad dressing and it was terrific. Our waitress Valerie was attentive and very nice. Their business was hopping at the bar ona weekday afternoon. We’ll come back again in the near future.

Today, we went for lunch. Our food was pretty good. Our service was excellent. The atmosphere needs a recap. My one problem is the so-called manager that was there. Today was so rude to a new employee. I could not even take it! She was dressed in khakis had sunglasses on her head and wore a long striped shirt and she was so mean to this girl I was appalled. Our service was the only thing that was excellent. She on the other hand needs to dress like a manager if that’s what she is! My husband accidentally left his wallet at home and our waitress quickly ran to this woman to ask her if we could bring back our card Which we did. She was rude to this girl three times during our visit and I don’t like that she was wonderful. Find somebody more appealing

We have been coming to this restaurant for almost 5 years ( it’s in our neighborhood). At first, we LOVED the place… I looked forward to always having a sandwich called “ The Rachel”… slowly, service and food have gone way downhill. Last night my husband and I thought we’d give it one last try. Our waitress, Sophia, was excellent, however the food served was ridiculous. Chic / Cobb salad had maybe the equivalent of one small strip cut up on the salad, and my sandwich ( which used to be stacked high with pastrami and a nice Russian dressing as its sauce) came out dry / no sauce and the meat was minuscule… like maybe a few leftover pastrami shavings at the bottom of the barrel! Service has also been slow last few times, although Sophia did her best to get items out to us in a 15 min timely manner ( there was 1 other table vacated there). We’ve said goodbye to Maynard’s .. too bad, used to be a great place! Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

First time eating here with friends. The place needs a facelft. Old and rough around the edges. Took way too long to get our food. Steak and bluecheese salad was good. The mushroom swiss burger was thick and good but the fries were nothing but grease and should have never been plated and brought out. Homemade chips were good. Both friends with cocktails were disappointed with them. Our friend who had the fish and chips had to salt the fish for lack of taste. The server did not bother to check in with us with an apology or an update. When we finally flagged her down, she said they had a big party (the part of the restaurant we were in was practically empty) and short staffed in the kitchen. After finally bringing the food, she did not bother to check back and make sure food was ok or if we needed refills until we were done. We had to re-tell her our order at the end because she didn't remember who had what. We never saw any kind of a manager walking around. We won't go back.

Update: my husband brought me home a “wedge salad” (see pic). Literally 2 cherry tomatoes and maybe 1/2 piece of bacon and 1/4 of a wedge of iceberg lettuce. Horribly sad attempt at a wedge salad. Don’t know how much he paid for it, but I guarantee he overpaid! Our waitress Lizzy was amazing. The food was very good. The atmosphere not so great. The music was so loud that I could barely focus on the conversation with my friend. I asked a couple of times to have the music turn down and it will get turned down and then back up, and then back down and then back up. I really needed a night out last night and didn’t appreciate not being able to enjoy it. Oh! The bathroom was disgusting. My shoes audibly stuck to the floor and there’s a good 2 to 6 inch perimeter of dirt and dust around the bathroom clearly showing that it doesn’t get cleaned. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is!

I was told of Maynards at the Corner by a church member who thought it was great. I had to check this place out. I visited Maynards and perused their menu, which had a very nice selection of food. This includes hamburgers salads and various entrees. I decided to have the top sirloin meal with two sides. They say from fresh to table or something of that sort. They make their own salad dressings cut their own meat, etc. I think they nailed it I had l believe a 8 oz. steak grilled just right. Asparagus and a salad too. I splurged and got the Death by Chocolate Cake. It definitely lived up to its name. It was rich! The service was quite good, and the servers were attentive. Finally, the atmosphere was pleasant. All in all, a nice evening. Drop by and check the out also.

Maynards is a great local restaurant for lunch or dinner. Their food is delicious! Their hamburgers are especially yummy, accompanied by house made fries or chips. We especially like all of their soups, as well as their pork chop and fish and chips. Large, comfortable booths, high top seating, as well as regular tables and chairs, give you many options for seating and can accommodate a large group as well as two diners. The staff are very friendly and always bring you service with a smile!

Asked for a side of mushrooms then they brought me none and said they were on the burgers, but they were not. Quickly remedied after pointing it out, but there was dead lettuce in my appetizer that cost almost $13... there shouldn’t be so much dead lettuce in one small app. The sliders were decent and the the potato things were cool too. Service was good. Seems the problems were with the kitchen not being vigilant about the lettuce and requests when it came to my order this time.

During a weekend stay at the resort, visitors frequented Louis House of Bourbon for drinks. The place was bustling with activity and featured an exceptional live R&B singer. Patrons were able to secure a spot at the bar where the bartender provided excellent service, offering friendly advice on drink choices. The ambiance was enjoyable, characterized by an awesome Jazz night on Saturdays and a lively atmosphere with pool tables, table shuffleboard, and a well-stocked bar. Additionally, the food served looked enticing.
I rate 4.5/5. I recently celebrated my birthday at Louis House of Bourbon, and overall, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. The managers were also very personable and friendly walking around to check on everyone. This place even had a DJ after 9 p.m. on Friday, which really added to the vibe! The drinks were great, and I highly recommend trying their Crème Brûlée—it was absolutely amazing. However, I found the chicken (on the menu as “Coq au Vin”) a bit overpriced at $45 for a small airline chicken breast with a wing tip. Don’t get me wrong, it delicious (it’s chicken over a wine reduction sauce with mashed potatoes, see photos) but it left me still quite hungry. If I could do it again, I’d skip the chicken and go straight for the BBQ chicken pizza. It was fantastic and definitely worth the order! My husband had the burger, and he said it was decent. Overall, a fun spot with great service and a lively atmosphere, but choose your menu items wisely to get the most value!

Louie’s House of Bourbon at Chateau Elan is my weekend go-to spot! It’s so convenient to hop over on my golf cart, and I love bringing the family along once in a while. They treat us like royalty every time, so it’s five stars all day! Plus, the mix of new faces and friendly regulars always makes for a great atmosphere.”

Fire the kitchen manager that oversees the House of Bourbon! Chateau Elan has been beautifully refurbished and this bar was eccentric and vibrant. The staff was nice for the most part, but very cluttered and came across unorganized. We had to wait a bit to get service and when we did find a table it was dirty so we had to clean it. Even the chairs were dingy. The drinks were okay. They need to check the balance of their 🍸 cocktails prior to sending them out. When we finally did get our drinks they were beautifully presented. Although the vermouth needs to be checked. Let go to the nightmare that they call food. We ordered the shrimp tempura 🍤, seared tuna tartar, the chicken wings, and the BBQ sliders. The seafood dishes were covered, completely covered, with stale bean curds. Bean curds take maybe 1 minute to fry up and they were stale, that is just lazy to me. The shrimp was greasy and tasted off, so either the shrimp was old, the grease trap needs to be changed out badly, or they were sitting out for far too long. The seared tuna was just bad. The spicy mayo was a bad choice for seasoning and the cabbage paired with it had gone brown. I mean, what a lazy uninspired dish- do you really hate your customers that much? Put a ponzu scauce with seared tuna, a mayo is too heavy and disgusting. Moving on from that headache, we have the wings. The wings were blah. My partner said that going to a Taco Mac would have been better, and the price from those pathetic excuse for wings was astronomical. Its like they are trying to drive people away. Finally the sliders looked lovely and were probably the best part of the meal would it not have been for the stale buns. We were so excited to come here and enjoy ourselves but it was simply disappointing. We waited 1 hour and 50 minutes for over priced food that was not worth our time or money. We did say something to our server, but were not offered a discount or anything for our troubles. We didn't see a manger at all And we are not ones to make a scene so we paid $157 for a terrible evening. When they clean up the bar and get a new chef we are happy to return, but until then we won't be returning. If you stay at the chateau and need a late night snack/ drink save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Great vibe and experience overall, and I loved all the drink options. The Back in Thyme and Louis' Last Resort were my favorites. Pretzel was very tasty; service was good too. Definitely coming back

It’s a 1 because my wife and I tried to get a drink and they after standing at the bar for 15 minutes at the only spot open the bar tender said if you want a drink you should go stand at the middle of the bar or else wait 20 minutes for me. Where she pointed to there was no room to remotely stand. I get it’s the 4th weekend but waiting 15 minutes as the only person in line and getting nothing but attitude is horrible. We left.

Jacks Public House is a fantastic spot known for its delicious burgers and flavorful wings, with the Carolina Twang sauce being highly recommended. The restaurant also serves as a brewery and sports bar, making it an ideal place to enjoy a pint while catching a game. The spacious layout ensures that diners have plenty of room to relax and savor their meals without feeling crowded. Customers praise the attentive and friendly staff, particularly mentioning Cindy's exceptional customer service.
Great food and excellent service! Sadie was a friendly and attentive server. The fried deviled eggs were a standout, and the Hen House chicken salad sandwich was tasty. The pork chop with Cajun butter was also a hit. Already marked as a favorite—definitely coming back!

This is a really good spot to get a bite to eat. The location is easy to get to, and there is plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly. The food came out at the right time as well. There was not a long wait on getting your meal once you ordered. The food quality was very good and tasted very fresh. Their coffee was fresh and hot. I got the Swiss burger with fries for my main meal. The burger was cooked just right. I got the pimento balls as an appetizer as well. They were great, and the dipping sauce it came with was very good. If you grab a bite here, you will not be disappointed.

Phenomenal dining experience at Jack’s Public House yesterday! I ordered the pork chop meal and my son ordered a chicken tender kids meal! Everything was delicious and made fresh! Even ‘The Starburst’ alcoholic beverage was tasty! The menu offers differing prices for consumers paying with cash versus those paying with cards, therefore, I would suggest taking cash when visiting this establishment, but overall I would highly recommend giving this place a shot! You won’t be disappointed! Oh and some nights, there is live entertainment! 👌

We stopped in for a little family get together. It was nice that they had a room that had a few tables that could be pushed together to accommodate the entire group. The service was both friendly and timely. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was quick and the atmosphere was nice. Overall great experience.

I got the smoked Jamaican Jerk and Nashville Hot wings with onion rings as the side. The onion rings were house made and delicious! Everything was very good. The only complaint is that the wings were small and the reason for only 4 stars on the food. Outside of that the flavors were delicious! My waitress Aspen was great! Football was on almost entry TV and I'm not a big football fan is the only reason for 3 stars for the atmosphere. I'm mainly a fan of racing and combat sports.

Upscale sports bar. Tons of tvs. Chicken tenders and BBQ sandwich were excellent. Portions were very large - we could have split either dish. Didn't go in the outside bar area but it looked pretty cool too.

Very nice place 👌 I had lunch with my son the first time and we had such a nice experience 😊 everyone was very friendly. I had the chicken tender with a side of Broccoli 🥦 and Coleslaw. The best chicken tenders I have ever had and I don't usually eat Coleslaw but, that was the best one ever. The Broccoli was sautéed with garlic and butter 🧈 and was sooo good. We also had the spinach deep with chips and it was very delicious 😋 my son had chiken phili and loved it! Thank you so much!
Seble W — Google review
TLDR: The price is high, but the portions make up for it. We got the smoked sausage appetizer, the fried chicken sandwich, and a burger with fries, onion rings, and sweet rolls. The smoked sausage appetizer was great! It came with crackers, pimento cheese, pepper jelly, and other tasty compliments for the sausage. The chicken sandwich was pretty dry, and my husband really enjoyed his burger. The fries are great! Nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The onions rings are honestly overwhelming! Massive, *very* battered, and large! The sweet rolls were just Hawaiian rolls, but they're served with what tasted like garlic butter. We learned maybe share one side and skip the appetizer, and you'd be under $100 spent.

Cantina Madre has quickly become a beloved spot in the Braselton area, and I couldn't wait to check it out before its grand opening. My first visit was delightful; the restaurant was spotless, and the food was bursting with flavor—especially their unique refried beans made from white beans. Although the fresh mango juice fell a bit flat, my excitement to return remained high. On my second visit with my husband, we opted for a cozy seat on the patio.
If there are any negative reviews, they are lying! This place is delicious, we intended to go to Jacks Public House and changed over last minute to give this place a try. Best choice ever! Everything we had was absolutely amazing, the white cilantro rice was literally the best rice I’ve ever had in my 30 years of existence. I’d come back for the rice alone! We didn’t have anything we didn’t love! Great portions as well, we have more than enough for dinner later. Our waitress was so sweet too, very attentive and kind! Definitely will be back!

I was extremely excited to have a new restaurant in the braselton area, and visited CM before the grand opening. My 1st experience was good. The restaurant was clean and the food was well seasoned. I especially love there refried beans made with white beans. The only thing that was off was the fresh mango juice, it tasted like water with a splash of mango. But despite that I was excited to come back again with my husband. My 2nd visit a week later, I bought my husband and this time we sat on the patio. It's a nice size patio and it will be even better atmosphere they decorate and add music out there. Service was good but food was okay. It had flavor but the rice was soggy. Other than that I know they have just opened and are still working out the kinks so I will be coming back again.
Violet M — Google review
We ordered to-go tonight and was honestly not impressed. I ordered the Enchiladas Swissas which said it came with 4 enchiladas, but I only received 3. The rice is bland but at least it was tender. The refried beans aren’t bad. The food just lacks flavor. The chicken inside the enchiladas was dry and not at all seasoned. The chip bag was tiny and only halfway filled. And worst of all, the street corn (elote) looked like it had been dipped in a bucket of mayonnaise and stuck in the to go container. I guess if you’re into just eating mayo out of the jar then this is for you! We were really hoping for better tasting food but were quite disappointed.

The food is fantastic. It’s probably the best restaurant in Braselton. The Texas fajitas were well seasoned. The shrimp cooked perfectly. I highly recommend.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Cantina Madre! We ordered the fajitas and keto tacos, both were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I went with the spicy margarita, and it hit the spot perfectly. Isabel had the strawberry hibiscus margarita and loved it too. What made the visit even more special was getting the chance to meet the owners, truly great people who clearly care about every detail of the restaurant. Their passion and attention show in the food, the drinks, and the overall vibe. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Cork It Braselton - Wine & Charcuterie is a delightful destination that combines the charm of a cozy wine bar with the sophistication of a charcuterie experience. This inviting venue is perfect for gathering with friends or hosting special events, such as bridal showers and engagement parties. Guests rave about the exceptional service provided by Brian, who ensures every detail is attended to during your visit or event planning.
I came to this bar on a recommendation—and it did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is effortlessly cool. Dim lighting, great music, and a staff that knows their stuff. The cocktail menu is creative. This place is a must-visit if you care about quality cocktails and a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere.

Pretty cool spot. Nice atmosphere, bartender was cool and knowledgeable. Went in just for the toffee pudding, which was actually pretty good. I, also, had a few different cheeses (manchego, aged gouda, aged cheddar, and butterkase). The manchego is always a good option, but the rest were really good, too. Their fig jam paired really well with all of them. I was shocked to find out that a wine spot didn't have any port wines, or dessert wines in general. That was a little disappointing. The zinfandel he offered me was pretty good though. I, also, had one of their smoked old fashions with some anejo tequila, and it was really good. The presentation was great, too.

Additionally, the bar serves signature spirits and seasonal cocktails that are perfectly balanced in terms of alcohol content and flavor. The restaurant is also praised for its attentive and friendly staff who provide great recommendations on both food and drinks.
First time customers, lunch date with wife. Our server Avery was awesome. Very personable and helpful with menu choices and drink choices. Food was great and we shared our meals to sample several different things. Italian Pannini and broccoli cheddar soup are fantastic. Tomato Florentine soup was wonderful as well. She had Lobster Roll and said it was very good to be in the South! Sampled several mixed drinks as well, recommend the Rhubard Gin Sour. Definitely not a common drink but well worth it. Will definitely be back with friends and look forward to trying one of their upcoming Bourbon Flights.

We came here after a disappointing experience with chateau elan. We pulled this place up and it seemed cute and quaint. We came in and sat ourselves (there was a sign at the bar stating to do this). We sat closest to the bar opening so the bartender wouldnt have to walk so far since we were going to be getting a couple rounds of drinks and food. We sat and waited 6 minutes before being greeted while there was only 11 people in the resturant. The bartender finally came over to the table and we were super excited to order some of the craft cocktail drinks. She took my husband's drink order since I was a little indecisive on which one I wanted first. It took over 8 minutes for the drink to come to the table. I ordered a spicy Paloma and proceeded to wait another ten minutes before it came. We ended up ordering food to go since we were kind of disappointed with the service and didn't want to wait another 15 min for drinks. It took 35 minutes for the kitchen to make 2 sandwiches and there was no other food being ordered or made. My spicy Paloma was just heat, no other flavors, which was incredibly disappointing. As we were waiting for our food, my husband finished off his drink while mine sat full the entire time we waited and the bartender never came back to ask if he would like another one or what the issue was with mine. We were finally able to grab the check and received our food. Once we paid and left we saw the size of the sandwiches given to us. Pictured below is the same sandwich a year ago and the one we received. Once we were able to eat the food we waited so long for, we discovered the chicken used was precooked and bland. This just adds to the irritation on why it took so long. Incredibly disappointed considering how excited we were. The cherry on top of this experience was the owner/ manager who seemed more interested in cutting up with a couple at the bar and letting her underage daughter sit at the bartop with her boyfriend and friend than ensuring quality guest experience and guests returning.
Rachel H — Google review
I love this place! Avery, Taylor and Angie are all awesome!! We stop by for a “quick drink” that turns into a few drinks and a meal (which I cannot forget about the kitchen staff - great sandwiches and pasta salad). Keep up the great work.

For a mere $25 you can enjoy a charcuterie board featuring "various seasonal items, meats of cheeses" which is actually literal deli-meat salami, turkey, and cheese along with raw, Un-pickled, bland peppers, tomatoes...and boiled eggs? So pretty kuch just mashed up stuff from the back. What is seasonal? The tappinade was the only accompanying, no mustard. No jam. Served bar side with plastic forks and a packet of wheat crackers that looked like it was excess from first class spirit airlines. Do yourself a favor and skip the food.
John B — Google review
We love this place! Angie,Taylor, and Averee are amazing. Worth the visit every time. Update: the owners decided to put some strange mural of charactures that ruins the ambiance. We come all the time. This mural is very odd and a little creepy.
Kristen H — Google review
Adorable little spot! We are obsessed with the staff — Averee, Taylor, and Angie are total rockstars. Friendly, attentive, and somehow manage to stay cool even when the place is bursting at the seams. My company comes here all the time, and we basically treat it like our second office (but with better cocktails). Now, fair warning… the mural on the wall? It’s giving “haunted fever dream meets art school final project.” Definitely not the vibe we expected — but hey, if you like being mildly unsettled while sipping your cocktail, you’re in for a treat! Still, 10/10 would come back. Creepy mural and all.

Great spot. We have men's prayer meetings here a couple times per month and have loved talking with the bar tenders and even the owner, Troy many times. An absolute hidden gem inside the 1904. They have a pretty wide array of sours, ciders, IPAs, lagers etc.. on tap readily available and always changing as the kegs finish of course. The bartenders are very attentive and are always happy to have a conversation. I’d definitely recommend coming in and trying out the place on a Thursday when they offer half off drinks.

We have been here a few times and enjoyed the selection of their beer and the atmosphere. Then we recently had our daughter's baby shower here and it was absolutely wonderful. Troy went way beyond what was expected to make sure our day was perfect. All our guests were impressed and enjoyed the venue. Thank you Troy for making our daughter's day so special!

This is our absolute favorite place to go on a nights out!!! It is so chic with such a cute set up inside. Flourish Taproom is a super fun environment with delicious drinks, board games, awesome employees and AMAZING owners. We never have a boring night when Flourish is involved! We even had my engagement party here and the owners were so accommodating to all of our needs. 10/10 recommend this place to any and everyone!!!

Great little bar! There was a diverse tap list (see Untappd app for current listing) and some pretty cocktails. The owners were super nice and other guests were friendly. There were lots of cozy little seating areas and the atmosphere was very pretty. Great place to grab a drink or two and socialize. It's a little hard to find - SECOND FLOOR of the 1904 building but well worth the hunt. A true diamond in the ruff.

This place is such a hidden gem in Braselton! It’s located in a beautiful historical building A big shoutout to Katie, the bartender, who was incredibly accommodating even though we arrived about 15 minutes before closing. That extra effort really made the night special. Highly recommend checking it out!
