Very clean, large area for several families to enjoy coffee. There are some ithers, too, but my iced mocha was wonderful by itself!

A very interesting place filled with an antique mall, restaurants, and sweets! There is a full market complete with local spices and ingredients, some freshly made grab-n-go sandwiches with a made-to-order deli counter. There are gift stores and a lot of empty space on the 2nd level. Restrooms are clean, modern, and handicapped accessible. The Coppes cabinet museum is upstairs. I found the employee group photos from the early 1900's especially interesting.

Very cool place. Lots of different shops and spots to check out. Something a little more low key for the family or just to go by yourself.

WOW, very cool place!! Stopped in on a Friday afternoon browsed different shoppes, bought a few goodies from the Amish bakery, Strawberry Rhubarb jam and some popcorn. The place was interesting and fun to meander through,..great antiques to peruse!

We went antiquing and stopped here to look at the item's and I wasn't disappointed at all Way to Go

Really awesome place. It has a wonderful bakery, that also serves food. An old time grocery that also serves food. Had a very good pulled pork sandwich and homemade macaroni salad, very tasty. There are many other shops, but unfortunately I didn't have time to experience the others. Awesome place.

There's a lot to enjoy here. There's a small museum upstairs with a lot of the old furniture Coppes made. There are plenty of food options a few shops and a beautiful antique store. Love the history, definitely worth a visit.

Extremely delicious ice cream. Such a neat experience watching our ice cream being made using liquid nitrogen. You need to try this!!

Rocket ice cream shop was great place to let your legs take a break from the shopping that you have done it's a blast to see them make your ice cream

This is such a good place to get icecream, you can completely create your favorite icecream and combine any toppings you want! The whole process is fun to watch as well. The workers were very friendly which helped me thoroughly enjoy my little treat!!

Wow!!! This place is by far amazing! We moved here a few months ago. Missing the ice cream back home, we stopped and tried this place on a whim. You watch them make the ice cream in front of you! Liquid nitrogen! Will definitely be coming back

So nice here and it’s clean and they know how to make the best blended drinks ! The only thing I would recommend is making an XL size! I get the chocolate covered marshmellows! So tasty and so good. Well worth $6.41 ( every cent is worth it )

It's a nice coffee shop with a great atmosphere, but I do wish they kept it cleaner. The tables are hardly ever wiped and there's often food on the floor around the tables. I wish it was cleaned regularly. Also, they have nice music playing but you can also hear separate music coming from the kitchen so if you are trying to work it's off-putting to hear 2 different songs.

I’ve been here several times over the years and I’ve always been impressed! They have very reasonable prices and great coffee. The food is good as well. Last time I was there I got a frittata, very delicious. There’s lots of room to sit, visit, or get work done.

The menu also impressed with delicious pastries (the raspberry scone was a highlight!) and hearty lunch options like the chicken pesto flatbread and white chicken chili, which were fresh and flavorful. The service was top-notch—quick, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear this family-owned gem, established in 2003, is a community hub. The atmosphere of this place is super unique. It’s a huge coffee shop with lots of places to sit and enjoy your coffee and time with friends and family. I have been to an event there and it was so well run, organized, delicious food served hot. It was just perfect. I’ve also ordered beans online and those were amazing and delicious. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Wish I lived closer.

I do like Main Street Roasters but it's not what it once was. The prices have become outrageous. They have a points program but it's never working and it changes and I continue to lose points. The manager pretty much called me a liar when I told her I had signed up for their program and entered my birthday but she said I didn't. I have been supporting them for years but will not longer go out of my way to buy their coffee. I'm bummed.

Nappanee bakery has the BEST treats! The cookies, cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, fresh bread, and more, are all delicious!! They also have delicious lunch options. Haystacks and taco salad are my favorite.

Had the Haystack Salad. Generous portions lettuce, chopped tomatoes, ground beef, chips, and cheese over perfectly cooked rice. Mint tea was very pleasantly flavored.

I always love coming here. It is such a neat and unique place. Their lunch is delicious with sandwiches and different sides. The eating area is huge. I like the piano and seating area too. The baked goods are always delicious. I just wish they were open on Sundays and Mondays :/ oh well.

I used to really love this place, but lately…the friendliness factor is greatly lacking. I love supporting small businesses, but I do not like to feel like I’m inconveniencing someone by choosing to spend my dollars there. Plenty of other choices in town.

Normally I always enjoy their treats. But I recently ordered a peanut butter pie and was seriously disappointed. First, the lady was rude when I ordered it and when I picked it up. Then to make things worse the filling tasted sour so I ended up throwing it away with only one piece missing.

Divine cookies and pies! I love the sour cream cookies and the coffee cake. Also serve lunch. If you come at the right time you can enjoy one of the Mennonite baker ladies singing!

This bakery is a hidden gem! It is in a converted buildingso it's a little hard to find. The Amish goodies are absolutely heavenly. Service is prompt and courteous. It was a great place to have lunch.

Tried the pretzel pocket sandwich. I enjoyed the pizza pretzel pocket with pepperoni and mozzarella. Yum!!! They have regular pretzels with cheese and other creations. A must try and in a great location.

This place has mine and my kids favorite soft pretzels! I heard the pizza slices are really good too but I have not personally had one yet.

This place is in coppes commons on the side facing Market St. They have super yummy soft pretzels! I did the pizza pretzel and my son had just ham inside his. The staff was very friendly and named all the different filling options. There is also pop and slushies to drink. They are connected to the Dutch Kernel Gourmet Popcorn so you can have yummy popcorn afterward.

It's a really nice atmosphere to stop by and eat a pretzel. The food is really good and presented nicely. I would highly recommend!

Delicious!!! They bake your pretzels fresh as soon as you order them. Both pizza pockets and pretzel bites are soooo goooooood!!! Must come back!

This cute little shop is conveniently located in Coppes Commons. The employees are all friendly and helpful. They have pretzels and pretzel pockets, so they can be good for a meal, a snack, or dessert. It has a cozy atmosphere with nice decor. Their prices are great too! It is overall a really nice place to eat!

Driving through Nappanee on way to Wakarusa. We were pleasantly surprised with our visit to Bourbon St Pizza. Pizza was really good we really like the the Chicken pasta dish was our favorite. Our bread sticks whole good needed a little more flavor. Overall would highly recommend

Nothing bad at all with this pizza place. I am a frequent customer and they never fail to deliver the best in all categories. Pizza is really good, but, my favorite is the pasta cabonero with jalapeño added. Perfect everytime.

We ordered a pizza on their website, which is very hard to navigate on but we ended up with a pizza with no sauce and no cheese on half . Who orders a pizza with no sauce and cheese , the toppings fell off because of it . We've ordered on website before and they've called us back if something didn't seem right but not this time .

Really great pizza! Hand tossed crust is SO good! Loved the Supreme we got! Fresh and yummy! Lemonade isn't too sweet it too sour. Rewards! ❤️🍕 (Wish they had outside seating though.)

I wasn't going to order due to last couple of pizzas were bad. I figured I'd give them another try. So I ordered a med pep with black olives with extra pepperoni. I got the pizza and I can actually count 16 pieces of pepperoni. I called to let them know. All I got was they would make another or give me a credit. Why would I order another for it to go to waste and I will not order again so a credit for next order isn't needed. I'll go to the other place and pay more.

Amazing pizza, great owners and managers. Breadsticks and cheese are also great. Highly recommend!

This weekend we got a small cake for my sisters baby shower and cupcakes. As always everything was amazing ! We had the strawberry champagne and the hazelnut cappuccino YUM !

This is an amazing little French style coffee shop cakery with fresh baked goods. They have gluten-free options available for those who are gluten sensitive. They also take orders for cakes, cupcakes, pastries etc. for every occasion; weddings, birthdays, graduations etc. Everything is made fresh in house every day and inspired by the owners overseas travels to Paris, France. This is a must try stop for everyone.

The Pretty Cakery catered for my wedding and were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were able to offer a lot of suggestions for putting together a wonderful dessert table, and it was a huge hit with out guests (the macaroons in particular)! All of the employees are incredibly kind, and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

This place is so cute! It has a very relaxing atmosphere inside, many places to sit. They have many yummy cupcakes to choose from, that you can buy individually, as well as pastries, and pies. They also have coffee, which I didn't try but I'm sure it is great. The lady that was at the front counter was very nice. I know many of you who read this might be skeptical since there are so many amazing amish baked goods you can buy in Nappanee but the baking they do here is on another level and I'll definitely be returning. Anyome that reads this should atleast stop in and check it out and try a cupcake!

I have been so happy with all of my experiences at The Pretty Cakery. The staff is amazing and their work is meticulous! The coffee is very good, the coffee drinks imaginative rather than trying to copy everyone else's menu. The cakes and icings taste amazing! The Pretty Cakery will have my business for life!

Macarons are absolutely spectacular, and ham+swiss crostada was flaky, cheesy, salty cured ham goodness. This place has baked goods to rival Main st Roasters, which is hard to do.

I absolutely recommend the Pretty Cakery to any one, for any occasion! Jodi is so phenomenal and easy to work with, plus super accommodating! She did all the desserts for my wedding, which consisted of over 1000 pieces of cookies, brownies and cakes! I received compliments from numerous guests on the quality of the cake and cookies, and quite a few on the gluten free cake saying it was better than most GF cake they have had previously! I highly recommend the lemon cake with raspberry filling, and the chocolate cake with espresso filling! We had a few extra sheets of cake and cookies so we froze them and they still taste amazing!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a baker for any event!

The Coppes Coffee Co is one of the best coffee shops in the the Northern Indiana Region. Not only is the coffee here accommodating for all the ambiance of the building is accessible for all events from a coffee date to a work meeting. There is an abundance of space for expansion within the shop and building! One recommendation I have as a consumer would be to have possible study rooms on the second floor. Overall an amazing experience!

The mini donuts are a must! Lovely space and atmosphere. Also, new Acai Bowls, just in!

Customer service was great while taking my order and after. They answered all of my questions about the menu. I ordered a Lotus drink and an Açaí bowl and they were both delicious! Prices were fair for both items. There is a toy box for littles to play with while you enjoy your coffee.

I wanted to give the atmosphere 5 stars because it is a beautiful space to work in. But there is something about the air quality that is off. I suspect it may be the oil in mini-donut maker that in my multiple hours working from this space today, never got used. If this got fixed it would be close to perfect.

Caramel tastes like sugar syrup. Highly disappointed in that especially bc extra syrup cost 1 dollar a pump! Employees were kind… mini donuts are great. Latte was great minus the caramel. So if You only drink caramel coffee/ lattes- I’d pass on getting a drink

Great place to relax and enjoy delicious coffee and pastries in a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere! We got the raspberry scone and it was one of the best scones I've ever had! Husband loved his iced coffee . Can't wait to return and try other treats! Some ppl were catching up, some relaxing and also some working on laptops. Staff was very friendly and helpful👏🏼

Service and atmosphere are excellent but this is not Amish any longer. The baked goods taste more mass produced in a commissary not fresh made but the Amish grocery products are good quality. I also visited another location and same donuts mass produced quality. Also the website says deli but there is nothing deli about this place. All in all just have expectations a little lower but good place to get some stuff..

Rise’n Roll Bakery & Deli in Nappanee is one of Northern Indiana’s greatest contributor to baked goods. Everything is fresh and well made in the bakery. The portion sizes are well worth the price, which is very reasonable. My wife and I had Apple Fritter & coffee for less than $4. They also carry fresh baked breads and a variety of Amish food staples. The jams are amazing on their breads, especially if toasted with their butter. Best of all, of all the Rise’n Roll bakeries I’ve visited, this one is the least crowed. Well worth the time to stop and enjoy a cuppa Joe and a doughnut.

Carrie and Cathy greeted us as newcomers with genuinely happy faces. We chit chatted about how many treats there were available from Rise n Roll. My Mom had just recently moved up from Florida and had never been to a place like this before with such truly fine hospitality. Thank you for the special treat. She was speechless and covered in cinnamon powdered sugar. This location offers their signature to die for doughnuts, wonderful canned foods and other delectable treats!

My Lord are we in Heaven? In all the donut shops coast to coast you will not find a better donut. They are just as fresh and delicious as week later. Our work crew bought boxes of them that we keep out on the snack table, inspectors, pipefitters, laborers and operating engineers ate them and remarked how they are the best donuts ever! We would buy them daily but it is bathing suit weather and we got speedos to fit into. The filling is jam packed. The coatings(chocolate, carmel, icing) are thick. I would rate them 10 stars. Don’t miss out.

All I wanted was a large frie and a double bacon burger I requested it to only have bacon, ketchup, and cheese. Once I got home to eat I found that my fries were freezing cold, my burger had lettuce, flamethrower sauce, tomato, and no CHEESE. FINALLY, I asked for a refund and they refused because they were about to close.

Unfortunately in order to leave a review you have to leave a star. We decided to stop here for dinner after a long day at work. I placed the order and then asked to add a small cotton candy blizzard before I left the ordering speaker. The girl was very sweet and added it. I pulled up the window and paid the bill but and she was getting the order around the child working the "microwave" the one MICROWAVING my burger said you should throw that blizzard ar her. The sweet girl looked mortified as she said Travis my windows open. He begins to laugh and then looks at me as I say yeah Travis maybe you should. The sweet girl hands me my order and I leave. The next day I called to speak with the district manager who I'm told is on vacation in Hawaii and he probably won't call me back anyways. And 3 weeks later and 3 phone calls he still hasn't. Trips to Hawaii on microwaved burgers and I can't even get a phone call.

She took the time to listen, offered reassurance, and ensured we felt heard and supported. Tina kindly invited us to return later in the day to experience the full birthday cake presentation, and she thoughtfully recommended Emily to personalize the cake with her creative touches. What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a meaningful one—thanks to the kindness, attentiveness, and teamwork of Tina, Emily, and the entire Dairy Queen staff. Never in my life have I seen such disrespectful staff. They were not disrespectful to customers but to each other. Even in the farthest corner of the building I can hear cussing from the kitchen. I constantly hear screaming and don’t even get started on the way they treat their possibly minor staff. One day I came in to see a sweet girl being body shamed by a manager. At one point I heard him remark about her needing a workout and to “loose a couple pounds” never in my life will I go back and support that place with such blatant disrespect.

I took my grandchildren out for ice cream and expected a regular visit! An ADULT male was making extreme comments (seemingly towards a younger girl) and his vocabulary was full of swear words. My cone was extremely runny and the workers were extremely vulgar and unkind to one another. I would NEVER let my granddaughter work there and I would advise the parents of these minors to watch closely.

I went through the drive-through to try and get the limited time Oreo Dirt Pie blizzard, but the girl said it was an online exclusive. I asked if she could make it for me, and she said no. Damn.

Great hand scooped ice cream. Waffle cone was fresh and still warm. Bowl is peanut butter and cowboy mix. Waffle cone is brownie and cowboy mix. It is totally worth it the drive.

On family vacation at Lake Wawasee and made the 20 minute drive to Nappanee for some amazing ice cream. Worth the drive! Ice cream was amazing - very creamy and just the perfect consistency. My son and I split the 4-flavor flight. Son said it was "top 5" ice cream he's al ever eaten, and that's a lot of ice cream!!

Stood in line which is typically normal here depending on the time of the day but what was frustrating is the handful of flavors I only eat were out so I decided I would try their strawberry cheesecake but then I noticed that was pretty much gone so I wasn’t going to get anything but one of the workers told me she had some in the back so I was like ok sure I will try that. When she came back she already had it scooped and the new container was untouched. My cup of ice cream was all white with zero cheesecake or strawberry. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the service. I completely understand places get busy and run out of product but I believe they should have that posted somewhere in the store so instead of waiting in line for over 20 mins then finding out is very frustrating bc if I would have known differently than I could have made a decision to possibly go somewhere else but instead I felt pressured with a huge line behind me and the workers just staring at me…
