“A 4.5-Star Mystery” The coffee here is genuinely awful. Weak, bland, and topped with sad bubbles like someone frothed it using an old aquarium pump. There’s clearly zero effort put into making it — just hot milk with a vague memory of coffee. And yet they have 4.5 stars? I can only assume it’s from people who’ve never tasted actual coffee. Or taste buds held hostage by convenience — they’re the only café nearby, and it shows. Almost £5 for a cup of disappointment. (Photo attached, because you wouldn’t believe me otherwise.) And no — before you ask — that’s not my dog’s bath water in the photo. But it could’ve fooled me.

Saints Cafe is has a fantastic atmosphere, friendly, superb staff, and serves delicious coffee and food! Tried the iced coffee, which was divine in this hot weather. The new service counter in full of delicious food, both savoury and sweet, and caters well for gluten free too. My regular place for coffee

A wonderful cafe with lovely gluten free toasties and coffee (mostly what I get, but the other drinks I've tried have been lovely too). The service is always extremely friendly and welcoming! Really enjoy visiting as often as I can. Many thanks indeed!

Secondly, no one is trying to ‘tarnish’ your business, so calm down!! You are a cafe serving the public and if a hair has been discovered I am well within my rights to leave a review…that’s what reviews are there for!!

Fantastic Cafe! Great selection of drinks and if coffee is your poison get one from here. Staff are always friendly and service is quick. The food is on the higher end however worth every penny!

Stylish little cafe with great customer services and delicious breakfast, loved it

I went in on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago and had a really strange experience. I requested and paid for 2 almond croissants to take away, but after I got home, I realised I'd been given 2 plain croissants mistakenly (which is fine - this can happen when things are busy!) The strange part was after I'd driven back to the cafe to explain the situation and ask for my order to be corrected, the servers just looked at me, and then each other blankly and didn't say a word. No apology for the trouble, no "let me exchange them for you right away"...nothing. They just exchanged the croissants and handed them back to me in silence. Very weird - I won't be back!

Went today for father's day. We had two roast beef and a gnocchi, with a chicken liver parfait to start and sticky toffee pudding with a caramelised banana. We were first in on what I'm sire was a very busy service. We were sat down and drinks ordered, arrived in a short time . The food was also quick, the starter/snack was nice. Had thin sliced grape on it and toasted brioche. Was nice but not amazing. The mains came out , the plate size was very good and the initial look was great. I had med-rare, the wife had med. It was a very tasty roast ,the veg were all cooked well. The roast potatoes were small but tasty. All in all a great dinner. The service was slightly slow but I guess it was very busy. Definitely a place to visit.

We were lucky apparently to be there the night the new menu went into effect. Tapas and entrees available. Our party of five thoroughly enjoyed both. Fantastic monkfish, Liver pate, Tiger shrimp, and goat cheese. Don’t get the cob corn. Chicken Kiev was incredible!! Artichoke seemed small for price. Salads were tasty but not big enough and oddly mediocre. Presentation was nice. Prices were reasonable for the food overall. The ambience is charming, and service was wonderful and very attentive. We would all definitely go back. Monkfish and chicken Kiev were highlights.

Amazing food and great service. The puddings were great with the Eton mess being a favourite. The burger was good and everyone else in my family loved it. Would 100% recommend.

Nice place with friendly service. Right beside Windsor castle. You can feed the ducks and swans and visit the castle before having lunch or supper here. The place is cozy with warm decoration. There are rooms/sections rather than an wide open seating, which makes it more comfortable. The food ia delicious. They have a kids menu as well. The lunch menu is reduced but still good variety of food. If you are in Windsor definetely try.

My second visit here. Highly recommended if you are in the neighbourhood. Good quality decent sized dishes and friendly service. Small cosy atmosphere. Child friendly with children's menu and chalk board tables. But no baby changing area and you have to climb up narrow stairs for the loos

This place isn't too cheap but the food here is pretty good. Pub has a nice vibe about it and is well decorated inside. It's quite popular as a dinner place for business travellers in small and medium sized groups so better to reserve a table as early as possible. Service is very friendly and professional. Portions are quite big but this is also reflected in the prices. Most things on the menu sounded really good!

Stopped here for an iced latte and a sausage bap. Busy although maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. Had a look around the garden centre while we were there.. lovely selection of flowers and trees and some unique pots too! Lots of cycle parking space.

The gardens are gorgeous and the range of plants very good. Beautiful cafe is very high ceiling so cool and airy. But my teenager’s tuna and sweetcorn jacket was very disappointing. She was hungry but it was a small potato and there was very little sweetcorn in it. I counted 4 kernels. There was a small pot of coleslaw but effect was beige and unappetising with a lot of empty plate. I mentioned the lack of sweetcorn to the waitress with no result so marched it back to the kitchen myself. It returned with an adequate amount of sweetcorn on top. No apology meant I felt they didn’t give a toss. Chips were fine as was the calamari was nice. But only 3 stars because that jacket was not enough for a hungry teenager and missing sweetcorn and colour. I’m rarely disappointed when I eat out but this time I was angry for my hungry 15 year old.

Love this place. More than just a garden centre. The planted areas are so pretty and all the displays are beautifully put together. The café serves great quality hot and cold food. Plenty of seating inside and outdoors. There's a lovely play area for kids too. Service is very good and despite being busy the food was served quickly. The shop has lots of gifts and the usual garden centre items. Definitely worth a visit

Lovely garden centre with a play area and plenty of room to spread out in good weather. I felt the lunch menu was uninspired but it was a great place to meet friends. The car park is dusty- don't clean the car before you visit!

Friendly and nice room but poor service and food. Took ages to take order then food came very fast which should be a warning. Pork pie ploughman's was just that, pie, pickle and bag salad for nearly £11. Pie was stone cold, stodgy and tasteless. Drinks didn't arrive. In the end they decided they'd run out of beer so we had to help ourselves to water. Scones were fresh but could have done with a few raisins. Expensive and could do much better. The Garden is quite nice and they had some nice plants in the garden centre but overall it's quite small with a limited range.

Newly renovated layout and food bar with updated menu. A must if in the area. Reasonable prices and selection of hot and cold sandwiches/toasties, soup, cakes and hot/cold drinks. Quality food and friendly service. Easy access for wheel chairs/buggies and plenty of parking. A must if in the area.

Not sure what the bad reviews are for, we almost didn't come but glad we did! We really enjoyed our brunch here. The sausages in particular were excellent. Could maybe do a bit more for vegetarian/vegan patrons and offering scrambled eggs would be good. Service was good and friendly, didn't feel like we waited a long time (but we did arrive a few minutes after opening). Pastry and coffee also good. Would recommend.

Unfortunately not a single bakery item or sandwich gluten-free. Only items offered: possibly a soup? some chips (french fries). If you have any gluten intolerant or Coeliac family member: don't waste your time coming here.

Very disappointed. I bought some really nice ham from the shop on the 9th June on our travels only to discover the use by date was the 9TH JUNE! I hate it when that happens. I usually check but didn't think it necessary from this farm shop!

Cold butter cold attitude…. Every time I visit the cafe I leave feeling regret. Staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Ordered scone with clotted cream and jam and was served a cold block of butter and jam instead as they didn’t have any cream left. I had to go to the till and ask for the butter to be reheated to which I received a cold look.

Very disappointed to find no gluten free bread option available. Apparently they are concerned about cross contamination but many much smaller places seem to manage perfect well.

Good breakfast in a farmhouse with local products in the country park!

Decided to visit this morning for a great breakfast and this place did not disappoint! It was magnificent and cooked to perfection exactly how I asked for it. I think it’s great value to as all this was just £13. Get yourselves down there you’ll love it.

I loved this cafe. It’s situated in a lovely park with free parking and a playground beside it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was tasty and honest with the most competitive prices around. I would definitely recommend this cafe if you are looking for good honest food at a great price and it’s not pretending it’s something it isn’t. Please check it out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Fantastic Family-Run Gem! What a wonderful find! The Mill Pond Cafe is everything you could want from a local cafe and more. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome. You can tell it's a family-run business as the service is so personal and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast menu is superb, with a great selection for everyone. I went for the full English, and it was cooked to perfection – proper sausages, perfectly crispy bacon, and not a bit of grease in sight. The portions are generous and the ingredients are clearly high quality. It's clean, reasonably priced, and the lovely setting by the pond just adds to the charming atmosphere. We'll definitely be making this our regular spot for a weekend breakfast. Can't recommend it highly enough!

A time capsule to an earlier time. A real, old school, family run, British cafe with sensibly priced food and a beautiful setting next to a small lake. I treasure places like these.

This is your typical 'greasy spoon' working class cafe. You would think it could have been transported there from 1975. First the bad: they don't take you order at the table, you have to go up, which is a pain. The tables are literally nailed to the floor and the metal chairs are welded to metal bars fixed to the tables, which makes it impossible to adjust your seating. So if you are of generous girth or disabled, forget it. I managed to squeeze into my seat but it was very uncomfortable. The good: the food was well cooked and of very good quality. Everything was delicious, even the black pudding. Service was also prompt and efficient. It's a great shame that the seating arrangements are so bad.

Great English breakfast, community kitchen, good service and affordable. Can't go wrong, best in Bracknell.

Unfortunately discovered the cafe on my last day around here otherwise I would have come very often. Very nice staff, brought the food to our table and called in the rest of our group from outside so they could eat the food whilst it was fresh. Very pleasant place, needs more signage to bring people in

One of the best stocked garden centres around Berkshire. Wonderful healthy plants, the most amazing variety of young sapling trees, any type that you need. Staff were knowledgeable, welcoming & polite & answered any questions we asked. The fish (carp) section was amazing. The cafe was really great. We had a late lunch of ham & cheese ploughman’s. Wonderfully fresh food & fruit. 🍈 🍇 The only complaint that I could see was that the grapes in the ploughman’s hadn’t been washed. For me that is an absolute must !! We’ll definitely return though.

We had a lovely tea and scones this morning at the cafe. We bought some plants and some pork ribs at the butchers. This is a wonderful place. The staff were friendly and approachable.

Excellent range of plants and dog friendly — unlike Longacres and Blue Diamond. This is our favourite garden centre, and with the addition of great food, it’s an excellent choice. The prices are great, and there’s plenty of space for everyone to walk around and find what they need. Please continue to allow well-behaved dogs on short leads — it really makes a difference!

Diseased plants. Bay tree? Had scale. They did give me a refund as I found it the next day and brought it back. But now (2 weeks post-purchase) it turns out the blueberry bush has a fungal infection that they probably just pruned off and didn’t treat properly. Don’t bring home the infestation!

Really disappointed with the customer service. We bought a lot of plants and we had to come back for tall roses another day. An older guy that was helping us said „ I will give you a good price, if you come back today”. We did come back the same day after dropping off the previously bought plants and when we asked him again he said sorry unfortunately there is no discount. Why lie to customers like this? Will not be coming back to this garden centre

Had a breakfast this morning at 09:30, it wasn’t busy. We had an English and a bacon sandwich. The English was cold and not fresh, the egg was hard and had a thick skin over the yolk, the bread for the sandwich was dry and a bit crusty almost like it had been left out. I have noticed the cafe can be very hit and miss. The lunches are normally ok but the breakfast today was not great.

Amazing place with AFFORDABLE price of all sorts plants ( healthy beautiful plants ) from indoor plant, shades plant, pond plants to Aquarium Fish... tanks... BBQ ... gazebos... basically everything. We bought multiple plants and combined them into a beautiful pot that half of the price season closed... also some Lavender... it's been a month with us they still growing and doing very well. Staffs are friendly and helpful, I've got a foldable recycled bag which was slight defect, they gave a 10% off of the last one for me. Overall it's a very nice Garden Centre around 👌 recommended for a visit.

We went here the day after our boat trip and it was just perfect. A proper greasy spoon with all the classics, cooked exactly how you want them. The food was delicious, hearty and hit the spot. Couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast! Thank You!

The service provided was exceptionally amicable and of the highest calibre. The quality of the food was satisfactory, although it would be preferable if the soup was served in a bowl. An increase in the portion size would also be appreciated. The soup and cakes were particularly delightful.

My wife and I decide to try Two Sisters as a nice coffee date. We welcomed by Malin who was friendly and very helpful. They went about running of the shop in a very efficient manner and enjoyed the whole vibe about Two Sisters. Keep up the excellent work ladies, you doing a wonderful job. The Beetroot & Ginger coffee is so good, & my friend’s Cappuccino too. Must visit if you are in the area and want a good coffee. The bakery collection looks so good but I have to come another day to try them out.

Popped in this morning for some and coffee... Firstly, the coffe was spot on, delicious, hot and a good size. The staff were also very friendly. We ordered food, I had a breakfast, my wife had a sausage sandwich. My breakfast was unfortunately way off what I would expect and at £10 I was expecting something exciting. The sausages and bacon were so over cooked I had to put them in the toast as to eat. The toast was so undercooked it was almost bread. No colour to it. The scrambled egg was also very dry (overcooked). My wife's sausage (and scrambled egg) sandwich was unfortunately the same. We sent over £30 for two coffees each and some food that was very poor. Will be back but only for the coffee

I dropped in here for a tea and a snack after having walked into the village from Bracknell on my way to the MP’s constituency surgery. The food was delicious and the drink was lovely. The staff were absolutely amazing. I would definitely come here again. However, what marked the place down to four stars was its opening hours. It would have been lovely if they were open until 5pm instead of 3pm.

The Two Sisters provided the venue, food, drink & fab atmosphere for our private networking event. The food was delicious along with the coffee. But best of all was the welcome that we received and the service that was provided. Thank you Two Sisters.

A quirky garden centre with a cafe to have a quick bite to eat, reasonable prices with super friendly staff walking around the centre. The cafe doesn’t stay open for long, so I’d check the serving times for breakfast and lunch. Lots of festive and annual gifts, purchases to be made, free parking at the front and you can pick up some bespoke one off goods. The youngsters working in the shops are lovely.

Love this place, so much to see, has alot of great little shops inside. The feather and falconry are there now, reptiles and fish. Plus its dog friendly which is a bonus for us.

Its like a mini shopping arena with cafe and toilets available. As you see in the picture attached, there are range and variety of shops available. My favourite ones are Your home your world and Antiques. Both are sustainable and environmentally friendly shops, must visit.

Visited as driving through on a Saturday and popped in for breakfast… Mediocre food, coffee really good although a large cup is normal size at £4. Serving staff not really engaged, guy making coffee seemed very diligent and enthusiastic. Great garden centre for all the usual and some unique items.

I recently visited Squire's Garden Centre and had a wonderful experience. The variety of plants and garden supplies was impressive, with everything from vibrant flowers to practical gardening tools. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, offering helpful advice and recommendations. The café was a pleasant surprise, serving delicious food and drinks in a cozy atmosphere.

Attended for breakfast, restaurant was very busy and had to find someone who would take our order. One of items arrived after about 10 minutes, with no cutlery which came later. After another wait, I decided to locate the tea I had requested for an elderly lady who was waiting outside. It was difficult again to get attention but achieved this eventually, receiving a grudging reply with no apology. I took out the tea then went back to my table, where my food and drink had by now arrived, while my friend had nearly finished her meal. No cutlery again, so tried to find someone to tell me where I could find some. Eventually a search of the restaurant found them. Welcome at front was friendly, otherwise staff were indifferent and reluctant. Not an enjoyable experience, felt unwelcome and a nuisance.

Popped by the cafe unexpectedly and got greeted quickly with lovely friendly staff who make you feel very comfortable, served super quick too, had a lovely cream tea,great pot of tea with a generous scone, cream and choices of jam. It was such a good price as well. We felt you definitely weren't being overcharged for what you received. Highly recommend the cafe and of course the actual garden centre is lovely and huge! Beautiful flowers and lots of choice. Pet shop also available on site

Made a delivery here with a hgv, the delivery area was so tight to turn around I had to disconnect the airlines from my trailer. The delivery area is definitely inadequate for large hgvs. Be warned! I went in the shop only to use to toilet, so can't comment on any retail experience

Lovely community cafe with lots of events on each month. A community puzzle - help complete it if you like! And a small selection of shop products to buy, I assume from local makers. Large selection of cakes, many are vegan and a couple gluten free. Pricing not bad, although it would be nice to see a proper cooked breakfast choice as opposed to toast and sandwiches please! Free parking and located within an open grassy space with play park, next to a few local shops.

What a delightful surprise The Foxes Den turned out to be! As a regular visitor to Binfield for my historical research, I’d heard whispers about this cozy spot but hadn’t ventured in till last week. Let me tell ya, it’s definately worth the hype. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and the scent of freshly baked scones—heavenly. I opted for the “Traditional Foxes Ploughman’s Lunch” (a spot of luck I did!), which came with the crispest bread, sharp cheddar, and a pickle so tangy it made me grin. My tea—Earl Grey, of course—was served in a proper bone china cup, not some flimsy paper job.

Love the den, although the no Sunday opening is frustrating, there is definitely enough trade. The opening hours change without notice in the Summer fairly often which results in wasted visits. We love this place but need longer hours please!!!

The foxes 🦊 Den is a local community cafe for the public ⛣ to meet up with good friends and new. While you can have home-made 🎂 cake 🎂 & biscuits (etc) plus ➕ free water 💦 refills. It's a cafe that offers wheelchair ♿ acsses, outside seating, toilet 🚽, great for the kids, offers high chair's for babies all in a nice cosy and casual atmosphere. Also there is a local bus 🚍 service that runs nearby.

Great location in the village but unfortunately stop serving food at 2pm on Saturday after we had walk2 miles to have lunch. Hot coffees and cakes available but no warm sandwiches etc.. 😫😫

Wonderful community meeting place and great list of monthly events on the giant blackboard. Great range of food and drinks plenty of space for the grandchildren with food they and we enjoy and also great for games in the park. Good meeting place for friends and also group meetings. Lovely staff there and always helpful.

Great place to eat. The coffee is super and probably the best brew I have ever tasted. The selection of sandwiches, toasties and cakes is great and the options changes regularly meaning there is always something to take your fancy or move you from your regulars. Kenza and her team are first class with a great welcome and if you come enough having your order ready in the till and the coffee you love already pouring into one of their fine coffee cups. The views from the terrace are great with Hirses and Ponies roaming freely, birds of prey hunting their quarry and at the right time you can see beautiful dances from the starlings. The Argentine Asado I enjoyed today with a good range of Non Alcoholic and alcoholic beverages was superb.

First time here for the mid week cycle ride. Worth the effort - plenty of space, nice deck (still too cold to use). Friendly staff and a good menu. Coffee was great. My only suggestion is to move the current bike rack (which we didnt use) to the cafe where we can see our bikes. Minor point. Would return.

Fab cafe. Definitely worth a visit. Came out of busy Windsor to look for a less chaotic place to eat and are so pleased to have found this place. Lovely atmosphere on a farm. Excellent food and coffee. Had the Cajun chicken salad. It was delicious. Also we had panini and sourdough toastie - all excellent. Lovely iced coffee too. Highly recommend.

Heard about this place through social media, and a cycle club member made a route for us to it. The venue is in a lovely setting in the Royal Berkshire countryside and has a lovely terrace area to enjoy it in the warmer weather. The coffee shop itself is very clean and cosy with friendly staff on hand. There is a great selection of hot food and cakes with a large selection of coffee which I thought was all at a reasonable price. There is WiFi in the coffee shop and toilets and on the cold day we were there the heating was on. We will definitely be visiting again in the warmer months to enjoy the outside more👍

What a lovely place. 😊 Superb staff, excellent coffee and cakes, affordable prices, as it is just about 20 minute cycle 🚲 away from Windsor town. MUST see, as it away from civilisation. Lovely, green farm, next to the horse field, there.are chickens. Typical village views. 😍

I'm surprised it wasn't busier because the food is superb and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I had a chorizo and cheese toastie with a delicious salad. Thoroughly recommend you try the cafe out!

A real gem of a place in Holyport. Barista quality coffee, lovely pastries and a great selection of sandwiches and toasties. The staff are super-friendly, and their speakers are powered by Alexa so you can request fart noises to your heart’s content 😂

Clean, bright and comfortable venue. Our sandwiches (coronation chicken and chicken ceasar) were delicious as was the cappuccino. The gifts and trinkets on display were tasteful and my wife was tempted to buy something for a gift.

Stopped for a coffee mid way through a particularly cold Sunday morning ride. Never been here before and evidently I have missed a gem. Off the beaten track but close to the main road this THe Cuppa delivers great coffee and a superb selection of cakes. The sandwich collection is fantastic too and opted for a toasted coronation chicken sandwich. Al the food tasted great and polite attentive and friendly service. This will be a regular cycle route stop from now on.

To be charged £10.75 for a basic tuna and cheese and a pain au choc in a small parade of shops is crazy. Without trade prices I could make at least 10 tuna sandwiches. Worlds become so greedy

Lovely Variety – True to Its Name Flowerland Garden Centre really lives up to its name – the variety of flowers was fantastic, with plenty of vibrant, healthy plants to choose from. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they stock more than just garden items, including a selection of clothes and some food products. The only downside was the cafeteria, which didn’t look particularly inviting, so I decided to skip the coffee and cake this time. Its a heaven for flowers and plants lovers. You get a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants for your home or garden. Starting from decorative pots and items and bonsai and plant foods; they got them all. Also a wide range of outdoor garden setup and furnitures are also available. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Must visit & well recommended

Spring 25: Still good, however, i got food envy when we ate there last week. My chilli con carne lacked the quality I'm used to from flowerland. All other meals were great. Summer 24: Currently, they have some amazing pots near the entrance. The cafe revamp is finished and is a great improvement. The food is still really good and reasonably priced. This is a really good garden centre. The entrance hall looks like a jungle and all of the plants in it can be purchased. Strangely, it has a very good range of clothes and there seem to be a few other franchises. Regatta great outdoors: this shop is in flowerland and has a good range of jackets. There are often bargains to be had this time of year as the seasons change. They had some striking displays this christmas aswell

This has to be one of the nicest garden centres in Iver . Devastating attack on the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable.. the café almost makes you feel like you are in another country👍🏾

Disgusting! Ladies toilets were filthy at 9.10am! Every toilet uncleaned, floor filthy and sinks dirty- 10mins after store opened. Informed staff member who said no cleaners atm. Manager is aware but apparently cannot manage to get toilets cleaned. Was hoping to enjoy breakfast but now wouldn't eat here if you paid me now knowing their lacking care for hygiene. Staff couldn't say when toilets were last cleaned or when they might manage to get done. Health and hygiene nightmare!!!

Literally arrived today 15 min before closing to grab fresh juice , no lights, juicers off. and was turned away as they were asking people to go to the till as they are closing. Not first time!!! So disappointing!! Just change closing hours on sunday if staff rushing home!!

Lovely garden centre with helpful staff. We've been to the café a couple of times and service and food have been top-notch. They've been really helpful with dietary restrictions and went out of their way to make us feel special when we had afternoon tea.

Excellent quality plants. Good variety of sundries, all at ok prices. Nice cafe. Good quality toilets. Ample disabled toilet for wheelchair. Surfaces underfoot are damaged in places. Take care, they may be a trip hazard. Some disabled parking.

I recently visited Vinesh Garden Centre and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The selection of plants, especially the vegetables and herbs, was top-notch. The flowers were simply stunning, and the aquarium section was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of fish to admire. Not to mention the large pond filled with beautiful koi fish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality plants and aquatic wonders. Loved every minute of it

There is only one problem with this place. Every time I go there (which in the spring / summer, is pretty regularly) I end up buying at least three plants, several bags of compost and some kind of unusual looking baked goods that have a shelf life suitable for surviving the apocalypse! I could probably have saved a fortune were it not for my garden centre habit. On the plus side, it's the best garden centre in the area by some margin. Cafe, facilities and stock are excellent.

Incredible garden centre. Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff who clearly love their jobs. The plants are well tended. Andrew, who works there, is a great character. Great personality. The young woman who served us yesterday evening (Thursday, 7th September 2023) in the coffee shop was highly professional. Attentive, courteous, and clearly loves working there. Winnersh Garden Centre comes highly recommended. ***UPDATE*** I went back today and discovered you can pay £1.50 to Maidenhead Aquatics situated within the garden centre and feed the fish in the raised pond. Some of the fish opened their mouths wide, and you could hand feed them. It was beautiful. There is also the welcome addition of some new toilets centrally located within the garden centre. They are very clean and nicely appointed. I love the giant stag statue, which I have included in the photos.

Great garden centre, a little on the expensive side but to be honest there are no reasonably priced garden centres anymore. Great bedding plants selection and they always do 2 for or 3 for deals. Go early in the morning for the best selection, it seems to empty out very quickly on sunny weekends as you'd imagine!

Popped in as daughter had netball nearby. Omg had a chocolate orange cruffin and my other daughter had a cinnamon bun. Absolutely delicious and fresh. We demolished them in the car... Shop was full of people. This is a perfect example of doing it right.. we will be back.

I really fell in love with this cafe/bakery on my first visit. A lovely family run business with such a very welcoming community energy. I had an iced latte and it was the best coffee I have had in a long time! I also bought a cinnamon bun and a muffin to take away, I didn’t try them as they were a gift for someone, but they looked really delicious. I did try the basque cheesecake which was amazing & a serving enough for two! The space is decorated beautifully, I loved the beautiful ceramic cups & plates. It has a light, natural feeling inside, perfect to sit & appreciate the interior whilst sipping on my coffee. They also offer lemon water to help yourself to which is also a lovely touch. Dog friendly too which is a bonus! I love the ethos of the business, using only quality ingredients with no preservatives or additives. You can see the authenticity & quality in everything produced. It’s great to have some gluten free options also. I will definitely be back!

Have been going to U since it opened, the coffee and bakes just keep getting better. Today it was bostok (brioche soaked in syrup with flaked almonds) and macchiato, which was perfect. The shop can get very busy and there's not quite enough space at the counter at times, but some very positive staff get through it

Fantastic bakery in Crowthorne! We have been to U Bakery a few times now and already have our favourites. The cinnamon plat cupcake is so good! I love how the bakery side of the cafe is open so you can watch the owners baking. The owners and staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and its great that dogs are welcome. We look forward to our next visit!

Just had the carrot cake from U Bakery and honestly, it might be one of the best I’ve ever had. And that’s coming from someone who’s had lunch at The Ritz and tried some amazing patisseries in France this was right up there with them. The texture was spot on moist but not heavy and the filling had the perfect hint of lemon. Not overly sweet, just really well balanced. No surprise they ran out of it. Absolutely brilliant.

Great Artisan Bakery in town! They offer a wonderful selection of pastries and freshly baked bread—clearly a lot of love and craft goes into their work. I really appreciated the atmosphere and the quality of the baked goods. However, I think there’s room for improvement when it comes to the coffee. Especially for takeaway—I ordered a flat white last Sunday and was surprised to receive a cup that was only half full in a 8oz cup. Slightly disappointed with an overly foamy flat white.

We are regular customers at Stubbings and enjoy the cafe and Garden centre especially at Christmas time. I wanted to say a very special thank you to the lady who helped us with some Christmas decorations today, so nice and thoughtful as always, lovely hard working lady. Thank you!

We visited Stubbings today, with our dog, hoping to enjoy a walk followed by a warming drink in the cafe. Encouraged by the "dogs welcome" sign in the car park we made our way to the cafe to find that only assistance dogs are permitted inside. We could have used the outside covered area but in temperatures of 5 degrees this wasn't an appealing prospect. It would be far more helpful if the signs in the car park were clear about where dogs are allowed.

The garden centre is a lovely place to visit and had a great range of plants. We went for lunch and got the baked potato and avocado toast. Quite disappointed in the avocado toast, seeing that it was nearly £11 but you get one piece of toast. At a minimum I would expect two pieces of toast and some side salad.

Always a very pleasant place to visit after a walk through the Thicket. The café it's a great place, I always feel very welcome with a variety of coffee, tea, chocolate, cakes and pasties. Perhaps there is more in the menu that I haven't tried but I'm sure it is nicely prepared. You can also buy on the way out beautiful plants, garden furniture, sheds, summer houses, garden offices and plenty options to feed my backgarden's hens.

We found this place via #googleplaces as a breakfast stop of route. Best find, ever great breakfast which will last you a day. #stubbings is clean, excellent quality fast and friendly service, now marked as favourite for my next stop on the way to remote work location.

This is a great nursery, there's a good range of plants that are clearly laid out and are well maintained. There's an area selling all sorts of gardening sundries and some lovely garden decorations.

Lovely little place - very pretty cafe, and then nearly 100% plants in walled garden and shop (small but charming). We had lunch in the cafe and there’s a good sandwich/brunch/jacket potato menu. My only criticism was that the people who work there weren’t welcoming or friendly; bar one, they all seemed quite miserable! Not a place I’d rush back to as it wasn’t especially welcoming despite looking nice.

This café is the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere is cozy and beautifully designed, with friendly and welcoming staff. I had the Botanic Bramble, refreshing, slightly fizzy, and delightfully sweet. The food is also great, and on another visit, I tried their Espresso Martini, smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious. A lovely spot I’ll definitely return to!

This shop has such a welcoming feel to it, the staff are very friendly and always striving for the best of service. The rocky road was delicious just like the biscoff milkshake.

We always have a lovely time at Chai Cocoa in their secret soft play at the back, prices are amazing for entry especially if you’re able to make it to the half price lunch session. Beautiful interior that is starting to look a bit tired but doesn’t take away from the fun my toddler has here. Staff were so considerate in helping to adapt a meal for my toddler’s allergies. Portions are fabulous and options are quite good too

I’ve been in a couple of times and love it. The kids had a great time in the soft play and the staff are so nice- nothing is too much trouble. When I spilt my drink they did not hesitate to make me another and were so kind helping me clear it up. Very relaxed atmosphere and will definitely visit again.

Not just for kids. Lovely independent venue, with healthy options & coffee beans to take away. As a sleep deprived "grown-up", great stop from/to Maidenhead train station.

Always a great experience. I’ve been here a few times since moving to the area and been served by different people- they are all pleasant and friendly. I haven’t used the soft play area but I have a few friends that have and love it. It’s £5is to use and I heat that Wednesday I their busiest day. Bus stop for bus 7 is just a few feet away and passes every 30 min. I also heard that there is a council parking around the corner.

Just now had a lovely flat white. Perfect balance much better the many Costa flat whites. For me this was perfect morning coffee after a long 2 1/2 hour morning commute.

Great price value, the coffee was huge, the warmed cinnamon bun was a great mix with Americano, and it was very good energy to see all the bikers refilling their energy in the mids of their ride.

Extremely busy and popular place, rightly so. Very good, attentive staff with prompt service and also very helpful. The renowned cinnamon bun was humongous, the size of a head, didn't know whether to climb it or eat it. It came warmed up too, which took me by surprise as wasn't expecting that. The almond and poppy muffin was yum too. Has more seating outside on the platforms, both sides. Conveniently sited close to the railway station, definitely a café worth visiting. Good service, good ambience, great cakes and great staff. Bravo. Recommended.

I got the half cinnamon bun and an iced mocha! Mocha itself was very tasty but was given in the same cup as they would give a hot drink in to take away, maybe a glass would be more appropriate for people eating and drinking here? Cinnamon bun was great! Although we had to move towards the seating at the back due to the bees trying to get a bite out of the yummy food 🥰

We got the ham eggs Benedict, omelette, and pancakes. Eggs Benedict and omelette were tasty but our favorites were the chips, sausage, and pancakes. A bit expensive for breakfast but service was friendly and fast. Everything tasted freshly prepared.

I've frequently walked past here and seen it busy, I'm not sure exactly why. The service was good enough: polite and friendly. The food was pretty mid-tier; my poached egg was almost hard boiled, tuna steak was dry and £3.45 for some Ice Tea poured from a 500ml bottle is diabolical quite frankly. I wouldn't go out of my way to try here.

Hotel and staff were great but had mu car stolen whilst staying at this hotel. Crime in this area is high and police response was abysmal. Did not attend, view cctv footage, really bad. We had a tracker on the car and went to the very nearby location but could not find the tracker or the car. We very heavily suspected this was quite common and the car was taken into a prepared lockup nearby to avoid car plate recognition cameras. Definitely very organised type crime. Hotel staff were very helpful and refunded our breakfast. Handy train/dlr was right next door so we could get home. Some two weeks later car not returned and our view of the police response remains same, bloody hopeless and absolutely dreadful.

First morning in Windsor on our 3 day stay, and found this great cafe. Not too busy on a Wednesday morning, friendly staff, very good food, reasonably priced. We had an egg and bacon baguette and a egg benedict, very tasty. Parking only in designated car parks.

I had Poached Eggs, which was very soft as I requested. My husband had a steak and egg, of which the steak was a very generous piece! We all enjoyed our food. But when it's sunny, sitting by the window is quite hot even when it's still quite chilly outside. Would recommend it.

I ordered the ‘French toast’ which was really lovely with almond butter and raspberries inside, it just didn’t taste like French toast at all! Orange juice is very average and a little expensive for the size that you get.

We ordered a Full English Breakfast and the Ranchero, and both were absolutely divine. The Full English came loaded with all the classics: bacon, sausage, eggs, smashed potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, and perfectly toasted sourdough. The Ranchero was a flavour-packed dream: poached eggs with smashed potatoes, chorizo, mushrooms, jalapeños, chilies, avocado, crispy onions, and a refreshing coriander yogurt. Every bite was fresh and bursting with flavour; definitely not your usual frozen potatoes here, everything tasted homemade and high-quality. The place itself has a great vibe; good music, buzzing atmosphere, and clearly very popular (we had to wait in line to get in). The food took a little time, but that’s to be expected in such a hot spot, and it was worth it. I live in London and visited the Ascot branch, so I’m not sure if there are locations closer to the city, but this place is worth the trip. Highly recommend! it’s simply amazing!

The food is excellent. Freshly cooked and delicious. We had chicken wraps with chips and they were delicious. Weather was lovely so we sat outside which was very nice BUT...... we sat down and waited, and waited, and waited. I then presumed we had to order inside so went on the hunt for a menu. A young lady stopped me and gave me menus and said she'd be out in a bit. We waited, and we waited. I had to get up again and ask to place an order. Unfortunately the service from the younger members of staff was not good. However, there was an older lady serving who was BRILLIANT. Proper old fashioned customer service. She saved this review!! I'd definitely go back if I knew I'd be served by her!! Such a shame as the food is really very, very good.

Fego used to be a lovely little bistro style restaurant, nice atmosphere, lovely food, great staff. We always said it was the place we went when we didn’t have the kids. It was ours. Then they expanded into the adjacent building. Now, it is busy, noisy, impersonal, the menu is reduced (although the dishes they have retained are still lovely). We have tried to main our tradition, and go for a treat on the odd occasion we are child free, however, the last time, and today, we were hugely disappointed. Noisy, crammed, and the service was dismal again. Repeated requests for the drinks we had ordered, repeated requests for the bill, not a smile or a moment of cheer from the staff. I suspect that they are feeling the same sense of overwhelm that is apparent as a customer. Such a shame. We’ve resolved to find another place that is ‘ours’ for our future treats.

We came for the afternoon tea and we were very pleased with our choice. The tea was great and with lots of finger tasty sandwiches and delicious cakes, scones were also very nice. I really liked that the tea came a quite large pot (with lots of milk). Fast service. Really bad bathroom.

Excellent Service at Windsor branch very nice food and great coffee. Chairs and sitting arrangement needs a bit a renovation otherwise everything else is up to the mark. If you are vegetarian and ordering afternoon tea, please make sure that you asked to replace non veg sandwiches with veg one. Double chocolate cake is a must try for chocolate lovers. Strawberry cake is very nice as well. Overall very much recommended.

Appalling. Not busy but 15 min wait for 2 luke warm coffees. No teaspoons, only one saucer and had to ask for milk, which arrived in a small jug so chipped it should have been in the bin ages ago. No wonder this chain is in trouble, with service like this the sooner they close down the better.

Visited this location recently and instantly felt like a burden to the staff. It was clear that they did not care about us sitting in the restaurant and having a pleasant experience, they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Everything we asked about seemed to exhaust/annoy the staff. Not a warm, friendly welcome at all unfortunately. Have had really great experiences at other locations but would not bother with the Windsor restaurant again. It was a wasted journey.

I went here for afternoon tea and it was very nice. I thought £25 for two people seemed very reasonable, considering you could have unlimited hot drinks with it! Portion sizes were generous, I couldn't actually finish all of mine. The only downside to this place, is that they don't have any air con. So in the summer it's far too hot.

Oh the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed every bit of it, would definitely travel all the way from west London to Egham for that meal good hearty meal & the staff were really friendly. Giving 4 stars as my friend got a stale/bad avocado however when pointed they changed it.

Brilliant cafe with nice food - not just the look but even the taste of it. We had ciabatta and superfood salad and both was amazing. Though I went for ciabatta , I would def go for the superfood salad ! Highly recommended.

Great brunch yesterday. Was recommended by a friends and was far from disappointed! Really nice coffee and my smashed avocado on sourdough was great. The hash browns I got on the side were fresh and crispy. Will continue the chain and recommend to a friend.

Good tea service with a proper pot and crockery. And top marks for an all-day breakfast menu too. Had the spicy scrambled egg which was hearty, wholesome and huge enough to share. Didn't fancy the cakes but the winter compote made a good sweet.

Good spot for brunch or lunch on Sunningdale high street. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had the shakshuka and Superfood salad with chicken. The salad was really fresh and tasty and came with a healthy portion of chicken. The shakshuka was good as well. They also have some lovely cakes for dessert.

This was not my first visit to Fego Sunningdale, but it is the first occasion I felt compelled to leave a review. Diane’s service was truly exceptional- warm, attentive, and executed with genuine care. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcomed, and her thoughtful attention to detail elevated the entire experience. Please be serious Fego Restaurant in Sunningdale. I’d be ashamed to offer to my customers this piece of bread with avocado layer and 2 poached eggs on top for £12.95!! Not being funny , but I did called the waitresses and asked is anything missing from the dish , land she awkwardly replied No. Apparently you charge £3 extra on top for additional ingredients i.e smoked salmon ( funny enough everywhere I eat that dish comes with it on same price )Clearly your staff member seen my complaint and I was told “ that’s the menu policy “. On top of that I was charged the service charge in my bill without been asked if I was ready to pay for after what happened. Eventually I did paid the service charge, in the end isn’t the waitress’s fault . Unfortunately not my greatest experience in this little breakfast shop in Sunningdale village . I’m sure the owners can do better ( apparently they are according to reviews ) but in my case I felt completely disappointed with the dish appearance and quality of the portion size . Positive side - Great fresh fruit juice - thank you.

This café is extremely popular. I didn't see many people buying plants or shrubs. A croissant and pot of tea was £7. When my three friends arrived two had enormous scones and a Bakewell tart with coffees and that was £21. I would say the prices are the going rate. There was plenty of room inside, outside and in a covered veranda.

This café feels like something out of a fairy tale, tucked away in the middle of a garden centre. The atmosphere is delightful, and the customer service is excellent—warm, attentive, and welcoming. The menu is selective, but honestly, it’s more than enough for a café. Everything feels well thought out and perfectly suited to the setting. The only downside? The business hours (9–5 😬). It’s such a lovely spot that I wish it stayed open later so I could enjoy it in the evenings too. Overall, a charming café experience that I’d happily recommend to anyone who enjoys a cozy, magical vibe.

Went there this weekend with a friend. The weather was absolutely lovely. Went for a small walk into the woods and then ended up at the cafe. Had this delicious brownie and coffee at the cafe. Extremely friendly and polite staff. As the weather was lovely it was very crowded but it didn't deter their service a bit. Anybody looking for a small weekend retreat this is the place for you. Would definitely visit again.

Grab some food or enjoy the beautiful view…This place has both to offer! We decided to opt for a day out on a lovely sunny day to enjoy a nice brunch date. The food was delicious I had a cedar salad and added crispy bacon. My partner decided to indulge on a choice of English breakfast as his choice. I was pleased with both the food and atmosphere but not so much on the service. Hence why I gave the place a 4 star versus 5 stars. The staff could be a bit more friendly and attentive to the customers. I will definitely will be visiting this place again to give it a second try and will provide an update specifically on the service. Wish me good luck.

I was so impressed with this cafe. I came here with my mum for lunch, it was really busy so there was no seating inside. We sat in the undercover seating area, which had patio heaters and blankets provided, so it wasn't too cold. There's a good range of food on the menu with something for everyone depending on if you want something small or a main meal. I just had a sandwich which was delicious and fresh. Was amazed how quickly our food came out considering how busy it was. Staff were really friendly too.

Brilliant customer service. The food wait was a little long, with no communication, but everything else was lovely. Beautiful cafe, nice gift shop, you could order the food from your phone and then be dropped at the table. My partner and I shared a tomato soup, I had a salad and hot drinks. The food was delish!

Lovely spot for brunch and we’d definitely visit again. We visited for the first time on Sunday late morning. It was very busy but plenty of tables available. The concept is simple - choose a table (and remember your table number!), queue up, order and have your food and drinks delivered to your table. We had the full English breakfast, curly fries, flat white and latte with pumpkin spice syrup. All was delicious. The full English especially was a large portion. Special thanks to the kind gentleman who went out of his way to find my hand sanitiser that I left on the table. You went above and beyond! As an aside, there was plenty of parking spaces including two overflow car parks. We will certainly be back.

Totally disappointed after my order and when I came back home and read the allergens list. So I asked at the counter tht hot chocolate fudge cake is eggfree, first of all guy at the counter did not have any idea about the menu , price or table numbers . Okay I do understand may be new person working there . And then he asked girl whether this hot chocolate fudge contains egg, she said all our cakes doesn’t contain egg. And i believed them and took it bcos before that I asked them if they have any vegan cake, they said our eggs doesn’t contain egg. Aftr coming back home I read allergens pdf all cakes contained eggs. U disappointed me , first of all no proper training given to people who are working. Totally unprofessional.

We ordered the waffle with chocolate and strawberries and a cookie dough, absolutely awful. I never go out of my way to leave a bad review, but with so many dessert places I can’t comprehend how they can get it so so wrong, cookie dough tasted burnt and dry, the waffle was cold, dry and tasteless, the ice cream was very cheap quality just awful. We asked for a jug of water and it was hot.. I could go on it was that bad.

I am very disappointed in the experience. When you order, half of the ingredients are empty or just the same flavours of ice cream. It was a huge problem to check if they had anymore flavours. When I paid extra to create a special waffle, once again the ingredients where missing and when it arrive to the table it displayed worse than the regular waffles. Extremely disappointed and left the restaurant

One word - delicious!! We ordered couple of signature dishes, and they were superb, very nicely prepared, fresh cut fruits, enough chocolate and meal-size. One dish fills one tummy if you aren't very hungry :-) Though we had to wait a little longer this time, and they upfront told when they brought it on the table - appreciated. I went in with my family on Sunday we got served by a gentleman called DJ he was very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our deserts and recommended coffee. it was a pleasant experience for us. thank you so much DJ.

Food was absolutely amazing, we ordered a s’mores hot pocket and some other bits. We were also kindly given a biscoff milkshake and it was stunning 🤤 ! Only downside was the rowdy teenagers but the staff were on it and asked them to calm down/leave.

I used to come here regularly for my breakfast, nice, friendly staff. Food is great, they do a Burrito. Staff know me by face only as I like to eat and go. They ask if i want my usual and put my tea in a take away cup as I never have time to finish it before work soon Do not have to wait a the counter. Small personal touches. It is a little small inside, but the food is good and at a fair price. Can not believe from other reviewers that staff are rude. I've never see or heard them be rude to anyone in my 2 years.

One of the best cafes in Maidenhead if you are after good food, service and happening vibe on the highstreet. You can have seat in the cafe to enjoy the presence of the crowd or grab a seat next to waterfront and enjoy some calmness.

The cafe is very clean, service is excellent but most importantly for me, the food (and drinks) are exceptional. The cakes are especially good quality and the portions are generous. They don't cut corners on quality for a quick profit. I had the bakewell tart, carrot cake and pistachio lemon cakes (on separate occasions) and they were fresh and like homemade. Lots of nuts in the lemon pistachio and carrot cake. They must have a great baker. They have some vegan and gluten free options. I worked from there a couple of times and saw a few others also. Nice environment with some outside seating at the front and at the side with a view of the river and inside has variety of options.

Went to this lovely bakery selling freshly cooked on site on the day produce. Had a lovely coffee, spinach borek & San Sebastián cheesecake. So delicious and fresh. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful.

We had breakfast at Bakedd Artisan Bakery & Café and everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The tea and coffee were amazing and made perfectly. The staff were so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful — they made us feel really welcome and cared for. A lovely, warm atmosphere with outstanding food and service — highly recommend! It was absolutely fantastic.

Breakfast was delicious here, especially the sausages. But you have to find your own table first and then pay before your food comes, this is a huge let down as it can get quite crowded in there and we almost wanted to walk out. The meal saved the day though.

Myself and my partner love coming to Windsor and we have come to Esquires on a number of occasions over a period of time and each time the staff were unwelcoming no good morning or a smile especially the lady that looked like she was in charge. The table this Saturday 11th October was dirty and sticky and there were other tables that were the same. The coffee shop was not busy and there was enough staff to quickly wipe the tables over. The coffee like before was awful but on this occasion it was absolutely horrible it looked like a cup of milk and tasted like milk so my partner went back up and they put another shot in and still made no difference so I ended up not drinking it. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this coffee shop in future. A suggestion of training staff how to greet customers and how to make a proper cup of coffee that is drinkable.

It’s a short walk from the train station and Windsor Castle, and it seems to be a popular spot for brunch. I found the Victoria Sponge dry and without much flavour, and the iced latte watery (more like an americano with milk). The staff were courteous even on a busy Sunday with Windsor filled with visitors.

Great spot for lunch or just a coffee break. On Windsor High Street either sit inside and look out through the large open spaces or sit in the High Street and soak up the atmosphere. Great coffee and scones with clotted cream

Avoid! I would give 1 star if I could. Food was tasteless and dry. Especially scones were worse than supermarket bought ones. Latte tasted neither like coffee nor milk. Americano was like flavoured water. Even worse, we had to wait for a while just to get microwave toasts… McDonald’s at least serves edible food unlike here. This is a proper tourist trap

This is a nice coffee shop in Windsor almost opposite the castle. It is nicely decorated, with really good coffee and some options to eat or have a snack if hungry and good service. They serve Ice cream in summer. Highly recommended if you get tired exploring and do not feel like going to a pub or restaurant.

Esquires Coffee is a nice coffee shop almost in front of the Castle in Windsor. Coffee was ok. Latte was great size unlike othr places! Lots of places to sit down and have your breakfast. They have high chairs for babies which is always appreciated. They had several winter specials as milkshakes or hot chocolate that also looked really tasty.

What’s a little gem, didn’t intend on coming here but it was part of the journey in the end, really good service, lovely indoors and outdoors, we managed to sit outdoors under a canopy of plants. Food was good, the price was good, literally nothing to fault, Riverside and very pleasant, beautiful playground for my Son as well.

We were cycling along the Jubilee river and came to have breakfast here 🍳 We sat outside and parked our bikes next to us which was nice and safe We ordered the light breakfast and the vegetarian one and both were nice Breakfast options are basic but they have a selection of cakes inside which is nice Staff are very kind and prices are very good!

I’ve been to Jenners Riverside Cafe a few times. It’s a useful place for a drink and snack when walking the Thames Path. There‘s a mini golf, a play park and car park there. Today I went for a coffee today, but even though it was mid afternoon on a Saturday, it was shut.

Would give 0 if I could! Staff unfriendly. Treating me different to the Caucasian customers. Never felt so belittled. When I checked the trip advisor reviews most seemed to say similar. The dishes were dirty and look unhygienic like the women with bad attitudes serving. Food was awful.

My experience is based on only one time so it could be different for others. I asked for an Oat latte and as soon as I asked for it I knew what was coming, the person boiled the milk and coffee was bitter. After walking with my oat latte towards the train station I burnt my tongue and mouth… Please this is a message to everyone who opens a coffee shop, if you want to open and have a good coffee, please learn the basics of frothing milk and coffee in general. Their food look good and I just write this review for them to improve and get better.

Eliane of Sunningdale - opposite side of the road from Sunningdale railway station. I've visited a couple of times already. Always had Eliane Royal for lunch, and something sweet to finish with ( Cheesecake / Apple pie 🍰🥧 ). Salmon is always fresh, egg poached to perfection, simply outstanding . Cheesecake is light and creamy. Apple pie is great as well. Friendly staff, quick service. Highly recommend .👌

The Eaten Cafe in Eton is truly my favourite spot for coffee and food! The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour you can tell they use quality ingredients and put care into every dish.!! The staff are polite, friendly, and make you feel at home from the very first moment. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful decor . It’s one of those places you visit once and immediately want to return to again and again!

If, like me, you think places in touristy locations don't have to put any effort into getting customers, and standards reflect that, then this is a place that bucks that trend. The woman behind the counter was clearly very, very busy, but she was charming, polite, and attentive to each customer. The food was hot, delicious and promptly served. It started with a phone call, when pleasant man gave me local parking 🅿️ information and the I drove down and parked outside. Braving the rainstorm, I went in to get a veggie breakfast 🍳 it was amazingly awesome and those little broccoli nuggets were just the best veggies I ever had. Anyway the Greek service was kind and I look forward to coming back during better weather. So, may I can sit outside and enjoy the same tasty food 🍲 can’t wait for that!

Visited May 2025: This place is NO-LONGER, Lilly's Cafe - I came here based on the reviews & pictures that I saw from previous customers. It is now called The Oven, I decided to stay as they had veggie options. It's presented as a Turkish cafe. On my visit, there were too many small details which needed attention, and I also had an issue with the food & coffee. I never want to hurt a business and hope that constructive feedback will improve the service as I can see the owners are hard-working people. On the day there was one person cooking, the lady, and a gentleman who was out front taking orders & serving etc Pros - service is friendly and polite. The cafe is clean & well presented inc toilet. As well as the main menu, they have additional snacks in the cold counter e.g. Turkish flatbread sandwiches inc veggie options (which can be heated) also cakes and other sweet treats. They also have alternative milk - oak, coconut etc Music was nice (I assume instrumental Turkish music) until I realised it was the same song over and over - I was there for about 50/60mins There were a number of other customers there, so that's a good sign. Cons - my chosen table was cleared upon arrival, lovely seat by the window. But the guy didn't restock the cutlery pot, serviettes, or check the salt & pepper shakers. When I received my food, I had to ask for cutlery, serviettes and pointed out that there was no pepper in the grinder. After clearing a table, these things should always be checked. They are very basic. The ventilation is poor, and you will leave smelling like a fry-up. They should open the window wider above the door or open the door as it was a warm day. Food & Drink - I ordered a flat white with coconut milk. It wasn't nice as 2/3rds was a thick whipped like froth. The cup was small so hardly any coffee to drink. I ordered the veggie breakfast & forgot to say how I wanted my eggs & whether I wanted toasted white or brown bread. I realised this was an option after looking at the menu again, however, when my order was taken, I should have been asked if I wanted my eggs fried, scrambled or poached, also white or brown bread. Thankfully, I was able to give them my choice in time after I had realised. My food arrived nicely presented, but one of my poached eggs was not cooked properly. The white of the egg was still clear/see-through. I was concerned and scraped the egg away. I know I shouldn't feel uncomfortable about raising the issues in the moment, and the guy did approach me & asked if everything was ok, but with other customers around, I actually felt uncomfortable to complain about the coffee, food being too cold for my liking & the egg not being cooked properly, especially as I had to ask for cutlery, serviettes etc which even upon serving me, they didn't even realise I had none. I also observed that the guy on the table next to me was surprised to receive scrambled eggs. He wanted his eggs fried, but he was not asked this during his order, so they then had to provide him with fried eggs. Again, it highlights a lack of attention, and there were also other tables without sufficient cutlery, etc With better organisation and attention to detail, this place could improve. The location is great. It also has outside seating. The owners are very nice people, and for that, I would hope they will improve things. Unfortunately, my battery died, so I couldn't take a pic of the food when it arrived.

What a beautiful place! The staff are extremely friendly, always greet you with a smile and they are are really fast with their service! Now the coffee! Their coffee machine is one of the best brands on the market, paired with the skill of the staff, you are guaranteed a consistently great cup of coffee every time! The food is excellent and affordable too! Not only does it taste great, I haven't seen food presented so beautifully in any other coffee shop in Windsor! This place is a must go! You won't be disappointed!

we came by Lilly's cafe after visiting Windsor castle, and we enjoyed our visit because of the great service! They even checked in with us to make sure the food is okay and that we were taken care of. it felt very good drinking the soup of the day (carrot and coriander) because it was really cold that day. the veggie frittata was also enjoyable.

Definitely the best coffee in Windsor and the food is fantastic too. Adam & Lilly are lovely and pleasant to talk to as always. Wholeheartedly recommend the panko chicken with carrot and celeriac. If you're going in the morning get the Lilly's breakfast you won't be disappointed!

The food tastes truly authentic, just like in Hong Kong. They often offer limited-time specials — we tried the red bean grass jelly milk tea during the heatwave, and it was super refreshing. The curry beef brisket rice is reasonably priced and comes in a generous portion — absolutely delicious. The restaurant is quite busy though, so it’s not your typical laid-back café.

My daughter and I visit here every Saturday, so she really looks forward to Saturdays when we go to 'The Sun Cafe.' However, last Saturday, she couldn't go because she was sick. After she got better, she said she wants to have some warm soup and meat from here. We are Korean, and we love Hong Kong. We didn't expect to be able to taste Hong Kong food so close to home in the UK. It's such a lucky cafe. We definitely want to go this week and enjoy some delicious food. The taste and the service are excellent at this cafe!

The beef ho fun was full of flavour and perfectly tender, the spring rolls were crispy and delicious, and the deep-fried prawn cakes were absolutely amazing – crunchy on the outside and juicy inside! 😋 The staff were super friendly and polite, and the overall service was excellent. Clean and welcoming environment. Highly recommended – will definitely be back!

What a great little place! Best cafe find since getting to London. Food is nice and fresh, and certainly tasty!!... Owner seemed a bit stressed from an electrical fault occurring in the shop but the girls held it together and proivided some awesome friendly service and a great atmosphere!

I visited this cafe for the first time, as my girlfriend had booked here for a late lunch on a pleasant Saturday afternoon. This was for outdoor seating. We looked at the lunch menu (but they had the breakfast served until 2pm). I ordered a Coronation Chicken wrap as it was recommended. This could be either eaten cold or toasted. I have to say - it was really delicious and just enough, and at a reasonable price :) They had a wide selection of sandwiches, wraps, toasties, ciabattas, burgers and specials of the day. Also, both meat, fish and vegetarian options. I would happily come here again, perhaps to dine in, and try one of the specials.

Another cafe in Isleworth I regularly visit . Friendly staff and good service. An extensive menu and very good presentation skills.I had ordered the baked potato one time and absolutely loved it. Another time I had the Feta cheese ciabatta. I enjoyed that as well. They never let me down. Their teas and coffees are also good. They also have a great variety of pastries and cakes .

Hidden gem! Great stop for a cuppa and truly delicious cake! The toasties also look (and smell) really good! Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere, lots of cycling stuff and they welcome muddy doggos (also have water bowls available!)

Toasties x 4 are the menu. Two options involve pork products. Two are cheese. There was a pesto sauce preloaded onto the goat’s cheese toastie which would be far better left as an addition on the side. Not needed and not to everyone’s taste. It would be nice to add more roasted veg instead maybe? The pickled vegetables presented as a small side or garnish are lovely and I could definitely have eaten much more. Cakes and slices looked pretty much like the sort of thing commonly available in other cafes around the area. Not my thing, so I can’t comment. The service was so so. The server wasn’t very engaging but the barista was more willing to interact. There is some parking, but not always sufficient space. There’s a private yoga studio nearby and the car park can be full of cars from people who had just finished their yoga session and were dropping in for coffee.

Don't bother with the coffee. We've had better shop cheap brands. With an Italian inspired name, we expected a good real coffee, but we were very disappointed. It's such a shame as it's in a prime location and no doubt takes a lot of money during the summer season from unsuspecting tourists. We didn't bother with food as we didn't want to risk spending good money if the food was as bad as the coffee. Also asked for a cup for the diet coke and, after an eye roll, was given a thimble.

The size of the fish is tiny now! I literally asked if it was the kids portion that they accidentally gave me. Have been coming here for years! Always found it difficult to finish the fish because the portions were great. As of April 2025, I finished the fish in 3 bites. Not coming here again I’m afraid. Best to get fish and chips elsewhere in Windsor from here on out.

This little trailer like shop is in a great location right on the river in the shadow of the castle. Inside seemed a bit chaotic and service was friendly but distracted. Food is basic but not terrible. The best part is that they sell two bags of swan food for a pound and the swans rush over in a heartbeat to be fed. Very entertaining.

One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had to try in the UK for over decades. I have never in my life before able to have an ice cream cone, with scoops of ice cream AND a Mr. Whippy with a flake on top: unbelievable! There were plenty of staff available to take all the orders for ice cream, a very well done job by the staff.

Absolutely appalled with the service and attitude of the serving manager. We experienced food delays with no updates or apology offered. After ordering, we were advised the food will take 5 mins. After 15 mins, we were politely chasing and were still informed it'll be a few minutes. After chasing for the third time, 30 mins after ordering, we were told that there was an issue with the fryer, hence the delay We would have been fine waiting but we were not informed of the potential delay caused by the fryer, despite having opportunities to tell us. Furthermore, after requesting a refund, the serving manager was utterly rude, unnecessarily defensive and offered no apology with the delay. Very unwelcoming response as "you got your refund, what more do you want?!". Plenty of other welcoming establishments to visit - place is not for us!

Clairmont Coffee is easily the best coffee spot in Windsor! The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the coffee is consistently excellent. Their cakes and snacks are fresh and delicious, and the cozy seating area makes it a perfect place to relax. Located right across from Windsor Guildhall, it’s a great spot to enjoy the views while sipping on a latte. Highly recommend to locals and visitors alike!

I asked for a Chai latte with hazelnut syrup and when I have been served I noticed that I have been served without syrup, when I asked her she got irritated and she kept talking about me in a rude way to her collegue in polish which I understand. Attention to detail needed!!! Today I ordered a caramel latte and got given a pistachio one - ***I’m allergic to nuts***. Magda was very apologetic but that could’ve ended up a lot worse than what it did. Definitely need to work slowly and focus on the customer. I’m very lucky I realised when I did otherwise it would’ve been a trip to A&E. I understand it was an accident but this could’ve been a fatal mistake and it’s not acceptable

The staff are always welcoming and friendly and without a fail always make the best oat latte. It’s clear that the staff were trained very well and pay attention to detail. I always come in the mornings and there’s two lovely girls working one has black/green hair and the other one has brown hair, together they make the dream team.

Nice place to have drinks. Lots of seating areas. There is a customer restroom.

There's a really nice café on the high street in Maidenhead that I recently visited. It's pleasantly quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a leisurely meal or a bit of work. They offer a fantastic range of breakfast options, from classic dishes to more modern twists, ensuring there's something for everyone. The service is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience enjoyable and worth revisiting.

It's a nice little restaurant and cafe that services italian food and English breakfast. We went there as we couldn't find anything else with the kitchen open after 3 pm. They managed to accommodate us as it wasn't busy and but they told us that we had to wait about 20 min for the food, which was fine. Their homemade lemonade is nice, and they serve their moka in very big cups. The food portions are also quite big. The chicken was okay, although a bit more seasoning would make it even better, and the pasta was also good, but nothing too special. The service was nice and friendly. But it will be nice if they freshen up the place to make it more cosy and do some renovation of their customer toilets.

Very friendly staff. Had the American breakfast I changed out hash browns for beans , it came out in good time and was nice and hot. The eggs a good size, beans nice bacon was nice, sausage was rather dry and over cooked, shame as it would have been a 5 star breakfast.

They serve lovely dishes. The penne al pesto is very delicious and the cajun chicken is just awesome… butterfly chicken with creamy mushroom sauce is another lovely dish. A lovely cafe for some delicious food. Has never disappointed.

[Breakfast]. Very good value and good quality. Cumberland sausage was nicely cooked and good quality. Eggs were poached and still soft, shape could have been better. Really liked the mushrooms cooked in Garlic butter which gave them a good flavour. Beans as well with 2 slices of bread. And the bacon was good as well. Oh and the large tea was well large and had 2 Teabags with proper biking water which gave a great strong brew, rather than the semi hot water from a coffee machine likely most places. The bacon & egg sandwich was also great as well. The only room for improvement would be more mushrooms and a freshly baked loaf, but then it would cost more. Will we go back - Yes

The staff really outdo themselves, very attentive, polite and quick. I love this place for their breakfast meals which have different variations of an English breakfast. The tapas are also a great choice. The food is really tasty but some meals I’ve found just a little bit too oily. The service is amazing and prices are really fair.

I went to have coffee with some friends and everything was amazing! The food was delicious, the coffee was wonderful, and it was even dairy-free, since I have an allergy. The service was impeccable, even though it was busy, and the staff were very attentive, especially Annique, who served us with a smile on her face the whole time. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

They have very good menu specially for vegetarian and having breakfast in London was a joy as they have the toasted sandwiches which was a big relief. They had bombay toasting with potatoes and it was good without much of spices. The poached eggs with avocado toast was so delicious.

Delightful way to start your day. Get the fire you need with some quick food and a delicious hot drink. The mocha and peppermint tea hit the spot! The maple granola had a vegan yogurt option, too. Yum!!

Really nice spot! Each of the food items sounded delicious and the things we got were tasty. We had bombay toastie, nduja chicken bacon Baguette and chorizo egg hash. There was no air con unfortunately so it was hot in this uk summer heat. Service was really good though.

Had a fab buddha bowl, friends had full English and sourdough sandwich. All fresh and well cooked. We were well looked after, will definitely return.

Nice, really bright and airy, staff were attentive and the food we had was good and filling (vegetarian breakfast) will defo be coming back as the have a decent all day selection of dishes.

Fresh sourdough bread, croissants & even a cream tea delivered to your door. Fruit, veg etc straight to your door. Reopened 15th August 2020 closed during UKLockdown 2.0. Now back open in December 2020!

Such a lovely cafe! We popped in here on a rainy Sunday and it was perfect. Good coffees, nice sausage roll and a really delicious lemon cake! The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

We visited Eton with our small dog in July 2023 and were lured in by the yummy treats on display in the window. A water bowl was waiting by the entrance, and staff welcomed our dog with dog treats! What a pleasant surprise! The café is small, but has several tables for eating in, and take away is also available. The cannoli were lovely, and we came back later to purchase some to take home. A big thumbs up to the friendly and approachable staff, the tasty homemade treats & menu options (e.g. vegan), and for being dog friendly.

Nimia Coffee in Eton is hands down the best coffee spot in town. The staff here are amazing — you can really tell how much care and attention they put into every cup. The lattes are always spot on: smooth, perfectly balanced, and beautifully prepared. A big shout-out to Enza, whose leadership clearly makes all the difference. Thanks to her, Nimia has set the standard for what a coffee experience should be. Every visit feels welcoming and special. If you’re in Eton, you simply won’t find a better coffee experience than at Nimia.

Lovely small cafe, nice staff member and good coffee. As they say, the best tasting cup of coffee will always come down to personal preference. I loved their espresso as it had that right balanced level of bitterness and not watery. It was smooth! Calm and warm ambiance.

What a lovely find for a mothers day lunch. Lovely food, great cake - especially the large, unusually shaped, victoria sandwich!! Small and bijou but everything you need. Both staff were lovely but the only really dealt with the older lady. She was so friendly and so polite, nothing was any trouble and she was genuinely interested in what we had done, where we lived and what we had planned. We will definitely be back when in Windsor. Many thanks, please don't change a thing. Ps. I was the one that asked for chutney or pickle in my roll and you suggested mustard, which was very nice.

RUDEEEE STAFF , acting like she ain’t getting paid?was sat there for 20minutes while she left my food on the table when I clearly stated that I want takeaway.Then proceeded to chuck the cold food that has been sat there in a bag and hand it to me. The service at this cafe Nero has deteriorated quite a lot in the last few weeks. The servers don’t even ask anymore whether the order is to “have in” or “takeaway”. They assume it to be the latter and make the drinks in paper or plastic cups. And when asked to make them in ceramic cups or glasses, their entire attitude changes. The drinks are not made with any dedication anymore as they used to be before. The tables aren’t clean either. It’s disappointing to see the degradation of this store as it used to be a very good store even until the first half of this year.

Coffee machine broken, not thier fault. However, sandwich very average and flace felt very neglected and tatty. Worse Nero ever been in. The girl serving however was super friendly and nice.

Today 12/10 around 1.30 PM I was served a frappe mocha at pretty much room temperature by the chap there, a couple of weeks ago on a Friday afternoon I was served the exact same drink by one of the girls there and it was perfectly made, chilled with ice!!! With respect, any issues this chap has should not be permitted to impact on customer's purchases - kindly sort this.

Usual overpriced coffee shop, that has gone downhill. It's quite small and the tables are very close together so it's difficult to have a conversation without being overheard. There's a few tables outside for those who still smoke. Service was pretty indifferent and slow, but then that's the same with most of these places these days! Coffee was ok, better than Starbucks, but £3.00+ to put a tea bag in to a cup of hot water is taking the p.

The most gorgeous lovely woman served today at 18.00. Honestly the sweetest lady Her name is Olta, the manageress. I’ll be back.

Terrible experience. Two trainees and the lady leading them was getting all the orders wrong from other customers. No direction from the lady in charge. Drink was weak and did not taste anything like what it should be. Other customers were literally coming back into the store complaining of their drinks not correct . No apologies given either

The main reason for my review is just to say thank you to all of the staff at Pret In Windsor. They are always so friendly and attentive it is always a wonderful pick me up in the day. I personally love the coffee too as it’s often strong and well made with care. Keep up the hard work team. Thank you so so much for the care and attention

⭕️ First of all, the stuff from this coffee shop is very kind, warm and very welcoming. The food is all the time very tasty and very fresh. The desert I got it free, as I wasn’t sure if I want to buy it or not, so the laidy gave it to me free to try it. So nice from her and Pret to create this kind of special moments for them customers. The waiting time it is very short almost all the time.

Antonella, the batista, smiles and is super friendly. Should be the role model in every Pret!

Great coffee and food as in all Pret stores. What makes this store special is the exceptional staff. Friendly, kind, generous and hard working. Great with my kids, always smiling and going the extra mile. The reason I keep my Pret subscription. Feels like a family owned establishment.

Lovely experience with quality food! Friendly and helpful staff👌 Cauliflower Cheese with Kale was new for me and tasted great! It was a good way of getting some kale into the mix. I particularly loved the Grape & Elderflower drink! I will remember how much I enjoyed it and will definitely return for it 😊

A small pret with a limited seating inside and outside. It is very busy most of the time. We usually come here for a quick bite on weekends and often the shelves are half full. It is in a very good location though and the best seating is definitely outside - weather permitting.

Sorry but why advertise that you open at 6.30 on weekdays when you don't? The last 2 days I have been waiting outside until 6.45 and no one has turned up. If no one gets there until 7 you should probably change your opening hours to avoid misleading your customers! Doesn't look great really 👎

Lately staff has changed and clearly lack of basic knowledge of food health and safety. I cannot get my coffee done by someone who keep touching hair and beard and then does coffees or handles food. You would expect better standards especially for an area like Ascot. Also the coffee taste bad comparing the average Starbucks coffee you get in other stores. Plus one of the staff regularly doesn't wear the apron and use the phone behind the counter.

The staff at Starbucks Ascot are always friendly and welcoming. The café is clean, has plenty of space to sit, and I love how much natural light it gets.

We had a light snack at the Starbuckd. Customers service was very good. The bacon roll was very tasty with a chilly sauce. The place was clean and well presented. The service was very quick.

A lovely team, good coffee and generally quick service. Which is pretty much the only metrics needed to decide on your morning coffee fix!

It's a nice quaint little place with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was okay and a bit pricey (though I loved their soup of the day).

3 Ladies had a delicious lunch in the sunshine. Can thoroughly recommend the Courtyard Club sandwich, the Salt Beef ciabatta, the spicy Chicken Wings and the tasty fries. We’ll be back!

Very good coffee, wide choice of pastries, lots of places to sit, I would have prefered sit outdoors as it is more relaxed than indoors, but it was a little chilly.

5 stars all round! Such lovely, friendly owners and staff. The food is top notch, other customers in there are always really friendly too! Really nice to sit either outside or inside. Always worth a visit!
