Not a bad spot. Seems like the only few places in Kumasi to chill and relax. Customer service was good and even though there were a lot of people present, there was enough table space. Would return when I'm back in the area.

It is a pub where one can buy local dishes and drinks. It has a cool atmosphere for the late afternoon and evening relaxation. The Bulldog Pub is along the Stadium Hotel Road. The trees near the pub makes the place unique.
The pork is tasty, though it could use a bit more spice. The overall atmosphere is enjoyable, with good music and a great outdoor patio. However, the washroom is in very poor condition, which can be a drawback. You’ll have a great time as long as you don’t need to use the facilities.

Bull dog is known for its night life . Very good service ,drinks and lovely tasty khebabs, but ask them to tone down on the pepper or chilli cuz it will burn you ......lol....and make you drink more apparently.

We went there at night so we experienced something more like night club. If you don't want noise you can go to the top floor. Mostly programs are done downstairs and i experienced a nice karaoke night on a Wednesday where u can request for a song or sing it by yourself.

Before I even managed to enter the club the male bouncer put his hands on me gripping my arm!
When I asked him why he is doing this and not to put his hands on me he told me to leave my bag outside!
Please explain to me why I would leave my bag outside! It's a regular shopping bag with my water bottle from the day, a fan, and various other items. Whilst I appreciate bags may not be permitted, my issue is the way the bouncer saw fit to put his hands on me! As a woman I don't appreciate any man touching me unsolicited (bouncer or not!)
Needless to say he then lied to management saying he didn't touch me. At which point this made me so angry. Nothing the manager could have said would have ever allowed my pounds to be spent in this establishment!!

This charming jazz club offers a relaxed environment with scattered seating in a lovely garden and a hacienda-style ambiance. It's favored by locals for its reasonable wine selection, bar snacks, and live music performances. With 22 years of experience, S Bar prides itself on delivering top-notch service including food, drinks, music, security both indoors and outdoors.
Lot of good good things to say and dont know where to start from. From my pictures you can see I go to this place a lot, well everyday after work, yes everyday. Good fries with pork or chicken, excellent winery, cold beer🍻, live soccer matches, natGeo wild tv, very very cool music, jazz, soul music. What can I say, I love this place and I strongly recommend you swing by anytime you are in Kumasi, especially in the evenings.

Worst service I've ever received.
I greeted the bartender and asked for a mixed drink. She looks at me like she's seen a ghost.
She has all the ingredients, I give instructions in both English and Twi and still nothing.
I ask for a beverage and she sits the bottle in front of me without opening it and walks away. I try to see if it's a twist off by chance. It wasn't. She comes back 5 mins later and I ask for an opener.
I ask how late the kitchen is open and she puts the menu in front of me and walks away again without answering. Finally comes around and I put in an order.
Waits 5 minutes then gives my order to her colleague (incorrectly) then concludes with "it's fine for me to go home." In Twi.
So I've been here 30+ mins and I've just put in my food order and finally enjoying my beverage.
Beautiful spot located opposite the Lebanon club. If you desire an ice cold drink in Bantama that's the place to go. Food is also available and service is with a smile.

We were given a drink menu where the medium sized clubs were GHC 25. When we were brought out the bill, a club was priced at GHC 30 each. I asked to see the drink menu and the menu given was different from what we were shown originally when we ordered. This one had a bunch of small stickers upping the price. Also, the clubs were brought out room temperature with a cup of ice.
Whether if it was an honest mistake by staff or just the usual overcharge for Obroni guests (we were a group of 15ish), I would be weary of this place. There are cheaper options if you want an ice cold drink.

The things that did not make me happy with when I was there were the fact that they did not have POS and most of the whiskeys were unavailable, prices on the menu were different from actual price. Hopefully they make things better as time goes on

Nice place for your local dishes. Went there on a Sunday afternoon and our food didn’t take long to come. It was nice and enjoyed the meal.

It was a charged atmosphere, especially because of the live band. Very solid rep. Anytime we're in Kumasi, I'm stepping right out to +2 Pub again.
They need more servers and seats during special occasions instead of guests doing that themselves.
I'm sure some guests leave without paying as the servers can be lost for a long time (even when you are ready to leave, you have to now be searching for them 🤦♀️)
It's hard to find a seat. We paid an employee to get us chairs.

I liked the pub. It's quite big and has a stage and open space for people to dance...although it ground get muddy when it rains and there are potholes.

I love the atmosphere and privacy there. There are no bright lights. The DJ is good and everyone is dancing so that will make you dance and have a good time. Their drinks are good as well. Be sure to go there well dressed because there are bouncers.

It's a very lively place. People stream in by the numbers and but there seems to never be overcrowding since some leave as others enter.
The music is loud. Very loud. I think that is characteristic of night clubs but, do with the information what you may.
The environment is clean and lovely but, being a nonsmoker I didn't enjoy that people ignored the rule and smoked amongst the crowd.
Again, that seems to be very typical of nightclubs in the country so one cannot hold them to it.
There are lots of drinks, alcoholic and plain.
It was a fair experience.
Uses workers without paying them n its very bad. My only prayer is that it will never be well with the entire team.

But also way to dry grilled chicken, small meat portion, extremely slow service (1h20+ for one dish, the other persons dish was served after 40min).
Worst of all: dishonest management trying to charge more than listed on the menu because "we are going to change the menu"
Absolutely beautiful restaurant. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the design and it was executed very well. There is ample free parking on premises. We visited on a Friday night and it was stunning. There was also a live music band which began around 9/9:30 PM. They played an assortments of genres from American rnb classics to Ghanaian highlife. It was wonderful. However, the food took extremely long and we were thoroughly disappointed. I called an hour in advance to ensure our food would be ready upon our arrival. And nothing was ready. We waited an extra 45 mins for the food to arrive. Totally unacceptable as we had called in advance and were told the food would be ready. And then when finally delivered, the dishes were okay, nothing to rave about. We tried the palm wine and while my father liked his, I didn’t like mine as the fermented taste was too strong. What made up for my experience was the absolutely stunning decor and live band.
We had dinner here upon our arrival from the Bomwire museum. The atmosphere was warm and the food tasted so good. We had a little lecture as well and the management put together the necessary equipment we needed for the lecture. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in experiencing something new.
We arrived in Kumasi and went straight for a meal to Ike’s from the airport. It was an 18minutes drive from the airport. We got a palace to keep our bags and settled in for lunch. The food was delicious. An average of GHS 100 to 150per head. We ordered fufu and chicken light soup. I recommend it. They also have some tasty khebabs. Nice atmosphere

I guess the price of the stuff is normal for a restaurant. You could get the stuff cheaper on the road but the ambiance is unmatched.
The service was decent and Polite.
Someone suggested ikes cafe to us and I was glad they did. The ambience was great, the food tasted great and felt local as expected. The waiter wore a smile even when we kept bombarding her with questions. We intend to visit again for their grilled catfish or soup.

Bliss Bite, an Indian restaurant located in the Ashanti region of Ghana, offers a comfortable dining area and excellent Middle Eastern cuisine. The ambience is pleasant and quiet, making it a great place to hang out with friends. The staff provides attentive and excellent service, creating positive vibes for visitors. Additionally, they offer delicious Lebanese food at reasonable prices and even have Shisha available. Although the bistro has ceased operations, it will be missed by those who enjoyed their food and sweets.
Running under the name Bliss Bite now. The food is excellent, the assistance to those not familiar with Middle Eastern cuisine is wonderful. I keep going back and back and will continue to do so.

I stayed at this guest house.The rooms are super clean and nice with beautiful anemities. They had LOUD music all night till about midnight but it’s Friday so I guess it was fine it’s the weekend I asked them to reduce the music at midnight which they did. At 6am I heard noise outside my room saw a group of young guys in caps going to sit by the pool holding drinking and balloons. I was shocked as to how they got access because I don’t think they are even staying here and they were making so much noise. I strongly urge the management to look into the calibre of people coming especially when some of us want to relax and stay here on business travels. The security should not have allowed these people to enter the residence at 6am because they aren’t even staying here and why all this drinking and noise at 6am. This place is beautiful but I won’t be coming to stay here again the noise was a real distraction. Thanks also get starlink internet so that all the rooms can have good WiFi access . Thanks and I hope you really look into the comment above don’t let rawdy people mess up your place and reputation.

I love this place. Perfect get away from all the noise. The night swimming option is so fantastic, and the music, lovely. The pizza and other food also nice, only takes too long sometimes. Their drink "mixes" are... heavenly. You should definitely try it.I don't get irritations like I do with other pools. The pool is always clean.

Lots of waiters on duty, that's a good one but then attention to guest on scale of 0-10 is 1. Staff just be using guest facilities anyhow. I do not know if that's how their SOPs says but it is a no no to the hospitality industry. They can do better! It's a cool place though.
It was nice. The pool is not really big, but it's best to swim in the evening without children and fun for you and your friends, but if you're going solo, it's calm too. The food is nice too.

While in Kumasi, I visited the Manhyia Palace Museum. The tour started with a short video on the history of the Asantes (yes this is the correct spelling). I learned about the rise of the Asante kingdom, the Asantehene, the Queen Mother and the resilience of the Asante warriors. This really set the pace for the rest of the tour which was quite informative and educational.
Our tour guide led us through room after room and explained the significance (and importance) of each artifact such as original furniture, thrones, wax figures, gold ornaments and even a working refrigerator from 1974! However, please note that pictures and recordings are not allowed.
Overall I left with a feeling of cultural awareness and empowerment; but most importantly, a connection to and an appreciation of these majestic people which I descended from.
Tip - Schedule your visit for the same day of the Akwasidae Festival which is an experience in itself!

It was a lovely trip both for the young and old to learn about the Ashanti Kingdom and Kings. The tour was not too long. We didn't have the time to watch the movie in the end.

Totally loved the history and the Antique artefacts seen..The tour guide was very good at his job..The only part I didn't like was the no photography but it's all good..And hey, we made sure not to sit in the chair that could render you impotent or infertile if you were not a royal lol

Ordered simple rice dishes and french-fries for the children. Took over 2hrs to get the food. Fries were greasy. Drinks were delivered without opening the bottles. Luckily I had my own bottle opener. After waiting 2hrs for the food, it came out one at a time for the next 40 min. Don't come hungry. You will be waiting a while. Serving mats were dirty.
The waitress took a while before coming to my table but her service was good afterwards. Place was lit and we stayed up all night till 3am. I recommend for a girly night out.

The place was okay and the decor is good
The music was however too loud. You cannot hold a conversation with someone because of the extremely loud music. You'd have to shout till your voice is sore.
The food was just okay. I ordered Traditionally spicy pork cutlets with a side of french fries. My fries were cold when it arrived, but the spicy pork cutlets were really good (definitely recommend). My friend ordered Beef kebab which was also cold on arrival, and not enough value for money. You'd think that you'd get two kebabs for 120cedis but no, he got a single beef kebab which was very disappointing to say the least.
All in all, the experience was okay but certain things can definitely be improved
Beautiful spot with decent food, but the experience was truly disappointing - and potentially dangerous.
We waited almost an hour for our food, which was brought out one dish at a time instead of all together. The real issue, though, was that our chicken kebab was severely undercooked - and unfortunately, we had already eaten some of it before noticing.
This was especially concerning because I had my kids with me. Undercooked chicken poses serious health risks, including foodborne illnesses like salmonella, which can be particularly dangerous for children.
We immediately showed the undercooked meat to the staff. The server apologized, and we asked to speak with the manager. The manager never came and we had to walk over to the bar to have a conversation with him. Instead of taking accountability, the manager gave a half-hearted apology and said if he removed it from our bill, he’d have to charge the server - which makes no sense since she is not the chef and is completely unprofessional.
Serving raw chicken is a health hazard, and the way it was handled made the experience even worse. Despite the nice atmosphere, I would not recommend this restaurant and definitely won’t be returning.
I had a great experience regarding the taste of the food which i ordered chicken kebab and sautéed potato the kebab was juicy and chewy while the potatoes were well cooked and seasoned which i actually enjoyed the combination

Stunning space with great decor. I think it’s a good spot for drinks on a weekend. I’d give their customer service a 5/10 maybe……yeah! Music over speakers was awfully loud that day so I wouldn’t recommend as a place for relaxation…..definitely not!!!! My friends and I could hardly have a conversation while we were there. Almost all tables were reserved and had to keep moving around to find a place to sit…..smh!
My experience at Milan was exceptional. I was there on a Sunday with few friends of mine. We enjoyed good music with the DJ the food came out earlier than we expected. I ordered for combination fried rice I bet you it was sooo sooo good😋😋 I wish I could eat a lot more but jeez I was so full since the quantity was more than enough to fill my belly up. The staffs were equally friendly. Milan is a cool 😎 place you can be with family and friends.
