Nice spot for a break — perfect for coffee and some local sweets. It was a bit cloudy when we visited, so we decided to grab a few treats to take away. Still a lovely little stop!

We stopped by while walking around Lecce and we’re so glad we did. We tried some local specialties and everything was delicious. Finished off with gelato, which was honestly one of the best we’ve had. Friendly service and a lovely spot to take a break — highly recommend if you’re in the area!

We decided to have breakfast here because it looked like they offered local products. Nice terrace right next to an amphitheater, homemade pastries, really good coffee, and quick service. Very local, exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the city again.

DO NOT ENTER ! this place is dangerous, you might want to never leave !!!! If heaven had a coffee shop, it would be Caffé Alfino. I came for a quick caffeine fix… and ended up questioning all my life choices up until that moment. Why haven’t I been living here?! Their caffè leccese? Liquid poetry. Espresso meets almond milk and they fall in love in your mouth. With lots of ice, I don’t even like sugar in my coffee, but every sip of this coffee sends me to heaven. I tried caffè lecchese from another place… no comparison. This one by faaar the best. And the sweets? Oh, the sweets. I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening in that kitchen, but one bite in and I was ready to write a love letter to a pastry. I almost proposed to a fruttone salentino. The staff are so friendly, I’m convinced they’re trying to adopt me. Honestly, if they offered me a loyalty card or a room upstairs, I’d say yes. Highly recommend. 12/10. Will return. Might never leave.

Beach and ocean is dirty. Service good in morning and non existent in afternoon unless you hunt down waiter/waitress. Food is good and nice play area for kids. Babysitting services too if you want. Parking is included. In the afternoon, non paying people will Come in and try to sit next to you. Alert the staff and they will move them away.

My husband and I rented a second row chair for $60 all day and it was a fabulous spot. We wish we found this place sooner on our trip. Top notch facilities and friendly service. Food was pretty good too - not inexpensive but makes sense at a nice place like this.

A day to remember but bring your wallet. 2 Beds and an umbrella range in price from 100 euro upwards for the day. Yes, the beds are larger than normal and you get a lovely soft towel to put on the bed but for me it didn't justify the price. Restaurant was lovely and food and service were excellent but you pay for lunch in addition to the fee for the bed. Sea was fabulous but you need swim shoes as rocks hide in wait for delicate toes. All in all a lovely treat for a day but its not cheap.

Beautiful beach. Nice friendly staff. The resort is very nice, clean. Good beach beds with thick towels. Good choice of beverages and good. Not cheap to stay here but worth it. From September the prices go down. I definitely come back.

The ratio of price to service was imbalanced. The website is MUCH nicer than the reality. Considering you will spend minimum €100 for the day, I would have expected to have a nice restroom area. Instead, there were outdoor showers (no curtains) and only 1 out of 3 worked. Additionally, even though the chairs boast table service, it was never possible to actually order from the chairs. We had someone come once to check on us. The chairs, parasols, towels were all nice but I cannot justify the mark-up vs what you would pay at any other beach for sun-loungers and a parasol.

We visited for a day last year at the of September! The location is great, calm and peaceful. Cocktails were great, food at the restaurant as well, quality ingredients very well presented and service was quick! Staff friendly and attentive!

Absolutely beautiful. Got the front row in relax plus in mid-August for 150€ with lunch for two. The lunch could have been a bit more substantial, but other than that - no complaints. Perfect water, perfect sand. Not crowded at all until about lunchtime but even then it wasn’t bad in our area of the beach. I’m not even a beach person, and I stayed here over 8 hours. One of my favorite days of vacay!

This is probably the best place to be on the beaches south of Gallipoli. It has been closed since 2019, so there is no loud music like at the other beach bars. There are only a few people that want to relax in a quiet athmosphere, parking spots right next to it, bars for coffee and food are only 5 min away.

Stopped in for a glass of wine. Decent selection, perhaps not going to get serious wine fanatics giddy but some tasty options. But I was very very impressed by the produce, my cheese platter was delicious. Incredible cheese paired with their own jams and spreads. The spicy relish was amazing. We bought some pickled chicory to take away, and it’s also seriously tasty stuff. Well worth stopping by for a glass and some tasty bites. Staff were also incredibly nice and welcoming 🙏🥳🥳🥳🥳

A wonderful wine bar in the old part of town. A fantastic selection of local wines which were expertly described in English. We had three different wines each and they were all wonderful! Paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheese made for a small but tasty dinner. Sit outside as it is a great place for people watching.

Rating this restaurant 1 star because even though the service was friendly & the food was nice we didn't realised until we left that for the two of us we had been charged €10 for "coperto" instead of €2 each. That left a bitter taste in our mouths. We have been travelling for a few weeks now & it was the first time to be ripped off like that. Sure, it was our mistake for not double checking the receipt at the counter when paying. Beware & double check your receipt!

We had a great time at Enoteca Elvira before dinner. The 'Pitta', a traditional dish from Lecce, was really tasty. It's a great spot to start your evening and enjoy some local flavors.

Please don't get influenced by a relatively low rating of this place...it must be a mistake. The place has excellent food, super friendly staff and a truly great atmosphere. It also has a terrace with a terrific view of Ostuni.

We were impressed by the hospitality, it was the only restaurant in the area that let us have some drinks and dessert without lunch. Really good pistachio ice cream and we liked most the Ugo drink.

Unpopular opinion apparently. The garden view was a nice change from the overpriced sea view of Ostuni. Considering the sea is 8km away not to mention at night. This easily more than make up for it for any late night dining considering how dreamy it can get. Without reservation in the middle of the season, the service was very swell. They created a diner table for the both of us to enjoy. Their recommandations on wine and digestive was on point (as a burgundy person) can't comment on their cocktails. The wagyu paddy was overcooked to be frank but they apparently got a lot of tourist (who also put ice in their red wine so judge who you will). Hopefully they won't kill it's juiciness next time. But other than that the atmosphere under the trees and the surrounding of soft but good romantic music and choice of literature to add to the garden where just right for a romantic diner. Also on the amount we spent. We had a full bottle of wine for 2, 2 main courses and 2 desserts then digestives and coffee so a fair price for that quality of a full course, once more including the overcooked main course on my side. Thanks a lot for that moment.

A lovely lunch in a beautiful courtyard with different seating to choose from in the shade or in the sunshine. The Idea de Tiramisu tuna tartare dish was magical, the other dishes were wonderful too and the portions were generous. The only small negatives - the bread was doughy and the olive oil on the table tasted a bit off. But these were far from the main event and the whole experience was very good.

We had a lovely meal for the five of us. The tall waiter was very friendly and helped us understand the menu. We all enjoyed our meal the wine was excellent. Thankyou for looking after us xx

A beautiful setting for an amazing dinner! Joseph helped us from finding a seat, to being our server, and provided attentive service with a smile. Our food was delicious! Cooked perfectly, served beautifully, and don’t skip the tiramisu as a desert. It’s the best we’ve had!!! Beautiful views from this roof top garden, tucked away in a quiet alley. We definitely recommend!!!

We came here twice for appetizers and wine and really enjoyed it. The grilled artichoke and the meatballs were both excellent. The best part was the incredible playlist of music. Fun and obscure. We asked the owner to share his list on Spotify, but he declined. He’s (rightfully) very proud of it.

This is the second time I have visited this cocktail bar. Probably the best one in Lecce. The last time was a year ago, and fortunately, the menu has been completely redone. It was great before and it is great now. All of the cocktails are really thoughtfully prepared, and the current theme is 10 Cocktails : 10 Stories with each cocktail tied to a particular story or legend from the region . The cocktails are very simply presented without too much faff. The focus is on ingredients and perfectly crafted drinks with local aromas and components. The staff is super nice and helpful and personable. The atmosphere is young and hip and fun. A concept like this would do well anywhere, and is an amazing addition to a trip to this beautiful city.

A late-night gem with serious Williamsburg vibes. As New Yorkers, this spot instantly reminded us of a hip cocktail bar in Williamsburg—perfect for a 10pm to 1am stop. The service was excellent, and the drinks were creative takes on the classics, with just the right twist. We absolutely loved the staff, the energy, and the overall vibe. A great place to unwind with friends over expertly crafted cocktails.

An absolute gem of a buzzing bar, with an amazing cocktail menu surrounded by beautiful baroque Architecture in Lecce! AVOID! Some of the staff are so rude and they look like they just don’t want to be there. We couldn’t choose our table and we were told we had to seat inside and wouldn’t be able to move afterwards. When I asked if we could wait for a table outside, he told us ‘they are not a waiting room so it’s either this table or no table’ The service (skinny tall guy with hair divided in the middle) was just terrible compared to bars around where we felt welcome. There are so many other good places in Lecce who value as a customer, do not go here. It’s not worth it.

We visited a few times during our week in Lecce, the cocktails are excellent and the tunes spot on. The only shame is there are no bottled craft beer in the fridges but it is a cocktail bar.

Super fun, cool, small, cocktail bar with a funky menu of mixed drinks that we all enjoyed as we had a nice assortment of options and flavors. Great server. Cool vibe. Maybe the best yet in Lecce. Loved “paint it black”, but they were all great for 10€. VictorB

Not sure how to rate this place. The views are SPECTACULAR!!! The water is amazing (though beware of the jellyfish). The lounge chairs were a bit crowded in and this wasn't even high season. All of this in 4 to 5 star range. Then comes the restaurant.. oooof. They told us to reserve a seat to ensure we get timely service. So we did. 30 minutes to get our drinks. Almost 2 hours to get out pizza. Most other patrons came and left.. we kept asking and they kept saying 5 more minutes. This definitely marred our experience. Don't plan to eat here, and you'll be happier! 0 star for restaurant service but when the pizza arrived, it was delicious (so 5 star for the flavor of the pizza).

Bagno Marino Archi has a unique charm with a retro feel, almost like stepping back into the 1960s. The atmosphere is relaxed and with the right wind, as often happens in Salento, the sea is simply beautiful. What I really appreciated is how easy they make the access to the water: although it is set on rocks, there are platforms, ladders, and comfortable spaces that allow everyone to enjoy the sea without struggling on uneven stones. There is also a bar and a restaurant, which makes it easy to spend the whole day here without having to move around. Overall, it is a great place if you want to enjoy a calm day by the sea, with all the essentials at hand, a nice view, and an atmosphere that feels both authentic and timeless.

Bagno Marino Archi feels authentic as it gets for a summer beach vibe. An absolute gem of a swimming area with giant floats and rocks to climb on all around the coast and the club. Food stops early, bar stays open. It’s a nice touch having the umbrella stand that has a free lock system that you can put stuff in and enjoy the water. There’s a few levels to the place but I can see how it gets incredibly packed. Important thing to remember is that this isn’t a luxury resort beach club but a unique family friendly summer club with a unique cliff side setting. 10/10 would recommend. -04.06.2025- Two sun beds + an umbrella cost 36 eur, and I think their menu is fairly priced compared to other private beaches in Monopoli-Fasano area. You can ask the restaurant for take away and eat & drink while you sunbathe downstairs :-)

Unbelievably beautiful! Definitely worth a stop if you’re staying in or around Lecce. Not packed, especially not with tourists, people were nice and friendly, kids playing, just enjoying their day and the beautiful views.

This is the best place ever, the topography is very impressive! The water is so clear and you can spend hours snorkeling around the nearby coves. Also great lunch! We spent the day with two sunbeds and it was well worth it. Can’t wait to come back :)

Beautiful location and shockingly good food! Book in advance to get a lounger in the front row. Service is also a bit slow but if you relax you will have a great time and great meal.

We had a few great drinks at Blanc! It’s very beautiful and unique in its interior. Strongly recommend, a bit more pricy than other local bars but definitely worth it.

We were recommended Blanc for an early evening drink and it is a really relaxing place to kick back and have an aperitivo! Lovely courtyard with comfortable seating and a decent selection of drinks. If you want somewhere special to unwind early in the evening and drink a few negronis or similar, then go here!

The ultimate Italian expereince near Altamaura. I'll begin by saying Stanley Tucci visited Caseificio Dicecca while he was in Puglia. Now Vito Dicecca has created a way to actually see, taste and savor his amazing array of cheeses and then some! My photos tell the story. Visit the website and request a visit to Caseificio (cheese store) then take a short drive to a lovely intimate forest where Baby Dicecca was born. You wil indulge in a very special tasting that includes blue cheese among the more well-known cheeses of Italy, incredible wine, brick oven bread homemade olive oil and more. The viviacous servers create a fun experience. Most of all this enchanting love affair with nature, fresh hommade italian dishes and local wines will result in memories that are sure to last a lifetime. This expereince is a must!

Amazing location, with an overwhelming roar of cicadas. Vito and his wife, kids, and team are effortlessly cool, laid back, and kind. And they serve simple, vegetable based starters, each with cheese as the main star and each extremely well prepared and very delicious. The wine is not the important thing here but it’s good. The showstoppers were the pasta with ricotta/spinach and the house made blue cheese.

Our experience at Dicecca was truly unforgettable. We were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality by Roberta and Vito. The food and wine were delicious. My favorite the Amore Primitivo, had such a unique and deep flavor profile! Make sure not to skip the squash flowers and the ravioli which quickly became a favorite of the evening, absolutely delicious. Thank you, Roberta and Vito, for sharing your food and your story with us. This was an experience we will remember forever. A highlight of our time in Puglia!

While we did get a little lost on the way, sometimes getting lost is the perfect thing. Vito DiCecca and his team create such a warm, welcoming, and relaxed getaway in which to enjoy his delicious cheeses and local wines. The forest is quiet, the air pristine, and the food beautiful. As an American, we don’t know how to relax but Baby DiCecca makes is almost impossible to remain tied to the stress of the world. Even though we were late, our server waved away all concerns and soon we were regaled with dish after perfect dish, all featuring special local products. It’s hard to say what was best — the pane di Altamura, the fresh ricotta, roasted peppers, and capers, the foccacia barese with stracciatella, or the lovely raviolo. And then there’s the capolavoro - Vito’s gorgeous blue cheese aged in red wine and topped with macerated cherries. Capped off with elegant gelati — one very special apricot, almond, and fennel sorbetto and a creamy confection with whipped mascarpone and chocolate ganache — this was a very special experience we will never forget. We spent a lovely day at Bahia del Sol in Porto Cesareo. The beach is beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything felt well-organized and clean. We paid €45 for sunbeds in the last row and €10 for parking. Coffee was €2 – fair for the location. It’s definitely better to book your sunbeds online, especially on weekends, as the place gets busy. Overall, a great spot for a beach day with smooth service and a relaxed vibe. 🌞🌊

This beach club delivers a premium experience—beautiful setting, stylish loungers, and excellent service. It’s definitely more expensive than others nearby, but you get what you pay for, especially if you want to sit in the first or second row. The lounges are comfortable, with plenty of space and storage for your things, which makes the day feel more relaxed. The food is a little better than the average beach clubs in the area, and the atmosphere is lively but still family-friendly, with lots of families enjoying the day together. Overall, it’s pricey but polished—worth it if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury at the beach.

Rented chairs on this Lido and must say it top notch. Very clean, servers very polite, the chairs were very comfortable, and the beach was amazing. You can order your food and drinks from a QR code on the umbrella post; very efficient. Food was great and Service was quick.

The services improved compared to the last years. There are no Gazebos anymore, but instead the Royal lounge now offers way more place for a group of eight or two families with 8 beds and two tables. Food as always good. Remember: Kitchen for Pasta closes at 4pm

One of the best place in Salento, this Beach have all what you need to have a dream Vacation, and the Sea here is like Maledives, really clear water and clean, prices are not less but very quality products and first class services, by the way here you can find prominent people's best day's Saturday and Sunday with Disco and top Dj's

Had to send food back. We came here after it was recommended by a couple that live close by. Half the menu of both food and wine was unavailable, food that was served was cold. We decided to take the hit pay the bill and head home. Yes the beach is pretty but the beach club itself was very underwhelming. Thank fully we don’t pre book beds. Have to add that the staff were great and without asking for it to be the cold food was taken off the menu.

We visited Togo Bay Beach Club twice last week and absolutely loved it. As a couple traveling with a baby, I couldn’t recommend a better spot in Puglia. It’s simply perfect — the vibe is just what you’d want at the beach: calm, peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable. The beach itself is beautiful, with clear, shallow water that’s ideal for babies and kids. The infrastructure is excellent — everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, made us feel at ease. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The set up was very nice. Great sandy beaches comfy day beds. Reservations kinda easy but hard to contact the club. Fill out form on website and they send you back an offer within 48 hours. Staff very attentive, helpful and they are constantly cleaning glasses plates and all garbage. We spent the entire day here with our small children. The public beach next door sells everything you would need for a day at the beach too

Avoid this beach club if you’re looking for a relaxing, well-managed seaside experience. While the coastline is stunning, the overall experience is ruined by the management and front desk staff — incredibly rude and unhelpful. Booking a sunbed or even getting clear information is nearly impossible. You’re expected to fill out vague online inquiry forms, and even then, there’s no guarantee you’ll actually get a spot. Despite spending a decent amount of money here over a few days, the service at the reception remained consistently poor. The only saving grace was the waitstaff — they were fantastic. Unfortunately, the food situation is equally disappointing: no proper meals, just bland snacks that aren’t worth the price. There’s nowhere decent to eat. In short: great view, great waiters, terrible management, zero hospitality. I strongly do not recommend this beach club.

Great place with excellent service, fantastic music, and an amazing DJ after 4 pm. Our waiter. Alexander (the waiter), was very attentive to all our requests and guided us perfectly in choosing the right food. The Fino rosé wine wasn’t really worth it, but everything else more than made up for it.

Togo Bay is visually stunning, splendid clear water like the Caribbean. The chairs are generous in size and with plenty of space between you and your neighbors. Service was good, but should have been better given the very high prices for chairs and umbrellas, food, wine and even water. Lunch was delicious, but the prices were quite high for Salento. At times it was hard to get a waiter and we had to ask several times to get what we wanted. I will definitely go back in the off season, but the service didn’t warrant the prices they were charging.

This spot is an excellent choice for indulging in desserts and ice cream treats. Although it tends to get quite crowded, the service is impressively quick, ensuring you won’t have to wait long to satisfy your sweet tooth. The prices are reasonable, offering great value for what you get. While the atmosphere may feel somewhat geared toward tourists, it still has a charming appeal that makes it worthwhile. we came to polignano a mare to eat, apparently. first stop of our “polignano food tour” was this coffee shop. my friends told me i absolutely had to try their “special coffee.” i asked multiple times what it was, but they just said, “you’ll see.” so i ordered it. we got three, one each, and somehow managed to grab a booth in the middle of the very busy café. clearly this “special coffee” is their thing. i finally tried it and i have to say, i was surprised. if i remember correctly, it’s made with coffee, whipped cream, amaretto, and lemon juice. sounds weird, right? but the combo actually works. creamy, bitter, sweet, and acidic all at once. hard to describe, but definitely worth trying if you’re ever in the area.

Very Italian experience:) coffee speciale was tasty and worth trying. If you want feel that real Italian coffee shop you need to visit.

Very typical old bar but their food is amazing. My husband loved their caffe speciale which is very popular not only tourists but also the locals.

The must visit place in Polignano! Best cappuccino, special coffee and pastry in my life!!! The pastry was full of custard! The croissant with Nutella was so fresh, melted in my mouth. Special coffee is espresso shot with nice cream, amaretto and lemon. So much flavor! Very authentic and nostalgic interior. There are pictures of the owner with different stars whose visited the place (Britney Spears etc).

The food is delicious. The polpette di melanzane were extremely good. We ordered the ravioli burrata with vegetable cream, the ravioli burrata with tomato and basil, fish soup and spaghetti with clams. All dishes were super well done and the service was good and nice.

Food is good. Service is fast… but a bit too fast. Cleaning away the plates while someone is still eating is not done. And if one person is still waiting for her cocktail while the rest is done with dessert i can tell its not just that attentive. Advice: Nice terras with a breeze but if your sensitive about the surroundings its not your thing.

Eggplant rolls with salted baccalà were delicious. Ceci e tria was ok, a little gluggy and overpriced at €15. I asked for dessert recommendations and was recommended the semifreddo with pistachio, unfortunately it was so sickly sweet and not to my taste despite having a sweet tooth. It was like syrup and I couldn’t taste the pistachio. I sat inside at 7:30 because they said they had nothing available (fine by me) but when leaving at 8:30 the terrace was still empty except for one table so that felt a little odd. Ambience was ok but restaurant felt empty, lacks the warmth of other places. A candle or light on my table would help. They also turned away 3 other girls who also arrived at 7:30 opening time saying they were booked until 9:30 but it looked like they could have served them in the time I was there. Restaurant was only 20% full and gives an odd dynamic when so many tables are unused. Very expensive, glass of wine was €10 and ceci dish at €15 should be cheaper and given €3 bottle of 750ml water for one person, a smaller option would have been appreciated as I can only drink so much liquid in one sitting. Really dislike the QR code menus, makes it feel cheap (and I am a young person haha). Nice staff. Overall good food but very expensive for the ambience.

Such a great food and wine and lovely chill place to seat. We had excellent (like for real) beef and pasta and eggplant appetizers and Salice Salento wine. Service is a bit annoyed of your existence, however I experienced this across all places in Lecce. We paid approx 50€ per person.

I came for the pasta, I stayed because I couldn’t physically move after eating it. La Cucina di Mamma Elvira should honestly provide wheelbarrows to roll customers out after dinner. The food? Ridiculously good. The kind of good where you start questioning every life choice that led you to eat supermarket pesto before this. The wine list? Longer than my attention span, but somehow every glass magically paired with whatever landed on my plate. The staff didn’t just serve food-they staged a full-scale intervention to stop me from ordering a third round of burrata. (I regret nothing.) In short: if you’re in Lecce and don’t eat here, that’s like going to Rome and ignoring the Colosseum. Except tastier.

Located in the centre of Lecce, this beautiful restaurant has both outdoor and indoor seating areas. We were walk ins, and the staff managed to accommodate a perfect table for us outside with just a short wait prior. We did message via the WhatsApp number, prior to arriving, however there was no reply. (So just be advised if you try this, you may not receive communication for bookings) Drinks orders were taken quickly and we went for one of the local, Puglia rose wines, which the staff recommended to us. It was one of the most delicious rose wines we have had! For food, we decided to try the Gnocci and linguine dishes. Both were served quickly and were delicious. One of the staff members was a little forgetful first bringing bread with no accompanying plates or oils, and then offering us cheese for the pastas (but never returning with it) However this did not spoil what was otherwise such a nice dining experience. Prices are also affordable. Overall a great visit and we highly recommend for anyone visiting Lecce. We are returning for a large wedding next year, so will sending all of our guests here!

We had a great meal here. The manager was awesome helping us choose a bottle of wine. The eggplant meatballs are a must, but all the food was very good and we really enjoyed it and it’s like a beautiful outdoor seating area like on the edge of the historic district. Their menu is online and as I’m not a fan of photos on the menu if you click on one of the items in the menu, it will then show you a photo which I thought was helpful

Irish Pub with traditional Puglian dishes in Lecce’s Old Town. Cheap and tasty products.

What a lovely, charming ‘Irish Pub’, the selection of beer is good, The Guinness is OK and the owners are really friendly, unlike the very odd Irish place, Ruben’s around the corner. We enjoyed watching the footie, the vibe is chilled and chic all at the same time.

Very enjoyable long lunch here. Very professional and pleasant relaxed atmosphere. More of a trattoria than any kind of pub. But done very well. And liked their choice of music

We came for lunch on a Monday during a day trip. We had the grilled chicken and home made pasta with meatballs, meatballs were piping hot so all good there. We were the only table there at noon, but soon the tables were full. Totally delicious and highly recommended.

We came to this place by accident and we have eaten really nice dish, in the greatest pub-restaurant in whole Lecce. The staff were quick, nice and helpful. White wine was perfect for that sunny and warm day. Generally speaking it's very good place to spend time during visiting the city.

Great place situated in the Old Town of Ostuni. Very cool place with live music or music in general. Great choice of cocktails and other drinks . Inside and Outside area with very cool outside seats and right on Istino famous city steps! Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Rating as 4 as I believe it is a little bit more expensive then other places but for sure it deserves to be seen!

The Vibes are immaculate, however, the pricing of the drinks doesn't make sense. They are so much more expensive than every other bar in Ostuni. Luckily, the beer is normal priced so you can go there without expending a fortune.

This place could be better. Location was stunning and atmosphere was good - staggered beanbag seating up the steps. However, for the high price of the cocktails 10€ + I would expect better quality and service. Frozen daiquiri arrived melted or never frozen in the first place! Some cocktails were 22€! No aperitivo included. Had to pay an extra 2€ pp because there was live music which from the higher seats, you could not see/hear.

Tourist trap. We sit down outside and got the menu. After 2 minutes we got asked to move to another table. We the asked for the reason but they didn't want to answer. Cocktails for 20 euros are definitely too much and the staff is very unrespectful. Stay away from this scam!

I come to enjoy the beaches of Salento for several years. This summer I decided after some research to choose Elite. The sand is white and fine, the strip is long with two resp. three lines. What I appreciate most that the three line part is for adults only. And that wooden lines lead across the whole length. Distance between the umbrellas is 4m. Small tables add to the comfort. The sea is shallow and no stones or rocks. You can enter blindly into the sea. There is a small restaurant. Prices are very normal. Not big choices. The beach staff brings to your sunbeds if you like. Warm dishes and plates of the day available. Only one toilet for each men and ladies, two showers with coins. Parking is free and very dusty. Used also by the visitors of the free beach. All together a good deal as I appreciate the quietness, the sand and the turquoise sea. Prices are absolutely normal and for my long stay I got even a discount. Booked ahead with down-payment and balance paid on arrival. Will come back next year for sure. I spend 25 days at this beach and am very satisfied!

We had a great day here. Although the staff didn’t speak fluent English we muddled through with my rough Italian and a bit of pointing. The beach beds and bar/restaurant was by far the best along this stretch of beach. Beds were €27 for front row, €24 for second row and €20 for third row. The lunch menu was excellent, a selection of salads, sandwiches and local Frise’s (local bread with lots of toppings - delcious). A glass of Prosecco was €3.50 and a beer was the same. The sea was very calm and easy to get in to - which was a relief as it was roasting! You can snorkel over the rocks. Not a huge amount of fish to see but interesting none the less.

Spent 2 days here while visiting the area. The lidos are arranged in 3 rows on the beach, and are well spaced and comfortable. In July they are priced from 25 to 35 depending on the row. A lot better value than some others. The lifeguard makes sure your lido is cleaned before you take it. There is a section that is mainly for adults which is great and the beach is much quieter than others in the area. Very tranquil. The sea is lovely and clean. Handy to have rock shoes but nit necessar. There is a very good restaurant as well as bars at either end serving dishes. Definitely reccommended

Beach is fine. A small row of pebbles at the shoreline but the sandy bottom. The restaurant is pathetic. We ordered fish & chips and a burger. Fries were great but the fish was served as 1” round breaded -bread. Could not detect any fish. Probably should be on a kids meal. Sent it back ….. the burger was the saddest looking burger I’ve seen in a while. To makes the experience worst. The patio is full of flies. Bring your lunch and eat at the beach

Probably the best lido in Salento away from the crowded and noisy beaches. The sea is wonderful with crystal clear water with turquoise reflections. The staff is very professional and very kind, the umbrellas are well spaced, the white sand is always clean and the food is excellent. Highly recommended and I will definitely return as soon as I get the chance.

We were recommended to this lido by our Masseria and we’re very happy with it. It’s located on the famous Maldive de Salento beach on a private section away from the public beach. The beach itself is very wide, and the turquoise water is very calm with no waves. You can walk out very far with no problem. There is an adults-only section which was important to us, and maintained a super relaxing environment. You feel safe leaving your items at your beach chair if you go in the water. The cafe has reasonable prices and the food was of good quality.

This was not our first time at Lido Gold and our two previous experience at the restaurant were pretty good. Unfortunately this time was a disaster! We were a table of 8, and most of us ordered pasta, which was completely over cooked. We asked to speak to the chef, but unfortunately we didn't really feel as if he cared... It's such a disappointment to see their quality drop so much. With so many new places around, I don't think I'm coming back.

Great beach! Good quality beds and umbrella reasonable cost 35 euros for two beds and a umbrella. Beach bar nice ! Menu is small but we chose 1/2 lobster with pasta, delicious!! 25 euros really fresh and tasty. Parking is free but surface of approach and car park is bumpy and uneven. Overall a good experience so much so we visited twice!!!

The service and amenities here were scant. Half the menu is not available. The owner believes his place is located in the Maldives but frankly, a location closer to New Jersey shore would be more appropriate. Hostile owner and staff. No showers. No waiting service on the beach. You essentially getting nothing for the transaction. Notably, each individual was charged 2.50 per head for the privilege of being subjected to this awful experience.

We loved our day at Lido Gold. After the crazy and overcrowded lido and public beach experiences at other beaches in Salento during August, this felt like a tranquil paradise. They do not pack the lettini all the way to the water and you feel like there is enough space between you and the next umbrella. Very clean, friendly service, great view of sea from the second row, good food, clean and beautiful water...cannot recommend this place more highly!

Food was ok Service was really bad...we were waiting to order/for the food for more than 1.5 hours. We were forgotten multiple times and they even forgot some things from the order. Others came later than us and received the food earlier... The staff stressed and unfriendly. In total it was really disappointing :(

A perfect place to relax after a long walk around Bari. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with excellent wine and beautifully arranged platters of Italian cheeses and appetizers. Everything was fresh and full of authentic flavor. It’s a great spot to unwind after a busy day, enjoy a nice conversation with friends, or have a romantic evening. Highly recommended!

Loved it in here. What a lovely cosy little place this is! We went twice in one evening. Wine was about 4 euro a glass & Hendricks & tonic about 7 euro. They had no Italian beer, only 'foreign' - Stella, Becks & various Belgium.

Went in before 7pm for a quick dinner, only to find out they don't serve dinner before 7pm. So I had a cocktail and finger food, as the server recommended. It is Ok. nothing fantastic. The view on the terrace is very poor, completely blocked by a large building in the front, and you can't see the old town at all.

We booked this place for the Spaghetti all'assassina, and it was a very different pasta which was fantastic. Having the word 'Fusion' in the title, I think my expectations were a little high. We had some sushi rolls and while they were nice, but weren't spectacular. We sat out the back which was very pleasant. The service was also fine.

We stopped in for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Waiter Mark was very kind and efficient, and the salmon sushi and tuna sashimi were so delicious. The apulian orecchiette was also great. Would highly recommend if you want something a fresh and a bit different during your time in Ostuni!

I’d choose it next time only as a last option if you didn’t book the place for the weekend in advance. 30 euros per 2 beds and umbrella. Beach is huge, beds are too close to each other. Too far to go to the seashore, or back to the bar. Service is good overall. Beach is dark sand. Also, they play music very loud in the afternoon. It’s hard to relax… Shower 0.5 euro. The best is to go ask next door beach for military people to rest there. They allow sometimes, during the weekdays

Love the place at sunset for apero time. The DJ music selection is very refined and captivating. Very good cocktails, I enjoyed very much their signature selection, with special mention to Levante cocktail. The service is very attentive and the ambience is classy. We spent here a very pleasant couple of hours.

The best Beach in Otranto! we had privè and it was the best experience,the staff were so attentive.the sunbeds were so comfy,foods great,10/10 and can be delivered directly to you while you’re relaxing on your bed.staffwould come and clean your sunbed even without you asking them. and always check-up on you if you need anything.

Avoid this place during weekends, especially during July and August. It is simply overcrowded and super noisy. Also, if you like attention to details and fine dining, this is not a place for you. On the other hand, if you don't mind fast-food kind of quality and overpriced, quick lunch then you might like it.

Unfortunately, we came here when a volleyball tournament was on. The DJ was the most terrible I’ve ever heard. The sound was jacked up to ear blasting, then turned off, then quiet... all in the same song. Sometimes the song was introduced then 30 seconds later switched to another. Sometimes half the song was on full volume, then barely heard. It was a complete mess. It was dreadful and frustrating after 4 hours of this happening. The food was underwhelming and expensive- beware. The wine was nice, the beach was clean. I would not come back.

Overpriced. 40€ for 2 (just beach services) If you have lunch, calcolate another 50-70€ and if you have 1 drink… maybe 8 plus 3€ service charge. The beach is full of alghe. No sand, dirt instead... Salento offers better than this.

On the way to Lido Pizzo I visited Cotriero during the day. Nice fancy atmosphere, everything was clean and in order, the guest have a private beach and nice easy stairs to dive into the water, very comfortable you can see it from the photo. Volcanic rocks that dive into the water, if you go there take with you a mask, snorkeling is a must with that kind of clean water. Sunset and dinner must be special, I will try soon.

For me the best place to hang out in the end of the day . We went twice there: first in the afternoon : the beach is ok maybe not the best to swimm but the area and restaurant are great. At6h30 they were playing live music with amazing atmosphere. And the sunset there is just amazing ❤ definitely an highlight if you are around gallipoli

Lido Ottagono is a beautiful rock beach. My wife and I visited the beach on a Tuesday in July and there was a decent amount of other people there, but it was by no means full. The atmosphere was calm and the bar, chairs, and bridge setup to get from one side of the beach to the other were all very lovely. The contrast of the orange umbrellas against the bright blue sea also makes for spectacular pictures. The downsides of this beach are the lack of any sandy beach area and the price gouging at the bar serving the beach. We paid €24 for two Aperol Spritz when they can be found on other beaches or in town for about half the price.

When we came to the beach, the crew at the bar was not very friendly. We thought it was a language thing. Then we were surprised by the prices, we paid 20 Euro per 'comfortable' sunbed for 2 hours. It was not comfortable, no cushions, nothing at all. Try other beach clubs with more friendly crew, better price for sunbeds and decent food. And less windy like Bosco Verde or El Cohiba.

Great family centric beach. Our teenagers had a brilliant day. I booked a few days before and we had great umbrellas right by the sea. The diving board was a real hit! Well observed by lifeguards and with a lovely bar area for lunch. Very clean toilets and changing facilities.

Probably the best beach south of Monopoli, with pebbles, rocks, a sandy lagoon and even a separated pet friendly section. Spacious beds, convenient and wide steps do get into the sea, relaxing water floats and even a diving board. Good and friendly service, lifeguards, reasonable prices, free parking. Well maintained and perfectly clean. Great for swimming.

Nice location and beautiful view. Be aware that most areas are rocky, only a very small sandy beach. Water is crystal clear. One regular sunbed is 15€. One umbrella is 20€. A lot of stuff work here, very helpful and in good manners. Didn’t try bar food and drinks, cause it looked so so. Overall it’s 3 stars because it’s a bit overpriced. The one next to it called Cala Pescatore has cheaper rental sunbed and umbrella.

Poor service. Ordered drinks and they never came. When we asked for them we got told that we’d already received them and were lying to get free drinks. The boss seemed to be the problem. The other facilities were okay, 2 beds and parasol for 50,- so a bit expensive.

The food was ok but the kitchen was unable to serve us at the same time. During the two hours we were there not once did we all get served at the same time. Out of 6 people 4 was always waiting for food at any given time.

Ordered Pad Thai and it has nothing in common with the original dish. The taste was disappointing—too oily with no right taste. Wouldn’t recommend

Very nice Japanese food place. The interior is contemporary and elevated. The food was also great if you love sushi and Japanese cuisine. The crispy tempura roll was the best I have ever had! The staff was also friendly and nice.

This was a really nice international cuisine menu. You have some typical dishes that have a very flavorful Mezcla spin out on them (it makes them delicious) Their signature drinks are also unique and a must try. Surprisingly great sushi as well. This place is a can't miss.

It was a really nice place with great vibes but the food portions were really really small !! I wouldn’t mind give the 18euros for a pizza or 25 euros for my burger if they were a real meal !! The size was insane !!!! Also 8 euros for a small glass of orange juice 🙈we paid 300 euros plus 7 the parking 2 adults and 2 small kids and then we went directly for lunch because we were still hungry 😆

Beautiful beach club really good food and service easy to book online more expensive than the other beach clubs but really comfy day beds and great amenities. Great showers outdoor and indoor changing rooms. The restaurant look beautiful too with really large tables would highly recommend. The beach was 50% sandy and 50% rocky

A great spot to spend the day. Pricing is beach club prices. You pay just for the bed with the umbrella, €45 for each so €90 for to people. Service is great, food and drink quality is great. The upper area is all sand and the water is close enough to hear the waves. Highly recommend coming here.

We ordered a pizza here and unfortunately found a cooked insect on it (photo attached). We had already eaten part of it before noticing. When we informed the staff, they agreed to give us a full refund for the meal and told us that if we decided to leave, we would not have to pay for anything else we would have consumed. We chose to leave immediately. While the staff handled the situation politely, this is still a serious hygiene issue that future customers should be aware of.

An absolute vibe! Hidden gem! Nicolas and Fabio & the Bosco Verde team staff are so kind and relaxed. Great facilities— jungle-like outdoor shower, clean, and a shaded parking area. The beach and water itself is absolutely stunning, plus the music playlist is on point.

The food was hit and miss, some dishes tasted great (but very small portions) and some were verging on unpleasant to eat. Smoking area doesn't have a good ventilation. The glasses were not clean, had a lipstick stain. They don't have some items in the menu, like piña colada which is not a very hard cocktail to make. The thing that makes me the saddest about leaving Puglia is leaving this place behind. I have traveled worldwide, and this has become one of my favorite places ever. It’s just perfect, literally. The food is life-changing. We stayed in Lecce for 4 days and came here for breakfast 3 times. We tried almost everything they have (pasticciotto alla crema, pasticciotto al pistacchio, rustico, panzerotto, fruttone). The only thing we didn’t like much was the bigné al pistacchio. All the rest was utterly mind-blowing. Also, if you’re looking for the best pasticciotto in town, look no more: it’s here (and I’ve tried a lot). All of this with super fair prices (they even round down the bill if you don’t have the exact change in cash). The first day we hadn’t taken the pasticciotto, and the guy brought one to our table to try it, without making us pay for it, and said, “I just want you to verify that it’s the best in town”. It was indeed (and he kept up his word and didn’t add it to the bill, which was a super nice gesture). The staff is the best, too. Everyone working here is so friendly and efficient that it’s a pleasure to see them work and chat with. They will explain to you what every single item has and how it’s made with all the patience and passion in the world. They are incredible people for real. If you visit Lecce, you MUST come to this place. You would miss out on an incredible local experience if you don't.

Waitress Barbara was also very welcoming with attention - if you get this Barbara, Grazie di cuore! The chef was also very nice. I went every morning for the week I was there.

Solatio is a dream of a lido with a phenomenal restaurant! The food and service here is exceptional! The staff are so very friendly and go above and beyond to make your visit memorable. The cocktails and food were TOP! The lido is small with padded cushions on lettini and an intimate feel. The only downside is the access to the water is public which can quite busy on weekends. I can’t wait to return next summer!

Solatio is a restaurant located near Gallipoli, in Puglia. This place is super cute and very clean, with super chill vibes. The service is very fast, and the staff kind and welcoming, they also suggest and recommend some wonderful and tasty dishes. The food is amazing, especially the fish and the seafood cause is fresh and with an intense flavor. They have a small menu, but you can find anything even thought the main courses are seafood based. There is also the chance to eat vegetarian cause there are grilled vegetables. The dessert was amazing: one of the girls recommended to try the Spumone, that is a speciality typical of the southern Italy, in particular Lecce. Concerning the prices, they are a little expensive but it’s totally worth it considering also the view over the sea 🥰

We went back to Enoteca Mostofiore twice on our stay in Bari. Natural wine lovers will love this spot. We went with wine by the glass so we could try different things. We were able to try some Pugliese wine, as well as wines from around Italy. Chiara is incredibly kind and always recommends the perfect glass. You can also purchase bottles of wine to go - so much amazing selection. We did not have a reservation and were able to have a place outside around 10pm. Will recommend this enoteca to everyone visiting Bari!

Very cosy and nice place. We ordered white, red, orange and rosé wine, the owner always paired it perfectly with every dish we ordered. We went on a Friday and luckily it wasn’t very busy which we enjoyed very much. (Music was a bit loud) The food was also very delicious, especially the pig cheek and the cheeses!! Gorgeous modern boutique hotel in a renovated estate home. Located in the heart of old Lecce walkable to all sites. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and offers many amenities. The staff takes great pride in their work and in what the hotel has to offer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location is fantastic - right in the city center and within walking distance to everything that Lecce has to offer.

Beautiful little spot right on the coast, with a boat taxi to the island right opposite. We had a brief early lunch. The food was excellent. Service was standard and because of the time, it wasn’t very busy so atmosphere was typical. They had a lovely range of deserts, but we were too full after the lunch to try them.
