Natale Pasticceria, established in 1999 near the central Piazza Sant'Oronzo, has become a historic brand constantly evolving. With around fifty flavors including creams, fruit gelatos, sorbets, and granitas, it's a must-visit spot. Their chocolate offerings are diverse with options like rum, chili pepper, and more. Additionally, they offer regional specialties such as Pasticciotto flavor and Maria d'Enghien gelato.
One of the best gelatos that I've ever had! Staff are so nice and would help you if you ask for the suggestions. The Ficchi was my favorite!
Ali R — Google review
All I can say is wow! Don't walk, run to Natale and try their pistachio ice cream. It's incredibly creamy and bursting with flavor! The staff is very friendly, and there are plenty of seating options available. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a sweet treat, whether it's day or night. Their other flavors are amazing as well!
Luana P — Google review
We got here by pure chance after eating at least one pasticciotto every day during our trip. I can confidently say this was the best one I had. It was the perfect mix of creamy and crumbly. not overly sweet and overall incredibly satisfying. It was so good we even went out of our way to go back and purchase one of the overly priced T-shirts… no regrets! The only downside is its price, at €2.20 a piece it definitely was on the expensive side in comparison to others in the region but so worth it.
Nicolas A — Google review
Had the “african coffee” and a brioche, which comes with 3 flavors. It was very good both of them. The service was very nice.
Niclas M — Google review
The best gelato I had so far in Italy. And huge portions. The service was also very sweet and helpful.
Przemysław B — Google review
Absolutely great ice cream! A lot of special kinds to get here with support from the friendly staff. For 3€ you get the “small ice cream”, which are two big scoops. The pastries look good as well, but we have not eaten any.
Johannes R — Google review
Stick to their pistachio flavor and you will not disappoint. It is rich and creamy, not too sweet. As someone who travel a lot and tried many gelatos in different places, I can say their pistachio flavor is among the best I have tried. The berry flavor however, is a bit too sweet and I don't recommend. Their waiting line is a bit disorganized - you need to get a ticket first before you can ask for any flavors, which is not obvious for the new customers. If you don't have a ticket then you get kicked to the end of the waiting line, and waste a lot of time.
Skywalker F — Google review
A wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors – I loved it a lot! The pasticciotto is the best in Puglia – it's truly something special and a must-try! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Espresso bar
Caffè Alvino is a popular spot in Piazza Sant'Oronzo, offering a lively outdoor terrace with views of the Roman amphitheater and other historical landmarks in Lecce. Visitors can savor local specialties like caffe in ghiaccio con latte di mandorla (espresso with ice and almond milk) while admiring the majestic stone Sedile and the statue of St. Oronzo from the Baroque period.
A Lecce classic. We had two caffe leccese and one rustico (9 EUR in total). Both the coffee and the rustico were really good. The coffee was a bit strong (I like it that way though) and the rustico had much more bechamel and less mozzarella than others, which was a positive aspect for me but it depends on taste. It is a bit on the pricey side but considering the location (literally in the center of the main square) it makes sense.
Martín S — Google review
Nice spot for a break — perfect for coffee and some local sweets. It was a bit cloudy when we visited, so we decided to grab a few treats to take away. Still a lovely little stop!
Uraiwan S — Google review
We stopped by while walking around Lecce and we’re so glad we did. We tried some local specialties and everything was delicious. Finished off with gelato, which was honestly one of the best we’ve had. Friendly service and a lovely spot to take a break — highly recommend if you’re in the area!
Gokhan O — Google review
It was our first time trying Lecce’s famous pasticciotto, rustico, and caffé Leccese. We loved them! Highly recommend
Jade C — Google review
We decided to have breakfast here because it looked like they offered local products. Nice terrace right next to an amphitheater, homemade pastries, really good coffee, and quick service. Very local, exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the city again.
Adrian A — Google review
Great choice of deserts! Tried some, and they were all great, especially little canolli. Also, very good coffee. Quite full, but managed to get a table inside fairly quickly
Miha P — Google review
DO NOT ENTER ! this place is dangerous, you might want to never leave !!!! If heaven had a coffee shop, it would be Caffé Alfino. I came for a quick caffeine fix… and ended up questioning all my life choices up until that moment. Why haven’t I been living here?! Their caffè leccese? Liquid poetry. Espresso meets almond milk and they fall in love in your mouth. With lots of ice, I don’t even like sugar in my coffee, but every sip of this coffee sends me to heaven. I tried caffè lecchese from another place… no comparison. This one by faaar the best. And the sweets? Oh, the sweets. I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening in that kitchen, but one bite in and I was ready to write a love letter to a pastry. I almost proposed to a fruttone salentino. The staff are so friendly, I’m convinced they’re trying to adopt me. Honestly, if they offered me a loyalty card or a room upstairs, I’d say yes. Highly recommend. 12/10. Will return. Might never leave.

Caffè Parisi is a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Nardo's historic center, where old-school café culture thrives. This mid-century café and bar boasts an inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Guests can indulge in a variety of local delicacies, including the famous pasticciotti and gourmet croissants crafted from high-quality ingredients. The coffee selection is impressive, featuring rich espressos that are sure to please any caffeine lover.
This is one of my favorite spot for a relaxing stop during a bycicle tour. The view on the beautiful old town square from the cozy outside seating area is fabulous. Nice coffee and "pasticciotto". You step in history when crossing the door of this bar. The best in Nardo' and the staff is professional and very polite!
Nicola T — Google review
I came here mainly to try the pasticciotto, but sadly, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. I ordered a double espresso macchiato along with a ricotta chocolate pasticciotto. The coffee was quite average, almost watery, and the ricotta in the pasticciotto was too dry for my taste. The service was slow, but the worst part was sitting outside. They use steel chairs on cobblestone, so every time someone moved or left their seat, the noise was really loud and distracting. If you decide to visit, definitely try to sit indoors!
Gino H — Google review
Very polite service. Good Vitello tonnato. Good tiramisù with a twist - instead of the classic lady fingers they used a chocolate sponge. But the best part was the ice cream - super delicious pistacchio gelato!
Kat A — Google review
Excellent food, I had tagliolino gamberi, and loved it… also a good pasticiotto and coffee for dessert, beautiful place and nice service.
Ricardo B — Google review
Visited this place today and all I can say is that it was an amazing experience. Really nice service and super good food. What stood out the most was the tiramisu, I have never had such a perfect one like this before! Definitely a must have when you visit this place. And while you're at it, add one coffee on top, as they are with cute artworks and taste delicious too.
Akki — Google review
Scam! They made us pay 50% “bar service charge”! We ordered two cappuccinos inside at their bar, for EUR 1,50 each according to their menu. The waitress told us to sit outside, she would bring our order. The cappuccinos were fine, but when we walked in afterwards to pay the total of EUR 3 (plus a tip, of course), the super unfriendly guy behind the counter demanded EUR 4,5 - thanks to a ridiculous “bar service charge” which none of the cafes we visited during our 3+ weeks all over Italy (and there were many!) ever dared to ask! Unfortunately, we only saw later from the many bad reviews here (filter for “lowest score”) that this is the usual scam of this place. Well, we’re in town for a couple of days, and this bar will certainly never see us again. If you consider visiting Caffè Parisi, better stay away and choose one of the honest bars in Nardò!
T H — Google review
Well-located café in the heart of the historical center. The coffee is excellent, and the pasticciotto—a delicious local specialty made of shortcrust pastry filled with custard cream—is outstanding. Highly recommended!
Thomas B — Google review
Beautiful mid century café and bar with all the right features. From the typical pasticciotti to gourmet croissants locally made with top quality ingredients, really great caffè (espresso) and coffee choices. I also enjoyed their service. From around midday Italian aperitivi and international cocktails are served. A staple during my days in Nardò.

Baldo Gelato is a charming gelateria that takes pride in using fresh and carefully selected local ingredients to create their daily production of natural and delicious gelato. Their commitment to quality is evident in flavors like intense pistachio, hazelnut, almond, dark chocolate, stracciatella, fragrant Madagascar vanilla, and indulgent salted caramel.
Really delicious Gelato, the best we had on our trip, some local unique flavors that were amazing, definitely recommend
John M — Google review
Our tour guide recommended this gelato shop and we agree. The affogato was exceptional and almost half the price of others. Well awarded, the scoopers were very personable.
Steve S — Google review
very good gelato, BUT this year they have cut down on the portions massively. I come to Lecce every year with my family, but now a grande cup is actually a medium to small one from the past. We will definitely choose another Gelateria. It's not the cost that bothers us, but that we are fooled with carefully aerated and measured cups as if you steal it and don't buy it
Iosif B — Google review
Gorgeous gelato with a range of both traditional and more unusual flavours made on site. My son went for chocolate and straciatella, which was delicious: I had pear with hibiscus and black olive with orange - both absolutely divine!
Nicki B — Google review
Amazing authentic gelato! The woman is very kind and let us taste some flavours we were curious about. Recommend! Price in summer 2025: 1 scoop- 2€ 2 scoops- 3€ 3 scoops- 4€ 4 scoops- 5€
Léa S — Google review
It was a 5 stars two years ago, it became 4 last year, I am afraid it’s only a 3 stars now. Of course it’s my personal taste, but the base is too milky, killing the flavours. Prices have gone up more than the competition, considering how little the portions are. I hope next year Baldo will go back to its glory.
Ivan Z — Google review
Tried two unique flavours: Mediterranean Breeze and Olive and Orange. Both were delicious! Love the creativity and delicious gelato
Noah R — Google review
Excellent. Great selection of gelato and friendly staff. They have all the usual flavours that everyone seems to stick with, but they also have some daily and weekly specials. We went for an olive gelato, very unusual but quite delicious.

Pastry shop
Martinucci Laboratory - S.M. di Leuca is a popular chain with various locations in Salento. It offers a delightful range of options for coffee, gelato, lunch, or quick snacks. In addition to its delectable pastries like the traditional Pasticciotto from Salento, it serves alcohol as well. With all outdoor seating available, it provides a cool and pleasant ambiance for everyone to enjoy. The establishment boasts an extensive selection of sweets and other treats too!
Nice spot for a quick stop. The combo caffe leccese + fruttone is a must. We had the fruttone with lemon and almonds, and it was the best we tried while in Puglia. The staff was also really kind and efficient. If I recall correctly, we spent 2.40 EUR for each caffe leccese, and 2.20 EUR for the fruttone.
Martín S — Google review
The best place for coffee and food in the area. There’s not a lot of places around so that definitely contributes. Go with the Pecan Slices, maple syrup was excellent.
Lift_Run_Eat_ — Google review
Great Ice-cream / Gelato. Pay for what you want and then take a ticket to get served. It all seems a bit confusing, but it is a great system and it works well. The flavours are crisp and delicious. Very cost effective.
Jonn S — Google review
One of the best places I’ve been to! They have a huge variety of sweets. We tried the Cornetto con cioccolato, Tiramisù, and cappuccino, all taste so delicious. Also, we tried the pizza, which was delicious too. Moreover, the atmosphere is amazing they have options to sit inside or outside. Totally recommend it 🤌🏼✨😍
Dina S — Google review
Favourite place to have breakfast in Santa Maria de Leuca! Must order pasticciotti every day!😅
Liza B — Google review
Great place for some cornetti and a coffee. Huge selection of sweets and other stuff too! Plenty of seating under the shade and in the sun. No complaints at all, very convenient.
Atma K — Google review
Superb pastry with also salty bites! Love it!
Nenad — Google review
Another day, another Martinucci. Like spotting a McDonald's in the Vatican or a Starbucks in the Sahara, it’s oddly comforting, and mildly disappointing. This one has all the right pastries and all the wrong vibes. It’s like they tried to recreate the charm of Salento and accidentally opened a cafe in Terminal 2 instead. Yes, you’ll get your coffee. Yes, your pasticciotto will arrive. But you’ll feel like you should be boarding a Ryanair flight rather than sipping espresso by the sea. It's not quite as "corporate soul vacuum" as some American chains, but it's got that same slightly sterile, on brand ambiance (with less attention to detail, or the mop...). Perfectly adequate. Entirely forgettable. The culinary equivalent of shrugging.

During the last 2 weeks in Lecce we visited about 4 times the Martinucci pastry shop (but who's counting?). The pasticciotto was absolutely impeccable every time, we tried the chocolate one, the pistachio-cream one, but the traditional was our favourite. The cannolo and fig pastry were also delicious, they went great with the caffé leccese.
Fanni K — Google review
The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was excellent, truly top-tier in both taste and hospitality. However, I was extremely disappointed by the state of the restroom. For a restaurant of this caliber and price range, having such poor restroom conditions , including no running water to wash hands , is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as it really impacts the overall dining experience.
Aladdin A — Google review
The best coffee in Lecce - hands down. Clean bathrooms, well stocked and atmosphere is incredible. Staff are helpful and spoke English very well.
Christine D — Google review
Diffictult to order since it's crowded but once you do you get to enjoy some of the most fulfilling tastes of ice cream. You can choose from a variety of flavors. I remember getting about 6 scoops (chocolate, caramel, tiramisu, ferrero, pistachio and coconut I think.) There is a terrace with old fashioned tables and chairs (metal) where you can observe the main square. I noticed that this place was getting some sort of occassional police checks but overall a positive experience.
Pavle R — Google review
I do not recommend this café. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We were handed the menu but didn’t even have time to look at it — the waiter stood over us waiting for an order immediately. The ice cream was served in a broken glass (!) — very dangerous, you could easily cut yourself. The matcha latte was completely tasteless. The waiters don’t care at all about customer satisfaction. They know tourists will come because of the convenient location, so they make no effort to create a pleasant atmosphere — on the contrary, they completely ruined our experience. The waitress even mocked us for what we wanted to order, so I opened Google and showed her a picture of an iced coffee with ice cream, because apparently this woman didn’t even know what that was and claimed it wasn’t possible to get it there. An absolute disaster. Thank you, never again.
Ivana K — Google review
We stopped for coffee and pastry. Having visited other Martinucci locations, this location was great, and both food and coffee were better than elsewhere.
JED — Google review
All we have tried during our three visits was of great quality. But watch out when you sit down and order something that is usually of a good price. We ordered a portion of gelato with two flavours and whipped cream which came down to 12!!! Euros and another cup with two scoops of sorbet which we were charged 5! Euros for. Next to us people eating on tables with gelato ordered at the counter for 1/3 of the price. Not cool.

During my travels through the enchanting Salento region, I made a delightful stop at NOW - Not Only Wine. Nestled in the charming town of Nardo, this cozy spot offers not just an impressive selection of wines but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making it a perfect place to unwind with friends or family.
NOT ONLY WINE, yes... but a very friendly and hospitable staff, too! A great panoramic view of the sea. The place is simple, cosy, and clean. Another place to recommend when in Santa Caterina Puglia.

Great service, very friendly, morning for a coffee or dinner later on you can’t go wrong. This place is very dog friendly the staff are awesome with Floyd he is made to feel very welcome no matter how busy they are!

I spend time in santa Caterina every year in summer but for some reason had never visited this place. Very concisely: sweet waitress during the morning, weird service at night. Went twice in a row in August for aperitivo at nighttime- I was charged different prices for the exact same drink. Would not recommend.

There probably alright if you can eat anything. But for gluten free or vegetarian there not good enough. They have one gluten free option for lunch, that's with meat. And they were not willing to make it vegetarian. My boyfriend had a vegetarian frissa, but it was pretty tasteless.

(Translated by Google) We've been regulars for years, and we've always had a good experience, probably because until now we've always dealt with Mr. Vito, an excellent and always very kind host. Last night, however, we were "lucky" enough to encounter a rude waiter. We'd simply asked to be moved from one table to another, as the one assigned to us was too close to some plants and had no air circulation, given the sweltering heat. After much insistence, the arrogant waiter was about to grant us our request, until the owner intervened, informing us in an arrogant and nervous tone that he, not us, decided on the table assignments. Ours was merely a request, not an imposition. We left, because courtesy and respect come first. We obviously won't be returning.

Delia | Pasticceria Contemporanea is a delightful gem located just a short stroll from the chic Piazza Mazzini in Lecce. With its trendy pastel pink and teal decor, mid-century furnishings, and spacious wooden tables, it’s an inviting spot perfect for both work and leisure. During my visit on March 27, I was drawn in by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sight of mouthwatering pastries.
I've found my new favorite spot for pastries in Lecce! While the coffee was good, the desserts were exceptional. I started with a cruffin, which was more like a fluffy brioche on the inside—fresh and delicious. I couldn't resist dipping it into my macchiato for an extra treat. Still craving more, I tried the red cronut filled with crema, that was a bomba💥 You definitely have to check out this place!

Delia was my pre-selected place to go for cappuccino on my daytrip from Grottaglie on March 27. Out of the usual tourist center but so worth the longer walk back to the station - work off the added calories. I was only planning to have a cappuccino, but I also had a cream croissant. The case of small pastries looked incredible, so I ordered a sampling of each to take away for later and share with my airbnb host. They tasted as good as they looked. I could be incorrect about the amount I spent, but it was so worth it.

Absolutely amazing cafe and pastry shop. First the staff is extremely kind, warm, and welcoming. The coffee is really good, my partner and I got iced lattes because it was so hot. They were superb. We also got breakfast and pastries and both were excellent. 10/10 recommend! Would come back.

(Translated by Google) We visited Pasticceria De Leo a few weeks ago on a quiet afternoon, on the recommendation of a friend. And thank goodness she recommended it! The place is small but welcoming, with that retro charm that immediately puts you at ease. We were particularly struck by the enormous balcony with its kilometer-long window display, overflowing with sweets even though we arrived rather late. A sign that dessert is a mission here, not a fallback. We sampled some pasticciotti, including a pistachio one that was breathtaking, and a fruttone, a specialty we'd never tried before. The verdict? A feast of flavor. The pasticciotto was unlike any other: soft and crumbly pastry, with a full and rounded flavor, and an intense and velvety pistachio cream. The fruttone? A revelation. We would have gladly had seconds, three... maybe even four. The staff was truly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to offer advice without being intrusive. The prices are excellent for the quality offered. In conclusion, of all the pastry shops we've visited in Lecce so far, De Leo's is rightfully among the best. We'll definitely be back, perhaps next time in the morning, to savor everything fresh from the oven. Just thinking about it... our mouths are watering. Highly recommended at any time of day. Solo a pensarci… ci viene l’acquolina in bocca.

(Translated by Google) The pasticciotto factory: the name says it all. The pasticciotti are excellent (we found them hot, but considering that they almost only sell those I think that finding them freshly made is more the rule than the exception) which are among the best in Galatina, and I'm not just saying this, I've tasted many of them . Small criticism for the service and the place: the "glass of cold milk" was a glass of milk taken from the hot brick, the table was full of crumbs even though the place was empty. If you want a good, or rather, excellent pasticciotto, or you want to buy some to take away, I highly recommend the pasticciotto factory. However, I do not recommend the place for having a full breakfast, instead directing you to places with a more solid bar service (Original) La fabbrica del pasticciotto: il nome dice già tutto.

Beautiful little spot right on the coast, with a boat taxi to the island right opposite. We had a brief early lunch. The food was excellent. Simply the best place to sit drink eat watch people go by and later the sun go down over the harbour sea. Nice food generous drinks and the best ice cream parlour next door. Could not be better.
Steve C — Google review
I had a very unpleasant experience here last week. After paying for my ice cream at the counter, I placed my phone on the small counter where payments are made. I then went outside to sit down, but within just a few minutes I realized my phone was missing. I immediately went back inside and checked near the ice cream freezer and all around the area where I had been standing. I also approached the owner (the lady in charge where I pay ), but didn’t ask her right away, assuming that if I had forgotten my phone there, she would mention it. The place was quiet, with only a few tables occupied, and there was no one else paying during that time — so it was impossible for her to have forgotten who had left the phone there. After sitting outside again and thinking it through, I was certain I hadn’t misplaced it anywhere else. I went back inside and directly asked the owner if I had left my phone there. She quickly said no. I asked again and insisted, also inquiring whether there were cameras in the shop. As soon as I mentioned the cameras, she spoke briefly to someone in Italian and then pulled my phone out from behind the counter ,without showing any emotion or regret. This experience left me very disappointed and uncomfortable, especially considering it involved the owner herself and how she handled the situation

Very nice restaurant/cafe. I did not expect to get something to eat as they do not offer a lot of gluten free options. But I asked and even though we had the language barrier they understood and offered a small aperitivo which I could eat. It was a delicious combination of mini pizza, sausage in bread and 2 small appetizers I do not know. All was fine and really gluten free. We ordered some ice cream afterwards and she explained that all ice cream is handmade and all is gluten free. And most important it was very delicious. Rest of the family ordered “normal” pizza and chicken wings and my husband stated that these were the best chicken wings since a long time. It was a very nice experience! Only can recommend 👍🏼

Absolutely by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. We’ve been recommended so we had a long drive there with high expectations. The risotto and carbonara there are like a whole new experience and the sushi there was immaculate. Service was outstanding as well as the atmosphere. The owners were talking to their guests and even greeted us personally when we arrived. I will definitely be returning and of course recommending this place. Thank You!!

It’s no surprise that this place is always busy, especially with locals! I’m not sure if I just got that lucky with my food, but both dishes I ordered were absolutely outstanding 😋. The risotto with shrimp tartare was cooked so delicately that it made me wonder how the chef managed to time it so perfectly. The rice was still cooking when it arrived at our table, reaching the perfect texture just as I started eating. The shrimp paccheri was just as impressive, so fresh that it felt like tasting the sea. On top of that, the service was good, making the whole experience even better. 300 mila definitely earns a top spot on my list in Lecce!

We went for lunch and really enjoyed it. Great lively atmosphere. Food was good and in generous portions and reasonably priced. Many options on the menu. We opted for salads, carbonara pasta, tempura and the club sandwich. And can recommend them all!

We went there for an apperitivo and the experience will reflect that aspect: The cocktails were very good but it took them 40minutes to serve (!), the snacks offered with the apperitivo were delicious, good in terms of quantity and variety. Regarding general service it seemed like only one of the waiters was doing the work in the whole restaurant, while the rest of them were just smiling and playing nice...Would probably return to try the food as well, because it looked delicious, but (like in most restaurants in Lecce to be honest) the waiters seemed to need better training...

We went just for a few drinks, didn’t try any food, but it is a restaurant so they have a proper menu. Also the service unfortunately very slow, we had to go and ask for a waitress to come to get our order.

The cuisine of the executive chef, Stefano Carcagni, surprises with good and imaginative dishes, not to be missed is the pacchero with grouper sauce and the perfect egg cooked at low temperature. Everything is studied in detail starting from the vertical garden, an unexpected green oasis, which embraces the dehors, giving a touch of nature and freshness to this enchanted place. a worldwide selection of gin, rum, whiskey cognac, vodka, each sip is a sensory journey through the places of origin. Among other things, in 2022 he received the special award "restaurant with the best spirits list in Italy" from the prestigious Gambero Rosso's Ristoranti d'Italia guide. Young and international staff, vast offer both sweet and savory - croissants, pasticciotti, parisian, brioche, muffins, cakes, pastries, shortbread biscuits, sandwiches, pralines, holiday desserts - excellent ice cream, fabulous bread, centrifuges, cocktails, sorbets. Everything is strictly at km 0 and this is what makes it unique. Without equal is the perfect egg cooked at low temperature, which would vary according to the season, in summer enjoyed it on "scattarisciato" tomato cream, spring onion and frisa crumble.

Unforgettable Food at 300 Mila as we stayed in Casa 300 Mila Guesthouse - A True Gem in Lecce From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends by the incredible owners, Davide and Katherina. We were greeted with complimentary water, snacks & wine and Davide cracked fresh almonds as he reminisced and shared a lovely childhood story with us. The hotel is stunning: only four rooms, each with a high-end finish, fresh flowers, and homemade treats to celebrate our anniversary. We were given a full tour of the hotel, including the rooftop pool and lounge, surrounded by beautiful artwork-much of it created by Davide himself. Every detail was thoughtful and personal. Dining at their restaurant 300Mila, just across the street, was a Michelin-star level experience. Katherina personally brought us over, and our server walked us through the menu in perfect English. The food, service, and ambiance were flawless. The wine and spirits collection was jaw-dropping! Breakfast the next morning was unforgettable. We had a private section in the restaurant, where Davide and Katherina served us a variety of and homemade traditional pastries, jams, and homemade dishes, all explained with care and passion. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched. They also gave us fantastic local tips, made calls to help us access beach clubs, and recommended magical spots in Lecce's old town. We returned for dinner again that evening-it was just too good not to. On our final morning, they even packed us freshly made sandwiches and snacks for our journey home. Every moment was filled with kindness, care, and excellence. ( Final Word) We will never forget this experience. Davide, Katherina, Chris, and the entire team went above and beyond. I'm already recommending Casa 300Mila to all my friends and family. If you're visiting Lecce, this is the place to stay and dine. Absolute perfection.

Coffee and service was nice but cornetto was dry, not sure it was fresh considering it was 8am.

The iced coffee with almond milk - more of a frothed, iced almond cream - is divine. You can also buy the local brand of coffee, ground for you on the spot, to take away.

Visitors rave about the incredible gelato offerings—especially the pistachio flavor—which has garnered enthusiastic praise from locals and tourists alike.

The sweet things are good. But dont take the vegan pucci. I think they need to save money and dont put enough workers to serve the people who sit outside on a sunday morning. U nees to know ur gonna wait for about 15/20/30 min to get to you food…
Dina D — Google review
I used to really enjoy Martinucchi, but something has changed—drastically. The staff are completely uninterested, and you end up with different products than what you actually ordered, all at inflated prices. It feels like a bait-and-switch, and you leave feeling cheated. Last year, this place was much better, but now it seems like they’re running on some kind of over valued reputation. The attitude from the staff is as if they’re serving high-rollers in Puerto Banús, while treating regular customers like we just pulled up in a battered old Skoda. Disappointing.

The bar Sacanfò offers a commendable selection of beverages at reasonable prices. Their Italian espresso and cappuccino are of a standard quality, while their 'pasticciotti', small cakes with various cream fillings, stand out for their exquisite taste. The welcoming ambiance and friendliness of the staff could use some improvement, possibly due to the overwhelming number of customers and temperature conditions. Nevertheless, their ice cream is unparalleled in its deliciousness and is highly recommended.

Excellent bar, good quality for reasonable prices. We took standard Italian espresso, cappuccino. Worth a note the quality and taste of 'pasticciotti', little cakes filled with different cream's flavors. I would have expected warmer atmosphere and welcome from the staff; not that bad, but probably tired by the temperature and quantity of people.

I have been there many times this year, and despite the prices and the outlook of this place, the services are really bad. I had to pay with my credit card, and for a week this place did not have the facility to do it. When I asked for the wi-fi they said i cannot have the password. One of the best pasticceria in Salento! Our annual trip to salento is not complete without buying a birthday cake and having pasticciotti (love the ones filled with pistacchio and amarena) at Arte Bianca! Very high quality sweets at an affordable price.

Hi had an amazing breakfast today there with my family. We enjoyed outside the zeppola, the pistaccio pasticciotto and some other sweets. The pasticciera cream was really tasty but the Nutella pasticciotto was not exactly as I was expecting...
Giuseppe M — Google review
This quaint shop in a small town comes with the high costs and poor service one might expect from a big city, but without the quality. The only advantage is the lack of competition from other patisseries in the immediate area. However, a short trip to Lecce reveals far superior patisseries offering both excellent products and service.
Kuerxi G — Google review
I have frequently traveled from Turin to the charming town of Parabita in the province of Lecce, drawn by the allure of local cuisine. However, my recent experience at this particular shop was disheartening. Despite patiently waiting in line, when my turn arrived, the staff member chose to attend to a customer behind me instead. This action left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. As someone fluent in Italian, the language barrier was not an issue, leading me to question if my Asian appearance influenced their service. Such treatment is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my view of this establishment. I am hesitant to recommend this shop based on this experience, as it seems customer service may vary based on one's appearance.

We drove all the way here from Gallipoli seeing they have almond croissants but arriving at 10:30 on a Sunday we were told they were sold out! :( Really disappointed as almond croissants are so hard to find in italy. What a view! The second story is worth it. In house roasted coffee beans. We had exceptional service by Ousmane, he took great care of us and provided excellent recommendations! We will be back!

They roast their own beans so you know the coffee here is superior, a little away from traditional Italian burnt roast that most people like. We loved it! The staff are friendly, and hospitable. They saw us taking photos and immediately took us upstairs, where there’s a huge window overlooking the piazza . Totally unexpected, and obviously took a million photos there. We didn’t eat but looked like they serve brunch food (eggs, toast, etc) more than just corneto. Stop by, have a cup or two. Enjoy the view!

3 stars only for the location. The price is to high for the quality. You can not warmup the croissant 🥐 in the microwave 🥺 it was super hot and after few minutes a piece of rubber. 2 € for 1 espresso ☕️ in Italy? 🤔 something is wrong my dear

The food is hit and miss. We had the taglieri de salumi that was supposed to have salumi and cheese. Very disappointing. The cheese was shaved parmesan and cubes of some other bland cheese. Cheap slices of cold meat. The Aubergine lasagne was tasty and the tiramisou was good. Would not go there again.

Pasticceria Pinti is a charming Neapolitan bakery located in Lecce. Despite its non-local origins, it offers an impressive array of Neapolitan cakes and sweets that are sure to delight any dessert lover. The interior features a simple yet tasteful design with neo-antique Italian furniture. Visitors praise the reasonable prices and wide selection of pastries, including chocolate pastries, cream puffs, meringues, and more.
I stumbled upon this café/pastry shop and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. From the moment you step inside, you can feel the warmth and effort the owner has put into making the space welcoming and cosy. This same care is reflected in the quality of their pastries. I ordered a coffee, a Nuvole, an apple tart, and a large coda di aragosta "lobster tail" filled with chocolate and crema. The Nuvole was slightly dry for my taste, but since it’s similar to a brioche, dunking it into my coffee made it just right. The apple tarte was served beautifully warm, and the coda di aragosta was delightfully fresh, crispy, and perfectly croquante. The service was both friendly and efficient, adding to the overall experience. Just keep in mind that on weekends, they tend to get very busy, so service might slow down a bit. All in all, it’s a charming spot worth visiting.

The pasticciotto was good, even if cold despite being in a display case for hot pieces... It's right to have Rustico available as early as 10 in the morning both because it's typical and because it's a savory alternative for those who don't want sweet pasta. Let's move on to the sore points... my dispassionate advice in places like this, with a heavy workload and excellent product quality, is that you need to have one person ONLY at the checkout (not who makes receipts, takes cake reservations and serves pieces hot!) two at the counter and one who only does table service IF you decide to offer table service; Since their place has an internal and external room, if necessary, 2 people would also be needed for table service..! Take advantage of the potential of your place because it is really high!!!!!!

Caffe' Della Lupa is a great place to relax and enjoy good coffee in a busy street. The staff are patient and kind, which makes it a wonderful spot for anyone looking for great service and good prices.
The coffee is one of the best in the city, bitter as it should be. Since this is a small bar the food selection is a tad limited and not much is left nearing noon. Had no problem with the hospitable staff.

Me and my friend sat at this cafe for a little break. We were very disappointed with the food. As you can see in the picture. The pizza was moldy! I told the not necessarily welcoming/ friendly waiter that there’s mold in my pizza. He just took it a way without saying a thing, than came back with a different type of pizza, that I never ordered to replace my moldy one!! The apology was very silent and still had the audacity to charge us for that. A little more communication would have been very helpful but instead we got the silenced treatment. I found it disrespectful and therefore can’t recommend this place at all.

I traveled in Italy for 3 weeks and found the coffee here to be the worst (or maybe second worst... I once had a thimble-sized "espresso" at the beach) coffee of the whole trip. It was granular, bitter, and tasted like muddled water. Maybe I should realize that the sign outside that says "Probably the worst coffee in town" was not ironic! Nonetheless, the service was friendly and atmosphere is good for working or people-watching. Wifi is good. No AC inside on the day I went. Accessible with a wheelchair.

We came here for the famous raw seafood aperitif, which we already tried last year. Although this time the quality was not at the same level of the last time. All the seafood served still had the guts attached (shrimps and scampi. And the hairy mussels were not very good. Tuna tartare and white fish carpaccio were very tasty.

Definitely best place in Porto Badisco. At first glance it might seem like a simple roadside bar, but once you find the courage to try it out, you will come back again and again thanks to the unique atmosphere of the place and the first choice of products it offers. You can order from the menu, make requests to the waiter or even create your own dishes at the counter and consume them at the table. If you are more active and prefer take away, maybe to the beach, or simply prefer to eat at home, again, no problem as it is also a shop where you can do regular groceries. In the end you will be amazed by the prices and the excellent quality of all the products that this place offers. Highly recommended!

The Caffetteria Il Moresco di Otranto is an exceptional establishment that offers a remarkable experience. The attentive wait staff demonstrated commendable efforts to communicate in English, ensuring effective communication with non-Italian speakers. With breathtaking vistas of the beach, this café boasts a stunning view. The delectable croissant Cornetto filled with chocolate is truly irresistible. Moreover, their pastries are extraordinary and paired perfectly with their excellent coffee offerings.
I stayed in Otranto for 3 days in May and everyday went to Il Moresco at least once - sometimes in the morning, sometimes for aperitivo. The staff is friendly, they make good cappuccino, the pasticciotto is good and fresh, and they have a nice selection of local craft beer for a good price. An experience we did not enjoyed at all. We ordered two sandwiches and a dessert. I will start with the dessert, which was ok, but not the requested filling. This was after the waiter returned to us twice to confirm what they had and still returned with the wrong order. The sandwiches were the worst. I am sorry that I did not get a picture, but I did not taste ever a more bland sandwich than this. Two pieces of toast thrown away together that should have had cheese and ham between them, but there was no cheese and only a small piece of ham in the middle. I thought it was a joke, especially considering the price.

Bar Leonardo is a delightful gem that perfectly blends modern elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The decor features refined furnishings and golden windows, creating an appealing backdrop for your visit. While table service may be lacking, the owner’s kindness shines through, making you feel right at home. Indulge in their exquisite pasticcioto—a local pastry that promises to be an unforgettable treat—and don’t miss out on their lactose-free espresso or buttery croissants that melt in your mouth.
Best pastries in town! Try the ''pasticciotto'': it will be an experience you'll never forget!

(Translated by Google) I went to the Leonardo bar, a place that deserves to be praised! The atmosphere is very refined, perfect for breaks. The empty butter croissant had a light and buttery consistency that melts in the mouth, however their cappuccino was excellent: the coffee was excellent and the milk was frothed to perfection. The only small flaw is that the available seats are a bit limited, so it might be difficult to find a table during peak times. However, this doesn't detract from the overall experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy good pastries and excellent coffee drinks.

(Translated by Google) The atmosphere is modern and refined, with elegant furnishings, but I'm a bit dazed by the gilded windows. Table service is nonexistent, and the owner is truly kind. The pasticciotto is delicious, and the espresso is lactose-free, well-made.

(Translated by Google) A very welcoming and bright café, its breakfast and deli displays are always packed, beautiful to look at (they really make your mouth water) and also very good. They also have a small ice cream counter, with a few flavors, but it's always a plus. The staff is very attentive and friendly, from the first to the last because there are so many of them, but they're all really good. A well-deserved 5 stars. (Translated by Google) We go to Caffè del Luminaio, attracted by the good reviews, eager to have breakfast with a pasticciotto. We are welcomed in a room renovated in an ancient stately building, with taste and elegance, by young, kind and friendly staff but without mess (missing due to a work mix-up, and in the preparation phase). We order a chocolate braid and an empty brioche which can be filled with 1 ingredient chosen from 3 different ones; and a coffee macchiato plus coffee cream. All very good. We sit outside where we receive our order. When managing the external tables we noticed some confusion. While inside the room there was a perceived temperature difference, in my opinion, exaggerated with the outside due to the air conditioning. To try without haste.

Lovely bar we popped in with the children after dinner out. Our two year old and 5 year old demolished the Gelato. We treated ourselves to a coffee, limoncello and grappa. The service was lovely. We ordered at the bar and sat down outside where our drinks were brought over. Traditional local way of ordering not sure why there are 1 star reviews complaining about this.... We will be going back to try some more flavours of Gelato!

(Translated by Google) 39 years of experience should in itself be a great guarantee for this place in the center of the lovely Poggiardo. But if that's not enough for you, I highly recommend making a stop. Everything handcrafted by them, ice cream and desserts. I'm a fan of pasticciotti and the one from Portici Doc beats Ascalone in Galatina and all the Martinucci locations. Sweet at the right point, soft, cooked perfectly and NOT burnt, does not leave grease on the fingers, cream made with real eggs and not freeze-dried. I eat three at a time. THE TOP!

(Translated by Google) All delicious: croissants, pasticciotto, ice cream, cappuccino and Lecce coffee. The only flaw, but certainly not to be attributed to the place, were the inappropriate and annoying glances of some of the locals who I felt like I was being harassed every morning that I had breakfast here :( A shame, because the quality is excellent. (Original) Tutto buonissimo: brioches, pasticciotto, gelati, cappuccino e caffè leccese.
