Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream is a unique ice cream and yogurt chain that specializes in made-to-order treats, including vegan and soy options. The experience of watching your dessert come to life through the flash-freezing process with liquid nitrogen adds an exciting twist. Customers rave about the perfectly balanced sweetness and delightful textures, ensuring each scoop is just right—not too hard or mushy. With bold flavors like decadent strawberry rhubarb pie and fan-favorite peanut butter bonds, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Soooooo happy this wonderful ice cream shop reopened in this brand new building! Nice and clean location. Easy parking! Love the Peanut Butter Bonds flavor and the waffle cones are made there! Kids and adults love the lil liquid nitro show! So fun! So delicious! 😋🍦

They got it all right: Very balanced level of sweetness, which was great cause I don't like ice cream that's too sweet! The texture was excellent, not too mushy and not too hard and the topping added the balancing crunch. Finally, the flavors were bold but not overpowering. Here's a shot of my decadent strawberry rhubarb pie. All in all, wonderful ice cream and very friendly folks working there! They deserve all Google's stars and then some!

Awesome place! Love were the options of mixing and making my own flavor! Love the staff theyre so friendly! Also celebrating Easter holidays so they have special days with discounts or events in general! I love seeing how ice creme forms from the Liquid nitrogen, awesome place to learn about it! Flavor is also top notch!

The lady who helped us today Saturday between 3pm and 4pm was amazing. My daughter got the Dubai cup and she made it so good. She gave great service. We will definitely be back for more.

No air conditioning, one employee and ants crawling on the wall and on the seats. This is the second time we’ve been here and both times it’s been one young employee tasked to handle a large line. Took literally an hour of standing in line and sweating to get our ice cream in a line of 10 people. We then sat down at a booth covered in ants. Management is terrible here and needs to learn how to run a business. Cool concept and that’s the only reason this place gets business. Anyone with more care for their business could setup shop next store and crush it.
Mark C — Google review
Thought they'd closed down for good. Glad to have them back. Love watching the process in creating the ice cream.
Mike H — Google review
If you’re a 12 year old kid (my grandson), this place is amazing to see the ice cream made right in front of you, but if you’re old school (me), the theatrics outshine the taste and quality of the ice cream. If you like Benihana for the show you’ll like this place, but you can find far better Japanese food than Benihana and much better ice cream than here. When we visited the air con was broken and it was 92 degrees in the shop and the girl behind the counter was super sweet. Probably the best feature here…

Absolutely amazing experience! I brought my kids in for a little after-school treat and we were all so impressed. Despite being busy, the staff handled everything smoothly. Aryan, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly helpful and efficient. He made sure our order was just right and even took a moment to engage with my kids, which they loved. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The Blizzards were perfection. This Dairy Queen is a gem—definitely our go-to spot from now on!

Our dogs favorite place for ice cream. The staff here are young but very friendly and professional and polite. We thank you for your great services.
Olga A — Google review
Didn't like the Ice Cream Quality at all, ordered pecan and strawberry and got chocolate, chocolate was all over the ice cream and not mentioned anywhere, and I'm allergic their answer is that "that's our recipe".. Refused to give a solution. Will just never order their trash again. Don't need a response from the owner, because regardless if that's "your recipe" I'm sharing my opinion on the bad quality of the ice cream and the fact that you will put chocolate to everything including strawberry pie and pecan ice creams and not mention anywhere that chocolate is involved.
Juan N — Google review
Great food and fast service even though they were extremely busy. Very impressed. Thank you for a great treat!

I placed an order on the Uber Eats app for an oreo cake - I added a note to please write happy birthday on the cake which they didn't. Pretty bummed out because it's a gift and they couldnt even do that ( I couldnt check because I'm overseas and the birthday boy picked up the cake himself) :( They were fast to have the cake ready 10/10

Yogurtland Simi Valley is a local branch of a popular chain that offers customers the opportunity to serve themselves delicious frozen yogurt and choose from a variety of toppings in a modern setting. This establishment has received rave reviews for its outstanding quality, with many patrons expressing their satisfaction and wishing they could give it more than five stars. The staff at this Yogurtland location is highly regarded, known for their kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness towards customers.
Love this place. They used to have mini lucky charms but I haven't seen them in the last month. I wish they would bring it back. This place is always clean especially where all the toppings are
Judy A — Google review
We went last last night and tonight. Both nights they were out of hot fudge.(Seems like whenever we go they are.) Are they only limited to one bag per day? When I asked the girl about always being out of hot fudge she said they had it earlier. (She had an attitude!) Last night there were 22 people in line and ONLY 1 cashier was working. (A nice young man.) There were 2 employees behind the counter; 1 was refilling containers, not sure what the other one was doing. Honestly I would have had one of the employees open up on the other register to move the line along. Tonight there were 2 girls working behind the register. It amazes me how they both would text between ringing up customers! The toppings were a mess. They really should be more careful with the peanut butter candies going into the other containers for people who are allergic to nuts. Sadly we have decided not to go here anymore. The manager really needs to talk to the employees about respecting customers and have some sort of policy that if there are 6+ people in line to open another register.
KATHERINE C — Google review
I have been to this location multiple times as my kids like the yogurt here. We like that they have a variety of flavors and toppings. Customer service and cleanliness need improvement.
Jessica R — Google review
Is a good for views… I am disappointed in the flavors and resistance for a sample so if you are new to these flavors you don’t get option to taste before purchase.
K K — Google review
It's best to go only when they have the buy one get one free coupon or the 7$ unlimited coupon because it can get pretty expensive. I had the buy one get one free coupon and my total came up to 15$. The total weight of both was 45.1 ounces. One of the cups weighed 25.1 ounces and the other (free) one weighed 20 ounces. Right now they have the snickerdoodle flavor, which is like a one-way ticket to heaven for your tastebuds.
Matthew A — Google review
Great when its great! Sometimes they let the machines get too cold and over freeze the yogurt so its icy instead of creamy 🤔
Laurine G — Google review
This is our go to spot for Froyo. I would give a 5 but the last 4 times we went, 2 or more machines were not in working order and not clean. This won’t stop us from going.
Alex R — Google review
Delicious and varied flavor options! Employee did not wash hands between sweeping and adding toppings to my cup, unfortunately, and this bothered me some, but I ignored it bc a cup of froyo is already not the healthiest snack option. Will go back for flavors, but something the business should keep in mind, perhaps.

Baskin-Robbins, a vibrant ice cream franchise renowned for its wide variety of flavors as well as sorbet and yogurt options. The Blue Ribbon Special has emerged as a popular choice amongst customers. I purchased two small shakes which were swiftly crafted by the efficient staff. The payment process was smooth, although it's worth noting that unlike other branches, Apple Pay is not accepted here.
The Blue Ribbon Special is my new favorite ice cream. I got two shakes, small, and they were made quick. The staff was very speedy making them, and paying was a breeze. No Apple Pay like other locations though.

Ya kinda wasn't expecting this,as the store employee at the stearns location after ordering slams down the equipment as he made my order and slams the order down on the counter. All because he wanted to go home at the end of his shift. No customer should ever be treated like this. No matter what. December 17th. Fix it thanks
Jonathon F — Google review
I went into baskin robins off 5145 E Los Angeles Avenue Ste Simi valley ca 93063 on December 12 at 7:50 pm. I got a kid scoop of reeses cup ice cream in a cup, took a bite of it and it was disgusting. I get this ice cream all the time and I love it. It must have been a bad batch I don't know. So I went up to Justin your team lead/supervisor to let him know the icecream taste bad. Maybe expired or something and may I have a different icecream. I didn't ask for my money all I wanted was a different flavor becuase when I took a bite it tasted like it was bad icecream. Mind you I only took a bite so my cup was still full. And his response was "No" I was shocked! Then he said if u get another icecream i will charge you. I could not believe it!! Intold him the icecream is bad I'm not asking for my money or to keep the current one i just want to get a different flavor becuase it was bad. We end up arguing with eachother back and forth back and forth until finally I ask to speak to a manger...then he says in a rude way "oh I am the manager" so then I said I wanna speak to the person that is in charge of you and he straight told me NO AND THAT I CANNOT HAVE HIS NAME. So I told him I'm contacting corporate about this terrible altercation and he responded with "Fine then go ahead I dont care" I was extremely shocked that he was made a "Shift leader" Justin was so rude to me and I'm shocked that he spoke to me the way he did over bad icecream. I should have just got my money back. Then he throws away my icecream which I wanted to include in this email to show I never even ate it because it was bad. I've never ever had such a bad experience with baskin robins. It's our family icecream shop right down the street from our home. Anyways I also had a friend with me that ended up becoming part of the conversation trying to explain to justin and try to get him to understand what we were saying but he was so rude and continued talking over us. Moving forward right when my friend finished her icecream I called his name and he came up just getting off the phone with his "manager" and said fine I will give a kid scoop of icecream becuase my manger said so ....then he goes on to say condisending things about his manger and how petty his manger is and throws complaints about his manger to take away my experience with him. As in "let's blame it on the manger for his behavior" I'm totally shocked. I wonder what kind of manager runs this store and I wonder how justin became a shift leader. In so bothered by this terrible customer service that I'm literally contacting corporate for the first time. Something needs to be done here. In not satisfied, disappointed, and shocked by this altercation over a "kid scoop of icecream that tasted bad" or expired or frost bite. I would appreciate a solution to my horrible experience

Cold Stone Creamery is a popular ice cream chain that allows customers to create their own customized treats. Their creations are made by hand on a solid granite surface and they also offer shakes and other delicious options. This particular location has a pleasant outdoor seating area, which adds to the overall experience. The mall where it's located features multiple water features, several eateries, and a Vons market.
So our journey begins with a hot day. A few degrees cooler than the SF valley, but still pretty hot. As we venture through quite a bit, we were looking for a place to cool-off. The first suggestion in the car was ICE CREAM!!!! The vote was unanimous. This presented a few decisions to be made. We can go to the valley, and enjoy Cold Stone or settle for something else. Clearly it was too far. So our next decision was to find one here in Simi Valley. At this point we find ourselves with something that happens in many food chains. We tend to find the greatest link that is above our set standards. When we think those standards are met by the rest of the links, we some how find the weakest link. This typically ruins the image of the whole food chain, or just keeps us going to one. That stereotype has been debunked by Cold Stone. Benefit of the doubt, maybe not all….maybe. In my scorecard Cold Stone is two for two. Making this location the treat location away from home. In my snapshot when we came in we missed the masses by a minute or so. Like all other families had the same Idea at the same time(Almost). Which it was comforting to see this location filled up quick. The almost all male crew and one female were pretty fast in working together to get our-oh-so yummy treats in our hands. I have been on a chocolate trip lately, and the Germanchocolatekake was a nice way to give farewell to the evening sundown and welcome to the Sunday night. As we walked outside, they have a patio with a waterfall fountain. Unique in style the area was serene. The only issue was that the table were dirty. As other customers of the shopping center made messes. Unfortunately I don’t think this area is observed by any one business. Luckily, we keep Clorox wipes. The table got cleaned, and there was the good deed for the day. Clearly this was an issue on most of the tables. Another family also enjoyed a Cold Stone treat. So we offered Clorox wipes to them as well. The down side was that I got pictures of the Ice cream when it was done. I think it makes a good reason to go, and enjoy your own cone, or cup of joy for yourself.

This location has a very pleasant seating area outside. The mall itself has many water features and a few eateries along with a Vons market. My best advice if you come on a very busy day..... order online. Sometimes the line is long and does not move very quickly especially during hot months. We usually order the same items. My diabetic husband is pleased they offer a sugar free option called vanilla light ice cream. I always go for the banana chocolate shake. Service is great and we love to stop here on the way home from the Simi valley dog park . Water for the dog even though she would love to try the ice cream.
Danielle W — Google review
I could have bought 4 quarts of ice cream. Everyone likes Clod Stone Creamery. Not everyone likes the prices. The flavors of the ice cream are top notch,, creamy (it's in the name) and bold. This delectable meal you see here before you was almost twenty bucks. Granted these were the premium waffle cups and not the smaller size, but still. We didn't even have any add-ins. You also pay for the convenience of having ice cream, and a portable carrying container, and a spoon, and the magic of seeing someone mix your creation on literally a cold stone. You pay for the ambiance of eating out, in store or in the courtyard. We say your paying extra for these things but what you're really paying for is the rent for the building, the franchise rights, and the employees. Anyway, I had a gift card, so I went to Cold Stone Creamery. From the website: Did you know our ice cream is made fresh in every store? It’s true! Churned from the finest ingredients and mixed with your choice of candy, cakes, fruits or nuts on a frozen granite stone we proudly serve the best tasting, made-to-order ice cream you’ve ever had. If you have allergies, or require special considerations before visiting, please consult our Ice Cream FAQ for more information. You’ll find details on our gluten-free products, lactose-free and low-fat options, as well as nut and egg allergy concerns and kosher certification. There is a listing of their current flavors on the website as well.

Hayden was amazing! It was very busy and she was working alone and she was so upbeat and positive and really multitasking like a rockstar!!!

Manager can’t properly train employees. I used to frequent cold stone and see many new faces, many of which don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They don’t know what’s in each signature, they significantly under portion, and my ice cream is always sooo melted. Literal soup. On top of all of that, the manager seemed annoyed when I wanted to try one of their OFFERED flavours that was in the back. Why offer a flavour if it’s soo much work to allow paying customers to try it?
Lisa S — Google review
Customer service was wonderful. My kids enjoyed the ice cream cake.
Donna D — Google review
Cold stone is the best Ice cream near me. I like to take a quart home so I can have it whenever I like, even if that's in the middle of the night. It can be too big of a decision to choose the ice cream and all the mixings I want, so I usually choose something off the wall. I haven't been disappointed. ❤️

Look, you know what you’re getting with Baskin Robbins. The ice cream tastes exactly how you think it’s going to and the service is fast and friendly. Great atmosphere, along with great ice cream, can't be beat! I absolutely love this location, and I have been coming here for over 30+ years. It is in a small shopping center that always has parking. 2/1/25 (8:15 pm) Employee was unnecessarily rude in explaining a coupon deal and had a very poor attitude, customer service training needs to be reinforced. Will not be coming back here.
