Visiting Arundel for the first time . The location was very handy to where we stayed . We were walk in customers and got a table straight away even though the place looked full . The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, we ordered hot and sour soup, without realising that it was non vegetarian. The soup was served hot and was very flavoursome.. For mains we ordered chicken in Szechuan style , seasonal vegetables in Szechuan style along with egg fried rice and boiled rice . The food was served really hot , without much delay and was reasonable in taste. We felt a bit rushed when the waiter came to the table to clear the plates when one of us was still having the meal. Appreciate if there were more vegetarian options in appetisers/ soups etc. we felt that food was bit pricey for the quantity and quality served in comparison to similar places , nevertheless it was an enjoyable night. Thank you China Palace .

We have been eating here for over 20yrs and have always been on special ocasions, however, we have an 80th birthday at the end of this month so I called and asked for a booth for the 2 of us which we have always been given. but now it seems they just want to chase the money as I was refused saying we only give booths to 4 people. This was for a 7pm meal which meant they would have the table back by 8.30 for 4 people. Very disapointed by the man's attitude I spoke to. With all this nonsense of Rachael Reeves and the problems that she had caused for businesses I would have thought that every customer is valuable to them, but obviously not here. Will not be going back again which is a shame but greed is bad for buisiness.

Located in the Historic town of Arundel as you would expect a little pricy, but you are getting excellent cuisine and a beautiful decorated and atmospheric restaurant. So worth the little extra you may have to pay for a wonderful evening. Thanks to all the team.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Can't believe it was our first visit after many years living in the area. The food, service, staff and ambience were perfect and exactly what we needed after a stressful week. Also lovely chatting with the owner about golf, especially with Ewen Murray there as a fellow diner. Thank you so much.

Really delicious food and a great ambience! My partner and I are both vegan, and they were super accommodating. Would highly recommend the mock duck pancakes and the kung po tofu! Service was great too

Lovely traditional restaurant. Meals arrived at our table hot and a small heater was placed in the middle to keep the food warm. Each dish tasted fresh and we each said that it was the best Chinese we have had. They are open for lunch and dinner, which is great as the Chinese restaurants where we live tend to only open in the evening. Will definitely return!

£38 for all you can eat so of course you’d want to get your monies worth but staff clearly didn’t want you eating too much as the would tut every time we ordered more food!! Not the first time! Won’t be returning!!

Full of teens being noisey and annoying also the all you can eat menu was sold to me at 9.25 with no information that the kitchen closes at 10.00 so it certainly wasn’t all I can eat and £35 for a what would have been £20 on a takeaway. I certainly won’t be going back again.

I would give less than one star if possible! The staff were not friendly, a poor attitude for customer service. The only thing worse than their attitude was the FOOD! Would NOT recommend visiting!! I have attached a picture of the duck served to us. The duck was extremely dry, bland and cold, and the cucumber wasn't fresh. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing! Service of the ladies was 2nd to none. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. All food was nice and hot. Fantastic evening was had by all in our party. Thank you the dragon xx

Went here for an all you can eat lunch. The staff are hostile and unfriendly. Definitely give the impression that they don’t want to be there. The platter of starters was quite dry as if everything had been reheated. I had the crab meat and sweetcorn soup. No sign of any crab meat, it was shredded crab stick…disgusting. All the while the waitress was hovering, waiting to whip our plates away as soon as possible. She then marched up to our table and informed us that the kitchen closed at 3.30, so to order now or we wouldn’t be able to. For this appalling food and service they had the cheek to add a service charge…..for what?? We won’t be returning, and I will be telling everyone about our awful experience of this place.

Tonight I had yet another fabulous meal from this restaurant. I’ve been using them since I came to the area 3 months ago & all the food has been beyond my expectations. Compared to other takeaways I’ve had in the past Dragon is fantastic. Tasty, spicy, quick delivery & food always piping hot. Lovely lady on the phone & the man who delivers to me is charming. Food was great quality but service really let everything down. 5+ members of staff but nobody was around and we kept having to call someone over to order, to ask for the bill, to ask for the card machine etc. We asked to take the 10% service charge off and was told that this was not optional as advertised on the front door. This isn’t listed on the menu or website, and staff do not tell you this when booking or on arrival. Due to lack of service we explained that we would not be paying it but sadly had to get to the point of arguing about it before we felt that we could leave without feeling like criminals.

Finding the price for lunchtime buffet getting expensive now. We only order water now as to have lunch and a drink is too much money. Was better when it was cheaper as we would order drinks too. We visit regularly but will have to reduce how often we go now. W

Chicken fried rice was boiled rice with peas and chicken and had no flavour! The veg chow main was again boiled noodles with some veg chucked on top not mixed through. The Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken was a bit lacking in sweet and sour. Overall a disgusting Chinese and I would never order from here again or recommend anyone else does

Visited this Chinese last night and decided to opt for their all you can eat buffet. To be honest it was fantastic. The portions were of good size, the food was excellent and the service was great. We would recommend this to anyone. Thanks you for a great evening

Alway have a buffet lunch but this week was awful! The food wasnt great normally the egg foo young has meat it in but didn't! The spicy noodles normaly.has meat in it but didn't! The chicken and sweetcorn soup was awful was like water ! It's never been that bad and for the £14 quid you pay it could of been better won't be going back ! Which is a shame as they where really good with the lunch buffet but have gone down hill !!!

Another visit to my favourite Chinese restaurant in Bognor Regis, with some Chinese friends & yet again, more fabulous food & service. The food offering is of such great quality, I personally, have struggled to find anywhere as good. Even my friends agreed, that this was some seriously tasty & authentic Chinese food. I can't wait to go back.

Order on a whim tonight. Food was "ok" edible. Not overly tasty. Potatoes in the mixed meat curry seemed odd. Chicken chow mein had about 4 little bits of chicken in. Kung po chicken wasn't very spicy and quite tough chicken. I wouldn't order again.

Reasonable parking (pay and display across the road).. Overall this was a pleasant experience. Unfortunately we forgot to take photos but we had a selection of dishes including dim sum, duck, beef in black bean sauce, prawn dishes etc. Too many to list. The food was served timely and was well seasoned and pleasant to eat. The staff were polite and courteous and judging by the conversation other guests had regular returning clientele. Always a good sign. We enjoyed the meal and would consider returning if we were back in the area. A little bit on the pricy side compared to similar places we visited bit that wouldn't put us off.

Service and the restaurant was nice, just the food was really basic. Didn't enjoy it, and wouldn't order again unfortunately

I really enjoyed the food here tonight and the people running it were very cheerful and friendly. A very pleasant evening all round and I certainly look forward to coming back again. They offer a wide range of dishes including Thai and Malaysian cuisine. I would recommend trying the Kung Po King Prawns, the salt and pepper squid and the Pad Thai if you get the chance and loved the Toffee Pineapple.

Best Chinese restaurant in the area. We’ve been going there for many years. Would recommend. Good food and lovely staff. I ate there last night (25/8/20) with family and the restaurant felt very safe. The owner and her son wore face coverings and hand sanitiser was readily available. Even with a reduced menu there was plenty of choice. We all ate well and the meal was tasty and the usual good quality. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent food, friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere with gentle background music. The won ton soup is the best I've had anywhere. I've eaten there both with family and alone and hope to go again in the near future

Had the audacity to put a menu through my door, then when I tried to order on an app I had to download, not only do you have to go through the faff of entering coordinates of your address, it then says they don’t deliver to my address despite putting a menu through the door. What a waste of my time. Will never use.

Food was pretty tasteless. We ordered from here in the first time for a while and were really disappointed. It’s expensive for what it is, the seeweed was tasteless, the sweet and sour had a funny taste and the chicken dish was nice but not really tasting of what it should. I won’t be back again

We recently ordered from here and it will be the last time,the food was tepid,the chicken was so dry it couldn't be eaten and everything tasted the same,the delivery driver was filthy looked like engine oil all over himself especially his hands surely he shouldn't be any where near food, disgusting!!!

I'm really not sure why the reviews are so bad here . We regularly have food from here and the portion sizes are generous, the taste is great and the service fast and friendly.

Worst Chinese I’ve had around Bognor or ever actually . I’m not sure if there was a mix up with the ingredients but everything was soooo sweet. I mean unbearably sweet! Smokey chicken had actual clump of crunchy fried sugar in it. Never again. Don’t waste your money.

Food arrived really fast and staff were lovely. Chicken wings were great - crispy and spicy, as were the pancake rolls which were huge, but the ramen seemed to be just instant Shin ramen. The beef was nice, but there weren't a lot of vegetables and it was a bit basic, plus expensive for instant ramen.

Have eaten here before and food was decent but tonight it was possibly the worst take away I have ever had. Everything was smothered in onions. We had chicken with garlic and chilli which was so wet it couldn’t be eaten. We will never eat here again. £40 wasted

Delivery service was excellent but unfortunately the food was very bland. We couldn’t tell the difference between two of the dishes and the portions were very small. We won’t be going there again.

Utterly revolting, ordered beef with cashew nuts and they got that wrong and had a chicken ball and it was like biting into a grease bomb, it absolutely covered me in grease and I’m not exaggerating, avoid it at all costs

I have Coeliac Disease and had been recommended to Chopsticks. I called to enquire what foods on their menu were 'gluten free' and spoke to the most helpful, lovely lady, who went through everything I wanted to order to let me know whether they were gluten free, may contain etc (without me having to ask). I even received a callback after placing my order when the kitchen wanted to check something with me. The delivery arrived quickly, hot and was the most delicious Chinese I've ever had. Wasn't greasy, so flavoursome and to top it all off, the lovely lady I'd spoke to on the phone had handwritten me my own menu of everything I can order in the future! Couldn't recommend this place more and will definitely be returning!

Just had a delivery from here. Very quick. Ordered and delivered within half an hour on a Friday evening. Food wasn’t overly hot and there wasn’t much of it. Expensive for what we got. The food was ok. The pancake roll was very odd as the batter was really thick and bubbly in texture and there was hardly any filling. Not bad but not sure if we will order from them again.

Takeaway. Arrived 25 minutes late and warm. All salt and pepper or batter items were warn and chewy as has sweatted on extended journey I assume. Containers are also shorter now so less. Sadly, Very disappointing and not up to the standard we usually have

Food arrived quicker than expect and portions sizes were pretty good, however... The food itself was fairly poor. The Chow Mein was very very oily and also somewhat burnt. The rest of the food was 'fine' but it's certainly one of the worst Chinese takeaways I have had in my life. The inclusion of fortune cookies was a nice touch.

Was really looking forward to a Chinese as haven't had one in a while, but this was massively disappointing and a waste of £30. We went in and ordered and when we got our food it wasn't even hot after us waiting 15 minutes. The pancake rolls are far too greasy, the egg fried rice was dry and flavourless. The pork dish smelt burnt. The only good thing was the chips and they were luke warm at best. Wouldn't bother wasting any money here.

Proble 1 of the worst chinese i have had, my belly hurts as we speak. The rice was complete trash, no flavour, meat looked uncooked. The rice was yellow.... strange as special fried rice is usually brown from cooking with soya sauce or oyster sauce. Prawn bread tasted raw. Just the whole thing was yuck, waste of £30. Only thing that was half decent was the ribs.

It's tasty and especially affordable! I would like to try other menu next time. It was House Special Chow Mein. Pork, beef, chicken and prawns in one dish. I ordered rice noodles instead of original egg noodles. Try it! It's yammy.

Due to bilsham road being shut and I am unable to order from tings Chinese in Bognor Regis which is lovely food. I have ordered from this restaurant. The food was dry, overcooked and burnt. The food is over priced for what I received. The food was delivered late and the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone when called. Very disappointed I would like a refund if the restaurant would contact me as I can’t get hold of them.

I used to order from here when it was owned by the original owner many years ago and it was great, but now it is not worth the money in my opinion. My food was tough and way too salty; the Singapore Chow Mien was not at all soft and hot, but seemed to have turmeric on it, and the chicken in oyster sauce was tough and uneatable with very little sauce. I think it had all been placed in a microwave from frozen, and I wouldn't vouch for the freshness of it.

Ordered a takeaway for my 60th birthday. The most awful Chinese I’ve ever had. One of the dishes was supposed to be duck in plum sauce. I think it was chicken and was covered in soft batter. It had been microwaved and was so soggy. Avoid this Chinese at all cost

Would leave zero stars if I could. Honestly the worst Chinese I've ever had. Kept it simple and ordered barbecue spare ribs and egg fried rice the ribs were dryer than the saraha dessert the BBQ was absolutely rancid and the rice was a funny colour and taste like it's been sat there for days would not waste my money on this place again (to be fair wouldn't even feed this to dogs). LEARN HOW TO COOK.

Cold bland and quite honestly weird food..oh and no mention of nuts in the dish so I hope nobody with a nut allergy orderes from here. The bloke answering the phone is one of the most arrogant people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. One word RANK.

Worst food that has ever been delivered to my door. They should be ashamed of themselves serving this absolute slop. Even if I had a dog I wouldn't feed this abysmal rubbish to it as I'd have the rspca knocking on my door for animal cruelty. As you've probably worked out first and last time for us. Do yourself a favour and buy a bag of sand and some bricks from your local builders merchants get some sweet and sour sauce from Tescos and you'll have a better meal than what we have just had. Night ruined and no doubt be in the toilet all night.

3rd time unlucky. We've ordered from here 3 times now, first time bearable, second time (like reviewer Jane Mustow) you could tell the meal had been reheated as the batter was soft on the king prawns and finally the third and final order that we placed turned up a little over 2 hours after placing the order with nothing but excuses from the "restaurant". The blame for what should've been a 10 minute journey that turned into an hour and a half was that we had local water logged roads and that the "restaurant" was very busy and this also probably explains why everything tasted like it had been in the boot of a car for 2 hours as well (or driven back for a quick reheat in the microwave). Yummy. If I can pull a positive then the poor girl answering the phone done very well in keeping us informed and staying calm despite our frustrations. To top it all off we didn't receive our rice but given the quality of the rest of the food I was honestly not that bothered as I felt the whole experience was a waste of money. We will turn to another local Chinese in hope of a better option.

The food is good, when it arrives. Unfortunately not good enough to wait almost two hours for it. A few months ago I waited over an hour in the shop after ordering it in advance and turning up at the correct time to pick it up. Tonight I decided to get a delivery as I would rather wait at home, but almost two hours is ridiculous. I rang them twice. Not even an apology for the delays. I recently ordered takeaway delivery and was thoroughly impressed! The menu offered a wide variety of traditional dishes, making it hard to choose. We finally settled on the sweet and sour chicken, chicken balls, chicken chow main, and a side of egg fried rice. Fast delivery. Chicken chop suey was really tangy, like it had vinegar in it. Duck in plum sauce arrived as duck in pineapple. Rice tasteless.Wouldn’t recommend any of it.

Rude Owner Ordered for delivery, was told waiting time would be 45 minutes, the food took an hour and a half to be delivered. We asked for our food items and had it all Confirmed with a member off staff, we also specifically asked for certain items to be taken out of dishes for personal reasons. Food arrived cold with dishes missing and alterations being ignored. Rang up the owner for missing items. Was shouted at down the phone by the owner saying it was OUR fault and that we were lying about the mistakes that they had made, I was also hung up on by the owner, it was a very rude conversation from the lady and was not professional. I would recommend you do not ring up about wrong or missing items if you order from this place as you will be confronted with rudeness.

Crispy pancake rolls? More like greasy pancake rolls ! 1/16th of a carrot and 1/16th of a green pepper and quarter an onion in my sweets and sour ? Ridiculously tight on the veggies ! Really gone downhill. Also cash only ?. Sounds dodgy to me ! Was accidentally short on 10p and the driver waited around for it !

Just had my first experience and It was good! Prawn crackers were flavourful and crisp, no excess fat! Thai prawn curry; spicy, fragrant and creamy, though my partner felt it was too salty. Each to their own. Poi Pia tawd (Thai veg spring rolls) are definitely worth it! We don't do 'dial a dinner' often, and for a first go, these guys are on our list! Thankyou for being there when we were too tired to think about it ! 👍🙂

We fancied a Chinese takeaway whilst away on holiday at the local Haven. Only a 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk around the corner. Reasonably priced and tasty. We fed 7 people and there was plenty left over. Cash only so make sure you get some out before you go!

Excellent. We’re here on a few days away and fancied a Chinese. Well what can I say ! Our meal was delicious. It was piping hot when we got back to our caravan and after dishing up it looked very pleasing on the eye. Best Chinese we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back. Sorry no photos as couldn’t wait to eat it.

Finally! A decent Chinese. I have had deliveries from lots of places since I moved to the area 3 years ago and there's been nothing special. This is the first one that has impressed me. Also, the manager was lovely. Thanks so much!

We ate hear last year june 2024 and we live in north lobdon we travel loads and our favourite fast food is Chinese. So whem were away we look for the " BEST CHINESE " after trying hear on our last night we were gutted as we were going home the very next morning but we voweled too return and eat for hear. The family who run this business are super kind talkative and honest people great prices and fabulous food we went as far to say we would drive down just for that chinese again....(only a 2 hour drive) lol not but seriously its 3 minutes away from the bognor front entrance turning right over the mini bridge upu cannot miss it over the bright and the last but 1 from the end row of shops. In fact the young lady is from London or used to live in London super sweet people great portion sizes and such hospitality it goes so far with us... just amazing food hot cooked like how it should be. I guarantee you will NOT be DISAPPOINTED i highly Recommend you visit if you're foodies like us... anyhow always to try new things ..... & next thing essays you'll be writing essay big ass addays like me boosting theor food Honestly our family didn't stop talking about this Chinese for the whole year until we reached today on our holiday Thanks for readying my long, long ,long post hope you enjoy it

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good Chinese takeaway - Kam Too is brilliant - Excellent food, speedy delivery, reasonably priced.

Had food delivered Friday a week ago and it was hot really nice and on time! Paid delivery charge as outside the area and was really worth it! Starters to share £10 was so much food and lovely and spicy! Great portions and got enough for next night left overs! Best Chinese and reasonably priced!will be using from now on definitely 👌 😋

I had chicken balls they tasted like they were last nights and been microwaved, sane as the pancake rolls. The Singapore fried rice was about as spicy as a korma curry. This was recommended to me. So so disappointed

We use this Chinese often, the meat is tender and the vegetables fresh and firm. Service is always super polite. We had a party recently and ordered a load of food, arrived cooked perfectly, on time and we got some freebies too! Can't recommend enough. Fantastic service.

Used to be a decent place but the standards have dropped dramatically, prawn toast were burnt with the sesame seeds having a horrible taste, Singapore noodles were so spicy with a chemical like taste (usually like spicy food) and the cans of coke are not kept in a fridge, walm on arrival. Hopefully things will go back to the good days

1st time using this Chinese take out. Opted for delivery. A very polite, well spoken English lady took our order. Arrived within the time she said and was fresh, tasty and hot. Driver was freindy too. Definitely will order again.

Best takeaway in Sussex. You won't ever have a bad meal with Bright moon. Friendly faces and more than reasonable prices for excellent fresh food. And always without fail an extra free portion of prawn crackers with every meal I've had. 10/10

I am a great fan of Chinese food, so much so I have it every weekend. I'd lke to think I'm a bit of a connoisseur through many years of practice. I would like to congratulate Bright Moon for delivering what turned out to be one of the best Chinese meals I've had in years. I would highly recommend this place. 👌

Chicken curry plus chips, beef curry plus chips, with sweet and sour chicken balls. The curries had very little taste for both styles, very little chicken and not much beef in the sauce, no other veg other than onions too, the sweet and sour very little flavour to this sauce too. Chips were chunky and nice Very disappointed, hot meal as we ordered and speedily served to us.

Absolutely awful was sick a couple of hours after eating the food. Avoid like the plague, disgusting! Wouldn’t feed that food to a rabid dog!!

I found this amazing take away restaurant by chance. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their food, very delicious. The customer service was excellent too. I will surely be a regular customer.

I’ve been ordering from this takeaway regularly and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh, tasty and arrives hot every single time. Portions are generous, and everything is cooked perfectly. The staffs are friendly, polite and provide great customers service. They really care about their customers . Definitely my go takeaway and highly recommended them to anyone looking for great food and reliable service.

Fai kitchen-Aldwick. The phone takes priority over you if you walk in. Even if your first and then the first rings again. You can only pay cash in the shop. But can pay card on the phone. (We now why) cash not on the books. But in today’s world no one carry’s cash. The lady is always nice and polite. But the portions are getting smaller for sure. Fai’s used to be great. But the no card payment in store is sending me elsewhere. Good job I don’t work for the tax office.

Our go-to take out, just around the corner from us. Fantastic service, always friendly and polite, fast turn around on the order and a great selection on the menu. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting delivery takeaway, sauces were running and the beef, whatever cut it was covered in fat. Just kept spitting it out and hoping for the best with the next bit. Needless to say it all went in the bin! Wondered why it all arrived so quickly, wasn't freshly cooked!!!! Again ordered from here 25/2/25, disgrace, none of us could eat it, no reimbursement offered, went in the bin again, along with the £50, thought we'd give them another chance. Avoid!

My usual Chinese take away was closed , so tried happy house for the first time and I WASNT disappointed, it was lovely and fresh , big portions and will be using happy house from now on 😄😄

Since moving down a few years ago we have tried most of the Chinese takeaways in the area & this, being a first time order, is easily the best one yet. I'm not a fan of the indulgence of Chinese or Thai takeaway as it seems to get colder quicker than a McDonald's in a foot-well after midnight so much so even a gremlin would turn it away but this regained my faith in eating tepid food. Secret order hack, the garlic & pepper orders on the appetisers, which might be a mistake as they are better than the main meals. Will definitely be reordering soon!

I place my order by the phone and was quick and very pleasant. Delivering time around 20 min. £30 for two... Not bad, will repeat again

Without doubt the worst house special chow mein I’ve ever had. No meat just five prawns, very slimy and unpleasant. Sweet and sour chicken balls were over cooked and just about eatable. Never again.

We've just moved to the area and have been trying the Chinese restaurants as it's our favourite takeaway. Happy house is by far the worst we have tried so far. Chow mein noodles were sticky and didnt taste very nice (didnt taste like chow mein at all). Chicken wasnt great and the crispy chilli beef wasnt crispy at all and rather soft. The food was also delivered late and cold, we wouldnt have minded the late however when it's cold it's not good. We did read the reviews before hand and understand you normally get more bad reviews than good however in this case, we can believe the reviews are true. Will never go here again!

Great quality food at ridiculously cheap prices! I've been using Sunny Garden takeaway for over 25 years. Great food, great tastes and big portion sizes at fantastic prices! What's not to like???!!!! The only thing I don't like about writing this review is admitting how long I've used them making me remember my age!!! 🤣

Got my order wrong, although I asked 3 times over 🤦‍♂️ missing items. Asked the lady on the phone where my missing items were, went silent after a while then got rude. Never use them again 👍

My first visit tonight and I was extremely pleased 😊. I had house special chow mien, curry sauce and chips. Everything was absolutely delicious and great sized portion of chow mein (will do for my tea tomorrow as well). Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be a returning customer. Very plain and drab looking takeaway shop. The person taking the order didn't seem particularly friendly. Had 3 dishes..... - sesame prawn toast: very nice. - crispy seaweed; nice taste but not crispy, and a little bit touch, like wire wool. - spicy salt and pepper squid, served in a sealed plastic container, when opened 5 to 10 minutes later, the squid appeared to be overcooked and was chewy and the batter was not crispy. The taste was reasonable. We chose this restaurant because it had a good rating on Google, but we found this was an average meal from a drab looking takeaway.

Decent Chinese takeout, nothing special. We've used Silver City a few times. The food is fresh and tasty, but the quality varies quite a bit. The duck in Sweet Chilli sauce can be heavy on peppers one time and dominated by onions and bamboo another time (as seen in the picture). The sweet and sour ribs are delicious at times, but other times they're dry, but it's never been really bad. The portions are generous, and the service is always friendly. An average Chinese restaurant.

Food might be nice but the customer service is appalling! Got a lot of attitude just because I said I’d like to pay by card. You seriously need to work on your customer relations.

We ordered a delivery,and even though we are just across the road, less than 300 yards away had to collect,the meal took less than 10 minutes to cook and for us to collect! Not surprised it all tasted as though it had been reheated in the microwave,£27.00! we were charged for a meal for two people, don't bother!l should have checked the reviews,my fault!save your money my friends the fish and chip shop is a far better option .

We haven’t ordered for a while, been trying to cut back on unnecessary expenses- but Chinese food has been calling! And we were not disappointed! Absolutely delicious and enough left for tomorrow too!

Whole meal microwaved as expected, but not all hot chef PA DING was only running on 50% tonight as half the food was cold. The appetisers ( lol) were abysmal and I'd expect better quality frozen examples from Iceland's bin. One of our fortune cookies said expect a thrilling time ahead which can only be reference to the time we will all be spending on the toilet in an hour or so. First and last time incase you haven't guessed! Go elsewhere

Save your money! If your allergic to anything or just generally want something taken out of the dish and you order online and write a comment telling the restaurant, expect it to be ignored. And when you ring up to tell them the order is wrong you get a response there's nothing we can do. Will not be using again! There lucky were not allergic to any of the products they didn't remove as there response was basically we don't care. You spend near on £30 for rubbish service

Very disappointed tonight with the meals served up by wokmaster. We use this take away every single weekend, we order on line and get the same meals every weekend. Tonight they tasted bland, no flavour, and the curry tasted like it had chilli in it. After calling them up and returning the meals, we were told that everyone in the take away had tasted it and that the food was fine. No regard for the fact that as a customer under the consumer rights acts you have the right to a full refund, we where given just over £10 out of the £30. Very disappointing!! Being a regular for years and never complaining and being treated like this.

Been using Wok Master for 7 years, usually very good bit this time i was told they could not do me beef with fresh tomato (been doing it for me all the time ive used them). And no prawn crackers With my order. May have to find another take away.

Absolutely the most extensive menu and the best Chinese take away I have found since I moved down from East London! Really good food, always consistent quality and lovely customer service. I've tried most around and would not now go anywhere else. Well done 👍

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had. It tasted like it had been microwaved several times. There was pork ribs in with my roast duck, a hair in my garlic chicken and my crispy wonton was just pure batter with no filling. The whole thing was dry and tasteless. My dog wouldn’t even eat it
