Bakery
Cupcake shop
Dessert shop
Tiny Cakes is a small and delightful bakery that offers a wide range of delectable treats such as cupcakes, cookies, pastries, cakes, and breads. This place has garnered positive reviews due to its exceptional quality. Upon placing an order for two cakes, there was a slight delay in response from the bakery's side. However, the owner apologized for missing the email and promptly asked for confirmation on the cake selection.
Tiny Cakes is a locally owned bakery which specializes in cupcakes in the heart of downtown Cambridge. The cupcakes were moist and expertly made, I particularly enjoyed the black forest cupcake which has a soft whipped cream. They had a good selection of different flavours, everything we tried was delicious.

Adorable little bakery in downtown cambridge! Tasty cupcakes and other sweet treats. They have a great selection to choose from everyday. We tried a few cupcakes and enjoyed them
Jody B — Google review
I found my favourite cupcake store today! I tried 6 cupcakes: Red Velvet, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake, Black Forest, Salted Caramel, Knotty Pine Buttered Almond + 2 other desserts: cookie dough cheesecake bar and napoleon custard square. I think I’m quite picky with my cupcakes but I liked all of them! The cake was very soft and moist but did not fall apart when I wanted to break off the bottom of a non-filled cupcake to make a cupcake sandwich. The soft buttercream icing was the perfect (in my opinion) texture and consistency and just the right amount of sweetness where you can enjoy the flavour of the cupcake without being overwhelmed by sugar. This is great because they have such fun unique cupcake flavours and they do the classics super well as well! The Black Forest had a fresh tasting whipped cream (rightfully not buttercream) that was delicious as well. They have a lot of other desserts available such as cookies, French macaroons, squares etc. Prices for cupcakes differ depending on if you order <6, 6-11, 12+ and cheaper in store than ordering online ie Uber eats (like with any store/restaurant). My 8 treats came to a total of $34 which is amazing considering the amount and quality. 10/10 would recommend!
Taehee B — Google review
OMG this place is amazing! I stop here every time I am in the area and I am never disappointed with my treats! I usually go for the trusted cupcakes (which not only look gorgeous but more importantly taste DELICIOUS) but decided to try a tart or two instead… WOW just WOW. The chocolate caramel didn’t even make it home. The lemon meringue was a perfect breakfast! And as if the food wasn’t enough the owners are so welcoming and friendly. (don’t even let me get started on the total thirst trap of a husband! 🔥) GO TO TINY CAKES!! You can thank me later. 😜

My kids and I have recently discovered this bakery and we are forever changed! It has become our favourite spot to get a treat. There is a lovely selection of baked goods, the staff are really helpful and patient and the desserts are some of the best I've ever tasted. The only challenge is deciding what to purchase! Can't recommend this local gem enough.
Monika C — Google review
SO glad I finally made my way out to try Tiny Cakes! It's such a cute little bakery, and I was greeted right away when I walked in. I tried six cupcakes: Vanilla Bean, Birthday Cake, Triple Chocolate, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel and the Knotty Pine Buttered Almond. The Knotty one is a new favorite for sure, but they all had really nice icing/cupcake/topping flavor combinations to them. It's not the sugar-loaded grocery store cupcakes that I think a lot of us are used to, where the main flavor is just "sweet". These are proper bakery cupcakes with a lot of care and mindfulness. The icing has a nice consistency: soft at room temperature but much more firm when chilled, so definitely let it warm up a bit. (The nice lady at the bakery did let me know this as well.) I had half my cupcakes fresh on the day and had the others the next day and they kept well enough. But for me, the real winner was the stack of chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chip cookies have no business being so delicious, soft, chewy. I bought them Saturday, and two days after being opened and half eaten, they're still just as yummy. Highly recommend this bakery.
Elissa J — Google review
Just came in for some macaroons and they did not disappoint! Best macaroons me and my bf have had! We will be coming back again! Lady who was working I’m assuming one of the owners was very kind and welcoming!

My husband and I were married at Cambridge Mill January 25, 2020, and Jen and Arthur from Tiny Cakes created a beautiful cupcake display for our special day! The cupcakes were phenomenal! They were beautifully decorated and displayed and they were delicious! From ordering to delivering Jen and Arthur were fantastic to deal with and we would highly recommend them to family and friends. We look forward to popping in to indulge in the many treats they have in their shop the next time we visit. Love, The Bonds

Bakery
Nestled in the heart of downtown, Rising Dough Bakery brings a delightful taste of Scotland to its visitors. This charming bakery is a haven for those craving authentic Scottish treats or eager to explore unique flavors. Guests rave about their delectable offerings, including the heavenly chocolate eclair with its satisfying crunch and rich whipped cream that leaves you dreaming long after your visit. The savory steak and kidney pie boasts a flavorful filling encased in perfect pastry, while the custard tart impresses with its lovely texture.
The food is excellent. Will be coming back again. Got steak and kidney pie. The filling was so savory and flavourful. Great pastry. Also got a custard tart. Lovely consistency. 5 tables inside. Have gifts (colouring books and candles). Some of their imported snacks are gluten free. The owner is super lovely and friendly.
Lyudmyla P — Google review
Absolutely delighted with this place!! The chocolate éclair was to die for!! The lemon tart was wonderful as well!! I would definitely highly recommend these to anyone! The chocolate éclair's icing wasn't painted on thinly; it has a surprisingly lovely crunch. It was so thick but not hard to the teeth. The whipping cream was real whipping cream. The pastry appeared dry, but worked like magic with the rest of it. I was left dreaming about it for the rest of the day! My lemon tart had a perfectly tart taste complemented by the meringue. My friend heartily agreed to both of those items being her favourite as well. My egg salad sandwich with lettuce on wholegrain bread was quite good as well! I will return to this place again! This place is so efficiently set up. They manage to pack in a shocking number of items, and yet everything fits. They have seating and even manage to have 2 washrooms. They sell some Irish and Scottish merchandise as well. See my pics for more food options. Food: You can eat lunch here or buy treats, lunch items like sandwiches, savory dishes, snacks, breakfast items, hot soup, or breads. They sell clotted cream in jars that you can buy along with their super fluffy-looking scones!! I haven't seen one place in Cambridge that sells this! Types of Dining: Indoor and takeout. They have tables and chairs for you to sit indoors. Atmosphere: Quiet but not overly quiet. Kids can come here. Parking: There is a lot of free parking due to this business being in the same lot as the Giant Tiger. Wheelchair accessibility: Unsure. There wasn't a designated wheelchair accessible washroom. It looked like one of them is likely large enough to go in with a wheelchair, but there is no wheelchair button.

Good coffee and pastries; Chocolate Eclair has lots of yummy whipped cream; Meat Pies are delicious; Love their Black Pudding/Blood Sausage on a fresh roll with butter!
Linh B — Google review
Raising Dough is an absolute gem in Cambridge! They offer an amazing variety of traditional Scottish pies, scones, and other baked treats — everything is incredibly flavourful, fresh and clearly made with love. The staff are so warm and kind — they even welcomed me in with my dog, which made my day! There's even a sitting area inside to sit down and enjoy a cup of tea with a scone or sandwich, or any of their delicious pies and treats, making it the perfect place to relax and treat yourself. It has such a welcoming, homey atmosphere — a true local treasure. Don't miss taking home some of their scones, bread and treats. You won't regret it! Can’t wait to come back!
Natty. N — Google review
Best sandwich I've had in a while. Great service, fun and friendly. New lunch stop!
Cheryl A — Google review
I am officially done with this place. First of all, the good: the scones are delicious. This is what kept me returning once or twice a month for the past few years. The bad: The rest of their products are a gamble - some are good, some are not. All are quite expensive. My husband compared their meat pies to a $1 boxed meat pie from the grocery store, and I think I paid about $8 each at this place. Forget about ever getting a table here to enjoy a coffee and a pastry! There are only 2 tables in the whole place, and they are constantly occupied by the same "regulars", sipping on coffee and splitting a scone/pastry 4 ways for hours, every single time I've been in. The service is mediocre at the best of times. There are a few ladies working here who could use a crash course in customer service...most notably - the owner. She acts like it's a privilege to purchase from her store, and I've witnessed her be outright rude to customers on several occasions. The final straw for me came earlier this week. I was in line to purchase a package of scones. Ahead of me was a lady buying some coffee. She was told that she could not use the debit machine unless she purchased something else to raise the total purchase! She was visibly upset, probably because she didn't carry actual cash, like most people these days! In retrospect, I should have paid for her order along with mine. Instead, I just put my bag of scones back and walked out, past the 2 tables of camped-out "regulars", never to return. Spend your money somewhere that appreciates it. This is not the only bakery in town!

Amazing and authentic Scottish bakery! Their scotch eggs and millionaires shortbread are especially delicious. Service is always great. I’ve gotten items to go and also placed advance larger orders and it is co sisterly good.
Angelica M — Google review
I just have to say, this place is wonderful! It’s filled with all kinds of delicious treats, and I can even find my favorite brands of tea, like PG and Yorkshire. There’s a nice area to relax in, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I truly love visiting here, and I'm not shy about sharing that!

Dee's Bakery is a delightful pastry shop, unfortunately closing on November 30th. Their extended hours until 6 p.m. are quite convenient compared to other bakeries. They offer ample parking spaces for customers' convenience. The bakery provides an array of treats, including a delectable peanut butter chocolate chip cookie that was well-received, despite being slightly oily. Regretfully not purchasing more to freeze before the business closes down permanently.
Nice bakery! Too bad it is only open until Nov. 30th. I love that they are open until 6 p.m. Most bakeries close much earlier. They have several parking spots. Food: Their massive peanut butter chocolate chip cookie was really good, slightly greasy, but lovely! I wish that I had purchased more of them to freeze since Dee's is going out of business. I tried a variety of their tarts (Pecan, Skor, Coconut, Peanut butter chocolate chip, strawberry, and Nanaimo). They were all nice except the strawberry one; the filling tasted fake. The pecan one was my favourite; I would buy this again. Their tarts are runny. I thought I didn't care for runny ones; Dee's changed my mind.
Amy P — Google review
High quality goods. It's organized, clean. Prices were fair and staff was friendly. I tried the oatmeal cookies, peanut butter tarts, skor tarts, and butterscotch tarts. They all tastes good 👍 One of my managers recommended it to me and it was worth the drive.
Patersonman G — Google review
Tasty tarts in flavours for everyone. I love the peanut butter, and the pecan...oh and the raisin....yes, and the plain ones.....did I mention the Skor tarts? Just can’t pick one. Yummy!!
Reiner S — Google review
The butter tarts here are delicious! I love how there are so many flavours. I really liked the Skor one!
Brittney K — Google review
These are the best butter tarts. Period. You should definitely stop by if you're local, but it's also worth the detour if you're passing by on the 401. It's 10 mins from the highway, and they're some of the best butter tarts in Ontario! Got too many? They freeze really well too. Good variety of flavours as well.
Andrew G — Google review
I was told their coconut tarts are fantastic. I love coconut tarts but these were very very disappointing. There was only a few sprinkles of coconut only. Real coconut tarts are full of coconut. Tried the lemon as well, again very very disappointing, the filling is instant that comes out of a box. The lemon tarts have very little flavour & are not tart like real lemon from scratch. Tried their flavour of the month.. Almond Joy. Very very disappointing as well. Almond Joy is coconut, chocolate & almonds. Again, these only had a few sprinkles of coconut, there was very little almond pieces as well. Talk about being really cheap with the fillings for the amount you have to pay for 6 @ 13.95 Won’t ever go back there again. Some people don’t know home made filling from artificial to say how good they are.
Thomas F — Google review
Our first time there and we got a mixture to bring home. The flavour is definitely there and the tart shell is good too however I find that the ratio of tart shell to filling is too much. Too much pastry, little bit of filling. Some tarts had more filling than others. Definitely no consistency. I would expect a good butter tart to have an abundant amount of filling. Based on the price of the product I would expect more for my money. Looking at previous reviews I am not the only one that feels this way. I am unsure we will be back as we cant justify the price for what we are getting in return.
Rick D — Google review
This place is heavenly! You MUST visit!!! Tarts are soo yummy with a great assortment! They have "ugly but yummy tarts" at a discount which I thought was cute. Their pies you could have 1 pie with 2 different flavors or 1 pie with 4 different flavors, absolutely brilliant! Worked perfect for Easter, each person got their favorite pie!! Staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable

Donut shop

Red Eye Cafe and Donuts is a place that has been unknown until now. Many people have tried their Maple Skor donut and believe it to be the best they've ever had. Those who appreciate good food understand this claim is not false. The anticipation of bringing loved ones to experience the pure happiness this place offers is exciting. Though hesitant to recommend because of the fear everyone will want the best, there is no choice but to insist on checking out this establishment.
My husband and I were looking for a place to order donuts from for our wedding day in Cambridge when we came across the Red Eye Cafe and Donuts. I reached out to Megan and Larry months before our wedding to inquire about having 12 dozen donuts for our wedding and they accepted without hesitation. Communication with Megan was super easy, once they decided on the flavours for the month of September she offered for my husband and I to come in and try the ones we were curious about. Once we arrived, she gave us a complimentary dozen donuts. We were able to try every flavour and decide which ones we wanted to order. On the day of the wedding the donuts were ready to go and were absolutely delicious. The best donuts we have ever had. Months after our wedding the donuts are still a highlight for many of our guests and they have asked where we got them from so they can get more whenever they are in town. We cant thank Megan and Larry enough for all of their help and would recommend Red Eye Cafe and Donuts to anyone looking for a sweet treat. We will definitely be back!! :) Photo credit: Sophia Tubman Photography

This was my first visit today what a cute quaint cozy place. It’s a great way to just relax catch up with friends at a small cafe. The donuts are just absolutely delicious too many choices. The donuts are soft, doughy, the taste is amazing homemade for sure. Worth every bite. I can see why they have so many awards and why people are voting for them. This place is worth a visit.
Katarina P — Google review
Went here for the first time, i got a iced lattè with a salted caramel shot. And it wasn't the best 😔 it was much too strong and the epresso shot almost tasted burnt 😬 i think it would've tasted a bit better if they just added more milk. The doughnuts looked amazing! But i did not end up getting one.
Sara B — Google review
Always a great spot for donuts and their salmon bagel is delish! Purchased a few donuts for myself and a client and they loved them! Will be back for more when I’m in town.
Katie — Google review
Nice little donut shop with some nice selection of coffees etc.... but where it stands out is the amazing donuts...try these you won't be disappointed definitely above average inventive and delicious flavors.... Definitely worth a stop by if you haven't been
Paul D — Google review
Recommended: currently, this is my favorite doughnut place. They have both gluten-free and vegan as well as the old standby-regular doughnuts. The flavors change every month and they are usually themed. For instance, Lemon Meringue Filled, Nerds, S'mores, Piña Colada and Berry Fritter were some for August. The atmosphere is cozy, but limited for seating. They have hot and cold drinks too. If you're not interested in a ton of sugar, they have bagel options as sandwiches. Like the smoked salmon and cream cheese, yum! You really just have to try it yourself. Also, don't wait, sometimes they sell out before closing time.
Tammany H — Google review
This is a nice little coffee shop. Good coffee both hot and cold. A variety of teas...although they can't make a caffeine free London Fog...I know, I know...very specific gripe! Service is very good. Place is clean and washrooms are also kept clean. Now, the donuts: OMG! For all kinds of tastes. Always fresh. Pecan Birthday Cake, Oreo, Maple Dip, Plain Glazed, and on and on. Variety is just amazing! Between 3pm and 4pm they are already starting to run low on some of the best donuts. My only complaint (and it's a matter of taste I guess) is that coffee is never as hot as it should be. Luke warm coffee is just not enjoyable. Even asking it to be extra hot only makes it slightly better.

Frozen yogurt shop
Menchie's is a delightful self-serve frozen yogurt chain that offers an impressive array of flavors and toppings, allowing you to create your own unique dessert experience. With 8-12 different yogurt options available, along with a variety of toppings including the popular boba balls, it's easy to see why this spot is a favorite for many. While the store maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere, some customers have noted that topping supplies could be replenished more frequently.
Always fun to go. Nice, refreshing ice cream or sorbet with so many options for toppings. When the temperature is getting warmer this is easily one of the best places to go to. Endless combinations to make the perfect bowl of sweetness. Enjoy!!!
Alex J — Google review
Overall, it's a good store. Good selection, fresh toppings could be replenished more often, though. They're almost always empty when I go in. Doesn't matter the time or day. Love the selection of ice cream and sorbet options, but I wish there were more than 2 sorbet options. Relatively clean store. But the staff isn't the friendliest. Some are okay, and some are just downright rude. We are never greeted by a staff member and 99% of the time we walk in and are at the machines before anyone can be bothered to come out the back or acknowledge that they are even there!
Real L — Google review
Menchie's is great. Pour your own frozen yogurt with 8-12 different flavors and then put on any of the many toppings they have. My only problem is that it's a once in a while kind of place because it is very expensive. A family of 4 with modestly filled cups will cost $50ish.
Scott B — Google review
Brought whole family to this Menchie’s in Guelph. Loved it. Even the teenager loved it. Great service. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
Andrew M — Google review
LOVE MENCHIES. I love the juicy wet balls boba balls it is my favourite part of getting menchies. Super tasty I suggest you put these on as a topping next time. Friendly staff! It can get pricey if you like a lot of yogi. I get like 200g and it’s 6 dollars.
K S — Google review
Worst experience at this menchie’s. I went with my partner to each buy froyo saw that there was new flavours and we were excited to try. I asked for a taster cup to try the new flavours and didn’t like the first flavour I tried so I went to try the other 2 that looked good only to be stopped rudely by the front desk person (May 12, 2025 2:30pm). She told me I can only try one flavour. I assumed it was because it was since I need a new taster cup so I asked her for one and she said “no each person can only try one flavour”. This woman was extremely rude and made me feel like she thought I was taking advantage of the free tasters. She handled us horribly and made us feel like we were being discriminated against. Hire better staff.

Thank you for one of the best meals we've had in a while and for such friendly service. We will be back! If you are reading this and are trying to decide if it's worth a visit- IT 100000% IS!

A cozy little cafe with some of the best crepes I've ever had! The portions are large (definitely a full meal, if you get the savory ones) and presented beautifully. We will be coming back for sure!

I love the coffee here. So presentable and always smooth and delicious. When I visited yesterday they didn't have oat milk but they did have soy and macadamian. It's so rare to get macadamia nut milk, it's a favourite of mine. The service was very good, polite, and personable. I didn't have a crepe on this visit but in the past I have had a savoury crepe and and sweet crepe and both were large and delicious. For people who like patio dining, there are 2 picnic tables available. Be aware that the hours are unusual. There's a 3-hour break between 3 and 6pm.

We drive 30 mins from Kitchener to visit this beautiful crepes and coffee, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, the meal is super nicely printed with clear pictures and descriptions. Staff are super friendly. We have ordered the signature crepes . The textures is perfect. The mixture of fruit and ice creams are so matching. The best ever crepes I have ever tried in the world. No regret and sure will come back again with my friends

Food was amazing! I got the London savory crepe and a Bombon (espresso drink). Was delicious! Bombon is VERY sweet once mixed, just beware or don't mix all the condensed milk. Would definitely reorder and just ask for more espresso with it. The only downside was having to go up to order and having to ask to have our table cleared. You do get $5 off next purchase for leaving a review, but I usually do anyways. Will be coming again!

Great friendly service. Cortado and Cappacinno were awesome. Our Ouchy crepe was slightly salty for our taste, but this won't stop us from returning (will ask for no added salt next time). Travel theme on the walls was a nice touch. Feels roomy inside with the high ceilings and windows. Parking within plaza lot.

Super cute cafe serving both savoury and sweet crepes. We tried the savoury crepes and it was amazing. Delicious and very filling! Service is also excellent. Our drinks were also so decadent. Would definitely come back again and try the sweet crepes.

We visited Crepes & Coffee and was blown away by the experience! The customer service was exceptional - the staff were friendly and accommodating, and really made us feel welcome. The food was also amazing - the crepes were freshly made and absolutely delicious. The prices were very affordable too, especially considering the quality of the food and service. The atmosphere of the cafe was also very nice and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy our coffee and crepe on a rainy Sunday. I highly recommend Crepes & Coffee - it's definitely one of my favorite places to eat in town!

Café du Monde Crêperie in Cambridge is a delightful spot that truly captures the essence of cozy dining. With its charming ambiance adorned with eye-catching artwork—much of which is available for purchase—the café creates an inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying delicious food. On my visit, I indulged in a variety of crepes, including savory options and a sweet treat that left me craving more. The Chicken Caesar wrap was particularly memorable, showcasing the chef's dedication to quality ingredients and flavor.
Great creperie with excellent staff. This a family run quaint restaurant where they truely care about making it a great experience. Every single crepe is made to perfection with love . They are also able to customize your order to suit your taste and dietary restrictions.

This is a really darling cafe! The owners and cook put a lot of care into the food. I’ve eaten brunch here and I ordered a crepe cake for my husband’s birthday. The cake was out of this world! It was pricey but such a special treat. I highly recommend trying a crepe cake from here for your special occasions. I ordered the raspberry filled version and it was outstanding.

It is such a cute little Cafe. I absolutely loved the ambience and the food was super good! The way they have paintings all over the place caught my eye and they even have them on sale so that customers are able to purchase it, it’s actually a good advertising idea. We tried the Chicken ceaser wrap which was the best I've ever had until now. We also tried the Crepes and waffles and they were delicious and everything was so fresh. The chef was really sweet and we will definitely be going back there for sure!

Have you ever had a 30$ crepe? No? Well let me ask you, are you even trying to live your life to the fullest?? Well then you really should go to this little gem of a place and try the 30$ (after taxes and with ice cream included) "OMG crepe". (Yes, absolutely Get the scoop of ice cream to go with it) It will be the most satisfying 30$ you've ever spent. Trust me. If you don't actually say the words "oh my god" at least 2-3 times while eating it? something is wrong with your tastebuds.... 😏 Hand made milkshakes and smoothies here are also to die for. So yeah. Maybe not a place your wallet (or waistline) can afford to be going to every day....but when you want to treat yourself to something fantastic? Look no further.

Delicious made from scratch crepes! We had a dessert crepe and the jerk chicken crepe. Amazing flavour for the jerk chicken! Even the ice cream for the dessert crepe was made in house! Lemonade and milkshakes were also top notch! Owner was very friendly and served us with a smile! We will be back!

An absolutely amazing place! The food was delicious and so different! Plus it was baby friendly. There was room for us to have the strollers and there is a lovely change table set up in the bathroom. My friend and I had savoury crêpes (one which was gluten&dairy free) and I had a hot chocolate as well. Plus I got a cannoli crêpe to go. It is not cheap but the price is reasonable considering how fresh everything is! I definitely will be coming back!

Baskin-Robbins, a vibrant ice cream chain renowned for its extensive assortment of flavors as well as sorbet and yogurt, received exceptional service at 1:00 PM on July 3rd. Two delectable sundaes were ordered and expertly crafted by a helpful and courteous employee. It is hoped that each subsequent visit to this establishment will yield similarly remarkable service.

Got a cake for my mom's birthday. The writing was sloppy and almost unreadable. 'Happy' was spelled without the 'a'. It looked like it started to melt and then they threw it back in a freezer. Unacceptable. Called their help line I was told I would be contacted in 2 business days Im waiting on that. We spent $35 on a cake that looked like a 5 year old made it.

Unfortunately my favorite ice cream shop closed in Cambridge. Shame for the brand not to have any shop now in Cambridge. Crumbs cream open instead.

The attendant was super nice and helpful. I wanted birthday wishes written on the cake. The attendant said she has only 1 color(blue) to write on chocolate colour. It didn’t look nice at all but that’s all what she’s provided by cheap owner. Big franchise but cheap service. They should have 3-4 different colours to write or decorate the cakes as it shows in the website.

They were "all out" of many flavors that my kids wanted (even though they had them underneath the empty buckets but didn't want to open them). As a result of them being out of every flavor my kids wanted, they felt rushed to choose. So much for a celebratory ice cream stop.
Michelle M — Google review
Can’t go wrong with ice cream on a hot day here. Good variety of flavours available. I took two star off because the staff were putting ice cream tubs packed in their shipping packaging directly on open ice cream tubs; then pushing them in adjacent tubs to scoop ice cream from underneath them, probably contaminating it. Handle dairy products with care and keep packaging away, it would have been on the floor of quite a few places.

They're great here! Looks like family owned and operated and they are really nice people. Ice cream, cakes, shakes and customer service on point. I go for winter White chocolate when in season and they remember me year after year for that alone.

Delicious, yummy😋😋. I ate Baskin Robbins long time ago in London, UK. Forgot that flavor but remember deliciousness. I m happy to see it in Cambridge to recall my beautiful memories. Now my whole family loves it. We tried different flavors, all were awesome. If you choose fruit flavor like strawberry ,mango you feel like you eat real fruit with extra yummy flavor. Also staff boy was so nice (we were last customer)and patient( with 5 people who came first time here and choose their flavours)😀

French Crisp is best ice cream I’ve ever had! ..How ever, I stood in line by myself for over 5 minutes while being ignored. Started to becoming embarrassing, so I just had to leave. This place needs new proper employees, the job is really not that difficult.

I recently visited your store and, while I have been to other locations, this was my first time at this branch. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. When I politely inquired about whether you serve chocolate-dipped ice cream, the staff member responded curtly, saying, "We are not Dairy Queen," and repeated this instead of offering a more helpful response. The tone felt rude and dismissive, which led me to leave without making a purchase. I understand that not all locations may offer the same products, but I believe a more welcoming response would enhance the customer experience. I wanted to share this in hopes it helps improve future interactions.
Vanessa — Google review
Over the years not only have they treated me rudely I have, on multiple occasions, seen them mistreat other minority customers. Once a woman ahead of me was ordering ice cream .The server repeatedly YELLED What?I can't understand you, try in English, the woman WAS speaking English but pointed to the flavor and repeated herself anyway. Again the employee said she couldn't understand her English and that if she can't say the flavor of the ice cream she couldn't serve her. At this point I stepped in and repeated the flavor she was asking for because even though I was standing further back in line I could very clearly UNDERSTAND HER not to mention SEE the flavor she POINTED AT. I've also had multiple employees lie to me about being closed if it's anywhere from 15 min to half an hour before closing. I was told milkshakes aren't made in the last half hour of store hours because the blender needs to be washed. I generally avoid going in close to closing anyway, but one time I was waking by I noticed a woman leave with a cone of ice cream and checked the time, there was still 15 minutes of closing so I figured why not buy a milk shake for home on my way out. I walked in and immediately the employee turned her face and walked away while avoiding eye contact. I gave a friendly Hi but was ignored. Then while still not looking at me she says just so you know it's past closing so we can't serve you. I mentioned I just saw someone walk out 2 seconds ago and was told that was the last customer I washed all the scoops. (it was 8:45 ) I picked out some chocolate instead from the shelves and took them to the counter. The employee then so so rudely said what part of were closed didn't you understand. I was so shocked I didn't even say anything and left. This is not my only bad experience. No one at this place has ever spoken nicely to me even when I have seen them speak very sweetly with customers ahead of me and after me. The only difference I have noticed is that I am not white like the other customers around me. I love the ice cream they have,as does my nephew but for a long time now if I really want it I will drive to another store. I regrettably went here this past week with my nephew. He's wanted to take some home in the tubs to share with his grandmother and sister. When my turn in line came up the worker stared to clean something. I waited about 2 minutes and I mean real minutes. A line is forming behind me.I maintain eye contact and finally they gave the unceremonious answer of what did you want I politely asked for 2 tubs if ice cream. The worker very rudely TELLS ME, not asks, me to sit out and wait for her to serve the people behind me first because filling the tubs takes too long. When I order tubs and someone is behind I offer to let them go first when I have the time, that day I did not have the time.If I had seen a line of 3 or 4 people I wouldn't have gone because I did not have the time to wait that long. But alas I promised a 5 and 2-year-old ice cream so I wait. The worker looks mad that I am still here and angrily starts filling tubs going through a lengthy process of scooping in tiny bits weighing the tubs and scooping stuff out then back in again. It's taking so long my 2-year-old starts to wander. She gets close to a candy at which point the worker whips her head over the counter and tells me open hand asking what is her hand. Its empty but i ask my shaken niece if she wants a candy, she says yes so I ask how much it costs. The worker claims she doesn't know the price of anything in here .She didn't offer to check. At this point I so unsatisfied with the service I ask for her name (she had no name tag) so she starts YELLING AT ME. I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY NAME! WHY DO YOU WANT MY NAME?I 'M NOT TELLING YOU MY NAME I had two children with me so I left. But this is not okay and needs to stop.
L P — Google review
I understand that you’re closing in 20 minutes but if I come to the counter as the only customer and try to order a ice cream you stop your cleaning list and you help the customer that pays for you to have employment. Saying I’ll be with you in a couple minutes is ridiculous all bc you’re wiping a counter and in the middle of your closing list. I’ll be going else where.

This location is always busy-and for good reason! I was lucky enough to grab the large Oreo ice cream cake, complete with a "Happy Birthday" message perfectly written in icing. Jordyn S — Google review
This is a very busy Dairy Queen with lots of walk-in traffic as well as customers who park in the on-site parking lot. The staff is quite efficient, almost functioning like an assembly line. I was impressed with how organized and friendly they were during busy times. The products are high-quality. This is an older location, so it is fairly small inside. However, there is a seating area to the left of the refrigerated section! I was prepared for lineups out the door during busy times, but the employees have a systematic way of serving; you order, wait to the side, they call out what your order when it is ready! The great service and superb quality is well worth the wait!

The blizzard was amazing!! Extra full & delicious 😋 and super tasty! Strawberry 🍓 blizzard with Oreo cookies my favorite! The only thing I would say is the service is very slow. I waited almost 10 mins in line and there was only 1 customer ahead of me picking up a cake. When I went for my birthday a few months ago, my spouse pre-ordered a cake and the staff that day were unorganized. They said pick a cake, we said we ordered it already. They disappeared then came back and asked what we would like. We said again we already ordered a cake 🎂 then they found the order. Everyone is friendly but need more confidence. Overall ice cream is amazing, people are friendly, just slow service, but still worth it.

Went to DQ today for a Blizzard. Ordered just a medium Oreo blizzard and to my horror the till rang up almost $11. ($10.72 to be exact). Is it just me or is charging almost $11 for a medium blizzard nothing more than greed? To make matters worse, other DQ locations charge less ($7.49 at a Waterloo location) You lost me forever as a customer to this location or any other you franchise.

Everyone loves ice cream on a hot day, especially me. This place always has ppl in it. The service is a bit slow and they are not always too helpful with the app. Either you figure out to get points or you don't get them and you can't add them later they say. I am greatful all the stores are on points now and you can't pick and choose. I wander if it's under new management's as well?

I had a nice experience visiting Indulge Ice Cream Shop today. The first thing that caught my attention was the unique look of the shop – it’s designed like a train, which gives it a cool and fun vibe. There’s parking space available right in front, which makes it very convenient. The outdoor atmosphere is really relaxing and peaceful. It almost feels like a small park where you can sit, chill, and enjoy your ice cream without any rush. It’s a perfect spot for families, friends, or even just to unwind alone. The seating area outside is comfortable, and the overall surroundings are well-maintained with a natural feel. The ice cream itself was delicious with a good variety of flavours to choose from – rich and creamy. It’s not just about the dessert here, it’s also about the experience and the calm environment that makes you want to stay longer. I recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a sweet treat in a peaceful and scenic spot.

Indulge Ice Cream is a small and narrow store that offers a wide selection of flavors, including dairy-free options like mango ice cream. The staff are friendly, patient, and helpful with choices.
We stopped in for an ice cream the other day at Indulge, very nice selection of frozen treats. The smell of the fresh waffle cones as you enter was amazing. Amazing little ice cream shop, located in the heart of the Hespeler Village. You can be sure you'll have a delicious treat from here. With plenty of ice cream options, as well as dairy free, and even healthier options (such as Dole Whip), there is something for everyone here. They have plenty of hand-made waffle cones, some even with chocolate, and sprinkles. You can add pretty much whatever your heart desires onto your ice cream, there's so much customization and just a plethora of options. The one caveat to all of this is that it is rather expensive. It's very easy to get up to $10 or even $20 for a single ice cream cone. Indulge Ice Cream shop is also located directly up the hill from Jacob's Landing, and only a short walk around the corner from Forbes Park. I personally love getting a pineapple Dole Whip, and walking down to Jacob's Landing to watch the waterfall, and look for turtles and ducks... Overall, I would recommend Indulge Ice Cream, but expect it to be a little bit more pricey than other local ice cream shops. With plenty of local scenery, it's in a wonderful location!

The cheesecake at La Diperie is absolutely amazing! Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, every bite is pure perfection. The toppings are delicious, and the slices are just the right size. Whether you’re a cheesecake lover or just looking for a sweet treat, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for ice cream and ice cream cakes, this is definitely one of the places to go. Multiple flavors and styles, and a hefty selection for all holidays. Decor inside is cute and modern. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The donuts are cold and mediocre (even Walmart ones are better), the smoothies are bland, and the time for food prep is extremely long (2 drinks and donuts took roughly 20 to 25min to prep...but hey at least they were fresh?). Visually, the place has great looking treats. But the taste...the taste is worse than grocery store bought pastries. If you're here for the 'gram, then come on in. However, if you're looking for a decent snack, just go to Farm Boy across next door.

Visited this place for the first time and had an incredible experience! I was craving donuts, and the lovely staff recommended a chocolate-dipped one — exactly what I needed. Since I love Oreo, she suggested topping it with Oreo crumbles… and wow, it was heavenly! 😍 She also mentioned the store just reopened last week — everything feels fresh and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back and try their ice cream next time. 100% worth a visit if you’re a dessert lover like me!

I have tried other La Diperies (Burlington, & Kitchener ) that made me want to go back, they were great! When I saw we were getting one in Cambridge I was so excited. I went it when it first opened and was disappointed with the service and the icecream. At the other locations the large size ice creams were HUGE and an extremely good portion for the price. I went back multiple times. When I came to this location I noticed the large comes were not as big as they should be. With in inconsistent sizes for a large and the price you pay I took a break and didn’t wanna go back. Earlier today I decided to return, nothing changed infact, it was worse than the past times. The icecream was a mess, the person working didn’t even attempt to clean the icecream dripping before she handed it over. They for some reason didn’t have vanilla soft serve? But had chocolate soft serve. won’t be returning payed $17 for two messy cones to end up in the garbage unfortunately.

I had a great experience at this ice cream store! There are so many delicious flavors to choose from, and everything I tried was amazing. The customer service was excellent -friendly, helpful, and made the visit even more enjoyable. I also really appreciate that the store is open until midnight, which makes it a perfect late-night treat spot. I would definitely recommend others to give it a try!

This place looks like one i had in Montreal, A franchise but menu and taste is very similar i got ice cream and it tasted really nice, the dips are so delicious you can get your softy, ice cram cheese cakes, donuts every thing dipped in any flavour dips, this place is so much better then DQ or Ds must try this on hot summer day, I confirmed they are open till midnight now, I visited month ago buy looks like previous management didn’t ensure hours buy new owners are looking serious. Server told me they are looking at some offers soon cant wait.

New best dessert place, soft serve with so much variation is extra ordinary, server was extremely polite, and availability of products was exceptional, i heard they have changed management so if you had a bad experience it would be worth trying again. Easily one of the best dessert places.
