I’ll admit, their chocolate chip cookies are dangerously good—perfectly sweet, chewy, and irresistible. And truthfully, there are mornings when the enticing aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls wins me over, ending my fast a bit prematurely. Worth it? Absolutely. Love this little bistro! I prefer the "less sweet" items, so the Thumbprint cookie and the Sand Tart are my faves; but my hubby loves all the sugary goodness and peanut butter anything is his favorite. He also had the six layer cake/pie thingy. It was huge! And delicious! He also ordered a hand-crafted shake using three gelato flavors. It was so yummy! There are adorable decorations and gifts for purchase as well.

Super cute coffee shop 🥰, feels like you’re in Europe and the atmosphere super cozy! . The desserts are super good ! And the coffee excellent. Also the decor is super nice ,I love it will definitely be coming back 😍

The atmosphere is extremely European with excellent tasting food. They make everything in house or in their own bakery. Very inexpensive compared to other areas. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, this is the best bakery I’ve been to in Houston.

The woman at the desk was very nice, and was sure to explain all of the food I asked about! Unfortunately, she gave me the wrong soup. I asked for lentil and got chicken. I’m a pescatarian so I was not able to enjoy it and had made it home before I realized. The pita bread was okay and I did not like the taste of their hummus. Not sure if I’ll be back.

I ordered a Black Forest cake for my sister’s birthday on the April 2nd. When I called to place the order, the person on the phone told me they wouldn’t be able to write “Happy Birthday” or add a name on the cake—even though it was a customized order. I couldn’t understand how a bakery couldn’t manage something as basic as writing on a cake, especially when the order was placed a day in advance. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to include the writing. However, next day when my husband went to pick up the cake at 7 PM the next day, they told him the baker had messed up the name, so we could only take another Black Forest cake without name. . Since it was too late to make other arrangements, we had no choice but to accept it. But the biggest disappointment came when we cut the cake—it wasn’t even a Black Forest cake as ordered. It turned out to be just a plain marble cake with the Black Forest look from outside. I paid $50 for something that was neither as described nor worth the price.

The restaurant is quiet and cosy. It offers a variety of sweets. I had chicken breast and Greek salad. Both were ok but not the best that I have tried in town.

Nothing sadder that when a business just stops caring. My husband ordered a cheesecake on may 7 for my birthday party on May 11 and a cake for mother's day. Went and ordered in person and PREPAID for a 3pm pick up on Saturday. Went on Saturday at 2 hoping it would be ready. It wasn't. Went back at 3, still not ready. He didn't start making it until 3! Needless to say it fell apart. Horrible experience. Refused to refund. Refused to put me in contact with either a manager or the owner. Replaced with a cheese cake half the size with a sawdust crust. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Even Walmart is better than this.

We have driven by this place for years and never stopped by. A friend requested take out from here – we’re glad she did. We wanted a light dinner so ordered tomato basil soup (bowl x2), lentil soup, grilled cheese croissant, and Greek salad (x2). It looks easy to order off the web, but we decided to call it in. The employee took our order quickly and texted us a copy of the receipt. The food was ready at the time requested. It was packaged for easy transport (the soups were in secure containers – no spilling when we knocked one over…) All the food was very good (the grilled cheese croissant has 2 types of cheese and was tasty). They have a lot of sweets in the store too – we did not try any this time, but they all looked good. Pretty large menu – plenty of choices for our next visit! Also, all the employees we interacted with were very friendly – we’ll be back. Thanks for a great meal!

This place isn't bad. Service was so so. Had to ask the waitress for utensils and straws. (They should know to provide) I was a bit disappointed that this place closes at 8p on Friday. The food was good. Overall the experience was ok.

We recently had a wedding. First, my family and I have been using RJ Goodies for cakes for the last 15+ years. I decided to give them a try with choosing them for our wedding cake. This was a very big mistake. When going in to try to order the cake it was very disorganized. It didn't even really seem like they wanted my business and it was the actual owner that took my order at that! The cake was uneven when we picked it up and it looked as though the top of it was going to fall off. The freshness of the cake was good as it normally is but overall to pay $200+ for a cake to be leaning is not acceptable. I do not advise using RJ Goodies for a wedding cake. Here are some pictures so you can see for yourself. If the cake had leaned when delivered the icing would be damaged on the bottom layer so you can tell it was poorly constructed.

We got one cake from here and can’t ever go back to general store cake again!! They always are so good and prompt with orders and the cakes taste DELICIOUS every single time! Our latest order for our son’s birthday was a hit and everyone was asking where we got it. Family favorite over here.

I cannot say enough good things about RJ goodies! I’ve used them quite a few times and every time I’m so very happy with the product. So glad I was introduced to them last year. Their bakery goods taste just as good as they look! Everyone raved about how pretty the cake was and then how good it tasted too. It’s about 35 minute drive one way to get to them but it’s so very worth it. Thank y’all again for a wonderful experience! ☺️

Delicious baked goods with reasonable sandwiches. Our one year old loved his quiche, and their fruit was delicious and ripe. Will definitely come back!

5 years ago we got a cake from Virginia’s bakery that turned out fantastic, it was both beautiful and very tasty! We ordered a dozen decorated sugar cookies last week for Christmas because we had a great experience with them with our wedding. When we went to try the cookies when we brought them home today they were very hard and taste stale. The cookies were decorated beautifully but definitely did not taste good which is a huge disappointment considering a dozen cookies were $60. We unfortunately will not be going back. Also when you walk into the bakery it has an awful sewer type of smell which is very off putting when coming in the door.

I love this bakery! Every now and then, I come in for a slice of cake. I first came here because it was recommended by our wedding venue. They truly captured my vision for our wedding cake and it was delicious! There were no leftovers, not even the honeymoon cake they gave us. Great bakery!

I could not ask for a better cake for my son! They took all of my opinions into consideration when making this cake and it turned out better than many of the example cakes I gave them. It was a bit on the pricey side of things at $265 but it was well worth it because they handcrafted a hot air balloon with his name on it on top. I was so happy to work with the designer on my son’s perfect 2nd Birthday Cake! Thank you so much to the baker(s). Cake was delicious, too! I highly recommend the tuxedo flavor! You really outdid yourselves!

I walked in to Virginia's and saw their sample cakes, and immediately was offered a tasting and consultation for the cake. The baker (I'm guessing she is Virginia!) drew what I wanted right then and there and gave us a structured timeline. I ate all the samples. They were amazing. This cake was an amazing wedding cake, 10/10. The delivery was 22+ miles away and that was included. They gave us an extra mini cake to make sure we had somehting on our wedding night. They have a policy that on my anniversary, I'll get a small cake to celebrate with.

Visited Virginias in the past and got cupcakes which were super yummy, so recently I decided to stop in for a slice of cake. I walked in and the young lady at the front was pleasant and greeted us, which is a positive thing. Now to the negatives: I was immediately off put by the smell of (maybe sewer??) I was expecting that fresh bakery smell but that’s not what it was. I ordered a slice of strawberry cake. Once she gave me the cake, I off-put and surprised at the half slice size portion that she gave me. Upon ringing up the order, I mentioned I think this was a half slice and not a full size and she didn’t say much. I asked is this the standard size of a cake slice? and said she does not know… then I asked if the cakes are baked from scratch which she responded she didn’t know? And I’m thinking huhh?? Very odd, you don’t know but work at the bakery??? I gave this review a 3 start because we did enjoy the taste of the actual cake. I must say it was soft and moist. Maybe give the staff some training. Overall I just wish the portions would match the prices and size is more of a standard. See pics.

Ordering a cake was simple and fast. The staff were very welcoming and kind from the start. We had many compliments on the cake! It was very beautiful and absolutely delicious! I had ordered a lemon cake, with raspberry and cheese filling. It was the best decision to have gone with Virginia's Cake Cafe and Bakery. My daughter loved it! Her graduation party was a success. I will definitely be coming back for my wedding cake. Thank you guys!

Virginia’s did our Wedding and Grooms cake and both were absolutely delicious. We went with classic flavors and designs (vanilla and chocolate). I got so many compliments as well as everyone asking me where the cake was from, including the vendors so they could tell all of their future brides! They were so sweet and even made my husband and I our own little cake to enjoy after the event. Would 100% recommend!

Enjoyed the cookies and cream ice cream in a cup. We also ordered the Banana Spilt with all vanilla ice cream and strawberry syrup. Both were delicious!!!

Employees always nice & friendly & show great customer service. My favorite ice cream place. I enjoy stopping here after work on my way home. Their waffle cones are perfect ! Fresh , crunchy the best most delicious cone I’ve ever had. I always get the butter pecan it’s always so creamy and sweet. Love this place!!!!

Love this place! I've gotten the Dino Sundae since I was a kid, always with the cookie on the side and extra sprinkles instead of syrup. One of the best places ever!

I like the large variety of flavors. They have a great deal on 1/2 price on a banana split when you bring your banana on Thursday. My favorite place for some ice cream. I highly recommend them.

First time here, brought my kids here since our normal place closed down. The young man working the front window today. Very nice and professional! I wish I had gotten his name, definitely amazing person to have on your team. My little girls fell in love with the cotton candy with pop rocks in on it. Also they have a free baby cone for the little ones which is a nice. The kickin mango strawberry sorbet was delicious 😋 definitely if your a fan of sorbet and mango it is a must get. Looks like we have found our new weekly ice cream spot

My family and I absolutely love going to Bruster’s! Always friendly customer service and high quality ice cream. They have something for everyone, from cakes to non dairy ice cream, to sugar free ice cream, to regular ice cream. All of it is delicious. I also like that they have a drive thru and a walk-up window. I highly recommend Bruster’s!

Make sure to check your receipt! The girl at the window added a tip for herself without my consent. She didn’t even tell me my total before charging my card. Once I noticed, I called the store and they refunded the order, but said they couldn’t refund the tip and offered me a credit for next time. However, I won’t be returning. Just be aware and double-check your receipt before leaving if you do decide to come here.

The cream cheese frosting is very good But, Where is the "Gigi's swirl" also some of the mini cupcakes seemed maybe a day old!!

I ordered cupcakes last week for my son's graduation. I noticed that Gigis had decorated graduation cupcakes online for $32.50. My husband went in the store to order them and they charged us $48! Be careful ordering from them cause they charge more from the store front. When my husband questioned them the girl was very rude to him. That was our last visit to them.

We used to love the cupcakes from this location. However, we ordered gluten free cupcakes for a birthday celebration and they were so incredibly stale. We contacted the store manager, who offered nothing. So disappointed, and such a waste of money, as these cupcakes were not edible! After years of going to this Gigis, we will no longer go there. Would not recommend to anyone. Extremely poor customer service.

We go here on a semi-regular basis for our sweet cravings. ALWAYS delicious. My only complaint is they consider peanut butter a seasonal flavor. We have ordered a custom cake from here as well. Could not have been cuter or better tasting. They are THE BEST cupcakes in the Woodlands.

The cupcakes are dense and unbearably sweet. We purchased a dozen cupcakes for a Going Away Party and were under a time constraint and didn't have many options. (Lemon, Chocolate on Chocolate, Cream Cheese on Chocolate, Butterfinger, and FlaMANGO) The lemon tasted like an old vanilla cupcake, no lemon at all. The cream cheese frosting looked very old and melted? One coworker left with a stomach ache and I am not feeling too hot myself. I do not believe these are baked daily and I would not purchase cupcakes from here again.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and the selection was pretty slim. The woman behind the counter was young and probably still in college. She had an I'm too cool to help you attitude and really wasn't interested in helping us. The cupcakes were okay, I had to shave some icing off, but that wasn't a big deal. The actual cake was just average - if you're looking for fantastic cupcakes, go to The Cupcake Shack on Rayford Rd!

Daniella coordinated our wedding cake with us and it turned out to be probably the best cake I have ever had. It looked exactly as we had planned/discussed and was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. Everyone at our wedding was amazed with the work that Gigi’s cupcakes had done!

We come here every week! You could eat off the floors, it’s so squeaky clean. The staff is so kind and works hard to keep it nice. We had to go to a different place one week and we regretted it!!

The atmosphere is enjoyable which makes it a good place to relax with some froyo. The flavors are rotated so I get to try new ones every time I come in. There are also a variety of toppings that pair well with the many flavors. The service was excellent. The employee working was very helpful and offered many samples. One complaint I had was there was not a variety of dairy free options.

This has quickly become our favorite frozen yogurt place. There's always a variety of flavors of frozen yogurt as well as fresh toppings. I especially appreciate the real fudge topping. And the people are always so friendly and helpful.

This is a great location. The food was excellent and very hot and fresh when I ordered it. It's busy and can be tricky getting in and out. It's best to make a right when you leave. The food and people are high quality. If you like traditional big Texas burgers and ice cream, it's a treat.

Drive-thru guy did not understand the difference between a banana split with extra fudge and one with regular fudge. Somehow he kept saying I wanted pineapple. 🤦🏼‍♀️ After continuously telling him that I just want extra fudge on one of them he finally said ok. Paid for the order and was handed my bag. We live three minutes away and got home and opened the bag and both banana splits were melted. So disappointed 😢

This is the only DQ we come to! The other one got shut down after MAJOR complaints and inconsistencies. This location however knows exactly what they're doing! They get everything correct, don't just dump things into the cup, and are very meticulous with how they hand you ice cream in the summer so you don't end up with a pool of milk! I love their shakes, cakes and cones! They never get old and they come up with some great flavors! My kiddo loves the cherry dipped cones there most and I enjoy the orange cream shake! Yum

Burgers are horrible! Looked like a cow pie on a bun. Very overcooked meat(?)! Cheese bite things were good and the blizzards are always on point.

This is one of the 2 closest DQs to us since the one on Louetta closed. We go here when we want an ice cream snack because we felt the other one gave very small portion sizes. This one gives reasonable amounts for the money. The quality is always good and the service is quick. I’ve only used the drive-thru, haven’t been inside.

I had not visited Dairy Queen in years. It was a pleasant experience. I had the Buffalo chicken straps. They were fantastic.

There are a lot of new ice cream and yogurt options in The Woodlands, and TCBY is no longer at the top of the hill. In years past, I've had TCBY many times and have fond memories, but this yogurt left me wanting; your mileage may vary. This location has been here a long time, and I wanted to try it as a calorically friendly alternative to local ice cream shops, so I tried the scoops, not the soft serve. The staff, who was terrific, let us taste test flavors, and they scooped or operated the soft serve machines. You have a choice to pay for toppings, but it felt like an add-on, not part of the TCBY concept. The store was clean enough but could use updating to compete with other local ice cream and yogurt shops. The high rating for TCBY set my expectations high, but I believe there are better yogurt options in the area.

The frozen yogurt here was great and very tasty, it had just the right consistency. The customer service was amazing, the woman helping us let us try lots of free samples. The only downside is the price which was pretty expensive but still the frozen yogurt here was amazing.

This place is amazing! It taste soooo good! Definitely try this place out if you're on this side of town, the owner is awesome! And extremely friendly! So many flavors to choose from and it is the only TCBY in Houston! A sweet and healthy treat is always refreshing! I had the Kiwi Strawberry and it was delicious! Very clean establishment as well! This is the worst BR I've ever been to. The staff is rude (except for Tristan), they are constantly out of items that should be a menu staple (vanilla ice cream, coffee mix, etc). I would DEFINITELY not take kids/family here for a nice experience because it *never* is. I travel 3 more miles just to go to the much better, cleaner, and friendlier one down Rayford.

The store is large & spacious with ample seating. The staff were helpful and they were patient while we sampled and took our time to choose our scoop. The drawback though, is the lack of variety & poor, inaccurate or the lacking of proper labeling of ice cream and some ice creams ran out when we visited. There were some bits of ice cream that fell and mixed with the other ones. This store could do better with attention to detail and a bit more diligence. Ample parking outside as it’s part of a strip.

Choose another place to go. First and last time going here! Took the grandkids for an ice cream date. They both wanted waffle bowls and was told they didn’t have waffle cones or bowls. I was told they just opened it was after 1pm on Saturday. They had very limited flavors and some had visible freezer burn. The vanilla ice cream that the kids chose had bits of freezer burn ice pieces in it.

This place is awesome! I take my kids here for ice cream and their kids size (one scoop) is perfect for them. The place wasn’t busy, so we got served right away. The staff was friendly and attentive. I’m not a fan of their donuts though. I got one to try and didn’t even finish it. Will definitely be back for some ice cream In the near future.

I’m only giving 1 start because no options for 0 stars! I love baskin Robbins I’ve been getting my birthday cake for 30 years and not once have I have I been disappointed with a cake order😞I ordered a week a head went to pick up my cake just for the associate that was nice to let me know my cake was not made, it’s not her fault, it’s a tradition to get the cake since my mom passed away, I was crushed! The manager didn’t even have the decency to let me know she sent and associate to ask if I wanted a refund! Why no one called or let me know???! I will never return!!

Whatever you do, don’t order a shake because the young man pouts and slams everything while making it. Uses dirty blenders while wearing a dirty dingy shirt. Bad representation of the company, poor customer service, if you don’t like making shakes at an ice cream establishment, quit! Baskin Robbins, do better at hiring competent positive employees please.

The ladies in there this morning were AMAZING!! My daughter has a sore throat so she wanted a waffle cup icecream. Since they were out of the waffle cups, my daughter got a waffle cone hat on her cup!! Made her day!!

First time here. . It was clean and nice. Service was good Champions Forrest has a different vibe than this location which in my opinion makes champion Forrest better.

I love tutti-frutti I’ve been going since I was little this place definitely does not disappoint. There’s always new flavors and they stay for a while. They always have mini varieties of toppings and switch them out very often plus other things that you can buy. I only wish that they would bring back their old spoons with the little fruits on it

It was just alright. Didn’t feel that they had as many toppings as most frozen yogurts shops. Also very few variety in yogurt flavors. I believe all but 1 are fruit based and 3 of the 16 flavors are some sort of strawberry. Atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming, nor did the employee working that night. Wouldn’t return, wasn’t worth the price paid given the selection and atmosphere or customer service didn’t meet expectations.

It was good. The raspberry pomegranate, which was almost like sorbet, was delicious

Do not recommend. Drove 30 minutes and the frozen yogurts had no flavor, and all the topping we got were stale. Each of our cups were $15 EACH. Very unsatisfied and wish for a refund, the champions location made me think this location would be just as good, but it’s was extremely underwhelming and a waste of money

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Got a order of nachos, a burger and chicken strips. The nachos had shredded cheese, not nacho cheese. Seriously, who doesn’t know to put NACHO cheese on NACHOS!? Secondly, got a burger with two lower bun sections instead of top and bottom. I asked for a hunger buster jr. without tomatoes, no ketchup add onions, mustard and pickles. Got a burger with ketchup, no mustard or onions and a single pickle. The chicken strips and fries were the only thing they didn’t F up. Save your time and visit the DQ off 45 and Louetta. UPDATE: This post is over 4 years old. Apparently they don’t serve these terrible nachos any longer. New ownership? Give them a chance to do better.

The young lady whom took my order was very kind and sweet, no complaints with her, she took my order perfectly but i guess the cook made the order incorrectly, i ordered a double meat burger and opened it to see only one meat. I came on my lunch break so i didnt have time to return to have it corrected. I thought ide just call and maybe they could offer a replacement on the burger, well no one answers the phone, it sounds like its a fax number. And im not able to leave a voicemail So i paid for more but got less.

They overcharged me, and when that was pointed out, the cashier didn't care in the least and wouldn't do anything about it. The cashier said there was no manger, so I guess kid employees are running the show. It's only a couple bucks and not worth my time, but I wouldn't go here again. There are newer and better run locations on Spring Cypress or Kuykendahl.

Friendly staff, needs atleast one more helping person helping with the cooking. Food was good and we joyed our visit at this Dairy Queen location.

The drive thru takes at least 20-30 minutes to wait in, super slow store, seems dirty and there's never enough workers there. got received a broken cup. needs either a different manager to show a better leadership role or new staff. waited 25 minutes for a blizzard only for it to melt completely within the first 5 minutes of having it.

The blizzards I got today tasted like they had unfiltered tap water or chlorine in them. Unpalatable, couldn’t even take more than a few bites.

Has to be one of the most poorly run baskin Robbins. 4 times in a row I went for chocolate peanut butter which they never have. I refused to ever go here again. My daughter wanted a vanilla ice cream so I figured... naaaahhh its vanilla surely they must have it and wouldn’t be a waste of time to come here.... NOPE they don’t even have Vanilla... seriously 5 times in a row... this cannot be coincidence. No other explanation than poor management or owner restricts their supply. Either way its horrible way of doing business.

WORST MANAGEMENT that I have ever experienced!!!! I have never written a negative review. On 2/8/25, I ordered a cake (chocolate with strawberry ice cream) for pick up at noon on 2/13/25. The cake was for my wife’s birthday. I arrived on 2/13/25, at 3 PM and the employees could not find the cake. The employee was told by the manager over the phone to give me a similar cake. The employees asked if I still wanted them to write “happy birthday”and I said yes. After 50 minutes waiting in the store the employee provided me the cake in the photograph. The cake wasn’t even the same flavors I purchased. I asked the employee has the manager seen the cake you are providing me and she said yes I sent him a picture. How can any manager look at that cake and say yes give that horrible cake to the customer. This manager is representing this store or Baskin-Robbins in horrible light. I asked if I can speak the to the manager because this was not what I paid for online. The employee called the manager and said I was unhappy with cake. The employee informed the manager that I had said how can we make this right. The manager asked the employee what I wanted. I replied, whatever he believes is correct. I provided the manager an opportunity to correct the issue. I was offered the cake in the photograph or another cake of another flavor without “Happy Birthday” on the cake. Unbelievable. The manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, the hour I spent at the store waiting for the horrible cake. I seriously can’t believe the manager’s response to the store’s error. I will never purchase anything ever again from this store. The manager definitely needs to be sent to a customer service training. Also, I want to mention the employees at the store were great under the circumstances. I understood it wasn’t their fault. I feel sorry for the employees having such a horrible manager.

Bad experience when I get there to pick up my online cake order that I placed in advanced and say it is no where to be found!!! Showed them my order number and proof and cake was not ready!!! Manager was called and never responded leaving the employee clueless on what to do. Took forever to let me know what was happening. They said they did not know what happened or where my cake was. Offered different cake, but would of been nice to receive something out of courtesy for all the trouble. More people arrived and they waited a long time to be attended inside. Seems like staff is low and slow! Annoying times!!!!

Placed an online order, arrived, they advised they do not have any of the flavors i ordered. I requested to cancel the order and requested my refund. The rude workers at the window advised they don’t do refunds and I must contact corporate. Drove home. Called corporate. Corporate advised the store workers must be untrained as this is not a process corporate handles. They now have to provide my information to the franchise owner, with a 48 est response time, then provide details of my case and then request a refund through them. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY and go to a nice Cold stone creamery or Dairy Queen. This is absolutely absurd and beyond unprofessional.

My sister came in person and ordered a custom cake to pick up in a week, a week goes by and we go to pick up the cake, an employee goes to the back to get the cake and what do you know...there's no cake. The employee behind the counter was very nice and was trying to contact the Manager and the cake decorator but no one answered sooo at least the nice employees were able to refund the money, but the way this place is managed is so bad. I do not recommend ordering a custom cake here.

To the manager of this facility, just so you know your employees are closing early when customers are still coming in and out. I was there Sunday and the doors were locked on us 30 minutes before closing, and they saw us and would not let us in. You're losing business.

The teenage or early 20s girl that was working on the evening of May 22nd at closing time needs to be fired. Terrible customer service. I will not return. I am so sad the Baskin Robbins on Sawdust closed a couple of years ago. They had great owners and employees. We went there all the time. The College Park store lost our business tonight forever.

We love menchie’s very much , we have been coming to that location for 15 years. Place always smells really good. Quality of their frozen yogurt is the best

This place is very good! I came here with my mom and sister. I am a true frozen yogurt lover, and I can tell you that this really isn’t just an ordinary place. When I lived in Canada, I would always ask my dad to ride our bikes to Menchie’s. They have more flavors than other places and offer a variety of toppings. Truly in my top 10 favorite dessert places.

Is this location still open? I arrived yesterday at 12:02 pm. It says opening time is noon and I had a craving for froyo. Nobody was there, lights were off and door was locked 🥺 Update: someone had a family emergency! Totally understand. Will have to come by again next time the craving hits.

I know technically it's not yogurt but that new nerds sorbet flavor they have is amazing I hope it stays around for a very long time . We come here once a week for a nice cold treat for the family and it's our favorite place to go especially because of all the toppings and the dole whip . Very friendly staff and you can try all the flavors before you buy them which is very nice .

The girlies working last night 6/9/25 were so nice and helpful. One of the girls went out of her way to go see if one of their candy toppings were gluten free or not. Going that extra mile to check and being knowledgeable isn’t common these days. Thanks for being so kind.

Our first experience was great! Ice cream was on point for sure. The staff was all super friendly and the items came out pretty quick. We had the 4 Sampler and Banana Split. Both were fantastic. I will note that the Cookie Dough ice cream was fairly disappointing, flavor was really plain and not very many cookie dough pieces. Although the S'mores ice cream was to die for, really really good. I would try out the 4 Sampler because they have a wide variety on their menu. We also appreciate that they stay open later that way you can have a late night nice cream run.

Top tier ice cream. Amazing flavors. Service is very friendly, but can be a bit slow at times. Definitely our go to ice cream spot! Just wish they carried the French Silk Pie flavor. Would highly recommend.

Today was my first time. The Staff friendly and polite. The service was fast. Love the variety of ice cream flavor they have plus the presentation. The handle pop was very good as the choco banana nut. I will have to come to try Other items.

This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The ice cream was delicious! There are so many flavors to pick from but on this trip the Coffee Chocolate Chip was the choice and there were zero regrets.

The ice cream is good but i hate coming because of how inconsistent they are we come here literally every week and someone tells us something different every week on how we can get the ice cream made. Oh you can only get this many toppings…then other times no one says anything about it. I think you all need to get on one page.

I've ordered malts here 2 times, both extra thick, and both times they have come out SO watery. Really disappointing. It's like drinking straight up milk, whats the point of paying for extra thick?

A very different type of dessert place that I never tried before. They mix Italian ice with ice cream. Lots of different combinations of flavors to try.

The Italian ice was delicious as always, but I can’t give a full five stars this time. The owner or management really dropped the ball by scheduling only three young employees to work during a busy 50% off night. It was clear they were overwhelmed, trying their best to keep up with the rush, but it’s unfair to put that kind of pressure on such a small team during a high-demand event. Despite the chaos, the staff handled it with grace and professionalism, but better planning and support from management would have made the experience much smoother for everyone.

What a wonderful place to go for dessert! Brought the family here and it’s our new favorite. They have amazing selections and fun things to do with the kiddos. They have an over sized Jenga game, corn hole, and several other engaging activities. The best part is they’re free. Hands down a cute little spot. Stop in, enjoy some frozen desserts, play some games and you won’t be disappointed!

Great service and delicious soft ice cream, the nice place for come with you family and friends

Love this place! I always get the cherry Italian ice. In the picture is a bullfrog cherry Italian ice with the freeze-dried skittles on top. I've never tried freeze-dried skittles until they had a "challenge," which was to buy 3 desert to win a free medium-sized desert. The associates are kind and efficient every time I go in to purchase a snack. I never wait more than 10 mins unless it's a long line and/or a patron is indecisive.

Absolutely love this place. The concept the combinations and the staff are amazing. Hoping they make more locations all over the Houston area.

This is on my son’s list of treats that he likes. The sizes are proportional with the price so I don’t mind brining them. Staff always nice and welcoming like the cornhole boards outside and open space my other littles can roam freely.

This was by far the worst place I've visited. Please, don't think the 1 star reviews are a fake. My grandmother wanted a chocolate malt with vanilla ice cream. Which is something we get all of the time. We get to the counter the heavy set white guy says, "we don't have malts." She then decides to get the same thing but in a shake. The same guy tells her the chocolate syrup is only used as a drizzle. I'm confused because he says they normally uses the chocolate syrup for the shakes but was unable to use it due to not being able to end it up. I ask well with any other order how much was the drizzle? He refused to answer that question. I ask him well instead of placing the drizzle over the top can you just put it in the shake mix before you put it in the blender because you still have to blend it. He says no he can't do that but he can put it on top. Then I looked at the ice cream and you know when you leave ice cream or meat in the open in a freezer and you see the ice on top like freezer burn. It was all over the ice cream. I said nope. This place was dirty. The heavy set white guys shirt was filty and he kept wiping his hands on his shirt. And the older lady that was working the window was upset because we were asking for things that Baskin-Robbins have but they just didn't make! Just keep driving by this place or you will leave upset!

I had decided that I wanted to get some ice cream and chose this location. I walked in and the lady at the counter came over and looked at me with a mean look on her face. I told her I wanted a 3 scoop cup with coffee, cherry, and choco chip (I don’t remember the exact names) She then preceded to get my ice cream, I didn’t watch her scoop it. I paid for it and went to go eat it. As soon as I took a bite I knew it was the wrong flavor, I took it to the counter AFTER I had eaten from it and said this was wrong, she then told me that I had the flavors mixed up and that it was the right flavor. I then asked her to just toss the scoop on top and put the right flavor. She grabbed the cup then proceeded to scoop the ice cream that I ATE from into the “Sanitary” ice cream. So disgusting, no food safety. I will never go back to that location.

Worst experience possible. Ordered a cake for my sons birthday online. When time came I went there to pick it up, nobody knew of the cake. They acted like I was crazy and had not ordered it, I showed the order and they said the cake lady probably didn’t make it and that was that because quote “ she keeps getting the cakes orders wrong” They did not want to give my money back because the manager wasn’t there, I was very annoyed and asked for my money at least, with a lot of trouble they finally gave the money back to my card, I am still to receive it within 5 days. It was a lack of respect, responsibility and customer service.

Horrible ! I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday online 10 days prior to the party , I tried calling throughout that time to update my order … they have no phone that works . Picked up the cake the day of the party and it was so freezer burnt we couldn’t even eat it . It’s like they made the cake the day I ordered it and left it in the freezer for the remaining 10 days until I picked it up ! Complete waste of money and my daughter could not even eat the cake for her birthday. The manager was rude , couldn’t care less they have no phone to call if needed. All around worst ever and will never go back . If I could give zero stars I would .

This place is pure trash. I ordered sundae, and they never have the flavors that you order. Then I get the sundae horrible, and then when I tried to eat the ice cream tasted like its old ice cream. I had to throw away. Wasted $7.00 and times like these who can waste money. The service is horrible and don't give napkins. This store should really close because management there clearly doesn't care. And the owner of the franchise doesn't care either. I would tell all my friends and co-workers do not go to this store. I will never go back. Maybe the health department should look into this store because they can get someone sick!! . I will be adding pictures. And they don't lie!!!!

We've come to this Dunkin Donuts drive-thru and didn't know it shares with Baskin Robbins. Their ice cream flavor selection wasn't that good (I didn't find the flavors I like) and their shake machine was broken (I wanted a shake), but still wanted to give it a try and had watermelon swirl sorbet in a cup; after ordering, I saw there was like barely one scoop left in the container, and because of that or not, my ice cream didn't taste wonderful. I want to come back again because the staff and the dining area were nice, and hope they fill up with good selection.

Ice cream and donuts-who could ask for something any better?? Baskin-Robbins shares a space with Dunkin’ Donuts. When I read that BR had Ghost Pepper ice cream for the month of October, I couldn’t wait to try it. It’s a white chocolate ice cream with swirls of chocolate and small pieces of pepper. If you like a little kick, you should like this. It is great! I’ll probably have to go back at least once (or twice or three times) to take advantage of this one.

I finally popped into this colorful spot called Niky's! They opened their doors last summer in Grand Parkway II. It's a surprising mix – boasting an incredible selection of candies, especially rare and sour treats you won't find elsewhere, alongside unique candles, soda's and coffee beans as well as coffee. The kid-friendly decor is bright and fun. However, the main attractions disappointed. Trying a variety dozen donuts proved underwhelming, with only a couple worth eating from the bunch. The ice cream was similarly subpar, lacking exciting flavors or taste. While the candy stash and atmosphere are charming, the donuts and ice cream didn't quite live up to the fun vibe.

This place is so cute and over the top in the best way. From the ice cream cone seats to the lollipop lights and candy land tiles that lead you to the order counter it's dripping in adorable. My son thought the swiveling ice cream cone seats were fun. They have coffee drinks too and my husband got their caramel machiato and said it was really good. I got the mix and match donuts and I got to watch each one get hand made after we ordered them. Totally recommend for a cute late night sweet stop since they are open until 9 or 10 or as a fun sweet stop to bring the kids.

We got the variety donut pack and asked the lady behind the counter to surprise us with the selection, after choosing a few we really wanted to try. She said they are freshly made, and they definitely taste like it. I wanted to try every donut that came in the box as they all looked delicious! It's no surprise they are as good as they look.

Super cute place. Mini donuts are made to order so they’re hot and fresh every time. So many flavors to choose from, but if you’re not feeling adventurous just yet, try the powdered sugar. It melts in your mouth and just delicious. The coffee is great too! Their caramel macchiato is so good, definitely better than other big chains coffee. They also have a variety of unique candy and chocolates.

This place is amazing if you have a sweet tooth. You are greeted since you walk in and the whole place is so beautifully decorated. Filled with candy to purchase and everything in the menu looks appetizing. We ordered ice cream and donuts. The donuts were served warmed and looked freshly made. Totally worth it. Definitely coming back!

This place is amazing! It is very colorful and nicely decorated. Those mini donuts are incredibly good. They make them in the moment and decorate them according to the flavor and/or toppings you choose. The doughnuts are fluffy, spongy, and soft. The dough is drier than a regular doughnut or what I'm used to, and it's still really good. We tried the birthday cake, oreo cheesecake, vanilla icing, Homer, raspberry glaze, and blueberry cobler flavors. They have a huge variety of candy selection and ice cream as well. The decoration is neat, every detail is very nice. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was really good.

A great experience! It's such a colorful and fun atmosphere. My daughter loved the ice cream chairs and the candy land floor. They sell candy and ice cream scented candles. They have the cutest "mini" ice cream cone that is perfect for those who just want a little something sweet. I got the 4 pack of donuts and they are the freshest bite-sized donuts I've ever had. Warm and fluffy. Would definitely recommend

Been here a few times and it’s pretty good, just don’t like how they blurred out the glass and put up a wall all the way to the end so you have no idea what they’re doing to your food. I loved coming here because I was able to watch what was happening to my food. Not that I don’t trust them, or else I wouldn’t eat out in general, but if I have an opportunity to watch my food being prepared, i’ll always choose that.

The non-dairy soft serve at Pressed was tasty, but the experience was ruined when my husband spotted a roach behind the counter. The employee just covered it with a bowl and continued like nothing happened. Cleanliness is a must in any food place—unfortunately, we won’t be back.

OMG wowwww! Go here! It’s August in Texas so what do you eat in basically a sauna?! I was walking by and stopped in - explained I was new and said I was looking for something cold and with protein for dinner. Done and done! The server led me through the menu, gave some samples, so helpful and kind. And this… was so perfect. Underneath is chocolate nice-cream. Photo just doesn’t do it justice. Delicious, refreshing, clean ingredients I feel good about. Ahhhhhhmazing. I’ll be back for sure! Thanks for a great experience!

I got there right when they opened and the manager was super friendly. I got an original 8oz açai bowl, and it was delicious! It was filling, reasonably priced, and had great flavor. I don't usually like anything besides my own homemade granola, but this is the first granola I've tried that I'd actually want more of! Honestly I'd love the recipe!

ummmmm...this place gave me food poisoning... ive been throwing up and going to the toilet multiple times literally minutes after consuming their product. I ordered the dark chocolate protein smoothies and immediately after drinking them, I noticed my stomach started swelling... allergies are one thing, but getting light headed and puking with a fever, and toilet visits, are indicative of an entirely different food handling issue. please review the expiration dates of your products, and please do an evaluation of your food handling practices. I saw another review here saying they saw roaches in your operational areas. people of the woodlands, please advise.....

The Açaí Power Bowl was absolutely delicious! The flavor, texture, and temperature of the ingredients were simple but unexpected in the best way. Extra chill and refreshing on a hot day. The employees were super helpful as it was my first time and unfamiliar with their products. The best açaí bowl I have ever had, finished it before I arrived home, slightly on the sweet side but so good!

We worked with The Bakery Treat for a cake for our son’s first birthday party and they did an absolutely amazing job! The cake was delicious and exactly how we had sampled it. They did a wonderful job on decorating and creating our vision exactly how we asked. They were incredibly sweet and easy to work with, highly recommend for all bakery needs!

I've been going to this place non-stop recently. When I first walked in, I was greeted at the door, and the service only got better from there. Everyone was extremely sweet and patient even when I couldn't quickly decide what I wanted. The prices were extremely great for homemade desserts, and they don't do the treats justice. The cupcakes have just the right amount of sweetness that I, as a person who prefers bitter foods, just adore. This place easily has the best red velvet cake and cheesecake I've ever tried. I am already a regular after only going here a few days. Everyone should try this bakery at least once in their lifetime.

My family and I tried The Bakery Treats for the first time tonight and I must say we were impressed. I tried their brown sugar/molasses w/ nuts cookie and it was, as my kids say, bangin’! The owner was polite and very accommodating. We will be back to try other treats. Hopefully, we can get lucky and get a cheesecake or 3 before it sells out.
