The value here is unmatched. Really great homemade ice cream and huge portions. A "scoop" is really like two or three. If you just want a typical portion get one scoop split into two flavors. Prices are cheaper than other ice cream places but portions are 2-3x larger. Really good quality, too. Absolutely will be back.

Yummy, yummy! Great selection of ice cream and staff is so sweet, friendly, and helpful. Expect after 6 pm to have a line, but it moves fast and is worth the wait. The staff never seems flustered. Sitting area or my suggestion take it to go and drive across the street to the beautiful scenic vista, especially at sunset. Have fun.

We came here on Valentine’s Day because we heard that this shop was named best cupcake in NH. The shop is cute and well decorated. All the cupcakes and cookies look delicious! I got the chocolate covered strawberry cupcake and my husband got the lemon cupcake and we were both very satisfied!

We ordered the lemon and the chocolate filled with raspberry ! It would be an understatement to say that they were delicious, so light and fluffy. The only thing we disliked was the price, they are expensive ! But would definitely recommend if someone wants a tasty treat :)

Stopped by on a 92 degree afternoon at the same time a repair worker came in. The clerk was hoping the repair person was there to fix the air conditioning (he wasn't) so she took our orders in the hot store. There were definitely interesting flavors. We picked out the chocolate raspberry, lemon filled, and double chocolate. As others mentioned they were good but the sponge was more dense than I like. The lemon filling (which I really enjoyed) was just sandwiched under the top and not piped into the cupcake as I've had elsewhere. I also picked up one of the browned butter chocolate chip cookies. I have yet to eat that but the clerk taking our order said it's her favorite cookie in the store.

Delicious cupcakes! I usually prefer chocolate but their carrot cake is amazing. They also have a variety of coffee. I ordered an almond joy latte. They have specialty cupcakes such as pumpkin cheesecake the day we stopped in.

Wanted to come here for what I thought would be amazing cupcakes; they were okay, not as fluffy and “airy” as liked. There wasn’t a lot of selection close to closing, which was expected, wanted the maple bacon but was stuck with a double chocolate. What I DID like is they don’t waste food like other stores throw away food. Will def give it another try earlier in the day when I’m in the area again!! 🧁

We ordered a specialty cake to celebrate a belated birthday. It also happened in the same 24 hours she accepted her first job as a lifeguard! We had made contact and asked if a cake would be possible on what we knew would be a busy weekend, Easter weekend. Always a challenge for a bakery. After two covid birthdays without family and this being a milestone we really wanted something special. We told the staff our teen liked vanilla cake and frosting, raspberries, cheese cake. Had nothing specific for request and they could choose what flavors to use as our teen wasnt picky. We also mentioned she live near Six Flags where she loves to ride the coasters, music and of course swimming. The staff were great in accepting the challenge. They had a preliminary plan to do something with the roller coasters she loved and swimming. We had a call about a week and a half before to discuss our deposit and details. Earlier that day, we were notified some of our family would not be joining us. As a result, we asked to reduce the cake to one good size tier rather than 2 small tiers. The staff was very accommodating and understanding. The Thursday before our arrival, we planned a Saturday pick up, they called and let us know the cake was not quite as tall and did not think the Rollercoaster design would work quit as well. Please understand, we gave them free reign and did not sit down and draw out any plans or anything. So it wasn't an issue for us, as we knew plans had changed on our size for the cakes size. They were extremely professional and called to talk it out with us and what the revised plan would be. We were thrilled to hear about all three of her favorites (cheesecake, raspberries and vanilla) being incorporated to begin with so the design detail was simply a bonus! We said swim and lifeguarding and the pictures share the final results! The flavors were great! The cinnamon and cheesecake layer with bits of gram cracker cheesecake crust was to die for! Our daughter asked for another piece the next day just for that and the fluffy vanilla cake. The outside layer was good, though some will say it was a little sweet, yet I think important to know it was smooth buttercream that looked flawless without a single seam or imperfection. Truly well done! Highly recommend! Thank you to the team for making our teens birthday special.

Amazing cupcakes. Disappointed old location in North Conway center shutdown. Inventory can be light -- been in twice recently and only had a small selection. Given this is their primary item for sale this seems risky for future business. Service is also slow. But the cupcakes do taste fantastic.

Pics are of a kiddie size (barely a scoop) and small size (maybe 2 small scoops), respectively. Tasty, but portions were disappointing. Got two kiddies (with 1 topping each) and 2 smalls for $22.49. Will probably choose Ben & Jerry's next time.

The kids size was fairly small. Unfortunately one of our orders didn't make it, they are not organized about ensuring that you get your order so it's easy for other folks to mistakenly take it. Small bit sufficient playground. Watch out for bees. Overall this spot is okay but maybe slightly worse than your usual ice cream back home.

Great ice cream! And unlimited toppings which is so rare these days. An $11 banana split fed our family of three with no problems! Place was clean and there is a playground outside for the kiddos.

The Ice Cream is great because its Richardsons and Richardsons is the absolute best ice cream you can get. The place is a little small and its made all the more small by there being no clear line to stand in and the clientele is largely families with lots of kids that they dont keep an eye on and the parking lot is a disaster waiting to happen.

First off, how does your maple walnut have gluten in it? Second off, if someone orders ice cream, just serve them the ice cream. I sat there waiting for 10 minutes for 2 scoops, watching people that came in long after me get theirs first. Once I finally went up and asked what was up with mine, they got annoyed, made it quickly, then just dropped it off and walked away and started helping the next customer. So I guess no toppings for me? Covid is over, move the toppings bar back to where it belongs. But if you’re going to be cheap and keep it behind the counter, and least offer it to the guy that waited 10 minutes for 2 stupid scoops. Been coming here for longer than I can remember, covid ruined a lot of things, but most came back. This established did not make a come back.

Great spot for a treat! The ice cream is always top quality, and the staff is super friendly. Melissa, the manager, runs the place really well, it’s clean, quick, and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Melanie came to our wedding reception to cater for us, and it was a highlight of our night. It was great to meet her, and the ice cream was a hit! She gracefully came in and set up in a professional manner, ensuring that she was where we wanted you to be. Her timing was great, and we appreciated her patience when we weren't quite ready to start offering dessert at the agreed-upon time. Her service was quick, polite, and respectful. There was plenty of ice cream, which many of our guests enjoyed. This was a great addition to our special night. She cleaned up and snuck out before I could even notice that she was gone and share our appreciation. I have not stopped receiving compliments on Ben and Jerry's behalf. We really appreciate her work and will be sure to recommend this to our friends and family.

The ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s was excellent, offering a rich and flavorful taste with portion sizes that were just right, making for a satisfying treat. Unfortunately, the overall experience was diminished by the customer service. The staff appeared disengaged, offering little warmth or friendliness, and their demeanor including unwelcoming looks gave the impression that our presence was an inconvenience. While the quality of the ice cream itself met expectations, the lack of hospitality left something to be desired.

Ben and Jerry's is and always will be a staple of the great New England. This shop is no exception. Best ice cream out there and you know they really care about both your health, and the environment because of how much organic and issue free ingredients they put into their ice cream. It feels homemade but so much better. If you've never been you are missing out!

Visited this B & J in New Hampshire two times and was thrilled with the level of attention and respect the staff have for clients. They took their time to answer questions, allow us to sample and help us what we wanted. For the non dairy customers, they change scoops to avoid contamination. Over all great experience.

The server here was very nice, but the individual scoops were minuscule! How much can overall profit be increased by skimping on the ice cream?! Compared to the overhead of a business here, this seems a senseless cost savings especially when a customer feels cheated. At least the ice cream is delicious, as one would expect.

Staff was so nice, the store was very clean. They were making fresh waffle cones when we came in and it smelled heavenly! It was my spouses bday so they comped him a small treat!

We made the 7hour drive to try out this legend of a. Gem! And wish we have tried it sooner!! The moment we walked in, the aroma of warm, sugary dough and freshness wrapped around us like a hug. The look on the kiddos face said it was like walking into heaven gates mama! I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into that golden, crispy fritter and it was absolutely scrumptious. perfectly fried, and finished with just the right touch of glaze, it was everything a summer treat should be. The bakery is soft, fresh, and flavorful You can taste the homemade love in every bite. We left with boxes full!!!

What a nostalgic and fun spot! It feels 'off the beaten path' but has a convenient and accessible location. The donuts are to die for! 10/10. They were quite busy around 11:00am on a weekday, but they still had a good selection and we were served quickly. We will absolutely return! I didn't take a photo of the raspberry turnover or Harry Potter boston creme donut (because I crushed the box and they weren't in any shape to show the delicacy that they once were), but they still tasted amazing!!

We went too late but got some delicious Bismarks ( 1 lemon & 1 raspberry). I purchased 6 oatmeal raisin cookies 🍪, nice size & 6 donuts ( 2 jelly, 2 glazed, and 2 chocolate glazed 😋 The bakery cashier was quick & quick to make my order complete. EXTRA, EXTRA...Last minute I grabbed a large coffee for my spouse and he loves it ❤️ I took a sip of his hot coffee with 2 sugars & cream, and the coffee is good quality coffee ☕️ 👌 P.S. We do a family camping trip every year and this is one of the best highlights of the trip . Huge delicious donuts, great coffee and the staff makes it even sweeter. Highly recommend the Jelly DONUTS

If you have been coming here for years and haven’t in a little, do know it is different! I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and have hyped it up to everyone I know. But I am so sad to see that everything I loved is gone. My family used to drive 4 hours just to come to this bakery. Which is crazy but was worth it. I came by and it’s all donuts and a couple cookies. The cheese danishes were one of my favorites. I used to get one of everything. The cookie bars. The raspberry filled cookies. The turnovers ! They don’t make it anymore. Now it’s all mainly donuts! Not sure if the owners changed. So sad it’s the end of an era. No more hyping them up. If you love donuts only they are good but if you were looking for the pastries they always had..time for a new bakery.

This bakery is always good except today...Walked in and Ordered a donut and coffee with just cream and very excited to sit down outside and read newspaper and enjoy coffee and donut! I'm a diabetic and tasted sugar in my coffee..young female employee insisted there was no sugar in the coffee and gave me unprofessional attitude in front of other customers. Very poor service and by the way she never smiles or looks at the customers when paying or ordering.

Delicious baked good served by friendly and helpful staff. There’s no space to eat in, but it’s worth the trip to bring these yummy treats home. The cinnamon roll and blackberry spice scone were outstanding, which is why there’s not photo. :) Can’t wait to go back!

We went here for breakfast this morning. The people there were very nice. The store smelled amazing. I bought at least half a dozen items. We don't live in this area but if we did we would definitely be back

I have no idea why the best bakery in New Hampshire, I'm sorry - best bakery in all of New England, is a tiny little shop in a strip mall next to the laundreymat but that's what's going on here. The bread is amazing. The cookies are amazing. The croissants are amazing. The cinnemon rolls are better than Cinnabon. The scones are wildly amazing.

Incredible bakery, packed with delicious pastries and breads. We frequently buy the six-grain bread from here and can’t help but pick up some additional cookies, scones, or other treats. I love how innovative and seasonal this bakery is — there are always interesting twists on familiar flavors. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and it’s a real pleasure coming here. What an amazing community resource — where would we be without it!

Mission accomplished🌟 Just what this stage 4 pancreatic cancer patient needed with her melon fruit salad. Will need to go back a little later in the day to see if I can score some raspberry squares. Few times in my life can I say I’ve been floored by a pastry, but in this moment, I don’t believe that through all my worldly travels I’ve ever had a croissant as delicious as the one I had at Old Village Bakery. The staff is welcoming and warm, and the space is exactly what you hope to find in a bakery that checks all the boxes. My wife is always talking about this place and even goes secretly when I’m at work, but today I finally got to go—and I loved it. A few hours later, I found myself looking for lunch and ended up back there for their pizza, which absolutely slapped. Even my picky five-year-old ate it. I’ll be back, again and again, probably in the same day. Do yourself a favor: go, and then go back. You can thank me later.

Update.. yet again I went in to order just the $7 meal with an upgraded blizzard. I ordered then a rush of people came In after I waited 15 min the people after me got their food first, I got a small burger which tasted like they nuked it my blizzard mostly melted by the time I got my food. I gave it another shot like you asked DQ and you failed me again. 3 times I have been in (not when busy) and it takes 10 min for the kids in the back to stop talking and come help. The smell weird smell multiple times it could be cleaning agents if they are change them within a few min I had a pounding headache open some doors please. The music is very loud and not pleasing to walk into for a dairy Queen. All I want is a ice cream that shouldn't take no more then 5 min from me walking in order get the ice cream and leave. Not 15 every time when no one is around. Train your workers better please this never should happen unless it's busy. This is the only ice cream place open unfortunately If this keeps going I will spend my money at the store for ice cream. This place needs to be run better unfortunately I'm disabled or i would apply to retrain every one and yes I am very well qualified to do so.

We are on our family vacation in Maine, and came to North Conway to try DQ, we have never tried DQ before. And it was a really poorly visit. Tables were gross, we had to wipe down our own table, the guy taking our order (casey morgan) on 7/21 was on his phone most of the time and messed up our order. He ended up giving us more food than we ordered, and was not polite, did not listen and messed up on 1 of our orders. The restaurant was nasty with over half the tables gross, not cleaned. Floor had soda spilt all over it and sticky. The only clean part of the store was the bathroom. Casey Morgan took our order and did not do a good job at all. This one is at the north Conway nh DQ. We won't ever come back to this one. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

They have never been able to get an order right. Part of the problem is the drive through box where you order. It doesn’t work right and needs to be replaced. Even the employees have commented on that the thing doesn’t work. Willing to change this once they have either fixed the box or replaced it.

We waited 15 minutes first in line while none of the staff acknowledged our existence. 6 people working and when we turned to leave the manager yelled “thank you for your patience” as we went out the door.

Website information was completely wrong. Drive up only after 8 with sign at the location, indoor pickup not available. Online order went through but was not acknowledged at the location. Had to wait 40 minutes for 2 blizzard through drive up only. Will not recommend go somewhere else. Blizzards was not good

Cute place. Decided to check it out after I saw some people eating their waffle. I didn't get to try it since I wasn't really hungry and they seemed big. I got a Dulce de Leche flavor ice cream. I was a little disappointed since it almost tasted like plain vanilla. I will try again something else next time and see if I have better luck. Due to Covid they are only letting one family at a time inside to order.

The workers were absolutely amazing because my family is very loud and awful at making decisions and they were very patient with us so I was very pleased! However they only have like 8-10 flavors and i ordered a moose tracks milkshake and it just tasted like chocolate milk. There was so much milk in it I couldnt even taste the ice cream. The store was also very small as my family of four and maybe one other family of four would fill up the whole lobby shoulder to shoulder. Workers and staff was great, the milkshake not so much

Great service and they had the best DF/GF ice cream sandwich I've ever had. The strawberry ice cream in it was heavenly. The kiddie ice cream was also perfectly sized for my 4 year old.

3 of us went there yesterday. We got the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor in a waffle cone, Smores flavor in a waffle cone, & a Toasted Coconut hot fudge sundae. All of it was very good! Possibly the best ice cream I have had. The ingredients must be fresh and natural because the flavors taste JUST like what they are. The Smores Ice Cream tasted wicked good! I now feel that most other ice cream places will be disappointing. The server was also very friendly! Thank you for making top notch Ice Cream! We will be back!

Simply put, nice setting but kids shouldn't be running a business solo. I asked for a strawberry shake with strawberry topping if had. My wife ordered a banana split & the girl didn't know what actually went on the sundae. The shake was half milk & no strawberry flavor at all. Honestly I'm sure its a good place but definitely need to train the kids better if they are gonna be there solo.

Wait staff was not very welcoming. It seemed like we were hindering them, by ordering ice cream! My husband liked the maple walnut ice cream. I go a waffle sundae and was disappointed. Not only did it take forever for them to make it, but the undercooked, hot waffle melted right through the plastic cup that they gave me. Very disappointed. The ice cream was good, but I suggest finding a new way to serve your waffle sundaes.

This is a regular stop for my family and I each time we go to Conway. The ice cream flavors are unique, which I love, and the ice cream is so smooth and creamy. I like the other treats the shop offers as well such as cookies, specialty frozen bars, pies, and so much more. Mckaella and her staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming too! If you try it, you will love it!

Tricks and Treats is such a fun and unique place to visit! The Halloween side of the store is packed with spooky surprises—costumes, creepy decorations, animatronics, and all kinds of oddities. It’s got that perfect mix of fun and eerie, and there’s something to see in every corner. You can tell a lot of thought went into the displays. We also grabbed a couple of their shakes and they were so good—rich, creamy, and topped with fun extras. They’re made fresh and taste just as good as they look. It’s a great spot for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a little spooky fun and a sweet treat. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in North Conway. We’ll be back!

Nice little spot with interesting ice cream and buy interesting ice cream. I mean works of arts when it comes to eating ice cream and making it located right next to the Christmas loft plenty of parking out front this little place is also a candy store. You have plenty of seating inside and outside.

What an amazing little store! I mean they had the coolest & creepiest Halloween decorations I'd ever seen! If your in the area you definitely need to stop in, there's games, toys, an ice cream/candy store attached! & the coolest Halloween decorations ever.

Sundaes had too much ice cream, no room for the carmel and fudge sauces, and it melted everywhere. Ice cream was creamy and flavorful. Threw away a good portion of it.

There are not a lot of ice cream selections, but all the ones that are there are super yummy wonderful combinations, and the milkshakes are pretty great. Pause like. Has a cool Halloween theme shop in the back tons of awesome things to look at and buy.

Fun place. Great prices and fun decor (Fraggles, Star Wars, Muppets, Willy Wonka) with a good selection. We ate then explored the store and even wandered into the little Halloween shop, which was also cute. We all agreed, we'll go back.

I ordered a small sundae. I got like 1 scoop of ice cream and had to wait like a half hour!!! There was like no customers!! And the people who ordered after me got their order before I did! Ridiculous! Totally had no clue what they were doing! Cost me $10 for 2 small ice creams. Dumb!! Will never go back.
