Someone gifted me a butterfly cookie and it was delicious. I just had to go check the bakery. I ordered a little of everything because it was hard to choose. Not one item let me down. The family left me crumbs. I'll definitely be back.

Got a birthday carrot cake and it tasted very delicious. A bit pricey but it was worth it, so I’d buy again. The filling was delicious as well. Very creamy and good flavor. However, when cutting the cake, we were disappointed that the baking sheet was left in the middle of the two cakes. This caused the cake to break and we could only cut half the cake. Would love to go back, hopefully next time there is no baking sheet left in the cake.

Accidentally made my way to Chula Vista and into this Bakery. Very kind service. Ordered a Tres Leches that was amazing, it was nice and moist and the cinnamon on top. One of the best Tres Leches I’ve had. Glad I stumbled upon this place

Ordered a tres leches cake, it was very good. Not overly sweet and ordered over the phone late to be ready the next morning for an Aunts bd party. Although the price is higher than what you expect, I would say it's worth the service and quality of product. If you're looking for an authentic looking Tres leches cake, this is the place. I'd say with confidence it's the best in San Diego.

I ordered better say 1 mounth pre-order cupcakes 60 cupcakes and 100 cookies for my baby girl's baby shower and pre paid portion. Person on the phone assured me that big orders must be pre ordered and pre paid because it takes time to make them. Month past week before agreed date I texted and confirmed all good came the day of and I drove to the location at the agreed time I was not late in fact was about 5 mins early. Heavily Pregnant but happy and excited for the party. But... I cried nothing was ready and people who worked there didn't have any idea about the order so they called owner or manager who told them where to pull invoice and they did they asked me to wait 20 mins. I waited they brought out white cupcakes no design nothing that we agreed on month ago. I told them that it supposed to be pink with little gold beads. They took that cupcakes whipped away wrong frosting and put pink on in front of me. Then they started to look for golden beads and turned out they don't have any so they offered little glitter that was golden. I agreed 1 hour in from the time of pick up they are still trying to mickeymouse that. I paid the rest and left in tiers but I didn't have time to share my thoughts because other vendors started to arrive and I had to go back home and help them setup... so if you plan something don't pick up the day of make sure you tap on them daily. But for me better option! I will not return.

I took my son here today as a treat and yet, I was the one pleasantly surprised. There are many bakeries in Chula Vista but none like Sweet Bakery. The varieties of flavors and styles is just as exciting as the types of pastries they have. From Red velvet cupcakes filled with cream cheese, chocolate filled cupcakes with chocolate covered strawberries on top. You also have a variety of flavors of cookies, wedding cake cookies and more. They do make specialized birthday, anniversary as well as wedding cakes. Please stop by. Let's make this business a permanent home here in Chula Vista.

I've been buying from Starbread since I used to live in the bay area.This bakery used to be sharing a space with Ling Nam in Daly city.Now that we have one here in SD,I was excited! However,I notice that the quality of the senorita bread has declined. It doesnt taste the same anymore. Not to mention the price has increased to 80 cents each too. I'm just dismayed that they lessen the sugar and they look smaller that before. i know the inflation have hit businesses hard but I hope they up their quality to make up for it.🤦‍♂️I'll probably pass next time.

Señorita Bread so good. Ube donut was good as well! I went on a Sunday at 3pm, there was not much donuts left, but there sure were still taking orders for señorita bread is which is what I initially came for! I will be coming back to try the malasada flavored donuts in the future.

Starbread Bakery in Chula Vista is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! The establishment is nice , clean and simple they do have a variety of goods. I loved the bread itself, however everything we got that had a filling (which was everything we ordered , minus the senorita bread,) it just didn’t taste good to me. The bread / donut itself surrounding the malasadas and the bread rolls we got are soo yummy, 😋 but once I tasted the filling it just seemed so artificial and not really made in house (not saying that’s the case, idk it’s just how the quality of the fillings tasted.) My husband had ordered , Coconut cream bread and Dulce de leche bread . I enjoyed the senorita especially when it’s nice and warm. Parking is free & is shared with other businesses but there’s plenty of spots to park. Ordering was nice and quick.

I have never had this bread before and I live right on the street. I recommend this sweet tasty treat if you want to bring something new to the office instead of bagels and donuts. This is by far delicious! I purchase the star bread.

We ordered a 10piece of the señorita bread. We waited over 40minutes. The place was decently busy so they told us about a 15minute wait. But they completely forgot about our order. They gave us 15 piece as an apology but i hope they find a better system for not forgetting about people.

Such a cute place!!! I love the decoration they have it’s so Instagram worthy! Service is a 10/10! The girls were so nice and attentive! The cakes and pastries are delicious! Just a little pricey for me! I got 3 pastries and 2 slices of cake, all of them amazing!!!

My husband and I entered a few minutes before closing and we were totally welcomed. The tiramisu cake was light and delicious. Love the golden girls decor and decorations for Halloween. Since we were the last customers of the night, we were offered the leftover evening pastries. Great service and cake. Pleasantly surprised by a great bakery experience!

This cafe has a cute ambience and is operated by a very friendly, personable, and professional staff. The food was a delight! I devoured their chicken mole danish, which was a well balanced blend of savory and mildly sweet flavors. The Valrhona chocolate brownie is excellent for people like me who love a very rich chocolate profile. It has a melt-in-your-mouth softness at room temperature and pairs well with their house brewed coffee. I definitely recommend this business for a quick bite or coffee / dessert date. I had heard about this bakery for the last couple of months. It did not disappoint. I was lucky enough to stop with my friend just before closing and bought the last 2 cinnamon rolls. They were awesome! It's what a cinnamon roll should taste like, especially the warm center. The inside is chic and clean. It is a welcoming bakery. Not pictured were the chocolate chip walnut cookies I bought as well. So good as well! What's most important was the service that was provided for us. The lady and gentleman that helped us out were friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back. Eat up!!

This is a cute cafe and pastries gem in Chula Vista. The ambience is relaxing and fun. It takes you back in time with the beautiful decor and music. The food, pastries and breakfast and lunch topped danishes are extraordinary! Everything I've tasted is an A+. Definitely attractively quaint!

While watching Jose’ on the Next Great Baker, I was excited he said he was from Chula Vista, CA. His Mmm Cakes store was put on my short list. Well, it was worth the visit. The staff was welcoming and helpful. My latte was perfect, and the Nutella cinnamon roll was scrumptious! I’ve found a new, local coffee and dessert spot. Thank you Jose!’

I tried this little cake and cookie shop. This place was great. I had gotten a large selection of items to try. It was all so very good. All the cakes and the cookies were amazing except for one cake which was a little stale but it was still pretty good. I definitely recommend this place to try if you have a sweet tooth.

As a vegetarian, there are a few options. I recommend the potato balls stuffed with jalapeño & cheese and the spinach & cheese empanadas. They are so delicious! For dessert, we have tried the guava & cheese pastry which is so good. This is hard to find anywhere else so I’m happy I found a place in SD! I always make it a point to stop whenever I’m in the neighborhood.

I missed Cuban potato balls..especially from Portos, so I decided to research where I could find something similar without having to drive to Buena Park or Glendale! Wow I'm so glad I found this spot.... their potato balls were delicious! Bought a dozen beef potato balls for a birthday potluck party and also brought guava cheese and manago cheese strudel - so crispy and flaky! The owner person upfront took our order, very polite and in a happy mood! The restaurant is small inside with 2 small tables, there is option for sitting outside with more tables. When my large order was ready he step out to bring me my food! Nice guy, great service....delicious food!

Great food, fair prices. The Cubano sandwich is amazing, their guava and cheese bocadillos are to die for. A hidden Gem in Chula Vista, don't sleep on their bowls, they are around $10 dollars and have more than enough food to give you a food coma. Also a great eay to explore cuban dishes.

The best Cuban Food in SD!!! We stopped at 2 other spots, but were let down. If you want Sazón Cubano, this is it! Let’s see where to start 😂 we had a lot of food! My wife and I had the Pan Con Lechón and it was outstanding!! My In-Laws had arroz con Pollo and Puerco Asado. We were all picking at each others food and let me tell you, the arroz con pollo asado is out of this world! Such great flavor and so tender! We also had the Papa Rellenas which were delicious and the tamales as well! We had Guayaba pastries for dessert and some Cortaditos to wash everything down! 😋😋 such great coffee! I can truly say that we enjoyed everything and the owners are so nice and welcoming! Great great great job to you and your team! We will definitely be back when we visit SD again! The House of Cuban is a bakery and traditional Cuban food. I used to order the oxtail which was on the menu, but it's no longer being offered. I've tried the sandwich, ropa vieja, and arroz con pollo which are all delicious. I'm glad there's a Cuban bakery by the border because I used to drive to Point Loma for the nearest Cuban food. I recommend The House of Cuban Flavor if you're looking for traditional and authentic Cuban Food.

We tried this place for the first time and I am so sad I waited so long! The food was great, I went to try the picadillo but they were sold out so I grabbed other goodies. The chicken and meat balls were so tasty and huge! The owner was super sweet. He made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be back for that picadillo and pastries. This place is a must try!

The review is truly for the staff at this location. With this brand, you like the food or you don’t, they’re consistent. The staff here is awesome. They are all so kind and go above and beyond. Just one example, today I was looking at the cakes right when they opened when I was picking up. The glass frosted overnight from the temp controls. A staff member rushed out to wipe the glass for me so I could see them. I didn’t ask, they just did it and let me know why. I thought it was sweet.

Very disappointed. I ordered online to make my life easier. The cake was for my father in law’s birthday out of town. When I arrived to his house, I noticed the cake had a weird appearance and taste wasn’t good. Review your order before leaving the store.

My mom got me a birthday cake from here. It was the best cake I've ever tasted. Even though I'm not a big birthday cake guy, for some reason I really liked this cake. It has a great taste and it looks good also. On top of all that it's got some great decoration and anyone is able to add a little note. My wife and I liked it so much that the following week we bought another red velvet cake for my brother in law. Overall, this places makes some great cakes, they have different sizes and flavors. We are now recommending this place to all of our family.

We ordered chocolate-chocolate chip bundt cake for grandaughters 18th birthday. It came with center decorations. Cake and cream cheese icing was delicious. The service, Easter morning - busy time, was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and pick-up was easy and fast. We will definitely get our dessert cakes here again. Even though the store was busy, Easter Sunday morning, the employees were fast with the process and did I mention how delicious the cake was? WOW. Thank you so much. You really can't go wrong with Yum Yum Donuts. They're open 24/7 and that alone makes it nearly perfect for your life in regards to pastry. The store is very clean. The staff is mostly helpful and friendly. A large box of donuts (12 ; One Dozen) is around $20. It's affordable and nearly every donut I've tried has a soft and perfect taste. I'm a recent transplant from the East Coast and I don't think you can go wrong buying Donuts from here. I would definitely recommend them for the value and quality of taste.

4.5/5 Stars as far as Dunuts shops go it is great. The staff are nice and the restaurant is clean. They also have a unique donuts you will not see in other donut shops. There muffins are great, but they do run out so it can be hit and miss. There open 24 hours which is a plus and I am sure it helps due to the area. They also have other kinds of food for all times of day and there coffee is good!

Just discovered Yum Yum donuts in Imperial Beach! Located in a little strip mall off Imperial Beach and Saturn Blvd. Delicious, fresh, soft donut varieties! Muffins, donut holes, donuts, breakfast, salads, food, beverages, and friendly staff! Clean, plenty of parking, easy access from the road, and did I say delicious? A must see!

Grind House Coffee is a fantastic coffee shop with excellent coffee and friendly baristas. The atmosphere is laid-back and chill, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. Their coffee, which I believe comes from the Northwest, is rich and flavorful, though I can’t quite recall the brand. Seating is somewhat limited, but they offer small café tables and bar counter seating. One of my favorite things about this place is how pet-friendly they are—my Frenchie, Bella, always gets a complimentary pup cup with a little dog treat on top! Beyond great coffee, they also have a kitchen serving delicious breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and a selection of lunch options. Another highlight is their community board, where locals can post about upcoming events and advertise services like dog walking or music lessons. What really sets them apart, though, is their pricing. Coffee can be so overpriced these days, but Grind House Coffee offers some of the best prices in downtown Chula Vista. Their drinks and food are very reasonably priced, making it an even better place to visit regularly. Overall, it’s a welcoming and cozy spot that I always enjoy visiting!

The place is small and not the usual asthetic coffee shops but once you are there it’s a really nice vibe. The girl who took my order was really sweet. I got a cold brew with vanilla foam it was really good. There is free WiFi. They are pet friendly. Overall great

I really like this spot. It’s quaint, aesthetically quirky, and the staff is exceptional. It’s smack dab in the middle of Third Avenue, making it a great stop on your way to other events, or a nice place to chill for a while and work or chat with friends. The coffee here is so good. Super flavorful, perfectly acerbic, has a great finish. I especially like their lattes. Grindhouse is a must-try when you’re hanging out in Chula Vista! Update: Came by today around 3:30pm and ordered an Arnold Palmer and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The Arnold Palmer was your regular Arnold Palmer, but was refreshing and enjoyable. The sandwich was really nice! The bun was high-quality, the egg was thick and tasty, and the aioli on it had a nice consistency and kick. I want to come back soon and try a few other espresso drinks.

This will be the most AUTHENTIC mochi you will get here in San Diego. True Japanese mochi. This really is a hidden gem. Super soft and flavorful.

I used to buy mochi from the local asian stores in San Diego until I found out about Thank You Very Mochi location in Chula Vista. Store packaged mochi doesn't come close to homemade mochi which uses natural ingredients, and it tastes so delicious. I've been coming to Thank You Very Mochi on a regular basis ever since. I recommend the Chula Vista location for those looking for traditional/homemade mochi.

I've been going to Hogetsu Bakery since 2000 (stopped in 2020 due to COVID). It's my favorite place for mochi and manju. To my surprise I found out it's under new ownership. The shop looks very modern. Unfortunately they don't have any manju (my favorite). They do have a selection of flavored mochi. I bought a mixed dozen mochi's (original rice cake, flavored mochi, green tea, red bean, & white bean). I spent over $30. The flavored mochi's were good, soft & pliable (I ❤️ the coconut flavored). The original rice cake/mochi was hard & chewy, I'm used to the soft pliable texture. The green tea & red bean filling were good. I was disappointed with the white bean filling...it was grainy and bland 😒 The pictures are the manju desserts they no longer have. I hope they start making them.

Fantastic bakery. A ton of options and we made sure to try a lot of them. The peanut butter was good. The strudels are some of the best I’ve ever had; the fruit was so fresh and the pastry was super flaky. The pig ear was simple but really good too snack on all day. Delicious.

Not for dining in. Display case and refrigerated section. Frozen and fresh cakes available, pre orders highly recommended. Lovely fresh fruit croissant tasted fresh. Upside down pineapple was most and sweet. Long line but with organized ticket system. Standing room only.

One thing to keep in mind Hans & Harry’s: either order ahead or get in line early—especially during the holidays! Trust me, it’s worth it. You seriously can’t go wrong here—the options are endless and everything is delicious. The service is always amazing! Super friendly, super organized, and super fast. They still use paper numbers, and once they call yours, it’s time to pick your treats! Whether it’s for a special occasion or just because—you have to check this place out. It’s one of my absolute favorite bakeries!

Delicious popular pastries with gluten. The had some gluten free cookies. I arrived at 7:30am on a Saturday before they opened and there was already a line. You can pre order but you have to do that in advance. They take both card and cash.

We all rave about the desserts here but I want to rave about their team. Every time I go, I always get greeted by someone and they're always so nice and helpful. I was running late trying to get there before they closed by 5pm. My GPS said 5:03, when I got there I ran in and they still helped me and I felt like the 1st person of the day. Thank you!

Huge variety of bakery items! They are all tasty and fresh. When we go here, we leave with so many items- no counting calories when we go here! 🤣 They're reasonably priced. We order the fruit strudel for parties, and it's always a hit. They have whole cakes on display for purchase, a coffee station, and a small selection of party items like birthday candles. The only thing we would think is missing is more seating for customers to enjoy their bakery items (although most purchases are pick-up). We sit on the public benches and enjoy our treats, but it would be nice to have actual tables and seats set up by the venue.

My husband and I enjoyed the pastries, Matcha and chai tea from this location. We purchased the strawberry and blueberry cake slices and they were really good. Not overly sweetened, moist and delectable. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been. The inside is a little small, but the service and products are great.

Parking is difficult. There is a large lot further away. Hardly any seating. Self serve style. Grab a box and some tongs and help yourself. Then head to the cashier and they will ring up your purchase. Place used tongs in a bin. You can also buy more refrigerated items or drinks at the counter. Coffee was ok. The pastries were delicious.

We were excited to get pastries from Paris Baguette at this location. It was our first time to come here and we wanted to order Supreme croissants only to find out from the staff that they discontinued it. Why? It’s because summer is over? We ended up buying pastries and sandwiches. Some of their pastries were dry.

Paris Baguette - Chula Vista is a dessert lover’s dream! I ordered the chocolate ganache cream cake slice (topped with a perfect macaron) and the mocha cake slice—both were absolutely delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and a creamy, dreamy frosting. The flavors and textures felt like something straight out of a European café. With so many other pastries and cakes to choose from, I’ll definitely be back!

Came on a Saturday morning. It was packed!! Good sign. Good and the coffee was good. The only gripe.... I wish there was some direction or flow for how busy it was. People were standing around everywhere. No idea where the line was or how it went. Otherwise I do suggest going, probably when it's slower though.

The food's always great here. Just a heads up, you might want to ask them to heat up some items for the best taste. The place isn't that big inside, so don't bank on always snagging a seat. We had a stroller with us and it was kinda tight moving around, so one of us just stayed outside to keep things roomy inside.

Ok so we don’t have one of these where I live and I didn’t even know they existed no naturally I bought one of everything…. Absolutely delicious pastries!!!! Highly recommend and they have sandwiches for lunch so you can get a sandwich and a sweet treat.

I placed an order of 5 dozen Pan De Sal rolls for an early Thanksgiving dinner last Saturday. Needless to say, these rolls were the hardest rolls ever. My son in law has always purchased rolls for TG at this bakery, but I guess you have to purchase them on the very day so they are really soft. We tried placing them in the oven and microwave buy this didn’t help. Truly disappointed with their product.

Just bought a rosca, unfortunately very expensive and very dry. I was hoping my investment to use a small business would pay off with a good tasting product. Asked if it was fresh likely it was made days before and sold as fresh rosca.

This place is awesome for Mexican bread (Pan). As close as you will get to buying sweet bread in Mexico without having to go to Mexico. We go every few months and also buy our Rosca here. It's the best!

Their bread is delicious, just like the bread you find in México. We ordered our daughter's Quince cake here and it was both beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend them!

Finally, this place is closer to my home! They have a lot of choices! One review mentioned this old lady - yes, I saw her there too. I don’t feel like she’s very happy about their job. Nevertheless, we ate there and they provided paper plates, utensils, and some water. Def would come back again!

This is my first time trying this new restaurant and am sad. I ordered a classic halo halo with ube icecream. I was excited to receive it but on my way home I tried to eat it and couldn't because the hole for the lid is too small and the spoon doesn't fit in the hole. It gets stuck easily making it impossible to eat it because it was filled past the brim of the cup not the lid. I couldn't take the lid off or else it would all fall out. So I had to sadly let the icecream and ice melt not being able to eat it properly. When I got home I had to use a straw but that's not how it's meant to be eaten. It's not a milkshake.

We always go to this place whenever there's chance, and the trip is always worth it! My mom especially loves their Classic halo-halo with beans. My husband likes the Ube over Load! I like their Fish & shrimp lumpia! Everything is good there even the customer service! 😋🤟🍨

Flavor is awesome always, my favorite is the plain yogurt with lots of gummy bears of course. Even though the place is small, if you sit outside you will enjoy a little bit of peace with the beautiful weather of San Diego surrounding you.

Came by like 10 minutes ago and no one was there. Store was closed and there is no posted signage. They lost about 30 customers between the time I came and left. Will be going to the Eastlake one from now on.

This place smelled horrible! We walked in and out really quick without ordering anything! Cleanliness is extremely important!

The place has a pretty bad sewer smell, machines are not clean. I’m the staff is not friendly at all. $10 for an ice cream should be much better than that.

Great experience! I cane here craving ice cream while unsure what to order and the staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations on what to get. I ordered the “Very Vanilla “ milkshake which came with a caramel drizzle. I’d definitely order this again and I’d highly recommend visiting this location.

Friendly and helpful service upon our visit. Clean in the inside and a few new flavors added to the ice cream selections such as the seasonal Peeps. Plenty of parking spaces in front of and next to the plaza building.

Came in here the other day and got a waffle cone bowl. I noticed that the waffle cone tasted terrible and couldn't put my finger on it at first but then it hit me... The waffle cone tasted exactly like Fabuloso or some other heavily scented cleaner. I'm assuming this location is using cleaners not approved for use around food to clean up around the cases and cabinets but the waffle cones absorb the flavor of it. VERY disgusting and disconcerting.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your location. On [insert date], I drove 20 minutes specifically to enjoy your frozen yogurt, arriving approximately 25 minutes before closing. To my frustration, I discovered that half of the the yogurt machines had already been turned around and I was told once they turn them around they are out of service. When I inquired about getting service, the employee did not attempt to assist or explain the situation in a courteous manner. Instead, she dismissed me with a sarcastic “have a great night.” This experience left me highly upset. As a paying customer who went out of my way to visit your store, I expected at least a reasonable effort to accommodate me before closing time—or at the very least, respectful communication.I ask that management address this issue, as it reflects poorly on the customer service and reliability of your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be prevented in the future.

For me, all frozen yogurt tastes the same. It was so cold in there, the magic shell syrup was hard the bottle lol I still dont get the weighing the cups individually lol its such a thing...if you put more then one on the scale the staff says "one at a time", its also noted on the industrial size postal scale 😆 anywho its good 👍

This is a location that my wife loves to go to, Its a Healthier alternative to ice cream. You get tons of fruit toppings to choose from. They even have dairy free fruit sorbet. I'm including a few pictures from out last trip there.

Had a delivery from here. Large cup order was not even halfway full when received. $15 down the drain. Not ordering from here again. What a shame.

I come in to get my son a birthday cake and get him a single scoop of ice cream. The gentleman working at 2 PM today decides to not listen to my request to get my son toppings and then talks back to me in front of everybody in a rude way saying I didn’t request it.Terrible customer service, especially when I specifically told them we’re there to purchase a cake for my son’s birthday. Not sure why he has to talk back and give customers and attitude. You’re not supposed to talk back to people in retail. It’s very rude management needs to have a sit down with this young girl. I manage retail and I would never allow that.

We traveled to San Diego for the summer and wanted to leave a review on this location. The store, we’ve come to know, is run by a wonderful, caring, and responsive couple that will go above and beyond for each and every customer. They strive to hire only the best associates to represent their shoppe and the Baskin-Robbins name. If you should have anything short of a fantastic experience, I assure you that you can confidently reach out to them directly and they will make things right. This mom and pop shop is an ice cream staple in their community and they carry that with the utmost respect.

Walked in to get my regular drink. Greeted by TWO workers. Went to the register so I could put my stuff down and order. Waiting patiently thinking “oh, I’ll let them finish what they’re doing because they look busy.” I’m the only customer in the store at this time. Then a guy walks in after me and walks up to the girl.The other guy worker goes in the back. Other customer starts his order with the girl worker. She starts to help him and I just watch this all happening in front of me. Girl worker walked past me, didn’t even notice me. She proceeded to help the guy. I just walked out. Ain’t got no time to wait any longer. Sorry, I didn’t know as a paying customer I had to chase you down so you can ask me what I want. YOU guys saw me come in. You said “Welcome!” Not one of you could kindly walk 4 steps over to ask me if I needed help? Do better! Man, I can get these drinks at any number of Baskin Robbin’s nearby. I came here because it’s convenient. Now I never want to come back. Thanks! This happened Wednesday August 20 at 5:30PM.

First time here, a bit pricy but flavor was good, if you use a coupon then is good to go. They have very different flavors and you can ask for then to give you a sample. I'll comeback with a coupon ;)

★☆☆☆☆ I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Baskin-Robbins in Otay Lakes, in Chula Vista. I placed an order for a cake in advance (48 hours), received confirmation, and planned around picking it up for a special occasion. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have the cake—no explanation, no apology, just nothing. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. If you can’t fulfill orders, don’t take them in the first place. I won’t be returning.

The addition of seating along the side of the wall is outstanding. The limited seating from the outdoor tables is now eliminated. Good idea Baskin Robbins.

I tried ordering the hamburger meal, but this store only has hot dogs and chili dogs. So, I ordered a chili dog. It was okay. I also ordered the mint chocolate chip and Orfeo Blizzard. Ate it with a banana when I got home. Yummy!

I went with my son and another friend . What I noticed right away all the tables was very dirty, not a clean one available . The floor was also very dirty and had lots of receipts and mess. There was a trash can sitting on a seat at a table GROSS and unsanitary for sure those are a few things I noticed just by walking in , if i wasnt graving dairy queen which i havent had for a very long time i would have left. So we ordered staff was ok not very cheerful just like whatever attitude, dont want to be here service . I ate my ice cream at the cleanest table I could find and left . I wish i could have had a better experience at this diary queen. The store needs to be way cleaner and friendlier staff. I used to like this diary queen because it was close to my home, but I might have to find another one close by because this one was nasty and dirty.

I enjoy cold stone. The Ice cream is so creamy, rich and silky. Are favs ice cream are chocolate, coffee, sweet cream and strawberry. I love the options of creating your own ice cream creation. The mix ins selections are amazing m&ms, gummy bears, Oreos, chocolate chips, brownies, almonds, sprinkles, etc. perfect for all ages. Adults and children alike.

I ordered the taco ice cream for Halloween. I have purchased this from another store in Riverside County. The one I bought it almost didn’t have any ice cream. It was terrible. I didn’t like the way that this particular store did. It was full of coloring and it was just horrible. so much food coloring that you can even taste the ice cream. I got to one. It was a dark rate, but this one if you can see in the picture, it was just black that even altered the flavor of the ice cream.

The worst attention that can exist, the girl and the boy have no education, no good afternoon or anything, the chairs were up and the cones were yellow so that you wouldn't order but outside it said OPEN (I didn't understand) we say thank you and they look at you strange and they don't even respond! We went on Wednesday, September 4th at 9 pm. I'm not coming back. The ice creams are delicious, but the service is terrible. A pity

Customer service was extremely poor. My 5 year old thanked Fernanda and she looked directly at him with no response. When I asked if she heard him she said yes and reluctantly responded. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had this type of experience.

My sister and I LOVE coming here! It is so delicious. Luis is the sweetest person ever. Sometimes I wonder if we come here for Luis' amazing customer service or the ice cream... It honestly feels like the experience makes the ice cream taste that much better! 10/10!

The employees at this location are awesome! I came by tonight and there wasn’t a long line, but shortly after I arrived, the line was fifteen to twenty people deep. The ladies and the one gentleman behind the counter were all patient, friendly, and very helpful. I always enjoy cold stone, but this visit at this location was pretty impressive. I wish my receipt had the name of the person who helped me out, I wanted to give props to them. Thanks for the help!!

I recently had a negative experience at this location. The staff is horribly unprofessional and they were inattentive. I felt slighted because of my racial orientation. The staff behind the counter did not greet me or acknowledge me at all. Amanda G, was the rudest staff member that I have ever encountered. She is so racist and she looked disgusted assisting my sister and I. This experience prompts me to not patronize any Cold Stone creamery. I will definitely take this complaint to the corporate office. I am very upset by this treatment.

Ice cream was really good. I had the special "Orange Chocolate", my Daughter had the "Chocolate Explosion" and my Son had the "Oh My Cake". We all sampled each other's, of course! I must say the taste was fantastic and the texture was nice and creamy. The employees were very nice and explained the whole process to us. I suppose my only complaint is it took quite awhile to get the ice cream once we placed our order. I believe this place is fairly new and perhaps the employees aren't quite use to operating all that crazy machinery. We were the only ones there and it took about 17 minutes to get our order. Taste was great, but we won't be returning.

Great American Cookies is located at Otay Ranch Town Center near the food court in the old Nestle cookies location. I’ve been looking forward to this opening and stopped in for their Grand Opening on January 14. I recently had a frustrating experience at a here. The server /kid did not greet us or ask if we had any questions. I've been to this plafe before and the portions are usually decent. This time, I ordered the smallest size, but the portion was tiny. I felt I overpaid, as I paid $20 for just a small scoop. Despite the poor service, I gave the server a 15% tip, which they did not deserve. I think he thought to deserve me less cause I said the smallest you have which is ridiculous serving size was awful — we come here so much I was with my three kids not even a thanks you.

This little spot is inside of the Otay ranch mall, and the ice cream and cookies are delicious.
