I came in to order three ice creams, but the employee made four. I stopped her in the middle of making the fourth one and told her oh I only wanted two strawberry ice cream and one vanilla. So, she continue making it and when I politely clarified to the rude white teenage girl that I only wanted 3 she rolled her eyes, and when I tried to return the extra, I was told, “I didn’t charge for you for it we’re going to throw it away anyway, .” While I understand I wasn’t charged, the attitude came across as rude and dismissive I simply just wanted to give it back and not waste it myself! I really enjoy Cold Stone, but this kind of service makes the experience negative. I hope this is addressed, because customer service is just as important as the product itself.

The ice cream itself was very good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing during my visit on Wednesday afternoon. The two young girls working at the counter were quite rude when I asked for more chocolate ice cream, since the container looked empty. Instead of refilling it, they tried to serve me the leftovers from the bottom, and when I politely said I didn’t want that, they rolled their eyes at me. Very unprofessional behavior, which unfortunately ruined the experience

The customer service I experienced today was absolutely unacceptable. When I politely asked the employee if there was any more chocolate ice cream available, she snapped back at me with, “that’s enough” in a dismissive and rude tone. The bin was nearly empty—barely enough to scrape together half a scoop—yet instead of handling the situation professionally, she chose to respond with hostility. This level of disrespect from staff is appalling. Regardless of age or experience, basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected in customer service—especially from a brand like Cold Stone. If this is how management allows their employees to treat paying customers, then something is seriously wrong. I encourage others not to simply accept this kind of behavior. Either take your business elsewhere or demand better service. Cold Stone owes it to its customers to properly train employees on how to treat people with respect.

We had a new employee we think. We didn’t have a very full serving on Saturday night. We are very use to a generous serving. The product is always great.

Took my grandkids to have ice cream. The ice cream was super soft didn’t seem like ice cream. It was more like whipped cream🤬🤬🤬🤬 and either the girls were tired, but the customer service was not good either

So this is the only location I've seen to not carry butterfingers. No problem... last time I brought my own and they added it. We'll I go in today and they told me different answers of no. Because butterfinger was seasonal? And that they couldn't Because it is an allergen. Which is confusing since they have peanuts and Reeses so that doesn't even float. But regardless very frustrating and unacceptable to try to lie to my face about that. They need an adult to watch these kids

I came in and ordered oreo icecream with cake add in. When the employee scooped my ice cream she scooped the spot with no oreo in it. And i asked her to rescoop a spot that had oreo and she said no that just how it comes. And then she made me pay 3 dollars for oreo added in. Was still good, but why did i have to pay for oreo when i asked for Oreo ice cream

This location told me they could not make a cake with the reckless sherbert flavor or whatever it's called, but the location on west lane did.

Awesome customer service and the kids love their shakes! 5 Stars!

Update: I Ordered a banana split from you guys through door dash and was really enjoying it with my 9 month old daughter, up until the time I took a bite and it had a staple in it.. I will be expecting a email or call from your manager ASAP.... They emailed me and I called them back several times. Each time the staff said manager was not available. A year later I'm still waiting for a follow up.. 2 years later and still not a single call back!

Kids enjoyed their turtle dolphin shark ice cream cup complete with choice of flavor and matching cookie. Came with paper hat. I tried the Jamoca flavor with almonds tasty small cup was just the right size.

Newly remodeled Staff is always Friendly and helpful. Nice place to go on the Miracle mile on a hot day. I buy customized Ice-cream birthday cakes for my girls every year. And every year everyone loves them!! Happy local customer I'll be back for sure!!

Very friendly staff and excellent customer service on a busy night! The staff did an excellent job monitoring the amount of people entering the store to maintain social distancing. All flavors and products were in stock and the cashiers were quick to assist and ring up customers. Very clean location that is perfectly placed on the legendary Miracle Mile! Highly recommend a visit to this location!

It’s very unfortunate that they charge $17 for a dozen, which btw is VERY EXPENSIVE for a mediocre donut. Mind you, I only got the plainest donuts and they were way over $1 each. I only had to get donuts here because it was on the way to work. I don’t remember the price being this expensive before. The service could have been a lot better by including smiles from the girl. Do yourselves a favor and save your monies!

Sad these 6 donuts with custard added to the maple bar's cost us $13. I will still come back but shoot. Prices have gone way up. I been coming here since the 90s and they use to slice that maple bar all the way across with a knife and fill the whole maple bar all the way across with custard. I got 2 lousy little bites.

This Baskin-Robbins is old school! Remember when you actually got a scoop of ice cream at Baskin-Robbins? This is the PLACE!!! The staff is great. When you are in Stockton and want a scoop of ice cream that you get what you pay for look NO WHERE else!

I have doordashed from this location twice. They seems to mess up the order everytime. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all. Really bad service and the obvious dont care. I hope the manager can find who was on the clock from the recipet. I am very very disappointed.

It's usually pretty good here but tonight the new guy failed to wash his hands before making my food, his hair looked like it hadn't been brushed in a month and he didn't even try to count my change back to me he just handed me my money! I know counting the change back to the customer is a lost art nowadays but you could at least brush your hair and wash your hands! I blame the managers...

The staff was so nice and helpful. I went in to buy an ice cream cake for my partner. When I took it to the counter they asked if I wanted something written on the side off it; I didn’t think I could get that done because I just bought it from the display on short notice. They put on “Happy Birthday” and her name. Wish I could of tipped them more. ❤️

Ice Cream was good. Winter time hint: It's a good idea to taste your ice cream this time of year. Some of the flavors have been sitting in the cases a bit longer than others and taste like it. Service was great and the line moved quickly!

Your hours say till 10pm... Why are you closed at 9:45pm on a Saturday? There are 3 workers in there but you don't want to serve ice cream. Door locked and you wouldn't even look at us. Just cuz you're bored and want to go home. Not right!

I’d give Tiger’s Yogurt even more stars if I could. I’ve been coming here for years, especially during hot days, and it never disappoints. Their frozen yogurt is always fresh, the prices are great, and it’s the perfect way to cool down. It’s a small, often busy shop, but it’s absolutely worth the visit every time.

The selection is excellent. The product is fantastic, and the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing your order. The inside is clean and fun to be in if you wish to eat your yogurt. I love this place because I always get to choose from their great selection of yogurts. I especially like the non-sugar items. Every single item is delicious.

this frozen yogurt spot really surprised me! my boyfriend and i came here initially because the local shave ice place was closed—but we probably will be coming back! first, the serving sizes are great for the price! we got smalls but they turned out to be way too much for us lol, so i’d probably get a junior or even a mini next time. the service is nice and quick and the shop is decorated with tiger stuff and also a little island theme. the froyo itself is very good too! it’s fluffy, tasty and not too sweet. the only “con” i can think of is this place only accepts cash but they also have a little ATM machine in-store. it makes total sense why this place still had a constant flow of customers despite it being cold out! :)

This yogurt shop has the friendliest staff and has so much patience. I also asked for the ingredients and it's posted on the wall in a frame. So if you're diabetic you need this information. I love the raspberry tart it's so yummy and they have great delicious choices even sugar free cheesecake which I sampled and it was delicious.

Customer unfriendly yogurt store. As we continue through this pandemic, contactless payments is a nice gesture. Not this store it’s cash only, don’t have cash use the ATM at the front of this establishment. Your asking me to pay 3 plus dollars in fees for 20 dollars cash, that’s credit card interest rate of about 15%. Good luck with your business model, I won’t be returning or recommending.

I love coming here to eat ice cream. Tonight was a bit different. I ordered my family their usual. When I was watching the guy taking our order bring us our drink he wiped the straw on his arm and then put it in my childs drink. Totally gross. I let him know but he didn't say anything. My child didn't eat his order so that was upsetting. Other than that incident, we were very happy with our ice cream.

I am a person of color and everytime I come here, I’m never greeted. However, when other races of people come in they’re greeted. I’ve been treated like this by two employees. I feel discriminated against and it doesn’t feel good. I don’t receive this disrespect by other baskin Robbin’s that I go to. The racism is noted, and I will be contacting corporate.

Sunday, June 22, 2025 PM ‼️‼️DOORDASHED A LARGE CHOCOLATE FUDGE MILKSHAKE TONIGHT. THIS WAS THE WORST PRODUCT I’VE EVER HAD FROM BASKIN-ROBBINS! IT TASTED LIKE I WAS DRINKING MILK WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CHOCOLATE POWDER IN IT. I DON’T THINK THEY PUT ANY ICE CREAM IN THE SHAKE AT ALL. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ‼️‼️👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

There was a long line. 3 employees and only one serving at a time. I waited in line for 20 mins and decided just to get a couple quarts. Took the tubs to the register and was told I would need to wait in line until I was next. Not very efficient. Would make sense to have one on the register while the other 2 were serving. Maybe it's just me. But, i dont think the store is being ran very well. Tables and chair need attention as well. This place may just be under staffed. Could be better.

You can't go wrong with ice cream, variety of flavors. Staff were very helpful, got some ice cream cake to beat the heat.

This is about the employees but one employee in particular there was probably one of the best and coolest employees I've seen at this baskin robbins in a while. She really wanted to make sure I was happy with the ice cream I chose and was willing to give me samples to try before settling on one flavor. And I think I have a new favorite now. She proceeded to ask me my usual favorite flavors to give me better recommendations and I can say, she gives the best ones. She knows her stuff for sure🫡 I think the name on her hat said Angel. Angel if that's correct, this is for you :)

First of all, I must say I had a really good experience in your establishment! While I was there I witnessed a transient come and just be such a nuisance and very inappropriate and rude towards the staff. One employee in particular was so cool and calm thru the whole situation and really stood out to me ! She was able to descalate the situation and make sure no customer were harmed in the process! Before checking out I read her name off her hat. ANGEL if you read this, your awesome! Keep up the good work young lady!

Located on Thornton in North Stockton. I go for the hot fudge sundae. My kids love the chicken strips. The staff are very friendly & service is quick. You walk in with 3 people in line then 10 more show up. Don’t worry, they’ll get you taken care of shortly.

Love my banana split with Carmel and strawberry and a side of cookie dough to go on top. They get it right every time. Plus it's only 2 min from my house.

I came in for lunch. There was no where to sit so I got my double cheese burger with bacon. $9.74 just for a double cheese burger with bacon. My burger was ready in less than 3 minutes. By the time I got to my car, with the burger and got the burger out of the bag, both the top and bottom bun were completely saturated with grease and it started falling apart before I could even get it in my mouth. I managed to get a bite but made a total mess of the burger. I wrapped it back up and took it back. I wanted my money back. The manager gave me attitude. The store, was still full, so I raised my voice a little bit and told him, " I grew up with dairy queen 1/2 mile from our house in sacramento. I also raised my family 1 mile away from a DQ In Orangevale. I've eaten hundreds of dairy queen burgers and this is by far the worst burger I've ever had, from anywhere and I want my money back! Everyone in the store was watching as the manager reached into the register and gave me a full refund. I will never come to this dive again.

My husband and I love this place so much. We go here once to twice a week just for to try new flavors every time. But one thing we’ll always go back for is their Thai Tea. Nether less, everything on the menu is Delicious! It’s a must try, if you haven’t already.

I always go here whenever I get the time, usually every week. The workers are very kind, sweet-hearted, nice, and AWESOME! I have gotten almost every drink/food they serve, and in my opinion I HAVE LOVED ALLLL OF THEM! The drinks are so refreshing, the food is very tasty, and the desserts are so DELICIOUS! I definitely Recommend this place. It also has many vegetarian options, and most stuff is kid-friendly. I love this place. IT'S MY FAVORITE!

Was greeted upon entering. Ordered 4 number 10 and waited 20 minutes before receiving the dessert drink. There were no customers before my order. I was confused as to why it took so long just to make it. The jelly was too chewy and there was no coconut flavor at all. Very bland. A regular cup size was $6 and making it large cost an extra $2.

Should not be classified as a yogurt place. Inside of a subway. Vanilla and chocolate only and no toppings. Machine was down when we were there and only ice cream available

It may not be a fancy place where it’s 10 bucks for gourmet yogurt but that’s half the charm. It’s worth a try!
