I’ve been coming here for many years and am very happy to have them in the neighbourhood. The staff is always so friendly and the space is welcoming and cozy. It’s a great spot to catch up with a friend or to work remotely. I love their iced coffee, lemonade and chai frappes. They also make amazing vegan muffins that are the best I’ve ever had. Raspberry banana is my absolute favourite!

The atmosphere in general is good, gives good vibes, but staff seemed so unhappy the day i visited. They didn’t greet me or ask me if i wanted something or like offer me their best sweets, nothing.. everything felt so off.

I absolutely love The Coffee Exchange! The atmosphere is incredible—as soon as you walk in, the air is filled with the wonderful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. But what truly sets this place apart is that they excel at more than just coffee. The service is always amazing and the food and drinks are top-notch. I have to say, the matcha frappe is an absolute must-try. Even if you're a die-hard coffee drinker, you need to give this drink a shot. It's so delicious it might just make you fall in love with tea!

They sell coffee beans here! If you want, they can grind them and you can also bring them over the US border. I opted for the Sumatra fair trade organic and the baristas packaged it for me. They were friendly and professional.

Coffee was good even the cashier suggestions were also good. I visited this place for the first time, but looks like staff were not welcoming. Zero ratings for customer service, i don’t know on the other side other customers were treated nicely but not me. I don’t know was it because of my skin color or maybe from where i belongs to i am not sure, but i felt it and never gonna visit this place again. Because me Starbucks and Tim Hortans staff are way more better then this place, Starbucks and Tim hortans employees still having million dollar smile on their face. And on the other hand at this place even a good coffee is not worth it of you have employees like this.

Adorable coffee place. Perfect for a casual date or get together. Windsor downtown needs a lot of places like this. Cute & relatively affordable, attracting young professionals &/or university/college students. The rest of the places we saw while walking around were pretty shady or just run down places and the streets of downtown don't seem safe anymore. It would be nice if someone looked at improving this area, it has so much potential with the riverfront nearby, but all you see around is an eyesore.

Stopped into this bustling little café for a bite and some coffees after Art in the Park. The staff were warm and welcoming, the service was quick, and the atmosphere had a relaxed, friendly vibe. I had a gluten-free bagel and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a choice between jalapeño and sesame - a thoughtful touch that isn’t always common with gluten-free options. Everything hit the spot, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy morning. Will definitely be back!

Anchor is a beautiful coffee house in Windsor, Ontario. Plenty of coffee options, amazing pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The Americano was bold, very refreshing. Very soothing and relaxing atmosphere inside and some nice tables setup outside as well. Friendly staff, very welcoming, overall a great coffee stop.

First time visiting here. I saw 4.8 on Google and was very excited to try it out. It lived up to it. I had a brown sugar spiced latte. It was absolutely delicious. The service was lovely and the atmosphere was very nice as well. I definitely recommend this place. I'll be back for sure.

I got a cappuccino which is done so lovely here especially if you choose to drink there to enjoy their fantastic coffee art! Little hearts on the foam is lovely and they have delicious flavors of syrups. My partner and I tried raspberry and blueberry and both were delicious and tasted like the actual berry, although the blueberry flavor seemed more mild and less sweet. Atmosphere is lovely to study for a bit and easy to have a conversation over coffee.

The best in Windsor! My husband and I go every single weekend, as we love everything. The special sandwiches, soups and homemade desserts are so good. Not to mention the staff are all so sweet. Highly recommend!

Stopped in about 30 mins before closing on a Friday evening to grab a quick coffee drink. We ordered the iced tiramisu latte and wow! Absolutely delicious. I don’t like coffees/lattes that are too sweet and was worried this would be but it was perfect. The espresso flavor was still the star of the drink and the tiramisu flavors were lovely. It even came with a lady finger cookie on top. Even 30 mins before closing, this smaller café was full of people enjoying themselves. We did not get to try their ramen or food items but can only imagine they are delicious, too! Highly recommend & we will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

I love this coffee shop! Every time I have the opportunity to visit! Everything is super stylish! The atmosphere really puts me in a good mood! The staff is very friendly and everyone is very nice! I am absolutely delighted! It's been two years since I gave my heart to this institution!

My absolute FAVOURITE cafe in Windsor - the amount of times I have posted on Instagram about them could possibly warrant me overtly obsessed or devoted - perhaps both. Every time we order something different and every time it’s perfect - from the Koreano (recently had their Bear size 🤭), to the Raspberry Latte, Banana Milk Latte, Tangerine Latte, Tiramisu Latte, Ube Matcha - I truly can’t pick a favourite drink because every time it’s based on vibes because all of them are so delicious both hot and cold. We also had a Korean breakfast sandwich which was SO good but was quite rich (flavour packed!) We also love that we can bring our dog to hang out on the patio with us, always make a stop when visiting the dwfarmers market and we love always looking at all their cute touches inside the cafe.

This cafe is super cute. They have nice patio where you can sit and enjoy your time there. They have tiny touches that makes them unique to other cafes. The food was good. Portions were perfect for lunch. They have a croffle that you can get with apple jam and it’s perfect if you have a sweet tooth but not too sweet. 🤌🏻 All three beverages we have tried there have been delicious. Strawberry matcha is definitely a favourite and the raspberry latte was also delightful :)

A Hidden Gem! I recently visited this café and was genuinely impressed. The ambiance is warm and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time. The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a relaxing spot, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend

Beautiful place to hangout and chill, trued koreano for the first time it was good.

This place is super cute and I love that you can sit outside. The ramen dumpling had the perfect level of spice and it was very tasty. Wasn’t really a fan of the strawberry matcha but that could just be me. Also wasn’t a fan of the fact that my drink was nearly $10 (I had it iced with oat milk). I would eat here again for the food but as for beverages, I would choose somewhere with more reasonable prices.

I really enjoyed my visit to Taloola Café, and it certainly won’t be my last. The hot chocolate was delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. The cozy, old-fashioned decor and the café’s simplicity create a truly special atmosphere.

I personally for the longest time have loved and adored Taloola! It’s the vintage, vibey, locally loved and quaint cafe that is and always will be unique to Walkerville. The absolute best and favourite thing I will ever order from them is the Taloola for 2 meal combos because of its excellent value and price. Whenever we order it, it’s always a variation of the Roberto, Devonshire or Patricia Paninis (tip - get the panini over the rye if you want a bigger sandwich), the Greenhouse Dressing mixed green salad or African Ground Nut stew with a varietal of desserts (we get the date square and the lavender shortbread cookie). Every time we are beyond satisfied with this combo. We also loved their Breakfast Bagel and a cappuccino in their gorgeous cups on the patio or indoors which in my opinion is the coolest indoor spaced cafe in Windsor. Forever will love Taloola! Although I will admit the staff a handful of times could be a bit warmer and welcoming, but perhaps they’re trying to maintain that hipster vibe LOL Also BONUS: their patio is dog friendly!!

Taloola cafe , Was amazing and very aesthetically pleasing. When you enter the atmosphere is just so peaceful and it is a very nice café to do journalling and just enjoy your time there. Such cute decorum and the workers are just amazing.

Love this place. You'd never know some of the desserts are vegan and/or gluten free. They taste as good as, or even better than, the real deal. Good food, fun quirky vibes, kind people.

This was such a lovely place to sip and read. There is artwork everywhere you look and lots of food and drink options. I will be back to try more! I had the large African ground nut stew, spicy latte, and rose white tea. The stew was filling and the spicy latte was so frothy - delicious for anyone who likes a less sweet flavoured latte. The staff were welcoming and let me stay for quite a while. Plenty of bike rack space out by the patio.

Beautiful place, gorgeous on the inside and outside! Surprisingly not dog friendly despite them selling dog treats?? The food was pretty good, definitely on the more expensive side so not the best for students but it tastes fresh and got some unique options. Lovely to have vegan options that are actually filling! The staff is mostly nice I'm sure but the girl I encountered today was very rude; couldn't imagine her to smiling first off, short tempered when asking customers who just walked in and ordered where they are planing to sit. Talked down to me and my friend and other customers from what saw. But the kitchen staff who brought out my food had a lovely smile and seem so cheerful! Would definitely visit again now knowing what to expect.

Great coffee, and gelato. Located on Erie St. in the heart of Via Italia in Windsor, Ontario. They have plenty of coffee options and I must say the banana gelato was delicious. Definitely recommend capping it off with an espresso.

The place is nice and very welcoming, service was very attentive and they have a long variety of gelato and cafe. Everything that we tried was exquisite, their tiramisu is delightfully amazing. You definitely can tell this a 100% Italian taste. We’ll be back soon! ♥️

Came here on my run because it was the only cafe open at 7am. Got a tasty coffee with a croissant - both fantastic and very affordable. The best part was the nice gentleman working the front - probably the friendliest guy in windsor.

I love coffee and am a sweet tooth! And to satisfy my cravings this morning, this shop caught my eyes right away. And to my surprise it was indeed that kind of place to be. Many people, well all men actually, outside just hanging out with fellow friends. I am guessing they are mostly patrons. They were all nice though . As I entered, I already liked the ambiance, the friendly atmosphere and of course the aroma of the coffee. Oh, they do have gelato too with a variety of their one of kind flavours. But I decided to get their cannoli. It was delicious and something that suits my taste very well. The food/drink, place wouldn’t be perfect without the staff/workers. And for that I would like to commend JOHN1 for being one of the best I have ever met around Windsor ! Very pleasant, kind and funny! The attention and attitude you gave to the customers was above par! Hope you’ll be around as I grab another cannoli and coffee on my next visit! He was also nice to my little dog and so as the other customers! Happy experience altogether!

So we went for an afternoon trip to Windsor and my mother in law treated us to the best gelato ever! 😃 Didn't even had the chance to take a picture of our cones 'cause we devoured them!!! Simply delicious!! I had the pistachio one and that was green heaven on earth 💚. Great service, they were so kind to our 3 year old, gave her a surprise treat as soon as we came in (which made her day!) They even offer 4 yummy vegan options, my hubby got the vegan dark chocolate and loved it too. You can tell they use the best of the best for these delectable concoctions. Thanks again! 🍦

Love this place! Great food with lots of flavour! Nice people working and just a totally welcoming environment! Love the music and they are always playing local music often! As a student the good quality/healthy food that meets many of mine and my friends different dietary needs! Whenever I order anything I don't like they offer to make me a new one! Wayyyyy nicer than any other place near my campus! I can't express how much I love this café! As a small townie moving to this city it's like a slice of home! Not only that but they are dog friendly and have lots of quirky little elements to breath good vibes into the place!

I've been to the green bean many times and it's always been amazing service, beautifully crafted drinks and delicious food!!! Recently my sister and I went for lunch and it was amazing!! The person at the cash was so helpful and chatty in the best way! This will always be my favorite place to go for lunch in Windsor!!

While visiting Windsor from West Michigan we wanted to support local businesses. We chose Cafe Amor & Art and were not disappointed. The staff is very welcoming. We ordered the Mexican breakfast of eggs, beans, and tortillas with sauce, cheese and avocado. It was both delicious and filling. Their chocolate almond croissant was perfection, crispy, flaky and oozing marzipan. The hot mochas was the best I’ve had in a very long time. We would gladly dine here again in the cozy atmosphere.

This café easily ranks among the top five in Windsor. The moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a vibrant Mexican festival. The staff were incredibly welcoming, from taking my order to saying goodbye, the service was top notch. I was a bit unsure about which coffee to choose, but their recommendations were absolutely spot on. I was in the mood for a light snack, so I ordered the cheese quesadillas and they were delicious. But the real standout was the ambience. No exaggeration, this place is one of Windsor’s hidden gems.

Amore Cafe is easily one of my favorite spots in Windsor. The food is always fresh, full of vibrant flavor, and made with love. Their chilaquiles and cheese burritos are unbelievably good—comforting, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also love how many healthy options they offer without sacrificing taste. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with colorful murals that reflect Spanish culture and handcrafted plates and bowls that make every meal feel extra special. It’s the kind of place where even your cappuccino (which, by the way, is always amazing) feels like a work of art. I’ve never had a drink here I didn’t love. The service is consistently friendly, and everything from the food to the decor makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend!

I love this place. It's a lovely little cafe full of Mexican charm, the Latin American music takes me back to my childhood. I got the chilaquiles for breakfast, incredibly delicious! The owners are warm and welcoming, everyone is just friendly. If you bring your kids, don't let them go and grab all the artisanal things they have on sale, they're not toys :)

Food was served fresh and hot but there was nothing special about the food. I ordered eggs benedict. The food was average and bland. Side of potatoes can be better too in my opinion.

I’ve been here a few times for breakfast and it wasn’t too bad. Ordered a Philly Beef Melt this time and it was not good. The meat was rubber like and very chewy. Surprisingly they don’t give you an “au jus” sauce for dipping. The table we sat at was sticky and not wiped down properly. My son ordered steak and eggs and had no complaints other than they brought the wrong drink. Overall not a great experience unfortunately.

This place is popular and for good reason. I’m always so happy to find a place that is comfortable to dine on my own and this was a good find for me. Staff is super friendly and excellent at their jobs. My food came out quick and hot. The peameal bacon and home fries with onions were delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more like the clubhouse or tuna melt and homemade soup.

Honestly if you're looking to eat out, just head to Back Road Cafe. The portions are great (and this is coming from a big eater), it's absolutely delicious (Burgers, omelets, chili, sandwiches and a humongous Belgium waffle with whip cream and strawberry sauce which my daughter loves all taste amazing), and cheaper than everywhere else (36$ for a Bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings, A Western omelet with tater tots and chili). If you want lunch but it's early in the morning then don't worry cause they have lunch at all times of the day, only the dinner menu is unavailable in the morning.

Found this place while in town for a swim competition. Service is friendly. Food is fresh, homemade, and very tasty. Great variety too. I had a kale salad, and tried a lamb/bean/rice soup, plus a panini with ham and cheese. All were winners, and the prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is warm and relaxed. I'd definitely return! Just a heads up: they only accept cash.

What a sweet spot for a quick (or long) espresso. Said espresso is very well balanced. The decor inside is wonderful, with beautiful wide windows for natural light, high ceilings, but a nonetheless cozy feel. I'll be returning to try their ice cream.

Finally went with the kids to see what all the fuss was about the homemade ice cream. Let me just say, we're going back for more! Never tasted anything like it. The salted caramel is to die for! The owner is very friendly too. Always says hello to passersby when he is outside sweeping the sidewalk.

If you like icecream this is the place! The flavours are so fresh and unusual. Home made! Too bad they are not in a more central location so that more people can enjoy and spread the word.

Great selection of teas and deserts. The drinks are very reasonably priced. If you want tea then you get to pick your favorite tea cup off the shelves. Very elegant interior and a cute little table outside. They also have a large amount of jewelry and scented soaps.

I don't think you can get nicer people running a business. Stumble upon this cute place roughly a year ago walking in the Italian Village in Windsor, and immediately was made to feel at home by the owner. He went above and beyond what was expected of him, we even wanted to visit the bakery and when he knew it was closing, he even offered to leave his shop so we could experience it and to tell them to stay open. Seriously? who does this? Today we had the opportunity to visit again and his daughter was running the front - we had some wonderful conversation, and bought another great pair of earrings. I always make it a point to visit this place when in Canada, and you should to!

Didn’t know that this unique place do exist in Windsor. Magnificent service, very friendly and professional. Tried their gluten-free brownies (LOVED IT) and tried the raspberry scone with the jelly/jam (LOOOVED IT). These freshly baked goods were served in a way to match it sweetness. I am very disappointed in this experience as it seemed very interesting online. I was ignored when I first walked in and there was hardly anyone in there. No menus, no real cozy conversation with the owner I believe she was the owner. I would not know as she said very little. Nice things to buy, some unique gifts but not a place I would ever bring my friends to enjoy. The so called "homey" atmosphere that was stated online, unless you enjoy being ignored! I waited for a woman in front of me for about 20 minutes while she conversed with the owner as the owner ignored me yet again with me trying to pay and get out of there, not even looking up at me once.... MUCH, MUCH BETTER service at the regular coffee shops. Will not be returning nor recommend this place to anyone!

From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, I was in love. This eloquent little fabulous hang out, won over my heart and eyes. From the outstanding balance of decorative touch to the fine pastries, my mother and I found a beautiful place to enjoy each others company. The staff went above and beyond, and their merchandise is affordable. Truly a place a woman can go to relax and take in Erie street. A true Gem. Thank you for the great experience!

The man in the drive through had horrible English couldn't understand him at all. Got our coffee wrong though we said over and over no cream, we drive away and have cream. My biscuit looks like someone took a bite out of it and the sausage looked raw. Straight to the garbage it went. Get it together it is way too expensive to be served garbage food. Shame Shame Shame.

I have taken back my review. I have been to this Tim Hortons twice in the last year. I incorrectly rated this Tim Hortons as good. It is not. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in trouble as it all came back to me. I will not darken the door of this place ever again. This is the first Tim's upon your return to Canada. It should be the best Tims ever, instead it is the worst. Was it just me? Nope...The two customers ahead of me were having issues with their food order. Ordered the Chicken Habanero wrap. It took 15 minutes to get my food which had no rice as they ran out, ran out of crispy chicken for another order in our party. A visit after a 12.5 hr drive that should have been 5 minutes tops, took 20 minutes... Understaffed, you can see these staff members are stressed... And it was 7:30 pm. Dinner hour is still active. I can't imagine what it would be like if it was busy.. Corporate needs to step in here. It's just unacceptable....Fix it, but I won't be back as I can't take that chance....again. it was your second chance and you failed..again

We stopped in after crossing the border. We grabbed some timbits and they are tasty. The brown sugar iced coffee was ok and out son enjoyed a pineapple dragon fruit cold drink. Glad we stopped.

I sat in this drive thru for 20 minutes with only 6 cars infront of me. At one point the line didn't move for 10 minutes straight. The employee taking orders had very limited knowledge of the English language which made it very hard to place my order. I will be avoiding this location moving forward but it's sad to say that the location just down the road at Huron Church and Tecumseh has similar service. We really need another options in this area. Please bring Country Style Donuts or Robins donuts or any chain that hasn't lost its identity and still values customer service. This will be my last trip to any Time Hortons for a very long time.

I stopped by Tim Hortons today and was greeted by Gagandeep at the counter. He was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He took my order with a smile, made sure everything was correct, and even double-checked that my coffee was just the way I like it. His professionalism and kindness made my visit so much more enjoyable. In a busy environment, it’s rare to see someone go above and beyond to make customers feel valued, but Gagandeep truly did. I’ll definitely be coming back again—thanks to the excellent service!

Fast and efficient! Ordered using the kiosk terminal. This was the first I’ve ever seen at a Timmie’s in Windsor/Essex. Went ok. Used the app for the promotion and scanned in for the discount. Service was fast and with a smile. No troubles.

This isn't an eatery in any shape or form, you can buy coffee beans and tea and various products related to the two. The coffee is top notch though, my house is never without their Silver (espresso).

Staff was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They willingly did 2 separate grinds for me, one for my french press and one for my Keurig. I got 3 flavoured coffees, and caramel syrups for specialty coffees. Highly recommend and I'll be going again.

Quite the selection of beans! Staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect bean for me. They also sell flavored syrups at a very fair price! Will becoming back to sample more of their wares.

Love this place and the coffee. Get the espresso gold if you like coffee. I would go as far as to say that if you like coffee and are not buying from Colonial then you have not lived. The staff is great too. Both ladies I deal with are super helpful and cheery.

This store is hidden behind Devonshire Mall on a side street. If you didn't know it was there, you'd pass it by. The outside is not appealing. It looks more like an institution of some sort. Very old and dated! When entering, you have to figure out what door to use as there are 2 main entrances. I believe one is for commercial buyers. The entryway has many old or antique coffee apparatuses. Your senses are delighted by this wonderful smell of fresh ground coffee as you enter. The store is very small, cramped and very dated! It's mostly a pre-order type business I gather, but you can walk in and purchase, too. The coffee beans are set up behind a counter and are weighed and bagged at your request. You can also have your beans ground. They have a few coffee/espresso machines and espresso cups on a shelving unit off to one side but are very overpriced. The staff member behind the counter was very friendly. It was puzzling to see desks cramped behind the counter off to the other side. This appeared to be the office to the store with people sitting at the desks right out in the open. The parking lot was small and could use a revamp. I am very pleased with the espresso beans I purchased. They are roasted in the building, I believe. I found it odd that there was not any free sample coffee or espresso to taste or even to buy to sample while there. That would have been a great perk while visiting the store. Overall, this business could bring this store to the right decade and revamp the showroom into a more vibrant, customer friendly atmosphere. Don't combine the office with the sales area. Offer some brewed coffee/espresso samples to help customers choose the many varieties of coffee to purchase. Product ID outstanding though so it gets 4 stars from me!

I always have a great experience at Tim’s. The service is quick, the food and drinks are fresh, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff really go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. I especially want to mention **Nancy**, who is always friendly, attentive, and provides excellent customer service every time. Her positive attitude truly makes a difference in the overall experience. Thank you to Tim’s and the whole team for consistently doing such a great job!

I am absolutely disgusted with this. There I was enjoying my hot chocolate, got down near to the bottom took another sip felt an object in my mouth, I spit it on to the top of the cup just to find out there is a BABY COCKROACH at the bottom of my hot chocolate. I would like to thank Tim Hortons for giving me the most violent vomiting fit of my life thank you so much for that. I will NEVER be a customer to any Tim Hortons ever. You have forever lost a customer. P.s This is a BABY which to me implies they probably have an infestation. Will be contacting health unit.

The bagels were burnt, and the brown sugar ice latte was much sweeter than other places, not recommended.

Specifically wanted the chicken craveable sauce when ordering myself a lil treat. I'm sad this is what I got. 💔 My drink was fine and donut was surprisingly not squished against the bag but this sandwich was disappointing.

This is what I got about an hour ago from Tim Horten on 800 Wayndotte , this morning as a BLT sandwich, no any egg in it and it looks so bad ,just half slice of bacon for $7.10 . I'm very disappointed . So no more Tim Horten .

I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping customers. The food and drinks were not fresh, and the quality was far below expectations. Cleanliness was also lacking, which made the whole experience worse. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this location really needs to improve in terms of customer service, hygiene, and food quality.

Today I went to try the new summer berry drink for the first time. The supervisor Adam took my order and I ordered the drink and I asked to be made with coconut milk and he rudely answered me and said it’s called Summer Skies if it’s made with coconut milk. I didn’t know it’s called summer skies because this was my first time trying it. Then I looked over the counter and the drink was full of ice, barely any drink so I asked if she can do light ice the girl gave me the nastiest side eye and another girl interfered and said well next time just ask for it when you are ordering, she was saying with an attitude. Then when I received my drink there was barely any ice. I was really disappointed with the service I received. Mind you this is the second time I have a bad experience with Adam. Couple months ago I went to Starbucks and I asked to reload my Starbucks card with $50 the girl was new and she didn’t know how to do it and I ended up losing $50 and he trying to blame my bank when I called my bank. They said Starbucks took the money and they can’t do anything about it so I ended up losing $50 and he was not cooperating and he wasn’t a very good supervisor. It is very sad to say but they need to hire a better management team whenever I go there when he’s on duty the girls who are working there. They do a terrible job and they all have nasty attitude.

You know what, Starbucks should probably close this store first. Very bad customer service. The employee acted like she was doing me a favour and looked so pissed off. Coming to the drink — Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. By the way, this is my regular drink, so I know exactly how it tastes. But here, when I ordered it, all I could taste was coffee. I’d rather buy a plain cold coffee instead of this. It was filled with so much crushed ice that I literally couldn’t even sip my drink — all I could find was ice. I’ll be uploading pictures — it’s not even blended properly. All the chocolate or java chips literally settled down like a mold. They take 3–5 minutes to serve a car, but for what? No use at all. Also, there are wasps all around the drive-thru window. You can’t even take your order properly because of that. Poor maintenance overall. I don’t know if they’re really like this or just being rude, but I’m never coming back to this Starbucks again. This is the fourth bad experience I’ve had here. The first two times I ignored it thinking it was a mistake, but not anymore. I always go to the Huron Church Starbucks and get my order right every time. But whenever I come to this Tecumseh one, it’s just a waste of money because of their poor work.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a large coffee but the cup was almost half empty. It feels like I paid for something I didn’t actually get. This is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks. Definitely not happy with the service. I spoke with the supervisor, but he didn’t do anything.

Always a great team of people at this location, but the downfall is that in the warm seasons you will be accompanied by a surplus of bees🐝 inside of the restaurant. It’s unfortunate that people have to work and come order in that kind environment all day. Hopefully that’s something that can be taken care of soon for the sake of the people.

Mobile orders are garbage at this location, I waited 20mins for my coffee this morning. Bad business the whole drive thru went thru twice, walk in orders 4 came and went. Online said order would be ready 7 min wait 8:22. I was last served and 10 min added.

such a poor service.. we ordered two venti caramel macchiato coffee and asked the employee for 1 napkin and he didn’t give. we waited there for atleast 5 min and asked again but he behaved like he didn’t listen.. and coffee was without sugar .. like seriously… such a bad employee with poor service .. we faced this situation twice at this starbucks.then we -asked again for napkin but he again didn’t respond, that was so bad. we are paying for the coffee not getting for free, he should learn some manners .. he simply can say no .. bad behaviour

Lovely family run cafe 😊 The panini and pizza were amazing! The restaurant was super clean. We sat outside on the patio under a beautiful canopy. We stayed longer than expected because it was so good and enjoyed some wine, fresh made cannoli & gelato. Will be back for sure.

Very high quality espresso and cannoli that rivals the best cannoli I've had in the best bakerys in the Bronx or Manhattan. My wife and I were the only people in the shop Sunday morning that didn't speak Italian! It was such a neat experience to sit there and listen to so many people speaking Italian! The couple that own the shop are the sweetest pepole on earth. They treated us so nicely and the gentlemen that took my payment shook my hand. We will definitely stop again every visit to Windsor!

Went for coffee downtown but everywhere was packed or closed. Stumbled on this place and the latte was the best I’ve had in the city. Great hours. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. Lots of plugs. Definitely coming back.

The espresso is good straight up, but I love me an Americano, or a large drip coffee, both are delicious, as are the latte's, cappuccinos and specialty drinks! Large selection of baked goods including some gluten free and vegan options. Gelato is the BEST. They also have a nice selection of wines and liquors and make amazing specialty coffee drinks with alcohol and/or gelato!

Baked goods filled with wasps. Workers don't even pay attention. Waited 30 mins for one coffee with two people in line in front of me. They prioritize drive thru.

Terrible customer service. There’s only 1 person there that knows what they’re doing, the rest terrible. I’ll be in line and 2 people are in front of me and takes 20+ minutes for them to finally get to me. For months now I had to wait over 30 mins for my sandwich, by the time I get I’m already done my coffee. On top of that, when I do get my sandwich it’s always made wrong, they don’t look at the notes on what to do and what not to do with the order. They never use fresh coffee, keeps giving me expired coffee. I recommend going to the Tim Hortons on dougal and Tecumseh, faster service and they actually listen to what you want, they haven’t messed up my order at that location

Horrible customer service, the girl on the drive thru kept cutting us off and asked us to come to the window before even completing the order. Not only that, we got egg shell in egg and muffin sandwich, the french vanilla was bitter and the lid was broken. Also, we asked for tropical green tea, gave us the regular one. Don’t recommend this timmies!

We initially went to timmies on Tecumseh and Dougall, but due to someone being transferred to ellis and Ouellette we decided to go back to this one because it's closer to us...with that being said during week I find better service and quality, however weekends seem to be crap..as no one seems to know what's going on..send out greasy soggy sandwiches and also found out they don't change gloves between orders...I understand it's fast food but that's unsanitary..safe clean practices are a must in food industry where I've worked for yrs..think I may go back to Dougall and Tecumseh on weekends...I can kinda see what's going on there with food...

They don't scan rewards, they don't give you your receipt and most egregiously they charge what EVER price they want, NOT the standard prices of Tim Hortons. $1.70 for a small coffee here. Scammy.

The atmosphere is really welcoming, it also helps the fact that the staff is very accommodating. Its a good place to read a book or enjoy with your friends and family. Everything I've tried from their menu has been up to my expectation so far. The cafe has an indoor as well as an outdoor area, both having excellent ambience. The staff has done an excellent job when it comes to the variety of things they offer to their presentation and the ambiance of the cafe, a would recommend for locals.

Best place in town for the coffee date...❤️ Can't get over the Pistachios iced latte & Croissant Sandwich. The indoor and outdoor areas are just so picture-perfect for making some memories. Definitely worth the time and money.

The owner and her daughter are wonderful. They helped me out of a desperate situation. They made three cakes for my daughter's wedding in three days. There was a cake topper that matched the rest of the fake cake, a bride's cake with a sunflower decoration, and a full sheet cake. (See the photos) We ordered the cakes on Wednesday and had them for the wedding on Saturday! The cakes were beautiful and delicious. They were not too sweet. Everyone at the wedding ate cake and loved it. My daughter and I had visited the cafe before. We had coffee, tea, and creme brulee. The coffee and the flavored tea was great. The creme brulee was silky smooth. This place is a must visit!!

I recently visited Lolo Cafe and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and warm, inviting decor made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly, skilled, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their espresso is hands down one of the best I’ve had in a while—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. They also offer a great selection of desserts, which I’ll definitely be coming back to try. Another thing to mention is the music playing in the background is relaxing and they have a good choice for their playlists. It’s a great spot for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just relaxing with a great cup of coffee. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I get that the vibe comes at a cost, but over $20 for a latte and a slice of cake feels steep, especially when I’ve had better for less. Service can be hit or miss—sometimes great, other times not so much. Still, I’d recommend checking it out. It’s a beautiful space with good food and drinks, just be ready to pay for the atmosphere.

I've been frequenting Leonidas for about as long as it opened and honestly, it's my go-to cafe in the Windsor/Lasalle area. Aesthetics? 10/10. Drinks and food? 10/10. Hospitality? 10/10. The owner is also very attentive and makes a point to greet everyone and make her rounds around the cafe, and the staff are always friendly and engaging with some of the best hospitality I've seen around (shout out to Talia and Karen). It's hard to have a personal favorite order option when there's so many good choices. The cakes, the ice cream, the sandwiches, the iced/hot drinks- and so many great options for every season and every mood.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time here. We were walking down the street and the cute cafe caught our attention. The selection of chocolates was amazing, but the best part was the Dubai chocolate brownie! Our server walked us through the menu but highly recommended the dessert we purchased, and we appreciated it so much. This is a nice spot to sit back relax and indulge a little :)

Oh my gosh, this is one of the best cheesecakes I have had. We sampled a number of different flavors. The salted caramel is one of my favorites. They have many different options and treats for you to try. The single size they have can easily serve two people - they are very rich, but good. The store is easily accessible. However depending on the time of day parking could be a challenge. It was a non issue when we stopped in.

Stopped in for lunch and absolutely was not disappointed. Sliders were incredible. Salad was super fresh and dressed perfectly. Didn't have the time to stop for a board game, but we've been for that purpose before. They've got just about any boardgame you could possibly think of. You can really tell they care about what they do, and it shows in everything they do. Strongly recommend: Chicken sliders and Machi Koro with friends :)

Had a dessert date and game night on a Friday night. Was able to sneak in before the Friday night rush. Dessert was delicious: we had the Apple to Apples Pie-rogies (from the menu) and a shared a french toast bread pudding (a off-menu special for the day). The game selection was diverse - a great mix of mainstream and hobby games for all ages, as well as a decent variety of game genres (strategy, party, family and Euro games.) The restaurant itself was delightful - well lit and clean. Highly recommended.

Made a mobile order of espresso frap in personal cup and went to drive through. Was told I am early, they are busy and to wait 2 minutes, which was fine. The girl working there never asked for the personal cup and handed me the espresso frap with a coffee lid. I asked to swap to a straw lid because you need a straw to drink the espresso frap but the girl working there refuse to swap the lid because I specify personal cup in the order, even though she never asked for my cup and gave me the drink in starbucks cup. I can understand having to wait when they are busy or that sometime they may forget about the personal cup, but the reason she give for refusing to swap the lid was ridiculous.

Paid 5.10 Dollars for an Americano coffee , which was the worse coffee ever. Very bad experience and I was very disappointed . I could pay 1.5 dollars at Mac . Waste of money .

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Starbucks. My wife and I stopped in for just ONE coffee, and while paying, she accidentally selected a $5 tip on the machine. We realized it immediately and politely asked if they could reverse it. The response? A cold “It’s company policy — we can’t do anything about it.” Seriously? A $5 tip for one coffee, clearly a mistake, and they couldn’t even be bothered to help us fix it? This is NOT how you treat customers. Mistakes happen, and good customer service means doing the right thing — not hiding behind a policy. We walked out feeling disrespected, unheard, and ripped off. Really disappointed, Starbucks.

Usually I have to wait an additional 15 mins upon the latest eta the app provides. Today my order was actually made on time. I picked up my venti cappuccino and it was sooo light! It's a coffee shop that roasts their own beans. I had a decent cup of drip coffee. The pastries are amazing. The atmosphere is what you would want in a coffee shop. The staff were super friendly. If I were local, I would come back a lot.

While I’m not able to visit often, each time I do the staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Love the space and the fact I can pick up a treat from Iron Kettle with my drink. The flat white or fun seasonal drinks are usually my go-tos!

Iron kettle delivers their 🥐here and those are some of best baked goods in essex county Update 1: on my self-initiated assignment to compare PSL 🎃🍂 across the city, this one reigns supreme. McD’s was the worse, Starbucks was ok, Kava had a solid one, but Chance has it won. Update 2: holiday drink 2023…spiced-orange mocha. This is the BEST holiday drink by far. The other options out there by the chains are just so sugary that you cannot taste the coffee. This one is different, subtle and tasty flavours that enhance the great coffee. Update (lost count): the cherry tonic espresso is their latest seasonal drink and it is the perfect lightly sweet and bubbly caffeine hit in hot weather.

Nice sitting area to relax with friends and enjoy the coffee. Drouillard St is such a cute street. The old original buildings, the statues, give the street such a great ambiance! Finally had time for a coffee, pistachio, and orange latte, awesome treat. The Palestine wall of art was beautiful and tugged at my heart. Was such an emotional moment with my coffee! 🩷🍉🇵🇸

Exceptional drinks!!! Very welcoming staff. The coffee shop gets 11 lattes out of 10 ☕️!!!! That’s how good this place is. I only ever grab the latte’s here and their drinks are literally made with love. Can it get any better than this?! Well yes, the more you sip the better it gets in my opinion The atmosphere has a rustic yet modern feel to it. All beans are roasted in house on Monday’s so it does get noisy due to the state of the art giant coffee roaster oven. If you’re looking for quiet then I recommend any other day. If you’re looking for a lively noisy visit than I highly recommend Monday’s. There is plenty of seating and lots of beautiful in-door plants. There’s good lighting and two spotless bathrooms worthy of taking a selfie.

I ordered a South West rap. It was fantastic. I was so hungry at that moment and a rap filled my tummy. I will make sure that I come here again. I met Mr Rajesh at the shop and he was so helpful and friendly. I recommend others to try their food here. I have taken some pics too.

Stopped by at this location and ordered California salad. Store manager Karan was kind enough to customize my bowl with halal chicken. It was not only filling but also yummy and surpassed my expectation. I would highly recommend to give it a try and sure would love this place. Courteous staff, value for money, healthy options, halal this place is on my favourite list.

New to Windsor and this is my favourite place to get gluten free bagels. They are unbelievable, keep well and taste great even after freezing them. Service is wonderful; so kind and genuine. Just a great local business that is 100% worth supporting!

I stopped in had a piece of keto carrot cake put aside for me the taste although was good but was put off by the grittiness of sugar not sure if that is normal or the batter was not stired enough .

My new favourite local bakery offering a plethora of yummy baked goods, fresh bread, soups, sandwiches and delicious coffee and tea!.. They have a great selection of gluten free options as well. :) They also carry home made granola, mulled cider and a number of other homemade, gift-worthy goodies. Family-owned and operated, a cozy atmosphere and casual indoor/outdoor seating put this place at the top of my list.

My brother treated me to a Times Cafe lunch. He had the Savoury Apple Crunch Panini (he said it was Savoury Applely good). I had the ham and swiss panini. I loved that they grilled it without making it all greasy and melted the cheese. Love that I could have spinach in it as my lettuce. Hope more people come to experience lunch and their backed goods here.

I had a dirty chai latte and a panini very delicious that the latte was made with almond milk since I'm lactose intolerance. They have gluten free deserts and diabetic deserts. The owners are so friendly and the décor of the café very quaint. This café deserve more than 5 stars. I'll be coming back for sure.

I have been with my wife. We have ordered freshly made coffee and fresh potatoes wedges. Snack was awesome and fresh. I would love to visit next time.

Probably the worst run Tim Hortons franchise I’ve ever frequented, and I’ll tell you why!! Employees who don’t care or have been told that they are solely on “cash” usually two persons and only one that is serving the drinks. Huge lineup all the time. Doesn’t matter what day of the week or time period. Mostly the wait is for your order and not to take the order. It sadly is one of the poorest run/managed businesses at Devonshire mall. Hopefully feedback like this will bring change!!

I got Tim’s before work as I usually do. Sure it may have been busy but there’s no excuse for being nasty to a customer. The manager at this tim Hortons needs to be retrained. It’s absolutely gross. I ordered a double stacked farmers wrap and the manager called out a bacon farmers wrap which was not mine. On top of that I ordered it with an extra hash brown and extra sauce. Neither of which was included in my wrap. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but they need new management. The rest of the people are very nice. Just not the manager.

I was totally disappointed today when I went to get drinks from this particular location. First of all they gave me the wrong order which I don’t mind but I found one of the servers sneezed and kept rubbing her nose on her sleeve which was disgusting. They often give you the wrong order and do not maintain hygiene at all. Their service in terms of quality, hygiene and staff behaviour is declining day by day.

I had a mobile order which includes an iced cap and a crispy chicken bacon wrap, I was there for 25minutes, they only gave me the drink. My wrap was ready for a very long time, but they didn’t let me know, just put the wrap behind the table. When I asked about my wrap, they passed it from the table. Super bad experience, never come back. This is the worst Tim Horton I’ve ever experienced.

The cashiers looked depressed and bothered. I was able to order and while ordering, she smiled. Lol. While the food was good, the portion size and bowl was small.

Panini's are very good here, coffee is great if you want an alternative to Starbucks. Alcohol is sold in here too if you were doing some shopping and decided you wanted wine, a mixed drink or a beer!

Turbo Coffee is the best coffee shop in town! The coffee is great, the staff is friendly, and the donuts are the best I've ever had! If you're looking for a great place to get coffee and pastries, Turbo Coffee is the place to go!
