Amazing experience, food was mostly outstanding. Being able to take photos should be allowed in all rooms. And the constant signage asking for tips at the end was very off putting. but all in all, a very well put together experience.

Eatrenalin isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a sensory journey unlike anything else in the world. Yes, you could call it a “haute cuisine roller coaster,” but that hardly does justice to the brilliance of the execution. Seated in comfortable chairs with small tables, you glide smoothly through beautifully designed rooms, each offering a completely different atmosphere. The experience engages all your senses — not only taste, but also sight, sound, smell, and even touch, especially when the seat movement gives you the sensation of floating through space. The way they incorporate scents into the experience was particularly astonishing and left a lasting impression. The food itself is outstanding, with each course carefully crafted and presented at the highest level. The service team is highly professional and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate extra wishes and allergies with care and precision. The only point of criticism is that at the end, guests are quite directly asked for tips. Considering the high price of the experience, I feel this should be handled more discreetly or ideally not be necessary at all — the restaurant should ensure its staff is fairly compensated without relying on tips. Despite that, Eatrenalin fully deserves 5 stars. It’s a groundbreaking and unforgettable experience that I can easily imagine expanding to places like Dubai, Singapore, or Las Vegas in the future. Highly recommended!

It's a great experience, I love how a thrill ride and fine dining experience are put together here for one of the best experiences I had. The food tasted very good and the wines were well paired. The staff completed the whole experience.

If you have the possibility to eat here, you definitely should. The food is delicious and the 'ride' is just so original and surprising. Will recommend everyone to visit this place! Seemed expensive at first, but it's totally value for money

Everything was really nice, the only thing is we had technical problems in two rooms with one room not working at all and staff did continue everything as if everything worked. We didn't even get an excuse, minimum would have been at least a free cocktail at the end but still paid full price for a not full experience unfortunately.

An other worldly experience. We absolutely enjoyed the experience. The best way to explain eatrenalin is not in terms of the food and drinks but as an extremely creative and technologically sophisticated performance in the presentation of the food. This will definitely pave the way for many more immersive dining experiences. The way all your senses are kept alive throughout the show is very impressive. The food and drinks were very nice especially the beef cheek in the main course and the cheese cake based dessert. The show is entirely in german or French except the final narration which was in English. We do not speak any german or French and still quite liked the show. Hopefully they will soon have a show in English which would be more enjoyable.

I am utterly disappointed because we had been waiting for this evening and we came for my birthday. Everything went well until we went to this space room and we were shaken a lot before going to another room for dessert where I threw up right away on the newly presented dessert. We pressed the emergency button to find NO ONE coming to us and we had to reach for a door to then run within the kitchen towards the toilet and afterwards we were escorted out through the bar. I wish someone from eatrenaline would approach us because this felt like a waste and they need to fix the whole vibration and shaking experience in between meals. The concept is cool but there are rooms for improvement. It felt like we were rushed to eat and our drinks were taken away before going to the next room even if we haven’t finished so everyone was rushing to eat quickly and then drink quickly. I wish they would give us more time to enjoy especially when it costs €200 for the meal

First experience as a two star restaurant, which was overall very good - although not necessarily better than experiences at one stars. The ambiance is very intimate, lights are slightly dim, there aren’t too many tables inside, and seats are very comfy - I really enjoyed sitting next to my partner rather than standard in front. Food was very good - and the quality was amazing. The fish and meat were cooked to perfection. The veal was very tender. Surprisingly for me, what sticked the most was the pre-dessert made of carrot. Really good! Although the chef (I guess the main one) had the extra care to bring a small pastry for a particular event we were celebrating (it was a a very nice surprise) overall I felt that not all the staff was prepared at the same level. Nearly all were friendly - with some being more experienced than others. I guess considering the two stars I was expecting a bit more. Not really just a short description of what I see in the plate (very very concise) but some facts around the construction/idea/story behind a plate. I didn’t see that coming - but I noticed that the same dishes were described more thoroughly on the table next by occasionally. In addition, I asked for English speaking description to a staff member - which forgot, and I also had to remind her about my glass of wine. This is not a big issue of course because the food was great and service was overall friendly - but I asked myself if the staff was still learning? Still a very good experience and the extra care of the main chef was just nice to receive.

Both food and table service could not have been better. We enjoyed every minute. The sommelier service was lacking though. We ordered varying wines with an idea to match the dishes and unfortunately the selection suggested was just so-so. We were not asked about our wine preferences and not have been offered trying wines before ordering. As a result some of the selections were huge misses. It's also not explained how a particular wine complements a specific dish and why it was suggested - e.g. was it meant a contrast, to underline a specific flavor or maybe as a mere background. We were left to guess and wondered if it was just random. It sure felt like it. Better arrive hungry, there is really a LOT of food to enjoy, portions are small but not tiny and all these dishes add up quickly 😊

We had the tasting menu. Being located in a theme park we weren't sure what to expect, but the food was amazing. Also the accompanying wines were some of the best I've ever had. If you have the opportunity to go, then do. You won't be disappointed.

I had “around the world”, the appetizers and the first dish were very pleasant. However, the second and the third dishes were way too salty, were just going downhills. Deserts were fine. The overall experience was just confusing. Quite a “surprise” for a 2-star Michelin.

Visited on 08.16 - Two Michelin Stars Nice and modern place in a surreal surroundings made of fake scenery from Europapark. The dishes are amazing, perfectly executed and plated. Nothing super innovative or gimmicky but everything very consistent to the smallest detail. The service although very competent and kind, sometimes exceeded a bit in formalities and forced smiles. Overall a great dinner and amazing food.

The manager/team running the business for dinner time and handling the terrace still have a bit to learn about hospitality industry. Except for a guy named Moritz who did hes bast to keep a good atmosphere for the guests the rest was a bit bellow a average experience. Food ok but not wow. Outside garden..decent but the places around are better.

I was there year ago and had a chance to eat here again this year - back then and now I can definitely recommend it!😊 I eat beef stake and mix of different meats (beef, pork, turkey, lamb) - both were prepared extraordinary, perfectly roasted with a nice addition of souse and vegetables. On top of that very good beer and service that is really concerned about the guests. It is definitely a great place to eat with family and friends!😊

We had to wait more than 1 hour. When we arrived, we were placed in an additional room that they opened as the main restaurant was full. 30 other people, many with kids, were placed in this extra room, and all tables had to wait more than one hour to get food. Nothing was mentioned about the waiting time when we arrived, and the staff was not able to give any timelines when we asked after 40 min of waiting. Food was ok, typical German food, but nothing special. Payment was cash only, because the machine was broken... I don't recommend this place, many other options are available in the immediate surroundings.

Dined on a Sunday evening after a long drive. The place got recommended by our hotel host. Long waiting times, and afterwards got seated inside. We were too tired to complain because there were 2 tables available outside. Before being seated, we were warned that the food could be served after about 40 minutes. According to other reviews here, the food is worth the wait. Well not in our case. The home-made liver meatball was on its own not so tasty, but together with the salty broth it was ok. The big pan with steak and chicken filet in sauce was also just ok. Together with the pan-fried potatoes it all became a salty and greasy dish. The schnitzell was just bland and needed the salty sauce. Overall not really worth the wait, it was just ok. The portions are huge.

No trip to Europa-Park is complete without stopping by here. It's been a regular part of our visits for years. Great atmosphere, tasty food, and a lovely biergarten. We've never had a bad experience. If you're looking for a nice spot with good food and drinks, this place is definitely worth a visit.

We came several times before covid times and kept amazing memories. Not this time. We paid 56 euros in two, including 28 euros for a small cordon bleu that was small and nothing special and not as big and tasty as we remembered. The supposedly traditional Spaetzle were the worst we've ever had, dry and unseasoned. Quantities are severely reduced, zero effort on presentation, and grossly overpriced. Somehow in 2024 they still only take cash, but tell you as you ask for the bill... The waiting was over an hour but this can be escused given how many tables they served at the same time. The first room when you enter has good traditional decorations. But the place is so packed that you can go in rooms behind the kitchen. You'll have to cross the kitchen to reach them. They look awful. Don't trust the good ratings, this is not the same place. Don't be mistaken by the queue outside either.

Up front, let's get one thing straight. It's currently billing itself as Tex-Mex. As a Texan, I knew i was setting myself up (German TexMex?), but it was more disappointing than I had expected. It isn't Tex Mex at all. It's a fine meal for half the price, but it's not up to par with the other resort restaurants.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and we thought eating Mexican would be the best choice for us. During the day we booked our table for the upcoming night, we arrived at the restaurant at 20:40 and we got a seat next to the entrance of the kitchen, nevertheless all the waiters didn’t seemed to notice all the people that were trying to order or to be served, included us. When we finally had the chance we ordered some drinks and we took Nachos and “Chilli con carne”. the nachos were soggy and in general was really poor ingredients, in general quantity and quality of the food was lacking. The worst indeed was the service of the restaurant, The waiter that served us, a bald mid-age tall man, from the moment we finally got our first interaction till the end of our dinner, was to be the least disrespectful and made us feel not welcome and he was visibly not liking what he was doing. At the moment of the check we ask for a food baggy to bring away the food that remained (we did not wanted to be wasted), the waiter came and slammed the take away bag on the table without caring. We did not have a good time and for us was a waste of money.

Our server was incredibly rude. Reddish hair with a fringe, completely unacceptable - she ruined a great day. Her attitude was horrific and she forgot my meal. She did not check back on our table even though she did the ones next to us then tried to charge us for my meal at the end- perhaps cause we’re English?! She was argumentative when we asked to not charge for the food we did NOT receive and she even sighed when taking our order to begin with. Vile woman ruining what could’ve been a lovely atmosphere at the end of a great day. My partners food was reheated, subpar meal- the only saving grace was the coronas that our waiter slammed on the table. If she is your server, leave before you even sit down.

Extremely Disappointing and Concerning Dining Experience - Our family dined at your restaurant on the 9th of July while staying at the hotel. Our experience was, frankly, the worst we've ever had. From the outset, our waiter, Boris, was hostile and unhelpful. When asking about gluten-free options for our son, who has Celiac Disease, we were curtly told "spaghetti or pizza." While his gluten-free spaghetti was acceptable, the rest of our meals were mediocre at best. Service was incredibly slow; Boris neglected to take drink orders and took an excessive amount of time to clear our table. The most critical issue occurred with dessert. Despite informing Boris about our son's severe gluten allergy, he was served ice cream with Smarties and a wafer containing gluten. My son consumed some before we noticed. When we tried to find Boris, he was nowhere to be seen. Another waiter was apologetic, but Boris never returned to our table to address the mistake or apologize. Waiting over 10 minutes for the bill, I eventually had to seek out Boris myself. He presented it with continued hostility and no apology. We were wrongly charged an extra €1 for "cream" on my son's dessert. When I pointed this out, Boris rudely slapped down €1 in change. The atmosphere turned incredibly uncomfortable as other staff members openly discussed us in a foreign language. The manager eventually came out, apologized, and adjusted our bill. However, my primary concern was not a discount, but to prevent other families with severe allergies from enduring such a dangerous and disrespectful experience. This restaurant clearly has systemic issues, as evidenced by numerous other one-star reviews. I deeply regret not checking them beforehand. The lack of care for a serious allergy is unacceptable, and the overall hostile service made for an abysmal evening.

Overall very good food and selection for non meat eaters. Good preparation of dishes. Nice local wine german selection. Place for kids to play. Good ambience. Staff is friendly and attentive.

the vibe at Don Quichotte—m was warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. That part was spot on, and that’s why we stayed hopeful. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to it. The Chips with guacamole & salsa: Barely enough dip for three chips each. We ran out halfway through and left the rest untouched. Both the salsa and guacamole tasted like cheap, store-bought The Cheeseburger: The cheese had zero flavor making the burger bland and disappointing. The Churros: Soggy and undercooked, dripping with oil. Definitely felt half-hearted in execution. Zorro platter (shared): The steak was overcooked—tough and dry—and the shrimp texture was off. Only the pork ribs stood out as decent. Overall, this Tex‑Mex spin felt misaligned and uninspired—more like a theme‑park afterthought than a quality restaurant Great staff, lovely setting—but if you’re going for flavor you may be disappointed.

we only picked this place because we were starving after a day at the park and all the restaurants in town were fully booked for the evening, but I'm so glad we did! the restaurant is gorgeous both inside and in the bodega (where we were seated), the servers very nice, the menu includes classic Spanish dishes with a modern twist (and burgers for those without any culture or class) and our food was delicious. the extensive wine list resembles a high end restaurant rather than an amusement park and the authentic live music and dessert were wonderful. a great place to make you feel like you're in a completely different part of Europe for a couple hours if you're willing to spend a little more money.

Restaurant was buffet style and not good at all. We paid 92 euros for my wife and I. That’s two buffets, a water and a beer. Not worth it at all. Service was not that great either. Would definitely not recommend.

To call this an Italian restaurant is an insult to italy. Hell, to call this a restaurant is an insult to human kind. For the price they charge, you’d expect at least edible food and a touch of hospitality. Instead, you get a chaotic buffet line, horrible food and the creeping realization that you’ve made a terrible mistake. If you’re thinking of eating here — don’t. Go anywhere else. Eat it in the rain, and you’ll still have a better meal and a better memory.

The buffet is super, so much choice, the food is fresh and tasty, the Best buffet of all the Europa Park hotels.

Good buffet with a varied selection of hot and cold food. Mainly Italian food available with pasta, pizza, ham and cheeses. All of it was good quality but fairly unadventurous. There was also a show kitchen which cooked an excellent steak. The dessert selection was also very good. Service was friendly and the restaurant was fairly calm when we visited midweek, but I imagine it can get very loud if lots of kids are about. There was live music from a guitarist which added to the atmosphere. Along with the food I enjoyed a bottle of the "1975 Craft Beer" which was very good. Overall a very pleasant evening. Reservations are strongly recommended, it's a very popular restaurant. It's also expensive at around €40 per person excluding drinks.

Eating here in this Restorant was very special for me and for my family. I couldn’t eat in the first day because there was no free table in the first day, and the second day I came back with my family and we got a table we spent there like more than two hours and half I was eating with my family while my kids were enjoying the water fountain the food was brilliant. The view was so Lovely and so amazing this is why we came back in the second day to eat in this restaurant after asking about the menu on the first day. Did operation of this restaurant was really wow you feel like you are in one of the palaces and you feel like you are living in the past for me it was very good and unforgettable experience I highly recommend this restaurant to all of you

Gorgeous food, plenty of choice, something for everyone. I loved the salad choices and had a whole plate of different salads to start. The ravioli was also delicious. The teenager loved the meat, and the curry, and the pasta, the desserts... Well everything! I do wish they had more lighting though. Bufffet lights are so bright, then we came back to the dark table and couldn't see what we were eating!

I recently dined and was extremely disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was appalling. The hostess greeted us with a cold, uninterested demeanor, and it only went downhill from there. Our server took an unusually long time to come to our table, and when they did, they were incredibly rude and inattentive. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they also seemed annoyed when we pointed out the mistakes. Simple requests for water refills or extra napkins were met with eye rolls and heavy sighs, making us feel like a burden rather than valued customers. The staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident throughout our meal. At one point, we overheard a server speaking disrespectfully to another customer, further solidifying the negative atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, the rude attitude of the staff and the subpar service completely overshadowed the food, which was mediocre at best. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience. There are plenty of other places that offer better service and a more welcoming environment.

Fab food! All you can eat buffet with server's that come out and carve your food Infront of you! All the meats melt in your mouth. Fabulous! Just remember to go on a empty stomach.

I never really liked buffet restaurant, usually it feels like everything tastes the same and food is most often below average. Howeverw this time I was greatly surprised, felt like mom cooking traditional food for the family, everything had it's distinct taste and while it was not delicate, everything tasted great!, atmosphere was good and meat was more than ok. Definitely recommended to eat with the family if you're really hungry, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing spot! Meat dishes were fabulous, service impeccable. Eren was an amazing server along with the rest of the team. They checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Even though we had a reservation and were seated promptly, the service quickly deteriorated. Our group, which included adults and children, was seated in a less desirable area near the back, and it felt like we were being overlooked. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink orders, and once we placed our food orders, the delays and issues continued. While the second table in our group received their food first and almost finished eating, we were still waiting for our meals. When our dishes finally arrived, they were not up to standard. Some of the steaks were dry and chewy, and a few of the burgers were overcooked and missing sides. We also noticed that other diners who arrived after us were served and left before we even got our meals. Throughout the entire experience, we felt dismissed and ignored, and it was hard not to feel like we were being treated differently. When it came time to get the check, it took almost an hour of repeatedly asking different staff members before anyone brought it to us, and still no apology for the delays or the poor service. From the start, it was hard not to feel like we were being treated differently because we were the only black family in the restaurant. It’s disappointing to say that we left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We truly hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and make improvements, because no one should have to go through an experience like this. Never again, clearly black people are not welcome.

Terrible Experience – Never Again I ordered a 400-gram steak at The Grill Restaurant, but what I got was about 350 grams of pure fat. It was absolutely inedible. I ended up just picking at some fries and managed only two small bites of the actual meat — that’s how bad it was. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was basically ignored. The kitchen told me that “this is how we always serve our steak,” and they didn’t offer any apology or solution. No replacement, no refund — nothing. In the end, I paid full price for something I couldn’t eat and left still hungry. I ended up going to the burger place next door just to get a proper meal. Complete waste of money and time. Avoid this place if you actually enjoy food.

Disappointing. The waiter had a bit of an attitude - literally rolled his eyes when we checked whether we had been charged for a drink that hadn't come out. Handed us the card machine without a bill - just told us the price. Ambiance was ruined by the waiter coughing at the table and the high temperature in the restaurant. The food was OK. Chewy steak. Food in the theme park might actually have been better.

the food was really super tasty. it was a very nice buffet. Furthermore, there was plenty of choice and if something was finished, it was quickly replenished. Only the children were very noisy in the play corner and we could not eat so quietly. this was a little less otherwise everything was to your liking.

Bad practice of charging exuberant prices on drinks without warning guests. 7.30 EUR for a 70dl bottle of still water (10 EUR per litter of water) is ridiculous. And you only get to know when you get the bill, as drinks are not included. At lest have the decency to let customers know on advance, they don't let you know, seems like trying to cheat you. Waitress was very rude (we saw another one that was nice, but we had bad luck with ours).

Good buffet with a decent price. A nice wine selection with many price options too. Usually the only problem is to get a good service, most of the waiters are only interested to give you the bill and check the tip. Good idea to book in advance.

The food was very good (but one can expect that for the price they charge). The service however was very disappointing: when our waitress threw a full cup of hot pepper sauce on the lap of two persons, leaving a big stain on our clothing, the only thing she did was apologize, call a colleague to clean things up (a little bit) and tell us that we could report it at the hotel reception to get a refund for the cleaning of our clothes. She didn’t offer us a cup of coffee or anything else to compensate! Not very professional...

The burger on the kids menu is high quality and a better price efficiency than the rest of the menu. If you are a big eater get something of the main menu. But for a person on a smaller budget and a smaller apatite it is high quality and it's cheaper to get two burgers for the price of one for the main menu.

Very nice place, better than expected. Nice surprise with the pizza and salad. Also the pannacota isn’t bad. Reasonable price and atmosphere. Large menu with many Italian options (pasta and pizza). We found parking spaces just in front of but it seems it has only a few.

Very good pizza, friendly service, reasonable prices. I got the Arrabiatta (spicy) pizza and it was good portion and very tasty. Good place to take a nice lunch or dinner.

We visited after a long day at Europa Park! Restaurant was really busy however we were lucky enough to be seated as soon as we arrived without booking. Food was really nice. Nothing incredible but very nice. We had pizza and pasta and both were reasonably priced for a venue outside Europa Park. Restaurant had a really good atmosphere and service was great!

Our server was super nice, even though she was very busy. We had 3 small mix salads, and 3 Pizzas. 1 Tuna, 1 Garibaldi which had Ham and rocket salad and 1 Betty with 4 cheeses, salami and red onions. Everyone liked the food and next time we go to Europa park, it will be our stop before driving home.

I went back this summer and unfortunately this time was not good as when I visited a year ago. Food was not good at all, and when I complained to the owner, he just tried to justify me (instead to try to enhance his service) he told that we don't cook (Burger) well unless if you said and when I told him about the poteto fries why it's just crames? Tasty food but incredibly slow service that ruins all the positive experience one gets after visiting Europa Park. We waited more than 1 hour for basic meals like burgers and ribs. Food was tasty but quite economical for the price. Avoid this place!

Great ribs 9/10 (and I set the bar pretty high for ribs) and pulled pork 8/10. Staff didn't speak English which is fine but feels weird in an American restaurant. Could be more long drinks on the menu but lots of good beers wine etc. Food and atmosphere surprisingly good. Totally enjoyed this place on the whole and recommend if you're staying here.

Great service, great food so fantastic evening! Definitely try the ribs, the literally fall of the bone! Their breakfast buffet is a must before entering the park! A lot of choices and saves you money for food in the park 😉

I visited off season with a group of friends for the all you can eat ribs. I was sceptical at first as they brought a large pan full of ribs and dip and fries. But they filled it up and even offered to bring more hours after we were finished because we might have some space for it now. Entertainment was an absolute riot. I think it wasn’t the usual act because it was off season, but it absolutely fit to the theme and made for a great atmosphere.

Advertised as a fine dining restaurant, with fine dining prices, but sadly not a fine dining experience at all. Positive points : The quality and taste of their meat are amazing, and the staff is friendly. Negative points : My 45€ dish was drenched in soy sauce and not enjoyable. But the biggest problem was the atmosphere. Tables are so close to each other that servers hit tables and guests regularly. Children are running around, throwing shoes through the restaurant and screaming. The atmosphere is exactly the same as at the buffet, which is crazy given the price range.

Very good restaurant accompanying the Europa park as part of its Bell Rock New England hotel. Mind yourself that it's pricy! With a family you're better off to use the buffet restaurants on and around the park. We had the same tuna which was great, however the wine and drinks generally seemed too pricy. They weren't bad just a bit too expensive for their usual range. Slight confusion with the reservation, but they solved having put us down for less people easily, so good service! The decor if the restaurant is tasteful and original as you're used too from Europa Park.

I ate hete a couple of weeks ago. I don't know about the premium menu but i do not recommended taking the buffet menu. Meats were a bit dry and plain, vegetables were scarce. The asian kitchen part was good, but it did not quite live up to what i had hoped. Service was kind, the live music was nice, but they kept playing one or two songs only to then leave again for several minutes. Honestly it didn't feel very luxurious, just expensive...

Food is of good quality, tast is good. But for the price we've paid, we expect more. Main dish was around 40-44 euro. Way too expensive for what we have got, fair price would be around 25 - 30 euro. Service for this price could be better as well in restaurant, Service went too quick. We were still choosing our wine and our starters arrived already in less then 5 minutes after we've ordered it. And if you pay that much, you are not expecting to sit next to the main buffet. Prices of everything were at least 20-25% too high.

Definitely best bar in Europapark. Wide choice of the cocktails, drinks or alcohol types. Notably this is not restaurant but cocktail bar but also food is very various and delicious. Staff is very friendly and always keen to help. While sitting outside I watched waiters to do impossible. I saw 2 waiters serving more than 30 tables with complete occupancy it could have been more than 100 people at the same time. And new people coming at all times. I don't understand how can they move so quickly and take full tablets with dozens of heavy drinks and remember every table correctly. They served drinks and food very quickly. I was highly satisfied and bartenders were also helpful with making custom cocktail. I was never at the bar where they have more drinks and cocktails to choose. Atmosphere is kind of okay but the staff is what makes this place really special and true gem in Europapark. Price is definitely adequate for highly professional service.

Nice bar with great vibes and delicious cocktails. Had a really nice time here, especially pleased with service of Olaf. You're welcome to come here and eat and drink even if you're not a hotel guest. And the food and drink options are very well done, a lot to choose from. Definitely will come back here if we ever go back to Europapark. -Wanted to add a photo but Google wouldn't allow it.

The Bar Spirit of St. Louis is a superb bar in the equally fantastic Hotel Bell Rock at Europa Park. The bar is themed beautifully, and is a feast for the eyes when you walk through the door. We visited several times during our stay at Europa Park, as we found the bar more enticing than the one at the hotel we were staying at (Hotel Krønasår). The service, the menu and the ambience are truly amazing, and it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail or two in the evening. I would highly recommend the Mai Thai cocktail, as well as the Espresso Martini, I can confirm that both were amazing.

St. Patrick's Day was a great experience, we had the most delicious fish and chips. The band was amazing and the drinks too. We went a second time for piano night which was great too.

One of the best places I've been to. Servers, bartenders are top notch. Drinks are amazing. I would highly suggest to visit if you are in the are.

A great place to eat after a day at Europa park. Food was lovely, staff were friendly, although not as attentive as they could have been, but the food did arrive quickly and tasted great. Was reasonably priced too so would likely return when next visiting Rust

Great place to eat. Food is lovely, however the service here is compared to a snail. The food came out quickly but it seems like when too many people come in the service gets even slower. It took us 30 minutes to get our bill to pay and the table beside us ordered 3 minutes after we did and we had finished our food before they had even got their starters and left. Overall great food but only go here if you have a lot of time to kill.

A very nice hotel in Rust very near to Europapark and Rulantica. We experienced some very nice days in this hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to the excellent cook, you don't need to go elsewhere. Just stay and enough the company and the good food. Definitely a place to return to.

Booked this hotel because of a trip with my friends to Europa-Park. And I must say I’m impressed! Of course cheaper than the hotels in Europa-Park, very quiet, good morning buffet and most importantly, an amazing view of silver-star! The floor and sofa were a bit dirty. However, great location, probably a 5 minute walk from the hotel to Europa-Park! Also a very good place to eat dinner, when the park is closed!

Ridiculous. Very bad experience. The waiter was very rude. It felt like he was doing us a favour. We waited for the food for 1hr+ with everyone who came after us getting their food. No proper answer as to why. At some point, we asked and were told that they ordered what was already premade, but some tables were getting the same pasta, so this explanation felt bogus. I know that when it is a full house and multiple tables arrive at the same time, it is difficult for kitchen and stuff. However, there was 0 communication with our waiter being absent from our table completely. When we asked about our food and that it has been long, he almost started arguing and was aggressive and one of his colleagues had to ask him and physically move him away from our table to talk to us properly. Food was also simply OK with nothing special. Bolognese was not good. Do not recommend it at all. Try another place maybe if you think about coming here.

Food quite good. But waiting for food at a table for almost an hour was really too much. In addition, the response of the staff - we were very full, without any word of apology. In the Czech Republic we say "he opened a restaurant, but people started coming there". We still wanted dessert and coffee, but we didn't. We ran away and had it at another restaurant on the way to the hotel. We didn't want to risk another hour of waiting.

This is an amazing personable small hotel. The breakfasts are fantastic. It's walking distance to Europa Park. They get to know each guest by name and you are treated with kindness and cheer. My room and bed were comfortable, and the view from my balcony was super. The only thing I don't like is the lack of elevator. Almost all staff speak enough English that you will be understood. It helps to know some German, of course. I was very amused to hear Kpop at breakfast, and it made me smile. They can print things out for you if you need that. They can bring luggage up and down if you have difficulty with stairs. Everyone here is very strong and friendly. I traveled around Europe for a few weeks and this place was my favorite. I felt like a welcomed family friend. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic location for Europa park and Rulantica, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with breakfast which was lovely. Our room was spacious and had a fridge, which was great as we were staying a few nights, so could keep some items chilled for our day at the park. It would be even better if there were tea/coffee facilities in the room as I do like a cuppa in the evening. The bed was comfy, pillows were amazing! Had such a great sleep. It was clean, although the decor was a little outdated, especially the bathroom. It was quiet and overall a great stay so would probably look at booking again in the future.

A nice hotel in the vicinity of EuropaPark. We stayed here on our visit to the amusement park and were very satisfied with our experience. The rooms are a bit small but very pleasant to sleep in. The restaurant serves excellent Greek food and beer. Their English is a bit limited, but we had no issues communicating. I recommend the place if you're planning a visit to the Park.

Very nice hotel, very clean and spacious room. Comfy beds and a mini fridge in room. Hairdryer in bathroom. It was great to be close to Europa Park. My only thing was we waited a very long time to check in which after an 8 hour journey was quite frustrating for my 2 year old.

Food is very good. We had the Moussaka and Souflaki. The terrace was quite busy but we were seated fairy quickly nonetheless. The service could be better as it was obvious that waiting staff had their hands too full and could not give the proper attention all the time. But it was still very good and recomendable.

Nice Greek restaurant. Good location, close to hotels. The welcome is correct. We ate well, the seasonings were good and the meat tasty. Beers are good too. We'll be back, it was a good experience. Thank you very much!

The Staff was very nice and polite. The Breakfast was very good. The car parking space was enough. It is near the Europa-Park, about 11 Minutes walking. You don’t need the car. And near the Hotel you can find a lot of supermarkets and good Restaurants. The only downside thing was: a little bit expensive for the overall facility/Service.

The place is nice, a bit on a busy street. Service is decent and the food is really not bad! I think the prices are fair too. All in all, a very nice place to eat. Definitely recommended!

We had dinner here after visiting Europa park. The location is very nice. It's next to a river and a little way off the main road. It has a nice terrace where you can easily relax. The staff is very friendly and lively. The food however is very mediocre. The menu is also lacking. If you love meat you're good, other than meat there are little to no options. So vegetarians and seafood lovers are better off somewhere else. Apart from that it's okayish food for an okay price.

We booked the large apartement "Ferienwohnung" which was really well equipped , clean and spacious. Really nice to use with 5 people. Breakfast was good, so was the possibilitiy to park. The theme park Europa Park is within an easy walking distance. Also possible to walk with kids or strollers. We went with friends and a little detail bothered me alot, some person seemingly the owner, came to our table and asked if everything was alright and if we had a good stay. Which in itself is a very professional thing to do. Then he proceeded on telling our friends, who stayed at that Hotel before, that he feels like they rated them to low on a booking portal. I deemed that behavior a little unprofessional therefore i can only give 3 out of 5 stars.

Super Hotel just next to Europa Park (4 minutes walk). The rooms are kept clean, the A/C works, the breakfast is nice with lots of choice (eggs, meat, cheese, juices, tea and whatnot). However, I wouldn't try their dinner's salad bar in the restaurant as the salads were already there at 4pm... and didn't seem fresh.

Hote rooms are very small and very dirty. Prices are not suitable compared to what they offer. No variety on the breakfast. Checking in and out was not a pleasant experience. Staff are not welcoming.. Forgot in my hotel room our photos from Europa Park and when I went back to the hotel could not find them where I left them, they did not keep them. Parking is free.

European atmosphere, with excellent service. Lots of drinks. Burgers, grilled prawns, grilled chicken were good. The standout was the lava cake. Not to be missed.

This was our first time visiting Hardy’s Bar and Restaurant, and we will definitely be coming back again without hesitation! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The lady who welcomed us and showed us to our table was so kind and friendly, which set the perfect tone for the evening. Our server, Heinrich, was outstanding – truly a perfect server! He gave us great advice, was always smiling, and made our experience even better. The food was incredible – we had the shrimp and the ribs, both were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. We loved everything about our visit and can’t wait to come back to try more dishes from the menu. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant in Rust, perfect after a day at Europa park, being just a short 10-minute walk from the main entrance. Beautiful interior, great selection of meals and very reasonably priced. We had the sharing cheesey bread to start and burgers for main, staff also brought a selection of sauces - all very tasty! Staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Highly recommended and we would definitely eat here again!

No doubt I will return here when arround for a weekend in Europa Park. Delicious spare ribs, very good cheese cake. Service was good but seemed to be a bit slow. Guess that is becaise it was rush hour on a Saturday.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a good meal. The lady who greeted us and showed us to our table was so welcoming that it set the tone right away. The staff overall were wonderful, and the service was excellent the whole evening. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy dinner. And the food… absolutely perfect! Every bite was delicious, and it’s clear the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. Hardy’s really delivered on all fronts – great service, great staff, and amazing food. We’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful end to our visit at Europa Park - but the menu could do with some work. We ordered the veal chop which was rather dear with confidence it would be very good and cooked to perfection - it was instead EXTREMELY large. Twice the size it had any reasonable need to be, with the rest of the plate contents shrunk to fit. Tomahawk scale. Could easily have been shared between two, could not be finished even by very piggy and hungry grown men (two of us tried) rendering it inevitably poor value - and at such thickness and with such a long eat inevitably not right despite being on the bone. There was no hint of size on the menu, other than the price in the end. A little restraint from the kitchen side could have made this much better, which is a shame as it was otherwise excellent.

Our third visit to Medici within 2 years and probably the last. Food and atmosphere are mostly great but the service.. not so much. Seems like nobody speaks English, which made the ordering and overall operations a bit complicated, especially when our waitress didn’t know anything about well-done, medium and medium-well for steak preparation. Taking the prices into account, the service is way behind. We’ll go to Bell Rock next year, hopefully the level of service is still the same.

Nice secluded and calm space as part of the restaurant Cäsar. Food was ok. Presentation could be improved for the 18EUR Mozzarella Salad, other food was fine. We had to queue quite long to get seated. Once outside and once inside. So overall nothing overwhelming.

The service was great. The waiters know there craft. The food was made to perfection. If you stay at one of the resorts, I highly recomend this restaurant. The menu is really special, with very interesting choices.

Last Friday we had dinner at the Medici restaurant where we ordered a 4 course menu a la carte. The quality of the Food is very good. Service very dissapointing and that doesnt feel right when you have spent 200 euro with 2 persons. This is not on the waiter, he tried his best. He just had too many tables. Few examples of what went wrong: - we already got our first course while we didnt finished our aperitif yet and where waiting on our wine to arrive - the bottle of wine we ordered took very long, you order it to drink it together with the food. - our second course was served twice… - when our main course arrived our table was full with empty glasses, side plates and bread which was only removed when we asked ourselves. Table was simply too full…. Overall waiter apologized 4 times, we continiously had to wait too long. We hoped it was an incident, so the day after we went to Captains Finest where we unfortunately had the same experience. Europapark, please improve, its unacceptable and not the value for money you expect. We love Europark and the Bell Rock hotel, but we wont eat here next time.

The pizzas are really good and the food was served fast. It’s really busy in the evening, but worth waiting. It’s a good value for what you will pay :)

The food was really fat, the pizzas were shining from fat, the fries and schnitzel as well. In a way that is not usual with good rest. The service was also really bad, we were sit in a corner place, the waitress barely came, after taking our plates, we waited 10 minutes hoping to get the menu for desserts, but we did not saw any waiters, no one came, eventually we didn’t took it, we left with a bad feeling about this place.

Great spot! Eventhough though their English wasn't great, they tried their best and make it happen! Place packed but they still do their best to get you in, feed you and with a smile! We went here 2 nights in a row! Pizzas, lasagna, pasta... all great! When in rust, give them a try.

The service here is amazing. Even when we were visiting during a super busy time, with all the tables filled, (and when they only had 2 waiters equiped for the whole place), they still managed to provide excellent service and remained calm. The food was delivered on time and was delicious, we all finished our plates with ease. Personally I would recommend the Pizza Toscana or if you like pasta more: the Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (the best I've ever had), their Flammenkuchen are amazing too if you are more a fan of the local tradition, PLUS they aren't expensive at ALL! The restaurant itself is also really cozy with their greenhouse terrace and wooden interior, perfect for family diners.

We went there after spending the day at Rulantika and it was an error. Huge line. Our kids were tired. There were not many other options to go in the area… The food was ok, the service was goods and the restaurant was cute but the line killed the experience. I would recommend reserving a table in advance before heading there to eat.

We received a table quite quickly a very nice cleaned one with such a beautiful view. Unfortunately I was shocked there wasn’t as many waitresses. The meal and drinks were great and lovely tasted. But the waiter ended up getting mixed up to the table and accidentally tried serving our meal on two other tables wrong before realising it was ours. It was still a beautiful view and everything but needs more staff I think.

Do not reccomend at all, especially when you are in a rush. It took 2 HOURS for our food to arrive. We ordered 2 pastas and a margarita pizza. They told us "you're order card got lost in the kitchen". When the pizza came out, it was stone cold. Our pasta tasted alright but still cold. We ended up taking the replacement pizza to our room. At least they made our food free, just had to pay for drinks. The drinks were the best part of the meal and all I had was water. I hope I never come here again. Disgraceful.

They serve a decent pizza here as well as a few other basic Italian dishes. The problem is that this place is notoriously overcrowded and securing a table after a long day in the park can be pretty challenging, to put it lightly... For so many rooms in all of the hotels there has always been not enough basic comfort food restaurants for families.

We waited very very long for our food, way over an hour. The Service was mediocre at best. Not very friendly and its the small things, like not bringing enough menus for everyone, missing cutlery etc. The Cheese Bread one of us ordered wasn't real german bread just ordinary toast and the dishes tasted like Maggi. Dissatpointed but not horrible.

After waiting 15 minutes to be seated (not full) and another 10 to get a menu ... left and ate somewhere else. If you don't want business close the restaurant!!!

The food was ok but there were several things which were not. Value for money is not the case here. Prices are high. We ate in the Europa Park many times and we were always satisfied but this restaurant I cannot recommend. We sat on the terrace outside and there is a pond or something like it which smelled really bad. The service was aweful. First the waitress knocked over the coke which can happen, of course, but she gave the bottle to my friend which was now not full anymore. Then she brought some bread which she also spread across the table. Sh** happens but she collected it and again did not bring some new. We were four people. My dish was forgotten. When it finally arrived 10 minutes after the others, there was no excuse or anything. Again, all this things can happen, no problem, but how they have been dealt with are definitely not ok. Never again.

They knew what I was asking for!! About the cake? I think it was in the refrigerator for a week! Not recommended to stay a second in there.

Did a preset menu with entertainment for dinner while in town for a conference. Food was pretty good. Show was hilarious and worth checking it out. I'd definitely go back next time I'm in town.

I am sorry to tell you that, but Germans beat Americans hollow! My parent status forced me one day to go to EuroDisney. I have obviously chosen to go to lunch in the restaurants "high-end" (if indeed this term can have a significance in this place) to avoid the junk food accessible to "vulgum pecus", and without find something to satisfy me, of course. I know, I'm obnoxious, but I'll do my mea culpa another day. Same adventure at Europa Park. What could be expected from a kitchen at a leisure park welcoming over 5 million visitors a year? Bad prejudice! Schloss (castle) Balthasar. For the ogre I am: awesome! And yet, it had started pretty badly since you had to queue for a table, something I NEVER do! But between the rain and the tiredness of the youngest, sometimes you have to bit the bullet. First of all, the setting is authentic. It is actually an old castle that was converted into a restaurant. It is under the protection of a conservation association of ancient monuments. Then the dishes are traditional, deer stew, badoise soup (beef and dumplings), pork tenderloin, mushrooms and spaetzle, beef cheek with oyster mushrooms or the famous Wiener Schnitzel with a Duroc sauce. To note on the menu the hilarious missprint of the filet of "beauf" (redneck filet!). Of course, I could not resist the legendary Kaiser Schmarrn for dessert. Enjoying ourselves, with two glasses of Pear Williams, we get 93.10 euros for 2 adults and a child! There I say: well done!

Quite old hotel room feeling, but still charming. I removed 2 stars for the room as the noise cancelation is almost not there. The rest is correct. We didn't like that the door close to the entry of Europapark is actually Closed when we finished the breakfast and wanting to go to enter the park, and we ended up losing few minutes to enter the park, which is quite frustrating.

Very nice decorated and hi-tech service. The room is amazing, but a fridge could be a very nice addition. Next to the VIP entrance. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was rich and tasty, but dinner is a bit overrated.

This hotel is starting to feel a bit older compared to the other Europapark resort hotels, and it shows in some details. That said, it remains a beautifully themed and fantastic place to stay. We were lucky enough to book the suite on the top floor, which had everything we needed — including a bath and a stocked mini fridge. Definitely recommended.

really beautifully executed theme hotel. great vibe and the best pancakes and hush browns at the morning buffet i ever had. in general a big variety at the morning buffet, from sweet to savoury, everything you could wish for. all the hotels at the europapark are great in their own way but this one has to be one of my favourites.

Nice overall but a bit overpriced due to being in Europa park. Unfortunately we didn't benefit from the early entry to the park as our children got up late. Breakfast is great with wide range of selection

We didn't like, all the other hotels in Europa Park are much better. The floor room was dirty, and the personnel not very helpful. Also the restaurant Don Quichotte is very low level compared to the rest of the resort, but the prices are high!!! Worst experience in many years.

The room is definitely overpriced as a hotel room, it's very nice but nothing crazy, what you pay a premium on is the location and services which are excellent, you're right next ti tye park entrance, the early admission meant I got loads of rides in very early and then when you're leaving the bus stop is just outside the hotel door.

7.60eur for 75cl of water.... That's more than 10eur per liter of water which is close to the most expensive water I've ever seen. And obviously there's no option to order tap water. Otherwise the food is good and if you're hungry worth the 46eur per person

Overpriced for what you get! Costed us €102 for 2 buffet meals and a bottle of water, which is excessive given the food selection. The most interesting item was pork rib, which isn't particularly high-end. The food was not that bad, but the price is definitely not justified. There was also lack of clear communication about pricing. We had no idea how much it would cost until the bill arrived. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The decoration is also of high standard.

Very large food hall. A bit noisy. Food was quite good. Kids plate was very nice, veggies were perfectly cooked. The order came really really quickly. People who like seafood will appreciate this place and luckily there are good vegetarian and „regular“ meat options too.

The buffet they offer is pretty good but quite expensive in my opinion. There’s a wide variety of options depending on your dietary needs and lot of healthy options as well. My main complaint is that some of the food wasn’t very fresh or looked like it had been sitting out a while. The staff was very friendly and attentive and they’re mostly able to get you in without a reservation which I really appreciated.

Ate here after a day at Rulantica as a treat (it's pretty expensive for families) and we did not regret it. Huge selection of unusual foods to try, everything fresh and regularly replenished. Friendly staff. We were seated by the water and unexpectedly treated to a light/fire/water show - wow!!

Restaurant was well themed and presented. Food was good quality and was served quickly. The member of staff was friendly, and remembered that we were English which was very nice!

Personnel is not up to the task, and Restaurant Management is leaving them completely alone in misery. In fact management is actively avoiding guest contact. Live cooking is especially bad as it is not organized at all. With just a few basic organizational efforts this could be great again.

Ok-ish food but really bad service and overall organization. Recommendation: DON'T GO HERE! We went here to have an enjoyable evening with a nice dinner. Nearly all reviews indicated that this would be the case. But it was far less than acceptable. It was an awful experience. The buffet is the worst. It is not a buffet at all actually. You have to wait at least 30 minutes in line to order your main course, wait 10 more minutes in an extra line to receive it. The single cook is too overwhelmed and by the time you get your food it will be cold. Next to that it is only decent in quality. In this "restaurant" you have to wait in line (not at all Corona proof) in order to order your food at the cooking station whereas a better option would be to tell the waiter what you want and wait while enjoying your wine. The concept makes no sense! After complaining to the manager about this awful service/organization she was not at all apologetic and started arguing. In the end she agreed to reduce the price under obvious protest. This was for sure the first and last visit and we would recommend to enjoy an amazing dinner with great service and organization at the Captain's Finest restaurant

Great place for having dinner. Wide selection of tapas and starters and also very good selection of meat and side dishes. It is one of the pricier restaurant of the Europa-Park but it is absolutely worth it and also one of the smaller and thus quieter places for dinner and for breakfast.

Great restaurant in the Santa Isabel Hotel. Not as noisy as the Antica Romeo at the Colosseo Hotel, and much smaller.

Do not go here. Overpriced, bad service and to top it all off I got food poisoning from the "Piri Piri chicken. Worst restaurant in the whole park.

Great place to have lunch. Feels like a little holiday. Sit on the porch and watch the people get splashed on the river Rafting. Inside is quite too. Currently there is only vegan food. The Arabian bowl came with plenty of hummus& awesome grilled courgette& aubergine. Menues area fair price.

To be fair, I have been to Europapark once before and we had some food from another place with was actually meh. So my expectations for this place weren't high, but i can honestly say i was very pleasantly surprised when i tried the food. I think they change around the theme in the Restaurant, which is cool. At the time i was there, they had south african weeks. My brother has been in south africa, so he could tell us what's good. He had a cape chicken curry, which was great. I had a safari mix (bit of everything without seafood, there is a different mix including seafood). To be completely honest, i loved this mix of stuff. Especially the Bobotie and the naan bread dipped in the green coriander dip were really delicious.

There are not many chicken options here but we were fortunate to get cape chicken that was awesomely delicious and the quantity is absolutely perfect. We were happy to have mango lassi that was so good 💯 Also we got some red Chilli pickle that's was cherry on the top 😋 A must visit if you are in Europa park 👍🏻

Food was good but the portion was a little small. Apple tarte was not really speacial. Good service.

Service is really fast, very friendly. You can sit on the terras and look at the people in "fjord rafting" getting all wet. I took the safari plate and i must say the portion is pretty good, it all has a very strong flavour (delious to combine with the bread or rice).

Unfortunately, the restaurant has decided to use names of meat, such as beef and chicken for their vegan dishes. There are no notices of this within the restaurant. A beef style bowl does not have beef but something that imitates beef. The vegan food is very blant and not tasty. The names of the dishes are deceitful.

Great location if you are planning to go to Europa park. Very friendly staff and they allowed us to leave the car there while we were at the park. Bed and pillow not so comfy, but clean room and with nice balcony view.

They were very unpolite. I booked the room 2 weeks earlier. I arrived there really early they told me i couldn’t check in yet and i should check in later. We went to the park and came back to the hotel at 6pm only to find out that they gave our room to another couple and gave us another one that was not even close to the one we booked (and had already payed since 2 weeks) . The worse thing for me though was how arrogant ans unpolite they were when i complained about not having the room i booked and payed for. In the end i left and stayed somewhere else.

Extremly long waiting time in the restaurant. Small rooms that smells weird. Would not recommend at all. (Waited over 1 hour for a bad steak, couldn't finish it even if I was starwing.) If you want a good meal, go somewhere else. If you wana be able to sleep, try something else.

The food is OK, it's not exceptional but the price are also not too expensive so it's OK. However, we had to wait more that 30min to get the bill. I asked for it at the same time as my dessert, but they didn't bring it. When I wanted to pay, the table next to us also wanted to pay (they were 10 people, we were 3) and the waiter decided to go to them first. They all wanted to pay separately, and it took ages. The waiter came after with just a "sorry" but that's not worth the extra 30min I had to wait to pay. We really enjoyed the music band.

It is a fine dining restaurant, and it is very good. I had scallops, sorbet and a glass of Laurent-Perrier. All were like a poem. The service, the ambiance and the music was all great. I had a very nice dinner experience alone. I thank the restaurant staff for a very pleasing evening.

This was an fabulous experience, prices are higher but more than worth it, employees are sharp, see everything, and when it's not good enough they just send it back before a customer sees it. Very friendly, and most important, the food was delicious 🤤 it's all part of the experience and I will truly not forget this. Thank you all!

The presentation for the food was stunning. The food itself was absolutely delicious. I ordered the 4 course meal, my wife ordered a few appetizer dishes which were equally proportionate to my meal and quite large on their own. They offered to bring her dishes out at the same time I received mine which was wonderful. They have a dedicated kids menu which was also great for two stubborn meat eating boys. Although, I think the kids loved the bread and fish spreads better. Best part, they insisted on eating the greens that came with the spreads when we told them they couldn't have any unless they did. At one point during the meal, my wife took the children to the rest room. The chief noticed and a few minutes later brought over a savory scallop in ginger sauce, it tasted amazing. It was too good to eat alone, I had to wait for my wife so she could try some. Obviously, it was all presented in an equally beautiful seashell sitting on top sea salt. The staff was very friendly and professional, we showed up a little early for our reservation and accommodated us with no issue. They let us pick to either eat on the terrace or indoors. We chose to eat outside but it was a little windy, and so we asked if we could move back indoors. No problem! You should consider making a reservation if you're in the area. Absolutely worth it and very reasonably priced.

Food is way too overpriced for what you get. The steak was dry and i asked for medium and they gave me well done. I was with my family and the bill was like 460€ and we were super disappointed in the food and they got some orders wrong. We got some free icecream from the staff as a sorry but still we were very upset

The breakfast is very varied, lots of choice. The dinner was delicious but the wines served alongside it were so bland it was a big disappointment (except for the wine from Baden-Württemberg that was served for desert, which was good).

This place is cloud 9 for burger lovers. The service is wonderful, the prices are decent, and the place itself has a cozy and casual vibe to it. We personally had the smoked burger and the cordon blue, together with the peach ice tea and cheese fries - all of which, not only exceeded our expectations, but blew our minds. Dining here is a MUST-DO, if you get the chance. The experience is amazing and the pricing is right for what you receive. An absolute no-brainer recommendation.

It is located near Europa Park and several 4-star hotels. The cozy ambiance was inviting, but the cordon bleu patty in burger was over-fried, impacting its texture, marking it very dry on the outside The cocktail was average, but the käseknöble stood out with its amazing flavors. Absolutely loved it. the ambiance and proximity to attractions make it a decent dining option.

Ordered from here via Lieferando. My expectations were low, but not only was my food delivered rather quickly, within 20 minutes after ordering, the burgers and sides were fresh and warm. And mouth-wateringly delicious from the first bite. The Smoked Black Forest Burger is a fantastic, flavourful and saucy creation and will not let you down. The fries, surprisingly, are crispy and tasty despite the travel during delivery, and the cheese Knöpfle could be a full dish on its own. All this goodness for prices that are more than acceptable: this place will have my business again whenever I’m in the area.

The best burger of the black forest! Totally in love with the double burger and cheese fries. A warm atmosphere where you can have tasty burgers with high quality meat. I'm really impressed by the high quality of the products while keeping the price low. Not to forget that the location is perfect and at walk away of Europa-Park and Rulantica. Last but not least I really appreciated the wall with all the pendulum clocks when you enter that help you to immerge even more in the atmosphere of the location. Few words I would like to spend on the staff very friendly and welcoming. It's worth a visit!

As a burger connaseur i have to say, fantastic! I had the cheeseburger and it was fantastic. My wife and daughters had the vegan burger and the loved it! The local beer is also very good! Will come back again when visiting Europapark!

We were famished, after a day at Europa Park. We ordered food, and it took them about 30-40 minutes to get it. We actually saw the cooks looking at the menu and arguing about what to put. The child meal costs almost as much as a regular meal but the burger is the size of a quarter (see attached photo). The fries were way too salty. But they did replace it. Food was okay at best. Service was poor

The beer garden is ok and good. It's usually quick and often doesn't have too many people queuing.

Decent food in an amusement park. The food comes really quick, however it is all semi-cooked foods. I got a Schweinshaxe and it was as greasy as Caseoh's daily meal(which means very greasy), Would not recommend. The atmosphere is good. Widely decorated with german elements, and highlighted with a small singing stage. Over all not so good, but it is a restaurant in an amusement park... so you can't really ask for much.

The place looked promising and the quality and flavor of the pasta was great. By far one of the best sauce for polo pasta. Tried Spezi for the first time which was nice as well. Waiting for a table is only short, but to keep in mind it's a full restaurant nearly all the time after Europa park closing time It only took a little longer to be served when in larger groups, but it was worth waiting.

The food is nicely decorated but the portions very small for a high price (especially on the side dish, e.g. sweet potato was 4 drops). Friendly waiter and fast service - but the restaurant was also almost completely empty. Entrance is hidden around the side of the building.

I had the pleasure of trying the guinea fowl fillet, and I can honestly say it was one of the most refined dishes I’ve had in a long time. Every bite was balanced and thoughtfully crafted. It’s clear the kitchen puts real care into what they serve. The cocktails were just as impressive…creative, refreshing. Katya, the bartender, was a total star. She crafted several drinks for us, each with its own twist. And I can’t forget Anna, our waitress so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and her recommendations were spot on. The whole place has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that still manages to feel elegant. You can tell the staff cares about the experience, not just the service.

This was a really positive surprise. In an otherwise pretty shitty hotel (no idea where they got their 4 stars from), the restaurant was a super experience. They are ambitious, and make dishes otherwise hard to find in this area of overcooked fries and saggy burgers... The staff is Ukrainian, they do a grand job, and I got the best guinea fowl I've ever tasted...and that's saying a lot. Well done!

The hostess and servers were warm and welcoming and everything we ordered—from the excellent drink selection to the fresh and haute-cuisine level dishes—was delicious. The next time we are in Rust we will definitely return to this perfect little restaurant.

This is the first buffet restaurant I've been to and it had set the bar very high! A lot of amazing starters, food, drinks and desserts to choose from. You also have the option to pick up your fresh fish/meat or vegetables and give them directly to the chef to get them stir fried. We visited on a busy Saturday evening with no reservation but we were still seated within 5-10 minutes. The food quality was great, there was plenty of options. I particularly loved the fried shrimps, the rice balls, some fish and vegetables stir fry dishes, salmon and matcha cake and pudding for dessert. They also had a delicious Tiramisu. I unfortunately didn't get to take picture of the menu itself so my picture doesn't really give the buffet justice but you can see from the other people's pictures that it is extensive! One drink is also free per person, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We came here right after going to the EuroPark… oh my goodness… this was the best buffet I ever been too. Worth every dime! They have stir fry you make of your choice, unlimited food and beer and wine, and a cute kid center! I love it

It is a very crowded and fashionable restaurant so the first piece of advice is to reserve your table in advance. The food is good and varied from the starters to the dessert and the drinks are included, but as in all self-service buffets prepared in advance the food loses its shine and crispiness. The focus is more on the cooked meals than on the sushi.

40€ for a sub-par asian buffet. We gave it a try because they had a mongolian-style grill and unlimited beverages. Got there around 8:45 pm after leaving Europa park. They didn’t close until 11 pm. They had stopped refilling the meats for the mongolian grill by 8:45. None of the ingredients were labeled. Finally just gave up and went with what was most likely beef. By 9:45, they were mopping the floor with bleach, despite not closing for over an hour and people still eating.

Food was ok, with some highs and some lows, beverages are included so that is really nice. The service was not really friendly, not at all accommodating for our wheelchair user friend, who needed a helper to eat but the helper was not allowed to sit on the table unless he paid the buffet price, even if he was not eating anything and was just helping.

Excellent service, great food, nice relaxed atmosphere. We liked this place so much we ate there twice on our recent trip. The portions are quite generous, especially with their fried chicken meals. The chicken crunch burger is also good, but the fried chicken was definitely our favourites. You can also order beer with cola or banana in it, which was a first for us, but turned out to be great too!

This was a great little place to discover whilst visiting Rust (very close to EuropaPark). The chicken burger was brilliant, as were the chips, and the general atmosphere/service was great. Comparable id say to something like a posh version of KFC. Thanks again for the great food and service!

The chicken was terible. Pieces were dry, the oil used was reused too many times, the big piece of chicken was raw inside. Also the taste that oil left behind was questionable, probably some low quality oil. It feels like the high number of turists enable them to have verly low effort on the food quality.
