We absolutely LOVE this place! I am not exaggerating, this is my favorite restaurant of all time! The service is incredible and everyone is so attentive and friendly. The experience itself is worth it, but the food is absolutely out of this world! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They have the best tarts and pastry’s I’ve ever had in my entire life. We found this place and have been back to eat every single morning since we arrived in beautiful Cozumel. It was so great, clean and professional. I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend of 5 years but wasn’t sure where. We all loved it so much between the amazing food and chic ambience, I popped the question right in the restaurant after one of the best breakfasts of my life. This place will always hold a special place in my heart and I will be back. You are doing yourself a disservice by not eating here trust me! If I could give it 10 stars I would. This place is legitimately the best breakfast place I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. Once we found out about this place we didn’t even bother going to other breakfast restaurants. I even proposed to my Fiancé there. We are back stateside but I can’t stop thinking about their tarts. If you’re in Cozumel do yourself a favor and stop in, at least for a tart. They do have meals as well. All in all a magical place that I hold dear to my heart. Each photo is a different morning we had breakfast here.

The guava croissant was so good I wanted to hug the chef and let them know that they are loved and valued. Best guava croissant I have had in my life! Only sad I got the last one. I don’t even remember how the coffee was like but was probably good too.

Wow - Just wow! This was our best meal during our stay in Mexico. I recommend getting the Sourdough Vasco and 1 or 2 pastries for a couple. Perfect amount of food to get your day started. Coffee was also fresh and tasty!

Came here for breakfast whole in port and highly recommend you do too! Cute and quite little place. We enjoyed the peanut butter iced coffee and my husband had a V60 which he said was delicious. Breakfast came with fresh baked bread and fresh fruit. We even bought a bag of freshly roasted coffee. I would definitely return if in Cozumel again!

I visited this specialty coffee shop during my cruise excursion, recommended by my tour guide.The baristas were incredibly nice, and the coffee was on point exactly what I needed after a few days at sea. The place is small and packed with customers, and it was quite hot inside, so we chose to sit outdoors, where it was much cooler in the shade. I also picked up a couple of bags of organic Mexican coffee beans to try back home.

Best place in Centro Cozumel to get a fresh cup of coffee and a home-cooked meal. The staff are super friendly and the service is fast. I had an espresso that was made from local coffee beans. Also ordered huevos con chorizo. Everything tasted delicious 😋! Highly recommend it if you are in Cozumel.

Love this little cafe!! My friend and I came here all four mornings during our time in Cozumel. The coffee is delicious and the pastries are INCREDIBLE, especially the croissants. This is a spot for locals and those visiting. The Chilaquiles were great and came out quickly. Really cool atmosphere and close to Villas Las Anclas where we stayed (also highly recommended).

What a great hidden gem 💎 of Cozumel. We had a great time here. The pastries are amazing! The coffee and food was prepared on time and tasted amazing. The whole ambience is similar to a small local bar so you won’t see many Americans tourist which is a good thing. Recommend it!

I would recommend this place to anyone. The coffee and coffee selection is excellent. The staff were bilingual and spoke excellent English. The restaurant was extremely clean. It has great breakfast options and lunch. I had a fruit bowl, everything fresh and the red enchiladas, extremely fresh and delicious. The prices are extremely affordable. If i stay in Cozumel this is my go to for morning coffee and breakfast or lunch and I forgot great dessert menu as well.

We love this little coffee shop. We eat breakfast here as often as we can. The staff is very friendly and will help make you whatever you want. The chilaquiles and enmoladas are delicious. The French toast special was awsome.

Amazing local coffee shop with great ambiance and food, great food. The coffee is amazing with a wide selection and the baked goods are divine. I am a local and I’ve read about this place on Facebook for several months so I decided to try it. Highly recommended! Great food (try the mole enchiladas), great atmosphere, Mexican music being played by a live trio. And their table side guacamole is delicious! They are dog friendly too. Some places are dog friendly but that can be a problem with the dogs that are not well behaved. When you arrive, they share a list of dog rules with you and if your dog cannot follow them they will not allow the dog in. Or, if your dog breaks the rules, the dog has to leave. Makes for a great experience!Rebeca was my hostess and she was very helpful. And Armando was my waiter and he did a great job. Try to get them to help you when you are here.

We have been to Casa Mission several times over the years. It seams to stay the same for the most part. During this visit at the last minute it was discovered that we were in a rush to get the next ferry back to the main land. They jumped right up too the task and got us right to the boat in about 20 minutes. So good food good service and good prices. Good luck and have fun.

Eating dinner at Casa Mission was a delightful experience! The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside with a lovely outdoor dining space as well and evokes hacienda architecture. The waitstaff are very friendly and the service is quick! Drinks are fantastic, especially the margaritas. We had the beef steak nachos, ceviche, and shrimp burrito and everything was freshly made and so delicious. The ceviche was very refreshing, and I could eat it every day. Casa Mission is a must visit!

Excellent place to avoid the nonsense high density tourist areas. Nice chill spot to grab some high quality food and take in some cool architecture and sights. Paying took quite a long time and our taxi was waiting outside thinking we bailed on him. I think it took 30min to pay. I highly recommend the Caesar salad, he makes it right in front of you.

We were in Cozumel as a stop on a cruise. We hired a local to show us around the island. For lunch he took us to his favorite restaurant, Casa Mission, and I'm so glad he did. You should do the same. Everything was fabulous! All 14 in our group felt the same way. Among the things we had were chips and salsa (pico de gallo), margaritas, fajitas, ceviche, queso fundido, guacamole, y más. No disrespect to the places at the cruise terminals as we've enjoyed them in the past. But if you want to venture out and eat where the locals do, this is the place. ¡Salud!

While the burrito is good, it's nothing special for the price of $18$ for a burrito and a Fanta. For the quality, the price isn't equal, and there are many better spots on the island where you get your money's worth. It's definitely where tourists eat, which coincides with the way they charge their prices. I won't be going back.

Crazy King burrito is it family owned place here on Cozumel. They make delicious burritos, best on the island! Each burrito is cooked with care. The owners take pride in their quality, flavor and value. Remember, a family owns the place, their hours are 11 - 7 Saturday to Friday. You won't be disappointed! 😋

Nice staff, burrito is nothing special. I got the king sized king burrito. For the price, I was hoping for a giant super delicious burrito. However, I have had better and bigger burritos in California for cheaper and better flavor profiles. Probably would try a different burrito restaurant next time.

This place is the cat's pajamas! Super friendly staff, great service and delicious food. I snagged a "King" burrito and my fiance grabbed a veggie burrito...both were spot on. Portions, quality and value. This joint just slightly off the beaten path is a gem. The hospitality by the staff was great. Attention to detail for a small, affordable shop was great. The staff will make you feel at home and the food will make you think your Nonna made it, do not miss this gem! Breakfast lunch and dinner it’s a must for Cozumel!

The most important thing to say about the Laab is that they clearly care about food and that comes through in everything they serve. The ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. The dishes are creative and well executed. I have no critiques of the food and drink at all. We had: the mixed meat and cheese platter (all of which were delicious and a very enjoyed diversion from the typical fare in Cozumel), a mango-anchovy risotto that was so bright and lively, the carbonara (the best I’ve ever had. Their housemade pasta is excellent), and their chocolate cake (decadent in all the right ways but just shy of being too much). The drinks (red wine, mezcal, as gin cocktail) were all lovely. Some of the best food I’ve had anywhere - hands down. Their staff know and appreciate their food - and so they do their job well.

K'ooben Laab was recommended to us by multiple people before visiting Cozumel for our first time. By far the best place we've eaten on the island. Our server Joel was amazing and had the best recommendations for us. Everything truly is so fresh and the creators put so much care and time into each dish.

This place kept popping up on lists of places to try in Cozumel and can confirm, it’s with good reason. The restaurant itself is slightly away from the main tourist drag-it has a cute rooftop area with creative takes on Italian staples. The focaccia and mussels with white wine were standouts-but the carbonara pasta and lasagna were both delicious. The service was excellent-they even offered to secure us a taxi when we clearly were too full for the walk back to our hotel. Definitely a must visit.

I had such an amazing time! I’ve been to Kooban Laab so many times, and it’s been my favourite restaurant for years. I love that they always give fresh focaccia to start the meal. The portion sizes feel small, but the pasta is so well made. Also, I’m always full by the end of the meal, so one plate is the perfect size. Today we had Joel as our waiter, and he was so nice! He suggested they’re special for the day was the ravioli and it was legit the best pasta I ever had.

Delicious, fresh, flavorful, creative! We are foodies, chefs by trade, so we are looking for something to wow us. The fish tacos were lightly fried and had the perfect amount of heat and punch of flavor. The steak salad was wonderful too. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly, the avocado was creamy, the chimichurri was the star. You won’t be disappointed.

If you're looking for a chill spot to spend the afternoon than look no further. My husband and I came in to cool off from the August summer heat. The cafe was filled with locals but still cozy. We found a table and enjoyed fresh juices and cocktails. All delicious! They even had some board games so we enjoyed a game with our drinks. We didn't eat but the food looked amazing. 10 out of 10 would definitely return if I was in Cozumel.

This is a GEM found.. first it is climate controlled (A/C) second it has character, good music, good food, the only drawback is warm restrooms which I hope they'll remedy in the future.. Started with a fruit salad which tasted far better than my hotel fruits. Had a good capucino, a big freshly made juice (they have several choices) and then an egg Benedict with potatoes, while my dear had an avocado toast with eggs and arugula salad. Delicious..

So delicious! We got the chips and guac and a margarita pizza. Both were fresh and tasty. Besides the great food, the staff was amazing. Appreciate excellent customer service. Don't forget the atmosphere. Very hip vibe, music and setting. Highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could!!

Stopped here for lunch while cruising. The food was outstanding. My son had the ribeye tacos, perfect. Daughter had the birrios and I shared the chicken/coconut tacos with the wife. All 3 were excellent. Hard to say which was best, because all were 🔥. Huge outdoor patio with great atmosphere. Easy walk from the cruise pier as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent restaurant, near the downtown square, great food & service, clean bathrooms. Not cheap, water is bottled and about $3.50 each, well worth the money for a nice meal. We had a large group, can't split bill so recommend one person just pays for it and have others reimburse.

This place is an absolute gem and hands down one of the best restaurants in the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service was fast, professional, and consistent, making the entire experience even better. The pizza was incredible, perfectly baked, loaded with fresh, high quality ingredients, and full of flavor in every single bite. The pasta was just as amazing, cooked perfectly al dente with a rich, creamy, and well balanced sauce that was packed with flavor. And the lasagna was absolutely perfect. Layers of fresh pasta, rich sauce, melted cheese, and perfectly seasoned meat made it one of the best lasagnas we have ever had. We also tried a few other items and everything we ordered was outstanding. The flavors were amazing, the portions were generous, and the overall quality was far beyond expectations. If you are looking for the best pizza, pasta, and lasagna in the area, this is the place to go. Whether you are local or visiting, you will not be disappointed. We could not be more satisfied and we will absolutely be coming back again and again.

Must stop here in Cozumel for us!!!! The pizza and baked break is insane cooked in a huge wood fired oven you can see when walking in! We come to Cozumel yearly and Guido's is always a spot we eat at once or twice while here in the island. If you love sangria this is some of the best I've ever had (not a wine drinker at all either) with freshly cut apples and other fruits in a large ceramic pitcher. Just outside is located the oceanfront view which has the most amazing sunsets on the island which I pictured for you. Ps Guido's is a little more upscale then your local taqueria so will be paying $80-100 for a nice meal for your family.

Amazing food. The staff are like family for the regulars that visit. I visit every time I’m on the island. The goats and green salad accompanied by the lasagna is a fav, of course that quickly changes depending on the daily specials. The house made sangria is always a good choice as you soak up the oasis type atmosphere in the back.

Guido's is one ofy great constants of the universe. This lovely little gem of a restaurant delivers great salads and seafood, and one of the most unique and yummy baked lasagnas anywhere. We go for the caprese salad, lasagna and their great home made sangria. Try it out and you're going to come back every time you come back to Cozumel.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. I had the Mahi Mahi and it didn't disappoint. I also had a grilled shrimp appetizer that was delicious with garlic bread. Service and atmosphere outstanding.

Modest storefront, lovely and spacious interior. We sat out in the garden area. I had the sweet potato ravioli and the tossed green salad. Both were fresh and delicious and the presentation was beautiful. There was lovely Italian music playing and not too loud. The bathroom was uncommonly nice. It's not the number one restaurant on TripAdvisor for nothing! Our meal at Ix Kool was nothing short of extraordinary. This restaurant brings traditional, Mayan cuisine and unique tastes to Cozumel. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sikil P'aak made tableside in a traditional macajete. The handmade corn tortillas are authentically made. The Cochanita Pibil was so crispy while the slow-roasted pork was so juicy. We finished the evening with a traditional coconut cream. Thank you so much, Ix Kool. We look forward to our next visit.

Ix Kool was not what I expected.... it was 10 times better! The blending of the food was exceptional. We ordered straight away from the menu. Do yourself a favour. Watch the info video explaining the foods and how they are made. Best meal in 20 days of travelling Mexico. The guacamole was prepared in front of us at the table. After watching the video, I also had Mexican Cornbread dessert with home made coconut ice cream.

We went to have the Tequila & Mezcal tasting experience and was extremely fun and delicious! The experience is not only very informative, it’s really a trip for your senses. We got samples 4 tequilas, 5 mezcals, and like a small 4 steps appetizers that were classical Mayan cuisine. I’ll recommend this experience to everybody!

This is the second time visiting this fine establishment and it is fabulous. This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. Great atmosphere, food and service. You have to try the guacamole. The Mayan flavors are fresh and great. A tell tale sign of a good restaurant is a manageable munu. This is one of them, there are limited choices, I suggest ordering a bottle of wine and trying any of them. I will be back every time I am in Cozumel.

I came all the way from New York to Mexico, and this was actually my very first meal here. I was so excited to finally taste some authentic local flavors—but honestly, this place left me a little disappointed. The food leaned heavily toward a more Westernized, Caucasian-style flavor profile: tons of cheese, very bland, and lacking depth or spice. It felt more like something I’d get at a resort rather than a local gem. As someone who’s quite picky and came to the island specifically for the food experience, it just didn’t hit the mark. BUT—the atmosphere? 10/10. Service? Even better. They lit mosquito coils for us, sprayed bug repellent when we asked, and the staff were super attentive and sweet. Music? Absolutely fire. Seriously, the playlist was amazing. I do suspect the restaurant might be owned or run by Americans, which would explain the flavor profile. And one thing that really bummed me out: I came alone and wanted to try the Chef’s Menu, but they wouldn’t serve it unless there were at least two people. That felt a bit unfair, especially for solo travelers. Overall, this place has a great vibe and fantastic service, but if you’re a foodie hunting for bold, authentic Mexican flavors—you might want to keep looking.

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant and the food was beyond amazing. But as good as the food was, the service was even better. Victor and Sergio took such good care of us. Very Limited vegan options, but there is one which is very tasty (cauliflower tacos). Not an overly cheap place either in comparison to a few others in the area, but it is very atmospheric and beautiful to have a light dinner at. Hopefully you are not too hungry as a vegan and come for the atmosphere instead. :) Very nice light music, breeze of the open air, mood lighting, dare I say romantic, with a starry night sky through the greens. The service is very friendly and attentive. And some free parking right outside of the restaurant. Recommend.

We had an Amazing experience! We parked up front. We were greeted beautifully and we got to choose our table. The ambiance is very relaxing. It wasn't dark yet so we didn't get to see all of the lighting but it was very beautiful with all the greenery and jungle vibe. We tried the lobster fundido, the corn on the cob, dumplings and the lionfish cakes, for dinner and shared. The lionfish cakes and corn was my favorite. Don't get me wrong everything was phenomenal! Every dish had its own uniqueness and the sauces that it came with paired perfectly together. We made room for dessert and tried the special which was cornbread cake and ordered the Katrina as well. Both of these desserts were AMAZING!!! Omg the presentation was out of this world! I loved it All😍

Lovely outdoor dining experience with excellent food, drinks and service. Lionfish cakes and Mayan snapper were really good as was the tropical margarita with a hint of spice. Victor took excellent care of us, gave us some good suggestions and was very professional. One of the better meals of our visit to Cozumel.

I had a wonderful Mothers day meal here. The food was fresh, splendidly plated. The frozen lime margarita was refreshing on a hot day. The fried ice cream was yummy. You walk through shopping area to get to the restaurant . The staff at the shops really weren't pushy at all. The seating area is gorgeous with fountains and statues. Carlos was my waiter and we chatted for a while. I will definitely return.

From the atmosphere to the look and feel of the place, just beautiful. The worker here are by far the nicest most sincere people on the island. The food was some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine you pups have and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend checking this place out. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I have come here 2 previous times while on cruises to Cozumel and loved the atmosphere and margaritas. Unfortunately, when we returned today, we were disappointed. Although the margaritas remained good and strong, the food quality declined significantly. Our chips were stale. The guacamole was tasteless and the salsa had no spice to it. My chicken fajitas were also bland and given the very expensive cost of everything, all the portions were very small. Come for the margaritas and the atmosphere and not the food. Very much for tourists only. The first question we were asked was what cruise ship we were on. Why should that matter?

The special today : beef taco was delicious and flavorful. Chilli sin carne is great for people under animal protein restrictions. The coffee flan with egg nog is so delicious. The restaurant has great ambience and the entertainment with local flavor is perfect.

We had a wonderful meal here last night, the staff were lovely, extremely attentive and kind. They could not do enough for us and we're very helpful. We ordered the mussels, fish of the day and the carbonara all were exceptional and a fantastic price. I ordered a cocktail and they gifted me the cup which was very kind they didn't have to. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!! 💖💖

This place was a breath of fresh air. Was looking for a classy Italian vibe in Cozumel and this spot fit the bill! It's off the main road a tad, tucked away on a one way street. The decor was beautiful and the staff was extremely attentive. The food was solid; I had the beef carpacio as a starter and the duck breast for my main. No drinks this time; while they have a full bar their main thing is wine (and I wasn't in the mood for vino.) For 4 people, the tab came to less than $150 tip; money well spent in my book. Highly recommend if you're craving Italian fare.)

Typically in Mexico I want tacos and authentic Mexican food. But after 10 days here, I need to change it up and I’m soooo glad we found this gem. Great staff, huge portions and great service and the food was amazing. I had leftovers for 2 meals!!! Super affordable if you don’t have alcohol. Desert was delicious. We’ll make this restaurant one of our local favs!!! It’s also very boujie if you want to dress up for a fancy occasion. If you’ve had your fill of tacos and ready for some authentic Italian cuisine, yeah- you’ll appreciate La Cocay!!! We definitely recommend it!!!

I can handle being told at 1015 as I sit down that they close at 11 so I’d better order fast. I suppose that means they want you out the door at 11. Fine. Respect. I cannot accept them forgetting I asked for my plate to be out in a to-go box along with the salad and dessert I didn’t have time to eat there. They didn’t have any to-go fork, knife or spoon they said. So I said okay, I’ll eat my leftovers, salad and dessert with my fingers in my hotel room just to get out of your awful energy that just wants me to leave. I’m a problem customer at 1015pm. What is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE is La Cocay messing up and me rushing, cutting up half my chicken dinner into finger-sized pieces to eat at my hotel with no flatware…nor napkin…but that they apparently forgot and then handed me a to-go box with, supposedly my leftovers…to discover a box of rice with half a sweet poroto thing and lo chicken. No sauce. None of the vegetables. Just dry rice and half a sweet potato thing. I’m totally offended. They probably picked my leftover half sweet potato thing out of the trash and dumped it on a pile of rice leftover in the kitchen. I paid like $25 for that chicken at the current exchange rate and they ganged me trash and stole my food. My bill was over $1000 pesos and I was rushed, pressured and hurried and they gave me trash leftovers. Imagine if I even ate this and got sick!! Totally awful experience.

Best restaurant in Cozumel! Our third year coming here, multiple times each trip. Everything is fresh and delicious. The service is impeccable, especially our server Eliezar. Pizzas are an outstanding appetizer, and the pastas can’t be beat. Sit in the garden for some beautiful atmosphere. It’s a dream of place and our absolute favorite when visiting Cozumel 🩷.

This is a more expensive restaurant, but well worth it. The service is top notch, and the indoor dining area and outdoor eating area are really nice. We ate outside, and both had the fish of the day. Decent portions, and very tasty.

This is by far the best taco stand on the island worth the track from the main drag to it. Very good pricing. The chicken tacos and the gringa are by far my favourite bought six tacos and three bottles of pop for 250 pesos

So glad we went here. Only regret is not coming sooner! Great tacos. Our Dive Instructor recommended the Chuleta con queso and they were great! The Arranchera tacos were really good too!

This taqueria was recommended by the locals. My hubby scuba dives in Cozumel often but doesn’t explore many of the restaurants. I’m 1st generation Mexican American so I know my authentic Mexican food. These are the tacos you want. I haven’t tried their Gringa Pique but our local friends raved about the Alpastor Gringa Pique which is like a pizza. Anyhoo… not sure if I’ll try it bc I’m just hooked on their guac n tacos. We’ve been here about 10 days and already eaten here twice. I’m pretty sure we’ll be here a couple more times before we leave and this place will be one of our favs!!! Oh, and you can’t beat the price. Hubby and I each get 2 tacos and share a plate of guac n chips, we give a generous 20% tip and it’s still less than $20 USD, great place all around!!! Try it, you’ll be glad you did!!!

Excellent tacos, soups, and fajitas with a huge selection of meat to choose from. This place is a locals favorite with an open kitchen. It’s a bit sad that they only have surtido out of all the cabeza meat when I visited

Definitely try this taqueria while in Cozumel. Great for large groups. Plenty of outdoor seating..There is no English menu ..the staff knows limited English but are extremely patient in taking the order. This is frequented by locals so you can't go wrong if you did end up here.

Nice little taco mecca off the tourist path. More selections of tacos than you can imagine. When you enter the restaurant you pass by the kitchen where all the magic is happing. You see chefs grilling pork chops and slicing meat off a spit. We love the Gringa Pique al Pastor or Chuleta. You also need to try the pinto beans, they're amazing! This is a must stop everything we go to Cozumel!

Just WOW! This place really deserves a proper highlight.. best place in Cozumel if you enjoy drinks and good food. Don’t need to say more but owner and all the staff were super attentive and make our 1 hour here the best time.

This brewery was great. Good beers with a good selection. They alsonsold local rum and I was able to pick that up. The food look great but we did not eat anything. There is no AC in this building and that might be the only negative thing. They do have lots of fans blowing on you but it's still hot.

Amazing brewry that reminds me of a Michigan microbrewery! Owner is from Michigan and has found a way to be a perfect staple in Cozumel. Try their pizza, craft brew and ceviche!

It’s just a great place. Very comfortable and friendly. Great beer and food. Where else can you get Lionfish pizza?! A breath of fresh air in a sometimes frenetic Cozumel. Spent $100-$200 per person in pesos.

We had heard so much negative about the beer. I've been drinking small brew pub beers since the 80's and think they are doing an excellent job. Style wise spot on. The pizza was great as well as the ceviche. Definitely worth stopping in and I will be back for sure. Edit from last year, Still 5 across the board, pizza great, ceviche great and the beers are improved from last so still good

This is a must stop in Cozumel! Homemade bread- flavors are amazing! Great beer selection. Near the port, convenient to anywhere in town!

I’m not into lion fish on my pizza so I’m not reviewing the food. Check the menu for yourself. The atmosphere is run down. There’s no interaction between you and the staff or others at the bar so show up with your friends. The beer is ok to pretty good but nothing to get excited about. I will say that they have a great pizza oven.

The bolillos are so good, and like $7 MX. Super cheap. Pastries are more like $15-$25MX. I tried a whole bunch of them, but the bolillos are the best part.

It was years ago, but the chocolate muffins were so good!!! I always, always remember. When someone says they're going to Cozumel, i always tell them go to this bakery!

I love this place. Small bakery, since '80 family run business, Doña Adriana is very nice person, she was running the business many decades with her husband but after his death now their daughters are running the place but if you are lucky you can still meet her there.

My wife and I stopped to enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry. We wanted to share them as we already had lunch. We were told to leave unless we each purchased a least a cup of coffee and a pastry each. There was no one else in any of the outside tables. There is not a sign saying there is a minimum purchase to sit at a table. So off we walk carrying a not very good, too hot cup of coffee. Not impressed. Will not be seeing our business again. I don't know if the pastry is good, since I am still looking for a place to sit and eat it.

One of my favorite places to set and enjoy a pastry, break, or cake in the mornings. They make the best bolillos/teleras on the island and they are amazing when they just come out of the oven. Don't miss the breakfast pizza/pastry, chocolate muffins, or oatmeal cookies. The coffee is okay (cheaper canned coffee) but they also have a nice selection of juices and water to take with you or enjoy on the veranda. A popular hangout for ex-pats, snowbirds, and gringos traveling through the area.

Double the price of other bakeries. The older lady that runs the place gets all weird and yells at you to get out in Spanish if more than 2 people are in there. Still afraid of getting sick 3 years later. She NEVER comes to work on time to open up. Pastries are ok. Chedraui and Mega have way better for way cheaper.

I have always been treated very well, and I am not a tourist. The birthday cake for my kids was great. Love morning tuna empanadas with coffe.

Great location with wonderful views. Our barista was very nice and smiley and helpful. It’s Starbucks so you all know the food and the coffee. Went for a Cozumel “been there” cup but they didn’t have one. Had to settle for a Mexico cup.

Because I didn't gave a tip, the bartenders prepared drinks for other customers after me and kept me waiting on the line until I asked about my medium coffee size. After that they prepared, pretending is a mistake. It's not worth leaving your money there.

This was a nice location once you exit the ships dock. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The place has adequate seating. But the location two blocks up the street is a much better more relaxing or enjoyable setting.

Stop in since my wife needed her fixed after a walk from the cruise port. Small store with a couple of 2 seater tables. Nice cold AC and a cold drink after a nice stroll.

Flat white and cappuccino was good and they do also have alternative milk products, the lemon cake was too dry. Prices are pretty high like always at Starbucks.

Healthy, fresh, and delicious food. I made the right choice coming here for breakfast. I ordered the green bowl and it exceeded my expectations. The preparation, presentation and quality was excellent. The menu has so many healthy delicious options to choose from so you will easily find something to satisfy your nutrition and make your taste buds smile at the same time : )

We have been here several times and every time impressions was different. My husband is not vegan, so he really liked caesar wrap with chicken (though on one day it was really juicy and there was lots of sauce, on other day it had almost no sauce and tasted dry). He also liked Mediterranean bowl. I liked it too, but Mexicano was also nice. Tofu scramble was poor, small portion, insipid taste. Vegan wrap is absolutely same as Mediterranean bowl, but they added MUCH more balsamic vinegar and wrapped the salad in tortillas ;(( Better try bowl! Vegan sandwich was poor too, I didn’t even eat it. In menu it says there is pesto sauce, but they put it like a DROP 🥲 of it, and it had rotten taste and smell. Then cheap bread, bunch of spinach, drops of mustard and a little bit avocado… I returned it. Be aware of rotten spinach leaves and lettuce. I tried Afrodisiaco juice, it was really good. If you look for quality and good taste definitely go to Nutty Treesome cafe in Downtown, those guys will treat you as best friends, and they care about quality of ingredients. You will find awesome sushi and best ever burgers, you’ll love it even if you’re not vegan!

Ate here a couple times while visiting Cozumel! They have a mini store attached to the restaurant that has all your handmade hygiene products, natural peanut butters and spices. The menu is fairly large with lots of options to pick from! The staff was nice, and the prices were decent. The smoothies are the best !

A great spot with a tonne of vegan options.

I was excited to find this spot but the hours on Google are incorrect. The hours on their door also seem to be incorrect as I came at 6:15pm one day and they were closed already (despite having 7pm close time on their door). Food wise they are a solid option for those with dietary restrictions (dairy free, gluten free, vegan). The juices are EXCELLENT and worth the price. The flavoring of the food during our first visit was lacking. We ordered the vegan quesadilla (which turned out to be tacos) and the avocado lovers toast. The next day we ordered a smoothie bowl (which made up for the previous day) and an omelette. Both options were tasty.

I got the Florentine eggs which was the same as their eggs benedict with the addition of spinach, side salad and salmon. It was decently good! The brioche bread was a nice touch but it did fall apart a bit fast. Overall yummy but I would try a different bread than brioche next time

Our normal breakfast place was closed and we came across this place with the waffles Benedict and decided to check it out. We are frequent travelers to Cozumel and have tried lots of different places. What a wonderful place with absolutely delicious food. My Mexican spouse got the Big American Breakfast (it is what she orders when we are in the US) and if you are a gringo and want a big American breakfast this was better than the one at home (I live in Mexico now). The eggs were perfectly cooked (she likes them well done), the bacon tasted smoked and was so thick and juicy, and the waffles were perfect with big and fluffy hash browns that I had to try. They were exquisite. I had the Oaxaca Chilaquile Mole and it did not miss a beat. The mole tasted just like it does in Oaxaca and they captured the flavor perfectly. We feel bad our normal breakfast place was closed (by the government) but now we got a second place after being so disappointed in many other choices. We will be coming here half the time now. Sorry to the owner of our ex favorite breakfast place. You are now tied on the island.

The food was fantastic. We had the chiliquitos and the Florentino Benedict. Jesus took great care of us. And the artwork on the walls is incredible. So fun to look at and see all the fun elements added. Great relaxing g vibe.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. The avocado toast was delicious, and the banana coffee latte was a great discovery! The service was a bit slow, but the pleasant atmosphere and the quality of the food more than made up for it.

I went to Jolly for breakfast and enjoyed an iced coffee and the avocado toast. The portions are large and quite filling. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go again.

Mijael was the perfect server and should make Jolley proud. My first visit to Jolly and I will return. The food, atmosphere, and location were all on point.

I started early in the morning for a two tank scuba dive, and I wanted an early breakfast so I could survive the day! La Cochins de Silvia was open, and they were so welcoming. The mushroom omelette was excellent. However the coffee was only a single cup… I’m an American so I’m spoiled for endless coffee 😆 They were out of orange juice so I chose watermelon. They were very accommodating and made it fresh without sugar.

Breakfast is amazing with generous portions. I had pineapple juice with sweet bread and a bowl of fresh fruit. Then eggs over easy was perfect with crispy bacon and old fashion mash potatoes. Photos

I can’t say enough about this place. I look forward to this breakfast every trip. I don’t get the traditional breakfast though. I like to live on the wild side and enjoy enchiladas, enfrijoladas, or chilaquiles for breakfast when I come here. Nothing tastes better!!! The whole experience is tranquil and savory. Is that a thing??? I don’t know but I feel so at peace here. My tastebuds are in heaven. If you’re lucky enough, try the agua de limon con menta (lemonade with mint). Looks scary but tastes perfectly refreshing.

Amazing little find for a relaxed breakfast - the staff are lovely and the food is incredible! Freshly made, and wonderfully flavoured Our big regret is that they’re closed on Saturdays so we couldn’t visit again on our trip! Next time for sure

Nice breakfast place that was close to our hostel. They have Mexican breakfast dishes along with some western options. The location is central. I love eggs Benedict and the ones I ordered were fine just the onions on top were somewhat too tangy for my taste!

A good breakfast option in the area. Staff is friendly and spoke English and is accommodating (lactose-intolerant, vegetarian/vegan, etc.). We went quite early so we never had to wait much.

Most of the things on the menu are gluten free. Lots of options to choose from. Portions are quite generous and the taste is great. They even provide coffee refills on the house. So far, my favorite place on the island. Definetly recommend.

Ive eaten here three times in three days. All three items were great! I had the vegan rancheros, the vegan chilaquiles, and the vegan skillet. The skillet was by far the best value! So much food so so cheap. All were very tasty and beautifully plated. Mmm. I also had two different smoothies the heathy heart and antioxidant one. They are both great. Overall this place is clean, well decorated and the food is very fairly priced with perfect portions and tasty food. You won't be dissapointed. Plus there are cute latinas working here 😉

We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived! The croissant was absolutely delicious, as was everything else. At first, it looked like the place might be closed, but thankfully it wasn't! The entrance is a bit discreet, so don’t hesitate to step inside. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable. A great surprise and definitely a spot worth visiting!

I found the hidden gem, certainly a place that doesn’t need my review. The place very full of locals and tons of charm all the while excellent service. Perfectly cooked omelet. Simply everything perfect

La Cozumelena is an absolute must if you're spending a few days in Cozumel. We stopped in for breakfast one morning. We noticed that it was full of locals getting a meal in before heading to their jobs and just KNEW this was the place to eat. Our server was very friendly and double checked on us through the meal. We started off with some coffee and one of their fresh juices (delicious). They also have an extensive list of smoothies if you're feeling like something lighter/healthier to start your day. We then split two breakfast entrees: huevos motulenos and huevos jarochos. Both of these dishes are specialties of the area that I would highly recommend you try. Our favorite was the huevos jarochos which are like little breakfast enchiladas. There's also a bakery connected if you want some coffee and a pastry. If we find ourselves in Cozumel again, we are 100% going to pay this place a visit.

The plantain and bean tostadas were AMAZING! I didn’t think the fajitas were anything special, but they’re not bad by any means. The cappuccino was also quite good, as was the fruit plate. Prices are very reasonable too. They have an English menu, but the staff don’t speak English so plan on some difficulty communicating if you want anything special (such as a nut allergy, iced coffee, bring one dish out first, etc.). You’ll have to ask for the English menu, the one online from the QR code isn’t English.

Great food & excellent service. English menus are available (the one in the QR photo is in Spanish). If you have kiddos with you, there is a play area and high chairs available. A great option if you’re keen on keeping your little ones out of the boozier establishments.

We ate breakfast here nearly every time we are in town. It’s really good. The coffee is amazing, and it’s very reasonably priced too. They also have a delicious bakery. So yummy!

The chilaquiles are very good, the waffles are also pretty good. The juices are fresh. Don't be afraid to try new flavors with your eggs. Their garlic cream is delicious. Do mind their working hours (breakfast is stopped being served at noon). It's a nice place and also eco-friendly. Air conditioning and excellent location (although, is hard to find a parking spot)

This place is confusing. I went in and asked for a cappuccino but they said all they have is Americano. There didn't seem to be any food except for a coffee cake on the counter. The coffee came out of one of those big things you bring to an office meeting and was watery. I felt like I was annoying the girl who worked there. I'm not sure who was serving everyone else who liked it there...but I'm not sure it's the same person.

I came after checking the online pictures of the drinks because I was looking for a place able to make a good milk foam (sth close to microfoam). I was served a cappuccino already sweetened (they added sugar while making the drink) and the foam wasn't what I expected/how it looked in the pictures. It did not taste bad, but I personally wouldn't go back. Especially because I don't like sugar in my coffee drinks.

This place was recommended by our masseuse and she was spot on! There are two different locations and this was the closer one in proximity. They have a lovely panaderia (which are not as common on the island unfortunately). The coffee was excellent and I throughly enjoyed my hazelnut cressant. This interior is so nicely done, great ambiance and there were three baristas all running to get our order filled! I also highly recommend 👌

Nice little shop, with lots of baked stuff. Shop is most of the time full, which is good, but the staff are a bit overwhelmed and things got mixed up. Coffee is good the soy milk not so much.

Bakery with big variety of breads, rolls, buns, etc. Friendly, English speaking staff. Good coffee. Freshly prepared and toasted baguettes with cheese/ham available. Great value for money!

Really cool little bakery and coffee shop. All the products are just sitting out. Kind of took us by surprise at first but everywhere in Mexico is similar. We got a brownie and a coffee. Both were excellent. And only 6 USD total.

not only is the coffee affordable and tasty, but the staff is really nice and friendly. i recommend getting their lattes or frappe, and you have to try a pastry as well! they have skim milk, which has been available everywhere i’ve visited so that was a great surprise. my go to coffee place in cozumel. they add latte art hearts to the latte’s- as a cherry on top 🍒50 pesos for latte.

love this place! we are staying very close by, and come here every morning fir breakfast and every night for dessert and a cappuccino. the fresh pastries are amazing and their coffee and food is great too. the servers ate very friendly and attentive. they have a really large menu for a bakery, and there is something for everyone here. will be back on our next trip!

So nice to have a kosher dairy restaurant in Cozumel. I was there for dinner and breakfast. This is my go to place for Latte the first thing in the morning. Seating is great. Staff are very friendly. All orders are made fresh. Prices are reasonable in a tourist area and it is kosher certified.

My 3 friends and I came into this cafe two days ago while it was pouring rain. We wanted to get something warm to drink and hope to wait out the rain. We were ignored, it was very awkward. There was no one else in there except a few men who seemed to work there (our group was all women FYI). There was a large man walking around speaking loudly on the phone, he seemed to either work there or own the shop. We weren't in a hurry so we figured we'd wait until someone would take our order, so I started looking around. This place is kosher and seems to be Jewish owned which is great, I totally support that, however I saw they had numerous photos on the walls celebrating and honoring active IDF members. Great place for an Ohio girl used to Starbucks.

We came here 5+ times and enjoyed every visit. This place has great options for Vegans and Vegetarians as well. Next time we come to Cozumel, we’ll make sure we stay in walking distance if Coco.

Do NOT confuse this store with their store on 65 ave - the employees there are just rude and not worth the bother of stopping in.

Seriously, what a pairing, one of Cozumel's best dive instructors teamed up with my favorite Italian restaurant on the island to create a center for food & culture to mix with top level scuba instruction & adventure dives.
